You You
You you
you Less than a minute.
Less than two months to go to the election, although of course, many places the election
starts far, far earlier.
And one.
One day to go until, I think, the only debate we're going to see between my former boss, President Trump, and the current vice president, the cackler Kamala Harris.
Welcome, dear friends.
You're listening to America First with me, Sebastian Gorka.
So what was the news over the weekend?
Well, we have so many things to discuss and an amazing group of guests.
uh... to join us today so don't to go anywhere for the next three hours my
former white house colleague sean spicer come on the spicer will be on deck for
the manhood out of the third hour of the show and none other than victor davis
hansen as well so don't that
dial but what happened at the weekend with regards to a
rather famous republican Well, I tweeted about Dick Cheney's endorsement of Kamala Harris.
And this was fun.
It's a little of a troll moment.
I put a photograph of the 83-year-old next to the former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, and my line was the following.
They get Cheney, and we get Gabbard.
OK.
Deal.
Now, you know me, I have my issues with Tarsy Gabbard, but the fact is, we are a big tent now.
We can welcome the likes of Bobby Kennedy Jr.
into our America First banger movement.
Tarsy Gabbard, a former Democrat, welcome in our movement.
But what about Dick Cheney?
Why did he leave our side?
Well, he was never really America First, but think of what he had done in the past.
This individual had been a pillar of the establishment Republican Party for decades!
Not just during the Bush administration as Vice President, but also working for Rumsfeld in the Defense Department many, many years before.
Now, Eric, help me out here, because you've got a pretty good historic mind.
What has the Democrat Party thought of Dick Cheney until three minutes ago?
What kind of things did they call him?
Oh, they called him the worst things.
They called him a war criminal.
They said he was worse than Bush.
They basically wanted him to be impeached.
He was, yeah, he literally was a bigger enemy to them than his actual boss, the president at the time, George W. Bush.
Right!
They hated, I mean, they thought that he was like the Darth Vader, you know, the Palpatine behind Bush and Bush was just a dunce in a cowboy hat and the evil neocon who's committing war crimes in the Middle East is actually Dick Cheney.
He's the Bush whisperer.
That's just a statement of fact.
Now let's internalize that for a moment.
That man It's not even lambasted lambasted doesn't even cover it excoriated for decades as probably until President Trump arrived.
I think you can make an absolutely watertight argument that he is the Republican.
Most vilified and attacked by the Democrat Party.
And not just the loonies, not just the Bernie wing or the AOC wing, the Democrat Party from coat pink on down.
They hated him.
They literally called him a war criminal for years.
And now that person is being celebrated.
Kamala Harris called him a great leader at the weekend when she was asked about the endorsement.
The Democrats think Dick Cheney is a great leader?
There's two things to conclude from this one moment in time.
The first has to do with Dick Cheney himself.
I'm sorry.
He has not one moral fiber in his body.
I don't know if he has a soul even.
We have one party in America that hates the nation and is destroying it as we speak.
With open borders, tens of millions of illegals, pro-criminal DAs, you name it.
You name it.
Pick an issue.
The military.
Using it as a social engineering petri dish.
Giving illegals, you know, Loans they don't have to pay back to buy their first homes.
Illegals.
And that's the party Dick Cheney is endorsing after what they did to him?
That, that is the definition of the swamp.
And the second is a more strategic or comprehensive analysis.
Which goes to the phrase that, I think correctly, my former colleague, now incarcerated felon, Steve Bannon, used all the time, or made popular, and that's the Uniparty.
This city where we work and live, it's not about two parties.
It's about one party and Donald Trump.
Because the Republican Party isn't conservative.
Hasn't been conservative since the late 1980s.
Its interests, with regards to Big Pharma, the Chamber of Commerce, the Beltway Bandits, the military-industrial-congressional complex.
By the way, that is the original phrase in Eisenhower's Farewell speech.
He didn't say originally the military-industrial complex and warn us about them.
His first draft of that speech listed the military-industrial-congressional complex.
And he scratched out the word congressional.
I guess that was just a little bit too far to go for even General Eisenhower.
And then along comes somebody who's a former Democrat.
But sees that both parties have failed us.
The best explication of just how badly they've betrayed America comes, funnily, from then-anti-Trumper J.D.
Vance's book, Hillbilly Allergy.
But along comes a man, Donald Trump, who understands what really happened to J.D. Vance's family
and to the family of millions of others of Americans who were betrayed not only by the
Democrats who say they represented them, but also the rhino Republican establishment, who
signed after, who said, yeah, we can outsource all those jobs.
It's far more efficient to send them to Mexico or China.
And along comes a man who said, no, that's wrong.
And that's why they have to stop him, either by shooting him in the head, putting him in
prison or trying to steal the election again.
It's up to us.
If Dick Cheney has shown us anything, it's that only President Trump can stop them now.
A man who you could have dinner with?
Just listen to this message from the 45th, and God willing, if we do our part, 47th President of the United States.

you The only man standing between the radical left and your cheeseburgers, it's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
But no bun on that cheeseburger, those carbs.
They're naughty, naughty, naughty.
Maybe once a week, but the rest of the time, high protein.
Why?
Because that's how you get back to your former svelte self.
It's not a theory.
I've done it thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss.
I shed 42 pounds in just a matter of months.
My muse, Katie, lost 36.
She looks stunning.
Had to get a whole new wardrobe because everything was too big for her.
Happy wife, happy life.
Find out for yourself how you can do it.
If I can, anyone can.
No scary injections, no chemical dependency for the rest of your life.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans.
Six foot three and a size 36.
That feels amazing.
I haven't been that since I was in my twenties.

Somebody who has no need of that service because he's constantly in a battle with the lunatics of Antifa and the left is this person who just spoke at the annual summit of that inestimable, superb organization that is Moms4Liberty.
I see my beautiful friend Sebastian Gorka here tonight.
When I mentioned to Sebastian yesterday, I said, you know, people think I'm crazy, but I'm pretty normal.
And he said, well, you have to be a little bit crazy to do what you do.
And I guess he's right, because I go out on the street, having abandoned my previous career as a financial advisor, For a much better career, getting punched in the face and getting my arm broken by Antifa.
But you know what?
I'm living a purpose-driven life, and that's extremely satisfying.
I am home most of the time, but it is, of course, a sacrifice for all of my family.
And we're doing this because I'm not going to send my girls into a world that doesn't know what a woman is, in a world that's trying to change the sex of children!
That's a little embarrassing.
I sent the YouTube link for the whole speech, and I said to Jeff, find me a clip with which I can introduce our first guest today.
And of course, it's the one of two shoutouts he gave me.
Thank you, Jeff, I think.
Let's welcome him on our stage, Chris Elston, a.k.a.
Billboard Chris.
Chris, how are you doing, my friend?
Did you survive your visit to the swamp?
I did.
It's always a good time hanging out with Moms4Liberty, one of the most powerful grassroots organizations in the country.
And I'm back home now, relaxing, getting ready for my next trip in about 10 days, where I'll be heading into a different swamp.
I'll be speaking at the Human Rights Council at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
Wow, I cannot wait.
I hope it is televised.
I hope we have a video recording of it.
So, for those of you who've missed our prior discussions with Chris, Chris is a man on a mission.
He's one of the most courageous individuals I know, who just decided for his daughters, for the future of all of our children, to go out and tell the truth, literally with a sandwich board, saying that children, minors, cannot Consent to puberty blockers and other things that are just statements of truth and I Have to ask you Chris that you personal risk to yourself.
It's not a joke.
Somebody did break your arm as you were doing this Where are we?
Can you give us as the military says an estimate of the situation?
We you one of the biggest rounds of applause you got in DC at the summit was when you mentioned the number of of states that have banned the transitioning of minors.
So give us a snapshot.
It was insane land.
Now are we kind of halfway to winning?
Where are we?
Thanks to people like you.
Yeah, I'd say we're exactly about halfway to winning.
It can feel like nothing's happening sometimes because these things take a while.
But really, it was only just two years ago that only two states had looked at legislating a stop to this child abuse.
And today, 25 states have legislated an end to this.
We have entire law firms that have formed to represent these young detransitioners, these kids and young adults who are harmed by this cult of so-called gender medicine.
And I just was talking to a lawyer yesterday in Texas from this firm called Campbell Miller Payne.
These are four dads with 17 kids between them who started a law firm just to sue for These kids.
And there's another big lawsuit about to drop.
They're also suing the American Academy of Pediatrics.
We have court cases going to the Supreme Court.
And so going forward, there are, of course, three main branches of government who all need to deal with this.
And President Trump has said on day one, he's going to pull all funding from any institution pushing this madness.
He's going to work with Congress to get a bill passed.
And they also need to criminalize the doctors who do this.
And we need the Supreme Court to get involved.
But Just between all of that and all the lawsuits that are happening, eventually these medical bodies which refuse to acknowledge reality, they're not going to have a choice because we're going to sue them.
into acknowledging that reality.
What does it say, Chris?
I thought this was incredibly telling that in numerous states where the Democrats are in the driver's seat, they're trying to shorten the statute of limitations on medical malpractice, especially when it comes to surgical transitioning.
What does this mean?
Does it mean they're running for the hills?
Yeah, I think California was making it so that you couldn't even sue.
And in these Republican states where they Have passed this legislation, they usually extended the statute of limitations as well.
And one thing we saw in Missouri where they passed this legislation, the existing children at the gender clinic at the Washington University there, they were allowed to continue receiving this treatment.
But the lawyers for the gender clinic themselves got involved.
They said, we don't like this liability.
We're shutting it all down.
So they didn't even have to legislate a stop to it there.
As soon as they increased the statute of limitations, the lawyers knew that this was too much risk.
So the question is, Why are they doing this if they know they're going to get sued and it's too much risk?
Right.
And how significant is it if we go beyond our borders that they shut down the Tavistock Clinic for Transgender quote-unquote medicine in the UK and then issued this absolutely damning Cass report after four years of research that basically says there is no health benefit to any of this.
That's right.
So Dr. Hilary Cass, a lifetime pediatrician, conducted the biggest systematic review of all the
scientific literature anyone's done over four years, and totally not shockingly, they found this wasn't helping
any kids. They've stopped puberty blockers in England. Scotland went even further. They
stopped the cross-sex hormones. They're stopping this in Sweden, Finland, Denmark. Other countries
are making some progress. Some are still going backwards, though. So this is a big job because all
of these international institutions, all of the leftist institutions, all these NGOs, they're
all still pushing this, and this is one one of their main focuses and they're brainwashing our
youth.
So until we can end this cycle of indoctrinating the youth who then become the recruiters, We're always going to have this problem.
So really, to finally put the nail in this coffin, we need to get gender ideology out of schools.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, we need to get President Trump reelected because that is part of the pincer movement.
It's states, it's federal government, it's legislation.
And despite, you know, having to support him financially, I told my boss, Katie, you got to make a donation on behalf of Gawker HQ to Billboard Chris to support him.

Many have tried.
Most have failed.
But maybe it's the Canuck in him.
Maybe it's his northerly charms north of the border that helps him to get that British accent right.
Chris, I see behind you on the bookshelf another hero or rather heroine's book that Miriam Grossman's lost in Transnation.
Let's talk about this for a second.
This is the part of this diabolical thing we are witnessing that It is the most difficult to comprehend that we have medical practitioners who have to do this.
This isn't, you know, surgical mutilation in a basement of a cult compound somewhere.
This is happening at Boston Children's Hospital.
This is happening across the nation.
And it is medical professionals who have to remove the sexual organs of healthy children or adults.
What do we do?
You said we have to un-indoctrinate the children.
But what about the medical profession?
I mean, the medical profession has the Hippocratic Oath.
First, do no harm.
These doctors are sterilizing children.
What is the most forceful tactic to make sure doctors aren't behaving like Mengele did in the death camps?
Well, I think prison is an excellent option myself.
But how do we do that?
Do we do that at the state level?
Who brings the cases?
Have we thought through the best way to do this?
Well, this federal bill that Marjorie Taylor Greene had written, and I think J.D.
Vance was the only senator in the Senate who wanted to push it through as well.
That would criminalize any doctor or any healthcare professional who takes part.
In any of this.
So I think that's a wonderful option.
Healthcare is done at a state level, so states should be passing laws themselves.
But ultimately, nothing's going to stop these people until we stop them.
So whether that's financially, or through the insurance companies who won't insure these practices anymore, they won't insure these hospitals, or it's through putting them in prison, we just need to put a stop to them.
And we'll have to worry about justice after.
Because we cannot continue to see tens of thousands of children come to harm every year.
And that is the number.
And get this, just in the past seven years, we know from insurance data, so this is just insurance data, this isn't those that paid privately.
We know that there are almost 200 children, girls, aged 12 and a half or younger, who have had double mastectomies.
They're cutting off the breasts of 12-year-old girls.
Those individuals, as you say, those individuals should be in prison, you know, for the rest of their lives.
Yes, we're not set up to do that yet.
So that's something to work towards.
But I think the first step is always creating massive amounts of awareness, because all of the legislation, all the lawsuits, all of that comes downstream from the public getting informed, and parents getting outraged.
Because one person can do a lot, but when a whole lot of parents learn about this, if they take action, we will put a stop to this.
This is just the latest craze affecting humanity.
What does it mean that you had one member of the house and only one senator prepared to sponsor a bill that would criminalize that?
Does that mean this is going to be an uphill battle?
I think it means they're too busy trying to be politically correct when they should be more worried about telling the truth.
Because we're talking about children coming to permanent lifelong harm.
They're turning them into maimed and sterilized lifelong pharmaceutical patients.
And these guys say, oh, well, you know, we're worried about the media, or we don't really understand that, you know, we want children to be who they really are.
And parents, if they go along with this, they're consenting.
Well, none of those arguments make any sense, including the parental approval argument, because we're all about parental rights.
But there's one right parents don't have.
And that's the right to harm their children.
And this is child abuse, pure and simple.
It is child abuse and beyond that it is utterly, completely demonic.

All right, she definitely wasn't the board of Zarina.
Oh no, no, no, no.
And she's going to turn a page and Open a new chapter?
Is that what she said at the convention in Chicago?
It's weird because I think she's the vice president right now.
Can somebody explain this for me?
Maybe the woman who knows no fear, whether it's traveling south of the border to map out what the cartels are doing or traveling with our tier one professionals into harm's way in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
It's been a long time.
Welcome back investigative journalist extraordinaire Sarah Carter.
Hi, Sebastian.
It's so great to be back with you.
Thank you so much.
What a great intro.
So we've got to talk about what you found recently in your travels to El Salvador and elsewhere.
But first, as somebody who's been working this issue for decades, I have to ask your opinion.
She wasn't the board of Zarina, and now she wants to build a wall, Sarah?
You can't—I can't even begin to comprehend how she expects us to believe the lies that are coming out of her mouth.
I mean, her flip-flops are so outrageous.
I mean, like, she's done complete 360s.
She didn't want that wall.
She was the most progressive senator in the Senate.
She had the most progressive ideas when she was in California, and she was as the attorney
general there.
And even when she worked as a prosecutor in San Francisco, it was extremely unbelievable
that now she comes out and says this.
Look, Kamala Harris knows that she has no way to win.
She's even losing the Hispanic population in the United States, the fastest growing
population.
Hispanics are not happy with her.
They're not happy with the Biden regime.
This is a regime, a puppet regime that has been controlled from the onset by others.
And now we're in a fight, though.
And Sebastian, I mean, this has been probably one of the biggest battles.
battles in modern political history.
And it is a fight between extreme Marxism and those that are willing to lie and lay
those lies out flat on the table and expect half of this nation to buy into it and put
them back in office.
And we will lose our nation.
And what we're looking at right now is fighting for the basic principles that our founding
fathers established in the Constitution.
I mean, this is something that, to me, is an extraordinary time in American history.
And Kamala Harris, I mean, they want you to say, don't believe your lying eyes.
And I say, yeah, absolutely.
Don't believe your lying eyes.
If you believe Kamala Harris, don't believe your lying eyes.
I've been covering the border for more than 20 years.
It's never been as bad as it is right now.
And it is extraordinarily becoming a problem that I think would be beyond anything we could imagine if they had four more years in office.
Yeah, because it's clear that for them the rights of illegals supersede the rights of Americans, even our veterans.
Absolutely.
Tell us about what you found in your recent trip.
Everybody needs to go and check out The Dark Wars of the Border podcast that you host.
First, let's dispel this.
It's organic, and it's just people crossing the border organically.
Tell us what most people do not know about the tens of millions who are coming into America, and how it's organized.
Well, I think for the most part, this is the weaponization of migration.
And we've talked about this before on your show, Sebastian, and you've brought this up many times.
We've seen it with Maduro in Venezuela.
We've seen it across the board with our enemies, whether they're adversaries of the United States like the Chinese government, Iran.
We've seen that in Iran, you know, the Iranians taking advantage of what's been happening, believe it or not, in Central America and South America.
More importantly, it's the United Nations and its globalist movement, migration movements, people who support actual migration across the globe.
And they're utilizing that, in effect, to target the United States.
And what we've done in dark wars, the border, we've brought on the experts, we brought the
people on board that are actually investigating this, like me, from the ground up, whether
that be members of Congress, members of the Senate, independent investigators, groups
that are down in the region that are currently working to analyze and assess what is happening
on the intelligence side.
And we're exposing that.
Hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars, I would say in the billions of taxpayer dollars,
our money being used by the U.N. and other nonprofits to aid and abet these nefarious
organizations in trafficking people into the United States.
And we've seen the overwhelming harm that that has done our country, both on the level
of not just the border, but across the entire nation, whether you live in rural communities
of not just the border, but across the entire nation, whether you live in rural communities
or you live in major urban cities.
or you live in major urban cities.
We've seen crime increase in New York.
We've seen crime increase in New York.
We see 75% of the crimes being committed in New York by illegal migrants.
We see 75 percent of the crimes being committed in New York by illegal migrants.
We're watching what's happening in Ohio.
We're watching what's happening in Ohio, the extraordinary concerns we've had here, just
The extraordinary concerns we've had here, just even in Texas, where we've seen predators
targeting our children, maiming and killing.
These people are not being properly vetted by the border patrol.
They're not being properly vetted by immigration and customs enforcement.
The Biden administration and Harris administration, as I call it, has allowed them to just come
right into the country.
I was recently in El Salvador and I had an opportunity to both be there for the inauguration of President Bukele
and then travel there just several weeks ago on a visit.
I actually was able to go into the Secot prison.
This is the maximum security prison in the Western hemisphere that holds
the most MS-13 gang members.
It was a policy by Bukele to kind of clean up his streets and take MS-13 and incarcerate them.
But we've also seen what MS-13 has done in the United States
and Bukele has been very adamant about incarcerating these monsters.
Many of these people that I interviewed, people that I saw inside the prison,
had killed dozens of people single-handedly.
Many of them have targeted children and women.
They were utilized for trafficking drugs and narcotics into the United States and they are still here.
Now a lot of them don't want to return.
We'll talk about what has to be done about it.
It's sarahcarter.com, no h, sarahacarter.com, and you've got to check out her podcast, The Sarah Carter Show and Dark Wars, The Border.

Sarah, you are one of the greatest experts on this issue.
If God willing, President Trump is victorious in November and comes back in as the 47th President of the United States.
Yes, we have to reverse everything.
We have to finish building the wall.
But what else is there that has developed in the last four years that is a new challenge?
What do we do with the El Salvador's, the Venezuelans of the world?
Well, I think what we need to do is remove those that have entered into our country illegally.
It's going to be very difficult.
And I think we need to start with the single males, you know, and especially those that have come into this country that have potential records.
We know right now that the FBI is trying to catch up with everybody that they've let into the country, particularly those people that they believe are connected to terrorism.
I say we need to go a step further.
I think we need to pick people up.
We need to deport them.
We need to demand to our neighbors, and I call them our neighbors, in our Western Hemisphere that they have to take these people back and that we will not work with them unless they do.
I know that I've spoken to people in El Salvador about this problem.
They say they are more than willing to take back El Salvadorians that have committed crimes and I'm very excited about that.
That they are willing to work hand-in-hand with President Trump if he is elected and I think a lot of world leaders are hoping that that will be the case come November.
I know that I believe that will be the case.
And I think that President Trump will hold his ground, will hold his ground with the people to the south of us, particularly with Mexico and with other nations.
But I think we need to expand that even further.
We need to demand that the African nations take back their people as well.
And we need to follow the law.
Our president needs to shut that border down again.
We need to be law-abiding.
We can't allow cities and states, and I think they've learned their lesson, at least some of them have, To have these sanctuary cities.
We need to be able to remove these people that are committing the most heinous of crimes in our nation and get rid of them.
And we need to follow the rules and send a clear message to the rest of the world that we will not tolerate this, that our borders are not open, that they are closed, and that if you enter into the United States illegally, no matter who you are, you will be returned.
You will not be allowed in this country.
You've got to follow the rules and you've got to do it the right way.
What a crazy idea!
We've got to have a nation of borders.

Next up, smartest guy amongst the patriots.
He is Victor Davis Hanson.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, stay on this channel.
you you
you Donald Trump presents a challenge and a threat fundamentally to the Republic.
We see it on a daily basis.
Somebody who was willing to use violence in order to attempt to seize power, to stay in power.
Someone who represents unrecoverable catastrophe, frankly, in my view.
And we have to do everything possible Unrecoverable catastrophe.
What, like surrendering Afghanistan and opening our borders to tens of millions of illegals?
Real double-digit inflation.
War in Europe and war in the Middle East.
That kind of catastrophe, Liz Cheney.
We opened the show with a discussion of Dick Cheney endorsing Kamala Harris.
What does it mean for the future of politics and the chances for my former boss, President Trump?
Let's ask the wisest man amongst patriots here in the United States.
He's the author of an updated version of the case for Trump.
Very excited to have him one-on-one with us here.
Professor Victor Davis Hanson, welcome back.
Thank you for having me.
So we have so many things to discuss, including your latest piece about the Biden-Harris world
on fire.
But I opened the show with my take on, well, I tweeted this morning a picture of Dick Cheney,
Vice, Tulsi Gabbard, who I have issues with.
But the fact that she's been allowed into the MAGA tent, I think is a big deal, along
with Bobby Kennedy.
And I said, they get Cheney and we get Gabbard.
OK.
What does it say of the insanity of the body politic today that the man who was, I think,
I'm not no historian, but the most hated individual on the right prior to Donald Trump coming
down the escalator, that that man, Dick Cheney, is now voting for the neo-Jackal by Democrats?
What's happening, Professor?
I don't know, but he's not alone.
George W. Bush did not endorse anybody.
Lynne Cheney was at one point the third highest-ranking member of the Republicans in the House.
I think the problem is that 85 percent of the MAGA agenda is synchronized with what The Bush-Cheney people were doing.
There were big differences, of course, on the border and optional wars, but on deregulation and taxes and crime and abortion, there was enough similarities to make a sharp contrast with the left.
So what he's basically doing is saying that for personal reasons, I am going to disown everything for the last half century that I stood for, but not only that I stood for, but that I solicited money for, that I solicited help for, that I wanted the conservative movement to nominate me and represent.
And he needs to tell us exactly why that is.
And she did, and said that Donald Trump tried to violently take over Uh, cancel elections.
But of the people he told to assemble patriotically and peacefully at the Capitol, no one was found inside the Capitol with a weapon.
If you want to talk about something that's inciting a riot, you could go to Kamala Harris, who on national TV, with Stephen Colbert, at the height of looting, arson, violence, 35 deaths nationwide.
And then in Washington, she said, these protests are not going to stop.
They should not stop.
This is a movement.
They're going to keep going.
They're going to go on beyond Election Day.
She tied in the riots in the street with Election Day, as if they were going to affect the election.
That was confirmed later with Molly Ball's time essay, where she said the left had modulated
the demonstrations to help their election cause in 2020.
And she also bailed out Biden offenders accused of arson, assault, looting, etc.
Helped them bail out in 2020.
So I don't see any consistency there is what I'm trying to say.
And with regards to, you made the comment that 80% of what MAGA stands for should be fined to establishment Republicans.
What amongst the other 20% is so neuralgic that he would count himself in the caravan of the people who detested him for the last 30 years?
Is it building the wall?
Is it not genuflecting at the knee of the Chamber of Commerce?
Or not having forever wars?
I do, because the 15 or 20 percent that MAGA might not be identical to his era of Republicans, if you took Trump out of the equation, Trump the person, He would probably be consistently now for a closed border and would have evolved to that point, like most other mainstream Republicans.
And he probably would not want to repeat Iraq and Afghanistan.
So your question is, what is it?
I think part of it has to do with Trump's virulent opposition To Iraq and Afghanistan.
At one point, remember, when Donald Trump was private citizen, Trump, he suggested that what Bush did was an impeachable offense.
And he was all—not always, but very soon after the statue fell in Iraq, Donald Trump was on record that these were disasters.
And actually, his campaign was sort of jumpstarted by the idea, we're wasting blood and treasure,
and that was a direct criticism of both of them, and they're using it.
But a little bit different in Cheney's case, Donald Trump, I think you could say, destroyed
Liz Cheney's career.
And by that I mean, she really did believe that she was going to rise to new heights
by galvanizing the Never Trump movement and would destroy Donald Trump after January 6th.
The opposite happened, and I think the entire family thought they were going to pass the torch to her, and the Cheney political dynasty would endure forever, and then this orange man, Phoenix-like, was resurrected after January 6th, Mayfield.
And he destroyed her career.
She lost by a historic margin in her home state.
And then the other thing is, very quickly, Seb, I think The mega-rhetoric that there is a corporate industrial elite who profits by the revolving door in government was very sensitive to the Chinese.
Yeah.
And the fact, I mean, neither of us are psychiatrists or priests.
My first degree was philosophy and theology, so I'll wave that credential in their faces.
But what kind of person, and this is where I Reveal my naivete, which I didn't think I had much of.
What kind of person, as a former politician, goes on cable television at the weekend after the leader of the opposition has been shot in the head and says Donald Trump is a existential threat to our democracy?
I mean, that's not juggling with, you know, hand grenades.
That's juggling with hand grenades which have had the pins pulled out of them.
Yeah, I don't know that answer.
I do think that there were a lot of what they would call themselves senior wise men who had retired out of governance on the Republican side and they felt that they were sobering conditions and they would be consulted and they would be the grandfathers of the party for maybe 20 or 30 years after they finished their terms.
And Donald Trump came in And essentially, either they cut him off or he cut in on both, but they were no longer, they no longer felt necessary or wanted.
And that's one interpretation.
The other, very quickly, is I think a lot of them are where they want to be.
They always wanted to be.
I think they've gravitated to the Washington culture.
They found out that all of the benefits, whether they were careerist or financial or cultural or psychological or on the left, that's who dominates television, the media, sports, entertainment, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, popular culture.
And Donald Trump gave them an exit ramp, and they took it.
And now I think nobody's going to ever call him a Nazi again or a Hal Burton corrupt, which I thought was an unfair charge against him.
They're not going to be calling George W. Bush a digital brownshirt, at least as long as they stay in their current political iteration.
I think a lot of people get tired and they think, you know what, my entire life I've been pilloried and caricatured and slurred and smeared by the left and I'm just tired of it and I just want my peace with it and Donald Trump comes along and it's a convenient way to affect that.
Yeah, but to embolden others to take violent action against him again, these are the people who have, well, maybe they have regard for their words, but maybe they don't understand the ramifications.

Bye.
you you
you We see something that said, take a look what happened.
Get down, get down, get down, get down.
Get in the car, get in the car, get in the car.
Absolutely stunning.
And just eight weeks ago.
Professor Hanson, you are a historian by training, a strategic thinker.
How peculiar is it that the events of Butler, Pennsylvania seem to have not occurred to have been deep-sixed and memory-holed less than a full two months after they occurred?
In presidential history, how is this possible?
Well, usually there's a lot more, I mean, there's a lot more attention, especially to What it presages, because there is a narrative that Trump is Hitler on the left, and that suggests to a lot of deranged people that if you were to shoot Donald Trump, you would go down in the annals of leftist history as a hero.
That's overt in some areas.
And when you superimpose that reality onto the laxity shown by the Secret Service to allow a 20-year-old something to come in and get these eight shots off, Then the message it's signaling to other would-be shooters is, A, there's a lot of people in the country who would feel that I was heroic and last forever in my name, and two, I think I could do better than a 20-year-old because he got through supposedly secure protection of the president, and therefore I think we're in a very dangerous time
Well, we should be talking about this all the time, and by that I mean we should not permit implied conversation or media reporting this talk about Donald Trump is a fascist, Hitlerite, etc., etc., and we should be taking a hard look at the Secret Service because I don't think anyone's ever seen such incompetence in protecting a former president and a major presidential candidate.
So, but that's what I'm worried about, Seth, is nobody is talking about the precedent or the signals that's sending for the next 60 days to a lot of dangerous people out there, especially with a border that's seen at least 10 million people come over.
Do you have a working hypothesis?
The best I heard at a recent congressional investigation on the events of Butler that was hosted by the Heritage Foundation is this idea of failure by design.
That this organization was going to fail sooner or later given how it was being run.
Do you see that or do you see something worse?
I would modulate that a little bit.
I just think that given the nature of what we've seen from the intelligence and security apparat in Washington, whether you judge it by Brennan or Clapper or Comey or McKay, I just don't think they take a seriously conservative figure.
They feel that they're naturally aligned and they must be aligned with the predominant power in the deep state.
This scales down to the rank and file that when you're going to protect an Obama or a Biden or a Harris, you have an extra, I don't know, an extra level of alert.
But with Trump, you kind of get casual since nobody wants to be detailed to Trump, and Trump is a pariah among your superiors, and they've been on record.
In various ways.
I mean, when you have 51 intelligence authorities, including Leon Panetta and James Clapper and John Brennan, who willfully and deliberately lied, as they did in 2020 to thwart an election, And you've had Andrew McCaig lie four times to federal investigators, Comey, Fain, you know, Amicia.
That sends a message that the intelligence or the enforcement come in.
And then when you have the former Secret Service head, pretty much appointed by Jill Biden—these were supposed to be nonpartisan offices—then people in the field, in the administrative level, feel, well, You know, I want to make sure that we give 110% protection to particular candidates or ex-presidents, but as far as Trump goes, I'm just going to relax.
I do believe that, yes.
Another stunning event is on the third anniversary of the Abbeygate Massacre.
The parents of those killed invited President Trump to come to this National Cemetery at Arlington.
They tried to block him saying, no, it's not convenient for us.
Speaker Johnson had to step in and say, you will allow President Trump to come to Arlington.
It was not used any campaign propaganda.
No ad was cut by the Trump campaign.
Yet, within hours, not only the White House, but the U.S.
Army attacked President Trump.
At the same time, the current Commander-in-Chief is sunning himself on a beach, and the official calendar for Vice President Kamala was empty for that day.
So, what have we arrived at where the U.S.
Army lambasts a former commander-in-chief for privately paying his respects at the tombs, at the grave site of those who died in uniform?
Well, I think it's sort of like what we just talked about with the Secret Service.
I think there's a climate in Washington among careerists in all the bureaucracies, the Pentagon That you make the necessary adjustments.
And when it's a matter of Trump, you are rewarded for virtue signaling your hostility in a performance art style.
And when it's somebody else, you don't do that.
The irony about the whole fiasco was the main people who criticized Trump had either one or two things in common.
Either they themselves or their family had gone to This area of the Arlington Cemetery and had cut a at one time a political commercial.
Maybe Joe Biden and John McCain had done that, or they were just indifferent to showing up and showing any empathy for the families of the 13 killed in Afghanistan.
That would include also Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
So I think it boomerang boomeranged upon them.
I think it was.
I think what we're watching is We're so in the middle of it, Seb.
I don't think that we're watching a gradual pulling away now.
It's going to be very slow and insidious, but I think people are starting to size up the election, and they're starting to see that one side is not transparent.
They will not meet With any of the media, they will not meet with the public.
They're afraid of transparency and ad hoc communications, and the people are starting to see that.
And I think you'll see Donald Trump, after the shock of the Biden resignation from his candidacy and the bump from the convention, I think you'll start to see him in the national polls go up one, two, or three.
And that will be interesting.
And of course we have the debate tomorrow evening.
We're talking to Professor Victor Davis Hanson, senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, victorhanson.com, the Blade of Perseus subscription service, and the new version, the updated limited edition of The Case for Trump.

Professor Hanson, you mentioned, it's a rather diplomatic phrase, you talked about the careerists
in Washington, D.C.
Others call them the deep state.
I have said that in the last four years they have demonstrated there's nothing deep about them.
They're the in-your-face state.
If, God willing, we do our part and President Trump wins on November the 5th, Is the magnitude of the task of neutralizing those who do not believe the writ of the people and who they choose as the president is irrelevant?
How much of a Sisyphean task is it to correct that reality amongst the careerists?
Well, it's very difficult because it's a multi...
tasking project, you'll be attracted and demonizing the media as being political, even though
that's what Obama and Biden have done. We moved prior appointments by Republicans.
And then you'll have people who will swear their fealty to Trump and will find out,
as we did earlier, that they were not loyal to Trump and they tried to stop him,
anonymous and people like that. And then you'll have people on our side saying, we don't win by
tip for tap. That's not true. That's not true. That's not true. That's not true.
That's what the left does.
We don't do that.
We don't fire people who are disinterested and nonpolitical.
So there's a lot of difficulties in doing that.
But I think If you don't do it, then you're going to find that they're going to come right out of the woodwork like they did in 2017, which, you know, we had 22 months of Mueller that derailed the Trump presidency.
And then we went right into, and then first impeachment, Russia, Russia, then we had laptop.
So we don't, if you want to avoid that, you're going to have to ignore everything, what I just said and press ahead.
If you look at the report that was released today from the Foreign Affairs Committee, it's got some language that is quite unusual for Congress, and they stipulate blatantly that government officials Lied to the American people about what happened in Afghanistan and how the withdrawal was planned or not planned.
Surely if any of those accusations prove to be founded, there must be ramifications if the average American is to have trust in these agencies that have such power.
Yeah, they should.
And that should be both civilian and military.
If there were active military officers who were still in command and they made decisions or they misinformed
people, then they should pay a price.
If there were career people in the State Department who did the same, then they should pay a price.
That's not retaliation.
That's not vengeance.
That's justice.
That holds true, though, for—give you another example.
We were told that of the 51 intelligence authorities who signed that letter lying that it had all the hallmarks, that is the laptop of Russian disinformation, many of them weren't retirees.
They were contractors with contracts.
They should stop all of those contracts.
All of them should not be allowed ever again to work with or for the federal government.
That should be a taboo.
And the same thing goes with security clearance.
Why in the world would you give security clearances to people who don't tell the truth?
So yeah, if you don't do it, it's not the humane thing to not do it, it's the humane thing to do it.
Because if you don't do it, you're green-lighting this type of behavior and institutionalizing it.
You can't do that.
Yeah, you sent the wrong message and those who have lied for political purposes are told the message that you can do it again.
It worked the last time and there were no negative repercussions for you.

We're back with Professor Victor Davis Hanson, author of the newly updated limited edition
of The Case for Trump.
Order it today at victorhanson.com.
I have a very brief cut to play for you from one of the most mendacious individuals on Capitol Hill, who gives Adam Schiff a run for his money.
This is Dan Goldman, Cut 5.
The Trump policy is to deport everybody, whether they have a green card or not, and just to eliminate all immigration, essentially, because they do not want people who are not white to come into this country.
It's plain and simple.
Absolutely stunning.
I want to have a little bit of fun for a moment.
Isn't it a little bit ironic, to say the least, Professor, that if there were one issue The left should have run from and not given to President Trump this third time round.
It should be the border.
Because if you go back to 2015 and 2016, amongst many other things America First and MAGA stood for, the primary one that energized, especially the working class, was build the wall.
That's not an issue.
They should have gifted to him a third time round.
And not only have they gifted to him, they've quadrupled down on it.
Does this demonstrate some complete a-strategic mentality on behalf of the left?
Well, I think it's going to be the one issue why they're going to lose, because I do believe they're going to lose the election.
I think all people across the political spectrum cannot fathom why 10 million people, the first thing that they did was break the law, crossing the board.
The second thing, they would break the law by residing here.
And the third thing, to be candid, they break the law by finding false identification.
When Goldman says that about legal immigration, it's the desire to make all immigration legal is exactly what's going to save legal immigration.
Legal immigration is destroyed today because people have been waiting in line for years while illegals cut in front of them.
And you know, it's not their right, Seb, who is writing books with the titles, The New Democratic Majority, or they're not writing books with titles like Demography is Destiny.
I think it was Atlantic that did that huge piece, The Browning of America, why it's a good thing.
Exactly.
They're the ones that are obsessed with race.
And they believe that their agenda does not appeal to 51% of the existing population.
And so what they're doing is opening the border.
You have swing states that have 70 percent of the voters who cast ballots not do it on
election day, that that benefits them for a variety of reasons.
There's not as much authenticity or guarantee that the ballots are sacred and accurate.
And then they feel that when people come without English or without skills or without capital
or without background checks.
There are an enormous need of federal, state, local legal help, housing help, food help, medical help, and that grows the government and requires higher taxes.
And it provides cheap labor to a lot of these people.
And that's why they're for it.
I, as you know, my job was strategist to the president of the White House, and one thing
I've said, kind of half-jokingly but really sincerely as well, is whilst the other side
are extreme in their revolutionary zeal that you've compared to France during the revolution,
they don't have any big brains anymore.
There's no Gingrich or Kissinger or VDH on the left, which can make them even more dangerous.
But do you see anybody amongst the ideological milieu that is a strategic thinker?
No, because they can't exist, because they don't adjudicate talent by merit anymore, or by any decision or disinterested criteria.
It's DEI.
Your gender, your sexual orientation, your ethnic background, your religion, and especially your race, then propels people into the forefront of the Democratic Party, like Kamala Harris.
Then, to compound that anti-Amerocratic movement, they create an iron dome over it.
And then anybody who criticizes it and says, wait a minute, your party has destroyed the SAT at universities, your party is pre-selecting their vice presidential candidate on the basis of her gender.
When you start to question that, then they come back and call you a racist.
Or a sexist or a nativist, etc.
And so they created their own doom loop.
And that means that anybody who could be, any bright person who would come along and start to offer them candid advice that they didn't like, and that if he wasn't of a particular gender or race, they would attack.
Whereas what the Republicans have done, they've substituted gender and race and replaced it with class.
So they've actually taken the Republican Party and made it a workers' party of the lower, middle, and upper middle classes, and it's ecumenical.
So when they talk, when he, when Goldman talks about this supposed racist Republican Party
on immigration, he's got to explain why most of the polls show that Donald Trump will get
more African-American and Mexican-American voters than did Mitt Romney, than John McCain,

The ads are superb.
The visits to, you know, bodegas in Harlem are genius.
Is there anything you'd like to see more of or less of?
Or what advice would you have for my former boss during tomorrow's debate?
Well, he's becoming ecumenical, and by that I mean he's being inclusive.
And every time he has a former Democrat like RFK or he has Tulsi Gabbard, Or he has former rivals within his own party on stage.
A Nikki Haley, a DeSantis, Marco Rubio.
Or he has reached out to Governor Kemp in Georgia.
All of that creates this image, which is accurate, that he doesn't hold grudges.
And then he wants—this is a campaign about issues, not personalities, and he needs all of us to join him.
And then the debate, it's the same thing.
All he has to do is just very politely, calmly, softly say, You are not meeting with the American people.
You will not talk to them.
Why is that?
And why, on 10 or 12 of the key issues that Americans face, why will you not tell us where you are now versus where you were a little while ago, where you were before?
Why are you changing so radically over to my positions?

Less than eight weeks ago, Butler, Pennsylvania.
Have we forgotten?
Has it been deep-sixed?
What is the mainstream media trying to do?
And what effect will it have on the November election?
I'm honoured to have with us a man who, look, this is the Manhood Hour and what is it important to do?
Help your buddies and be thankful to your buddies when they stand up for you.
I had to go on a road trip last week And who did I call to step in the trenches for me?
None other than my former White House colleague, the man at the podium, officer on deck, Sean Spicer.
Welcome back to America First.
Good to see you.
And I heard you behaved quite well for my wife Katie last week at that event with Andrew Clavin.
She didn't let me near any of the fun toys, the weapons, the drinks.
I had a sippy cup.
It was, you know... No, you did good, and everybody there really enjoyed the evening, and I'm very grateful to you, Sean.
Thank you.
All right, former White House Press Secretary, follow him at Sean Spicer, SeanSpicer.com, the podcast as well, The Sean Spicer Show, and the Substack.
I have so many things to discuss with you.
I really...
I really value your analysis because you're a straight shooter and you've been in the trenches for decades now and you're in the White House with President Trump representing him.
I'm just going to ask you up front, seven and a half weeks ago, that event in Butler, Pennsylvania, it's like it didn't happen, Sean.
How is that possible?
It's so funny.
You and I didn't even talk about this segment and I was spending a lot of time last night thinking about this.
What should have happened on a multitude of fronts, meaning both publicly, media-wise, investigative-wise, and you said it right just a moment ago, it's like it didn't happen.
I had this conversation with some folks actually at the dinner that you were mentioning.
A former president, the current leading candidate for president for this upcoming election, was nearly killed.
And it's almost like I've never seen anything like this.
I mean, stop for a moment when you're thinking about this.
If if there was a water main break in your town or city right now, there'd be a press conference within a couple hours.
The Department of Public Works, the police, wherever it all be out there and say, here's what we're doing to alleviate this.
And here are the plans in place.
I mean, that's just standard operating procedure for governments at all level.
There wasn't a single press conference from a law enforcement agency for weeks Until, frankly, the first thing we heard was congressional testimony.
And you have to ask yourself, why?
What's going on?
And then to your point about the media, that blows my mind as well, the lack of interest and impact.
And I think part of it is that because it's President Trump and they don't want to create a sympathetic image around him.
You look at that image there, and that was the other thing, Seb, that I was thinking about.
For those of you who are listening, not whatever, we're watching the iconic moment where President Trump gets shot and he puts his fist in the air and says, fight, fight, fight.
And I'm being honest when I say this right now.
Like, if I hear a car back up, and I know it's kind of funny to say, but like, you kind of get startled and you freak out a little.
I think folks who've had near-death experiences, been in an accident or something, Well, always remember, you can't see it because I've grown a little summer buzz here.
Is that in concurrence with Navy regulations?
No, it's not.
But luckily, I don't have to worry about that for a couple of weeks.
But I got hit with a softball, but right in 2000, I think it was six or eight, right in the mouth.
I took a shot to the face.
And I actually met with a fellow My buddy of mine was an Air Force psychologist and I said to him afterwards, I'm like, you know, it's weird.
I can't go to a game.
I mean, I hear the crack of a bat.
I immediately duck.
And they said to me at the time, like, that's just going to, that's a natural healing process.
Like you, you took a hit.
Right.
And this was a softball, but it took out a bunch of my teeth and it was a pretty major event.
And I'm thinking to myself how that affected me psychologically.
And then I think to myself, wait a second, put yourself in President Trump's shoes and you and I were with him on Friday night.
I asked him, I said, so how's the ear?
How's it?
He said, and he showed me and he put it over.
And I didn't think about it until afterwards, but it's I, because I was thinking about it in the context of my own incident.
I said, my God, if I was that freaked after getting hit in the face with a softball, can you imagine what it's like to be shot at and to realize that if your head hadn't turned a little here or there, That you'd be dead.
And I just, I don't know, there's just something that's so weird about how this has been deep-sexed.
No one wants to talk about it.
Let's talk about that for a second, but before we get to that, I mean, you're a military man, you served with a distinction in the Navy, I was three years in the Territorial Army in the UK, and I'm very good with guns, very comfortable with guns, I've shot probably millions of rounds, but I guarantee you, if I'd been shot in the ear, I probably would have stood there holding my bloody hand saying, I've been shot.
I've been shot.
Right?
I would have frozen.
I would have panicked.
I've never, I've been, I've been to Afghanistan as a civilian, but I've never been to a real war zone carrying a gun.
Unlike Tim Walz, right?
Um, but the idea that not only the psychological effect on him, but the fact how he reacted is also quite legendary, isn't it?
That's what I'm saying.
Like I, I know what it was like to take a ball to the face.
Right.
But no one was trying to kill me.
And I don't think there was any, no circumstance that would, I mean, I, I believe me, it wasn't pretty sight, but I, I was thinking about it in the context of the other day, just my healing process.
And somebody asked me the day, cause they had seen him.
They said, how is he doing after he was in shot?
And I said, Oh, I saw the ear.
He's doing fine.
He, you know, as I said, the president showed me his ear and said, you know, this is where they got me.
And it wasn't until afterwards that I thought to myself, I missed the key question.
How are you doing?
Like, I just, I can't.
I mean, this gets back to your point.
Like if somebody had shot me, I don't, I don't know that I could stand there.
Like I would be freaked out at every corner.
Think about everywhere that that guy goes, the horrible forces that are out there that want to do him harm.
And I think the mental, like, to me, I don't, I just, I'm pretty good at compartmentalizing, right?
It's the thing about politics.
You gotta put the haters in one category sometimes and march forward.
But I can't imagine that that, being shot at, and not just shot at, but having it hit you and think to yourself, this much of a difference.
I mean, think about this for a second.
I was talking to Selena Zito.
Yeah.
And she said, Sean, she was there, right?
Yeah, she was there in the front row.
She was supposed to be interviewing him right afterwards.
She's the reporter for the Pittsburgh Review.
I think I read the Hill now.
I can't remember.
She does such great work.
And she said, Sean, he I go to these all the time.
He never pulls anything up.
And I've been to a bunch.
I have a movie, as you know, from Salem called Front Row Joe's.
And I always talk about and I did this whole documentary that's available at Salem now dot com about the people in the front row, the front row Joe's.
And I was thinking about that when he got shot, like all these people, but she said to me, Sean, he never, he, you know, when he jokes about that chart that saved his life, that's not an exaggeration.
He said, if you watch the video, can we pull it up?
And his head cocks up to go look at the chart.
Had that head not gone towards up and looking at the chart, it would have, there's no, you know, the bullet would have gone through.
And I just, I don't know about, I just, I think to myself, I don't know what I would have done post an event like that.
The idea that not only did you get up right away, maybe to your point, how you reacted in the moment is one thing.
But subsequently, I think it would have taken a tremendous mental toll.
Yeah, which clearly, well, not clearly, apparently it hasn't.
The only evidence we've had is the first night of the RNC convention in Milwaukee, where he came to every evening session, sat there and listened to most of the speakers.
But the first night he walked in with only large male Secret Service agents in his protective detail, I'll have you know.
He had a somber face.
There was a look on his face because it had been less than 48 hours since he'd been shot.
There was a look on his face.
There we go.
Thank you, Eric.
God bless.
That was, um...
Wasn't the President Trump that we're used to, especially in an arena with, you know, 30, 40,000 people cheering at him.
So there was clearly an effect.
And then that moment on, what was it, Thursday night when he accepted the nomination, where, and it was a gut punch.
We were in the skyboxes with Katie and he said, a lot of people have asked me about what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania.
And I'm going to tell you, but I'm only going to tell you this once and never again, because
it was so painful.
Those are not the kinds of words you expect from the man we know as President Trump.

Sean, we could discuss Butler and the deep-sixing of that event for the rest of the hour or for several hours.
I want to take a specific spin on what we witnessed and ask you one question, because you have such a good bead on the insanity of politics today, on what it was like 8 years ago, 15 years ago.
How does Butler, Pennsylvania change politics in America, Sean Spicer?
Interesting question you're asking.
In a normal world, significantly, right?
I think that this goes back to the first comment that you made.
They don't want us—so, you know, you mentioned some of your previous work.
You know, there would normally be like an after-action report saying, OK, here's what we've got to do going forward.
You know, and I don't feel like anyone really wants to do that in a public way because it causes—it might cause sympathy or support for Donald Trump.
As sad as that is to say, right?
I mean, we would normally be talking about, think about this, a bridge collapses, right?
And we talk about how we're going to build it back and reinforce it and ensure that new measures are put in forward and protocols so that something doesn't happen again.
That's normally what you do after an event or an incident that something terrible happens.
And yet we haven't had one discussion.
I mean, yes, the Secret Service talks about like, You know, putting him behind glass or something, or plexiglass.
But there's no real discussion about how our politics are going to change, because they don't... I think in most members of the media and the elite classes, they're like, well, this only will happen to Trump.
Right.
If this happened, God forbid, to another politician, I think we would be having this discussion about all these, you know, new protocols that are in place, you know, at any time that somebody goes and speaks.
The day after the The assassination.
I wrote a piece for Breitbart that went rather viral.
And not just because of the headline, but I meant the headline and I justified it.
And what I wrote, Sean, was the assassin who had to happen.
And I'd like your reaction to... Thank you, Eric.
I'd like your reaction to this take.
It affects politics, not just the fact that he was shot in the head, but why he was shot in the head.
The fact that the Democrats for eight years have called him a literal enemy of the state, a Nazi, a white supremacist, a tyrant, a man who's going to put us in camps, and at the Chicago DNC convention, the current incumbent calls President Trump, the leader of the opposition, a clear and present danger.
Sean, you've been in politics a long time.
We didn't used to do that.
No, but I read your piece.
It was fantastic.
And I think it's right.
It's unfortunate, but it's right, right?
I feel like I sound like JD Vance right now.
And the AP will take me out of context and say that I, I said that assassinations are great things or something like, which is what the AP apparently does.
But you're right that if you, at some point you, you, you, somebody, and this is what's interesting is that the left wants to have this discussion, like every, like Donald Trump is responsible for every bad thing that happened by a supporter of his.
But when it happens on the other side, then it's completely... I mean, think about this.
The guy that shot those people on the softball, baseball field, not far from where I am right now, my son actually played on that.
I mean, that's... James Hodgkinson, the Bernie Sanders volunteer.
Right.
But they don't... To them, we shouldn't inject politics into a discussion like that, right?
And you think about it as a former Trump official, as you as one.
When Maxine Waters said we should surround these folks, we should not let them have whatever it was, make them comfortable however she frees them.
Harass them.
We should make them unwelcome in society when you see them pumping gas.
That's what she said.
What do you think is going to happen?
What do you think is going to happen?
People are going to go into restaurants like they did with Sarah Sanders.
Would they go into restaurants and surround homes like they did to Chad Wolf?
They take that and they say, oh, well, if that's what the elected officials are saying, if that's what the leaders are saying to do, then we'll go do it.
And I so I to your point, I don't think it's it's it's unfortunately so that if the AP is quoting me on this, it does become sort of reflexive on a lot of these.
Right.
And that's unfortunate because it shouldn't be that way.
It's but they use very dangerous language.
Very dangerous language.
And I think that that's what scares me, is that they tolerate, and it manifests itself into, think about what happened at BLM and those riots, right?
If you know that you can steal, vandalize, destroy, hurt, maim, kill people, property, whatever, without consequence, and not only without consequence, but people like Kamala Harris will bail you out, well then you'll do it!
I mean, we act so like, you know, I love when people act so shocked when events happen.
There's no consequence.
We have these instances at Union Station in Washington, D.C.
the other day when Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke.
They burned property, flags, hurt people, you know, destroyed public.
And there was no consequence.
Everyone gets out of jail.
No one gets charged.
And so you think to yourself, what's going to prevent that?
Next time.
And I've told you when I was a kid, I remember there was people feared consequences.
Yeah.
I don't want to do X because I'm going to get in trouble.
It'll be on my record, whatever.
And now you know that not only will you not be arrested, if you are arrested, you'll be let out.
If you are, you know, not only let out, but it'll expunge your record.
There are no consequences anymore because that's the way that the left governs.
If it's if you're in support of their cause, then there's no problem.
Yeah.
Yeah.

called The Morning Meeting, and you can stream it on my YouTube channel.
I do, it's a morning call that we broadcast live.

And the idea is that we give you a bipartisan look at the stories and the events and the issues that are going to happen that day from both campaigns.
So the idea is I'm going to tell you what Trump's doing and why and how we're going to frame Harris.
Tim Hogan, who's a Hillary Clinton staffer, gives us you know, their take and why, what they're going to be
saying about Donald Trump.
And then Mark Halpern moderates it.
But the cool thing about it is that after we talk for about 10 minutes, we take questions

We've had a caller from South America.
We had someone from China.
We've had a couple people from Europe.
Uh, they're all Americans, but they weigh in.
Um, and I think that's what's really cool is that, you know, and then we have, I mean, Newt Gingrich shows up and, and Alex Castellanos, the, the ad maker.
Um, I'm just trying to think of some of the other, but like we have big names.
It literally, there's no guest list.
It's people just get on every morning and we get thousands of people who Share us their idea why they're supporting Donald Trump.
In some cases they'll be undecided and they kind of allow Tim and I to take a whack at them and give them our perspective.
So give us your perspective.
I'm not interested in some Clinton flunky.
What happens if we win?
Because, you know, people, you know, the left is saying, oh my gosh, if Trump loses January 6th, January 6th, I'm worried about if we win because I think BLM Antifa will look like a cakewalk.
So here's what I'll tell you.
There's that old thing when you're listening to financial products and they say past performance is no guarantee of future returns.
I always look at Trump's people who, oh, Trump's going to do this.
I'm like, really?
Foreign policy-wise, look at what happened during four years of Trump.
The world was safer and more secure.
Russia never annexed or invaded another piece of land.
China was less provocative.
The North Koreans were less provocative.
The Iranians were less provocative.
I mean, Donald Trump, I don't really care why, by the way.
People are like, oh, Trump was unstable.
Guess what?
If he made them fear us more, God bless him!
I don't really care.
I was at that dinner with President Xi where we sat in the Situation Room, in the makeshift Situation Room at Mar-a-Lago.
The President was briefed by Mattis and the Joint Staff about the bombs we were doing.
And then we went back up and had dessert with President Xi and he said, sorry for the delay, had to drop some bombs.
And the look in President Xi's face, it was priceless.
But it still remained the best chocolate cake in the world, right?
You know what?
I'll tell you this.
My two recommendations.
If you ever have dinner at Mar-a-Lago, one, go for the meatloaf.
It's Mama Trump's recipe.

You don't have the tacos?
Taco Bowl?
I have.
No, I have.
That's just one day a week, Taco Tuesday.
Or as Tim Waltz calls it, White Man Taco Tuesday.
Oh my gosh.
Look, I'll put this simply put.
I think that we've seen We don't have to guess.
We know the difference between the two.
And that's plain and simple.
And that's what makes this race so easy.
If you have a conversation with a friend or a colleague or family member, this isn't a hypothetical.
Here's the difference.
Did you like the last four years or not?
If you didn't, if you didn't like more people working, if you didn't like a safer and secure border, if you didn't like a more stable world, then I can't help you.
I can't.
I mean, if you literally are like, I love chaos.

How do you push back?
How can you support the conservative movement?
Do you need a nationally syndicated radio show?
Do you need to run for the presidency?
No.
It's as simple as not funding your enemies.
Who?
Me?
Yes, you.
If you have a cell phone connected to the big three cell phone providers, you're literally funding the other side.
The big cell phone companies donate millions of dollars every year to things like, oh, Planned Parenthood.
Or organizations who are trying to censor and cancel conservatives.
Why would you fund your enemies with every call you make and every text you send?
Switch today to the only Christian Curtis conservative cell phone company in America.
It's the one I use, Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee, extra discounts for veterans and first responders.
You keep your old number.
And your old phone, or get an upgrade, but switch today because they fund things you believe in.
The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Sanctity of Life.
Oh, and by the way, use my name and you get your first month absolutely free.

All right, let's get down to brass tacks with a man who knows of what he speaks after his
experience in politics for so many years.
How do we save America?
Because I was walking out of a meeting at the library, my wife was meeting some Chinese immigrants who said to her, we escaped communism.
To come to America, and now we're seeing it here.
Can we volunteer?
Can we help out as naturalized citizens?
When people who escaped China want to help out, you know we've got a challenge on our hands.
And I was holding a yard sign, a Trump yard sign, as I was going to my car.
And a guy saw me and recognized me, this 300-pound guy.
It was 98 degrees.
He had no shirt on.
He looked like Jabba the Hutt.
And I thought, OK, is this going to be a loony, or is this going to be one of us?
I engaged him and he turned out to be not one of us and for once in my life I decided to listen to my wife and to behave myself.
So I engaged him politely and I said, oh, you're a Biden supporter.
How's that working out for you?
How's the economy doing?
And he starts saying, the economy?
It's great!
My investments, my stocks, amazing!
And I said, okay, okay.
What about things outside of America?
What about the invasion of Ukraine?
The greatest loss of Jews since the Holocaust?
How about international things and the wars we've witnessed since Biden came into the White House?
Sean, this fellow American looked at me and said, what do you mean wars?
Presidents don't have any effect on wars.
At which point I said to him, you're a clinical imbecile.
This conversation is over.
Do we just... He grabbed your arm and said, let's go.
Do we just ignore these people?
Do we just focus on the middle?
Does Kennedy make a difference?
Help us out.
So let me tell you this.
I've probably told you my analysis before.
Politics at its core is marketing, right?
You are trying to get someone to vote, donate, volunteer, support.
That's that's what you're doing.
I mean, when you when you own a company, and you're trying to sell a product or service, you're trying to get more customers, you're trying to get them to, to buy your product to activate to support you, etc.
Right.
And that's what politics at its core really is.
If you were walking into a store, and somebody said, I don't have any money, I hate your product, you wouldn't advertise to them, you'd be like, that's a waste of my time and my money.
Okay.
So I will tell you at certain point, there's There's an audience that's never going to buy your product.
They can't buy it because they don't have the resources and the money, or they don't like it, they never will, or they're too stupid.
Yeah.
You have to at some point say, okay, then don't waste your time trying to do that, right?
You don't go after people that are never... And so, I mean, if someone says, I'm a lifelong Democrat, progressive, I hate Donald Trump, I think everything... I go, okay, God bless you, have a nice life.
If somebody comes to me and says, you know, I don't like Trump, but I liked it, and then I'll go, okay, let's walk through this.
And I'll symptomatically break it down.
What is it that you care about in life?
And so instead of trying to tell them, I ask them, what's important to you?
Well, what's important to me is my family's safety.
Okay.
Were you more safe or less safe when Donald Trump was president?
Well, I was more safe.
Okay.
Do you think that it's less safe now?
And if so, why?
Well, there's issues in our community.
I read about stuff, you know, from illegal immigration.
Okay.
Interesting.
Do you think that there are policies that have caused that?
Well, yeah, yeah, I do.
Okay.
Who's in charge of those policies?
Well, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Okay.
So would you, if that's important to you, would you want to vote for them again?
Well, no.
Okay, so the guy who did keep you safe, though, was Donald Trump, right?
Yeah.
Okay, so if that's the most important thing, then who do you think?
My point is, I think sometimes you have to sort of take people You have to walk them to the right conclusion, but when people are saying, oh my gosh, Harris wants to build the wall and she doesn't want to tax tips, isn't there like just people who are, they're like alcoholics.
They deny they have a drink problem.
Right.
I mean, at some point, you can't win it.
But I can say this.
If somebody thinks that, then most of that is because it's like an infomercial.
They're buying a product that sucks and is cheap and is going to fall apart.
And sometimes as a friend, you need to stop them and say, OK, just so we're clear.
Yeah.
You know, here's her record on that.
She's actually never said she was for building a wall.
She has had a spokesman.
I mean, like, I think there's a point at which There are people that are never going to be with you, and then there are people that have been brainwashed.
And if they've been brainwashed because the media does such a great job of being an extension of their campaign, then it's incumbent upon us to methodically and logically walk them through The falsehoods that they have been given.
But a 60 second ad doesn't give you the time or a door hanger doesn't give you the time to go through that Socratic method, does it?
But it can start the conversation.
It can be some facts.
The most trusted, and this is why it's important for every one of your listeners to understand this, that the most important and trusted source for election information is a friend, a colleague, a family member, full stop.
And so you're right, because the ads that make consultants rich, and they're, they're, they're useful, they can be persuasive.
But what's going to be the most persuasive thing is when you or your colleague or your friend or your, you know, neighbor stops and says, Hey, I know you have always said that you care about x. And, you know, I'm supporting Donald Trump, and I think that you might, based on what I know about you, I think you might too, and I want to make sure you have a plan to vote.
Yeah.
That's going to have more of an impact than any ads ever will.
Yeah.
No, I think, who was it?
It was our former colleague in the White House, Mark What's his name?
Mark Lotta, who said, you know, when it's a friend or a human being, you know, knocking on your door, a neighbor talking about these issues, it's worth hundreds of millions of dollars in TV advertising.
That's what makes a difference.

All right, that's really annoying.
I have three minutes left with you.
That felt like a two-minute interview, but that's because you're a good guy, you're fascinating, you're a straight shooter.
This is the Manhood Hour, and I want to ask you a question.
You know, we don't even clear questions with President Trump when he comes on, so none of this is rehearsed.
You're one of the few guys who doesn't hide what he really thinks and just tells the truth.
Even though it may not be politically expedient.
Where did you learn that?
Where did you learn to say the truth, no matter whether it hurts you or not?
I mean, I think it's something my parents instilled in me, right?
Which was, you just, you know, long-term, long-run, it always benefits to be straight and open from the get-go.
That's it?
Yeah, I mean that's how I was raised.
Why do so few people in DC have that ethic?
Because they're weasels, and I think that a lot of people in Washington cling to power, and they mistakenly believe... I learned this lesson a couple times myself, which is I was rewarded for doing the right thing, and I think What I learned was, I remember one instance in early 2000.
I was working at the National Republican Congressional Committee to be straight.
I screwed something up.
I can't remember.
I remember vaguely the circumstances, but there was someone that I had given some information to.
It wasn't intentional, but I did it.
Meaning I shared something that after the fact learned that I wasn't supposed to and it pissed off a lot of people.
And I remember the chairman of the committee coming to me and being whatever.
And I said, you know what?
That was me.
I did it.
I screwed up.
And I've already set made these five phone calls to let people know that that was on me and that you shouldn't get blamed for this.
And if there's anyone that's upset about this, they should blame me.
And if you need to take it out of me, I that's a consequence that I have to bear.
And I remember my boss at the time looking at me and being like, okay.
And and it was a very consequential moment in my professional career.
Because what I learned was if you own mistakes, and are professional about them, it doesn't mean you know, too many people say, Oh, hey, I left the keys in the door last night and the place got robbed.
Just wanted to let you know.
Okay, well, then that's your dumb ass.
But I think part of it was that I not only accepted responsibility, but it had shown that I was already taking steps.
To correct the mistake and to make sure that I owned it.
And I was, I wouldn't say I was rewarded for it.
It wasn't like I got a raise or anything, but I think that they acknowledge these are the kinds of people we want around here.
People who everybody's going to make a mistake, how you handle it speaks volumes about your character.
And so when I had circumstances occur to me that I had an opportunity to go one way or another, you know, I think I went into the direction that ultimately showed me that it's better to be a good person to own mistakes.
To be forthright than to try to lie and weasel out of them.
No one likes a weasel.
No one likes a weasel but this stinking town is full of them and that's why I value my friendship with Sean Spicer all the more and God willing if we do our part 45 will become 47 and then we might see him maybe not back at the podium but Definitely on deck.
