Woke Jury ACQUITS illegal of Using Car as Weapon Against ICE!

Victor Vivanco-Reyes, an undocumented Mexican national with a 2019 felony conviction, was acquitted by a Seattle federal jury on June 6th for allegedly using his truck as a weapon against ICE agents during a chase on Camino Island. Despite prosecutors claiming the crash caused minor injuries while he fled surveillance, the defense argued it was a brief, accidental escape attempt; Vivanco-Reyes remains detained on an immigration hold. The segment critiques this verdict as evidence of a "woke" jury influenced by local politics, linking the outcome to broader concerns about Democratic policies and potential midterm losses that could impact Trump's presidency. Seattle Jury Acquits ICE Attacker 00:05:46
This illegal immigrant up in Seattle attacks ICE with this vehicle, crashes into him.
Watch what the jury from Seattle does at its trial.
This is unfing believable.
This is Washington, right?
Federal jury in Seattle has acquitted a man accused of assaulting federal agents during an immigration arrest last summer.
King5 Savannah Welch joins us live from the newsroom with the latest on this case.
Savannah, can you walk us through what happened here?
Well, Madeline, 25-year-old Victor Vivanko-Reyes was charged with four felonies after a chaotic run-in with federal agents.
DHS says he's an undocumented Mexican national and had an immigration warrant issued in May based on his criminal history.
He was previously convicted of a felony back in 2019.
Since then, he's had just one misdemeanor conviction on his record.
This video shows the arrest.
It happened back on June 6th on a remote Camino Island road.
Court documents show federal agents surveilled Vivanco Reyes for weeks.
They first tried to arrest him in Mount Vernon, but he got away.
About two weeks later, they used a helicopter to track him to a job site on Kameno Island.
That was where he was working as a landscaper.
Agents on the ground surrounded him as he tried to drive away an accompany truck hauling a lawnmower crashing into their vehicles.
He was arrested moments later.
Two agents suffered minor injuries in this.
Prosecutors say he used his truck as a dangerous weapon while trying to escape.
King 5 spoke with his partner when all this happened when he was detained.
She said he has a son and she was pregnant with their child at the time, calling the arrest devastating for their family.
So because he has a kid, his actions are justified.
Why else would you put this in your news story?
It has nothing to do with it.
Has absolutely nothing.
No revelance.
The despair.
If I was an attorney and we was in court and they bring that up, I say, Yona, objection, revelance.
Objection.
Revelance, Yanna.
It has nothing to do with the case.
Yeah.
Objection sustained.
Thank you, Yana.
Thank you.
Family.
The despair, the panic, the separations of families, the violence.
Hitting all the keynotes.
Your husband, boyfriend, whatever he is to you, he's the one being violent.
Yeah.
Convicted of a felon, right?
Why is it so bad for an illegal alien go to jail and not an American citizen?
I mean, that argument never comes up when an American citizen goes to prison for breaking law.
Oh man, you're ripping my family apart.
What's wrong with you people?
I got a kid.
I got a kid.
I got three kids.
You know, we tell American citizens, well, you should have thought about that before you committed a crime.
Yep.
You can't do the time to don't do the crime.
The chaos.
Like, I feel like it's all going to affect the future of this next coming generation.
King5 investigators also found border enforcement received help from the Washington Department of Licensing, something that is restricted under state law.
The Keep Washington Working Act limits state agencies from sharing private data with federal immigration enforcement.
Now, with all of this, attorneys for Vivanka Reyes told the court the entire encounter happened in less than 10 seconds.
They say he was just trying to get away and didn't intentionally use his truck to hurt the agents.
After a five-day trial, the jury found him not guilty on all counts.
Court records show he now remains in custody on an immigration hold.
In the newsroom, Savannah Welch, King5 News.
Immigration is still getting deported.
How does the jury find him not guilty?
Well, he's going to get deported anyway.
Guess he was cutting him some slack.
Well, look what this has started.
Watch this, man.
Watch what they're posting on TikTok, the crazy Democrats.
A jury in Seattle just acquitted a man of ramming his car into four ICE agents.
They looked at the mountain of evidence against him, which included neighbors rain cam, eyewitness testimony from officers, bystanders on the street, the helicopter circular.
They looked at the mountain of evidence against this guy, and they acquitted him within like five minutes.
If you live in Western Washington, you just got a green light to go beat the f ⁇ out of ICE agents until you run those stupid f ⁇ ks out of your community because there's not a single jury in your state that's going to convict you.
Wow.
See, he could be arrested for the things he just said.
Inciting violence.
Well.
But look, do you see what this is galvanizing?
Yeah.
The stupid.
No, they wasn't cutting him a break.
They was letting them go because that's a woke area and those people in that jury is a bunch of short-haired lesbians.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
That's why.
Yeah.
Even them, when a state agency or a local locality, when they prevent information going to ICE, that's tech book case of obstruction in my book.
Like if you got an illegal alien, you just arrest them.
ICE puts an immigration hold on that person, and then they refuse to hold that person and release him back in to society.
That is obstruction.
That's obstruction.
Where they're not even informing ICE.
Yeah, I know.
That's obstruction too.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, but they already know there's an immigration hold on them.
And they release them out in society anyway.
That's obstruction.
I don't get it.
Well, what's it to get?
These people are sick in the head.
They ain't got brains.
Oh, like them bowling ball brains, you know.
They ain't got them nice thick grooves in it like we do.
Them damn brains smooth and slick like a bowling ball.
Losing Votes Risks Impeachment 00:02:24
Look at all the damage he caused.
There was two vehicles damaged.
Said he wasn't trying to dance.
I wasn't trying to hurt nobody.
I was just trying to get away.
I got a kid at the house.
We got a family.
We got to put food on the table.
Y'all trying to rip my family apart.
And what we're going to do about these Democrats, man, these midterms, it's going to decide a lot for the direction of our country.
It's going to decide a lot for our country because if we're able to maintain the majority or gain some seats, then I will feel confident that our country is moving in the right direction because people in our society are saying, you know what?
Democrats, they've lost their minds.
We're going to, you know, from now on, I'm going to vote center right.
No longer going to vote far left.
I'm coming back to the center and I'm starting to lean right because these policies that Democrats are pushing is very dangerous to our community.
So, man, these midterms are going to be very important for the direction of our country.
If our country is willing to stand up and say, hey, I'm no longer voting far left, I'm going to vote center and lean right.
That's a good sign that, you know, majority of our society has the capacity to think outside the box.
That's thinking outside the box.
Yeah.
That's thinking like a logical, rational project.
For a Democrat, for a liberal, that's thinking outside the box.
Yeah, but I tell you what, if we lose the House, we lose the Senate.
I'm not saying we are, but if we lose those, the two houses in Congress, oh, Trump's getting impeached.
And he's getting, not only that, he's getting removed from office.
He's going to go to jail too.
And they're going to lock him up.
I guarantee it.
Because his last time he got impeached, both times it was like in the House.
That's because they had the votes.
Right now, they don't have the votes in the Senate or the House.
But when the midterms come and we lose that, oh, Trump, that ICE agent, he's going to jail too.
Yeah, all of them going to jail.
They're going to make an example out of them.
There's a lot riding on these midterms in this next presidential election.
If we lose, they are going after every Republican influencers, everybody that supports Trump.
Yeah, if you go after law enforcement, why wouldn't you go after influencers?
Makes common sense.
We help get them voted in office.
Gotta chop off the head of the snake.
Said that wrong, you dumb.
What do you mean?
Head of the snake is Trump.
Well, I'm the teller to
