God's Restoration Plan

|
|
| We have five kids Our kids are that one of my children Marcella is the COO of this ministry. | |
| Yes One of my daughters is the executive producer of this show my assistant your assistant Brilliant. | |
| They're our children the new children of our family and so we have a lot of children and we're adding to them all the time. | |
| But God gave Lori her five babies back. | |
| Yeah, you know, restoration doesn't always look like you think it's going to look. | |
| It's not going to, you know, when you say restoration, sometimes I think we think, you know, in my mind, I know, I knew God is preparing me to be a mother to children. | |
| But in my mind, I was like, well, that can't be. | |
| I had a complete hysterectomy. | |
| There's no way I can have children. | |
| So in the natural sense, he doesn't do restoration the way you think it should be done. | |
| He does it the way he sees fit for it to be done. | |
| So it helps other people. | |
| It's not just all about you and your restoration. | |
| It's about other people's restoration. | |
| It's about all of us together as a family of God being restored and reconciled back unto Jesus Christ. | |
| That's what it's about. | |
| God wants to restore everything. | |
| He does. | |
| He's lost. | |
| And when these prophets used to come to me and say, God's going to restore everything, I couldn't believe it. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Steven, you've said it. | |
| But we've had it said for many years. | |
| I couldn't believe it. | |
| I couldn't believe how could everything, I mean, even we had a girl's home at Heritage. | |
| Here we have Lori's house ready to blossom. | |
| And God has given me a wife. | |
| I was so lonely for so long. | |
| Every church I went to speak in, I would say, pray for a wife for me. | |
| And God wants me going to say something. | |
| You know, I wanted to say that if you really look through a biblical view, talking about the parallels, you can see your life in many ways actually parallels Job's life. | |
| And you know what's crazy is that Job, whenever he was restored, he was given twice as much. | |
| Whenever you study Job before he crashed and burned, so to speak, he was actually doing okay. | |
| He was doing really well. | |
| But yet he fell. | |
| He crashed and burned. | |
| And yet he was given twice as much. | |
| And if you just want to go one step further, even the initials of your name, James, and what's your middle name? | |
| Jason Baker. | |
| Orson Wells. | |
| No, I was named after Orson Welles. | |
| James Orson Baker, J-O-B. Job. | |
| And it says, and the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends. | |
| And also the Lord gave him twice as much as he had before. | |
| Complete restoration. | |
| And you're experiencing this right now. | |
| Mama Laurie, you've already experienced it. | |
| You were blessed with your five kids once again. | |
| It says in Joel 2, 25 and 26, and I will compensate you for the years the locusts have eaten. | |
| The local locust, the hopper locust, and the fledging locust, my great army, which I sent against you, you will eat abundantly and be satisfied once again. | |
