|
| We better be ready. | |
| So tell us about how people can navigate the end times. | |
| What is this book about? | |
| Well, Jim, let me start out with Dietrich Bonhoeffer, because I think he can speak to us from the grave. | |
| And I actually was in Flossenberg and saw his cell before he died and was executed by Adolf Hitler in Nazi Germany. | |
| There are a lot of parallels of what's going on in this country right now to Nazi Germany back in the 1930s. | |
| But Bonhoeffer said, and when they asked them, you know, what was going on? | |
| Why is the church supporting Adolf Hitler? | |
| Why is the church not powerful enough? | |
| And he said, because the teaching of cheap grace, cheap grace is the preaching of forgiveness without repentance, baptism without discipline, communion without confession. | |
| Cheap grace is grace without discipleship. | |
| So we wrote this book and to prepare the people and get them ready by first of all, you know, talking to the church and say, look, it's time to stop coddling people in the pews. | |
| You're not loving them by teaching them lies. | |
| You're not loving them by not giving them the armament and the weapons of the warfare that the Bible describes. | |
| So, you know, we're talking to pastors, we're talking to preachers, evangelists, people around the world that it is time to stop all this nonsense and get right with God, repent, | |
