Signs and Warnings 00:06:43
But I want to tell you this.
I believe that what you're doing could possibly be with what natural disasters can happen in America.
Yes.
And they used to say about two years ago, like your Yellowstone cauldron, don't worry about it.
It ain't going to go for another 5,000 years.
And now they're saying something's happening under there, and we're not sure what it is.
That's right.
And you had on Brother Kilpatrick.
Yes.
And, you know, he had that vision.
He had a vision of the Numadrid up in the upper part of Missouri.
And he saw things happening there.
And we have right through Cleveland, Tennessee, I didn't realize this.
We got a fault line running.
It's real deep.
But every now and then you'll get a little, very rare because you get a little bit of shaking.
It's not just that.
You have the tornadoes that just devastate a whole area.
You have hurricanes that takes out a bridge.
And if it takes out a bridge, it can hinder.
And because of natural disasters, I remember growing up in which people would say, I'm not looking for the undertaker, but the upper taker.
And before it gets bad, Jesus is coming.
There is no Bible that says before it gets bad, Jesus is coming.
You see bad as birth pains.
The birth pains is the bad.
And so I want to say to people that I appreciate it because I've never heard him say this, but I know how people are based on my travels, how that people are like, well, I don't know why we're doing that, and God will take care of everything.
Well, yes, but Jesus told the disciples, when you see Jerusalem surrounded, get out and don't even go back to your house.
And then one of the early church fathers talked about how that the Christians had had a revival in Pele, Jordan.
It's a country called a city called Pele.
It was very well known in that day.
And they went in and a lot of people were getting healed and saved.
And right before the destruction, an angel of God came to the Christians in Jerusalem and said, get out of Jerusalem and get to Pele because I have prepared it.
And that's where the Christians went.
And this is weird.
While Jerusalem was burning with destruction, the Christians are across the Jordan River growing food and living with folks.
Wow.
So really it was a selective judgment.
There was areas that were coming under it and other areas that were exempt from it.
So let's talk about just the level that we're in with the Joel II prophecies.
Signs in the heavens above, great wonders and great signs.
And we see that.
But also great signs.
They talk about solar flares.
That's the negative sign.
You see these beautiful pictures of what looks like a crown of thorns.
And you see a hand that almost looks like a human hand with gases, but it looks like the hand of God.
You see the eyes.
You ever see the picture of the eyes that NASA took?
I mean, it looks like an eye in space.
And you see the great and you see the fearful.
Because Jesus said great and fearful.
It's a mix.
We say, wow, that's great.
And we turn out and say, ooh, well, that could be tough.
So it's a mix.
It's a mix.
But when you look at all the possibilities of just the things that we're being told, not if, but when.
California, I mean, if California is not shaking, it's burning.
I mean, it's one of the two.
It's really amazing because at one time, the whole part of the state up there was on fire.
And so when you see that happening, what we have to discern is signs and warnings.
And God gives the warnings for two reasons.
He gives you the warnings so that you will turn to him.
You'll turn from your ways and turn to him, and you will repent.
And the other reason that God gives the warning is to give you a preview on a national level of what can happen if his people, you know, he never says call the sinners to repent.
You know, he says, if my people call them out, and I'm going to tell you, Jim, we can talk about, we could sit and talk about adultery, fornication, murder, lying, stealing, whatever we want to talk about.
The biggest sin in the church is the sin of unforgiveness.
That's so good.
Doesn't it set you free?
Matthew 24 is very clear about these events.
Very clear about earthquakes, where it's one of the key signs, famine, no food to eat, is one of them that will happen.
Jesus said it, so I believe that.
And those are just birth pains.
Right.
And it's just right now, Hawaii.
Wow.
We can show some on the screen.
Wow.
What's going on in Hawaii?
Well, do you know, that's the first picture I've seen of that.
That is huge.
The fire that's coming up out of the earth.
This is what's going on.
Fire.
And it's hit the ocean now.
Look at that.
And it's spewing out gases.
But Yellowstone National Park has been shaking and doing crazy things.
Hundreds of quakes a week.
Hundreds and hundreds.
In Yellowstone.
If that wind goes, people, the world's never going to be the same.
So you won't have to worry about Trump.
You're going to have to worry that the sun and the moon is going to go dark.
That's right.
You know, it says nine times in the Bible that before Christ comes back, the sun and the moon will be dark.
That hasn't happened yet.
So the sun and the moon is going to go dark.
And of all paino can cause that.
People may not understand this, and they may, but they may not.
And it's not the eruption.
It's the gas and the ash.
You cannot fly a plane.
That will take a plane engine down.
You can't fly anywhere that is.
And what happens is the ash and the gases move.
See, our jet stream comes from west to east.
Because when we fly here, we hit a headwind.
We fly home, we hit the, what's the word I'm looking for?
Tailwind, yeah.
Got to figure that one out.
That's too deep for me.
But what would happen is if something did blow of a magnitude, then ash and gas blows not toward California, it blows this direction.
And there again, I would say that Jesus, and you read the Old Testament prophets in Christ, that he always told them, always be ready, always be prepared.
Don't be caught off guard.
Backup Plans A, B, C 00:00:54
You know, you've got just, the best you can do is you don't worry about it, you don't fret about it, but the best you can do is have backup plans.
I do backup plans, Jim, for everything.
I've had the electricity go out while I'm preaching, you know.
Where's the generator?
Where's this?
Let's get ready.
And when I go to the airport, they know I drive these people crazy.
I want to get to Atlanta four hours before my flight.
Because what if there's an accident on the road?
What if there's a delay?
What if there's this?
What if?
What if?
And it drives my wife crazy.
She says, but you're always what ifing?
I said, that's right.
I say, what if?
Because what if?
I said, I will get to the airport.
If nobody else is there, I will get there.
So I'm a plan A, plan B, plan C.
So what you're teaching people, Jim, what you're teaching people to do, and I want to say this from my perspective, is you're telling people, let's believe God for this.
However, we need a plan A, and then we need a plan B and a plan C.
