[00:01:38] Y'all notice people that after an auto accident, if they don't have insurance or they don't have a drug, financially, they can't accept that burden, right? [00:01:47] They are hysterical. [00:01:50] I mean, I understand you should be upset. [00:01:53] But the way you're acting is crazy. [00:01:57] You should have some decorum about yourself. [00:02:00] Yeah. [00:02:01] And you took on that risk when you didn't get full coverage. [00:02:04] Yeah, probably she doesn't have it. [00:02:06] But this happens a lot in these car washes. [00:02:09] Let's get back to the thing. [00:02:11] Are you fing so cute? [00:02:14] I'm not motherfucking playing. [00:02:16] That was the dumbass you just did. [00:02:19] The f ⁇ is wrong with you. [00:02:21] Oh, it's a female. [00:02:22] What's wrong with you? [00:02:24] Sister, you cuckoo? [00:02:27] Just sound cuckoo. [00:02:30] What she did to you? [00:02:31] Oh, you cuckoo. [00:02:32] She's sounding crazy. [00:02:34] Yeah. [00:02:34] Yeah. [00:02:35] Dude, the woman's just looking like. [00:02:39] How do I respond to this? [00:02:41] Yeah. [00:02:41] I mean, this woman got my blood pressure on. [00:02:44] Seriously. [00:02:45] Yeah. [00:02:48] Y'all better get that motherfucking paperwork right now. [00:02:51] Why you're not on having a refund? [00:02:53] Are you crazy? [00:02:56] I don't give a f about what you're talking about. [00:02:58] Do you hear what I'm saying to you? [00:03:03] I don't give a fan. [00:03:05] What you are talking about? [00:03:06] Do you understand what I'm saying to you? [00:03:09] He's trying to work with you. [00:03:10] He's trying to help you. [00:03:11] He's trying to investigate what happened. [00:03:13] They're going to take care of your damages. [00:03:15] Yeah, they're at fault for this. [00:03:16] Yeah. [00:03:18] They're not even disputing that. [00:03:20] But the way you babies, you bipolar Neanderthal. [00:03:30] See, this is this encapsulates the difference between men and women. [00:03:36] Men can control their emotions a lot better than a woman can. [00:03:39] Yeah. [00:03:39] Women, when they, they just, they lose their cool. [00:03:43] Just like when you're on a plane, you get a little bit of turbulence. [00:03:45] Women start screaming. [00:03:47] Yeah. [00:03:48] The women and kids start screaming. [00:03:50] All men like this. [00:03:51] Calm down. [00:03:52] Calm down. [00:03:53] Discriminate. [00:03:54] That screaming ain't going to keep you alive. [00:03:55] Yeah, but you're running my blood pressure off. [00:03:57] Let me die in peace over here. [00:04:01] I don't give a do you hear what I'm saying to you? [00:04:03] Get out of here. [00:04:04] Shut the talking to me. [00:04:06] I'm calling from 48 on. [00:04:07] You better hurry up and call them and get the paperwork together. [00:04:11] There's a lady in the office screaming. [00:04:12] Tell him what the y'all did to my mother. [00:04:16] There was an incident in the tunnel. [00:04:18] Trying to investigate the cameras. [00:04:20] You better hurry up and pull her up. [00:04:22] I'm not going to get out. [00:04:23] I need a refund. [00:04:24] She's being very delicious. [00:04:25] I don't care. [00:04:26] You can call it what you want. [00:04:27] Y'all always try to do that with black people. [00:04:28] Bitch, this happened to me, not you. [00:04:31] I don't give a f what you're talking about. === Screaming Women And Car Damage (07:09) === [00:04:36] Yeah, it makes sense. [00:04:37] I wouldn't give her a refund. [00:04:38] Her view of the world, y'all always do this to black people. [00:04:41] I'm trying to see the damage. [00:04:43] Yeah, it's a little damage right there in the offender. [00:04:46] Yeah. [00:04:46] In the front, you see it? [00:04:47] The grill? [00:04:48] I'll see it right there. [00:04:49] Okay, so she, I think she bumped into the vehicle in front of her. [00:04:53] Because she ended up talking to the guy. [00:04:55] She said, it's not your fault. [00:04:56] I wonder if it's not their fault and it was on her. [00:04:59] Yeah, I know. [00:05:00] Because whenever you hit somebody from behind, unless that person in front of you backed into you. [00:05:06] Yeah. [00:05:07] Well, when you go into these car washes, they're like pulling your car forward. [00:05:11] I wonder why the car just stopped right there. [00:05:15] Maybe the car in front was done. [00:05:17] And then who knows? [00:05:20] But that damage is very minimal. [00:05:22] She might actually. [00:05:23] $2,500 fixed that. [00:05:26] Yeah. [00:05:27] Yeah, but she acts like King Kong kicked her vehicle and just totaled it. [00:05:31] Yeah. [00:05:32] Yeah, that damage is. [00:05:33] That doesn't look tough, man. [00:05:34] She acts like it's total. [00:05:36] Yeah. [00:05:36] She acts like both airbags deployed. [00:05:39] Her whole front end is pushed in all the way to the driver's seat. [00:05:45] What are you going to do? [00:05:46] Black woman. [00:05:51] Yeah, this is a kidnapped. [00:05:54] Yeah, she's bipolar. [00:05:56] You think that's bipolar? [00:05:57] Yeah, she has a mental disorder. [00:06:01] That woman's got a chemical imbalance. [00:06:03] She's all you cuckoo. [00:06:09] And but you know what? [00:06:11] This happens a lot. [00:06:14] Hold on. [00:06:15] This actually happens a lot at these places. [00:06:17] The Better Business Bureau is warning people about a popular car wash chain with dozens of locations across the St. Louis area. [00:06:23] Club Car Wash now has an F rating after hundreds of complaints over car damage and billing problems. [00:06:29] 500 Sides, Megan Kernan, is live at one of those locations in the Hill neighborhood on Hampton Avenue. [00:06:34] Megan. [00:06:37] The BBB says, before you sign up for a membership at places like this, read the fine print. [00:06:43] Some customers say they paid the price after trusting the wash. [00:06:50] In the past three years, the Better Business Bureau says it's received more than 240 complaints about club car wash. [00:06:58] The majority allege vehicle damage. [00:07:00] Others involve problems canceling memberships or getting refunds. [00:07:04] Right now, Club Car Wash has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau because of a pattern of unresolved and unanswered complaints. [00:07:11] A St. Louis man told us the bumper on his red Mustang was ripped off in the car wash after he says a piece of the wash track broke off. [00:07:20] He says the company paid him more than $5,000. [00:07:23] Then we ran our own five on your side vehicle through the car wash. [00:07:27] A rubber piece near the windshield popped off from the dryers, but we were able to pop it back in place. [00:07:33] We just want consumers to be aware, you know, so they're not caught in any of this or their vehicles getting damaged or having any issues. [00:07:40] There is a posted list of disclaimers spelling out what the company doesn't cover, including damage to cars seven years or older, antennas, and prior chipped or cracked windshields. [00:07:51] The BBB urges everyone to read these carefully before signing up for any membership. [00:07:57] This is what the BBB said Club Car Wash responded to them when they brought these complaints to their attention. [00:08:03] They stated, we have video and photo proof that these cars come in with a damage, but they feel the need to still make a complaint. [00:08:10] The other thing is 228 complaints, thankfully, are minimal to the 50 million cars we have washed in that timeframe. [00:08:17] So it's obvious we don't damage vehicles. [00:08:22] We've called and emailed Club Car Wash and their lawyer multiple times today, but have yet to hear back. [00:08:28] When using a car wash service, the BBB says, make sure you research the business before paying and pay by credit card to have the ability to dispute charges. [00:08:37] Live from the hill. [00:08:38] Megan Kernan, five on your side. [00:08:40] Wait a minute. [00:08:41] So did you hear that? [00:08:42] A lot of people to dispute charges. [00:08:44] Yeah. [00:08:44] Did you hear that? [00:08:45] A lot of people go there with damage and try to put it on the car wash. [00:08:47] Of course. [00:08:48] Maybe that's what she was doing. [00:08:50] That's why when she was going off on that woman, the woman's like looking at like, why are you screaming like that? [00:08:54] I didn't do anything. [00:08:55] She's probably got damage to her car and she's probably trying to put it on the car wash. [00:08:59] Yeah. [00:09:00] Yeah. [00:09:01] That could be it. [00:09:02] Yeah. [00:09:02] Because she hit the car in front of her. [00:09:04] It's nothing that the car wash did. [00:09:06] Right, right. [00:09:07] She's probably just trying to scam the car wash. [00:09:11] Because they were trying to investigate on the cameras what happened. [00:09:13] She wouldn't let him do that because she was so hysterical. [00:09:16] Yeah. [00:09:16] Let me watch this. [00:09:17] I'm going to play this. [00:09:20] She talks to the guy that she ended up hitting in front of me. [00:09:22] I understand that. [00:09:24] Yeah, y'all better go get that right, motherfucking now. [00:09:27] Yeah, he's on it. [00:09:28] I'm not playing. [00:09:30] How the f did a sound like this happened? [00:09:32] Y'all got a motherfucking. [00:09:33] Who's over there? [00:09:35] Is she new? [00:09:36] I'm not sure. [00:09:37] This is my first day. [00:09:38] Y'all got a lot of new motherfuckers up here, obviously. [00:09:43] I am fing beyond pissed the f off at this motherfucking car wash. [00:09:52] I'm sorry. [00:09:52] I don't. [00:09:53] I mean, it was not your fault, though. [00:09:55] I just stopped. [00:09:56] But I saw you on your brakes, too. [00:09:59] But then, but it's ultimately her fault because we were in the goddamn car wash. [00:10:03] I didn't hit my brakes. [00:10:04] Yo, I so good, man. [00:10:05] It's like her to stop. [00:10:07] I went forward, so here, man. [00:10:12] She hit him. [00:10:13] Yeah, but he said, I need to hit my brakes to felt you hit me. [00:10:17] So I don't get why. [00:10:20] How the hell does that happen? [00:10:22] Because you're on the track and the. [00:10:24] And it's pulling you. [00:10:25] And it's pulling you. [00:10:26] You take your foot off the gas and it just pulls you. [00:10:28] Yeah. [00:10:28] So how did that happen? [00:10:31] How much you want to bet? [00:10:32] It has nothing to do with the car wash. [00:10:34] It's all on her. [00:10:35] Yeah. [00:10:36] I think it could be one of three things. [00:10:38] It could be one, it could be the car wash's fault. [00:10:41] Two, it could have been pre-existent damage and she took it there to try to scam the car wash. [00:10:47] Yeah, but he felt that. [00:10:47] Or three, it was her fault or the driver in front of his fault for backing into it or her fault for pulling and you know, hitting the car in front of her. [00:10:56] Maybe she overreacted. [00:10:57] Maybe she put up phone on the gas when she shouldn't. [00:10:59] Yeah. [00:10:59] I wanna, I would love to see that videotape. [00:11:02] That's what they were trying to investigate, but she wouldn't shut the hell up. [00:11:07] She's probably just trying to scam him. [00:11:09] I'm just speculating. [00:11:09] I don't think she's allegedly. [00:11:11] Look, I don't think she was trying to scam him because she actually hit the vehicle in front of her. [00:11:15] I think the idiot accidentally pressed on the gas or something. [00:11:18] That's what I think. [00:11:19] Her? [00:11:19] Or, yeah. [00:11:20] And now she's trying to blame the car wash. [00:11:22] Right. [00:11:23] Or it is a car wash. [00:11:24] Who knows? [00:11:25] But either way, you don't behave like that. [00:11:28] That's what I'm saying. [00:11:29] I think it's a scam. [00:11:30] That's why she's behaving like that. [00:11:32] She's hysterical. [00:11:34] Yeah. [00:11:35] She's being theatrical. [00:11:36] Yeah, she just wants them to accept it. [00:11:38] Oh, she's just a nut. [00:11:42] Sound like a nut to me. [00:11:44] Yeah, she's definitely bipolar.
