In the Hodgetwins episode "Black Woman tries to BLAME Car Wash for her CRASHING Her Chevy Camaro into Ford F150," hosts dissect a viral clip where a hysterical employee blames Club Car Wash in St. Louis for crashing her vehicle, despite an F rating from the BBB citing 240 complaints about damage and billing. While the woman refuses camera review, suggesting potential insurance fraud or pre-existing damage, the hosts note minimal actual harm and criticize her racial targeting and emotional outburst. Ultimately, the segment highlights consumer risks at poorly rated businesses and questions the validity of shifting blame for accidents caused by one's own actions. [Automatically generated summary]

I am fing beyond pissed the f off at this motherfucking car wash.
I'm sorry.
I don't.
I mean, it was not your fault at all.
I just stopped.
But I saw you on your brakes, too.
But then, but it's ultimately her fault because we were in the goddamn car wash.
I didn't hit my brakes.
You know, I felt good and then it's like her to stop.
I went forward, so we waited.
That here, man.
I literally cannot.
I can't.
I can't.

Okay, so sounds like this woman probably don't have insurance or full coverage insurance.
And she's thinking the absolute worst because she definitely don't have the money to pay for it.
Y'all notice people that after an auto accident, if they don't have insurance or they don't have a drug, financially, they can't accept that burden, right?
They are hysterical.
I mean, I understand you should be upset.
But the way you're acting is crazy.
You should have some decorum about yourself.
Yeah.
And you took on that risk when you didn't get full coverage.
Yeah, probably she doesn't have it.
But this happens a lot in these car washes.
Let's get back to the thing.
Are you fing so cute?
I'm not motherfucking playing.
That was the dumbass you just did.
The f ⁇ is wrong with you.
Oh, it's a female.
What's wrong with you?
Sister, you cuckoo?
Just sound cuckoo.
What she did to you?
Oh, you cuckoo.
She's sounding crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Dude, the woman's just looking like.
How do I respond to this?
Yeah.
I mean, this woman got my blood pressure on.
Seriously.
Yeah.
Y'all better get that motherfucking paperwork right now.
Why you're not on having a refund?
Are you crazy?
I don't give a f about what you're talking about.
Do you hear what I'm saying to you?
I don't give a fan.
What you are talking about?
Do you understand what I'm saying to you?
He's trying to work with you.
He's trying to help you.
He's trying to investigate what happened.
They're going to take care of your damages.
Yeah, they're at fault for this.
Yeah.
They're not even disputing that.
But the way you babies, you bipolar Neanderthal.
See, this is this encapsulates the difference between men and women.
Men can control their emotions a lot better than a woman can.
Yeah.
Women, when they, they just, they lose their cool.
Just like when you're on a plane, you get a little bit of turbulence.
Women start screaming.
Yeah.
The women and kids start screaming.
All men like this.
Calm down.
Calm down.
Discriminate.
That screaming ain't going to keep you alive.
Yeah, but you're running my blood pressure off.
Let me die in peace over here.
I don't give a do you hear what I'm saying to you?
Get out of here.
Shut the talking to me.
I'm calling from 48 on.
You better hurry up and call them and get the paperwork together.
There's a lady in the office screaming.
Tell him what the y'all did to my mother.
There was an incident in the tunnel.
Trying to investigate the cameras.
You better hurry up and pull her up.
I'm not going to get out.
I need a refund.
She's being very delicious.
I don't care.
You can call it what you want.
Y'all always try to do that with black people.
Bitch, this happened to me, not you.
I don't give a f what you're talking about.
Screaming Women And Car Damage00:07:09
Yeah, it makes sense.
I wouldn't give her a refund.
Her view of the world, y'all always do this to black people.
I'm trying to see the damage.
Yeah, it's a little damage right there in the offender.
Yeah.
In the front, you see it?
The grill?
I'll see it right there.
Okay, so she, I think she bumped into the vehicle in front of her.
Because she ended up talking to the guy.
She said, it's not your fault.
I wonder if it's not their fault and it was on her.
Yeah, I know.
Because whenever you hit somebody from behind, unless that person in front of you backed into you.
Yeah.
Well, when you go into these car washes, they're like pulling your car forward.
I wonder why the car just stopped right there.
Maybe the car in front was done.
And then who knows?
But that damage is very minimal.
She might actually.
$2,500 fixed that.
Yeah.
Yeah, but she acts like King Kong kicked her vehicle and just totaled it.
Yeah.
Yeah, that damage is.
That doesn't look tough, man.
She acts like it's total.
Yeah.
She acts like both airbags deployed.
Her whole front end is pushed in all the way to the driver's seat.
What are you going to do?
Black woman.
Yeah, this is a kidnapped.
Yeah, she's bipolar.
You think that's bipolar?
Yeah, she has a mental disorder.
That woman's got a chemical imbalance.
She's all you cuckoo.
And but you know what?
This happens a lot.
Hold on.
This actually happens a lot at these places.
The Better Business Bureau is warning people about a popular car wash chain with dozens of locations across the St. Louis area.
Club Car Wash now has an F rating after hundreds of complaints over car damage and billing problems.
500 Sides, Megan Kernan, is live at one of those locations in the Hill neighborhood on Hampton Avenue.
Megan.
The BBB says, before you sign up for a membership at places like this, read the fine print.
Some customers say they paid the price after trusting the wash.
In the past three years, the Better Business Bureau says it's received more than 240 complaints about club car wash.
The majority allege vehicle damage.
Others involve problems canceling memberships or getting refunds.
Right now, Club Car Wash has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau because of a pattern of unresolved and unanswered complaints.
A St. Louis man told us the bumper on his red Mustang was ripped off in the car wash after he says a piece of the wash track broke off.
He says the company paid him more than $5,000.
Then we ran our own five on your side vehicle through the car wash.
A rubber piece near the windshield popped off from the dryers, but we were able to pop it back in place.
We just want consumers to be aware, you know, so they're not caught in any of this or their vehicles getting damaged or having any issues.
There is a posted list of disclaimers spelling out what the company doesn't cover, including damage to cars seven years or older, antennas, and prior chipped or cracked windshields.
The BBB urges everyone to read these carefully before signing up for any membership.
This is what the BBB said Club Car Wash responded to them when they brought these complaints to their attention.
They stated, we have video and photo proof that these cars come in with a damage, but they feel the need to still make a complaint.
The other thing is 228 complaints, thankfully, are minimal to the 50 million cars we have washed in that timeframe.
So it's obvious we don't damage vehicles.
We've called and emailed Club Car Wash and their lawyer multiple times today, but have yet to hear back.
When using a car wash service, the BBB says, make sure you research the business before paying and pay by credit card to have the ability to dispute charges.
Live from the hill.
Megan Kernan, five on your side.
Wait a minute.
So did you hear that?
A lot of people to dispute charges.
Yeah.
Did you hear that?
A lot of people go there with damage and try to put it on the car wash.
Of course.
Maybe that's what she was doing.
That's why when she was going off on that woman, the woman's like looking at like, why are you screaming like that?
I didn't do anything.
She's probably got damage to her car and she's probably trying to put it on the car wash.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That could be it.
Yeah.
Because she hit the car in front of her.
It's nothing that the car wash did.
Right, right.
She's probably just trying to scam the car wash.
Because they were trying to investigate on the cameras what happened.
She wouldn't let him do that because she was so hysterical.
Yeah.
Let me watch this.
I'm going to play this.
She talks to the guy that she ended up hitting in front of me.
I understand that.
Yeah, y'all better go get that right, motherfucking now.
Yeah, he's on it.
I'm not playing.
How the f did a sound like this happened?
Y'all got a motherfucking.
Who's over there?
Is she new?
I'm not sure.
This is my first day.
Y'all got a lot of new motherfuckers up here, obviously.
I am fing beyond pissed the f off at this motherfucking car wash.
I'm sorry.
I don't.
I mean, it was not your fault, though.
I just stopped.
But I saw you on your brakes, too.
But then, but it's ultimately her fault because we were in the goddamn car wash.
I didn't hit my brakes.
Yo, I so good, man.
It's like her to stop.
I went forward, so here, man.
She hit him.
Yeah, but he said, I need to hit my brakes to felt you hit me.
So I don't get why.
How the hell does that happen?
Because you're on the track and the.
And it's pulling you.
And it's pulling you.
You take your foot off the gas and it just pulls you.
Yeah.
So how did that happen?
How much you want to bet?
It has nothing to do with the car wash.
It's all on her.
Yeah.
I think it could be one of three things.
It could be one, it could be the car wash's fault.
Two, it could have been pre-existent damage and she took it there to try to scam the car wash.
Yeah, but he felt that.
Or three, it was her fault or the driver in front of his fault for backing into it or her fault for pulling and you know, hitting the car in front of her.
Maybe she overreacted.
Maybe she put up phone on the gas when she shouldn't.
Yeah.
I wanna, I would love to see that videotape.
That's what they were trying to investigate, but she wouldn't shut the hell up.
She's probably just trying to scam him.
I'm just speculating.
I don't think she's allegedly.
Look, I don't think she was trying to scam him because she actually hit the vehicle in front of her.
I think the idiot accidentally pressed on the gas or something.
