It's Thursday, April 10th, in the year of our Lord, 2025.
And you're listening to The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
I think it's time to blow this scene.
Get everybody in the stuff together.
Okay, three, two, one, let's jam.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome to The American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, coming to you live this morning from the...
Satellite InfoWars headquarters here in Austin, Texas.
Very happy to be with you here this morning.
We got a lot of news to talk about today and a lot of videos to show you, especially collections of clips from the interview that Alex Jones did with Tucker Carlson yesterday.
His second such interview with Tucker and it really was a powerful one.
It really was an incredible one.
And there's a couple things today that we're going to talk about that kind of make me think that there's some There's some baseline things we need to get out of the way.
Like understanding about some topics that I sort of take for granted that people know about it.
And then every once in a while I'm reminded, oh no wait, not everybody understands fully yet that 9-11 was an inside job.
People don't know about things like the Chatham House rules that are used in order to keep Meeting secret.
There's just been a few things today that I've seen that I'm like, well, as much as I'm going to be talking about breaking news, and we're going to get into what's going on with InfoWars as well as a major decision that's come out of the bankruptcy case yesterday, so we'll get into that.
As much as we're going to get into the goings on, the daily news, I'm going to try to give some context to some of what Alex Jones is saying, because here's the problem with...
Alex Jones.
He's got too much information in that brain of his.
So he goes on Tucker Carlson, and he just sort of says stuff flippantly.
I can't think of a great example off the top of my head, but there were so many times in the Tucker Carlson conversation where he just sort of says something offhand.
And, of course, it's because you can't talk about literally everything in every conversation.
And he expects you, and we all expect you, to go out and do your own research.
And verify what he's saying.
You know, he'll just be like, yeah, you know, Hillary Clinton, $20 million ad buy 2016, associating me with Trump, this was all a plan.
And then he just talks about something else.
And it's like, well, wait, hold on.
$20 million ad buy associating Alex Jones with Donald Trump.
Like, let's look into that.
So we're going to look into that today.
So we're going to show you some clips from Tucker Carlson's interview of Alex Jones, and we're going to give some valuable context just to fill in the gaps.
For those people watching that maybe are watching for the first time or for the first time are awakening to the realization that not only Alex Jones was right the entire time, there's probably people waking up to the fact that it's not all a big joke and all of this stuff that they've been blindsided by continually was actually predictable,
actually was known about, actually had a reason and a purpose behind it.
That again is what I think the most valuable thing is that we can do is just let people know there is a plan behind what you're experiencing.
There is a reason these things are going on.
Because when you cover all this stuff continually, when you're as deep in this stuff as we are, it's hard to even get into the mindset that most people are living in.
Where it's just, it's like they have blinders on.
Again, I'm not trying to be like the holier-than-thou, like, you sheeple, you're all asleep.
But all the sheeple are asleep.
So I don't know what else, I don't know how else to put it.
That it's just, you know, they're trying to walk down the street, blinders on, they can't see either side, but they're constantly being buffeted from side to side.
And they're just like, what is going on?
They're being spun around.
It's just like storm.
You know, wind and rain and they're blinded and they can't see anything.
We want to pull you out of that.
Take the bird's eye view.
And so these people going, wait, transgenderism is a thing now?
And what is USAID?
How many billions of dollars?
And just constant confusion and turmoil as they're flung back and forth by the design manufactured vicissitudes of the mainstream narrative.
We want to give some clarity to everybody.
Let everybody know.
You're not the crazy one for wondering why or how all of this is going on.
In fact, it's not all random and inexplicable.
It's all very clear decisions being made by people in power with names and reasons they're making these decisions and outcomes they desire, which is your confusion and ultimate destruction.
So we're going to try to explain all of that in excruciating detail.
But let's begin today, as we do every day, with our Daily Dispatch.
unidentified
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
harrison smith
Here it is, folks, your Daily Dispatch for Thursday, the 10th of April, 2025.
Connecticut Supreme Court declines to hear Alex Jones' appeal of $1 billion Sandy Hook verdict.
The Connecticut Supreme Court has declined to hear conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' appeal in a defamation case that resulted in a $1.4 billion verdict against him for calling the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting a hoax.
Jones asked the justices to review both the 2022 trial court verdict and a lower appeals court ruling in December that upheld most of the verdict.
The Supreme Court turned down his request without explanation Tuesday.
In fact, this other article I was reading was like, they responded with a one-line response, and it was just like, uh, no.
No, we don't want to look at this, actually.
We're not interested in the egregious and blatant violation of legal norms.
We're going to get back into this.
We're going to tell you what this entails for InfoWars and for free speech overall.
I went down a bit of a rabbit hole yesterday.
I don't know if you'd call it that.
We gotta have a new term.
The terms I'm taking on are not appropriate.
A grokhole?
I don't know.
What do we call it when you get in an argument with AI for like an hour?
Because that's what I was doing last night.
So I was trying to get some clarity on what exactly happened in the Alex Jones trial.
And there is no clarity because it's all nonsense.
It's actually all complete An utter nonsense.
So I'll show you some of the discussion I had with the robot last night.
Around 11, instead of going to sleep, I was sitting there going, okay, but if he defaulted because of these documents, those documents didn't even come out until 2022, so that can't be right, can it?
Grok going, ha, gee, yeah, gee, looks like that's true, good point.
Yeah, I did tell you that he defaulted because of the thing with the phone, but you're right, that didn't happen until years later, so.
Sorry. It's like, well, then why was he default?
It's so insane.
It's so convoluted and nonsensical and inconsistent.
Everything that's happened with Alex Jones, it confuses AI.
AI, the supercomputer, when fed information about Alex Jones' trial, starts to short circuit, says does not compute, and then explodes.
It's crazy.
It is crazy how nonsensical the whole thing was.
And again, I'll show you some of it.
But it's wild.
Here's what happens.
If you ask Grok about default judgments, and this is the problem.
They're setting precedents with the Alex Jones case.
So I would ask Grok something about how rare a default, or what is necessary to obtain a default judgment?
And he'll say, well, typically this, this, this, and this, this, this.
But actually, there was this case with Alex Jones where it was totally different.
So I guess that's a thing now, too.
And so there were all these things where it was like, Grok kept using the Alex Jones case as an example of how defamation cases work or how default judgments work.
It's because it's the only case where these things happen.
So it's like, I'm like, well, so are people usually defaulted after just like one or two things?
And it's like, no, no, usually it takes a pattern of blah, blah, blah.
But actually under the Alex Jones trial, it was just one thing.
So that can't happen.
And it's like, all right.
So they're like setting precedent with this and changing the rules sort of in a patchwork fashion as they went.
But now apparently, at least according to AI, that is now the norm.
Now it's since they got away with it with Alex, it's the norm.
And now, yeah, I guess that is how things work.
I guess that is the way the default judgment works and defamation case works.
Never was before.
But they're setting precedents here.
So we'll get into all of that today.
And, of course, Alex Jones talked about it with Tucker Carlson, so we'll get his update as well.
Meanwhile, Trump pauses tariffs for 90 days on non-retaliating countries, raises tariffs on China to 125%, effective immediately.
This was massive.
It was announced while I was live on air with Chase yesterday during the Alex Jones show.
And the Dow Jones market immediately shot up 1,900 points.
We read that out, went to a quick commercial break.
60 seconds later, we came back.
It was up 2,600 points.
So just absolutely rocketing stock market in response to this 90-day pause.
As 75 out of the 86 countries tariffed during Liberation Day.
Came crawling to Trump, begging for exceptions or promising parity, promising to reduce their own tariffs on America.
China seems to be the one wanting to play hardball with America, and it's not going well for them.
More on that later.
Meanwhile, over 2 million migrants were issued social security numbers in 2024.
According to Doge, at a Wisconsin town hall event in March, the Department of Government Efficiency, Doge's Elon Musk and Antonio Garcia revealed the massive jump in non-citizens being issued social security numbers under the Biden administration.
The graph, displayed on a large screen behind the two as they spoke, showed that in the fiscal year 2021, 270,000 non-citizens were given social security numbers.
Add that to the numbers in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
And you get over 2 million migrants who, by definition, have never paid into Social Security, cross over the border, click the I'm in danger button on the CBP One app, and suddenly they have access and the privilege of having a retirement typically reserved for the workers that paid into it,
but not anymore.
So really just astonishingly, cripplingly, Insane corruption from the Biden administration still being uncovered, still yet to be punished fully, so we're waiting for that.
We are certainly waiting for that.
I just...
When are we going to see these people in prison, honestly?
I know everybody's pushing for it, but like, do we need to set a deadline?
Maybe a good deadline would be Assassination Day.
Maybe by July 13th, we want to see Alejandro Mayorkas and Anthony Fauci.
That's like my bare minimum.
Maybe I'll have to think about it.
Because when you talk about who's the biggest criminals in recent history to weaponize the American government, there's a lot of competition.
But I think for generalized crimes against humanity, Anthony Fauci's got to be at the top of the list.
And specifically in the traitorous selling out of our nation and the flooding of our country with tens of millions of hostile foreigners, we gotta see Alejandro Mayorkas tried and punished.
But that's just me.
July 13th, is that a good deadline?
Is that too...
I don't know.
But at a certain point, the fact, the idea, the concept, the mere...
These people are just out there walking around.
They're walking around, folks!
They're out there walking around.
And that is just unconscionable to me.
And it must be fixed.
Meanwhile, Whistleblower claims Meta helped China develop advanced AI to outcompete American companies, according to bombshell testimony.
There's a straight line you can draw from these briefings to the recent revelations that China is developing AI models for military use relying on Meta's Lama model, she added.
The hearing before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Counterterrorism occurred after Meta obtained an emergency order barring Wynne Williams from promoting or publicly discussing her allegations against the company.
Despite that effort, her book, Careless People, surged to the top of the best.
I want to take a moment now.
To remind everybody that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, asked Xi Jinping to name his firstborn son.
I know we say this all the time, but it's like...
When you find out that Meta is helping the Chinese communists, it maybe shouldn't come as much of a surprise, considering the fact that Mark Zuckerberg and his wife asked the...
Dictator for life of China, Xi Jinping, to bestow upon their firstborn son his name.
To name, to give a name that they will say a million times in their lives.
I mean, it's the craziest thing in the world.
So no, it's not a surprise that Meta is helping the Chinese government.
Even a little bit.
Not even a tiny little fraction of a surprise out of me.
So, yeah, I mean, it's like, okay, it's weird.
It's just weird.
I mean, in any normal time period societal construct, yeah, it would be insane and outrageous that the leader of the number one communications platform in America is actually deeply loyal to our geopolitical arch rival.
Communist hell nation.
Dystopian crime world.
China. That would be crazy, but it's weird because this is their ideology.
I mean, they're very open.
The people in power hate America.
They don't believe in our values.
They prefer foreigners over us.
I don't know.
It's weird when it's like, oh my god, bombshell, they were helping China.
It's like, yeah, no, they are very proud about how much they helped China.
It's like our media coverage is lagging about a decade behind the ideological construct that we're operating in.
But anyway, we'll get back into that as well.
Finally, we have this.
U.S. Spy Chief Gabbard starts task force to investigate the intelligence community.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said she's setting up a task force to cut costs and root out what she says is weaponization of the government.
In a statement on Tuesday, Gabbard said the task force creation is designed to rebuild trust in the intelligence community and to align with President Trump's executive orders.
Quote, we're already identifying wasteful spending in real time, streamlining outdated processes, reviewing documents for declassification.
So yes, the ICE is now investigating the ICE.
The intelligence community itself is now under investigation by the intelligence community, which is a nice change of pace.
Instead of the intelligence community spying on congressmen and senators to blackmail and manipulate them, they themselves will now be under scrutiny.
And I guarantee you, if it's a legitimate investigation, there is...
Oh, more than enough.
A great, great supply of criminality yet to be uncovered.
And we also have videos of Glenn Beck talking about that exact topic with congressmen and senators being spied on by the intelligence agency and what the purpose of that is.
So that's your Daily Dispatch, brought to you, of course, by TheAlexJonesStore.com.

TheAlexJonesStore.com We cannot do it without your help.
And we have done a lot.
Let's just say Alex Jones through sheer force of will has altered the course of human history forever.
And it's amazing to see him finally be recognized by at least a few more mainstream characters including Tucker Carlson.
And we're going to go to a lot of those clips here in the first hour.
Let's go.
First to clip number eight.
We'll just start off small here.
This is Tucker Carlson talking to Alex Jones about how they're using him to end free speech in America.
And again, it's shocking that people can't recognize this.
We'll go to the clip and talk about it more on the other side.
Here's Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones yesterday.
tucker carlson
Because I see people on social media who I know for a fact, or I think I know, are being funded by the very people they're attacking.
It's like, what?
Including one of the biggest voices.
Like, I know that that's true.
And so, like, what is this?
And it's clearly preparatory to some sort of event that will shut down, a violent event that will be used as a pretext to shut down free speech.
But they need to end speech in the United States.
They need to shut down X. They have to.
My guess is, and I hope I'm wrong, that there is, like, legitimate hate and extremism on social media.
You know, to the point we're at.
It makes me uncomfortable.
I'm thinking that maybe a lot of that is manufactured, actually.
That if there is a mass shooting, and God forbid, but if there is a mass shooting of the people who've been targeted for actual hate, that's true, on social media, that that will be used as a pretext to shut it down.
Has this occurred to you?
unidentified
Yes. Has this occurred to you?
harrison smith
Yeah, yeah, once or twice, sure.
Yeah, it's occurred to us.
Hilarious. That's Doug Carlson sounding an awful lot like Alex Jones.
Talking about Alex Jones.
And not just Alex Jones, but just the false flag nature of the way the powers that be get things done.
Again, we're going to get to a lot of clips of that.
I think maybe we'll end this segment today with just another little attention getter here.
Let's go to clip number three.
We'll do Tucker Carlson clips on the other side.
But here's a little ditty one of our fans put together.
unidentified
Let's watch.
You're watching the Alex Jones Show.
alex jones
We are unified by our spirit that God made and our connection to the creator of the universe and our children.
unidentified
And this is the genesis point of the new revolution of information.
alex jones
All of us together are going to lift the curse off of this country, and we're going to send the globalists to present.
unidentified
We're not turning our guns in, and we're not running, and we're not backing down.
alex jones
If you want to come and take them.
unidentified
The answer to 1984 is 17.
1776! That's an attention getter.
harrison smith
Really brilliant stuff.
I wish I could give credit to whoever made that.
Darren McBreen posted it, but it's absolutely incredible stuff.
And as Tucker Carlson points out, they're desperate to shut down Axios like they're desperate to shut down InfoWars.
Because it's information that is their greatest weapon.
Your mind is the battlefield, and we intend to win this fight.
Back on the other side, to the speech that destroys them.
Alright, welcome back.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the American Journal.
I'm your host Harrison Smith.
Again, we're coming to you live from this satellite office.
Apologies, we're still working out some of the technical kinks.
We didn't have any intro music to this segment.
But that's what happens when you're trying to scramble to set up a new rebel base before yours is destroyed by the Death Star.
And we're going to get into what's happening with InfoWars here today.
And we'll let you hear from Alex Jones himself what's actually happening during his conversation with Tucker Carlson last night.
The whole thing is incredible.
I mean, the most difficult...
Part of today's episode is just going to be stopping it.
It's just going to be knowing when to cut the feed because it's very tempting for me just to play the whole dang thing.
The whole thing was just absolutely incredible.
And I was thinking about this, about how to cover this, how to intro this, how to talk about it beyond just playing the clips for you and just, you know.
Taking the day off and just playing the interview instead of doing my show.
So, what's happening here is Alex Jones once again is being presented to the normies.
And millions of people for the first time are given yet another opportunity to hear Alex Jones out.
And they're going to hear things they never heard before.
And hopefully...
Things that they've noticed in their lives and inconsistencies or official mainstream stories that they know don't correspond to reality.
These questions have rattled around in people's heads and hopefully for the first time they'll hear why all of this stuff is happening.
Connecting these dots.
Everybody sees the stars but they haven't connected them to make the constellation yet.
They don't get the implications of what they understand.
So I think what I want to do is try to provide some of the context for what they've heard.
And that includes things like going all the way back to 9-11 and the world-changing event that that was.
And Tucker Carlson kept asking during this interview, like, why did nobody care that you predicted this?
And the answer is obvious to me.
It's very simple as far as I'm concerned.
They're in on it.
It's not actually that complicated.
They're in on it.
They're either in on it or they recognize that acknowledging what Alex Jones is saying opens up so many other implications and things they have to consider.
It's like that old Bill Hicks joke, or I don't even know if it's a joke, the point that he made about the fact that if you accept something like the JFK assassination being A conspiracy or just any of these conspiracies that involve the highest rungs of our government.
It doesn't just stop there, right?
You can't just say, well, our government is good in general and they just, they did this one thing.
It was like a mistake.
Like a young kid stealing a car when he thought he wouldn't get in trouble.
And it's like, he's a good kid, but he just made a single mistake.
Our government is not a good kid that made a mistake.
Our government is filled.
It is replete.
It is packed to bursting.
With criminals, with thieves, with villains, super villains.
And so if you acknowledge that 9-11 wasn't what they said it was, you go, well then why is everybody saying it was like that?
And you go, well then, all the media's in on it?
So the government's in on it, the media's in on it, they killed thousands of our own people to start wars that killed millions.
Wow, this is like a really evil system that must be destroyed.
That's the ultimate conclusion you have to come to if you acknowledge this stuff.
Some people are in on it.
Other people just lack the mental fortitude to actually take the conclusion to its logical endpoint and accept that fact.
And just accept it.
Take it in.
Absorb it.
We live in an evil system.
We live in an empire of lies.
It's a very scary thing for some people.
It's an exciting thing for me.
I find it extremely exciting and thrilling to know that not only does this exist, that's not exciting.
The exciting part is that you get to fight against it, is that you exist also.
Is that you also exist and can exert power and influence on these groups.
You can defeat them in the real world.
You can spoil their plans and overcome their manipulation.
That is an incredible opportunity and that's exactly why they hate Alex Jones because he tells you that.
And I've said a million times, it would be one thing if Alex Jones just talked about this stuff.
It's the activism.
It's the inspiration.
It's the idea that Alex Jones says you are the resistance.
It's up to you.
You have to get involved.
You have to go out on the street.
You have to be spreading this information.
You can't just Research this and sit back in your armchair glowing with satisfaction that you know something that other people don't.
This isn't about information for information's sake.
It's about putting information into action, using this information to inform our political participation.
Let's go now to clip number six.
This is from the full Tucker Carlson interview.
This is about 12 minutes in, and it's where Alex Jones is talking about not his previous prediction of 9-11, but his current and future prediction for civil war conditions in America, again informed not by his own speculation, but by simply listening to what the bad guys
themselves are saying they're going to do.
alex jones
Now, is John Podesta in August 2020, the New York Times wrote about it, had a big war game with the top Democrats.
And they said, if Trump wins, if they weren't able to steal it, in my view, then we're going to have civil war conditions, we're going to have blue states secede, blue cities, and we're going to use social issues to foment a rebellion that we're going to basically frame as racial, George Floyd on steroids, you know,
10.0, and then we're going to drive Trump from office.
Well, they were able to steal it, in my view, the evidence I think is overwhelming, so they didn't use that plan.
Well, they started talking about that plan again in the months before this last election last year.
So much So much of what I'm able to predict isn't really prediction.
They admit it.
I mean, the UN said for 20 years, we're going to use disease acts to bring in a global system, a global central bank digital currency, a global social credit score, a global vaccine ID that will be used as the global internet ID, global taxation ID.
That's official.
Bill Gates, the UN, all these big bodies preparing how they'd roll this out.
You have the Rockefeller Foundation with Operation Lockstep 2010, 2011, describing...
Locking down the sports stadiums, locking your houses six feet apart, wearing masks for fear.
I mean, that's, and then Bush, George W. had that in the BioShield program that passed in 2005, where they sent out kits, millions of them, to everybody, to the Red Cross, with the six feet apart, with the mask, with all the stuff.
But they didn't launch the bio-attack scare that they had, I think, locked and loaded.
Then they waited till 2020.
tucker carlson
So basically, you're just taking them at their word.
You're just paying, you're doing what I don't do enough, which is listen to people I disagree with and sincerely try to assess what they're saying.
alex jones
Now, Fauci just said last week a much worse, way higher morbidity.
It's respiratory.
It's coming.
And you got Hotez.
Oh, don't worry.
Trump's going to have a big problem.
It's going to come crashing in on him.
We'll see how he tries to reboot the economy.
And then you know, then you learn Fauci and all of them are involved with Obama and Chapel Hill and North Carolina creating COVID-19.
It was a big scandal, 2015 gain of function, SARS.
And then they move it to Wuhan, that plausible deniability, so they can kind of blame the Chinese if they want.
I'm not saying the Chinese are good.
The Chinese are terrible.
It was kind of a joint project.
And then they roll it out.
Then they've got their so-called shop.
It's mRNA.
I mean, this stuff is all very well planned.
And so when you see And so, I mean,
these guys just treat us like children.
And so they kept saying, we're going to use a virus, we're going to use a scare to bring in our global government.
I mean, I remember Lou Dobbs in Judicial Watch 2006 sued to get North American Union documents.
And in it, they're meeting up at Banff, Canada, and they're like, we're going to use collapsing migration flow from a virus to flood the West and use that crisis to bring in a new Marshall Plan.
We're going to use a disease X to, you know, finally get the world to accept this global government.
So they're just scheming constantly.
They have Event 201.
tucker carlson
But in public.
alex jones
In public.
They have the Spars war game 2025-2028 that came out a few years before 2020 and the viral release that is actually set in 2020-2024 and it rolls out how they're all going to do it.
The tweets that are in there are almost word for it.
They just changed the name Spars to COVID-19.
So it's a blueprint.
And then they get caught.
Oh, it's not a viral attack plan.
Oh, it's just a war game.
But the war game matches the exact rollout of the attack, so they're all on script.
tucker carlson
So, in a normal world...
harrison smith
That, to me, is one of the greatest just bird's-eye-view breakdowns of how this operates.
And again, it's funny because Tucker Carlson is so fascinated and kind of hyper-fixated on how Alex predicted stuff, and he's sort of focusing on how Alex knew it, or...
You know, trying to determine, like, truth from fiction, what is just sort of innocent governmental activity where you do want your government preparing for unforeseen circumstances, maybe having little simulations where they go, well,
if this happens, how are we going to react and getting on board?
You know, how do you know what's just innocent preparation versus what is, you know, designed to be the...
The working group that is planning an actual attack on people.
He is hyper-focused on how Alex knows.
I would like a little bit more focus on the implications of what Alex Jones is saying right here.
Now, hopefully people are taking notes during this.
Just in that little two, three-minute clip we saw, you have Operation Lockstep, Operation BioShield.
Chapel Hill, Gain of Function, Lou Dobbs, The North American Union, Disease X, Spars, I mean, all of these things, hopefully our audience knows, and hopefully the audience that doesn't know this and is maybe seeing it for the first time because of Tucker Carlson, is doing the research to figure out what all these things are,
because you need the foundational understanding to truly comprehend just how sophisticated and open this conspiracy is.
And I think Event 201 is probably the top example of that.
Because while it may be hard to determine what is real and what is fake, what's an actual scenario planning, and what's a conspiracy, before the attack happens, after the attack happens, it's actually very easy to see what led up to it,
where they were planning things.
As Alex describes Anthony Fauci, Denouncing gain-of-function and rejecting gain-of-function and saying he's never heard of gain-of-function while simultaneously sending emails about gain-of-function and saying let's not talk about gain-of-function and let's not call this gain-of-function.
What it represents is a guilty knowledge, guilty awareness.
In the same way that you might not know the difference between somebody buying hardware because they have a project, they're building a porch.
Or if they're buying tools to commit a murder.
But once the murder happens, you can go back and say, okay, when they were at Home Depot buying a shovel and a tarp and bungee cords and bleach and gloves and a mask, that was in preparation for a murder.
It could have been innocent.
But then when the murder happens, you go back and you go, okay, this is actually all evidence of the crime they were about to commit.
So sure, the scenario planning may have seemed innocent at first, but then when the event occurs that's exactly like their planning, and it's the people that were in the planning operation that are then carrying out those plans, and the plans are entirely designed to enslave humanity and not fight the virus,
but use the virus to promote vaccine IDs and censorship and track and trace Surveillance, then it all becomes very obvious.
Then you're looking at this, not like a big conspiracy, but like a crime.
Like a crime with victims and perpetrators, and you look at the behavior of the perpetrators to determine whether this was just an accident, that they got wrapped up in something they didn't understand, or whether this was premeditated criminality.
What you find is that every single time, it turns out to have been premeditated criminality.
From the very highest people, pulling the levers of power in industry, media, and the American government.
And it's all very simple.
Alex Jones is good at what he does, and he's on the forefront, but he doesn't have magical powers.
He's simply listening to the people and believing them.
Okay? We're going to jump ahead quite a bit now and go to one hour and 16 minutes in.
If we can scrub forward to one hour.
And 16 minutes in, we're going to get the lawfare breakdown.
And this is another kind of longer clip.
I'll play as much of it as possible.
But this is another case where get out your pad of paper, get out your pen, be taking notes, to be looking up at everything Alex Jones says, because everything he says is verifiable and true.
Here's Alex Jones talking about the latest from the Connecticut Supreme Court rejecting Our appeal, but also laying out the timeline of his demonization and the buildup to the lawfare that was meant to destroy us.
Let's watch.
alex jones
That we're going to chemically and then medically sterilize, surgically, this poor little person that's being put into this death cult, then it's okay.
The only thing you're not allowed to say is no.
I say no to this designation.
So that's where Alex Jones having his speech massively attacked goes.
So it's a long story, but here's the summation.
I didn't understand, even though I know a lot of things about politics in the world, I didn't understand how PR firms work, how law firms work, how the deep state was operating.
And they later admitted, even on MSNBC, that a few years ago, oh, we've been successful with Alex Jones.
Next, we're going to do it with people like Tucker Carlson.
And they mentioned you.
So Hillary knows she's in trouble.
Two months before the election in 2016, she does a $20-plus million ad buy talking about me.
And twisting what I had said about that event in Connecticut, that mass shooting.
And then the ad, she says, Alex Jones is Trump's brain.
This is the guy that Trump says is an amazing person.
We'll be talking a lot.
You're a great guy.
And they show that clip.
All right, so let's pause it.
harrison smith
Let's pause it real quick.
Let's pause it real quick right there.
Just to reemphasize what he's saying right there.
Hillary Clinton.
This is a story from October 17, 2016.
Clinton uses conspiracy theorist Alex Jones in latest campaign ad.
Must see.
So, this is before Sandy Hook.
She's not associating Alex...
What's that?
Alex Jones is not being associated with Sandy Hook here.
It's just these videos about how Alex Jones is crazy because he thinks there's chemicals in the water that are turning the frogs gay.
Of course, that's confirmed.
I mean, it's funny.
And really, I'll pull this video in and maybe we'll talk about it later.
So we'll go back to Tucker or Alex on Tucker here.
But what was happening here was that Hillary Clinton thought she was going to win.
They thought they were going to pull the Russia collusion hoax to destroy Trump's chances.
And then they were setting the groundwork.
Remember, the term fake news, Trump co-opted it, but that was released.
It was like a PR campaign immediately following the election of Donald Trump.
But that was like they wanted Hillary to win.
They intended to roll that out after Hillary's victory to say, wow, that was close.
Donald Trump almost won.
The problem America's had, the reason we almost got that close to disaster, Trump winning, was fake news.
Fake news is dangerous.
It's not about free speech.
It's about national security.
So we have to go after people like Alex Jones.
So they were setting up Alex Jones to be a fall guy,
So they thought Hillary Clinton was going to be president and they were going to do this massive push to destroy free speech, using Donald Trump as the boogeyman and using Alex Jones as the fall guy, saying, look how dangerous these conspiracy theories are.
This is before Sandy Hook enters into the picture, in my opinion.
Let's go back to the video.
alex jones
Then that made me this huge demon with the left even more.
Then for two years, articles every day, sometimes dozens a day, TV shows, programs, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, every channel, foreign news, Tokyo news, Russian news, it was being pushed over.
Alex Jones is bullying kids.
Parents of dead kids.
Alex Jones is sending people to pee on graves.
None of that ever even happened, much less me.
And then they sue me, and then they want all this discovery, and they say, who do you work for?
Who's telling you what to do in the Republicans in all these depositions?
Of course, it wasn't there.
So they hold me in default for saying I didn't give them my secret plan to get rich off these people that I barely ever even talked about.
They put 22 minutes of evidence in the Texas show trial where I was found guilty by the judge and the Connecticut show trial that were only a month apart in 2022, in the fall.
So I go in, HBO's producing it, cameras, putting makeup on the judges.
I'm given 20 plus things I can't talk about.
My lawyers are sanctioned if they try to raise that.
Well, where did Alex Jones say this?
Where did he do this?
No evidence could be showed to counter them.
They could just say whatever they wanted to.
And then they have a billion and a half dollar judgment in Connecticut.
They have a $50 million judgment total or $49 million in Texas because I'm already found guilty.
Then the judge tells them to say how guilty I am.
They lie and totally exaggerate all the money I have.
Say I got it from these people with no evidence.
And so I knew I was being railroaded for my speech.
They said in the Connecticut trial and in the Texas show trial and on the courthouse steps, we don't want money for Mr. Jones.
We want to shut him down.
They said that in court filing.
So I go into bankruptcy because I'm out of money personally, never had all this money, they said, not even a fraction of it.
And so for three years, I'm in bankruptcy.
And they keep going and say, we don't want money.
We want him closed.
The judge keeps saying, no, you have to actually, you know.
Do a settlement with him, or we have to sell him for wars.
tucker carlson
This is all because you said something that other people said they were offended by?
alex jones
Yes, but...
tucker carlson
How can you...
I don't understand in a free country how other people being offended by what you say can have you destroyed by the state.
alex jones
Well, it's more than that.
They said, I sent people to their houses, I peed on graves.
All this stuff that nobody did.
tucker carlson
Why weren't you arrested?
You can't pee on a grave.
alex jones
I've never been to Connecticut.
tucker carlson
Why weren't you arrested for peeing on the grave?
alex jones
Out of the people that sued me, I only said the name of one of the people ever.
tucker carlson
If you commit a crime, you should be criminally charged for it, and the state has to prove that you did it, at which point you're convicted and punished.
If the state accuses you of something but doesn't charge you with it, they're fucking liars.
Like, by definition.
That's not on the list of options.
That they can just discredit you, attack your character, destroy you.
No, no, no.
The state has one option.
If you committed a crime, they charge you with the crime, and they prove you did the crime.
It's that simple.
unidentified
That's right.
alex jones
And I never got investigated for stalking or anything, because I did nothing.
tucker carlson
For any crime.
alex jones
So here's where it gets crazy.
Here's what we've learned.
Since they had the show trials.
tucker carlson
I noticed none of the libertarians defended you either.
Where was the Reason Foundation and Cato and all these supposedly freedom-minded non-profits who are just freaking liars?
Like, none of them defended you that I know of.
alex jones
Bare minimum, they were bought off or they wanted to keep their head down.
So, so, so, so here's what we learned.
The Democratic Party and the Justice Department, the FBI and the CIA, this has come out in court, come out in documents now, and we've got it all.
I published it at Infowars.
It could be shut down literally in days now.
We're finally up to the wire today with this big ruling.
But the truth's out there, but they don't want you to know it.
So, they come after me to demonize Trump.
Then they run ads on Facebook and Twitter and everywhere for the two years before they sued me, 2017, 2018, saying I'm attacking him, saying I'm coming after him, using my name to raise money.
Okay, and it turns out hundreds of millions using my name.
This has come out.
Saying I'm victimizing him, and then never showing what I supposedly did.
Just, this man's hurting us.
Help us, help us.
Then, I was already taken off the internet after that for other...
reasons that they cooked up.
They had Lester Holt get up on TV and say, Alex Jones called for people to get battle rifles and go attack Democrats.
No, I talked about them, Antifa attacking your house, and how they were planning to attack more people's houses, and I said, none of us are going to be violent, but I said, everybody needs to have their battle rifle ready or their shotgun in their home if the left comes to kill you.
tucker carlson
Well, as someone whose house was attacked by Antifa, I agree completely.
alex jones
But then Holt never showed what I supposedly said.
He just said straight up.
Okay, so I wasn't even taken off internet for Sandy Hook because I wasn't even known for that, okay?
Barely ever talked about it.
Then they sue me.
Then they run more PR.
Then they raise more money off of me.
And then when they didn't find anything in their, all their discovery, because there was nothing that I did, then they have the judges both find me in default, coordinate for both trials to be held in a month and a half.
Period. In late 2022.
And then right after they win, the jury's fine for all this money, they come back and they say, that's not enough, Your Honor.
We want 2.75 trillion.
That's the GDP of India.
People don't believe that.
Just type in Alex Jones, Sandy Hook, 2.75 trillion.
And so the judge said, no, you just get 1.5 billion.
tucker carlson
In retrospect, did you ever think when they awarded a judgment against you equivalent to the GDP of India, did you ever think, like, maybe I should...
Keep my visions to myself and not, like, next time I see 9-11 coming, I just shouldn't say anything because people who predict the future accurately are always punished for it.
alex jones
I think that's, I mean, yeah, I mean, well, what I realized was I've got something important to say, so I better say it even louder because the evil wants to shut down.
But just to finish the key part, I'm sorry.
tucker carlson
Sorry. No, no, no, no, no, no.
It's making me upset hearing this.
alex jones
No, no, no.
I'm saying I haven't gotten to the big stuff.
I'm just giving people the background.
tucker carlson
This is not the country I grew up in at all.
harrison smith
All right, let's pause it right there, because we're going to pick it up right there, but I think that's a decent place to stop it.
So that's at least Alex Jones laying out at least some of the timeline of the attack against Infowars, but he's hardly scratched the surface.
So when we get back on the other side, we're going to show you how it really gets crazy, how it really gets insane, so that you understand it was the American taxpayer that was paying for this operation.
I mean, just wait.
Just wait until you hear about some of this stuff.
Some of the law firms that were behind all of this, how they're twisting this and flipping it.
It's wild.
It is truly wild.
We'll get into it on the other side.
I'll explain default judgments as well and how that was used and weaponized against us and how they're setting the precedent that will be deployed against any dissident voices in the future if you don't stand up for InfoWars now.
Now, if they can do this to Alex Jones, they can do it to anybody.
unidentified
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
Second hour of American Journal is on this Thursday morning, the 10th of April 2021.
Well, in my opinion,
misbehavior from the...
Plaintiffs in that case.
Let's go back to Alex Jones on Tucker Carlson talking about the scope and scale of the lawfare against him.
Here it is.
alex jones
And I told you all this last night.
It took 30 minutes.
Let me just try to condense it.
So I know they're trying to demonize me to get at Trump.
I know they're trying to set the president to shut down everybody else.
And once I'm demonized, they think nobody will defend me.
And that sets the precedent.
They admitted all that.
Then when they win the show trial, it was already fixed.
These PR firms come out of New York and Connecticut and go, we've been doing this for years.
We exposed Jones.
We did this.
We helped get this big win.
Blah, blah, blah.
Then, this undercover video comes out that is in a predator sexting trolling operation in D.C., which the guy was never implicated in, but that's how he got caught up with the troll.
Trolling operation.
This Oblavis person, CIA and FBI, it's confirmed.
Says, well, we investigated Alex Jones for years at the FBI.
Then he went on the CIA.
That's where he's currently.
And he said we couldn't find anything criminal on him.
So we went to the Sandy Hook people with law firms and we developed this plan with this narrative to take him down.
And now we're in the process of shutting him down.
And the person says, well, are you still trying to put him in prison?
No, we've just destroyed his name and destroyed who he is.
It's all on video.
It's online.
Just type in FBI CIA agent.
Admits to running Sandy Hook, framed job of Alex Jones.
tucker carlson
We recommend you take this moment to do what we're about to do, which is...
harrison smith
All right.
We're going to...
It's an Alp intermission from Tucker Carlson.
I guess the ads got scooped up in the video.
So just to reiterate what Alex Jones has talked about so far.
And again, all of this is verifiable.
All of this is on the record evidence, right?
Hillary Clinton ad by...
In 2016, associating Donald Trump with Alex Jones.
You have these lawsuits launched two years later after a two-year campaign of ads.
The lawfare is coordinated and orchestrated by the FBI and the CIA who had been spying on Alex Jones and Infowars since 2013 under that level three threat assessment that you've heard so much about because it's insane that
we were declared a white supremacist group.
And the FBI was given the right to investigate us in a variety of different ways.
So they investigate us.
They can't find anything.
They can't find any crimes that they can parallel construction to try to destroy us that way.
They can't get any powerful information by sending in undercovers or hacking our server or anything like that.
So they have nothing.
So they have to take a different route.
So then they launch the lawsuits.
produces it.
But it's also because it's a major manufacturing of consent.
It's a propaganda campaign to destroy Infowars in the minds of the American public.
So you have HBO producing a documentary series.
Putting makeup on the judge, cameras in the courtroom, unprecedented access.
And again, more sort of evidence that it wasn't a fair trial.
It wasn't a fair trial because you've got the judge working with HBO to make a documentary.
Well, folks, they're not going to make the documentary if Alex Jones is innocent.
And, you know, they pour millions of dollars to make a documentary.
With the point being to destroy Alex Jones.
Sounds like they were in cahoots with the judge to guarantee they got the outcome that they wanted.
Because otherwise, that documentary wouldn't go anywhere.
They wouldn't make it.
They wouldn't publish it.
HBO's not about to make a documentary about how Alex Jones is innocent of what he's been charged with.
Innocent of what claims have been made against him.
Just another piece of evidence that all of this was cooked from the beginning.
unidentified
All right, welcome back, folks.
We're going to go back to this Tucker Carlson interview with Alex Jones again.
harrison smith
I'm just trying to provide some context.
And we've been under such attack.
We forget major attacks against us, right?
When you're laying out the timeline of the attacks against sinful wars that all really...
Really got going after 2016.
You know, at the beginning of the conversation with Tucker Carlson, Tucker Carlson's like, he's like, well, you know, you predicted 9-11, and then they went after you.
But it's like, that was 2001, and they've always gone after Alex Jones.
Obviously, they've taken his sponsors, they've kicked him off platforms, but he's always maintained.
But the real attack, the real attempted death blow against Infowars began in 2016.
Do you think that's a coincidence, folks?
Now, this might sound obvious, but really think about the implications here.
They left Alex Jones alone until he was politically powerful.
That's what happened.
When he was predicting 9-11, or when he was talking about Atrazine in the water turning the frogs gay, they thought he was a joke.
They thought he was a crazy, kooky conspiracy theorist.
They thought he talked about Bigfoot and aliens.
And they were willing to allow him to be an outlet of frustration for the American people.
He can talk on his radio show in Texas.
He has no influence.
He has no power.
Of course, he did have influence.
He did have power.
They just didn't know it.
They weren't tuned in.
They weren't aware of the real threat that Alex Jones represented to their system until 2016.
until they themselves saw with their own eyes and studied with their own think tanks and investigated with their own academic conclaves, how did this happen?
How did Donald Trump beat us?
And they figured out it was the memes.
It was the internet.
It was the culture around it.
It was the anti-establishment.
It was the anti-globalism.
It was the nationalism message.
Okay, well, where did that come from?
And what they found, and they presented this in the trial, they brought in experts who testified as to the overwhelming, outsized, and...
Unimaginable influence of Alex Jones during the
campaign in 2016, exceeding the influence of Rush Limbaugh and Steven Crowder and Fox News combined by.
So they identified that Alex Jones wasn't just some crazy, kooky conspiracy theorist.
He was a political dynamo who was able to sway or Positive, or well, in our view, positively, in their view, negatively influence huge swaths of the American population and actually was the number one aspect of Trump's campaign that got him elected.
They figured that out.
That's not us saying that.
That's not us bragging about influence that we don't actually have.
The bad guys investigated their loss and determined that it was Alex Jones that was like the number one reason they lost.
They figured that out.
They presented that in testimony, sworn under oath.
So that's their view.
So just understand, they let Alex Jones for a couple decades grow and develop and expand without really resisting it too much.
A little bit here or there.
A little bit of intimidation, a little bit of trying to screw us over.
Obviously, they've been investigating us with the FBI since 2013.
He was already on their radar.
He was already They're already sort of looking at him, watching him, messing with him, poking him.
But it wasn't until 2016 that the deluge came, that the attack occurred.
And so you have these commercials Hillary Clinton did associating Alex Jones with Donald Trump to try to destroy Donald Trump and laying the groundwork for the Sandy Hook thing.
But as we've presented before, you can go to Google News.
You can go to News Archives.
You can search Alex Jones, Sandy Hook.
You find no results until the week after the first election of Donald Trump.
Seven days after that election was the first article saying this Sandy Hook relation is furious that Trump is associating with Alex Jones because Alex Jones did Sandy Hook, basically.
Because Alex Jones is the reason Sandy Hook is whatever.
So it was one week after his election they launched that attack.
It was two years after his election that they kicked us off the internet all at once.
And it was later that year, coinciding almost perfectly with the deplatforming that we were the major test case of, that they launched the lawsuit about Sandy Hook.
You got the default judgments.
They made absolutely no sense.
I mean, you're just...
It's like, you just gotta understand.
You just gotta just be able to picture in your mind.
You got the CIA, the FBI, the Clinton campaign, these massive deep state networks, the media organizations in bed with them, the courts being manipulated, HBO spending millions of dollars to make a documentary with a preordained plot with an outcome that they require in line with the judges' inclinations.
And yet we're still here.
And yet we're still just chugging along.
And yet the whole time, all we've been is independent dudes from Texas just telling you what we think is going on.
And showing you reality, mainstream media articles, internal white papers.
Nothing illegal, nothing even objectionable, really, if you're just an American patriot.
And yet look at what they've done to try to destroy us.
And it's all about political activism at the end of the day.
It's all about what is
to the populace to throw off their chains.
And if we can give them that, if we can provide some of this stuff, provide
of the information people need to justify or back up with what they already know, right?
You already know that everything's messed up and wrong and wonky and inverted and bizarre and retarded.
All we're doing is going, well, here's why.
Everybody sees that all of this is wrong.
Everybody sees that we're being run by criminals.
Everybody sees that everything's getting worse and every solution they present just multiplies the problem.
Everybody sees that on its own.
All we're doing is going, yeah, well, here's where they said they were going to do it.
And here's why they're doing it.
And here's what the ultimate plan is.
And here's how you fight back against it.
It's that last part.
Here's how you fight back against it.
By saying no, and in fact, that was the clip earlier that we...
That we played, and it was the clip that started this one off, because this clip has to do with him talking about the lawsuit, but it starts off by him saying, you know, they want to basically cut your kid's genitals off, and they want you just in a state of, like, confusion and uncertainty,
so when your kid comes home, like, their perfect, you know, paradigm is you're overworked.
You're confused.
Reading the news or looking at politics makes you anxious, so you just avoid it totally.
You distract yourself with pointless TikTok dances and football games.
And then your kid one day comes home and says, Mom, I think I'm a girl.
And ideally, you've never heard of you.
You're like...
I know trans people are a thing, but I didn't know.
What does that mean?
And then you go to the school counselor, and the counselor says, the best thing to do is accept it, or else the kid will kill themselves.
You don't want to kill your kid, do you?
And you go, oh my god, no.
No, I love my kid.
Sure, whatever we have to do.
It's fine.
He could wear a dress.
That's alright.
Just don't let him kill himself.
And they want you in this state of fear and confusion, and you don't know why this is happening or how it's happening, and the experts that you're supposed to trust are encouraging you to go along with it.
They don't want you saying no.
Because at any point in that process, you can stand up and say, get your hands the hell off my kid.
He's coming home with me.
He's a boy, not a girl.
You absolute freak.
No. I'm saying no to your sick program.
I'm saying no to your manipulation.
I'm saying no.
To your attempt to enslave me, and they don't want you to know that you can do that.
You can say no.
You don't have to be a slave.
You don't have to be a subject to their experiments.
You can reject it.
That's what Alex Jones says, and he gives you an example, and he shows you how to do it.
Can you please just give up?
And the answer is no.
That's it.
And then their entire edifice crumbles and dissolves away into dust.
So all it takes is Americans saying no.
All it takes is awareness.
Fortitude? Standing up against it?
Just saying no?
Really very simple.
And that's why they hate Alex Jones.
If it was complicated and difficult and if he was a radical, I mean, you know, they want radicals.
They want people telling each other to be violent.
They want people to be extremist and ill-informed.
Alex Jones represents everything that defeats them.
Informed Americans.
Are there...
unidentified
Kryptonite. It destroys them.
harrison smith
We don't even have to try.
That really is maybe the most frustrating thing about all the conspiracy theories.
It's just like, if we just had people in power who just said no, if we just had a million J.D. Vances running the government, we'd be fine.
Because you'd get these crazy activists going, what if we put men in women's prison?
And the authorities just say, well, no.
Anything else?
Okay, the answer to that question is no.
Do you have any other questions?
And then, like, the actor's just like, oh, but, no, but I really want it.
And it's like, well, okay, the answer's still no.
Well, but that's mean.
I don't care.
The answer's no.
But that's hate, okay?
The answer is no.
Just shut up.
Just what are you doing?
Shut up.
Like, eventually, anyway.
Anyway, that's what they don't want you to know.
They don't want you to know that you can just say no.
They don't want you to know why these things are happening.
They want you just changing yourself to conform to their vision.
They're hellish, satanic vision of the future.
They want you thinking, I must be the one that's wrong.
I must be out of step.
I must be the crazy one.
I better change what I believe to conform with the consensus because I don't want to be an outsider.
I don't want to be rejected by my friend group.
So cut my children's genitals off.
I mean, they want you that weak and confused and suicidal.
So Alex Jones, myself, all we're doing is just telling you what's actually happening and encouraging you to just say no.
And see what happens.
Just say no and watch the facade crumble.
Let's go back to the video.
This is, again, Alex Jones just laying out the timeline of the deep state attack against InfoWars.
And again, people talk a lot of crap about everybody, but they talk a lot of crap about Alex Jones.
It's just like, who else?
Who else could man this battleship?
Who else would not just survive this attack?
But actually get some victories along the way.
Actually fend them off and counterattack in a way they could bring them down.
See, they're so overconfident.
And whether that's because they believe their own lies or they just underestimate us, but you have to see the similarities between what they did to Donald Trump with Russiagate and what they're doing to Alex Jones.
I mean, there's got to be like a movie scene that corresponds with it, but I'm just thinking of like how it must feel to them when it's, you know, whatever the day was, September 15th, 2018, and they say, unleash the Kraken.
Destroy Alex Jones.
Launch Operation Silence the Patriot.
Kick him off of every platform.
Somebody else is like, sir, are you sure?
That's so drastic.
And it's like, do it, do it.
Press the red button, kick him off everything.
Even podcasts, kick him off podcasts, kick him off X, kick him off YouTube all at once in one day.
And then they do it and he's kicked off and he's gone.
Sir, he's not slowing down.
Sir, he's still broadcasting.
Sir, his reach is only growing.
I mean, it must feel...
Horrible. And which is why I love it.
Which is why I'm so happy it worked out this way.
It must be so confusing for them to launch these attacks that by all common sense should destroy InfoWars.
Only to look up and Alex Jones is just trudging along.
He's just trudging.
He hasn't even slowed down.
He hasn't even been dented.
He's not even overweight anymore.
What's going on?
It's got to be confusing.
It's got to be confusing.
So when they went after Trump, remember they did it in such a blatant and obvious way because they thought they were going to win.
Because they didn't think they were ever going to have to present their text messages.
So they had no problem texting, this is our insurance policy.
We're going to stop them from being president.
They never thought they'd be subpoenaed for that.
They thought Hillary Clinton was going to win.
They were going to cover up all their misdeeds.
Well, first they thought they were going to find something.
First they thought they were going to find evidence.
That they could then present and destroy Trump that way, then they would never be questioned about how they gathered the evidence because they would have gotten their conviction.
When that didn't work, they were like, oh, it's fine anyway.
Hillary Clinton's going to win, and then we'll cover it up that way.
That didn't happen either.
Same thing happened with Alex Jones.
Sure, we'll spy on him for a little.
He has to be doing illegal stuff.
We'll find that, and then we'll take him down.
They investigate us for a decade, never find anything.
Okay, well, let's launch this lawsuit, then we'll get access to his bank records, then we'll find out who's really funding him.
And then there's nothing there.
And so while this represents the hubris and the overconfidence of these people, thinking they can pull this off and then being screwed over by it, it represents not just a failure of them, but an existential failure for them.
It represents a risk they took that has not paid off and now has to be paid in full.
What they anteed, what they bet has to be paid in full.
They made the bet that if they do all these illegal things, they'll be able to find information to take us down.
Now that that didn't happen, that means we have the evidence of the collusion.
We have the evidence of the manipulation.
We have the evidence of the crimes they committed trying to get to us.
So now the attack they did against us will be their own undoing if we can achieve justice, if we can take control of the system and actually present this evidence in a court of law and have it be properly adjudicated.
They have sown the seeds of their own destruction.
All we have to do is reap it.
So let's go back to Alex Jones on Tucker Carlson talking about the really crazy aspects of this lawfare against us.
Let's watch.
tucker carlson
Our baseline assumptions here.
Is the CIA allowed to destroy people in the United States for criticizing?
alex jones
No, it's illegal.
tucker carlson
Oh, it's illegal.
alex jones
Okay. Of course, you're begging the question, but absolutely.
So then...
Then we have that.
But then I go, wait a minute.
At the trial last year, they have this FBI agent who was the chief counsel who, on the stand, they say it, to hide it in plain view.
The Democratic Party law firm talked to him for like a day.
And he goes, so you went and got the suit against Mr. Jones.
Yes, I went to your law firm, Mr. Koskoff, and I went to the families, you know, and I organized them to do this.
So they're hiding in plain view the chief counsel of Connecticut.
That I didn't even pick up on at the time.
Why is he on the stand?
I'm sitting there talking about how he went and set this up and did this to me.
Then later we have Oblevis talking about years ago, we criminally investigated him for a decade, we couldn't find anything, so we went into this civilly.
So now that's two of them admitting it on the stand in an undercover video.
Now this is where it gets wild.
Then, three days after Trump's in office, we'd done a FOIA request two years ago for my FBI file.
We'd done it many times, they'd never responded back.
Soon as Trump gets in, they send us a disc in the mail.
I get a call from the FBI saying, hey, be sure you wash your mail.
And they send me a disc of our foyer, and it was 196 files, but it was just the cover sheets.
They said the rest is national security.
But it said, Alex Jones, top national security threat.
Obama administration ordered me to be a level three.
Terror national security threat in 2013.
I had Kyle Serafin on who knows how to read the code documents on the dozens of pages I got that were attached, he said, probably to thousands, but 196 other investigation packets.
And we're talking weekly and monthly meetings out of the Boston field office.
And Trump didn't learn about this his first admin.
So we learned this was going on until I was sent this by the new FBI director, okay, or the new FBI.
And it's just the cover sheets, but they have codes on it that Kyle Serafin, who used to run counterterrorism in the FBI, huge whistleblower, came on my show for hours and documented what it meant.
Then he talked to his sources currently in D.C. and they said, yeah, we're actually on this.
It's bad.
Okay. So Obama illegally had me declare a national security threat, open criminal espionage investigation.
With huge resources.
HUMET, attempted infiltration, that's all the codes.
And that now makes sense.
People we'd hire trying to set us up, trying to get us to commit crimes.
All this stuff over the years.
Hacking into our surveillance camera systems, trying to find something dirty.
All sorts of sabotage.
So now, I mean, I'm living in a spy movie.
So we get that like 10 days into the Trump administration.
Three days in, they mail it.
It comes to the mail like seven days later.
So now we have that.
So we have Oblevis admitting it from the FBI and CIA.
We have the other lead counsel in Connecticut admitting it on the stand.
Proud of it.
I didn't complain to you.
Just because they knew it would come out.
Then we get another FBI contact.
They say, why don't you go look at the federal register and look for money going to these Sandy Hook foundations of the people that sued me?
We go, look, it's $4 million plus in payments to them right after they sue me, and then two payments to them during when both trials started.
tucker carlson
Payments from whom?
alex jones
From the Justice Department.
tucker carlson
So tax dollars?
alex jones
Tax dollars, over $4 million from the Justice Department, were paid to the main Sandy Hook Foundation that is on the board, the head of it, for the people suing me that ran it.
tucker carlson
This is crazy.
alex jones
So now we have the Justice Department, and I'm releasing those documents.
I was actually planning to release them today, a week ago, before you invited me out here.
So that's all going to be out today, the documents, all of it.
But it's online.
They don't hide it.
Also, millions and millions and millions more of COVID money went to them.
And you know what happened to Cori Bush's husband a month ago.
It's illegal.
It should be looked into.
So this is why this is important.
This is the most open and shut.
Start to finish operation we've ever seen with all this money directly from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department admitting they initiated it in undercover tapes with the CIA.
Then you have the FBI admitting on the stand that they initiated it.
Then you have the money directly from the Justice Department to them directly when they're attacking me, and then it gets worse.
In the last year in my bankruptcy...
Before that, they attached a U.S. trustee, which they can do under federal law, to my bankruptcy like I'm Enron.
Most people don't have this happen.
So there's Justice Department lawyers and agents at my depositions giving me U.S. code to read before the deposition after I'm sworn in that if I say anything incorrect, they're going to charge me with felonies.
Okay? But I still don't take the fix.
I've done nothing wrong and I have accountants and it's all lies.
They're alleging I've stolen hundreds of millions of dollars from these people.
None of that's true.
I don't have hundreds of millions of dollars.
I've never had $10 million of extra laying around.
tucker carlson
You stole money from what people?
alex jones
They just say I harassed them.
I made money off them.
It's their money.
It's just all made up.
But I have the Justice Department there.
So then the Justice Department has the U.S. trustee in May of last year order a private security company on a Friday evening to show up with guns on their sides and say everybody out of the building.
And I say, where's the court order?
And I say, call the head of your security company.
I get on the phone.
He goes, hey, I'm telling the people this, too.
We got to have a court order.
I'm going to tell them no.
tucker carlson
They showed up at your office?
alex jones
They showed up at my office.
tucker carlson
With guns?
alex jones
Armed security, yes.
And so I call my lawyers.
They don't even believe it's happening.
We get a hearing, and the judge blocks it.
Then he has a full evidentiary hearing June 14th.
Fires the U.S. trustee, removes them, removes the CRO that did it, okay, in the bankruptcy.
And then appoints a new one who comes in to be all buddy-buddy.
Then they, he says, okay, we want to sell it.
And then that way proceeds have sold Infowars.
But then we have buyers that are good that'll keep it going.
The Sandy Hook family's really Democratic Party says, we don't want money in court filings.
We want it shut down.
The judge says, no, you will sell it at an auction, but cash auction.
Then they have a auctions date set the day before.
They say that's canceled.
It'll be private bids turned in on that Monday.
And then the next day, we will tell you who the winner is.
Well, then it was the Bloomberg financing, his Everytown group, The Onion.
Everybody heard The Onion had gotten in for us.
Remember that?
Back in November.
So all that happened.
So we countersue.
The judge has hearings on December 9th and 10th, says there was never an auction.
It was fraudulent.
You know, you guys need to settle this, and you need to get money for Mr. Jones's buyers, and it needs to stop.
They come back to the judge three times and say, we don't want money.
We don't ever want it sold.
We want it shut down.
So the judge said, about a month ago, he said, okay, I'm done.
This has gone on three years.
Take it to state court.
The state court is Judge Bellis that did the show trial with HBO.
That's Judge Guerra Gamble in Texas.
That's the other judge in Connecticut.
So it's Judge Guerra Gamble, just like Judge Bellis, running the show trial, finding me guilty.
She has said as soon as she gets that, she's going to send in the constables from the county and just close the doors, lock it.
Because they don't want the money they can produce.
They don't want any of that.
They want it shut down.
tucker carlson
Can I just ask you a reality-based question here, Sue?
Sorry, that's such a long story.
No, no, no.
harrison smith
Believe it or not, it's about to get crazy.
Everything you've heard so far is just the prelude.
We get back on the other side.
We'll tell you the real crazy revelations that Alex Jones presented in that interview with Tucker Carlson, including the way that Donald Trump is being tricked into actually, in a way, supporting the attack against Alex Jones.
We'll expose it all to you on the other side.
Stay with us, folks.
Welcome back, folks.
So far, most of the clips we've shown you from Alex Jones' appearance yesterday It's probably not new information for most people viewing this, but it's going over the timeline and trying to condense into a single form the attacks against InfoWars for the normies out there that don't know.
The normies out there that their conception of Alex Jones is, oh, he's that crazy conspiracy theorist.
He said stuff about Sandy Hook.
He's like the Sandy Hook guy, right?
And he went to trial.
He was sued for defamation.
He lost.
And now he's, like, complaining about it, right?
Like, that's their conception.
They have no idea.
No idea it's Hillary Clinton.
No idea it's the entire Democratic establishment.
No idea how coordinated all of this is.
How there are just think tanks, literally thousands of people, who all day, every day, study us, study Infowars, study the dissident rights sphere, in order to get information in order to defeat us.
So I know a lot of us have heard a lot of this, but that's us.
Most normal people don't understand the scope and scale of what Alex Jones has been through.
They don't understand what it means for our rights, what it means for free speech in this country, how he's being used as a test case.
And again, we don't need to go over all of it, but from the FBI investigations to the kicking us off every platform all at once first test case, Total deplatforming online.
To the lawsuit, I mean, each one of these is just another attack against us, another campaign to destroy us that we've weathered and defeated and avoided and survived because of your support at TheAlexJonesStore.com.
TheAlexJonesStore.com is a separate entity from InfoWars.
It's separate from Alex Jones.
He doesn't own it.
They can't get their hands on it.
It's not a part of the bankruptcy lawsuits, but it's what...
We will be able to use Moving Into The Future as a sponsor to continue operation regardless of the outcome.
And again, we could, and Alex explains it in the interview.
I don't know if we have the clip that says this specifically today, but, you know, he says, this is the point of all this, right?
This is the, well, you'll see.
You'll see.
We'll get to it.
We'll comment on it.
But just know, TheAlexJonesStore.com is how we're going to continue to operate.
All of this is just the extra steps they need to go through because they haven't succeeded yet.
They haven't gotten total control.
They haven't completely co-opted all of the U.S. government.
There is still this remnant, this barely burning ember of American liberty and capitalism and just these normal structures that we can still take advantage of, that we can still utilize.
There are still a few people out there.
And what Alex Jones gets into here.
It is really unimaginable.
This whole story is crazy.
And the Alex Jones lawsuit is just part of it.
But it has to do with these law offices, these partnerships, these high-powered lawyers who are the engineers behind so much of the hidden machinery that's depriving us of our rights.
And the way that they are now using their previous political activity that was borderline criminal, they got caught for that, they're sort of being put under a microscope for that, they're now using that fact in order to actually do like a judo reverse and continue their attack under the guise of Making up for their previous attacks.
This might sound convoluted, but you'll see exactly what I mean.
Alex Jones lays it out here.
I'll give you some more context on the other side.
But here's Alex Jones laying out the real hidden forces behind the scenes seeking to take down Infowars and the way that they're doing it and the way they're even co-opting Donald Trump into co-signing their activities.
This is crazy stuff, folks.
Here's Alex Jones on Tucker Carlson Yesterday.
Getting to the heart of the attacks on Infowars.
Let's watch.
alex jones
I know when you talk to Trump and others, this is important because this needs to be looked at.
This is conspiracy against rights.
We're getting ready to take action on this legally.
This is a violation of process.
This is racketeering.
I mean, cut and dry in my view, and that's what my legal experts agree as well.
It's cut and dry.
Turns out Paul Weiss, the big law firm, They lost its intelligence agency clearances because they targeted Trump and they admitted to it.
They came to Trump a month ago and they said, give us back 50 plus percent of our business.
Let us have our national security clearance.
We promise to stop doing lawfare against you and your supporters.
And this is an agreement.
And we'll spend $40 million on pro bono work that's nonpolitical.
It's in the agreement.
And that's, by the way, in our legal actions about to come out.
They just filed.
That $40 million of that $20 is their suit of me.
And they list the lawyers.
tucker carlson
That's their pro bono work?
alex jones
And they've been coordinating the entire bankruptcy assault.
They came up with the fake auction on record.
That's come out in our depositions of them.
We're suing them currently, but more is coming.
They came up with the plan with the U.S. trustees multiple times to have fake auctions, and the judge said it was a fake auction.
They're the ones that sent armed security in on Friday evening.
I was leaving at like 7 o'clock, and there's all these guys showing up.
From the security company we'd already used for eight years, but all these guys never seen it.
harrison smith
Let's pause it there, because he gets back into the way they're trying to take us over, which is, it is insane.
It's just another aspect of this, right?
Because again, it's like, I can lay out the timeline, I can lay out the data points where it's like, first it was the ads, then it was, you know, the media campaign, then kicking us off the internet, then suing us.
And I can give those little data points, but every one of those you could click on and expand, and every one of those has a variety of different Bizarre actions.
You take the lawsuit and you go, okay, but they was defaulted.
Then you look at the default situation and you realize how convoluted and nonsensical that was.
It's like every one of these steps breaks down into a thousand other steps, each one of which can be broken down.
Each one of those breakdowns can be, I could spend a whole show on just talking about, you know, how fraudulent and manipulated it all is.
But what he describes there, I was shocked to find out.
And we'd actually talked about this situation
or maybe it was the day before.
And said, we're sorry we...
Tried to destroy you.
We're sorry that we weaponized the legal system.
To make up for it, we're going to provide you pro bono services.
$40 million worth.
Look how generous we are.
And then the pro bono work that they're offering is designed to destroy the First Amendment.
This is what I was trying to explain before.
How it's like, okay, they got caught doing all these malfeasance.
Then to make up for it, they're like, we'll do pro bono work.
And then the pro bono work they're offering Is the same sort of malfeasance that they got caught for.
So it's like, well, what the hell?
What is this?
Sorry we robbed a bank to make up for it.
We're going to go rob a bank.
I mean, this is nonsensical.
It doesn't make any sense.
This is crazy.
So the two things that we know that Paul Weiss and his law firm have agreed to provide pro bono services for are writing a bill to ban anti-Semitism.
And suing Alex Jones and trying to destroy InfoWars.
Hey, but they're doing it pro bono.
Aren't they generous?
I mean, this is the craziest thing.
So this is an article from Reuters, I believe, from March 21st, 2025.
So just a few weeks ago, this was the headline.
Trump withdraws order targeting Paul Weiss, says law firm promised free legal work.
US President Donald Trump said on Thursday he is withdrawing an executive order that targeted law firm Paul Weiss, saying the firm, quote, acknowledged the wrongdoing of an attorney who investigated the president and has pledged $40 million in free legal work to support the administration.
Well, aren't they sweet?
The surprise move, which comes amid a wave of attack by Republican by the Republican president on prominent law firms, follows a meeting between the president and Paul Weiss's chairman, Brad Karp, according to the White House.
During that meeting, Karp acknowledged the wrongdoing of Mark Pomerantz, a former partner with the New York firm who was involved in the Manhattan District Attorney's investigation into the hush money payments to a porn star, the White House said.
Remember that case?
Remember the porn star case?
I mean, it's always the same kind of operation, whether it's Trump.
Or Alex Jones.
It's always the same, just like pseudo-legal operation they're pulling.
And it's the same thing where you can go in, you can break it down, you can go, okay, this charge shouldn't have even been filed because it was beyond the statute of limitations.
Also, there's other historical precedents of Hillary Clinton doing the same thing and not being punished.
Plus, what they're even charging him for is sort of vague.
Plus, they're charging him for enhanced crimes without ever convicting him of the underlying crimes.
I mean, it's just, Scheme after scheme after scheme.
Scam after scam after scam.
Lie after lie after lie after lie.
Weaponizing the legal system.
They do that in an attempt to destroy Donald Trump totally unfairly, totally fraudulently, in a thousand different ways.
It's wrong.
It's just wrong how they do it in every step of the path.
And they say, we're sorry, we're going to make it up for you.
$40 million of pro bono work.
We will write an anti-Semitism bill to destroy the First Amendment.
And we'll sue Alex Jones into oblivion because he resists our globalist schemes.
Why Trump is going along with this?
Who knows?
Who knows, folks?
Trump said Thursday that Paul Weiss promised to dedicate the equivalent of $40 million in pro bono legal work during the president's term towards administration priorities such as combating anti-Semitism and support for veterans.
The firm also agreed to audit its employment practices and purge them of any diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, the White House said.
Trump mounted a broad campaign against DEI practices.
But the law firms that enforce DEI, they never actually...
Never actually support diversity.
It's just all so stupid.
It's like BlackRock forcing companies to do DEI.
We'll bankrupt your company if you don't have a diverse board.
Meanwhile, every member of their board is an old white Jewish guy.
These people don't have diversity in their board.
The elite law firms are not rife with diversity, folks.
So that's kind of silly anyway.
They're like, well, get rid of our DEI practices.
It's like, really?
Because everyone in position of power in your company is exactly the same person.
It's not even really an issue.
But they will push it on you and destroy you if you don't go along.
The firm is known for guiding corporate deals on behalf of financial giants like Apollo Global Management, Blackstone Group, Citibank, and Goldman Sachs, and for handling high-stake litigation such as tech industry clients such as Alphabet, Google, and Amazon.
The company either declined to comment or has not immediately responded to requests for comment.
Paul Weiss told a judge in New Jersey on Wednesday that he was fired by a client who was defending in a bribery case because of Trump's order.
Perkins Coie, however you pronounce it, is a...
In its lawsuit, said seven of its clients left the firm due to the order against it.
Now listen.
All these people should be in jail.
Okay? All of these lawyers should be in prison.
So I just thought I'd make that point.
I just thought I'd come out and advocate for what I think should be done is that all the partners at Paul Weiss and all the partners at Perkins Coie having been proven and admitted To participating in conspiracy against rights and collaborating to undermine the justice system and weaponize the legal industry should all be tried and found guilty and punished.
But that's just me.
So that was March 20th.
Fast forward to a story from yesterday, April 9th.
Top pro bono leader resigns from Paul Weiss, a firm hit in Trump's crackdown on big law.
Stephen Banks, who once ran New York's Social Services Department, said he wanted to return to helping the homeless.
He leaves within weeks of the elite firm striking a deal with President Trump.
Leader of the pro bono practice at Paul Weiss, Rifkin, Worden, and Garrison, is resigning from the law firm within weeks of the elite firm striking a deal with President Trump to lift an executive order that had threatened its ability to represent clients in business before the federal government.
Stephen Banks, a former New York City Social Services Commissioner, said in a statement, So anyway, he is resigning because he doesn't want to help Trump,
which is what Paul Weiss says they're doing, when in reality, they're offering their free $40 million services to destroy the First Amendment under the claim of anti-Semitism and to sue people like Alex Jones into non-existence, again, in an attack on the First Amendment for some reason.
That I can't quite fathom Donald Trump agreed to this.
So I don't know.
I like Trump.
I want to be a cheerleader for Trump, but there are decisions like this that really make me question the whole thing.
Which it's like, it's sort of like the perfect example of the frustration with Trump.
It's like they go after him, they try to destroy him, they try to throw him in prison for the rest of his life under these trumped up charges.
Then he goes after them.
He gets into office and he starts issuing executive orders against the people that did this to him.
Good, exciting, yes, wonderful.
Go after these people, sanction them, arrest them, charge them.
They're criminals.
They're destroying our country.
They tried to destroy you.
So yeah, we're all behind Trump issuing executive orders to go after these people.
And then all of a sudden it's reversed and it's like, oh, actually, I'm not going after them because they're going to write an anti-Semitism bill so we can make criticizing Jews illegal.
It's like, but what?
But we were on such a good track.
But it was going so well, Trump.
What happened?
Why does this happen?
Who is advising Trump?
It's crazy.
It really is destroying everything Trump is trying to do.
But that's actually happening.
That is what's happening.
As Alex Jones said, not only is Paul Wise offering $40 million to write an anti-Semitism bill, But also to sue Alex Jones.
On top of the millions upon millions of dollars that had already you know, that were already stolen from the American taxpayer to fund this operation.
In addition to whatever resources the FBI and the CIA and whoever else has been committed to trying to shut us down.
It's just crazy.
It really is crazy.
And it really feels good.
And it really feels good to know that not only they're so desperate and insane to try to destroy us, but that they can't.
That the power of the American Constitution remains.
It is undefeated, and they have not succeeded.
Not because they haven't tried, not because our system is working as it should, but because Alex Jones foresaw their attack and put systems in place to defeat the attack.
People make fun of us for selling supplements.
We wouldn't be here if it weren't for the supplements.
We wouldn't be here if we had to rely on YouTube ad revenue because they stole that from us.
They kicked us off that.
They thought they would destroy us with that move.
We have only expanded.
Let's go back and close out Alex Jones talking about the attack against him because not only is this a big story today with the rejection from the Connecticut Supreme Court, but it just represents such an important An underreported story in the timeline of the destruction of our rights.
And as Tuck Carlson pointed out, where's Cato Institute?
Where are these free speech organizations that are supposed to be there?
I mean, the ACLU used to defend Nazis.
They used to defend KKK members and black nationalists.
They used to actually believe in free speech.
When it comes to Alex Jones, they all abandoned their principles.
Turn the other way and pretend they don't see what's going on.
And it's their cowardice and their complicity that will destroy this country at the end of the day.
As Alex Jones pointed out and the reason they're going after him, all you have to do is say no.
You have to recognize their attacks and stand up against it and their entire edifice falls.
So thank you for joining us in this mission.
Thank you for supporting us in this crusade.
In this gladiatorial combat.
But they're not stopping, and they're only twisting what they've done before to facilitate their further exploitation of the American legal system.
So they apologize for going after Donald Trump, and as a mea culpa, they say, we'll destroy Alex Jones for you.
And Donald Trump says, great, sounds good.
Crazy, but there it is.
Back to Alex Jones on Tucker Carlson.
alex jones
For good tonight at nine.
But now it's under the court.
And then I get on the phone with the head of the security company, and he goes, listen, man, he goes, I got this lady saying I'm a Justice Department official, Melissa Hazleton, and her lawyer, Freeman, Melissa Hazleton and Liz Freeman,
and they're telling me we are Justice Department officials.
You must close it.
He said, no, I want a court order.
So then I had to sleep up there because they tried to hire another security company the next day, and I knew it.
tucker carlson
To steal your office from you.
alex jones
Listen, when they did the fake auction the next day, they came and turned the internet off because they knew I was going to appeal it, and the judge shut that down too.
And I was out of there for a few days, so there was such an outcry, and the judge ordered to let us back in the building.
We've been kicked out repeatedly.
tucker carlson
Of your own building?
alex jones
Of our own building.
But Paul Weiss has...
...been running this whole thing with Koskoff and Koskoff.
It's basically a total deep state operation with Senator Blumenthal and his son.
Okay? So this is on record.
And... But...
So here they are telling Trump, oh, yes, we'll stop doing lawfare against you and your people.
And then now they're billing that in the basic fine they agreed to with Trump.
You know, that's what it is, unofficial fine.
They are telling Trump, we're going to stop our...
...attacks on your supporters and you, and now they think Trump, they know he's busy, that he won't learn that they've done this.
So in my view, they need serious sanctions from the White House.
If this isn't about me, I'm tough.
This is about this saga.
Everything I've told you is even worse than I'm telling you.
The insanity of what they've done and the persecution would take days because they had four court orders that my company had to pay for.
And then if the money didn't come in, we wouldn't make it through those investigations.
I'd tell listeners, hey, buy our products.
We've got to pay to be investigated.
Four different investigations, forensic accountants looking for dirt.
They had the IRS audit me for a year.
We got a $4.3 million tax return back.
The IRS says, we never do this.
It went into the bankruptcy because I'd overpaid $4.3 million in five years because I tell my CPAs, overpay.
Because I don't have a target.
So there are three years of investigation.
I got a $4.3 million check back.
And none of it was true.
And then even the New York Times last year had to say, well, it turns out Jones had meager resources and never really had anything.
Well, it was all lies.
So it was all lies I did anything to him.
It was all lies I made money off of.
It was all lies I had all this money.
And the point is, is now to last night, the Connecticut Supreme Court said, we're not even going to hear your appeal.
Which is ironclad, abusive process, all the rest of it.
Texas, the judge violated three laws, cut and dry.
I mean, the cap is at $5 million.
She said, I don't care about the Texas cap.
I'm doing 45. The change was 49. They just don't care.
And it's the same in all of this lawfare.
Just like a judge found Trump.
tucker carlson
You never did anything.
You never broke any laws.
They would have indicted you.
Like, this is all so...
Hallucinogenic. It's so crazy.
alex jones
Well, imagine it's like I'm their chew toy, and they just chew on me.
tucker carlson
But your crime...
Look, I just want to refer you to the very first moments of this conversation when I pointed out once again for the hundredth time, you called 9-11 in detail before 9-11.
So that is like, just from my perspective as an outsider and someone who knows you, that's like the defining fact of your life.
That's the first sentence of your obituary.
No one did that.
Only you.
That fact...
I think is responsible for everything that has come after.
alex jones
Well, just think of the scandal.
On record, Kyle Serafin, and he showed me the conversations with high-level FBI.
They're investigating it.
He's going to come back on the show, I think, tomorrow or Friday.
Famous whistleblower.
He read the documents, and we got a lot from it, but he explained, I mean, this is like terrorist designation.
This is espionage.
So I've had a full espionage, counter-espionage operation against me, trying to find something for 10 years.
tucker carlson
So where's the DOJ?
Where's, I mean, this is a test for the new Department of Justice, you know, brought in on the explicit promise to end the corruption, stop using our justice system.
harrison smith
We'll cut it off there.
How amazing is it that Alex Jones starts for decades being a commentator about the New World Order, only to have his voice be so effective and so powerful that the...
The cabal of evil that he's talking about, like the Eye of Sauron, turns towards him, starts attacking him.
He's now suddenly in the center of the story that he's been talking about, and he's actually leading the movement, one of the primary leaders of the movement, to get Donald Trump elected, to actually wrest the levers of power away from these evil people, turn it on them,
and actually achieve victory against globalism in a real political...
History-making fashion.
I mean, we are a part of, I'm lucky enough to participate in, and you are lucky enough to be a main player in this just crazy story.
This crazy historical flash in the pan that people are going to look back at for a thousand years if we achieve victory and are allowed to tell the truth about what's gone on.
This is such a crazy story of the commentator of the The outside independent influencer being so effective and so powerful that he's been drawn into the conflict and now leading the forces that will destroy the globalist evil.
It's just monumental, incredible, shocking stuff.
We're going to finish up in the first five minutes of the next hour.
We'll be joined by an amazing guest later in the hour.
We'll finish up on the other side.
All right, folks.
Third hour of American Journal is on.
Fantastic guest Roger Roots will be joining us in about 30 minutes.
I'm going to hit some headlines on the other side of this short break, but we're going to finish up here.
Alex Jones on Tucker Carlson last night.
Bombshell interview.

Spread this information.
This is a nuclear bomb in the information war, so please do your part and help spread the information and be the Paul Revere's that have made us so powerful.
We're nothing without you.
But with you, we are an existential threat to the system.
Here is some final notes from Todd Carlson and Alex Jones.
tucker carlson
You get this sense that there's like a spirit of dullness or fantasy.
Maybe it's connected to living digitally or something.
But like smart, aware people are no longer smart or aware.
They're sort of sleepwalking through this incredibly dangerous moment and they don't even acknowledge.
Any of it.
And like, what is that?
alex jones
Well, that was the description I was going to use.
tucker carlson
There's like a mist that settles over all of us and like we can't, it's like no one is even like awake.
What is that?
alex jones
Well, that's how I describe it.
We're sleepwalking into Armageddon.
The Bible calls it a spell.
tucker carlson
It feels that way.
alex jones
Medically, they would call it a trance.
And you know, since the advent, I say that sarcastically, of television and everybody gathering around it, people are way more highly suggestible.
Most people are closer to a near dream state or daydream state pretty much all the time.
tucker carlson
It feels that way.
alex jones
You go to a movie, you see everybody kind of drooling.
And I've never really had a lot of suspended disbelief.
Even when I was a kid, I was always analyzing things.
tucker carlson
Me too, me too.
alex jones
And so I guess that's a gift, but also it's kind of torture.
It'd be fun to just be able to be mindless sometimes.
But yeah, and the establishment itself is all about never actually making a decision they get in trouble for, having committees, having groups, having it kind of be policy where no one can be accountable.
But then that creates a runaway train scenario where then only the most reckless people that are the craziest kind of become the consensus because nobody else wants to challenge them.
And through Trump and Elon saying, hey, we don't want war.
We don't want a meat grinder.
This is too dangerous.
This is crazy.
We want to stabilize civilization.
We want to have more kids, not less.
Every actuary shows we collapse if we don't.
Those are conscious.
Look at Trump, conscious, awake, sharp.
Elon, conscious, aware, sharp.
You know, so many others.
And then it's a system of kind of quasi-zombies and zombies run by a few kleptocrat psycho demon-possessed people that don't want us waking up the zombies.
So that's why they're mad at me.
It's why they're mad at Elon.
It's why they're mad at you.
is that we are trying to collectively get people to wake up because the wheel on the ship is so heavy and so big a few of us can't turn it but if we get more people politically engaged and aware together we're able to turn the wheel as we're about to go over this waterfall 5,000
feet and get killed and so it's it's it's people that are dialed in unconscious versus people that are unconscious in the middle versus evil that is driven by a very nihilistic destructive uh force and and that's what's going on.
Transhumanism is about...
I mean, I remember 30 years ago reading government white papers that were public that listeners sent me, medical people, that they had human-animal hybrids they could grow in cows for organ harvesting.
And, of course, that's been admitted for 20 years now.
But just last week, hundreds of articles, oh, we can grow humanoids for organ harvesting.
Don't worry, though.
They don't have consciousness.
We've already raised them at undisclosed laboratories.
And then it's in the MIT reports that they've done it.
Or I remember 30 years ago, oh, military bases have goats that are part spider that produce body armor out of their milk, but we don't show them to you.
And then later they brought them out.
And then, oh, we have dire wolves living in an undisclosed location where we spliced 13,000-year-old DNA with a regular wolf.
And my point is, the future has been here for a while.
It's just not evenly distributed.
So you've got this super advanced sectors of technology, literally in underground bases and facilities.
And you've got an establishment, a very small technocracy that's even aware of those systems.
Yes. And they don't want to give the general population access to that.
So to them, they want a nuclear war.
They think it's survivable on their underground bases.
And Ian Fleming, former high-level OSS in MI6, wrote the James Bond books and movies.
Remember the 80s Moonraker with Roger Moore.
And remember, there's a crazy...

What the hell?
Oh, my God.
tucker carlson
Wait, did my brother have his baby?
unidentified
No. It turns out men can't get pregnant.
Since when?
Since Trump took office, somehow men's ovaries stopped functioning correctly, and it's just weird.
tucker carlson
How could he get back into office?
unidentified
I mean, couldn't all those billionaires stop him?
Well, a lot of them started helping him, like Elon, after he took over Twitter.
jp sears
Huh? Oh, Elon bought Twitter, then saved free speech, it was a whole thing, and then he campaigned for Trump, and now he's helping Trump run the government.
tucker carlson
But Elon always hated Trump.
unidentified
Used to.
Now he loves Trump.
Everybody loves Trump now.
Everybody? I'll bet you want to shave your legs and wash those sheets.
I just need to relax and get my bearings.
tucker carlson
This is so stressful.
unidentified
I'll get you a razor.
You know what'll help me?
What if we take a few days off and rent that little beach house in the Gulf of Mexico?
Gulf of America.
What? Well, there's no Gulf of Mexico anymore.
Now it's called the Gulf of America.
Please. Why?
Oh, my God.
This guy needs to be stopped.
It's pretty cool, right?
Look, are there any other big changes I should know about before I try to get back into this coma?
Oh, you're going to say gay and retarded again?
That is so offensive.
Nobody would even say that.
God, Nikki, you need to clean this place up.
harrison smith
The whole house smells retarded.
unidentified
They're so politically incorrect.
Oh yeah, political correctness no longer exists.
Why not?
Trump? This guy is the devil.
Yeah, you can say whatever you want.
It's just other people are then responsible for the feelings that their body creates based on their interpretation of your words.
We're calling it now self-responsibility.
Are you being serious right now?
Yeah. That's retarded.
Don't forget to clean that up.
harrison smith
Liberal wakes up from a coma in 2025 from Awaken with JP.
2020. Can you believe 2020 was five years ago?
Good lord.
A lot has changed.
A lot has changed.
In a lot of very good ways.
Now we're going to be joined at 1030 by Roger Roots with...
Really, it's a total bombshell story, and I should have been hyping it this whole show, because some crazy things have happened with January 6th, and the government may have done a little oopsie and released a bunch of information they didn't want to get out.
And we'll tell you all about that with Roger Root.
Stay tuned for that.
This is a major breaking bombshell exclusive.
That we're going to bring you in about 30 minutes.
Before then, I want to get to some of the headlines today, since we spent most of the show on Tucker Carlson's interview with Alex Jones, even though that has to do with breaking news.
Let's get to some of what's going on.
First of all, let's go to this video first.
Clip number four.
This is a video breaking down, exposing the paid protesters at Tesla protests.
And it's incontrovertible.
It's absolute proof.
And we've been talking about this for a little bit whether it's USAID or the Soros Foundation or whoever it is that's coordinating and orchestrating and paying for these Tesla protests that are turning violent which would mean you're talking about racketeering terrorism charges if this ever goes to court.
And everybody knows this is the case but I don't know if I've ever seen a video that more clearly lays out the incontrovertible fact that there are paid protesters Roving around the country, organizing these protests.
Total astroturf scam.
Let's go now to clip number four.
unidentified
Way to try to find my first interview.
This woman comes along and advises the people not to do an interview with me.
Then she proceeds to take photos of me with her phone and then grabs a sign that says troll on it.
She then, and I kid you not, followed me around the protest for the entire time I was there.
The people she's guarding from an interview are folks calling for violence, holding a sign saying, burn a Tesla, save democracy.
And so obviously no one can be that dumb for free, so who is this woman?
This is her protesting JP Morgan, funded by a campaign called 350 PDX's Defund and Divest Team.
This is her on Capitol Hill blocking senators, so she travels for her job as a professional.
And this is her participating in an if not now a progressive Jewish organization supporting Ilhan Omar.
Yet this is her on a website for a Lutheran church.
Could it be that she's pretending to be Jewish?
Yes, just like the people who occupied Trump Tower pretended to be Jewish.
If you're wondering who the guy is signaling for help and talking very negatively about my channel in the background, he's another professional protester.
Here's him freaking out at Grand Central Station.
Here's him Oh, I have another sign.
Let me see that.
harrison smith
Yes. I know he's a right-wing troll.
unidentified
Some of him.
No, no, it's fine.
It's fine.
But he cuts off the cover.
He's loving it.
So this woman with an arrow was the one he signaled for help.
And why?
Because they're teammates.
Here's her standing right in front of the college professor at a completely different protest.
Here's her at another protest.
And another, Trump and Elon have a vicious paid opposition in this country.
Over 200 Tesla takedown protests have already happened.
That's not natural.
And it's not just words either, it's assault.
These people are going after Tesla.
harrison smith
By the way, you know, traveling across state lines to organize a riot Is a federal charge.
I mean, these people are openly committing crimes.
And you can see there how these professional protesters travel city to city organizing these events, some of which turn violent or end up with dealerships being burned down or bombs being planted.
So maybe we should do something.
Maybe we should do something about that.
If you want my advice, you should do something about that.
Now, obviously, the tariffs continue to dominate the news cycle and...
It's going very well.
Honestly, it's going like shockingly well about all, you know, throughout all of this with all the naysayers and all the doomsayers.
I mean, it's like nothing but good stuff here.
Now yesterday, Trump paused the tariffs for 90 days.
This broke immediately after American Journal ended.
And it caused the Dow to shoot up to new record heights.
And, you know, some people I saw, I think even Nick Fuentes was like, Oh, this is, you know, Trump backing down.
He's, you know, this is in response to the bond market collapsing yesterday.
And he freaked out and was imposing this.
But if you remember, like three days ago, there was a leaked story saying Trump is going to put a 90 day pause on tariffs.
And then Trump came out and said, no, no, that's not true.
We're not going to do that.
But obviously that was true.
So obviously this was planned and the plan leaked.
They denied it.
But obviously the leak was accurate because they did, in fact, institute a 90 day pause.
Leak happened before the bond market returns came in.
So obviously, again, there was a plan in place, at least for a few days, to do a 90-day pause.
And then he did that.
So this wasn't in response to the bond market collapsing.
This wasn't a show of weakness.
This was done with intention.
And it's worked out incredibly well.
Trump pauses tariffs for 90 days on non-retaliating countries, raises tariffs on China to 125% effective immediately.
So that was yesterday, based on the lack of respect from China towards world markets.
And 75 countries, I think 86 countries have been hit with tariffs.
75 countries immediately responded and said, we're willing to work with you.
We'll lower tariffs in exchange for you lowering tariffs on us, which is the point of the tariffs in the first place.
So Trump said, that's good.
China is one of the only countries to loudly You know, fight back against this and try to go to the mat.
And it's not working out for them.
Yuan falls to 2007 lows as U.S. tariffs on China kick in.
So the Chinese yuan, is that how you pronounce it?
Yuan? The Chinese dollar is collapsing in response to this.
Chinese yuan ended its weakest level in more than 17 years on Wednesday after its offshore counterpart fell to record low overnight.
This in an escalating Sino-US trade war rattled currency markets.
The decline comes as the trade war between the world's two largest economies escalate.
US President Trump's reciprocal tariffs on dozens of countries took effect on Wednesday.
China's top leaders plan to meet as soon as Wednesday to hammer out measures to boost the economy and stabilize capital markets, people with knowledge of the matter said.
So they're already sort of maybe regretting their decision.
unidentified
Hmm.
harrison smith
Sucks to be them.
I don't know.
What else is there to say about it?
It was a bad idea in the first place.
We told you that.
You did it anyway.
Here you are.
Meanwhile, while the Chinese dollar collapses to the lowest point in 17 years, U.S. inflation falls more than expected.
to 2.4% in March.
U.S. inflation fell more than expected to 2.4% in March as the Federal Reserve grapples with how to respond to Donald Trump's abrupt U-turn on tariffs.
Thursday's annual Consumer Price Index figure from the Bureau of Labor Statistics was below both February's reading of 2.8% and 2.5% forecasted by economists polled by Bloomberg.
The data also showed the annual core inflation rose 2.8%, less than February's reading of 3.1%, and below economists' expectations of 3%.
So inflation lowering, Chinese economy struggling, billionaires getting poorer.
Everything good so far.
And on top of it all, from today, U.S. consumer prices post first decline in nearly five years.
I'm going to read that again.
U.S. consumer prices post first decline in nearly five years.
You're welcome.
You're welcome!
Liberals, you're welcome, Democrats.
US consumer prices unexpectedly fell in March amid cheaper gasoline and other motor vehicles, but the improvement in inflation is unlikely to be sustained after President Trump doubled down on tariffs on imported Chinese goods.
They're like, yeah, you know, inflation's down and consumer prices are down and the Chinese economy is struggling, but it's probably going to get bad soon, though.
But trust us, soon it's going to get really bad, you guys.
It's like, why are you trying to spin this obviously good news into bad news?
Why do you hate America?
Why do you hate America and us innocent Americans?
What is wrong with you people?
The first monthly decline in prices in nearly five years was reported by the Labor Department on Thursday.
It could also be a sign of softening demand and amid heightened recession fears due to tariffs and lead financial markets to anticipate the Federal Reserve could cut interest rate by 100 basis points this year.
Yeah, that's probably what it is.
Yeah, consumer prices went down for the first time in half a decade, and it's probably because everybody's so scared of the tariffs.
It's probably because everybody's scared of a recession happening, so they're lowering prices.
Whatever you have to say to justify your unfounded hysteria, whatever, but prices are lower and that's a good thing.
And that's a good thing.
Now, this is, again, I mean, the Democrats just don't know how to respond to this.
They're absolutely freaking out.
This video is one of my favorite clips I've seen in a very long time for so many different reasons.
Basically, the Democrats teed up, ready to go into this hearing with the It was some Treasury person in the Trump administration, and they were geared up and ready to dig into the tariffs, to criticize tariffs, to attack the tariffs,
only to have their whole operation derailed by the 90-day pause.
So what did they do?
They just keep being mad.
They just keep acting like the 90-day pause is happening, and actually they somehow transmogrify their anger over the tariffs into anger that the tariffs have stopped.
It's madness.
It's insane.
It's hilarious.
And the dichotomy, the difference between what you're about to see in the senator foaming at the mouth, he's angry, he doesn't know why, he's asking stupid questions, and then the Trump person.
He's just like answering them and is just confused.
He's just like, you'll see.
I mean, it is hilarious.
This clip is amazing.
I love this.
We might have to watch it twice.
But here's a Democratic senator geared up, firing on all cylinders, ready to go after the tariffs and not knowing how to do that following Trump's 90-day pause.
Clip number seven.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Are you aware that the tariffs have been paused?
I am, yes.
When were you made aware of that?
Well, I understood the decision was made a few minutes ago.
Sitting here.
And under discussion.
Sitting here, under discussion.
So did you know that this was under discussion?
And why did you not include that as part of your opening remarks?
So typically what I don't do is divulge the contents of my discussions.
What are the details of the pause?
Well, my understanding is that because...
So many countries have decided not to retaliate.
We're going to have about 90 days.
Excuse me?
China increased their tariffs on the United States.
Trump blinked.
What's the blink, sir?
What do you know about this pause?
What are the details of it?
Well, the details, as I understand it, is that China continues to retaliate.
Other countries didn't retaliate.
The president, two or three days ago, said we wanted to negotiate with those countries that asked for meetings.
That's what we're doing.
What are the details?
How long is the pause?
How many days?
How many weeks?
I understand it's 90 days.
I haven't spoken to the president since I've been in this hearing.
So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the president of the United States about a global reordering of trade?
Yes, I have.
I've just been in a hearing with you, sir.
But yet he announced it on a tweet.
WTF? Who's in charge?
The President of the United States is in charge.
And what do you know about those details?
Well, as I mentioned...
It looks like your boss just pulled the rug out from under you.
Is this market manipulation?
No. Why not?
If it was a plan, if it was always the plan, how is this not market manipulation?
It's not market manipulation, sir.
Well, then what is it?
Because it sure is not a strategy.
We're trying to reset the global trade system.
I can't explain how much joy that clip brings me.
harrison smith
What is the guy even yelling about?
It's just everything about it.
Who's in charge around here?
The president, sir.
The one who made the decision.
What are you talking about?
What are you so angry at?
unidentified
What are the details of the pause?
harrison smith
It's 90 days.
90 day pause for any countries that wanted to negotiate.
What are the details?
It's a 90 day pause.
Countries that are willing to negotiate.
unidentified
He's just so mad.
harrison smith
He's so mad and we don't know why.
We can't figure out why.
He's like, China raised their tariffs and Trump blinked.
The guy's like, what blink?
Just what are we talking about here?
I mean, it's crazy.
I mean, we are literally dealing with people that are just, they're in a fantasy world and it's like so bizarre.
It's so bizarre.
I don't even know.
I don't know what to make of this.
So he hasn't discussed this with you?
No, he did.
But then it was implemented?
Yeah, it was implemented.
What are we yelling about?
Why is everybody yelling?
What is this?
Why is everybody yelling about it?
You can ask me in a normal voice.
I want to see that guy go out to lunch or something.
How do you live with that level of understanding?
Misunderstanding. That non-existent understanding.
How do you live like that?
Does the man go to restaurants and start yelling at them about the Tuesday special not being available on Thursday?
How does he get through a normal meal?
Is it just like...
I don't know.
I don't...
I don't get it.
She's like, what is the price of the blue plate special?
$7.99.
It's on the menu right there.
It's on the menu?
The price of the blue plate special is on the menu.
Okay. Okay, so you just expect people to look at the menu to read that.
And it's like, yes, sir, you read the menu.
The prices are listed there.
Do you need a minute?
I can come back.
You can take your time.
No rush, sir.
Okay, so first you're telling me there's specials.
But now you're telling me I can't get the special because it's not the right day?
You expect me to believe this?
It's like, sir, this is all very normal, sir.
It's all very normal.
I don't know what you're so angry at.
Why you're yelling at me, a waitress at Bennigan's.
I don't know if Bennigan's exists anymore.
But I just, I love that video.
I can't get over it.
I want to watch it over and over.
Because not only...
Even, like, if this...
This was legitimate.
If, like, the 90-day pause didn't happen and this guy was mad, it would still be funny.
It would still be the Democrats being mad about something that they just don't understand.
But the fact that Trump did, you know, that guy says Trump pulled the rug out from under you.
No, Trump pulled out the rug from under you.
No, you were planning to go in here and go off about tariffs.
Then he paused them for 90 days.
So now you're yelling about that.
And it's you're you don't know what you're doing.
You're lost.
You're confused.
It's embarrassing and hilarious.
Keep it up.
We love it.
Keep it up.
Finally, we want to go to this clip, clip number 10. Maybe I'll get to one more clip here if we have time.
But let's go to clip number 10 first.
This is about Zuckerberg caught selling out to China.
Again, I want to remind you just in case you missed it the first time I said it or the first thousand times I said it.
I just, I honestly can't get over that.
If you've ever had a kid, if you've ever gone through the process of choosing a name for your firstborn child, the idea that you would ask the dictator of China to bestow a name upon him is so crazy to me that this is nothing compared to that.
It was so crazy Xi Jinping was like, no, dude, that's creepy.
It's too much responsibility.
You freaking weirdo lizard.
Whistleblower claims Meta helped China develop advanced AI to outcompete American companies.
This according to bombshell testimony story at New York Times, New York Post rather.
Quote, there's a straight line you can draw from these briefings to the recent revelations that China is developing AI models for military use relying on Meta's Lama model.
Let's go now to clip number 10. Here is the testimony in Congress yesterday.
unidentified
So I want to just be clear about this.
josh hawley
Here in this document, Facebook is talking about making Chinese user data available to the Chinese government because they're going to store that data in China.
unidentified
Is that correct?
Correct. But when you store that data in China, Americans who exchange messages or other information with Chinese Facebook users, that would mean the Chinese government could get access to the American data as well.
Is that correct?
Through the pop servers, potentially, yes.
And Facebook was willing to take that risk.
Yes, there was a lot of discussion about this and ultimately, yes.
I mean, this is extraordinary.
This is exactly contrary to what Facebook has represented for years.
Here, they're willing to build data centers, store data in China.
They are willing explicitly to give the Chinese government access to it.
And if that means that American user data is also compromised, they're willing to do that too.
All for profits in China, there was virtually...
harrison smith
So there you go.
Whistleblower claims Meta helps China develop advanced AI to out-compete American companies.
This is going to bombshell testimony, but not exactly a surprise, considering that practically every American industry for the last several decades has done everything they possibly could to disadvantage America for the sake of China.
So just another data point in the already existing trend.
Now, folks, when we get back on the other side, we're going to be joined by Roger Roots.
With an absolutely crazy story.
An absolutely...
I know we use the term bombshell a lot, but that's because we're in a war and bombshells are falling constantly.
This is one story that, if any story, this story deserves the bombshell appellation.
This story is the bombshell of bombshells.
The government messed up.
Long story short, the government messed up and accidentally told the truth about January 6th.
And things are about to change, folks.
So stay tuned.
We'll hear from Roger Roots on the other side.
Quick four-minute break.
In the meantime, please go to TheAlexJonesStore.com to keep us on the air and help us to win this battle for the fate of humanity against the globalists and their satanic elite.
We'll be right back.
Gentlemen, this is the American Journal.
I'm your host Harrison Smith.
Very happy to welcome my guest Roger Roots.
He's a constitutional attorney who's been fighting for justice for January 6th defendants.
He's with us today to discuss his latest victory where he forced the government to disclose withheld body cam footage that would both exonerate many January 6th defendants and prove that many Capitol Police and others committed perjury when they testified against the protesters there.
You can find...
Mr. Roots' website, rootsjustice.com.
That's rootsjustice.com.
Roger Roots, thank you so much for joining us today.
roger roots
Thank you so much, Harrison.
Great to be here.
harrison smith
Oh, it's my pleasure.
And I started getting calls yesterday from all sorts of people about this story saying, hey, man, this is urgent.
This can't wait.
We think the government may have made a mistake here.
Just tell us what has happened, what the lawsuit is that led to the release of this info and what the government's done after this information was released and this body cam footage was released.
Just break down this story for us, please.
roger roots
Yeah, so I'll just set the stage.
Of course, all these January 6th cases, there's some 1,600 cases.
Most of them are closed.
They are all finished with just a handful.
So let me set the stage.
We all know that President Trump...
Pardoned everyone on Inauguration Day, January 20th.
That pardon proclamation begins first paragraph saying, I hereby issue commutations of these 13 or 14 guys.
And that was, you know, the group, Stuart Rhodes, mostly Oath Keepers and Proud Boys.
Joe Biggs was on that list.
So 13 or 14 names.
Then the second paragraph said, everyone else gets a full and complete pardon.
unidentified
All right.
roger roots
Then the third paragraph, which is very significant, says, I further direct my attorney general to dismiss all pending cases, all other pending cases.
It didn't say other.
By the way, I argue that paragraph three applies to paragraph one.
So Biggs and those guys really should have their cases totally dismissed.
Right. But anyway, let me, that's a side issue.
In other words, let me just say, all these January 6th cases are pretty much over with the exception of a few...
And I'm an attorney in about one or two or three of those, one of which is the Ryan Zink case.
Now, Ryan Zink, great guy from West Texas, wrongly prosecuted for January 6th.
So that case is still alive because it was on appeal.
So the federal government, the Trump Justice Department filed motions to vacate in the appellate court, ordering the lower court, the district court.
...to dismiss the case.
So it lands in the district court, and guess who the district judge is?
This is the same judge we've all been hearing about over the last couple weeks, and that's Judge Boasberg.
The same judge, of course, who's currently in the news for ordering Trump's flights to El Salvador to return.
That same judge.
Judge Boasberg.
And he happened to be the judge in...
Ryan Zink's case.
In fact, I was in Ryan Zink's trial where he was convicted wrongly of various January 6th charges.
Anyways, so his case is still alive right now.
So that gave us an opportunity to file a motion to lift the protective order.
Now let me set the stage for that.
So at the beginning of every single January 6th prosecution, the government files a motion for protective order in every single case.
And that is a motion that that seals all the discovery from the public.
So the public is not able to see all this body cam footage, all this surveillance camera footage.
And by the way, it's beyond it goes beyond that.
Even documents, FBI reports, et cetera.
It's all sealed from the public, and it's all been kept from the public for four years in all these cases.
However,
Remember, the case is all but dead.
It's heading for dismissal.
But we filed this motion to lift the protective order, which was filed way back at the beginning of the case.
And we argued in our motion, hey, the public has a right.
A constitutional right to all this evidence.
And by the way, remember, the Republicans in Congress have won.
They campaigned on releasing this same stuff to the public.
Speaker Johnson has campaigned and said he was going to release all this footage to the American people.
So yesterday, I achieved something that the Republican Congress and Speaker Johnson has never achieved, which is The judge, Judge Boasberg, again, granted our motion.
So for about four hours yesterday, all afternoon, that motion was lifted and the American people finally had access for about four and a half hours to all that footage, all that evidence that the government has been concealing from the American people.
And I can go on and on about what some of that stuff shows.
And then at the end of the day...
Unfortunately, the government filed a motion to essentially set aside or stay or hold in abeyance the judge's order.
They didn't even oppose our motion at the beginning.
So think about this.
They didn't oppose it.
The judge, Boasberg, issues that order.
And then at the end of the day yesterday, for some reason, don't know why, the government, this is the Trump Justice Department now, filed a motion.
...to hold in abeyance the order, lifting the protective order.
And then last night at 5 o'clock, right before close of business, Judge Boesberg granted their motion.
So, for four hours we had...
The American people had the right to see all the evidence of January 6th, and then it was closed shut at 5 o'clock yesterday.
harrison smith
So this is crazy, and this has happened a few times in the last few years, is we'll hear, okay, we're going to release all of the footage from January 6th, and some more footage would be released, or we'd get some different angles, and you know, people would make documentaries about it or whatever.
The Jacob Chansley footage came out and showed him being led around by the cops the entire time.
This would trickle out a little bit.
Bit by bit.
But obviously, the government is in possession of every body cam footage, every security cam footage from the Capitol.
I mean, they have it all.
They've just withheld it and haven't made it public.
And then because of your emotion, because I guess they just didn't understand what it was going to entail, they just didn't bother to stop it.
And so they release all this footage.
So how much footage was there?
And what did the footage look like?
And how was it?
Well, let me just say, there are hundreds of terabytes.
roger roots
Hundreds of terabytes.
This is more than any one person can view probably in a lifetime.
I'm not kidding.
So, massive amounts of film.
There's not a single person, not a single federal prosecutor, not a single defense lawyer has the time to view all this stuff.
All right.
So, you know, you can imagine a single surveillance camera at the U.S. Capitol, all of that footage for, you know, all afternoon, January 6th, 2021.
And there are just hundreds of those and hundreds of cop police body cam, you know, footage files and lots of documents as well.
Police reports, documents of all kinds.
And it's so sad because we defense lawyers are made to sign at the very beginning of these cases that we will sign on, that we will not share this stuff to the public.
And some of it is even called highly classified, highly sensitive, where we're not even supposed to share it with the defendant himself in these cases.
It's ridiculous.
So basically, let me just say, this discovery is in the form of websites.
It's so massive that it's really two websites.
One is called Relativity.com.
One is called, is it Evidence.com?
Evidence.com.
And so these are two massive government websites, and we asked in our motion that the judge order the government to keep those open and maintained for the future so the American people, the public, can have access and look at all that evidence.
And remember, The Republicans won the election last November with these promises to make this available to the public.
So they never have.
I actually managed to make it happen for four hours.
harrison smith
So hundreds of terabytes of footage, basically from every body cam being worn by any officer on the Capitol, every security footage.
So, I mean, this is everything.
You could watch the timeline of January 6th from 10,000 different angles, 10,000 different cameras, all running for hours.
That is huge.
Is that stuff available?
What happens now that they put this abeyance in?
Does that mean that this can't be released anymore?
Is this going to be made available to researchers?
What is the legal status of all of this evidence now?
roger roots
Well, let's put it this way.
As of 5 o'clock Eastern Time last night, Judge Boasberg once again shut it down and issued an order which stayed or held in abeyance, he called it, the order that he had previously issued earlier in the day.
So right now, we're back to where we were before.
Lawyers are not supposed to share this stuff.
And by the way, again, I'll just say, we don't even know.
I don't even know.
Because no single person has the time to examine all this stuff.
I can tell you that a lot of it is potentially bombshell because, let me just state some specifics, we all know there are these celebrity cops that have become celebrities after January 6th.
One is Michael Fanone, who goes around on television constantly being interviewed.
I believe he's testified wrongly, testified falsely before the House, you know, the so-called, that bogus committee, the January 6th committee.
harrison smith
Subcommittee, yeah.
roger roots
And remember, his story is he was knocked unconscious by January Sixers, had a concussion.
They almost killed him.
He barely escaped with his life.
That's the story he goes around telling.
His own body cam footage, which has never been released to the public as far as I know, shows him laughing, joking.
He's saying he's okay after that event.
Medics are asking him.
Oh, you seem okay.
They examine his eyes.
He was absolutely very, you know, cogent.
And at one point at the end...
...of his body cam footage that day.
He's joking with other cops.
Other cops are joking about falsely saying that his gun was stolen by January Sixers.
So they were joking about that.
Here's this guy that goes around as this big celebrity, and he was joking around about essentially framing January Sixers.
There's another cop that goes around.
His name is Daniel Hodges, and he has falsely claimed in multiple places that, you know, he was innocent.
Totally didn't do anything wrong, and that these horrible January Sixers assaulted him, beat him up, everything.
And let me just say, his own body cam footage and the footage around show that he was swinging his baton wildly.
There were at least three or numerous January Sixers tried to stop him from swinging his baton.
I happen to represent a guy named Patrick Montgomery out of Colorado who was charged, tried, and convicted of assaulting Daniel Hodges.
And Daniel Hodges came in at sentencing.
He didn't show up at the trial, by the way.
He never submitted a cross-examination where we would have destroyed him, by the way.
But at sentencing, this cop, Hodges, comes in and says, falsely, falsely in front of a judge, that he never swung his baton at anyone.
That's just false.
And the evidence would show that.
That's just one example.
Another one is Officer Harry Dunn.
Of the Capitol Police, who has falsely testified at the Oath Keeper trial with Stuart Rhodes and all those guys, falsely claimed that Oath Keepers were basically confronting him, calling him names, even the N-word, I believe they said.
He falsely said.
And there was another guy, I believe his name was Lazarus, a government witness, government, I believe, Justice Department employee, falsely testified that he happened to see these These evil Oath Keepers scaring Officer Dunn, cornering him in a corner, those Oath Keepers actually were protecting Officer Dunn in reality.
So just this massive amount of perjury that would be shown to the public, exposing all these people as liars, and there's just massive amounts of this.
And remember, And,
harrison smith
you know, To me, as a layperson, this is an obvious violation of the Brady rule, right?
I mean, you're supposed to, you have to, you're not supposed to, you are compelled to and you are required to present exculpatory evidence, you know, even if it ruins your case.
I mean, so they're withholding evidence that would have destroyed some of these cases, that would have proven the innocence.
Of some of the people charged.
I mean, the Harry Dunn Lazarus thing is a great example.
And of course, the journalist who discovered that was then immediately arrested as soon as he revealed that they had committed perjury.
That was key testimony in getting the convictions.
I mean, this wasn't like a side thing.
It was like, this is why they were convicted.
And yet the video shows the event never to have happened.
Like what?
What do we do?
How is this allowed to go on?
What is next for this?
And again, if all this information is not just available from the government, but at least for a few hours yesterday was available to the public, what can be done with this?
How can this be presented?
Or is this available for journalistic investigation?
roger roots
Well, we are going to be responding with a pleading in the very near future.
Listen, the Sixth Amendment gives the public the right.
The Sixth Amendment to the Constitution says everyone has a right to a public trial, which really means the public has a right to act essentially as overseers, as reviewers of what goes on under the name of the United States government.
The public has the final say.
And, of course, this is political as well.
Congress has promised.
Multiple times.
I mean, Speaker Johnson has promised multiple times to release all this to the public.
Trump, of course, has an interest in releasing this all to the public.
You know, January 6th, these prosecutions, if you look at Trump's...
Pardon. Proclamation, January 20th.
He said that he was doing what he did to cure and fix a grave national injustice.
And he was absolutely correct.
January 6th prosecutions were so unfair from the beginning to the end.
They were over-prosecuted, overcharged.
The venue was impossible.
Listen, that venue in D.C., we all know it's 93, 90, depends on the year, but it's somewhere between 91% and maybe 93%, depends on the year, registered Democrat voters.
By the way, I've often made the point, the other 7% that you might think, well, those are 7% Republican, but they are anti-Trump Republicans.
They would be the never-Trumper type Republicans who live in the District of Columbia.
So you're talking about the most possible hostile jury pool in the world, and none of them had a fair chance of being acquitted.
The jury conviction rate was 100%.
In January, six cases.
I actually had ten jury trials, lost every single one of them.
I did win, you know, myself and other lawyers, John Pierce, another attorney, and Stephen Metcalf.
We worked with, you know, other lawyers.
We won more total counts, I believe, than any other attorneys, I believe.
But that's nothing, because we got our teeth kicked in in every one of those trials, and the rules of evidence were applied totally against us.
The sentences were outrageous.
The sentences for January 6th are the most harsh in American history for any political riots in all of American history.
No other political riot in history was ever punished and prosecuted so severely.
harrison smith
No, it's been absolutely brutal.
And of course, I mean, there are show trials.
There were rigged trials.
So, you know, it's not even, it's like, well, you lost the show trial.
Yeah, it was rigged against you from the beginning.
And again, the proof of that is that 100% of the accusations were confirmed and the people went to prison.
That's not justice.
That's just a wrap up by the government.
So, it seems like, I mean...
So much of the lies about not just January 6th, but everything that came after that, and just it exposes the way all this operates.
I mean, the way Officer Fanone is up there perjuring himself but crying, and the media uses that to establish a narrative that then is repeated by Merrick Garland in these statements.
It exposes everything, and it's all there.
The evidence is there if it could just be released.
So how do we release this?
Obviously, you're filing an appeal and if that goes through, but this is Judge Boasberg and it doesn't seem like he had made a decision that he is now second guessing and having to think about.
It seems like it was a mistake.
It seems like it was an oversight.
I personally, if I was them, I don't know if the appeal is going to work.
What do you think the likelihood is that they go, actually, you know what, we are going to release him?
Well, let me say a few things.
roger roots
The Judge Boasberg, you know, obviously he's a Democrat appointee and he It might be that he was acting really to let the Trump Department of Justice know that they failed to show up.
This is what's so bizarre is I believe the prosecutors of Ryan Zink had all been fired or moved elsewhere.
So this sort of led to, let's just say, an opening where I don't think there was a federal prosecutor on the other side when we filed our motion.
So they did not respond, and Judge Boasberg did what he really had to do, which was grant our motion, which is so rare.
Remember, the criminal justice system at the federal level is so overarchingly protective of the government.
The Founding Fathers would be rolling over in their graves if they knew what the Federal Justice Department has become and what the federal justice system is, which is overwhelmingly, it favors the government.
And not just in January 6th.
I'll go on.
Nationwide. Nationwide, most defense lawyers' motions are never granted.
They're all denied.
The government's motions are almost always granted.
That's the way it is nationwide.
And again, the founding fathers would be rolling over in their graves.
But the system has become so one-sided and favoring the government and disfavoring the defendants.
And so it's actually rare that a defense lawyer wins any motion.
So we were quite pleased yesterday morning when we saw it was granted.
And then by the end of the day...
It was just rescinded and the government didn't even really say why.
They just said, hey, we've had some staffing issues.
That's why we didn't respond to that motion.
Well, come on.
harrison smith
Yeah. So again, this reminds me of something that happened during the Alex Jones trial where I guess Alex's lawyer accidentally sent them the phone and then they were allowed to use it.
So even though it was an accidental release, they still were able to present that evidence in court.
So now this footage, whether Well,
truth about what's happening or is there something, you know, preventing you from actually exposing this stuff either in court or to the public?
roger roots
let's put it this way.
I think the general rule under that protective order is All that evidence becomes public either when a lawyer, for example, attaches it to a motion or something like that.
So there are ways to get stuff out there.
The thing is, the American people have been deprived of the ability to act as, you know, just historians or researchers.
on the other hand, has been able to use these private groups like sedition hunters, which, by the way, some people believe has been government funded all along.
But they claim they're a private group that helps the government in January 6th cases search through all this footage and don't ask me where they got it all.
So there's a lot of fishy stuff that has gone on.
But the American people, if they had the right, we know so many great Americans who would spend their afternoons looking at footage and say, hey, wait a minute, I recognize that guy.
That's an employee for the Secret Service.
He's wearing a Trump hat and participating in this, you know, this protest, you know.
So that's what really has been deprived.
We have been deprived of the opportunity for Americans to examine all this stuff.
And we would have been able to, you know, identify things that are not identified.
We still know that on January 6th, some of the most important significant players.
In fact, the guy on the west side of the Capitol that broke the first window, this guy that we call him red hat on red, guy wearing a red Trump hat that still had the price tag connected.
And he's the guy that broke the first window.
His face is completely uncovered in other, not in that footage, but other segments.
There's another guy who climbed to the top of a scaffold with a megaphone yelling at everybody, go inside, go inside, move forward, move forward.
So we still don't know the identities of these major players of the day.
You know, and we have a right to know that.
harrison smith
Right. Well, we have a right to know it overall because this event has had such an outsized impact on American politics and whatever.
But on the individual level, I mean, you've got people that were sent to jail on false testimony, on perjured testimony that is disproven through these videos.
So, I mean, they have to have a case.
They have to have a case because it is a Brady violation.
It's an important thing.
And just to give people an understanding, like if prosecutors are charging somebody for murder and suddenly they come across proof that confirms the alibi of the suspect and it's like, oh, wait, during the time of the murder, we have him on video 100 miles away at a gas station.
And then they go, well, that destroys our case.
Let's not present it.
Let's pretend we don't have that.
Let's hide that evidence so we can get this conviction.
That's illegal.
I mean that is a –
Now you have the evidence of it.
I really hope something comes of this and that we get justice for these guys because they've been deprived justice for so long and so abused by the system.
Roger Roots is my guest at RootsJustice.com RootsJustice.com This is a huge story and it seems like this could break the whole January 6th lie apart.
Thank you so much for joining us again today, sir, and I'd love to have you on again sometime soon.

Thank you so much.

Green Blue is all the rage.
But for my listeners, we've been talking about it for decades.
But finally, they've got factories.
They've got factories.
Laboratories that are producing medical, pharmaceutical, USP grade.
And so, our sponsor, TheAlexJonesStore.com, has it right now.
The very highest quality.
And I've taken USP grade before, and they claim it's USP grade, and it works great.
Massive energy, clarity, focus, don't let down.
This is ten times better.
I'm actually scared of this.
Because I've seen Robert F. Kennedy Jr. take three droppers in Air Force One.
I took half a dropper and I'm bouncing off the walls hours later.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the very best methylene blue I've ever had at the lowest price and it funds the info war.
A total 360 win.
