| Again, false. | |

| Scientists have been forced to withdraw a study on projected sea level rise due to global warming after finding mistakes that undermine the findings. | |
| These are the type of scientific papers that they establish their hypotheses from people climbing mountains and taking pictures. | |

| And I started going off, you know, like 3,100 were issued by Franklin Roosevelt, but only three up through Abraham Lincoln. | |
| He said that Truman had issued one to integrate the uh... the military and | |
| so i was kind of visual battle and then with me on that | |
| and then i will i i started bringing up ten nine nine seven ten nine eight | |
| and i think it will be in the president issued an executive order saying | |
| order say the black is white and white is black and up and down and left and | |
| left and right and all that kind of thing i mean is is he able to just get away with anything he wants to do it in | |

| What attorney, what prosecutor is going to bring that before me? | |
| Well, I can tell you of a time, Matt, I can tell you of a time, a recent Supreme Court decision that is in favor of executive orders. | |
| It's the Supreme Court ruling that all of the Hepting v. AT&T warrantless wiretap and beyond lawsuits be thrown out. | |

| It wasn't one that Obama signed. | |
| It was one that Obama has kept on the books and that George Bush, George W. Bush, signed into law. | |
| However, I don't know if there's ever been an actual ruling on a signing statement or an executive order, but they have in the past ruled in favor of the executive orders. | |
| I can't think of a time that they've ruled against any executive orders, Matt. | |

| or nine thousand have been issued since Lincoln doesn't that just make the | |

| We set up three branches of government initially so that one branch would check up on the other. | |
| That's the judicial, the executive, and the legislative branch. | |

| The executive branch is almost never challenged, and when it is challenged, I haven't seen much of a victory out there against the executive branch. | |
| So, checks and balances are essentially gone in this country. | |
