Speaker Time Text
jon bowne
A new court date of November 25th, 2024 has been set to settle the flagrant misuse of the bankruptcy auction system by backers of The Onion that attempted to buy Infowars or free speech systems.
First United American Companies and The Onion both submitted initial bids for the assets of free speech systems.
With FUAC bidding $1.2 million and The Onion bidding $1 million, both deemed qualified by the trustee.
Initially, an online live auction was scheduled for November 13, 2024, but this was unexpectedly changed to a secret final and best bid process by the trustee without court approval, violating the sale order, which stipulated changes must be announced at the auction.
FUAC's final bid increased to $3.5 million, while the onions increased to $1.750,000.
Yet, the trustee accepted the onions' bid as the winning one, despite the procedural discrepancies.
The controversy deepens with the introduction of a distributable proceeds waiver, a DPW, by the Connecticut families, which was meant to enhance the onions' bid.
This DPW, however, does not contribute any actual financial value to the bankruptcy estate, functioning only on the assumption that the Connecticut families could dictate the assets distribution as if they owned FSS. The DPW's value was contingent and based on the assumption of what the families might receive from FUAC's bid,
essentially reshuffling potential distributions rather than adding to the estate's assets.
The trustees' acceptance of this non-cash conditional element as part of the onions' bid raises significant questions about not only the auction process' fairness, but the actual existence of fraud utilized during the process.

Alex, what it is, it's bid rigging is what it is.
That's exactly what they've been caught doing.
So there was never any honest above board auction in which legitimate bids were weighed or analyzed.
And based on the rules that we read, first you had to pre-qualify by demonstrating that you really had the cash to make the transaction if your bid was accepted.
As I told you, I put in sweat equity.
I have no money, but I do have knowledge and I have friends.
And we put together, I think, a very solid bid with good people who understand Infowars and how it works and understand how the platform could go forward and continue to be the tip of the spear.
Then we hear that the people from The Onion come along, they make a bid, but their bid is based on some vague promise of future cash that we may get from Alex Jones when he's finally, we extract every penny out of him.
So they didn't put up an all-cash bid.
But they seem to have some inside deal with the bankruptcy trustee.
This is an outrage, but I think justice is gonna be done here.
One or two things needs to happen.
They need to have a new legitimate auction for these assets that is carefully monitored to demonstrate that it is honest and it's above board.
Or they have to take and throw out their bid And take our bid because I believe we're the only other viable bidder.
There are only two possibilities here.
It has to be one or the other.
jon bowne
An email from the auction company, Tranzen, stated that the initial bids were so complex that they necessitated a complete unauthorized change in the auction process.
They sent a new bid form with instructions.
The new bid procedure and instructions were not announced at the live auction as required by the sale order.
The change in the sale order was never communicated to FUAC's counsel or the court.
Until after the fact, a clear violation of the auction rules.
Instead, the process was cloaked in secrecy and sabotage.
Again, a new court date of November 25th, 2024 has been established by the federal court in Houston, Texas.
One final note.
The Infowars crew were rushed out of the building following the auction on November 14th when the court document clearly states that there would be a wind-down process and another auction in December.
The trustee had led most of the staff to believe that we had until the end of December to prepare for being unemployed.

It's Wednesday, November 20th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
And you're listening to The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
This is The American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Infowars.com, band.video.
unidentified
We've got a lot to cover today.
harrison smith
We will hit first on what's happening with Russia and Ukraine.
We've also got some news about Infowars.
unidentified
I think you'll all be very excited to hear.
harrison smith
In fact, I'm excited to hear it because I haven't read the stories yet.
But there's all these stories in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal about how we are now countersuing over the rigged auction.
Very exciting stuff.
We'll take your calls throughout the show today as well.
And we're expecting an update from Simon from Florida to break down the intricate details of the new updated nuclear doctrine out of Russia.
He's been digging through that in the way that only he can.
So we'll talk to him in just a little bit.
- Let's begin today as we do every day with our daily dispatch.
All right, here it is, folks.
Your Daily Dispatch for Wednesday, the 20th of November, 2024.
World War III alert.
That's the headline from Infowars.com.
Republican leaders call for Biden's immediate removal under the 25th Amendment in response to his insane bombing of Russia.
Republicans are looking at Biden removal after elderly president began bombing Russia on the Tuesday Alex Jones show.
He covered this as well as General Flynn calling for this.
Thomas Massey is calling for this.
RFK Jr.
is essentially calling for this as well.
What he actually says is, no, we're going to war because it's the...
Anonymous guys in lanyards that are sending us to war.
It's not even Joe Biden because he's not actually president.
That's RFK Jr.
saying that.
The deep state very much exposed and being foiled right now in one way or another.
I'm not kidding when I say we should just move up the inauguration to like next week.
I just think we should.
It fits between breaking a two-century-old rule about giving time for your horse carriage to get to Washington, D.C. from Lexington or whatever.
I think we can bypass that in exchange for avoiding World War III. I think it's a small price to pay, personally.
And it is getting intense.
U.S. shuts Kiev embassy down due to potential significant air attack.
U.S. Embassy says to be ready for possible war with power outages.
The United States shut its embassy in Kiev on Wednesday morning due to specific information on a potential significant air attack amid jitters in the capital over possible Russian retaliation a day after a big Ukrainian strike.
The Italian and Greek embassy said they'd also closed their doors after the unusual U.S. warning, while the French embassy remained open but urged its citizens to be cautious.
Air raid sirens sounded briefly in Kiev in the afternoon as the Air Force told people to seek shelter because of a missile threat.
Senior officials told Ukrainians not to ignore the alert.
So we'll keep you up to date on that.
But that's what we told you.
They've crossed the red line.
And Russia is now gearing up to respond in a big way.
Also in Ukraine news, Zelensky again refuses to hold elections as most Ukrainians oppose war.
Ukraine is under martial law until at least February 2025.
This has allowed Zelensky to refuse to leave office.
Outlaw opposition parties, jail politicians, and purge people deemed disloyal.
Ukrainian ruler Vladimir Zelensky, whose term has ended in May of this year, presented his internal resilience plan with the country's parliament Tuesday, where he again ruled out holding elections.
This comes as the wartime leader guides his country towards global nuclear Armageddon with the people who largely wish the war to end.
And this is, of course, our democracy.
It's almost like it had to happen.
It's like...
It wouldn't be appropriately psychotic and nonsensical for the globalists.
It would be outside of their...
M.O. to be fighting for democracy and not have an unelected dictator refusing to hold elections.
It's like it had to be that way.
It has to be not just a lie.
It has to be a total, complete inversion for it to truly be a globalist project.
So they're fulfilling that role.
We'll get back into that later.
Meanwhile, FEMA supervisors view Trump supporters as domestic terrorists, claims a new whistleblower.
And FEMA is being...
Questioned in Congress right now, and we'll show you some of those videos, and the way that our federal government, actually, literally, verbatim, they believe that half of the country are terrorists, unworthy of basic governmental help at all.
Which is ironic because it is the half of the country that pays for everything.
So that's a little bit strange.
We'll get back into that.
Nancy Mace, meanwhile, is making headlines.
Representative Nancy Mace speaks to the Gateway Pundit about resolution to ban men from using women's bathroom and changing rooms on Capitol Hill and ensuing death threats.
So Congresswoman Nancy Mace is getting death threats for saying that she does not want a new transgender woman, man in a dress, pantsuit type thing.
From using the women's bathroom on Capitol Hill, which, yeah, we'll talk about this.
We'll very much talk about this.
Lots of videos about it.
It's a big kerfuffle.
Some ironies there in that Nancy Mace made history as the first woman in the Citadel at, I think, West Point.
So, you know, started off her career bashing down, smashing through the glass ceiling, getting to Go to men's spaces where she wasn't wanted and now she is keeping men out of women's spaces where they aren't wanted.
It's a little ironic.
I'm in favor of what she's doing.
I also just think it's deeply ironic.
Isn't it deeply ironic?
There's something about it.
I can't quite put my finger on it.
But it's like...
The trans people are celebrating because they have the first trans, and I love the way the media says the first openly trans, as if there were some that we didn't know before.
Okay, you're talking about first ladies, now we've got a conversation.
But regardless...
They say the first openly—so the trans people are probably happy because a trans person is now going to be in Congress, and people who are against the trans agenda are happy because now Congress is going to have to actually face the trans issue and realize how crazy and annoying it is and probably deal with it.
So it's a good thing.
It's almost like— Like, it's weird.
It's like if there were no rules about black people playing baseball in Major League Baseball until Jackie Robinson got on the team.
And then they made rules to stop black people from playing.
You know what I'm saying?
There are no rules saying, like, transgender people can't use the bathroom.
Transgender people, you know, you have to, you know, swear an oath under your original gender.
There's no rules about that until a trans person gets in.
And then it's like, oh, crap, I guess we need rules about this.
So it's very strange.
So happy International Men's Day to Congressman-elect Tim McBride, a.k.a.
Sarah McBride, who is going to bring the transgender issue into the halls of Congress, and maybe we can put a stop to it once and for all, once the Congress people realize that this is something that needs to be dealt with, not something that they can just brush away with Talking points, which is what they're doing at this point.
unidentified
Well, look, I think everybody has dignity, and we have to figure out a way to do it.
harrison smith
You know, that's when it's your daughter in the locker room with some grown man leering at her in the shower.
unidentified
That's all, wow, I mean, we've got to listen to the experts on how we have to approach those mental health issues.
harrison smith
Now that it's actually in their bathroom, that was a great impression.
unidentified
That was my Mitch McConnell.
harrison smith
Now that it's actually in their face, now that it's actually going to be their bathrooms that they're dealing with, it's not going to be that anymore.
unidentified
It's going to be, we have to stop this.
This is ridiculous.
We can't allow this to continue.
harrison smith
So, yeah, that'll be fun.
We'll get to see that happen.
Amazing.
Truly amazing.
Finally, we have this.
No one is laughing now.
New York Times reports Onion bid to buy Infowars has been derailed.
Well, I'm sorry, New York Times.
Excuse me.
Correction here, please.
We're laughing very loud right now.
No, people are laughing.
It's us.
Infowars is laughing now.
Not no one.
Well, no one's laughing now.
No, we are.
Ha ha ha, Onion.
Ha ha ha.
I'm laughing very hard.
It is hilarious.
I was laughing at it on the first day.
Talking about how The Onion pulled this hilarious prank where they defrauded a federal procedure.
Yeah, it was very funny.
It was a great prank.
We pulled this awesome prank.
It was so funny.
We collaborated to rig the results of a federally ordained bankruptcy election and we're all going to go to jail.
You got him.
You got him, Onion.
No, we're laughing.
We're going to be laughing all the way to the bank, and they'll be laughing all the way to the jail cell.
The Onion claims they own Alex Jones' Infowars website are far from reality, the New York Times has reluctantly reported.
In an article Tuesday, the Onion's bid to acquire Infowars has gotten messy.
The New York Times recounted last week's whirlwind Infowars auction saga, where joint bidders appeared to have colluded with With Jones' court-appointed trustee to edge out a pro-Jones buyer.
And yes, we will get back into this.
We will talk all about this.
That's your Daily Dispatch.
I just want to say we are laughing now.
We are laughing very, very happily now at the way this is all going down.
And I want to remind you again that the people who put up the fake fraudulent fiat bid that was even when it was, you know, totally fake and...
Pledging money that doesn't exist and might never exist.
It was still lower than the bid that we suggested.
And yet they claim to have won.
These are people, by the way, with hundreds of millions of dollars.
And the numbers are out there in the stories.
They say the winning bid was $1.75 million.
The losing bid was $3.something million.
There's the numbers in the articles.
These are people...
Who recently sued Remington for $70 million.
Okay?
The Onion was purchased by a VC... I don't know, pornographer person worth tens of millions of dollars.
They had plenty of money to just buy this outright and be done with it and it'd be over.
We'd be shut down.
I'd be off air.
They would be laughing now if they had just done that.
There's something about these people.
They can't just...
I don't know what it is.
I don't know what about them makes them like this, but it's some sort of compulsion, some sort of instinct that they're helpless to overcome, to where if they have an opportunity to do something underhanded or short-sighted, to cut corners or screw somebody over, it's like they have to do it.
Like when a dog sees a piece of juicy red meat on the ground, he's not thinking about it, he just has to lunge.
So they could have just bought us outright, but because they have this, I don't know, dysfunction?
In their character, it's like they have to try to just squeeze the last little bit.
They have to try to just get one over on everybody, and now the whole thing's going to fall apart.
You can just stop doing that.
I'll tell you what, if that dysfunction, if that aspect of insanity wasn't in the mind of liberals, I wouldn't even be in this situation in the first place because at the heart of it all, they're lying in the center of this madness, is that compulsion, is just the unwillingness to just Live and let live.
Treat others as you like to be treated.
Not try to screw anybody over.
Not see every vulnerability as something to exploit, but rather something that is just normal.
I mean, it really does go to the heart of everything that we talk about here.
In kind of a vague way, it might be a little bit of a stretch where I'm going with this, but I also think you get it if you start looking for it.
Why do we have to have...
All of the toothpaste at CVS locked behind plexiglass.
Well, because having items on a shelf in a store that anybody can walk in without an armed guard and without plexiglass shields, having goods for sale that you trust the customers to come in and then walk themselves to the cashier, that's a high-trust situation because it's full of vulnerabilities.
You're opening up the opportunity for unscrupulous people to take advantage of you.
But that's what living in civilization is about.
That's what liberty is about.
I've been on this show a million times.
Liberty is like an unguarded cookie jar.
It's an unguarded pair of underwear at Target.
It's the idea that you can be trusted with a vulnerability and not exploit it.
Not these people, though.
They just can't.
There's something about this mindset.
I honestly think it's partly a matter of intelligence.
Having a moral culture requires intelligence because you have to be able to not just observe, but predict second-order effects.
In other words, yeah, I can steal this thing right now, and the first order of effect is I get the thing, but then the second order of effect is...
The store's not going to be making as much money.
They might have to put in security measures.
Suddenly that's not going to be a possibility.
Now the store's insurance rates are going up.
Now they can't afford to be here.
Now they leave.
Now there's a food desert, and I don't have any good stores to shop anymore in my neighborhood.
My neighborhood is falling apart.
There's no tax revenue.
My schools are now sucking.
All of these things are a chain of events, not because just one person stole, but when Everybody in the society is behaving in just first-order effects when everybody can only achieve immediate understanding of what's around them and can't project into the future.
But what would happen if everybody acted like I do?
And what would happen if everybody just lives a dog-eat-dog world and everybody just tried to get one over on everybody else all the time?
It's hell.
That's hell.
I don't want to live in a world like that.
Then you ask the question, what would happen if everybody was like a genuine Christian?
What happened if everybody was self-sacrificing and self-effacing and could be trusted not to take advantage of vulnerabilities?
Well, we'd have a...
We have a country more like Japan, where you can just leave your bike on the sidewalk for weeks at a time and never think anybody's going to steal it.
Even though they could, even though they might want to, they don't.
Because you understand that in order to have a civilization worth living in, you don't do that type of thing.
So this is just, it's all in the milieu.
It's all in the liberal mindset of just, how can we screw everybody over?
How can we get one over?
Because it's this...
It's another aspect of projection, just like we always say with these people who break laws or commit violence against Trump supporters.
They're convinced that they're the resistance.
They're the good guys in all of it because they believe the lie that Trump supporters are bad and evil and dangerous.
So they think they're justified in taking action against them.
In that same way, when you have a society or a civilization where everybody's trying to get one over on everybody else, part of it is this feeling of, if I'm not screwing somebody over, then I'm the sucker.
Everybody else is trying to get me.
I better get them first.
And even if the other person's not trying to get you, you're going to get them because you think they're going to get you.
So it's this feedback loop of mistrust and distrust and taking advantage of people and all of it is...
Ironically and almost symbolically coming to fruition and being made apparent by this attempted acquisition of Infowars by the dog-eat-dog civilizational arsonists of The Onion and others.
So let's get into that.
I haven't actually...
I wasn't able to watch this whole video.
I only watched about the first two minutes.
So we will all watch together and learn from Alex Jones.
Clip number four.
In this video, on his X account, at RealAlexJones, deep state-caught red-handed court documents prove The Onion did not buy Infowars.
Let's watch.
alex jones
So one of the top stories in the country for the last five, six days has been what is the future of Infowars?
Did The Onion really buy it?
Ladies and gentlemen, I've got top bankruptcy lawyers.
You can look up their names.
They're some of the most respected people in the country.
They say they've never in—one of them has been practicing almost 50 years.
The other one, 40.
They say they've never seen anything like this.
There was no sale.
There was no auction.
It was all a scam.
It was all a lie.
They took over the building last week.
I wouldn't leave.
They cut the internet off.
I went to our backup studios.
The U.S. trustee brought them to the Justice Department, just like the last one, tried to illegally shut us down.
The last one in May got fired when he tried to close the building without court authorization by Judge Chris Lopez in Houston.
They had to give us back to studios and put Infowars.com back up Friday because they realized they'd screwed up at the emergency hearing Thursday when the judge said, you didn't have authorization for an auction.
You had authorization in the future once we had hearings and agreed on what could be sold because I was challenging them claiming they own my name and my intellectual property and everything else.
You can't get that into bankruptcy.
You have to license it then from the person.
We were challenging this, so they just tried to sneak it under the judge.
So a lot of people ask me, well, why do you ask for so much support?
And I'm going to explain that in a moment.
We're not like the other regular shows.
We reach 60, 70, 80, 90 million people a day.
We're under deep state attack, just like Trump.
So when you get attacked, it's so you do get shut down, so people need to rally behind what the globalists are attacking, whether it's Alex Jones or Elon Musk or Donald Trump.
But I don't have the money of Musk or Trump.
But we are super effective.
We're reaching more people than anybody but Elon Musk now when it comes to news.
He reaches like a billion a day.
We're reaching upwards of 100 million on the big days.
So let me show you a few of these headlines.
This is how they are spinning the whole thing.
Oh, the New York Times.
Alex Jones sues the Onion, Sandy Hook families over Infowars deal.
No, they're violating my rights.
It's an illegal sale.
And that's what's going on.
And I'll show you my lawsuits in a moment.
Alex Jones asked Judge to halt sale of Infowars site to the Onion.
No, he's already halted it.
Alex Jones and his allies are desperately trying to stop the sale of Infowars to the Onion.
unidentified
Desperately.
alex jones
The Onion bid to require InfoWars has gotten messy.
Oh yeah, they celebrated.
I was supposed to be off the air and everything.
Now I'm not.
Elon Musk joins InfoWars in support in the lawsuits.
Here is the lawsuit right here that I filed at 2.30 in the morning.
I was up late getting it all perfect with the lawyers, all the exhibits, all the documents, the fake auction, the bid collusion.
I mean, you're not going to believe it.
I mean, it'll make your head spin.
I mean, they did not have an auction.
They had already predetermined.
And they used fiat money to, quote, win it, even though it was less money.
I mean, it is crazy.
Here is the good bidders that I know are patriots that I was going to work with who came in.
They filed their big emergency motion to disqualify.
Global tetrahedron that says they're InfoWars.
It just goes on and on.
So this is epic.
They're trying to spit in the media.
Remember, oh, he's gone.
It's over.
Oh, Alex is crazy last week.
Oh, no, no, no.
Then we're back in the building.
Well, they still, you know, are going to get it.
The judge said it wasn't an auction.
The judge said no one should be comfortable with this.
The judge said he's pissed off.
And when he sees what she's seeing now, these lawsuits and these documents that are ironclad, it's game over.
They had the auction set up for two months, even though the judge had not agreed to an auction time.
Didn't tell him.
Try to sneak it through.
That's in the documents.
In the judge's orders, all quoted in my...
Everything we claim is documented in these exhibits.
Okay?
Then, two days before the supposed auction, it's no longer a public auction.
You can't bid up.
Well, an auction, by definition, means property to the highest bidder.
So then it's not an auction.
Then they give new rules to the other bidders that aren't...
The Democrats and the National Gun Control Group that are really behind all this.
And they say, you're not allowed to use credit to the folks I was working with.
We had to ask.
They said, that's strange.
And I said, watch, they're using credit.
They'll be able to use credit.
You won't be able to.
They said, well, that's not fair.
That's illegal in the bankruptcy rules that are federal law.
They said, that's crazy, Alex.
Nobody would do something that crazy and that illegal out in the open.
Then after the fake auction, they give the real bidders the documents, and it's all the minutes of how they decided to do all this.
So they let them use credit to buy InfoWars, but precluded in the rules that are in the exhibits to the other bidders that you can't use credit, but these people can't.
And folks, and then they lied in the emergency hearing last week and said that they had the highest bid when they didn't.
And that's the U.S. trustee.
And the U.S. trustee with the judge said, well, the winning bid, the best bid, not the highest bid.
They call it the best bid.
It's what the feds are calling it, the Justice Department.
They said, well, what was it?
He said, I can't tell you.
The judge went, excuse me?
Can't tell me the winning bid?
harrison smith
It's absolute insanity, folks.
We'll read some of the mainstream articles admitting this, but you can watch that video on Alex's Twitter account.
All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
unidentified
I, uh...
I saved the inn, I saw you again We've got a lot to talk about.
harrison smith
I've got a lot of videos to show you.
A lot of strange things happening right now.
We're going to talk about Matt Gaetz.
We're going to talk about the Young Turks.
I just want to talk about what's going on in Russia, obviously.
And we're going to be joined next hour by Simon from Florida.
He's going to give us the breakdown on what exactly changed about the Russian doctrine, the military nuclear doctrine.
It's funny, I saw on X today, somebody posted a headline that was like, you know, long-range missiles hit Russia while Russia warns the response won't be nuclear.
And it was somebody posting this saying, why is nobody talking about this?
And Alex Jones just responds, I am.
I am actually, yeah, the one person they're trying to take off the air with everything they've got is actually the only one talking about the fact that Russia is...
Very clearly, trying to get the message to American politicians and the American people, you were playing with fire, we are about to be a nuclear exchange, and you don't even know who is making these decisions.
Crazy, we're the only ones talking about this, but we are.
And for that reason, we either got to go off our own interpretation, because nobody else is talking about it, no other big news channels are doing big deep dives, and...
You know, translating the diplomatic doublespeak into what's actually happening.
They don't seem interested in doing that.
So we either got to go with our own interpretation or bring on experts who do this 24-7, like Simon from Florida, who can break it down for us very thoroughly.
And we'll be joined by him at 9 a.m.
We'll also be talking about what's happening with Nancy Mace and FEMA and so much more.
I got videos of all this.
Where should we begin?
I think we'll start with Matt Gaetz.
This is the big story right now.
And it's one of the skills of the deep state to manufacture crisis out of nothing.
And we have infinite examples of this.
And the power of this strategy is like, it's confusing to me.
It's inexplicable how they're able to do this.
They come up with some just absolutely baseless lie out of total whole cloth.
Like, hard to even express how baseless some of these claims are.
And then that just becomes the thing that everybody says every time they talk about a topic.
So, one example would be, somebody came up with the lie, and it's a lie.
Like, as much as anything could be a lie, this is a lie, that Trump called U.S. servicemen suckers and losers.
Never happened.
There were, like, ten people in the room.
One of them said that he said that.
The other nine have made public statements saying, never said it, never heard it.
That's ridiculous.
He would never say something like that.
So there's no proof, totally baseless, actually contradicted by every other person that was there, and yet...
How many times have you heard people on CNN use this phrase to justify why they hate Trump, how Trump is a bad person?
They're like yelling it and crying at the same time.
He called our servicemen suckers and losers.
unidentified
How could you say he lost the truth?
harrison smith
And it's like, it was just a lot.
It was just something they just came up with one day.
And that just became the thing.
And 10 years from now, they'll still be saying, but Trump said suckers and losers.
Like, it just, it's wild.
It's wild because of that classic phrase, you know, what can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
They assert things without evidence.
And then they just say it over and over and over and over and over.
And it doesn't matter how many times you discredit it.
It doesn't matter how many times you deny it.
Project 2025 is another one of these where Trump makes a statement every single day that he's not about Project 2025.
He didn't write it.
He's never read it.
It's not his official campaign.
It's officially true.
It's literally true.
It's factually true.
It's just 100% confirmed.
No doubt he did not write Project 2025.
It's not his campaign.
Had nothing to do with him or his people.
And yet, until the day the election was held...
Like the primary argument Kamala Harris was using was Project 2025.
It's just there's something about the Democrats where they can just make stuff up, implant it in the minds of their followers, and that becomes the absolute truth, and denying it is just like evidence of your complicity in whatever scheme they imagined.
So it's crazy.
It's crazy how they do this.
Now, some of the claims at least have some modicum of basis.
For example, the claims about Matt Gaetz.
At least had an investigation.
Now the investigation was totally baseless.
The claims made to spark the investigation were totally baseless.
The investigation was carried out and came to the conclusion that there was no basis to these claims.
And yet they're still going to make these claims.
And yet they're still going to...
And I walk in the break room, CNN is talking about it.
To open up Google News, it's the top story.
It's like Matt Gaetz, sex trafficking.
Matt Gaetz, pedophile.
Matt Gaetz, Matt Gaetz.
Matt Gaetz seems to be the only appointee of Trump that they're doing this to in the first place.
He's also the only appointee of Trump that is not funded and had his entire career sponsored by AIPAC. That's interesting.
He's also an appointee with the authority as Attorney General to actually bring justice to all of these people.
Might be why they're so scared of him getting in that position in the first place.
But like so many of their claims, everything from very fine people on both sides, suckers and losers, Russia collusion.
I mean, they just come up with stuff and just throw it at the wall, see what sticks.
And for years, you have to deal with just these insane baseless lies.
I don't know where the, you know, there's got to be some sort, like, I just imagine some oracle of Delphi.
There's some, you know, drugged out slave girl next to a volcanic vent somewhere that's getting high off of toxic fumes and just coming up with this stuff.
It's got to come from somewhere.
Somebody's got to be coming up with this stuff to spread out like a virus, this mind virus of theirs.
I don't know who's coming up with it, but it's probably fun.
It's got to be a fun position to have.
You should get to sit around just making things up.
Let's say Trump hates the troops.
Okay, all right.
Let's try that out.
Let's give that one a go.
We're going to say Trump hates troops.
They believe everything else we tell them.
Let's tell them Trump just hates the troops for no reason.
And it just works.
They just do it.
It just happens.
I don't know.
I don't get it.
I don't understand.
But they just come up with this stuff.
I'm kind of jealous.
I'm kind of jealous.
I wish I could just come up with random crap and just have the entire world believe it from then on out and have pundits on CNN screaming my lie at the face of Trump supporters.
It's got to be fun.
Let's just say Trump hates the troops and raped a woman at JCPenney's in the 80s.
Let's say that today.
Great.
The Gates thing.
The Gates thing is actually more intricate and interesting than most people think.
And if you're a regular viewer of this show, you probably heard this story.
Fully expanded on back when it actually happened.
Because you understand this happened several years ago and was totally over several years ago.
Like this whole scandal happened and there were claims of Matt Gaetz, sex trafficking, blah, blah, blah.
We went through the whole process.
We explained it all.
It was an Israeli blackmail scheme, if you want to know the truth.
And I'll get to the details of that.
But first, let's just debunk...
The claims right now with this video, clip number three, debunking the Matt Gaetz media lies.
unidentified
Did Matt Gaetz traffic a 17-year-old girl across state lines for sex?
A DOJ investigation into this matter was first reported by the media in 2021, just as Gaetz was coming up for election in 2022.
That's weird.
In 2023, the DOJ concluded its investigation, admitting that it was baseless and citing a lack of evidence.
For this reason, the DOJ did not press charges.
In June of 2024, the House Ethics Committee ramped up its investigation, providing an update and hearing more testimony.
Ironically, this was, again, just as Gaetz was up for re-election.
Now, in November of 2024, after Gates was nominated by Trump to be the Attorney General, reports surfaced that they have a new bulletproof witness who actually saw the sexual acts.
How did that happen?
Weird how that timing works, right?
You want to tell me that this isn't political?
That they're not just dragging him through the mud?
The DOJ couldn't find evidence against him, but apparently the House Ethics Committee, with far less resources, will?
They want you to see it.
They want it in your face.
They're not trying to send Gates to jail.
They're trying to break his name down and damage his credibility.
Follow me here for more.
harrison smith
It's a total scam.
It's all a complete and utter scam.
So much so that The View, the hosts of The View, the shrieking harpies that call themselves The View, Sonny Hostin, was forced to issue a legal note on air because they had defamed Matt Gaetz.
Now, I didn't realize that.
Oh, we could have read a note?
Okay.
Okay, because Alex Jones gave his opinion on an event ten years ago, and we've been dragged through the courts for the last three, four years.
It cost us $1.5 billion, and we're fighting for the ability to even broadcast anymore.
But we could have just read a note.
I didn't realize.
They should have let us know.
We could have just read a note.
Yeah, it's different rules for them, isn't it?
It's different rules for them.
We can say our opinion, and ten years later it's used as a cudgel to destroy us.
They can state factually incorrect and thoroughly disproven slander about a sitting congressman.
And they have to read a note.
And they're not even happy about reading the note.
They're mad they have to do that.
These petulant, spoiled children.
Let's go to clip number nine now.
unidentified
On screen.
Sonny, you have a legal note.
I do have a legal note.
Thank you, Whoopi.
sunny hostin
Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations, calling the claims, quote, invented, and saying in a statement to ABC News that this false smear following a three-year criminal investigation should be viewed with great skepticism, that DOJ investigation was closed with no charges being brought.
unidentified
We'll be right back.
harrison smith
They're like so mad.
We'll be right back.
Okay, we had to do that.
Yeah, you lied about the guy.
No, you lied blatantly about Matt Gaetz.
You said he was a sex trafficker.
When the reality is that out of anybody you talk about, first of all, Matt Gaetz is the least likely to be a sex trafficker, considering all the Hollywood celebrities that have graced the view stage.
So not only do these people hang around the sex trafficking types, but Matt Gaetz has actually been investigated and cleared of it.
So like out of anybody that's ever been on The View, Unless they've actually been investigated for sex trafficking and been cleared by the authorities, we still don't know.
I mean, it's still up in the air until you're investigated.
So Matt Gaetz not only is unlikely because of who he is to be, you know, less likely to be a sex trafficker than most of the people that appear on The View.
He's probably the only one that's actually been cleared of it by a thorough and complete investigation.
So I got him.
Anybody that's been on The View, he is the least likely person to be a sex trafficker.
He's probably one of the only ones to actually be investigated and cleared of to the charges.
So there's that.
But this is the way it works.
They can make a claim.
They can make a charge.
They can come up with a lie.
They get it investigated immediately, somehow.
We're four plus years out of the 2020 election.
We still haven't gotten an investigation into any of that.
There hasn't been.
I know they'll tell you that there is, but there just is.
There hasn't been.
There has not been an investigation into the election fraud of 2020.
But again, this is just the imbalance of everything in the American system.
They literally just identify an enemy politician.
And again, I don't know if it's the Oracle huffing volcanic fumes, if it's some sort of novelty dice they roll to figure out what's going on here.
It's all a little bit up in the air.
It's a little bit vague how they come up with this stuff.
But they just do it.
They just go, let's say Matt Gaetz is a sex trafficker.
That's salacious.
Let's say that.
And like the next day, the DOJ is like, we have dispatched 14 lawyers to look into everything Matt Gaetz has ever said to try to find some link to potential sex trafficking.
And they just get a year and $10 million to investigate whatever ridiculous lie they feel like coming up with.
Meanwhile, you've got 10 million people Protesting for months on end, desperately trying to get an investigation into voter frauds, and it actually affects the function and participation of our government, and we just get absolutely nothing.
It's just, it's all, every aspect of our existence is so ridiculously unfair, because we let these people be in charge.
And this is the thing I think we really need to understand about outlets like The View.
While we find them...
It's unbearable.
Like, just truly impossible to bear.
Just watching it for five minutes.
It's one of those things where, like, you don't realize how much it's hurting your ears until it turns off.
You guys ever have that experience?
Like, you aren't really thinking about it, but there's some, you know, like, your air conditioning is squeaking or something, and there's just some noise.
It's just like, and you don't really think about it, but then when it turns off, you go, oh, my God.
Oh, wow.
Oh, I was so annoying just I didn't realize but good goodness me it's like it's kind of like that with the view where like if it's on in the background you're just kind of uncomfortable you just kind of have this kind of like sort of slight pain in the back of your head and you don't really realize why like a rock in your shoe it's just sort of uncomfortable puts you in a bad mood and then it turns off and you're like oh my god that was oh that's what it was that's why I was feeling like that it was that it was that incessant chirping I was hearing What
was I saying?
I was going somewhere with that.
Oh, yeah.
This is the thing about The View.
The reason it's valuable, the reason that it's a good thing to be on air is because when you see The View and you understand that the people on The View are some of the premier examples, some of the best and brightest that they have on their side representing their coalition, you realize that everybody in government and education and in the university, that's them.
It's the ladies on the view.
You look around, you go, how is everything so insane?
How is everything such crap?
How is everything warped and everything unfair and everything not just wrong but the inverse of what it should be?
How did we get to this point?
And then you turn on the view and you go, oh, right.
These people are in charge.
These types of people are running things.
No wonder absolutely everything is complete crap all of the time.
It's these people in charge.
It's this mindset that's guiding our country.
I'm surprised we are in a worse situation at this point.
So that's why the view is valuable as a...
Sociological sounding boards.
We can understand how we got to this point.
You watch The View, you hear those women talk, and you just imagine trying to run a Fortune 500 company, and that's the boardroom?
Are you kidding me?
You're trying to run a multi-billion dollar governmental organization, and you got these women squawking at each other, making decisions?
I mean, this is a disaster, folks.
This is a disaster.
Mario Knopfel reports, House Ethics Committee to decide on Gates' report release.
House Ethics Committee will meet privately to discuss whether to release its report on former Representative Matt Gates, Trump's nominee for Attorney General.
The report covers allegations of sexual misconduct, improper gifts, obstruction during Gates' tenure.
Several senators have called for the report's release before confirmation hearings.
Gates denies the allegations, and Trump remains committed to his nomination with advanced lobbying for support.
On Capitol Hill, the committee could release the report, forward it to the Senate, or take no action.
There has never been a release of an ethics committee investigation where there has not been charges brought.
Because it makes no sense.
It makes no sense on the face of it.
It would represent a flagrant violation of Matt Gaetz's rights as an individual in this country.
In the exact same way that if I accuse you of murder, totally baselessly, no proof, but somehow I have the influence on one of the shrieking harpies in The View and I call my friend at George Soros' office and they get in contact with their You know, operator in the AG's office, and somehow I pull my strings in this sycophantic network of psychopaths, and I get the investigation going, and they investigate.
They look at all of your, you know, they get search warrants for your cell phone.
They search your house.
They dig through your old photo albums.
They get all the information they need, and what they come back with is there's absolutely no evidence that this person had anything to do with the murder.
They have a rock-solid alibi, and they didn't even know the person, like, The accusation was false.
We're not bringing charges.
Nothing has been proven.
How inappropriate would it be for them to go, but look at all these messages we found.
But while we were there, we did see some salacious photos of them, and we can present that to you.
I mean, are you kidding me?
That's what they want to happen?
They want to be able to accuse somebody of something, totally falsely, for the investigation to clear them completely of the charges, but then release the information they've been able to gather to Under the auspices, under the guise of the fraudulent accusation.
This is what they want to do?
I mean, this is why it makes me crazy.
Am I super intelligent?
Am I like a super genius?
I don't understand how people don't get what's happening here.
I don't understand how anybody is playing along with this.
You cannot launch an investigation off of fake charges, fake accusations, baseless accusations, have those baseless accusations proven to be false, and then still release the investigation that you did because it benefits you politically.
How is that even remotely a suggestion of something that should happen?
It has never happened.
Because of how ridiculous it is.
But somehow, I really don't get it.
They just announced these unprecedented, ridiculous, on the face of it, absurd notions.
Did they just release an investigation that was totally clear to him?
And it's just like, suddenly the senators are seriously considering it, and every media outlet is promoting it, and the View's going to be up there going, this is ridiculous.
If it's investigation, we need to get it out in the open.
It's like...
I don't know.
Is my IQ 300?
Am I just like 10 times smarter than everybody else in the world?
Or like is something else going on here?
Because just basic logic, basic understanding.
And this would never even be a topic of discussion.
Okay?
Why can people not think about things like this?
I don't get it.
I don't get it.
I really don't get it.
And it's disturbing.
So, I mean, even just the fact that they're like, well, maybe we should.
Okay, the obvious response to that, this is the thing, this is what needs to happen.
The Republicans need to get this message through their head.
If they're doing this to try to destroy Matt Gaetz's potential to be AG, then you take the weapon that they're trying to forge, you take it out of their hands, and you put it to their throat.
It's the only way that you deal with this.
So if they want to release the ethics investigation that cleared him of the accusations that launched the investigation, then today you need to go, we are launching an ethics investigation into Chuck Schumer.
We're going to gather all of his communications for the last three years.
And whether or not it's proven that he did anything wrong, we'll be releasing the results of that investigation next week.
Or maybe we'll give it a month.
We'll give it a month.
We'll give our guys...
The license to search everything Chuck Schumer has ever done over the last, screw it, 20 years.
We'll look at 20 years of his communications, of his bank records, absolutely everything.
Because we heard Chuck Schumer raped a dog in Costa Rica.
Can you understand?
understand he has been credibly accused of raping a dog in Costa Rica.
So I think it's incumbent on all of us that we find out whether this is true.
And you launch the investigation, you gather all of the material, and then you release it to us, to Infowars, and we'll just go through his records.
We'll just go line by line.
We'll go through everything he's ever bought and everything he's ever communicated online, phone calls.
We'll go through it all.
Is that the door you want to open?
Like, if that's what they do with Gates, there it is.
The evidence on screen.
This is shocking, folks.
That's the dog right there.
We should blur the dog's face out of respect for the victim.
unidentified
Just after a French kiss.
harrison smith
My God.
It was actually in the act.
Folks, this is it.
Breaking news.
We legitimately have more proof that Chuck Schumer raped a dog than they have than Matt Gaetz raped an underage woman.
It's right there.
This is it.
Launch an ethics investigation, get all of his communications, get all of his bank records, go into his house, look through his sock drawer, and then you come tell us what you found, and we'll release the report whether or not there's any proof of anything I accused him of.
Okay?
Is this hard to figure out?
Do I really need to do this for everybody?
I mean, my God.
But you know, you absolutely know there are Republican senators going, well, I mean, we have to clear the air.
unidentified
I mean, if it was proven that he didn't do it, then we should clear the air.
harrison smith
I mean, this is...
You gotta understand, folks.
You gotta understand.
Give them nothing.
Go on the offense.
Start launching ethics investigations into them.
So, you know, every person saying, we deserve to know what's the result of this.
Go, okay, well, we're launching an ethics investigation into you.
Will you be comfortable when we release the results of that investigation?
Even though, you know, we haven't found anything?
You think the person calling for that investigation is going to go, sure, I'm an open book.
Release everything.
I don't care.
No, they're going to go, never mind.
Never mind.
I don't want an investigation on me.
And if you do, then you know what?
This is ridiculous.
This is unfair.
This is a witch hunt.
I mean, they'll flip on a dime.
Just do to them what they do to us.
For the love of God, we're trying to save a country here.
We need Matt Gaetz.
Have you gone to the Alex Jones store, folks?
Have you gone to thealexjonesstore.com?
Of course you have.
If you hadn't, we wouldn't be here.
That's how important this is.
And that's not an exaggeration.
That's not a strategy.
I'm not a marketer.
I don't know the tricks they know.
All I know is to tell you the truth, which is if you had not gone to the Alex Jones store dot com and supported us hugely over the last couple of months that we've been working with that sponsor, then we would not have the backup studio.
We would not have the money to launch the legal counterattack against the fraudulent bankruptcy proceedings.
We would not be on air.
We would not be here in World War Three would be on the cusp of being kicked off without a solid, powerful, dissenting populist voice to even talk about it because they're not even mainstream media is even really talking about this at all, let alone with the seriousness and intensity it deserves. let alone with the seriousness and intensity it deserves.
We will be doing that in the next segment with Simon from Florida.
Since the last segment, just talking about the principle of what is happening with Matt Gaetz, the principle of You know, being accused without proof and having that investigation made public, like that's just absurd on the face of it.
Remove the names, remove the details just as a principle.
It's insanity.
But let's get to the details and the people involved.
Politico has this story from, this must have been back in 21.
Okay, this was all the way back in 2021.
The tangled tale of the Israeli consulate, the Dilbert cartoonist, and the Matt Gaetz case.
The Novak incident is one of many twists and turns in the Gaetz case.
One of the many only in Florida aspects of Representative Matt Gaetz's sex crimes investigation.
One stands out for its utter weirdness.
The story of how Israeli consulate staffer, a cartoonist who created Dilbert, and a complicated shakedown scheme tied to a former CIA operative captured in Iran.
The most salacious aspect of the federal probe indicates...
Have received saturation media coverage over the months, but scant attention has been paid to the mysterious cameo of Jake Novak, a broadcast media director of the Consulate General of Israel in New York.
Three days before the story broke in March that federal investigators were probing whether Gates had sex with a 17-year-old girl, Novak began corresponding with Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams about the scandal.
The two were pals on social media.
Novak indicated to Adams that he had inside knowledge of the probe and also suggested he was personally involved in an effort to get $25 million out of Gates's wealthy father to help free an American hostage in Iran named Bob Levinson.
Novak never said he thought the alleged plan to free the hostages was a crime, according to copies of the text messages that were previously reported, whose authenticity were confirmed to Politico by Adams.
But on August 31st, a federal grand jury indicted a suspect for allegedly trying to defraud Gates's father.
The scheme involved a Florida developer, Stephan Alford, who claimed that in return for financing the hostage rescue, he and another man would use their influence in federal government to ensure the congressman receives a presidential pardon, thus alleviating all his legal issues.
And believe it or not, this is actually a scam they'd pulled multiple times on different peoples.
So there's some guy named Bob Levinson.
He was an Israeli spy that was captured by Iran.
Most people think that he died a long time ago.
But every year or so, Israelis, Come out with supposed information, and they go to their wealthy friends, and they go, we have it confirmed.
It was just confirmed.
Bob Levinson is alive.
He's a heroic Israeli spy, and we have a scheme to get him out.
We think we can get him out.
We know he's alive.
We think we can rescue him.
We just need $25 million to make it happen.
Do you want to be a hero?
Do you want to be a hero and help us rescue this heroic spy?
A Israeli double agent that's in prison and or dead in Iran because we just need $25 million.
It's a great investment.
It's amazing.
You'll be a hero for all of time.
And also, if you don't, your son's going to go to jail for sex trafficking crimes.
See, it's a carrot and stick sort of maneuver they pull.
And they've done it like multiple times.
It's like a regular scam they pull with the same guy, Bob Levinson, in the same way.
Now, Matt Gaetz and his father didn't fall for it, stood up against it, which is why the scandal has gone on.
When you talk about Matt Gaetz and the sex trafficking scandal, it's literally an Israeli blackmail scheme.
Run by the Israeli consulate.
He texted Scott Adams before the news broke about how they were pulling this off, and they've done it before multiple times.
So just search Bob Levinson, $25 million.
It's always the same amount of money.
They always need $25 million, and they never get Bob Levinson out.
Bob Levinson's probably dead.
It's a scam they pull to give the appearance of credence to their black male shakedown.

We took a little trip along with Colonel Jackson down to mighty Mississippi We took a little bacon and we took the little beans And we caught the bloody British in a town in New Orleans We fired our guns and the British kept coming There wasn't as many as there was a while ago We fired once more and they began to run it On down to Mississippi to the Gulf of Mexico Welcome back folks.
harrison smith
We're connecting with Simon from Florida right now who's going to give us the breakdown on Russia's nuclear doctrine update.
The latest of this is that Yesterday, Ukraine launched their first salvo of intercontinental hypersonic ballistic missiles.
They hit a weapons depot some 300 miles into Russia.
The reports are that something like six missiles were fired, five intercepted.
One was able to strike its target.
And in response to this, and sort of at the same time as this, Russia updated its nuclear doctrine as they'd been talking about doing and suggested doing for several months.
As again, another warning to the United States, if you proceed down this track, here's what we will do in opposition to that.
They finally updated their military nuclear doctrine.
Putin signed it yesterday.
They now have essentially first strike capabilities, as they say, that we're not going to wait to be nuked.
If Ukraine, aligned with nuclear powers, starts launching nuclear-capable missiles at us and poses an existential threat to the sovereignty of Russia, we will respond with nukes.
I heard yesterday, I was listening back to the show yesterday, and at one point I said tactile nukes when I meant tactical.
But they're probably pretty tactile too.
Simon from Florida, thank you so much for calling in.
You are the exact person I want to talk to about this because I'm trying to cover the waterfront here.
Same time, you know, a bunch of other stuff going on behind the scenes at Infowars.
I have not had time to really dig in to the documents.
And even if I did, I'm not sure I could do it in the way that you do.
Simon from Florida, thank you so much for joining us today.
unidentified
Hello there, Harrison.
Thank you ever so much.
This is my pleasure to be with you for what turns out to be the 79th occasion.
And I think the key thing that is important for the audience to know, and on the face of it, one would assume that a new strategic document relating to the Russian use of nuclear weapons would be hundreds of pages long.
And you wouldn't even embark upon that.
But it actually is only seven and a half pages long with a lot of spacing.
So it would appear that the document itself is incredibly compressed and condensed and summarized in order to make it approachable.
And at the post-G20 press conference, the Russian foreign minister We're good to go.
For the document to be read in its entirety.
harrison smith
Hey, Simon, I'm sorry.
I'm getting a lot of feedback on your phone.
I'm not sure if you can work with our producer to try to get a little better.
That's not just me, right?
You guys are hearing that too.
Yeah, it's very high-pitched feedback.
We're going to try to talk to my producer.
We're going to try to get you a better connection just so we can hear you fully.
In the meantime, you've sent me some stuff.
So as Simon tries to get reconnected, I'll read to you what we have that...
Simon is sent.
He says, the new Russian nuke doctrine is not long given subject.
He did two shows.
Keywords and doctrine are repeated like 11 times as allies talked about direct energy weapons and space attack weapons.
It took immediate effect yesterday.
It extends the nuclear umbrella over North Korea like the U.S. did for South Korea but may soon include Iran and some key terms unidentified.
Some key terms in this are undefined, and we'll have to look at those.
It's essentially a summary itself, operational doc.
Most are hundreds of pages.
This one's only eight.
It's presented as a PDF via an obscure link and would not machine translate, and barely any Western journos have read it.
And he actually sent me the document itself.
This is the type of thing.
Simon will just send me documents that are just like I'm like, what is this, Simon?
What are you sending me here?
But he's gone through it.
He's translated it and looked at the intricate details.
Lavrov said at G20, you have to read the whole thing.
So no good reading headlines.
He spoke to Scott Ritter on air yesterday and read the actual document, but was saying at the end of the world, there are still education steps and possibly in dock of demonstration attack.
Nothing could be more relevant for Infowars and this audience.
The Biden regime announced another 275 million for Ukraine.
Lavrov said this, quote, today we have officially published the fundamentals of the nuclear doctrine of the Russian Federation.
Everything is confirmed there and already fixed by law.
President Vladimir Putin announced this publicly on September 12th this year.
I hope this doctrine will be read not only the way they read the UN Charter, seeing only what they need, but in its completeness and interconnectedness.
So September 12th was the review starts.
So they sort of published this on September 12th.
That's when the review process started.
It has now been signed into law and is active as of today.
I understand we have Simon back.
I apologize, Simon, for having to cut you off there.
But we do want to be able to hear you well.
So thank you.
Thank you for coming back.
Please just pick up where you left off.
unidentified
Hello there, Harrison.
Thank you for doing the introduction there.
Apologies for technical difficulties that need to occur.
So, this document is about 27 paragraphs long, and I'm now not on speakerphone, so if you're getting any feedback that's on your end, it's not me.
I'm in total silence.
harrison smith
Shoot, yeah, I'm so sorry that I don't really know why this is happening.
We'll work to figure that out.
All right, yeah, we'll have to...
unidentified
Let's try and persevere.
harrison smith
This show's totally teleprompter-free, and we have to roll with the punches sometimes.
So, Simon, tell you what, we'll try to reconnect in the next segment, because I do want to hear from you, and I want to hear what you have to say.
And heck, maybe it's easy.
You can just film something and upload it, and we can just play the video.
I don't know what we're going to do.
We're going to try to get around these technical restrictions.
Go ahead.
unidentified
The difficulty appears to have stopped.
So I'm hearing you loud and clear.
Hopefully you can hear me loud and clear.
harrison smith
All right.
Apologies to the audience.
But again, this is, you know, we don't have things scheduled out days in advance.
We sort of do this on the fly.
So as long as that high-pitch noise is stopped, we'll hear from Simon for as long as possible.
So go on, Simon.
unidentified
Okay.
So...
What is very important to note here is that people are seeing headlines, and the headlines are very, very scary indeed.
But there is still an escalation matrix embedded within the document.
And the Russians have told us to read the document in its entirety, but they've only published it in Russian with a tiny high point in a An announcement about Putin signing it that takes you to photographs in a PDF form.
It's very hard to translate.
I had a subject matter expert who's fluent in Russian translate it, and there's a great number of revelations in it.
But in particular, what your audience will find very interesting is the Russians specifically refer to direct energy weapons and Right.
And they talk about a common unified plan between Russia and its allies.
And they also make crystal clear in the document that Russia is extending its nuclear deterrence umbrella over its allies.
So that would appear to include I'm sorry.
harrison smith
I'm so sorry, Simon.
That high pitch is coming back.
This is very unfortunate.
We're going to have to reconnect with you.
I'm sorry.
It's just, you know, I don't want to be blowing out the ears of our audience.
I'm really sorry, Simon.
You know, obviously, neither one of our faults.
But work with my producers.
We'll either reconnect with you later in the show, or we'll have to maybe connect with you after and do a standalone video that we'll upload on X with Simon breaking this down.
But already...
What he's told us is more than you'll hear on any other news outlet.
So direct energy weapons, space weapons, and the interconnected alliance that Russia is helping to forge as a result of this Ukrainian war.
All very, very interesting and interesting.
Again, I think points to the practice of Russia of doing everything it can and, hey, look, you hate Russia and you think this is all a scam and I'm just falling for it.
It's like their behavior, their words align.
They always seem to be very cautious and very careful about what Crossing all the T's, dotting all the I's, following international law to the letter.
I know people think like, but it's Russia.
They're lawless.
They don't care about...
No, no.
It's the opposite.
America doesn't care about international law.
Israel doesn't care about international law.
It's the powerful countries that, to a large part, run the courts.
Well, when those courts happen to go against them, they just completely ignore them.
In fact, I have a video...
I think I put this video in today.
I think it's John Thune.
And he's like threatening the international criminal court with sanctions for daring to say that Israel should stop genociding Palestinians.
Right?
They don't actually care about international law when you're of that power in the same way.
And it's a continued...
Constant, you know, aspect of this show, when we talk about the leftists get away with it, the right-wingers don't.
We have to do everything exactly right as right-wingers, because if we just accidentally do something wrong, they'll come at us with everything they've got.
Leftists can, I don't want to use the word literally, but you have to understand, I'm not saying that they could do this.
No, they literally go in front of cameras and say, well, court precedent doesn't matter anymore, so we're breaking the law.
Verbatim, they say that.
So, literally, they break the law out in the open and nothing is done to them.
Meanwhile, if we misplace a decimal point, it's the end of the world.
It's the same thing on the international stage.
America and Israel and our allies get to do whatever they want to whoever they want, whenever they want.
And if international law tries to stop them, we basically threaten the courts themselves with destruction.
Totally tyrannical, despot, monumentally stupid way to behave.
Russia, Iran, these other countries, they have to stick very closely to the law.
So that's what strikes me in all of this, is that Russia is again sending out the shot across the bow, sending up the warning sign, playing fair and saying, we're letting you know what our plan is.
We're also letting you know we have allies in this, that we're going to Work to protect our allies and that it's not just Russia.
You're not just up against us.
You're up against a lot.
You're up against a lot of, you know, countries working together at this point.
All right.
We're reconnected.
Okay, we're reconnected with Simon.
Seems good.
Okay, we'll give it one more try.
Third time's a charm.
Simon, again, I apologize to our audience.
This is, it's a live show.
We're flying by the seat of our pants.
And again, you know, Simon is already in the 30 seconds we've been able to hear from him.
Broken, you know, news that I've not seen anywhere else.
So Simon.
Direct energy weapons, space weapons, they're touting their alliance.
Obviously, North Korea has sent soldiers.
That's one of the primary reasons that was used to justify the use of long-range weapons.
They said they're going to target the North Korean soldiers out of there.
Obviously, China and Russia, flying sorties, flying training missions with bombers and fighter jets towards Alaskan islands.
Out of Russian bases, combination Chinese and Russian forces.
So they're building and strengthening their alliance.
They're talking about new novel weapons systems being deployed.
What else do you have for us, sir?
unidentified
So the category of military threat has been greatly expanded.
They now include Military alliances that are adversarial to Russia, expanding up to its borders, which obviously includes Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, and also, don't forget, Japan.
Because Japan, their new Prime Minister, is talking about an Asian NATO. And then they're talking about Military forces being expanded or enhanced in border states with the Russian Federation, and that would include Finland as well.
So they're saying that they will consider the use of nuclear weapons, albeit that they're under a critical threat.
territorial integrity.
There is a threshold there of criticality.
But they're saying that in regards to the defense of the Russian Federation and Belarus, that it doesn't have to be a nuclear attack on Russia.
It could just be a large-scale conventional attack.
In regards to defending Russia's allies, and the word ally is literally used in the document like 11 or 12 times.
It keeps on saying Russian Federation and or its allies.
And or its allies.
It's every other paragraph.
And they're saying there that if nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction, which are undefined, are used against their allies, then Russia may respond with nuclear weapons.
But with regards to Russia and Belarus, which form what is called the Union State, if those two countries are tied extremely closely together, then even largely our use of conventional weapons against them.
Now, in regard to these air and drone attacks that are now ongoing and appear set to expand and add additional types of weapons systems, They've given a full list of what they consider significant there.
And they say the potential adversary's possession and deployment, missile defense systems, medium and short-range cruise and ballistic missiles, high-precision, non-nuclear and hypersonic weapons, Unmanned strike vehicles of various basings that could be flying out of other countries of the Ukraine.
And the kisser in this one particular paragraph, which is 15 feet, and directed energy weapons that may be used against the Russian Federation.
of this last night, the two hosts there, their response was, what the F?
They're suddenly talking about directed energy weapons being used militarily against the Russian Federation.
harrison smith
Right.
Well, and I guess it makes sense.
And, you know, if you watch history, you know, like if you pay attention to history, you know that sort of before each world war, there was a smaller war that would break out for World War I. I believe it was Russia and Japan.
In World War II, it was like the Spanish Civil War.
There's always a sort of testing phase of the new technology to where airplanes had just been invented and they weren't sure how that was going to work.
And they learned a lot from the Spanish Civil War about how to carry out bombing sorties, that sort of thing.
Ukraine has been a testing ground for novel weapons on the battlefield.
Everything like drones obviously have been the big game changer.
It's totally shifted the...
You know, a strategy of war, especially, you know, small arms combat or foxhole fighting that's happening in Ukraine.
So a lot of new technologies have been sort of employed for the first time on a large scale in Ukraine.
It makes sense that Russia would want to update its doctrine in light of the new advances in weapons technology.
And apparently that includes directed energy weapons, which we know, you know, Israel has announced they have, I forget what they call it exactly, but it's the directed energy weapon to shoot down missiles, basically a big laser pointer that It superheats missiles and makes them explode in midair in an addendum to their Iron Dome missile defense barrage system.
So what else do we know about the novel weapons?
unidentified
I completely agree with you, and you're quite technically accurate in that regard, but that's not the context in which they're using it.
They're talking about using laser weapons as attack weapons, not defense weapons.
And they further then expand in the same section, talking about weapons in space, where they say in Part D, the creation and deployment by a potential adversary in space of missile defense and anti-satellite the creation and deployment by a potential adversary in space of missile defense and anti-satellite warfare systems, All three of those are in space.
And you'll recall that we had this alert It was put out by Mike Turner, the Republican chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, who was making all these allegations, which turned out to be unsubstantiated, about the Russians deploying weapons in space.
And they're directly quoting him back, but saying, instead of we're doing this, we, the Russians, are doing this, they're saying you, our adversaries, are doing this.
harrison smith
And I wonder, does it mention anything about biological weapons?
Because, of course, that was one of the things that Russia said when they were going into Ukraine.
They cited the bioweapons factories and even talked about plans they discovered to infect migratory birds so that the birds would fly over and then their droppings would infect.
So did they mention biological weapons at all?
simon in florida
They would appear to include biological and chemical within the category of other weapons of mass destruction.
unidentified
What I did find curious was whilst they talked about attacks on critical infrastructure, they didn't specifically use the word cyber.
And the Infowars audience will recall that Hillary Clinton in the past had said that a massive cyber attack on the United States that took out the electrical grid or something of that significance would be regarded as the equivalent of a nuclear attack on the United States.
harrison smith
Right.
unidentified
But they don't quite spell that out in that level of specificity.
What's interesting about the document is that several of these categories of justifications do appear to have already been fulfilled in the last 12 months.
Now, when it comes to air attacks, they talk about the massive launch of drones, missiles, or aircraft missiles.
And they specifically say tactical aircraft or strategic aircraft.
And there, the term, of course, that allows for them to have some flexibility in their response is the definition of massive, which isn't given.
So is that 50?
Is it 100?
Is it 200?
Is it 300?
And bear in mind that when Iran did their retaliatory attack against the Israelis, they fired somewhere around 300 missiles.
So is that a massive attack?
Then does it depend upon the modernization or the sophistication of the missiles or the payload?
You know, what exactly is that find out?
harrison smith
Yeah, no, I get exactly what you're saying.
We have a minute left in the segment.
I so appreciate you calling in.
If people want to find out more, they've got to follow Simon on X at Simon from Flory 2.
Simon from Flory 2.
We've got about 30 seconds left.
Just what is your takeaway?
If you were talking to a person on the street and they said, Russia, nukes, I have no idea what you're talking about.
What's the takeaway?
30 seconds, go.
unidentified
In 30 seconds, I would simply tell them to go to weaponizednews.com where I spent an hour going through this document sentence by sentence.
And it doesn't take as long as one might anticipate.
And there's also a drinking claim include so you can follow every use of the word ally.
harrison smith
Right.
Well, I thank you so much for calling in and dealing with the technical difficulties here, Simon.
Directed energy weapons, WMDs, first strike capability, and nobody else is even reporting on this.
Thank God we have people like Simon filling us in.
Weaponizednews.com.
Thank you.
unidentified
Welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
Simon's right.
I'm trying to translate this PDF that Russia published.
I can't translate it.
Google won't translate it for me.
I can't convert it out of PDF. It's very weird.
It's very weird.
So we'll take a look at that.
But again, thank you to Simon from Florida at Simon from Flory 2 on X and at weaponizednews.com weaponizednews.com Other people are speaking out about what is happening in Russia.
Tucker Carlson just tweeted this out this morning.
A lame duck president just started a hot war with the world's most dangerous country.
All of us are very close to being killed, yet somehow the Republican Speaker of the House hasn't even mentioned it in public or in leadership meetings.
What is going on?
I think that was a rhetorical question.
I think he knows exactly what's going on.
What's going on is that the deep state runs our foreign policy and the Congress is completely cut out of the loop and hasn't given up, completely allowed their authority in this regard to be usurped by the faceless bureaucrats that are now driving us headlong towards Armageddon.
It's unfortunate, but that's where we are.
Now, John Thune, the incoming Senate majority leader, has made public statements about, you know, the things that Republicans are prioritizing.
Like right now, You've got the massive vote rigging going on right in front of everybody.
Republicans having to go to the Supreme Court so they can reassert the decision they'd already made to not allow certain ballots because Democrats apparently just get to say we don't care and we're going to count the ballots anyway and we have to go through a big process to stop them from doing that and somehow they aren't punished for it.
It's crazy, but that's a very big thing happening right now.
Also a very big thing happening is the fact that FEMA... Is giving official instructions to their employees to withhold support and help and assistance from storm-ravaged areas of America if those people voted for Trump.
It seems like that might be a pretty big deal.
of coincides with the movement in general in America to discriminate openly against conservatives and white people and Christians on the basis that you're a good person if you do that and that the lies they've told about us makes them think we're dangerous.
So they think that for their own safety, they need to not help Christian Trump white conservatives, whether that's with food and shelter after a big storm or surgery after a heart attack.
Like, you know, we're just moving towards this world where your identity as a person of European descent and who hasn't, you know, willfully cut off their bloodline, right?
Because when you look at the coalition, the Democrat coalition, it's people that can't produce white babies, if you want to define it in a single term, right?
So you're either not white, or if you are white, you have to be gay or trans or a feminist who loves abortion and kills all of your children.
So as long as you're not producing white babies, you're in the club.
So that's gay people, transvestites, transgenders, castrated people, cucks, feminists, and non-white people.
That's the coalition.
In case people hadn't noticed that yet.
So I think that's kind of important.
I think that's an important thing to understand that you have official government administrations like FEMA Officially telling their workers to deprive potentially life-saving assistance from Trump supporters if they have Trump signs in their yard.
Seems like a big deal to me.
And some of the Republicans are dealing with that.
But obviously it's not just that.
There's a lot of stuff going on right now.
Scam about Matt Gaetz.
I mean, there's a lot of stuff happening that's affecting the American people.
Clearly, they're trying to get as many immigrants in as humanly possible before Trump shuts off the spigot.
They're trying to legalize as many of them as they can so that when Trump is in office, they'll technically be citizens, so we'll have a more difficult time deporting them.
They're Trump-proofing just various aspects of the government right now.
It's a full government-wide, full-spectrum push.
towards total tyranny and despotism and deliberately trying to disadvantage The American people, specifically conservatives.
You know, there's a lot of stuff to be concerned about.
And I think on top of all of that and superlative to all of that is the fact that lame duck Joe Biden, incompetent moron lying on the beach, has given away his power to declare war to some shadowy cabal of Anthony Blinken and Merrick Garland and Alejandro Mayorkas or people that we don't even know.
We don't know who's making these decisions, but they are starting a hot, direct confrontation with nuclear-armed superpower Russia.
And meanwhile, John Thune, incoming leader of the Senate, is giving press conferences where he's talking not about any of the things I just laid out, the existential concerns of the American people, particularly the people who he's supposed to represent, conservatives being actively discriminated by their own government.
That's not what he's concerned about.
That's not what any of the Republicans in power are concerned about.
No, they're giving talks about how outraged they are that the international court is criticizing Israel's mass murder campaign.
Let's go to clip number six now.
unidentified
Well, it's been over 13 months now since Hamas terrorists waged war against Israel.
And for the past year plus, Democrats have struggled to support our ally Israel and has literally fractured the Democrat Party.
For example, we are expecting tomorrow Senator Sanders to offer a resolution denying lethal aid to Israel.
The refusal to have our allies back And the hesitation to call out anti-Semitism in our own country has consequences.
It enables bad behavior and bad actors around the world, and it encourages others to abandon Israel in their time of need.
Now, you have the International Criminal Court of the ICC and its prosecutor pursuing warrants against Israeli officials.
That is outrageous and it is unlawful.
The ICC rogue actions are a threat to our ally Israel and left unchecked could pose a threat to America in the future.
I am calling on Leader Schumer to bring a bill to the floor sanctioning the ICC which the House has already passed on a bipartisan basis.
If he refuses to act, our Senate Republican majority next year will.
We will stand with Israel and make this and other supportive legislation a top priority in the next Congress.
So to our allies in Israel, And to the Jewish people around the world, my message to you is this.
Reinforcements are on the way.
Senate Republicans, reclaim the majority in six weeks.
And when we do, we will make clear that the United States Congress stands squarely in Israel's corner, and we will help the Trump-Vance administration defend Israel and promote peace in the region.
harrison smith
Oh, well, thank goodness.
Oh, well, oh my gosh.
I was so worried.
No, you had me worried there for a second.
I'm sitting here thinking, gosh, we haven't done enough for Israel this year.
That's what I was really concerned about.
They're starting world war with Russia.
America, we're starting world war with Russia.
We're getting into a direct confrontation.
Russia is aiming nukes at European capitals as we speak.
Watching us put our toe towards the line.
We're starting a world war with Russia.
You've got official American governmental administrations discriminating against Trump supporters en masse.
You've got women trying to go into the men's bathroom.
You've got the Pentagon failing its seventh audit in a row.
Trillions of dollars missing.
You've got the inordinate amounts of money being poured out of our coffers into the hands of illegal immigrants whose only participation in American society has been to break our law and break into our country.
You've got trial going on of Lake and Riley just showing the horrific nature of that murder, the way it was tied into the gangs that are now infiltrating our cities, where you've got Trin de Aragua taking over apartment buildings in San Antonio and Denver and Aurora and a thousand other cities.
Tiny acts of subversion taking place across the entire country, funded and carried out, facilitated by our own government who gave the guys free plane tickets to Athens, Georgia, where they would lie in wait and brutally murder Lake and Riley over a 20-minute torture session.
All of this going on, but luckily the Senate is out there making powerful extended statements about how important it is that we never criticize the state of Israel.
It would almost be funny if it was a parody.
If this was a joke, it'd be very funny.
Yeah, so John Thune has received nearly half a million dollars from AIPAC. And look, it's not about the money, folks.
It's about the access.
It's about the fact that he wouldn't be in the position he was in if he hadn't taken the money from AIPAC. It's not about the money.
It's about the influence.
It's about the control.
It's about the network of manipulation that dictates the policy of our government.
This is their top priority.
It's not the top priority of anybody I know.
Nobody I know.
The top priority is the economy, is safety, is, you know, the streets, it's the propaganda on children, it's the just collapsing general atmosphere in America as infrastructure crumbles and we can't speak the same languages as our neighbors anymore.
It's like we're under just massive, ridiculous attack.
But their top priority is making sure that the Democrats don't criticize Israel for mass murdering Palestinian and Lebanese civilians for a year on end with no strategic value.
You know, 200 children have been killed in Lebanon in the last month.
I'm going to say that again so you understand what I said.
200 children have been killed by Israel in Lebanon in the last month.
This is what I mean by like we're a true crime podcast that's just continually reporting on the same serial killer.
And we know his name and we know who he is and he just keeps killing.
And it's just like at a certain point.
I don't know what to do anymore about this.
Would it be different?
If, yeah, more than 200 children killed in Lebanon amid Israeli bombardment, these children have been killed daily in Lebanon over the past two months.
I'm sorry, three, so on average, three children have been killed daily.
You know, maybe if instead of just like blurry mushroom clouds, you know, if instead we had to watch every day As a little two-year-old was led away from their mother and then put in front of a camera and had their throat cut.
I don't know what it takes to get across to people.
What's actually happening right now in the Middle East?
It's horrifying.
It's pointless.
It's devastating.
It's mass murder on a scale that we haven't seen since World War II. And our government's top priority is making sure it doesn't get interrupted.
And the one person in the Trump's cabinet that hasn't taken AIPAC money is Matt Gaetz.
And he's the only one that they're trying to bring down with an Israeli blackmail scheme.
unidentified
Does this make sense?
harrison smith
Anybody else?
unidentified
Anybody else?
You're welcome.
harrison smith
I mean, honestly.
We have to do something about this.
I don't know what that is exactly.
I guess if I was emperor, I'd just be like...
I mean, AIPAC certainly wouldn't be allowed to exist.
Nor would the SPLC or the ADL. All of these are just, you know, aspects of...
What is really just the same organization.
The supranational coalition and cabals that in a very real way and very directly and almost exclusively guide the agenda of our government.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
Yeah, it is pretty crazy.
I don't know if I have anything to add to that.
I just sort of want to wallow in it for a second.
Just sort of really soak in the fact that out of all of the things going on in our country, the geopolitical situation, they have not mentioned the fact that That the President of the United States just authorized the one thing that Russia has said over and over is a red line, will lead to direct nuclear confrontation, World War III, the end of the world.
I don't know how to express this.
It's too crazy for words.
There is nothing...
That could ever even possibly be more important or impactful than this.
We're talking about nuclear exchange.
I mean, once it happens, that's it for humanity.
I mean, forget human rights.
Forget the Constitution.
I mean, you're talking about the end of life on Earth to any recognizable degree.
And they haven't even mentioned it.
They haven't even brought it up.
They haven't done press conferences.
They haven't done interviews.
No, they actually go out of their way to give press conferences reasserting something that was never in any doubt ever.
We get it.
We get it, you guys.
You'll give everything Israel wants ever all of the time.
You'll never criticize them.
You'll never question them.
They can do nothing wrong.
The purpose of America, in your eyes, is as a footstool and a slave for Israel.
We get it, okay?
You can stop making press conferences where the point is to reiterate the fact that you are a drooling slave of Israel.
We understand.
Thank you for the update, John Thune.
Can you deal with the existential crisis is facing us now?
unidentified
I mean, seriously.
harrison smith
Am I the only one?
Reinforcements on the way, guys.
Don't worry.
I mean, again, it would be a funny skit.
It would be a funny skit where it's just, you know, the reporter at the Capitol just talking about all of the emergencies going on.
Just like Russia has announced, they are arming and operational.
The nukes are aimed at the biggest capitals in Europe.
This is it.
We are on the cusp of World War III. It could all end right now.
And just all the various things, right?
Just all of the fentanyl, the immigration crisis.
The Lake and Riley murders, all of this going on.
Okay, and we now go to the Capitol for a press conference on these topics.
John Thune, he's just like, have we reminded you that we love Israel today?
Have we told you that we love Israel and that if the international court doesn't like Israel, we will destroy the international court?
I want to make that clear.
Good night, everybody.
Just like...
I'm sorry, I thought this was America.
I thought your job...
Was to represent the American people.
So what are you doing?
What are you talking about?
And what drastic measures can we take to never hear that type of thing again?
I don't know.
I just don't know.
We'll move on now, I guess.
There are some things of concern to the American people that the Republicans have addressed in the recent past.
It's very strange to see this happening.
But they're actually confronting MasterCard and Visa for having a monopoly on credit card transactions with a profit margin of about 50%.
So just remember, when the Democrats blame grocery stores for inflation, when they talk about grocery stores being exploitative, saying it's these greedy corporations that are doing this, the average grocery store operates on about a 2% margin.
About 2%.
They lose 2% of their business, they're in the red.
Credit card companies provide nothing but a very basic service that I don't think is necessary anymore.
I mean, the number of apps and things you have to exchange money without the intercedents of credit card companies.
They're sort of an old, outdated form anyway, but regardless, they're operating on a 50% profit margin.
And they don't even provide the goods.
They're just the middlemen taking us to the cleaners.
Let's go to clip number two here.
This is questioning of Visa and MasterCard by, I think it's Josh Hawley doing questioning here.
Let's watch.
josh hawley
I mean, what's your profit margin, Ms.
Kirkpatrick?
unidentified
It's circa 50%.
josh hawley
Mr.
Chidi?
unidentified
Slightly higher.
josh hawley
Higher than 50% profit margin?
unidentified
Slightly higher than MasterCard, yes.
josh hawley
Yeah, that's incredible.
50% profit margin.
I mean, that's absolutely unbelievable.
What's the answer to the Walmart question, by the way, that Senator Welch posed to you?
What's Walmart's interchange fee that you negotiate with them?
unidentified
I don't have it with me today.
josh hawley
You don't have any idea whatsoever?
Is it higher or lower than 2.5%?
unidentified
Walmart negotiates their rates based on the business that they do with us.
josh hawley
Meaning they're big.
They're really big.
They're gigantic.
So they get a better deal than Mr.
Callahan or most small businesses in Missouri.
Is that what you're telling me?
unidentified
Yes, Senator.
We have volume discounts that we offer to some merchants.
I suspect Walmart is one of them.
And I don't believe that it's commercially unreasonable to get an arrangement where, in exchange for more volume, a merchant can qualify for lower rates.
josh hawley
Well, I'm sure it's not commercially unreasonable for Walmart, or certainly it's in their financial interest and in yours, but I doubt it's in Mr.
Callahan's financial interest.
And my question to you, Mr.
Callahan, is when you've got Walmart and other major competitors getting charged much less than you are, why in the world would you stick with these guys?
I mean, why is it that small businesses continue to use Visa and MasterCard when you're getting charged so much more?
unidentified
In my opinion, it's a matter of convenience for the customer, and customers matter to our business.
josh hawley
Maybe is it because Visa and MasterCard are effectively monopolies?
They control 80% of the market?
unidentified
Certainly part of it.
josh hawley
80% of the market?
I'm just having a hard time understanding, Mr.
Sheedy and Ms.
Kirkpatrick, you have a business model.
You're making over 50% profit margin.
You are able to give the shaft to small businesses.
Estimated cost to Missouri businesses from these fees is one and a half billion dollars.
That's with a B. Billion dollars a year.
A year.
Why aren't all of these businesses running away from this model?
Because they don't have a choice because you control so much of the market.
This is classic, classic monopolistic behavior.
And yet your testimony here today is you don't want any competition.
You have 80% of the market, but you don't want any more competition.
I'm having a hard time finding that position defensible, let alone sympathetic.
I mean, it's unbelievable the amount of money that you're making.
It's unbelievable what you're charging small businesses and consumers, and yet your testimony is, please, please, please, please, please, we can't possibly have any competition.
I mean, let's talk about what you're doing to consumers who hold your cards.
Last year, as I understand it, there were 726 million Visa and MasterCard issued, MasterCard credit cards issued in the United States.
That's about two for every one-person card.
In the United States of America, do either of you know how much debt is owed on your networks, Ms.
Kirkpatrick?
unidentified
We're not the bank, so we don't have visibility into that information.
We also don't generate revenue from interchange.
josh hawley
Okay, you have no idea.
unidentified
Mr.
josh hawley
Shidi, do you know?
unidentified
I don't know.
josh hawley
Well, let me help you out.
Let's have a look.
It's $1.17 trillion.
$1.17 trillion is what consumers now owe on your credit card networks.
Either you know what the average interest rate is on your networks.
Mr.
Kirkpatrick?
unidentified
Senator, we're not the bank.
We don't set the interchange.
We don't set the rates.
josh hawley
Do you know what it is?
This is your business model.
unidentified
We don't collect revenue from interest rates.
josh hawley
Do you know?
unidentified
I don't, Senator.
josh hawley
I mean, do either of you read the newspaper?
Forbes magazine just estimated last week that the average, average credit card APR in your networks is 28.75% average.
29%, let's call it.
29%.
It's nearly doubled in the last four years.
That is astounding.
Absolutely astounding.
And you just testified a second ago that you've got more than 50% profit margin, and yet your testimony here today is you can't possibly survive if there's any competition.
How can that be true?
How can that be true?
You've got debt like we've never seen before in American history.
Your profit margins are as high or higher than they've ever been.
You have 80% of the relevant market in the credit card interchange fees that we're talking about, and yet you couldn't survive if there's any competition?
What am I missing?
unidentified
Listen.
harrison smith
Senegal's Visa MasterCard executives over swipe fees.
Yeah.
I just...
I'm getting kind of sick of that, too.
Anybody else just getting sick of watching CEOs and blatant criminals just be hauled up in front of Congress so Congress can just go, well, what's going on here?
What's all this about?
And they're just like, I don't know.
unidentified
And it's like, well, gee, you should.
harrison smith
And it's over, and that's all that happens.
We need teeth in the government.
The third hour of the American Journal is on.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
We'll take your calls this hour.
unidentified
We still have a lot to talk about, of course.
harrison smith
We'll just read some headlines in the next segment.
I do want to go to a video that's going pretty viral.
I think it's from the same people that made the skit we showed a little while ago.
That was a fake ad for the medicine called A Brain.
If you're scared of Trump, try a brain today.
It's called the TDS Doctor.
And as much as this is an obvious parody and skit, I gotta wonder how much of this is true.
I gotta wonder how many psychiatrists are like, I mean, Trump winning the election, that's like them winning the jackpot.
They get four more years of the mental illness forced into their patients.
They're poor, manipulatable, liberal patients who could just, you know, turn off the TV and go for a walk and feed the ducks at the park, but instead choose to wallow in delusion and make us all suffer like they're suffering.
Let's go to this skit.
It's called The TDS Doctor, clip number 10.
Here it is.
unidentified
How has the election made you feel, on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being...
Nazi!
Nazi!
Not!
My name is Dr.
Nick Peterson, and I specialize in those suffering from TDS. Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Hello.
I'm Dr.
Peterson.
How are you?
Well, Donald Trump is a felon.
Nope.
I asked how you were doing.
The majority of Americans can mentally handle election results on both sides of the aisle.
However, there's this small, albeit growing, group of, I don't want to say Americans, but people that are just disconnected from reality.
Fascist.
And honestly, it makes diagnosing these people a whole lot easier.
I just check their social media.
Gone are the days when you just search your symptoms on WebMD at home by yourself.
Now they record their symptoms and post them for the world to see.
The haircut is also a dead giveaway.
So, what brings you in today?
Oh, I don't know.
Maybe it's the orange democracy-destroying, Putin-loving dictator.
Alright, so, mental illness.
They are completely blind to the fact that their absurd actions and ideologies were a big factor in their party's loss.
Let me ask you this.
Do you even know what democracy is?
Follow-up question.
Do you know how Kamala Harris became the nominee?
I know you're a deplorable Nazi fascist bigot.
Okay, neat.
Turns out that calling half the country Nazis for four years was not a winning strategy.
And yet, somehow, not even Cardi B could save him.
Do you realize what I'm going through?
Yep.
Delusions.
I am losing my right to vote.
What?
Where are you getting your information?
Whoopi Goldberg?
Well, what's the remedy?
You might be wondering.
Well, if you ask me, it's a history lesson in Jesus, but the pharmacy doesn't offer those.
I prescribe them a brain.
And I send them to tryabrain.com for more information.
Well, I'll show you.
I'm moving to Canada.
That'd be great.
And I'll be shaving my head.
Oh, that's...
No.
And one last thing.
I'm going on a sex strike.
You're lost.
Oh, no!
harrison smith
The TDS Doctor by Nick Peterson.
Nick Peterson.
Very, very funny stuff.
Now, I don't quite have time to get to in here.
On the other side, we're going to go to...
We've got an old video.
You'll understand.
We're also going to talk about FEMA being caught actively discriminating against Trump supporters as a part of their policy.
And we've gotten so far in this country that they actually think they're the good guys by refusing life-saving assistance to their fellow American citizens because those American citizens...
Want their country to stay their country.
They actually like America, and that apparently means you should die the next time a hurricane hits you.
It's pretty crazy, but I'm really not exaggerating.
I want to remind you again to go to thealexjonesstore.com.
Thealexjonesstore.com is the only reason that we're here today.
It's the only reason we'll be able to succeed into the future regardless of what happens next with our legal struggles.
I'll bring you any updates to that story.
As they are, they are coming in hot and heavy now.
In fact, we haven't even looked at some of the articles about what's happened at Infowars.
But what you need to know from behind the scenes is that all of it's been possible because of thealexjonesstore.com.
We're not just playing defense.
We're on the offensive now.
And it's going to get interesting.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, InfoWars.com, Band.Video, TheAlexJonesStore.com is where you go to support us.
It's not just supporting us.
It's fantastic products.
It's incredible supplements.
Optimal Human is probably my favorite so far.
The energy gives you long-lasting, all-day, real deep energy, not just the flash-in-the-pan energy of an energy drink or a strong cup of coffee.
You'll get that feeling, but More like, you know, stretched out.
It's more like the, it's more like the, I don't know how to describe it.
Instead of the gunpowder firing a bullet, you know, that's the caffeine.
It just, you know, you chug it, you feel really energized and excited and, you know, effervescent and then it crashes.
Instead, this is like the rocket fuel, the long sustained burn to get you where you need to go.
Optimal Human on sale right now at thealexjonesstore.com.
It's an introductory offer on that.
You're getting it for a fantastic price, and it comes with a bottle, a shaker bottle, and everything you need to get started.
It tastes great.
Add some lemon juice if you want my advice, but Optimal Human is just one of the many products on sale at thealexjonesstore.com.
This is outside of the bankruptcy proceedings.
It's a separate sponsor, not owned by Alex Jones, not officially tied in with the InfoWars store itself.
It's an independent sponsorship that has allowed us to continue operation despite all of the attacks against us.
And we thank you so much for going there, especially for signing up for the VIP club.
That's $30 a month, but you get $40 in-store credit.
So especially, I mean, if you drink Optimal Human, You know, you'll want to refresh your supply at the end of it.
So if you want my advice, sign up for the VIP membership.
You'll get access to the lost tapes.
You'll be able to download that archive of The Alex Jones Show for something like seven years between 2001 and 2008.
You can get that on sale, standalone, if you don't want to join the VIP club.
But if you join the VIP club, it comes with that.
And you get the $40 to spend on the store.
You can spend some of that on Optimal Human and be well supplied month over month.
It's just a great deal and you get so many incredible things.
Plus you get...
Entries into the truck drawing.
There is a new, incredibly badass truck that you can win.
And every dollar you spend at the Alex Jones store gets you another entry.
Oh, 10 times entries on every dollar spent.
Wow.
So, okay, spend $1, get 10 entries for the trimmer truck.
And I'll tell you, it is a beastly vehicle.
I've sat in the parking lot for a while and...
There's nothing like a powerful truck, especially when it's brand new, when it really hasn't been tested yet.
It hasn't been splashed through the mud yet, but you can tell it could.
It's like watching a racehorse chomp at the bit, ready for the gate to drop.
unidentified
Hit the links.
harrison smith
So go there now, thealexjonesstore.com for a chance to win by purchasing some of our incredible products.
And even just the t-shirts are really next level and they're coming up with new designs constantly.
I also suggested a product that we should be seeing on the shelves soon.
I'll tell you what that is once it actually happens.
I'm going to just take a moment because this video, it went totally viral when it first came out.
It was like a huge thing and it was a big controversy.
People were, you know, claiming it was something racist about it.
But it's just a video of some high school students giving a tour of their new school in Indiana.
Carmel, Indiana.
The new Carmel High School.
And they're just showing off what a great new facility that they have.
It went totally viral a couple years ago when it first came out.
For some reason it's gone viral again as of today.
And I think it's a good chance to...
Put a visual explanation to something that I keep harping on about.
And that is the way that we understand the numbers that we see on a daily basis.
So, as of yesterday, America just signed over another package deal to Ukraine.
This could be the hundredth one.
I mean, it's impossible to even keep track of how much we spent in Ukraine.
It's impossible to know.
Every week or so, there's some new major package.
And it's like, oh wait, so that's the same as the old package?
Is this a new one?
I mean, this one's for military aid.
Is that the same as a weapons package?
Just billions upon billions of dollars.
So just yesterday, on a whim, it hasn't even made headlines really.
Nobody's even really talking about it.
That's what a no big deal this is.
$275 million.
Yesterday, signed over to Ukraine.
I guess because they need money to start World War III. I guess that's an expensive undertaking.
The video you're about to see of Carmel High School, Indiana, this high school cost $50 million to build.
So when we break down the trillions of dollars that we've spent, the billions of dollars in weapons packages and aid packages that we send overseas, we see no benefit.
It's just our money being siphoned away from us.
By the billions, and these numbers are so big, it's hard to even fathom what they are, and I try to break it down into high schools.
So I say, you know, okay, $50 million for a high school, and the last time we broke it down, it was like, all right, we sent a new package to Israel, and in exchange, we could have built four of these high schools in every state in the union, or ten of these high schools in every state of the union.
I mean, crazy when you get some of these numbers.
But just yesterday, we sent at least...
The equivalent of five of these high schools to Ukraine so that they can kill more people in a pointless exercise of insanity.
So we can all visualize what is being stolen from us on a daily basis.
Here is what a $50 million high school looks like.
We sent five and a half of these to Ukraine yesterday.
Let's watch.
unidentified

harrison smith
Yeah, it looks pretty nice.
I mean, my high school was nice too, but yeah, that was pretty nice.
Are you kidding me?
For the amount that we...
unidentified
That's a public school?
harrison smith
That's a public school.
That is a public school in Carmel, Indiana.
unidentified
Tight.
harrison smith
Tight.
Like, you know, people have such funny reactions to this.
I think this sort of first went viral.
Somebody posted on Reddit being like, can you...
Like, what if...
Why are these white kids getting this in Indiana?
Because apparently the school district is like 68% white or something.
God forbid white people have a slight minority in the country they founded.
But regardless, obviously this is a racial thing and clearly this is white people depriving this from pornists and black people who don't have the same...
But basically, they're mad.
They're like, this is racism.
These white kids get this amazing new school.
Why can't they build this for Baltimore?
And then people do the math, and it's like Carmel High School spends half per student than Baltimore spends.
Break it down.
Divide the school budget by student, and Baltimore spends $20,000 per student per year, and Carmel High School District spends $10,000 per student.
unidentified
Okay?
harrison smith
It's not about money.
It's about where that money goes.
It's not about the amount of money.
It's about the fact that school systems like Baltimore have massive administrations that soak up all of the money, and it never actually makes it to the kids.
And even if you did build this high school in Baltimore, it'd be like burned down the next year.
Like, what would even be the point of that?
It wouldn't look like this a couple years later.
You plant this in Baltimore.
The issue is not about money, no matter how much socialists want to make you think it is.
That's not even the point.
I mean, again, people have a funny reaction to this.
I think most of it's just sparked off of jealousy.
Why would you be jealous?
I'm like, why would you not be thrilled for these kids?
I'm so happy a high school like this exists in America.
I'm mad that every high school in America doesn't look like this.
We're America.
It would be a very simple matter of...
Choosing to do this, and every high school in America could look like this.
How would we win the war in Ukraine?
How would we win the war in Ukraine?
That's the rub.
unidentified
Every time, man.
harrison smith
That's the rub, man.
We've got to make a choice between having incredible, state-of-the-art, top-quality educational facilities pumping out the strongest and most intelligent and most creative and free-thinking individuals the world has ever seen, or we can spend that same amount of money to kill Russian peasants in Ukraine so that Goldman Sachs can make their investment back.
unidentified
Harrison, did you know that Israelis and Arabs are at each other's throats in the Middle East?
harrison smith
Oh my god, what does John Thune say?
Quick, get John Thune, Senate Majority Leader, on the horn.
Does he know about this?
unidentified
And the kids that go to the high schools nowadays, all they'll need to know is how to reload, right?
harrison smith
Right.
If only.
If only, yeah.
The one thing I didn't see there, where was the gun range?
Excuse me, Carmel, Indiana.
I didn't see a gun range in your school for getting a key part of their education that will be necessary for when the liberals mad max their entire world.
When the liberals let the nuclear winter come and they're having to defend their food stockpiles with homemade bullets.
Like, where's the workshop for that?
Carmel, you're not preparing these kids for the future.
Not the real one that they'll be actually facing.
But again, the point of this is that that school, with its workshops and auto shops and a working cafe where students can earn money and learn how to have a, you know, and actually have a real job managing in high school a small business, like just the movie studios and, you know, News broadcast studios, the live radio, I mean all this stuff, all of this stuff built from the ground up, $50 million.
We sent five of those to Ukraine yesterday.
You add up all the money we've sent to Ukraine, and you could have one of these high schools exactly like this, $50 million brand new high school in just about every city in America.
I mean, you're talking about 10 schools per state.
So we could have two in Houston, two in Dallas.
We could build one in Austin, build one in San Antonio, build one in Waco, build one in Odessa, build one in Fort Worth.
We could build one in, I mean, if Beaumont could have one, why not, right?
We'll build one in Galveston.
We'll build one in Corpus Christi.
We'll build one in El Paso.
All of that.
For every single state, every single city could have two or three of these high schools.
Like major city, over a million people, every single one of them could have two or three of these high schools.
That's not the choice we made, though.
No, the choice that we made, it was a choice, right?
You get a Christmas card from grandma, it's got 50 bucks in it.
Are you going to spend it on the new school?
Or are you going to buy a lotto ticket that's already been scratched off and has zero dollars on it?
Like, this is the choice that we're making.
And it's total, complete, ridiculous insanity.
And I think this is somewhere, and I'm seeing it more and more, where the left and the right can maybe come together a little bit.
Don't you think?
Look at that.
Five of those.
We sent five of those yesterday.
You aren't even hearing about it.
Such an afterthought to the American political media regime.
It's not even a major story, the fact that we spent the equivalent of five and a half of these schools yesterday to Ukraine.
Is this not somewhere where maybe the left and the right are interests overlap and combine?
Is this not something that as Americans we can all say we would rather a state-of-the-art, top-notch, incredible high school?
We prefer that over 15 Sidewinder missiles to blow up Russian 18-year-olds?
Isn't that something that we could get behind?
Isn't that something we could cooperate on?
I think so.
I think this is a great opportunity for us to look at what America chooses to spend its money on and decide to go a different way.
Simply decide a different track.
unidentified
Yeah, that's what we're spending it on instead.
harrison smith
I think this victory of Trump has really opened up the door to this type of conversation, especially by bringing in RFK Jr., by bringing in Tulsi Gabbard.
Some people don't like this.
Some people on the right are like, we got tricked.
Now a bunch of Democrats run our party.
Not today's Democrats.
Today's Democrats chopping their children's genitals off.
We just want a government that works for us and not for literally everybody else.
And on that note, I want to talk about Cenk Uygur.
Cenk Uygur.
It's been an interesting relationship between the Young Turks and Infowars.
Very much two champions in the arena fighting it out for supremacy.
Of course, Infowars is the Maximus character in this gladiatorial combat.
We're the ones that have been unfairly targeted and had our family killed and been stabbed in the side with a poison dagger before the match, and we still win.
Whereas the Young Turks, if you buy a new TV today, there's a likelihood that Young Turks, their channel is pre-programmed into your TV. That's how thoroughly accepted by the establishment they are.
You get a Roku, it'll scroll down.
It's like, it comes preloaded with the CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, and the Young Turks.
Can you imagine if every TV that Best Buy shipped, or Amazon shipped out, it was one button away from InfoWars?
You turned on that TV and the InfoWars icon would be at the bottom.
Can you imagine how big we would be?
It's unbelievable the amount of breaks these guys get, and they're still struggling.
But I don't want to make fun of them.
I don't want to make fun of them.
And I've said it before, back in the day, back in like the early 2000s, if I saw something on the mainstream news that I could tell I wasn't getting the full story on, I could tell there was a different angle, couldn't tell what it was exactly, but I knew I wasn't getting the full story, I'd go to YouTube, and I'd search two channels.
I'd search Infowars and The Young Turks, and one of them would be telling me the truth.
Usually both, because we're usually sort of on the same side on a lot of these things.
There's a divergence at some point.
The Young Turks, frankly, went embarrassingly far left.
I think this really all started probably with 2016.
I mean, the meltdown on 2016 was so embarrassing.
It became such a meme.
I think they've been trying to find ways to make it back from that ever since then.
And kudos to them, because look, at the end of the day, as far left as they are, they're not establishment.
And that's true.
And they've done great things.
I don't even necessarily begrudge them.
I'm jealous to some degree.
I would love to see InfoWars be pre-programmed onto TVs.
It pisses me off that they get that and we don't.
I'll admit that, obviously.
At the same time, you know, Cenk Uygur, as far as I can tell, Largely did it on his own.
I mean, he had people come in and give him like hundreds of millions of dollars.
There's like forces behind the scenes that are responsible for the growth and rise of the Young Turks.
But there have been a lot of other people that have tried to do that sort of thing and have just totally failed.
So kudos on them for maintaining and making a name for themselves and becoming so popular and getting to the point that they're...
I'm not going to take that away from them.
I respect their entrepreneurial spirit.
And it looks like we have more and more stuff in common as time goes on.
I don't even know if I want to go to this video, but Cenk Uygur was on yesterday on Piers Morgan, and they're just yelling at each other.
The people on the left are just, you know, tearing each other apart.
And Cenk Uygur reached out to Elon Musk and said, you know, if you're serious about Helping the American people.
I'll help you with that.
Donald Trump Jr.
responds, this is a great idea that has been discussed.
Let's see what he actually said here.
I'll give the full story.
So Cenk Uygur says, hey Elon, put me in charge of the Pentagon, all slash 400 billion easy.
That'll get you 20% to your goal of 2 trillion right out of the gate.
I went to Wharton three years before you.
I own a media company, so I know how to run a business.
If you really want to cut it, put me in coach.
Elon Musk says, specific suggestions are welcome.
Do you understand how crazy this entire media landscape has become?
This is nuts, but I love it.
Cenk Uygur says, as you know, you need to see the line items in the budget, but I have one suggestion already.
The generals are not allowed to get a job with defense contractors for 10 years.
They authorize so much wasteful spending because they're going to get hired by those same companies.
It's a great idea, and he's exactly right.
I agree 100%.
With Cenk Uygur, so does Elon Musk.
And Donald Trump Jr.
says this is a great idea that has been discussed.
Amazing.
Great.
We're all on the same page.
I love to see it.
Jake Uygur says while the left is yelling at me not to work with MAGA, here's Donald Trump Jr.
saying we should limit generals from working for defense contractors.
That's a policy we've been pushing for and gotten nowhere with Democrats on.
Who cares who does it as long as he gets done?
Yeah, no, exactly.
That's exactly right.
Something very strange is happening right now, folks.
Something very strange is happening.
What's happening is that we have held our ground.
We have maintained our position.
We at Infowars, as the spear tip, as the vanguard of this movement, what has now morphed and grown and become the MAGA, MAHA, Save America movement, We were the seed node.
We are, continue to be the heart of this resistance.
We have set the policy.
We have set the agenda.
The things that we have talked about for decades are finally coming to the fore.
And finally, people from every side of the aisle who actually care about America are coming together to set our priorities straight and try to stop some of the ridiculous and outrageous corruption that has destroyed our country from the inside out.
So let's be clear.
There's no meeting in the middle here.
They're coming to us.
Which is a good thing.
And we welcome them.
And we're glad that they can wake up and join us on this side.
Don't for a single second think it's because, well, you're right about some things.
We're right about something.
No, no, no.
We are right about everything.
You're coming to us.
Because we're right.
Now you need to take that realization to its logical conclusion to understand it's not just defense contracts and the Pentagon and the overspending and the corruption and the New World Order.
We're right about everything.
So you need to take this opening here, this chink in the armor, in your own armor.
I'm talking to the socialists.
You need to take this questioning that's now happening.
This is them poking their head out of Plato's cave, being blinded by the light.
Oh, gee, it's kind of bright.
Step out into the light.
Join us fully.
Understand that everything that you see wrong in the country is not capitalism's fault.
It's not white supremacy.
These are ridiculous lies that have been fed to you by the operators of the shadow puppets.
With chains on your mind.
Cut the chains.
Join us on this side.
Understand it's humanity versus a technocratic one-world government who wants to enslave you and is using race and capitalism to achieve their ends.
Join us in the sun.
Join us in the light.
We'll save this country together.
I invite you, Cenk Uygur.
I invite you, Anna Kasparian.
We invite you, Young Turks.

We'll not just survive the attacks, we will launch counterattacks to hold these people accountable for what they've tried to do to us in this Ultimate and critical moment in history where they're starting World War III. They're planting false flags.
They're doing everything they possibly can to stop Trump from getting into office, to halt the global awakening in its tracks.
Infowars needs to be here, needs to be standing century and helping to coordinate and orchestrate and set the truthful narratives against their lies.
After all, this is an information war.
It is a narrative war.
At the heart of it, the story we're telling is not one of humanity beset by racism and the only solution is to dissolve nations and have everybody under the control of one technocratic government.
That's the narrative they're selling and people are buying it.
The narrative we're selling is humanity is waking up from a long, purposefully induced coma and is just now, still after all these years, From 2016, we've been saying this, but we're still in the process of simply waking up.
We are Gulliver on the beach, right?
We're the giant that has been held down by these Lilliputians.
And I remember saying all the way back in like 2017, it's not that the sleeping giant is now awake and thrashing around and tearing up the lines and crushing the Lilliputians beneath his feet.
It's just that we're awake.
We're awake.
We're still tied down.
Just finally, humanity is looking around going, what the hell?
I'm tied down?
What is going on?
I'm being abused here?
And it's up to us to encourage the giant.
What we're doing now is you're awake.
It's time to stand up.
Stand up, giant.
Get up.
Rise, rise, rise.
Stand up against this.
You realize what you're under now.
You realize you're being tied down.
You realize you've been asleep for a long time, but it's not enough to be awake.
It's time to rise.
That's the narrative we're telling of America reclaiming its birthright, reestablishing liberty in this country and around the world, and fighting back against this technocratic slave system that they almost got looped around our neck, but that we shook off just in time.
Here's Alex Jones breaking down what they're doing to InfoWars and what we're doing in return.

Again, folks, I mean, you want to fight the new old order?
We are literally going head-to-head with them right now as we speak, doing massive damage.
So just know, every time, every dollar you spend on thealexjonesstore.com, not only does it get you 10 raffle tickets for the new truck, but every dollar is a slap in the face of the New World Order.
Every dollar is another metaphorical bullet in the chamber of our forces against theirs.
So we thank you so much for keeping us on the air and in the fight, and we will win if we have your support.
We thank you for it already and encourage you to double down.
And we have some breaking news here that I want to get to.
I want to read some headlines.
I'll give out the phone number now.
We'll take your calls for the last few minutes here.
The number to dial is 1-877-789-2539.
1-877-789-2539.
There's some crazy stories.
There's some bizarre stories.
There's some disturbing stories.
And there's some videos I'm probably not going to be able to get to here.
But...
It's the same thing you expect.
You know, stuff like this.
FEMA agency head grilled over allegations Trump supporters' homes were denied disaster aid during congressional hearings.
So these hearings are going on now.
FEMA Director Deanne Criswell faced tough questioning from a tense congressional hearing on Tuesday as allegations surfaced that Trump supporters' homes were intentionally skipped during disaster aid efforts following Hurricane Milton.
I could show you the video or I could just tell you it It went like every one of these hearings go.
And you know what I mean by that, right?
When I say this hearing with the FEMA head went the same as the hearings with Alejandro Mayorkas over the collapsing border, Christopher Wray over the abuse of the FISA system with the FBI, when they pulled Merrick Garland in and questioned him about the rogue or, or deliberately misappropriated employees in the Justice Department going after political enemies.
I think you know what I mean, right?
You know what I mean.
It's that congressmen, Republican congressmen get very hot and bothered over blatant, flagrant violations of our most deeply held beliefs and constitutional restrictions.
The people at the head of these organizations shrug and say, well, we're just following orders or we don't have that information or, well, we think we did right and it's all about equity.
The Republicans fume and wag their finger and then nothing happens and everybody goes home and gets to keep their cushy job.
So I'm not going to show you that video because...
What's the point?
These people need to go to jail, and I'll report on that if that ever happens.
But until then, they're getting a very severe tongue lashing from Josh Hawley, and nobody actually cares.
So throw these people in prison.
Congress, that's your job.
You're not doing it.
Meanwhile, six minutes ago from Fox News, Jose Ibarra found guilty on all ten counts in a Lakin Riley murder trial.
Now, I'll mention this a little bit.
I honestly have just avoided talking about this trial because it's just so horrific.
I mean, the stuff that's come out, I don't even like talking about it.
We need to know, but suffice it to say, you know, they had information like from Lake and Riley's Apple Watch.
It showed how she struggled and fought for her life for 18 minutes before her skull was bashed in.
And they uncovered that this was part of some sort of gang ritual with Trendy Aragua and this person being an active member of Trendy Aragua.
This person, an active member of a massive criminal gang that is at this moment occupying and squatting in apartment buildings all across the United States, was not just allowed in the country.
He was released from arrest despite a hold being put on him.
He was then given a free plane ticket to fly to Athens, Georgia, where he carried out this brutal and horrific attack and murder.
But now he's been found guilty.
you And all I can say is I just got an idea of how we pay for deportations.
I just got a very creative idea on how arresting, prosecuting, and even deporting criminal aliens could actually be a money-making opportunity for America.
I saw somebody post about Jose Ibarra having been found guilty of the murder of Lake and Riley.
They said, hang him on the National Mall on an inauguration day, maybe on July 4th, which would be fun.
I think that'd be appropriate.
But what if instead, and I'm just brainstorming here, what if you tied him to a stake in the National Mall?
And people could pay $1,000 for like an arrow and a bow set up 100 yards away.
And you could take turns getting justice for Lake and Riley.
I don't know.
I mean, I know it sounds barbaric, kind of sounds medieval, but what we're talking about is medieval acts taking place.
What we're talking about is total, horrific barbarity being imported onto our shores.
And maybe, maybe, just maybe, the threat of not just being punished and given the death penalty for your crimes, but The process being a slow, torturous, painful one in full public, humiliating, shaming, and causing you pain.
Maybe that would make people think twice.
Like, what would you be willing to do to ensure that the next Lake and Riley attack doesn't happen?
And that question to me is an open-ended one.
There is very little I would not be willing to do to ensure that that never happened again.
I can't think of anything more precious.
Than the life of a young American girl.
So, you know, what extreme measures would you take?
It's funny because even saying that, I can just see it now where it's like, oh my gosh, oh, InfoWars reporters suggest a horrific medieval death by bow and arrow.
And it's like, oh, are you shocked?
Oh, I'm so sorry.
What's happening in Ukraine right now?
unidentified
Hmm.
harrison smith
You might be mad at my half-joking suggestion about capital punishment.
Weird that you'd be more shocked about that than you are shocked about the very real, much more horrific, much more pointless campaign of death happening right now in Eastern Europe.
so get your priorities straight that's the latest good Good for us.
We caught and imprisoned the guy that we had caught and imprisoned before, but we let him out so he could murder and attempt to rape a young woman.
And then we put him in prison again now.
So, okay, great.
Maybe we'll let him out again and let him do it a third time.
Because why not, right?
That is what we do, by the way.
Our next story here from At America on X.
A man with eight previous arrests in New York City alone went on an unprovoked stabbing spree that left two men dead and a woman in critical condition.
The justice system is failing to protect the people.
America deserves safe cities.
A knife-wielding maniac went on an unprovoked stabbing spree, leaving two men dead and one woman critical after having been arrested and convicted eight times in New York City alone in the past.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hmm.
harrison smith
Okay, what if we had a catapult?
All right, wait.
I got a new idea now.
I've got a new idea.
What if we had water guns filled with gasoline?
That might be too dangerous.
There's something we could do.
There's something we could do.
And I think three strikes is a good amount.
We just have to decide as a culture, like, what are we doing?
What are we doing here?
You arrest somebody eight times.
Eight times some human detritus, some biomass parasitical false consciousness is walking around here.
Eight times.
Police have to risk themselves to arrest them.
Eight times an innocent person has been victimized.
By this creature.
Police have to go and risk their lives to arrest him.
They have to book him.
The hours spent.
The jail occupancy that he has to take.
We have to give him a lawyer.
And we have to try him.
And the judge and the prosecuting lawyer have to come together.
And debate for hours about what to do with him.
And finally he's convicted.
And he's sent to jail.
And he's let out again.
He does it again.
We just do this eight times.
Eight times we put up with this.
Only at the end of those eight times, let him out again, and he murders two people and puts another in critical condition with a knife.
Why don't we just bring back medieval torture devices and just solve the problem once and for all?
What if instead of putting people in a jail cell and housing them for years on end, we just put them on a scaffold in town square and whip them a hundred times?
I'm talking about saving money here.
I'm talking about the Department of Government efficiency.
I think it's just not efficient the way that we're doing this yet.
Look, all I'm saying is if this happened to my daughter, the way the justice system works right now, I don't think I'd trust it.
I don't think I'd trust it to get justice.
I don't even think what they call justice would even satisfy me.
All I'm saying is that my daughter went for a jog around Athens, Georgia, only for some Guatemalan chupacabra to jump out of the bushes and smash her head with a rock.
I think I'd want him literally flayed alive.
Now, see, that's too fun.
He can't have fun before he splatters.
For our radio listeners, the crew's putting a video of a human catapult.
That would be fun.
That would be fun, but I think it'd be too much fun for him.
No, no.
Starts the process of breaking on the wheel.
That's what I want.
That's what I want.
I want their limbs turned to jelly and then tied like shoelaces around a wheel where they can hang until they starve to death.
Alright.
It's getting too dark.
It's getting too dark, folks.
I don't actually want that.
I just want safety for our daughters.
I just want a country with some semblance of law and order.
I just want our wealth and our money and our time and our energy not being spent babysitting and picking up after the messes of just animals.
Of just these human animals that we've let in by the millions.
And I want the people that let them in to pay the same price.
Sorry.
Yeah, sorry.
That got real dark, you guys.
Sorry about that.
Whoops.
My bad.
I started thinking about the things that are happening in the world and it went down a dark, dark and yet strangely tempting path.
Let's go to Tim in California now.
Tim in California.
L.A. is now a sanctuary city.
Hey, so the process I just described of letting somebody go over and over and illegal immigrant criminals being given a pass in American cities.
Looks like that's going to be happening more in L.A. now, huh, Tim?
unidentified
Well, yes, and it's the second largest city in all of the United States of America, Los Angeles.
They unanimously voted on the second week anniversary of Donald Trump winning the presidency.
Just two weeks later, they said unanimously, we're going to make it a sanctuary city on account of he said he was going to deport, and they're like, we're not going to let that happen.
And that's okay.
You want to go that direction, but you're going to have to own it, and here's the problem you've got.
This is the same Los Angeles that three and a half years from now is going to host the whole world for the 2028 Olympic Games!
How are you going to clean it up and mess it up both at the same time?
harrison smith
Well, it'll be like when Xi Jinping visits San Francisco.
They'll sweep it up, show that they can, as almost an act of disrespect to the people of San Francisco, just to prove that they could live in a nice and clean and prosperous city, but that the government would rather they be surrounded by filth and literal crap and use needles everywhere.
So, yeah, they'll clean up.
They'll clean up for the...
For the Olympics in no time, they'll probably do it with a ton of federal money that they should be denied.
There's like a million ways to stop them from doing this, and it's not even really that complicated.
Denying them federal funds is one.
Tom Homan has threatened, because other people have made this threat too, the mayor or the governor of Massachusetts has made a similar claim, and Tom Homan was like, you want to protect criminal aliens and you'll go to jail too.
It's really not that complicated.
They're breaking the law, and if the local government is cooperating and they're breaking the law, then they're also breaking the law and you can just throw them all into prison.
I think that's what should happen.
Or we shouldn't have a federal government and the state should just be able to do whatever they want.
Because if California can just declare themselves immune to federal laws about immigration, then why can't Texas and why can't we just like throw them all back immediately regardless of what the official federal law says?
Like either federal law matters or it doesn't.
If it does, then these people need to be put in their place and punished for trying to break it.
And if it doesn't, then Texas and other red states should act on their own and without regard to what the federal government instructs of them.
So, yeah, we can't have a country with people like this.
Thanks for that call, Tim.
Let's go to Drew in New Jersey now.
Drew, you're on the air about racist schools.
Go ahead.
andrew in new jersey
Hey, how's it going?
It's actually, like you said, the opposite.
In Jersey City, New Jersey, mostly minority, they spend $19,000 per student.
In Stanhope, New Jersey, Lenape Valley Regional, which is mostly white, they spend $8,000.
And Stanhope does better, and they spend approximately half.
And also another element that they left out was that the suburbs, which it's racially mixed, but it's predominantly white, The tax money goes disproportionately to the cities, the state tax.
So it goes to the schools and to fund programs in the city, which I don't have a problem with, but I'm just saying that's another way that they're missing out.
So our tax money goes there more disproportionately.
And like you and I talked about, the real racist system is blocking school choice because I experienced it and I saw how they passed.
It was mostly black students in my high school that I was dyslexic in the lower classes.
It was mostly white students at Columbia High School in Maplewood.
And in those upper classes, they would get a legitimate education where we not only would we not get an education, but also we were like demeaned, like looked down upon, insulted, even actually insulted at times, like randomly.
harrison smith
Yeah, people don't understand.
The American school system is still very much segregated.
They just do it by gifted and talented versus not, but it falls along racial lines, and we pretend it's not like that.
Pretending to be inclusive, but really all that does is puts two totally different populations with totally different concerns and needs and necessities under the same roof and same administration that cannot serve both.
So it just lowers the quality of education for both of those.
And I think at the end of the day, the real message to understand, and you'll see it once you start looking for it, socialists and leftists, they genuinely believe money is the solution to all the problems.
And it's, like, comical at this point, but, like, it's clearly not.
As you just pointed out, you can spend half as much money per student and have a better outcome if the parents are involved and the schools are nice and the neighborhoods are nice and the children aren't, you know, wasting all the school resources by being inveterate criminals all the time.
Like, I know in my high school, you know, a day didn't go by that people weren't being stabbed or, you know, rushed to the hospital or, like, the whole school to go down lockdown because there was some fight and someone drew a gun.
Like, it was crazy.
It was crazy.
And it totally interrupted education, and all of the money went to dealing with a very small number of very extreme cases of bad behavior.
But then, if you actually try to fix it, then your numbers go down, and gee, you've had a lot of kids missing school because of suspensions.
That's not good, so then they lose their money.
I mean, the whole system is screwed up, but at the end of the day, it's not about money.
It's about the quality of the people and the quality of the students and teachers in these schools.
Let's go to – thank you so much for the call, Drew.
Quickly, we'll go to Stephen from Florida.
We only have a minute left, but I understand you were on hold yesterday, Stephen.
Go ahead.
You're on the air.
unidentified
Yeah.
stephen in florida
Yeah, I just want to quote from Patrick Henry's famous speech in 1775.
They tell us, sir, that we are weak, unable to cope with so formidable an adversary.
But when shall we be stronger?
Will it be the next week or the next year?
Will it be when we are totally disarmed and when a globalist guard shall be stationed in every house?
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction?
Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs?
Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power.
One hundred millions of people armed in the holy cause of liberty and in such a country as that which we possess are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us.
Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone.
There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us.
unidentified
Running out of time here, Stephen.
harrison smith
Say it with me.
Give me liberty or give me death.
