	I mean, I look at Project 2025 and I look at, you know, like the Don't Say Gay laws coming out of Florida.
	Members of the LGBTQ community don't feel safe right now.
	Immigrants or people with an immigrant background don't feel safe right now.
	Women don't feel safe right now.
	Whenever I think of the Secret Service, I instantly think about the armed guards with fully automatic M4s that people with blue hair need.
	I mean, when you think transgender community, my mind always goes to the Secret Service.
	Welcome dear friends, that was a clip we played yesterday, fresh from Kamala Harris's What shall we call it?
	It was a little bit different from when President Trump went in front of the National Association of Black Journalists and, well, it got worse from there.
	We have a corker of an episode for you today.

	On the truth about the deep state one-on-one, and what we can and what we must do about it.
	We'll have the man who makes economics actually interesting, which is hard to do, former Congressman Dave Brat, on the imminent decision from the Fed.

	And then we're going to talk this hour with Ned Ryan on his latest book and what it takes at the grassroots level to save America in the next 48 days.
	But let us proceed with Vice President Harris continuing to discuss Springfield and it really got a little bit strange.

	You know, there were children, elementary school children, who, it was, it was school photo day.
	You remember what that's like?
	Going to school on picture day?
	Who are dressed up in their best, got all ready, knew what they were going to wear the night before, and had to be evacuated.
	Children.
	Children.
	A whole community put in fear.
	Jeff, what is going on with that interview?
	I listened to the entire thing on the way home yesterday, and it was fantastic.
	They keep saying that everyone, Kamala's just trying to introduce herself.
	That was the real Kamala.
	The entire time was Kamala just speaking in circles.
	I loved it.
	So here's my theory, and tell me what you think, Jeff.
	Do you remember when Obama used to go off teleprompter?
	Especially in the early days.
	He was very bad at it.
	And remember the Q&A sessions where it was just the meaningless answers?
	And he would pause forever.
	Yeah, the longest time.
	And the answers had nothing, no substance.
	And then he read really well the teleprompter.
	Oh, he's so polished.
	He's such an orator.
	An orator is when you speak extemporaneously, when you don't need a script.
	He couldn't do that.
	I think we're kind of like in Obama's zone with her.
	What do you think?
	My theory with Obama is because he couldn't say what he really felt because it was too radical.
	Oh, oh, interesting.
	Kamala's just an idiot.
	And she has nothing, right?
	She has nothing to say.
	That's her problem.
	Kamala's just an idiot.
	But, let's be clear, and it's coming out right now, in the last 48 hours, when they drill the talking points into her head, she can repeat them, and she's repeating the debate talking points in interviews.
	Right?
	Yeah, that's all she is, because that's what she gets stuck.
	She's going to that.
	She's going to the stuff that she memorized, like, what is your economic plan?
	My neighbors like to look after their front lawns.
	Yeah, and I grew up middle class.
	Right.
	Things that mean nothing.
	All right, now this is the best one, Jeff.
	Well, I don't know if you agree with me, but when she's asked to explain her message to black males in America, I really enjoyed this one.
	Is this the best or what?
	Yes.
	Okay, so it's kind of... It's not exactly a hardball, but it's not what's your favorite ice cream flavor like Biden used to get.
	So she's at the National Association of Black Journalists yesterday, and they ask her, you know, kind of a real question because she's not winning back the male black vote.
	So here's her answer.
	Cut sex.
	What is your message to young black male voters who feel left out of this economy, and how can your economic policies materially change their lives?
	So, I appreciate the spirit of the question, but I'll tell you I've often been asked this question in a way that I've had to respond.
	What is the spirit of the question?
	When you're saying, what is your answer to black men in America?
	Spirit of the question?
	What does that mean?
	I'm trying to think of something really clever.
	I can't think.
	Come on!
	Come on!
	Oh my goodness, like maybe she had to say, oh that's a spirited question, like you would say spirited debate, but like she has to give her own word salad spin on it.
	So the spirit of the question, like you got me.
	It's a question.
	What is your message to black men?
	There's no spirit, right?
	It's not like three animal, bisexual, cat, furry spirit, right?
	There's no double meaning.
	It's a very straightforward question.
	Okay, let's start from the beginning.

	What is your message to young black male voters who feel left out of this economy, and how can your economic policies materially change their lives?
	So, I appreciate the spirit of the question, but I'll tell you I've often been asked this question in a way that I've had to respond by first saying that I think it's very important to not, um, operate from the assumption that black men are in anybody's pocket.
	Black men are like any other voting group.
	You gotta earn their vote.
	So, I'm working to earn the vote.
	Not assuming I'm going to have it because I am black, but because the policies and the perspectives I have understands what we must do to recognize the needs of all communities.
	She's got nothing.
	She's got absolutely nothing.
	What is your message to black men who feel left behind?
	I don't expect that they're in my pocket.
	She's a cretin.
	And even the left knows it.
	Is it true, Jeff, that the person on cut 13 used to work for Bernie Sanders?
	I think a senior advisor, yes, Tom.
	Senior advisor?
	And he's a black man.
	Maybe this is the reality.

	If they had a plan, where has it been for the last three and a half years?
	We keep hearing Harris saying, oh, she has a plan, oh, she's going to do this, oh, she's going to do that.
	That's all well and good, but I'm sorry, Donald Trump, he said during the debate, why wasn't this taking place over the last three and a half years?
	Why hasn't she sat there, woken up Joe Biden and said, hey, you know what, let's execute this, let's do that.
	Wow.
	Why didn't she wake up Biden and do something about it?
	I bet that leftist thing.
	We should try and get him on.
	What do you think, Jeff?

	We're seeing everyday bills increase over and over and over again.
	And I think that's where American people are getting upset overall.

	Alright, he, I think he invented the concept of grassroots, Not only does he know what it means, he's actually written a couple of books or two and the brand new one out yesterday with some really good endorsements like some chap called Victor Davis Hanson and then somebody called Gorka.

	Ned Ryan, welcome back to America First.
	It's been a minute.
	Yeah, it's been a minute, but great to be with you.
	Yes.
	And there was a endorsement by Sebastian Corker, which I deeply appreciate.
	I deny it.
	I deny it.
	It's a forgery.
	It's just somebody who looks like me.
	But it's got some great people.
	It's got Bongino Schlichter, that chap, Larry O'Connor, Molly Hemingway.
	Good for you.
	I don't know.
	I didn't get paid for mine.
	I don't know how much you paid the others, but everybody should get the book American Leviathan.
	We've got to talk about American Leviathan.
	A nice cover, too, by the way.
	But first, because you kind of...
	I'll explain the cover when we talk about it in more detail.
	But first, because you kind of invented grassroots on the right, along with some great people like Richard Vigery and Morton Blackwell, I'm going to share with you a phone call.
	And I'm not going to tell you who the other person was on the line, but it's one of us.
	It's a patriot.
	And he said this strange thing.
	He said, we're doing things differently right now for this election.
	And the prior woman, that disaster, what's her name, Rona McDaniel, did basically nothing in terms of grassroots.
	In comes Lara, she's serious.
	Think of people like my wife who hate politics but said I've got to save Fairfax County and
	now she's the chair.
	And then there's lots of organizations that have stepped in, whether it's a turning points
	grassroots organization, whether it's the great Scrott Pressler registering tens of
	thousands of people in Pennsylvania.
	And this person said it's really great that we're doing stuff in grassroots, but it's
	not connected to the party.
	And I'm thinking, I don't really care.
	So give us a snapshot of what's happening 48 days out.
	Is it good?
	Is there something missing?
	Because you're the guy who knows.
	So after the midterms in 2022, I went to some donors and pitched them on an idea and said, I've missed something significant.
	We need to export the Florida GOP's absentee ballot program in which the Florida GOP decided in a Democrat majority state said that was that way for years and years.
	We're going to dedicate ourselves to getting more ballots among mid to low propensity voters.
	And then six weeks out when ballots drop in Florida, we're going to do an absentee ballot chase to get no less than 80% of those ballots in.
	And so I pitched donors on this in January of 2023.
	Stop stop for a second because this is technical.
	This is really important.
	So, this is really, this is the two magic parts of the pie as far as I'm concerned.
	Identifying Republicans who are low propensity, so they're lazy or they don't get organized.
	Right.
	Make sure they've got a ballot and then chase, go to them, call them up, knock on their door and say, hey, have you voted?
	That's the really important thing, right?
	So, two things.
	We know that a mid to low prop voter, if they will request a ballot, 80% of them will typically vote in the next election, right?
	So you're turning them into a high propensity voter by getting them to request a ballot.
	And so in ballot chase, I tell people it's really a series of targeted harassments, right?
	We have the list.
	For example, in Arizona, there's about 1.1 million Republicans right now that have a ballot that will be mailed to them on October 9th.
	Right, so they get a ballot, and then what happens, American Majority Action, other groups, we will begin a series of targeted harassments.
	Door knocks, live phone calls, reminder postcards, digital, you name it, to get them to return that ballot as quickly as possible.
	If they don't have a ballot, early voting starts on the same day in Arizona, October 9th.
	Get them to vote early.
	It's the economics of early voting, right?
	We want them to return the ballot quickly.
	If they return it in the first day or so, or vote early on the first day or so, it'll probably cost us $10 to $12 to get that vote in.
	If they wait a couple of weeks, it's gonna cost us probably $20.
	That's what's accumulated between DORS funds and all that.
	If they wait until Election Day, Seb, that will cost us probably $100 for that ballot.
	And I always ask people when they say, I'm only gonna vote on Election Day because that's what I do.
	My response back is, why do you hate me?
	Why do you hate Donald J. Trump?
	Why are you trying to soak us for cash? I mean this.
	Because you're gonna cost us 10 times as much for your vote by voting on election day when you could have voted early.
	And the other thing that I will say is this.
	We want the narrative coming into election day that Donald Trump is either leading or very closely behind in the AB and the EV vote because on election day, you know what happens traditionally?
	We absolutely crush Democrats on election day voting.
	If Trump comes in close in the seven key states in the AB, EV coming into election day, he will be reelected on November 5th for the White House.
	Right, right.
	So we've only got a minute left in this segment, but we'll keep you on.
	How do you rate how we're doing right now, whether it's the RNC, whether it's the Trump campaign, or whether it's these other organizations who are on the ground, like yours, like American Majority?
	Solid.
	Pretty solid.
	I would give us an overall rating of a B. Wow.
	I think we could elevate our game to A over the next 48 days.
	But the fact that we are even doing this compared to 2020 is a massive step in the right direction.
	Wow, that's what I like to hear.

	And so when they realized the first design they were going to go with had already been done, they're like, we can't do that one.
	So what's yours again?
	So I sent it to them.
	They said, I like it.
	That's good.
	It's really good.
	And they sent it to me.
	I was like, I like it.
	Hope you got a massive framed version of it in your house.
	I need to.
	I mean, it's been kind of chaotic the last, you know, Week to 10 days, but at some point I'm going to ask for them to send me the artwork.
	I'm going to blow it up and put it on the wall.
	It's a big deal that Pennsylvania is in play, right Matt?
	100%.
	I wish we'd gotten to that, but obviously I went a little long on some of the ballot chase, but I'll say it now because I know people are listening.
	2020, Joe Biden wins by 80,000 votes in a state that had about a 600,000 plus Democrat registration advantage.
	300,000 of that advantage is gone now, right?
	So you've shrunk that down.
	But let me be clear here, because Scott keeps talking about everybody he registered.
	Registration does not translate to votes.
	So, but this is my next point.
	There are absentee ballot requests for Democrats down about the same, about 300,000, whereas Republicans have gone up, I want to say it's over 200,000 more.
	Wow.
	So the gap has shrunk considerably.
	We've seen the same in Arizona.
	We're up 75,000 on the ballot universe, Democrats over ours, and 260,000 more registered Republicans than Democrats in Arizona.
	Now, granted, there's, you know, because Republicans, Independents, Democrats in Arizona, but still, you got a quarter million more Republicans than Democrats in Arizona.
	That gives you a target rich environment.
	Yeah, that was not there in 2020.
	What's missing?
	Because I want to talk about the book next.
	What's missing in the next 48 days?
	I'm just pushing Trump force 47 everywhere.
	Yeah, we need more people committed to this.
	I mean, I have to tell you, I know people listening, I'll still say, I'm gonna have 1500 to 2000 people in about a week.
	That'll be our full fledged force.
	We've been building, building, building.
	That are going to be doing the doors, phones, texts, postcards, you know, all that stuff.
	We need more people.
	We need more people fully committed to it.
	And I think what the Trump 47 is trying to get, what, 10 people?
	That's huge.
	Yeah.
	Everybody gets 10 low propensities to activate.
	Yeah.
	If everybody will sign up for that and say, I'm going to get seven of those 10.
	That's massive.
	Huge step.
	Because the thing that we've noticed with Trump especially, in the past it used to be you wanted lower turnout that favored Republicans.
	That's not the case with Donald Trump.
	Donald Trump wins with greater turnout because we need him to and he usually does pull out more mid to low profit
	Standby, what's a show?
	You That is an extension of what should not be lost in this
	moment this concept of the public trust rest.

	Eric, let's add the middle part together with the first part of this segment so people can hear what Ned said about Trump Force 47 and how everybody has to get, you know, 10 low propensity voters to the polls or registered.
	Let's talk about the book now, Ned.
	Everybody needs to get it.
	If VDH says it's good, it is good.
	American Leviathan out yesterday.
	I'm going to read one thing from the book that I think is just so on the money.
	The last hundred years in America, I think somebody else said this as well.
	Maybe VDH stole this from you.
	The last hundred years should be seen as a gradual regime change, a slow-moving revolution against the Constitution and our founders.
	Wow!
	Those are the stakes in 48 Days, right, Ned?
	100%.
	I mean, the story of American Leviathan is the birth of the progressive movement in this country, turn of the 20th century.
	A movement, Seb, that was really about destroying the moral and political authority of our U.S.
	Constitution, destroying the machinery of the republic.
	You and I talked about it in my first book.
	And I remember telling you, the machinery of the Republic is the greatest protector of our natural, inherent rights, because power is diffused.
	Progressives rejected that.
	They didn't want anything to do with the Constitution.
	They didn't want anything to do with the separation of powers.
	And in its place, they wanted to put an administrative state filled with unelected bureaucrats who they wanted to govern this country, and the only separation that they believed in was separating out that administrative state
	from any political accountability, completely diametrically opposed
	to our Constitutional Republic, and I would even argue said deeply un-American.
	So you find yourselves in January of 2017, Donald J. Trump gets elected, shows up and goes,
	I'm the duly elected president of the United States, I'm the one who decides a lot of the domestic
	and foreign policy, and they said, we don't think so.
	We think we're the ones that decide.
	And for saying, having the temerity to say that, you were there, for having the temerity to say
	that he was treated as a traitor to his country, when all that Donald J. Trump wants
	is representative democracy to return, for us to actually have the restoration of the republic.
	You cannot have a constitutional republic in an administrative state inside of the same government.
	One of those has to give way.
	So I've told the story about the FBI agent who told me that the seventh floor of the Hoover building looks at my boss in this White House as the enemy.
	Unelected officials looking at the president as their enemy.
	We've got like two minutes left.
	Say this all works out.
	We energize.
	American majority deploys there.
	Thousands of people.
	And we win on November the 5th.
	President Trump is sworn in.
	Can we kill the Leviathan in four years?
	Three things.
	The foundation of the swamp is the state.
	You cannot drain the swamp unless you break the state, but if you break the state, you drain the swamp, you can restore the public.
	How do you break the state?
	Well, most of that administrative state is inside of the Article 2 Executive Branch.
	The head of that is the duly elected President of the United States.
	Donald J. Trump has the political courage to go on day one, we're going to break this apart, devolve it, return legislative authority back to the Article 1, judicial back to the Article 3.
	We're going to downsize this and break it apart and actually get it to be accountable to the American people.
	Supreme Court is stepping up.
	They overturned Chevron deference.
	They also said, Seb, that the SEC tribunals, that Securities and Exchange Commission and a lot of departments and agencies have private tribunals.
	Those are unconstitutional, undermines an independent judiciary, and violates the Seventh Amendment.
	So you're seeing cracks in the foundation of the state.
	A powerful executive comes in.
	You've got a shot at doing this over the course of four years.

	Well, as a part of the administrative state, I don't think our fellow citizens understand exactly what that is when we mention it, but to kind of summarize what Ned is talking about, is in every agency in the executive that has enforcement powers, Congress passes a law that says make regulations.
	They make regulations, publish the federal register, get comment, then it becomes final rule, then a Coast Guard boarding officer enforces those regulations
	and then a Coast Guard hearing officer adjudicates those. That's all three
	branches in every executive agency.
	And that's what Ned is trying, that's what he's talking about. The administrative state has got
	a deep foothold and then you get these deep blue individuals in those positions and it is against
	the American people. Yeah, it totally is.

	There's a reason that we have checks and balances, separations of power, and what we have seen, and the right word for it, as Ned has used in his book, is Leviathan.
	One of those parts of the government has grown to simply be a force unto itself.

	And this is one of the regulations that causes all of our inflation.
	Because right now, as of tomorrow, anyone who either has an adjustable mortgage or refinances their mortgage, their price of their house every month is going down.
	That's a reversal of inflation.
	And the problem is that for the last 20 years, The Bureau of Labor Statistics has not counted inflation.
	They ignore inflation in counting the CPI.
	So they've ignored the fact that on your house, your mortgage has doubled in the last three years.
	And on your credit card, your interest on your debt has doubled in the last three years.
	So when they say consumer spending has increased, no.
	It's the consumer interest that you're paying has increased.
	People aren't buying more.
	We're in a recession.
	No, you're absolutely right.
	But even the half point Fed decision doesn't really make a significant difference on your mortgage.
	Because as you've said, four years ago, the average mortgage in America was $800 per month.
	As of today, it is $1,700.
	So even a half point basis cut is not going to make a difference, a serious dent in a more than 100% increase on the cost of the most valuable asset you own, which is your home.

	By the way, let's listen to, before we get to what happened in the White House yesterday, this is Chelsea Walsh, who met Ryan Routh, knew Ryan Routh.
	The man who was, quote-unquote, recruiting fighters for Ukraine.
	And she could spot a dangerous lunatic.
	But what happened?

	As a nurse, I'm a mandated reporter, and we are also trained to determine when someone is a threat to themselves or others.
	I determined after knowing Ryan for a while that he was a threat to others, so I felt that it was necessary that he be reported to the proper authorities.

	And what happened next?
	I haven't heard anything.
	I have had no correspondence.
	Nobody had tried to connect with me until today.
	Oh, after he tried to kill President Trump.
	You heard that phrase, mandated reporter.
	She's not a journalist.
	She is a nurse who is required, mandated by law, to report anyone to the authorities who is a potential harm to themselves or to others.
	And she knew that Ryan Routh was a threat.
	She reported him a long time ago to the Feds, to the authorities, and they didn't do anything.
	They only reached out to her, how funny, after he tried to kill President Trump.
	So, why did he try and kill President Trump?
	And who's responsible?
	Well, maybe it's the current incumbent of the White House.
	Maybe it's Kamala Harris.
	Maybe it's all the Democrats who call President Trump a threat to democracy.
	And let's salute Peter Doocy for raising this in the White House.
	Now, just pay attention to the White House press secretary's response.

	It's been only two days since somebody allegedly tried to kill Donald Trump again.
	And you're here at the podium in the White House briefing room calling him a threat.
	How many more assassination attempts on Donald Trump until the President and the Vice President and you pick a different word to describe Trump other than threat?
	I actually completely disagree with the premise of your question, the question that you're asking.
	It is also incredibly dangerous in the way that you're asking it.
	There are people watching at home who might miss the part where you say, let's lower the temperature, and there are mentally unstable people who are attempting to kill We're using examples.
	We're not just saying that just to say it.

	House referred to him as a threat. Is there no concern that people are taking that literally?

	All right, so as far as I'm concerned, 48 days before an election.
	This is election interference.
	Half a base point lessening of the interest rates.
	First time since, you know, 2020.
	What does this mean for the average American if the mortgages have doubled in the last four years?
	Does this have a real knock-on effect to the economy?
	What's the real story here, Professor?
	The real story is, first of all, everything the Federal Reserve does is to help the stock market, not the economy and not the American people, right?
	So when Wall Street and every financial page you read is waiting with bated breath on whether we get a 0.25 or a 0.50 cut in the interest rate, that should tell you everything you need to know.
	That's the signal.
	It's a disaster.
	That tells you our economy is so weak that we're relying on the Federal Reserve and just teeny changes in interest rate policy.
	Beyond that, the Fed, the Federal Reserve, right, is, this is political.
	There's no way around it.
	All political views are my own.
	But they acted disciplined, right?
	We've got to end inflation.
	We don't want to lower rates too quickly.
	So they wait till the end, and then a 0.5 cut 50 days before the election.
	And so what does that mean?
	Well, that's a key word in economics called expectations.
	It's all the expectations game, right?
	So they just sent a signal to the financial world.
	Okay, we're going to ramp up the engines a little bit, give you a little bit of hope, put the stock market back in play.
	It was coming to an end, right?
	The stock market was moving finally to this new phrase called, bad news really is bad news, right?
	Meaning the labor market's cooling, economic growth is cooling.
	They're not sure if we're quite in a recession yet.
	Half the country's in a recession.
	That is the story of this election.
	It's a populist election.
	Everybody knows the rich, right?
	Global stats came out from UBS the other day.
	30 people in the world have more wealth than the bottom 1.5 billion people.
	Right, so what's the Federal Reserve got to do with it?
	They are always on the side of Wall Street.
	They're always on the side of the fat cats.
	07-08, they created the crisis.
	No one went to jail.
	You paid the price.
	There's a bubble again.
	Everybody knows there's a bubble.
	And so they're keeping it from popping.
	This will help banks a little bit in the short run, right, with bank credit problems and get us through the election.
	And then everybody knows the crash is coming.
	It's just a matter of when.
	So how significant is this?
	Because I think you made the real, real important observation there that this is for the stock market, not for the economy, because those two things are not the same.
	But when a billionaire stock market genius, this is a headline story, when you have John Paulson say he is going to pull everything out of his investments if Kamala Harris wins, is that because he expects a big fall?
	Well, yeah, I mean, that dwarfs the Federal Reserve announcement.
	If Kamala becomes the president and you got a far-left Marxist economic agenda, her dad was a Marxist economic professor, what do you think?
	Right?
	So there's your expectations.
	You know, they can say everything.
	Biden, Obama, go back to Obama.

	And we're all feeling great.
	And then Biden, I'm going to unify the country.

	You know, the American people are catching on.

	The Teamsters Union, okay, the directorship of, the management of, is totally in bed with the Democrats, donates Almost all of its money to the Democrat Party, for the first time in God knows how long, is refusing to nominate or to give an endorsement to the Democrat nominee.
	And what was it, Eric?
	They had an internal poll that the membership had, what, 58% pro-President Trump and what, like 31% for Kamala?
	Yep, a 27 point margin in favor of President Trump.
	27 point.
	Now, Dave, isn't that exactly another aspect of what you said?
	The Teamsters union members live in the real economy and not the stock market.
	And these two things are just separating.
	Yeah, well, that's right.
	The members of the Teamsters, right?
	The people who work for a living.
	The Biden family received over $30 million from China.
	Kamala's dad is a Marxist professor with China ties.
	Waltz made 30 trips to China and had his honeymoon in China, of all places.
	And they make hundreds of thousands of dollars and are calling themselves middle class.
	They got all sorts of book deals and all sorts of stuff.
	And so this will be interesting.
	The Teamsters leadership is in a hot spot right now.
	Their people are all coming over to the populist America First position for obvious reasons.
	They care about manufacturing.
	But why now?
	Because you're a former congressman and you've got historic perspective.
	The relationship with the left and union leadership has been there for decades.
	What's different about now?
	Why now?
	Is it what they see of President Trump's presidency?
	Is it the state of the economy?
	Because this is historic.
	Yeah, everything real in history that is substantive and significant is a revolution from beneath.
	The American Revolution was not a revolution of the elites, it was a revolution from beneath.
	The Protestant Revolution was from beneath.
	Just the average person saying, You know, no, you're not ruling anymore.
	We're in charge.
	And so the Teamsters, the people have seen enough now, right?
	They've seen what the elites in DC and the globalists are all doing.
	And the green stuff has decimated their industries, right?
	All the energy regulatory piece on shipping and manufacturing and trucking, and then the regulatory burden and the competition with China.
	And they know it now because President Trump has been out leading on that.
	And then Biden and Harris, we hate the tariffs.
	And then they keep the tariffs and enhance the tariffs.
	And I think we need to go way more than that now, right?
	China's knocking at the door.
	We have major hotspots around the world.
	And President Trump went beyond tariffs.
	He would just call up countries and say, if you want access to the United States of America
	and our financial markets, you better cut it out by tomorrow or you're done.
	And they know they're done.
	I think we kept China in it because we knew they're cracking.
	They are in a free fall right now.
	That's not necessarily good news because 1.4 billion people over there are going to be hurting.
	It's going to hurt the U.S.
	economy.
	But it couldn't happen to a nicer communist surveillance totalitarian state.

	Here's the bloody genius.
	This is how you realize once James Bond has gone woke, trust Mossad to remind us what it means to be a warrior.
	It's one thing technologically To create a charge small enough to put into a traditional pager that you can initiate from a distance simultaneously.
	These things fired simultaneously and in many cases may not have killed the jihadi but at least castrated them because many of them carried the pager not on their belt but in their front pocket.
	Are the poetry For an organization that likes to rape innocent women to have their balls blown off simultaneously, I find that superlative.
	But the real genius is the human intelligence aspect.
	Not miniaturizing an improvised explosive device, but to make sure that your enemy only buys yours!

	never expected to have to say that my former boss was the victim of a second assassination attempt.
	I immediately tweeted out, we cannot trust the Secret Service anymore.
	Eric and Don Jr.
	have to hire a bunch of former tier one guys, SMU operators, Delta Force, DevGru, you name it, and protect the president because Cash, I said on my show on Tuesday, to hear the acting director of the Secret Service, who's implicated in the deletion of all the Secret Service's text messages on January 6th, to have Ron Rowe Jr.
	say, This was a success.
	How does a potential assassin getting within rifle range and sitting there for 12 hours, how is that a success?
	And I've got to ask you bluntly, in front of all of our listeners, do you think the President is safe if the Secret Service is in charge?
	Okay, there's a couple layers to this thing and I'm glad we're talking about it now.
	Anytime an assassin gets within striking distance, that is muzzle range of a long-range gun, within the president of the United States, that is a failure of epic proportions, and the failure is spread out.
	Now, when you bring it in and you zoom into the crew, PSD, the executive protection package that was around the president, those immediate guys did a fantastic job protecting the president.
	There's two layers to this thing.
	It's not on them that the institution of the Secret Service didn't upgrade the security package for the President of the United States after a first assassination attempt, where he actually got hit.
	It's on HQ.
	And the question we have to ask is who does the Secret Service report to?
	The acting director of the Secret Service reports to Alexander Mayorkas.
	Right.
	Why wasn't that street blocked off when it's right there next to public traffic if the President of the United States was on or going to be on those holes?
	It is imperative to set up an actual perimeter.
	And the This issue of resources cannot fall to the men and women who are directly around the president.
	They have a job to do.
	It's Washington, D.C.
	that's supposed to come in and say, hey, you already got shot once.
	We are going to give you a package that's five times as large, five times as many men, five times as many equipment.
	We're going to give you drones.
	We're going to give you vehicles.
	We're going to give you assets on the ground, local law enforcement.
	We're going to give you traffic assistance, the whole shebang.
	And they did it.
	And here's the thing, Seb, that ticks me off.
	Why hasn't the Republican majority in Congress Subpoenaed the Secret Service Director in Mayorkas immediately to testify in front of the world immediately so that we could figure out where these failures were.
	I don't understand what they're doing.
	And how is it that it's the sheriff, it's the local sheriff who says, oh yeah, and by the way, we didn't have a perimeter around President Trump like we do for a sitting president.
	The threat against President, I think it is an empirical statement, like gravity is 10 meters per second squared acceleration.
	I think it is an empirical scientific statement to say, The individual, the politician most in threat of their life today anywhere in the world is President Trump.
	So I would say a perimeter exceeding the current incumbent would be justified.
	Am I crazy, Cash?
	No, I just, I think you're, I think you're feeling what so many Americans are feeling that we came yet again, you know, within inches, within seconds of losing our president and This was after an attempt on his life that had already occurred 60 days previously.
	This is not a accident at HQ.
	And again, I'm not talking about the guys and gals that are on the ground around the president.
	I'm talking about Washington, D.C.
	Why has any resources that can be directed to the president not been directed?
	And why did Joe Biden have to come out after the second assassination attempt and said, I'm directing more resources to the president?
	What did he do the first time?
	Why wasn't there a response?
	And I don't know about the President's security package overall, unless these increased assets are provided.
	I know President Trump is going to be stronger than ever.
	I know the men and women around him that protect him are fearless in the job that they do.
	But again, you can only do with what the resources you have.
	And if Washington is denying them, and has been, and lied about it, the Secret Service Director lied about it previously, then we need answers from Congress.
	Uh, what do you think of my suggestion?
	You're an attorney, you're a Deputy Director for National Intelligence, you're Chief of Staff for the Pentagon.
	Is my idea of at least plussing up the Secret Service detail with former Tier 1 operators?
	I'm sure Eric Prince's Rolodex has got a couple of hundred guys who are patriots and know, you know, the sharp end of the gun.
	What do you think of my idea for the next 48 days?
	Look, I'm all in for everything that helps.
	And to me, that sounds like a logical step.
	Let's have our nation's experts come in and protect, you know, one of the most valuable assets on ground to God's green earth and one of the most valuable protectees that we're going to have, who will hopefully, as you said, be president again.
	And so I'm all in for a combination of things.
	What I'm not in for is a swamp monster Washington, D.C.
	solution.
	A media interview with the Secret Service Director in Majorca has to say, we've sent more resources there.
	That's meaningless.
	What I'm in for is action.
	And if that action comes in the form of more trained elite Secret Service agents and elite local law enforcement, I'm in.
	If that action comes in the form of Tier 1 operators who are most elite in everything they do, including executive protection packages, then I'm also in.
	I just want an actual solution, Seb, and I fear that we may not really get it.
	We're going to get a Washington, D.C., you know, a response to this tragic situation.
	Yes, so do I. That's what I fear.
	But I think that protection, that group of private contractors would be happily funded by the president's supporters, and I would make the first donation.

	So here's my My most sincere concern, Cash,
	in 2016, 2015 and 2016, the deep state,
	the permanent bureaucracy, the establishment, the vested interests, the Uniparty, really didn't take our
	former boss seriously.
	And as such, they didn't deploy a full-court press.
	Yes, they had Operation Crossfire Hurricane to target the campaign, and first to target General Mike Flynn.
	But in comparison to what happened after he won the election, that was small beer.
	That was just peanuts.
	From the targeting of the President, the leaks from the White House, Vindman, Impeachment 1, Impeachment 2, the Mueller probe, on and on and on, the raid at Mar-a-Lago, the planting of evidence at the President's residence, Fannie Willis, Letitia James coordinating with the Biden White House.
	We now know this thanks to the visitor logs.
	They're awake.
	They understand that there is an existential threat, not to democracy, but an existential threat to the deep state, to the permanent bureaucracy.
	Can we stop them in the next 50 days, now that they take the threat very, very seriously, and also Do we have the wherewithal to fight them if, God willing, we win?
	Because I see a correlation of forces, to use a Cold War term, that leans in their favor.
	Yeah, look, it couldn't be a bigger election when it comes to restoring Washington, D.C.
	to work and answer both questions in one one fell swoop.
	Yes, we can with Donald J. Trump.
	Are we going to fix the deep state in the next 50 days?
	No.
	But can we on the 50 excuse me, on January 20th of next year?
	Absolutely.
	And look, the Deep State has revealed themselves, as you say now, Seb, is your in-your-face state.
	What did the original government gangsters who authored Russiagate at DOJ, where are they now?
	Running the Department of Justice as number two in Lisa Monaco and John Carlin, my former boss.
	What did they just announce last week?
	Russia, Russia, Russia.
	Russian election interference is back.
	They went to the old playbook because we completely, behind Donald Trump's leadership, defeated every single deep state operation they've ever run and exposed them.
	So now they're going to their old sale.
	They're going to have the media hoisted up, and it's going to be the same people, Seb, which is why I think this is so critically important for Americans to realize now, that if you were bamboozled before, don't be bamboozled again and have an election rigged by the same people who lied to you and stole the truth from you, whether it was Russiagate or 51 Intel Letter or Hunter Biden's laptop or Jan 6 Insurrection Narrative or Impeachment 1-2 and the list goes on.
	It's always the same.
	It's not a Republican or Democratic thing.
	The fact that we have been able to identify these people and expose them is step one.
	Step two is Donald Trump now comes in and wins again and takes them out of the swamp forever.
	And what about...
	Back when George W. Bush won, it was so bratty and so, you know, edgy that the former Clintonistas removed all the W's from the keyboards in the White House.
	That's not what I'm worried about.
	If, God willing, President Trump wins between November 5th and 12 o'clock on January 20th next year, it's not going to be keyboards missing keys.
	I expect active sabotage, 20 hours a day, across all arms of government.
	I expect the burrowing in, you know what that is, when they turn political appointees into permanent civil servants.
	How serious is, I mean, the transition period which was based upon, you know, how long it takes for a horse and cart to get from California to DC, the fact that we're the only nation in the world that waits months after an election to hand over power, how dangerous is that period before January 20th and the inauguration?
	Critically, because like when President Trump won the first time, the deep state in America wasn't ready for it.
	And so they were scrambling into mode to instantly deploy their assets, let's call them, throughout the government.
	This time, they're preparing for it.
	And they're preparing for it with vigor.
	But here's the thing.
	We have to recognize, and hopefully President Trump's team, when they go in there with their beachheads, recognizes immediately who these people are.
	Because they've been very public about it this time around.
	They've had the mainstream media protect them.
	And they've signed all these public letters, and they've sent public statements.
	So we know who they are, and we can daisy-chain this thing to figure out who their operatives will be.
	We're going to have to have an emphasis, in my opinion, that that is a priority to filter out those individuals who are going to disobey the lawful commands of a commander-in-chief.
	And if you do that, then you should not be in government, period.
	It's actually a violation of your oath of office.
	So once we find out who those people are and highlight them, and hopefully they can do that in transition period, then on January 20th, they can just run the government starting right away at noon on January 20th.
	I think we have an opportunity.
	I think we have the bench, more importantly, of cadres of people to come in and fill these roles.
	But we got to highlight them first.
	And hopefully that's something that will be a focus.

	So I'm going to run something past you that a former CIA individual pitched me, and I think it's bloody genius for what you do with a deep state.
	If President Trump wins, if we do our part, God willing, and he's the 47th president as well as the 45th, we have a public announcement, Cash, that for the first 30 days of the new administration, it's a bit like the reconciliation committees in South Africa, any government official who committed a crime under the color of their authority or is aware of that We'll be given immunity if they confess to it.

	That's a wildly interesting concept that I've literally never thought of.

	Well, leave it to our brilliant intelligence operatives to come up with something that might actually just work.
	I think... Because think about the effect here.
	We know there are at least a few thousand people who are really, really bad.
	A lot of them want to keep their pensions.
	They don't want to end up in prison.
	And just to protect themselves They'll rat on others who won't.
	I mean, we've got the New York Post cover of the 51 intelligence operators, most of whom actually still had contracts with the intelligence community from Brennan to Clapper and on down.
	These are the people that have to be neutralized and have to stand in front of a court for their crimes.
	But we need the evidence.
	What do you think of that kind of advertising of immunity for the little fish?
	Leading to some real, real draining of the deep state.
	Look, I mean, first I've said this first and foremost.
	Every one of those people needs to have their security clearances suspended permanently on day one.
	But beyond that, you know, as a former DOJ prosecutor who built monumental cases based on going down the pyramid and going up, you know, you needed guys to give you information.
	And so if these folks and if this concept is to be successful, they got to come in and give it all, not a little bit, not piecemeal.
	And they got to recognize that if they lie or if they only give partial pieces of information to protect friends, but throw other guys under the bus, then they're going to be investigated fully.
	So I think the concept and the ethos behind it are really smart.
	Because we use it to build the biggest cases in law enforcement in the world.
	And so why wouldn't we use it internally against those that have harmed Americans?
	And so I always say our list is that we don't have one.
	If we can use the Constitution, which permits us to use assets and resources and sources and other things like that to make cases, then why wouldn't we do that to protect the Constitution when people in government are breaking it?
	So explain that just in 60 seconds how the precedent of this in regular criminal cases gives us that kind of leeway to do this in these instances inside the deep state.
	Well, it would have to be the Department of Justice that runs these internal investigations.
	It's a law enforcement measure, so you'd have to have DOJ and FBI do them.
	Why would they do it in any different mechanism?
	Then they build big RICO cases.
	Then they build cases against Puff Daddy, like who just went down.
	Of course, there were sources.
	And people like that, against Epstein.
	We use sources all the time.
	We use assets.
	We take people and we flip them.
	And we turn them against the operatives we are chasing down.
	And so there's many ways to do it, but these tools are already in the toolkit.
	We just have to turn out DOJ and FBI, make that a priority, to have internal accountability.
	That's the deep state.
	We have to have internal accountability.
	That's what Americans want.

	So hopefully they'll be prepared to not just install directors and secretaries, but assistance directors, deputies, chiefs of staff, undersecretaries, DAGs, ADAGs, all these positions that we know about and that we have people to fill.
	They got to go in on day one.
	They got to be announced beforehand and said, this is a crew that's coming.
	And they got to be in lockstep with their leadership structure and, of course, the Commander-in-Chief.
	I think on day one, if you go in and don't wait, don't be like, oh, we'll get that guy next month.
	We'll get the other guy another month.
	That is a typical D.C.
	boondoggle that will delay the success of the Trump administration, in my opinion, for years.
	Day one, everybody's in.
	And then, when you look at the next three or four years, my wife and I—my wife, you know, is a presidential appointee at the Department of Homeland Security.
	We—it's not just the corruption.
	It's also the bloat across the Defense Department, across the intelligence community, DOJ, FBI.
	How important is it to downsize the swamp and not just to get rid of the bad actors?
	No, this is a brilliant point.
	Government agencies and institutions, and Eisenhower warned us about this, have been justifying themselves by government creep.
	That is, oh, we've got to add 10 billets this year.
	We've got to add 20 seats next year.
	And when you do it over decades, over decades, over decades, all these positions exist and Congress keeps funding them, and then everybody has to get in their role and say yes or no, and has to have a decision-making process obstructed instead of being an efficient process.
	And so, this is the thing I say to people publicly.
	Everybody keeps talking about this plum book, you know, whatever that is.
	It's 4,000 people.
	Well, my response to that is, why?
	Why is it 4,000?
	Says who?
	Says the deep state that wrote the plum book?
	Why can't you have 1,000 people do that thing?
	I don't know.
	I don't know the number.
	I'm just saying that's a perfect example of Washington orfering up Their own solutions to continue their own corruption.
	And another kicker is Congress has to come in hard and fast and say, we are eliminating, not adding, eliminating funding for certain billets that are duplicative.
	Like, I don't need 5,000 people at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence when I've got 15,000 at the CIA doing intelligence analysis.
	I don't need that.
	American taxpayers don't need that.
	And that is how you get a deep state.
	You have so many people given access to so much information and having double timing the work instead of doing it efficiently.
	What is your take on how much of this, given that he is the chief executive, how much the president can do by himself and without Congress?
	If you need more money, you have to go to Congress.
	But if you're going to spend less money, can't he just do it by himself?
	There's a lot of ways which government regulations allow him to direct big pockets of money to different national security priorities, let's call it, right?
	Remember, this president, Donald Trump, is going to reprioritize national security as a tier one most important thing in the United States.
	And so when you do that, you have to move big units, agencies and departments, and you have to do that with money.
	And the Commander-in-Chief has control of that.
	So I think when he deploys what his vision for national security is going to be, you're going to see not just the personnel restructure, but you're going to see a monetary restructuring about where the money goes.
	And maybe we'll stop funding DEI and climate change programs with the same rate as the Biden-Harris administration's focuses The targeting of say al-qaeda, you know, Donald Trump has different priorities.

	And when you're around this man, you see that inspiration from him to you in everything he does.
	And so you're just, you know, do a reality check yourself and say, he's doing all this.
	I got to be able to do something to advance the America First cause.
	And that's what it's all about.
	And of course, his private conversations, his good humor, his care about, you know, what's going on in your life makes it so much more fun.
	And it makes it so much more real.
	He's not a fake politician.
	He's not a DC swamp monster.
	So, it's a great way to spend some time and it's the greatest boss I'll ever have.

	Yesterday on the show, on Tuesday, I told the story.
	I was at a Hispanic festival working for my wife, who's now chair of the GOP in the biggest county in Virginia.
	And it was a great day.

	The Hispanic legal immigrants to America wanted more yard signs than we had at the booth in Herndon in northern Virginia.
	It was amazing.
	But this elderly gentleman, white guy, he's there for the empanadas, comes to the booth, and he says he's a veteran, and he says to me, I'm voting for the Republican candidates, except for your former boss, President Trump.
	And I get into a conversation with him, and it's the same tired old garbage.
	It's, oh, character, his private life, mean tweets.
	And then I decided to push back, you know, respectfully, because he's an elderly gentleman.
	And I said, OK, what about 20 million illegals?
	Do you want more of that?
	Uh, no.
	What about war in the Middle East and in Europe?
	Is that a good thing?
	Would you like more of that?
	Uh, no.
	What about the price of grass and inflation?
	Was that good for you, sir?
	And he says, uh, no.
	But at the end of all of that, after I thought I made the points, he said, I still can't vote for him.
	What do you, what do you, what do I do with people like that, Cash?
	Listen, you got to do what you did and talk to him politely and talk to him with the facts, because they're not going to get it from the mainstream media.
	The operational arm of the deep state has always been a two-tier system of justice, weaponized and politicized to target people, not just in the courts of law, but go after their partners in the mainstream media and use disinformation campaigns to lie to them.
	Half of the things he thinks about Donald Trump, I guarantee you are probably false, and so are the other half.
	What we need to do is go out to our communities, like you did, Seb, and like you do constantly with your wife, and talk to every American, all ages, all races, all backgrounds, and say, look, we believe you've been lied to.
	We'll show you the proof.
	Here's the proof.
	Don't you want to vote for this man and not the team that has been lying to you and robbing you of the truth on election day?
	And I think you're going to pull in the voters of all sorts of backgrounds just doing that simple thing, defeating the disinformation campaign that has been on steroid since President Trump hit that escalator.
