Chief Justice Roberts, who is providing, may surprise us.
jon bowne
Chief Justice John Roberts, the last stop when it comes to upholding the Constitution, finds himself increasingly entangled in a web of elite connections and questionable alliances that threaten his reputation as an impartial arbiter.
mike benz
It may help explain why SCOTUS.
He declined to hear any of the election integrity issues in 2020 and has ruled fairly, I would say, unfavorably with Trump in terms of overturning these district court judges going after Trump here in the U.S. But the fact is,
judiciary is rogue all around in this upside-down world that we're living in right now.
jon bowne
Roberts' close personal friendship with Norm Eisen, a radical leftist operative and key player in anti-Trump lawfare, which includes Trump's first impeachment and recent lawsuits against Elon Musk's Doge initiative.
Eisen bragged about hosting Roberts at his 150-room palace in the Czech Republic, where they collaborated on American and European rule of law issues.
unidentified
John Roberts is not corrupt.
I know the Chief Justice well.
He stayed when I was ambassador, stayed under my roof, came and spent a week with us.
We worked on American and European rule of law issues together.
One of the great things about being ambassador is that people come and visit you, and John came twice, and he stayed with us on one of those occasions.
And I know him from before.
jon bowne
This revelation raises serious questions about Robert's impartiality, particularly given his role in overseeing the secretive rubber stamp FISA court that granted 33,942 warrants and denied only 12. Scandals like the Russia hoax have fueled accusations that the court enables unchecked power.
With Roberts at its helm, appointing judges who keep the corrupt system humming.
Roberts' ties to Eisen are compounded by his connections to an exclusive circle of judges and lawyers, including James Bosberg, Beryl Howe, Amit Mehta, and Ketanji Brown-Jackson, names that repeatedly surface in controversial Trump-related cases.
megyn kelly
You tell me, Mike.
John Roberts could have said, I...
By himself, he had the power to say, no, that temporary injunction that was just upheld by the Court of Appeals is lifted.
No, you're not doing that.
mike davis
Yeah, we're in very dangerous territory when you can have a district court judge in America sabotage an ongoing military operation, order the president to turn around planes, bring back...
200 of the worst terrorists in the Western Hemisphere back to America without knowing if we have the security capability in place like they did in El Salvador.
This is very dangerous when judges weighed in to these commander-in-chief powers of the president.
So I would say this to the Chief Justice John Roberts and I would say this to Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
They failed to do their job.
When Judge Ali on the D.C. District Court ordered the president to issue $2 billion in checks in foreign aid without the president being able to do a national security review to make sure that we're not funding,
for example, Hamas terrorists under the guise.
of Gazan humanitarian relief.
So Judge Bozberg is going to take us to the brink and this could be stopped and this could be stopped today if the Chief Justice John Roberts would do his damn job and get his judicial house in order and get these judicial saboteurs,
these activist judges in line.
jon bowne
As calls for the FISA court reform grow louder, Roberts' unchecked power to appoint judges faces scrutiny.
His carefully cultivated image as a neutral guardian of justice has unraveled, replaced by accusations of complicity in an elite-driven surveillance state.
With America approaching its 250th anniversary, the controversy surrounding Roberts signals a broader crisis of trust in the institutions meant to uphold and protect.
our freedoms.

It's Monday, April 14th in the year of our Lord in 2025.
And you're listening to The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
Welcome to The American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Coming to you live this morning from the InfoWars headquarters here in Austin, Texas.
We've got a lot to talk about today.
Very busy news weekend.
Although I don't know if it's as much that there was a ton of breaking news over the weekend.
Or that, I don't know, there's just a ton of stuff being discussed, I guess you could say.
But we'll get into all of it.
I got a ton of videos to show you as well.
We'll begin today as we do every day with our daily dispatch.
unidentified
We'll be right back.
harrison smith
Alright, here it is folks, your Daily Dispatch for Tuesday, the 14th of April, 2025.
Trump authorizes U.S. military to take control of land at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Donald Trump has authorized the military to take control of land at the U.S.-Mexico border as part of the president's broader efforts to crack down on undocumented immigration.
The authorization came late on Friday in a memorandum from Trump to Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Kristi Noem, Department of Homeland Security.
The memorandum entitled Military Mission for Sealing the Southern Border of the United States and Repelling Invasions allows the U.S. Armed Forces to take more of a direct role when it comes to securing the boundary in question.
The memorandum added that the Department of Defense should be given jurisdiction in federal lands, including Roosevelt Reservation, a 60-foot-wide strip that stretches over California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Doing that would give troops stationed there the legal right to detain immigrants accused of trespassing on what is in effect an elongated base, and unauthorized immigrants would be held in custody until they could be turned over to immigration agents.
Military activity that could be carried out on federal lands include border barrier construction and emplacement.
Of detection and monitoring equipment, according to the memorandum.
So finally, several decades late, we are militarizing our border and actually defending it adequately for once.
Meanwhile, a lot of discussion about Real ID over the weekend.
ABC News has a story.
What to know about getting a Real ID as airport requirement deadline nears.
Countdown to Real ID deadline.
The May 7th deadline has been announced.
In less than a month, beginning on May 7th, travelers flying out of the United States airports will need to show TSA agents their Real ID-compliant driver's license or another form of compliant identification to pass through security and make their flight.
If they don't bring a Real ID, they could face delays, additional screening, and may not be permitted through the checkpoint according to the Transportation Security Administration.
The Real ID rollout, which has been delayed multiple times since the original deadline in 2008, has left some travelers confused about their state's requirements and panicked as they tried to make appointments at overwhelmed DMVs.
According to federal documents, as of January 2024, only about 56% of driver's licenses and IDs in circulation across the country complied with Real ID.
The Department of Homeland Security estimated that only 61.2% of driver's licenses and IDs will be compliant by the May 7th deadline.
A TSA spokesperson told ABC News that 81% of travelers going through TSA checkpoints currently have Real IDs or other compliant identification.
Again, we can get back into this.
Maybe we'll take calls on this.
As far as I know, the Real ID thing has been pitched since the 90s.
Unless I'm mistaken with something else.
But it was always presented as a solution to illegal immigration and specifically illegal employment that if you had this Real ID system, you would be able to identify fake Social Security numbers or otherwise identify...
Illegal aliens and therefore not hire them.
But that never happened.
So that was the promise.
That was the reason why it was implemented.
It got implemented.
And then the illegal immigration absolutely exploded.
As always, as always, the solution to the problems don't actually help at all.
Again, we will get into this.
A lot of people pointing to it as another step towards digital ID.
And we'll take a look at that entire topic today.
Meanwhile, China's rare-earth exports grind to a halt as trade war controls bite.
Shipments of seven rare-earth minerals placed on an export control list last week by Beijing have ground to a halt, three sources said, raising the risk of shortages overseas as Chinese exporters begin the long, uncertain wait for government licenses.
Shipments stopped on April 4th, the sources familiar with the matter said.
When Beijing restricted the export of seven rare earths and related material used across defense, energy, and automotive industries as part of its retaliation against U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff hikes on Chinese goods, exporters must now apply to
the Ministry of Commerce for a license, a relatively opaque process that can range from six to seven weeks to several months.
Reuters reported last month that there had been no antimony exports to European Union countries since China put the metal on a control list in September.
The freeze lasted longer than two months, but typical stockpiles built up by customers could deplete, they said, adding it could be especially difficult for U.S. clients to get export license given the escalating trade war between the superpowers.
So again, the tariff war continues.
We'll bring you updates on that later in the show.
Trump team holds constructive face-to-face nuclear talks with Iran and will meet again next weekend.
This, of course, a major story.
The pieces are falling into place for Iran to make a nuclear deal with the U.S., experts argue.
Lexington Institute Vice President Rebecca Grant broke down President Trump's foreign policy strategy with Iran and been nuclear talks on Fox Report.
American and Iranian officials sat down for a first round of direct talk Saturday in Oman, a major step after years of rising tension and stalled diplomacy that will continue with further discussions next weekend, according to a statement released by the White House.
The meeting between U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian
The White House described the discussions as very positive and constructive, adding the United States deeply thanks the Sultanate of Oman for its support of this initiative.
Witkoff, joined by U.S. Ambassador to Oman Anna Eskrogima, told Aragchi Trump had personally instructed him to try to resolve differences through diplomacy, if possible.
And one of the big updates to this was that Iran was basically saying, we want all of the Middle East denuclearized, including Israel, which is a very interesting tactic to take in the negotiations.
So again, we can touch on that later as well.
Finally, we have this.
Fauci, Birx, and other COVID officials pursued for murder and other charges in seven states.
Story is at Infowars.
Criminal referral requests for charges including murder and medical terrorism against Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, and other top COVID officials have now been filed in seven U.S. states.
Referrals were filed in Arizona and Pennsylvania, along with three existing referrals in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
The filings, which come from the Vires Law Group and former feds group Freedom Foundation, call on state attorneys to pursue Anthony Fauci and other pandemic-era officials for a wide range of serious crimes.
The charges include murder, negligent homicide, involuntary manslaughter, medical coercion and abuse, racketeering, operating a corrupt organization, and terrorism.
Among the individuals being pursued are Anthony Fauci, former NIAID director, Deborah Birx, former White House COVID coordinator, Rochelle Walensky, former CDC director, Francis Collins, former NIH director, Peter Hotez, Baylor vaccine promoter.
Robert Redfield, former CDC director.
And Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance president and collaborator with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
On his last day in office, President Biden issued a largely unprecedented preemptive pardon for Anthony Fauci in an attempt to shield him from prosecution by the incoming Trump administration.
In response, Fauci told the media that he truly appreciated Biden for taking action and the possibility of prosecution has created immeasurable and intolerable distress for his family.
Saying, quote, let me be perfectly clear.
I've committed no crime and there are no possible grounds for any allegation or threat of criminal investigation or prosecution of me, he said.
Except for all of those horrific crimes against humanity that were predicated as cures to the virus that he created in a lab with taxpayer money.
But other than that, other than the crimes against humanity that Have brought about really untold destruction across the world.
And I actually, I read a book this weekend.
I can't remember what it's called, but it was about the COVID response.
One of these, you know, just New York Times bestseller recounting of the pandemic, just sort of laying out a timeline.
And a couple things jumped out at me.
But I guess primary among it was the fact that so much of COVID appears to have been like a bottom-up phenomenon.
In other words, I'd forgotten how many things that occurred during COVID were because people refused to go to work.
To a certain extent, the government did, obviously, Go in and forcibly shut everybody down.
But that was largely in response to the fact that people refused to come into work.
I'd forgotten that.
And it reminded me of the same sort of revelation I had around World War I. If you remember, I was talking a couple months ago about that.
Where again, you have at the top levels is people not wanting to go to war.
Thinking that it's a good idea.
But then you've got massive crowds gathering in London and demanding that something be done.
Because at the end of the day, control of the world is only possible through the media.
And by creating the atmosphere of panic and fear, they can basically force governments to do things by activating the people.
To go out and be insane about something.
So under COVID, I'd forgotten how much it was like, especially where it started in places like Italy and stuff.
People just wouldn't go into work and just weren't going into the factory.
And so the factories had to close and the government had to step in and go, all right, well, I guess we better make up for this.
And it's just another reminder, another instance in which The will of the people can be manufactured and manipulated and twisted to either give credence to the government claims that they need to take control,
you know, to justify the government's tyrannical activity or to compel it in the first place.
But I'd like to see all of those people brought to heel and made to suffer like they made everybody else suffer.
And the other thing is, like, when you...
I should just do, like, a book report on this book because there are so many things that if you're reading the book with the mindset of a normie, it just paints such a clear picture of, like,
the World Health Organization and the people like Deborah Birx and Anthony Fauci as just striving to do their best and to...
Get an unwilling president on board with these necessary programs to defeat the virus.
But it leaves out the outcome.
It leaves out the fact that nothing that they tried to do worked even a little bit and that there were massive, massive negative repercussions for just about everything that they implemented.
You really need a full picture, like a full bird's eye view.
Vision of what actually came about because of the programs that were pursued.
And the other thing, it's just like kind of the subtle stuff that you notice.
I'm reading this book, and it's just going through sort of a timeline.
It's jumping from country to country.
It's going, you know, on February 1st, this country went into lockdown.
On February 2nd, this president was blah, blah, blah.
And so it's talking about all the world leaders.
But it only talks about them in the sense of what they were doing for COVID, right?
Seems kind of obvious.
But then it would talk about what Trump was doing that didn't have anything to do with COVID.
And so the impression that you get is it's like, on February 13th, Macron gave this address and declared that they were at war with the virus.
That they would be locking down.
And then the German chancellor did this and this.
And then President Trump partying at his resort in Florida was focused entirely on the presidential campaign.
Meanwhile, the president of China was, you know, on the phone with the WHO.
And it's like...
And again, I'm just reading this.
And if you're like a normie, it's very clearly painting the picture in your mind that all these other...
World leaders were taking it very seriously, but Trump was just egotistically and selfishly worried about partying at Mar-a-Lago.
It's like, okay, but he's the only one that they mention his actions when it has nothing to do with COVID.
So it's almost like reading this book, I'm like reading a recounting of a year of just...
Pure psychological operation perspective manipulation worldwide that got us into the mess.
But the book itself is almost an extension of that where if you don't know how to read between the lines and can't see what they're doing and the tactics that they're using, you come away with a very warped perspective on reality.
Which if it weren't for people like us, that would be the only perspective out there.
The mainstream lives would be the only ones available for anybody to get a handle on, but it's easy to actually figure out what's going on if you just think for yourself and get a full breakdown of absolutely everything that you're looking at,
not just cherry-picking what they want you to see.
Now, I just put a video in there.
I want to go to this.
This is...
From over the weekend, it's going to be a big topic of discussion, of course, what's going on, not just in the Middle East, but around the world.
The wars that we are currently either starting or trying to stop, I can't figure it out, and it seems to change day to day, but this video is on Infowars.com.
It's there on an article talking about the most powerful statement on American diplomacy made in the recent past.
It's Jeffrey Sachs, American Economist.
Who, by the way, until like two years ago, not really on our side.
Not exactly a right-wing populist MAGA type of guy.
But I think that goes towards just the massive shuffling, the reorganization that's taking place worldwide of political positions.
Where the dividing line really isn't between left and right anymore.
It really is between the establishment and the people.
And Jeffrey Sachs in this regard falls firmly on the side of the people.
So I'm going to go to this video now.
Here's Jeffrey Sachs breaking down American activity in the Middle East.
Let's watch.
jeffrey sachs
I am not discussing the agency of the Syrian people.
I'm discussing the opposite.
Do not be naive.
Do not think that 600,000 people died because of Assad and the protesters.
This was a war.
Wars are expensive.
They require billions of dollars.
They require armaments.
And I'm not talking about a conspiracy theory.
I'm talking about a conspiracy.
And you should know.
Everybody go look up Operation Timber Sycamore.
Understand what happened in your region.
And if you think that calling in the CIA is going to do the bidding of agency in this region, you are sadly mistaken.
This region has been manipulated by Britain, France, and the United States for 100 years since the Versailles Treaty.
Have safety or peace until the United States is out of this region through manipulation and war.
You all say, well, it's Israel doing this.
It's the same thing I'm talking about.
It's the same reason for Operation Timber Sycamore.
It's not an independent fact.
It's the reason why this happened.
To denigrate agency, I'm telling you exactly the opposite.
If you think your big friend, the United States, is going to do your bidding and help you get your way, empires divide to rule.
They are not doing the bidding of Turkey or Syria or Lebanon or anybody else in this region.
And if this is, yes, you want to balance Persia or Iran, you call in the United States to do that and you think this is going to work out well?
It's not going to work out well.
This region has three major powers.
The Arab world, the Turkish world, and the Persian world.
It's been more than a thousand years this way.
I said to Iranian diplomats that Iran has been 5,000 years, I was corrected, 7,000 years.
It's a long story.
You don't need the United States to pull the chestnuts out of the fire.
And don't believe that this happened because of agency of the Syrian people.
I'm sorry, I'm not denigrating the Syrian people, just the opposite.
I know what happened.
I know what my country does.
I suspect most of you do too.
And it should not be ignored because the wars are going to continue until we have real agency, not pseudo-agency.
And by the way, there is no international community.
We're trying to make one, but it doesn't exist right now.
That's the tragedy in this world.
There is no community.
There are interests.
There are militaries.
There are regime change operations.
This is not community.
We need real community.
And by the way, I give every day my volunteer time to the UN for 25 years because I believe in it.
It's my life commitment.
So I believe in community.
I also happen to know that the United States blocked the agreement in 2012.
I'm sorry, I won't elaborate.
But the United States blocked it, and I know it.
unidentified
Well, I know it too, Joe.
jeffrey sachs
I know, but I know it from Kofi.
harrison smith
Sorry. And, of course, the murders of Alawite still continues in Syria.
I don't know if there's ever been a more clear-cut example of America or the West in general.
Sponsoring, funding, facilitating, supporting, and being the puppeteers of terrorists, overthrowing a, albeit not exactly a democratic leader, but at least a stable one with literal ISIS terrorists who are receiving billions of dollars of EU and US funds while they simultaneously carry out a media blackout about the purges that are going on as they...
Kill minorities.
So, perfectly in line, of course, with our activities in the Middle East.
But not something that we should be proud of, even in the slightest.
Now, we're going to go to break.
When we come back, I've got a lot of more videos and things to show you, so stay tuned.
But I do want to introduce to you maybe my favorite product that we've ever had at the Alex Jones store.
It's a belt buckle with Molon Labbe with the Spartan helmet, 1776, pair of crossed bullets and Infowars.
It is a heavy, heavy metal belt buckle that I've just added to my collection.
Very top of the list.
Molon Labbe, the Alex Jones store.com.
Welcome back, folks.
This is the American Journal.
unidentified
I got a lot of stories from over the weekend.
harrison smith
That I couldn't categorize in any genre other than just pure insanity.
It's been an insane weekend.
Kind of a gruesome one.
I don't even want to cover this stuff because it just makes it so abundantly clear the third worldification of America.
I mean, even just one of these stories.
It's like, you just never expected to see in America, but there were like four this weekend.
Again, I hesitate to even talk about them because they're so horrifying.
I know, it's Monday morning.
We don't want to start the week off with horror beyond description.
But I guess let's start with a different form of insanity.
We'll get to the gruesome, horrific insanity in a second.
Let's get to the silly insanity first.
The silly insanity, which, if not confronted, will eventually lead to horrors beyond description, is, of course, the rising communism in this country, or socialism, communism's dishonest little brother.
Let's go to clip number nine here, as...
Generational icon Bernie Sanders went to Coachella in California to give a rousing speech to a crowd of drugged-out hippies.
And it's very funny how this is the crowd that the Democrats are going for.
I don't know if you've been involved in this culture very much.
It is a major component of youth culture in America these days, the festival circuit.
And what it is, from my understanding, from my psychological evaluation of this, is that you've got a bunch of grown-up babies who are missing out on any real...
How do I put, like, the real existence of, like, innocence and childhood wonder and sort of the feeling that you get of hopefulness and belonging as a child.
They're missing that in real life, so they have to create some sort of facsimile of it by taking a massive amount of drugs and alcohol and almost, you know, finding relief and taking comfort.
In reversion to childhood where you can pretend to be one with nature and one with humanity as you ride the chemical imbalances of a drug-induced state of euphoria.
That's basically what Coachella is.
It's a bunch of adults desperately seeking the innocence and naivety of youth by wrecking their brains with pharmaceutical-grade drugs.
That's who we're talking about.
A bunch of millionaires who desperately want to escape the responsibility and obligations of adulthood and choose to spend immense amounts of money and huge amounts of time creating the facsimile of childhood innocence.
That's how I see it, more or less.
So it's sort of perfect that that's who Bernie Sanders is talking to.
That is who he is addressing.
And I almost want to, I guess we'll play the videos back and forth, like first one, then the other.
I almost want to play them at the same time because I have a video from Coachella of who Bernie Sanders is talking to.
So we'll play first one, then the other.
But there are some interesting stats out of this year's Coachella, according to Colin Rugg.
About 60% of Coachella attendees financed their tickets to attend the festival, according to Billboard.
So if you're wondering who Bernie Sanders is talking to here, it is the most fiscally irresponsible people on planet Earth.
It's people who financed their tickets to Coachella, who could not afford what I just described, the drug-induced escape from reality.
And so instead, put it on credit and are financing it.
Just like now you can finance a hot dog being delivered through DoorDash.
Four easy payments of $5.99 to be fed to get your food delivered.
Well, this is like six easy payments of $100 to go to Coachella for a weekend.
So it's, again, just to give you the layout here, this is...
Elderly socialist failure Bernie Sanders giving a rousing address to a bunch of broke drugged out hippies making the worst financial decision of their lives and cheering along Bernie Sanders as he tries to export that mindset to the national government.
Let's go to clip number nine here.
Here's Bernie Sanders showing up in Coachella.
To really put a cap on the disintegration of American culture and greatness.
Here it is.
unidentified
We need you to stand up to fight for justice.
harrison smith
I don't know this song.
unidentified
Economic justice, social justice, and racial justice.
harrison smith
Let's pause it right there.
None of those are justice.
Any word that you add to justice makes it something else entirely.
There's no such thing as social justice.
There's no such thing as economic justice.
There is just justice.
Okay? And one of the primary components of justice is that it's just.
Is that it's fair.
Is that it's not perverted or distorted or swayed.
By economic, social, or racial concerns.
So you add one of those to the word justice, any phrase to the word justice, and it becomes something that's not justice, but is in fact an inversion and the opposite of justice.
Just so we're clear.
Back to Bernie.
unidentified
Now we got a president of the United States who's-
I agree.
He thinks that climate change is a hoax.
He is dangerously wrong.
And you and I, you and I are gonna have to stand up to the fossil fuel industry and tell them to stop destroying this planet.
harrison smith
Imagine that being your number one concern right now.
unidentified
Over this country, not in California, not in Vermont where I'm from, but in Florida where Maxwell is from, many other states, politicians are trying to take away a woman's right to control her own body.
We need you to stand up and fight for women's rights.
We have an economy today.
That is working very well for the billionaire class, but not for working families.
We need you to help us to create an economy that works well for everybody, not just the 1%.
harrison smith
That's got old about 10 years ago.
Imagine that being your number one concern.
Oil companies, gas companies destroying the environment.
Is it a concern?
Sure. Sure.
Is it the number one concern?
Well, you're in a state who's probably one of their best neighborhoods in the state, just burned to the ground because of DEI policies, wracked with homelessness, companies fleeing, Everything getting worse.
But I guess if you're talking to a bunch of Coachella attendees, they probably don't have any other concerns or worries.
But again, about 60% of Coachella attendees finance their tickets to attend the festival.
There have been about 100,000 attendees each weekend for the festival, and over half of them are financing their tickets.
Ticket prices are around 600, but most festival goers are spending over 1,000.
For housing and food as well, the payment plan starts with a down payment as low as $50.
So yeah, that's about the type of economic forethought that I would expect a bunch of socialists to have.
If we can show the video of all of the people coming out of Coachella.
I admit, I mean, it's the end of a music festival, so they're looking a little bit rough.
But I do like imagining, you know, Bernie Sanders.
Clip 35. We can just go to clip 35 here.
I love Bernie Sanders talking to these people, being like, we are going to have to stand up to the 1%.
unidentified
And they're just like, where am I?
harrison smith
With her baby going deaf.
Just like, these are the people Bernie Sanders is talking to.
These are the revolutionaries, right?
These are people that are going to overthrow the system, set things right.
These are people fighting for equality and social justice.
Just like, I just can't wait to do ketamine and have sex with as many people as possible.
He's just like, well, what about the economic concerns?
And they're just like, yeah, totally.
Nah, Trump is the worst.
He's trying to stop women's rights.
He's like, okay.
So that's who we're up against.
These are our enemies.
No wonder America is going completely and utterly insane.
Again, I don't even want to get into this.
Fair warning, the fun part of the show is now over.
And we're going to get into what is actually happening around the country in all of its horrifying detail.
To start...
Let's start with this.
Wisconsin teen allegedly kills parents to obtain financial means to assassinate Trump linked to satanic cult.
A Wisconsin teenager allegedly killed his parents in order to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary so he could assassinate President Donald Trump and overthrow the government of the United States.
According to court documents from the Department of Justice, Nikita Kasip.
17 was taken into custody last month and charged with two counts of first-degree murder as well as two counts of hiding a corpse, according to ABC News.
He allegedly shot and killed his stepfather, Donald Meyer, 51, as well as his mother, Titania Kassip, 35, in February before he fled the state.
The killing of his mother and stepfather, a DOJ filing said, appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means necessary and autonomy necessary to carry out the assassination.
He was in touch with other parties about his plan to kill the president and overthrow the government of the United States, and he paid for, at least in part, a drone and explosives to be used as a weapon of mass destruction to commit the attack.
The other parties with whom Kassip was in contact appeared to have been aware of his plan of action and to have provided assistance to Kassip in carrying them out.
It added investigators also found Kassip's phone-related I think it's a play on Order of Nine Angels.
No, the Order of Nine Angels, sorry.
You've heard of this, you're aware of this, if you've watched our interviews with BX, as she, of course, has identified this group as being one of a number of intertwined satanic pedophile grooming online cabals, like 764,
or Calm being the overall word to describe all these groups.
So again, InfoWars, tomorrow's news today.
We first had on BX about six months ago.
And in the ensuing six months, slowly but surely, we've seen awareness growing about this group of, yes, literal satanic pedophile grooming gangs online.
This, of course, just the latest in a series of crimes associated with this group as they continue to ratchet up their activity.
Now, a lot of the mainstream media is trying to frame this as a white supremacy group, and certainly they have white supremacy.
Phrases that they use, I mean, they even quote here, you know, accelerate the collapse, political revolution in the United States to save the white race from Jewish-controlled politicians.
Document also include images of Aldolf Hitler, include the words, hail Hitler, hail the white race, hail victory.
But if you have watched our reporting from BX on X, you know that they don't actually have an ideology.
They aren't actually racial supremacists.
They are simply choosing whatever angle they think they...
Can approach to cause the most chaos and strife and conflict possible, in this case, supporting.
The Nazis is convenient for them, but they're just as likely to expound communistic, socialistic, or globalist, deconstructionist, totalitarian, or totally...
It doesn't matter to them.
It doesn't matter what the ideology is.
They just want chaos.
It's kind of like the shooter that shot up the Uvalde school.
Again, people pointing to posts he's made saying, look, he's a Nazi.
He's a white supremacist.
When in reality, he's just like, I just love evil.
So I'm in favor of all the most evil people.
Hitler's the most evil?
Then I love him.
I'm such an edgy boy.
That basically is...
Is the simplified version of their ideology.
Pure chaos, pure collapse, pure destruction, pure misery and chaos.
But of course it just goes along with everything we've discussed.
The assassination attempts on Trump.
The just generalized madness being pumped into the minds of young people.
And the Order of Nine Angels.
Satanic Pedophile Network.
Angles. Pedophile Network.
Grooming children to commit violence on their behalf with the intention being pure and unadulterated chaos.
So, that's one story.
Here's another one that, again, change the channel if you have kids.
Keep your kids out of the room.
We're about to talk about some stuff that I don't even want to know about, let alone have young people know about.
And we actually have video of this.
Police searching for man who allegedly sexually abused corpse on New York subway.
Video captured one person robbing a corpse on an idling train before another person robbed that corpse and sexually assaulted it.
A man sexually violated a corpse on a New York City subway train after stealing from the body, becoming the second of two people to rob that particular dead person, authorities said recently.
One of the more grotesque U.S. crime stories of late unfolded on a southbound R train near the Whitehall Street station in Manhattan around 12.20 a.m. on Wednesday when an unidentified individual had sexual contact with an unconscious and unresponsive adult male in plain view of surveillance cameras,
according to a police statement.
Yeah, there's something about the New York subway system really just brings out the most horrific of humanity.
Even just the last year, the number of stories of just people being lit on fire, people being shoved in front of the trains by strangers for no particular reason.
Philadelphia had the story last year of a crowded train car and a woman being raped on that crowded car and people not intervening to help her, but instead filming it happen and sharing the video of it with their friends.
It's just a little signal out there for you about the trajectory of America, where we're headed.
Just one of these events should be unthinkable in America.
Like the fact that a guy dies on a train, instead of anybody helping him, they rob his body, would be bad enough.
But then it happens again.
And the thief doesn't just rob the body, he sexually assaults it as well.
It's just like, if this sounds horrific and unconscionable and unimaginable to you, you've got what we might call first world privilege.
Where previously in the first world, places like America and Europe, this thing was unthinkable.
This is nothing compared to what goes on pretty much daily in various places, South America, Central America, and Africa.
This is not out of the ordinary globally.
This is out of the ordinary for countries that don't do this type of thing.
Those countries are going away and are being filled with people from the countries that do this type of thing.
Do you want another example?
Man caught at park playing soccer with the head of a man he decapitated.
Clip number 19. Let's watch.
Yeah. Decapitated body in a park and the man who murdered him caught playing soccer with the body.
We can take it down.
We can go ahead and take it down, actually, if we want.
It's just...
Take it from me.
You don't want to see it.
Again, you'd think that this was something that would be like a national story, would inspire outrage and horror from everybody in the country.
I don't know if I've seen anybody else report it.
I don't know if I've seen a single story about this.
Again, you think America's the type of place where Decapitated bodies found in the park and people kicking around the head like a soccer ball.
A man convicted of decapitating victim and playing soccer with his head in New Mexico Park.
I hate to break this to you.
unidentified
hate to break this to you.
harrison smith
This is what our country is turning into.
There's no magic spell.
There's no, you know...
Magical dome over America that guarantees that we will always be a functional country where horrifying things like this don't happen.
It can very easily happen.
It will happen to an increasing degree.
And probably the place in the world most likely to have stories like this is Mexico.
Mexican cartels are famous for decapitating people.
I can't tell you the number of stories I've heard of this exact thing.
In Mexico, some big cartel war happens.
At the end of it, you've got a bunch of kids playing soccer with decapitated heads in the park.
There's no reason why America won't go this way.
There's nothing special about us.
That makes us immune to this type of activity.
And the more and more we bring in the people with these values, the more and more we'll see of stuff like this.
Should we keep going?
Should we keep talking about the insanity?
Because, good Lord, it's not just average people, it's people in power as well.
Pennsylvania Judge Sonia McKnight.
Convicted of shooting a sleeping boyfriend in the head.
So now a Pennsylvania judge has been accused of shooting her ex-boyfriend in the head while he slept and may spend decades behind bars as she was convicted of attempted homicide and aggravated assault charges Wednesday.
After two hours of deliberation, a jury convicted Sonia M. McKnight, a magisterial judge in Dauphin County, on both charges she faced, one charge of attempted murder and one count of aggravated assault.
McKnight, 58, who has held the elected role since 2016, was taken away in handcuffs after the trial judge rejected a defense request that she be released.
She was taken outside the county for incarceration because she sent many defendants to Dauphin County Prison during her nine years on the bench.
The shooting unfolded in February of 2024 after McKnight's then-boyfriend, Michael McCoy, 54, attempted to end their one-year relationship and asked her to move out of his home.
She agreed to go, but later in the evening, McCoy was woken by massive head pain and was blind.
During the trial, he testified he couldn't see after the shooting, but that McKnight was the only person home at the time.
So again, it's just...
I just want to prepare you.
I'm trying to...
I'm trying to prepare everybody's system for the shock of becoming a third world country.
Of just like...
Decaptated heads in the park, corpses on the subway, judges shooting people in the head.
This is the collapse.
We're in it.
We're amongst it.
The world that we occupy today would be unrecognizable, horrifying, dystopian beyond description to anybody born or around in the 50s or 60s.
And you only have to ask, if you could show people what America's future looked like, what wouldn't they do to prevent it?
What wouldn't they implement to not end up where we are now?
Horrifying. Welcome back, folks.

The second hour of the American Journal is on.
harrison smith
We'll be joined by Casey Whalen, an investigative journalist and the star of a video we played last week.
He was insisting that the government comply to its own laws and remove the pride flag.
From City Buildings.
We got a lot of other stuff to talk about.
Just on the topic of insanity, let's go down to clip number eight.
This is a battery recycling plant fire that broke out over the weekend.
And we can go ahead and roll this as B-roll.
But just unbelievably massive billows of toxic smoke.
Pouring out of this.
Somebody actually did the calculations, and I could find it, but like, you know, it's something like, you know, this released more toxins into the air than 100,000 diesel trucks driving full speed for a year.
Something just insane.
Because as you may know, lithium batteries especially, batteries overall, just...
Chock full of toxic material that's extremely flammable and burns with a heat that is almost impossible to put out.
unidentified
Those aren't storm clouds.
harrison smith
Yeah, not storm.
Those are not storm.
Well, they are a form of storm cloud, I guess you could say.
But this is the issue that we're running into, is this whole sophisticated infrastructure thing that our...
Entire society depends upon, meaning that you need highly capable and intelligent people to operate it.
And if you don't, then you get these massive disasters.
See, it's sort of, it's like we're accelerating in both directions at the same time.
We are both creating and inventing and operating more advanced and dangerous technologies than ever.
While simultaneously deliberately dumbing down our entire society and discriminating against the most capable and talented people in favor of less talented equality checkboxes.
So it'd almost be okay if we were going one way or the other.
Trying to go both is a little bit of a...
Problem. A little bit of a danger in general.
If you know what I mean.
If you can see what I'm saying.
That it's like, okay, if we just were becoming more technologically advanced and kept on the track of meritocracy, then it'd be fine.
Or if we were just collapsing into chaos and misery, it wouldn't be fun, but at least it wouldn't be world-ending.
But we're going the route of South Africa, where we have nuclear power and a population.
That will strip the copper out of power lines to sell it or crack open electrical transformers to get the oil inside to cook with.
So we're in trouble.
So I think we're in a bit of trouble overall.
Some other news over the weekend.
There was a major ice raid in Denver, Colorado.
Of a anti-ICE protest.
Let's go to clip number 14. This is the imagery I think we all voted for.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Let's watch.
harrison smith
Here you see ICE rocking up to a protest where they're blocking the highway.
Now whether this was to arrest the illegal protesters.
Or just because they're blocking a highway and that's not acceptable, I don't know.
But it is good to see ICE actually out there on the street disrupting the literal foreigners in our country protesting our government, demanding they get free stuff and access to us and our nation.
Just insane temerity of these people.
The insane self-importance needs to be done with.
Alright, welcome back folks.
I'm going to be joined by Casey Whalen in the third hour.
I'm going to take your calls this hour.
The number to dial 1-877-789-2539.
1-877-789-2539.
And I'm going to ask for new callers.
First. New callers first.
1-877-789-2539.
So if I recognize your name, I'm probably not going to go to you.
But if you have not called in or haven't ever gotten on, call now.
1-877-789-2539.
And we'll go to you just as soon as the calls start coming in.
We have a lot of stuff to talk about all over the place here.
Just go through some of the headlines from my political stack.
Trump calls Russian Palm Sunday attack a mistake.
Threatened CBS 60 Minutes for Zelensky interview and Greenland report.
This is a weird, it's a different headline.
This is actually a big story here.
So let me do this again, but it's got a different headline than the one it should have.
But there was, I will mention, there was a crazy attack by Russia on Palm Sunday.
On Ukraine, they killed something like 22 innocent people.
Totally brutal and destructive and horrific.
And a mistake in the sense that it's not going to make negotiating peace any easier with stuff like that.
Obviously, I don't think Trump was saying it was an accident providing cover for Putin.
That's what they're trying to insinuate by saying he called it a mistake.
He's saying it was a mistake for them to do such a stupid thing while they're in negotiations for peace.
Regardless, here's the story.
Jasmine Crockett faces FEC complaint over Act Blue donations.
A conservative group filed a complaint with the FEC Commission against Representative Jasmine Crockett over Act Blue donations that allegedly violated election law.
The complaint filed with the FEC late last month by Cool Ridge Reagan Foundation accuses the Congresswoman's campaign of failing to disclose a contributor's identity properly and accepting contributions in the name of another.
ActBlue, a fundraising platform used by Democrats and Democrat-aligned groups, has been under intense scrutiny in the past year over allegations of donation fraud and, quote, straw donors.
The eight-page complaint alleges that Crockett's campaign accepted a total of $610 from 56 separate transactions in 2023 and 2024 from a 73-year-old retiree who allegedly was unaware of the donations.
The evidence suggests ActBlue has been providing thousands of dollars of contributions to Democratic candidates in the names of unsuspecting elderly people in order to allow recipients such as Representative Crockett to shield the true source of the funds and potentially accept excessive or otherwise illegal contributions.
So again, this is something that we have covered for a long time.
I'd say it's been over a year.
Since these investigations first started, credit to James O'Keefe for leading the charge on this.
And identifying that ActBlue had these people that were logged as donating huge amounts of money, hundreds of times.
And I guess that was the source of the suspicion.
I don't even know how they figured out how this was going on.
But essentially what they would do is they would find...
A set of donations.
Some, you know, retired person in Oklahoma was apparently sending $10 to ActBlue three times a day for three months in a row.
And then you go and knock on the door of that person and say, hey, have you ever donated to ActBlue?
And usually the response is something like, yeah, once 10 years ago.
And so they're asked, well, have you, did you donate $6,000 over the last six months?
And they go, hell no, I don't even have that type of money.
No. Like, well.
It's your name that says that donated.
It's your address.
It's your information that they claim donated.
So it's very simple.
Either millionaires and billionaires or taxpayer funds through things like USAID or other fraudulent and wasteful organs of the U.S. government are funneling money to Democrat candidates and laundering it.
ActBlue is a laundry.
It's a front.
Just like the mafia can't...
You know, declare its tax earnings on shakedowns and shylocking and blackmail.
So they start a pizza place that's cash only and they pretend to sell millions of dollars worth of pizza to launder the money to make it look official and legal.
It really is as simple as that.
Like elementary, I shouldn't even have to explain this, but just to clarify how blatantly criminal this is, that is what ActBlue's function Has been.
Is to launder money from massive billionaire, millionaire donators through unsuspecting, you know, one-time donators to act blue and they just put their name on it, say they're the ones that contributed and expected to get away with this.
So I don't expect this to be the last that we'll hear of this.
I wonder why they chose Jasmine Crockett and I wonder if it has anything to do with her.
You know, media presence that's exploded over the last several months.
It would make sense that she's one of the most outspoken and obnoxious new members of Congress.
But ActBlue is like the fundraising arm for the Democrats.
Every Democrat that's run for office in the last five years has had ActBlue as their campaign fund.
Like Joe Biden would stand there and give commercials saying go donate to ActBlue.
So there's no Democrat out there that has not taken money from ActBlue as far as I know.
I'd be very surprised if there was anybody.
So maybe this is just a test case.
Maybe it's a particularly egregious case.
But I have to say, if this actually...
Goes through and they actually get a big punishment for...
I mean, this is the end of the Democratic Party.
This isn't a cross-party thing.
It's ActBlue.
It's the Democrat fundraising firm engaged in the most blatant money laundering financial fraud ever.
So I can't wait to see what comes of this.
I really can't wait to see the outcome of this.
Because pretty much it's, I mean, it's airtight, this case.
It's an eight-page complaint alleging that Crockett's campaign accepted a total of $610 from 56 separate transactions in 2023 and 2024 from a 73-year-old retiree who was unaware of the donations.
So this also is why they're able to say, I'm funded by the little people.
90% of my donations came from people donating less than $10.
Which makes them seem like they're grassroots, makes them seem like they are the populist candidate, that their campaigns are funded by the people, not corporations, but the people weren't actually funding them.
And what actually happened was you had one big donation parceled up, and so it looked like 56 different people gave you $10 because that's all they could afford, the poor and downtrodden donating what little they have.
To a movement they believe in.
It's all BS.
It's all bullcrap.
It's all lies.
The evidence suggests ActBlue has been providing thousands of dollars of contribution to Democrat candidates in the name of unsuspecting elderly people in order to allow recipients, such as Representative Crockett, to shield the true source in funds and potentially accept excessive or otherwise illegal contributions, the complaint said.
The FEC, on the basis of clear evidence, should open an investigation into both Representative Crockett and ActBlue's larger scheme, which has been persuasively linked to money laundering for hundreds of millions of dollars to Democrat candidates.
Dan Backer, the lawyer who filed the complaint for the Cool Ridge Reagan Foundation, told the Washington Examiner that the FEC had received the complaint and opened an investigation.
The FEC said it would not comment on enforcement matters until those matters are resolved and closed.
The group also filed complaints to the Department of Justice and Office of Congressional Ethics over the ActBlue allegations and claim voter intimidation towards GOP voters.
ActBlue has been the subject of congressional investigations over the alleged use of straw donors, similar to the allegations in the complaint filed against Crockett.
So, just as a final note on that story, if nothing else, coming out of the Trump administration, It should become clear now how widespread and pervasive the criminal networks occupying our government have been.
And when you really get a full view of the way USA is used, the way that money is trafficked out to either candidates, political candidates, political action groups, choose to fund lawsuits in order to circumvent the electoral process and just intervene at the judicial level.
Like Norm Eisen, and we'll cover him in just a second.
The entire Democratic Party, the entire Democratic movement in this country is utterly fraudulent, totally fake.
It's all just 100% a gigantic paid-for PSYOP by the powers that be.
And it's being exposed, at the very least.
Now it needs to be dismantled.
And the actors need to be rounded up.
And we really have nothing to make us wait.
There's no reason why Jasmine shouldn't be arrested, why people who run ActBlue shouldn't already be arrested, why their bank accounts and their financial transactions shouldn't be wholly confiscated by the authorities rooted through arrests being made.
RICO charges being filed.
I mean, we're dealing with an unimaginably large, powerful, wealthy, and influential mafia, but it's still just a mafia.
It's still just classic criminal mob tactics that we know how to take down if we have the will and desire to do so.
So let's get it done.
Let's get that done.
Please, for the love of God, if you can dismantle this information network, if you can dismantle this Criminal activity.
We could be great again.
We really could.
Meanwhile, Texas authorities have video of Austin Metcalfe-Carmelo Anthony confrontation before the fatal stabbing.
So this is the white guy, white football star who was stabbed at the track meet by the black kid.
Authorities have reportedly collected video evidence of the confrontation between two Texas teens that resulted in the fatal stabbing during a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas on April 2nd.
Carmelo Anthony, 17, has been charged with first-degree murder and the death of Austin Metcalf, 17. Police said Anthony allegedly confessed to the killing on claims of self-defense.
The release of the video evidence could be key material for the outcome of the case.
Dominique Alexander of the Next Generation Action Network, a civil rights organization, informed the public during a press conference on April 8th.
That investigators have collected video of the fatal confrontation and urged the community to stop spreading misinformation about the case online.
Anthony has been held in custody on a $1 million bail for allegedly stabbing Metcalfe to death during a track meet at Kirkendall Stadium.
According to police report, Metcalfe asked Anthony to leave a tent set up for Metcalfe's track team.
Anthony reportedly refused to leave the tent, which sparked the confrontation between the pair, who were on opposing teams.
As the altercation escalated, Anthony allegedly reached into his bag, pulled out a knife, and stabbed Metcalfe to death.
Authorities said the defendant confessed the killing in an interview and claimed he stabbed Metcalf in an act of self-defense, as indicated in the report.
One witness said Metcalf touched Anthony, while another said he grabbed Anthony during the confrontation.
According to the report, the incident has since garnered national attention.
And so he's not going to face a death penalty or life in prison.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 12th, so I'm not sure if that happened or not.
But they apparently have the video.
It has not been released, which means we know everything it entails.
Which means we know exactly what was in it.
It's a video of the black kid stabbing the white kid for no discernible reason and in total cold blood.
Because if it was anything else, then the video would be released.
You get that, right?
If it was literally any other situation, they would release that video.
If it was actually self-defense, they would have released the video.
This is just speculation on my part, but it's correct.
And that's the way that the media is manipulated to either build up or play down racial aspects of these conflicts.
The craziest thing about it, though, is that...
Carmelo Anthony has received nearly half a million dollars in funds from GoFundMe because he killed a white guy.
Which, like, do you understand what a crazy precedent that is?
Do you get how utterly insane that reality is that it's just a fact now?
That if you're like a black kid in America, you can just stab a white kid and your family is set for life.
Doesn't matter who the white kid is.
Doesn't have to be an important person.
That's more money than assassinations cost.
I've watched enough true crime to know that people are hiring killers out there for like 10,000 bucks.
You know, some guy wants his wife to disappear.
So he contacts a gang member that he knows.
You know, $20,000, $10,000.
That's about the going rate for a murder.
Half a million dollars for killing a person.
Yeah, just kind of shocking and horrifying, quite frankly.
unidentified
Crazy.
harrison smith
Crazy, crazy signal we're sending to people.
And I don't even...
I mean, I guess it's legal.
I guess you can collect funds to defend yourself.
But, you know, there are laws against making profit out of your crime.
Right? Like, you know, if Ted Bundy writes a book about his serial killings, he doesn't get the money.
It goes to the victims.
But what about crowdsourcing half a million dollars?
And the other thing...
I wish I'd grab the video.
I saw a video of Anthony...
Why am I blanking on his name?
Radio. Radio star from Opian Anthony.
Kumia, thank you.
There's a video of Anthony Kumia covering another video.
I wish I could find that original video.
But essentially there's like a trend now.
It's sort of like a social media thing.
Basically you have black content creators who...
Have made a job out of going and annoying white people.
And in this case, it was literally the exact setup as Carmelo Anthony.
And it was a couple white guys sitting in a tent at a sporting event.
You know, watching the tent.
Kind of like a tailgating type of situation.
But the black kids basically come in and start annoying the white kids.
And then when the white kids tell them to leave...
Black kids, like, make a big scene, and it's all for social media, just to, like, oh, black kids kicked out by white kids.
Oh, no, fight ensues.
But going to deliberately antagonize people like strangers that don't know, white people, in order to get them to respond, in order to claim racism, in order to, you know, perpetuate that idea or get views or whatever.
And it's like, yeah, I mean...
We have a construct in America today where black people know this is the case.
They know...
I mean, they might not have known exactly how successful Carmelo Anthony would be, but the idea of you're going to get the benefit of the doubt, you're going to have a massive community supporting you, you're going to be funded, even if you're totally guilty, even if you're a completely cold-blooded murderer,
it doesn't matter.
You're going to get the benefit of the doubt.
The media is going to be on your side.
The judicial system is going to be on your side.
The community is going to throw money at you to the tune of half a million dollars.
Even though you're completely in the wrong, you murdered somebody, like it doesn't matter anymore.
This is the poison that's been seeded into our country for half a decade, and we're showing symptoms, let's just say.
So I'd love to find that video.
I don't know if the crew can try to find it.
I saw it on X about a week ago.
So it's going to be impossible to find.
But yeah, it was Anthony Cumia going over a video.
It was exactly like Carmelo Anthony.
I wonder if the police have this video.
I wonder if they were filming beforehand.
I wonder if this was a let's go antagonize white people as a prank.
Only ended up with the white guy standing up for himself and getting stabbed in the heart.
In return.
So let's go out to your calls now.
Let's go to Kurt in Nova Scotia on line two.
We've got a bunch of Canadian callers today.
Kurt, go ahead.
You're on the air.
unidentified
Good morning, Harrison.
It's a pleasure to talk to you.
harrison smith
Good to hear from you, Kurt.
What's going on?
You say you have a Canadian perspective on things.
unidentified
Well, sort of.
But I don't know if it's a Canadian perspective.
As it is, like, my perspective on things that what you guys, Alex, and the rest of you good people have been talking about for quite some time, I think it totally got escalated after Occupy Wall Street.
You know, there's no doubt that everything, all the cultural stuff started after that and Obama's second term.
And they just put this into full speed in Europe as well.
So all their plans basically got kicked in from that.
Occupy Wall Street scared the shit out of them.
Other than that, they did the perfect thing not to get involved with that because there was no leaders to that, like, not worldwide.
And they basically didn't know what they wanted.
They just knew that something was wrong.
And quite a few of them were socialists.
They did see what was wrong, and that scares the guys going in the helipad to their homes and mansions, you know, and seeing this.
And it metastasized to every town and country, city, all over the world.
Never happened a thing like that.
So I think that kick-started their thing.
Anyhow, I started to realize myself that things were going south.
Like when I seen basically the United States during the Obama thing was at a proxy war with itself in Yemen because they had given Iran the money to fight and they all were fighting and the military industrial complex has been used in that place like that because nobody cares,
right? Like if a tree falls in the forest, that's been going on quite some time.
So I noticed things then and then I noticed a really big China problem in my country.
And this was, like, pre-COVID.
And for years, I've seen it, just what we were doing with it and everything else.
So then COVID seems to be getting along.
And, of course, as you know, we went as draconian, if not more than anyone at different times.
And, like, personally, in Nova Scotia here, we voted in a conservative government.
But they might as well have been, like...
You know, like a Rushi Sunak government or a Boris Johnson government or a Rob Ford government from Ontario.
This guy immediately, after he was voted in, it was quite apparent why people voted in.
It was a landslide in Nova Scotia.
But he turned around within two weeks after being in and just took away our rights.
Didn't allow us in restaurants.
And it was so crazy.
That you could work in a restaurant without getting vaccinated, but you weren't allowed to go in one.
harrison smith
Yeah, no, it doesn't make any sense.
Luckily, your most likely next PM is Mark Carney, right?
And he was the former Bank of England chief who was at the forefront in the total spear tip of the COVID lockdowns in the first place.
He is basically being rewarded now for his...
The position, the activity, the influence he wielded during COVID to bring about lockdown and all of the disaster and chaos.
That was Mark Carney.
He was at the Bank of England at the time, or a former Bank of England chief, whatever they call themselves.
So yeah, it's only going to get worse, Kurt, unless Canada pulls itself out of the mire and stops falling for these lies.
I encourage you to check out PPC.
For my limited awareness of what's going on in Canada, they seem to be the only party that's actually conservative even a little bit.
Conservatives are just liars in Canada.
unidentified
All right, welcome back folks.
You know, that last caller from Canada
Got me thinking about Mark Carney.
Again, another name that cropped up as I was listening to that book.
I'll find the actual name of the book I was reading this weekend.
harrison smith
But it's good to go back and revisit.
It was called Shut Down How COVID Shook the World's Economy by Adam Tooze.
It's good to go back and revisit how it all happened.
Because even if you know...
Things crop up.
You go, oh yeah, it was that guy, wasn't it?
Oh yeah, there was that Imperial College study that changed everything.
I forgot about that.
Who put that together again?
And then you start connecting dots and really discovering the actual impetus behind everything we went through.
But Mark Carney was a governor of the Bank of England.
And then during COVID, he was a leading force driving the lockdown in Canada.
Now he is...
In line to be Prime Minister of Canada.
And I have a video of him here talking about what he wants to do to Canada, impose speech laws.
And I think we'll take that into just the overall attack against speech in every nation in the Anglosphere, every English-speaking nation.
I have a bunch of videos of this, and I'll go out to your calls.
But first, clip number 11, Bolshevik puppet.
Mark Carney wants to ban X in Canada and is labeling all patriotic Canadians who oppose the globalist takeover of the country as literal criminals to be arrested.
Let's watch.
mark carney
Large American online platforms have become seas of racism, misogyny, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and hate in all its forms.
And they're being used by criminals to harm our children.
My government will act.
And today we're announcing our plan to fight crime, to protect Canadians, and to build communities that are safe, secure and strong.
A plan to make Canada secure, to make Canada strong.
harrison smith
Secure and strong and censored and dumb and ignorant.
Ignorance is strength after all.
Ignorance is our strength.
They can dress it up however they want.
It's pretty clear and simple what they're doing.
They're imposing censorship against their dissidents.
Anybody that's against what the government's doing, they'll call you racist, they'll call you hateful, and then they'll throw you in jail.
It's very simple.
Pure, tyrannical censorship.
Of course, it's not just Canada.
It is, in particular, these former Commonwealth nations or current Commonwealth nations, Australia, Canada, New Zealand.
It's the five eyes.
The UK is the worst of all.
But in Australia, they're giving them a run for their money.
Let's go to clip number seven now.
Mandated racial discrimination law in Australia.
Let's watch.
unidentified
This should terrify every single Australian.
Victoria's new hate speech laws exclude white people.
So if you're white, racial abuse, discrimination is basically state mandated under the law.
You are not protected.
You're not safeguarded.
You get nothing.
To sum up the law, the reason it is so vicious and disgusting is because of what's being dubbed the Sam Kerr clause, which is basically that if you're white, you will not be afforded the same protections as other people who commit crimes.
It means your justice will basically be...
Not as fair as anyone else.
It is state-mandered racial discrimination.
It's not even just two-tiered justice in Australia.
It's multi-tiered.
And if you're white, male and a Christian, you're at the bottom of the barrel.
And by the way, so everyone knows, anti-white racism is still racism.
And guess who's pushing this?
Labor and the Greens, the same virtue-signalling parasites that champion diversity and inclusion, while cheering on state-approved hatred against white people.
So, Australia, we need to wake up before white Australians are second-class citizens in this country.
harrison smith
Well, it's too late for that.
It's too late for that, obviously.
So, we again...
We've covered this in the UK where they openly have two-tier policing.
I mean, that's what they call it.
Like, we have two-tier policing.
White people will be held to account.
They'll be given the full charge, but everybody else will be given leniency.
And that's on the books now.
I mean, the English have created an apartheid system in which they are on the bottom.
It's insane, but that's the truth, and that's what's actually happening.
And it gets insane.
I have, like, five videos from the UK just from this weekend.
First, clip number 30. British patriot arrested...
For chanting, come on, England, in England.
So he's in England.
He's at a protest.
That's like a Palestinian flag's waving.
And he's shouting, come on, England.
Let's go, England.
And he gets arrested.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Come on, England!
Come on, England!
Go, man!
harrison smith
Police start following him.
unidentified
People at the yellow vest start following him.
harrison smith
There's the police putting their hands on him.
unidentified
Why?
harrison smith
He hasn't done anything.
unidentified
He said,"Come on, England." You can't really hear too much of what's going on.
harrison smith
But he's being followed.
The police are, like, stepping on the back of his shoes.
unidentified
He's like,"All right, then just arrest me." And so they arrest him.
harrison smith
They pull his hands behind his back, and they shove him in a paddy wagon.
unidentified
Love milk for no man.
You're not a big one man.
They would say it ain't gonna be good.
He's walking down the street saying England, England, England and they're arresting him.
harrison smith
We can bring the audio down now.
There they go.
Loading him into the prison van and off he goes.
There you go.
Massive protest.
Thousands of people on the streets waving flags.
One guy is saying England, England, come on England and he's thrown into a van and arrested.
Probably sentenced.
To racial aggravation or some other absurd thing.
If it sounds unbelievable to you, wake up.
It's time to wake up.
It's time to wake up.
You literally just saw a man being arrested in a protest in England for shouting, come on, England.
So there it is.
So that's what's happening.
Clip number 31. A person from the UK who I guess was hard of hearing, was partially deaf, but said, speak English to somebody.
And it's a hate crime.
unidentified
Let's go to clip 31. You may have filmed some of this interaction with the mayor.
No? Because if you do, that would be really handy for us.
But apparently during some conversations between yourself, you have alleged, we weren't here, so I don't know how you said it, but you've alleged to say, speak English.
Or what's that effect?
jeffrey clark
Speak clearly.
unidentified
Speak clearly.
No, the gentleman's passed on the desk.
Yeah, he can't speak clearly.
Yeah. So I couldn't even hear him.
No, that's fine.
And that's why we've just come to speak, because potentially someone could perceive that as a hate crime.
Then we just know this was going on.
People, you know, if someone says to me, officer, I believe this, then we need to look at it because someone's potentially reporting.
We could be doing actual policing.
you.
harrison smith
So a partially deaf man says, speak clearly.
A person who clearly doesn't speak English thinks he says speak English.
They go to the police and say, that man told me to speak English.
And the police go over with the intention of arresting him for a hate crime because he said, speak English.
Now, he didn't say speak English.
The problem is that the person he was talking to didn't speak English, so they thought that's what he said.
A little bit ironic, I guess.
But he's lucky he wasn't arrested for a hate crime.
Even if he said speak English.
Is that a hate crime?
Is that in England?
Asking somebody if they could speak English and you'll be arrested by the police.
Things you can be arrested for in England.
Chanting England, England, come on England.
Asking somebody to speak English.
Accidentally posting an incorrect article.
That somebody else published.
Defending yourself against a rapist.
I mean, what other crimes?
Praying in your house.
Praying outside of an abortion clinic.
Being outside of an abortion clinic.
What else can you get arrested for in England?
It's one thing if you want to censor and ban actual hate speech.
I'm not for it.
I'm against it.
I could at the very least understand the argument.
Somebody's out there saying all Muslims must be killed.
Like, well, that guy's trying to start trouble.
You can make the argument that it's hate speech.
Saying speak English is not even remotely close to hate speech.
Chanting, come on, England, cannot possibly in any regard be construed as hate speech.
So people in England are being arrested for being English, basically.
basically they're being arrested for being English.
Doesn't end there.
It doesn't end there.
Clip number 33. We've had exclusive access to police raids on high street barbershops and mini-marts across England.
This is actually less of a...
We can go to the video, but it's less of a speech issue as it is.
Like, they're arresting people for saying, speak English.
Well, meanwhile, they've imported millions upon millions of foreigners that are setting up tens of thousands of fake businesses to launder money through because they're criminals.
unidentified
Let's go to clip number 33. Right, let's go in, let's go in, go.
The British High Street.
Please! Stay where you are!
For the first time.
This is what these shops are set up to do, selling illegal tobacco.
We go inside the barbershops and mini-marts.
We've got powers to deal with them, but there's that many, we can't cope.
Suspected fronts for money laundering.
Each barbershop on that street is earning £100,000.
People trafficking.
A lot of Kurdish internationals, a lot of illegal immigrants.
harrison smith
Oh wow, you don't say.
unidentified
International crime gangs are in our towns and cities.
Hands up.
For all to see.
This leads to the demise of the high street and it gives the perception that criminals have the run of the high streets and nobody wants that in their local communities.
harrison smith
Well, arrest her for racism immediately.
After all, it's not men named John Smith.
It's not, you know, Ralph Appleby that is setting up these human trafficking storefronts.
It's all of the illegals.
It's all of the foreigners.
So this is the situation in England.
You're overrun with foreigners.
They're systematically taking over your high streets and running drug and human trafficking rings out of the fake barbershops they set up.
They're all foreign.
They're all illegal immigrants, or legal immigrants, doesn't really matter.
They're all imports, newly arrived, committing these massive crimes.
But if you speak out against it, the police will arrest you.
Or if you even dare to question it, the police will arrest you.
Or at this point, certain places in the UK, you simply have a dog.
The police might arrest you.
Let's go now to clip number 32. People calling for the introduction of dog-free zones to tackle racism.
That is to comply with the Muslim demand of Sharia law-compliant exclusion zones where you're not allowed to have a dog and the mere presence of dog will be construed that you hate Muslims and are attacking them.
Let's watch.
unidentified
If you live in the UK, your life is about to change drastically.
Seriously, if you drive or own a dog, get out.
So we all know there's been some pretty heavy stuff happening in the UK recently.
Especially in London where you've got the whole EULES situation.
And now we've even got these new cameras, if you see this, run.
These will now capture sound, so if you're listening to music too loud or your car's too loud, you can get points.
Yep, I know.
Now though, in recent news in the last 24 hours, the UK is set to ban dogs in certain areas and have dog-free zones in a bid to tackle racism.
Reportedly, this is to allow people of different ethnic backgrounds to be more included in their social and environmental groups.
To begin with, it's going to be rolled out in Wales, so if you live there, this is happening.
On top of this, though, you probably all remember the talk about pay per mile.
They basically got laughed out in court and they just said,"We ain't doing that." But it looks like they could be in central London, almost like a congestion charge part two, where you could pay £2 per mile you drive in London.
That is insane.
People are freaking out about both of these things, so let me know your thoughts and I'll keep you updated.
harrison smith
Yeah. Pretty insane.
So, yeah, dog-free zones because having dogs is racist.
Meanwhile, man guilty of stealing, of selling fake halal meat to restaurants.
A food wholesaler has been found guilty of fraud by falsely distributing chicken as halal meat and putting unsafe food on the market.
It's not actually unsafe, it's just not halal.
Hamil Mia, 46, from Cardiff, who is the owner of Universal Food Wholesale Limited, has been charged and found guilty of selling fake halal meat.
He's been remanded in custody until the sentencing, but Judge Bonanza Francis told Mia he could face up to 10 years in prison.
10 years in prison for selling food that wasn't actually halal.
Nobody died.
Nobody was poisoned.
No E. coli outbreak.
It was just normal chicken.
It was just normal, not tortured to death chicken.
So now he's got to go to jail for 10 years for offending the caliphate of England.
And on the same time all this is happening, hundreds of small boat migrants arrive across the English Channel.
A record day of arrivals in 2025.
So 623 small boat migrants illegally crossed the English Channel today in the biggest single day of arrivals this year.
So the flood continues to rise as laws continue to change to discriminate against and disadvantage the natives in favor of the hostile foreigners and criminal interlopers.
We will be arrested for 10 years if you don't comply to their halal meat.
Your dog just has to stay inside all the time now.
You have to stay inside too, but don't pray inside or you might be arrested.
You might be arrested for playing your music too loud inside your own car.
And if you do work up the ability to even leave your home, you'll be charged by the mile for how much you drive because they have to fight climate change.
And finally, we have this.
Whites need not apply.
British police force blocks applications in favor of diversity candidates.
White applicants from British or Eastern European backgrounds are at a disadvantage when applying for entry-level police constable roles at one of UK's largest police forces, according to reports by the Telegraph newspaper.
It has emerged at the West Yorkshire...
Yorkshire police permits black, Asian, and minority ethnic candidates to submit job applications all year round, but white people must wait for specific recruitment drives, sparking accusations of positive discrimination, or just discrimination.
The police force claims a move is designed to boost diversity numbers and make police more reflective of the area's multicultural society.
So first, they'll flood your neighborhood with millions of hostile foreigners that you don't want.
But aren't allowed to speak out against.
And now those hostile foreigners are being deliberately given positions of power in the police force as the natives are deliberately excluded.
And then they're saying, this is given rise to accusations of discrimination.
Or what the discrimination has.
Or what the open, blatant, pronounced discrimination is leading to allegations of discrimination, you don't say.
So that's what it's like in the English-speaking world these days.
And I can even show you videos.
Here in America of things like a guy being arrested for watching a sunset or sunrise outside of his own house because the police were called by somebody.
It's like, there's a man sleeping on a bench.
He's like, I live right here.
I'm just out in my front yard.
And the police arrest him for refusing to give over his ID because we're all being slowly boiled in a pot like frogs and the tyranny is rising up to insurmountable and uncontainable levels.
And we're rapidly losing the very small window of opportunity we have to reset and reverse this course before it's too late.
And that is a global conflict with global implications, global tyranny being leveled.
With that, we go out to your calls.
Let's go to Ginny in Baltimore on line eight.
Ginny in Baltimore, go ahead.
You're on the air about tax day.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Good morning.
Thank you so much for taking my call, Harrison.
harrison smith
My pleasure.
unidentified
I was ready to do my taxes and not looking forward to that, trying to resist.
So I texted my father, who lives in D.C., and he's in his 80s and, quote-unquote, well-educated, retired from a major university in science and engineering.
And one thing he did instill in me from a very early age was that I needed to be humble towards those who had less than I. And I took that to heart my entire life.
I think that saying somebody's like, or this woke culture verbiage we use is a little bit like a mask for those who really...
Kind of saw the true reality.
Mine was in 2016.
I say woke up, but don't tell people I'm woke because that's completely distorted.
Anyway, back to tax day.
So I'm paying my taxes today.
I'm just going to read these to you, okay?
So I said, I'm paying my taxes today.
None too soon, he says.
Death and taxes, as they say.
We paid a huge taxes bill this year with a frowny face, I ask.
Back to him.
How much did you pay?
Here's his answer.
I don't remember exactly, but a few thousand dollars.
We live in a country that is expensive to run and very generous with its citizens and their needs.
I have traveled in places where taxes are low and the government does little for the people so I don't begrudge paying high taxes for the concomitant benefits and rights we receive.
America the beautiful.
Then I replied, I agree, except that the system needs an audit.
Thank God for Doge.
All right, so then he writes back.
What do you suspect they would find that's inappropriate?
Well, I guess he hasn't been listening to MSM or any kind of news.
And then he goes on.
Of course it is audited.
Lots of civilian checks and balances.
We are not being duped.
He's obviously not listening.
American life is very expensive to maintain.
What specific cost paid by the government would you get rid of?
It just goes on and on.
I haven't replied.
There is no such thing as a quote-unquote free lunch.
Most proposed cuts I hear suggested would cause a significant reduction in any individual tax rates and the poor would see their benefits reduced and their marginal rates go right back up.
It's been tried.
If you really want to help the needy poor and sick, you have to pay for it somehow.
And it is, after all, America is a Beautiful that we are talking about.
I've been reading a lot about this lately.
shit. And very few, or what he's read is, oh, I don't know, very few people who complain about high taxes offer no practical alternative for helping the poor so the poor directly and indirectly.
Well, I would say, Dad, it hasn't really worked whenever they had tried.
Not if we're going to help the poor as much as we do Americans.
harrison smith
Yeah, no, I love that.
I mean, that is a very, you know, accurate representation, I think, of like, you know, the average lefty liberal normie out there.
That's basically it, right?
The government is good.
How dare you say it's bad?
It has checks and balances, so it has to be good.
How dare you question it?
And all I'd say to him is the government is the last thing in the world that makes America great.
He talks about, I've been to other countries where the tax burden is low, and what he's insinuating is it sucks there.
It sucks there, and he sees that as...
It's because they don't have enough taxes, because the government isn't strong enough.
The American government could disappear tomorrow, and the American people would still be just as generous, just as capable, just as powerful, just as giving, just as like all of these things.
That's innate in America.
The government was born from that and has since corrupted, perverted, distorted, and largely destroyed that sense in America.
You know, lifestyle and our prosperity did not come from the government.
It came from America, and the government has done everything it can to hamper and, you know, prevent our continued expansion and prosperity and, you know, comfort.
So it's just, it's sad.
These people think that the government has anything to do with, you know, our lifestyle and anything.
I mean, a small government run by good people.
Is far better than a gigantic government run by criminals and scumbags.
So, yeah, very interesting insight.
And I like hearing that stuff because we don't often hear from just your average normie out there, but I think that's a very accurate, typical average view of the average normie.
Thank you for the call, Jenny.
I'm sorry, I do want to get to at least one more call.
Brian in Texas, we're only about 30 seconds left, but go ahead, Brian, you're on the air about that decapitated soccer ball incident.
unidentified
Yeah, what town did that happen in?
harrison smith
I read New Mexico.
unidentified
Oh, New Mexico, okay.
I'll tell you what, that last caller, amazing.
You both are exactly right.
If the government disappeared tomorrow, you'd have millions of Americans standing up and saying, hey, what can I do to help?
harrison smith
Exactly. Exactly.
And the government basically just hampers and prevents us from actually helping people.
This is all just very simple.
It's exhausting to have to have these conversations over and over, but a lot of people are still asleep, folks.
Stay tuned.
jeffrey clark
First, one of the original sins of government that has carried and caused the poor treatment of the January 6th protester defendants is the lawless formation of the House Select Committee, the January 6th Committee,
leading to it acting in a one-sided and due-process-free way.
That committee was gerrymandered by Speaker Pelosi, operated without a ranking member or counsel to the ranking member.
Liz Cheney was granted vice chair status to try to cover that up.
The committee then had a series of carefully scripted by Hollywood hearings where the entire Q&A path was pre-written and meshed with cherry-picked snippets of highly edited video and audio-doctored video.
The committee interviewed 1,000-plus witnesses, it says, but only about 200 transcripts have been released.
Second, the January 6th committee worked with regime media.
The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and MSNBC, etc.
In that way, the fake narrative that an insurrection had occurred on January 6th was blasted everywhere.
Based on secretly recorded video, we now have on tape Nancy Pelosi's documentarian daughter and her friends admitting that no real insurrection ever occurred.
The collective effect of the January 6th committee's shameful way of proceeding, plus the reinforcing media blitz, poisoned the jury pool in Washington, D.C. Trial venue transfers out of D.C. should have been permitted.
Media narrative mongering, indeed, was also the pre-original sin, therefore, of this entire issue because it laid the groundwork for the January 6th select committee's hatchet jobs.
Many of the defendants were swept up in a vast dragnet that I believe violated the Fourth Amendment because it was the equivalent of a general warrant that our framers sought to ban.
This was done through the use of geofencing technology and cell phone data warrants sent to telecom providers.
Additionally, many protesters arriving after President Trump's speech in the ellipse had finished did not see any signage that areas normally open to the public were closed that day, setting up a trespass trap for the unwary.
The Justice Department did not treat these cases with appropriate respect for the First Amendment rights of the protesters.
The 2020 presidential election was incredibly contentious and many citizens in this country disagreed with mainstream media pronouncements that they should, in essence, sit down and shut up about the election and how it was conducted.
By contrast, I was at the Justice Department getting daily updates about the Marco Hatfield Federal Courthouse in Portland being attacked night after night after night in the summer of 2020.
Insurrection is a far more appropriate moniker for that targeted Antifa lawlessness than a largely spontaneously assembled crowd being agitated by tear gas and rubber bullets.
Yet the First Amendment issues led to the self-agitators in Portland being treated very differently and with special kid gloves.
This takes me to my fifth point.
The January 6th defendants have not been dealt with in the same fashion as the Antifa and BLM protesters in 2020 who engaged in terrible conduct, threatened the White House, did millions of damage to property in that summer in the lead-up to the presidential election.
This is a flat violation in terms of comparing those two categories of defendants or potential defendants of equal protection of the laws.
Many Americans think the selective prosecution on display here is blatant.
There are widespread Brady violations as to how these defendants are being dealt with today, and I'll confine that to just two areas for our purposes today.
First, the concealed or underreported footage issue around the Capitol.
So the House is to be commended for allowing Tucker Carlson, Julie Kelly, and John Solomon to review the footage.
And second, it's hard to imagine that with 800-plus or so unreleased January 6th committee deposition transcripts that there's not at least some exculpatory evidence in there that has not yet been seen by the relevant defendants and their lawyers.
The January 6th committee, in short, acted like a star chamber, and there is no reason for this Congress to let that go on.
Seventh and lastly, the judges on the federal district court here in Washington, D.C. seem to have come under the spell of the January 6th committee's original sin, and in that way they allowed the constructed mainstream media narrative to influence their decisions.
And as a legal matter, they're by and large allowing a statute designed to close an obstruction of justice loophole that Arthur Anderson exploited in the Enron debacle to be applied to entirely different activity that in many instances is...
harrison smith
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, joined today by my guest, Casey Whelan.
He's an investigative journalist and creator of North Idaho Exposed.
You will recognize him from the video we aired last week of him confronting the mayor's office in Boise after they chose to defy the law by having a trans flag despite the order to take it down.
You can follow him on Rumble at North Idaho Exposed and on Twitter at Casey underscore Whalen.
Mr. Whalen, thank you so much for joining us.
casey whalen
Thank you so much for having me on today, Harrison.
I appreciate it.
harrison smith
Well, it's my pleasure.
And I talk to a lot of people from Idaho.
Somehow. I have family in Idaho, but it wasn't a big part of my sort of awareness until I started working in Infowars, getting involved in politics, and I realized not only is Idaho like a really amazing place for conservative politics and the way things are done there is very interesting,
but it's also very disturbing how liberal it's becoming or how they're trying to make inroads.
I mean, I'm shocked every time I see a story out of Idaho about this liberal infiltration.
And the absurdity that's going on there, because you think of it as such a hardcore right-wing place, tell us about this law that was passed and what the Boise mayor is doing in response to it.
casey whalen
Yeah, sure.
And I think Idaho is really no different than any other state for the most part.
We have the power centers that are being targeted by people moving here from other places and trying to change politics here.
But House Bill 96 was signed by Governor Little on April 3rd.
Just a couple weeks ago.
And after that was signed, it limited what municipalities and the like are allowed to display as far as flags are concerned on the premises.
And I guess for the last 10 years, there's been a pride or a trans flag outside of City Hall.
And the mayor, McLean, has decided to not take down that trans flag and has since actually added a second flag that's against the...
The new law, a donor flag.
So there's now two flags.
So she basically stuck her finger in people's eyes, just making her point.
harrison smith
Yeah, just flaunting the law.
And we watched the video last week where you actually went in to demand that the law be followed.
And you were brushed off, and it was a very interesting video for a number of reasons.
Sort of the attitude of the people that were lying to you, saying, oh, the guy that does the flight, he's not here right now.
And you're like, all right, well, I'm going to go find him.
You just go down and talk to the guy himself.
I mean, there were a lot of things about this video that were extremely interesting, but I understand that's the second confrontation you've had.
Is that right?
casey whalen
Yeah, I actually started out years ago as a First Amendment auditor, so this is old hat for me to go into public buildings and essentially confront our public employees and let them know.
What the law is.
I saw this as a potential opportunity.
I'm originally from North Idaho and I've been embedded in Southern Idaho as an investigative journalist trying to help facilitate some stories.
So I tried to do this in January when Trump came in office and was trying to purge DEI.
I really tried to proactively go after the LGBTQ Marxist indoctrination in public buildings and in school districts.
And so essentially, it was a really interesting video because you got to see the receptionist at the city of Boise mayor's office basically just kind of making up that the maintenance person isn't there.
They don't know where the office is.
And it was pretty interesting.
And so that essentially lit the fuse for this story to go viral.
And since then, the mayor's been interviewed.
I actually sent you a clip to...
A Channel 6 interview with Mayor McLean.
It's the second link at timestamp, one minute, eight seconds, if you want to play her feedback from, she was questioned a couple days after I put out that video.
And you can kind of see what she says.
She essentially says, though, that she's just trying to uphold the rights of the citizens and the community, but yet sending a very mixed message.
harrison smith
Yeah, we'll pull that video in.
We don't have that video quite yet, but I would like to see what the mayor has to say for himself.
One of the interesting things about that video was that the receptionist clearly knew about the law and knew probably that it should have, you know, been followed.
Basically, you're like, hey, you still have that flag up.
And he's like, oh, you mean H.R. 96?
That doesn't come into effect till July.
I mean, he knew what you were talking about and, you know, tried to sort of brush you off.
We're saying, oh yeah, we're definitely going to follow that, but that doesn't come into application until July.
But in fact, as you point out in the video, this was an emergency law, meaning that it was to go into effect immediately, not wait until the July deadline.
Is that right?
casey whalen
Yeah, that's correct.
So because it was passed under an emergency, it goes into effect immediately.
So that was on April 3rd when the governor signed it.
And then ironically, after this all kind of came out, there was another house still.
House Bill 6. And that doesn't actually go into effect until July 31st, unfortunately.
But what that does is it allows the AG and his successors to bring criminal charges against city elected officials, not just those holding county positions.
And that was signed on April 4th.
So there is something that the AG can do, but it doesn't sound like that will happen likely until July, the end of July.
harrison smith
And I mean, there's so many things about this that I think are emblematic.
And one of them is this fact that they're going to try to use these little workarounds to not follow the law.
I mean, the law makes sense because it simply says that on government property, on official flagpoles of the state of Idaho, you should only have, what is it, the state flag, the American flag, and flags of other states, right?
And that's pretty much it.
Am I missing any?
casey whalen
Military flags and Indian tribal flags, too.
Tribal flags and military flags.
Yeah, so she kept the trans flag up and then added another flag just to add insult to injury.
But there is actually a law in Idaho code.
It's Title 18, Crimes and Punishments, and it says that except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed in this code...
Every offense is declared to be a misdemeanor and is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
So there is something that can be done, but as we know, the police departments work for the city, and the sheriff of Ada County, I guess, is a bit aligned with this Marxist ideology, I guess, from what it sounds like.
So it doesn't sound like really anybody in law enforcement is willing to step up and...
harrison smith
Yeah, and this again is just the frustrating part because you know if those same police were ordered to shut down a business during COVID, totally unconstitutional, totally no law saying they have to do that, but they're willing to do that.
And with such a dangerous situation we're in where these low-level people with bare minimum authority, police or even a mayor, it's nothing compared to a governor or any of these, but they'll use their petty tyrancy to Ignore laws they want to ignore and then impose laws that aren't actually laws but have the color of law on it.
I mean, it's weird and it's dangerous.
And again, it makes sense that you would have this law, that the official government should only fly official government flags.
Here you have the mayor sort of just flying a flag of her own proclivity, of her own ideology.
That's not the ideology held by all Idahoans.
It doesn't represent them.
Why should her ideology and her, frankly, perverse ideology be given the honor and glory of being flown next to the American flag?
I understand we do have that clip ready now.
So let's go to the statement of the mayor, and we'll get your response on the other side.
Here's the mayor of Boise.
unidentified
For nearly 10 years, the city has been flying the pride flag, and we will continue to do so because we are a safe and welcoming city that values all comers.
And just like we...
Are using this month to signify our support for organ donors.
We want to be clear that everybody in our community matters.
We're doing what we've always done and supporting our residents.
What about your neighbors a block and a half away?
Well, they went home a little while ago, and I'm focused on Boise and Boisians.
harrison smith
As if they're not Boisians, so we can take it down.
So again, they have this way of presenting their position, their ideology.
You know, their beliefs as that's normal, that's for everybody.
But then as he points out, what about your neighbor's blog and a half?
You know, what about people that don't like this, that aren't represented by the flag, that don't see it as welcoming or embracing them, but excluding them and, you know, it's anti-them.
I mean, the pride flag is anti-Christian, it's anti-Christ, it's anti-all these things.
So, but she's like, oh, I don't care about them.
I'm talking about Boise.
It's like, is this completely...
It's arbitrary.
It's completely arbitrary.
There's no actual reason for her to fly one flag and not another.
In other words, if you wanted to have a Christian flag fly, she wouldn't do that because she wouldn't see that as inclusive and accepting.
But it's an ideology, and she's flying her flag's ideology and just imposing upon everybody else that this is welcoming and for everybody, even though clearly a lot of people disagree.
What's your take on this?
casey whalen
Absolutely. And what sort of message does this send to the younger generation in the state of Idaho?
It doesn't send a very good message.
I mean, are we not supposed to follow laws now?
Is that sort of the precedent that's being set?
And this is a massive way for people with this ideology to virtue signal, as we've seen throughout the years.
You know, with the borders, illegal immigration, sanctuary cities.
So this is a very slippery slope that's just continuing.
And so what's going to be next?
We're just not going to follow other laws now, I guess, is sort of what's being the message being sent here.
So I think it is very dangerous.
And I think that law enforcement should try to get a handle on it.
You know, the governor, the AG.
Could maybe put out messages, you know, something should be done here.
It's not right.
And it just sends a really bad example for the state.
harrison smith
Here's my question.
I would not ever suggest our audience says anything illegal.
So what's the legality of just taking down the flag yourself?
casey whalen
Yeah, that's been talked about from some people out there in social media to just go up there and just take the flag down.
But of course, you know, They'll be charged with something.
I mean, obviously, there's a sentiment here with the city.
Yeah, right, exactly.
It probably would be a hate crime, actually.
And so we've seen the DOJ since 2022.
They actually have a program.
I don't know if you're aware of it, but it's called United Against Hate.
And they work with local 501c3 nonprofits.
And they try to get the community to report their neighbors for hate incidents.
So the DOJ and the FBI are keeping proactive lists.
On people that are being reported for these potential quote-unquote hate incidents or hate crimes.
So this is a very dangerous time we're living in.
And now with, you know, it's good that we have a new AG, but that program is still ongoing.
And a lot of these 501c3 nonprofits, you know, they have affiliations with human rights organizations.
And there is a, you know, a Marxist ideology.
Embedded in that mindset.
So it's a very dangerous time and people need to be aware that even in your local community, you're likely, if you're conservative and you're out protesting or something, someone doesn't like it, they could potentially report you to the DOJ and the FBI under this program called United Against Hate.
harrison smith
Right. Because hate crimes, I mean, they shouldn't be a thing, but at least they're crimes, right?
Something that you're charged for and have an ability to defend yourself against a hate incident.
It's nothing.
It's somebody's perception.
It's basically the government is tracking people complaining about other people doing things they don't like but aren't criminals.
So you've got the government tracking non-criminal activity as if it is a crime, not punishing it yet, but just keeping track and keeping a list of these things.
It's utterly outrageous.
And again, it's just the frustration of going through the process, winning elections, getting people in power to put your...
Beliefs into law.
The law gets written.
It gets passed.
It's supposed to be enforced.
And then the people who are supposed to enforce it just say, we don't want to.
So it's just like, it's anarcho-tyranny, right?
Because again, as we point out, if somebody actually went to take down the trans flag, which is in violation of the law, they would actually be going as a citizen and forcing the government to comply with its own laws.
And yet, they would be charged with a hate crime.
They would be the ones punished and attacked.
And again, it's just, I don't know if I can think of a better It's an illustration of just the anarcho-tyranny we find ourselves under, where the government can completely ignore its own laws with impunity, but can saddle you with either fines or some sort of charge for things that aren't even crimes.
So it's just completely backwards in both directions.
It reminds me of things like the DEI.
I mean, Trump bans DEI, and all the universities across the country go, okay, yeah, no more DEI.
But our former DEI person will now be called the, you know, Office of Special Access.
And they'll be doing all the same stuff, but we don't call it DEI.
So there's all this, like, ways of working around.
And it's like, how do we deal with this?
How do we handle this situation?
I love how you're handling it.
Tell us what your strategy or just methodology is to confront this phenomenon that's happening across the country.
casey whalen
Yeah, I've been focused on this Marxist topic since 2019 when I went to a drag queen story hour at the Spokane South Hill Library.
And I decided at that point, this is really important, you know, the things that are happening to the children.
So I got into the fight.
But essentially, where was I going with this here?
harrison smith
Well, I love that you actually were going and confronting, and you weren't being obnoxious, and you weren't being abrasive.
You were just going as a citizen and saying, hey, here's the law.
Will you follow it?
And one thing I loved about your video, and I pointed it out while we were watching the video, when the guy says, oh, don't worry, we're going to do that.
I'll contact the guy.
I'll put in the order.
We'll clear that up in a little bit.
It might be a few hours.
And I paused and I said, most people would leave right there.
Most people, once they got that answer, would go, yeah, good, good.
Well, a couple hours then, and then they'd leave.
But you didn't leave.
You were just like, no, it needs to happen right now.
It needs to happen right now.
Where's the guy to do it?
I'll go find him myself.
So this is what we need.
We need citizens going and just...
Making a fuss.
You don't have to be obnoxious.
You don't have to be abrasive, but you do have to be insistent, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and that's how you get things done.
So talk to us a little bit about that concept of confronting or just going and being a citizen activist and trying to get the government to actually obey its own laws.
casey whalen
Yeah, what I was going to say actually was an elite into public records requests.
I do a lot of those.
I've done thousands of them over the years, and that's really an effective way of finding out what's happening.
For instance, in the local school districts here, you mentioned going after the DEI and trying to expunge that from the schools.
I don't really know what the grand solution is to try to get rid of that, but I've seen through the school districts here, there was a teacher actually at a school at Lewis and Clark Middle School in West Ada School District, and in January, she was told to take down a diversity-type poster,
a bunch of multicolored hands with hearts in them.
Everyone is welcome here.
She took it down, and then she put it back up in March, and that caused a big row, of course.
This story went viral in the area.
And what happened was I was doing public records requests, and I found that there were many teachers within West Ada and the Boise school districts that were aligning and supporting this teacher who was willfully defying the school district.
The school has sent out these dear colleague letters within the school districts informing them that they want a neutral classroom where there isn't going to be any DEI-type material in there.
But what has happened is the media will pick it up, and then all these virtue signalers will jump on that bandwagon.
And so I don't really know how we can get out of this mess that we're in, but I think we just have to keep implementing this no DEI in the schools and just...
Kind of weed people out, I guess.
But I would suggest that people do public records requests.
And this is the time to get into the schools.
If you're a parent and you can't do anything because you have a student, you know, you could always share information with other independent journalists in the area.
And that's really the way to go, I think, is to try a way to get out of this mess.
harrison smith
Yeah, bring awareness and make a noise about it and don't let them get away with it.
Because again, we know what...
This ideology is.
Like, they like to frame it as if it's innocent and just, it's welcoming.
It's about welcoming everybody.
But we know what it is.
We know what it means.
We know what the purpose of it is.
It is a hateful, anti-Christian ideology.
Clearly, that's what the rainbow flag represents.
And they can say it doesn't mean anything.
It almost reminds me, this might be such a stretch.
I don't know why I'm thinking of it, but...
But you've got lots of examples of things that are, on their face, totally benign and normal, but like, you know, okay, that's a phrase adopted by a hate group.
Like, you know what it actually means.
We know what, you know, everybody welcome actually means.
It doesn't mean everybody's welcome.
It means we're going to discriminate against white people for the benefit of non-white people because we want equality here in America but not around the world.
How do you deal?
How would you talk to people who...
I just can't understand what you're doing because of the benign nature of the statements of just we're welcoming everybody and everybody's equal here.
What's wrong with that?
Why don't you want people saying that?
I mean, how do you argue with the fact that these hateful ideologies dress themselves up in flowers and rainbows?
casey whalen
I really don't.
I really don't go there, honestly, very much.
I just sort of stay in my own lane and just because I know that there's some people that are propagandized and there's really just nothing you can do.
And so I'm just focused on just trying to find people that want their stories to get out there and expose things that are happening within the school districts and the public institutions.
And I think that's really the way to go about it because I don't – and you can have a conversation with somebody, but largely people are just – they have their own mindset about the way things are, and that's just the way it is.
So I think we just have to keep going, trying to band together with other like-minded people and just try to root this garbage out of our community.
Our public institutions and I did a story with a lady named Sheila Bucher and her daughter went to a school up north in Idaho and she tried to kill herself multiple times by cutting herself.
This is a sixth grader who thought she was a boy named Felix a cat and she'd only went to this school for like a week and then Before that, she went to a private school, but after going to this public school for one week, she started getting these ideas that she was a boy named Felix a cat,
and she tried to cut herself and kill herself.
So it's really sick.
We need to root this out somehow, but I just think that's the way to go, is just to band together with other community-minded people and just expose it, because we have the momentum going for us right now.
harrison smith
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, we are the majority.
We got Trump elected on these ideas.
So I completely agree.
And it's, again, one of the reasons I wanted to have you on, one of the reasons I spent so long playing your video last week, because you are operating a blueprint that can really bring about change.
It doesn't just need to be one person.
I wish it wasn't just Casey Whelan out there.
You know, getting the government to do this.
I mean, if they were being bothered every day by 10 people going up and going, hey, that flag's still up.
That flag's still up.
Do you mind getting that flag down?
I mean, they would have to take it down eventually.
And again, you know, it reminds me, as you're talking about the grooming that goes on in elementary schools, I mean, it does remind me a lot of a story from Colorado we also had last week, where a 17-year-old was basically groomed by her teacher and then was invited to live with her teacher.
And the parents of the student call the cops and go, hey, our kid is in that house without permission.
We want our kid to come home.
And the cop was just like, well, you know, I'm not really going to get involved.
This seems like a civil issue.
And they're like, yeah, but the person's under 18. The cop's like, yeah, but they're 17. So like, that's pretty close.
And it's like, we have laws.
We have laws, and even if they seem arbitrary, even if they seem like, okay, they could be lenient or relaxed, it's the law, okay?
18 is the cutoff.
If they're under 18, they're not an adult.
The parents have the prerogative.
They can call them home.
But, you know, it happens to be when leftists don't like the law, it's like, well, it's all kind of vague, and same thing with this.
It's like the law is don't...
Fly the flag.
So you just can't fly the flag.
But with them, it's always kind of like, nah, maybe we'll do it, maybe we won't.
It's infuriating and it can't last and we can't have a country where people get to choose whether or not they obey the law if they're in a position of power.
That's absurd.
Again, Casey Whalen doing excellent work trying to hold the government to account, trying to get the government to just comply to its own laws.
Is that Alex Newman there with you in the profile picture?
casey whalen
Yeah, Alex Newman and Bill Jasper.
I've done some work in the past with the New American and John Birch Society.
Good friends of mine, yeah.
harrison smith
Absolutely, yeah.
Newman's one of my favorite guests of all time here.
Thank you so much for being with us.
Casey Whelan on Twitter at Casey underscore Whelan.
His Rumble channel is North Idaho Exposed.
Take a page out of this guy's book, man.
Go do what you can.
Be an activist, be peaceful, and get the government to do what's right, even if they don't want to.
Thank you so much for joining us, Mr. Whelan.
casey whalen
Thank you.

All right, folks.
harrison smith
We'll be right back.
Stay with us.
Final segment on the other side.
Don't go anywhere.
Welcome back, folks.

Final segment of the American Journal.
harrison smith
I still have a lot to talk about.
Before I do, I want to remind you that we have a new product at thealexjonesstore.com.
And if you've been watching Alex's show recently, you know that InForce is likely not long for this world, but we will continue operation in a new form with thealexjonesstore.com.
And, of course, you can go to thealexjonesstore.com slash Harrison to let them know who sent you.
And at thealexjonesstore.com slash Harrison, not only will you find incredible supplements like Methylen Blue, the Shilajit, the Irish Seamoss, but also a huge collection of MAGA merchandise, Patriot merchandise.
And now you have the Molon Labe Limited Edition Belt Buckle.
Now I have to say, as an 8th generation Texan, I take...
Texas fashion very seriously.
There's a few things that you get to wear as a Texan.
You get cowboy boots, wear a bandana, wear a bolo tie.
That's a privilege exclusive to us.
And big, awesome belt buckles.
Now, this belt buckle's not too big.
It's sort of the perfect size.
This isn't your cowboy walking around the rodeo showing off the ladies' belt buckle.
It is a classic buckle you can wear every single day.
It says Molan Alabe, of course, meaning come and take it.
Infowars 1776 has got the cross bullets.
It's, I don't know, they must have either stamped metal of some sort.
I don't know.
It's very high quality, very heavy.
Not too heavy, but, you know, some belt buckles will be sort of cheap plastic.
And that's not this.
This is extremely high quality, extremely, I don't know, but precise.
The etching on this, it's got a cool kind of shadow effect with it.
Anyway, it's just a very, very, very nice belt buckle, and there's only a limited edition, so if you want to get one of these, this is the first belt buckle InfoWars has come out with in like 15 years or something.
So you're going to want to get it like I did at thealexjohnstore.com slash Harrison.
Get it today.
Wear it forever.
With that, we go to some major stories that we haven't gotten to yet today.
We did mention during the Daily Dispatch that Fauci, Birx, and other COVID officials are being pursued for murder and other charges in seven states.
Looking to get around the federal preemptive pardon that Joe Biden issued.
But their crimes are significant and widespread.
And it goes from the creation of COVID.
Under dubious circumstances, the lying about the origin of the virus to cover up their complicity in its creation, the conspiracy to run a public relations operation to disguise the fact that they had their hand in the creation,
which, of course, massively hampered the ability for other medical professionals to actually understand and therefore treat, confront, limit.
Diminish the effects of the virus.
So there's that.
There's the fact that, again, they covered up the release in the first place.
Would have been much, much easier to deal with this issue if we confronted it early on.
And now we know from the release last week that in at least October or November of 2019, the powers that be were aware of the virus and aware that people from the U.S. have been infected at the military games.
But finally, five years on since the attack against humanity that was the COVID virus, the COVID vaccine is finally starting to be understood in the full scope of its deadly potential.
So it wasn't just the virus and the release and the lockdowns and the shutdowns and the destroyed education potential and the eradication of the entire economy for a very long time, resulting in...
It wasn't just that.
All of that was a prelude to and a build-up for the vaccine release, which is the real crime.
Now, Vigilant Fox has a thread on this.
Yale study quietly confirms COVID vaccine nightmare.
They told you the shot would stay in your arm.
That was a lie.
They said the spike protein would degrade quickly.
That was a lie.
Yale researchers tracked vax-injured patients over time, and they were shocked to learn that some individuals were still producing spike protein 709 days after vaccination.
That's almost two years.
But that wasn't all they found.
The study should alarm every vaccinated person.
This wasn't a fringe study.
It was led by Yale scientists, including immunologists who originally supported the vaccine rollout.
Their findings should be front-page news, but the media is silent, and the COVID shot is still being...
Not just recommended, but mandated by the vaccine schedule.
Midwestern Doc broke it down in a Substack article titled, Yale just proved COVID vaccine injury exists and spike protein production persists for years.
These Yale researchers believed mRNA shots would help fight COVID and even long COVID.
They've since changed their stance.
Why? Because the data forced them to.
Finally, we're getting actual science in this regard.
The study here, immunological and antigenic signatures associated with chronic illnesses after COVID-19 vaccination.
So, of course, they recognize that there are persistent illnesses after vaccination.
They were just desperate to frame this as long COVID or some sort of basically anything other than what it was, which was a vaccine side effect.
The Yale researchers found clear biological proof that in some people, mRNA-spiked protein production did not stop following vaccination.
Instead, it persisted, triggering autoimmunity, suppressing immune function, and reactivating dormant viruses.
These people aren't just feeling off.
They had objectively measurable signs of illness, such as lower CD4 counts, reactivated Epstein-Barr and herpes viruses, over 100 autoimmune antibody increases, What we've known for years,
thanks to personal stories and anecdotal evidence, is now scientifically proven.
This study validates the experience and concerns of millions of people worldwide.
We should be shouting this from the rooftops.
We were told the mRNA degrades in hours, the spike protein clears quickly, the shots don't stay in your body, and you can't forget that broken record phrase, safe and effective.
These Yale scientists just proved all of these claims as totally false.
And again, we covered this last week, and we came to this conclusion sort of on our own.
I was describing the way that I was looking up, I was investigating claims of shedding, and I was finding these Phrases, there's a VGBT, and it means basically a genetic medicine,
a medicine that alters your genes.
And I kept searching and researching and asking Grok and ChatGBT, saying, is the mRNA vaccine a genetic vaccine?
And the answer was always no, because it stops producing spike proteins almost immediately.
I get created for a few minutes and then they stop and it's totally benign and it doesn't keep creating spike protein so there's nothing to shed.
But all of that is false and all of that is not true.
So if the spike protein does continually replicate, that means that it's altered your genetics in a way that is at least semi-permanent.
It at least goes on for years.
We don't know how long it goes on because we've only been a few years away from it.
It could be a permanent condition.
Your body could constantly...
Create spike proteins until you die.
We don't know because it's only been three years and it's lasted for three years.
Which means I would say it does qualify as a genetic therapy, a gene therapy of some sort or another, which brings a whole bunch of other concerns into focus.
And of course we know that they changed the very definition of vaccine so that it fit into, it could apply to the mRNA shot.
This was not the first red flag.
It was just something else we can add to the growing list of proof.
Even more validation of what we knew all along.
In case you missed it, a 2022 Stanford study found vaccine mRNA and spike still present eight weeks after injection.
And in 2023, a Harvard-linked study found free spike protein in the blood of teens who developed myocarditis post-vaccination.
The Yale study goes even farther.
It shows this isn't a rare side effect.
It's a repeatable, trackable pattern with a large cohort of real patients.
The injuries are happening, the spike is staying, and the autoimmune system is breaking down.
The immune system is breaking down.
It's not one in a million, and it's not a conspiracy theory.
Midwestern Doc's review of the Yale study exposes how reckless the COVID vaccination campaign really was.
You can read the full report on his substack.
Many patients also developed new autoimmune conditions.
Yale found autonucleosome antibodies linked to lupus and anti-AQP4 antibodies tied to nervous system disorders.
Tragically, the jab caused some people's bodies to attack themselves.
You remember in the skit I made in the first months of 2022, I made the total joke, the hilarious and ridiculous claim that the shot would give you AIDS because already back then we knew what the effect would be.
Of an immune system to be affected by the spike proteins and by the slippage that's available when you don't actually defeat a virus, but instead just minimize symptoms, you're actually going to enhance that virus and spread that virus even faster than otherwise.
So pretty big story.
So I'd say that's a pretty big story and another reason why Fauci, Birx, and so many others, Collins, Daszak, and the rest, Should be charged with crimes against humanity.
After all, as we've also covered with our leaked, the leaked audio that we received showing that the vaccine producers were in conversation with and actively making plans for the rollout of the mRNA vaccine months before COVID was even announced or made public,
meaning that You know, this was all part of the plan.
It was all part of the plan, and the reason COVID was released was to introduce this new mRNA technology that's now being used in very dangerous ways.
But don't take my word for it.
Look at the people that actually did it.
Fauci himself and others would say exactly what the purpose of this was, right?
We have a new vaccine technology.
People won't accept it unless there's a really big upset.
And that's what we need.
It did it on purpose.
Again, it's just more and more evidence of the crimes against humanity that we've known forever were a part of the vaccine rollout and the whole COVID scandal.
I have a lot of other videos to get to.
I'm wondering which ones I should go to first.
Some of them are absolutely horrifying.
But I think I want to go to clip number 34 here.
This is Norm Eisen on MSNBC.
This was back in February of this year.
And I guess we'll just go to it.
But Norm Eisen represents the ultimate subversive.
I'd say he represents the ultimate subversive.
Because he's taking advantage of the fact that we have an open system that's designed in a way to give the benefit of the doubt to plaintiffs in lawsuits.
We have a system that is easy to manipulate and take advantage of if you are unscrupulous and above the law.
Our system relies on and requires people Not take advantage of it.
Because liberty is an obligation, not a writ to do anything you want whenever you want.
And we talked about this when it comes to swatting.
And like, we have this wonderful thing.
9-1-1, you call it, and millions of dollars of equipment will be deployed in an instant.
Highly trained, highly conscientious individuals.
Are willing to put their lives on the line.
In an instant, all you have to do is dial three numbers.
And they'll come and do everything they can to rescue you.
That's an amazing and brilliant and powerful thing that we have going with us, for us.
But there's vulnerabilities there.
And if the 911 system is hijacked to commit swattings every other day and to file false reports constantly, eventually it's going to go away.
Eventually it can't operate anymore.
Because these good systems that we have in America are only able to operate when you don't have scumbags taking advantage of it and getting away with it.
Norm Eisen is the scumbag.
Nobody's ever elected this guy.
Nobody's ever voted for this guy.
This guy has no authority or justification in presenting himself.
As representing anything other than his own personal interest.
Because what I'm about to show you is Norm Eisen admitting that he and his friends are the ones behind all of the lawsuits that are disrupting Donald Trump's election.
Now Donald Trump had to campaign, had to fight all these lawsuits, got shot in the head, and won the election with 80 million people voting for him.
But for some reason, He can't get what he wants done and what the American people elected him to get done because some unelected nobody named Norm Eisen has decided that he's actually in charge of the country and he gets to dictate what the president can and can't do.
And he'll do this through manipulating the court system with very, very high-powered lawyers and very well-paid law firms.
Manipulating our system to prevent any corrective measures being taken.
And the worst thing about this, perhaps, is the fact that this is being done in large part with taxpayer dollars as Norm Eisen has a huge swath of NGOs and non-government organizations and charities and these sorts of things that he runs accruing tens of millions of dollars and achieving absolutely nothing with it.
And you remember Norm Eisen was the one.
Who had some sort of, you know, educational program.
He got like $50 million to produce a podcast.
And the podcast had like, each episode had like 100 viewers, 100 listeners on it.
100 downloads.
So stealing tens of millions of dollars to produce a podcast that doesn't cost $10,000 to produce.
And that nobody actually listens to and doesn't actually affect anything.
But does fill his coffers to the tunes of tens of millions of dollars.
Which he then funnels into.
Lawsuits against the president.
So, hijacking the American system to steal tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money to pay lawyers to judicially interfere in the lawful execution of the authority of the president and stopping the will of the people from being enacted through these frivolous,
nonsensical, and pre-planned lawsuits.
Why this is allowed to happen is beyond me.
This is not how it's supposed to happen.
It's not how our law system is supposed to work.
And for the sake of our law system continuing to function, this type of activity has to be prevented.
It's very simple.
It just can't go on like this.
Can't go on like this.
Okay? Let's go to clip number 34. Norm Eisen on MSNBC in February, describing exactly...
How he was going to use his outsized influence to file hundreds of lawsuits to stop Trump from doing what he was supposed to be doing in the first place.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Lawsuits we're bringing, I'm planning a hundred this year.
One hundred.
The lawsuits we're bringing are designed as part of that.
And they're starting to work because you can't do it in the courts of law alone.
You need the court of public opinion.
And what did we see this week in parallel with our Treasury lawsuit, that first Treasury case?
Peaceful protesters for the first time starting to show up at the Treasury building around.
harrison smith
So there's a lot revealed in that clip.
First of all, he's talking about filing hundreds of lawsuits.
Remember, this is February of this year, so this was mere days after Trump was inaugurated.
He's already bragging about launching hundreds of lawsuits.
Again, that's just not the way our system's supposed to work.
One person is supposed to be allowed to file hundreds of lawsuits all over the country before a law has even been enacted or a crime's been committed.
An imposition has occurred.
The way the law is supposed to work is like somebody does something bad, so the person that's the victim of the bad thing goes to the courts and says, this guy did this bad thing, and in lieu and in place of me exacting revenge, I want the state to step in and get compensation and justice on my behalf.
It's called the rule of law.
When you have pre-prepared lawsuits with non-existent plaintiffs, Complaining about non-existent violations.
This is just an abuse.
Just pure, simple, it's abuse.
It's waste.
It's fraud.
It's taking advantage of the fact that we have this open system because we want people to be able, you know, this is the system that brings about true equality under the law.
The way it's supposed to work is like in the courtroom, the little old lady who had coffee spilled on her lap is just as powerful.
As the corporation McDonald's, right?
It's supposed to be the level playing field, where it doesn't matter how rich and powerful they are, if they hurt you, the government will make them pay.
The government will step in and get justice for you.
That's the way it's supposed to work.
That's why it's a powerful and good thing.
That system is being hijacked and therefore destroyed by Norm Eisen and his cronies, filing hundreds of lawsuits.
But you'll notice, to him, the lawsuits aren't even about winning the lawsuits.
Clearly he's not filing lawsuits in good faith because some violation has occurred that he's trying to get justice for.
Because he's filing them before any violation occurs.
So it's just purely fraudulent.
But he's saying it's not about winning or losing the lawsuits.
It's about creating the narrative with the lawsuits.
It's about filing lawsuit after lawsuit so you can then both stop what Trump is doing.
Regardless of the merits of the lawsuit, find a friendly judge, find a leftist activist who was an Act Blue chairman for 20 years where they were suddenly appointed to the bench and now has the ability to block the president's orders.
And you know them and you're friends with them and they go on vacation to your chateau in the Czech Republic where the age of consent is 11 or whatever.
Total coincidence, I'm sure.
You're friends with these people.
You know these people.
You know they're on their side.
You know they'll give you the benefit of the doubt and they will issue an injunction regardless of the merits of your case because at least for a few months or a few weeks you can stop the president doing what he wants to do and you can bog him down with lawsuits.
You can force him to spend resources and time and effort in disproving your claim.
All of this is just weaponizing the process.
It's the weaponization of the process.
Weaponization of the judiciary.
Totally. Immoral, inethical, and a threat to the actual functioning of a very important component of our federal government overall.
But we could spend every show on this Norm Eisen character.
But it's very similar to everything else that we talk about in terms of, yeah, did the USAID have the ability to send $10 million to Norm Eisen, so we can make a podcast no one would listen to?
Technically, technically, in the most bare minimum way.
And so we can't stop it, apparently.
And again, we can go through this over and over.
But I understand Trump is now speaking with the president of El Salvador, Naya Bukele, right now.
Let's go to that for the last few minutes of this program.
Here's Trump and Bukele.

I have a great relationship with this man.
I have the best relationship with him.
We've known each other.
I've known him since he was a very young man, as I said, very, very young, and I was impressed.
I said, look here, this guy is...
In fact, he sort of looked like a teenager.
He looked like a teenager.
I said, what kind of a country is this?
He grew up well in the last five years.
I support him.
I support it.
Go ahead.
Let's hear the question from this very low-rated anchor at CNN.
Low-rated.
Which one is that?
Well, let me ask, Pam, would you answer that question?
Sure, President.
First and foremost, he was illegally in our country.
He had been illegally in our country.
And in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our country.
Right now, it was a paperwork.
It was additional paperwork that needed to be done.
That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him.
That's not up to us.
pam bondi
The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
unidentified
So will you return?
And you are doing a great job.
Thank you.
harrison smith
There you go.
That's Stephen Miller, wait a minute.
unidentified
Could you just call us?
harrison smith
And Jamie Vance, Marco Rubio, Pam Bondi meeting with Naya Bukele in the Oval Office at the White House.
A lot friendlier of an interview than the last time we went live from the Oval Office and Zelensky was being humiliated.
Very good to see Trump working with Bukele.
Obviously there was some friction.
Between the two during the campaign, hopefully that gets solved, and Naya Bukele maybe could be our president next.
Maybe it'll be J.D. Vance and Bukele in 2028.
I'd vote for it.
unidentified
I'd vote for it.

Methylene blue is all the rage.
But for my listeners, we've been talking about it for decades.
But finally, they've got factories.
They've got laboratories that are producing medical, pharmaceutical, USP grade.
And so, our sponsor, thealexjonesstore.com, has it right now.
The very highest quality.
And I've taken USP grade before, and they claim it's USP grade, and it works great.
Massive energy, clarity, focus, no letdown.
This is 10 times better.
I'm actually scared of this.
Because I've seen Robert Kennedy Jr., you know, take three droppers on Air Force One.
I took half a dropper, and I'm bounced off the walls hours later.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the very best methylene blue I've ever had at the lowest price, and it funds the Infowar, a total 360 win.
