And on what is quote unquote officially Epstein Files Day, and by the way, we've already had the DOJ come out and say that we are supposed to get tens of thousands of documents today, but there are many, many more documents that are supposedly coming out over the next days and weeks.
We'll see about that.
Really, that illustrates, once again, and we'll see what we get.
But, you know, just a few months ago, this administration was poised to give us nothing.
On the flip side of that, okay, RFK Jr. and HHS, in my opinion, overall, I mean, again, we can talk problems in a moment, has been one of the shining lights of this administration.
And it's not just the shift in the quote-unquote Overton window and the discussion about topics that used to be taboo.
That's part of it.
Talked about that with James Corbett recently, right?
I thought that was a great interview.
It is real world action, okay?
The attempt to take away liability protection, the skepticism in the mRNA technology.
And now the common sense, and this is a big one, the common sense that we do not in this country physically mutilate our children and not just physically mutilate them with life-changing surgery,
but physically mutilate them with drugs that will forever change their biology and therefore forever change their mentality.
You know, in those formative years, while you are growing up, if you don't understand that drugs that literally suppress your human biology and alter that are not going to have lifelong effects, I mean, you're in imagination land.
But of course, they present those changes as positive.
Well, yesterday there was, in fact, a press conference.
It was less than an hour.
We're only going to play RFK Jr. in the first eight or nine minutes or so, where he breaks down the lunacy of this, specifically saying this is not medicine.
Now, here's the issue.
We're going to see pushback on this.
This issue is not going away because this administration is making it illegal.
And not only are they making it illegal, they're also talking about Medicaid.
They're talking about government funds.
And look, I've said it before, I'll say it again.
Do what you want after you're 18.
Now, I have an issue with the 18 number at this point because now they've not only taken away the ability to drink alcohol at 18, which was available to my parents' generation, not to mine, but now smoking cigarettes at 18.
You know, we could talk about the pros and cons of the reclassification of marijuana to a Schedule III drug with Trump.
We can talk all day and all night like the regular pundits do about Trump's speech that to me was rather blasé, didn't really say much, didn't really add to the conversation.
But this is real action.
Okay, this is something that is absolutely different from a Kamala Embarrass administration.
Okay, so RFK Jr. is also an extremely popular political figure in this country on both sides.
Although the mainstream media is not going to tell you that.
And frankly, when this Trump administration is up, I know that there's a lot of talk of JD Vance.
First of all, we're very, very far away.
But if RFK Jr. stays healthy, for me, anyway, he is by far and away the frontrunner.
So I need you to thumbs this up, subscribe, share, ring that bell.
You know, unfortunately, I did the Deep in the Weeds segment today and I forgot to record it.
So if you want to go watch the Deep in the Weeds segment, you actually have to go to WQUD-1077 and just listen to it, which is unfortunate because I had a great conversation there.
I need your support, guys, now more than ever.
Let me tell you something.
Big car issues, and I just got a big car bill.
Only going to be able to do half the work right now unless something changes.
So again, that's why the Buy Me a Coffee's here.
That's why we've got the PayPal down below.
Also, the Venmo.
I realize it's the holiday system season.
We're literally less than a week away from Christmas.
$5, $10, $15, it means the world to me.
And again, this is a media operation that does not buy into not only left or right narratives, but whatever the quote-unquote hot item of the day is or the hot take in the quote-unquote conspiracy world, all that.
I mean, Turning Point USA just had their event yesterday.
Erica Kirk and Candace Owens just talked to each other.
You know, the Charlie Kirk assassination is going to remain a hot topic and controversial for some time.
There's a lot more out there.
There's a lot more out there, and we continue to cover it.
I want to thank MarigoldResources.com for supporting the broadcast, buying or selling a business.
Go check out Marigold Resources and, of course, rcreader.com, Rivers City Reader.
They got a great Tina Peters piece up and much more right now.
Check it out, folks.
They don't like RFK Jr.
Okay, they've tried to introduce impeachment articles.
The last vice president of the United States under Trump, Mike Pence, has called for him to resign.
They don't like the quote-unquote science that RFK Jr. is presenting out there.
It's a fact check.
Okay.
But they just did this, and this is not medicine.
RFK Jr. targets pediatric gender treatments.
You see that?
See how they try to frame it still in the mainstream media?
We're not going to frame it at all.
We're going to let you hear what RFK Jr. has to say.
And by the way, there were some establishment politicians by his side.
Shout out to Marjorie Taylor Greene for again pushing this issue for a long time.
Common sense issue to protect children.
Common sense issue.
But even Dan Crenshaw, you know, pretty neocon establishment.
He's on board on this issue.
Because eventually, when you fight hard and you fight with enough common sense, these people have to join your cause at some point on some level.
That doesn't mean they're genuine.
That doesn't mean that they won't flip later.
But it does stand as a testament to people that have been fighting on so many health issues.
This one in particular, as egregious as it is.
So here's RFK Jr.
Good morning, everybody.
Thank you to all the officials who are joining us today.
And I acknowledge many of you by name, as a long list.
A chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, Andrew Ferguson, Senator Bill Cassidy, Senator Marsha Blackburn, Senator Roger Marshall, Senator James Lankford, Congressman Doug Lamalfa, Congressman John Joyce, Congresswoman Diana Harshberger, Congressman Bob Onter, Congressman Robert Adderholt, Congressman Dan Crenshaw, Congressman Tim Wahlberg,
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neill, Administrator Mehmet Oz, Director Jay Bhattachara, Commissioner Marty McCary, and Admiral Brian Christine.
And a special thanks to Chloe Cole for being with us today bravely share her odyssey.
Doctors assume a solemn obligation to protect children, yet doctors across the country now provide needless and irreversible sex-rejecting procedures that violate their sacred Hippocratic oaths by endangering the very lives that they are sworn to safeguard.
The American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics battled.
And hey, why would it be?
Why would just you just can't win, Jason?
You can't win.
That's okay.
We're going to get there.
We're going to go.
Who knows how much we're going to have to bring it back?
You know, just crashing away.
treatment for children with gender dysphoria.
These procedures failed to meet professionally recognized standards of care.
Medical professionals or entities providing sex-rejecting procedures to children are out of compliance with these standards of health care.
This declaration is a clear directive to providers to follow the science and the overwhelming body of evidence that these procedures hurt, not help children.
Additionally, CMS is proposing two new rules.
The first rule will bar hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid, which is almost every hospital, from performing these dangerous and harmful procedures.
The second rule prohibits the federal Medicaid dollars from funding the sex-rejecting procedures on minors.
The FDA is issuing warning letters to 12 manufacturers of breastbinders, which are medical devices used for purposes such as assistance and recovery from cancer-related mastectomies.
The FDA is telling these companies that the illegal marketing of breastbinders to children for the purpose of treating gender dysphoria commits significant regulatory violations and requires swift congressional or corrective action.
If the manufacturers don't comply, they could face enforcement actions, including product seizures.
Furthermore, HHS is also moving to reverse the Biden administration's attempt to include gender dysphoria within the definition of disability.
My uncle Ted Kennedy was the primary author of the Americans with Disabilities Act and of the 1978 amendments that strengthened the Rehabilitation Act.
The Biden-era amendments that designated gender dysphoria as a disability serve the commercial interest of a predatory multi-billion dollar industry that betrayed the original intention of those laws, engendered widespread public resentments against those laws among the American people, and discredited the statues in the public mind.
These are statues that were designed to protect the most vulnerable Americans, and the misuse of these statutes for these purposes injures the statutes themselves and injures other people who are entitled to that protection and who Americans want to see protected.
Our proposed rule will reassure recipients of HHS funding that policies preventing or limiting sex-rejecting procedures do not violate disability non-discrimination requirements.
Finally, our Assistant Secretary of Health, Admiral Brian Christine, today signed a public health message to inform health care providers, families, and policymakers that current evidence does not support claims that puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries are safe and effective treatments for pediatric gender dysphoria.
These announcements are grounded in evidence and shaped by compassion.
President Trump has made child protection a national priority.
The Make Our Children Healthy Again strategy demonstrates that commitment.
Sex-rejecting procedures rob children of their futures.
The Maha Commission strategy report calls for an end to over-medicalization of our children.
Unnecessary medical interventions drive big money interests that push sex-rejecting treatments.
Today's revenue for sex-rejecting drugs and surgeries in 2023 were estimated in one study to exceed $4.4 billion and on track to exceed $7.8 billion by 2030.
One doctor was recorded callously describing sex-rejecting procedures as a big money maker.
Hospitals rake in millions of dollars by convincing boys and girls that a lifetime of off-label prescriptions for estrogen and testosterone blockers, just reconstruction surgeries, and more are the only way to achieve true happiness and belonging in life.
It's wrong.
The Trump administration will not stand by while ideology, misinformation, and propaganda push vulnerable young people into decisions they cannot fully understand and that they can never reverse.
On my watch, HHS will stand for radical transparency and informed consent.
We follow the evidence.
We employ gold standard science.
We honor the moral obligation to do no harm.
There is divine worth in every person, and it shines most brightly in our children.
That worth commands us to protect them.
And as long as I serve as HHS Secretary, this agency will do so.
Thank you all very, very much.
No, thank you for that common sense.
I mean, once again, don't think that people are not going to fight tooth and nail against this, that this will not be reintroduced at some point, probably in the near future.
But this is that difference between the Trump administration and something we would get with Kamala Harris.
And some people can disagree with me on that.
That's fine.
We can have different opinions.
But I really do believe that RFK Jr. believes what he says, is an overpowering force on the good side, not just because of the rhetoric, because of actions like that, especially when you see a lot of this stuff up close.
When you hear somebody like Marjorie Taylor Greene talking about why she's leaving.
And, you know, one of the things she recently said, she talked about not only the death threats on her, but the death threats on her own kids.
She talked about not only the swatting incidents we knew about, but dozens of others.
And for what?
She's like, do I have to give my life for this?
That is a good question.
That is a good question that we should ask.
But again, she pushed back on this issue.
She helped make the difference.
So this is a good thing, maybe a great thing.
I hope to see more of this type of thing and moving in that direction.
When we get Epstein files, we are going to break out with some of this new stuff.
We'll see whether it's this afternoon, this evening.
I know it's the big Jake Paul Netflix fight tonight, and even I might goof around and watch some of that, but we're going to try to go live.
Folks, you know the drill.
This is true end of the media.
I really do need you.
There are no paychecks.
$5, $10, $15.
Big donors.
Thank you so much.
