God's Good, All Things Work Together

|
| You had to get back to your foundations. | |
| What were the three core values you found within yourself, and how did you refocus you? | |
| Jim, that is so smart. | |
| So sometimes I feel like it's like you got to let God be like a jackhammer and go, you know, be a little ruthless and go jackhammer up whatever needs to be done. | |
| Or another way of saying it, be a house inspector and look at your foundation. | |
| So, though I have walked with God, like some of you, all my life, I let the Holy Spirit come do a house inspection. | |
| What do I believe? | |
| What do I really believe? | |
| No, what do I really believe now? | |
| I guess came back to basic conclusions: that one, God is good, period. | |
| Period. | |
| No matter what happens, God's good. | |
| Number two, I came to the conclusion that one of my life verses, like for some of you, is Romans 8:28. | |
| All things, not some things, all things work together for good for those who love God and have been called to his purpose. | |
| Well, that's me, and that's you right now. | |
| It doesn't say some things. | |
| It doesn't say it's a chocolate box of candies, and so there's only a few things that's in your life that'll work together for good. | |
| No, even what you went through this last year, dear, kind Jim Baker, some way in the mystery and the majesty of God, God will use what you have gone through this last year and he will work it together for good. | |
| Number one, my three core values: one, God is good, period. | |
| And you have to settle that. | |
| Do you believe that? | |
| Number two, God causes. | |
| I didn't say God, that everything that happens in your life is good. | |
| I didn't say that God causes everything. | |
| I said God will cause all things to work together for good. | |
| And then the third thing is very logical. | |
| If God's good all the time, and if all things work together for good, then I came to this conclusion. | |
| I'm going to pull an Oral Roberts on us right now. | |
