Build A House Of Prayer

| How do we build that house of prayer from our homes to help and support the Jim Baker show in the ministry? | |
| Can you just minister to us right now and just lead us into that and then pray with us that we will build a house of prayer for Pastor Jim and Lori Baker for their health and for this ministry right now? | |
| We need you more than ever. | |
| We need you to link up with your prayers and your offerings, but we want to stand together. | |
| Amen. | |
| You can do that. | |
| I mean, I actually, I tell the people that are connected to me, I say, you know, you can be a prayer house. | |
| See, remember when Peter was let out of jail in Acts 12, he went to a house. | |
| He went to Mary's house, a small group of people that were praying. | |
| And their prayers, along with others, but their prayers in that house actually caused an angel to be released that set Peter free. | |
| And then I believe that angel actually later judged a corrupt political system that was persecuting the church. | |
| And that all came out of a prayer house. | |
| And your house, your house, you and your wife, your children, or even just you by yourself, you can be a house of prayer. | |
| You can say, right now, I covenant together with this house and I stand even as the mouth of the lion would come to devour. | |
| Watch this. | |
| And then you can say, Lord, I am appealing as a part of this house. | |
| I am appealing that a judgment would be rendered against the lion that would seek to devour us, any of us, even the move of God in the earth that would seek to devour us on a judicial level. | |
| We're asking for that thing to be released and that thing to be broken and that thing to be judged. | |
| Now, I want to say one thing here. | |
| Do not, listen, do not shift into an old mindset of I buying principalities and powers. | |
| I don't do that. | |
| I ask for God to judge them. | |
| Because see, when Paul said he wrestled, I believe he was talking about, if you've ever been in a court setting, it's a wrestling match. | |
| I believe that he was getting things legally in place so that he could then ask for a righteous judgment against the powers of darkness. | |
| If I attack them, I have found they're coming after me. | |
| I don't want them coming after me. | |
| I want to ask for the judgment of God to come out of his throne, out of his courts, and decree that this thing, based on who Jesus is and what he has done and my repentance, this thing has no legal right to devour anymore. | |
| And so I believe that you guys, you guys that are watching, you have an opportunity to be a house of prayer. | |
| And I want to encourage you. | |
| Now, they didn't ask me to do this, but I want to encourage you. | |
| Sow an offering as you pray. | |
| Sow an offering because that money is going to mix with your prayers, even as it did Cornelius' house and caused his house to be remembered. | |
| See, his house, his house was remembered above all the other Gentile houses. | |

Prayers And Alms Speak On Behalf

| Why did God choose Cornelius' house to pour the Holy Spirit out through? | |
| Because his prayers and his alms, his giving and his prayers mixed together created a memorial. | |
| When you stand and release your prayers and your offering, not only will it speak in behalf of Jim Baker and the show and the ministry, it is going to speak in behalf of your house and God will remember your house as a result. | |
