God's Patience and Judgment

|
| Does God's judgment ever come to America for abortion, killing 60 million babies, for all the other sins that we've mocked God, that we've almost outlawed Christmas at times, but we become antichrist? | |
| Does God ever deal with that or does he just let it go along? | |
| I think he is dealing with it, but as we see in Ecclesiastes, because the judgments of God are not executed swiftly, the hearts of men basically is saying go to deeper and deeper evil. | |
| You know, we know the Lord desires for all men to be saved. | |
| I think he gives such incredible patience to give people. | |
| It says in Revelation, he even gives Jezebel time to repent. | |
| And I think people take that as believing God is either approving of them or doesn't care or whatever. | |
| But it's his patience. | |
| But yeah, then we will suffer judgment. | |
| But repentance can stop the judgment. | |
| But judgment, the judgment of God is not necessarily condemnation or destruction. | |
| There are many kinds of judgment of God in Scripture, and only one is condemnation or destruction. | |
| All of the other judgments of God in Scripture are discipline for those whom he loves. | |
| And yeah, I see these natural events and many other events are discipline from God. | |
| He's trying to get our attention, trying to get us to repent. | |
| But it's because he loves us. | |
| He's not giving up on us. | |
| So I get encouraged when I see the judgments of God coming. | |
| It says in Hebrews 12, if we're without discipline, we're not his. | |
| I see the disciplines of God of evidence as evidence. | |
| He still loves us. | |
| He's still with us. | |
| He's still working to bring us back. | |
| Amen. | |
