Reporting for Infowars.com, this is Greg Reese in Washington, D.C. Today is Tuesday, January 28th, and the Senate impeachment trial continues.
Yesterday, Trump's defense team laid out the issue with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the Ukraine.
Basically, for those who don't know the story, the short version is in 2014, the Obama administration assisted in the overthrow of the Ukrainian government, replacing it with a rabid anti-Russian government, and then began to apply the crony capitalism that the left claims to hate so much in robbing the country that was falling apart at that point.
After the overthrow, the Ukrainian economy was devastated.
And our government began selling them everything that they would normally get from Russia.
Basically, the idea is don't trust Russia, buy everything from us, even though it ended up costing them quite a bit more because of the distance and the import, costing them, their economy, even more money.
And then while all this is happening, our U.S. Vice President Joe Biden gets his son appointed to a million dollar a year job at Burisma Oil when he has no experience.
And then when that company is under investigation, our vice president then threatens the leadership of the Ukraine to fire the investigator or he will withhold a billion dollars of U.S. aid.
Pretty crazy stuff.
And not only that, but he bragged about it.
Joe Biden bragged about it in front of the Council on Foreign Relations on camera.
I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kyiv, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Jatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they had it, they were walking out to press.
I said, no, I said, I'm not going to, or we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said.
I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours?
I looked.
I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
This is how blatantly corrupt our government has become.
And what's the craziest thing is, is that there are millions of people cheering on the establishment as they try to fight the one challenger that we've ever had, President Donald Trump.
When we saw Trump's defense team bring this up, it was the closest thing any of us have seen to the justice that we want to see.
We saw a smidgen of deep state crimes being discussed in the halls of justice.
The unfortunate thing, though, is that it appears to be more of a threat.
It appears to be more of an excuse, a defense as to Trump's actions, as opposed to actually bringing justice to the deep state, to these criminals, to these people that have been milking the U.S. tax dollars, taking advantage of the U.S. system for their own benefit.
A cabal.
Are we ever going to see this justice?
The whole Q movement that's become very big and very popular is based on justice.
It's based on revealing this truth.
This is why there are so many people that are on board with this, because this is what a lot of us want.
This is what the awakened people want.
We're simple, simple people.
I don't think we're that intelligent.
We are simple people, but even a simple common human desires truth and justice.
That's all we ask for, truth and justice.
Will we get it?
I don't know.
Fox News is now even supporting the idea of John Bolton taking the stand as a witness as if anything he said in his book has anything to do with any crime.
It doesn't.
We can't trust Fox News.
We can't trust any of the mainstream media.
We are in a situation right now where the only way that the deep state is getting away with any of this is because they have a media that plays along with them.
Basically, everything I just said about Joe Biden, which anyone who bothers to look it up, it's very easily verifiable.
I mean, like I said, you can see on video bragging about his crimes.
It's right in front of your face.
And so you have to ask yourself, how blatant does this, do these criminals think they are that they can basically project this crime onto Donald Trump and think they're going to get away with it?
That's what they're doing.
They're accusing Donald Trump of somehow influencing an election by somehow bringing up the crimes of the deep state.
It seems crazy, but it works because the mainstream media plays along with them.
We saw Ted Cruz talking to the media yesterday and they were talking about nepotism.
They were trying to suggest that this is nothing but nepotism and big deal.
Aren't you guilty of it too?
I agree that the crimes of Joe Biden are minimal compared to the crimes, other crimes we're looking at.
Compared to Hillary Clinton, compared to Obama, Jeffrey Epstein, the list goes on and on and on.
Joe Biden is minuscule compared to that, but it's so far the only glimpse that we've ever seen in the halls of justice being discussed about on TV.
Interestingly enough, Fox News cut away from that.
They didn't show the whole defense.
So not only is Fox News supporting John Bolton getting on the witness stand, but they are also cutting the American people off from the truth on their own network.
Many people suggest that go ahead and bring John Bolton up to the witness stand so long as the Trump team gets to have Hunter Biden on the witness stand.
I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Joe Biden and Hunter Biden on the witness stand.
It just seems at this point a little unlikely.
The other big news today is obviously the coronavirus.
On Infowars.com, there's an article entitled Photo of Coronavirus Hospital posted by Chinese state newspaper is actually Alibaba stock photo.
So we have more bad reporting, if you want to call it that, coming out of China.
China is not giving a clear picture of the situation.
The situation is a global situation.
I mean, in this time where we're talking about the importance of the global community working together, China is not playing ball.
Also in the news today, Germany confirms the first human transmission.
It's believed to be the first human-to-human transmission in Europe.
This means basically that someone carrying the coronavirus that they caught in Wuhan came to Europe and then someone else caught it from them.
This is a big deal.
So far, we haven't seen this in America.
I believe so far there are five cases in America.
None of them are human-to-human transmissions.
And also out of Japan, Japan said that a tour bus driver who drove tourists from Wuhan twice a month has caught the coronavirus.
Now, if confirmed, this is a human transmission in Japan.
Also in the news, reportedly the feds are looking to interview Prince Andrew about Jeffrey Epstein.
This is hopeful as well.
Thank God the Jeffrey Epstein case is still lingering in the background.
It still seems to be going on.
Jeffrey Epstein did not kill himself.
There seems to be enough people aware of that that it's not going away.
