We've got Peter Navarro, former Trump administration official, fresh out the clink.
We're going to be talking about that and much more with him.
And then we got Tina Peters talking about election fraud.
You're not going to want to miss it.
buckle up and get ready to make sense of the madness.
Or where former Trump advisor Peter Navarro is just beginning to speak.
He was just released from Miami federal prison yesterday after serving four months for contempt of Congress.
He's a hero to a lot of these people in attendance and we're going to watch.
I think he's going to be a great.
I.
**Cheering** **Cheering**
This is a beautiful thing and I think you just yeah I think you folks just want to know if you can see my MAGA tattoo I got there.
Yes, indeed.
This morning, I did walk out of a federal prison in Miami.
Joe Biden and his Department of Injustice put me there.
Tonight, I'm here with you in this beautiful city of Milwaukee.
I've got a very simple message for you.
If they can come for me, If they can come for Donald Trump, be careful, they will come for you.
If we don't control our government, their government will control us.
If we don't control all three branches of our government, legislative, executive, and judicial, Their government will put some of us like me and Steve Bannon
in prison and control the rest of us.
And we are back.
We are now joined by Peter Navarro, somebody who really needs no introduction.
If you are paying attention to the current political arena.
Peter, thank you so much for joining us.
I, of course, caught your speech at the RNC.
So let's start there.
Obviously a lot of people backing you.
The RNC, very different from any Republican national convention I've ever seen in my lifetime.
Very, very upbeat, especially seeing some of the circumstances, not only the lawfare, of course, against yourself and others on the Trump team, you know, Bannon in prison right now, but of course, off that assassination attempt as well.
So being on the ground there, what did it feel like?
Well, the speech had a couple of themes.
I started off with saying, If we don't control our government, their government will control us.
If we don't control all three branches of our government, legislative, executive, judicial, their government will put some of us like me and Bannon in prison and their government will control the rest of us.
And then I finished up by saying, I went to prison so you don't have to.
And when you put all that together, What I'm trying to explain to the American people is that it took the Democrat elite's control of all three branches of our government, in my case, the House of Representatives, the Attorney General, Department of Justice, and the courts, to put me in prison.
And if they can do that to me for defending the Constitution, I can assure you they can do that to you.
And I was really My heart was, when I walked out on that stage, I was fresh out of prison the same day.
I got on a plane, flew to the convention, went to the convention center, and a couple hours later I'm up on stage.
I didn't know how people would respond.
I didn't even know if people knew who I was.
I'd been in a bubble for four months, but it was just so heartwarming to have that strong response first to me just standing on the stage.
And then to what I had to say, and this is an election, which if we lose this election, Jason, we're going to lose this country.
And I couldn't wait to get out because my mission between now and November, and I have a tool to do it.
This new book I've got, New MAGA Deal, newmagadeal.com.
You can check it out.
It's published by the president's son, Don Jr.
And what I think we have to do, particularly with what's happened with Biden and all this turmoil, is we have to remind ourselves that in order to win this election in November, we've got to fight this on policy.
We can't let them make this about personalities, abortion, orange man bad, and that kind of thing.
Because on policy, we beat them like a drum on every single parameter, whether it's border security, Whether it's inflation and the economy, whether it's foreign policy dealing with communist China and imperial Russia, whether it's the social issues, the transgender destruction of women's sports, the indoctrination of our youth, whether it's the weaponization of our justice system.
When I lay out in the new MAGA deal, it's not just me writing it.
I've got some great contributors.
I got Mike Davis on weaponization of the justice system.
Russ Vogt, who is the former OMB guy and with me in the White House talking about the fiscal cliff.
Brad Thayer and Jim Finnell on communist China.
I got Rick Grenell on foreign policy.
David Bernhardt, the former Department of Interior.
I got a great story about him.
But we've got to fight this on policy.
We can't let all this stuff going on right now distract us.
Because we win on policy, Jason.
Let's talk about that a bit.
You alluded to the judicial, executive and legislative branches.
And, you know, I've never been a revolutionary.
I have been a reformationist ever since I've gotten into this political arena now almost 20 years ago.
And I don't feel like we have an actual system.
of checks and balances with criminal accountability within executive administrations.
And I wonder if you think we'll ever get back to that point because when they're waging lawfare
against guys like you, when there are real crimes out there, it's very troubling.
And I would argue the last time that we really saw that check and balance was during the Iran-Contra affair.
And even then, there were a lot of people that got slaps on the wrist.
They got their sentences commuted.
People like Ali North became, you know, radio stars, TV pundits and authors.
And I really think that that sent the message to what we would call the administrative state or the deep state after the fact to shore up any loose ends so that could ever happen again.
Would you agree with that statement or do you think that we've had any kind of large scale accountability since then?
No, it's been a very, very long time.
I think maybe going back to Watergate.
And even in Watergate, they really didn't do a very good investigation of what actually happened.
They couldn't get to the bottom of that.
But I think, look, my lived experience in this arena starts in 2016 on the campaign trail with Donald John Trump.
I'm at Trump Tower.
And from that point in time to today, the Democrat elites, Democrat strategists, Democrat party have waged unrelenting lawfare.
Let's not forget, it started with the Russia hoax and they began putting people in prison like Manafort.
You had the two impeachments and this and that.
The point here is that when the Democrats control Portions of the government, in this case now all of the government, they will use it not to help the people of America make this country a better place.
They will use it to punish their rivals and stay in power.
I mean, that is, that is so abundantly clear.
So the question is, what do you do about that?
And it's not retribution, it's accountability.
I think that, I mean, look, if Donald Trump wins the election, And if he doesn't, we're going to lose this country.
If Donald Trump wins the election, he's going to focus on the economy and the border and relations with China and Russia and what's going on in Ukraine and Gaza.
That's like at the top of the list.
But the beauty of Donald Trump is the cliche, walk and chew gum at the same time.
I mean, come inauguration day, between election day and inauguration day, He's going to be preparing over a hundred executive orders ready to go.
And we're going to hit this on all fronts.
And one of those has to be accountability.
I mean, look, if in fact Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Fonny Willis, Alvin Bragg, Juan Marchand, the judge, my own judge, Meda, and others who we've seen As part of the faces of the lawfare waged against not just the president, but against Steve Bannon, against me, Rudy, Mark Meadows, Jeff Clark, John Eastman.
If there's any kind of coordination, tacit or explicit or otherwise, that comes out in the subpoenas they're going to get for their email and phone messages and other types of communications, That's a felony.
That's treason.
That's election interference.
And that's an indictment.
And that's a prosecution.
And that's prison.
I went to prison for defending the Constitution.
I broke no laws.
Let's be clear about this.
All I did was defend executive privilege and the constitutional separation of powers.
That's all I did.
Went to prison.
And they didn't even release me So my appeal could go forward.
They just put me right in there.
That's raw weaponization power.
Those people, those people, Bragg, Willis, Smith, Garland, are interfering with the 2024 election.
Think about what they've done to Donald Trump.
One judge took half a billion dollars from him.
All of these cases are diverting his money away from the campaign, the legal fees, his time away.
from the campaign to dealing with all this stuff.
And they asked in the debate, they said, well, if it's a fair election, whatever, will you agree not to contest it?
Well, it's not fair already.
So yeah, Jason, there has to be accountability, simply because if you don't hold them accountable, they'll do it again.
Whenever they're in power, they'll do it again.
Well, I would agree with you that some of the behavior, a lot of the behavior, has been open and arrogant treason.
However, it has been complete and total unaccountability.
Now, looking at the other side of the aisle, not just the Democrats, I think there are people in the Republican Party that have also enabled this.
And that being said, I really hope that Trump is true to his word this time around, that What's that?
Flush that out.
I'm interested.
Sure.
So you look at, for instance, somebody like Bill Barr, right?
As soon as it came to the election, you know, he didn't want anything to touch it.
He said it was a free and fair election, despite the fact that for me, you know, I've been talking about election integrity, not just in 2020, but since 2004, since the institution If I may, right there, this is important.
and Dominion, it was die-bold.
But whenever you have proprietary software that cannot be audited,
I think that's problematic.
Now, Trump has come out and said that this time around, one of the initiatives is going
to be voter ID, in-person voting, paper ballots.
I think that's utterly important.
I don't know if we can get there.
But I think it's important.
If I may, right there, this is important.
He also said that's going to be in the future.
What we have to do now is play by their rules, which means voting early.
Everybody watching, listening to this show right now needs to get their ballots in as soon as they're allowed to get them in.
Early voting, absentee voting, and all of that, because if we learn anything from the Carrie Lake Experiment in Arizona.
She should be the governor right now.
She's not because on election day, the Democrats blew up the ballot boxes in Arizona.
So the Republicans who were trying to get to the ballot box on that day couldn't.
So paper ballot signature verification in the future right now.
We got to get, we got to vote in early.
Sorry to interrupt you there, but that's really important, Jason.
No, I absolutely agree.
You know, again, the problem is that I don't want to see this system in place for one more minute than it has to be.
And I think that it's been in place way too long.
I think you're right.
Kerry Lake is another great example.
But I'd go all the way back to the 2004 presidential election.
I didn't like John Kerry.
believe he actually won and stepped down and was rewarded for that step down.
I mean, there's no doubt that John Kerry ran more of the foreign policy of this
government administration than Joe Biden could ever dream of.
So, you know, that kind of shows the quid pro quo of these situations.
Now, what I was alluding to is the fact that Trump has said on day one that, you
know, he's going to finally do the JFK documents.
Now he promised us those in 2016.
Failed.
You know, Tucker Carlson has come out and said, Mike Pompeo, there's another one.
And he spoke at the convention, was the guy that told him not to release them.
He's also alluded to the 9-11 documents.
I think that all of that is important.
Along with cutting the administrative state in half almost immediately.
I think that that was one of the most appealing parts of the Vivek Ramaswamy campaign is that he said, look, day one, we're going to come into this administrative state.
We're going to slash it in half based on their social security number.
And then we're going to work through this corruption.
And if these agencies can no longer stand, we will replace them with something that is constitutional.
How do you feel about that?
Well, look, I'm a practical man and I was in the White House all four years with the president.
And if I had a dime for every time bureaucrats in the deep administrative state tried to get in the way of the president's policies, I'd have a ton of dimes.
There's definitely a problem.
I go back to the New MAGA Deal book, newmagadeal.com.
We got chapters in there on how to do that.
I mean, one of the things you have to do, and President Trump wants to do this, is to reclassify a lot of positions in the bureaucracy as political rather than non-political, and that gives you the power to hire and fire these people.
The big issue Is getting these people who are going to be in the bureaucracy to be on the same page as the White House that's supposed to control the bureaucracy.
So there's two issues here.
Who you cut from and how many you cut.
But whether the people inside are pushing in the same direction as the administration.
And that's the problem that in the short term I'm much more concerned about.
I want to make sure that these bureaucrats, there's only, I don't know if your viewers know how this works, but there's only a few appointees that are political to run these bureaucracies.
So you put them at the top.
I mean, think of it as this pyramid, right?
You got a few at the top, and then you got this pyramid of bureaucrats.
And in Washington, DC, they're overwhelmingly Democrats.
So whenever the Republicans in the White House take over, we're stuck.
We've got to take a quick break.
And it's just, it's hand to hand combat.
So there's got to be a way of reclassifying their positions so that they can be fired
if they're going against the boss.
We've got to take a quick break.
When we come back, I want to talk more about these political persecutions and prosecutions,
even outside of the Trump administration.
You're not gonna wanna miss it.
We're here with Peter Navarro, more after this.
Is there any regrets that you have in life?
I should sit here and say, yeah, I got a lot of regrets.
But when I look back on my life, And I understand the lives that were lost.
I mean, I'm sitting here with you.
And I can tell my story.
He was one of the most respected generals in the military.
He was by definition the most dangerous possible person for Donald Trump to hire.

at 877-547-5743.
And we are back.
We are joined by Peter Navarro.
Peter, you know, we've talked about yourself, we've talked about Steve Bannon, others surrounding Trump, but I would also argue, especially in the case of January 6th, that you have lawfare being waged against average American citizens that are simply supporters of Trump.
I think the most egregious example of this is Enrique Tarrio.
You can, Hate Enrique Tarrio's politics all day.
You cannot like the Proud Boys.
The fact of the matter is, this person is now doing two decades in prison.
For an insurrection that never happened, for not even being at the Capitol, nor in D.C.
that day.
That shows how weaponized our justice or injustice system, as I like to call it, is, especially within Washington, D.C.
itself, which you've gotten a large helping of.
So what are your thoughts on that?
If people aren't getting it, In that regard.
You know, on the peripheral, if they're not paying attention, they may be fooled into people like you and Bannon, etc., being bad guys.
But when we can successfully prosecute people for, number one, crimes that didn't really happen, and number two, not being at the crime in the first place, that is extremely troubling.
I was at a prison in Miami and there were two facilities there side by side.
One of them was a higher security one and there are actually a couple of J6 prisoners in that other one.
In the NewMegaDeal book, NewMegaDeal.com, there's a whole chapter in there, in the NewMegaDeal.com book, and it says, free the J6 prisoners.
So if you really want to know how I think about that whole thing, it's right there in black and white.
And President Trump has promised that he'll pardon the J6 prisoners.
Now, he may not pardon every single one of them.
I mean, we may disagree on this.
But there were a few there who committed acts of violence, which are not forgivable.
But the vast majority of those folks, and I was on the mall that day watching this unfold.
This was Nancy Pelosi's violence.
She didn't provide the troops and the police that President Trump asked for.
She's admitted that now.
This was the FBI's insurrection.
They had to do an audit.
Because they couldn't figure out how many informants they had, there were so many.
This was the National Guard issue and Secretary Esper at the Department of Defense who kept them far away from the perimeter.
And I personally watched from the mall overlooking where the fences were set up, I personally watched The Capitol Hill placed moving barriers so people could walk right up.
And a lot of those people who walked up there thought there was nothing illegal about that.
And I get back to the weaponization of government.
My judge, Ahmed Maida, the guy who stripped me of every single defense, put me in prison before I could have my appeal heard, Obama appointee, his wife, His work's at the biggest Democrat lobbyist firm.
It's like weaponized government to the max.
He was one of the judges at the D.C.
Circuit, which ruled that that insurrection count that was used to slap on many, many years on these sentences was okay to do.
And the Supreme Court, of course, has just said, no, you can't do that.
That judge could have done that if he was a good judge and a jurist, as opposed to a politician in a black robe.
And so, you know, let's see what happens, but I can assure you that the Supreme Court decision is going to lead to the release of many, many J6 prisoners and also the failure to prosecute some that haven't gone to court yet, and that President Trump will free You know, first of all, let me just agree with you that there are certain people that committed crimes.
I think they should have been charged with those crimes.
If you committed assault, you were charged with assault, trespass, etc.
based on that, right?
So I think that's a big thing.
But like you said, they basically made this into a statute where they were able to lump on years and years and years
to these people's sentences that should have never been there
in the first place as there was no insurrection.
I also wanna hone in on what you said about the security there.
Now, I had covered on the ground, not only being there on January 5th and 6th,
but the Stop the Steal rallies in December.
And there was a very, very different tone surrounding law enforcement and your availability
to even get around the streets in DC and December.
And when I was there in January, I saw a lax of security, not just up at the Capitol, but at the limit of its power.
There was none.
There was none, Jason.
I can remember it like it was today, standing on the mall, at the edge of the mall, looking across the street, the Capitol, and where the barriers, if you even call them that, were.
I mean, look, they had the capability to put up big barriers, fences.
They do that all the time.
They had none of that.
It was an entrapment scenario and I've said and thought from the beginning that it was a strategy.
To create that violence so that they could stop the count of legal votes that day on the floor of the House.
That was what that was about, as far as I'm concerned.
And as more and more evidence comes out with the FBI's complicity, Pelosi's guilt in terms of not providing the appropriate security, I'm more and more convinced that that was nothing but a setup Aimed at harming Donald Trump and preventing a count of legal votes.
You know, and Millie is another person that I would put in there.
Don't get me started on that dude.
I mean, see, the thing is, I interacted with these guys.
They were like from here to there, they were scum.
They were scum.
How does this guy, he's not a warrior.
He's a bureaucrat.
How do they put bureaucrats in charge of the greatest fighting force in the world?
How did they do that?
And then have these bureaucrats tell these people, we're going to focus more on diversity, equity, and inclusion than combat readiness.
Don't, don't get me started.
On Millie Esper was a bad penny as well.
It's just, it's just, this is why we get, we got to get back to Trump's America.
I think what's important here.
Particularly with all this turmoil going on with Biden and Harris and all that, it's like, hey, it's like bum of the month.
Whoever you want to put up as a face on that Democrat party for November, you're stuck with the policies you've inflicted on this country.
You're going to come at it from orange man, bad and abortion.
That's all.
Your campaign's going to be about, over and over again, ad nauseum.
When the people in the polls indicate they care about inflation and the economy, they care about border security, they care about the national security, respect to Gaza and the Ukraine and all that matters, and they're sick and tired of this friggin' social agenda, the transgender destruction of women's sports jumps out at you, the indoctrination of our kids, K-12, the idea that you're a A soccer mom or a softball dad going to a school board meeting to speak your mind, and the next thing you know, the FBI knocks on your door.
The Federal Bureau of Intimidation.
And I get back.
Look.
Look at me, folks.
I went to prison so you won't have to.
Learn from my experience.
Learn from my experience.
Their government put me in prison because they could.
All three branches of their government.
And they can do it to you.
Don't think they can't do it to you.
They can do it to me, they can do it to you, and they're trying to do it to Donald Trump.
And so let's focus on policy.
I saw this going back to 2022 congressional election.
We weren't ready to argue the case on policy.
That's when I decided to write the new MAGA deal.
And I did that.
And now it's out there for all of you to use as a weapon to defend ourselves against charges That the Make America Great Again movement is anything but mainstream.
We are mainstream, we are Main Street, we are America.
Final question, how do you get that policy into place?
Don't you need the personnel?
And that being said, who would you like to see in this second administration?
Because, you know, J.D.
Vance, definitely not my first choice.
I'd like to see people like Ramaswamy.
Rand Paul, Mike Lee, maybe bringing back General Flynn.
I don't think that Bannon was a bad decision, you know, especially in the way that they went after him in the beginning of that administration and how he's sitting in prison today.
So who are a few names that you think really have to be in that administration to make this work?
Well, look, I think the first thing that has to happen from day after election to Inauguration Day, this is how it works, Jason.
The transition team will get to work on a hundred actions, a hundred executive orders, at least, and 50 more to undo what Joe Biden did.
So you don't need the bureaucracy to do a lot of what a president can do.
So front loaded, the most important thing is going to be to get those executive orders ready and signed on day one.
A hundred actions in a hundred days.
Now, With respect to who should be in this, I mean, look, I think Jeff Clark, John Eastman, Dave Bernhardt, they did a good job at interior.
I think certainly Rick Grinnell will be in the mix.
It's a question of whether Pompeo will be, he's got some real Real issues there that's got to be overcome.
I think Bob Lighthizer will certainly be a major force somewhere in the administration.
And again, if you look at, if you just go to like Jim Finnell and Brad Thayer do a chapter in New Magadheel, the book, those guys are like, those guys are top Of the line when it comes to strategy, particularly in the Pacific theater against communist China.
So there's going to be a whole lot of folks that from the previous administration who did a good job will be in there.
The last thing I want is for the Heritage Foundation to be picking anybody to go in to the administration.
They're trying to do that with their Project 2025 thing.
But the president's, if he learned anything from the first term, it is that personnel is policy, that bad personnel is bad policy, and that bad personnel is bad policy and bad politics.
That was the theme of my Taking Back Trump's America memoir.
I did two books, White House memoirs, and I went through chapter and verse.
Um, on how folks like Tillerson and Madison Mnuchin and Gary Cohn, Larry Kudlow were all disasters in terms of personnel.
We don't need rhinos.
We don't need sappers inside.
We need.
True Blue, Trump folks who are smart and can move stuff.

And that was Tina Peters.
I really hope everybody checks out that entire film because this subject matter is not about left or right.
It is about right and wrong.
And the voting machines in particular have been an issue of mine.
We are now joined by Tina Peters and she's got court cases coming up this week.
two decades since they started instituting them large scale all the way back in 2004.
We are now joined by Tina Peters and she's got court cases coming up this week.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Let's talk about this issue because you're simply doing your job.
And I think this speaks to the fact that not only do we have the inability to audit our elections in these systems, but even when those who are qualified and fit to do so, instead of allowing them to do their jobs, they're not only persecuted, they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
That's right.
That's right, Jason.
Thank you so much for having me on your show, Making Sense of the Madness, and I appreciate all the work you've done to expose the criminality that's going on in our voting machines.
You know, it's interesting because as the elected clerk and recorder, I was not even privy to the idea, much less the facts that were later proven, that the Secretary of State and Dominion Voting Systems could actually infiltrate our election system.
You know, we as clerks and as election officials were looking from the outside in our offices And we would have never seen it if I hadn't have gone in and made that backup copy of the election management system before and after the Dominion voting systems and the Secretary of State came in.
And so that's why they're coming after me.
They want to shut me up just like they did with the J6ers, just like they do with anyone that wants to come out and tell the truth.
So I appreciate you having me on today to talk about that.
For those that don't understand that significance, it's that they don't want an audit.
We're supposed to just trust these people.
The fact that you did have access and you're able to make that copy is not in line with their narrative because again and again and again we were told this was the freest and fairest and safest election of all time.
It's almost as if there were never Any issues with these machines and beyond and obviously I would argue in 2020 we went supernova with drop-off of, you know, ballots and harvesting and mail-ins and all those other things.
But this has been an issue that, you know, again 20 years ago you could talk about it.
Hacking Democracy was an HBO documentary.
It highlighted this issue.
Many on the left used to talk about this issue.
In fact, many would talk about the Carter-Baker Commission when it came in line with the mail-in ballots.
But what they didn't discuss is they also talked about the machine and the fact that these machines are in fact not audited.
And even Carter's suggestion of a 3% audit is not to my liking.
I don't understand why we can't get A hundred percent audit of our machines.
Is that too much to ask?
Well, you're, you're absolutely correct, Jason, because he, and here, here's the thing in what we discovered through Mesa County report one, two, and three that are on my website and CrowdStrike evidently has affected my website.
So I apologize.
It should be up by the time this airs, but there at tinapeters.us, all three reports are on there.
And what we discovered is that they wiped the election files.
They wiped the access, audit, and adjudication files.
29,000 of them.
And because they don't want you to see who went in and out of this system.
They don't want you to see the functions they performed.
They don't want you to audit it to see how you got to the results of the election.
Oh, but they want you to preserve the results of the election, but they don't want to let you know with transparency how they got to the results.
So that's what the investigation that I did was all about.
It was about Taking a snapshot of the system before Dominion and the Secretary of State came in to do what they called their trusted build, which they billed to everybody else as just a system upgrade, right?
An update.
Well, it was a day and a half of wiping out the system, finding out later through our reports that there were 36 wireless devices, Jason, in the election management system.
As an elected official, it is my duty and my responsibility to, because I take an oath to the Colorado Constitution, but also the United States Constitution, and one thing that I do that is inherent in my duties is to preserve election records, hence the name Recorder, Mason County Clerk and Recorder.
So when they come in and they start deleting things off my constituents election management server, That's a serious crime, but they didn't go after Jenna Griswold.
They didn't go after Dominion as a state actor for doing this.
They came after me and are coming after me in a court case, a trial next week that could put me in prison for the rest of my life for a 10 count felony, a 10 count indictment, seven felonies and three misdemeanors.
And I want, again, people to really realize the gravity of this situation.
You didn't alter any documents.
You tried to make records that should have been public, public.
So again, we can audit the election and nothing more.
And nothing more.
And instead of the corrupt, like you said, corporate actors in this program, they have come after you and put you away for the rest of your life.
Now, I would hope and I would expect that if somehow, some way Donald Trump does get in there, not only voted in, but then swears in that He would take note of your case should you be found guilty and believe me you know this system very much wants that headline election denier guilty etc etc.
Can you just explain to people how you have literally manipulated Nothing.
And I would put you in the ranks of, well, number one, you're not really like WikiLeaks because you're actually an official on the inside.
You're more like the person that WikiLeaks actually publishes the documents of when they can't put it out into the public arena and want to do so anonymously.
You were brave enough to not do it anonymously, do it out of the gates.
And if we had had 20 more people like you, you might not be in this situation, correct?
That is correct.
And every every clerk, not only in Colorado, but around the country that allowed these These state actors, Dominion, I don't care if it's ES&S, Hardin & Civic, anything with a smartmatic base to it or a voting machine that can be hacked.
According to Kamala Harris, by the way, if you watch the movie on my website, Selection Code, you'll see that in 2016, she basically said that, and many other Democrats, that These machines are not secure that they can be hacked.
Her words.
So that's the thing.
Any clerk that allowed them to come in to do their update, I guarantee you that that update included a wipe of the system.
And that's illegal by federal and state law.
By federal law, I and any other election official is required to keep all election records, whether they're electronic or paper records, for 22 months.
And this was just six months after, when I did this, this was six months after the presidential election.
So this is a federal crime, and it's one that should be protected by the Supremacy Clause.
The state should not be able to come after me, should not be able to prosecute me for fulfilling a federal function.
But nevertheless, they are.
And we've put this in front of the courts, you know, and tried to... It's glaringly obvious that this is a violation of federal law.
And so, when you look at this, Jason, and you say, you know, why aren't, why isn't the Secretary of State being prosecuted?
Why isn't Dominion being prosecuted?
Now Dominion, the CEO of Dominion, John Paulos, was just found guilty of perjuring himself under oath.
He said these machines can't be connected to the internet.
But as you'll see on the report on my website, is that the second report that came out after the first report that, among other things, said about the 29,000 election records being deleted, The second report said there were 36 wireless devices.
I don't know about you but as an elected clerk And, you know, I was always told that this equipment, and by law, it cannot connect to the internet, nor have the capability.
And John Polis even said under oath that they are not designed to be connected to the internet.
So that was the second report.
36 wireless devices where someone from outside, without my knowledge and without my staff's knowledge, could actually go in and change or affect that machine, that voting machine.
We've got to take a break.
When we come back, I want to get into the court case and where you see it going in the next week when it begins.
But before we do that, how can people support you right now?
Okay.
Right now, because of CloudStrike, you'll have to check and see if the website's still up, but it's tinapeters.us.
You can go on my GiveSendGo because, as you can imagine, the cost to fight this, and that's what they've been depending on, is to try to bankrupt me or anybody else that would try to support me.
But you can go on, you can donate to help with my legal defense on GibsonGo.com and pray.
Go to my website, TinaPeters.us, read the reports, look at the evidence and spread it.
Watch Selection Code, the movie.
We're going to take that break.
We're going to come back.
We're going to talk about this trial.
You're not going to want to miss it.
More making sense of the madness after this.

Now, Tina, you just hit a major point before we even get into the trial.
They want you to cop a plea deal.
They don't want to necessarily have you plead guilty to what they say, but as long as you admit you're guilty, that's enough for them, and they will wage lawfare against you financially with insurmountable resources, and then try to cut you off and censor you, really, from any kind of aggregate, I'm sure you're on Give, Send, Go,
because there are other ones out there like GoFundMe that aren't so friendly to people
that are trying to expose election fraud, et cetera, among other issues.
Can you speak to that financial aspect?
Yes, well, they rejected me on Stripe after they'd already given me the authorization to use Stripe
I remember when I was running for Secretary of State and I announced on Steve Bannon that after I realized that I was the only one that could step in the race to do this and I did win my primary but I was cheated out of it, watched it happen in real time with these machines.
Financially, yes, they do try to come after you.
But this is going to happen to every single American.
You have to understand.
I've had people that go into the bank and they want to know what you're buying.
what you're buying, they want to know, you know, there's so much imposition and they
want to track what you're doing.
So I would, I would tell every American to start, obviously, you know, invest in other places.
Make sure that your funds are, you know, protected in your bank or taken out to do whatever you need to do.
But that's a side note.
They do want to take you down.
They want to, what they're doing to me, they want to do to everybody.
So you've got to stand up and you've got to make your voice heard.
But as far as for the trial, it's interesting because the media has been putting out there that I breached the election equipment.
Well, it's funny that that is not what the 10 count indictment even talks about.
And when I say they, I'm talking about the criminals were very careful in the way that they They orchestrated this whole indictment.
It has to do with influencing a public servant.
So you're supposed to believe that I influenced the public servant that's sitting there deleting my 29,000 or my constituents 29,000 election records.
So there were several felonies, felony accounts of influencing public servants, which I say they were influencing me.
Stolen identity, impersonation, all these other things.
But it's funny because the media will put out there that I breached the election equipment and that's not the charges.
But it makes me sound guilty.
So when you when you see this media manipulation, the use of semantics, the idea that you were the one hacking democracy, if you will, it's all absurd.
The reality is, again, you tried to audit an extremely corrupt system, shine the light on that and hopefully get some retribution.
Unfortunately, our court systems are so corrupt that they've gone with this no standing We have run out of time.
One more time, let everybody know how they can support you.
and then gone after the people like yourself criminally.
We have run out of time.
One more time, let everybody know how they can support you.
Keep an eye on this trial and really get behind you financially.
I appreciate that.
And I would really love if people can, if they are near Colorado or want to take, it's beautiful out here, take a trip to Colorado.
My trial dates, they start the 31st with jury selection.
The 1st will be opening arguments.
And then you have the 2nd, then the weekend, and then the 5th through the 10th is getting in more of the trial.
And then it's supposed to be over by the 12th of August.
So July 31st to the 12th of August.
If you can come out, you can support me, you can give.
I would appreciate it.
There's also an event that some other people are putting on on that Sunday, the 4th, that are on the websites freetina.com and then of course tinapeters.us.
Please go there.
Find out the truth.
Go on my ex, my Twitter account.
Elon Musk has had 750 requests to help me.
And so if you go on and look up Bahisi and Yehuda Miller, and if you go to my ex at RealTinaPeters, you can follow those posts.
And I appreciate that so much.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
The best of luck.
We'll be following that trial.
Folks, it's not about left or right.
It is always about right and wrong.
This is another issue, again, that goes beyond those barriers.
