You see, we have Whitney Webb with us today, and she's not just a one-trick pony.
She's not just Epstein.
She's so much more.
And that's why for the next hour, we're going to be talking about Operation Warp Speed.
I want to talk about its parallels to the war on terror, its intelligence connections.
There's so many things to talk about, and even the transhumanist push of these DARPA-like elements that are intertwined with this.
Whether you think Trump's the best thing since breakfast, I promise you, this agenda marches on.
So, Whitney, thanks for joining us.
And I know you have a new article out today.
Briefly tell us what that's about, and then we're going to go over everything.
Operation Warp Speed.
I want to get your take on Tony Atlas, this election that's coming up in less than 25 days.
But really, focus on, again, so many of these parallels from this ANSER group.
I guess the acronym is ANSWER that just magically predicted the new Pearl Harbor event and things like Homeland Security and comes into fruition at the same time of the Incutel investments and Google becoming a Leviathan and all of these things that don't seem much like a coincidence to me.
So tell us about this new article, Whitney.
Well, the new article actually relates a lot to the Operation Warp Speed one.
I haven't found a direct tie-in yet, but I suspect they're definitely linked.
So basically, what this article is about is this new push to create a national wastewater surveillance system by HHS that will be fed into this system that's existed since about April or May called HHS Protect.
It is the data warehouse where all of the COVID-19 patient data in the country is being housed and it's being run by Palantir.
And it has been insanely undercovered when you consider the fact that Palantir was set up by Peter Thiel, but also by the CIA's NQTEL.
And for the first three years of its existence, its only client was the CIA.
Okay.
And it was essentially created to be the successor to Killiad.
Yes, Killiad, the company set up by Christine Maxwell, Ghelene Maxwell's sister, to handle all the war on terror data.
She was contacted to set up that company by the active duty chief information officer of the CIA, Alan Wade.
Alan Wade was also involved in the Total Information Awareness Program after 9-11 and also in advising and guiding Palantir's product development, right?
So, you know, a direct line between that to Palantir, and now Palantir is basically housing all of this data.
At HHS Protect, no one except for people at the White House Coronavirus Task Force and a handful of other people even have access to it.
It's being hidden from even local public health officials and it's being used to determine tons of things.
And also now, as I report here, it's being used to predict COVID-19 outbreaks at the local and community level in the U.S. before symptoms even emerge, up to weeks before there is even a coronavirus outbreak.
They're going to detect it in the sewage using a smart sewer system that they plan to have operational in 42 states by the end of the year.
And the company that is going to be building this is a spin-off of MIT's Sensible City Labs, which is basically an RD system to create smart cities.
And so basically what they are doing is that I would argue this is the beginning of a nationwide push under the guise of coronavirus to create a national smart city network, but they're going to do it underground in the sewers, so you won't see it.
But it's the beginning of what is going to be a much larger push because we know that in some places in the country, like New York State, for example, their governor announced that they're going to be building at least five smart cities next year.
Not only announced it.
Not only announced it, Whitney, but brought our good friend Eric Schmidt on air at one of his press conferences via Zoom.
Very hip and trendy thing to do to promote this idea.
As we have Michael Bloomberg, another billionaire in charge of the Track Trace Database Force.
And guess what?
They're going to start doing randomized testing in New York State for anybody that wants to go to school because it's a choice now.
Because, you know, it's a choice.
And even in my small town I just escaped from, they actually put into effect the fining of not wearing a mask in the streets, despite the fact we had an outbreak of over 863 confirmed of 14,000, zero hospitalizations.
And we now have the data on all those college outbreaks throughout the country.
70,000 kids, three hospitalizations, zero deaths.
And I guarantee you, those three kids that were hospitalized probably weren't in the best shape.
Now, one of the things that struck me in this article that you did earlier in the week.
Oh, well, before we get to that, one thing I wanted to point out really quick, if that's okay, Sorry, is that this national wastewater surveillance system, they're saying now it's being used to prevent COVID-19, but they're also, they've talked about using it to identify illicit drug use, opioids, marijuana, things like that.
So it has a war on drug angle to it, which I'm sure they won't have used, right, Jason?
They never have.
Right.
But they're also using it to test people's diets and to recommend that, you know, if there's too much sugar in people's, you know, crap or whatever, they're eating too many processed foods, then the government, probably New York, right, will put on a sugar tax or some sort, or they'll ban certain foods.
They talk about this stuff sort of micromanaging, you know, the community, right?
But it's essentially surveillance beyond anything we've ever seen before.
It's surveilling what you are literally ingesting, right?
So this is a whole new level, and it's only going to get worse until people start saying, we're done, get out of my poop, you know.
But, you know, we'll see if people actually stand up or if it'll take even more invasiveness on the part of the government.
I suspect it will.
And that's unfortunate.
Again, people are still thinking that after the election, this is all over.
They don't realize right now in the country that October to January, possibly through January, may be some of the wildest, most unpredictable times in the States and even preparing for further authoritarianism, further draconian rule under the guise of chaos.
And we can make into that later.
But again, you parallel, even without saying it, the war on terror, because you never used that term in this article for the last American vagabond.
And dare I say that you guys collectively are doing the best work out there on this subject.
What struck me was that when you were going to your military sources on these contracts that were with these companies that were not going to be disclosed, that had CIA written all over them, they said, well, of course, we're not going to be able to disclose everything about a vaccine to the public.
Now, this is the public health.
And everything about it clicked in my brain going, well, of course, we can't give you all of our information on the war on terror and our sources there.
It's a national security issue.
So now we've gone beyond we're trying to protect the homeland and your country from terrorism to now we have to protect you from your own body and invoke essentially medical martial law.
And we can't tell you why, but by the way, we're going to protect ourselves from any kind of liability whatsoever.
Now the invisible enemy aren't these foreign terrorists hiding in caves and wherever.
Now it's a microbe that can literally dwell anywhere in the physical environment or within your body.
And that is why I would argue that a lot of the surveillance push we're seeing now is for on-the-body and in-the-body technology that essentially makes the future realm of surveillance.
It's not telecommunications anymore.
It's everything.
And I would argue that what we're seeing now in different ways, HHS Protect being one of them and Operation Warp Speed being another, is the resurrection of something that used to exist but was dismantled soon after it was launched because it was just so insane called a total information awareness.
I'm sure you know about this, Jason.
It had a very controversial logo, right?
It was like the all-seeing eye pyramid beaming over the whole world, right?
And was called Total Information Awareness.
It was the Information Awareness Office.
It was run by DARPA.
And that's why it's no coincidence that so much of the shady shit that's going on in the U.S. right now, and Operation Warpspeed included, has DARPA all over it.
And so that was TIA, Total Information Awareness.
It was all about predictive policing of terrorism.
And that is why, but it was also, it had a component called biosurveillance that was all about predicting both bioterror events and natural disease outbreaks, natural normal disease outbreaks, whatever, before they happen or as early as possible.
And so much of that we have seen, we have seen come back under the guise of combating COVID-19.
I would really argue that they are trying to resurrect this system because after 9-11, you know, they tried to get this thing going, TIA going.
In like 2003, by then, a lot of the fear had worn off from 9-11.
There was controversy over the Iraq invasion, and people were starting to be skeptical and question the government's motives, right?
And so it didn't actually go according to plan, and they had to dismantle it.
They covertly sent some of those programs off to the NSA and different intelligence agencies and kept it under wraps.
But now we're seeing a push to make it public again now that people are afraid still of COVID-19, trying to do it on a shorter timeline than they did before after 9-11.
I would argue that's what's going on to a significant degree here.
No, I absolutely agree.
And when you talk about even these smart cities before, it plays into the idea of an automation nation.
And while all these people don't have jobs and now they're becoming accustomed to a pseudo-UBI, I mean, let's be honest, I mean, Trump has had to morph his position more into Bernie Sanders style politics of seriously free checks.
We're going to do the health care that you want, all these different things.
Why?
Because his economy has been closed.
So before we delve further into the article and we talk about really where this is going, because that's what you're talking about in this.
And it is medical martial law.
It's wearable devices.
It's implantable devices.
All these things.
I want to get your take on the possible differences between these administrations because the outward ones, I mean, other than Joe Biden being senile and an establishment puppet and tool for 30 plus years, the fact that he's saying mandatory masks.
You know, it's going to be a mandatory vaccine after the fact if they get in.
And the press, at least the mainstream press, there is not a headline out there.
There is not an excerpt out there where Tony Atlas twice said this will not be a mandatory vaccine under the Trump administration.
Well, it won't be mandatory, of course.
What are your thoughts?
Do you think that going forward, because Trump has kind of flip-flopped and tried to go along with these mainline narratives, that that's just a farce?
Maybe first it won't be mandatory, but even if he gets in.
I think he's flip-flopping to not lose his base entirely.
If he ever went out and said mandatory vaccines, he would lose a significant number of his base, period.
Definitely.
So I think it's, I don't really think it matters, though, in my opinion, what they're saying publicly.
I think a lot of it has to do with Operation Warp Speed, which is all about this very secretive, essentially entirely classified program to develop and distribute a vaccine allegedly to every American by January 2021.
Biden said he'd continue Operation Warp Speed if he wins the election.
So regardless of who wins the election, you're getting Operation Warp Speed either way.
And this is really critical because Operation Warp Speed, even mainstream media admits now, is not what we told, it's not what they told us it was when they set it up.
It is a military operation, period.
The organizational chart came out essentially the day of the debate, the first presidential debate.
So no one paid attention to it.
It showed that 60 of the 90 officials in charge of that are military with no previous experience in healthcare or in developing vaccines.
And the two people that are in charge of the vaccines, one is Monsef Salawi, who's the civilian head of this whole thing.
Monsef Salawi used to work for GlaxoSmithKline.
He is literally obsessed with what he calls bioelectronic medicine and neural implants that hack the nervous system and all of this stuff.
I mean, he's nuts.
But the guy below him that's the go-to vaccine coordinator for Operation Warp Speed is even crazier.
He's a former program manager at DARPA's biological technologies office.
His name is Matt Hepburn.
He is the guy that literally developed and still oversees DARPA's investment in the profusa implantable chip that they are going to approve the same time that Operation Warp Speed goes live, January 2021, that's supposed to be involved, allow people to monitor what goes on inside the human body.
And this is very disturbing when we consider that Operation Warp Speed just disclosed that everyone that gets the vaccine is going to be part of this pharmacovigilance network where they are going to monitor what happens to you after you get the vaccine up to 24 months later, two years later.
And how are they going to do that?
Well, it's interesting.
The Profusa chip lasts for two years and works for two years in the human body.
It's almost like they set it up because the guy that literally made that thing is the go-to coordinator for the vaccine for Operation Warp Speed.
And there's just so many levels of crazy to this.
First of all, Operation Warp Speed, there's no reason for the insane level of secrecy and there's no reason for the insane level of military involvement because it's supposed to be developing a medical countermeasure, right, during peacetime funded by American taxpayers for American taxpayers.
There's no reason to keep this secret from everyone.
It's even being hidden from the FDA.
FDA officials are being barred from Operation Warp Speed meetings.
When the FDA was approached by mainstream media, they said they couldn't even describe the organization of Operation Warp Speed or when the leadership of Operation Warp Speed met and what they talked about.
Matt Hepburn spoke to a majorly important CDC panel and refused to answer most of their questions straight up.
He just was like, I don't have to tell you anything.
Well, that's insane.
It is insane.
And I want to go back to specifically talking about this being a military program just so people understand when she says 60 out of the 90 people working there are military.
They're specifically Department of Defense.
And when we talk about the parallels of DARPA and this transhumanist movement, isn't it convenient that you have Elon Musk putting out his brain chip that has a robot that you're going to just sit in and the robot's going to put the little brain chips like getting a hearing?
You're in and out the same day.
Whatever.
So while this is commercially being distributed, other what seem like less invasive measures of these chips that are going to monitor your heart rate, your cholesterol.
They have a program called N3 that is non-evasive neural stimulation devices that can read and write into the human brain without surgery.
They've been developing that for like three years.
I mean, this is the stuff DARPA does, and they don't have any oversight.
They all justify it in the name of national security.
It's all part of the Pentagon's really creepy modernization efforts, they call it, which a counter, you know, a foundational part of that is linking up soldiers' brains to AI and having them control weapons with their brain.
That is literally in military documents, and it's even in mainstream military news sites like Defense One and Breaking Defense News and Federal News Network and all of the government tech, all those mainstream media outlets focused on this stuff, talk about it.
I mean, it's not conspiracy.
And on DARPA's website, they talk about this stuff too.
You think they're just developing that to never use it to be like, well, it's cool.
We did that high five and we're just going to leave it there in the closet.
Like, well, that's the wearable, right?
Let's talk about that for a second because I've covered it.
So I've talked about how soldiers, number one, human brain interfaces, as they call them, don't have to be chips.
And that's the scary part because they want to push something that's already in your brain and you can't take it off.
You can't get rid of it, right?
But already with this read-write access, you have soldiers now for years controlling drones.
And to kind of bring it full circle, where you were talking about smart cities and this plan with the water underground, well, isn't it convenient?
Just before COVID-1984 hit, DARPA actually was putting out ads for large areas under cities to rent and renovate for unspecified purposes.
Where they're literally setting up these areas throughout the country.
Wow, how convenient when you go for a smart city grid?
Yeah, throughout the Pentagon-driven AI modernization things have been really going into overdrive since 2018, and there's so much of it that has gone on that no one's talked about.
I mean, there was an entirely new section of the Army setup called Futures Command in 2018, along with the Eric Schmidt-led National Security Commission on AI that's basically Eric Schmidt, Silicon Valley, U.S. Intelligence, and the Pentagon, all deciding what these modernization efforts entail.
And essentially, the Pentagon announced just a couple weeks ago that they're going live with implementing all their modernization stuff, which includes all this transhumanist bullshit, at something called Project Convergence that happened that started last month.
And they are just going to keep going.
And if you think they're going to put this shit to a vote and ask people's opinion, do you approve of us hooking soldiers' brains up to machines?
Do you approve of us using AI to target who lives and who dies?
They know people will say no, so they're not going to ask you.
They're just going to do it.
And they don't care about your opinion, right?
So that's why I would argue a lot of this chaos that we're going to be seeing in a couple months that they're telling you is coming for the election and all of that.
They want chaos to reach its maximum level because the more chaos there is, the greater they can clamp down to restore order.
And that's what all of this is about because the more chaos there is and the more desperate people become by a situation they manufacture, the more they can restore order however they want.
And if that involves mandatory anything or you have to wear this or this has to be injected into you, you will not have a say about it.
That's how they're trying to set this up.
And the best thing we can do is to show people what they are planning in advance and what they have been telling us all year is going to happen before it happens.
So when that shit goes live, people can know what's actually up.
You know, I've been reporting since January about this whole election chaos thing long before it was obvious, you know, and palpable like it is now that like, okay, yeah, the election is going to be a total shit show.
And between November and Inauguration Day in January, it's going to be total madness.
This was being gamed out by Israeli intelligence and U.S. intelligence last year, Cyber Reason, which is also tied up with SoftBank and a lot of these other like Internet of Things companies and all of this stuff predicting terror attacks through cyber means, the power grid going down and all this stuff on election day.
You know, they've been doing this all year, really.
And then you have the Transition Integrity Project with all the PNAC neocons and then a bunch of Obama administration guys coming together to game out how to create that scenario regardless, that chaotic scenario, regardless of whether Trump wins or Biden wins.
It's going to happen, right?
Is essentially what they're telling you.
So, I mean, you know, we need to be prepared for what's coming and we need to stop believing that, you know, the U.S. presidential debate last week was actually anything other than political theater or the vice president debate that was last night was anything other than political theater.
I mean, there is bigger stuff going on and no person you could potentially vote in on November 3rd is going to fix this shit.
You know, we are the saviors that we have been waiting for.
It's time to stop, you know, waiting for a political savior to be voted into office and magically fix everything from the Oval Office.
You know, time to take some responsibility for what's going on and join up with the like-minded people and get local.
I mean, that's really the only way we can beat this.
We have to decentralize in order to combat this extreme centralization that they're trying to push out.
And I think that's key because if you're looking to a federal approach or if you're looking to the president to solve things, well, we're locked down throughout a lot of this country and major states right now in October, where the death rates are plummeting or have plummeted.
I mean, they've been plummeting for months and months and months.
The infection rates are a joke because there are no hospitalizations.
Therapeutics are just talked about just like that, therapeutics, as though they don't work and they're not a cure at all.
And Nancy Pelosi, even earlier today, said that they would be looking at the 25th Amendment to remove Trump because he's on steroid treatment.
Well, again, if you've been watching me since March, I said, well, the studies are out there that vitamin D and vitamin C with steroid treatments that are injectables or nebulized seem to be working.
This is in March.
I'm not that fucking smart.
I know how to read at a fourth grade level.
That's about it.
And I knew this stuff.
And now they're flipping it around that they're saying, well, dextromethasone affects your brain chemistry and it gives you these megalomiacal tendencies.
Well, no, shit.
Everybody knows that if you hit anybody with steroids.
You can put Joe Biden's on, though, to be able to stand up straight.
He's on everything.
They got him TRT'd up four times a day to keep him awake for 12 hours.
Are you kidding me?
Like, give me a break.
Oh, man.
But the thing is that you have that.
We live in this upside-down world where you're not allowed to talk about health, right?
The most I've seen about health and COVID in this crazy world that I live in is when I watch a commercial for the non-vaping truth ads.
Remember those truth trendy ones for the smoking?
Well, now they're vapes.
And it's this trendy black doctor saying, well, with your lungs, they're not sure that COVID could get there, but your best defense is a good immune system.
Only fucking guy I've ever seen say it.
Okay?
Only guy.
And then not like smoking vapes.
That's it.
They don't talk about any of these things, Whitney.
And they've invoked something that we now know has a severely low death rate.
Okay.
Only they're focusing now just on the number of cases.
Oh, this is the number of positive cases.
They're not telling or talking about any other statistic anymore.
They're not talking about the death rate.
They're not talking about hospitalizations like you were pointing out.
It's all about positive cases, even though even the New York Times admits that the PCR test has an egregious track record with false positives.
It's pretty insane.
So I got to ask you, do you think that, I mean, I think there's chaos either way because you talked about this, laying the groundwork that forget about not knowing who won on November 3rd, no matter whether it's a landslide or not.
We won't know on December 3rd.
We won't know after Christmas.
We may not know until after January, which is what they're trying to pull, apparently, according to some of these war game scenarios, to further contest this president, even if he wins a valid election.
So you have to ask yourself, I mean, I'm no Trump fanboy, but I want out of the WHO.
I think that the best thing he could do is just say, fuck the UN.
We're going to nationalize the New York building.
Get the fuck out of it.
He's not going to do that, though.
No, I know.
That's it.
That's what I'm saying.
I mean, he declassified these documents in Russia Gate yesterday.
They show everything that we've talked about, that it was a hoax and it was a setup.
No one's going to prison.
Of course not.
Bill Barr is a CIA asset.
His whole legal career began at the CIA, stonewalling the church committee and keeping CIA abuses from coming to light and keeping the CIA from being held accountable.
Then he was a liaison for William Casey, CIA director, during Iran-Contra, going and talking to Bill Clinton and Mina about NENA, Arkansas and all this stuff.
Then he goes to former CIA director George Bush Sr., when he's president, becomes his attorney general, and now he's Trump's Attorney General.
You know, that's Bill Barr's career trajectory.
If people that are still looking to that guy to like drain the swamp, I mean, come on, you know what, Whitney?
You forgot his time at Kirkland and Ellis defending Epstein.
We forgot that.
Well, I don't think he was an Epstein defense.
He wasn't an Epstein defense lawyer, but he worked at the same law firm as Epstein's defense lawyers, yeah, at Kirkland and Ellis.
His dad hired Epstein and worked at the Office of Strategic Services and wrote a book all about teenage sex slaves.
So, you know, great guy to pin all your hopes on for draining the swamp and sending Hillary Clinton to prison.
I mean, give me a fucking break.
I mean, we don't have time for these fairy tales anymore.
Seriously.
I agree.
So, what do we do?
So, I know we have to go localized, but I've talked about, for instance, what they did out in Idaho, where the people, and it wasn't really covered here in this country.
There were some local stories about it.
They stormed their Congress.
Okay, they went to their Congress meeting and they literally stormed it.
People got arrested and they got that passed, but then the Senate said no in the next day to repeal these executive powers.
They're preparing for that type of unrest.
And so I think our best bet is seeing the big picture and what these guys want and why they're doing this, why they want chaos and why they want to come in and, you know, why they're thinking openly talking about continuity of government and martial law and all this stuff.
You look at Eric Schmidt, for example, who's essentially, by the way, not just running how to reimagine New York State, he's running Pentagon policy right now, this guy.
People have totally missed the ball with this huge story that the Pentagon, Silicon Valley, and the intelligence community have essentially fused to direct the future of the U.S. national security state and basically U.S. government policy domestically and foreign policy.
I mean, this is insane.
But basically, Eric Schmidt and this National Security Commission on AI, it's Eric Schmidt and this guy named Bob Work that used to be Deputy Secretary of Defense.
They and a huge number of lawmakers, of career politicians, and bureaucrats all believe that we are going, the U.S. will lose global military hegemony, which is all these dudes care about, is being the global hegemon forever.
They're saying we will lose to China because China will develop better AI than we do.
And everything about the future hinges on AI.
Therefore, we have to develop better AI than them.
Well, how do you develop better AI than China?
AI is all about data.
The more data you can drain, you acquire and you can train artificial intelligence algorithms on, the better your AI is and the more marketable it is and the more likely you're to be the market leader in AI.
Okay.
China, from these people's perspectives, has a huge advantage because they have a larger population that they can surveil and monitor to acquire data from people.
They have mega cities much larger than cities that current in terms of population and density also than they exist in the U.S., than exist in the U.S. They're currently more advanced in terms of smart city functionality, Internet of Things than we are.
So how do we catch up?
That's what these people are thinking about.
How do we catch up to them?
How do we make a smaller population produce more data and be more, you know, they're basically looking at human beings, the American population as data to be harvested.
That is how these people are looking at us right now.
So what they want and what they planned out last year is to totally remake American society so that we adopt AI to an extent far beyond China has even gone.
That is essentially their plan.
Okay, so how do they do that?
Well, obviously, because of just how the United States is in terms of, you know, culturally, there's going to be a huge resistance, not just from the right, but also from the left, essentially across the board.
They do not want to put this to a vote because they know they will lose because people do not want this stuff.
So how do they do it and how do they sell it to you?
Eric Schmidt said it himself not that long ago.
The way we can make the big AI push is through healthcare.
And that's how they're going to start.
And that is how they're starting.
But it's going to go beyond that.
Okay.
So all this push for insertables, wearables, smart cities, all of this stuff, these national security officials and Silicon Valley oligarchs who influence politics to a huge degree are convinced that we have to implement all of this stuff as quickly as possible or we will lose U.S. global hegemony, not just militarily, but economically as well.
Right, which is, for them, a red line, and they don't care about your opinion.
They care about preserving that at all costs.
That is what it always has been about.
That's why all our, all the coups the CIA has done abroad and all of our stupid foreign wars have been about preserving global military and economic hegemony.
And this is how they want to do it now.
And so many people have not covered this shit all year and it's very problematic right, because this is the agenda and this is their plan, and they talk about it in in congress and in their white papers, on these government websites, and just, there's so many people just like, totally it goes over their head.
And all the only bad tech oligarch is Bill Gates.
I mean it's like way more.
I mean so, so like Bill Gates sure is very involved in the World Health Organization and obviously not a good guy, and Microsoft is doing Id 2020 and all of this horrible stuff, but people have totally missed Eric Schmidt.
You know he is.
He is a big guy in all of this and I would argue in terms of what's coming to the U.s.
Above Bill Gates, in terms of microplanning that shit out.
Well, I agree, I mean, and that's why he wrote uh, the new Digital Age, with Jared Cohen, another Google employee, another CFR guy, Google guys like Schmidt and also Ray Kurzweil.
Right, Google's futurist are the transhumanist guys.
They think that it's inevitable human progress to merge humans with machine machines and they can go beyond China in terms of this AI, whatever that I just laid out, if they get stuff inside and on people's bodies before China does.
It's all about AI and maintaining this hegemony.
Well, when you look at China and what they did with their you know Covid 1984 response, at least outwardly, what we were able to see on some of these videos of them being out in the streets and spraying the streets and the people um, and putting in cc tv cameras in homes, even the videos of them burning buildings etc.
Some of these without context, you could see visually at least.
There was much more of an authoritarian rule outwardly out there.
Cuomo has said hey, China did a better job, said it a week and a half ago.
On Covid, Bill Gates has said one of the big problems is that there's too much freedom in the United States and people are accustomed to these freedoms but they're getting unaccustomed to them very quickly, very quickly.
On AI and Congress is apparently behind this says that what the?
U.s needs to do is create a, a.
Uh, basically what in China?
Is the civil military fusion concept that that needs to be implemented in the U.s.
If we're going to beat China?
Okay, so So civil military fusion, that sounds like a military dictatorship to Me.
I don't know about you.
And then we have all of these election scenarios being planned out for chaos that no one's, there's no president-elect on January 20th.
And then the military has to step in.
Oh, this is all very convenient for these other agendas going on behind the scenes.
And meanwhile, they're basically deputizing and legitimizing enforcement officials that have no law enforcement background from the COVID-19 44 track trace database forces out there to Cuomo's new task forces that are saying, no, no, no to religious gatherings and no, no, no to bars and businesses.
And now you're a deputy.
You're the new brown shirt.
All of this is very real.
It's not coming to fruition.
It is now here.
We've only got about 20 minutes or so left.
And I think we do the audience a disservice, if we didn't talk about ANSER, because they are such a huge part of this article.
And I, I got to admit, I had no idea about this group and for them to, you know, be from the starting point of Homeland Security and the war on terror, kind of predating that a little bit, predicting that, and then getting all these contracts all the way up until 2016, where RAND, you know, a more traditional military industrial complex company, comes in and kind of usurps them.
I'd love to get your take on that and let people know about these white papers, what they were involved in, and why they're so important.
Okay, yeah.
But right before I get into that, just to go off on my last point, because we were talking about solutions and I didn't quite get there.
So, you know, decent centralization is a good solution to increase centralization.
But if this is all about harvesting your data, what you need to do to stop this, what you can do to help stop this, is starve these people of your data.
Don't buy into all this stuff and these wearables and these tech devices are trying to sell you that are designed to harvest your data and use it to feed AI.
Okay, so anyway, with that being said, I'm going to move on to this article, right?
Well, you know, everyone that talks about this stuff, you know, you, me, Ryan, a lot of other people, you know, get criticized because it's like, oh, we're not talking enough about solutions, right?
No, you're right.
And here I am with my smartwatch on.
But I got to tell you, like, when I got this one.
Well, you know, I use it with the, I don't like, I take off all the health things.
I realize it's still going to get my pulse and all that other stuff.
But when I'm driving in my car, I don't have to go to my phone if I get a text message.
I can hit OK or if I'm in the middle of something, like, say we're doing this interview instead of me being a bad person.
I like you, Jason, but I don't approve of that.
I'm still, I admit we're all hypocrites on some level.
I just got to come clean.
Like, it's the same thing with the president's election.
I am disgusted with what's going on with Assange and a million other things, Syria, Israeli policy.
I could go on.
But when it comes down to one issue of mandatory masks and vaccines, I'm voting fucking Trump.
I'm not proud of it.
I'm not wearing it as a red badge of honor.
I'm just frustrated.
That's fine.
But my point is the vaccine is coming regardless of who wins.
I guess.
And that's what Operation Warp Speed is about.
All right.
So we talked a little bit about how this is super secretive and all this stuff.
What I write about in this particular article is about how the vaccine contracts for Operation Warp Speed have intentionally been awarded in a way that not only exempts them from Freedom of Information Act requests and public scrutiny, but also exempt them from federal safety regulations and other laws that are in government and taxpayer interests.
Okay, that's from the Congressional Research Service.
I didn't just make that up.
Okay.
So why?
How is this done?
These contracts were awarded through something called OTAs or other transaction agreements, which means that instead of HHS or the DOD, which are the two agencies in Operation Warp Speed, instead of them awarding the vaccine contracts directly, it was awarded through what they call a non-government intermediary.
And that non-government intermediary is called Advanced Technology International.
They do a bunch of really shady stuff, very little of it focused on health care or vaccines.
It's mostly focused on things like the Border Security Technology Consortium that is all about creating a crazy surveillance panopticon on the U.S.-Mexico border that you may have heard about with companies like Elbit Systems and Indurial, which is backed by Peter Thiel of Palantir, also, things like that.
But what's important about Advanced Technology International is that they were acquired several years ago by ANSER, the Analytic Services Inc., that you mentioned a little bit ago, Jason, and they are very important for war on terror purposes.
So they were a spin-off of Rand Corporation that was created around the 1950s, but they weren't a huge player in government to the extent they later became until 1998, when the lady that became their CEO and president took over named Ruth David.
Ruth David, before she joined ANSER, was deputy director of the CIA for Science and Technology.
As soon as she takes over, not long after anyway, in 1999, they create something called the Institute of Homeland Security that was all about prepping the U.S. government to move into this huge push for homeland defense that comes came courtesy of former CIA officials that were involved in the National Defense Panel under Clinton in 1997 that essentially coined that term and started this whole thing,
including Richard Armitage, who later became a State Department official in the George W. Bush administration and was part of the Vulcans advising George W. Bush and, you know, before 9-11 and all of that stuff.
So a lot of people know that the Project for a New American Century, for example, warned that there needed to be a new Pearl Harbor.
Well, in May 2001, Answer also talked about the new Pearl Harbor and what it would be like and talked about firefighters dying and all of this stuff.
And it was going to be an attack on U.S. soil and it was going to be by foreign terrorists and all this like very predictive stuff went down.
But they also co-sponsored something called Dark Winter, which happened in June 2001.
And if you've been following my work this year, you probably know a lot about Dark Winter because I've written about it extensively.
It essentially was a wargaming simulation that predicted the anthrax attacks before it happened.
And several participants in Dark Winter had clear foreknowledge the anthrax attacks were going to happen before they happened.
Like Jerome Hauer, for example, who was in charge of, among other things, head of Kroll Associates security management of the World Trade Center complex on the day of 9-11 and was involved in getting John O'Neill set up to die in those attacks also.
That was Jerome Hauer personally.
But right after 9-11, he starts telling people to take ciprofloaxin, which is an antibiotic that prevents anthrax infection.
And Dick Cheney's whole office was on that not long after 9-11.
And right after Dick Cheney was personally briefed in the aftermath of 9-11 by the co-authors of Dark Winter itself, including Answer's director of its Institute of Homeland Security, Randy Larson, and also people like Tara O'Toole and Thomas Inglesby, who are the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, or that's what it's called now, who did Event 201 and Cladex and all of these other things.
Also, they did Dark Winter.
The other half of Dark Winter are these ANSER guys that are the parent company of these Operation Warp speed contracts that no one knows anything about.
They're all secret.
And they total $6 billion, by the way, these Operation Warp Speed vaccines.
And as I mentioned earlier, the vaccine coordinator who's coordinating what goes on and writing the contents of these secret vaccine contracts is Matt Hepburn, the DARPA mad scientist guy that's behind the Profisa chip, also behind gene editing technologies.
He gives a TED talk that you can look up where he talks about we need to put chimp and mice DNA in human beings so they can support higher loads of pathogens and higher pathogen burdens.
And that way we can eliminate disease and all of this stuff.
He makes it sound very utopian, but he's a nutter.
So that's essentially what's going on here.
And the fact that you have answer, which was run forever by this like former deputy director for science and technology at the CIA, involved with this foreknowledge of 9-11 and the 2001 anthrax attacks, and also intimately involved in every basically research and development program that DHS developed from its inception until 2016 when they lost that contract to run its think tank.
You know, they were developing all DHS only has two of those like RD centers.
One's run by the MITRE Corporation.
The other one was run by ANSWER.
And the Institute for Homeland Security that they set up in 1999 was the first think tank that was officially set up under DHS.
And DHS claimed that they went through this extensive bidding process and eventually chose Answer to management, even though Answer like set it up and funded it and it existed years before.
But I guess they just don't expect anyone to challenge them on things like that.
But it's pretty absurd.
But anyway, they were in charge of that stuff for a long time.
And then they lose that contract.
They buy Advanced Technology International.
And now that is exactly who is getting the intermediary behind all these secret vaccine contracts.
These contracts, HHS says they have no records of them.
The half of Operation Warp Speed, the Department of Health and Human Services, the civilian side, the non-military side of this operation, supposedly, has no records of the vaccine contracts.
The DOD would not respond for comment to say if they had it, right?
But as I mentioned earlier, the Department of Defense is basically running this entire operation.
If you go to this mainstream media website called Stat News, they released the organizational chart of Operation Warp Speed.
It's color-coded.
It's almost entirely military.
And as I said earlier, these military guys don't have like healthcare vaccine experience except for Matt Hepburn, the DARPA guy that I just mentioned.
So, I mean, this is totally insane that they have no records.
And ATI claimed that they didn't know that these contracts were part of Operation Warp Speed.
They said that fact was invisible to them.
So someone's lying.
I mean, there is like obviously legit, super shady stuff going on here.
And I mean, even mainstream media should be like, hey, you know, this is a great way to criticize Trump.
Why aren't they criticizing Trump?
Oh, maybe it's because Biden said he'd continue this shit.
Well, let's talk about that because it's so obvious that they are choosing and picking how to criticize Trump about this vaccination program.
It's not that the vaccination program itself is bad.
It's that now, for the first time ever, every channel's asking about the efficacy, whether it's going to be effective or safe.
But you know, if for some reason Biden gets in.
Well, here's the other thing about Warp Speed, though.
The clinical trials, how they're designed, what they're testing, what the models are they're using, also all secret.
No one knows how those trials are being run.
No one has access to them outside of Operation Warp Speed.
And as I mentioned earlier, FDA officials who are supposed to issue the emergency youth authorization, all of this hinges on anyway, are being barred from Operation Warp Speed meetings.
They don't even know how the things organize, and they don't have any insight to the clinical trials being conducted as part of this.
And what's crazy is that you, if you get the vaccine through Operation Warp Speed, become the guinea pig because in the guidance they released just two weeks ago, they say that everyone that gets it will be part of this pharmacovigilance monitoring for 24 months to determine side effects that didn't appear in the clinical trials.
But you can design clinical trials to intentionally avoid the appearance of side effects, right?
And because this is being done in a short timeline, this vaccine development, you know, the trial safety trials at best are going to last maybe a couple months, not years.
They're planning to monitor you for two years if you get this to see what happens to you.
These secret vaccines developed in secret trials.
And it's very easy to game clinical trials to avoid these side effects.
Like I was saying, if you look at what Monsanto did with glyphosate or Roundup, they intentionally stopped the trials right at the time when tumors started to appear in mice, which showed that Roundup was carcinogenic, which is something we all know now, right?
And Monsanto knew that whole time, but they designed every clinical trial to intentionally avoid the cancer revealing itself in clinical trials so they could ram that through and sell it in mass.
So, I mean, you exempt companies like that, like Johnson ⁇ Johnson is one of the vaccine companies with these secret contracts.
They had asbestos in their baby powder for decades and knew and kept selling it.
And we're exempting them from federal safety regulations for a vaccine that the military is going to distribute door to door in the U.S.
I mean, and we're supposed to be like, yay, Trump, for setting this up.
Seriously?
I'm with you 1,000%.
You know, if we actually had an honest president, we would say, look, these are the therapeutics you can take.
This is the actual data.
These are the infection rates.
It is airborne.
Your mask's probably not going to work.
We can't do this.
We're not going to just test random people.
We're not going to worry about asymptomatic people.
But to kind of bring this full circle, because we talked about it in the very beginning, the fact that, again, this enemy is invisible.
There are so many parallels with the war on terror.
This is being pushed into this automation nation transhumanist agenda.
You mentioned Kurzweil and Google.
For those that don't know, Kurzweil's the guy that brought you the idea of the singularity.
And why does he work at Google?
He's trying to end death.
That is his job for the last 10 years is figure out how human beings can live forever.
That is the definition.
He's talking about resurrecting his dead father 20 years ago in books, converting himself and everybody else into a being of light that can travel the multiverse or whatever the fuck you believe in.
If that's not transhumanism, I don't know what is, and if you think a guy like that- Well, he's talking about doing all of that with technological means, right?
So merging humans with machines to be able to do that.
know the way you phrase it some people might construe it as like new age whatever no he's this is not talking about that he's talking about upload your brain to the cloud I mean, he's talking about not only uploading the brain to a cloud, but using his memories of his dad and any kind of trace data.
And remember, in this Track Trace database society, there's going to be way more trace data on all of us.
There already is through the magic box.
But through all that data, okay, recreating a human being.
And to me.
Hey, well, they've done that in this campaign.
They had an anti-Trump campaign that was the parents of, I forget what.
Yes, I saw it.
But they recreated their dead kid.
AI recreated their dead kid to say bad things about Trump.
I mean, that is like such a level of creepy.
And it was bad.
It wasn't even good.
Like, I looked at it and it was like a bad deep fake where they took the voice and you could see they could have worked on.
It's so sad to do that to a dead kid.
I mean, it's just a distinction that we're trying to mess with actual life processes and totally upend them and think that people like Ray Kurlsweil and Eric Schmidt can do it better than nature.
It's just a lot of gross arrogance.
Frankly, I think it's going to blow up in their face.
But what's really important is that we expose this shit because there's a lot of people that are super ignorant about this.
If Trump supporters, for example, knew all that I just laid out with Operation Warp Speed, I mean, so few people are covering this.
And all of this information really about the true nature of what's going on there has come out just in the past two weeks.
And everyone's been distracted on the debates.
And oh, Trump is in the hospital.
And as soon as he leaves, there's commemorative Trump beat COVID coins on sale already.
Like that wasn't planned in advance.
Oh, my goodness.
