Seventh Trumpet Rapture
00:04:13
|
|
| When you gentlemen read the word, both of you believe we're going through something. | |
| That's amazing. | |
| But both of you believe the final trumpet, if I'm not mistaken. | |
| Is that right? | |
| Yeah, go ahead. | |
| Who do you want to go first? | |
| Okay, well, no, I believe from my study of the word, and we've talked about this a lot, that the seventh trumpet represents more than likely, I always leave room to be corrected, but the seventh trumpet more than likely represents the rapture of the church before the pouring out of the wrath of God. | |
| In your amazing book, Final Warning, it's the understanding the trumpet days. | |
| And there's seven trumpets in the final trumpets. | |
| And what makes you to believe that literally we're in the days of the trumpets, the final trumpet? | |
| Well, is this a short answer, a long answer? | |
| Okay, because the Bible says so. | |
| Yeah. | |
| No, no, Pastor Jim. | |
| Pastor Jim, I know what you're asking. | |
| If in fact the seventh trumpet is the rapture of the church, then that means the six trumpets prior to that are going to blow. | |
| That is, they're harbingers, they're warnings to God's people, to the church. | |
| That's the use of trumpets throughout the Bible. | |
| Particularly in the Old Testament, you do a study of Old Testament trumpets, and I do that in this book. | |
| And you discover that these trumpets were used to speak to God's people, to warn God's people, to alert God's people, to call God's people to worship, the arrival of a king, etc. | |
| And so that means the six trumpets before the seventh, they are going to sound within an historical generation. | |
| And it's real stuff. | |
| It's not science fiction stuff. | |
| It's real things, real things that are going to happen on the face of the earth when they're understood, when they're decoded, if you will, from the plain text of Scripture, that the church will say, there it is. | |
| Here we are. | |
| The trumpets are blowing. | |
| The warning sounds are coming from heaven. | |
| And the church best be prepared. | |
| God's people need to be prepared. | |
| That's my short answer. | |
| In your book, Final Warning, you believe that the World Wars could literally be one of the trumpets. | |
| Is that right? | |
| Yes, I think World War I and which World War II grew out of World War I, and I've got the historical documentation of that. | |
| I think that that's really what kicked it off. | |
| I really do. | |
| I think that the World Wars, World War I, unprecedented in human history, out of that, just a few decades later, World War II erupts, the largest war to date in human history, involving more nations, more people, more deaths than anything. | |
| And then, of course, out of World War II comes the atomic energy age, comes the atomic bomb, and I believe there are visions of that in the book of Revelation. | |
| And out of World War II, guess what one of the main biblical features of the end of World War II was? | |
| The birth of Israel. | |
| A 2,500-year-old prophecy that could not probably have been fulfilled until that World War II happened and until that atomic bomb was dropped and everything was ended. | |
| And the next thing you know, within a few short years, the nation of Israel is born in a day. | |
| A 2,500-year-old prophecy. | |
| And if I understand the prophecies correct, that's a definitive sign that we're living in the last days. | |
| Now, I'm not setting dates, and it might be 100 years from now, but I think the clock started ticking 1948 and 1967 when Jerusalem was recaptured. | |
| I mean, there's a prophetic clock going on here, which leads me to believe that we probably are living in the trumpet days of Revelation. | |
| So the more I've, my guess from last week, I brought him back here to be with us on the conference this week. | |
| Yes. | |
| And if I've ever, ever believed it's later than you think, I'll tell you what, it's later than I thought. | |
|
Tribulation Days Near?
00:00:42
|
|
| And if it's later than I thought, it's really late. | |
| Because I believe we are in the beginning of the end. | |
| I really believe that the tribulation days begin probably around the corner. | |
| I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it happens at the beginning of it at the end of the Sumita year, which is in September, with the final blood moon, perhaps. | |
| I don't know. | |
| But I know this. | |
| When you start explaining the trumpets, you realize a lot of this has already taken place, perhaps. | |
