Special Guest Reveals 00:04:47
Hey everyone, welcome to a new segment of the Jim Baker Show called Backstage with Ricky and Marie.
Yeah, it's a five-minute interview we do with our special guests before the actual taping of the Jim Baker show.
And today we have a very special guest.
We have Rabbi Jonathan Kahn live with us.
He is an amazing guest.
He's been in the New York bestseller list for over one year now.
His book, The Harbinger, is absolutely amazing.
If you have not gotten time to read that book, I suggest you read it.
Rabbi, can you just explain to us a little bit about the Harbinger?
Yeah, I think the Jim Baker audience knows it more than anybody in the world.
Yeah, The Harbinger is an ancient, is the ancient mystery that lies behind what's happening right now in America.
And it's one that goes back 2,500 years.
And the nine Harbingers that appeared in the last days of Israel are appearing in America.
Warnings of judgment.
It's happening specifically.
It's happening exactly and precisely.
And since the book was written, since it came out, it is continuing to happen.
It is continuing to unfold.
So what inspired you to actually write The Harbinger?
The Lord.
Yeah, of course.
We live right outside New York City.
So when 9-11 happened, we could see the smoke.
We could see everything happening.
And I'm sure my wife was supposed to be there at that moment when that was happening, but her plans were changed.
And I was praying, and I was led to a specific part of scripture that spoke about the first warning strike that God gives a nation, that warning of judgment.
And then I found out later, David Wilkerson, if you heard of Times Square Church, he gave a message to his congregation and he gave the exact same word.
He said, this is the word from the Lord.
And then I was standing at ground zero and I saw an object.
Something said, there's something here in this object.
You have to seek this out.
And I did.
And it was the first puzzle piece of this mystery, a biblical mystery that kept unfolding and folding and folding until I was blown away.
And that's how it began.
Wow, that's awesome.
That is true.
So what can we expect to hear from you the next couple of days while here at Morningside?
Well, we're going to, a few things.
First of all, we're going to, well, the last time I was here, it was the day of the election, if you remember.
And that was critical.
And things have happened since in America that are critical to know critical prophetically that are happening right now.
So we're going to talk about what's been happening.
And there are some other things that have happened with the Harbinger.
It just keeps happening.
I'll share some things probably the first time here.
And then, and we're going to get ready for something we've never done.
And I'm really looking forward to it.
We're going to have the Passover here.
We'll have the Last Supper here.
And it may be the first time it's been on anything like that's been done on television like this.
So it's going to be, yeah, I'm really excited.
And we're going to talk about the mysteries of Passover even today as we prepare for tomorrow.
That's awesome.
I'm ready for that.
Now, Rabbi, do you think that the Passover is relevant for the non-Jewish community?
Totally, totally.
I mean, our whole, I mean, our whole faith is based on the Passover.
Messiah, Jesus, is the Passover Lamb.
The Last Supper is the Passover.
We are saved on Passover.
I mean, it's everything.
It is the heritage of Jew and non-Jew alike.
Because if you're born again, you are a citizen of Israel.
And so absolutely.
I guess it doesn't really appeal to the people who are non-Jewish as the Passover because the people only think that's a Jewish community.
So it can be celebrated by the non-Jewish.
Not only can, I mean, yeah, I mean, I mean, Paul says, he says, let us celebrate the feast.
He says, Messiah is our Passover.
Let us celebrate the feast.
And I mean, people don't realize the communion is Passover.
Communion is just a small form.
The Lord's Supper is a small form of Passover.
So you're already celebrating it.
It's just most believers don't know, aren't, you know, it's kind of like you have the Jewish people here, you have the church here, and for 2,000 years, they haven't been together.
And each one is missing something.
And now they're coming together.
And so it's so rich, it is the heritage of every born-again believer.
So the Passover could almost marry the two groups together.
It is, yeah.
I mean, Jesus does.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And it's something for people, there are a lot of people who are going to be watching who have never experienced it.
It is part of your heritage.
It says you are a fellow citizen of Israel.
If you're born again, you are as Jewish as I am in the spirit.
And it's a beautiful feast.
God gave it of salvation.
It's all about Jesus, all about the Messiah.
Wow, that's awesome.
Well, Rabbi, now that everyone, you've spoken this a little bit, everyone is looking forward to what you have to say on the show.
It was so good having this interview with you.
And everyone, just make sure you stay tuned for Rabbi on the Jim Baker show.
He has much more information.
They're going to be getting really deep in some very serious topics.
And I know that everyone is super excited.
We have a great audience live in the audience today.
And I know that this is something that everyone has been looking forward to.
And we just want to thank you for doing this interview with us.
We're so honored to have you do this with us.
It's my honor to be with you on your first show.
Yes, it is our first show.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, guys.
Everybody for watching.
