	On the backside of that, the classified documents case with Biden is what I think will ultimately be at least the public undoing of how he steps down.
	Because I also believe they're going full force on Trumpski and Hutch, right?
	A lot of people are delusional and think because that case is in Florida, somehow he's going to get a fair shake.
	I don't see it.
	I see, is that really their coup de grace?
	Because that adds the extra layer that he's a treasonous snake.
	Trump's a treasonous snake.
	And the repercussions of that will be that Joe Biden, in order to forego a trial that would be embarrassing to America, would be very embarrassing.
	We've already done so much, we need to heal.
	Ends up stepping down because of this.
	And look, as I've said before, the guy can't talk, right?
	We just had that story out there with that mainstream journalist who was on Club Random, who interviewed Joe Biden and admitted on camera he couldn't finish sentences, obviously it was heavily edited, etc., etc., Biden was interviewed by the special counsel probing mishandling of classified documents at his home on Sunday and Monday.
	Okay? So first of all, you know that he had lawyers surrounding him.
	One. Number two, he was probably heavily prepped for this, where the statements he would make We're ones like, I cannot recall, etc., etc.
	Guaranteed down the line.
	Guaranteed establishment answers down the line.
	But that's going to be tough for him because he's not really mentally there.
	So they've worked on this with him probably for weeks.
	They probably hyped him up again on as many amphetamines as they could for these two days.
	The questions themselves, I can't speak to because I wasn't there.
	But... Probably softball in comparison to the wide-ranging stuff that they've gone after Trump with.
	And the two cases aren't even comparable.
	I'll say it again.
	President Trump was the president.
	He had every right to take those documents.
	He took those documents with the assistance of the government.
	They basically set him up.
	And he had them under lock and key.
	Secret Service surrounded him all the time.
	Yada, yada, yada. In the other case, and by the way, he has the right to declassify any documents he wants because he's the President of the United States.
	That's how it used to work.
	Apparently not anymore.
	Then, we have Joe Biden, who has all these documents as the Vice President of the United States and does not have the authority to just take them or declassify them at that point.
	Does that matter to anybody?
	Bueller? Bueller?
	Anybody? Not in the post-truth world, but they realize it's a great setup.

	Right? So, I believe this is going to be a backdoor.

	Turns out this weekend, President Joe Biden was interviewed in the special counsel investigation into classified documents.
	Now, Robert Herr, who is the special counsel in this case, is looking into how classified
	documents ended up at Biden's home and in office.
	A White House spokesman says the interview was totally voluntary and took place at the
	White House yesterday and Monday.
	The interview was reportedly arranged weeks ago, but ended up taking place as Biden was
	focused on fighting in the Middle East.
	See, again, here's the absurdity that I want you to believe.
	Thank you.
	So... I told you that obviously they gave him weeks, if not months, to prepare for this.
	They're not fast-tracking anything on Joe Biden.
	They're waiting it out, biding their time for this 2024 election cycle, selection cycle.
	They don't want debates.
	They don't want opposition to the party.

	50-minute speech.
	I don't know if we're going to even get to any of it.
	Maybe we'll get to part of it in the first hour.
	Because the second hour is really where I want to get into the Disney war propaganda that we're all about to get.

	Man claiming to have a suicide bomb on Santa Monica Pier Ferris wheel is yanked down by cops after he sparked an evacuation and left families with kids stranded in midair as tensions are heightened in the wake of the Israeli terror attack.
	So look, you do have all these people that have had complete unfettered access through the border, many of which, again, we've gone over this, Aren't from Mexico, aren't even from South America, are literally coming from around the world.
	And when you have sleeper cells, a lot of the times that these units, they have no idea that they're actually assets.
	None. They're being handled by somebody, you know, maybe one in ten.
	That make their way here actually know they're an asset of some type of a black program.
	And then the other nine guys are following that one guy.

	And you need to take off your shoes, and now you need to go through x-ray machines, and now you have to do a slave walk at the airport.

	So McHenry is essentially standing in as the Speaker of the House.
	I don't know much about the guy.
	I don't expect it to be effective.
	But here's the hammer and talking point that this is the big disaster.
	No, the big disaster is that we continue unfettered to feed the military-industrial complex, to feed the conflict in Ukraine, that arms sales and stocks are spiking.
	And now we have more death and turmoil in the Middle East and the 9-11 rhetoric is back on the table.
	That's what's dangerous.
	About being leaderless. Remember why we are.
	Only because of eight Republicans and every single Democrat.
	They made a political decision because they thought they could win a majority if they took me off the playing field.
	I'm still a member of Congress.
	I've probably had the closest relationship with those in Israel.
	That's why this isn't about being speaker.
	This is about America leading.
	I want to see America do a five-point plan.
	First, we've got to get our Americans back.
	Never leave America behind.
	Secondly, we have to support Israel.
	Give them the medical supplies, but more importantly, we want to make sure we replenish them with the weaponry they need, especially when it comes to the Iron Dome.
	So let's start right there.
	Notice he comes in with medical supplies first.
	This is classic politician bullshit.
	Then the weaponry they need.
	Oh. Now he's going to talk about the Iron Dome.
	He's going to explain to all of us why the Iron Dome failed.
	Well, there's a number of Democrats who voted against it.
	But what you're concerned about here, an iron dome is a defensive weapon, but it only has about 20 missiles in it.
	When a missile goes up, it will calculate where that missile is going to go, and it shoots up to knock it out of the sky.
	But what Hamas is doing is trying to overwhelm it with 5,000.
	And what they'll do at the beginning is send dumb rockets to see if they take out all the iron domes, so then they'll send the precision guidance.
	That's why we should take an action now in the medical supplies.
	The third thing we should do is freeze that $6 billion, but more importantly, stop Iran from being able to produce the oil.
	If you watch the foreign currency reserves, in 2020 they only had $4 billion.
	Now they have $70 billion.
	So let's stop.
	Once again...
	The type of sanctions they want on foreign countries, it's insane.
	And I'm sorry, I'm not an Islamophobe.
	I don't hate Iran.
	I think what we did with Soleimani was wrong.
	I think it was wrong, wrong, wrong.
	And when we're talking about Iran, then you're going to get Russia involved immediately.
	You want to start popping off there.
	That's where it gets extremely dangerous.
	And, you know, McCarthy knows damn well, and it actually gets discussed here, that we could turn on the power anytime and compete here and produce the power here.
	So, it's a moot point to have to go to the Middle East for our oil and Saudi Arabia for our oil and entrench ourselves there further.
	You know, it's a red herring.
	It's a misnomer....more successful, stronger under the Biden administration.
	And they were only producing 400,000 barrels a day under the last administration.
	They're now 3 million. The sanctions are already there.
	They're not just... They're not being enforced.
	We should make sure they're being enforced, and we should fill that void with American petroleum to be able to produce it here.
	Okay, so this is a robust plan that you're outlining.
	It's effectively useless unless there is some sort of consensus within your conference to make it happen.
	I don't think it's useless.
	Let me ask you this.
	The Republicans are going to meet tomorrow, and they're going to have a conversation about replacing you.
	Are you a candidate in that conversation?
	No, I'm not a candidate. Whoever the conference picks, I'm going to support.
	But if the conference chooses you, if there's been a number of moderate Republicans who have come out and said...
	Not moderate Republicans.
	Establishment, okay, harnessholes.
	That's establishment people would want this guy in there.
	They're the ones that play along with the insurrection game.
	They're the ones that sign off every single time for the National Defense Authorization Act.

	So, I mean, anybody who says McCarthy should be the next guy, I want to vomit.
	And look, it's not like I have hopes they're going to, you know, install somebody who's less establishment.
	I mean, I guess I kind of have those hopes.
	I don't have any illusions that's what's going to happen, unfortunately.
	I think that we also need to, I'll say it again, get the January 6th tapes.
	Get all the tapes.
	That they think that you should attempt to reclaim the speakership.
	If that were to happen, would you accept the position?

	The conference has to unify.
	But you would have to be a player in that, wouldn't you?
	No, I'm not going to be a player in that.
	the conference because because if you're going to allow four percent eight in eight individuals to

	well listen this is a gates a mace and a pelosi trio and they've got to decide if they want to

	And now, you're advocating for the same policy in this Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
	And here's my fear, especially now with the Middle East, that one of the ways they're going to slip in another warmonger It is through that method of saying, look at what's happening in Israel.
	In fact, this is another time, I'll go over this story just really quick before we go back to this.

	And that comes after any possibility for real debates.
	And put a lid on today when the world is looking for leadership.

	Whatever happens in speakership is fine with me, but it's not fine with me watching the world fall around me.

	And you are one of the country's most famous immigrants and a former two-term Republican governor of California back when Republicans were sane.

	I do believe that if, number one, you commit a crime, it's a no-brainer.
	You're gone and you can never come back.
	You're immediately deported every time afterwards if you try to get in, if you've committed a crime anywhere in the country.
	Especially if it was any type, really, of theft or above.

	Secondly, I don't think we should just get rid of people that have been here a decade, two decades, etc.
	There does need to be some kind of a path to citizenship for them.

	Number two, what is important is that we have visas available for people that want to work in the United States, so they don't have to work illegally.
	It is bogus. We need the workers here.
	No matter where you look around.
	If I look at my house, there's all these Latinos working there.
	If I look out on the street, the people on the streets are working, the Latinos.
	If I look at the high rises, they're working.
	If I look in the kitchen, if I go into a restaurant...
	Again, think about what he said.
	When I look in my house, we're hiring the Latinos.
	Look, everything he said there was kind of like, in my opinion, low-level bigotry, right?
	Everything he said was like a blue-collar job.
	And the mantra a decade and a half ago with these type of jobs is, nobody wants to work them anymore in the United States, which was untrue.

	And I think that this is a big reason that we've had, in my opinion, societal degradation.
	And we've had a lack of motivation with our youth.
	Is that those were the jobs that young people used to take.
	And in some places, still do.
	And they're the ones that I would encourage my nieces to take.
	And one day, my nephew to take.
	So... For example, when I was a kid, not only did I do roofing and help out on electrical work, but things like concrete or landscaping work were also things that I helped participate in.
	The labor jobs, right?
	And what this would do, it would build character.
	It would put money in my pocket.
	And I would think to myself, man, I don't want to grow up doing this.
	This is hard work.
	You see what I'm getting at here?
	Same thing in a lot of those arenas like, I don't want to work in a fast food place or a restaurant the rest of my life.
	This is hard work.
	Or maybe you do, but you want to rise up in the ranks and own your own restaurant.
	Or you want to manage, right?
	So you get that instilled in you very young.
	And you realize whether or not that's the career for you.
	And once again, it builds character amongst young people so they can grow up into reasonable adults.
	Now it's like, no. The state owes you something.
	Taking those type of jobs degrades you.
	You're better than that.
	And I'll just say this.
	Nobody's better than an honest day's living.

	There are a lot of lessons to learn here, but one of them that we need to be quickly alert to in the United States is that if this can happen in Israel, An incursion of what we assumed was a well-protected border with strong intelligence resources preventing an attack, really a terrorist attack like this.
	If it can happen there, it can happen here.
	I only agree because it can, but at the same time, I don't know that it does without, again, the apparatus standing down and people on the inside.
	And then we're in very, very dangerous territory We're already in very dangerous territory And I think that's one of the things the United States of America needs to wake up to is our own border defenses and homeland defenses are badly lacking.
	So we have to stand with Israel.

	I think this is a medieval barbaric attack.

	Part of what traveling around this country has given me is a greater sense of trust.
	In the voter base, far greater trust than I think traditional politicians are thought to afford the voter base with getting into depth, detail, detailed policy proposals, detailed vision for this country.
	I also think that it is a process that trust is mutual.
	I think the more I trust the voters with depth, nuance and detail, I think the beginnings of what we're seeing, I mean, even these are small groups, but even the reactions we're getting one-on-one from people who come up here and say, and one guy came up and said, this is the third event, and he said, this is the one where you got me.
	Well, I think that maybe it made a difference to scratch beneath the surface to get there.
	So I think trust is a two-way relationship.
	We're going to trust the voters more with depth and nuance, and our bet is that they're going to trust us back.
	Iowa and New Hampshire both break late.
	That's well known. They take their time to make their decisions.
	I also think that one of the things we're seeing that's interesting in our data, I mean, what gives me the strongest sense is the gut instinct for people here who are slowly gravitating to us.
	But one of the things we're seeing in our data is that many of the people who are coming to our events, especially in Iowa, are not prior caucus goers, but who have expressed high interest in this campaign.
	Well, again, I do think he's correct there as well.
	Well, I also think that people are coming out of the woodwork finally,
	because it's just gotten so obscene and so absurd.
	And the Joe Biden thing is too much.
	And you've only strengthened Trump's base and expanded it with his persecution.
	At the same time, he's the only other guy talking like Trump and even going
	further than Trump on some issues.
	Again, I don't know that I have a lot of hope for any of this, because again,
	you see who they're trying to push via the establishment.

	I think that people are underestimating the fact that he will indeed take votes from Trump.

	Things aren't looking that good. I think he takes a ton of votes away from the Democrats, but maybe possibly the same amount of votes away from Republicans, especially if they end up getting an establishment candidate and keeping Trump off the ballot.
	As I've stated, they're going to not only attempt to do, but I think they're going to be successful in doing.
	Maybe that's not going to be the case.
	But Kennedy certainly has spiced things up with declaring his independence.

	For making me the happiest person, man alive, the most unbelievable wife.

	And that day he saw a family, an entire family of Sue, living in the burned out hulk of an automobile.

	It's one of the only times in his lifetime that I heard of him crying.
	And that word of his tears swept across the reservation.
	And on election day, on June 5th, 1968, the last day of his white life, he won the state of South Dakota with the help of the zoo.

	To Pine Ridge as often as I can.
	And almost every time I go there, the elders share that story with me and they tell me that it was the highest turnout in the history of the nation.
	And that my father got nearly 100% of the vote.
	There were only three votes that day that were tallied against him.
	And the elders always close that story by saying, we're still looking for those guys.
	It's a hopeful sign now for our country that we celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day.
	It shows that we're ready as a nation.
	It shows that our country is now ready to explore and to tell each other the untold
	histories of those dispossessed people.
	Who have previously languished on the margins.
	But today, as the corrupt powers have overtaken our government, the ranks of the dispossessed have swelled so that they not only include indigenous Americans and black Americans and Hispanic Americans, they include tens of millions of people who live paycheck to paycheck in financial desperation.
	I'd say in this country, you're probably closer to like, when you say tens of millions, maybe a hundred million at this point.
	When you're in a place where almost half, if not half, if not more than half of the adults are on some type of government subsistence program, you're in a bad place.
	And even those that were upper middle class that have now been downgraded to lower middle class, those people that aren't living paycheck to paycheck but are struggling more, they're upset.
	Okay, the people like myself that don't like the war of terror, that have been asking questions since 9-11.
	We're upset, even if we're financially doing okay.
	I don't know who's really happy, to be honest, RFK Jr.
	Possessed also include the legions of the chronically ill, of the addicted, the depressed, the 80% of our country that cannot afford a middle-class lifestyle.
	A rising tide of discontent is now swamping our country.
	There's danger in this discontent, but there's also opportunity and promise.
	The danger is that the demagogues will hijack it toward fascism or that our rulers would defer to us to use it as a pretense for an attack on an existential enemy and another in the long pipelines of continuous wars.
	The biggest danger...
	That we've all seen on a day-to-day basis is that they'll direct that discontent against each other.
	As Abraham Lincoln observed, quoting Jesus Christ, a house divided cannot stand.
	A polarized nation is easy for corrupt powers to manipulate and to control and to strip the wealth, its freedoms, its equity, its dignity.
	Those are the dangers.
	Super dangerous. And especially because they try to pit ordinary citizens against each other via those issues.
	Instead of pointing to the predator class, the consolidation of power, the war machine, the propaganda machine, etc.
	The media military industrial complex.
	So what is the promise?
	The promise is a reunion.
	We are told today that our nation is hopelessly divided.
	But I found something different as I travel this country.
	The most hateful voices, of course, are always the loudest, but there are a lot of quiet Americans who are looking at disgust at the vitriol, the name-calling, and the venom.
	They want it to end.
	They want us to get along.
	They want to end. And I think we can get along.
	I think that's part of what we need to be doing.
	Those loud, hateful controversies obscure these vast areas of agreement.
	Most of us agree, for example, that we should take care of our veterans.
	Most of us agree that we should seek peace abroad instead of war.
	We all agree And teachers should receive decent salaries and respect.
	Depends on the teacher.
	Depends on the school system.
	I've always said that.
	And look, most of them do get decent pay, especially for the work.
	But what they're teaching in schools these days, boy, that sure has changed.
	We all agree that housing should be affordable and that corporations should pay their fair share.
	Once again, good luck.
	I mean, our corporate welfare system is maybe worse than our actual welfare system.
	I got to point that out. We all agree that we want a clean environment, that we want wholesome communities for our children.
	And yet these universal yearnings stand alongside a broad agreement that our country has lost its way.
	Americans are weary, they're tired of the culture war, the phony slogans, the politicians who blame, who use the partisan blame game to divide us against each other and keep ourselves, keep us all at each other's throats.
	And people suspect that the divisions are deliberately orchestrated and that getting us to...
	They are deliberately orchestrated to, again, not allow us to unite against those that are dividing us.
	This is the power of this Kennedy run in Independence.

	I know that because I meet scores of people every day, even those in the most difficult circumstances, who have not given up on America.
	I've walked picket lines in Los Angeles with hotel workers who live in their cars because they can't afford rent.
	I've visited mobile health clinics in the back routes and roads of Georgia where families get their medical care in the back of a bus.
	I've planted gardens in the food deserts in Watts and Cleveland.
	I've sat amongst migrant children at the border.
	I've met social workers and doctors in Yuma.
	Who treat these immigrants with kindness and heartbreaking generosity as if they were members of their own families.
	I've walked the fields with farmers in Kansas who can't drink from their own wells because they're poisoned by pesticides.
	These are members of the dispossessed now.
	I've sat at kitchen tables in Pennsylvania with parents working every hour that God gives them to afford a home of their own, only to get outbid by a hedge fund with a cash offer at the last minute.
	I've worked with veterans who serve honorably in foreign wars and come home then to a country that is bankrupted by those wars.
	I've eaten with small business owners who had to board up their dreams as Amazon cashed in.
	I've talked from moms.
	And not only Amazon cashed in, but just like all these megacorporations did not have to turn a profit for like a decade plus.
	Just like Tesla did not have to turn a profit because of that corporate welfare system, of that techno-fascistic system, of that track trace database system that the powers that shouldn't be are implementing and putting in place.
	From Nevada to New Hampshire, who lie awake at home juggling unpayable bills, choosing between gasoline and groceries.
	I met senior citizens who cut their pills in two to stretch out their prescriptions.
	And I pulled dead fish from rivers that are clogged with chemical runoff and waste.
	And I've read stories to children who are devastated by chronic disease.
	It can all look pretty dark.
	We seem to be cycling from despair to rage and back to despair again.
	The country is sitting on top now of a powder keg.
	Americans are angry at being left out, left behind, swindled, cheated, and belittled by a smug elite that has rigged the system in its favor.
	How do you disagree with anything he just said there?
	It's tough to. Bobby!
	Bobby! Bobby!
	Bobby! There's his Bobby moment.
	Bobby! I mean, again, what he just said there is spot on.
	I get it. I've also seen hope.
	I've traveled millions of American miles across my career.
	And to quote Tennyson, I am part of all whom I have met.
	For 40 years, Americans across the country have fortified me with their courage and their idealism.
	But this year, I have witnessed an upwelling of optimism that I've never seen before.
	And optimism isn't the same thing as denial.
	We have to acknowledge the truth.
	We do face a decaying infrastructure and record levels of suicide, depression, addiction, chronic disease.
	We do face an entrenched political corruption and an inequality of wealth not seen in a century.
	But the good news is that people, like yourselves, are finally fed up.
	Something is stirring in us that says it doesn't have to be this way.
	People stop me everywhere at airports, at hotels and malls on the street, and they remind me that this country is ready for a history-making change.
	They are ready to reclaim their freedom, their independence.
	And that's why I'm here today.
	I'm here to declare myself an independent candidate.
	Crowd cheers.
	Look, you can say the system's rigged.
	You can say he's another bad guy.
	Certainly kind of sucks on this Israeli position.
	Although I don't know that he's spoke to the incident yet.
	Of course he's going to have to just like everybody had to.
	But it's hard to disagree with him.
	We absolutely do need change in this country.
	I showed you the Biden stuff.
	I hope I'm wrong about being headed into a global conflict where authoritarianism and propaganda...
