Revival In Unexpected Times
00:03:42
|
|
| Rick, you've been writing books about the harvest time, and yet this is a crazy time. | |
| This is like the enemy's attacking the world in a way. | |
| And yet you are saying this could be the beginning of the harvest time? | |
| Well, I tell you, I think we are in revival right now. | |
| But it is the weirdest, strangest revival maybe in history. | |
| You know, we can't have meetings, can't have services, but everybody I talk to, just about everybody, is having personal revival. | |
| They are on fire. | |
| They're growing. | |
| They've been using this time wisely. | |
| God's been rearranging their priorities in their life. | |
| And I really think the revivals are here. | |
| You know, we don't want to be like the cripple sitting by the pool waiting for someone to stir the waters when the king himself is standing right next to us right now. | |
| But I really think we are already in revival. | |
| And I think we're going to see when we can start getting together and all. | |
| I think we're going to see like a critical mass explosion, a revival explosion. | |
| So I've been having the time of my life. | |
| You know, I miss my family, miss getting together with people, but we communicate like this, like, you know, you and I FaceTiming and stuff. | |
| But I have, you know, since 2014, that was the best year of my life because of an encounter I had with the Lord that just drew me closer to him personally. | |
| And every year since then has gotten better. | |
| But this year has been the best yet. | |
| And we're just getting started. | |
| And so, but it's all about getting closer to the Lord. | |
| I love what you said, that this is a great move of God. | |
| We've had several family members already come back to God. | |
| That's great revival. | |
| I'm rejoicing. | |
| You know, I'm saved. | |
| I know for sure I'm saved. | |
| And I'm just encouraging everybody to accept the Lord. | |
| God's moving. | |
| This is the voice of God speaking. | |
| Be not deceived. | |
| God is not mocked. | |
| Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap. | |
| You excited me so much yesterday. | |
| The good news that this is the harvest time. | |
| And I've been believing it. | |
| And one of our pastor friends who has the coronas virus and very serious, Michael French and his wife, she has it too. | |
| And they've been very sick. | |
| But while he was recuperating in the hospital, he just, he said, I literally saw in a vision that, and God spoke to him that there's going to be a million, no, not a million, billion. | |
| I'm not used to billions, a billion souls saved during this time. | |
| I believe this is the harvest time, Rick. | |
| Can you talk about that a little bit more? | |
|
Darkness and Joy
00:02:11
|
|
| Yeah, I do believe this is, we're going to look at this time as a marker of what I believe will be the last day harvest. | |
| What you said, the harvest or the end of the age is the harvest. | |
| And, you know, the harvest is when everything that has been sown matures, the good and the bad. | |
| That's why you have Isaiah 60: darkness covering the earth and deep darkness the people, but the Lord's glory rising upon his people and appearing on his people. | |
| We're going to see the full maturity of good and evil at the same time. | |
| And I believe it is going to be the ultimate battle between good and evil. | |
| So, you know, we can't get discouraged when we see darkness growing. | |
| You know, we know that that's going to happen in these times. | |
| The Lord Himself said, look up and rejoice when you see these things happening. | |
| So, you know, he gave us three things to do when these things unfold. | |
| He said, stand up, which I believe we have to stand for our conviction, stand for what we believe. | |
| We cannot retreat any further. | |
| Then he said, look up, and that's to keep our eyes on him, the one who's above all rule and authority and power, and whose kingdom is certain to come. | |
| And then he says, rejoice. | |
| Don't ever lose your joy. | |
| The joy of the Lord is your strength. | |
| It is going to be hard. | |
| It is going to be dark times, but we're going to be full of the joy of the Lord because in his presence is fullness of joy. | |
| It says, we cannot get closer to the Lord without having more joy. | |
| Now, that's going to make a lot of people mad, but we're not rejoicing at people's problems or troubles or the things that are going on in the world. | |
| We're rejoicing in the Lord. | |
| We have a different reality. | |
| And I think multitudes are about to start coming to the Lord. | |
