Zeus and Mount Sephon

| A little bit about the Canary Islands before we get into our study of the new book today, The Second Coming of Saturn. | |
| Lepoma in the Canary Islands is still erupting. | |
| And it's been going on for how many months? | |
| Weeks. | |
| Several months. | |
| Months, couple of months, yeah. | |
| Has it been that long? | |
| Yeah. | |
| And other volcanoes such as Mount Etna are showing signs recently of erupting. | |
| And isn't there a connection between Mount Etna and Zeus? | |
| Zeus? | |
| Zeus. | |
| Oh, Zeus, yes. | |
| Yeah, actually. | |
| You write about it in your new book. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Yeah, Zeus is the storm god, but he was known by different names in different cultures. | |
| Zeus, Jupiter to the Romans, Baal to the Canaanites. | |
| But one of the stories about, yeah, Thor to the Germanic people. | |
| But one of the stories told about Zeus is that he had a battle against the chaos monster, which in the Bible is called Leviathan. | |
| The Greeks called him Typhon. | |
| And to finish the battle, he basically had to defeat him and threw Mount Etna on top of him. | |
| And because the chaos monster is still struggling to get free, every now and again Mount Etna will erupt. | |
| So that's one of the stories connected to that. | |
| But what's interesting is that the name Typhon is connected to the name of that mountain that was sacred to Baal in Turkey, Mount Safon. | |
| Scholars believe it derives from the same name, Mount Safon and Typhon, or Chaos, Leviathan. | |
| You know what I find so interesting also about Mount Sephon is not only is it in Turkey, which of course is where all seven churches of the book of Revelation are, there are a lot of really interesting places in Turkey that Tom Horn wants us to go to soon. | |
| But it's not that far from Latakia, which was just recently bombed by Israel in Syria. | |
| And it's a port that was, they bombed it because it was believed that containers that were on ships there were filled with munitions from Iran meant for Hezbollah. | |
| Hezbollah is, of course, is essentially like the Islamic State in a way. | |
| It's a proxy for Iran. | |
| It's a proxy for Iran, exactly, which is why Iran was sending the munitions. | |
| But if you think about the spirits that are active there, with Mount Siphon not that far away from Pergamon, which was the seed of Satan, and Zeus' altar was there, and then we've got this whole area that's at play in Syria, Lebanon, and the Golan Heights. | |
| Right, not that far away is an area that's still under control of rebels that the Syrian government is trying to take out. | |
| But I even mentioned that in the book, in fact, that's not far from the city of Aleppo, which is an ancient, ancient city. | |
| And that was the city of the storm god. | |
| People would come from as far away as modern-day Persia, Iran, to worship the storm god at Aleppo. | |
| But near there is an ancient village called Kumar. | |
| And scholars have concluded that the ancient Hurrian version of Saturn, whose name was Kumarbi, actually means he of Kumar. | |
| So the point of origin for this old entity Saturn is not Rome, it's not Greece, it's actually ancient Mesopotamia. | |
| They all come from the same general area. | |
| And that's all of the interesting history and archaeology stuff that I put in here. | |
| But God bless Tom Horn for continuing to say, but you've got to make it relevant to today. | |
| Otherwise, the only people reading it will be other nerds like you. | |
| But it is relevant. | |
| That's the thing. | |
| And what I found most interesting in the research here, thanks to Sharon, who put me onto the research of a husband and wife team, another husband and wife. | |
| Yeah, I know it. | |
| I love it. | |
| Archaeologists at UCLA by the name of Bucciolati. | |
| Have been working at a site in northern Syria, very close to the border of Turkey, and they've located the ancient Hurrian city of Urkesh. | |
| The Hurrians are a people who lived around like the northern edge of Mesopotamia 5,000 years ago. | |
| And at this site, they found, it was their oldest city, they found a temple there to this god Kumarbi. | |
| And we can trace the Hurrian people through a unique style of pottery that they made back to about 4,500 BC where they originated, which is in the Ararat Plain. | |
| The Ararat Plain, that's below the mountain where the Ark came to rest. | |
| So this entity, Kumarbi, El, Saturn, Kronos, Baal Haman, Molech, who demanded the sacrifice of children, we can trace this all the way back to the people who came down off the mountain from the ark. | |
