I believe that at one point in time that lukewarm Christianity will be a thing of the past.
The word of God tells us what we can expect in different generations.
And so they're trying to shut out the church.
They're trying to conform the church to the way of the world.
When our enemy says they're coming for us, they mean it.
It's judgment.
It's judgment.
It's God's judgment upon America.
People aren't waking up to that there's a judgment coming.
Hello, everybody, and welcome to today's episode of Revelation in the News.
I'm your host, Zach Drew.

This week, there was some major news that took place concerning Sharia law and some shocking statements that were made about it.
One of the individuals that was talking about Sharia law was Newt Gingrich.
So let's go ahead and start off with that article.
Yeah, I have that right here.
It's from Breitbart.
It says, if they believe in Sharia, Sharia, they should be deported.
This is some pretty strong language, but the article says, Thursday, on Fox News Channels Hannity, following a terror attack that resulted in the deaths of at least 84 and injuries of over 100 in Nice, France, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich attacked Sharia law and said, of those who believe in it in the United States should be deported.
He said, let me start.
He said, let me start where I'm coming from, and let me be as blunt and direct as I can be.
Western civilization is in a war.
We should frankly test every person here who is of a Muslim background, and if they believe in Sharia, they should be deported.
Now, that's some pretty strong language, but I think we are in a dire situation.
The reality is the West is in a war.
We in America are in a war, and we're not acknowledging it.
So I think because of these drastic times, we do have to take drastic measures.
Amen.
And, you know, Ellen B. West wrote an article concerning about what Obama said going along with what Newt Gingrich said, actually coming against Newt Gingrich.
I want to read to you what Obama said.
It says, Obama makes jaw-dropping statement about Sharia law.
Welcome to Obama's America, where combating Sharia law is now un-American.
Understand that.
Combating, going against Sharia law, saying Sharia law is a bad thing, and even talking about what Newt Gingrich said about the people that truly believe at the heart that Sharia law, you should live by it, should be deported.
Obama says that that's un-American.
Following Newt Gingrich's call to deport Muslims who believe in Sharia law, thus putting Trump's Muslim ban on steroids, President Obama decided to weigh in on the matter.
To quote from the Daily Caller on Friday, Obama called Gingrich's plan to deport Sharia adhering Muslims in America repungent and an affront to everything that we stand for as Americans.
Sharia law.
Can you believe this?
Not allowing Sharia law in America is un-American, according to Obama.
Why specifically should Obama believe it repungent to oppose such intolerance, brutality, and inequality simply because they label it as a religion?
It doesn't make any sense.
Speaking from the White House, Obama said we're going to win this fight by building, by building, by never giving up on diplomacy to end the Syrian civil war, by working with partners around the world, including Muslim communities, to push back against hateful ideologies that twist and distort Islam, a religion that teaches peace and justice and compassion.
What are your thoughts on that?
I think that's all rhetoric.
It's just rhetoric.
When you say Islam teaches peace and justice and compassion, proponents of Islam will say that it is a religion of peace.
But when they say peace, it's not what we mean when we say peace.
In the West, Western culture, which is majorly founded on biblical principles, when we say peace, we mean that everyone gets along.
We're not fighting.
When you say peace and Islamic culture, and John Guandalo came on the Jim Baker show and he talked about this.
He said there's a culture that we don't understand.
And that's why we're in the situation we're in right now.
When they say peace, they mean that all of the world is under Sharia law, which means that they have succeeded in world jihad and they have destroyed anyone who would come against Islam.
That's powerful.
That's so powerful to actually think that there are actually words that they have in their definition that they say that are completely different than what we mean.
Like you said, they say, we just want peace.
That's all we want.
We just want peace.
But what does peace, according to them, mean?
Complete control over the entire world from Sharia law.
Absolutely.
And we have, here's the thing, we have a law in our country.
Our country is founded on a law.
And there's only place for one law in this country.
That's right.
You know, we don't need to bring foreign law into our courts.
I just don't understand how Obama can say these things.
They're completely un-American what he is saying.
And you just think to yourself, okay, whose side are you on?
Are you on our side as majority Christian America or are you on some other team's side?
Yeah, and it's interesting because we're not the only ones saying this.
Actually, Antonio Sabato Jr. recently spoke at, or recently said, he's absolutely sure that Obama is a Muslim after RNC speech.
Now, that's very strong to come out with, but we have the article right here, and he's been reported on interviews as well saying this.
It says, actor Antonio Sabato Jr. told ABC News that he absolutely believes President Barack Obama is a Muslim.
We have had a Muslim president for seven and a half years, Sabatov.
Sabato said, I do not believe he is a Christian.
He goes on to say that for the last seven and a half years, he has seen this country take a bad turn under Obama's leadership, and that he believes that he is on the other side, the Middle East, Sabato told ABC News, and that he is with the bad guys.
Now that's strong.
That is strong, but he's speaking out because he's watched what's happened in the past seven and a half years.
He's watched the decline in our American morale.
He's watched the decline in our patriotism.
He's watched what's happened and with the Muslim Brotherhood rising and with like the need for the want of Sharia law in our country, that's unheard of.
To even understand what Sharia law is, you don't want that.
If you understand what it is, it is truly evil.
Well, that's just it.
I'm glad you brought that up because the importance of knowing what Sharia law is, if you do not know what Sharia law is, you're not going to be able to defend against it.
You're not going to know when it's around you.
And so basically, it's derived from the Quran, and it is a religious legal system governing the members of the Islamic faith.
The word Sharia is an Arabic word.
It means path to be followed.
It derives from the religious prophecy of Muhammad, and it's a strict and aggressive group of law codes.
For instance, we have a list of law codes here that are just outrageous if you read through them.
One of them being Muslims should engage in tikiya or prevention and to lie to non-Muslims is to advance Islam.
So these people, governing officials, police officers, anyone who's sworn in to this faith, have the right in their religion to lie straight to your face.
See, and that's just one of the things that is permitted under Sharia law.
You see, we're going to go through a list actually of these things that are found in Sharia law, and then you're going to quickly, very quickly understand how Newt Gingrich could say something so drastic as, listen, if they believe Sharia law and they're in America, they need to leave.
They need to get out of America.
I mean, it is literally a, it's between our national security, our national security.
What does Sharia law look like?
Let me tell you what it looks like.
Sharia law looks like ISIS.
That's what it is.
ISIS adheres to almost a perfect representation of Sharia.
They follow Sharia law.
It's not like they're some crazy radical extremist.
No.
They're simply just following Sharia law almost perfectly.
And that's what it looks like.
What are some other things that Sharia law looks like?
Well, I was looking through photos today, and one of the things is that if theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand, so eye for an eye, arm for an arm.
I was looking through research, and there's this picture of this young boy, looks to be eight, nine years old.
He stole something, candy, fruit, and he had a picture of his arm underneath a car wheel.
They were going to run over his arm while his father was holding it down.
This is Sharia law.
That is Sharia law.
Wow, and then another one.
This is a big one as well.
But this is what I'm trying to have you understand today that this isn't just a law that is trying to keep citizens by doing good.
This is truly evil.
Islam commands that homosexuals must be executed.
No matter what you believe, there is no reason that you should be punished by death.
Another reason to be punished by death is a Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.
Criticizing or denying Allah, the God of Islam, is punishable by death.
That means if you do not believe like them, you are punished by death.
Wow, that's so interesting.
I want to go back to what you just said before that also, that homosexuals must be executed, because I think that's, it's very interesting that the president, our president has been the most LGBT friendly, supportive president that we have ever had.
He's done more in office than any other president has done for LGBT rights.
He's also the most supportive of the Islamic community.
And his campaign was run on, I have connections in the Islamic community.
This is how we can ease tensions in the East and how we can get out of war.
Well, we never got out of war.
We never eased tensions.
And it's just interesting to me, his ideals that he stands on this LGBT as like this hero of the community.
And he's also the hero of the Islamic community, which calls for the death of the LGBT community.
So really, who are you trying to deceive in all of this?
It doesn't make any sense.
I mean, and I have to cover this one because this one really gets me.
This one really gets me.
A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is nine years old.
Think about that.
If you see Sharia law in America today, you have to worry that your nine-year-old girl can walk out there and a man under this faith, you know, you have to worry about these things.
Wow.
Criticizing or denying Allah, the God of Islam, is punishable by death.
A Muslim, like you said, a Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.
A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.
A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death.
Yeah, it's crazy.
Going back to terminology, when they say they are a religion of justice, this is the justice that they mean.
This is their law.
When they say that we're just and our God is a God of justice, they mean that we kill homosexuals, we kill anyone who makes fun of Muhammad or even draws him.
It's ridiculous.
Well, and while we're talking about Sharia law and really explaining this out for you, I want to speak to the women out there right now, and I want to speak out to the feminist as well.
Because there are so many things that in our world today that people, the average American, doesn't know about Sharia law, and that's why it's so important for you to educate yourself.
But just for the women for a second, a woman can have one husband, but a man can have up to four wives.
A man can single-handedly divorce his wife.
A woman needs her husband's consent to divorce.
A divorced wife loses custody of all children that are over six years of age or when they exceed it.
Testimonies of, and this one's a huge one.
Testimonies of four male witnesses are required to prove rape against a woman.
Think of any rape case in America.
Think of any woman that has been raped.
You have to have four male witnesses to even be considered that it happened.
So basically, basically, we can say that rape is A-OK under Sharia law.
Now, an Islamic person would say, no, it's not right under Sharia law because if a woman claims to be raped, we take it to court and she can be no, you have to have four male witnesses.
How in the world would you believe it?
Four male witnesses?
It's basically saying that rape is A-OK under Sharia law.
When is there four males around?
And a young helpless girl doesn't call for them.
If there were four males around, why aren't they helping?
Yeah, I just don't understand it.
And then, even just to go a step further, it just shows how demeaning it is to women, how they do even, they do not see women as humans.
They just see them as objects of, well, just objects.
But basically, another one is a woman cannot even drive a car.
And that's where it's just, it doesn't make sense for us to be pushing this in America as we're standing up for the freedoms of individuals in America that we're saying we believe in feminism or we even believe in equality in America.
How does equality and feminism or anything else, even just respect, how does that fit into this?
That's why I just don't understand it.
I mean, I'm just baffled by the things that I'm hearing by our leaders.
I mean, our leaders are just downright lying.
They lie and they misrepresent things and they're just stirring the pot of division within America.
You know, I mean, whenever you read these things about what Sharia law says, and then President Barack Obama responds to what Newt Gingrich said about deporting these people that believe in this wicked, evil Sharia law, and President of the United States says that's repungent.
And that's an affront to everything that we stand for as Americans.
I don't understand how Obama could say this.
Not only is Sharia law evil, it's actually in direct conflict with our Constitution.

And I have an article here from the Huffington Post.
See, this is just misguided leaders that are just lying, just straight up lying, and they're publicizing it.
The unfortunate consequences of banning Sharia law from the Huffington Post.
It says within the article that bans on Sharia law are actually unconstitutional.
So the Huffington Post is saying, no, we can't ban Sharia law in America because it's unconstitutional when the very thing that goes against our Constitution is in fact Sharia law.
Now, how in the world could you say something like that, Zach?
That's a pretty bold statement.
I have examples here.
I have examples here of our rights within the Constitution and how Sharia law goes directly against that.
Let me just read a couple for you.
The First Amendment, freedom of speech.
In the Constitution, the First Amendment, it talks about how Congress shall not abridge the freedom of speech, okay?
Well, according to the Sharia law, speech defaming Islam or Muhammad is considered blasphemy and is punishable by death or imprisonment.
They go like this.
The Constitution and Sharia law cannot mix.
Another one, the freedom to dissent.
The Constitution, the First Amendment says this.
Congress cannot take away the right of the people to petition the government for redress of grievances.
Well, Sharia says this.
Non-Muslims are not to harbor any hostility toward the Islamic State or give comfort to those who disagree with Islamic government.
And an interesting thing about that is that Islam means submission.
You know, a lot of people will say Islam is the religion of peace.
Islam even means peace because it comes from salaam, which is peace.
But it's not true.
Islam means submission.
And when you are under, that is what their peace is.
They are at peace.
The world is at peace when everyone has submitted to Islam.
I just want to scream from the mountaintops.
How do people not get this?
How do people not know the truth?
How do people literally just believe these lies without doing any basic research for themselves at all?
They just accept it.
They don't ask questions.
They just accept it and they agree with the popular.
If there's just a popular figure on TV that says this might be a good idea, they don't research it.
They don't look into it.
They just say, okay.
Wow.
Here's another one.
The Second Amendment.
The right to self-defense, to bear arms.
The Constitution says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Sharia law says under historic and modern demi laws, non-Muslims, non-Muslims, so you and I, non-Muslims cannot possess swords, firearms, or weapons of any kind.
Can you believe that?
Taylor, read for us the Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Amendments and the right to due process and a fair trial.
Well, the Constitution, the Fifth Amendment, no person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime without due process of law.
Sixth Amendment guarantees a public trial by impartial jury.
In the Seventh Amendment, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved.
Now, the Sharia, on the other hand, says no Muslim should be killed for killing a kefir, an infidel.
No Muslims are prohibited from testifying against Muslims.
A woman's testimony is equal to half of a man's.
It's crazy.
That's unbelievable.
It's completely opposite.
Well, and then I have right here the Eighth Amendment.
No cruel and unusual punishment.
The Constitution says, the Eighth Amendment, nor cruel or unusual punishments inflicted.
Sharia law.
Under Sharia law, punishments are barbaric.
Cut off the hands of thieves, whether they are male or female, as punishment for what they have done, a deterrent from Allah.
The Quran even quotes, a raped woman is punished, and the woman and the man guilty of the adultery of fornication flog each of them with a hundred stripes.
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment.
Here's one more, and we'll move on.
The 14th Amendment, right to equal protection and due process.
The Constitution in the 14th Amendment says: no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
And here it is.
Nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.
So remember, the Constitution says, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Well, the Sharia, under demi-laws enforced in modern Sharia states, Jews, Christians, and other non-Muslims are not equal to Muslims before the law under Sharia law.
Women, girls, apostates, homosexuals, and blasphemers are all denied equality under the law.

And that's another one of those terms, equality.
When they're talking about equality, they don't mean between all peoples.
They don't mean between all races.
They mean between Muslim believers.
And to think, once again, going back to what Obama said in response to what Newt Gingrich proposed, Obama said, that's repungent and affront to everything that we stand for as Americans.
No.
It's literally the exact opposite.
Sharia law is repungent.
And Sharia law goes against everything we stand for as Americans.
But because we simply have leaders saying these things, people just naturally follow it without even trying to fact-check to see if it's true.
Actually, there's even kind of a, I don't want to say it's comical, but it was comical and saddening.
A video that you recently found.
Yeah, I was looking through and I was researching because I want to know how many people are ignorant of Sharia law.
This man went around basically asking Hillary voters what she's making this up that Sharia law, Hillary Clinton's bringing Sharia law into smaller communities and they asked their opinion and their answers were astounding.
They had no idea what it was.
You want to roll that?
Let's go ahead and run that video.
One of Hillary's primary campaign promises is to help expand the Sharia law program in minority communities in America.
Do you think that's the right campaign platform to be running on?
Yeah.
For Sharia law expansion.
Yes.
I'd say yes.
To change the way women are going to change the way women are treated in America.
Absolutely.
By implementing Sharia law.
Absolutely.
Hillary knows what's best.
Hillary's cool.
Hillary Clinton, obviously running for president, could potentially be the first female president in the United States.
Part of her campaign promises to implement the Sharia law program in the minority communities and in the middle class.
You think she's on the right track?
Sure.
They're going to be voting for Hillary?
Sure.
Hillary, being involved in politics for several decades, has decided that expanding Sharia law in the United States is the best way to help move America forward.
Do you think that's the right idea?
I don't know exactly what Sharia law is, so I can't.
It sounds like it's a step in the right direction, but I don't know entirely.
I don't know exactly what I'm saying.
If Hillary has decided that expanding Sharia law is one of her primary campaign platforms, do you think that's probably the right thing to do?
Sure.
Wow, that's astounding.
I want to bring this back to Scripture.
In Hosea, rather, 4:6, it says, My people are destroyed from a lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests.
Because you have ignored the law of your God.
I also will ignore your children.
And I think that's so powerful because that describes so many issues in America right now where people are making, they're making uneducated decisions and it is affecting our whole country.
Amen.
You can see how much in the last eight years under Obama, how much this country has changed.
And one of the big reasons is because he is such, well, he stands.
He stands for so many of the things that I do not stand for as a Christian.
But even with this Sharia law threat, he is a Muslim sympathizer.
And so is Hillary Clinton.
I mean, think about what America will look like if Hillary Clinton is elected in eight years.
And especially after she elects, if she would be elected, she would nominate or rather appoint anywhere between two to five Supreme Court justices that sit for life.
You see, people don't understand.
This is a moment right now in America's history.
We're going to be talking about this moment for the rest of our lives.
This is the biggest election since the Civil War.
And I don't say that lightly.
I mean, the next president of the United States is going to elect everywhere between two to five Supreme Court justices who hold their position for the rest of their lives.
And if it's a liberal majority, which will take place if Hillary Clinton is elected, our country, we won't recognize this country 10 years from now.
And I just, I don't know.
I don't know what to say.
I mean, I really feel like, like you said, people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.
And one of the things we want to do here is simply proclaim the truth.
Proclaim the truth.
And that's why, you know, we may sound like a broken record because we do address this specific issue a lot.
We talk about it a lot.
And the point of that is because we understand that people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.
And we don't want you to have a lack of knowledge concerning this because it is so important because it does have so much to do with our culture and what is going to happen to our country with this coming election.
Yes, and I think right now is such a crucial time as these elections are coming up that the average person and especially the average millennial does not know about these things.
They don't know what Sharia law is, as we saw on the video.
The average person doesn't, and the average millennial especially doesn't realize that when a Supreme Court justice is elected or put into position, they're in there for life.
This isn't, and right now we're such at a pivotal point with Justice Scalia's death that now literally whoever goes in office will decide who goes into that position, which will ultimately decide which course our nation takes for the rest of, basically the rest of our history.
And now we have to get to the point where we as Americans stand up, teach our youth, teach the people that are around us, start to get the truth out there, and also pray to God.
Get back into your word and start praying to God for wisdom, praying to God for ways that people can start to open their eyes to really the truth that's taking place around them because this is such a critical moment in history.

I mean, and talking to you, Zach, in the back, I mean, this isn't just affecting you.
Your vote isn't just affecting you.
Generations upon generations, your kids, your kids' kids are coming.
They are going to have to deal with what we choose today.
Think about the future, guys.
This is not here or now.
This is in the future, and your kids will deal with this.
Amen.
And I'll end with this scripture, John 3, 20.
Everyone who does evil hates the light and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.
It's one of our mandates to expose the enemy's deeds.
Amen.
