Last election, the former president came out on election night and declared victory before all the votes were counted.
What is your plan if he does that again in two weeks?
Well, let me say this.
We've got two weeks to go.
And I'm very much grounded in the present in terms of the task at hand.
And we will deal with election night and the days after as they come.
And we have the resources and the expertise and the focus on that as well.
So you have teams ready to go?
Is that what you're saying?
Are you thinking about that as a possibility?
Of course.
I'm sorry, maybe I wasn't paying attention there.
Jeff, what was the question to Kamala Harris?
It was something to do with about Biden's mental acuity, right?
Yes.
And her answer was about she's ready to govern?
Correct.
Okay, so did you edit that?
No.
Thank you.
I'm just making sure.
With former special operator with the Marines and the first Green Beret in Congress as well, Mike Waltz.
Don't go anywhere.
But first, is this the New October surprise?
Let's talk about somebody who it's difficult for me to discuss because I've worked with all the armed services, all the branches, except Space Force.
That was a little bit fresh for my career, coming as it did at the end of the Trump administration.
And I love my Green Berets, but when it comes to actual services, the Marines are closest to my heart.
I spent two and a half years working at Quantico, the crossroads of the Marine Corps, teaching for the Marine Corps University, for the captain's course, you name it.
And the next person I'm going to discuss...
He's not a Marine.
He may have had four stars on his epaulets.
He may have worn the Marine of the Corps, the uniform of the Corps, but he's no Marine.
He ended up as a civilian in the Trump administration as the Chief of Staff of the White House.
And he's a disgrace to the service.
He's a disgrace to the Republic.
And John Kelly is a disgrace to the oath of office and the oath of service that he took in uniform and out of uniform.
I knew this man.
He is the real reason that I left the White House.
And this individual is pure and utter, unadulterated scum.
His words are being used to undermine the president because they're desperate.
And everything that comes out of his mouth is an utter fabrication.
Does anybody in the world, well, maybe some of the viewers of CNN do, but does anybody believe what John Kelly says here in cut to about my former boss, the President of the United States, Donald Trump?
He commented more than once that, you know, that Hitler did some good things too.
And of course, if you know history, again, I think he's lacking in that.
But if you know what Hitler was all about, it would be pretty hard to make an argument that he did anything good.
If you know anything about history, well, I do know a thing or two about history, John.
And I know that Adolf Hitler, the trumped-up little corporal from Austria with the funny moustache, Was about Lebensraum, breathing space for his country, and the invasion and the conquering of Europe,
number one, the originator of World War II. And secondly, he is responsible for the Holocaust, the Showa, one of the greatest genocides in modern history, the attempt to exterminate the Jewish people at the cost of six million lives.
Eric, remind me, which U.S. official recognized Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish state after 23 years of broken promises by presidents of both the Republican and Democrat Party and moved our embassy there?
Which president was that?
That was the 45th commander-in-chief, Donald J. Trump.
And which president has a daughter that converted to Judaism because her husband is Orthodox Jewish and as a result his grandchildren are Jewish?
Who is that?
That is President Trump, his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner.
Do you know any fascists, any Nazis, any people who admire Hitler who have daughters who converted to Judaism?
Absolutely not.
That is like the ultimate sin in their crazy worldview.
That would be a little weird, wouldn't it?
Would be a little weird.
More than a little weird, yeah.
Yeah, thank you.
John Kelly continues.
This is big blockbuster audio of John Kelly giving his historic analysis of what a fascist is and whether Donald Trump is a fascist.
The clown, the traitor who is John Kelly.
Cut three.
What do you think?
Do you think he's a fascist?
Well, I'm looking at the definition of fascism.
It's a far-right, authoritarian, ultra-nationalist political ideology and movement characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized hypocrisy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy.
So certainly, in my experience, those are the kinds of things that he thinks would work better in terms of running America.
Admires people who are dictators.
He has said that.
So he certainly falls into the general definition of fascist, for sure.
I don't know which is worse, being a traitor.
Being human filth?
Or being really stupid?
The idea that you would even accept a job as Chief of Staff?
The idea that the Pentagon and the Senate confirmed you to your fourth star?
I mean, forget all the others.
Your fourth star.
And you think fascism is an extreme, ultra-right-wing philosophy?
I mean, how dumb are you, John Kelly?
Do you know who the first fascist was?
Do you know who invented the word fascism from the ancient Roman fasces for the bundle of sticks tied together, which together are stronger than if they are individual?
Do you know who that is, you cretinous individual?
It was Mussolini.
And do you know what Mussolini was politically before he established the fascist regime?
He was a socialist.
Yeah.
Do you know what the name of the Nazi Party was, you clinical imbecile John Kelly?
Nazi.
It's an abbreviation.
It's an acronym.
Do you know how to spell acronym?
National Socialist Workers' Party of Germany.
Oh, but fascists and Nazis are ultra-right-wing.
You're the threat.
Four Star General?
Who says things like that about his civilian commander-in-chief?
That's sedition.
That's subversion.
And that is why what happens in 13 days' time will determine the future of the republic.
We need to save it.
Are you doing something?
Are you a captain in the Trump force?
Go today, trumpforce47.com.

Because it looks like the White House if you're not paying attention.
She's done a couple things at the big things there.
Yes, yes, yes.
Alright, 2, 4, 10, 11.
Is there anything I'm missing?
What did you say, 2 what?
2, 4, 10, 11.
Is there anything else?
Well, there is Biden, but I'm sure you already posted that.
Vance's thing was pretty good about the addiction thing.
Yeah, that's cool.
Yeah, let's do that.
Let's do 7 as well.
Alright.
We gotta get the right wire again.
This one we don't need to take out.
John Kelly.
The scumbag John Kelly calls President Trump pro-Hitler.
Funny how his boss recognized Jerusalem, moved the embassy, and has a Jewish son-in-law.
A little bit What would you say?
Careful.
Four.
Four.
What do we say about four?
Can you guys see us?
We got you.
Kamala dodges Biden's mental...
Watch Kamala squirm and dodge the big question about Biden.
Yeah, the new one has...
Where's the new one?
Let's go with that.
Seven.
You can't believe the difference.
Touching words from J.D. Vance on dealing with addiction.
Got to clean that up.
Jimmy Kimmel praising Trump derangement syndrome.
Who is this guy?
He's hilarious.
Hashtag.
Mr.
Mayor.
I'm here with you.
Good to hear from you again.
So what do I push the Newsmax show, correct?
Newsmax 2, America's Mayor Live.
Yeah, sure, absolutely, 100%.
Good, good, good.
All right.
And that's, when is that?
That's, is that 7 o'clock?
That's at 8 o'clock every night.
8 o'clock, okay.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Why is Alex playing the theme tune from a British show that's called Two Men Behaving Badly?
Is it because of my next guest?
Are we going to get in trouble with him?
We will announce him momentarily.
He is one of the greatest Americans sucking oxygen today.
But first, I want to thank those who are supporting not only our audience, First responder and law enforcement heroes, but who have now broadened the aperture to support our critically wounded warfighters.
It is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, created after 9-11, to support the families of those wounded and who lost loved ones on that day.
Now they have decided to help those who come back from war fighting for us, fighting for freedom, who are very badly wounded and who need custom homes that comport to their physical condition and make their lives a little bit easier.
Homes which, by the way, Are provided free of charge with no mortgage.
Please become a supporter.
It costs just $11 a month to make these dreams possible.
It is t2t.org.
That's the Tunnel to Towers organization.
The letter T, the number 2, the letter T, t2t.org.
$11 a day to give back to those who have done so much for us.
All right, are we going to behave badly for the next two segments?
I think we should.
I think we have a permit because we don't need one, do we?
If we're talking to the most famous mayor alive today, a man who put five mafia dons behind bars, a man who revitalized the greatest city in the world and then helped it get up off its knees after the September 11th attacks.
Honored to get him on the show today.
Mayor Rudy Giuliani, welcome back to America First.
My favorite show.
Too kind.
It's almost as good as this show called America's Mare on Newsmax 2 every evening.
I've heard that's a very good show as well, Mr.
Mare.
It's good.
It's good.
We're copying you.
All right.
Well, I'm going to be on Rob Schmidt's show at 7 tonight on Newsmax.
Then you can click over to an N2 Newsmax 2 and watch the Mare.
All right, so I reached out to you.
You're a busy man.
You're always fighting for the truth.
But I saw this absolutely egregious headline about this judge's order against you that you have to forfeit your apartment, your valuables because of some libel case against two very suspicious election workers in Georgia.
I want to go straight to the horse's mouth.
Is any of this true?
No.
It's not true.
I never got a trial.
No, no, no.
I'm talking about the fact that this decision was brought.
Oh, the decision is true.
Yeah, it's from a Democrat judge.
Of course it's true.
And it's highly punitive and personal.
For example, they're going after my son for the Yankee World Series rings that I gave to him three or four years ago.
In fact, you can go back to quotes of mine years ago.
When they were going after me, originally they claimed that I got the rings as a bribe from George Steinbrenner when I was running for president.
So I produced all the records of the $20,000 or more that I paid for them.
And a letter from George Steinbrenner saying I was the only politician who paid for his tickets.
So when they stopped that, I also said, these are really intended for my son, not for me.
And a few years later, I gave them to him.
So they're going after it.
They're saying that was a fraudulent transfer.
I mean, I wasn't even thinking about this stupid...
So would you give us this fake libel or defamation case?
What was the...
And it wasn't even a real court case.
What were the original damages that you were ordered to pay?
$145 million.
There's no fair judge.
That wouldn't realize.
I mean, we used to get this against the city.
Somebody slipped and fell, right?
And would get a $90 million judgment and they were running away from the police.
So then you would go to the Court of Appeals and it would be either thrown out or reduced.
So this $145 million is funny money.
It's fake.
Yeah.
Any rational, sensible Democrat or Republican judge would realize this is a grossly excessive verdict.
And to reach such a verdict, you probably had somewhat of an unfair trial.
Meanwhile, they're enforcing the verdict before it's upheld on appeal, and they want to take everything away from it, including the jersey of Joe DiMaggio that he gave to me personally because I was his hero.
Now, that shocked me.
Why was I his hero?
Because he always hated the mafia, and I was the first Italian-American He said they did something about it.
Wow.
They want to take away from me the watch that was given to me by someone who means a great deal with regard to September 11, who lost her husband and then was found to be pregnant.
They want to take away from me things that I was given by the military, the first military that went into Afghanistan because they felt they went there to vindicate New York and they gave it to me.
They want to take away the only automobile that I have, which is worth about $20,000.
If I don't have the automobile, I can't drive.
I can't go—I mean, I can't go on and on with it.
They want to take away— And what is your sin?
What is your crime that the judge alleges?
I defamed them by saying that they were involved in double and triple and quadruple counting and various other parts of the fraud that went on in Georgia.
I was never found liable of that.
Instead, the judge who entered that decree— I did it because I wasn't producing enough documents.
And she said that was proof of my guilt.
Of course, you didn't take into account the FBI had seized most of my documents, and I was having trouble putting them back together.
And I don't know how not seizing documents proves that you were libeling them.
They also gave me a tape that nobody wants to pay attention to, in which three of 12 hours has been excised.
Deceptively, in which a lot of what I said could be proven.
And probably that was done by the Attorney General, I mean, the Secretary of State of Georgia.
And that affects both my disbarment proceeding and this case.
So what happens now, Mr.
Mayor?
Basically the parts of the tape that are missing are the parts where I made allegations from what I saw on tape of what they had done.
Preserved, however, is a portion of it in which one of these two is quadruple counting ballots.
On about three occasions.
Now, the full tape has more of that.
But at least those three occasions, I was never able to show that to the jury.
So what happens now?
We're up against a break.
We'll keep you over.
But I think the appeals court had a hearing on President Trump's judgment and they laughed at what the judge was doing.
They said it's absolutely absurd.
Is that the next step for you?
Well, I think so.
I mean, this judge is the same judge who called together—she was the chief judge in the District of Columbia—and she called together all the judges at the beginning of the January 6th debacle, and she told them they weren't giving large enough sentences.
So this is a pretty bloodthirsty judge who had my case.
And people who watched the case said they'd never seen a judge who looked angrier, meaner.
She actually threatened me from testifying With regard to the damages, she said to me, if I repeated what I had said, she'd hold me in contempt.
Now, she was, like, so trigger-happy, I'd have been in jail the next day.
We don't need you there.
Steve Bannon is enough.
Stay on the line, at Rudy Giuliani, right now on Twitter, every evening, 8 o'clock, on Newsmax 2.

We'll be back.
with America's Mayor after these messages.
Thank you.
Mayor.
The original judge is Beryl...
Beryl Howell.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
You know her.
Yes.
The judge now is sort of not as bad.
He's somewhere in between.
His name is Lyman.
He's a Democrat.
And it's on all over the place.
And his father was a very big Democrat, Arthur Lyman.
But his father was also someone I tried cases against, and we had great respect for each other.
So...
But he's, I mean, he's been impossible.
I mean, I have a Homestead exemption in Florida.
He's threatening that.
And he has no right to make decisions about Florida law.
He's making me, I mean, the things that he's making me give up are usually the things that you say, well, these are highly personal and people get to keep them, like gifts from their parents, So can you just stage this with an appeal request?
What is your next paper?
Well, yeah, we're going to appeal it.
But the case in the District of Columbia won't get appealed until, I think we get to argue it in December.
So it won't get decided until next year.
And the thing that's really unfair about this is the $145 million, look, I've been in In and out of courts for 50 years, obviously the $145 million is excessive.
Yeah.
And it's going to be either reversed or reduced.
Before you start dividing up somebody's property, how about figuring out how much it really is, right?
Right.
And then you take away a gift from their parents, who are dead, a gift from the military in honor of our mutual A sacrifice with regard to September 11?
No, it's just vindictive.
Or a gift from Joe DiMaggio.
That, to me, shows that they're being punitive.
Correct.
I wouldn't do that.
Of course.
If I were representing them, I'd say, well, you keep that.
Let me go after the money stuff.
How are you enjoying Newsmax?
I enjoy it a lot, and I enjoy this outlet of what you do because I think it saves me a very, very big psychiatrist still.
Anytime, anytime.
No, no.
People say to me, how do you maintain your composure?
I say, well, I get a chance every day to...
I get a chance every day to let it all out.
How about today?
She compares him to Hitler.
You take a man who's been almost assassinated twice.
I'm going to play that clip for you.
You've got to be a reckless idiot.
Well, we know what she is.
We're going to come in with what Biden said about putting him in prison, and then I'm going to tee up the cut from Kamala that you just mentioned, and then I'll get you through it.
I really love the comment.
I think this is real.
First of all, I think it's dangerous.
I mean, I think it really is.
Yeah.
I talked to him the day before yesterday.
Every time I talk to him, I hate to jink.
I say, please be very careful.
Yeah.
And I don't care if you don't do outdoor rallies.
Man, we don't need the outdoor rallies.
The indoor ones are fine.
Eric, come in with six, then I'll tee up 13.
Six, then 13.
And a pillow or no pillow?
other pillow up It sounds like I said this five years ago you'd lock me up No.
We gotta lock him up.
We've gotta lock him up?
Joe Biden in New Hampshire?
Wow.
That's when you get the quiet part said out loud.
We will continue our analysis momentarily.
But first, please make sure you support this show by supporting those who help us make it happen every single day.

MyPillow.com.
But you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A. We are back with the host of America's Mare.
8 p.m.
every evening on Newsmax 2, the new Newsmax channel.
In the break, you stole my thunder.
You talked about this announcement less than an hour ago from the vice.
Yeah, it drove me nuts today.
Yeah, let's play this cut from Kamala Harris, cut 13, just moments ago at the vice president's residence.
And it is clear from John Kelly's words that Donald Trump is someone who I quote, certainly falls into the general definition of fascist, who in fact vowed to be a dictator on day one and vowed to use the military as his personal militia To carry out his personal and political vendettas.
Donald Trump is increasingly unhinged and unstable.
And in a second term, people like John Kelly would not be there to be the guardrails against his propensities and his actions.
Those who once tried to stop him from pursuing his worst impulses would no longer be there.
And no longer be there to rein him in.
So strange talking about unelected officials who are meant to rein in the person who was chosen by the American electorate.
Mr.
Mayor, how dangerous is this talk?
I know they're desperate.
The polls are not on her side.
We're 13 days out.
But how dangerous is the language coming from Kamala and Biden?
Well, it would be dangerous in any situation.
But when you have a situation like this, where there have been two attempts to murder Donald Trump, one of them, you know, only by the grace of God, didn't accomplish its purposes, not any security they provided.
And I happen to know there are others that haven't been reported.
So I don't know the exact number, but the two we know about and plenty of others.
So you know this is a man under serious threat.
So now you exacerbate that threat by these ridiculously excessive charges.
To equate someone with Hitler in the minds of many people is an invitation to kill.
Because the argument is made, if Hitler had been killed in 1930 or 1932, maybe the rest of it wouldn't happen.
And to do it the way she did, she then emphasized the fact that Hitler killed 6 million Jews.
So, to even a slightly unstable person that hates Trump, you know how they use these words, dog whistle?
Yep.
This is a dog siren to kill Trump.
And it's a one-two punch.
It's the first guy saying he should be in jail, and the second one saying he's Hitler, with no recognition of the fact that you have an exceedingly sensitive, dangerous situation surrounding this man, where people have already tried to kill him.
Now, whether they realize it or not, it's either deliberate, because it's the only way they can get him out, and I don't discount that, because these people are both immoral enough to do it, Or it's complete stupidity.
But in either case, they shouldn't be within a thousand miles of the White House.
We have literally 60 seconds left.
We've got 13 days left.
What is your message to our millions of listeners, Mr.
Mayor, in the last 13 days?
Yeah, it's hard to say this, but you don't have a choice.
I mean, if you want to preserve your liberty, just take everything they're saying about Trump and realize it's projection.
They're the ones who are doing what they say Trump will do, who never did it, like prosecuting your enemies.
Trump didn't prosecute Hillary Clinton.
I wanted him to.
He didn't.
Biden is prosecuting me, Navarro, Bannon, Trump, and you can go away, Mike Roman.
You can go down to names you never heard about that were just...
Poor people working on the campaign.
He's prosecuting a hundred of us.
I don't think they're doing as many in Argentina.
Mr.
Mayor, is there anywhere that people can support you and your cause?
The best place to do it would be Rudy Giuliani CS dot com.
Okay.
Rudy Giuliani CS. That's common sense.
Rudy Giuliani CS dot com.
Let's support this man who's given so much to America, not just New Yorkers, but all Americans.
We are with you.

Hang on, what is there that we can have fun with?
This is the D segment.
We did 6.
We did 13.
Coming with 15.
What did you ask Eric?
Titles for Andrew, Monologue, Rudy.
Andrew is...
Something about how fiction is good for you?
Or is that a bit of a...
No, to be a real man.
Then...
No, what it means to be a real man.
What it means to be a real man.
Then the monologue...
John Kelly's no marine, he's a traitor.
Okay.
Then...
For that...
They picked the wrong mayor to mess with.
Alrighty, thank you.
Is number two for real, Jeff?
He's fielding another caller.
He's not saying it that way.
Okay.
But he really wants clarification?
He's saying that he hopes people like you would clarify it because...
But he didn't understand it?
Yeah.
Okay.
Alright.
We'll take it and then we'll go to Julie.
Three's pretty good about Rudy.
Okay.
Yeah, three is good too, yeah.
Thank you.
I'm going to talk about his running mate.
His running mate, Elon Musk.
Look, Elon's on that stage jumping around, skipping like a dip on these things.
You know it.
Did Tim Walz just Just describe somebody else with a rude word as being weird on stage.
Did I just hear that, Eric?
Did I hear that right?
Tim Walls, the guy with the...
How do you even describe the thing he does with his leg?
That is the sound of incredible lack of self-awareness.
Yeah, he's always doing these weird leg kicks on stage.
They're very effeminate, very suspicious movements, if I do say something.
I think we're going to have to have like an hour every day called the projection hour, where we just play cuts of everything they say about us, which they themselves are doing.
It's truly, utterly, it's creepy.
It's shocking, which is not the case with PhD weight loss.
It's not creepy.
It's a little bit shocking in case you look at the pictures of how much weight people lose naturally, but it's amazing.
If you're carrying some excess weight around the middle, if you don't want to have injections and needles and chemical dependency, check out the program that rid me of 42 pounds, Katie of 36 pounds, and got me down to a 36 waist in just a matter of months.
Don't give up.
Try it.
It worked for me with my wicked sweet tooth and my love of fried food.
It can work for anyone.

That's myphdweightloss.com.
On the topic of the scum who is John Kelly, Derek in Cleveland!
Thank you, Dr.
G. So you answered my question before I was able to ask if that was an excellent explanation, definition of what fascism is and why that does not apply to Donald Trump and that the left, the Democrats, they couldn't actually explain what it is correctly, but they overused the word and overused the word Nazi.
Well, they've emptied it of any content.
They emptied it.
When they call the man who recognizes Jerusalem a Nazi, it's like an insult to the six million souls killed in the Holocaust.
Yes, sir.
Am I correct?
Does fascism also have to do with the merger of state and corporate powers?
Exactly.
It's like, could you imagine if you had like a law enforcement agency that was federal and then worked behind the scenes with, oh, I don't know, big social media companies in California to censor the accounts of conservatives?
If that ever happened in America, that would be fascism.
Could you imagine that, Derek?
Exactly.
I was thinking the Biden administration and the big tech companies had something to do with that exact kind of collusion, since that's another word they like to use.
It's the state capture of corporations.
Corporations can exist.
They can be private entities, but they must do the bidding of the government.
That's what Mussolini created.
That is fascism, and that is Biden's administration today.
It is the antithesis of what President Trump did to get government out of the way.
Thank you, Derek.
Thank you for that call.
William Westchester, New York.
Hi, Dr.
G. Especially after listening to Mayor Giuliani, I pulled out my copy of the Constitution, and it certainly seems to me that he, Mr.
Trump, and many others basically are being pursued in a matter that violates the Constitution.
I spent 30 years Having taken a note to support it, but here I see, for example, under Article 1, Section 9, Bill of Attainer Ex Post Facto Law.
They're unconstitutional.
Article 8, we've got excessive fines, cruel and unusual punishment.
Even a law student with the capability of Kamala Harris should be able to draw up a very extensive brief proving the case I just made.
What say you, sir?
I say that would be if they cared about the Constitution, William.
Well, even somebody who's incompetent, the law student as Kamala, could do so.
No.
What did you do as you were protecting our republic, if I may ask, William?
Well, the Navy kicked me out after 30 years.
They said I wouldn't make captain, wouldn't make admiral, so get out of here.
Oh my gosh, 30 years.
Stay on the line.
You deserve one of our Butler hats.
Fight, fight, fight.
The iconic image or one of the mugs with the iconic image from Butler.
Stay on the line.
God bless you.
And thank you kindly, sir, for your service to this nation.
They don't care about the Constitution.
They're trying to rip it up every single day.
Stay on the line and Jeff will take your details.
That's line three.
Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn.
She's angry.
Judy, why are you angry?
I'm not angry.
Who said that?
I don't know.
Some guy called Jeff.
I don't know.
No, he misunderstood me.
No.
Could we pretend it's October 22?
Well, only if I get to celebrate my birthday again.
I just want to wish you a happy birthday.
Thank you.
I wasn't able to call yesterday.
I wasn't able to even listen to the show.
Hang on, you didn't listen to my show on my birthday, Judy?
I thought you were the number one fan.
You've said so.
Yes, absolutely.
Something happened.
Did you have to go and vote?
Because that's a good excuse.
Did you go and vote?
No, this is something that happened.
You know, Family Matters that came up.
Have you voted?
Have you voted?
No, not yet.
Not yet.
But listen, I want to wish you a happy birthday.
And I want to wish that your gift will be that President Trump, God willing, will be re-elected and have Dr.
Sebastian Gorka on his cabinet As well as we keep having you on the radio show, okay?
Well, that's going to be difficult.
That's going to be a juggling exercise to do three hours of radio as well as be a member of the cabinet.
That's very kind.
I'm not sure I want a cabinet job if, God willing, President Trump wins because, you know, it's kind of protocol and schmoozing and traveling and stuff.
I just want to do some real damage to the deep state behind the scenes.
So I appreciate the vote of confidence.
I appreciate you wanting me to celebrate my birthday for a second time.
But I have one thing.
To ask of you, Judy, and every American out there who wants to save the country, go and vote now.
Vote now.
Okay?
It's crucial.
We cannot get enough people to physically vote on Election Day.
Did you hear what Ned Ryan said two days ago?
The voting ballot in, what was it?
It was Arizona, right?
Or Nevada, one of them.
It's four, Arizona, four pages long.
It takes like 10-15 minutes to just tick every box.
On one ballot that's four pages long.
And the most important thing after the president is right at the end of the ballot is his pro-life measure.
So if it's 10-15 minutes per person, I've got photographs from our team member in Florida.
There was an hour-long wait at the polling stations in Florida today, just today.
If we wait till election day, that's it.
It's not going to happen.
So vote early.
Vote now.
Bank the vote.
Save the president time and money.
Let's beat them at their own game.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
And we are sitting in the luxurious relieffactor.com studios.
Over a million Americans every morning, just like me, and every evening take their little sachet of relief factor capsules.
Why?
Because its ingredients are proven anti-inflammatories that attack the source of the pain, which is the inflammation.
If you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, you owe it to yourself to order the three-week quick starter pack right now for the paltry sum of $19.95.
That translates to less than a dollar a day.
You can't even get a decent cup of coffee for less than a dollar.
Call them right now.
You know the number.
1-800-4-RELIEF, relieffactor.com.
That's 1-800-473-5433.
You owe it to yourself to know if you could be the next success story.
relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
Randy and John next here on America First.
Thanks are hot.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Is there another short one?
He did Biden already.
11 is short.
The Lincoln Project guy.
Oh, okay, yeah.
Coming with that.
Come in with 11.
Jeff, who is that lunatic?
Stuart Stevens.
And who does he work for?
The Lincoln Project.
Did he just say that this is the greatest campaign in history?
Yeah, well, we'll look back on it as that.
Ah, okay.
Yeah.
You're funny.
How's John Weaver, by the way?
Is he still having sex with underage males?
You know the founder of the Lincoln Project?
Stu?
Just get back to us.
You know the number.
Somebody who does is Randy in Noakesville, line four.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr.
Gorka.
Hey.
Hey, I wanted to mention to you that the day before yesterday, I was listening to another guy who doesn't deserve his rank, Admiral Stavridis.
Oh, my gosh.
He said, John Kelly is my best friend, and the things that he said about Trump have got to be taken seriously, just like he confirmed to me personally that Donald Trump did say about our Yeah.
Disgracy.
You know, Hugh Hewitt has him on his show every week, Dr.
Walker.
Well, he's a perfect exemplar of, you know, the rhino establishment.
I met Stavregis, sadly, when he was Saccchio, when he was still in uniform.
He's less of a disgrace than Kelly.
He's just a pathetic, small little man.
Thank you for the update in boiling my blood.
Let's go to John in Delaware.
Hello.
I just saw Mayor Giuliani, and I must admit I'm appalled...
There's a man who, with his courage, led New York out of the 911 rubble.
And they're treating him like this.
I'm just upset about that.
I also want to say that Delaware early voting starts, I believe, on the 25th.
I'm ready to go.
Thank you, sir, for taking my call.
God bless.
And at the dinner last night, who was it who said it?
My little birthday dinner.
Delaware.
Delaware could go Republican.
That's incredible.
Delaware.
You know, Biden country.
Stunning!
We're going to analyze that and so much more.
If you want to understand what the Democrat Party has become and why we have to defeat them, it's an 80-year-long story of the radicalization of one of our two parties.

And I notice my palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, vomit on my sweater already, my arms forgetting.
I'm nervous, but on the surface, I look calm and ready to drop bombs, but I keep on forgetting.
Jeff, what was that?
Who was that?
And what was he?
What did he think he was doing?
It was Obama.
He was trying to rap an Eminem song.
He definitely looked like he thought he was very cool.
Of course he does.
But you said something interesting earlier on when we were reviewing these cuts for today's superlative show.
You said he's kind of like given up?
It seems like a lot of them are.
I mean, this is the vicious whole deep state.
They're not really putting up much of a fight the last few weeks.
And especially, I would say, the last couple of days, I just don't want to tempt fate.
Okay, guys, we fight, fight, fight.
We get 10 people to the polls.
We go to TrumpForce47.com.
We do it all.
But it seems like the last two or three days, doesn't it seem like they've just kind of given up?
Well, if you're around her, let's say this.
Let's say she's down a point.
Just say she's down a point.
There's nothing she could do to get back to that.
She needs to make a comeback the next two weeks.
She's incapable of it.
What could she do?
Interviews, she's horrible.
Policy ideas, she doesn't really release them.
What do you do?
She's not a very good campaigner.
How do you turn this around is what I'm saying.
Well, what they think they do is they get a story from a year ago with John Kelly and they try and say this is a new story.
Well, the thing is you had eight years of oppo research basically against Trump.
It's not working at this point.
Whatever you come up with now, the people that are going to believe it, the people that aren't, aren't.
Well, I made this point over dinner last night.
Can you imagine?
Is there any American, Jeff, any American who after 20 months...
50 FBI agents, 300 search warrants, you know, 400 affidavits that any American wouldn't be found guilty of something and they couldn't get one thing on President Trump with a Mueller probe.
Exactly.
One!
Exactly.
I mean, how many business deals has he inked in the last 50 years?
That was the time to give up on the lawfare then.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, totally.
Totally.
Okay, so this is what I was thinking of all through the morning as I was prepping for the show, because I do prep for the show sometimes, honest.
And it goes to this cut from Kamala on NBC. Let's just play the cut.
This is cut five.
This is the woman who is cratering in the polls.
We are sitting here two weeks away from election night.
Last election, the former president came out on election night and declared victory before all the votes were counted.
What is your plan if he does that again in two weeks?
Well, let me say this.
We've got two weeks to go and I'm very much grounded in the present in terms of the task at hand and we will deal with election night and the days after as they come and we have the resources and the expertise and the focus on that as well.
So you have teams ready to go?
Is that what you're saying?
Are you thinking about that as a possibility?
Of course.
What did that answer mean, Eric?
What did she say she's going to do?
What was that answer?
Live in the present?
What?
Well, she said something similar in a previous interview at a rally where someone shouted, you know, lock Trump up.
She said, the lawyers will take care of November.
So she's reiterating that again, saying, we got plans.
Okay, we got plans for November.
Like, it's very ominous.
It echoes of that Time Magazine article in 2020.
Right, how they conspired to, quote-unquote, save the election.
So here's what I want to concentrate on for the next six minutes.
What are they going to do?
This is called red teaming in the U.S. Army.
You have to think like the enemy, like the other side.
Ignore that stupid question, if he declares victory after losing, what happens if by, I think, let's say the morning after the election, so 14 days from today, It is clear President Trump has won.
Even if not all the ballots have been counted, we know based upon the voter registry polls that there aren't enough outstanding ballots to be counted for Kamala to get the requisite number of Electoral College votes.
It's just absolutely physically, empirically impossible, and President Trump has the Electoral College majority.
What are they going to?
Oh my gosh, he's doing it again.
He's in Zebulon, Georgia.
Zebulon, Georgia.
And he's giving a rally right now, Town Hall.
That's President Trump.
If there's anything cool, we will share it with you.
So keep an eye on that, gentlemen.
So, Wednesday morning.
Anybody who's reasonable in the media, any one of the handful of reasonable pollsters, like our friend Rich Barris, like Robert Kahaley at Trafalgar, say, yep, he's the president.
There's no mathematical way for her to win.
What does the left do then?
Now, there's the stuff that's kind of obvious, what they did with Al Gore, remember the hanging chads, what they did in 2016, where the party itself says, we are not going to recognize this.
I mean, how many audio cuts do we have of the likes of Maxine Waters, of Jamie Raskin standing up in Congress saying, no, we're just not going to verify these results.
So that which they accuse President Trump of doing should he quote-unquote lose.
That is a bare minimum.
What about the scarier stuff?
What about the Mark Eliases of the world?
What about all these foundations that have been pumped?
Some of these NGOs that were literally created in the last 12 months that have had millions and millions, if not billions, of dollars funneled into them by the federal government, by Democrat donors, by slush funds to do lawfare.
What is going to happen in the courts across the nation, in those states where you know it's going to be tight.
I mean, that's the way the Electoral College works.
There are going to be some counties, some states, some municipalities where it's going to be two votes, three votes, a hundred votes.
There are going to be some Electoral College totals for a state that were won by less than a thousand votes.
Are we really expecting them not to gum up the courts?
With file upon filing of challenges and then the really dark stuff.
What do you think is going to happen with Antifa?
What do you think is going to happen with Black Lives Matter?
Should it by Wednesday morning be patently clear that President Trump has won the election?
Are we as conservatives ready for that?
Look, I don't work for the Trump campaign.
I know all the key people there.
I reach out to them.
I send them ideas from you guys as well.
They help me if I need to go to an event or have a guest come to one of their rallies.
But I don't work for the campaign.
And I very rarely pester the president.
I've called his phone maybe twice in the last three months.
But if you're listening to this, my friends, especially those of you who counsel the president, I would ask that in the next 13 days, you spend at least a day or two on the following question.
How are we, the patriots, who God willing if we win, how are we going to be ready for what the other side does?
Because remember, the biggest difference, the defining difference between us and them is that we believe in objective truth, therefore we believe in objective morality.
We're not moral relativists.
We're not post-modernists.
As such, there are limits to that which we will countenance.
We won't do immoral things based on the philosophy of, well, the ends justify the means.
That's the left.
When you deny the existence of God, when you deny the existence of truth, there is no morality.
You are permitted to do anything that you need in order to acquire or maintain power.
That is the definition of the left.
If that's their worldview, is there anything they won't do?
Two of them have tried to kill President Trump already.
One of them came within a quarter of an inch of succeeding.
So let's all think about it.
Spend some time.
Because it's going to affect all of us, not just President Trump, not just his party, not just his campaign, not just his family, not just his supporters, every single one of us who is a patriot, who believes in God, who believes in America.
Have you thought about what they're going to do?
Are you ready to respond to what they're going to do?
Think about it.
Forearmed.
Forewarned.
Prepared.
These are all really synonyms.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Oh, yeah.
Totally.
You know what they're gonna crack down on too?
Podcast.
Because it's becoming part of culture.
It's the one thing that's not really censored, you know what I mean?
Yes, yes.
Oh, totally.
And Trump's doing really, really well with that.
It's a new audience.
Yes.
And that's the future, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
Like, for sure, like, when he went on Aiden Ross' stream on Kick, and Aiden Ross gave him the Cybertruck with the image of the assassination attempt on it, They said, oh, that's a gift!
That's illegal!
Like, they'll go after him.
He's like 26 years old.
They'll go after him.
I love how much money these podcasters do.
Some of these young guys, how much they're making.
They make stupid money.
It's unreal.

Okay, mic's off.
Thank you.
So where are you coming from today?
I'm in Texas.
I'll be through North Carolina tomorrow.
Speaking tomorrow in North Carolina, then we have our gala here from Mighty Oaks Foundation this weekend.
We have Terry Crews speaking.
Wow.
It looks like we sold out.
First sellout.
How many people?
A thousand.
Nice.
Yeah, so it's first time in 15 years.
You've been doing it for 15 years?
Yeah.
Wow.
15 years now.
We've been able to help a lot of people.
it's pretty awesome one minute it.
One minute.
I don't want to come in with anything here.
Yes, let's come in with...
Mm-mm-mm-mm.
We did that.
Did it do it?
So yesterday we learned that Donald Trump's former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had.
Donald Trump said that because he does not want a military that is loyal to the United States Constitution.
He wants a military that is loyal to him.
He wants a military who will be loyal to him personally, one that will obey his orders even when he tells them to break the law or abandon their oath to the Constitution of the United States.
That's strange because everything you stood for for the last four years, Kamala Harris, has been to shred the U.S. Constitution.
Let's start with one thing.
You are the Bordazaar.
And you absolutely dismantled our border.
That is really one of the only things the federal government should ever do, is maintain the national sovereignty of this nation.
And you stand there today at the vice presidential residence because it's painted in white and you think it looks like the White House, desperate in the last 13 days.
We know what you're doing.
Your campaign is cratering and you are playing fiat tactics because that's all you have left.
We're going to talk in a moment to somebody who actually respects the U.S. Constitution and has bled for the U.S. Constitution, worn the uniform of the Republic.
But first, I haven't mentioned it in a long time, and yesterday I enjoyed a cigar or two.
Are you part of the Dr.
G Liberty Cigar Gang?
The latest is the Teddy Roosevelt.
It took me years to find a cigar worthy of our website.
It's finally there.
From the Liberty Cigars brand, it's the Dr.
G Teddy Roosevelt Cigar.
Get yours today.
SebGorkaStore.com That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com Chad Robichaud, do you smoke cigars?
I've had...
Two or three of my life, and they've been on some very special occasions where a cigar was warranted and with people that it warranted me smoking a cigar.
So I have, but I don't regularly.
I'm not saying that moment won't arise again where I light one up and do it in celebration of something special.
Well, you're about to have your gala for your incredible organization, the Mighty Oaks Program, the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
We might have to send you some of our cigars.
So, you know, you need a good excuse, and I think you've got one.
So, Chad, you've had me on your podcast recently.
The thing went absolutely viral.
We love having you on our show.
For those, before we get to your latest announcement, your book that we'll discuss in a second, for those who forgot or didn't know what the Mighty Oaks Foundation is about, would you tell us about this incredible mission that you now do out of uniform?
Yeah, it's still serving.
I'm still serving.
It's been out of uniform.
I'm helping my brothers and sisters who served alongside me.
They have served our country since 1775.
Every veteran who's fought, bled, and died for our freedoms deserves the right to come home to a grateful nation of people who's going to help them to be able to reintegrate and reintegrate healthily.
At Mighty Oaks Foundation, we do non-clinical, faith-based, peer-to-peer Recovery and resiliency programs.
We've served over half a million warriors in the last 15 years.
I speak at base all around the world on the topic of resiliency in our recovery programs.
Explain, because that's a kind of technical term of late.
What does resiliency mean when you're talking about veterans who are coming back from war zones?
Yeah, I'm super happy to ask that because the word resiliency means a lot to me.
In fact, the name of my podcast is The Resilient Show.
Resiliency is making sure our men and women in uniform are equipped to be able to do the battles and the duties that our nation needs them to do, to defend our nation and protect people around the world that can't protect themselves.
In order to do that and do it well, and then be able to bounce back from those difficult jobs, they have to be resilient.
So the military breaks down resiliency in four areas.
Mind, body, spirit, and social.
So to be mentally fit, mentally have the right perspectives and the right attitude, to be knowledgeable about their job, to be physically fit, socially to be around the right people, and then spiritually have a strong spiritual foundation.
Me being a Christian, I think there's no stronger pillar than the foundation of faith for our service members.
And, you know, that's been a battle for our service members to be able to have the right to do that.
It's been fought back and forth between administration and administration.
Right now, in this current election, one of the things I'm fighting for and recently just testified at Congress for was to make sure our service members in uniform and out of uniform as veterans have a right to be able to have faith-based care.
And we're able to do that through successes of Mighty Oaks and what we've done successfully over the last 15 years.
So will you talk to us about what you've witnessed?
Because you've been doing this for 16 years now.
Originally, after World War I, it was shell shock.
Then after World War II, because it was 12 million GIs and Marines that came back, it really wasn't a thing.
You know, our fathers, our grandfather's generation kind of kept that stuff quiet, kept it to themselves, didn't talk about it much.
How have things changed?
And what have we seen in our veterans since the GWAT, since the Great War on Terror, the Global War on Terror?
What has been the biggest deficiency?
Let's start with that.
What has been the biggest deficiency in how we help them reintegrate?
Well, I think there's a lot of things that are different between the greatest generation and our current generation.
One is I do believe many World War II veterans did suffer, but they suffered in silence.
However, I do believe it was culturally that generation was stronger.
They were more resilient.
When we talk about the word resiliency, they were more resilient because it came from a more resilient culture.
Faith was a big part of American culture, and a lot of that has been taken away.
Since 1775, every service member received the Bible.
As part of their service.
That was taken away in 2009 by President Obama.
So our military has moved away from the spiritual pillar of faith.
In addition to that, most World War II veterans did one deployment, a horrific deployment.
But our current generation and GWAT generation, you have people like me that did eight deployments.
I know people that did 16, 17, 18 deployments.
So the continuous whole career of just deploying.
We have people that raised their hand to serve during wartime and retired still during wartime.
And the accumulation of that stress and the accumulation of being in a military environment that's stressed And then the weakening of our society and our culture and a lack of resiliency in our culture has produced a generation of veterans who are suffering from anxiety, depression, being diagnosed with PTSD. And then couple that with a Veterans Administration that is ill-equipped to be able to serve them.
One, they're just an inefficiently run organization.
You can see it in numbers.
Three years ago, the budget was $170 billion to run the VA. Fast forward now, it's $400 billion So they doubled their budget, but the approval rating went from 70% approval by veterans down to 40%, a 30% reduction in approval rating.
And why would that be?
Well, the answer is pretty clear, just like in the Obama administration, the 100% of the programs are clinical.
They're approved by the FDA. And so people understand what I'm saying.
For the VA to approve a program to treat veterans, it has to be approved by the FDA. So you have a 100% clinical program, $400 billion being spent, and these programs are failing our veterans with a suicide rate at an all-time high.
The approval rate's down 30%, and our veterans are suffering from it.
When our friend Robert Wilkie left his position as Secretary of Veterans Affairs in the Trump administration, he'd taken that organization from a 26% approval rating to more than 90% and they have demolished that.

Go ahead.
I have something really powerful to share in response to Kamala's shot at President Trump.
If you want to know it, it's a DOD directive.
They just released 5240 that basically gives the military...
It's essentially martial law that has been secretly declared.
I don't know if you're familiar with this.
I am.
I saw that.
We'll discuss that.
I'm going to play you one more cut and then we can talk about that.
I saw that on social media.
What's that?
Let me look that number up again.
DoD Directive 5240.0.1.
Hasn't been touched, essentially, in 42 years, but then they revised it a month before the election.
Got an 180-degree reversal.
5240.0.1, right?
0.01.
0.01.
Okay.
libs of TikTok.
All right, I'm going to send you this image, Eric.
Okay.
I put that on my Instagram and it kind of went nuts.
Yep.
I think it's had...
It's a pretty crappy resolution, Eric.
Put them both side by side, and then it'll just squish them down a little bit.
Okay.
Did they give a reason why they did that?
Probably some boilerplate.
Kathleen Hicks.
It was approved by Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
Thank you.
September 27th, essentially a month before the election.
yep how bad does it look Put it up on the screen.
I don't know how I can put them both together at the same time.
They have to be two separate images.
Oh, then try.
I'll send you this one instead.
This is just...
Oh, this is...
How much time have we got?
Hang on.
This one should be a little bit better.
Come on, come on.
Also pillow here.
Yeah.
This one should be a little better.
All right, 40 seconds, Chad.
All right.
Yeah, that's better.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And then he said, if you need help, I'll help you out.
So a few months later, when he's in this meeting with staff, this is where the reporting comes in.
According to Goldberg, Trump asked, did they bill us for the funeral?
What did it cost?
According to attendees and contemporaneous notes of the meeting taken by a participant, an aide answers, yes, we received a bill.
The funeral cost $60,000.
Trump became angry.
It doesn't cost $60,000 to bury a...
Mexican.
Excuse my language there.
I just read it.
There is no sewer, there is no gutter they will sink to.
The idea that President Trump would talk about a serviceman killed in action that way, it's more than disgraceful.
It's absolutely irreprehensible.

You support our veterans today, thousands and thousands, probably tens of thousands by now.
Could you just speak to the clip I played of Kamala Harris today saying President Trump wants generals like Hitler to serve him, and then that liar Erin Burnett saying President Trump uses foul language about our dead war fighters.
Could you just put these clips into context of what you've witnessed in the last eight years from this administration and President Trump?
Yeah, well, first I'll say you spend time around President Trump.
You spend a lot more time than me, but I've got to be around President Trump personally.
And outside of my personal opinion, his policy reflects someone who loves and supports our troops and has done everything to equip them to be able to do their job.
And as a companion in chief, I don't know in my lifetime, and I've been around the military for 30 years now, A commander-in-chief who has loved our troops more than President Trump and his actions show it.
So all this stuff that people are saying, I just don't buy it.
And to say that President Trump wants a Hitler-style military that serves him and not the people, well, I think The actions of this administration would say that they're the ones that want that.
They secretly just passed a DOD directive.
And you can look this up because it'll sound like conspiracy when I say it.
5240.01.
So this directive, this DOD directive came out in 1982 and it's been largely untouched outside of technology things.
For the last 42 years, but one month before the election, they changed this directive.
Let me read the title of the directive.
So this is the DOD document, 5240-01, DOD intelligence and intelligence-related activities and defense intelligence component assistance to law enforcement agencies and other civil authorities.
Why is this document that was altered just last month on the 27th of September, why is this frightening, Chad?
Well, I mean, one, it's frightening because it's one month before election.
It hadn't been touched in 42 years, so why would they touch it now?
But two, that document prevented the United States military to collect intelligence on civilians, to hold intelligence on civilians, and to share intelligence on civilians.
Furthermore, it prevented the United States military from taking physical action against civilians, such as law enforcement would, to include lethal force.
So the revision was 180 degrees different.
One month before the election allows the military to collect on civilians, to hold information on civilians, to share information on civilians, and also to use military force on civilians, and even says in there, up to lethal force.
This should terrify every American.
I mean, why would they do this after 42 years, one month before the election?
It doesn't make any sense, Sebastian.
It doesn't make any sense.
How serious is the effect outside of that?
And God willing, you know, President Trump wins in 13 days' time.
How serious is what's happened to the military internally in the last four years?
I hear these reports.
I was in Bragg for a retirement ceremony last Friday.
It's as if our nation is being run by people who actually don't like the military chat.
It is.
I mean, look, I think COVID, the vaccine, was an attempt to purge noncompliers.
I think there's been a pressure inside the military that I've seen inside the military to push DEI inside the military, to push transgender training inside the military, to reduce the morale of our military to where But patriots don't want to serve.
Now, largely, that hasn't been effective.
I mean, it's been effective in the sense that we see the lowest recruiting numbers we've seen since Vietnam.
But we still have amazing young men and women that are raising their hand despite this administration willing to serve.
However, it has impacted morale.
It has impacted combat readiness.
It has impacted national security.
I do believe, however, with this something like this 5240.01 directive change, I believe we still have a military that would not comply with what's unlawful because, by the way, that is unlawful.
The Supreme Court has stated that any order, even from the president, that's repugnant to the Constitution is null and void.
So I don't think this is a lawful order.
It's in violation of our Constitution.
All right, hold it there.
Hold it there.
We're talking to the head of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, mightyoaksprogram.org.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, broadcasting to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
We're very grateful to this organization for standing with us for the last, wow, five-plus years.
It's going to be six soon on January 1st, and I'm personally grateful to them because they've rid me of the lower bank pain issue that plagued me for nine years, for almost a decade.
And whatever I did, it didn't disappear.
I took Relief Factor.
Two weeks later, I was pain-free.
Can we make that your story?
I think it should be.
There's only one way to find out if you could be the next success story, but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com or just call them 1-800-4-RELIEF. You owe it to yourself to find out if you could be the next success story.

So cool.
Jad, there's a guy on the cadre at the Q course in Bragg, and after 58 years working first as a Green Beret and then as a civilian at the JFK school, his retirement ceremony was on Friday.
And I walk in and they had the company commander, they had the major running it, they had the CG as well.
For Michael Brown.
And I'm waiting in the auditorium and I get several active duty Green Berets come up and say, we loved that story you said on that podcast of Robichauds about the Green Berets going to see the president.
They just bloody loved it.
They loved it.
Anyway, I don't know how many views it had.
I think it was close to 700,000 or so.
But it did really well.
They loved it.
They loved it.
So you're reaching everybody, not just the Marines.
Yeah, that was a great story.
The clip was perfect.
Come in with nine.
Come in with nine.
YouTube doesn't like you though.
No, I'm banned on YouTube.
If you show a clip of me on YouTube, you will be demonetized or the video will be deleted.
Well, it did not perform...
They didn't kick it off, but it did not perform well on YouTube.
But everywhere else you perform well, just YouTube.
Yep.
Play Me Cut...
What did we not play?
Have we played...
Oh no, we've played them all.
Okay.
Yeah.
Alright, just coming with JD. Alrighty.
And you're talking about the new book here?
Yes, new book.
Okay.
Patriot.
Thanks.
Actually, I've done enough Patriots today.
That was just an extra.
Copy.
45. Mm-hmm.
45.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I've got the easiest job in American politics.
I've got to remind people that Donald Trump delivered the fastest rising take-home pay in 40 years.
If it looks like we're having fun in the Trump campaign and it looks like the Kamala Harris-Tim Walsh campaign is a little bit sad, I think it's because they're terrified of having to continue to explain their record.
My friends, the joy is gone.
The joy is gone from the Kamala Harris campaign.
From one Marine to another, making a very trenchant observation.
J.D. Vance, where's the joy?
They don't seem so happy, and all President Trump has to do is to shuck some french fries at McDonald's, and they go, absolutely insane!
What is going on?
Let's talk about real service to the nation, real patriotism.
We're here the head, the founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, Mighty Oaks Foundation.
This is a real story, right?
This isn't fiction, Chad.
No, this is, you know, after the Afghanistan withdrawal and all of the enemies of the world were emboldened to do whatever they wanted to have free reign under President Biden, Putin put 100,000 troops on the eastern Ukrainian border to flex and see what the world would do.
And when Putin did that, President Biden made the decision to close our embassy and our consulate to remove the U.S. troops there.
And in the Western world, does what the rest of the world does.
They follow America.
And those actions.
And he did that before, by the way, removed our troops, closed our embassy, closed our consulate, before he removed Americans safely out of Ukraine.
And that led to a green light for Putin to go into Ukraine and wreak complete havoc.
We know over a million people have been killed.
Many civilians have been killed, women and children.
And so during that time, myself and some of our team of special operations veterans who do this kind of humanitarian work knew we needed to position ourselves to evacuate Americans and other vulnerable people groups.
And so we were there before.
One of our teammates were there in the ground in Ukraine before February 24th, which was the invasion day of 2022.
I was there a few days after, and we rescued a large number of people out of Ukraine.
We came to include Fox News reporter Benjamin Hall, recovered the bodies of his teammate Pierre Zusevsky, and many others.
And we were just honored to get to serve at that capacity.
And one of the big parts of the book is the fact that I brought my adult Marine Corps veteran, Afghanistan veteran son, into Ukraine with me, which I did not want to do.
But he has, you know...
I presume as a devil dog, he didn't give you much of a choice, Chad.
No, the apple didn't fall far from the tree.
God was really burdening his heart to go there and help too.
And I had to make this decision of dealing with my fear and control as a father to just saying, hey, I love my son, but God loves him more.
And I can protect him, but God can protect him more.
And just realizing there's no safer place.
For my son to be, whether it be in a couch back in Texas or in the front lines of the war in Ukraine, two hours behind Russian lines, there's no safer place for him to be than in the middle of God's will when God was burdening his heart to go.
So I made the decision to trust him, to trust God, and allow him to come on these operations.
And he's just made me extremely proud.
And so a big part of that book is my journey of overcoming that fear and that control that a lot of us have as parents.
It must have been frightening, but it must have also made you incredibly proud as well, Chad.
Sir.
All right, so I didn't want to believe this the first time I heard it.
It has been today confirmed by Secretary Austin in his travels in Europe.
Your reaction after what we've witnessed in the last two years in Ukraine, that it has been confirmed that North Korean troops have been deployed to Russia.
I mean, this is like something out of a Tom Clancy novel, that Putin has so screwed up.
He's, you know, reinvented the meat grinder of the Russian military.
This time it's not Afghanistan in the 80s, it's Ukraine today.
And North Korean military are deploying.
Doesn't this also speak to the lack of leadership out of our country?
Absolutely it does.
I mean, look, this thing could have been avoided had President Biden not closed our embassy, not withdrew our troops, have not withdrew from Afghanistan.
There's a lot of things that could have been avoided.
But at any moment, President Biden could have ended this war.
They have not talked about peace.
They have not pursued peace.
I believe President Trump, when he said on a debate stage, that he would end this as president-elect.
And I believe he would because the leader of the free world has the collateral, has the leverage to end the Ukrainian-Russia war with a few phone calls.
So there is culpability in the White House for this to continue, not to mention we're funding it and importing money in the corrupt state of Ukraine.
But the fact that North Korean troops are there, I've known that for quite some time, not actually just in Russia, but in Ukraine fighting in several countries.
This has been talked about by several people in my circle, knowing that North Koreans are there.
People talk about it, if Trump comes into office, it's going to be World War III. President Biden, in my opinion, with Ukraine, created a World War III. It's a by proxy World War III. It doesn't look like World War II and on the beaches of Normandy.
But what you see in Ukraine right now is 30 countries, superpowers, Russia, Iran, North Korea, China, America, all on one battlefield.
Either physically or by proxy fighting one war.
And it is a kettle pot that's waiting to explode into a more physical world.
And look, again, it's very important for the American people to know this thing could have been ended at any moment with a few phone calls from the White House.
He has the power to do it.
We know all the countries of the region are corrupt.
Nevertheless, will you say something positive about the people of Ukraine who are on the front lines?
Oh, look, when I say Ukraine, if I say Ukraine is corrupt, it's not the people.
These are amazing human beings that are doing exactly what they should do.
They're fighting for their freedom.
They're fighting for their homes.
They're fighting for their family.
And they are the victims of corruption.
And when I say corruption, I don't just mean corruption at the top of the leadership in Ukraine.
I mean corruption back here in the United States.
The corruption is rampant across and around the world.
But the people that are victim of this corruption is the Ukrainian people.
I mean, you're talking women and children in an apartment complex with ballistic missiles the size of telephone poles being flown in the side of these buildings.
MiG fighter jets dropping ordnance, bombs on women and children, elderly communities with no military installations in sight.
This is a brutal war by Putin who's evil and will do anything To win this war.
And I believe that we have a duty and responsibility to step into this, just not in the way that it's been done.
Help them fight for themselves just as the French, the Spanish, the Dutch helped a certain bunch of crazy colonists in 1776 fight for their freedom.
We're talking to Chad Robichard, author of Silent Horizons.

It's a world of fiction, okay?
Okay, sounds good.
Coming with...
I'll tee up ten.
Ten is too good.
So did you find it hard to write fiction?
Found it easier.
Really?
Or is it fiction?
Is it real stuff?
You just change the names?
It is.
The first book is really my career.
You know, the fiction is me making myself taller and handsome.
Six foot three, no cauliflower ears, right?
exactly yeah I've always wanted to try it I've always wanted to try it.
I did put a tremendous amount of detail to accuracy.
Everything's extremely accurate.
If I say a location, it's real.
If I say you're on this street in Tehran and you look to your right and there's coffee shops there, it's really there.
Wow.
I want to read it.
You do have the manuscript.
I know, but I want a signed copy.
I want a signed copy.
I'll give you, what do you call them, the temporary ones?
Yeah, the review copies.
Yeah, I'll make sure you get one of those, you get one of the first batch of those.
Thanks, buddy.
Stand by.
Stand by.
I'm an optimistic person.
I'm not hysterical.
I laugh when people say, oh, you've got Trump derangement syndrome.
If you're a reasonable person, you should have Trump derangement syndrome.
They don't even hear what they're saying, right?
It's like Martha Raddatz.
Well, it's only a couple apartment blocks that the organized crime gangs from Venezuela have taken over in Colorado.
It's Jimmy Kimmel saying, yeah, Trump derangement syndrome.
Yeah, I've got it.
Well, what's wrong with that?
Absolute bloody lunatics.
How did we get here?
Katie's got all the answers in her latest book, Next Gen Marxism, What It Is and How to Combat It with Mike Gonzalez.
You want the answers?
You want to know what it's going to take to defeat him?
Get it today.
Katie Gorka, Mike Gonzalez, Next Gen Marxism, What It Is and How to Combat It.
Somebody who, I guess, not satisfied with running incredible foundations, supporting our veterans, an amazing podcast, being an ambassador for Smith & Wesson.
Now I'm getting really jealous.
Just stop it, Chad Robichaud.
Now he thinks he can be the next Tom Clancy.
So tell us a little bit about Silent Horizons, which won't be out until next year.
But what is this about, and why have you gone into fiction, Chad?
I've always had a desire to write fiction.
I just...
Had been busy writing about real stuff that's happening.
So as things are slowing down, I didn't go to Afghanistan last year.
I didn't go back to Ukraine in the last few months.
So I want to keep writing.
And I had an offer from Tyndale Books, and they offered me to do a three-book fiction series.
So I have one book come out, 2025, 26, 27.
And it's a three-book series.
It's called Silent Horizons.
And it's basically one of the reasons that I... When this route was because a lot of my career and the career of people, the careers of people who served in that tier one special operations and the more clandestine side of clandestine logistics, advanced force operations, those stories haven't been told.
And you can't do it in a fiction because of the class of being classified.
The Pentagon would never reveal it.
And so we did it.
I mean, you can't do it in nonfiction because the Pentagon would never let us reveal that information.
We did it in fiction.
And it was a lot of fun.
A lot of it's based off of...
So this is the kind of fiction where it's actually all true, but, you know, John Smith becomes Jack, and you've just changed the dates, maybe, right?
That kind of fiction.
Yeah, changed the dates, locations.
You know, the guy who would probably represent me, I made him tall and handsome.
Yeah.
Those kind of things.
But even though it's a fiction book, we took extreme, we're really delicate with making sure it's accurate.
So if I'm saying we're in this street in the middle of Iran and there's a coffee shop to my left, that coffee shop's really there.
If we talk about a tree or an animal, those things are really there.
They're accurate.
I wrote about a military freefall insertion and I wrote it and then I had it checked by Master at CIA Ground Branch, a free-fall master at Delta Force, a free-fall jump master at SEAL Team 6.
Oh, he's just name-dropping, you know, Ground Force, Dev Gru.
This is who he is.
This is the guys he hangs out with.
But he's not smoking enough cigars when he does it.
We're going to do something about that.
In the meantime, Silent Horizons is next year.
Now it's a mission without borders, and it is the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
Please support Chad Robichard.
Listen to his podcast, Resilience.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
From one warrior to another, this time from the Bragg Brotherhood, the whole hour, Congressman Colonel Mike Waltz.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
the Green Beret community.
He just goes by Mr.
Brown, Michael Brown.
We were there with the former Secretary of Defense for the Trump administration to celebrate 58 years of service.
This man, yes, wow, joined the army in 1966, four years before I was born, then served in Cambodia and many other places, and ended up on the cadre of the JFK Special Warfare Center in school, which is where I got to know him as a guest instructor, and he has just retired.
And let me share that story with somebody for whom it will mean a great deal.
Our special guest in studio, that's how much he cares, is Colonel.
Green Beret, the one and only Congressman from Florida, our good friend, Mike Waltz.
Colonel, Congressman, Mike, welcome in studio.
Yeah, great to be with you and great studio, man.
Yeah, you haven't been in the new studio yet.
And I can't believe I must have been one of the 6,000 officers that Mr.
Brown put through, Special Forces Officer.
So he joined the JFK School in 1996 as a civilian.
And he has run every course for the 18 Alphas, for people like you, the officers, the people who are becoming Green Berets, which has totaled 6,700 officers.
Can I tell you a story about Friday?
Because you'll love this.
Yeah.
So I get there just to support Mike, because his boss told me, hey, he's separating, he's retiring finally.
Will you just come to the ceremony?
I said, oh yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
So I drive down from D.C. I could do that drive in my sleep.
I've done it so many times.
Get to Fort Bragg, by the way, not Fort Liberty, Fort Bragg.
And of course, they've changed not just the name of the camp, they've changed the road names inside the base.
It's just like people have to tell me, we're going to the Kennedy Hall, but all the name of the roads have all changed.
I'm just truly Orwellian.
And I get there.
And the guy is running it, the major who's running the ceremony says, oh, great to have you here, but we need you to get up on the stage and read the letter from the president on Michael Brown's retirement.
And I said, great, great, great, great.
And I sit down, and then I think, and I'm sitting there for like an hour and a half because there's all these speeches.
I'm going, crap, I just realized.
Am I going to have to read a letter from Joe Biden?
Sebastian Gorka is going to read a letter from Joe Biden.
And the good thing is, I got up to the stage, the letter was already framed, and of course it was my former boss, President Trump, who had written the letter.
And just before we get to the purpose of your visit, I'd like to salute...
This amazing man, Michael Brown, with the words of President Trump.
I'm honored to join your family, friends and fellow military service members in congratulating you on your retirement from the United States Army and civilian service after 58 years.
As you open this next chapter in your life, I hope that you feel tremendous pride in your steadfast service to our nation and that you continue to find ways to invest in your community and our country.
May God continue to bless you and your family.
Sincerely, Donald J. Trump.
And they gave him a map of the world with all the places, all the countries that his charges who have become Green Berets have served in.
Mike, if I may, you've written a book about how to think, how to act, how to lead like a Green Beret.
It's called Hard Truths.
All the proceeds are going to military tragedies, right?
That's right.
That's going to the Matthew Pacino Foundation, one of the Green Berets that I unfortunately didn't bring home and the Green Beret Foundation.
So no proceeds to me and to those charities.
We'll talk about the book.
We'll talk about your service.
We'll talk about national security in the last four years and what it's going to take to fix it.
But for a moment, will you talk a bit about Green Berets?
Yeah.
Because your book is about how they think, how they lead.
And I've worked with every service except Space Force.
Not yet, but hopefully in the future.
There's something different about the Green Berets.
There is, and when we get to it, I talk about the creation of the Space Force that President Trump was really behind in this book, in one of the chapters on determination.
Look, I get asked all the time in high school groups, ROTC, speaking events, like, what's the difference?
People know they're kind of all elite commandos and door kickers, and we all can do that perfectly fine.
But I got to tell you, the Rangers in particular and battalion-sized large units, you need to take an airfield, you need to take a complex city-size compound.
The Rangers are some of the best in the world.
The SEALs, I would never get in a firefight near a boat or the water.
What they did to Osama Bin Laden, case in point.
Two bullets in the forehead, other side of the world, middle of the night, in and out.
Very kind of a quick lightning raid.
Direct action.
That's right, direct action.
And again, Green Brace can do that, but if we're doing our job, we'll have the locals doing all of that for us.
So as you know, our training is much longer.
We tend to be older because we have to season in other parts of the military and intelligence or infantry, learn local languages, specialize in certain regions of the world, and we're the ones you'll take Four, six, no more than 12 of us, and put us in a valley, in a village, with a partnered military, with a militia, with a warlord, and we'll train thousands of them to do our nation's bidding for us.
This is the buy, with, and the through, and it takes a very different mindset because you're not in charge of any of these guys.
Hell, half of those warlords would soon kill you, as they would the bad guys if you cross them.
So how do you align their interests with America's interests?
You're often out there very alone, very afraid.
And in one of my tours, it was just three of us.
Me, a communications sergeant, and a medic.
Three.
Wow.
Embedded with a task force of 90 Arab soldiers from Jordan and the UAE, partnered with 180 Afghans.
Out there.
I mean, closest I'll get to Lawrence of Arabia.
The Jordanians are good, though.
They're CT guys.
I worked with the CT guys.
That's right.
They are good.
And the Emiratis were good, too.
And partnered with 180 Afghans, though.
I swear, if I never eat goat again the rest of my life, I'm fine.
And, you know, really, that's kind of the essence of our mission.
So when you talk about return on investment...
With just a few elite soldiers and that kind of magnifying effect.
I mean, look at, you know, the liberation of Afghanistan after 9-11.
It was a couple of teams.
That was Operation Anaconda.
That was Colonel Mulholland back then.
That was, but the actual initial with the horse soldiers.
Oh, the horse soldiers.
Yeah, with these Green Berets just right after 9-11 were dropped off in the middle of nowhere.
I mean, there were less than 50.
And then you leverage something like 20,000?
I mean, that is the true buy, with, and from.
And I think you've just explained something to me after like a decade of working with these soon-to-be Green Berets.
And Michael Brown, Mr.
Brown, exemplified this perfectly.
There were no egos.
Right.
It's a little bit different at Damn Neck, a little bit different at Coronado, but with you guys, because you can't...
If you're working...
Well, you have to blend in.
You've got to blend, and you can't be the guy who sticks out.
That's right.
Or, hey, I'm the big guy in charge around Right.
Because if you're partnered with, like I said, a local warlord or a colonel in Colombia out there in the jungle, and again, it's that long-term relationship building and truly understanding their interests.
I have a chapter on bottoms-up leadership.
Those sergeants, many of whom have master's degrees, PhDs, they're quasi-anthropologists, they're the ones closest to their partner force.
You just give them the resources and the strategic vision that they need.
And I tell another story, Seb.
I don't know if you caught it.
I had one.
One sergeant, a single sergeant, partnered with a French task force and they wouldn't engage.
They would use intelligence.
Paris would tell them to avoid the enemy rather than engaging the enemy.
And I finally got down there and figured out what the problem was.
Not to give away the story, but long story short, they wouldn't listen to the sergeant.
And so I went to the little local PX trailer and I bought them captain's bars.
And I said, you're now promoted.
Field promotion.
And I did it right when the French changed command.
So the new commander came in and I introduced former sergeant, now captain.
I could have gotten in a lot of trouble for that.
But you've got to have leaders that listen to what the problem is, give them what they need, and take the heat, right?
And take the risk.
And right now, as you know, our military is so risk-averse.
We're going to talk about all of that and how we fix it with the lessons from the book Hard Truths Think and Lead Like a Green Beret by Congressman Mike Waltz of Florida's 16th District.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is a very special one-on-one with our in-studio guests.

I want to understand white rage, and I'm white, and I want to understand it.
So, what is it that caused thousands of people to assault this building and try to overturn the Constitution of the United States of America?
What caused that?
I want to find that out.
I want to maintain an open mind here, and I do want to analyze it.
It's important that we understand that.
Mike, I've got to ask you a tough question before we talk about the lessons you want to impart through your book, Hard Truths.
What has happened to the flag officer corps?
I started to see the beginnings of this.
I started working in the DOD as a civilian instructor in 08.
And I'd see colonels coming through the capstone who got their one star.
And I saw them get this kind of political flavor to them.
And they looked at the likes of Petraeus as a role model, somebody who had Not a very illustrious end to his career and what happened with that journalist and the leaking of information.
When do we get to a point where the most senior military officer in America is using ideological talking points about white rage, CRT, West Point teaching this garbage?
When did that begin?
So the other end of that clip, that hearing, that speech that he gave in uniform was in response to my questions.
And it was in response to me holding up to Secretary Austin A slide deck from West Point that a family had given me that said it was a lecture being taught, understanding your whiteness and your white rage, taught by a woman who had tweeted the week before that the Republican Party is a party of white supremacy and that white people, however you define that, were outraged by black advancement to our future military leaders.
Hang on.
She said that at West Point?
Yes.
Yes, that's the underpinning of the entire lecture.
Understanding your whiteness and your white rage.
Was that a guest lecture or was that faculty?
It was a guest lecture, but it was a steady, it was a recurring occurrence.
And fortunately, a cadet and their family were just so outraged at this garbage that was being taught.
But the point is, you know, Secretary Austin, to his credit at least, said, you know what, that's probably not appropriate.
And then Millie goes in uniform and it becomes a symbol in that moment of a politicized officer corps.
So you separated as a colonel, right?
Yes.
When?
What year?
Last year.
Okay.
Yeah.
When did this craziness infiltrate our ranks?
Well, look, I think it's at the most senior levels is them sticking their finger in the wind with the progressives that have taken over the Democratic Party.
And post-George Floyd, DEI everywhere, critical race theory everywhere.
And if you really want to unpack that, I mean, this is, you know, Chris Ruffo and Mark Levin and others, the long march through the institutions, academia, media, entertainment, sports, and the culmination.
Our corporate boards through ESG and the military through critical race theory.
I'm proud to say in the last defense bill, Seb, we banned critical race theory.
It's now against the law with a definition of what it is in any military training.
All military training and all of the academies.
Now, are they following the law?
In this administration, no.
But at least we got it into law.
I can't think of anything more destructive.
And you've got a general officer corps that's putting their finger in the wind.
And disturbingly, you have junior officers now that are coming out of 80% are ROTC, not the academy, so they're coming out of the university systems.
And this is where the progressives, and you talk about the enemies from within, the progressives are like a termite eating up our foundation right now.
So let's stay on this individual for a second.
This is somebody who has admitted on numerous occasions that he actually He informed his counterpart in communist China, the general leader, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs equivalent in Beijing, that should President Trump be planning any military maneuver against China, he can relax because he, General Milley, would give a heads up.
What happens when somebody admits that and gets away with it and now has board memberships across America?
Yeah.
This is serious, isn't it?
It's serious.
I think I, in fairness, talked to them about that.
And we had indication the Chinese didn't know what the hell was going on and thought we may launch some kind of first strike, if you believe that, and wanted to give them an indication.
But to me, that's a job of the ambassador.
That's a job of Secretary of State.
Totally.
Right?
And it's certainly, or a head of state call.
I mean, seriously, if our greatest nuclear-armed adversary thinks this is going on, but what did he not do?
He didn't inform his civilian leadership, the Secretary of Defense, or he didn't inform the President, the Commander-in-Chief, duly elected.
And that's where I have real issue with it.
And he's still...
Talking to, not journalists, because he tries to conflate the two.
Oh, talking to journalists are part of my job.
No, you're talking to highly politicized authors who have made millions trashing a duly elected president.
And that is where, whether it was Mattis or Tillerson and others, just completely lost sight of where they fit in the constitutional chain.
The president of the United States is duly elected, period.
But we're in a space where we're supposed to believe that we have one of the essential aspects of our system is civilian control of the military, right?
Right.
That it's not the guy in the uniform that makes a decision about diplomacy or informing our adversaries.
That's right.
And the National Security Act is very, very clear.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs is not in the chain of command.
He is the chief advisor.
Nothing else.
Nothing else.
Yeah.
Best military advice.
He also has a duty to give it to Congress.
That's in statute as well, which I constantly reminded him.
So here you have a guy that had the worst military debacle.
I think worse than Saigon, frankly, in the disgraceful, despicable withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Terrorism is back on the march.
Our allies are being hunted down.
Putin and Xi got the message.
They've been on the march.
Putin launched a war that he presided over all of it, and yet he has the gall to say Trump is dangerous.
When just four years ago, Seb, you were there, we had peace deals being signed on the White House lawn.
Last I checked, Baghdadi being dead, Soleimani being dead, and the Middle East with peace breaking out.
It's pretty darn safe to me.
What's going on right now, after his tenure, is what is so damn dangerous.
Yeah, and it's not just, you know, at the top, it's all the way down.
This graduate of West Point called Rapport, and it's amazing that people have forgotten this, on graduation day, just as he's, you know, thrown his cover in the air, what does he do?
He unbuttons his blue-gray uniform on the square at West Point, and then he shows his T-shirt underneath of Che Guevara.
And inside his cover, he's got a note that says, Communism wins.
I mean, do you remember this, Mike?
Yeah.
Oh, I remember.
This is, you know, that's from the bottom to the top.
Yeah.
That's what I mean.
So where you're seeing like Stu Scheller and others, where you're seeing people speak out, are in those mid grades.
The ones who were, as young lieutenants, were in the throes of combat, without the equipment that we needed, without the training that we needed, and that was a formative experience.
So we're all about being a meritocracy, having the best of the best, but you're seeing the younger officers and then the seniors who are just blowing with the political wind and they get promoted where you're having the problems.
I tell a story in here.
Hold it for a second.
Hold that story.
We're talking to Representative Congressman Michael Waltz, Florida's 6th Congressional District.

That's MyPillow.com, 800-829-8468.
But you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A. You were just about to share a story with us, Mike.
Well, look, I was just talking, I was going to tell you about a painful conversation I had with the superintendent of the Air Force Academy, who in their initial day one orientation slides, brand new, 18-year-old cadets, future leaders of our Air Force, don't say mom and dad, say parent.
Don't say boyfriend, girlfriend, say partner.
The term colorblind is offensive.
I've been told it is the wokest academy.
And I said, I think it's a race to the bottom with all of them, sadly.
But I said, General, I've called in every aircraft in the inventory for close air support.
Saved my life on multiple occasions.
Thank you.
Not once.
Ever.
Did any of my Green Berets say, hey sir, what color is the bomber pilot?
Or what gender?
Or what sexual orientation?
Whatever.
Nobody gives a damn.
We just want bombs on enemy foreheads.
Accurately.
Period.
And he hemmed and hawed about, well, it's everybody feeling included when you're in garrison.
I said, that's your problem.
Your focus is back here and not creating leaders, badasses for combat, willing to do what needs to be done.
Let me ask you this.
Do you have any indication, any intelligence that a Chinese J-20 stealth fighter pilot Who cares about how inclusive everybody feels.
Or they're laughing at him.
Yeah, absolutely they are.
This is the rot from within.
And when President Trump gets back in, we've got a clean house.
We've got to start firing some people.
George C. Marshall came in and fired 249 generals because of the rotten complacency that had settled in between the world wars and get us back to a lethal footing.
You talked about being, the requirement was creating bad asses.
Your book, Hard Truths, is about thinking like one of those hard asses, leading like one of them.
So I want everybody to get it, think and lead like a Green Beret.
Give us one or two things in the private sector, in the civilian world that you've translated over from your time as well.
Well, I'll just give you a quick Trump one.
And then where I saw him, I have a chapter on adaptability and persistence, another one.
And his instincts, Seb, as you know, are so right.
And his instincts were, once he got briefed up, that our entire economy is dependent on space.
The Chinese have leapt forward and developed capabilities to take it out and make our economy go dark.
Like that.
First shot in every war game.
Switch it off.
Fired in space.
So what does he say?
Well, we've got to defend it.
Let's create a Space Force to defend it up there.
Everybody laughed.
You remember the Netflix series?
Adam Carell made their jokes, mocked him endlessly.
Well, his own Air Force secretary was dragging her feet, had drunk the Kool-Aid with the generals who did not want to do it.
He fires her.
She wakes up one morning, she's fired by tweet.
And of course, oh, what a mean guy, what a jerk, whatever.
But you know what?
The generals were over in our offices in Congress.
They got religion real fast, and how do we create this space force?
And look how accountability sends a message.
If it had been anybody else, Seb, Anyone else that were in that 2016 primary, the military, the Pentagon would still be dragging their feet and the Chinese would be doing laps.
It's weird, though, because, you know, I spent a long time teaching in the JPME, the Joint Professional Military Education System.
And in the 90s, people were writing articles about how space is the next dimension of warfare.
So what took so long?
Why do we have to wait for President Trump to say, yeah, it is?
A lot of it was Obama and the distraction with the Middle East wars and rice bowls.
Obama didn't even declare it a field of military competition until 2014.
Another thing I talk about, and I tell this to high school groups all the time, they ask, what's one piece of advice?
I said, you're going to fail.
You're going to fail a lot.
And for those of you going off that want to be a Green Beret or a Navy SEAL, they build it in for you to fail.
In SEAL training, they build it in for you to drown.
One of the reasons I didn't go that route.
No thanks.
I'll just jump out of planes.
But this generation's not used to that.
Everybody gets a trophy.
Everybody gets a pat on the head.
A lot of schools, they don't keep score in the sports.
But you know what?
Combat they do.
And so I failed going through ranger school my first time, recycled all the way back Back to the beginning, after losing 30 pounds, the instructor said, you can go home if you want to go eat a cheeseburger.
I said, no, start over.
Have the grit and the persistence and the determination.
I didn't make it through special forces selection the first time.
My feet fell apart on me.
I healed up.
Sucked it up and do it again.
And there's not enough of that, I don't think, being instilled in modern society.
I'm going to tell a story.
You just connected something for me.
I'm going to tell a story next.
We're talking to Congressman Michael Waltz, the author of Hard Truths, Think and Lead Like a Green Beret.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, but it's Dr.
G. Mark 2.
What does that mean?
New and improved thanks to the great offices of Dr.
Ashley Lucas and her amazing team.
I have shed 42 pounds in just a matter of months.
My muse Katie lost 36.
She looks stunning.
No needles, no injections, no chemical dependency just for the rest of our lives.
Just five protein-rich meals a day that burnt the fat right off.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans.
I haven't had a size 36 waist since I was in my 20s and it feels amazing.
If I can do it with my sweet tooth and my love of fried food, so can you.
Call her amazing team on 864-644-1900 or just see the before and after pictures on the website and mine will shock you in a good way.
That's myphdweightloss.com.
864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
I want to just...
You kind of...
Connected some dots for me in my former life.
So I never considered myself as a military man.
I played at weekend warriors when I was in college.
I was in what's called the territorial army of the British forces.
I was an interrogator, and I did that for a few years.
And we worked very closely with the regiment, with the SAS.
And just like the Q course, there was a requirement.
You couldn't get your sand beret, your SAS beret, until you'd been through our hands as interrogators.
If we broke you, we had 72 hours, then you were RTU'd, you returned to me.
We call it Camp Slappy.
No, that's interesting because we weren't allowed to touch our guys.
We could use white noise, stress positions, and psychological stuff.
But we knew that you could do a little bit different.
But what you just said about failing is so crucial because these are the toughest of the time.
I mean, they've been doing SAS training for nine months.
They're from other units originally, mostly from the paras that are really hardcore guys.
And then we've got 72 hours To test them in an interrogation scenario, but you said built-in failure.
Built-in.
How did it happen?
At the end of this exercise, they have to go off in the woods and live for a week.
They're given an ERV, an emergency rendezvous, if something goes really south.
Well, what's the ERV? The ERV is where we pick them up.
Where you get captured.
The failure is built in.
When the balloon goes up, it's not friendlies who are putting you in the four-ton truck.
It's the paratroopers, and then they hand them over to us, the MI guys.
Why is it so important?
I've met so many 20-something year olds.
Who think that...
They all want to be Mark Zuckerberg.
But failure doesn't...
It's not going to be in my life.
What is it saying?
Listen, do you learn more from your successes and celebrate your successes or from the depths of defeat?
And I think you learn far more from the depths of defeat.
And that's why on every single mission, you literally stand up on a stage after the mission and tell everybody what you did wrong.
You try to sugarcoat it and your fellow Green Berets are going to let you know and eventually drum you out.
If you're not afraid to both admit, address.
And that's how you improve.
That's truly how you become elite and the best of the best is constantly focusing on your shortcomings and seeking advice and help on how to improve them.
But that just gets completely glossed over.
In this generation.
It's what you learn from defeat is where you'll learn the most.
But also not just what you learn, it's how you handle it and whether you have the responsibility.
Here's a clip.
We're going to talk about what happened at Abbey Gate and when you met the members of the family along with President Trump.
This is our former four-star who served against the Constitution and Secretary of Defense without the requisite two-year cooling-off period.
This is, again, in Congress, him being asked about What he thought about the surrender of Kabul.
This is Lloyd Austin.
Play cut.
Do you have regrets about the withdrawal from Afghanistan?
I support the president's decision.
Do you have regrets about their withdrawal or how the withdrawal occurred from Afghanistan that cost the lives of 13 of our service members?
I don't have any regrets.
You don't have any regrets.
Secretary Austin, it's very telling.
Secretary Austin, has there ever been any accountability for anyone within the Department of Defense for the deadly, botched, and embarrassing withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Any accountability?
Hey listen, our troops evacuated 124,000 people off that airfield.
Has anyone been held accountable?
If a Navy captain grounded a ship, what happens immediately?
Typically, that captain is removed.
That captain is removed.
Has anyone been held accountable for what happened in Afghanistan?
To my knowledge, no.
You don't regret it?
No one's ever been held accountable?
Mr.
Chairman, this is why this Republican majority must provide the accountability that this administration wants to sweep under the rug with what happened in Afghanistan.
Congressman, 11 Marines, a corpsman and a Green Beret were lost that day.
What is your reaction to hearing that again?
And tell us a story about meeting some of the family members.
Yeah, I was literally just sitting a few seats away and I wanted to...
Half the time, throw something at him.
The other half, throw up.
This is the same Secretary of Defense who thought it was okay to just disappear for a week and not tell the Commander-in-Chief when he was under General Anastasia with his finger on the nuclear button.
I tell the story in here of how these poor Gold Star families couldn't get answers.
Couldn't even get a meeting with Biden.
Couldn't even answer the phone call, him or Harris, for that matter.
And we had him here to the Hill.
I called President Trump.
He said, get him up here, Michael.
I'd love to meet him.
Of course, he was up playing golf at Bedminster.
His scheduler told me, Congressman, we're going to squeeze them in for an hour.
The president has a lot on his plate.
I don't know, national campaign and the likes.
30 minutes in, Seb, he looked at his scheduler and said, clear the night.
I don't care who's on there.
Wow.
He met with each family individually.
He met with them as a group.
He answered their questions.
He promised them transparency.
He said, when I'm back in, all the tapes, all the videos, all the drone footage, all the emails, the failures, the lack, I don't care.
You can have it all.
I'll declassify all of it.
It's yours.
You need that closure.
And then I got to see for the first time DJ Trump.
In action.
With his iPad.
He invited him up to the restaurant.
We ended up closing down the restaurant.
He pulled out his iPad.
He's playing Phantom of the Opera, Pavarotti, all his favorites.
These moms who are so angry, so crushed and heartbroken were laughing.
They were crying.
One of the couples got up who were really struggling.
President Trump made them go dance.
They were dancing together.
Couple of the moms came up to me afterwards, at the end of the night, after six hours, President of the United States, and said, this is the best thing that has happened to us since we lost our son.
He has helped us heal tonight.
And I gotta tell you, that's the man I've come to know.
That is the man the media never wants you to see, but we have to have a commander-in-chief that cares, that gives a damn, that'll hold the generals in the building and the State Department, for that matter, who's in charge of that entire mess, accountable, and that most importantly, That our adversaries respect and fear.
Because you can have the most capable military in the world, but if they don't respect the commander-in-chief, you're going to have the world on fire like we have right now.
Will you comment on the whole Arlington National Cemetery story?
Sure.
Yeah, I was right in the middle of that and helping arrange that.
So part of the story is that the families arranged it all on their own.
It was their initiative.
It was their initiative.
They had it all set up with Arlington, but then they extended an invitation, because it was the third anniversary of Abbey Gate, to both Trump and Harris.
By the way, obviously President Trump accepted.
Harris declined, even though she was in Washington, D.C. that day.
Empty calendar.
That's right.
Nothing on her public schedule.
Absolutely could have and should have been there and was invited by the families.
But President Trump came.
By the way, you talked to a number of the staff.
Suddenly, the Pentagon and Arlington's disposition completely changed.
Well, I was told...
Went from totally cooperative...
To finding every obstacle under the sun to having President Trump there.
Well I was told that the cemetery itself said that they can't have President Trump there.
It's too awkward.
Well, awkward.
Then they tried to say it was timing.
By the way, this is after they had approved the entire thing with the families.
And then, oh, this was a campaign event.
So, fine.
We made congressional requests.
You can't say no to us.
But the Speaker of the House had to call Arlington and say, this is a former president who was invited by these families.
I've got to stop you there, Mike.
You better do it.
I've got to stop you there.
Where are we at in America, where the Speaker of the House has to intervene with the bureaucrat at the National Cemetery, where our heroes lay, to allow a former president who's leader of the opposition, at the request of Gold Star families, attend?
What the hell has happened, Mike?
So we have the reef laying ceremony and then we go down to section 60 where you know both Iraq and Afghanistan fallen or buried.
It was so solemn.
You could have heard a pin drop.
Everyone was whispering.
So this outlandish kerfuffle assault You know, all the ways.
Campaign events.
Yeah.
Well, no, I mean, but there was this, you know, apparently there was this assault from Trump campaign staff on one of the Arlington staffers.
I didn't see.
I was there the entire time, didn't see any of it.
He was with each family, stood by each stone.
And one of the mothers couldn't be there because she was with her son's unit at Fort Bragg.
I said, Mr.
President, would you mind FaceTiming her?
I know she's on her way to Fort Bragg right now.
Absolutely.
Got on the phone with her and spoke to her.
Couldn't have been more gracious.
And it was really a beautiful day.
Again, they felt like they were heard.
They felt like someone cared.
And then, you know, the left and the bureaucrats find some way because it's him.
To justify those poor families, right?
I mean, that's what made me so angry, was that was the last thing they needed, to have to be hauled before the media to say, yes, we invited him.
That was our event.
It's really disgusting.
Well, thank you for setting that record straight.
He is the author of the brand-new book, Hard Truths, How to Lead, How to Think Like a Green Beret.

We're here to celebrate your book.
We're here to talk about what happens if, God willing, President Trump wins and how we celebrate and reinvigorate our military.
But I'm so fascinated by the story you told with the Gold Star families at Bedminster with the president.
And we had them at the Republican National Convention, too.
Right, yes.
If anybody missed that, go back.
I mean, it was a powerful, powerful moment.
And one of the mothers said, you know, we lost one of our sons.
The other son is still serving, and we don't trust him at the hands of Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.
We just don't trust his son.
So let's talk to that, because there are still people who are registered Republicans.
We're less than two weeks away from the election, which will choose our commander-in-chief.
And we have people who say, oh, well, you know, mean tweets, and I don't like his character.
Can you just talk about the difference between a Kamala Harris commander-in-chief and a return to Donald Trump as commander?
Well, you know, first on the mean tweets, you know, Washington, the military industrial establishment, the Pentagon needs a disruptor.
And you know what?
Apple completely disrupted that industry.
Steve Jobs wasn't Mr.
Nice Guy.
SpaceX has completely revolutionized space and returned America to space after a decade of the cancellation of the space shuttle program, where we couldn't even, we literally had to mother, may I, the Russians.
To launch our astronauts to the moon.
We totally lost the capability.
Elon isn't Mr.
Nice Guy either.
You don't need, when you're sitting across from Xi Jinping, Mr.
Happy-go-lucky or Mrs.
Joy.
What you need is someone who, over chocolate cake, this is my favorite Trump story, looks at Xi and says, we just launched 69 cruise missiles into Syria because Assad is using chemical weapons on his We're good to go.
Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, would still be alive, responsible for the 1983 Beirut bombing.
Senwar would still be alive.
Haniyeh would still be alive.
But when the political leader of Hamas, Haniyeh, goes boom in downtown Tehran in an IRGC safehouse during their presidential inauguration, the Ayatollah is in hiding right now, not because of Biden.
But because of Bibi.
That's how you reestablish the peace.
These are, I mean, I think kind of the schoolyard analogy, Biden, Blinken, Austin, Harris, they wake up in the morning like the schoolyard kid dealing, you know, the school kid dealing with the bully.
Can I just give them a little more lunch money?
Can I just throw in my ham sandwich too and leave me alone?
Or run away, right?
And America doesn't have the luxury of doing that.
Sometimes you've got to punch the bully in the mouth.
Sometimes you've got to escalate, to de-escalate, like he did with Soleimani, and that restored the peace.
And I tell that story in my book, Hard Truths, as well.
One last question.
Do we have that cut, Eric?
There's one more cut.
Yeah, this is how you deal with the bullies.
Let's just play this cut.
This is a nice reminder.
Thank you, Mike.
Last night was a great night for the United States and for the world.
A brutal killer, one who has caused so much hardship and death, has violently been eliminated.
He will never again harm another innocent man, woman or child.
He died like a dog.
He died like a coward.
That type of language is important, he died like a dog, because that sends a message to other murderers, killers, dictators.
And to Islamic extremists, who hate dogs, oftentimes.
So, yes.
And then you contrast that with Kamala Harris, who won't even say Islamic extremists.
No.
Right?
And what they understand is strength.
They're deterred by strength.
And they are emboldened by weakness.
And that's why you've seen, particularly after the withdrawal from Afghanistan, all of our adversaries.
And I'm really worried, Seb, between now and January, this is a moment of maximum danger.
This is a moment of maximum advantage for them.
And they're going to get what they can while they can Thank God for Israel and not listening to Biden-Harris and toe in the line and they've decimated.
I mean, Nasrallah and Senwar were the Osama Bin Laden and the Baghdadi of the Middle East and they're dead and the world is safer because of it.
Last question.
None of this is rehearsed because we don't do that, not even when President Trump comes on the show.
You are a member of the Bragg Brotherhood, Forever a Green Beret.
You've written a book, Hard Truths on How to Think and Lead Like a Green Beret.
We've got to fix the military if, God willing, President Trump is re-elected.
Can we fix the military and would you serve in an administration trying to fix it?
You know, there's a lot of great folks that he could call on.
I'm not going to dance around.
You know, I'm one of those.
The president calls and asks you to serve.
You salute and move out.
It's not about us.
It's not about my career aspirations or political or what have you.
It's about those men and women that are out there on the line right now.
We have a sacred obligation.
Can we do it in four years?
Can we fix it?
I do.
I think so.
But it's going to be ugly.
You're going to break a lot of China.
There's going to be a lot of hand-wringing and what have you.
But it desperately needs to be done.
We are no longer at the point, and I literally just heard this from the Secretary of the Air Force, if I only had more money and more people.
And that's the automatic reflex in Washington, is throw more money and more people.
How about we measure the results?
Yeah.
The Joint Strike Fighter, right now the most expensive weapon system ever, is reporting a 29% full mission capable rate.
That's unacceptable.
But who's been fired because of it?
Who's been held accountable?
Our submarines, 40% of them can't leave the repair yard.
Our last asymmetric advantage against Chinese missiles flying out of the mainland.
And so we have to fix it.
We're running out of time.
And how we stay out of a war, I want to help, whether it's in Congress or otherwise, I want to help President Trump build the greatest, most lethal military that he never has to use.
And that's what I love about the man.
He knows our greatest weapon is our economy and our economic strength.
That's how you keep us out of wars.
He knows it, and he's also very reticent.
He's not an interventionist, but he's not an isolationist.
I remember a day I walked into the Oval on a completely different issue.
I think it was Iran or something, and he was sitting sideways to the Resolute desk, and he had a big pile of papers on his desk.
And out of nowhere, very seriously, he said, Seb, I don't want to deploy any soldiers to the Korean Peninsula again to die.
Because he was thinking about North Korea.
He said, I don't want to do that.
If I have to, I will.
But I don't want to do that.
That's exactly my attitude.
The book, Get It Today.
All the proceeds are going to the families of the fallen, to veterans' charities.
