Jason Burmes here.
And ultimately, it was inevitable after the assassination of Charlie Kirk that I would have to sit here and not only discuss the murder in somewhat graphic detail, unfortunately, but give my viewpoint as to exactly what has happened.
And we are now almost two weeks away from the assassination.
That will be tomorrow.
And on this day, Tucker Carlson has actually finally released his 9-11 documentary.
And the reason that I bring that up is because specifically that was delayed from September 11th, as well as his appearance at the Turning the Tide event, which I hosted.
Now, I'm certainly not trying to tie that in to the murder of Charlie Kirk, but at the same time, there were certain political ramifications of that murder as to the fact that really nothing else was being discussed, at least not on a national or international level.
And despite the fact that many of the subsequent 9-11 anniversaries have been talked about less and less and less, this was just so overshadowed.
It was as if there was really almost no anniversary.
And of course, Tucker Carlson has not only spoken at the recent memorial, but also at length at this point on Charlie Kirk, his relationship with Kirk,
certainly his concerns with the possibility of something else happening here, especially in regards to Kirk's relationship with Bill Ackman that has been discussed.
And although he has not outright accused Ackman or anybody else of anything nefarious and has been very specific about that, the Israeli angle of Charlie Kirk's murder has been so great,
and we will certainly touch upon some of that, that Netanyahu himself was asked by Greta Van Stussen about that, you know, and she gives, of course, the qualifier that she doesn't believe any of it.
And immediately, you know, Netanyahu goes into the idea that everything is always Israel's fault, et cetera, et cetera.
I am certainly not here to tell you that I have the answers because I certainly do not.
But I also recently posted my Friday appearance on 1077, the Deep in the Weeds segment that we do here locally, and then we share it with everybody a little bit later on.
And because I discussed the Kirk murder, that was big in the comments, not only on YouTube, but elsewhere.
And I would also say this: you know, you have total lunatics and sometimes bots that, because I haven't gone into what their fantasy or belief is, will spam the comments in all caps like a crazy person, not bringing a real argument.
And then there are others that will act as though I don't know enough about this.
I have been inundated on this.
And I did make a concerted effort in the beginning not to watch the videos, and there are a couple of them of Kirk's murder because they are graphic.
And I'm telling you right now, they are what true, horrific, instant death actually looks like.
I want to make that extremely clear.
They are disturbing videos.
And unfortunately, I eventually saw them.
And we're going to get into some of the more, I think, discredited stuff there to really confuse the issue.
And a lot of people buy into it.
And that is very, very unfortunate.
And, you know, I've had people come at me and say, oh, I've been with you forever.
You know, this is how dare you?
You sound like somebody who, you know, went after people seeking 9-11 truth.
No, I don't.
In every instance of a large-scale event where I think there is a lunatic theory being pushed, I have 100% come out against it on everything.
Let's just hit some of them.
Okay.
I was extremely consistent with the no-plain people that I do not believe that.
I think that is incredibly insane.
I have not seen any type of actual evidence to suggest that or anything that is convincing.
And yes, the nose out video.
I've seen the nose out video, guys.
I've seen a ton of this stuff.
I was around, you know, listening to this stuff on the ground as these quote-unquote theories were going out there.
The Boston bombing, which actually preceded the Sandy Hook stuff that we'll get into in a moment.
There were some people saying that, you know, again, all crisis actors, people didn't really lose their limbs, et cetera, et cetera.
I had never seen any evidence that that is the case.
And I've watched their videos, which are extremely blurry.
I've watched what some people think is suspicious behavior, etc.
I don't buy it.
Never have.
The idea that no kids died at Sandy Hook.
I was vehemently against that from the very beginning.
I have watched documentaries that have tried to profess as such about crisis actors.
We need to talk about Sandy Hook, etc.
I found no credible evidence whatsoever on those claims at all, not even a little bit.
Let me extend it further, okay?
Because there are some echoes of people talking about Kirk's murder in regards to the Ashley Babbitt murder.
And when I say that, there are people that actually don't believe that Ashley Babbitt was shot and that was a staged incident.
And somehow she is alive, etc.
If you also want to look at what instant death looks like, and I hate watching it, but when I finally saw Kirk's murder, they are so similar, other than the blood factor, because of where the hit is.
When you watch historical footage of conflicts and wars and unfortunate other disturbing behavior, there is a time when you watch a gunshot wound instantly take somebody's life.
Okay?
Instantly.
That's a wrap.
Okay?
Their heart may be going, et cetera, but they stiffen up all motionless, completely into a clock.
It's over.
And both the Babbitt and the Kirk murder are that.
They lock up, very hard to watch.
Instant death.
Real, not Hollywood movies, not fakes, not holograms, not AI, not props, instant death.
And so when these things happen, I have to use my discernment.
And one by one, we are going to go through a ton of different theories right now, okay?
And everything that's out there.
Just want to put that out there.
You know, I think that it's extremely important that we do this and that we put everything on the table.
I'm not afraid to talk about things.
Okay.
I think open discussion is extremely important.
And so before we get going, okay, I want to read this because I largely agree with this post.
I mean, I might add one small thing to it, and that's all.
And it's from my friend and fellow independent media journalist that I highly respect, Derek Brose of The Conscious Resistance.
And there are some more theories.
Again, Derek put this out about 10 days ago.
We're also going to get into some of them as well.
So these are the theories I see floating around at the moment.
The official story is real.
They got the right guy.
The assassination was real.
They got the right guy, but he didn't act alone.
The assassination was real, but they got the wrong shooter.
The real shooter was the guy standing to Kirk's right with a small gun under his arm.
The guys making hand signals were involved somehow.
The entire assassination is staged.
Kirk was involved, and the death was faked.
And then, what I consider to be the bottom of the barrel, least likely claims, the whole thing was staged using AI and/or holograms.
This feels very much like 9-11 and every other major event of the past.
Lots of theories and questions and little answers.
The other thing that comes to mind is that even if the official story is real, the majority of people obviously won't accept it.
Ask yourself, is there anything the authorities could do to convince you?
I am still open to it, though I find it unlikely.
This reminds me that in 2017, the Bilderberg group spoke about the post-truth world.
I believe the chaos and confusion and lack of a shared reality serves the agendas of the ruling class.
Thoughts, and where do you stand?
Well, I stand in large agreement.
You'll see I said spot on there.
I would just add the caveat: the idea that Kirk somehow is alive and helped stage his death is just as ludicrous as the AI, the holograms, the people that are trying to say that he was wearing some kind of a rig for a blast for stage blood to come out.
No, I, again, I've watched that video now too many times where you can clearly, I mean, you see something hits him.
Now, we're going to talk about all the evidence that's out there.
We've got a bunch of videos to play for, and you're going to have to make up your own mind.
Okay?
I'm not here to tell you what to think.
I'm here to present the evidence that is out there.
And if I've missed something, okay, and we're not going to show his death, I want to make that extremely clear.
We are not going to get graphic here, but I would like to say this as a caveat.
So far, from what I have seen, there are only really two videos that have been released of his death at the moment, two angles.
Okay.
Now, the hand single signal person, the under-the-arm gun, some people say it's, you know, a cell phone, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
If that is a cell phone, we should probably have another video of Kirk.
Now, I don't think that we just have one more video of this murder.
With 3,000 people there, 3,000 people there, that's what they're reporting.
If that number is correct, I want people to have a little discernment.
And you've been to a concert, you've been to large events.
I would say bare minimum, aside from what Kirk himself and the team were filming, which I understand the questions of the cleanup afterwards, the camera that was behind him, the cameras to the side of him.
I've watched that.
I want to let everybody know.
Okay?
I would assume the FBI has that.
I would also assume if the FBI has done their job, there should be at least, at least, 10 separate videos of the murder as it takes place.
Why do I say that?
Again, the law of averages.
If there are 10 videos, that would be one in 300 people, which I think is low, actually.
One in 300 that were filming at the time of the murder.
All right.
I also do not believe that it would be possible or viable to quote-unquote fake an assassination in real time with that many people out there with that prominent figure.
I want to put that out there too.
I've seen the graphic video.
I don't think it was edited after the fact.
I have seen the claims of, you know, the person who supposedly raises their arm, but again, you hear a shot.
We will be playing the videos of the quote-unquote hand signals because I do think that that is a possibility of importance.
And we are also going to talk about the security surrounding Charlie Kirk as well.
Okay.
So let's start here.

We read what Derek Brose had to say.
I largely agree.
I wanted to put it out there because I was looking for this just a year ago now, a little over a year ago, a post-truth world, politics, polarization, and a vision for transcending the chaos.
I don't know anything about Ken Wilber.
I don't know anything about this book.
I do know that Penguin Random House is a big publisher, and I should probably check this out.
So this is essentially published seven years after the Bilderberg group are discussing this phenomenon of a post-truth world that could be, you know, no more, I would say, large scale than an issue like this in our current world and reality that is trying to divide a bunch of us.
So let me talk about Charlie Kirk really quickly because, you know, it's not like I was a Charlie Kirk expert.
And I also see people saying, well, you don't have to have the qualifier of you weren't a Kirk fan.
I have qualifiers, quote unquote, I hate that word, on everything, because I assume there are a ton of people that don't know my position or are watching me for the first time or have only watched a select few things from me.
You know, even going on those Mario Nafal panels, you know, there are some people that really thought that like I'm a conservative and all these, I'm not any of that stuff.
I don't trust political parties.
I don't trust the people surrounding those parties.
I don't trust the lobbyist groups.
I don't trust, I mean, guys, I'm going to be honest with you.
I don't trust my own mother.
Maybe you think that's unhealthy, but I'm always skeptical of everything, and I need to verify things.
All right.
Now, do I trust certain people with certain tasks?
Yes, it's not like I'm trying to demonize my mother here.
Okay.
But I take everything I hear, see, or what's in print or on video with a grain of salt.
And I hope that all of you guys are going to do that same thing.
So, one of the commentaries that I've seen regarding the people that I think that are total lunatics and think that Kirk is alive or that they use special effects or that the videos are doctored somehow.
I actually saw one video where someone's claiming that the AI is so bad that a chair falls through a table.
Saw nothing like that in the video.
All zoomed in, compressed.
I've seen the claim that the shot was from behind, that is the exit wound in the front, and that you can actually see the bullet in slow motion in the video.
I am not convinced that that is the bullet or the projectile or whatever.
I have no idea.
I am also not saying that I know that this is an entry wound in the front and not an exit wound.
And yes, we will get to the claim that there is no exit wound.
We're getting into everything.
Okay.
But what goes along with this idea that, you know, we're all watching popcorn and everything's a movie.
I've heard it all.
I've heard it for years now.
It's very annoying.
Okay.
Everyone's a crisis actor.
Okay.
I've heard the argument that Charlie Kirk's parents were not at his memorial.
And I've also heard that he has a sister as well.
And they were not at the memorial.
Okay.
So again, I looked into it.
And from what I understand, you know, Kirk's parents have never been in the public arena.
We know that Charlie was literally contacting Glenn Beck at 17 years old.
Charlie also did not go to college.
So, you know, this is a young kid that's been involved in this and absolutely took off like a rocket ship.
And in order to do that, obviously, you have to have some pretty high geopolitical connections or backers that like what you're doing.
You have to be tenacious.
It's not just going to happen for you.
But at the same time, people go, well, if this was real, these people would have been speaking.
They've never been out in public.
And I could see why.
I was thinking to myself that Kirk's probably been doing this, you know, a decade plus on a pretty high level, but really the last, you know, I would say started in that first Trump administration, 2016 on, 2017, 2018, taking off more and more and more.
Certainly was threatened many times with physical violence.
And, you know, how many people know about my parents?
I've talked about them.
I talk about my nieces.
How many pictures do I post with my nieces?
Not many.
Not many.
And I haven't in years.
And that's on purpose.
So I would imagine that Charlie Kirk's family is going to have a very private funeral for him.
And again, from the reporting, it seems like Kirk is from the suburbs of Chicago, raised in Illinois.
I know that there are also reports about his wife.
You know, his wife was an extremely pretty, rich white girl that was in beauty pageants and then got hooked into the geopolitical arena very early through Charlie and turning point.
I would expect her to have a ton of mainstay globalist type connections, which I've seen being posted online.
Just want to put that into the public arena.
I think that's something that needs to be talked about.
If you want to learn more, there's this.
And Mint Press has recently done a pretty big video on Kirk and his family as well.
So I think that all that, learning the history of Charlie Kirk, who those connections were, are just as important as the people that are talking about what Harrison Smith posted and Charlie Kirk's fear that if he turned against quote-unquote Israel, that they would kill him, which we will get into in a little bit.
But now I want to go over this official version in some context.
Okay, because I'm not necessarily denying the official version.
I want to put out that timeline and I want to put out my questions as well.
Okay, I think that that is extremely important.
Now, number one, initially, and I remember hearing it several times, Tyler Robinson, when he was first caught, they were reporting that he was 29, not 22.
All right.
And I do think that that changes things quite a bit, only in the sense that Tyler Robinson, at 22 years old, doesn't even have his frontal lobe fully developed.
Okay, you got to get to 24 before that even starts.
You know, that's stopping.
I've also made the statements that I would be utterly shocked if this individual was not on and off meds.
I stick by that statement.
It has been something that is not discussed anywhere.
I know there has been a focus on the trans aspect, which we will talk about.
The quote-unquote boyfriend who is transitioning into a girl and wearing the weird furry outfit.
What I can say about that is that doesn't scream mentally healthy to me.
And as much as you try to normalize the idea that you should be totally drugged up, disassociate yourself from your biological reality, and then you're into some kind of weird cosplay that's intertwined with children because that's what it is.
Okay, stuffed animals and mascots and that type of thing is for children.
All right.
So I've also seen the idea that this guy was ROTC.
Now, I do want to show him with his family really quickly because, you know, there's also all this reporting that he possibly had, you know, not been, you know, with his family and that they were politically different.
They're showing that this 22-year-old was supposedly extremely engaged in politics, which, okay, maybe I can bite on that, but against his family.
And he only briefly attended the university in which Kirk was shot and was studying to be an electrical engineer, I believe, elsewhere.
All right.
Now, I've seen pictures of the mother that seem to be real with her with large guns.
And there's the father, and he's wearing the American flag.
And you can see that the son and the father are wearing the sunglasses and the hat, and there's some influence there.
I don't pretend to know their situation.
Okay.
Now, they are saying this is a Halloween in 2017.
That would be eight years ago.
Okay, that would be eight years ago.
And that would put this kid at about 15 years old.
Okay, 14, 15, somewhere in there, depending.
Not sure what his actual birthday is.
But this is a kid that supposedly can't even drive.
And if it is true that his family is Christian conservative or MAGA, he's already rejected that.
Or maybe it's the other way around.
I can't really tell.
But it's enough if this picture is real, and it seems to.
He's riding on the back of Trump, and you can't see the face of the other person, but obviously there's a fake gun on the back.
Now, one thing I will say is this kid does look like he grew up around firearms.
All right.
And I haven't really heard anybody say that this shot, if it was made from the roof, as people suspect, was a difficult one.
All right.
And everybody that I've talked to at 200 yards, they say it's very easily a one-shot, one kill.
And that's another thing to think about in this murder.
Whatever it was, it wasn't pop, pop, pop, pop.
It was one and done and over.
Okay?
And we're going to get into that in a moment.
Now, one of the things that I've been seeing go around and that has supposedly been disproven is, you know, Tyler Robinson being an ROTC, and that these are the two of the same people.
Allegedly, that is false.
That these ROTC pictures are from six years ago.
And, you know, there's supposedly Robinson in the KIFA with the thing around.
Again, he would be a 15, 16-year-old kid.
Now, I will say this: the ROTC, when you look at the Broward County shooting, and that individual, he was ROTC.
Some of his ROTC mates actually talked about it.
So allegedly, this is not him.
Now, I would think that if this were him, there would be a way that we could actually confirm it.
It seems like this could be some of the fake stuff out there.
Okay.
Now, with that shot, I want to talk about this exit wound because there was none.
That's extremely suspicious.
With the caliber of weapon that was used, again, I've seen people showing gelatins being shot with that caliber weapon and the whole thing exploding.
I'm not necessarily saying that should have happened.
I will state my ignorance as not somebody who shoots a bunch of weapons, who's watched a bunch of blood spray.
But I will say that I think it is extremely suspicious and needs to be looked into, whatever that coroner report is, that there is no exit wound.
Okay?
Now, period.
Full stop.
That's something that needs to be discussed.
That's a valid criticism.
That's something that needs to be talked about.
Okay.
Now, one of the other things that we talk about, and we'll get into the hand signals and all that other stuff in a moment, is that you had this individual there who immediately stands up and starts screaming.
His name's George Zinn, that he shot Charlie Kirk and the authorities go to him.
And then they find child porn on his phone after the arrest.
Now, before the child porn charges were put out there, people were connecting the dots that George Zinn had been a witness to 9-11, had been interviewed about it, and also been on the scene of the Boston bombing, which we discussed earlier, which I think have a ton of questions, both those events.
Absolutely.
Okay.
So now this guy, you know, right away is saying he's the one that murdered Kirk.
People are calling him a decoy, et cetera.
I don't know.
But certainly extremely bizarre.
And again, one of the valid things that needs to be looked into.
Now, as I've stated, I've looked at just about every theory out there.
Okay.
From the under the arm, you know, shot, the supposed, you know, cell phone, I've heard from underneath him, you know, all sorts of stuff has been brought in.
This was something that someone did that I read last night, okay?
And again, we're not here to show anything graphic.
We're not going to be doing that.
But they show the road mic that's attached to him.
Okay.
And as somebody that, you know, and again, these are the two angles of the murder that are out there.
Okay.
And by the way, you can, there's also one of him behind.
He's trying to say that it's actually the road mic that has been set to explode and is blown out the hole.
Now, I don't know that that's true.
In fact, I would say that I would give this a very low possibility or a probability, but at the same time, we have now seen in real time, real action, that the Israelis in particular have used electronic equipment and fitted them with explosives or found a way to make them detonate.
You know, I think that that's also a large possibility that these are batteries, they are electronics.
There's no doubt that you may be able to manipulate a commercial device to do something nefarious.
I don't know that that thread is accurate, but it's out there.
Okay?
So I want to put these things out there so people can look at them and really question stuff.
Now, first and foremost here, all right, I want to show everybody a video, okay?
Because this is a video that I don't think has been paid attention to enough.
All right.
And this is the one that TMZ put out.
And I'm not really sure of the context, but it looks like the individual who they're claiming is Tyler Robinson is limping around.
So let's watch that.
See the images now of that suspect.
They're walking in the street.
And if you can see, the person is walking with a limp there, and it is believed to be because that person has a rifle in the pants, and they are walking very difficult because of that object that is inside of the pants.
Take a look here of that limp right there.
And you can see there, the suspect continuing to walk the street there, very close to where the venue was.
And then this is after where we see now that suspect clearly running in the field.
And this was all obtained there by TMZ.
And of course, police are looking at that.
The feds are looking at that as well.
But this is the newest video that we are seeing.
So let's just discuss that for a second.
Okay.
So that suggests that at least initially, okay, the rifle is fully assembled and somehow he gets onto that roof.
Okay.
This is before he supposedly jumps down.
Okay.
Now, here are some more of my questions.
The rifle behind Charlie Kirk's killing may be an untraceable relic from World War II.
Okay.
Well, that's a little bit bizarre that he would use such a weapon, but all right, let's go with that.
Okay.
This is the weapon that they supposedly recovered.
And I think that this is also a problem as they recovered it supposedly all intact in the woods.
Now, I'm not a gun expert, but I think that again, the gun experts out there, does that look like a World War II relic that he got from his grandfather?
And we'll get into the engravement of the trans pro-trans messages and all that stuff, which will align with the narrative of the boyfriend and the Discord messages and also the text message exchange, which we will read in full that is being questioned by many.
Before we get there, I want to show the initial video, and this is the initial video, okay, of what supposedly is the shooter on the roof right after Kirk is murdered with one shot.
Okay, so let's watch it.
Authorities are combing through this video from the scene.
It appears to show a person on the roof immediately following the shooting, according to sources familiar with the ongoing investigation.
Now, the Utah Department of Public Safety said two people were initially taken into custody after the shooting, but later were released.
The first was released and later charged with obstruction by University Police.
The second person was taken into custody and released after an interrogation by law enforcement.
Now, again, you can see the close-up camera right there on the side.
You can actually see, excuse me, right there, the security gentleman, and we're going to be watching a full video of this in a moment, clearly given some kind of signs, okay, in the back.
And he's not the only one.
You've also got the baseball cap guy.
Now, there's also a camera mounted directly behind Charlie as well.
Again, they're, in my opinion, and I don't think that this is far-fetched whatsoever, at least 10 other videos of his murder.
100%.
At least 10 other videos of his murder.
Okay.
And I think that that is very, very important.
Okay.
Some of those messages, other than the trans stuff, Had things on them like, hey, fascist catch.
Okay, now I want to go back to the gun right now because after we see that video, of course, we have seen this video again and again and again.
And I'm going to break this down in a moment.
And this is the jump of this individual jumping down.
Yeah, that's a good 20 feet.
Okay, let's look at it right here where we get there.
That's a good 20 feet.
That's not like you've never hopped off a roof before.
Let's and let's and let's do it right here.
We're watching it right here.
And he's coming around the back.
You can see him in the reflection right over there.
And he's going to pop out right now.
Now, notice he's not limping.
Okay.
He's not limping.
There seems to be maybe something get dropped, but it seems like it's right there.
I've heard people say that, you know, it gets thrown, but it looks like he jumps down with it.
Let me pause that.
Let me get out to a full no graphics mode here so everybody can see it because now he's at the bottom here.
All right.
And let's hit play.
And to me, that bag, okay, and it's starting again.
They're going to do it again.
I don't see the gun.
Now, I've heard people say, well, he disassembled the gun that quick.
Would it fit in a bag like that?

This is door security camera footage at the home of a Utah resident that captures video of a great Dodge Challenger driving past the house at around 8:23 a.m. local time.
This is in the early morning hours of last Wednesday, the 10th of September.
This is the day of conservative activist Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Police say they believe the suspected shooter, Tyler Robinson, drove the very same Dodge Challenger to Utah Valley University.
And at about 9:57 local time, the same door cam captures what appears to be Robinson walking past the house again more than an hour later.
And obviously in a totally different outfit.
Okay, and of course, you know, we have the footage of him supposedly in Dairy Queen.
After the fact, I believe in that same outfit.
So that would have been a change of clothes.
Okay, that's fine.
This is the individual at a traffic stop after a crash.
So it wasn't like he was pulled over for nothing.
It's 2022 crash.
So this is three years ago.
So he would have been 19.
I'm not going to play the whole thing.
I just want people to get a feel for the person that they're saying did this.

This was a handoff.
They didn't do any interviews.
This was all to get him in federal custody.

What I'm going to be discussing is not anything to do with the ongoing investigation.
We are not the lead agency.
FBI, state of Utah DPS, Utah County, UVU, big, big collective effort.
So our involvement, I describe it as just a really long agency assist.
So we're not conducting the investigation.
We're not doing interviews.
I've been asked some questions, and there's some that I'm just not going to answer.
It's going to be focused on how we're able to get Tyler to voluntarily come and turn himself in at my office.
That's going to be the scope of it.
You know, and again, that was after a supposed 33-hour manhunt.
Now, we're going to show quickly, this is the arraignment of Tyler Robinson.
This is what he looked like while they were charging him.
For count one, aggravated murder, a capital felony in violation of Utah Code annotated 76-5-202, in that on September 10th, 2025, in Utah County, the defendant, Tyler James Robinson, intentionally or knowingly caused the death of Charlie Kirk under the following circumstances.
The defendant knowingly created a great risk of death to another individual other than Charlie Kirk and the defendant.
Notice conviction of this offense may carry the death penalty.
The death penalty.
