Stand Up Against Evil

| What message did God send to his church with the outcome of this election? | |
| I think that one of the things that God is trying to tell us is to quit blaming. | |
| Don't blame the prophets. | |
| Don't blame the people that didn't believe or whatever. | |
| Because something has happened. | |
| We've been invaded. | |
| And right now, the devil is trying to tell the church, now you need to be quiet. | |
| Now you need to let this stop. | |
| And that's like saying, well, now that the armies of evil have invaded us, we shouldn't fight. | |
| This is when we speak out. | |
| This is when we get up. | |
| This is when we shake off the disappointment and confusion. | |
| We don't let what we don't know keep us from doing what we do know. | |
| And that is that we have to oppose this rogue government, these evil laws. | |
| People think, well, Christians are supposed to obey all laws. | |
| Well, Psalm 94 tells us that God will not have fellowship with those who devise evil by law. | |
| And the idea that we should pay for abortions with our tax money and all of the executive orders that Biden has thrown in here tell us one thing. | |
| They've declared war on us. | |
| We did not become political. | |
| I need to say that to the audience. | |
| We, the church, didn't become political. | |
| The left became spiritual. | |
| They jumped the fence, came into our yard to tell us what we could or could not preach. | |
| For us to take a stand is not unloving. | |
| It's not unscriptural. | |
| People say, well, Romans 13 says submit to authority, all government. | |
| It doesn't say that. | |
| And they often use the example of that, well, that was written while Nero was emperor. | |
| But in verse 3 of Romans 13, it says, the authorities that are from God are not a threat to the righteous. | |
| So when laws become a threat to the righteous, when they tell us we can't preach the gospel, when they tell us we, our children, must listen to stories on Saturday morning from drag queens or that there ought to be a boy in the girl's bathroom. | |
| These are when Christians have to say no. | |
| These are not things we agree with. | |
| We love you. | |
