Many Times Angels Were Sent

| Charlie, I know what to take three years to write this book, put this together, and you said it was written on the back of your book, it said it was written for the pessimists and doubters who do not believe in angels or have not experienced angelic encounters. | |
| Now, that's pretty cool to write something for those pessimists and doubters, which we're talking about even believers, right? | |
| Right, right. | |
| So, definitely, we want to have people understand, especially people that have maybe grown up in church. | |
| Yes, maybe they have a religious background and they haven't experienced angels, and they might have been taught wrongly that we can't have a relationship with the angelic. | |
| We're not supposed to talk to angels, right? | |
| But when we begin to discover in the Word of God, that angels are readily available for us, and many times in the Old Testament, they were sent to prophets, and they were talked to angels. | |
| And so, to say that there is somehow now that we are in the new covenant, that there are not times that we can see angels, experience angels, speaks to angels, is just completely false because the New Testament talks much more in depth even about the ministry of angels. | |
| And angels are mentioned many more times than the New Testament. | |
| What does it mean some have entertained angels unaware? | |
| You understand that? | |
| Yeah, yeah. | |
| There are times, and I know that many of those that are in the audience watching on the television as well, we've had angelic encounters, and sometimes we didn't know that they were angels until that time had passed. | |
| Yeah, I mean, there are times where we were in a situation that we seemed like we couldn't get out of, and God would send his angels to protect us. | |
| And then afterwards, we discovered that, wow, God really did send somebody that ended up being an angel. | |
| That's what happened to me in India because that person who got me on that airplane was not there. | |
| He disappeared. | |
| He was never there, according to the airplane people, the airlines. | |
| Oh, yeah. | |
| And, you know, the man who was the pastor there was one of the great men of God. | |
| And he just said, Jim, it had to be an angel. | |
| I think if a person looks back at their life now, as we're talking about this subject even today, and you ask the Lord to show you, you know, back through your life, I think you might find that you've had some visitations by angels and aware. | |
| And you kind of, maybe in that moment, like you were saying, you're not quite sure. | |
| I didn't realize that was an angel. | |
| But then you look back at it and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal it. | |
