Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave, o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
That was Monday morning, 9 o'clock at the National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
Every day this week, we will remember the lives of the 13 U.S.
war fighters, Marine, corpsmen, and an Army sergeant that were needlessly taken that day
by an ISIS suicide bomber, a man who was in the sights of a Marine sniper who was refused
the go-word to take out that threat during the shambolic, disastrous, catastrophic surrender
of Afghanistan to our enemies.
On Monday, the 45th president of the United States, my former boss, President Trump, went
Nobody knew about it.
I was the first person to report about it when a member of his team told me he is in Arlington, because it wasn't about him or the press.
It was about remembering our fallen.
And just today, I was listening to my friend Chris Plant's radio show.
When a lady who was tragically touched by the events of that day three years ago called in, and we are honored to have Christy Shamblin with us, the gold star mother-in-law of Marine Corps Sergeant Nicole Gee.
Ms.
Shamblin, welcome to America First.
Thank you for having me.
I want to talk about your daughter.
Let's put her up on the screen.
She's perhaps one of the most well-known faces of the 13, your daughter-in-law who was lost, especially because of this photograph of an Afghan child she was holding that she was helping in Kabul.
Before we talk about Monday, before we talk about the last three years and what your son Jared has had to go through, will you tell us a little bit about Sergeant Nicole Gee?
I would love to.
She was a shining light in every room she ever walked in.
That photo she posted on her social media only days before her death holding the Afghan baby.
She posted that with the caption, I love my job.
She was somebody who really loved Helping other people and she was able to do that with the Marine Corps in such a way that just made her so very proud to be doing what she was doing.
And I firmly believe that everybody that was on the ground that day in Afghanistan has that same spirit and same attitude and we love and honor all of them.
And may I ask you, with regards to your son and her family, what have the last three years been like?
Have you had support, condolence expressed to you by the administration, the Defense Department, the Commander-in-Chief?
You know, this last three years, we've been trying to learn to live a new life.
And my son He's a separated Marine now.
He's using his VA benefits to go to school and working on creating a life for himself that's nothing like the one he planned for.
Our family and Nicole's sister Misty and her aunts, her cousins, everybody has had the impact of their life of having one of the brightest things we had in it just taken away.
And the administration has been completely silent.
We unfortunately, you know, had the experience with Biden at Dover Air Force Base where he checked his watch repeatedly.
The only other communication we've had is a form letter that we got in the mail.
We've had nothing from Harris at all.
And it's deafening when you lose somebody this way and you don't get that Acknowledgement and respect from their commander-in-chief and his administration.
You really feel like your children have died in vain.
We spoke to Steve Nakui, one of the gold star fathers who lost his son Kareem as well that day.
He too received a form letter a year later.
No other interaction initiated by the Biden administration or by Kamala.
Monday was the third anniversary.
Joe Biden was on vacation.
Kamala's calendar for that day was empty, literally was empty and could not take any time To be with you at Arlington or with President Trump.
Since then, state propaganda, NPR, has generated a fake scandal about President Trump's team getting into an altercation with one of the employees at Arlington.
I want to get your response to that.
But first, I want to read to you a letter that was posted by my friend.
Katie Pavlich from Armory veteran Lucas O'Hara, who was there on Monday for the honoring of the Abbey Gate 13, and he said the following about what he witnessed at that event with you and President Trump.
I have witnessed over 75 leaf laying ceremonies performed by politicians, and I have conducted 524 funerals in this cemetery during the time I served in the Presidential Honor Guard.
What I witnessed yesterday was the most powerful, respectful and solemn ceremony I have ever seen.
There were no speeches, no angles, no weird photo opportunities.
Just our elected officials and the 45th president respectfully and solemnly honoring the fallen and their families.
I watched President Trump spend more time at the graves with the families than I've ever seen a politician do before.
No rushing, no handlers, trying to move it on.
Just him truly showing gratitude and love to these families for their loss.
I haven't rehearsed anything with you.
You immediately decided to come on.
I'm very grateful for the journalist who connected us, Matthew Foldy.
Is what I read a representation of the truth with regards to Monday, Ms.
Shamblin?
100%.
I echo that completely.
It was beautiful and wonderful.
We were honored.
He spent time with our wounded that were there at Arlington with us, who we consider family now.
And he wasn't rushed.
This was not a campaign stop.
This was our families asking him to come to the place where we laid our loved ones to rest.
And he did that with honor and respect that You know, if it was possible for me to have any more honor and respect for him, I would have made that more.
But this falls right in line with everything that I know about him.
And I wish that the American people could see that and not believe this kind of rhetoric that they get, you know, told.
I'd like to have you on my Newsmax show as well to repeat this message, but we have 60 seconds left.
Christy Shamblin, what would you say right now if President Biden were listening to you?
We would, even today, we would like a response.
We would appreciate a response.
Please explain to us how your administration can claim this was a success.
Please explain to us how you're proud.
Our lives are forever changed, and we just saw a Taliban hold a parade with the equipment we left behind.
So there are failures.
They need to be accounted for so it doesn't happen again, and we want help to make that happen.
Please I should have asked this at the beginning.
Is there any website, any way we can support you, Jared, or the family of the 13?
The family has a foundation, the Sergeant Nicole G. Memorial Foundation, and it is alive and well, and we're looking forward to helping the veterans who came home.
Sergeant Nicole Gee, GEE Marine Corps, please support the Foundation.
We will keep you, Jared, and the family of all 13 fallen in our prayers.
Christy Shamblin, God bless you.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.

We will be back after these messages.

What is Harris' biggest accomplishment to date as vice president?
I don't know.
I don't feel comfortable doing this anymore.
She, uh, she's, she's, uh, uh, was, uh, uh, She was a very good vice president.
Hmm, that's an interesting question.
Um, getting to vice president?
I have to do more research on her, honestly.
I'm just, I don't know, I'm just glad to see a woman, a woman of color in charge for once.
That's it.
Uh, We haven't followed our political career that closely.
This is a good one.
I don't know.
I don't want to vote this.
When you've got supporters like that, who needs voters?
I mean, really.
I'm supporting Kamala because... She's a woman.
And her skin color.

They were in the news every single day!
Fanny Willis, Engerod, Chutkan, and Nary a word now.
Why is that?
Is that because the Supreme Court has done its work?
Is the lawfare campaign collapsing?
Let's talk to a man who knows.
From the trenches, attorney to the president who's fought battles for him, Jesse Bernal.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me again, Dr. Corker.
So I need you to give me a little bit of guidance with regards to the latest Supreme Court decision on the affirmation of presidential immunity.
What does that mean?
Does it only apply to a federal case against the president, therefore not what happens Yeah, that's a great question.
in New York? Does it only apply to things that happen whilst he is in office and
relates to his official duties? How significant is that Supreme Court
affirmation and what does it mean in practice as we are what 69 days from the
election? Yeah yeah that's a great question and what it comes down to is
it's a hugely important decision for the for the future of the presidency because
what you have is people like Jack Smith and Fannie Welles and Alvin Bragg they've
used their position as prosecutors in order to pursue a political agenda
against someone who was president United States and trying to use his official
acts as president against him and the Supreme Court has said
That is not something that's workable under our constitutional structure because really when it comes down to it, it gives the bureaucrats control over the elected president.
Which means the whole inbuilt checks and balances and separation of power is nullified.
It completely falls apart.
And the Supreme Court was smart enough to understand that it would cause our entire separation of powers regime that we had to completely fall apart.
And so what the Supreme Court did is, I think, very intelligent.
It said there are certain things that are core presidential powers that when the president does it in his office, he cannot be prosecuted for it either during his term of office, after his term of office, He is absolutely immune for those.
And then it also says that many of the other official acts also have that same immunity as well.
And so it applies not just to federal cases, it does apply to state cases as well.
So it is something that Judge Mershawn is having to deal with in New York.
If Fannie Willis is able to stay in the case down in Georgia after this current appeal because of her affair with the prosecutor she chose for the case, Even if she can stay on the case, she's going to have to deal with it in Georgia and then certainly have Jack Smith dealing with it in both of his cases.
And with regards to Fannie Willis, we have an insane new cycle.
People may have missed the fact that there was the decision from the judge, who had been a donor to her campaign, saying you can stay on, but Nathan Wade has to leave.
But then he allowed the Trump team to appeal that decision, which means the whole thing is on hold again, correct?
That's exactly right.
He wrote, I think, a very strong opinion that would have supported the removal of not just Nathan Wade, but Fonny Willis from the case should have probably resulted in that.
But because that opinion was so strong on the facts of the case, I think there's a very good chance that the Court of Appeals in Georgia is going to do just that.
The lawyers there have absolutely done an outstanding job presenting this case.
There's going to be argument, I think, in December in that case.
And so that's you know, I think it's very promising what's going on there Alright, and with regards to the breaking news yesterday, a superseding grand jury indictment from Jack Smith, well, doesn't the DOJ, we'll talk about his standing in a moment, we'll talk about that in the next segment, but isn't there this internal regulation or tradition that the DOJ doesn't bring decisions like this within the eleventh hour before an election?
What happened to that, Jesse?
Yeah, well, it's again, the Trump exception that the Department of Justice is apparently very willing to do that if it's against Donald Trump.
And so, but once again, it's The big problem that we see here is the American people know that what Jack Smith is doing is not about seeking justice.
It's about trying to interfere with the 2024 presidential election.
And so they're going to see right through it.
Technically, there's a DOJ policy that would prohibit the indictment if it was within 60 days of the election.
So Jack Smith just rushed and did it at the very, very last minute.
You know, making his true motives and objections here just absolutely crystal clear.
Again, the only upside of this is the American people see right through it and see right through him.
But it smacks to me of just constant failure.
Then he goes back to the beginning and he doesn't seem to realize that he can keep doing the same thing and hoping for a different result.
But I think Einstein said that's the definition of insanity, no?
Yeah, I mean, that's, that's exactly right.
And, and I mean, let's remember what he's trying to do here.
Let's just, let's just be honest about it.
His, his case was very, very substantially gutted by the Supreme Court.
Right.
And instead of doing what he should have done, which is drop the entire thing, which, you know, a case that never should have been brought because there was no factual or legal basis from it from the beginning, he knows that he has a very friendly judge, a judge that absolutely hates Donald Trump, has made very, very clear from, you know, comments in other cases, That she hates Donald Trump and is going to be supportive of him in his effort to use this case to try to affect the 2024 presidential election.
And he also knows that Washington DC is full of people that make their money from the swamp, right?
And so people that make their money from the swamp that Donald Trump is going to completely disembowel, as he should, are not likely to be supporters of him.
And if we get to a jury, then it's going to be very friendly of Jack Smith.
And so that's what he's banking on.
We shall see.
More analysis from Attorney to the President Jesse Bernal.
Follow him at jbernal.
We'll be back after these messages.
Thanks for watching!
You You
You you
you My favorite line from Kamala is, she says, if you elect a president, she's going to fix it all on day one.
Well, Kamala, I hate to break it to you, but day one was 1,300 days ago.
You've been vice president for three and a half years.
What the hell have you been doing during all that time?
The message from this crowd and this state of Michigan is you had your chance, you failed, and we're not giving you a promotion.
You could have said, you're fired!
That's J.D.
Vance, on the road getting better and better, responding to the latest headline from the Politico that Vance and the Trump administration are trying to tie Kamala to Joe Biden.
You mean, trying to tie the Vice President to the current President?
Yeah, that's how much political lies, and you don't hate them enough.
If you enjoy what we provide for you here on America First, support Mike Lindell.
It makes our show possible.

But first we have to get back to President Trump's attorney, Jesse Bernal, who I played
a cut to him in the break, and this is why he's such a good lawyer.
He said, oh, that's already an infringement, an infraction of subparagraph 12b, section
4.
Let's play this.
I couldn't believe.
This is like a cheap B movie.
Somebody trying to play the mobster.
Allegedly this is the Secretary of State of Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, talking about the legal aspects of this election and giving a wink wink.
We're gonna come after you like the mob does.
Cut six.
If someone were to violate the law and not certify the election at the local level, we will come for you.
So any local certifier thinking of skirting the law and not certifying the vote, don't even think about it.
She actually winked to the camera.
What did we just witness, Jesse Bernal, from the Secretary of State of Michigan?
I think it's pretty clear.
We just witnessed a violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act.
She was trying to intimidate local election officials away from doing their job if what their job required would be to not certify an election that shouldn't be certified.
Local election officials have very, very important jobs to do.
They have to follow the law.
and her effort to intimidate them without any subtlety for what we just saw right there
is a violation of federal law, 44 U.S.C. 1985.
We mentioned it in the first part of the show.
It has everything to do with the election, as does the new superseding indictment from Jack Smith.
This story kind of popped up and disappeared.
Jack Smith could be functioning completely illegally, could he not?
Because this is someone who was at the International Court of The Hague, didn't work for the DOJ, and then magically becomes a special prosecutor.
Is that permitted?
No, it's not.
The Constitution doesn't allow for that sort of appointment.
And that's something that actually Justice Thomas wrote upon in his concurring opinion in the Trump case back on July the 1st.
And it's something that a fully confirmed, appointed, and sitting federal judge now has said, Jack Smith, you are not properly appointed to be a special counsel because you have not been confirmed by the U.S.
Senate.
You have to, at the very least, report to somebody who is confirmed by the U.S.
Senate under the Appointments Clause.
And because he doesn't do that, it's outside of, again, our separation of powers in this country.
And so I think Justice Thomas is right.
I think Judge Cannon is right.
Now, I think the proper thing for the Department of Justice to do would be to immediately stop paying Jack Smith.
Uh, and his, uh, and his staff, uh, a federal government salary, our tax dollars, and certainly not give him the unlimited budget, completely blank check they've given him in order to go after, uh, the president Trump and as part of using taxpayer dollars to impact a presidential election.
Um, that's what they should have done.
They should have put a stop to it, but instead the department of justice continues to stick by the flawed appointment of Jack Smith.
And I think it's very doubtful that Judge Chutkan is going to do what her colleague in Florida, Judge Cannon, did and remove him from the case, even though that's exactly what should happen.
The same Judge Shotgun who worked at the same law firm as Hunter Biden for 12 years.
We've been talking to Jesse Bernal, Bernal.com, B-I-N-N-A-L-L.com, and Jay Bernal on Twitter.

Yeah.
I'm going to go ahead and close the video.
Yeah, till like the end of September, he said.
Oh, tough.

And talk about Facebook having problems and Twitter having problems with a story that even the New York Post knew was a lie.
They published a series of lies penned to them by Rudy Giuliani who admitted that nobody else would take it but Rupert Murdoch's New York Post because they might look into it and tell the truth.
Here we are in 2020.
This is what it's come down to, America.
Giuliani is feeding Russian misinformation to Donald Trump and feeding Russian disinformation to the New York Post.
They know it's a lie.
Yeah, well, that's where we are in 2020.
Just to let you know that they're still talking to Russians.
And by the way, Russian hoax?
Come on.
History will expose you all as fools and useful idiots for the Russians.
Yeah, history has exposed somebody for being a fool, and it's not who you think it is, Joe Scarborough, and we have the receipts.
We have the latest lie from CNN this time, but first, Patriot Mobile is part of the campaign to save America.
Why?
because they are the only Christian conservative cell phone company in existence.
It's the one I use.
Are you aware that if you are a subscriber to the three big cell phone companies, you're

Jeff, this Claire Duffy on CNN, this isn't two years ago, this is now.
She's supposed to be like their kind of big tech expert, right?
Yeah, I think.
Business writer, big tech expert, she's responding to the idea that Palo Alto has been working for the government.
Let's have a listen.
Cut five.
This plays directly into this narrative that Republican lawmakers have been spreading that big tech companies censor the viewpoints of conservatives.
There's not a ton of evidence of that, but a lot of what, you know, Zuckerberg is saying in this letter sort of does play into that narrative.
And you already see Republican lawmakers celebrating this, saying that it's proof that the Biden-Harris administration tried to censor conservative voices and pressure big tech companies.
I don't think that that's exactly what this letter is saying.
Wouldn't it be good for somebody like that to read the letter, Jeff?
Yeah, and not ever be a juror, because it takes a lot of evidence to convince her or something.
Yeah, because she says the letter doesn't say that big tech censored Americans.
Can I read it again on air, Jeff?
What do you think?
I think you should.
Okay, so just two parts of this.
This is Zuckerberg to Congress.
In 2021, senior officials from the Biden administration, including the White House, pressured our team repeatedly for months to censor COVID-19 content, including humor and satire.
Jeff, does that mean that the Biden White House told Zuckerberg to censor Americans on Facebook?
Pretty much, yeah.
Does that count as evidence if, like, the owner and CEO says that?
I think it absolutely does.
Okay, interesting.
Just one more, if I may.
In a separate situation, the FBI warned us about — oh, here we go, this is going back to poor old Joe Scarborough — warned us about a potential Russian disinformation operation about the Biden family and Burisma in the lead-up to the 2020 election.
That fall, when we saw a New York Post story reporting on corruption allegations concerning the then-Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden's family, we sent that story to fact-checkers for review and temporarily demoted it while waiting for a reply.
It has since been made clear to me that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we should not have demoted the story.
Eric, help me out here.
Maybe my grasp of English is a little bit limited.
When the CEO and president of Facebook, the second most powerful internet social media site, says, we censored content because the Biden FBI told us to do so, does that mean that Facebook censored content because the FBI told them to do so?
If we're to take a zuck at his word, then yeah, that is what a lot of people would call a confession.
And let's not forget, this letter didn't just, you know, randomly pop up on social media yesterday.
This is written response.
to the Judiciary Committee.
And you can testify, as I have done on numerous occasions on national security issues to Congress, in your verbal testimony and the written testimony you hand in the same day, which is often longer than the six minutes you get to actually say stuff, is your testimony.
Then, when the committee, the chairman, like Jim Jordan says, and we have more questions that you must reply to in writing, Guess what, miss?
What's her name?
It's Claire Duffy, CNN business and IT correspondent.
When that is submitted in writing, that's evidence.
It's called written testimony.
So, the thing you think you read, you didn't read.
The thing Zuckerberg said he did, he didn't do.
I need your help, guys.
Call in.
I need a word that goes beyond gaslighting.
This isn't gaslighting.
It's the thing you see happening isn't happening.
We need a phrase for that.
Maybe something from, you know, North Korea.
Maybe something from East Germany.
Because gaslighting, propaganda, lying, just doesn't cover it.
Prima facie evidence.
As Eric said, this is a confession.
The Feds told us to do it and we did it.
But it's not happening, by the way, if you're on CNN.
And if you're Joe Scarborough, what do you mean it's a hoax?
Russia collusion, collusion, collusion!
Stunning.
Incredible.
But at least it gives us a reason to be here to tell you the truth every single day.
And how do we do that?
We do that with the support of those that make the show possible.
Great companies like Relief Factor.
Not just because they support us, but because They are liberating over a million Americans today as we speak from their daily pain.
They've tried other solutions to liberate themselves from that pain, all of which have failed until they tried this incredible product that is made of proven anti-inflammatories like resveratrol, curcumin, and omega-3s.
It's not just me who takes it every morning and evening, it's people like Kent from Arkansas.
This is Kent's story.
I've been taking Relief Factor for about three months and I am amazed at how much my pain has decreased.
In rainy weather, I would be in ridiculous pain and just wanting to crawl in bed and cry.
At this writing, it has been raining all day and I feel just fine.

Do you have that in your cut?
Uh, yes.
Can I hear it?
I'm not saying that they wanted you to get shot, but do you think it was okay with them if you did?
I don't know.
I mean, I don't know.
There's a lot of hatred.
I don't know why.
I had a great presidency.
We had the best economy we've ever had.
We had job numbers that were unbelievable.
But he is talking about the Biden Kamala administration, right, Jeff?
I think so.
I don't know what was said before, but it's media.
It's the only one that has it.

Oh And Donald J. Trump is coming back to clean up your mess, Kamala Harris, and it's going to start right here in the state of Michigan.
That's because she's the current vice president!
Funny how they think that Americans won't notice.
How did we get here?
The insanity, the bizarro world, it's all detailed in Katie's new book with Mike Gonzales, Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
Worth it alone for the final chapter on how to beat them.
Katie Gawker, Mike Gonzales, Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
And don't forget Katie's new podcast with the superb Jennifer Horne.
The Happy Women Podcast.
Let's go to your calls.
Todd in Atlanta!
Hey, yes, Dr. G. Yeah, I know the debate between the DEI-privileged Kamala Harris and Trump is going to be great, but I'm looking forward to the J.D.
Vance Walsh debate.
Why?
What do you think is going to happen?
Well, I think that it's a target-rich environment.
When Walsh makes his statement that one man's socialism is just another man's neighborliness, and we've had a Chinese spy balloon, clandestine bioweapons labs here, secret police stations, fentanyl, illegal aliens.
I want to see him defend his 30 trips to communist China and all the gifts he got.
And his statement about socialism being like neighborliness.
31 trips, my friend, 31.
And as our friend Peter Schweitzer says, there's no way the CCP didn't groom him, that he wasn't an asset, willing or unwilling, of the Communist Party of China.
Thank you, Todd.
Let's go to the Poet Laureate of America First, Los Angeles' Brent.
Greetings, fight, fight, fighting Gorka!
I like it.
What would you like to share with us today, my friend?
Well, God-loving Americans, have faith.
We are winning.
Our righteous and courageous President Trump, now charged with more fraudulent Democrat felonies than Camellia's communists got phony progressive genders, is God-pulling strings for us behind the scenes.
I like the phrase, devil's democracy.
myth, just like the wicked Jew-hating Haman in the book of Esther, is maniacally building
the gallows on which he and his devil's democracy will soon joyfully be swinging.
I like the phrase devil's democracy.
I'm going to have to ruminate on that one.
Excellent.
Thank you, Brent.
More of your calls in the next hour.
Jennifer Horne will be joining us.
And then a very exciting new product I want to share with you about how you can communicate with your friends without worrying that the bad guys are listening in.
In the meantime, I have to mention the new Teddy Roosevelt cigar.

He is perplexed now.
I think he's found himself in a situation that he's not used to finding himself in, and that is answering to a very smart woman.
And in this particular case, he is answering to a black woman.
I think that he's on his heels now.
He doesn't know how to respond to her.
He was hoping that he would be going up against the President Joe Biden, and now he's going up against this black woman, and she's found all this popularity, and she's closing the polls, tightening the polls, and he doesn't know what to do.
He's losing his mind.
She's so black!
She's so feminine!
She's such a woman!
She's such a brat!
That the old white dude has to babysit her for her first interview.
How does that work?
Maybe somebody who's a real woman, unafraid of anything thrown at her, can tell us.
She is the co-host of the Morning Answer out of Los Angeles, AM 590, AM 870.
Our good friend, the co-host of a superb podcast, Jennifer Horne, what happened to Madame Bratt that now needs to have the pudgy-faced white guy babysit her for her interview with CNN?
It is insulting to women everywhere.
I've got to say it, Seb.
You know what?
She, first of all, created this herself because she waited to do this interview for so long.
So now all the pressure is on.
And she did that to herself.
If she had just taken some questions, it wouldn't be that everybody is just curious to know if she can hold up.
But she's going to CNN.
We know that Dana Bash will probably ask her, I'm going to predict now, maybe three tough questions.
You mean Dana Bash, who was married to Obama's CIA chief of staff, who signed the 51 letter.
That Dana Bash?
That'd be the one.
And so I'm sure she'll probably have to, for her own credibility, ask about three tough questions.
If you're telling me that Kamala Harris cannot do that and sit by herself and go woman to woman with Dana Bash, who is a friendly, I don't know what I can tell you.
And it looks so bad and so incredibly weak to have to bring along, as I love Scott Jennings on CNN saying, her emotional support human to sit with her.
It just—it doesn't look great.
And she created this problem for herself.
She should be able to answer a few questions, because she's asking the American people to let her sit in the same room and do a face-to-face with Vladimir Putin, with the supreme leader of Iran, with President Xi.
I mean, if she can't sit with CNN, how is she going to sit with these people?
Bingo.
I've got to tie that to something that— Really angered me this morning.
I'm trying to get in control of my darker side, but you know me, I'm a movie guy, I'm a sci-fi guy, and Susan Weaver, that was her real name, otherwise known as Sigourney Weaver, was asked about Kamala Harris.
Did you see this video, Jen?
I didn't, no.
Now watch it.
I'll describe it for our radio listeners.
Listen to what she says about Kamala and her role as an actress in making Kamala possible.
But then watch what happens as a hand enters the screen on the right hand side.
This is Sigourney Weaver on the Cackler Cut 15.
What extent movies, cinema, can make it possible that a woman like Kamala Harris could become President of the United States?
I love that question.
The question is... I'm sorry.
Yes, I understand, but I love that question because we're all so excited about Kamala and to think for one moment that my work would have Anything to do with her rise makes me very happy, actually, because it's true.
You know, I have so many women who come and thank me.
Sorry.
I need my vodka.
Thank you.
It's been difficult since 2016.
And, uh, see, I'm too weak to...
Thank you.
It's been difficult since 2016.
And we're all very grateful about her.
Okay, so I could go on for the next hour.
So A, she thinks her one role in one good movie 51 years ago made Kamala Harris possible.
I mean, can you spell ego?
Number two, she says it's been very hard from 2016.
I guess she didn't vote for Kamala and Biden in 2020.
And then the best of all, this woman who thinks she's an icon for all women, Can't open her water bottle, and then this big masculine hand comes in from the right, takes the bottle and opens it for her.
She's such an icon and a brat as well, Jen!
I just don't know what I can tell you about that clip.
It was so touching.
Okay, these people... This is the psychosis!
You passed the audition.
You are hired.
You will be the next Ripley.
Thank you.
I'm the next Sigourney Weaver.
I just can't.
I can't.
I cannot with these people.
This is either the psychosis of the left or it just shows you that everybody's an actor and maybe not a great one.
First of all, I love that she responds to the reporter with, oh, I love that question about how I'm an icon and led to the first female president of the United States.
Before she does that, the poor foreign heavily accented Reporter tries to ask the question again, and she just shuts him down.
She says no.
I know what you're saying I am now performing shut up.
It's my time It's my time, please!
Get yourself away from my podium!
Anyway, so I think that this is just totally what we're seeing right now that I think is making every conservative, insane, and rational person absolutely nuts.
And that is that someone who had like a 2% favorability rating is now like up there with Mother Teresa.
It's amazing how you can blink your eyes and in literally 40 days this woman has had a rebirth.
And it's because of the actors in the mainstream news media.
It's because of the actors like Sigourney Weaver in Hollywood who are propping this woman up.
And I love that Sigourney Weaver is so far on the Democrats crazy train.
That she too is pretending that President Trump is currently in office and that he is the incumbent, which is simply not the case.
It was Biden and Harris for the last four years.
Instead of wasting your tears, stroking your own ego, wouldn't it be nice if she shed a few for the families of those who were killed in Afghanistan or for the people who can't buy groceries at the grocery store?
That would be more useful use of your tears rather than crying over your role in helping elevate Kamala Harris.
You might have missed this, but I do have the proof of why Kamala is such an amazing woman and why Sigourney made her possible.
So Alpha News asked her supporters, what's so great about Kamala?
And at least now we have the answer.
Cut 13.
What is Harris' biggest accomplishment to date as Vice President?
I don't know.
i don't feel comfortable doing this anymore she uh she's she's uh uh was uh uh
she was a very good vice president That's an interesting question.
Getting to vice president?
I have to do more research on her, honestly.
I'm just glad to see a woman, a woman of color in charge for once.
That's it.
I haven't followed her political career that closely.
This is a good one.
I don't know.
I don't want to go there.
This is what we have to deal with, Jen.
Yeah.
And by the way, this is not a new problem.
Liberals vote with their feelers, their feelings.
And their feelers, if they're octopi.
Yeah, and their feelers.
And their feelers.
That's right.
Conservatives, we vote with our brains.
And unfortunately, this is a favorite party trick of mine.
I've told you about this for years.
I do this with my mom quite often, who's a liberal.
And when she talked about Hillary Clinton being on that train and She talked about Joe Biden, and now she's all about Kamala Harris.
I asked the same question over and over again.
What's your favorite thing that they've done?
There is no answer with Kamala Harris because, truly, she has a record, by the way, but there's nothing that's an outstanding achievement.
I mean, if you look at her record in California, she didn't prosecute the bad guys.
She put away the good guys.
I mean, this woman has been on the wrong side of history.
In fact, she carries—she actually has that in common with Joe Biden.
They never find themselves on the right side of an issue, which is why when people say, what did she do right?
What do you love?
All they can come up with is her gender.
If that's enough for you, God love you.
But I need someone who's going to be a leader.
But then when she says she's going to build the wall now, how do these people say, oh, she's so great.
Walls are evil, and everyone should come to America.
But now she wants to build the wall.
I mean, I'm sorry.
I can't think of a better word.
It's a cult, Jen.
It is a cult.
And remember when I told you Kamala Harris' record is schizophrenic?
You believing me now?
It's what she does.
This is what she does.
She will say anything it will take to get her where she wants to be.
And she is uber-focused on her next job.
That's what she's always been worried about in California.
That's what she's worried about right now.
Yeah, everybody loves when I quote you and when I say that she is the most transactional politician there is.
That is absolutely true.

You About RFK and then maybe the jaws of life, that's amazing
If that's the gun he used, he didn't even have a magnified scope.
He just had a one-time red dot.
And to make a shot... Is that Crooks?
Sorry?
Crooks you're talking about?
Yeah, they're showing the gun now.
After the FBI thing, they're showing the gun.
And he's got a sight on top of it, which has zero magnification.
It's just a one-time, one-magnification red dot, which is... The fact that he made that shot without magnification, that's very interesting.
He's got young eyes.
Yep, young eyes.
And trained.
I'm surprised they haven't already destroyed the gun, like they already got rid of his body.
Like his body.
How does a coroner not know when a body is being removed from his offices?
Because it was all, everybody was winking and nodding on this, I swear.
I mean, it's just, it's so frustrating.
It just took too long to give too many not enough answers and too long to do it.
I just think it's fascinating that the Heritage Foundation was asked to host that congressional hearing on Monday because Congress couldn't be bothered.
Isn't it?
It really is pretty sad.
Mm-hmm.
Pretty pathetic.
You can block, guys.
Oh, I sent you a couple of images for the deblocker.
I got them.
That's creepy when Fox shows footage where you can briefly see him walking by, like at the rally.
Right.
Almost like sighting a cryptid.
Hey, look who I just found on my Instagram!
That's Princess Leia!
That is a beautiful girl.
I gotta give that a like.
Paws crossed and everything.
She was hiding in our bedroom today because I had 50 women from Moms of Liberty take over my home today.
You are a good husband.
You're a good, good, good husband.
Do you think I had an option?
Do you think I was asked?
There are 50 women coming.
I've rented a tent and caterers, and it's a fait accompli, my dear.
It's 108 degrees, and my house is full of women I've never met before.
But at least I stole a load of sandwiches for the guys, because the sandwiches were rather good.
That's good.
At least you benefit from the catering.
They ordered so much.
My wife always gives me hell for over-ordering when we go for takeout.
These women, I swear, there were 50 women.
There was enough food for 150 people.
Well, you know, even the fanciest women, they're throwing sandwiches in their purse to take home for later.
I'm just kidding.
They have the canvas-lined purses just in case.
Just in case, exactly.
Waterproof, canvas-lined purses.
That's funny.
When I throw parties though, which I do quite often, I just, you know, do whatever, family barbecues, I always overdo it.
Always.
But my worst fear is to underdo it.
Look, I've been there because Katie, especially when it comes to booze, she never orders enough.
And like, you don't want to be running out.
No, it's a bad look if you don't do enough.
Excuse me, I gotta go buy some stuff.
Yeah.
No!
I know, I way overdo it, but my biggest fear, my Czech grandmother instilled in me, you don't ever run out.
You have to always overbuy.
I was living in Hungary.
I'll tell you this story in a second.
It was funny.
Talk about Central European grandmothers.
I love your house. It's lovely.
I love you.
you you
you What we're going to do, and we'll offer a little contrast, Kamala Harris wants to open the border.
On day one, Donald Trump is going to close the southern border and his message to every illegal immigrant is pack your bags because you're going home.
They have a little different plan in California for illegal immigrants.
We shall dissect that momentarily, but first things first, I am so grateful to the great Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss.
Look, I'm a big guy, 6'3", so I can carry around a little bit of excess luggage, and I did for about 20 years.
But 268 pounds?
Not good.
Not good for my heart.
Not good for my health.
So, when Katie said we're going to do this together, I said, okay boss.
I lost 42 pounds.
Katie lost 36.
That's collectively a Lauren Bo, but we lost.
How did we do it?
Not with injections.
Not with chemical dependency for the rest of our lives.
Five protein-rich meals a day that burnt off the fat.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans.
I haven't been that since I was in my 20s.
Find out for yourself just how easy it is.
Dennis Prager's on the program right now, as is Mr. G. They look great.
Call up 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
The before and after pictures will shock you, especially mine.
864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com. Jen, I told you, I regaled you that this
morning my house was invaded by 50 women I didn't know from the Mums for Liberty
summit that is in DC as we speak.
They had a tent, they had catering.
We are talking about the amazing food.
They over-ordered food like nobody's business.
And you mentioned your Czech grandmother.
I've got to share with you a little story.
I was living in Hungary.
I was living in the bachelor's accommodation in the Hungarian Defense Academy.
My pay per month was $220 and my Hungarian grandmother, all four foot two of her, invited me over for dinner.
She kept me alive for those few months before I met my future wife Katie.
I love Wiener Schnitzel.
Absolutely adore it.
I went to her house.
She had a platter in front of her of nine Wiener Schnitzel.
I ate six of them, and she said, you don't like my Wienerschnitzel?
I think you can relate to that, right?
I think your grandma and my grandmother might have gotten along quite well, yeah.
I used to call my grandmother Mima, and she taught me when you have a party, you better not run out of food, you better not run out of the booze, you better not run out of anything.
It's embarrassing!
When you have to say, sorry, I have to go out to the liquor store.
You don't want to leave the party.
You can't.
You can't do it.
And I have to tell you, now, my plight in life is I find it very difficult to cook for small groups.
So, like, for myself, for two, for four.
Yeah.
Like, she taught me, when you cook, it's, like, for 20 people.
So, it's just, it's kind of like the go-to now.
And freeze it.
You just freeze it.
And then you freeze it.
And then you freeze it.
Yeah, there you go.
It's tough.
Now that our kids have flown the coop, it's tough when you're just cooking for two people.
But when you've got 50 crazy women for a month for liberty, it's a little bit different.
But it's fun.
I survived.
I survived.
Take the long way home today.
Yeah.
I brought some sandwiches in for the boys.
I stole some sandwiches because they're rather good.
So, JD Vance says we're going to kick every illegal out, pack your bags.
California, what is California doing for illegals?
Not Americans, but for illegals.
What did the California Senate just pass, Jen?
Yeah, just when you think things can't get crazier.
So it started in the Assembly, and just to give you a little context, there's a California Dream for All program, which gives up to $150,000 to help first-time buyers make a down payment on their house.
If they're Americans.
If they're American citizens, California citizens, you get up to $150,000 when you sell your house.
That money comes back to the state of California plus 20% of your equity.
So that's the program.
18,000 people applied for it.
Only 1,700 people got it because it was a lottery system.
It was so popular, it ran out of money.
So now they're wanting to expand it to the California Dream for All program, which is going to allow illegal immigrants to apply for the same program as regular California and American citizens.
And this is going to lessen, obviously, the chances for citizens to be able to get this money.
It also, I mean, I know, call me crazy, but I thought you had to have a social security number to get to get a loan.
You have to have a job proof that you can actually pay this loan back if you're going to do that.
But apparently they found a way around it for illegals.
They can fill out an I-10 form to get basically a social security number in order to apply for this program.
And if the California Senate wasn't crazy enough, they just voted to expand the program.
So now not only will illegal immigrants be able to apply for this California Dream program, but any other program that is offered by the California Department of Housing now goes back to the Assembly.
It will pass because that's where it started.
But the question is, Will Gavin Newsom sign the bill because, well, he wants to be president.
So is he going to put his name on the dotted line?
Interesting, interesting.
All right, my Hungarian aunt from the Bay in San Francisco is listening.
She says, Jennifer and you guys are welcome for Wienerschnitzel anytime.
All right.
You tell her that's awesome.
I'll make the dumplings.
She'll have the Czech dumplings and argue we'll make the Wienerschnitzel.
I'll bring the appetite.
All right, let's talk about the big news of Friday, of Monday, of Bobby Jr.
Let's talk about also Tulsi Gabbard.
Brett Weinstein was one of the four horsemen of the dark web liberals who just had enough of political correctness.
You know, he was a hero to the left.
This is what he just said on Patrick Bet-David's podcast, and I want to know if you think it's significant.
Cut 14.
Let me just be perfectly clear about this.
I think the modern Democratic Party is an existential threat to the Republic.
And although I am a Democrat, I've been a Democrat my whole life, the party that I see in front of me today is literally the inverse of the party I signed up for.
This is now the party of war.
This is the party of racism.
This is the party of censorship.
I don't recognize this party.
There is no conceivable scenario in which I would vote for Kamala Harris.
I just simply will not do it.
Am I open to voting for Trump?
I am.
I'm especially open to it if he is partnered with Bobby Kennedy.
So, it's official.
They are partnered.
He's part of the transition team with Tulsi.
How significant is this?
Oh, I think it's hugely significant.
And I've heard a lot of people on our side of the aisle saying, oh, we can't, we can't bring Democrats in.
We absolutely have to.
We have to win.
And by the way, this is not just about Democrats and Republicans anymore.
The Democrat Party, he is absolutely right, has taken over.
They are a party of corruption.
They say that they are trying to defend democracy.
They are crumbling democracy up and they're throwing it out in a garbage can.
There is a reason that Bobby Kennedy broke tradition from being a lifelong, family-long, decades-long Democrat to come vote with Donald Trump, because this party has changed.
And I think it's absolutely significant.
It is not by mistake that Cornel West Who is no friend of Donald Trump, said that he was offered to take—they were going to pay off his debt if he dropped out of the race and give him a job.
Jill Stein said that she was threatened to get off the ballot.
I mean, this is not what we want.
This is not who we are in our country.
You do not get to change the rules just to put yourself in charge of things.
And somebody—we have to stop.
We have to stop it.
And I think standing with Bobby Kennedy, with Tulsi Gabbard, with all of the great Republicans who are already with President Trump, We can do it if we drive people out to vote, and it's all going to be about momentum and turnout.
We cannot take one single vote in one single state for granted.

What's the filling?
Oh, you want filled?
Well, see, she typically made the bread dumplings.
Oh, you do the solid soup dumplings.
Yes.
Nice.
Well, no, they look like a little loaf, and then you cut them with the string, so they're sliced.
They're very good, but my grandmother also taught me how to make plum dumplings.
That was big around the house.
That's huge in Hungary.
That's huge.
It's really good.
The ones that you slice, how do you eat that?
Is that the carbs with the meat?
Typically you do like a goulash or you do something with gravy.
Dill gravy is huge.
But yeah, you do something with the gravy and then you put the, that's your start.
So I went to Prague with my parents in 1989 and you know, it was literally, you know, the wall had just fallen.
Yeah.
And we asked, what's the most exclusive restaurant in Ventus, Last Square?
They told us whatever it was.
And we went there, and we sat down.
We're just waiting for the menu.
Like, waiting, waiting, waiting.
And then we said to the waiter, can we have the menu?
And he said, what menu?
You can have dumplings or dumplings.
I'll take the dumplings, please.
I'll take the dumplings.
That was the post-communist choice.
You can have dumplings and dumplings.
And that's the most exclusive restaurant.
Oh, that's funny.
It's gotten a little better, but Prague is gorgeous.
Oh, no, Prague's better.
No, no, I mean, it's great.
So much better.
But anyway, all right, well, we'll work on our Czech and Hungarian meeting, our collaboration.
Yeah, we've got to visit the bay.
We've got to get to San Francisco and Marin County.
That's easy for me.
I can do it.
All right, you guys, have a good one.
She's an amazing cook.
All right, thank you.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Okay, I'll talk to you later.
Bye.
On the same note, too, did you see that Jimmy Dore praised Trump in the aftermath of the RFK endorsement?
Uh, he's been doing that a... You know, he hates the modern Democrat Party, but I didn't see that.
Would you send that to me if you got it?
Yeah.
I plugged it into Graby and let me, uh... And the second... We'll say the second Dr. Phil is 16?
Uh, yeah.
23 seconds long.
Alright.
Alright, uh, come in with that.
Alright.
Oh, actually, no.
Come in with eight.
Eight.
Then we'll go to calls.
Then calls.
All right.
Did we play nine?
Uh, we have... Okay, all right.
Not today, no.
Okay.
Oh, and title for Jen.
Okay.
Something about like leftover food?
Um...
Dumplings or Wienerschnitzel?
Alright.
Alright.
What is Wienerschnitzel anyway?
What's Wienerschnitzel?
Even I know what that is.
Look it up!
It's veal, usually, but most often it's made with pork, and you hammer it out super thin, and then you bread it.
And it's like the most common dish in the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
So it's like veal parmesan without the parmesan and sauce, right?
Yeah, no sauce.
It's like, yeah.
Coming in with eight.
Oh, and pillow here.
I thought it was those German things that they taught them.
I'm not sure.
I'm very honored by it.
He's a very smart guy, a different kind of a guy, but very smart.
Loves our country.
Has some, I think, very good views on a lot of different things.
And I've known him for a long time.
We've been somewhat friendly, actually.
And I think he's going to be a great asset.
I think he adds a lot to the election.
He's got a good following, tremendous following.
I think he adds a lot to the election, and I think he adds a lot to if we win.
I mean, he's got some very interesting ideas and good ideas.
President Trump, what did you say, Jeff?
I saw a 53-minute interview with Dr. Phil posted yesterday.
Are you saying that's only one half of it?
Yeah, there is two parts because it kept saying part one.
Wow, okay.
Interesting, interesting.
Eric, you know what Wiener Schnitzel is, right?
Yeah, and not because we were just talking about it in the break before we went back on air.
Alex, do you know what Viennese schnitzel is?
Fried veal.
Yeah, fried and breaded.
What do we do with people who are a member of my team who don't know one of my favorite dishes?
We make them eat it.
We make them eat it!
Oh, I think Mr. G will enjoy that.
Actually, I have to confess, there are two things I cook very well.
I make a mean goulash.
I cook it in a cauldron over a wood fire.
It takes me three hours and it is wicked good.
And I also, because it was my favorite dish from my mom and she taught me how to do it, I make a mean Wiener schnitzel.
Do you want the... Am I going to give away the secret?
Okay, so whether it's veal or whether it's pork, here's the secret, okay?
This will make you the most powerful person you know when it comes to culinary force.
You have to beat the chop, whatever it is, the veal or the pork, super thin, the day before, and then you soak it in a bowl of milk which has crushed garlic in it.
The milk enzymes break down the meat, so the next day, when you bread it, you put it in egg, flour, and bread it, and you fry it, it will be the most spectacular Wiener Schnitzel you have ever eaten.
Can't believe I gave away my secrets.
Well, I'm 54 years old.
I couldn't take it to the grave, could I?
Wiener schnitzel, day before, milk, garlic, then breaded the next day and fried hot with a little bit of butter, olive oil, and then you've got to have some potato salad or maybe something else with it.
That's traditional.
Okay, stop it.
I'm getting hungry.
Let's go to Dr. Phil.
Here's the first... No, we did the first one with RFK and then the other one that Jeff wasn't sure I should play.
Let's go to Cut 16.
Jeff, why are you surprised that I wanted that cut about whether or not they wanted President Trump dead?
Because it was kind of a dumb question.
Well, it is a dumb question, but it's getting a lot of attention.
I know, but I mean, Dr. Phil likes Trump, but it's like something CNN would ask him just to bait him into saying it.
That's why I didn't like it.
And I think he answered it perfectly.
He did, he did, he did, he did.
And Nancy, very patiently waiting in Philly, line three.
Hi there, Dr. G.
You asked earlier for an alternative to describe the word gaslighting.
I need something that goes beyond that, because they are so beyond gaslighting, Nancy.
You are correct.
I'm not going to say lying, disinformation, misinformation, malinformation, who knows what any of that means.
But I learned about something called the True Believer Syndrome.
This was coined in a book by M. Lamar Keane in the book he wrote called The Psychic Mafia.
And here's what it means.
It's where no amount of logic can shatter a faith that is consciously based on a lie.
Alright, I'm looking it up right now.
The Psychic Mafia, right?
The Psychic Mafia, written in 1976.
He was a famous medium, and he and a friend of mine, William Rauscher, who was an Episcopal priest and the president of the International Magicians Association, debunked the vast majority of mediums and psychics. Like Randy, what was that great
debunker? Oh, the great Randy. He was amazing.
So this guy isn't some kind of medium who says he can actually talk to the dead. This guy's a
debunker, I hope. Well, he claimed that until he got together with Rauscher and they all agreed
that they're mostly all fake and phony.
Not all, but mostly all.
Well, this is interesting.
I'm looking it up right now.
It's not available anymore.
You can buy a used copy of the book for $199.
I'm going to investigate this person, Emila Markeen.
All right.
Stay on the line, Nancy, for educating me.
I'm going to check out that phrase, true believer syndrome.
Let's give our friend Nancy one of our brand new Butler, Pennsylvania hats with the president's image, fist held high.
She's getting hers for free.
You can get yours at SebGawkerStore.com.
If you haven't done so already, switch your phone away from the left wing phone companies that dominate the cellular subscription networks in America because they woke their left wing.
There's only one conservative Christian cell phone company.
It's the one I use.
It's Patriot Mobile.
Unlike the big guys, they don't donate millions of dollars to things like Planned Parenthood every year.
They donate to causes that support the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and the sanctity of the unborn.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a domestic U.S.-located customer support team that are superb.
You keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade, but switch today.
Don't fund people who hate you.
That's insane.
Glenn and his team are superb.
Call them on 972-PATRIOT or go to patriotmobile.com slash GORKA.

I'm going to do Shanahan and then I'm going to go to Scott.
Alrighty.
How do the images look?
Oh, they're good.
There's one, and... Okay, nice.
Culper007 in the rumble chat says, Dr. G needs to publish a cookbook.
Oh, with two recipes?
I don't think so.
Maybe you could add my Aunt Auggie's ones.
Look at this fancy dude in his studio.
Look at that.
Look at that.
You're looking very fancy there, my friend.
Hey, hey.
How we doing, Seb?
Good, good.
Where are you?
Are you in headquarters or at home or where?
I am here at our headquarters in Grapevine, Texas.
So what the hell makes you think you can launch a new... Why do I have to be called by some, you know, regular distro email?
You guys should have told me.
So here's the truth, Seb.
Usually we run into each other about once a week or every other week and I've been home for too long.
So that's your excuse?
Yeah, I'll stick with that.
Alright, so you're just gonna intro it.
Just tell us everything about it, alright?
Sure.
Good.
Is there any deal on it?
Or do I just say PatriotMobile.com slash Gorka?
What do I say?
So, we actually, we do have a deal.
It's PatriotMobile.com forward slash unplugged if they want to learn more.
Now, we're still going to use the code Gorka to get them their free month of service or free activation.
Okay.
However, we're offering a special, if they buy an unplugged phone right now from Patriot Mobile, we're giving them one year of free, they have a, it's called the UpSuite.
It's all of their, it's basically their suite of apps.
Yeah.
Nice.
Okay, good.
And what's your title again?
Chief Marketing Officer.
Chief Marketing Officer.
Like so.
All right.
Perfect.
Good.
Perfect.
All right.
Stand by.
50 seconds, Scott.
I'm going to play a cut first and then I'm going to come to you.
Okay.
9.
Yeah, 9.
Coming in with it.
All right.
Coming in with it. All righty. 40 seconds.
All right.
If you have any questions or other problems, please post them in the comments.
Thank you for watching.
Bye.
Farmers are on their knees in this country right now.
They are not price gouging.
To say that our farmers are price gouging when they are already on their knees.
Who can I take that message to today?
You tell me, Chris.
Who's going to listen to me?
Because I have taken this message for years to the Democratic Party, and I cannot get through to anybody.
It's not like this has happened overnight.
I didn't wake up one morning and say, what a great idea it would be to leave the Democratic Party.
No, I tried everything, everything in my capability to get through to someone who would listen and hear this actual science.
She's like, maybe just caught my attention lately because of the Bobby Kennedy endorsement.
But that's the woman, Silicon Valley millionaires, ex of Sergey Brin.
That's Nicole Shanahan, who's really taking it to Kamala and the Democrats.
Eric, what do you think?
Do we trust these people or do we see them as just wanting to exploit the limelight of their conversion to MAGA?
I don't know if we can know for sure what her motivation is.
I'll say I do trust RFK himself more than her, given her Silicon Valley background, but at the end of the day, if she's out there hitting the, you know, the media circuit, interview circuit, supporting President Trump, and, this is just important, calling out the Democrats for not listening on what should be liberal ideas, I welcome it and all the support it'll bring.
Well, and lying about price gouging and all those greedy farmers.
Okay, I was caught unawares recently.
The excuse is I hadn't met them at one of these Patriot events.
We always bump into each other.
Not sure I buy that excuse.
But I'm excited by Patriot Mobile.
It's not just a service now for people who are conservatives and don't want to fund the crazies.
It's actually hardware.
Hardware that's going to make you more secure.
And I just want to hear about it from the Chief Marketing Officer for Patriot Mobile, my good buddy, Scott Coburn.
Welcome back, Scott.
Hey Seb, always good to be on your show and I've been missing you the last few weeks.
I've got a country to save!
I can't be palling around with you guys, hobnobbing around, and you know.
I've got a republic to save.
But we might be able to save it with this product that I know nothing about, but I'm excited about the hints I've heard.
It's the UP Phoner from Patriot Mobile, standing for Unplugged.
It's about privacy, I guess, security.
So tell us, what's so special about the UP Phone, Scott?
So, Seb, you know full well that our customers' privacy is something that we take very seriously.
And we look all the time for new products and services that can deliver on our promise to deliver on privacy for our customers.
And you know what?
We've been looking high and low for years for a device that is truly secure and untrackable.
And I'm excited to announce that we now have found one.
And that is the Unplugged Phone, or the Up Phone for short.
And I'm going to tell you, this is a surveillance free smartphone that has essentially been stripped of all the Google mobile services and all the Apple tracking that keeps tabs on you wherever and whenever you, wherever you go, you know, this.
You know, your phone is, even if it's off, you're being listened to, you're being tracked.
This phone delivers on this promise to remove all of that.
I looked at a product yesterday, and I didn't buy it, and I got an email from the company the next day saying, We saw you looked at this product, but you didn't buy it.
Are you sure you don't want to buy it?
And I was pissed, Scott.
I don't want people telling me what I looked at yesterday just so they can sell me something.
So how does this work?
Does this have different apps, no apps?
How do you break the user free from this stuff that's tracking them all the time?
Yes.
Great question, Seb.
And essentially what they've done here is they've built this entire operating system onto the device that is devoid of any of these, uh, tracking, uh, code or, or whatever that they use in the software and in the device itself.
They've removed all of that from the device.
And to take it a step further, they have essentially certified a whole handful of apps that are off that they offer through their up store, which is like the app store.
And there are over 200 plus devices or apps that are available for the device.
So like search engines and stuff that won't collect data, things like that.
Yes.
And we're talking about, you know, encrypted email services, um, you know, uh, strong encrypted texting.
Um, there is also, you know, built in, uh, protection from your storage on your phone that keeps you safe from hackers.
And then there's this, there's an active antivirus that's always running on your phone, searching for things that may have been gotten in there.
Now, I will tell you again, we've tested this thing for months now and our guys have telling me they haven't been able to break it.
It is, it is that good.
Well, I'm super excited.
I want to get one of these myself.
So at the moment, look, I've been, It's huge supporters of you because and your company and
Glenn not just because you're conservatives and patriots but you still stood up, stepped
up to the plate after Nancy Pelosi came after my phone data with her illegal January 6th
committee. You guys are at every patriotic America loving event.
I'm not joking.
I go to the NRA, I go to SHOT Show, I go to CPAC, I go to the RNC Convention.
You guys, you don't send some marketing flunkies there.
You, the CEO, the team, they're all there.
So I'm so impressed with you guys.
At the moment, when people switch to your company that has the nationwide coverage of performance guarantee,
you give a free month to all the new subscribers.
What's the deal with the unplugged?
Because it's even better there.
What are you offering if people go to patreonmobile.com slash unplugged?
Seb, we're offering a full year of their upstore suite of products.
So that means you can, for a year, you can go on and you can choose any or all of the apps that you want
out of the App Store, load them onto your unplugged phone, And I know that you're not being tracked so and that that up store is growing literally by the day, and it's pretty cool said if you have an app particular app that you like to use, they have a method for you to submit.
To the company and they will go in and actually strip out all the tracking from that and then load that onto their up store.
So, I mean, this, they're, they're really bending over backwards for a freedom.
Well, you know, Eric Prince, he's the guy behind this.
Anything he puts his time and energy behind, you know, it's going to be good.
Oh, and as a former SEAL, he understands what the bad guys are going to try to do to track you.
I think this is huge, Scott.
Sign me up.
I'm interested.
Everybody else, patriotmobile.com slash unplugged.
If you want to be secure, safe, and untracked, and if you want to just switch your regular service, keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade, but do it today, because these guys believe in the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the sanctity of life, And they've donated millions of dollars to all of those causes.
Don't fund your enemies with every call you make and every text you send.
Switch today.

Does that make Jeff happy?
Is he happy when I do that?
No?
He wants me to leave something out and not play it?
He works so hard.
Does he want me to be a Laura Ingram?
I don't think we've played all of them.
Oh!
Well, I've crossed everything out except... Oh!
Sarah Saunders!
Yes.
Oh, okay.
That's what he was saying, though, too.
He's so... He knows.
He just... He feels it in his bones.
He says, I know they haven't played one.
Ins and outs?
Let's go to three.
Ins and outs.
Stay with us for more with Dr. Ben Carson after these messages.

This is America First one-on-one with me, Sebastian Gorka, and Dr. Ben Carson.
Welcome back to America First 101 with Trump cabinet member Dr. Carson and me, Sebastian
Gorka.
They know that Kamala Harris can't get through an interview all by herself.
There is not a lot of confidence in somebody to become the leader of the free world and ask people to make her president of the United States when she can't even sit down with an interview.
This isn't even a tough interview.
This is on CNN.
This is one of their media allies.
She should take this opportunity to show the American people that she can handle hard questions.
It's clear that her own team and her own party think she needs a babysitter, and that's why they're putting her vice presidential nominee on the stage with her.
The great Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
Jeff, don't we want to see more of her?
You know, she was my colleague in the White House, but don't we need to see more of her on the MAGA campaign trail?
Yeah, especially now she's elected governor.
She doesn't have a lot of time, or she's got a good amount of time before she has to run for re-election.
Definitely should be.
What about if, God willing, we win, should she be back in the administration?
I think she's happy being governor.
Yeah, I think the people of Arkansas want her to stay there.
So, how is this going to look, Jeff?
Is this going to be embarrassing for Kamala?
I mean, is the old white guy just going to sit next to her silently unless she caves?
It's going to be edited, though.
Oh.
You know what I mean?
It's not live, right?
Yeah, it's not live.
If it was live, I'd be very interested.
But the only thing is, by avoiding it for this long, every answer is going to be looked at so much.
That's the one thing.
Is it going to be like Sigourney Weaver, that when she can't open her bottle of water, the waltz's hand comes in and opens the bottle of water for her?
Well, that was a bottle of vodka.
Hopefully, Kamala does so bad that she's looking for a bottle of vodka in the interview.
That would be good.
What do you think of those charges people say, and even my buddy Chris Coles did it.
He said, does this woman have a drinking problem?
Do we stay away from that stuff?
Because sometimes, you know, those videos, they make you wonder, don't they, Jeff?
A little bit, but I think she's just, she gets nervous, she laughs, and she gets nervous all the time.
How was she the Attorney General of California?
That's very interesting to me.
And if you look at the video, she actually looked like she was much better then.
Much more confident.
Yes, than she is now.
Usually it's the opposite.
It's crazy.
It's weird.
I remember the day so clearly when I became a man because I realized I really don't care what other people think of me.
If I don't respect you, you don't matter.
God, my family, and those I respect, those are the opinions I really care about.
And it's amazingly liberating.
You should try it.
It's really good.
Good for your soul.
As is knowing how we got here and what to do about it.

My buddy from Breitbart, the one and only Joel Pollock.
Thanks for watching!
Bye!
you you
you And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is
over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
Not going to let this happen.
That's the promise from my former boss, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th, not just the 45th President of the United States.
Speaking at CPAC, I will be your retribution because we've lost the Republic.
We're not a free nation.
We don't have a free press.
What is he going to do if he wins that election in just 69 days time?
I think he's got a plan.
But we're here to help him.
As is my former Breitbart colleague, senior editor-at-large, the author of the new book, The Agenda, what Trump should do in his first hundred days.
Joel Pollock, welcome back to America First.
It's good to be with you, sir.
So, Joel, let me just ask you with regards to that cut we opened the interview with, do we have a free press today?
You're a journalist.
You're one of the plank holders at Breitbart.
Let's talk about the world in which you live.
What is the state of the media in America?
We have a free press, but we have a very partisan press, just like we have free elections, but the elections are now controlled by the political parties and controlled by the Democratic Party in particular.
So we have as much freedom, I suppose, as they think is appropriate to give us.
I'm being only a little facetious.
In the elections, Democrats basically have managed to impose vote-by-mail, early voting, same-day registration onto the country on the argument that if the human brain has any sort of political impulse at all, it has to be recorded on a ballot, whereas traditionally Voting has been a civic ritual, part of what an individual can do, but doesn't necessarily need to do, to participate in self-government.
And it's only one part of self-government.
People are expected to participate in community organizations, in local government, and so forth.
But Democrats have essentially turned voting into this process of registering political preferences, really, rather than a separate act.
And they've taken control of the machinery of voting.
They've imposed their preferred system, which is the vote-by-mail system.
So they have an institutional advantage in voting.
This goes back to the late 19th century, when political parties basically ran the polling places, and you had to show up and announce who you were going to vote for in public.
That meant very few people announced they were voting for the opposition within their
communities, especially when the ruling party controlled the process of voting.
So the secret ballot was instituted after that, after some particularly fraudulent
elections. And that was a standard for more than a century.
That's the standard the rest of the world copied as the rest of the world democratized.
But it's a standard we've now moved away from.
So we basically have two different elections.
Generally speaking, Democrats vote through the mail and Republicans vote on election day.
And the question is, who is going to be better at turning out their own voters?
We don't really run one election.
We run two elections in parallel.
Now, that's not to say Democrats don't vote on election day or that Republicans cannot vote by mail.
And of course, Republicans are being encouraged to vote by mail this time because the more of your vote, as it's called, your vote, in other words, again, reflecting this model of two separate elections, the more of your vote you can bank before election day, The fewer people you have to turn out on election day and the greater advantage you have coming into election day.
So it's not to say Republicans cannot and don't vote by mail.
It's just to say that we vote separately.
We also consume media separately.
And your typical conservative tends to be more exposed to media voices from the other side of the spectrum because they're unavoidable.
If you go to your local gas station, the newspapers, if there are any, are likely to be mainstream papers that reflect the center-left or left-wing point of view.
If you watch local news at night, the reporters who are reporting tend to be reporters from the left.
And so forth, whereas Democrats don't see conservative content.
They don't watch Fox News.
They don't watch Newsmax.
They don't read Breitbart and so forth.
So conservatives have a broader diet of information, but still we are all pretty siloed within partisan media.
So we have a free media in that sense, but it's not a full media.
It's not a media that really is a medium for communication between different Americans.
We have a media that's constrained in that way.
And once the parties control the media to that extent, then you have the influence of bad actors who are able then to use government when they have power to influence their particular circle of media.
So the Biden White House went to the social media companies who are within the left-wing or mainstream bubble and said, you may not Post Trump content.
You may not post certain content about COVID-19 and so forth.
So we saw the introduction of censorship.
That didn't just stay within the left-wing bubble.
Of course, the censorship was targeting right-wing people, targeting people within the other bubble.
And so that just reinforced the bifurcation of this media market.
But We have, I would say, a free press.
You can say what you want, but you're going to pay a higher cost, I think, than you did in the past.
And there is censorship now.
It's being successfully fought in the courts, so I wouldn't rule out that we have a free media, because our justice system is responding, albeit very slowly.
But I'd be very concerned about the trends away from press freedom.
What we also need in a free media is a free populace.
We need people who are comfortable with different ideas, who are prepared to defend the rights of others to speak, even if they don't agree with what they're saying.
I think we have that on the right, although of course people tend to prefer their own views.
That's out the window on the left.
The Democrats are fully behind any attempt to use whatever pressure necessary in the private sector, certainly in the government, if they can convince the government to do it, but they want to use any form of pressure possible to drown out conservative views.
And they do so.
They do so.
Conservatives are cancelled 90% of the time.
You hear about a university cancelling a speaker.
It's a conservative speaker.
And so we have a population that, because of its preference, its sort of learned preference for partisan media, is becoming more tolerant of censorship and suppression, and that's a very bad thing.
But if we use a broader definition of media to include social media, I mean, we have the letter that went viral yesterday from Zuckerberg.
If Facebook and Twitter are told, oh my gosh, the story about Hunter Biden, that's Russian disinformation, you must suppress it, which he admits to here, which we know.
I mean, you couldn't repost on Twitter the New York Post story, just wouldn't let you repost it.
Then do we have a free media?
You know, the main sources of information, literally in an Orwellian fashion, memory holds something that had an incredible potential impact on the election.
The answer is yes and no.
Yes, in the sense that there were other ways in which people could get the information.
Breitbart, for example, Newsmax, people were able to put out that information.
Salem and its network of stations, both television and radio, discussed this issue.
So, there were avenues for people to get the information, but those were people who were already voting against Biden.
Within the Biden universe, and particularly among independent voters, that information never received them.
And there were polls after the election that suggested that a significant, even if small, percentage of voters would have changed their vote if they had known about the Hunter Biden story.
So, again, I would encourage Yes.
you to think about this not as one media.
We have several different media, and some are free and some are not.
But keep in mind also that people are choosing to live within the unfree media.
Democrats are choosing a media or a medium that is free of conservative content
and that practices censorship to keep it that way.
You know, when we talk about the media inflating Kamala Harris to this wonderful politician
who used to be the least popular alternative to Biden, she didn't even make the 2020.
Democratic presidential primary.
She dropped out before the first vote was taken.
I mean, she was a disaster, but now she's been transformed.
And it's not just because the media are talking about how wonderful she is and telling you all the good news and none of the bad news.
It's also that Democratic voters and consumers of mainstream media are choosing to believe it.
They know it's wrong.
They choose to believe it.
We are more comfortable within media universes that reflect our own biases and create a sense of security around what we believe is happening in the world.
Of course it leaves us vulnerable because when things happen that you don't expect you have no explanation for them.
That's why Democrats They literally went crazy when Trump won the election in 2016 because nothing in their world was telling them that was possible.
Or if they were telling them it was possible, they were telling them it was highly unlikely and they ignored the remote possibility that Trump could win.
So they went for all these conspiracy theories.
They literally went crazy.
I mean, you can't have something like the Russia collusion theory unless you are bonkers.
And they were made bonkers by their own free will.
They chose to believe in unfree media.
Being a free citizen In a republic is not easy.
It means you're going to hear things you don't agree with.
It means you're going to be exposed to things that surprise you.
But that's the challenge Trump has basically set for the country.
He's basically said, you're going to be offended at times, and you may not like everything I say, but you're going to like what I do.
So let's work together on doing the right thing, no matter what I say.
He said that in a number of ways.
We're neither of us psychiatrists, but I'm going to ask you to unpack that later in the hour, because that's an interesting statement.
They choose to believe.
They choose to literally blinker themselves or gaslight themselves.
I'd like that to be unpacked.

We are outside of the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, and you're hosted tonight by
federal prisoner number 05635509, formerly Stephen K. Bannon.
That was the last episode of The War Room prior to my White House colleague Stephen
K. Bannon reporting for his federal prison term in Danbury, Connecticut.
We mention that, we play that now.
Why?
Well, because he is the author of the foreword to our guest's book, The Agenda.
Joel, Steve has a very popular podcast.
He has a little bit of a controversial reputation amongst those who've worked with him.
He wrote the foreword to your book.
I think he surprised you by writing that foreword.
Your first chapter is Rule of Law.
No, we do not.
committed no real crime, neither did Peter Nabarro. He's in prison right now. I'll ask
you the same question with regards to the media. Do we have a free media? Do we have
rule of law in America right now?
No, we do not. There we do not have the confidence that our institutions are operating as they're
designed. And you know, unlike the media where you can choose alternate sources of information,
you cannot choose an alternate Department of Justice.
You cannot choose an alternative to the system as it presents itself to you in all of its might.
And that's why I've set the rule of law and restoring the rule of law as the top priority of the Trump administration.
When I sat down to write this book, I was very angry about Trump's conviction in New York on these ridiculous charges relating to the Stormy Daniels affair.
Donald Trump paid her as part of a non-disclosure agreement that she then violated, and whatever happened between the two of them is really none of our business.
The point is that he paid her as part of a personal expense.
He is now facing sentencing in New York because, according to the Manhattan District Attorney, he didn't list those payments as campaign expenditures.
Now, previous jurisprudence has shown that they don't have to be listed as campaign expenditures.
When the Department of Justice has tried to prosecute people for not listing such payments as campaign expenditures, they've failed.
And so the Federal Election Commission didn't even fine Trump, never mind prosecute, didn't even give him sort of a slap on the wrist saying you need to refile the way they did with Hillary Clinton and her expenditure on Fusion GPS.
By the same standard that Trump faces in New York, Hillary Clinton should be in prison for falsely reporting the money she spent on concocting the Russia collusion hoax through Fusion GPS.
By the way, so too should Doug Emhoff and maybe Kamala Harris as well and the Biden campaign because it
does appear from the evidence we have that Doug Emhoff had some kind of agreement with the nanny
with whom he had an affair that broke up his first marriage. It looks like all the hallmarks of a
non-disclosure agreement are there. She lives in a fancy house in the Hamptons.
She's been quiet for many years.
We haven't heard about her.
I actually got a tip about this story in 2020, but nobody in Los Angeles in the school community where Doug Emhoff had been would talk about it.
So the Daily Mail, which broke the story, actually found the nanny in the Hamptons in New York, where nobody was thinking of looking.
And That's in New York, same state law that would apply to Emhoff, Harris, Biden, that's been applied to Trump.
If there's a non-disclosure agreement within any, why hasn't it been listed as a campaign expenditure?
And if it hasn't, then Doug Emhoff should go to jail, as should Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
So we see there are two standards within one system of justice, and that system of justice is deeply biased.
And I was so angry that I thought, you know, I've got to do something.
But then I thought, my style is to do positive things.
I'm not an angry person.
I don't burn things.
And, you know, I said, let me think about suppose Trump can overcome all of this.
Look ahead to January 2025.
And what does it feel like when Trump comes back into the White House?
What does it look like?
What can he do?
And I found it extraordinary to go through the list of policies from the rule of law to the border, to the economy, to foreign policy, even to faith.
And to preserving the Constitution.
What are things Trump can do as soon as he takes office?
How does that feel?
And it felt fantastic, actually, because there are so many things he can do and the future is actually very bright.
It helped me look past the ups and downs of politics and the ridiculousness of some of these prosecutions.
And that's been the response that many people have had in reading the book.
They say it makes them feel fantastic.
So the rule of law is first.
My next chapter is about the border.
Then I get into foreign policy.
The border and foreign policy are both areas in which the president has basically Well, we'll get to those in a second, but I want to stay on the rule of law for a second.
And very wisely, you said in a prior interview with my buddy Andrew Klavan that you only wrote 200 things that you knew the president would do.
You didn't write a 900-page doorjam from the Heritage Foundation, which is a massive smorgasbord of things he could do.
You said, okay, these are the things that he would agree with and what we should think about.
But you are a practicing attorney, you're counsel for Breitbart.
I got to ask you, a very wise person said, if we have a two-tier justice system, we do not have a justice system because you can't have tiers in a justice system.
So how do you fix it?
You know the law.
Because even, you know, hundreds of judges that were provided to us in the White House by the Federalist Society, who were nominated and confirmed, turned out to be cowards.
You can't fix the DOJ by just having a new Attorney General.
So, as a man who knows and practices the law, how heavy a lift is just Chapter 1 of your book gonna be to give us rule of law in America?
Well, first of all, you pardon all of the political prisoners.
You pardon all of the January 6th protesters who were nonviolent.
There's no reason anybody who simply walked into the Capitol building and didn't do anything else should be facing a jail term.
You also have to fire the heads of the agencies responsible for law enforcement, intelligence, national security, all of them have to go.
The corruption is so deep that you basically have to remove the leadership of all of these agencies and replace them.
You don't get rid of the agency entirely, necessarily, but you get rid of all of the senior personnel.
And that's something I've been saying ever since Peter Strzok testified before Congress about his effort to undermine the 2016 election.
That smirk on his face, the contempt that he had for Congress and for the American people, told me that it wasn't just James Comey that was the problem.
It was really a problem that went much deeper within the FBI and other organizations.
So you've got to do that.
You've also got to show that there are consequences for people who try to abuse their authority,
whether in law enforcement or intelligence.
I think all 50—I would say 51, but John Brennan has already had his security clearance
revoked.
All 50 of the remaining people who signed that Russia disinformation letter about Hunter
Biden's laptop should all lose their national security clearance forever.
They've abused their power, and there's nothing that the American people can trust that comes from them anymore.
So they need to be punished.
And there needs to be investigations.
There needs to be investigations of the January 6th committee.
January 6th committee collected thousands of hours of testimony and millions of pages of documents.
And Kevin McCarthy, when he was the incoming speaker, warned them, do not destroy any of your evidence.
We want to look at it.
And you know, as with science, so with justice.
You have to be able to open your books and show your data and make sure that other people agree with your conclusions.
But what did the January 6th Committee do?
They destroyed the evidence.
They destroyed the evidence even though President Trump might have asked them to produce some of it for his defense in criminal trials related to January 6th.
So they violated the Constitution.
They violated the law.
And I want to know why and whose instructions they were acting on.
And I want to make sure that anybody who worked in that committee Guess what's coming to them in terms of actual justice.
If there were crimes that were committed, they need to be prosecuted.
You cannot persist with a justice system in this country, whether at the federal level or the state and local level, that is so heavily biased toward the Democrats that Republicans are literally afraid to become politically involved lest something happen to them, lest they be prosecuted for some misdemeanor in their past, which doesn't happen to Democrats.
It only happens to Republicans.
I think that in that case, you really do have to take some fairly drastic action.
To me, that's fundamental.
The border... I call myself a one-issue voter.
I'm a voter on the border because I think the border is basically... Hold on, hold on.
We'll get to that.
The book is Agenda.
That's chapter two is the border.

You have a historical sense as well, Joel, and I just want to have a little bit of fun with you for a moment.
Do you relish, do you find the irony delicious that the issue that I believe was most responsible for getting President Trump, a first-time candidate, elected in 2016, i.e.
the border, is possibly the issue most likely to get him re-elected for a second term this year, because if there were one issue the left should have run from and said, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, the border, we should secure that.
You shouldn't gift it again to the person running to displace you.
How ironic is that, Joel?
It's ironic, but it's also predictable.
I mean, the Biden-Harris administration has presided over the most incredible invasion of this country in its history by illegal migrants.
And the Democrats do this on purpose because they hope those migrants will become citizens and eventually voters.
Also, they hope that eventually they'll become union members and they'll pay dues that keep the pensions going.
I mean, there are so many people Within the Democratic Party's orbit, who have an interest in essentially destroying the country's security by allowing this migration to happen, they don't care about the cost to working-class Americans whom they pretend to defend.
They don't care about the cost to middle-class Americans whom, again, they pretend to stand for.
I mean, where I sit in Los Angeles, there are middle-class neighborhoods that are being ruined.
By tent cities, by homeless people, by the influx of people into the city who can't afford to live here, who live on the street.
And Democrats are doing nothing about it.
In fact, Gavin Newsom admitted as such a few days ago when he said, look, the reason we have a homelessness problem is because of our own policies.
Now, that's not to say all the migrants are homeless, but Migrants are being treated better than Americans in many cases.
There's a bill moving through the California legislature right now that would provide $150,000 in interest-free state loans to first-time homebuyers who are illegal aliens.
There's a sense that if you're here illegally, you come before legal immigrants and you come before Americans.
And it's Yes, it's ironic that it would come back again, but it's what you expect.
I mean, the Democrats ran on open borders in 2020 and, you know, they've delivered.
And now Kamala Harris is trying to pretend to be tough on the border.
You know, they keep referring to this bill that Biden was supporting about a year ago that Republicans opposed.
And they say Republicans only opposed it because Trump told them not to. Let me tell you, if Trump
told Republicans to vote for that bill, they would have defied him and they would have voted
against it. Because most Republicans, I'm not talking about the few rhinos who like to see their
name in headlines as, you know, having achieved some kind of bipartisan compromise,
regardless of the substance of the deal.
But Republican senators and representatives would have voted against that bill because it set the levels of migration in stone.
It legalized the current levels of unsustainable migration.
And that's why Republicans opposed it.
Again, if Trump had told them, vote for this, let's get this issue out of the way, they would have defied him.
Because we still have free media on the right.
We still have sources like yours.
We have Breitbart News, who will tell people exactly what's going on, exactly what's in the bill, which they tried to hide for a very long time.
And so Kamala Harris is now pretending to be a border czar that she denied she was for several weeks.
And she's even featuring images of Trump's border wall in her campaign advertising.
This is, again, part of the fraud that is Kamala Harris's campaign.
It's a fraud that's being perpetrated by the Democratic Party, participated in by the media, and also willingly accepted by Democratic Party voters who have come to hate and fear Trump so much that they will look for any alternative.
The thing they like most about Kamala Harris is that she has a pulse, which is different from Joe Biden.
I mean, Joe Biden showed up at the debate barely aware he was there.
I don't want to take anything away from Trump, by the way.
I think that was one of Trump's best debates in terms of substance.
But Biden was clearly incapable of handling himself, despite all his boasting in the days beforehand.
And Kamala Harris is the party's choice.
She's only going to continue the Biden policies.
The same individuals who work in the Biden administration and run everything are also going to run everything in a Kamala Harris administration.
Nobody new is coming in and they're just going to get promotions.
I hear they're talking about moving Pete Buttigieg from transportation to the United Nations because You know, he seems to be good at talking a lot and doing nothing.
That's a perfect place for someone like Pete Buttigieg.
But my point is that it's just going to be musical chairs.
The same people are going to be running everything.
So it's just ironic, yes, but it's part of how Democrats govern.
Democrats govern by refusing to govern for the country and only governing for themselves and their interest groups.
One more example for you.
Biden claimed falsely that he had built 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations.
Yes, he had spent the money—that's $7.5 billion—but only eight of those stations have been built.
And why?
Because, first of all, Democrats are the party of government, so they love the red tape.
So every planning decision has to go through a million different agencies and approval processes and so forth.
Plus, they have all these interest groups that have to get paid.
So the money sort of cascades down within the system.
It has to get spent on this union, then it has to go through this government agency, then it has to go through these preferred contractors and so forth.
And by the time you've spent all the money, you still haven't built the project.
You get to the actual shovel hitting the dirt, and there's no money left, and they have to go back to Congress and ask for more.
That's how California does it, and that's how Democrats do it when they have power at the federal level.
This idea that the border has come back to haunt them, it's ironic, but it's also completely expected.
And if you vote for Kamala Harris, you're going to continue to see this migration.
Democrats are not suddenly going to grow a spine and develop a stomach for doing the law enforcement actions that they've denigrated for four years, falsely accusing the Border Patrol of whipping migrants, for example, for racist reasons.
They never apologized for that.
Kamala Harris, by the way, made the same accusations, never apologized.
So, there you go.
I've only got a few seconds left in this segment, but I have to ask you, you said President Trump was successful in his debate.
It wasn't just, you know, Biden's brain-frying.
Are you worried that if they submit to Kamala's request that there will be no mute button, that President Trump will be less restrained and that'll be a problem in the debate?
The debate doesn't matter.
And I know everybody wants to see the debate.
They want to see Trump win.
They want to see Kamala Harris forced to answer questions.
That's not how it's going to work.
The debate's going to be on ABC.
The moderator is very friendly to Kamala Harris.
And Democrats are not going to watch the whole debate.
All they're going to watch That's all they want to see.
They just want to see her standing up to him.
They don't care what she says.
They don't care about her policies.
And so the debate doesn't matter.
She's going to use the debate to push her own message to her own people and that's it.
People who are independent voters who are watching the debate are not going to be able to make up their mind based on that debate alone, although Trump can reach them through that debate.
So it is important for him to try to get to the debate if he can, but essentially it doesn't matter.
What Trump has to do is use any platform he can to reach his own voters, and if he does have a debate, he has to talk to his voters during a debate.
That's why I wrote the agenda.
Give them something they can look forward to.
Use the debate for that.
But forget about arguing with Kamala Harris, because the left are never going to hear your arguments.
They're just going to see the silly TikTok videos her campaign puts out, which will slice and dice everything until it's unrecognizable, and they'll present a completely false picture, and they will know it's false, and they'll willingly believe it.
Still have to unpack that sentence.

This kind of shocked me, Joel.
I know you're an observant Jew, but you have a whole chapter with regards to what the president should do in his first 20 presidential acts.
You have a whole chapter on faith.
And it made me think of that day after they tried to assault the White House where he walked across Lafayette Square and stood outside St.
John the Episcopal holding a Bible after the BLM Antifa rioters tried to burn that church to the ground.
Why has a book on presidential policies got a chapter on faith?
Explain the significance of that.
Well, I think many of our social problems can be traced to the decline of faith in American life.
People are going to church less often, people are forming families less frequently, people are having fewer children, and people are actually More unhappy and lonely.
Even Biden's Surgeon General has talked about the epidemic of loneliness.
Now, if you got up and went to church, you might not be so lonely, but that's not something people are considering because nobody does it.
Nobody models that behavior.
And in the White House, we have essentially a faithless president who goes against the tenets of his own religion in a very stark way.
And I think it's time for a change.
Now, Trump isn't running to be high priest.
He's running to be president.
But there's no reason you can't emphasize the pulpit in the bully pulpit.
And I don't see, for example, why White House meetings should not start with an invocation or a moment of silence for reflection where people can say prayer.
Yeah.
when these events, including the press briefings, are some of the most widely watched meetings
in the entire country.
Why not demystify prayer for, again, a moment of quiet reflection,
which may be more constitutionally passable?
Why don't you just allow that or do it?
Exemplify it.
And maybe we'd see it reintroduced into schools.
Maybe we'd see people feeling more comfortable with prayer in the workplace.
You know, someone else expressing their faith isn't necessarily a threat to yours or a threat to your individuality.
I, as a Jewish person, certainly don't feel threatened by Christian prayer in a public place and I think we need more of it because people have no sense of direction and children are growing up without a sense that someone cares for them, that someone loves them, and understands them and wants the best for them.
And we usually leave that up to parents, but more and more children are growing up
without at least one parent.
And sometimes with parents who are busy in their phones and at work and unfortunately dealing with fentanyl
and other kinds of problems that have come up in our society lately.
And we have children who are not being raised with any sense of hope or any belief in anything.
And so I think we need to get back to the idea of faith.
And also, you know, what's interesting to me is the decline in the birth rate.
going along with his decline in church attendance.
And I think we can turn our society around if the president leads from the front and says, we're going to provide a platform at the White House for faith, for members of the clergy to offer sermons, to offer advice.
You don't have to listen to it, you don't have to read it or tune into it, but we're going to do it and we're going to emphasize it.
We're going to encourage church attendance, for example.
And we're going to rescind some of the regulations around political speech at churches
so that people can feel more comfortable expressing themselves.
And I think that there's so much that this president can do and has done.
And you're right, that moment of holding the Bible up, that was so important.
To me, what Trump was saying in that moment was, we need to get back to the source code of our republic.
We need to reboot and start over.
And what started us before anything else was faith.
That's what that flag, Appeal to Heaven, means, That's why George Washington flew that flag.
It's not an extremist flag, the way the left likes to say.
I have one here in my office.
The reason George Washington flew that flag was because of an idea by John Locke that when your government turns tyrannical, you must appeal to heaven.
And that's what gave birth to us as a country, the idea that we took our case to heaven
before we made articulate political arguments and set down the inherent individual rights
that we all enjoy in the Constitution.
Basically, Trump was saying, we need to get back to faith.
So I think he's the right leader to do that, even though, as he would acknowledge himself,
and as all of us must at some level, that he is a sinner, and he's not trying to set a moral example necessarily,
if you look at his biography, but he wants to make the public square safe for faith.
Now, you live in the heart of darkness.
You live in Wiccan and Los Angeles.
You are an observant Jew.
I've got to have a sanity check from you on the ground, because I don't buy what I'm hearing from my Jewish friends, that they think, you know, October the 7th is the wake-up call, and it's not just the 92% of the Orthodox who are going to vote for President Trump.
Secular Jews have said, oh my gosh, this never would have happened under President Trump, and I'm voting for him as well.
Do you give any credence to these?
Because I don't buy it.
They may have been a temporary thing.
I don't think it's permanent.
What are you seeing on the ground, Joel?
I agree with you.
I think there will be a shift among Jewish voters.
It will continue the trend toward the Republicans, but it's not going to be greater than 40% of the Jewish vote voting Republican.
Most Jewish Americans are Democrats and they are deeply indoctrinated in the ideology of the Democratic Party, and more important, the Republicans have been so demonized within the Jewish community that it's very difficult to make the switch.
Even if you know Kamala Harris is bad for Israel, what I hear Jewish Democrats saying who know that she's bad for Israel is, well, I'll still vote for her because I don't think her Israel policy matters very much.
It seems that the Pentagon has a good relationship with the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and it seems like Netanyahu is strong enough to keep Israel safe.
So I'm just going to vote on other issues.
So they're rationalizing their vote for Kamala Harris.
I see a lot of that.
They're just afraid to vote for Trump.
But that doesn't mean there won't be a shift.
I think that you could see the shift Being very significant in places like Pennsylvania where there's a large number of Jewish voters in the suburbs of Philadelphia and in parts of Pittsburgh, but especially Philadelphia.
All it takes in these close elections is a shift of a few thousand voters.
And if you see that, and I think that could be accounted for by the shift within the Jewish community, that could actually be decisive in this election.
So it's a small number of voters.
But they're in states that could play an outsized role.
Nevada is another one.
Even Michigan.
There are a large number of Jewish voters in Michigan.
And so I do think the majority will still vote Democratic, but you could see enough shift into the Trump column to make a difference.
But you're right.
We have to, I think, temper our optimism a little bit.
We're talking to the author of the brand new book, The Agenda, what Trump should do in his first 100 days in office, Joel Pollock.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Last second.
You see something that said, take a look at what happened.
Incredible.
Six weeks ago, and it's as if it never happened for the mainstream media, the President of the United States saw a candidate, a former president, shot in the head by a wannabe assassin's bullet.
How did we get here?
We got here because the Democrat Party is now a neo-Marxist cabal.
It is anti-American.
How did that happen?

Joel, it would be remiss of me, given all we've discussed, just to ask you about the events of Butler, Pennsylvania.
Are you as disgusted or shocked as I am that it's as if it kind of didn't happen for most Americans and at least for the mainstream?
It's as if it didn't happen, and what's shocking are the kinds of comments that Democrats continue to make.
Senator Cory Booker, Democrat of New Jersey, said on Sunday that The voters needed to quote-unquote kill the MAGA quote-unquote strain, as if Trump supporters were a kind of virus who needed to be eradicated.
That's the kind of rhetoric they're still using in the aftermath of the assassination attempt.
You know, had this happened to a Democratic president, you would have seen a purge, basically.
All of the censorship of 2020 and more On social media, you would have seen hosts removed from television shows for any untoward remark.
I mean, there would have been an absolute clampdown.
I'm not saying that would have been right.
But, you know, there's just no self-criticism even on the Democratic side.
So you see these terrible things being said.
Who was it at the Democratic convention?
It was one of the other elected representatives who said that—it was another senator.
It was Raphael Warnock, actually.
It was Senator Warnock from Georgia.
Now, again, when you describe someone like that, you're putting a target on them.
I mean, who wouldn't want to get rid of a clear and present threat to the country?
So, yes, there's no excuse for that kind of rhetoric, and the media are allowing them to do it because they don't fact-check it, they don't criticize it, they don't bring it up.
But again, one of the reasons I wrote the book was to give people a positive vision forward.
We don't want to get hung up on all the things the media are doing.
We know who they are.
We know what their job is.
Their job is to elect Democrats.
So when they do their job, you know, we can get upset, we can laugh and so forth, but it shouldn't affect what we do with our job.
And our job is actually to be the adults, the patriots, and to care about the country.
And I do believe there are enough Trump supporters out there who can overcome what we call the margin of fraud, which is to say all the shenanigans that Democrats pull around election time.
And who can absolutely swamp the polls.
But it's going to take a positive vision and a confidence that Trump can actually do it.
I believe he can do it.
I think enough people are going to make sure he does it.
So I think this book is actually going to be useful in January 2025.
It's not just going to sit there on a shelf as a kind of historical relic, like, look what the Republicans thought they were going to do.
I think this is a real manual.
And it's, as you pointed out earlier, it's much more readable than Project 2025, which I didn't even know about when I wrote this.
You know, it's readable in the way that You know, a how-to guide is more readable than the telephone book.
I mean, that's what Project 2035 is.
It's kind of a telephone book, you know.
But, look, I think everything is in Trump's hands.
The polls say that this is Kamala Harris' race to lose.
I disagree.
I think Trump can win this race.
He has to focus on the positive and on the vision that he's giving people.
I see it more and more every day, so I do think he is focusing.
And this book, I hope, will help people get motivated as well to be part of that effort.
You said something twice in the last hour, Joel.
You said they, the Democrats, choose to believe the lies.
Are we dealing with a cult?
You know, a cult has Some other elements of it, but there's cult-like behavior, which is ironic, again, because Democrats say that Republicans are in a cult because they like this one leader so much.
I've never met a Trump supporter who was blindly following Trump, and I've often challenged Trump supporters, asking them, well, what do you think of his statements about women in the past, or what do you think about this policy or that policy?
I've never met a Trump supporter who doesn't have the ability to step back and say, well, I disagree with that.
They just like his Fight.
They like the strength that he has.
I mean, the guy takes a bullet, gets up and keeps going.
That's what people are attracted to.
You know, there is a thing called charisma in leadership, and he has it.
And people follow charismatic leaders.
It doesn't mean they're following blindly.
With Democrats, they don't really have a leader.
They just have a sense of beliefs about the world, which largely include beliefs about fellow Americans that are just wildly untrue.
But they tend to reinforce a kind of in-group membership and insularity.
And they punish each other for leaving.
That's what cults do.
Cults punish members who try to go outside the cult.
You know, I was at the Democratic Convention, and I was able, in 2016, covering that convention, to talk to the Bernie Sanders supporters.
They at least would talk to me, even though I'm from Breitbart.
At this convention, there were people who wouldn't talk to me.
And that shows you a bit of cult-like behavior, that you don't talk to outsiders.
You might not like how they present what you say.
And often I was just willing to let people say what they wanted.
Tell the public what you believe.
Yeah.
They don't want to do that.
So I do think that they're willingly choosing to be in this and look it's got some of the benefits of cult membership.
Kind of warm embrace by complete strangers.
And conversely, if you try to leave the cult, you get abused.
Which is why so many Democrats have trouble switching to Republican, even though they know their party is no good.
They'd rather pick up and move to a red state where there are lower taxes and lower crime and better education, even though they'll continue voting for Democrats and then they'll have to move again.
We have just a few seconds left.
You've written a book on what the President should do, the 200 executive actions he should take, the agenda.
Everybody needs to get it.
The forward is by our colleague, our former colleague, mine in the White House and at Breitbart, Stephen K. Bannon.
Joe Pollock, we've got 69 days left.
In addition to what should happen, God willing, if the President wins, to get there, to get him over the finishing line, What would you whisper in his ear right now with regards to the next 69 days?
Well, I think he needs to be bold.
I think he needs to go out there and talk about his policies and reach his own voters.
And I think he needs to also prepare some surprises.
You know, Republicans don't win elections except by surprise because Democrats have so many institutional levers that they can pull and that they do pull in the media, in the tech companies, in the way voting happens and so forth.
I think Trump needs to do something of what he did in 2016 and go behind the lines of the other side, go deep into blue territory and pick a couple of blue states that might be winnable.
Maybe.
Go talk to those voters.
And see the reaction you get.
I'm not just talking about swing states.
Go to states that Republicans haven't been competitive in for a long time and talk to those voters and see the response you get.
You know, go to Oregon, for example.
Go to California, even.
You know, it's not just a place where you can fundraise.
I mean, California is a place to campaign as well.
There's huge support here.
Look what happened when he went to the Bronx a few weeks ago.
So I think he can start to prepare some surprises.
And also, I would say, start a ballot harvesting company.
The only thing that's going to keep Democrats honest is if they know that Trump is going to do everything he can to exploit every rule Democrats have put into place that allow ballots to be harvested.
I would start a ballot harvesting company and frighten them and make them stick to the rules or abandon this whole vote-by-mail fiasco eventually, once and for all.
Once Republicans do it better and start winning elections with it, that's when Democrats will want to get rid of it.
So, I would do that.
Why don't you announce that you're going to start a ballot harvesting company, and you're going to stay within the law, but you're going to harvest as many ballots as is legally possible, and you're going to win the election that way.
So, I think that could be fun.
Scare the Democrats, and then onward to victory.
That's the plan.
