Hear God Through This Generation
00:02:10
|
|
| How do you understand this young generation enough? | |
| We've got to reach this generation. | |
| They're marching to a different drum. | |
| There's craziness out there. | |
| And just the fact that you invited Armando Mundu to preach in your annual conference like this, it overwhelmed me because I figured you'd have the old prophets as your father. | |
| I do have a couple of them there. | |
| Yes, you do. | |
| I have to hear God. | |
| We have to hear God through this generation. | |
| Yes, we do. | |
| And the minute we don't hear God through this generation, we've cut off our future. | |
| Yeah, exactly. | |
| And my kids are this age, and I have to hear God through them. | |
| I have to learn to submit to the Lord through them. | |
| This is something that I think the generations have to understand that we, it's the difference really, but remember the Lord told Peter, he said, upon this rock of Revelation, only God could have revealed this to you. | |
| Only Father could have revealed this to you. | |
| I will build my church. | |
| Well, they didn't know what the church was. | |
| They weren't even familiar with that word, ecclesia. | |
| No. | |
| They didn't know what he was talking about. | |
| I think sometimes we don't understand that. | |
| We're in a season today, prophetically, where we're building something I think that has never been fully built before. | |
| We're having to pull from the past so we can build our future. | |
| We're having to look deep down into a vantage point that we can barely see and then work our way backwards from that vision. | |
| God has used you guys as a model for this. | |
| And we are coming into an intense year of building our future. | |
| And I'm going to say this, we have a good future. | |
| Praise God. | |
