Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
that he's going to win.
Thank you.
Alan in Alabama.
in Alabama.
Welcome, Alan.
A lot of people don't realize some of the most informed people in the world are truck drivers because that's what we do.
Of course!
Exactly.
Sebastian Gorka comes from the inside.
He knows what he's talking about.
He's worked for the president.
He's worked for all these organizations with the military.
You can believe what he says.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
That's very kind.
It's one of my favorite liners.
I think we have to get some of our regulars back for my final show in the new year.
Jeff, what's with all these calls?
There's only one line left open.
What's going on here?
I think it's a holiday.
What does that mean?
People are like...
Usually it's less, you would think.
I know.
Have you been asking people to call in?
Have you been texting your favorite buddies?
I think people know that there's not very many shows left.
You've got to get in now.
All right, so maybe no monologue.
Don't go anywhere, Ileana, Dan, Deb, Marsha.
But first, it's Jeff's favorite cup from the president's speech yesterday.
AMFEST, America Fest, Turning Point USA. I'll give you a little clip of what I said, because it was super fun.
20,000 patriots in Phoenix, quite amazing.
But what the president had to say about the transgender lunacy, one of the things that got him re-elected, apart from the economy and everything else, including the open border, it's rather good.
Cut five.
With a stroke of my pen on day one, we're going to stop the transgender lunacy.
And I will sign executive orders to end child sexual mutilation, get transgender out of the military and out of our elementary schools and middle schools and high school.
And we will keep men out of women's sports.
And we will keep men out of women's sports.
And that will likewise be done on day one.
Should I do day one, day two, or day three?
How about day one, right?
Under the Trump administration, it will be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female.
Doesn't sound too complicated, does it? - Okay.
Why was that your favorite clip, Mr. G? Was it the reaction from the audience?
The reaction from the audience that he ad-libbed a little bit, as you can tell when he mixes things in, he goes off the prompter.
You love that when he goes off script, right?
Yes, everybody does.
Everybody does.
Everybody does.
And it's some of the funniest stuff he does.
We've got to keep on top of the breaking news.
So many announcements.
At the weekend, the president just pushes these announcements out about his team.
Got to mention one of them.
The great Newt Gingrich's beautiful bride, Calis.
Mr. Gingrich has her new ambassadorial nomination.
She was the ambassador to the Holy See to the Vatican in the first Trump administration.
Now she goes to the land of dairy, produce, fondue, and wonderful chocolate.
She will be the ambassador to Switzerland.
Congratulations, Callista and Newt, for your new mission to bring American relationships to an even higher level with the people of that beautiful, beautiful mountain nation.
Your calls next here on America First, waiting very, very patiently.
Let's go to Ileana in Michigan.
Welcome, Ileana.
Well, hi!
Hey!
And Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
So I've been wanting to call you and tell you a little of my observation about mental health.
I don't know if you're interested in that or not.
Who's mental health?
My mental health or Biden's mental health?
The mental health and how it is handled in this country.
Are you a health professional, Ileana?
No, but I did...
Well, I was just clerical, but I worked there in that...
for over a year but my observations and watching that's not a very long time no it's not so what what are you what have you done apart from that one year in the health industry well then I was in health uh my whole career but that was for cancer okay okay so mental health for you okay got it so tell us what are your observations are about the state of the nation and mental health well I noticed that in the late 70s Geraldo Rivera It was
actually showing on the news how in New York I guess one of their hospitals had really gone off the rails and they were on the news and pretty soon they closed the place down.
And all those people, nobody quite knows what happened.
Then you had it starting to go across the whole country.
Then you had halfway houses where they started putting some of the people in the halfway houses.
But that only worked for so many years.
Pretty soon the halfway houses were gone.
And then we had a whole lot of homeless people.
And nothing has been done to fix this business.
We used to have two asylums near my home, one in Northville in Michigan and one in the Wayne County area.
They're completely empty and have been for a long time.
You know why that happened, right?
They dumped them out.
They just let them out.
Yeah, but you know why they closed them down.
I'm assuming it was because of what Geraldo showed on the news.
Well, no.
Seriously?
Come on.
Geraldo is not that powerful.
No.
It was a Supreme Court decision.
The Supreme Court decided in the 1970s that it is against the Constitution to keep people in institutions against their will, even if they're, you know, incapable of functioning.
It was the left thinking that's the compassion to kick them out onto the streets, Ileana.
Got it.
I'm glad I talked to you.
Yeah, that's it.
Another one of the liberal, you know, the pathway to hell is paved with good intentions.
The Supreme Court said, oh, no, we can't help them out.
We can't keep them in institutions, kick them out onto the streets.
So we get, you know, the incredible situation we have today.
Let's go to Dan in Minnesota.
Thank you, Ileana.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas, Dr. Gorka, and Godspeed to you in your new role.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Dr. Gorka, I think that the commutation of the death sentences of the 37 death row prisoners is another example of evil, reckless disregard and abandonment of ethical decision making.
Yeah.
And I'd be curious to know which, if any, members of Congress disagree with my assertion and why.
It's a great question.
It's a great question.
Let me read to you.
The president has just issued this statement with regards to the commutation of those sentences.
This is from President Trump.
Quote, These are among the worst killers in the world, and this abhorrent decision by Joe Biden is a slap in the face to their victims, their families and their loved ones.
President Trump stands for the rule of law, which will return when he's back in the White House after he was elected with a massive mandate from the American people.
That's actually from Stephen Chung, President Trump's communications director, and he's absolutely right.
Thank you, Dan.
Let's go to Deb in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Deb, are you there?
Deb, are you there?
Oh, yes, I am.
Hello.
What would you like to talk about, Deb?
Well, first, I wanted to thank you for all that you've done for our country, serving with the president in his first presidency, how you've gotten the truth out all the years since then, and how proud I am to call you my fellow citizen.
I have a quote that I wanted to read to you.
How long is it, Deb?
How long is it?
One small paragraph.
Okay, we'll allow you to do that because you've been so very, very flattering.
Go ahead, Deb, from St. Paul.
Thank you.
This quote was from the professor saying that all the world's greatest civilizations have lasted only about 200 years.
They followed this pattern.
From bondage to spiritual faith.
From spiritual faith to great courage.
From courage to liberty.
From liberty to abundance.
From abundance to complacency.
From complacency to apathy.
From apathy to dependence.
And from dependence back into bondage.
And I just wanted to say that I believe that President Trump And you and all of his team have a chance to walk us backwards up that progression, and I'm very grateful.
That's very kind of you.
I love that.
Who is the professor you were quoting there, Deb?
His name is Alexander Fraser Teitler, T-Y-T-L-E-R. He lived in the late 1700s and early 1800s.
Stay on the line, Deb.
I want you to give that name to Mr. G, and I want to reward you with, let's give her the garbage truck t-shirt, another one of our amazing callers came up with.
with it's President Trump in that gleaming white garbage truck rolling up to the White House to take out the trash.
All it says is he's back.
Deb gets hers for free.
You can get yours at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
I need to know the name of that vaunted professor we got the quote from.
And then please leave your address in the size of t-shirt you want with Mr. G. I'm Sebastian Gorka.

What was that email again, Alex?
SNC, was it?
SNCDC staff.
SNC. Oh, that's weird.
It's not coming up.
Let me try that again.
Oh, yeah.
SNC. All right.
And we're also going to need this Breitbart article.
About the metro.
All right, Skype's Skype's up now if you want to talk to them.
Thank you.
Hey, Todd.
Hey, how are you doing there?
Good.
Merry Christmas.
You too.
Back at you.
We'll talk about what?
And congratulations.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Have you heard about yourself?
I'm still alive.
You know, something's definitely happening.
I think that they're in touch with the PPO. I'll push PPO. I'm going to talk about the two articles you sent, but I want to talk about this immolation on the subway first, okay?
Yeah.
Okay, good.
Yeah, outrageous.
Utterly outrageous.
We've got so many calls, guys.
I think I'm going to do Todd for just one segment, okay?
Copy that.
All right, because we've got a full call board.
Two of these aren't anything, I don't think.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Yeah, but I gotta do the AmFest stuff.
That's fine.
Okay.
Sir, except the book Overrun, is there any book that Mr. Benzman writes?
No, Overrun is fine.
That's good.
I'll just mention Overrun and then the website.
Show me the Chiron for Todd.
Alex is working on it.
Good.
Where did that red Chiron edition come up for calling or whatever?
That was really cool.
That's one of the features on Graphite, and we can always use it.
Is that a feature that Alex discovered?
We use it a lot for the live things, for the live coverage.
Those are for Stagall.
They're already moving on.
Oh, yeah, so I'm just chopped liver, right?
Yeah, we've got a new graphic package already.
Thanks.
I get a sexy, you know, graphics package, you know, the week before I leave.
I get it.
I get it.
You know, I get it.
I get it.
That has got to be a man.
I'm sorry.
Here's the...
Mangiano's lawyer has got to be a man.
Any cuts here?
Uh...
And which article are you going with first?
Federalist or...
The Breitbart one.
All right, Breitbart.
Come in with nine.
Come in with nine.
All right, kill mics.
Do it.
we see in the system that has been proven, it's addressed to the clemency process, There are individuals that should be pardoned.
They are productive citizens.
And this is the type of legacy that we will want to see any president go out on.
A legacy of helping people recognize the disparities and addressing moral inequities.
Unbelievable.
Truly, truly unbelievable.
The NAACP hasn't learned anything.
It goes to that issue of, was it kind to let all those mental patients out of the institutions?
We'll talk about that next year and the subsequent...
What will she say?
Let's do it gently.
The consequences of an open border here in America.
But first, Christmas is just around the corner.
If you were meaning to do so and haven't done so yet, please be supportive of the amazing Prison Fellowship Program that is bringing Christmas gifts to the girls and boys across America who have an incarcerated mother or father this Yuletide.
These children are vulnerable.
More than 70% of them will end up behind bars themselves.
We want to break that cycle.
We want to make them feel a little bit more loved this Christmas.
$30 per child gets them a Christmas gift on behalf of their imprisoned parent, a letter of love from that mother or father, and a children's Bible.
It truly is one of the most wondrous and gracious things you can do this Christmas.
Please donate generously.
You can call them up directly on 888-206-2794 or just go to my website, sebgorker.com and click at the top on the Change a Child's Christmas banner.
That's 888-206-2794 or go to sebgorker.com and the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree banner at the top.
All right, before we get to the, I love it when somebody sends, a guest comes on and does the homework for me, sends the stories in he wants to discuss.
But before we get to those, let's talk about the one that is, of course, is going viral in the media with our good friend from the Center for Immigration Studies, Todd Benzman.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you.
Thank you for having me.
Absolutely.
So let's talk about this horrific New York subway story.
A legal alien accused of murdering women.
The footage is out there of him setting her alight on a subway train and then staying there and fanning the flames until she was burnt alive.
This individual is called Sebastian Zapeta-Khalil from Guatemala, who was actually arrested and deported in 2018 under the Trump administration and then came in under the Kamala Harris Biden administration as a gotaway.
Your reaction to this horrific story, Todd?
I mean, just utterly depraved, this sort of crime.
And it's just The latest in a really long series of horrific crimes committed by illegal aliens who were let in under this administration.
The list is so long and so terrible and so horrific that this one actually stands out because of the sadism involved in this.
It's a good thing that he stayed there and that they could catch him so that we can punish him.
But the big point is that he was deported when he came in under Donald Trump 1.0.
And under this administration, they put in place policies that specifically enabled guys like this who had been deported, who had committed crimes before, to get right back in without any checking.
We don't know the whole story about that yet, but I'm willing to venture that he was just waved through like everybody else or he was one of the two million gotaways, people like him that were criminal aliens that were deported already and huge tainted pool of two million people in the country.
I'm eager to find out what happened.
I hope he doesn't get federally charged and given a capital punishment A death sentence because if Democrats are in office, they'll commute it.
They'll commute it, just like Biden did.
All right, let's talk about this terror attack plot.
This is from The Federalist.
You sent this article.
The headline is, First U.S. Terror Attack from Open Borders Won't Be the Last.
This is by you, Todd.
Give us the bare bones on this, again, shocking story.
Sure.
Mauritanian crosses the border from Tijuana into San Diego March of last year, 2023, makes his way to Chicago and attacks an Orthodox Jew, shoots him in the back on his way to synagogue as he's walking, then engages the police in a massive gun battle with left shell casings all over the place.
He tried to shoot the paramedics that were loading the wounded Jewish man into an ambulance.
This thing went on for about 20 minutes altogether, and it was charged with terrorism.
He was charged as a terrorist attacker.
He was Alwa Akbar-ing the whole time.
And they were going to put him to trial in Chicago, except he hanged himself.
So we're not going to get a trial out of this thing.
But I have just returned from Chicago, almost a week there, investigating.
What would have come out in the trial, and I'll be able to report in a multi-part series probably in a week or so, as much as we know so far about this first terrorism attack in the United States by a border crossing illegal immigrant.
And then the next piece from American Mind, what is temporary protected status, which you call a fraud?
Can you explain what the shell game is here, Todd?
You're going to hear a lot about TPS. You're already starting to hear it now because the incoming Trump administration is planning to do away with it.
It interferes with the lawful deportation of about a million people put under this protective umbrella.
Joe Biden We've expanded TPS to 700,000 people over the last three or four years from 13 different countries, including Haitians, Venezuelans, Ukrainians, make up the bulk of those.
That means we can't support them, and so Donald Trump's going to have a problem with his deportation program with TPS. What I point out in this story is that the vast majority of those Haitians, Venezuelans, And Ukrainians did not come from those countries.
They'd been living for years and years in safe other countries like Colombia, like Chile, like Brazil.
Or if you were from Ukrainian, then you could have gotten a safe haven and three-year Subsidized residencies in all 26, 27 countries of the EU, the best countries in the world, and yet they crossed our border and are claiming, I need protective status to be prevented from having to go back to Haiti.
You don't have to send them to Haiti.
You can send them to Chile.
You can send them to Brazil.
You can send them to the EU, where they all had safe haven before they came here.
So it's all going to be bogus.
The opposition that you're going to hear, oh my God, clutch my pearls.
We can't send them back to Haiti.
Haiti's a failed state.
None of them lived here.
They're not from Haiti.
That's why so much of this, more than 90 percent of it, is an utter fraud and a shell game.
He's the author, most recently, of Overrun, how Joe Biden unleashed the greatest border crisis in U.S. history.

you Thank you.
Okay, yeah.
Okay.
Another amazingly impressive NYPD commissioner.
Oh, no, that's her.
That's the sanitation woman.
She looks so impressive, doesn't she?
The DEI is just, how they let it infect the NYPD. We did five and six, right guys?
Okay, and it's like two and a half or something?
I've got a course here.
Come in with 11.
And then I'll do my pillow and then I'll go to the course.
I'll go to the course.
I'll go to the course.
Thank you.
All right, come next.
All right.
People say, well, the Democrats control the Senate.
So I say, well, what does that mean?
We have 50 percent of the power of the purse.
No, I think we exercise zero, because they're so afraid of shutdown, so afraid of Democrats, they pre-decide, they pre-negotiate with themselves, they give Democrats everything they want.
We should stand firm, and the House should put forward a budget that balances.
The Democrats put forward an exploding budget, and somehow you come to a compromise.
Republicans in the House, the Speaker, give up in advance, give the Democrats everything they want, and the continuing resolution didn't do anything to curb spending.
We added $330 billion in spending just this last week in Congress.
I voted against it, but the Speaker went along with it.
Jeff, what happened to the shutdown?
I was so looking forward to a Christmas shutdown.
What happened there?
Is it like the senator said?
I love a shutdown.
I was looking forward to a couple months' shutdown.
That would be the best Christmas present ever.
That was great.
When we first started, we had, I think, one of the longest ones in history.
It was like 40 days.
Wasn't it wonderful?
It was fantastic.
There was no traffic.
It was great.
So what happened?
We had that abortion of 1,500 pages and it shrank to like 110, but it was still half full of garbage and they just passed it?
Yeah.
Wow.
And it's another continuing...
Do you know how long we've had continuing resolutions run our government?
How long has I heard the number, but I'm not exactly sure.
What was it?
It's like 23 years or something.
That's what I heard.
It's just absolutely, utterly obscene.
All right.

Darren, St. Paul, line one.
Hello, Sebastian.
Greetings, Darren.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you.
I just wanted to say, and I don't mean to be negative, however, I think it is a huge mistake for Salem News To put on Hugh Hewitt in the afternoon.
They should have chosen Charlie Kirk or Mark Levin.
Mark Levin isn't a Salem host.
But carry on.
What's the problem?
Sorry about that.
I think Hugh Hewitt is a rhino.
I've heard too many times when I have listened to his show where he didn't support President Trump in the beginning.
One, he is no Sebastian Gorka.
You call out So many things and I just think it's a big mistake they're making because I won't listen to it in the afternoon anymore.
And I'm guessing there's a lot of other people that are thinking that because the reason I love you so much is because you tell the truth and you bring things out that I don't think Hugh Hewitt will do.
Jeff, what is the correct response?
Let me pass the buck to the most seasoned executive producer in radio.
What is the right reaction to Darren from Minnesota with regards to the person who will be replacing me?
He doesn't still have that Mitt Romney license plate behind him.
What, Dan?
Jeff's giving his opinion.
He thinks that Hugh has come around, but I guess, Darren, you don't think he's completely MAGA. I think that he's better than he used to be, but he definitely is not completely MAGA. No way.
Did you see him walk off that Washington Post podcast?
He got a little bit irritated.
Alex, stop grinning.
I can see Alex grinning.
Why are you grinning so much?
You're just being so diplomatic today, Dr. G. Am I taking over your role as chief in-house diplomat?
Yes, sir.
Darren, did you see Hugh throw down his headset and walk off that Washington Post podcast?
And I thought that was great.
I did.
I thought that was great that he did that.
But I just think you are going to be missed big time.
Well, that's very kind.
That's very kind.
But you understand why I'm going in, right?
Absolutely.
And I think it's wonderful.
I mean...
You were a phenomenal part of Trump's 01, and I think 02, you'll do a phenomenal job as well.
It's just going to be sad because the afternoon, I love listening to you, and now I'm not going to be able to do that.
Well, you can.
You can go back.
What is it, Jeff?
How many episodes have we did?
Six years.
That's a big flipping back catalog, isn't it?
Right.
So that...
That's a lot of stuff that Darren can...
I mean, it may not have the breaking news in it, but, you know, it'll have our in-house diplomat being diplomatic.
It'll have Mr. G being cynical and loving science fiction.
So, Darren, don't be too sad.
We've got a nation to save.
We've got a civilization to save.
And there's a lot of hundreds, hundreds of my episodes in the back catalogue, and that's not going anywhere.
Check out right now the podcast, America First.
More of your calls here.
Don't go anywhere.
Joe and the rest, 833-333-Gawker, 833-334-6752.
Jeff?
He's screening calls, but he said yes.
that wasn't very helpful you
Patriot Mobile Yes.
You can block the lines.
You can block the lines.
Go ahead.
That wasn't very helpful.
What?
Thank you, Hewitt!
You didn't back me up very much.
I didn't know where you were going.
I wanted you to say something to get me out of that.
Ah.
Ah.
Well, what's the matter at this point?
But he took down the license plate, didn't he?
I think so.
Did the congressman get their raise in the CR or no?
Oh, I think they did.
You know what it was?
It was cost of living, right?
Yes.
I think that they should get the opposite cost of living because they're the reason prices go up.
Right, because they're responsible.
So it was like 40%.
They should be dropped 40%.
I love it.
All right, so...
Come in with four.
Oh, actually, no.
Come in with me.
And then I'll do Patriot.
You might need to tee that up, don't you?
Really?
Okay.
The speech?
Yeah.
All right, then I'll do Patriot Mobile and the speech.
Okay.
Do you want to play it out, the two and a half minutes?
Yeah.
Yeah, and then I go to course.
Thank you.
Sebastian, you leave this audience spellbound and I'm going to pay you the biggest compliment of all.
I'm going to make you an honorary Bronx boy because you're unbelievable.
And if you grew up in the Bronx, your name, they would have called you Sally Batts for sure.
I love this show.
What is Sally Batts?
Well, it's like a part of your name, like Sebastian Sally S.A. and then Sebastian Batts.
The Bronx boys have a different way of speaking.
I like that.
It's a compliment.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
I didn't get it the first time, but I like it.
That Bronx nickname, Sally Batts.
What is it that Devin Nunes calls me?
The only guy allowed to do that on national television and radio calls me CBass.
Sally Batts, if you're a Bronx boy, and Devin Nunes, if you are the incoming president, the chairman of the president's intelligence advisory board.
What a perfect choice.
You know what else is a perfect choice?
Patriot Mobile, the only Christian concerted cell phone company in the nation.

President Trump got to close AmericaFest for Turning Point and Charlie Kirk yesterday.
I got to address the 20,000 participants on Friday.
Here's a little clip of...
Which clip is this, Jeff?
What did we do?
We did the moment, I think, President Trump won the election, right?
Is that the clip?
Alex, is that what I said?
I'm going to say yes.
He's going to say yes because he's a diplomat.
Let's play the cup!
Do you know what for me was the moment when I knew President Trump had it that he's going to win?
It happened in McDonald's.
It wasn't the visit to McDonald's.
But a very special moment.
And don't get me wrong, I could not do what President Trump did.
Oh, by the way, can we hear it for that McDonald's franchise owner?
Now that is a patriot!
Good Italian-American.
But if I were running for the presidency, there's no way I would go into a McDonald's and put on the apron, you know, take off my, you know, custom suit, put on the apron, go over to the fry station.
Why?
I'd be petrified that if I pick up that massive salt shaker and, you know, it's gonna open up and dump a pan of salt in the fryer.
I can't do that.
I'm a kind of terrorism guy.
Jesse Waters called me the scariest guy on television.
I can't risk screwing it up live on camera when I'm trying to make some french fries.
But he's fearless!
Takes off his Brioni jacket, puts on the apron, goes to the fry station, says, oh my gosh, this is amazing, untouched by human hands, so hygienic.
I mean, he's a comedian!
But the moment that a piece de resistance of that visit Was when he goes to the takeout window.
Immigrant Indian family rolls up.
Thick, subcontinent accent.
Husband goes to President Trump as he's handing the baggie of, you know, burgers through the window.
Thank you, thank you, Mr. President, for doing this for nobodies like us.
Do you remember that?
President says, what do you mean?
You're an American, you're not a nobody.
But then, the next thing that happens, What happened next?
You have to turn up the volume.
Go back and watch the video.
The man's wife from the other side of the car says, Thank you, Mr. President.
You took a bullet for us.
The moment is for me when it was in the bag.
What did the president do?
It's not scripted.
It's not on cue cards.
There's no teleprompter.
It's real.
It's from the gut.
And he says, he pauses because he says, well, yeah, I guess I took a bullet for you.
That's when he won it.
You That's who President Trump is.
And that's the man that you will be welcoming back in the White House in less than a month's time.
I gave that speech on Friday, which is exactly a month from the inauguration.
I hope you are excited.
Let's stay on the topic of the next administration.
John in Pittsburgh!
Hey, Sebastian.
Yeah, just to get as many people on board with DOGE as possible, we want to make sure people understand that the federal budget right now is only $6.7 trillion.
Now, 2019, before COVID came, it was $4.4 trillion.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And let me just mention real quick, payroll taxes cover 85% of Social Security costs.
So it's It's kind of different.
It's taken care of.
But I know you love movies, and I know I only have a second.
So I want to tell you that, believe it or not, in the movie Wicked, there are two incredible conservative messages that they must have put in there inadvertently.
Have you seen Wicked?
I saw the Broadway play or the musical.
I don't believe there's anything...
But go ahead.
Tell me what's conservative in Wicked.
Yes.
You won't believe it.
The animals talk in the movie...
And all of a sudden, this goat is a professor, and the goat gets shut down by the police or other animals because of free speech.
He's exercising free speech, and then these other animals come and arrest him.
They're like the Secret Service.
And then also, Oz starts badmouthing the witch because she won't join up with him.
He uses all this.
He's the elite, and he uses all this propaganda, lying about her, and it totally ruins her reputation.
It's unbelievable.
Also, remember, don't forget the movie Man for All Seasons.
Yes.
That's the best movie that shows lawfare and how Henry VIII created all these rules and laws to get Thomas Cromwell for people.
You know, there's liberals that don't understand lawfare.
They just go watch A Man for All Seasons.
Yeah, but you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink, John.
Yes, but it's so obvious that.
They even have a fake trial and a fake jury.
Thomas Cromwell is telling them exactly what to do.
It's so perfect, and I haven't heard anyone talk about it at all during all of this.
How do you think those two aspects got into the movie?
I'm surprised that you think somebody smuggled those in?
No, it's an act of God.
There's no way that they meant that that happened.
In a movie about which is an act of God, that would be rather, rather delicious.
Thank you, John.
Thank you for your kind comments.

After weeks of careful thought, I've decided the right thing for the Bureau is for me to serve until the end of the current administration in January and then step down.
My goal is to keep the focus on our mission, on the indispensable work each of you is doing every single day.
And in my view, this is the best way to avoid dragging the Bureau deeper into the fray while reinforcing the values and principles that are so important in how we do our work.
The values and principles that you besmirched the day you became its director.
Good riddance to Christopher Wray, the utter disgrace who is still the director of the FBI, but not for long.
Does he get away with it scot-free?
or are there going to be political and legal ramifications for what has been done to that bureau and to the Department of Justice?
There are no better guests to describe what the road ahead should look like than our dear, dear friends, Joe DeGeneva and Victoria Tanzing.
Welcome to you both, and Merry Christmas.
Welcome back to America First.
Merry Christmas.
So does the man who, after the president, was shot in the head by a wannabe assassin's bullet and said, well, we don't know if he was shot, could have been shards of glass, was the man who lied about Catholics being surveilled by his agency in Richmond, Virginia, does he get to just pick up his fat pension and become an advisor to Kroll Associates or the RAND Corporation?
Let's start with you, Joe.
Well, he certainly shouldn't because he is resigning in disgrace, whether he wants to paint it that way or not.
The truth is, one of the first things that should happen to him after President Trump takes office is Christopher Wray should lose his security clearance, along with the 51 signers of that disgraceful letter.
One of the things that these people do, as you well know, is that they convert their government service into money by using their security clearance to get on boards of corporations and various foundations.
He should be stripped of his security clearance I hope that the administration has the strength to do it.
Victoria, can you explain to those who are not inside the swamp, you yourself worked in the Senate.
You were a key advisor to Barry Goldwater.
You worked on intelligence issues.
It seems that once you get your security clearance at a senior level and you leave government, it's like a tattoo and it stays with you forever.
Why is that?
Well, I got mine after I left when I did specific cases.
So I would have many CIA personnel come to me for representation.
And so I would only have it ad hoc.
And I don't know why these other people, like Brennan and Michael Hayden, and these people have their clearances.
It's news to me.
I thought you could only have it for a specific issue.
I think as a courtesy to former senior members of the intelligence community who would get sometimes regular briefings, To keep them abreast of things going on in case the administration wanted to consult them.
They were allowed to keep their clearances as part of a process of transition.
And that's been done for years.
The problem is we have a different type of intelligence and law enforcement person retiring now than we used to.
We have people who've tried to subvert the government of the United States and subvert a presidency.
Those people do not deserve any security clearance.
even on an ad hoc basis.
You mentioned the letter of 51.
Let's drill down on that for a second, because even myself, many people are under the misapprehension.
And that letter, which was a political weapon that stated, oh, the Hunter Biden laptop story looks like Russian disinformation.
It's not true.
Those weren't simply retired people from the intelligence community.
The majority of them maintained active clearances.
Even if they'd left the agencies, they were working as contractors or advisors.
And now we know that the acting director of the CIA, Mike Morrell, from his perch inside Langley, Was orchestrating the signatures for that letter.
Now, I'm going to ask a naive question.
You're the experts.
If you do something like that within the military, you are in contravention of the UCMJ. You are breaking the military law, especially when you're undermining the commander in chief with that kind of activity that's political, not to mention the Hays Act.
Is there something similar?
Is there a statute that applies to people who are working inside the intelligence community using that perch to effect political actions against the commander-in-chief?
Well, having a security clearance is absolutely in the discretion of the executive branch.
So the new executive that came on board, Joe Biden, was not upset with those 51 people or with anyone else who violated those issues.
So, you know, there wasn't going to happen.
Now, I hope John Ratcliffe has the cojones to take away all those clearances because it probably falls in his lap.
And by the way, there is no entitlement to a security clearance.
It can be taken away for no reason whatsoever.
And what they should do is just have a general revocation of security clearances because there are too many of them outstanding and it serves no useful purpose other than to give people access to classified information which they can monetize.
And given people like Christopher Wray and Mr. Abate and Clapper and Brennan, And all of those people, there's just no doubt that they have monetized that security clearance.
They should simply be all revoked.
And there doesn't have to be a reason.
And as lawyers who have tried to get people their clearances back, we know it's a difficult It is very difficult.
And the executive branch comes in and says, hey, that's our call.
Too bad.
Yeah, no, I mean, that's absolutely obvious.
The president has, you know, complete control here.
The classification system was actually created to serve the incumbent president.
He can grant, he can strip clearances, you know, by simply saying so, by fiat.
What I'm talking about is actions taken by those who work for the government Well, first of all, there are criminal statutes that apply to that, such as subverting the government.
What James Comey did and President Obama and all those people who met in the White House and discussed undermining the incoming President Donald Trump in 2017, those were, theoretically, crimes.
A conspiracy.
Anybody who tries to undermine a sitting president is theoretically possibly capable of being involved in a conspiracy to subvert the presidency and to deny the civil rights of the president of the United States.
There doesn't have to be any specific related to the To the clearance itself, the security clearance itself.
But those acts, for example, that letter that was signed by the 51, they knew that was a lie.
That was an overt act and a conspiracy to take away an election from Donald Trump.
So there's tons of things like that to look at by a special counsel who should be appointed by the incoming administration.
Yeah, let me just add to that, Seb.
In the same month, two or three weeks, that Jack Smith was appointed, Letitia James was meeting at the White House and also Nathan Wade.
Now, those are all records that need to be given to the public.
Nathan Wade kept saying, I don't remember, I don't remember.
He said, I don't remember, like 50, 60 times.
You can be indicted for saying, I don't remember.
So, people, somebody needs to look into this violation.
Mike Davis talks about it all the time, 18 U.S.C., 241. Taking away the civil rights of Donald Trump.
So is that the way to go, Victoria, that we have security clearances revoked?
There are more than a million of them out there.
And then we have a special counsel appointed to look into the civil rights abuses these people affected against President Trump and others.
Is that the way to go, Victoria?
Absolutely.
And it cannot be ignored.
People cannot be on the defensive saying, Oh, we don't want to look like we're going against our opponents.
These are people who violated the law in having five different cases against the president, civil cases, criminal cases, impeachments.
It's outrageous.
Let's remember, they started to undermine the presidency of Donald Trump the first time before he was even elected.
And as soon as he was elected, Comey and others conspired to deny him his civil rights through the Russia hoax.

You mentioned Paul Abate, deputy director of the FBI. We have a friend of mine, Kash Patel, nominated to take over that agency.
Here's a little taster of what we can expect from the new director of the FBI. Then we need to decrease what I call government creep with personnel.
The FBI's footprint has gotten so freaking big...
And the biggest problem the FBI has had has come out of its Intel shops.
I'd break that component out of it.
I'd shut down the FBI Hoover building.
On day one and reopening the next day as a museum of the deep state.
And I take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals.
Go be cops.
You're cops.
Go be cops.
Go chase down murderers and rapists and drug dealers and violent offenders.
What do you need 7,000 people there for?
Same thing with DOJ. What are all these people doing here?
January the 20th can't come fast enough for me when it comes to Kash Patel, Tom Homan, Governor Noam, John Radcliffe, and the rest.
Let's just drill down on this for a second.
So, after 9-11...
Then President Bush told Robert Mueller, the director of the FBI, your job at the FBI is not to, you know, catch and prosecute criminals.
Your job is now to prevent the next 9-11.
That's when everything changed.
That's when even just small things were so indicative.
It went from being FBI.gov, being the end of a FBI special agent's email, to being FBI.gov.
They became part of the intelligence community.
How much of all this isn't just the political perversions of the Hoover Building?
And how much is the fact that really the FBI has gone from being a police force, Joe, to being an internal security service that it was never meant to be?
Well, this is a throwback to the 1950s.
When the FBI spent most of its time chasing communists with good reason.
There were communists in our government.
There were communists in the State Department.
There were communists in the labor movement.
And it was a threat to the United States.
And that was a legitimate use of the FBI resources.
After 9-11, I think most people supported the FBI becoming more active in counterterrorism and intelligence gathering.
The problem was they went beyond that.
And they fell in love with intelligence and they started spying on school board attendees and Catholics who liked the Latin mass.
What happened was a deterioration under Christopher Wray that never should have occurred.
It shouldn't have been necessary to reform the FBI. They should have been pulled back by great leadership.
What you have with Christopher Wray was he had the Department of the FBI on autopilot.
And that's because he didn't like to work.
Christopher Wray was very lazy, very incompetent, and the only thing he cared about was his next job, which is why his security clearance after he leaves for him is very important, because that's one of the ways he's going to get jobs.
Well, it's also important to realize that he became an FBI that I've never recognized in all my years of working for the U.S. government and as a defense attorney.
He sent FBI agents to Reagan Airport To shackle Peter Navarro and throw him in a jail cell for a misdemean.
He sent over two dozen agents with long guns in a dozen vans to Mark House, who was an anti-abortion protester, and he was arrested over a shoving match for which he was later acquitted.
He's arrested non-violent January Sixers With long guns at pre-dawn raids.
I have never seen an FBI like this.
What you had going on under Christopher Wray's tutelage was what we used to call, back in the 1970s and 60s, interrorum law enforcement activities.
These were law enforcement activities which were designed to strike terror in the hearts of the people and to make them embarrassed by the way the law enforcement tactics were executed.
Christopher Wray presided over the resurgence of that at the wrong time in American history.
He really ends up being a disgraceful FBI director and one who will go down in history by real historians as a complete and utter failure.
Chuck Grassley's 12-page letter condemning him and asking him to resign It's really something that every American should read if they want to know how bad Christopher Wray really was.
But doesn't it go back further, even beyond Robert Mueller to Louis Free?
What Louis Free did in terms of political donations and relations to the Clintons, I mean, doesn't the rot start even under Free's tenure as director?
I don't think there's any doubt that the politicization began then.
Clinton politicized everything.
And they also created for themselves an immunity Which carried over to the time that Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and was allowed to commit crimes by using a shakedown operation with the Clinton Foundation and having illegal classified emails on a private server.
I mean, it's endless, and it all started under the Louis Free dictatorship.
And let me also point out that, as Joe was talking about the FBI going after communism, today's FBI goes after quote-unquote right-wing activists.
Yeah, yeah.
We'll talk about that in a second.

So, you said...
These shocking things that one, I guess, suppresses mentally and tries to forget, whether it's that pro-life preacher raided by the FBI with, you know, loaded carbines, whether it's, you know, the presidential residence Mar-a-Lago being raided.
And then, of course, Peter Navarro.
I used to make this a point in most of my speeches because people don't have any idea that he was arrested for a white-collar contempt of Congress charge and put in leg shackles in front of everyone at Reagan Airport.
This is the point at which I say, you know, the likes of Sean Hannity are woefully wrong when they say, oh, it's only the seventh floor of the Hoover Building.
It's a few bad apples at the top.
If you're a special agent and your ASAC or your supervisory special agent in Philadelphia says, load your M4 carbine, put on your body armor because we're going to arrest a pastor...
I would say, go to hell, you stinking Nazi.
I don't do that.
Is the FBI rotten to the core?
Is it enough to change the leadership or maybe siphon off some of its missions to other departments?
Or is it unsalvageable, Joe?
Well, I think the key is to get rid of the seventh floor.
Most of the political activity has been directed there.
There's no doubt that all the agents out in the field are not perfect.
We learned that with the Richmond Field Office.
That memorandum generated about looking in the Catholics who attended the Latin Mass was actually generated out of a field office, which is making your point.
The problem is That the culture worked its way down as a result of the way Christopher Wray led.
He made it clear that he tolerated this type of behavior and even encouraged it.
And the problem is, when you decide that you're going to raid the home of a president of the United States, you've really crossed the Rubicon.
What Christopher Wray should have done was he said, Mr. Garland, Mr. Biden, The FBI is not going to raid the home of a former president of the United States.
You're going to have to get somebody else to do that.
He didn't do that, and he failed the final test.
No, but even worse, and talk about the agents in the field, Sab.
They doctored documents.
Well, this is my point.
Your husband just said, it's the seventh floor, fix that, and we fix everything.
And I'm saying, hang on a second, why didn't the decent people in Richmond, the decent people in Philly, the decent people in the WFO, in the Washington field office, say, no, you don't get to shackle Peter Navarro.
Here's my badge, here's my gun, and I'm a whistleblower.
Actually, I do agree with you, Seven.
I was agreeing with you.
I obviously didn't make it clear when I pointed to the Richmond office.
So if you're agreeing with me, then clearing out the top isn't enough, Joe.
I agree.
And there's going to have to be a reckoning.
And that's why one of the things Kash Patel should do is bring in all the whistleblowers to the seventh floor.
Because what Chris Ray did to whistleblowers is he takes away their clearances and holds up their pay and stops their pay so that at least one person by the name of Marcus Allen was without pay for two years and he had to go into his savings because Chris Wray, as Marcus Allen said, was trying to wring me dry because he was a whistleblower.
There's a handful, there's maybe 20, 30 whistleblowers in an agency of 30,000.
Such egregious abuse of civil rights.
Shouldn't we see hundreds or thousands of whistleblowers if there is honor inside that agency?
Absolutely.
There should be more.
And there should have been more people objecting to it.
And that's what happens when you have an Obama-created tyranny inside the government that says you cannot complain to us.
Remember, Barack Obama didn't even hire inspector generals for almost half of the departments while he was president because he didn't want investigations into his administration.
These people created a monster of retaliation against civil servants.
And, you know, there were some good civil servants who got stepped on.
Marcus Allen, who Victoria just mentioned, was one of them.
And the fact that he took away, he, Ray, took away Marcus Allen's security clearance is the single best reason to take away Christopher Ray's security clearance.
And the rest, and the rest.

Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
I'm not going to let this happen.
Just what kind of retribution and who do we get justice for first?
That is next here on America First.
Victoria, let's start with you.
I know this is an issue very close to your heart.
President Trump has promised a raft of pardons on day one as soon as he is sworn back in as the commander-in-chief.
Let's talk about the J6s.
I can't believe this.
Last week, the Biden DOJ Was making fresh arrests with regards to January 6. As a practitioner of the law, as a national security professional, can you believe that this is still happening in America?
Oh, I cannot believe, and particularly when I was talking earlier about nonviolent people, a woman who went into the Capitol and prayed and broke nothing, but said the courts are horrible.
The D.C. Court of Appeals said, well, she contributed to the problem by being there.
I mean, the courts have not protected January Sixers, not the D.C., the trial court in D.C., or the appellate court.
And shame on them, because that's where the protection should have come.
So in addition to pardons, Joe, don't we have to get to the bottom of what happened on January the 6th?
Do we need a special counsel for that as well?
Why is it that Christopher Wray can't tell us if there were FBI assets amongst the crowd that day?
Why did Wray Epps, at the top of the FBI wanted list for that day, Magically get removed just a few weeks later.
Do we need to find out what happened on that day and also why the unconstitutional January the 6th committee of Nancy Pelosi has allegedly shredded and deleted terabytes of evidence?
There's no doubt about it that the conduct of various law enforcement and national security agencies needs to be investigated.
The conduct of Nancy Pelosi and others.
There is absolutely a need for a special counsel.
My suggestion for a special counsel would be to investigate January 6 as well.
I don't really believe that we can just let this go.
Especially the conduct of the January 6th committee.
By the way, most of the conduct of that committee is going to be protected by speech or debate.
But there were other things they did.
Can you expand on that, what the protections are on speech and debate when a congressman or woman is talking?
Under the Constitution, members of the House and Senate cannot be held accountable, civilly or criminally, for anything they did in the confines of the House and Senate.
And that includes committee hearings.
But if they did things outside, like radio and television broadcasts, made speeches and did other things, they are they are liable for those.
And they need to be put in grand juries and ask questions under oath as as the most potent weapon to get to what happened.
And by the way, there's no reason that the current chief of police of the Capitol Police should be there.
He's an old-line Democrat.
He's been kept by the Republicans in the House.
I have no idea what the Republicans in the House are doing.
Fire the chief of police of the Capitol Police, Mr. Manger, right now and replace him with a Republican.
Well, let me add to that.
I blame the Republican House members for not doing something about the January 6th committee.
Benny Thompson is saying, oh, I don't know where the evidence is.
And the House members are going, ho-hum.
Why don't they hold him in contempt?
Why don't they do something about forcing him out of office if he refuses to turn over the evidence?
They have done nada.
Can they get away under those protections for speech on the floor?
Does that also apply to just deleting documents pertaining to a special committee?
Well, theoretically it does, but...
There is no law on this.
And whether or not committing an actual crime like the destruction of evidence would be covered by the speech or debate clause has never been answered.
But it is likely that it would be, sad to say.
So that means you put people under oath.
Right, right, right, right, right.
Are you excited to see the President's Attorney as Deputy Attorney General, Hamid Dillon coming in with civil rights, Pam Bondi at the top, Kash Patel at the FBI? Does that give you guys a warm feeling inside?
Oh, very warm.
Very warm.
Hot even.
I'm getting hot.
It's so exciting.
Very, very, very different from eight years ago, guys.
We are getting the band back together, and it's very exciting.
And I want to see these two chaps, fellas, chapesses, somewhere around that Trump administration as well.
In the meantime, check out their gifts and go.
Send them a little early Christmas gift.

The previous administration stated under no circumstances should use city resources to coordinate with ICE for deportation issues.
That was wrong, and that is the part that I want to modify.
Many dangerous gangs are in our city.
ICE would like to go after them.
We should be coordinating to go after dangerous people.
We have a dangerous Venezuelan gang that has participated in all sorts of crime.
Excuse me, what?
The mayor of New York is going to work with the federal authorities for law and order in America?
Tom Homan et al.
I have to ask you, Joe Victoria, are you pinching yourselves?
Is this a vision of a brighter America where a lady justice actually functions?
Or is this an outlier?
Do you think Eric is perhaps starting a trend?
I think he's starting a campaign for a pardon.
Oh, you cynical.
How long have you been living in this city?
You cynical, cynical chap.
But may I say he richly deserves a pardon because he was indicted only because he criticized the Biden immigration policy.
And I hope he gets one.
I just love that comment.
Did you hear the president's comment at his press conference in Mar-a-Lago last week when he was asked about Mayor Adams?
And he said a guy who got upgraded on a flight to Turkey.
That's the guy that the Biden GOJ went after.
Victoria, do you feel do you feel a little bit optimistic about the next four years?
Oh, no, not just a little bit, Seb.
I'm very excited.
About the next four years.
And when we heard Kamala speak yesterday, it was like all over again.
Oh, like, thank God we don't have her as our president.
And she giggled.
It was that maniacal giggle as well.
It's so creepy.
It's so weird.
All right.
I want to wish both of you a blessed, very Merry Christmas.
Let's work behind the scenes to see that we can get you involved supporting the president as well.
Well, I've got a few ideas I think I'll have to share with his team.
In the meantime, they have been fighting the deep state at a cost of over half a million dollars themselves.
Please support this brave, brave couple.

For the longest time, I didn't want to do it because I'm a little bit superstitious.
I'm a good Catholic boy, but I'm a little bit superstitious as well.
But now we can celebrate.
You did it.
America did it.
President Trump did it.
What better way to kick back and celebrate?
