Sebastian Gorka LIVE: Liz Cheney in legal jeopardy for witness tampering

We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
That's correct.
It's a television program.
You probably cannot stop the nomination, but you can put things in the record that the American people cannot look away from.
Democrats do not have the power to stop these people from becoming defense secretary or becoming attorney general, but you cannot make it, you can make it hard.
That's right.
And you can make it unpleasant and you can make it uncomfortable.
It's hard to decide who is patient zero when it comes to Trump derangement syndrome, but I think Joy Reid is probably up there amongst the nominees.
The left surrendering sounds like they will get confirmed is the latest refrain from the left.
No monologue today.
Welcome, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We have a far too important guest to discuss all of that and so much more.
The senior senator from the great state of Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn.
Welcome back to America First and Merry Christmas.
And a Merry Christmas to you.
And I think people in this country are optimistic and they are celebrating Christmas.
And they are saying Merry Christmas and they're going to church and singing Christmas carols and I think this is a good thing.
It is.
The president said we can say Merry Christmas again.
So we have much to discuss with you.
We want to get your take on the drone question, how excited you are about Doge and Elon and Vivek.
But first, it seems as if last week something turned around the corner for my friend Pete Hexeth and others, and it seems as if the president's cabinet is on firm footing.
Is that your take, Senator?
It is indeed.
I think the transition team has done the right thing.
By having these nominees on the Hill immediately.
And they're seeing people.
And people that were kind of hesitant, didn't know what they were going to do.
They're meeting with them and then they're confirming they're going to vote with them.
I think what has happened is this.
They're all well qualified.
They are from outside of the box.
The media got out there and started saying, oh, this one, that one, the other one.
You know, we don't want to push them forward.
They're not qualified because they're not career.
How about that one?
And now, as different members are meeting these individuals, they're listening to them.
And listening to their plans, they realize how truly qualified they are and that they are going to deliver what the American people voted for and what the American people want to see done.
President Donald Trump has done a superb job of choosing nominees that will carry out His mission, his vision, what the American people voted for, what they want to see done, and I am honored to support these nominees.
She is the author of the book, The Mind of a Conservative Woman.
Senator Blackburn, we're witnessing an incredibly open presidency even before it starts.
At Mar-a-Lago two days ago, the president took 43 questions extemporaneously from the press corps.
Not a lot of openness from the Biden administration.
They seem to say that they don't know what the drones flying over New Jersey are.
But that they're not a threat.
I'm not sure how you can say that if you don't know what they are.
What is the latest on Capitol Hill with regards to this strange phenomena?
We don't know.
We have not had a briefing on this.
So we do not know.
DOD continues to say, oh, this is no big deal.
But I think the American people remember when a spy balloon sashayed all across the country.
And this administration waited until it went off the east coast before they shot it down.
And what we do not know is who is doing this.
What concerns me is this, and it's the reason I wrote DOD a letter and asked some specific questions.
We do not know who is behind it.
We do not know what kind of surveillance they are conducting.
We do not know how all of a sudden it appears that they are, these drones are positioned not just off the New Jersey coast, but they are positioned across the country or they're showing up.
Across the country.
And they're flying at a lower altitude.
And this should concern all of us.
I want to know who it is that's behind it.
And I've even said maybe the time has come to shoot one of them down so they can pull the electronics that are on this thing and figure out where these are from and what the purpose may be.
Well, I think there are some of your constituents in Tennessee who could probably do a very good job bringing one of those drones down to earth.
And I love that description.
It was a balloon that sashayed across America very nonchalantly over some of our most sensitive sites.
And we knew that one came from China, so do the math.
I know you wanted to talk about the exciting news.
Isn't it high time that there was a slash and burn with regards to bloat and corruption in the U.S. government?
How much are you looking forward to the arrival, actually, in office of Doge and Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy?
I am thrilled that there is going to be a concerted effort and fully thinking that the American people hit the tipping point on a wasteful, ineffective government.
They have watched this.
And, you know, many of them voted For President Trump, because they were tired of two tiers of treatment, two tiers of access, two tiers of justice coming out of this federal government, and they were watching closely how wasteful the government was.
Because of that, I fully believe that legislation like my DOGE Acts will pass.
And I've got three bills, one, two, and five percent across the board spending cuts.
These will help these departments that are discretionary spenders to bring that spending more into line.
Also, freezing federal hiring and federal salaries.
Being able to freeze those employment numbers and the salaries so that we can then begin to remove positions that have outlived their usefulness.
We have about 80,000 retirees in the 2.5 million federal employees every year.
And you know, Sebastian, we can get a long way on this if we just freeze hiring and salaries.
Also, my bills call for moving federal agencies out of D.C. Put these agencies across the country if they are non-national security agencies.
And also have a return to work policy.
Yes.
We only have about 10% of the federal workforce that is showing up to work on a daily basis.
And only 12 percent of our office space that the federal government is paying for, maintaining, heating, cooling, only 12 percent is being used.
So there has to be a revisit of that.
I've been saying for years we need to get the agencies out of the swamp and have the man by people who actually love America and aren't permanent bureaucrats.
We've got a minute left with Senator Marsha Blackburn.
It would be remiss of me not to ask you if you're looking to trim down the government.
What do you think of the president's suggestion that it might be time to privatize the U.S. Postal Service, Senator?
And this is one of the things we'll get to with DOGE. The Postal Service has its own retirement system and its own health care, and they have repeatedly not modernized.
And because of that, looking at how this is better handled is going to be necessary.
We've got companies like the Tennessee company, FedEx, that probably could have some great suggestions.
Absolutely.
Follow her right now, blackburn.senate.gov.
The author of the book, Mind of a Conservative Woman.
Thank you, Senator, and Merry, Merry Christmas.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, an absolutely packed show for you today.
We started with the Senator.
Next up, my old White House colleague, Sean Spicer, then Jennifer Horne.
Mr. G is going to do something very special for us in the second hour.
And then, what is China up to?
Are they responsible for the drones you do not want to miss?
The third hour of the show.
If you're doing something super important, like, you know, performing brain surgery or flying to Mars, we will give you a pass as long as you have subscribed to the podcast on the platform of your choice.

evil idea that i just suggested to joe What is it?
For the final show, we should dig up the old Imagine Dragons intro and play it one last time.
Oh, totally.
It was a big screw you to...
What even was his name?
I forgot the guy's name already.
But yeah, that would be...
Totally.
I mean, the one Leroy made is still definitely the best, but I kind of liked that old intro.
Yeah, it is.
Have we got it?
Yeah, I found an audio of it from the podcast like way back in the day.
Good.
So explain to me, why is the only place I can find the manifesto of the shooter, Times of India?
Times of India!
Oh, look, that's a perfect shot.
Can you just take a snap of that?
James Carville.
Screen cap of that.
There we go.
Perfect.
We'll put that on his Instagram straight away.
That is what a naval officer looks like when they're working hard.
He tried that, too.
He tried that, too.
Nice listen to Jim Jordan.
Oh, a Christmas tree in the background.
Nice and festive.
My wife wouldn't stop working last night, so I just trimmed the Christmas tree while she was sitting there on the sofa working.
All by myself.
I almost sent you...
I was on later, right after you, and I was talking about...
I was barking to him your comments about this corridor and such.
I'm very fascinated because there's a gentleman that we had on the morning meeting this morning Who claims to be a drone expert and was saying that the government's abject failure is putting America at risk, meaning that he was like, what they're not telling you is how in danger we are.
Do you have a name for this guy?
His name was Scott.
He came on very cautiously and said, hey, I was kind of fearful to come on.
I've been visited by the CIA, the FBI, all these people, because I'm a drone expert here in Idaho.
This is what we manufacture, and so they all came to see us about technology.
The reality is they have no understanding of what's going on.
I mean, he went through this whole—I'll send you the clip, but— Yeah, I just sent you the expert I had on yesterday and the article that Chris Plant found a year and a half ago when the DOD actually cleared the New Jersey airspace for drone experimentation, the story that nobody's talking about.
So I asked him about that without citing your name.
I said, an expert in this area has said that there's a corridor where blah, blah, blah, and he said, I'll send you the clip at the 39-minute mark.
Please.
The bigger point here is that this is such a fucking disaster.
Completely.
I'm sending you this story.
I need...
For this segment?
Yeah, because I'm going to talk about Victoria's spots.
Oh, okay.
Come in with the Army-Navy game.
Army-Navy singing.
Yeah, and then I'll just do that.
I don't need any clips.
I'll just go straight to Angel Tree.
Okay.
Oh, that I can pray for the land of the free and the home of the brave. that I can pray for the land of the free If that imagery from the Army-Navy game, if that sound of the midshipmen and the cadets singing doesn't give you chills,
You're dead.
Get somebody to do CPR right now.
America is back, and it is back in a big way.
President Trump there with...
J.D. Vance with Daniel Penny and so many other patriots.
Before we get to the future of the nation, the next four years and conservative politics with a very special guest, please, if you haven't done so already, support the Angel Tree President Fellowship Program, which provides Christmas gifts to the girls and boys across America who have an incarcerated parent this Christmas.
These children are very vulnerable.
We want to break that cycle.
We want to make them feel a little bit more loved this Christmas.
A $30 donation gets a Christmas gift to them on behalf of their imprisoned mother or father with a note of love from that parent and a children's Bible.
It truly is one of the most beautiful things you can do this Yuletide season.
Please be generous.
A $300 donation is 10 children who will feel a little bit more love this Christmas.

Or just go to sebgorka.com and the Prison Fellowship Program tab at the top.
Okay, I've got like four topics I need to blast through with my former colleague from the White House, especially one that involves him.
But first, let's talk about the breaking news.
Congresswoman Victoria Sparts of Indiana says she's leaving the Republican caucus.
Why?
Has she become a Democrat?
No, because she is completely dissatisfied with Speaker Johnson, which is going to make the Republican majority even slimmer than it already is.
I think Sean Spicer may have a theory.
Sean Spicer, welcome back to America First and Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you.
Good to be with you, as always.
So I've been texting Victoria, trying to get her on the show.
Maybe she'll join us for the second segment with you.
Did this shock you?
Do you believe it?
How much of a big deal is this that she's so horrified by the new budget, the business as usual, that she said to me, I don't want them to, quote, screw the president's plans, and that's why I'm leaving the caucus.
Not sure how that helps the president, Sean.
You know Republican politics much better.
Yeah, it sounds a bit erratic.
I'm not really sure.
Remember, she said she wasn't running for re-election.
Yes.
She was dropping out of the conference.
I don't get it.
I don't understand.
Then why are you still here?
Resign.
Right.
The president needs to vote.
He needs to train.
Not for this, but like...
Unless she sees herself as some kind of super kingmaker who's going to fix the GOP from the outside as a floating vote.
No.
I mean, look, President Trump needs a team.
He needs a team working together, a team that's going to get things done.
He doesn't need a bunch of individual one-offs trying to be superstars.
This is not helpful.
Every time that we need to deal with a pet project like this, It takes away from the shared mission.
Right.
OK, let's stay on the issue of party politics.
Your reaction.
We've got a clip from a coma that's kind of like he says, well, it's just about revenge and McCarthy and everything else, which isn't a good reason.
The reversal of the House panel's decision to say, oh, yeah, we changed our mind.
That report on Matt Gaetz, we're going to release it.
Is this really just a knife in the back as he's leaving through the door?
Well, let's be clear.
He left.
Meaning that now they feel like, hey, let's just do it.
But the funny part about this is that I agreed with Speaker Johnson when he had said to his colleagues, this is a very bad precedent.
And if you want to do it to Matt Gates, then do it to everybody.
Open all the other ones.
Let's air the dirty laundry out.
But, you know, The point of the Ethics Committee is to deal with members of Congress.
Matt's no longer a member of Congress.
And that's why I'm saying, great, now let's release all the other ones.
Why is Matt a special case?
Good point.
Okay, last one in terms of mechanics.
Liz Cheney, I guess she's got to be hiring some very good attorneys because now a House report has recommended a criminal referral against Liz Cheney for potential witness tampering.
Your reaction, Sean?
So it's funny.
I've got Mike Davis from the Article 3 on my show tonight at 6. If you want to join the YouTube, I'm going to ask him the same question.
He's a lawyer.
I'm not.
But what we see in these texts that have been revealed, Cassidy Hutchinson is represented by an attorney, Stefan Pasatino, who's a friend.
He's an amazing attorney.
Liz Cheney subverts him.
Hang on, let's put this in context.
This is all around the January 6th fake committee.
Go on.
Right.
So, she has counsel, Cassidy Hutchinson.
She's represented very ably by Stefan Pasatino.
Liz Cheney, via Alyssa Farah, reaches out to her and says, can we talk privately?
To change her testimony, despite her being represented by counsel.
And Liz Cheney, for everyone's understanding, is a lawyer.
She knows this is unethical.
The witness tampering is a thing, but for all those people, If this, you know, we do this all the time these days, but if you just stop for a second and say, if the roles were reversed, wouldn't you call this, you know, witness tampering or what have you?
And I think the answer, plain and simple, is yes.
We wouldn't.
Because it was in pursuit of Donald Trump, the media is willing to give it a pass.
But the reality is, is that under any circumstances, it's wrong.
But it's clearly wrong.
How much of a big deal is it?
You know congressional politics.
How much of a big deal is this?
Well, let's just be clear.
You said this correctly.
This was a sham committee.
Never in the history of the United States, in the history of the United States, has the minority not been able to pick their members.
Not only not pick their members, but then had the majority choose their members for them.
This was insane.
And so the whole thing was a sham, number one.
Number two, the idea that she coerced testimony from someone because she wanted a certain outcome just shows you how, and I hope to God that they expose it, but Liz Cheney deserves or needs to have some degree of accountability.
And I hope that whether it's through hearings or caucuses or her bar license, I don't know if she ever practiced law or not, but There needs to be some accountability.
They went after Donald Trump for everything in the world.
People like Liz Cheney need to be held accountable too.
All right.
He's a very busy man.
He might be texting right now.
I don't know.
We'll find out.
But you've got to tune in to him every night, 6 o'clock.
The Sean Spicer Show.

We're going to keep him over for one more segment because we're just having far too much fun.

Sean Spicer after these messages.
Were you at the game?
Thank you.
Yeah.
How was it?
Was it better than usual?
It was.
It was, uh...
It was a little, I mean, A, Navy won, which made it great, but B, it was sort of like an adult version of a high school party.
I mean, I saw everybody there, which was kind of cool.
Eric, can you come in with the winning cut?
Yep.
Oh, yeah.
Winning, winning, winning.
Three and a half minutes.
and then angel tree Oh, Victoria's free.
Oh, Jeff's not here at the moment.
He may have heard that in his office.
Which segment?
Now, with Sean.
It'll be fun.
We can interrogate her.
Okay.
Do we have a Skype?
Oh, it's Jeff.
I'm asking for it now.
Okay.
Throw in a Chiron there.
I don't know if we'll connect with her.
If we don't, I want to talk about the whole thing, the case you brought against the Biden White House.
And you'll say, please, please, it's too much winning.
We can't take it anymore.
Mr. President, it's too much.
And I'll say, no, it isn't.
We have to keep winning.
We have to win more.
We're going to win more.
I love that card.
I'm going to play that on my Newsmax show this weekend.
Just absolutely too much fun.
And I think it goes along with the very exciting news.
I'm sure Sean has got this on his radar screen for his show tonight.
Sean Spicer, Donald Trump eyeing deal to save failing D.C. Waldorf Astoria and buy back Trump International.
How epic would that be?
Because that was MAGA Central for four years, wasn't it?
It was, and I was wondering where we're all going to hang out.
That would be pretty epic to see it all happen again.
All right.
You and I have been talking about the breaking news with a certain congresswoman, and I would now like to invite you live, Semper Gumby, as the Marines say, to co-host with me for the next few minutes, because we have her on deck as well.
Congresswoman Sparks, welcome to America First.
Thank you.
Always a pleasure.
So you've had it allegedly with the GOP Congress.
You're going to leave.
Sean Spicer, what would you like to ask the Congresswoman about this breaking news from Capitol Hill?
So I guess first and foremost, how do you think that you're going to help the president get his agenda if you step outside the conference?
Well, listen, I'm going to work on laws, not presentation and conference and committee, because if we're going to deliver, we need to govern and write legislation and not like we did last time.
So I think it's extremely important for us to understand that we have one chance and two reconciliation to deliver actual laws.
And committees, look at like right now, the CR was not even known what is in CR by committee chairs.
You know, the system is broken.
We're afraid to govern here.
And if we don't fix it next Congress, we're going to go to business as usual.
We've been talking for six years in the same and nothing has happened.
And if we don't put good policies in the laws, President Trump will be gone in four years and swam back to business.
Sean, is the system not broken?
Does it not need radical reform?
100% agree with her.
The system's broken.
I can't believe we end up in the same place with these silly omnibus CRs, 1,500 pages.
I get that.
I share her frustration.
But I don't understand how getting off committees where the legislation goes through is going to help your cause.
Okay, so how can you help President Trump if you're outside of the decision-making mechanism, Congresswoman?
No, no, you will be because everyone is, well, I'm not leaving the party, you know?
I'm going to—they're not going to get rid of me that easy.
But I have to send the message, we're not going to go business as usual and status quo.
The legislation does not go through committees.
People sit in committees to get a PAC check and do five-minute presentation for the post.
That's a sad reality.
The legislation should be going through committees, but it's not going through committees.
I passed a lot of bills, and I passed them through Rules Committee and Speaker's Office, not because I was on any committee.
And that's something that, unfortunately, has to change, because I have a lot of great ideas that represent a variety of interests and people, and we need to be a legislative body.
And we had to start changing and start working on authorization, put structure.
We have over 3,000 programs unauthorized.
We need to put subcommittee to do it.
We have to write policies that put a task force together, because the committee jurisdiction is very fragmented.
So I need to put pressure on my leadership to start governing and start looking how we're going to get out of this deep hole and deliver, actually, for President Trump and a lot of great people in the administration.
Sean, can this be—you know D.C. better than most.
Can pressure be brought to bear by somebody who's outside of the usual mechanics?
I think the Congresswoman's why.
I mean, all of this stuff doesn't flow through committees.
But I guess the bigger issue is, what's the threat?
If you don't vote for Mike Johnson for speaker, that's a threat.
If you don't vote for a certain bill, I mean, the committee, you're right on this.
But I guess what more?
I mean, to get their attention, if you say, hey, I'm not voting for this, or I'm not voting for your speaker, you're going to get their attention real quick.
Well, that's the only way we can do it.
And unfortunately, I want to make sure that they're proactive.
And I mean, unfortunately, we have tight enough majority because a lot of people that stand with President Trump can have an impact and who care about the agenda, not afraid to govern.
I'm glad to see that now Ilan and Vivek are putting pressure and bringing transparency from the American people for this institution to start doing some things.
And it will take—it's kind of funny because a lot of—I even had Democrats came to me and say, Victoria, you are so right.
It is so bad here.
That's great.
But we'll have to make a difference.
And, you know, listen, I'll be working with colleagues.
We have a lot of caucuses.
I know who's interested in issues.
We're working a lot.
Hang on, question.
We're out of time.
Sean's asking, will you vote for Mike Johnson, a congresswoman?
I haven't decided...
She hasn't?
...objections to him as a person.
And I haven't, you know, I mean, he's a nice human being with, you know, he's very smart...
I don't think he had strength.
But I will listen to what he has to say.
But I want to see what he's going to do, because talk is cheap, and how he is going to start reforming institutions to govern.
I haven't seen it from him yet, and the CR is unfortunately a great example of it.
In the meantime, I think Elon can fix maybe your internet connection.
Thank you for coming on so short notice.
At RepSparks is the ex.

Mics are hot.
Do you want the mics up?
Hey, Sean, just a quick question for our Rumble viewers with regards to the case you brought against the Biden White House when they removed you from that special, what was it, Naval War College or, no, the academy, right?
So the fact you brought that case and then they reinforced that a president can just get rid of anyone, that means President Trump can do the same on January the 20th, correct?
That's why we did the case.
We forced the Biden administration to argue to the court that the president had the authority, absolute authority, to fire anybody.
So they went to court, argued this.
My term was up, just to be clear.
We knew we weren't getting back.
Yours had expired, but you still bought the case.
What does this mean?
Does it mean the Biden administration or their attorneys or both are just real morons?
No, we forced them into a corner.
We boxed them into a corner.
They had to do this.
They had to affirm this because either they had to admit that they were wrong and that they didn't have the authority or that they had to argue that they did.
And then, you know, I think their view was, screw it.
We won't be around for the consequences.
Well, I just want to tell you in front of all of our Rumble viewers, thank you for doing that because it's going to get very interesting on January the 20th.
I will just tell you, you know, it was only me and Russ both that were willing to put our names on that lawsuit.
I know.
All the other people who are Trump loyalists suddenly couldn't find themselves to be available.
Well, did you see the Scavino's tweet at the weekend?
Yeah.
I love it.
Yeah.

You ran and hid.
I'm not interested.

I mentioned James Comer.
Not the best communicated reality, but I think he gets the message across.
The release of the Gates file is simply revenge from his former colleagues.
Cut 15. There were a lot of people, Republicans, that didn't approve of the way that Gates worked with the 211 Democrats to have the motion to vacate, succeed, and get rid of McCarthy, and that led to three and a half weeks of pretty...
Tough living conditions here in the Capitol trying to find a replacement.
So I'm not surprised.
I think it's unfortunate.
But at the end of the day, I think that the American people probably want to see this ethics report.
I think the Ethics Committee knew that.
Now hopefully Gates will be given plenty of opportunity to defend anything in there that he feels isn't true.
Eric, Chairman Cohn was a pretty straight shooter.
He just basically said the Republicans are releasing the report because they're annoyed about having lost McCarthy and having to sleep on cots in their offices for a few weeks.
It's not a good look, is it?
No, I'm surprised to hear him be that blunt, especially, you know, because, I mean, he was the chairman of that very important committee, but he still felt more like a party-line type guy rather than a firebreeder like Gates.
So for him to be that blunt and say, yeah, these people were just really mad that their golden boy was taken down almost single-handedly by Matt Gates, and this is one last act of revenge from beyond the political grave.
And the replacement for McCarthy, Mike Johnson, has tried to explain this absolute abortion, a 1,500-page omnibus continuing resolution, including a million bucks for the State Department to keep monitoring and censoring conservatives.
You tell me, guys, whether you think this explication cuts the mustard, cuts seven.
We have a series of difficult choices and it doesn't matter who the speaker is, we'd be facing the same exact dilemma.
We've tried to navigate this as best as possible and chosen the least of the bad options in front of us.
No one wants to spend $110 billion, but when you have emergencies that are actually, you know, as they're legally called, acts of God, these are not man-made disasters, they're outside of our control and there's a certain The principle that the federal government has some role to play.
So we don't like that.
We don't like spending money.
But in a case like this, to be frank, it would be the red states that are left out.
It would be the rural areas.
Democrats don't have a big priority on the agriculture community because they don't have that in their districts.
These are Republican states and Republican districts, and we'd be derelict in our duty if we didn't take care of them.
So that's the part of this that is uncomfortable for people.
We don't like spending money, but we have to do it responsibly.
But it's not a bill about emergencies and agricultural funding.
It's a massive omnibus continuing resolution.
It's as if he's talking about another bill.
I'm not sure anybody buys that.
All right, let's talk about how we can rejoice after January the 20th, especially if the lifeblood of America, our small businesses are allowed to actually function properly.
No better person to discuss that with than the Job Creators Network and Elaine Parker.
Elaine, welcome back to America First.
Hi, Sebastian.
Thanks so much for having me.
And congratulations on your role in the new administration.
Thank you kindly.
Thank you kindly.
All right, now you are the people who represent the businesses that employ more than 60% of Americans across the country, you know, the real people who are the lifeblood of the economy.
This is where the politics stop, the stump speeches, the campaigns, the election, and this is where the rubber meets the road.
What are your constituents?
What are your members?
What are the people you're talking to every single day?
What are they looking forward to after January the 20th and the president is sworn in?
Well, we actually just polled our small business owners.
We do a national poll of small business owners, and the optimism is amazing.
They're at a 40-month high for small business sentiment, and it is because Donald Trump was re-elected.
Six in ten of them think that Donald Trump will be great for Main Street.
And 40% of them plan to hire in the next 12 months, which is vastly different from any of the pre-election polls that we took.
Wow, that's incredible.
Now, you're the experts.
I'm just going to give you two options.
If I'm missing something, tell me what it is.
What are they most looking forward to?
What is the Job Creators Network most looking forward to?
Is it what we did in the first Trump administration, which is the swinging slashing of regulations so business could actually function?
Or is it the unleashing of energy exploration, which feeds into cutting the costs of manufacturing?
Is there one big thing that people are saying...
Yes, that's what we want most of all.
Well, they are very, very concerned about the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that is set to expire at the end of 2025. And if that happened, it would be a massive tax on our small business owners.
Frankly, on every American, it would increase taxes for.
And so we're really focused on amplifying the voice of small businesses and getting the word out that small businesses need those tax cuts and they need them now.
They also want to see domestic drilling in this country come back.
You know, Trump's words are always, drill baby, drill.
The inflation is one of the biggest worries for small businesses still today.
And more than two-thirds of them say that if the economy does downturn again, that they could actually end up closing their businesses.
And the domestic drilling and decreasing the price of energy is the root of all of the inflation that we've been dealing with.
If we can get down those energy costs, if we can get down the cost of gas, we can reduce the inputs That bring all of the goods to the shelves and decrease the cost for small businesses.
The energy is the lifeblood of manufacturing of businesses and the businesses are the lifeblood of our economy.

Oh, we got a super chat, by the way.
The simplest one I've ever seen.
Last Beacon83 for $1 says...
Hey there, Dr. Gorka.
Hey there to you as well!
Thank you for the support.
Love to see it, folks.
Love to see it.
Alright.
Titles.
90 seconds.
For Sean.
Sean by himself.
Yep.
What did we talk about in the first segment of the The Army Navy game, and then what?
Liz Cheney, and then also the Matt Gaetz thing.
Oh, yeah.
Release all the files, not just Matt Gaetz's.
And then...
For Spicer and Sparts.
One less Republican...
She said she's not leaving the party, she's leaving the conference.
Rebel Congresswoman justifies actions.
All righty.
What makes you so interested in politics now?
Why is this so important to you?
Yeah, that's a great question.
The reason is what I see happening under the sort of Biden and Kamala administration is a level of sort of government overreach and manipulation that is extremely troubling.
And I also see Really a deliberate attempt to import as many people as possible into swing states like Pennsylvania in order to ensure that there is a permanent one state, that America becomes a permanent one-party state.
I love when I find stuff like that, when you just get the honest, honest appraisal and justification for white people who had nothing to do with politics, like Elon Musk, who said, yeah, I'm going to risk it all, and I'm going to step into the ring because the republic is in danger.
He may not be the best communicator, but there's this This rawness, this authenticity.
You know he's not faking it.
He's not making it up.
When it comes to being entertaining, however, you really can't beat President Trump.
The rawness, the authenticity is there.
I also found this on social media yesterday.
And it's from...
What is this, Jeff?
You said this is from the summer?
Some kind of party meeting?
What was this?
It's from May.
It's the Minnesota State GOP dinner.
Had you seen this before?
I've not.
This is President Trump getting up at a GOP dinner and the platform or the podium is wonky.
None of this is scripted.
And this is part of the reason why Americans voted for him.
Cut 13. Americans are not struggling.
You know, this is the worst platform.
Who put this stage up here?
This is the worst.
The frickin' place is falling down.
I notice it keeps tilting further left.
Like too many other things.
What a crappy contract.
Jeff, I think there were more natural laughs in that 26 seconds than in a whole episode of SNL. Well, do you know what the best part of that is?
What?
Is I just put this together because I was reading the chyron.
That's how I figured out what it was.
It says President Trump attends Barron's high school graduation.
That was in the middle of his New York trial.
So he did this on a Friday or Saturday night.
That's in the middle of his trial.
Look how calm he is.
But notice how calm he is.
How hilarious he is.
I know.
And he's in the middle of a trial for 34 felony counts.
Oh my gosh.
Truly.
It's going to be...
I'm so excited.
I'm so excited to be back inside the White House, guys.
I hope you are too.
I really hope you are too.
I'm going to miss you.

No I don't sing!
Why would I sing?
Alright, I actually like that intro.
That was a good sweeper by Alex.
And I don't know how he knew how to play Morgan Wallen.
That's actually one of my favorite singers.
But I'm Jeff Harbaugh, or Mr. G, as everybody says here, sitting in for Sebastian just for the hour.
He'll be back for the third hour with Daniel Goleman.
But we're joined now by our Salem The Morning LA Answer host, Jennifer Horne.
She's also the host of the Happy Women podcast.
I still think you should add, unlike The View, to that title.
But it's Jennifer Horne.
How are you, Jen?
I like that.
The Happy Women podcast, unlike The View.
Yes, we're the mostly happy women podcast, especially now.
And it's good to see you in that seat, Mr. G. I like it.
It's the first time I was just saying I've never actually even sat here in the studio just off the air or anything.
It's funny.
The studio just looks completely different from this point.
But we'll start off.
We'll do some California stuff.
I want to talk about your governor.
He had some comments on Doge.
It's cut one.
We've been working, I don't know, before DOGE was DOGE, I don't know, this is just like a promo project.
We've been doing civil service reform in this state.
We've been consolidating job classifications.
We've been updating job descriptions in this state.
And we waived those requirements.
And in fact, I think it was in August, earlier August, we came up with your shop.
We're going to double that next year.
In fact, by 32,000.
It'll be 62,000 positions.
We will have eliminated those barriers and that requirement.
So California has been a leader in that space.
All right, so Jed, did you know that your state, it's run very physically responsible and it's done very efficient?
Are you aware of that?
You know what?
I just got the memo from Gavin Newsom.
But I gotta tell you, Jeff, this is what's so funny about Gavin Newsom.
So as he says it, I mean, he must have the backbone of steel.
He's up there saying that Doge is ridiculous and California's been doing this for years.
Do you know he just got hammered for losing $24 billion?
And I'm not talking about wasting.
I'm talking about losing.
$24 billion.
He has taken so much money and put it into the homeless project that's gone nowhere.
This is a guy that spends money on absolutely anything, including a train that goes nowhere in our state of California, yet he is apparently Mr. Efficient.
How long has that high-speed train, the high-speed rail, how long has that been going on for?
Years.
I mean, it was well before the Trump administration, because when Trump came to office in 2016, remember one of their first fights was that Trump said, look, the federal government has given you a lot of money for this train, and now you're going to cancel the project, because he finally was going to just cancel it.
And Trump said, well, you owe us our money back.
And that was kind of what started to square Gavin Newsom off against Trump.
To begin with, so this thing has been going forever, and it's been a pet project of all of these people with no big contracts to come in and enrich themselves.
The guy is...
He's a nightmare.
But he'll never miss an opportunity to lie to people when those cameras are rolling.
Yeah, but lying about something like this, it's funny that you bring that up.
Because up until, I would say, a couple months ago, and really when I heard this clip, I've actually been afraid of him for running in 2028. Because I think he is such a good liar.
Even when you saw it in the debate with DeSantis, he did pretty good against him just because he really is a good liar.
He reminds me of Bill Clinton.
The way that Bill Clinton, you know he's lying, but it sounds good, it looks good.
But if he's going to get into stuff like this that is so blatant, and then he's going to try to take on Elon and Vivek, I think he's going to embarrass himself.
I don't think that he's going to be the Democrat nominee in 2028. You know, I used to be really afraid of Gavin Newsom, too, because I was worried about what the rest of the country was paying attention to.
Because I think a lot of times the inclination for sane people is just to say, oh, it's California, it's kind of a lost cause, and they sort of write us off.
But I think what the last election has showed us is that people are tired of crazy, and they just want, like, a return to normalcy and sanity.
And I think that's really bad news for Gavin Newsom, because if you look at anything that happens in California, It's nuts.
I mean, just in the last month since Trump won reelection alone, Gavin Newsom has already said he is going to absolutely not cooperate with Trump, that he needs $25 million in a slush fund, basically, so he can have it for lawsuits.
Even though the people of California just passed some things that makes California safer without the help of the governor, he's just not listening.
He's just doubling down on stupid.
And I actually think he's going to continue that.
And I think he's going to think that he's going to get away with it, because he looks like he's out of central casting, is what a governor should look like.
But I don't know.
The American people have made me—I guess it's restored my faith a little bit, and I think they're going to see through it.
I don't think he can stand up against Elon or Vivek.
Now the other news out of California who might be replacing him.
I think you were on, it was the day that Kamala, my favorite little moron as I call her, did her concession speech.
And I was actually, I said, I'm sad to see her go because as a producer, I loved her.
Every time she did an interview, it was so easy to get five or six clips of the absolute dumbest things you could ever say.
And I said, I guess she's going to go away.
And you said, no, I think she's going to run for governor.
And I saw there was a story last week now, some of the advisors are saying that she's probably going to run for governor of California, and it looks like that she's the frontrunner.
Yeah, so there's a couple of things here with that story, and it makes me actually want to gag a little bit, because yes, I do.
The radio person in me loves her because she is a soundbite queen.
I mean, I don't know what she says, but she says interesting words together, so she's kind of amusing to watch, but...
California can't handle any more of this.
So a couple of things.
First, Gavin Newsom has picked up one of Kamala Harris's top staffers from her presidential campaign.
And so people on the inside are saying that this is them doing sort of a tag team where Gavin Newsom is now going to be focusing on running for president and she is going to be focusing on running for California governor.
She's also at the top of every poll, the early polls that have come out at first, if you can believe it, it was open border Katie Porter who was on top of those polls.
She has not put her name in the ring yet.
But this California governor's race is going to be interesting to watch because you've got about 12 Democrats and maybe just one or two Republicans who are going to jump into this thing.
The Democrats are going to have to tear each other apart.
My fear is that if Kamala Harris jumps in, the Javier Becerra's of the world, our Attorney General Rob Bonta, the Superintendent of Schools, Tony Thurman, they're just going to acquiesce to her and maybe jump out of the race early.
I do think she's going to have some fight in her own party, in the Democrat Party, with someone like Antonio Villaraigosa, who was the mayor of Los Angeles, who says he wants to moderate a little bit.
So we'll see what happens.
I totally believe, I mean, I would bet you right now, she absolutely jumps in this race.
She doesn't want this loss to be the last thing that she does as an elected official.
The first thing that jumps out at me that you said that is why would Gavin Newsom pick one of Kamala's staffers that was on the campaign?
That's one of the absolute worst campaigns I have ever seen run in my life.
They didn't release any policies for anything.
They weren't going to do interviews.
Then she got down.
They did interviews.
Everything you could possibly do that was wrong.
They lied about everything that they could.
I don't know why you would take anyone from that campaign.
That campaign was a disaster.
It was a disaster, even at the end.
I mean, when she put up what looked like she was drunk.
I mean, that video that they just posted a few weeks ago, somebody around her said that that was a great idea.
But I'm telling you, believe this.
Gavin Newsom just doubles down on stupid.
It's what he's doing over and over again.
If he picks up one of those staffers, maybe he thinks he's got a hot one on the line.
I can't imagine it's going to help him out because that campaign was really poorly run.
And maybe Kamala Harris is saying, yeah, go help out Gavin.
Because, you know, the two of them have a relationship, but they are absolutely frenemies.
So they have navigated things like this ever since the beginning of their careers.
They made a deal that he would run for governor, she would run for Senate.
I mean, they kind of snake around each other all the way through.
That's been their path.
So who knows?
Maybe it's even sabotage.
Maybe Kamala says, take all of these idiots that try to get me to the White House.
I like that frenemies.
That's basically every Democrat, too.
They'll step over anyone else.
But did you see...
I want to get to this cut now in a second.
Did you see that Joe Biden, he's cracked the drones that are going over New Jersey, the mystery?
Thank God.
I've been waiting.
It's cut six.
There's drones over New Jersey.
What's behind all of that?
Nothing nefarious, apparently.
But they're checking it all out.
I think it's just one.
There's a lot of drones authorized up there.
I think one started and they all got everybody's wanted to get in the deal.
I think one started it and everybody decided they wanted to get into the deal.
That's his explanation for it.
Well, you know, it's about time somebody rational really came in there and said, you know what, they all want to get into the deal.
Case closed.
How bad does he look, though?
I feel terrible.
He's got that hat over his eyes.
I mean, it's sort of not looking great.
He is looking pretty bad now.
But he's another guy that he's going to go away, and we'll probably never see him again at all.
Don't you think we're done with Biden once he leaves office?
I think we're done with Biden.
I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear maybe some of the truth about what he was really up to, because I do think that the investigations are going to continue.
I think that his legacy will live on.
I just think we're done seeing him.
I think he's going to go off to the beach in Delaware, and that's it.
I think he's riding the happy trail.
But how ridiculous is it that we do have these drones flying over our country, and that's the response that we get from the sitting president?
I mean...
I don't know why they don't just come out and say what it is.
You saw Trump on Monday, the way that he talked about it, and he made a joke about it.
I was telling Seb this.
If it was anything that was somewhat serious, Trump would not be joking about it.
So it's something they could clearly just tell us what it is.
And it's been dragging on now for weeks.
My prediction is give it three or four more days and Trump gets sick of it.
And he just kind of says exactly what's going on.
You know how Trump does it without really saying what's going on.
Yeah, and I kind of thought that's what he did.
I mean, he did that great job.
He did that press conference on Monday.
And he said, well, it's, you know, they know the government knows, the Biden administration will know.
But I can't tell you if I had a press briefing on it.
So it tells me that he knows they know.
Somebody just needs to say something.
Exactly.
All right, we'll be back after the break.
We've got another segment with Jennifer Horne.
It's Jeff Harbaugh or Mr. G sitting in for Sebastian.
He'll be back for the third hour.
We'll open the phones up, too.
It's 833-33-GORCA. I
don't know if it's true, some photographer is saying that what you're seeing is out of a lens, and these lens aren't good enough so it can make a light look like an orb when you're that far away.
So who knows?
I'm not really concerned about the one that he was talking about said that, I guess some lady said, do you believe in Jesus?
And the orb started spinning.
I did see that one, yeah.
I don't think it's anything serious at all.
I think it's training.
I think it's our military.
I just think they're going to look really stupid when they have to admit that it was us and they've been lying about it the whole time.
And the only night that there was not sightings was Thanksgiving.
I don't think aliens care about Thanksgiving.
China doesn't care about taking off for Thanksgiving.
Turkey likes Thanksgiving, though.
Yeah, exactly.
Thank you.
I'm here all day.
Angel Tree.
Do you have the script, Jeff?
Yeah, I'm going to do that in like C or D or whatever.
Okay.
I should probably read it first.
Eh, re-reading's overrated.
I just want to take out the eyes and stuff like this.
So is there audio, Alex, or no audio?
Yes.
Okay, all right.
Oh, boy. boy.
Newsom just declared a state of emergency for the bird flu.
I just saw that.
I'll never be leaving my house again now, guys.
It's the last you've ever seen of me.
He's never seen an emergency.
He didn't want to declare.
He loves an emergency.
Eric, I might do 15...
Or, no, not that.
Nine.
- What the Democrats still understand is that the confirmation hearings are a television show.
I am Jeff Harbaugh, or referred to as Mr. G, on here, sitting in for Sebastian Gorka.
He'll be back in about 40 minutes.
He'll be back for the third hour, but we're talking now again with Jennifer Horne, host of the Happy Women podcast, Unlike the View.
I'm going to keep saying it until you add that.
The Happy Women podcast, Unlike the View.
That's Joy Reid there.
Now, the first thing when I hear about that clip, and I want to talk about, they just announced that they're going to have the Hagseth hearings in January 14th, so I think it's important.
But you see Joy Reid there.
She's talking about the Democrats.
They need to make it painful.
They need to make it hurt.
Make it a TV show.
What bothers me with that is you know that's why the Democrats are going to do.
These Republicans that are now opposing Trump's nominees, they are joining that.
They're joining that out of control MSNBC. Let's just smear the person as much as we can.
Yeah, I think it's ridiculous.
These Republicans who are trying to put up a fight right now look absolutely silly.
And they look like they're being outplayed because the Democrats, as you just heard her say there, this is what they want to do.
They want to tear people apart just to make it difficult.
They're not serious.
They're acting like they're on the Jerry Springer program.
They want to throw everything they can at someone just for the salaciousness of it all.
And Republicans shouldn't be playing along with that.
This is what happens, Jeff, though you know this.
Every single time when Republicans have an opportunity to come together and score a win, we always have those that want to rise above the pack and look like they're clutching their pearls on their moral high ground, when truly President Trump has the right to have the team around him that he wants.
And I gotta say, I'm actually more optimistic than I have been in weeks.
I think Pete Hegseth has turned a corner.
And I think I said to you and to Seb and to the audience a couple weeks ago, this was such an important line in the sand.
They got rid of Matt Gaetz.
They were gonna go after Pete Hegseth.
If they were able to ruin him, next up on the list would have been Tulsi Gabbard or RFK Jr.
Or pick the person.
Kash Patel, someone that I think all of us want to see take the position of FBI director.
So they would have gone systematically down that list.
And I think Pete Hegseth, well done to him, had the backbone to stand up and say, you are not taking me down on rumors.
That's not who I am.
That's not who I am today.
And I'm so glad he did.
I think it would have been a really bad confirmation period had Pete not stood strong.
Because now there's some fight back in us.
And I think it might even compel some of the other Republicans, the Murkowskis and the Collins of the world, who are going to try to put up a fight maybe.
Maybe, just maybe, they will come together and vote to give President Trump the team he wants.
I 100% agree with you about the Hegseth thing.
As soon as they got rid of him, they would have went after every single other person.
And one thing that I think was kind of important, at first it seemed weird.
Trump was elected, and I think within a week, Hegseth was announced.
And then almost the whole cabinet was filled out within a week.
But the news cycle that we live in now, you can't even remember what happened two months ago.
I think it was smart to get it out in November.
Let them start piling on with all the negative stories.
And then by the time when the hearing rolls around, and they just announced it's going to be January 14th, which I think is a good thing, because they announced it, which means he's probably going to get confirmed.
That means he has the votes.
But that way, all of these slander, it's all old news by then.
Instead of waiting until January.
I think that was a perfect point for them to kind of get all these names out there in the beginning.
And I think that was really by design.
You know, President Trump himself will say that he wasn't quite ready for all of this in 2016. And it took some bad advice from some bad actors, bad people who were...
Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan.
Yeah.
Exactly right.
And I think what's happened now is that he's got a great team around him.
And he came out with those big announcements early.
And then he's been filling out some of the stronger ones, which is kind of opposite of how this stuff usually goes.
And I think people will have forgotten any of this stuff with Pete Hegseth.
And yeah, it'll come up in the hearings, but we'll move right on.
I think right now they got through all of the mudslinging.
And I think I'm hopeful that it's going to be smooth sailing.
I mean, you can never trust a Democrat to let that go.
But I think this was really important that he stood up and fought.
And if I had to guess, they're probably doing Hegseth first because they need Marco Rubio as the vote to confirm him.
But the one wild card which has been so weird out there is John Fetterman.
Have you seen?
He's been tweeting it out.
He's been meeting with all the nominees.
He seems very open to him.
And he had a nice note about Pete Hegseth.
I think he might actually vote for Pete Hegseth.
But why do you think he's doing this?
Because I've got a theory on Fetterman.
Okay, so first of all, I think he's healed from a stroke.
So maybe this is the real John Fetterman.
I don't know.
He's my new favorite Democrat, though, in his dirty, dirty sweatsuit, as President Trump would call it.
I think that he knows that he lives in Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania is a swing state, and the other guy got thrown out on his rear end, and I think he knows he's going to have to fight to keep his spot.
And I really actually thought that his comment about Pete Hegseth and about some of these nominees that he has to talk to him, because that's their job, As senators to advise and consent, and you actually have to be able to have a conversation with someone because his constituents want him to, speaks to the fact that he actually is at least wanting to appear like he is working for the people of Pennsylvania.
And he knows that they go back and forth, red and blue.
And I think it has to do with saving his own political career.
Yeah, I think it's a lot to do with Pennsylvania in a swing state, which it's actually kind of weird.
I'm surprised I'm actually saying this.
Is John Fetterman is not as stupid as we think he is.
He's a little bit smarter.
But the other part of it that is, I remember when he was running, because I used to live in Philadelphia and I knew a lot of people in Pennsylvania.
Is that everybody thinks, because of the way that he dresses and brands himself, that he's an ex-union guy.
Like, I want to Dr. Oz in the debate, I want him to turn to him and say, what union did you work for?
Because he never did that before.
But I think Fetterman has actually seen the writing on the wall that he sees that the union worker is going more and more towards Trump, more to the Republican Party.
So he's actually kind of trying to be a voice of reason.
He's almost like the Manchin right now.
I would have never, ever guessed it when this guy was elected two years ago, that he would be acting like this.
Yeah, not in a million years, but he really is the new mansion.
He's going to be the new mansion or Kyrsten Sinema who are going to go in there and maybe sometimes side with Republicans.
And truly, he is smart to do that in his state.
No matter what he looks like on the outside, the Republicans are now the party of the working people, and that is Pennsylvania.
He knows he's going to need it.
He can't lose it.
Alright, and the last thing before we get out of here, there's kind of the big debate now, and I'm going to get into this a little bit too, is kind of how to go after the deep state, which my plan would be.
It's a little bit different.
But what do you think about Liz Cheney?
They're going to refer her for now, basically witness tampering with Cassidy Hutchinson.
Do you think that the DOJ should go after Liz Cheney?
A thousand and ten percent.
Because here's what is so dangerous about what Liz Cheney did.
First of all, she coerced that testimony out of Cassidy Hutchins, and they did it in a public hearing.
So half the country still believes that somehow, in some universe, President Trump lunged from the back of the beast to the front of the car, took down a Secret Service agent so that he could turn the car around and take it to the Capitol on January 6th.
The Secret Service agent said that was false.
Cassidy Hutchinson before Liz Cheney said she couldn't remember anything about that happening.
And then somehow that story was implanted in her brain because of Liz Cheney.
That is damaging misinformation that still to this day, I guarantee you, half of the country believes.
And so for that, I do think she should be prosecuted.
And clearly that's why people are asking Biden to preemptively pardon her, because these people were up to no good, lying, changing stories and then destroying evidence.
And we just have to stop it.
And not to mention it when it came out, it was the stupidest story on Earth.
I don't know how anybody believed.
They tried to set this narrative that he was on the president jumping through the window, fighting with the Secret Service agent.
They could have made something else up that was at least a little bit more believable.
All right.
Thanks for coming on, Jen.
She's the host of the LA Morning Answer and also the Happy Women Podcast with Katie Gorka.
We'll take your calls in a minute.
833-33-GORCA. And I'm going to give you my plan for the deep state.
It's Jeff Harbaugh sitting in for Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Mike's hot.
Hey, when are you guys, when are we done here?
The best day ever.
January 6th.
Oh, okay.
Alright, so I'll be with you guys.
Well, no, I guess, is this it for us then?
No, we'll have you on the last show or something, probably.
Alright, well you just let me know.
Oh yeah, because next week is Christmas.
Oh, and then New Year's.
Yeah, because we have two holidays.
Yeah, we'll have you on the last show then.
Alright, we'll do something good.
You gotta dress up like your favorite January 6th character though.
Oh, I'm going to be...
You know who I'm going to be.
Where?
I'm going to wear a loincloth and I'm going to wear horns.
She's my favorite.
The shaman.
Of course.
That's everybody's.
Fine.
Who else could I be?
I'll be Brandon Strzok.
I'll see you guys later.
Bye!
Merry Christmas!
You too, see ya.
Alrighty.
So, wanna do Angel Tree here, then?
Um...
Yeah, I'll do Angel Tree and take these two phone calls.
Okay.
Yeah, that's the shorter segment.
You got the...
Yeah.
You'll put a thing up when I'm reading it, right?
Yeah, of course.
They should have just given you the show.
All right.
Here's looking at you, snowflake.
America first.
Alright, Alex was doing good on music until then.
I don't know what that was, but this is not one of the better ones.
I am Jeff Harbaugh, Mr. G. I'm sitting in for Sebastian Gorka.
He'll be back at the end of the hour.
But first, I want to talk to you about Angel Tree.
I want you to know how thankful I am for you.
Whenever I turn to this audience to join a worthy cause like my Angel Tree campaign, you never let us down.
Thanks to Angel Tree, kids with a mom or dad in prison are reminded year-round, but especially at Christmas...
That their incarcerated parent still loves them.
And prison fellowship volunteer Stacy Campbell says she'll never forget the first time she got to bless a prisoner's child with a Christmas present made possible by donors just like you.
It was a little boy.
I answered the door and I said, oh, here's a gift from your dad.
And it was just this, oh, he remembered me?
And I think the whole gift kind of fades into the background.
It's that connection and that realization that I belong and my friends are having Christmas, but I'm having Christmas too.
I'm worthy as a little kid and that's the part that doesn't leave you.
What a special blessing children receive from the Angel Tree program.
But with Christmas one week from tomorrow, now it's your turn to share the love of Jesus through a donation to our Angel Tree campaign.
Just go to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
Or on your phone, you can gift to 888-206-2794.
For a gift of just $90, you can bless three children or prisoners with personalized Christmas presents and a personal note from their incarcerated parent.
Plus, every Angel Tree family is also given access to a free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible in English or Spanish.
It's getting late, but there's still time to make Christmas special for a boy or girl who really needs hope.
Today, so please go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner, or you can phone your gift to 888-206-2794.
And thanks for caring.
All right.
888-33-GORCA. 888-33-GORCA. I'm going to take your calls.
And if anyone's called and not gotten through the call screener, now's your time because Eric's answering.
And then you can argue with me with something that you wanted to get on the air about that I didn't let you do before.
Let's go to line two.
Joe in Orange County, California.
Yes.
A couple of things.
First is that on the drones, if you use the structured analytical techniques that we're all taught, the very first step is a probability analysis.
And if you run the probability analysis honestly, there are a whole bunch of viable things that should raise concern and should be investigated deeper.
I hope that's what's going on and just behind closed doors and they don't want to announce it, but it should be being actively investigated.
And I agree with the previous caller speaker's comment that we should shoot one of them down and examine electronics and then all will be known.
And then we can refine the probability analysis and start looking at more accurate things.
Well, as far as shooting it down, even as bad as this administration is, it's been a month now.
If they didn't know what it is, don't you think they would have taken one down by now?
You think that if they had no idea what it was, they would have just let this go on for a month?
Well, look what they did with the balloon.
They waited until it was no longer a threat.
So the confidence in them isn't what it used to be to do the right thing.
All right, so what's the other thing you wanted to say?
Basically, with regard to the federal government, is that there's the federal continuity directives 1 and 2, and continuity guidance circular 1, That if we look at the universal task list and the capability assessment tools and focus them back on the constitutional and legal requirements of the government agencies, they can get back to doing what they're supposed to be doing and direct all the monies there and trim the fat from where they're doing stuff.
There's no reason for doing what they're doing.
And that would trim a lot of the fat from the government and make the government actually more functional.
I agree with trimming the fat in the government.
I just don't get how you're comparing the drones to this.
I don't get the point with that.
Oh, it's two separate topics.
No, I agree with that.
All right.
Thanks.
So what's going on?
So they're semi related, but in the broader picture, it'll clear up everything on a more global scale.
All right, Joe.
Thanks for the call.
Let's go to Joe in California on line one.
Hi.
Listen, I would like to see if I can suggest a GoFundMe for Dennis Prager, who is He's helping us quite a bit, and now he's going through a really, really, really tough time.
It's just a suggestion.
All right, I like that suggestion.
I'm sure somebody will probably set that up as he continues his recovery.
I am Jeff Harbaugh.
I am sitting in here for Sebastian Gorka until the end of the hour.
I'll take your phone calls next, 833-333-Gorka.
Now we have a word from the guest chair.
I've never sat in this chair.
It is so right.
The guests complain because you want to lean back and it looks awful.
I'm going to lean forward.
Jeff, are you enjoying yourself?
No, I'm doing all right.
You know, I've never done for six years that I like.
You say, I agree with you, with the callers.
I should try that.
Don't you think for the next couple of years?
You've said that a couple of times.
In six years, maybe twice.
All right, guys, we are coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios with the latest product.
Just listen to my muse.
Katie, talk to us about Z Factor.
Okay, I will say, if I don't take it, I'm up at 4. And I love that time with the dogs, but I'd rather be asleep in bed.
So when I take Relief Factor, I actually sleep till 6, even 7 o'clock in the morning.
I tell you what, I'm a much happier camper.
It's perhaps the most important thing you could do for your health outside of exercising and eating right.
Getting a good night's sleep every day.
If you've tried the other products and they fail to get you that good night's sleep or left you drowsy in the morning, you've got to try Relief Factors Z Factor.
Go right now to relieffactor.com, order your first bottle, or call that number you know so well, 1-800-4-RELIEF, 1-800-473-5433.
And then I might want, like I said before, seven after that.
I'll see how that goes.
Okay.
Tee up eight first, then seven.
And we got another caller on the line.
So you don't like the slow country songs.
You like the upbeat ones.
I didn't know what it was.
It sounded like some rock song or something.
What was that song, Alex?
I could hear it.
It was Morgan Wallen from that album.
Oh, it was?
Yeah.
It gets like George Strait or something.
I don't know.
Eric Church is good.
Eric Church, yeah.
Church is good.
Jason Aldean?
Can't go wrong with this.
I Don't Sing Liners is fantastic, too.
Which one?
I Don't Sing.
Oh, that is good.
That is really good.
That was Dr.
G's idea.
90 seconds.
Who?
Who's...
Hour 3 is Goldman, right?
Are these, yeah, David Goldman.
Yes, Sam. Sam.
Sam has read that exact article.
All right.
All right.
Thank you so much.
Bye.
Caller called in saying, "Hey, did you know about this article in Flying Magazine that came out last year?" And I was like, subs literally read it on there.
Alright.
That is a good find.
Alright.
Teeing up cut eight.
I really think that's what it is, too.
There's domestic drones just like...
The way they keep saying they're up there legally, lawfully, all that type of stuff.
Like, for sure, yeah, one of them would be shopped out by now if it was an actual enemy threat.
Thank you.
America First, Magnificent.
Magnificent.
I am Jeff Harbaugh, sitting in for Sebastian Gorka.
He'll be in in about 15 minutes.
I'm going to take your phone calls in a minute.
833-33-GORKA. Eric, am I considered a guest host now?
Does the one hour count as a guest host?
I would say you qualify.
You now join the Hall of Fame of guest hosts.
Because I will be the only guest host to not do at least one impersonation of Seb, I think.
That's a great way to stand out.
I don't think there's been any guest host that hasn't done it at least one time, right?
And they always just kind of do it spontaneously.
They'll just be in the middle of the segment or maybe in the breaks, and then they'll just suddenly start doing the accent out of nowhere without any prompting from us.
And you know why I don't do it?
Because I'm not good at it.
It's a tough accent.
I'm not really good with accents anyway, or impersonations, but that's a tough one to do.
All right, I want to give you my plan for the deep state, but first, let's play, to set it up, let's play Cut 8 Joe Scarborough.
And you have these subcommittees coming out talking about arresting political opponents, recommending investigations into that?
I mean, the margins are so bare in the House and in the Senate.
These people are acting like they won by 20, 25 percentage points.
And I will say, even inside the people close to Donald Trump, They have been saying for weeks now, no retribution.
He's not going to do retribution.
We don't have time for retribution.
I mean, this sort of talk early on, it's bad for everybody.
It's bad for the House Republicans.
It's bad for Donald Trump.
It's bad for, you know, the markets.
Oh, yeah, the markets.
It's bad for the markets.
I'm sure they're concerned about that.
Alright, the reason I play you that clip is because I have to watch MSNBC and CNN all the time.
The one thing out of all the scandals, if you want to get into, they are the most vulnerable on January 6th, you can tell, because that is the one they flip out at the most when you want to talk about it.
So, it's been debated on here for years and everywhere else, you know, on our side.
If Donald Trump gets back in, what do you do?
Is it retribution?
You have to have consequences.
Who do you go after?
Alright, here's my plan.
Here's the first thing.
Some people are going to say just charge everybody, go after them.
I don't think you can do that, but there's something else I think you can do that'll be more effective.
The first thing, if you want to get everybody together, say Fauci, Ray, Comey, all the deep staters, and you just charge them.
It will take forever to actually go to trial.
And even if you get a conviction, because you're probably going to have to do it in D.C. I mean, even look at Biden, who had all the power, had the deep state behind him.
He couldn't even get Trump to trial in three out of four cases.
And Trump had his back against the wall.
So you have to deal with that.
The second thing that you don't want to do...
Is if you're going to charge these people and try and indict them and do the same exact thing you did to Trump, that is going to be the entire narrative for two years.
You don't want that.
It's going to overshadow everything.
They still have a major ecosystem where they can control the narrative.
And I'm also of the belief that, and I've talked about this many times, I think the main reason the Democrats lost this time is they lost the election in 2023 when they spent the entire year Trump trial or Trump indictment over and over and over again.
That was the entire news cycle for 15 months.
And I'm telling you, your average Democrat, this is a lot of the union people that came over, they were sitting back to themselves.
They're looking at a wide open border, inflation out of control, the world's on fire, and they're saying to themselves, this is what you're focusing on.
So I think you need to avoid that.
So here's my plan.
I think you have to have the investigations, which Congress will do, especially if Cash Patel gets in, that's going to help you a lot.
And I don't want the public hearings.
I don't need some Republican congressman to get someone on so he can yell at someone on TV for five minutes so he can make a clip out of it.
I want a real investigation, do it behind doors.
And I think you focus on five things.
The J6 cover-up or Fedsurrection, COVID, the FBI, the Russia hoax, they all kind of go hand in hand.
And the Biden crime family.
You focus on every one of them.
Get as much information out as you can.
And this is how I think you can do it without overshadowing everything.
You charge them all.
All the big names that actually committed crimes.
That's the truth.
That's the point that they didn't do to Trump because he didn't actually commit crimes.
The people that committed crimes, you charge them.
One hour after they are charged, Donald Trump offers them a pardon.
Every single one of them.
And I know Sebastian is already shaking his head and he's walking back, but wait, there's more to this.
This is what I think, and this is the consequences of what you get away with.
You're offered a pardon, and here's your thing.
You've got until the end of the day to answer.
And I came up with this idea after Hunter Biden.
Because what was the problem with Hunter Biden and his pardon that can hurt him?
Is he now can no longer claim the Fifth Amendment.
So if I'm Trump, what I do, I offer him a pardon until the end of the day to accept it, and the next week I bring everybody in for hearings, maybe primetime hearings, kind of like what they did with January 6th, and you've got to admit it because they have to answer the question.
And here's my first thing that I'm going to offer them.
If you're going to maybe give them a subpoena and they're not going to show up, then you go to prison for four months.
Who started that?
That's called the Steve Bannon rule.
That's called the Peter Navarro rule.
And then I make them have to admit it.
I think that would be the best, instead of trying to go through indictments for a couple of years, if you could actually get them under oath to admit what they did, I think that would make a difference.
Now, Eric, am I going soft with that idea?
Is that not a good idea?
Seb wanted me to let you know he was not shaking his head.
He was nodding in agreement.
It's actually a really good idea.
I was doing that for theater.
I know.
Oh, okay.
It's radio.
It's theater of the mind.
That's a good way to put it.
That's a great phrase.
Yeah, no, that's actually a really interesting idea because it is not what you would expect from, you know, like, Fox News, you know, audiences would be like, yeah, yeah, jail them all, lock them all up.
Here's where I came up with this.
People like Comey, Ray, no one on earth despises those guys more than me.
But I'm not like the left.
I'm not like the left where I'm going to be any happier if they're in prison.
What I want is there's got to be consequences so this deep state nonsense doesn't happen again.
That's what I want to happen.
And I think it would be better kind of for healing the country and actually setting this up for 2028, 2032, if we're actually able to get these people under oath and admit it.
So, 833-33-GORCA. That's the phone number if you want to get in.
I know if you like my idea for the deep state.
And we're now joined by another note from the chair.
I actually was nodding!
I was nodding with you!
I know.
I told you.
It's theater of the mind.
It's radio.
I was just making it sound better.
Hang on.
I was nodding out there saying I love it because they're so going to go crazy that how do you respond if they've been given the pardon?
That's very good.
And the pardon, it's by the end of the day.
Don't give them time to get with the lawyers.
Totally, totally.
Do you like the chiron we gave you?
Did you notice the chiron we gave you across America?
No, no, switch it.
Science fiction.
Science fiction, man.
I like that.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Mr. G's in the chair.
He could do radio by himself, but I'll be back in the next hour.
But I want you to call in right now, everyone, and tell us how he's doing.
What do you think of Mr. G? 83333 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Coming to you from ReliefFactor.com.

They came to me six years ago.
I said, I don't advertise anything.
I don't endorse anything that isn't real.
I tried it.
I had a low back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, for almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor.

Now tell Jeff if he's doing a good job.
Call us, 833-33-GORKER. Mic's
Thanks, sir.
Thank you.
Okay.
I blocked the lines.
It's just a short segment anyway.
We got Antoinette, who's a regular, and then Jackie.
I put what she wants to say.
Okay.
Any final cuts you want to use here, Jeff?
Maybe if the calls go quick, I might just do the seven thing because Trump just had a slight one on it.
Seven, Mike Johnson.
Okay.
Okay.
No violence.
No hate speech.
Just happy warriors on America First.
All right, I'm back.
This is Mr. G, Jeff Harbaugh, sitting in for Sebastian Gorka.
Just for a few more minutes, Seb, he'll be back in the next hour.
And he'll be speaking with David Goldman for the hour.
But first, we're going to go to the phones.
Let's go to Antoinette in California.
You're on America First.
Hello.
Hey, Mr. G. How do I say this tactfully?
You're a hunk.
It's not Thursday, though.
Why are you calling a day early?
Did I compel you to call?
No, no.
And I'm going to call tomorrow.
But what I want to say is, number one, I love the idea with the Happy Women podcast.
Unlike The View, she needs to do that, Jennifer.
They should at least do a segment of the podcast like that.
I love that idea.
Unlike The View.
I love it.
I'm with you a thousand percent.
And the next thing is your whole plan?
Genius!
I don't know how to say that, but you're right.
And if they don't show up, they go into prison for four days and then four months, and then President Trump definitely pardons them.
But you are a genius.
I love it.
And you've got great blue eyes.
Talk to you tomorrow.
Thanks for the phone call.
All right, let's go to Jackie from Alabama.
You're in America First.
I was just thinking that all the things that the victims have gone through from January 6th, that if these pardon, if everybody gets a pardon, they'll be able to sue and then they can make themselves whole again.
You know, that's a good point, too, I never even thought of, too.
Because you do need to do something for the J6 victims, for all the stuff that they've been through.
I do like that idea, too.
You do get the pardon.
But for whatever it is, I am telling you from observing, especially the last two months since Trump's been re-elected, or the six weeks, whatever it's been, they are by far the most vulnerable on January 6th.
That is the one where they flip out the most.
That's where you even have guys like Benny Thompson, Who was over the committee overseeing January 6th.
We were playing the clip last week making fun of him where he's like, oh, I'd accept a pardon from Biden.
Well, he did it two more times since then.
He went on Al Sharpton again and he said he'd take a pardon from Biden.
And then I forget he did it on another show.
So now three times the guy that's on the J6 committee that's overseeing this whole entire thing, he's been asking for a pardon.
So January 6th, that's definitely where they're the most vulnerable.
But I can't.
I said, Jackie, thanks for the phone call.
It was a good call.
I don't have a book.
I don't have a merch store, so I can't offer you anything there.
So we're going to end it there.
Eric, what did you think?
No, what about Alex?
Who's going to give a real opinion?
I know Guy won't.
Guy's going to say it was good no matter what.
But Alex, what did you think of the hour here?
Dr. G's telling me to tell the truth.
You did amazing, Jeff.
Great job.
I don't believe you.
You're a natural.
I don't believe you.
Alright, play the music.
We're on the way out.
Sebastian Gorky, he'll be next.
He's been doing something for the transition the last hour.
Not the type of transition that's usually talked about here.
This is for the Trump transition team.
But he's got a full hour of David Goldman coming up next.
Jeff Harbaugh on America First.
Jeff Harbaugh on America First.
Jeff Harbaugh on America First.

Jeff Harbaugh on America First.
America is back, baby.
America is back!
Only the second president ever to ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange, the first being the Gipper, President Ronald Reagan.
That was Donald Trump.
He's not president yet, at least not officially, but most of the world and the U.S. markets seem to treat him as if he were.
What does this all mean?
Especially for our rival, let's put it politely, in Asia...
The rise of the new dragon, as described in the book by our one-on-one guest, You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sinoform the World.
We are delighted to have with us Dr. David P. Goldman.
David, welcome back to America First.
It's been far too long.
Sebastian, it's an honour and a privilege to spend time with you.
Thank you for the invitation.
Well, you're going to explain to us what has happened in the last six weeks, how the world, especially Asia, is reacting to the victory, the 77 million popular vote President Trump has garnered in the presidential elections.
Let's start with this super fun clip from Monday, where a CEO from a Japanese investment firm, SoftBank, is standing next to President Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
The president has just bragged about securing a hundred billion dollar investment from SoftBank.
And then, well, he demonstrates why he is the author of The Art of the Deal.
I'm going to ask him right now.
Would you make it $200 billion?
Believe it or not, he can actually afford to do that.
Would you do that?
Well...
My promise is 100, but, you know, he's now asking to do more.
I think, you know, with your leadership, my partnership with you, with your support, I will try to make it happen.
That's good.
All right.
200. He'll make it happen.
200 million investments.
He is a great negotiator.
As if 100 billion were not enough.
I'll see what I can do.
That is the art of the deal.
You are the author of the Spengler column for the Asia Times.
You know the region better than anyone.
Has anything happened in the Asia-Pacific region since the president won the election, David Goldman?
A great deal has happened, Sebastian.
The Chinese are pursuing a double track.
First of all, they're trying to de-escalate Problems with a lot of their neighbors.
In India, the Chinese and Indians have on their northern border reduced their troop commitments and try to avoid clashes such as they've had in the past.
China and Indonesia seem to be close to resolving some of their issues in the South China Sea.
China's backed off from the Philippines.
And is making nice noises to Vietnam.
So overall, the wolf warrior diplomacy, the attempt to bully and intimidate neighbors, is being dialed down.
They don't want to provoke their neighbors.
They don't want to provoke the United States.
On the other hand, last week, we saw a hundred-ship exercise by the Chinese Navy around Taiwan, unannounced, the largest exercise that they've ever had in history.
And as Navy people tell me, You conduct exercises like that to train your people for a possible kinetic event, also known as war.
So the Chinese are, on the one hand, trying to avoid provoking President Trump.
They don't want to tangle with him.
On the other hand, they are clearly showing their resolve to go to the mattresses if they feel they're forced to.
So if we had to think like the Politburo, the Central Committee, Xi Jinping, they've had a measure of President Trump as the 45th president.
What kind of scenarios are they playing with now?
Are they trying to think of how they deal with a new tariff-based economic warfare?
If you could be a fly on the wall, what do you think you'd be observing in Beijing, David?
I've been speaking to some Chinese insiders with, let's say, access to the thinking of leadership.
And in general, they're guardedly optimistic about President Trump, because in their view, Trump is a person who doesn't want wars, doesn't want foreign involvement.
So, for example, starting last spring, President Trump has been talking about inviting Chinese companies to build factories and create jobs for American workers, starting with electric vehicles.
He's repeated that several times in the past week.
So, from the Chinese standpoint, that's a possible way of getting around the tariff problems.
Exactly, of course, what President Reagan Did with the Japanese automakers in the 1980s when Japan was crushing the American auto industry.
So that's a possible good outcome.
On the other hand, the Chinese have for years, remember they've been living with tariffs for about six years now, systematically been shifting the weight of their exports away from the United States.
To the Global South.
So China now exports about three times as much to the so-called Global South, the developing world, as it does to the United States.
It exports more to the developing world than to all developed markets combined.
In 2007, exports to the US were 8% of China's GDP. Now it's closer to 2%.
So China has been diversifying its export profile.
Trying to avoid the worst consequences of a real dust-up over trade, which they still consider possible.
So from the standpoint of the Chinese Politburo, they're doing everything at once.
They're looking for possible deals with the United States, but preparing for the worst.
And talk to us about the other nations you mentioned with whom China has modulated its behavior.
Let's start with Japan.
How significant is it?
I wasn't familiar.
I don't move in the circles you move in.
How significant is it that SoftBank says, oh yeah, $100 billion?
Talk to us about Japan, maybe Vietnam.
How are they looking at January the 20th, David?
Well, Vietnam has become China's cutout.
For exports to the United States.
Vietnam now exports 25% of its gross domestic product to the United States.
It's an astonishing dependency.
And they've done that to reroute Chinese exports, which are subject to tariffs, to a third country, which is not subject to tariffs.
Now, of course, if we impose a high general tariff against all imports, that could be devastating.
The economy of Vietnam, and they really have no way to hedge on that because they have been all in on that China intermediary trade.
From the standpoint of the Japanese and the Europeans, they have no way to hedge against significant U.S. tariffs.
Both the Japanese and the Europeans are terrified, unlike the Chinese, Who are putting huge amounts of financing into the developing world to support their exports.
The Japanese and Europeans have extremely modest and limited efforts.
Remember, America's trade deficit with the European community is almost as large as our trade deficit with China.
And you know President Trump well, I don't.
But my impression is that when he looks at Europe and China, he doesn't hate Europe, he doesn't hate China, he hates trade deficits.
Yes.
So this may require the Europeans and Japanese to move capacity out of their home countries into the United States.
And there's another key thing here.
The cost of electricity for German industry is now five or six times higher than the cost of electricity for American industry.
Because the Germans made an all-in bet on cheap Russian natural gas, which was cut off because of the Ukraine war.
So, American factories pay 7 cents per kilowatt hour for power, Germans pay 40 cents, and the rest of Europe is not much better.
The Germans, in fact, have been moving capacity to China, where electricity also is cheap, and that gives them a very good motivation to invest in American manufacturing jobs as well.
All right, one nation we haven't discussed, we will do that next, is Taiwan.
We're talking to the author of the Spengler column in the Asia Times in the book, You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Siniform the World.

It's wonderful to hear from those who are familiar with the Angel Tree program that they get coverage in the local news as well.
This is from Omaha TV Channel One.
It's a struggle, you know, knowing that we can't be there for the ones that we love the most.
But Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program allows these dads to send their love home at Christmas.
Actually, I had pictures in that she was opening the presents.
For these fathers, it's not as much about the gifts, but the message they send to their kids.
It's something that's come from dad.
Pretty amazing to see her getting presents from her dad, knowing they're from me.
Reporting in Omaha, KETV News Watch 7. Changing the lives of those children who have an incarcerated parent this Christmas time.
These children are amazingly vulnerable.
They feel guilty for the crimes of their parents and more than 70% of them end up incarcerated themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
Let's make them feel a little bit more loved this Yuletide.
A gift of just $30 provides a Christmas present for that girl or boy from their imprisoned mother or father with a note of love that they are not forgotten and a children's Bible.
Will you do your part this Christmas to be a Christmas angel?
It's one of the most gracious, gracious, blessed things you can do.
$30 per child, $300 is 10 children who will feel a little bit more love this Christmas.

It was seen for the longest time, especially after Putin invaded the Ukraine.
David, that Taiwan was the domino that could fall.
China would take Taiwan.
Is Taiwan now safe, given that January the 20th is just around the corner?
Taiwan certainly is not safe.
It's safer with President Trump there than with Joe Biden, who is the worst president in American history, maybe with the possible exception of Buchanan right before the Civil War.
The Chinese have demonstrated their capacity to blockade Taiwan on several occasions, starting with Nancy Pelosi's ill-advised visit there a couple of years ago.
They, in fact, did blockade Taiwan for a couple of weeks—sorry, for a couple of days.
Taiwan's problem is that it produces no energy of its own.
It can store three to four weeks of natural gas, and, in effect, all China would have to do is send one missile over the bow of a liquefied natural gas tanker, and Taiwan's economy would shut down in a matter of 15, 20 days.
For lack of energy.
Chinese can do that anytime they want.
They don't want to do that, I believe, as long as they think they can get what they want without a fight.
That means the eventual reunification of Taiwan with the mainland, simply by Letting the situation drag out.
Let's stop there for a second.
Could you describe that scenario?
So what would be the non-kinetic way that China gets what they want from Taiwan?
What would that look like?
Just some kind of annexation by referendum?
There are many ways this could happen.
Right now, the Taiwanese government is split among three parties.
With the Kuomintang, which is pro-unification, pro-Chinese.
Can I interrupt you once again?
How on earth did the Kuomintang get to be pro-unification?
That seems the obverse of their original genesis.
Yes, they fought the civil war with the communists and they occupied Taiwan.
They fled to Taiwan.
However, I believe that the Kuomintang, who consider themselves mainlanders, believe in China as a unified nation, and they're afraid of the Chinese Communist Party, and they're afraid of war, and they're not willing to risk a war for Taiwanese independence.
The pro-sovereignty party, which is still the largest party, It's a minority at this point.
It has a plurality, but not a majority.
So there's nothing much that Taiwan will do in terms of internal politics for the foreseeable future.
What China has done is to demonstrate its capacity to blockade and strangle the economy of Taiwan.
As I said, a hundred-ship exercise, unannounced, largest in Chinese history, This is not a small gesture on the part of the Chinese Communist Party.
This is not just a steel fist under the velvet glove, it's a steel fist holding a hand grenade.
So the Chinese have demonstrated their seriousness.
On the other hand, Taiwan is an enormous asset for the Chinese.
It has one of the most skilled populations in the world.
Semiconductor industry is by far the best in the world.
They've left the South Koreans and, of course, everybody else in the dust.
They're the only industry in the world that can produce the very fastest, most advanced chips, including the ones used for training large artificial intelligence models.
The Chinese would like to acquire that rather than destroy it.
And as you know, a number of American policymakers like Robert O'Brien, who was briefly national security adviser in the first Trump administration, have talked about destroying the semiconductor fabrication plants in the event that the Chinese might get hold of them.
So I think what China wants is to acquire not just Taiwan's capacity, but its skilled workforce without fighting a war, which is dangerous, and without destroying what they have on the island.
And they've demonstrated their capacity to conduct a successful blockade anytime they want.
The problem with China is that with thousands of anti-ship missiles and a very sophisticated satellite system to guide them, the Chinese can pretty much sink anything on the surface within 1,500 miles of their coast.
This is clear from the Pentagon's annual reports on the Chinese military and many other analysts.
That means that Taiwan at this point is not defensible against a blockade.
We might be able to stop an invasion, but a blockade, given the density of Chinese missile coverage plus submarines, aircraft and so forth, means the Chinese mainland can intimidate them pretty much at will.
My own big beef with the American Navy is we should have put significant effort into Anti-missile systems, like the old Reagan Strategic Defense Initiative, directed energy weapons, for example, to counter China's advantage in missiles.
We haven't done that.
So, President Trump is inheriting the situation of the Biden administration, where China has at least local superiority around its coast.

Promo code G-O-R-K-A. We could spend the next several hours talking about the events in the Middle East, in Syria, and since October the 7th, David.
But talk to us how they impact upon...
I mean, Syria was...
A client state of Iran and Russia less than China.
Does China have a dog in the fight with regards to what we are witnessing in the Middle East?
Or do they, much like the Kremlin, just like to profit from instability?
China is joined at the hip to Turkey in the build-out of the new Silk Road in Central Asia.
And I expect some major announcements on this in the next couple of months.
China has wanted to create a land bridge from the Chinese industrial base to the European markets going through Central Asia.
And because of the Ukraine war and because of the boycott against Russian products, China's focusing on the so-called middle corridor, that's throughout through Azerbaijan, Turkey, then to Greece, Serbia, and on to Europe.
They don't want its stability in the area.
And the other main concern of the Chinese is that there are a lot of Chinese Uyghurs fighting with the HDS, with the Al-Qaeda spin-off that effectively took control of the country.
And the Chinese are deeply concerned that Syria might become a training ground for Uyghur fighters who might, though, take the war back to China itself, to Xinjiang province in the West.
The Daily Telegraph carried a banner headline a couple of days ago, quoting some of the Uyghur leaders in Syria saying, we are going to take the fight back to China.
So yes, they're very concerned about it, both because of their grand infrastructure plans, which will make Eurasia China's economic backyard, as well as their security concerns about the possibility of Uyghur militants trained in the Syrian fighting So, when you look at scenarios for the Middle East, what could you predict is Beijing's play?
Who are they going to side with most?
Well, Beijing has been entirely opportunistic.
Remember, They have very little experience in the Middle East.
They've got no troops on the ground.
They have a total of 800 Marines in Somalia.
They've got no bases otherwise.
They have no capacity to project power through a blue water navy, or at least very limited capacity.
So all they really have is the ability to spend money on infrastructure, give people goodies, and to talk to them.
They have some influence in Iran, which is their major Iran completely depends on China for its oil exports.
And they've got a great deal of influence in Turkey because Turkey's weak financial position and grand ambitions require Chinese support for their realization.
What I believe is going to happen in Syria is that Turkey will intervene to maintain the territorial integrity of Syria.
And allow themselves a free hand to suppress the Kurdish militias in the Northeast.
Remember, Turkey is a country where there really aren't that many Turks.
The Kurds are now a quarter of the population.
They're an entirely different ethnicity.
They speak a dialect of Persian as opposed to Turkish, and they've been fighting a dirty war against Turkey for nearly half a century now.
The nightmare of the Turks is that there will be an independent Kurdistan Breaking away from Turkey with the Turkish Southeast going along with this.
The Turks fear that a breakup of Syria would promote this momentum towards an independent Kurdistan and spill over into their own Kurdish territory.
So I think they'll be very active both to prevent Syria from breaking up and to suppress the Kurdish militias in the northeast of Syria close to the Turkish border.
That is why we have people like David Goldman on the show.

So let me say here that in front of the Chinese side, the United States does not have the qualification to say that it wants to speak to China from the United States does not have the qualification to say that it wants to
It's definitely one of our evergreens from the first China-US summit in 2021 in Anchorage.
The chief diplomat of that communist regime basically read Democrat BLM Antifa talking points to our chief diplomat, Antony Blinken, who just sat there like a whipped dick.
A very different thing is going to happen on January the 20th in terms of the evolution of China-US relations.
Let's unpack that with our good friend, the author most recently of the book, You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sinoform the World.
David Goldman, let me illustrate.
You're the expert, I'm the layman.
I'm going to ask two questions to do with drugs.
How does America walk the tightrope between At least 50% of our antibiotics being made in China and all the other things that are made in China that flow into this country in illicit fashion every day,
as well as those that flow in illicitly, that the majority of the precursor drugs that are used to make fentanyl in Mexico that is then smuggled across the border to kill more than 100,000 Americans every year actually are supplied from communist China We
can't do it instantaneously.
We are now more dependent on imports than ever before, shockingly dependent.
And that's not just for, for example, the feedstuffs for antibiotics.
If the Chinese were to cut those off, you'd have people dying of strep infections.
We also depend on China for lots of little parts, which are not high-tech, but are very expensive to manufacture on our own.
For example, every capacitor, every switch, Virtually every piece of utilities equipment that we use in our electricity industry comes from China.
And I know there are people in the federal government who've studied this and are very worried about our vulnerabilities.
Should China decide to hurt the U.S. economy by cutting off imports, they could do considerable damage.
The solution to this is that flexible manufacturing, computer-controlled manufacturing, can very quickly and very cheaply We need to replace imports.
The problem is we don't have enough of it.
The Chinese have more robots installed per industrial worker than we have.
In fact, China is installing more industrial robots than the whole rest of the world combined.
So I believe we need a World War II quality of mobilization to remove these dependencies by using the advanced AI-driven techniques in manufacturing Which are now available to us and could very rapidly reduce these dependencies, were we to do that?
Because we have dependencies, if we try to strong arm the Chinese on any particular subject, whether it's fentanyl or anything else we don't like, they have capacity to retaliate.
So the right thing to do is to use The leverage we have, they don't want to lose imports in the United States, even if they've reduced their dependency in the US, they don't want to lose those imports, and very rapidly eliminate those dependencies.
That means, as I said, a World War II level of mobilization for re-industrializing America, except this time it can be done for a fraction of the cost because artificial intelligence, big data, Computer controls give us the ability to manufacture much more cheaply than in the past.
If you had to take a snapshot of the, what did we call it during the Cold War, the correlation of forces, China-US when it comes to trade, who has the leverage over who?
Who is more vulnerable?
I think we've got different kinds of vulnerabilities.
China, as I said, China has reduced its dependency on exports to the US from about 8% of GDP in 2008 to about 2% now.
But if you include all the indirect exports they make to the United States, for example, through Vietnam and Mexico, the dependency is much greater.
The Chinese economy is not collapsing, but it's certainly not booming.
It's struggling.
A significant reduction in exports of the United States would hurt Xi Jinping, would hurt the Chinese Communist Party.
They don't want that.
On the other hand, the Chinese have considerable capacity to retaliate against us.
You look at the Biden administration.
This was a complete catastrophe in everything they touched.
They put up You know, what, $80 billion of subsidies for CHIP plants through the CHIPS Act, and everyone started building plants, immediately the price of constructing a plant in one year went up by 30% because the physical inputs weren't there, the skilled labor wasn't there.
The Biden administration left us with real vulnerabilities which should not be underplayed.
So I think the right thing to do is to bargain hard with the Chinese, but proceed With complete national commitment to reducing those vulnerabilities as quickly as we can.
And then the question of the fentanyl precursors being shipped from China to Mexico?
I think the Chinese, if they use their police powers the way they have in other areas, could reduce that drastically.
But that's presupposing they want to.
Isn't this a part of their unrestricted warfare?
Isn't this part of their plan to weaken us?
In the case of China, everything is negotiable.
If they're going to lose more than it's worth to them, they will do whatever we want to, depending on what kind of leverage we apply.
The Chinese approach to politics is completely transactional.
I don't believe that they have an ideological view of the world.
And I don't think they want to rule the United States.
The Chinese think that their system is so superior that no other country could possibly adopt it because we're not smart or hardworking enough.
That in and of itself is an ideological viewpoint.
The book is You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sino-Form the World.

You know, the true test of someone's character is how they behave under fire.
And we had one president who couldn't climb a flight of stairs, and another who was fist pumping after getting shot.
Fight, fight, fight!
Blood coming down the face.
Now, America is the home of the brave.
And there's no truer test than courage under fire.
So who do you want representing America?
Yeah.
Absolutely.
I love that clip.
I was there in the second row watching Elon, and given the fact that David Goldman has been such a staunch supporter of this show, we're very grateful, especially for the message he's been platforming here for nigh on six years, that we need a new Rice speech.
We need a new moonshot program.
We need to, you know, do what Kennedy did.
But now we've got the likes of Elon standing there at the stage with his Occupy Mars T-shirt on, fully supporting the president as the chairman of Doge, along with Vivek.
David, do you feel buoyed?
Are we on the cusp of seeing a not government-run revitalization of science and industry, but a true collaboration between these titans of industry and the second Trump administration?
I think you must be a little bit excited, at least.
Oh, I think it's...
Look, I'm pumped about Trump's election.
That fist pump after the shot was...
One of the most moving things, probably the most moving thing I've seen in my life in politics.
I think it's great that Trump has Elon Musk by his side.
People say, you know, you can't make money in manufacturing.
Software is eating hardware.
Then how come the richest guy in the world is a manufacturer?
Yeah.
Isn't that telling?
Isn't that telling?
If anybody knows how to revive American manufacturing, It's a guy who did what everybody thought was impossible.
And where would you start?
Because he did something insane.
He started a new car company, which is nuts.
Then he actually just revivified the space program.
What should be the next thing?
Is it semiconductors?
Is it the steel industry?
What sends a message to every other manufacturing sector and to our competitors?
What would David Goldman's choice be?
Well, the critical thing in manufacturing industry Is so-called flex manufacturing.
That's a trademark.
So I want to talk about the generic side.
As I said, all these little things we import from China, which make our utilities run, which make factories run, circuit boards, transformers, capacitors, the list goes on.
We're talking about, you know, $150 billion a year of this stuff, without which the economy shuts down.
You can make these things fast and cheap with computer-controlled manufacturing and artificial intelligence.
We simply haven't done very much.
So there are lots of things we could do.
There are obvious things like give scholarships for engineers like we did after Sputnik under the National Defense Education Act instead of for basket weavers or gender studies.
We should change the tax code to make capital investment a lot more attractive.
We should get the best techniques, best practices from all over the world, even including China, because the Chinese are ahead of us at industrial automation.
Let them build some of their best plants here, and let's steal the technology from them.
Any way we can get it, hook or crook, beg, borrow, or steal, or invent.
So what I'm hearing first is to leverage the new technologies of manufacturing, less focus on a specific product.
Did I hear you correctly?
That's exactly right, because once you have a computer-controlled factory, if you want to produce...
Widgets one day and capacitors the next, or circuit boards the third, it's easy to shift it around.
You just have to reprogram your machines.
It makes it very easy to deal with prospective shortages or boycotts of trade, whatever might be affecting you.
Artificial intelligence makes manufacturing fast, cheap, and flexible.
And that's what we should really focus on.
The Pentagon could do a great deal with that.
One last question.
Amongst the flurry of executive orders to do with energy, the border, national security, the president will be signing on day one on the afternoon of January the 20th.
If you had a Christmas Hanukkah wish list, what would be the one thing David P. Goldman would request that day?
That day, I would...
I would shift a good deal of the Pentagon budget into high tech R&D and high tech manufacturing.
In World War II and during the Cold War, the Defense Department was the great engine of technological transformation, and that's how we should use it again.
Love it.
