	Huge stacker, huge stacker of news but I'm going to start it off with just one of the most unbelievable stories that really didn't make the mainstream at first but now is coming into its own because this guy is suing and rightfully so.
	He should be counting his lucky stars that he's going to even have the ability to sue as Here's how it goes down, folks.
	I hate to bash the police, but when they do something this ridiculous, this over-the-top, this guy deserves more than $5 million, in my opinion.
	This gentleman was out of Arizona, married man, 35 years old, has two children in the house.
	He calls 911.
	Someone's broken into my home, and I heard some shots fired.
	Has anybody hurt, sir?
	Has anybody hurt?
	I don't know!
	I have two small children!
	I don't know!
	By the time the police get there, what do they decide to do?
	Hey, how about we shoot the homeowner?
	Let's not shoot him once.
	Let's not shoot him twice.
	Let's not shoot him thrice.
	Let's have a heavy hand on the trigger and shoot him six times in the back.
	Six times this guy gets shot.
	You think that's enough?
	You hear them actually admitting that they effed up on the audio.
	We're going to play all this for you in the upcoming segment.
	But that doesn't stop them from dragging him outside onto the lawn with his bloody leg and back, by the way, and throwing him on the hood of the car.
	The homeowner.
	And why did they do it?
	Well, here's the article in front of me.
	Well, they thought he was Hispanic!

	It seemed like Anthony Arambela did everything right.
	A man breaks into his Maricopa County home and runs into his son's bedroom.
	He sends his wife and kids outside, then gets his gun out of the closet and holds the burglar at bay.
	He calls 911.
	But what happened after that wasn't quite what he had in mind.
	The police officers come in gung-ho, they shoot him six times, they admit they effed up, but that doesn't stop them from dragging him outside of his home, even while the wife's like, that's my husband, what are you doing?
	It's my hubby.
	He's lucky to have survived.
	I don't know if I'm gonna be able to take six shots in the back.
	Six shots!
	Most of you have no idea what it would be like to call the officials and have them shoot you six times in your own home.
	This is just another illustration, a small microcosm, how the police are completely out of control.
	Completely out of control.
	Last week on the program we had somebody call in from South Dakota to be awakened by police officers at 4.30 in the morning who had already come into his home, no warrant, no probable cause, separated him and his roommate and said that there was a string of burglaries going on in the neighborhood and they may be involved.
	And then they went a few blocks down to get their other roommate who was staying with a girlfriend.
	And they gave them all separate stories.
	They said they fit descriptions.
	And then they asked if they could take pictures inside and he said, Sir, no, you cannot take pictures inside.
	You have no warrant.
	There is no probable cause.
	What do you mean we can't take pictures inside?
	Well, sir, I believe in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
	Oh, you're one of them truthers I've been reading about in these MIAC reports and these Fusion Center documents.
	You a truther, boy?
	And of course the guy was a truther, but how dare you look into 9-11 and find out there's inconsistencies.
	You know, Fox News today, today, sitting there admitting the Pakistani ISI funding of the hijackers connection.
	But that's a conspiracy theory.
	That's not true.
	Oh, now Fox News is talking about it eight years later.
	Weird.

	Thank God he survived.
	He's suing for $5 million.
	I feel like he should be suing for $25 million and he should get every last penny of it.

	A man who says he was trying to stop a crime and instead, he says, ended up being the victim of one.
	Tony Arambula is filing a civil lawsuit against the police, claiming they shot the wrong guy.
	3TV's Ryan O'Donnell joins us live with the story.

	Yeah, Beverly Arambula's attorney says Tony did all the right things, but was still shot by the police because the officers didn't communicate the situation with each other.
	Now tonight, we get to hear first-hand what happened in that house back on September 17th, 2008.
	I'd just like to warn you, what you're about to hear is pretty graphic.
	35-year-old Tony Arambula, his wife Leslie, and their two kids have changed forever after an intruder with a gun breaks into their home.
	This is the call he made to 911.
	What's the emergency?
	I just heard gunshots through the window.
	Is anybody hurt in your house?
	I don't know yet, but I have two kids here.
	According to his attorney, Tony already had his gun and was now holding the intruder at gunpoint while on the phone and when the police entered his home.
	I'm sorry, I'm the one here, I'm the homeowner.
	He's a, he's a homeowner.
	The bad guy's in here.
	Get out, get out.
	Get out.
	What's going on, sir?
	Oh my God, oh my God.
	Sir, what's happening?
	I'm the homeowner, I'm the homeowner.
	Tony was shot six times, according to his lawyer, twice when he was on the ground.
	I can't believe this is happening to me.
	Police then spotted the real intruder.
	The operator calls back.
	In the background you can hear Tony, convinced he wasn't going to make it, screaming his goodbye.

	It goes quiet.
	Then the officers admit they had made a mistake.
	Tony is alive but according to his attorney has gone through several
	surgeries to repair body parts that have been damaged by the bullets.
	The Rambulas are asking for more than five million dollars in damages.
	We contacted the City of Phoenix about the lawsuit, but we're told they wouldn't have a statement until tomorrow morning.

	So if you're not satisfied with that over-the-top, out-of-control, shoot-em-six-times police behavior, they go into a man's home and they're like, yeah, we'll shoot him six times.
	Why not, right?
	And they don't even shoot the real criminal.
	They shot him twice while he was on the ground.
	They failed to mention that they also dragged him outside bleeding and threw him on the top of the cop car.
	Not only should these guys lose their jobs, they may I don't know if we pro... Well, you know, you might want to prosecute somebody that shoots the homeowner.
	I don't know.
	I do know that he deserves every penny of his $5 million lawsuit.
	But if that didn't whet your thirst for police brutality and out-of-control behavior, why don't we go to this clip of a disabled student, somebody who went to this learning center, changed schools, because he had a head injury when he was younger and he needed special attention.
	Now, he didn't go by school dress code.
	He was wearing a baggy shirt.
	Well, you just see this cop throw his coffee down, put my coffee down, grabs the kid, throws him into a locker, grabs him from the locker, it's punching in the face time, and throws him on the ground, full mount, ground and pound style.

	So he was shouting at you and he was swearing at you?
	the lockers, then to the ground by a police officer. What happened? You're
	about to see the video for yourself. 2 Investigator Dave Savini has the story
	of a painful lesson. Security cameras are about to capture the beating of this
	15 year old special education student by a police officer.
	So he was shouting at you and he was swearing at you. Yeah. Marshawn Pitts says
	the officer started by verbally abusing him because his shirt wasn't tucked in.
	I was, I was tucking my shirt in.
	But it's what happens next after the officer puts down his coffee that had Marshawn Pitts worried for his life.
	It was just like, boom.
	He says he was blindsided by the officer, thrown into lockers and struck repeatedly.
	Where did he hit you?
	He hit me like right here, and boom.
	Watch as he gets slammed to the ground, his face smashed into the floor.
	It still has a bump.
	Right here.
	His nose was broken.
	Were you bleeding?
	Did you know it was your face?
	All this was, like, on the outside.
	My mouth was busted.
	Violent and unnecessary treatment, he says, considering he was attending the Academy for Learning in Dalton for students like him with special education needs.
	When he was younger, he suffered a brain injury and now has a learning disability.
	So this school was for students with special needs?
	Uh-huh.
	And they were supposed to help you and understand your situation?
	Yeah.
	But instead, I got beaten on by the police.
	The officer was in his face because he didn't have his shirt tucked in.
	Ed Manski is Marshawn's attorney.
	And that's the officer put in that school to protect these kids.
	And instead of doing that, this officer is literally assaulting this kid.
	That's a big officer too.
	The officer in question was a Dalton police officer, and the hold he puts Marshawn in can be a dangerous one.
	He's on top of this young man, okay?
	That's called a face-down takedown.
	Yes.
	This type of physical restraint has killed students, says Xena Nades from Equipped for Equality, a legal advocacy group that fights for the rights of people with disabilities.
	It's called a face-down takedown.
	A face-down takedown?
	A takedown, and kids often, and adults, die because they can't breathe.
	This government accounting office report was released in May, just one day before the officer's use of the hold on Marchand.
	The GAO study found face-down takedowns led to at least 20 deaths nationwide.
	Currently, eight states prohibit the use of this hold.
	Illinois is not one of them.
	So we don't actually know how common these incidents are, and that's outrageous.
	I couldn't breathe.
	Were you begging him to stop?
	Yeah, I was like, let me up.
	He's getting a beating, and he's getting a beating on an issue that has nothing to do with danger.
	It has to do with dress code.
	No one from the Academy of Learning in Dalton would talk to us about the alleged abuse.
	The Dalton Police Department and the mayor of Dalton did not return our phone calls.
	Marshawn Pitts' attorney, Ed Manski, says he's transferred to another school and is planning to file a lawsuit.
	The State Board of Education says no one from the school reported the use of forceful restraint to them, Rob.
	You know, a lot of times when we see video, you hear somebody say, well you didn't see the whole video, you didn't see the whole story.
	Has anybody explained why somebody with his shirt untucked would face that kind of beating?
	No explanation at all, Rob.
	We're waiting to hear that.
	We did get the video, but no one's talking about it.

	But what they're not telling you is that scientists have altered the Wii board to show how people shift their weight and commence studies on whether certain levels of fidgety would require a secondary screening.
	That's right, they're taking video game technology And they're implementing it into a police-state-style usage.
	The WE, the WE Board, is now being used by DHS to find out whether you're a terrorist.
	And you're a terrorist, trust me.
	I mean, if you read any of these MIAC reports, you believe in the Constitution, you listen in to this show, you believe in the Bill of Rights, you watch Loose Change, you support Ron Paul, you got a bumper sticker that says, don't tread on me, guess what?

	It's like, 40 separate things maybe more than 40 it might be like 50 or 60 different medications that if you're taking you should not not take the shot and if you're not fully healthy don't take the shot and if you have any kind of underlying illness don't take the shot and they're talking about the nasal vaccine but there's so so much more and remember they told you that it's not mandatory but then health workers in Albany had to go down to the capital and say hey they're trying to make us take the shot they're telling us if we don't
	We're going to jail.
	And then it came out in the Associated Press and Reuters that indeed it was mandatory for all military personnel, including the National Guard, and even people who work for the Department of Defense.
	Mandatory.
	And now Glenn Beck is on there trying to, you know, he's playing the part.
	He'll tell you a little bit of the truth, and then he'll say, oh, but it's good for you.
	They actually said that the live virus that you're taking in the nasal spray isn't really live and it can't do anything to you.
	Please take the nasal spray.
	And then they said that the virus inside the actual shots is a dead virus and that can't hurt you either.
	This is the propaganda going on right now as I speak on Fox News.
	Now, just a moment ago, I mentioned how health workers are telling you it's mandated.
	It's mandated.
	It's mandated.
	In fact, we're going to play the Dr. Oz clip where he not only says it's mandated, and he kind of toes the line.
	He tells you, well, it's not a big deal.
	And yes, it is mandated for health professionals, but that's not the focus.
	That's not the issue.
	The woman who's interviewing him, she's not sure whether she's going to give her kids the shot.
	So towards the end of the interview, she asked him, well, you're a father.
	Are you giving your kids the shot?
	No, I'm not giving my kids the shot.
	Are you insane?
	He doesn't say it like that.
	My kids won't be getting the shot because you know what?
	I'm Dr. Oz here, but I'm Mr. Oz at home.
	So we're going to play that.

	But here's the MSNBC propaganda.

	Health workers have been mandated compulsory vaccination of the H1N1.
	Despite what they tell you, despite the propaganda they're putting out there, they're telling you you will be fired unless you take it.

	Only half get vaccinated and risking dangerous transmissions to patients.

	They're saying they got lucky, but the H1N1 isn't as bad as they thought it was going to be.

	If they don't get the flu shot, they could actually infect others.
	Enough already with the whining, moaning, demonstrating and protesting by health care workers.
	See, you're a health care worker, all of a sudden you don't have free speech.
	You're not allowed to think for yourself.
	You're not allowed to call a spade a spade.
	Doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, nurses' aides, and anyone else who has regular contact with patients ought to be required to get the flu shot or find another line of work.
	We're here at MSNBC and we're just as bad as Fox News.
	We just give it to you from the left-hand side.
	The California Nurses Association and the National Nurses Organization Committee have issued statements that individuals should be able to refuse the vaccine.
	Damn straight they should!
	Damn straight you should be able to say no to the vaccine, but they'll just pump up with health care workers dressed in white jackets for Obama, three out of four of which, which actually contributed to his campaign, and say, we need health care reform.
	And as soon as they get that mandatory health care reform, that government health care reform, all vaccines will become mandatory.
	It won't just be color law.

	Hospital workers in Indiana and West Tennessee among the first Americans to get vaccinated.
	We're told the shipments are pretty small right now, so they're going to health care workers first.
	Jonathan Sarris in Atlanta, home of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
	Jonathan, why Indiana and West Tennessee?
	Well, they were among the first 47 states and local governments to order the vaccine.
	So, a combination, Shep, of first come, first serve and luck.
	When will the rest of the country get this thing?
	Do we know yet?
	Yeah, in fact, Nebraska has already received a limited number of its shipment, and we're expecting to see other local governments and states receiving shipments as early as tomorrow, certainly as we go further into the week and month.
	It will become a daily, if not hourly, occurrence of hearing of more shipments and more vaccines being administered.
	The vaccine that arrived today is one of those nasal sprays, not a shot, and the experts are saying they don't recommend this kind for everybody.
	That's right, that's because the nasal spray is made using a weakened but live virus.
	So, if you have a compromised immune system, they're recommending that you wait for the shot, which is expected to come out later this month.
	It's manufactured using a portion of a killed virus.
	So, pregnant women they're urging to wait, in addition to people with compromised immune systems, people under the age of 2 or over the age of 49.

	The flu season airport staff across the nation won't just be screening for security threats, they'll also be looking out for health threats.

	They're going to be able to quarantine passengers.

	The government warns that some passengers may be asked to pass through a screening device, have their temperatures taken, answer questions about their health, and even be quarantined if someone on the flight shows symptoms of H1N1.

	Tens of millions of Americans against the H1N1, or swine flu as you know it, kicked off today.
	It'll be given via nasal spray and eventually by shots.
	Pregnant women and children who are at higher risk are to be given the first doses.

	Hospitals in Memphis and Indianapolis among the first to get batches of the swine flu vaccine today.
	Their health departments are getting the shipments first, but other states are going to start receiving their shipments soon as well.
	The first batch of the vaccine is going to be in a nasal spray form, and then in about a week or so, swine flu shots will be ready.
	40 million flu shots doses will be available by mid-month.
	A lot of people, though, still split over whether or not to get the vaccine.
	Some people want it, some people don't.
	So we have asked Dr. Mamet Oz, of course, of the Dr. Oz Show, to help us break down some of the concerns that are out there.

	So, doctor's offices, as you know, are being swamped with calls right now because people are hearing that the vaccine is starting to become available.
	What do we know about when and where the average person can actually get it?
	I still think we're probably three weeks away from the average person being able to easily get the vaccine.
	And for many Americans, that's not a crazy amount of time to wait, because although it has already started and we are seeing swine flu cases, it really hasn't built up the kind of volume that I know we'll see over the next few weeks.
	There is a website, flu.gov, which actually gives you information about your local community, about where they will be giving the flu shots.
	But you actually have to call to see if they have what's needed yet.
	And this is especially important for the high-risk populations.
	the pregnant women, the kids under two years of age, people who have chronic illnesses.
	They're the ones, and by the way, me, healthcare providers.
	We have to get, in fact, New York, Presbyterian where I practice, it is mandated we all get
	vaccinated by the end of this month.
	Stop it right there. Stop it right there.
	Now, schools are going to get the vaccines in some cases.
	There he said it, right there.
	Where I work, it is mandated.
	Roll it back 30 seconds so we can hear him say it again.
	Health workers are mandated to take this thing.
	But Barack Obama, the Lord and Savior, hallelujah Barack Obama, will get up on television and tell you no one will be forced to take the shot.
	And then MSNBC will jump on the Barack bandwagon, the pony train, and say health workers must get flu shot Or quit, not get fired.
	They should just quit.
	No, you're trying to fire anybody who stepped up to the plate and said, hey, I don't want a live virus in my body.
	Hey, I'm not putting mercury in my body.
	Hey, squalene is not for me.
	Oh, formaldehyde, not delicious and nutritious.
	So we're going to roll it back a little bit.
	And Dr. Mamadaz will tell you how it was mandated to him and other health professionals.
	They kind of slip it in there.
	It's under the radar.
	Hit it.
	Information about your local community, about where they will be giving the flu shots.
	But you actually have to call to see if they have what's needed yet.
	And this is especially important for the high-risk populations.

	Do you know whether, like if you're a parent, you're trying to decide, do I let my kid do it at school?
	Do I take him to the pediatrician?
	Well, the fairest way the government thought was to distribute the vaccines to the individual states and let states do what they usually do pretty well, which is administer public health.
	So, it's very possible to be available in your school, but depending on which school system you're in, they may have preferred to have supermarkets delivered or pharmacies.
	Let's stop it right there.
	Here's another thing they're glossing over right now.
	Yeah, it's going to be in your school, but they're mandating it in the schools as well.
	They're not telling most parents that there's a conscientious objector waiver.
	They're saying, well, if your child's not vaccinated against it, we're just not going to allow him in.
	And at first, we'll consider it an excused absence, but after time goes by and he still doesn't want to take the shot, it will become an unexcused absence.
	And in most states, in most schools now, you have 10 absences in a year. 10!
	Not even a baker's dozen.
	Ten.
	Ten absences for a school year.
	Ten.
	You're truant.
	CPS will knock on the door, a little knock and talk with you.
	They might take your child!
	Because you didn't want to give them the mercury-filled hell disease.
	And that's the reality.
	We should have the choice out there.
	If you want to be dumb enough to abuse your children, you know, you don't just have to bad mouth them, smack them around, sexually abuse them.
	You are abusing your kid when you make them take a shot of mercury and squalene.
	Get with it.
	Get hip to their tricks.
	Educate yourself.

	He's about to talk about the 1976 Guillain-Barre.
	And he's also about to say, hey, I'm a doctor, but I'm Mr. Oz at home.

	He knows it's not good for you.
	But again, he's toeing the line because he's got a cushy job on the TV set.
	All right, let's hit the clip.
	I have a public facility to be able to administer a vaccine.
	So there are many places you can go.
	But Campbell, I think the big story is what you mentioned earlier.
	I would bet half the population is watching the show right now and saying, you know,
	I'm not sure I want that.
	And they're saying, oh, I can always treat myself if I get infected.
	I won't get infected anyway.
	And, you know, would it be that big of a deal if I did get it?
	And I think we're actually wandering into a very interesting dilemma, which is that
	the government and health care providers are saying we advise this.
	It makes sense to you.
	But if we push too hard, we actually build up more resistance.
	We've got to be very fair about saying, listen, this is just like a government warning a population about an oncoming hurricane, right?
	If it's a class four hurricane coming towards New Orleans before Katrina, you've got to tell people it might be a problem.
	Sometimes the hurricane misses, but if it does hit, people should at least be knowledgeable that they made their own choices.
	But you say that, and to your point, we looked into this.
	There's a new poll out from the Harvard School of Public Health that only 40% of adults say they are absolutely certain they're going to get the vaccine.
	That means most of the country is either on the fence or they're not going to do it.
	The reasons they're giving is they're concerned about possible side effects from the vaccine.
	They don't think they're at risk of serious illness.
	And they think that if they do get it, that they're going to be able to get Tamiflu or Relinzor or one of these medicines.
	I mean, aren't those valid reasons to maybe skip it?
	Some of them are valid reasons, but remember, part of the desire that you have in getting the population immunized is to prevent the virus from spreading to those who aren't protected.
	People who are more at risk.
	Young kids, as I mentioned, pregnant women.
	And so, you might weather the storm, but from a population's perspective, it may not be best for us.
	And by the way, when you get the flu, you're sick for a week.
	Yes, vast majority of the time you'll be fine, unless you're one of those high-risk groups.
	And although Relenza does work well, Tamiflu is already building up resistance.
	I think it would be wise for us to prevent the illness if it's possible.
	And with regard to risks, there is no question Campbell, it would be dishonest to say that we know for sure the vaccine is going to be safe for everybody.
	You give a vaccine to a couple hundred million people, there are going to be problems.
	And we won't even know if those problems are related to the vaccine.
	But, to be fair to many Americans who are concerned, there's probably going to be some issues that arise with the vaccine, but we think they're going to be exceedingly rare.
	Even if they're as bad as they were in 1976 with the immunization given for the swine flu that resulted in Guillain-Barre, the incidence of getting that wasn't that much different from getting hit by lightning.
	The proverbial risk factor, most of us try.
	Look, you are telling a mother who is trying to decide myself whether to get my kids vaccinated when the time comes.
	And I'm reading this, 51% of parents, only 51% are absolutely certain.
	I'll be honest, I'm in that 50% that isn't absolutely certain.
	So how do you convince me?
	How do you convince the other parents out there that we need to do this?
	Careful, I'm going to get it, if that helps at all, but I'll tell you my wife is not getting
	Yes.
	me as her kids.
	Because I've got four of them and when I go home I'm not Dr.
	Oz, I'm Mr. Oz.
	And so you are just like most Americans.
	All I can say is that there are going to be two extremes of the population.
	Some folks who say, you know what, I'm going to do this, it's right for all of us, I'm
	going to make it happen.
	And some of us are going to say, you know what, I just don't want that.
	I don't like the idea of government being involved.
	I feel pressured.
	It's not that big a deal.
	It's all a hoax.
	It's mystery, etc.
	Most folks are in the middle.
	And my hope from programs like this and others is you'll provide a rational outlook and say, you know what?
	For most of us, it's the right thing to do.
	But the most important groups, pregnant women, young children, they're also the groups we fear immunizing the most.
	But they're the ones that have a much higher complication rate from the swine flu.
	It's true.
	To your point, I know we're out of time here, but pregnant women are six times more likely to die from swine flu.
	The numbers are really frightening.

	Their pound is worth more, the euro is worth more compared to the SDR or Special Drawing Rights Unit, the true global currency that is being used today.

	Excellent, excellent.
	I'm just back from Iceland, and I'd like to say a few words about what's going on in Iceland, because I think from this, Americans can learn from a small country how you fight, because they're fighting the International Monetary Fund that you've just been talking about.
	They're fighting the European Central Bank, the European Commission in Brussels, and the issue is the British and the Dutch.
	This goes back about a year, right after the fall of Lehman Brothers.
	The Icelanders had three They were essentially deregulated wild finance derivatives banks and they opened some branches in Great Britain and the Netherlands.
	And when the bottom fell out just a little over a year ago, there was a panic run on these banks, which was not surprising because there had been a panic run on Lehman Brothers and AIG, there was a panic run on the money markets here in In Wall Street, but at the height of the crisis, Gordon Brown, who of course is Mr. Derivatives, he's the great deregulator, even though he's from the Labour Party, he's actually an extreme monetarist sort of Friedmanite or Austrian school kind of guy.
	He had totally deregulated the British banking system, so you could open up these branches and the British didn't look into it.
	But at the height of the crisis, he decided that he would seize the Icelandic banks in Great Britain.
	And he would just take them away, and then he would then reimburse all the depositors at a very high rate, higher than they ever would have had any reason to expect.
	And then he turned around and demanded all the money from Iceland.
	And the Dutch, in this Anglo-Dutch system, right, the sort of royal Dutch shell combine, Balkanenda, who's a reactionary himself, a right-winger, pre-marketeer, He demanded the same thing from Iceland.
	So, at the beginning of it, Gordon Brown was demanding 20 billion pounds from Iceland.
	And they've toned that down a little bit.
	But Iceland, if you look at the map, it's right at the top of the North Atlantic.
	It's just below the Arctic Circle.
	And it has a population of about 330,000 people.
	One one-thousandth of the U.S.
	It would take one thousand Iceland to make the population of the U.S.
	Their gross domestic product is about twelve billion dollars.
	So here come the British and the Dutch and they say, guess what?
	We're sending you a bill really based on nothing.
	Based on no commitment, no signature, no regulations or anything of the kind.
	Just a pure active force.
	A diktat.

	And in the meantime while you're paying it we want at least 5.5% interest.
	So this is, this is simply insane.
	What that would lead to is of course depopulation.
	A lot of the younger people in Iceland would leave.
	Their existing social safety net, which is quite capable, would be completely dismantled.
	Their health system would be dismantled, which is also, I think, quite a good one.
	And they would lose their main trump card in the world, which is the fact that they have a very highly trained, educated, scientifically competent workforce, and they would basically collapse.
	And this money can simply never be repaid.
	It's a physical impossibility.
	On the other side, they're talking about debt moratorium.
	Well, on the other side of this break, I want you to tell the listeners how the Icelandic people are fighting back because it really is a microcosm of what's going on globally.

	We're joined by Webster Tarpley and we were just discussing the situation in Iceland and how the people are trying to fight back.
	Please continue, Webster.
	Well, you have, therefore, the British and the Dutch, with the backing of the International Monetary Fund.
	Very, very interesting.
	There's no particular reason why the International Monetary Fund, at least formally, technically, would be picking sides.
	But, of course, they are a creature of the British and of the City of London and Wall Street, and the Dutch are closely related.
	So they're demanding Really, it's a sum of money that hasn't really been defined, but the general figure seems to be $6 billion.
	Half the gross domestic product of Iceland, 5.5% interest rate at minimum.
	And that's simply physically impossible.
	You'll never pay it, no matter what you do.
	And you can destroy the country by trying to pay it, and eventually you won't pay it.
	So you have the choice between an orderly debt moratorium, a debt stop, a debt freeze, declared now, which just says, look, for the next 15 years, 20 years, we won't pay anything.
	We're willing to talk to you, but not with threats.
	And that's your one choice.
	The other choice is you try to pay, ruin the country, and eventually end up at a default.
	And if you look at Germany in the 1920s under the reparations, you can see that the attempt to pay destroys society, and it sets the stage for some kind of fascism or authoritarianism.
	Hard to imagine in Iceland today, but...
	Certainly possible.
	So I had a friend there who was a veteran of the 9-11 truth movement in Iceland, Thorarin Einarsson, and he invited me to come.
	I had written a paper about Iceland recommending a debt moratorium.
	Recommending that they go all the way to a debt moratorium.
	Don't stop at some halfway deal which says, well, we'll give you 6% of our future growth in gross domestic product or something like that.
	That's a failure.
	That was tried by Alan Garcia in Peru back in 1985 to 1990 and it didn't work.
	It creates hyperinflation and it led then to the dictatorship of Fujimori for other reasons too, but did lead to dictatorship.
	The reason you get hyperinflation in Peru or in Germany in the 20s or in Iceland today is if you're constantly having to sell your own currency, the Icelandic crown, to get dollars or euros to pay these banks, it means you're going to drive your currency down, down, down.
	And ultimately, when the international value of a currency collapses, then the internal value, the purchasing power also collapses.
	So the big news then is, as of Monday night, there was a special meeting of the Icelandic Parliament, the AALT thing.
	Which happens to be the oldest parliament in the world, by most counts.
	And there was a call raised for a debt moratorium.
	And I think this is the first time this was actually put out so directly and courageously.
	And it comes from a woman, her name is Birgitta Jonstadier.
	And Birgitta Jonsdottir is the leader of a small parliamentary group called The Movement.
	Now what this came from was that in November, December, January, there was a political mass strike In Iceland, in the wake of this banking crisis, there were demonstrations at the Parliament Square in Reykjavik and other places, at least every week, very well attended, thousands and thousands of people in a small country.
	And that brought down the existing right-wing government.
	The right-wing government was the so-called Independence Party.
	They were the ones who deregulated everything, they brought in wild capitalism, the free market for the banks, derivatives, offshore financing, and all the rest.
	And that's what set the stage for this crisis.
	With normal regulation, it could never have occurred.
	But it did occur, and therefore they were made to pay the price.
	So there was an election in January in which the right-wing government fell.
	And, unfortunately, a social democratic government, dominated government, came in, and the social democrats are determined to join Europe, join the European Union, even though the European Union takes the side of the British and the Dutch.
	So the idea is, join Europe, and in order to get in, you've got to pay Six billion dollars over a period of several years.
	So Birgitta Jönsdottir said, look, this country, Iceland, is technically bankrupt.
	We should stop paying.
	The IMF and the European Union have been hostile to us.
	They've been supporting the British and the French in their extortion, because that's really what it is.
	It got a significant amount of attention in the Icelandic press.
	We're now in the middle of what is likely to become a government crisis in Iceland because the health minister The guy that I was also able to talk to, he's from the Left Green Party, and he said, look, I can't go out in public and recommend that we pay.
	I simply can't, in good conscience, tell my fellow citizens that they should pay the British and the Dutch.
	And one of the rules for being a minister in the cabinet is you've got to obey the discipline of, at least in public, you've got to support the agreed-on policies.
	So he quit the government about ten days ago, And it looks like this government is now going to come down.
	The problem, of course, is what would then follow?
	Early elections or what?
	And the big question is, are there people who have the intelligence, the brains, and the guts to say, we can't pay.
	Let's do this in an orderly way rather than in some chaotic way.
	Let's do it now.
	Let's not dither.
	Let's not, you know, pay several billion dollars that we could better use here at home.
	And what I tried to propose also was that if you're going to have a debt moratorium, which they absolutely have to do, you've also got to take other measures for self-defense.
	You've got to have a Tobin tax of 1% on financial transactions, so you drain this derivative swamp.
	You've got to have a nationalization of the central bank so that the money supply, the interest rates, and the lending categories are determined by public laws and not by cliques of bankers meeting in secret.
	And then you've got to have an infrastructure program.
	Iceland is very interesting.
	It's volcanic, right?
	Everywhere you go, there are volcanoes.
	I mean, there are hundreds of volcanoes.
	The whole place is sitting on a pool of volcanic activity.
	So there's a lot of geothermal energy.
	And I visited a very modern geothermal energy plant that was already producing 200 megawatts, which is quite respectable.
	And there were plans to take it up to 300 megawatts and beyond, except if they try to pay for the IMF, in this case for the British and the Dutch, they won't have the money to get these turbines that they bring in from Mitsubishi and Toshiba in Japan that they absolutely need.
	The other thing about Iceland that stands out when you visit it is there are no railroads of any kind.
	There are no trolleys, no streetcars, there's no light rail.
	There's just no rail system at all, and that means that you get a lot of imported gasoline that you don't really want to have to pay for in a crisis.
	So they'd be very well advised to start building some fast electric mass transit in the Reykjavik area, probably three lines to the airport to surrounding communities.
	And then, what they've never had is a Trans-Island Railway, right?
	If you look at the great stories of development in world history, Russia, it's the Trans-Siberian Railway, sponsored by Bizarre.
	In the United States, it's the Transcontinental Railway, started by Lincoln and Henry Carey.
	What they need is to go across this large, desolate area, the central highlands of Iceland,
	which is pretty much empty at this point.
	There are no real roads.
	It would be time to build a road with a rail link across the island and then up to the
	north so you'd unite the country.
	And of course, in the process, that would be a stimulus.
	That would be a real infrastructure stimulus to raise the productivity of labor and add
	to the capital stock of the country.
	So this is a fascinating story.
	I mean, this is a microcosm.
	the main idea that you can learn from this is if you want to have a recovery
	you've got to destroy or at least neutralize the masses of fictitious capital
	which have been created out of nothing by financiers, bankers, hedge fund operators and so forth
	right the main question in the world is the derivatives, the 1.5
	quadrillion of derivatives that were created outside of any production
	and indeed against production. If you don't get rid of them they will crush the rest. In the case of Iceland
	you've got the british and the dutch coming in saying guess what
	You owe us $6 billion, half your yearly GDP, and fork over or we'll embargo you, we'll cut off your bank lending and so forth.
	So you've got to be ready to fight back.
	In order to fight back, you've got to mobilize the people.
	This is no game for reactionaries.
	In other words, if you want to be an elitist and an oligarch, you can't get into this because you're going to have to talk to the people, mobilize them, And basically establish an elementary idea of fairness if you're going to have a national struggle against a foreign enemy like the Anglo-Dutch.
	I hope they do it.
	At least they've stepped forward.
	It's interesting that in the last year or so, people in the Philippines have been talking about debt moratorium for their country.
	Sri Lanka, Ceylon, the same story.
	And I'm sure there's a lot more right below the surface because there are, in particular, UNCTAD, right?
	The United Nations Commission for Trade and Development.
	Uh, their Secretary General put out a call a couple of months ago saying that it's time for a debt moratorium for the most heavily indebted countries in the third world.
	And that means that it means a total freeze.
	It just says that for a certain amount of time, I would recommend for Iceland 15 years or the duration of the World Economic Depression, whichever lasts longer.
	You're not going to pay, because you can't pay.
	Later on, you can look at it, you can negotiate.
	It's also interesting that in the crisis, Gordon Brown defined Iceland as a terrorist state.
	Because the way he did this operation with the banks, he invoked one of these totalitarian British anti-terror laws that were instituted after 9-11.
	He said the Icelanders are threatening the economy of Britain and therefore under our terrorist law we can shut down their bank and we're going to demand the money be paid by them.
	It's essentially blackmail using threats.
	In other words, if you don't pay me the money, you're a terrorist and I'm going to come after you with God knows what.
	The Icelanders have a tradition of standing up to the British back in the 1970s with these cod wars about fishing grounds.
	would not accept the idea that they had to stay out of icelandic territorial
	borders and the british would send warships and the icelandic sent
	the patrol boats and eventually the british lost they had to cave in i hope

	We are joined by Webster Tarpley, and the latest article is, Iceland political leader calls for debt moratorium as government crumbles.

	Webster, it seems to me, though, that even if the people do rise up and they do topple the government, really, it's only half the battle, like you said.
	What's going to keep them from being swallowed up by the EU if that does occur?
	Well, the polls show that before this crisis, there was essentially a small majority in Iceland, if I remember correctly, in favor of joining the European Union.
	But the behavior of the European Union, the Commission in Brussels, this guy Barroso, this tin-pot dictator from Portugal, He runs this thing at the moment.
	He was so obviously a puppet of the British and the Dutch, in the sense that, of course, Portugal was for a long time a puppet state of the British, used by the British against Spain, primarily, for several hundred years there.
	The European Union under this guy and his Eurogarks and Eurocrats were totally on the side of the British and the Dutch.
	So if you look at the polls today, The standing of the European Union is... It's a small minority.
	I think it's about 30% are now interested in joining Europe.
	Now, this can change.
	We just had the bad experience with Ireland, right?
	Ireland had voted against the Lisbon Treaty.
	In other words, the Eurogarx plan to reorganize Europe.
	That had been rejected by the Irish last year.
	Now, unfortunately, Ireland has just voted in favor of it.
	Uh, and they were, that was scare tactics that did that.
	In other words, they were told, now we have a depression, you better come in, you better, you know, don't block this.
	Of course, they were in already.
	They were going to stay in, but it was this question of the further reorganization According to the oligarchy.
	And Barroso made a trip to Ireland giving out money.
	He said, here, take this money and now organize the vote for me.
	He tried to buy votes and I guess successfully, although there's still a lingering question of vote fraud about what happened in Ireland that I'm going to try to look into.
	So the Icelanders right now don't like this.
	They have a history of fighting the British.
	And of course, you remember, culturally, these were the Vikings.
	I mean, that's who they were.
	This is Leif Erikson and Erik the Red, right?
	They're the ones who set off from Norway 1,100 years ago.
	They were the first ones to get across the North Atlantic, right?
	The first Europeans to reach North America.
	That we know anything about them.
	That's the Icelanders.
	So, they do have some fierce independence.
	The attempt of the financier brainwash apparatus has been to say, don't lose your honor, pay the debt to the British and the Dutch.
	And of course, the reality is, if you grovel for the British and the Dutch, and then become their slave, right?
	You go from ice slave, which was this bank that they had, to ice slave, you become a debt slave to the British and the Dutch.
	Then you lose your honor that way.
	I mean, that is the way you lose your honor.
	So, I think there's a lot of ferment.
	There's a great desire in the population not to pay, but the political parties, be it the independents, who are the, you know, the wild capitalists, the derivatives types, or the Social Democrats, who are the European Union, again, monetarists, neoliberal, because that's what that is now.
	They don't reflect the people at all, so the idea would be some of these smaller groups, like the movement, which is a split off from the party that came out of these demonstrations, that could become a vehicle for mass support, as could the left greens, at least the fraction around this guy, Augmundur Jönsson.
	But that's going to take some doing.
	But in the end, it's a small country.
	It doesn't take too much.
	I had one of the meetings I had there, I had 80 people.
	And in 80 people, in Reykjavik, it's the equivalent of 80,000 people in Yankee Stadium, if you were here.
	Because the country is 1,000 times smaller.
	So, think of it that way.
	If you can convince 5 people, it's the equivalent of getting an organization of 5,000 off the ground here.
	And there are people who are well-known national politicians.
	Again, Birgitte Janssen and Augmundur Jönsson.
	Both very well-known and highly regarded.
	They're respected.
	They're considered honest.
	They're not part of the system.
	They could become the focus for mass support, and I certainly hope so.
	Naturally, from the U.S.
	point of view, U.S.
	tradition, you always have to be for the underdog, right?
	You can't be for the favorite.
	That's no fun.
	So in this case, it's Iceland against the British and the Dutch and the IMF and the European Union.
	From the U.S.
	point of view, it's also essential.
	You don't want instability in Iceland and the North Atlantic because it controls all the sea land.

	It's the Info Warrior with Jason Bermas.
	I am joined by Webster Tarpley, and I want to shift gears a little bit.
	I want to get your take, Webster, on all these headlines now admitting the death of the dollar, including The Washington Times, The Independent, Reuters is reporting it.
	There are also some reports out there that the oil-rich nations are going to be shifting away from the dollar and into the euro.
	I want to get your take on that.
	Why are they coming out and announcing it at this point?
	Well, I think there are a number of things happening.
	It is certainly true in a general historical sense that the dominion of the dollar as the sole reserve currency of the world is now obsolete and has to be brought to an end.
	But the big question is how?
	This can be done in a chaotic way which leads to a world catastrophe.
	The bottom can fall out all over the world thanks to the fact that we have these derivatives Or it can be done in an orderly and positive way if it's based on negotiation.
	Now, the problems with negotiation are obviously the Obama regime, which has got this guy Geithner, who's on the phone every day.
	Geithner is on the phone with Blankfein of Goldman Sachs, with Bandit the Bandit of Citibank, and with Diamond of JPMorgan Chase.
	And those are the people who tell Tiny Tim Geithner What to do?
	So these are not people who are going to be interested in negotiating.
	And Obama himself is, of course, as a Wall Street puppet, a tremendous barrier to this.
	But let's look a little bit beyond it, because something needs to be done.
	The problem you have in the middle of all this is the British.
	The British always play the role of treachery, wrecker, They're always trying to shift the consequences of the world economic depression, which they've taken a leading role in creating, especially through ideas and policies.
	And the role of Gordon Brown in this crisis has been... He's the guy who came up with the first bailout that the U.S.
	was following in the wake of Gordon Brown.
	He's pursuing a typical British beggar-my-neighbor policy.
	It's what the British have always done in the 1930s and today.
	You had this headline about London is now passing New York as the great financial center.
	That's their goal.
	That has always been their goal.
	In 2007, most recently, the British kept their interest rates very high, trying to attract hot money and pass New York.
	That led to the Northern Rock bankruptcy.
	The British were simply too weak to do what they were trying to do.
	In 2008, you can make a very good case that the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers was helped along decisively by the British during that famous Lehman Brothers weekend on the 12th and 13th and 14th of September last year.
	The people at the New York Fed were looking for a buyer for Lehman Brothers in the same way that Bear Stearns had been bought by JPMorgan Chase back in March.
	And the buyer that emerged was Barclays Bank of Great Britain.
	And this seemed to be the working hypothesis all through Saturday, Sunday, until about 5 or 6 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, when the word came that the British regulators Who are people you never hear from.
	They're the weakest of all regulators, really, anywhere in the world.
	They said, no, we're blocking this sale.
	And this meant that it was so late in the day, there was no opportunity to come up with an alternative.
	You didn't have time to organize somebody else to buy it.
	And Japan was about to open, so at that point they simply had to have protection from the creditors.
	So, in a way, Gordon Brown and this British policy of treachery and beggar my neighbor was one of the reasons we got into this in the first place.
	The general idea is that when there's a depression, the British try to use it, and in this case was to bring down the dollar, to bring down the euro if they could do that, and let the pound reassert itself and the City of London as the financial center of the world.
	Now, that's why it's interesting, this report on The international operation to replace the dollar as the currency for the posted price of oil.
	This comes from this guy Robert Fisk of the London Independent.
	And this is a British intelligence figure who's been sitting in Beirut for these many years, and he writes interesting things about the Middle East.
	He's a great critic of the U.S.
	policy in Iraq and in Afghanistan.
	And vis-a-vis Iran and all these other things, it's very easy to be anti-American when you have, you know, mad dog regimes like we've had.
	But if you dig a little bit deeper, you will find that there is a particularly venomous kind of British anti-Americanism.
	This is the resentment, the hatred of the washed-up empire.
	In other words, the has-beens of the imperial world.
	Trying to reassert themselves, and I think that's what's coming.
	If you look at this television network, Al Jazeera, they've also been pushing the FISC analysis.
	And the idea there is, these are mainly run by the British.
	The English language version of Al Jazeera featuring FISC is totally dominated by British who are foaming at the mouth against the U.S.
	And again, from my point of view, they do it for all the wrong reasons.
	So let's focus on that first of all.
	The idea would be now, the article alleges that we've got Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, the Gulf Arabs in other words, that are teaming up perhaps with maybe France according to some versions, and maybe Japan in changing From the dollar to something else for the price of oil.
	Now, up to a certain point, this is fine.
	Iran has just done this.
	Iran has now shifted to pretty much overwhelming use of the euro, and they've been doing that for a while.
	The question now is, if you simply remove the dollar from the picture, in a very brusque and kind of unilateral way, You will collapse the dollar.
	I think the people who are writing about this, some of them, don't realize how vulnerable and fragile the dollar is.
	The British do, but some of these others may not, like the Chinese.
	The Chinese are sitting there with $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion.
	And if they do what they say they're planning to do, They will end up with nothing.
	In other words, once you start saying that the oil will no longer be priced in dollars, and that will be pretty much worldwide, the demand for dollars will significantly collapse.
	And the dollar will collapse, and you'll go into a catastrophic implosion of the entire U.S.
	economy.
	Now, they may think that that can be limited to the United States.
	It can't be.
	This is why it's so important to do this in a concerted and negotiated way.
	It's the opposite of the British approach, which would be to try to collapse the U.S.
	as a matter of policy, and then if they can't after that, collapse the European Union.
	In other words, the British are playing the dirtiest conceivable game of treachery.
	With Gordon Brown.
	Gordon Brown, of course, is on his way out, right?
	He's finished, so he would like to crown his career with something horrendous like this.
	In fact, all the headlines over at The Telegraph and The Guardian are hailing Cameron as the savior, and he's got this great plan.
	Continue.
	Yeah, again, this imperialist urge, it's like Freddy, right?
	It keeps coming back, right?
	Like these horror movies that you see on TV around this time of year.
	Obviously, what you would need is a negotiated agreement to have a new world monetary system where the dollar would be joined by the euro, the yen, the ruble, a possible Arab regional currency, which has been in the works for quite a while, and indeed a Latin American regional currency.
	And if you could establish fixed parities among them, and if you could establish gold settlement among them, At least as a goal, then you would get to a stable system.
	The other thing, though, that you have to do, which these articles obviously don't talk about, you've got to relaunch world trade.
	One of the reasons currencies in general are in bad shape, right, when gold goes up to 10.50 or 10.55 against the dollar, 1,055, that's a vote of confidence in all forms of paper, because the euro doesn't do very well either.
	Uh, one of the reasons is there's not enough demand for currency because world trade has collapsed by about 35 to 40 percent compared to last year, which means we're in a depression.
	If you simply tinker with money...
	You'll never get out of this.
	what you've got to do is find a way to vastly increase the exports of capital goods
	and indeed agricultural commodities out of the uh... advanced countries
	towards the uh... sub-saharan africa bangladesh south asia
	and places like this you've got a restart world trade but that's just a matter of you know reestablishing money
	one way or another tinkering with money no that won't do it you can do that but
	then you should but it's got to be you've got to have a goal
	uh... the british would never of course except this because they have nothing
	Their position is even worse than the U.S., because the U.S.
	at least still has quite a bit of farm production that we can sell.
	In terms of these dollars that are held by the Chinese or the Russians, I've tried to argue in favor of repatriating them.
	In other words, I would say to the Chinese, don't look at those dollars as a financial asset.
	If they're a financial asset, you are doomed one way or the other.
	Because if you hold them, they will dwindle.
	They're a wasting asset.
	They're going to go away.
	And if you dump them, then they dwindle even faster.
	So why don't you do something smart and buy things?
	Make large purchases of capital goods in the United States or elsewhere, but in the United States is very good.
	Look at the things that the U.S.
	could still produce.
	The one thing that obviously comes to mind.
	The U.S.
	could build a thousand hospitals in rural China and radically increase the availability of medical care to the hundreds of millions of impoverished people in interior of China, rural China.
	With Russia, it's perhaps even clearer.
	The biggest problem for Russia Is the standard of living has collapsed and therefore the life expectancy is collapsing.
	So they have a crisis of depopulation, a demographic decline, and a lack of longevity.
	Why doesn't Russia use a couple of hundred billion of the dollars they have to buy a thousand hospitals for themselves for rural Russia?
	So that you can begin to provide medical care and begin to reverse this decline in the Russian lifespan.
	Things like this.
	If you did that, you'd be reviving the industrial capital interest here in the U.S.
	Right now, we have the dictatorship of finance capital out of the bank.
	That's Obama.
	Our industrial capitalists have been basically taking it on the chin.
	A lot of it has to do with their incompetence over decades.
	When you have General Motors bankrupt, and Chrysler bankrupt, and these other places, Delphi bankrupt, their subcontractors, you can see that industrial capitalism is going out of style here.
	I would urge other countries to use their dollars to buy things here, which would be good things for them to buy.
	These would be permanent advantages that they would gain.
	It would also tend to revive the U.S.
	real economy, as distinct from the Wall Street stuff that Obama's interested in.
	And it would revive industrial capitalists as a political force.
	It was once a time when the Republican Party was considered the party of heavy industry.
	It's not anymore.
	It's now the party of sweatshops and small business and union-busting employers in the South and things like this.
	I would say to Republicans, if you want to have a Republican Party, you should become the party of heavy industry once again.
	General Motors, what's good for General Motors is good for the country, is not a good slogan from my point of view, but it's better than whatever is good for JPMorgan Chase is good for the country.
	The General Motors one is a whole lot better, because it has some basis in rationality.
	Well, they can provide real jobs, I mean.
	Yeah, right, and they provide real products, and you can ride in these cars one way or another, but with the derivatives that JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, it's nothing.
	There's nothing that you can do, so you can't do it that way.
	So the big problem in the world is that the U.S.
	is now under the dictatorship of finance capital.
	Obviously you need a new Bretton Woods.
	You need some kind of an international conference where governments, because that's the only way it can be done, would combine to recreate the basic conditions for world trade.
	Don't make it a gold exchange standard.
	Don't think that you're going to pay for everything in gold.
	That's what this article talks about.
	One of the options is to do everything on the basis of gold.
	That can't be done.
	There's not enough gold.
	That is very deflationary.
	Man, you imagine what the price of oil would be if you had to pay in gold?
	This would be for everybody.
	The price of oil would go to $5,000 or $10,000 a barrel, because there's just not enough gold for 6 billion, 7 billion people.
	What you can do, and I recommend it, is gold settlement, gold clearing.
	In other words, At the end of the year, you add up everything, and you see who has a trade imbalance, who owes what to whom, and if you can pay that in gold, that's a very good built-in stabilizer for such a system.
	It makes it kind of a reality principle.
	That's what we had under Bretton Woods.
	That is what Nixon and Kissinger and Shultz destroyed.
	On that infamous August 15th of 1971, I just met a businessman in Iceland who said everything, all of our problems began on August 15th, 1971.
	That's absolutely correct.
	So go back to Bretton Woods and see what the viable features of that were, and there were quite a few, but supplement it with the idea that the goal of all this is not monetary stability per se, but it's massive increases in employment, production, living standards, and world trade, because world trade is the Is the biggest indicator of them all, right?
	That's the lifeblood of the planet.
	Well Webster, when we come back, as we're coming up on a break here, I really want you to break down your analysis of the latest G20 meeting out in Pittsburgh.
	Other than the standard dog and pony show of world leaders getting together and announcing a shift away from the dollar and towards a world currency, you know, what was discussed?
	What are the policies that are coming out of that?
	What can we expect in the next six to twelve months?
	I mean, are we going to see a complete and total eradication?
	Of the dollar in these next 6 to 12 months?
	Are they going to wait 24 months?
	Are they going to wait 18 months?
	Are they going to get rid of it?
	I mean, you talked about regional currencies.
	Does that mean that we'll actually see an Amaro type of currency?
	Or is that just long gone?
	I think Amaro is the least of it.
	And all the people that have been worried about the Amaro should, as I think you were saying, look at the special drawing rights.
	Because that's what's actually happening.
	The U.S.
	just lent $100 billion to the IMF.
	For special drawing rights.
	And those are in SDR units, right?
	And those are in SDR units, right A nice piece of change.
	Nobody seemed to even notice that.
	That was the least observed of all of the financial shenanigans that have gone on here in the last year and a half or so.
	Well, the STR certainly isn't being discussed anywhere in the mainstream media.
	It was sparsely discussed at the last G20 in April when it kind of had its coming out party and they had to admit, well, the IMF is going to start loaning this new unit and we're thinking about calling it Special Drawing.
	I thought so.
	This has been around for 30, 35 years now.
	This came out of the oil crisis.
	Let's explain that to people and how it was just recently given more power.

	Webster, tell people the history of the SDR.
	When I say it had its coming out party at the G20 is when it was really announced that they'd no longer be giving out dollars and they'd be distributing SDRs to third world nations.
	They immediately, I think, gave $40 billion to Mexico after that.
	Tell people the history of this currency.
	We got Webster system?
	And at that time it was called paper gold.
	It was supposed to supplement the gold stocks of the world by creating something that obviously was not gold.
	It was paper, but it was supposed to... It was like virtual gold, I guess we'd say today.
	That was then changed to a basket of currencies, which I think is the basis of the SDR today.
	Is the basket of currencies, but the attempt is now to make it more and more autonomous in its own right.
	You mentioned the G20.
	That was one thing.
	I think equally important was this semi-annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund in Istanbul, Turkey over the last week.
	And at that one, I think you could see what the IMF is aiming at.
	The head of the IMF is this guy Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
	He's a former French finance minister in the Chirac government, I guess.
	And he's now the head of the IMF, right?
	Traditionally, the head of the IMF is from Europe.
	A lot of French have been heads of the IMF.
	So Strauss-Kahn's line is, You need to have a lender of last resort for all central banks.
	So the central bank of central banks, the IMF, in his view, would become the top central bank of the world, above the Federal Reserve, above the European Central Bank, above the Bank of Japan.
	People may know about the Bank for International Settlements.
	That's been the central bank of central banks over the past 30 or 40 years, going back to the 1920s when it was founded.
	But the Bank for International Settlements is mainly Europe, the U.S., Japan, the older, richer countries.
	So what Strauss-Kahn is saying is, I can be the central bank of central banks For the world, which is a huge paragraph.
	It would include regulatory functions, and then this notion of the lender of last resort.
	In other words, if you had a panic run on the Fed, which you did have in 1933, with banks trying to get their money out of it to save themselves, Then at that point, the IMF could step in, but of course when they step in, what they always want is conditionality.
	They want you to sign the letter of intent, which says, deregulation, privatization, union busting, destroy the state sector, right?
	What some people call, and this could be called the freedom agenda, but it's not.
	It's called IMF shock therapy.
	And everybody else in the world knows that it's deadly.
	Uh, and it always has been.
	It's always failed.
	So, what Strauss-Kahn would be able to do is to dictate that kind of insanity to all of the countries that would have to turn to him for money.
	So that is really sinister.
	That's a world government right there.
	That's much more immediate and realistic than any stories about Ameros or anything like this.
	So you think we're a long way off from, say, a physical world currency, despite Medvedev showing, you know, just a display of what a model would look like?
	You don't see that coming anytime soon.
	The thing is, it takes a certain array of functions.
	You've got to have something like the U.S.
	Treasury market, which is a huge, huge market for bonds and shorter-term notes.
	It's extremely liquid.
	It's essentially the same as cash.
	There's always a bid.
	There's always an ask.
	You can always sell it.
	The fluctuations are at least visible.
	There's never a situation where you can't sell something.
	You've got to have a series of things like this to make it a reserve currency.
	I don't think any one currency can do it.

	the ongoing debate as to whether London or New York is the best place to do business
	or financial communities.
	What about Australia? Maybe Sydney is in the mix now? I don't know. I've never been to
	Australia. I'm just reading off a piece of paper here.
	I made recent reports that a growing number of hedge funds are moving to New York due

	It is vital that if you witness someone engaging in these activities, you should report it immediately and call 911.

	Alright, what they just showed was a woman on a ranch and a guy coming up with a tool that breaks chains.
	Now, I don't know about you, but if I'm on a ranch and I'm riding a horse and some, you know, Johnny Nonsense comes up and clips a steel chain, kicks it and runs away, of course I'm going to call the police.
	I mean, it's not like I'm going to keep it to myself.
	There's no need for this. It doesn't mean he's a terrorist.
	He might be a jackass. He might be a criminal.
	But what are the chances? He's gonna bomb the ranch.
	It's owned by the, uh, you know, the Smith family. He's really gonna get them.
	I mean, what are you talking about?

	But the dumbed-down public who loves mercury in their vaccinations
	and can taste the fluoride deliciousness every time they go to the faucet thinks, this is legitimate.

	It's expensive to run a terrorist operation.

	Well, if you believe the fictional account by the 9-11 commission report, they'll tell you that a group of 19 people, possibly 20 because there were several 20th hijackers, Zacharias Moussaoui and two other guys were supposedly the 20th hijacker.

	They'll tell you, 19 guys, really 20, we'll take the 20 number, make it really easy for the math, I know a lot of you out there are slow and you do really slow math, but they're telling you that the entire 9-11 operation cost them under $500,000.
	Now you divide that by 20, what do you get?
	You basically have, okay, basically have $25,000 a person Okay, they were in the United States for years.
	You can't, you can barely live, you're just above the poverty line if you make $25,000 in a year.
	I've got Thomas Kean on video saying, well that's what was so shocking about it.
	The whole attack was carried out for really less than half a million dollars.
	That's not much funding, is it?
	That's not what they're telling you.
	Meanwhile, today on Fox News, they're once again admitting that the Pakistani ISI wired Mohammed Atta $100,000 just before the attacks.
	But we never attacked Pakistan and they're our ally in the war on terror.

	When I pay my landlord the rent, it's almost $1,000.
	That can be a hefty sum of money.
	So now when I pay rent, I'm a terrorist?
	Oh no, terrorist Burmese went to pay his rent with, you know, it's all about the Benjamins and now it looks like he's funding Al-Qaeda.

	It's, it's beyond over the top.

	If you see something that may be suspicious, call the kayak immediately.
	Acquiring supplies.
	To conduct an attack, terrorists need a variety of supplies, which include weapons, transportation, and a communication system.
	You might observe a suspicious-looking vehicle in a strange area, or come across to someone buying a number of one-time-use cell phones.
	You may even notice a garage filled with stockpiles of fertilizer, odd machinery, or even weapons.
	Terrorists also use aliases to avoid suspicion and obtain access to their targets.
	Forging personal identification or passports and stealing or acquiring uniforms are all suspicious activities and should be reported immediately.
	Let me pause it right there.
	Okay, what they just showed, if you're not watching this on PrisonPlanet.tv, is a dude walking up to a car With a crowbar, smashing out a window, and grabbing a couple uniforms.
	Now, correct me if I'm wrong.
	If you have any kind of sense in that pea-sized brain of yours that rattles around in your overly extravagant skull, and you saw somebody roll up to a car with a crowbar and smash out any window whatsoever, wouldn't that be a crime?
	Wouldn't that be something that you would call the police about?
	You take the thumb out of your butt and say, wow, that guy just smashed a car window.

	But now he's a terrorist.
	It makes no sense.
	It, again, is appealing to the lowest common denominator.

	Impersonation.
	When someone's behavior seems suspicious because of what they say or do, this could be a red flag.
	Terrorists will impersonate law enforcement, mail carriers, or company employees to gain information.
	If you see something that may be abnormal or have a gut feeling that something is just not right, call the CAIA.
	Alright, pause it right there.
	You see, if somebody is in a uniform and they are impersonating somebody else, more than likely that's a private security force or a member of intelligence.
	Okay, that's who usually... Alright, let me give you an example.
	Last year, when we went to go get hidden cameras for the Bilderberg Conference, when Alex and the crew were going out to Chantilly, Virginia, what do they have?
	Well, they have a bunch of fake cop uniforms, they have a bunch of polos that say NSA on them, or Secret Service.
	Again, posing as a law enforcement official.
	So these people that usually do this are private investigators, they're detectives, or they're actually intelligence agencies trying to disguise themselves as local law enforcement.
	A lot of which you saw in Pittsburgh.
	Let's be honest, a lot of those guys telling me that they were police while they were wearing military fatigues were actually National Guardsmen.
	I'll give you another example.
	A gentleman wearing a construction hat who had a, you know, sleeveless USMC t-shirt on and just looked like he was working, he magically had the same red trucks that were coming out of the National Guard facility when me and Rob Dew tried to get an interview with somebody.
	And magically, he had a walkie-talkie and was surveilling people with cameras.
	Hmm.
	Hmm.
	Was he a terrorist?
	No!
	He worked for law enforcement.
	I'm not a jackass!
	Let's keep going.
	The heroes will often rehearse a pending attack, sometimes several times, to ensure their operation will run smoothly.
	The run-through may include putting their operatives in position, monitoring police radios, and measuring emergency
	response times by area police and firefighters.
	If you witness any activity in which danger seems imminent, call 911 immediately.
	Deployment.
	During the deployment phase, terrorists are arranging their assets, getting into position, or are in the midst of an attack.
	If you witness someone engaging in these activities, you should report it immediately and call 9-1-1.
	It's important for all of us to realize when a terrorist incident occurs, it affects everyone.
	You can make a difference in helping stop an attack by being able to recognize the eight signs of terrorism and alert the authorities.
	If you or a family member sees any sort of suspicious activity, you shouldn't attempt to stop a suspect.
	Rather, report it immediately by calling 911 or the kayak.
	The success of securing our community's safety depends upon our shared commitment.

	We've just got to regulate it.
	If we don't regulate the internet, all these business types are going to be fat loners walking down a, uh, train track ready to commit terror.
	Airline asks passengers to use toilets before boarding so they will weigh less and help cut carbon emissions.
	They want to regulate what you eat, what you wear, how many cars you drive, what kind of house you live in, all under this illusion that we are ruining the Earth due to carbon emissions.

	But civil liberties campaigners say the idea is distasteful and ask private citizens to spy on each other.
	That's exactly what it is!
	Of course it's private citizens spying on one another.
	The private company scheme, due to go live in Stratford upon Avon in November, aims to stream live footage to subscribers Home computers from CCTV cameras installed in shops and other businesses.
	If viewers see a crime in progress, they can press a button to alert store detectives and collect points worth up to a thousand pounds.
	You're collecting points.
	Internet eyes founder James Woodward said this is about crime prevention.
	CCTV isn't watched if it isn't monitored and not enough cameras are watched at any one time.
	What we're doing is putting more eyes onto those cameras so that they are monitors.
	It's a snoopers paradise.
	However, civil liberty campaigns said they are horrified by what they say is the creation of a snoopers paradise.
	Yes, that's exactly what it is.
	Charles Ferrier from No CCTV said, it is distasteful and a worrying development.
	This is a private company using private cameras and asking private citizens to spy on each other.
	It represents a privatization of the surveillance state.
	Internet Eyes has defended its plan saying viewers will not know exactly which camera they're watching
	or where it is located.
	Although the UK is the world capital of CCTV with an estimated one camera per 14 people,
	viewing hours of mostly tedious and often poor quality images
	is a lengthy and unpopular job.
	Oh, but it's about to get so much more popular when you become part of the crime fighting league.
	sigh That's all we need.
	More additions to the police state.
	More cameras surveilling you.
	More biometric scans.
	More involvement of the Rothschild family with biomagnetics.
	More police shooting homeowners that call 911 because someone broke into their home.
	More rabid cops within school systems attacking kids for wearing baggy shirts.
