♪♪ We will never forget Cory or his beautiful family.
And maybe let's have a brief moment of silence in memory of Corey, great Pennsylvanian.
Thank you, everybody.
I love you both.
Beautiful.
That is the most quiet I have ever heard an arena.
President Trump last night, I watched the whole thing.
It was his address in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to a completely jam-packed arena.
We were covering it live on Newsmax for two hours.
It was... It's as if he hadn't been shot.
I mean, think about it.
It'll be three weeks ago this Saturday at six o'clock that President Trump was shot in the head by an assassin's bullet.
And he was on form.
It was incredible.
Some very touching moments like that one, the moment of silence.
For the fire chief who was assassinated, who was killed with one of the shooter's bullets.
And then other moments when he asked the technician up on stage who, well, maybe saved President Trump's life.
We'll share all of that.
But first we have to go to the, is it the fallout?
I don't think it is.
It's the left wing's inability to deal with what President Trump did prior to that.
At the National Association for Black Journalists Convention.
Eric, do you have the cut we played yesterday?
The long one where the ABC journalist is incredibly rude to the president and his masterful response.
So this cut is really what has engendered a complete and utter meltdown on the left from Al Sharpton to Jessica Tarlow that we'll share with you.
But if you missed this yesterday, it was a sight to behold and to hear.
You have used words like animal and rabbit to describe black district attorneys.
You've attacked black journalists, calling them a loser, saying the questions that they ask are, quote, stupid and racist.
You've had dinner with a white supremacist at your Mar-a-Lago resort.
So my question, sir, now that you are asking black supporters to vote for you, why should black voters trust you after you have used language like that?
Well, first of all, I don't think I've ever been asked a question So, in such a horrible manner, first question.
You don't even say, hello, how are you?
Are you with ABC?
Because I think they're a fake news network, a terrible network.
And I think it's disgraceful that I came here in good spirit.
I love the black population of this country.
I've done so much for the black population of this country.
including employment, including opportunity zones with Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina,
which is one of the greatest programs ever for black workers and black entrepreneurs.
It's done so much, and you know, when I say this, historically black colleges and universities were out of
money.
They were stone cold broke and I saved them and I gave them long term financing and nobody else was doing it.
I think it's a very rude introduction.
I don't know exactly why you would do something like that.
And let me go a step further.
I was invited here and I was told my opponent, whether it was Biden or Kamala, I was told my opponent was going to be here.
It turned out my opponent isn't here.
You invited me under false pretense and then you said you can't do it with Zoom.
Well, you know, where's Zoom?
She's gonna do it with Zoom and she's not coming.
And then you were half an hour late.
Just so we understand, I have too much respect for you to be late.
They couldn't get their equipment working or something was wrong.
Hey Jeff, I'm a bit curious.
That's the National Convention of Black Journalists.
Why are they hooting and hollering and laughing when President Trump says you're ABC, you're fake news?
Because they thought it was funny and they believe it.
Jeff, one more sanity check.
If your host, me, your buddy, if Al Sharpton and Jessica Tarlow ever agreed with me, would we have a problem in our friendship?
Uh, probably a little bit, yeah.
Wouldn't be good for the show, would it?
It would probably start to sour a little bit.
Probably start to sour instantly.
Well, that's Bill O'Reilly.
Bill O'Reilly who's desperately trying to claw back some relevance with another person, Fredo Cuomo, who is likewise irrelevant.
I didn't even know he had a program.
What did Bill O'Reilly say about the President's impeccable performance yesterday?
And how much agreement is he in with that mindless individual Jessica Tarloff and that complete ethno-huckster Al Sharpton?
Well, let's listen to the sad, sad man that Bill O'Reilly has become.
Cut one.
So, Donald Trump did not help himself in this regard.
This will be looped over and over and over again.
More people will think he's a racist.
And Kamala Harris is going, oh, look at me.
Kamala Harris gave a very, very good speech last night in Atlanta.
Very smooth.
Very under control.
That's weird.
People will think he's more of a racist.
I wonder why the black journalists in the audience were laughing with President Trump yesterday when he called out that absolute fake journalist from ABC.
And Bill O'Reilly is in agreement with none other than Al Sharpton.
That's never a good sign.
Cut three.
He came to use them as a backboard to score with the MAGA crowd to say, I'm one of y'all.
I will go to their own conference and do everything but call them the N-word.
And I will try and act like their candidate, their hero, this strong black woman they're rallying around.
She didn't even say she was black until a little while ago.
Jeff, if the audience thought That President Trump was calling them the N-word?
Would they be laughing with him?
I don't think so.
No.
We said they called him everything but the N-word.
I didn't notice that at all.
Yeah, yeah.
And somebody else who, likewise, isn't very happy at all.
And I think we know why.
Because that performance was superb.
Is the token crazy on The Five every evening?
Let's listen to Jessica Tarloff's interpretation.
It was a complete, absolute dumpster fire for the former president.
I don't feel the need to give him any credit for showing up there because he came with a terrible attitude.
He hit all of his regular hits lying about his record for black Americans.
The comparison saying he's done the most for the black community since Abraham Lincoln is obviously ridiculous.
Unemployment is lower for black Americans under Joe Biden than Donald Trump.
Everybody knows that.
Even Donald Trump knows that.
People have told him he just won't stop.
I thought that he was rude and offensive to the questioners.
Oh, he was the rude one.
Wow!
The gaslighting never ceases.
You can just tell in her tone she's not happy.
Why?
Because it's not working.
The anointed, selected, not elected, selected candidate is not working.
And I was worried!
I told you guys live on air as I saw the president at that event.
I thought, what's he doing?
At the conference of left-wing journalists.
I think it was in Chicago.

I figured 100 days out is the time to do it because we got a country to save here.
In less than 100 days now, the most important election that any of us will ever live through is going to happen on November the 5th.
I saw your clip there that you played a President Trump at the beginning.
I was watching the rally last night too.
That was the key moment of the rally where he said that Kamala is fake, fake, fake.
And he said he'll fight, fight, fight for America.
That contrast is clear.
That's true.
But we need to be taking this threat much more seriously than I think a lot of people on the right are right now.
We need to treat this as, look, Kamala is in a Yeah.
in a honeymoon and so on and so forth they get that i'd understand that that's happening
on that she's getting all this glowing media praise that eventually it's not
gonna continue but the point is that they're they're trying to
morph this right now the establishment media the left the democrats
into real momentum and that we need to treat this is serious as a heart attack
yeah i think this is a very serious campaign on that look we were running against the cadaver before
until two weeks ago Joe Biden, total cadaver.
Kamala Harris is a very serious candidate.
We need to treat her as such, and we need to be very aggressive about this.
And I'm afraid that some people on the right are not necessarily approaching it that way.
We need to run this thing through the tape as hard as we can, all the way through November 5th.
Not leave anything to chance, not leave anything on the field.
We can't just wait for the news cycle to end to try to do something.
We need to be every day between now and November 5th, all day, every day, nonstop, aggressively, detailing Kamala's radical record.
I call her Kama-chameleon, right?
Because she just keeps changing her positions on all these things.
And she's trying to do it via campaign aides.
We need to force her out of her hiding hole.
She needs to start doing interviews.
She needs to start doing public appearances without a teleprompter.
Right?
That rally she had in Atlanta, she spoke for, what was it, 17 minutes?
And she was also, if you watch her eyeline, she was reading off a teleprompter.
100%.
And so this is the thing, is that as soon as she's forced off the teleprompter, we know she's going to make mistakes.
We know how radical she is.
We also know how crazy she is.
Right?
uh... terrible person in a candidate she is on and we need to be aggressive on this stuff and we need
to treat it as a very serious thing we can't just let this off as a
joke uh... and not run through the tape here
and i'm afraid there's some people on the right that aren't doing that uh...
and that are just like you know post stuff on twitter and i think it's in the
bag this is not the back
right like and and don't treat it like that uh... this is going to be a fight of our lives and we all
need to treat it as Yeah, you're absolutely right.
We can't take anything for granted and they are trying to reinvent it as we speak, the metamorphosis that you speak of.
We're glad to have you back on Twitter.
Maybe somebody else will be joining you soon, somebody who lives in a A lovely place in West Palm Beach.
In the meantime, the Twitter handle is atMBoyle on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.
Let's look at that metamorphosis.
President Trump rightly said yesterday that, what is this thing about Kamala being black?
She's always celebrated her Indian heritage.
Incredibly, while we were on the show, a quote-unquote CNN fact-checker actually We've checked whether or not she turned black a few years ago.
This is Daniel Dale in something that should really be an SNL skit.
Cut 4.
You know, he said that Vice President Harris has only turned black a couple years ago, and before that, she was only promoting her Indian heritage.
That is just not true.
I quickly, just via Google, and with the help of CNN's K-File team, Andrew Kicinski and Emstek, found multiple examples of her talking about her black identity going back decades.
Well that's really strange because nobody on the K-File team at CNN, Matt, found this little clip with Kamala Harris from 2019, cut 9, where she talks about her heritage and it's not black.
Okay, so what we're gonna cook today is an Indian recipe.
Yes.
Because you are Indian.
Yes, yes.
Okay, and I don't know that everybody knows that, but I find that wherever I go and I see Indian people at the supermarket, on the street, everyone's like, you know Kamala Harris is Indian, right?
It's like our thing we're so excited about, to have you running for president.
Yeah.
So, we're both Indian, but actually we're both South Indian.
Yes.
You look like the entire one half of my family.
Okay, thank you.
You do.
I've been telling people we're related already, so this is perfect.
It's basically true.
You're Indian, yes.
We're actually both South Indian, yes.
So, Matt, what is the right avenue of attack?
Some in the campaign say, don't talk about anything except her policy.
I think whatever it takes to demonstrate she's a chameleon, as you say, she's transactional, and she's a policy failure.
So this is a really complicated thing, right?
So first off, I would say that President Trump is 100% right in the spirit of this when he said that she is somebody who has used various parts of her identity
whenever useful, and ignored other parts of her identity over the course of her career.
She went to a historically black college university.
She went to Howard University.
So when it was useful for her, she would lean into that side of it.
When it was useful for her, she would lean into the Indian side of it, as you saw in
the clip right there.
I think that it fits with demonstrating, and I understand what President Trump is doing when he did this, and I don't think it was, as some people in the establishment media or the left would suggest, impulsive, or Trump let it slip.
I think he did this by design.
I think he went in there for this National Association of Black Journalists event, and he wanted to make this case.
And the reason why is because I think he wants to show that, again, she's inauthentic.
Again, at a certain point here, the conversation needs to demonstrate that not only is she inauthentic... Hold it there, hold it there.
We'll freeze at the inauthentic, then you're going to tell us what we add.
We are talking to Matt Boyle.

This tells you how much of a criminal state this is.
He's a crime, he's a murderer, he's a criminal, he's the head of a mafia state.
And this is how they welcome the power.
And this image that we're looking at right now pretty much says it all.
I am glad the Americans are back, but like still, like, you know, it's just...
Yeah, at what cost?
At what cost?
Alright, with Matt, I'm gonna use... So we did... We did nine, four... Cooking, we did fact check... We did fake, fight, fight, fight... Maybe Vance on the Border?
Yeah, I'm gonna talk about Vance... Mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm...
How many people did we give back, does it say?

By the way, I think this deal is not even nearly as bad as the one they just made with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
Oh, we're going to discuss that in a second now.
That's absolutely outrageous.
Yeah.
It was the addition of the American hostage release.
The Germans wanted a bunch of Russian opposition members released, people like my friend Vladimir Karaburza
and another people.
There's famous Russian dissident, Nikita Sharansky and Vladimir Bukovsky,
who were at least during the Cold War.
These are the same types of things.
And so Germany intervened and really held out for a long time
to make sure that if they were going to really swallow their pride and let it further, that they did so
with the best possible results in terms of getting some really valuable opposition members out.
And these opposition members, these are the people who could potentially
lead Russia in the event of the collapse of Putin regime.
These are the people who would lead Russia and lead a peaceful Russia, Russia
that would get along with the West, Russia that would have democracy.
Thank you.
you you
But I want to just point out that when the media lies about Kamala Harris being the border czar, here is what you're lying about.
You cannot have an effective border policy unless you have somebody who is coordinating all the different agencies of the U.S.
federal government.
You need the State Department involved to send people back to their home countries.
You need the Department of Justice involved to prosecute these terrible drug crimes.
And of course you need DHS involved so that the Border Patrol is empowered to do their job.
Kamala Harris, as borders are, was asked to coordinate all these functions of government and she's done nothing.
J.D., J.D., what are you talking about?
You'd only do that if you want to fix the border.
J.D.

Matt, they're desperate.
The best they can come up with for J.D.
Vance is he's weird.
Right.
A marine, incredibly successful venture capitalist and author who made it to vice presidential nominee at the age of 39.
So weird!
You don't need any of that!
And then they're attacking him for comments he made about childless women.
Really?
What did he say?
Well, thanks to Media Matters, they dredged up the original interview with Senator... or was he... was he a candidate?
I don't... Candidate!
Oh my gosh, it was Candidate Vance back in 2021 on our Humble Show.
What did he say?
Let's have a listen.
Cut 16.
What I find so disturbing about this is if you think about the modern Democrat Party, not the older guys, the Clintons, the Bernie Sanders, the Joe Bidens, but think about Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC, all of these people.
It's like a party where the next generation of leaders, none of them have kids, right?
And look, I understand some people don't have kids, there are health reasons, there are other reasons people don't have kids.
The entire Democrat Party is like this childless cabal of people who don't really care about the future.
And when you call that out, they get so alienated and they get so angry at you that they just start throwing words like racist around.
I think that's what's really going on.
But I'm so glad you mentioned that because somebody said somebody was utterly excoriated for making the same comment about European leaders, about Angela Merkel, Theresa May, that these are all childless and it affects your politics.
Well, how could it not affect your politics, JD?
Absolutely.
It's you don't think about your investment in the community.
in the nation in the same way if you know that your children aren't going to inherit it, right?
I mean, one of the reasons I really care about this country, not the only reason of course, but the reason I really care about it is because long after I'm dead and gone, my children and grandchildren are still going to be here.
They're still going to be trying to build a life here.
Matt, what does it say about the Democrats that the best they've got is J.D.
Vance thinks if you have children, you're more vested in the future of the country, and that's weird.
That sounds like desperation to me.
They're totally desperate, and J.D.
is hitting his stride as Trump's VP nominee this week in a big way, starting with that Minnesota rally last weekend, where he came out and, you know, questioned, you know, how does Kamala question his loyalty and Trump's loyalty to this country?
Then with his border trip today, really fantastic trip to the border and excellent arguments there.
And you're seeing him Lay out the case.
You saw him break down why the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed deal last night was bad.
And now he split the Democrat party on that.
Democrat senators are now having to come out against Joe Biden and Kamala's deal with the terrorists.
And then in addition to that, you're really seeing J.D.
lay out the through line of the economic nationalist argument for Donald Trump on the economy, trade and immigration.
And if they continue that, what J.D.
Vance is doing, combined with, you know, what we were talking about before the break before, about Trump laying out the case about how Kamala Harris is inauthentic, what Trump's going to do is then take that to the next level here, beyond her personal stuff, right?
And start getting into the issues about how she's inauthentic on the issues, right?
So, okay, you've made the case that she's inauthentic personally.
That case is laid out.
The predicate is laid down.
Now you take it to the next level.
They do that, and they lay out what they're going to do for the country, and how you can't trust Kamala.
I think they've powered through the tape.
But they've got to run a real serious campaign between now and the end of the election.
It's got to be serious, it's got to be authentic, and it's got to be full-court press.

Oh, I'm not the board of Zarina.
No, me?
Who?
What?
No, never.
Me?

We forgot yesterday, Eric, but we had a super long Rumble donation.
What was the message from our viewer yesterday?
With a $6 donation from Culper007.
Huge shout out to Mr. John Adams, CEO of Liberty Cigars, and who makes the exclusive Dr. G Liberty box of cigars.
I inquired about an order and the man himself, Mr. Adams, called me.
Not only did Mr. Adams provide more information on the cigars, but he also allowed time to talk with me about how his business is doing and his family history.
He knows his American history.
And yes, the founding father, John Adams, is a distant relative.
I recommend a one-on-one episode with Dr. G and Mr. Adams To learn more about history and his parent company, the American History Guild.
Well, that's interesting.
I didn't know he was actually related to the John Adams.
Of course, our presidential line of cigars is made by a man called John Adams.
The Dr. G. George Washington Liberty Box is on our website.
Glad to hear.
Such amazing service from the company.
Go to SebGorkerStore.com to get yours today.

Eric, is it Thursday?
It is indeed.
It's the day before Friday.
Well, then it must be Antoinette, line one!
Hey, hey, Dr. G!
Hey!
I have five different things.
I'm going to try to get to them quick.
Here's fair.
This is for a t-shirt, and I would like us not to call her Kamala.
So here's her new name, and here's my little saying.
America will die if you vote for Ms.
D-E-I.
Lion D-E-I.
Ms.
D-E-I is a lie.
Okay, I get it.
I get it.
I get it.
Ms.
D-E-I.
What else?
You've got so many things.
You've got to be quick.
Okay, so people, number one, especially in these states, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Wisconsin, you people that are listening in right now with Dr. G, you need to tell other people about this conservative talk radio.
There are so many people that do not know about conservative talk radio.
And I'm giving these suggestions for people that don't know what the hell to do to help President Trump and for us as conservatives to win this race.
Number two, go to Turning Point USA.
They have a voting app.
So go with their voting app now on your phone or download the paperwork.
Your churches or the gun stores.
Go out there in the front.
Ask permission if you want.
And then start asking people just a light conversation.
Hey, have you registered to vote?
Number three, and this one is kind of scary, but here we go.
At the Planned Parenthoods, they're getting more aggressive with us, Dr. G. For all of you across the United States, Planned Parenthood, watch your back.
You guys, protect each other.
The Republican offices in Newport Beach and Orange County here was vandalized big time last night.
And the guards at Planned Parenthood are being very aggressive with us.
So don't be there by yourself.
Okay.
Protect your back, okay?
Right, because they've normalized violence.
Stay safe, my friend.
Antoinette, a voice for the voiceless.
And yes, spread the word about talk radio.
Let's go to Steve in Sacramento.
Hi Sebastian, you know I think with Trump and Vance that they need to stay focused on the issues and really laser focused on the issues and not get personal because every time they get personal they wind up creating new issues and I think that J.D.
Vance He should address, every time he talks, and really drive home the point, of how he came to hate Donald Trump the way he used to, and what changed, and how he came... I don't think that matters.
Why does that matter, right?
Nobody who cares about what he's said in the past is not going to vote for President Trump, right?
He came to the point now where he's running alongside Trump.
Something changed.
What changed his mind?
How did he come to appreciate Trump to now run alongside him?
He made a journey there that changed his mind.
So you think he needs to justify that or do you think it's just a cool story to tell, Steve?
There's just so much hatred for Trump that makes no sense out there.
That's actually very interesting.
I really like that.
Stay in the line.
Let's give Steve one of our Butler, Pennsylvania t-shirts with President Trump with his fist and head held high, because that's actually a very good idea.
Tell the story, J.D.
We're getting J.D.
on this show and on the Newsmax show.
Tell the story of how you came around to understand why President Trump is the man I like that, Steve.
That's good stuff.
Mark, Devin, don't go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
But their new product is something called Z Factor.
Just listen to Katie on Sleep Z Factor from Relief.
Say a word about Relief Factor Sleep, Katie.
Okay, I will say, if I don't take it, I'm up at 4.
And I love that time with the dogs, but I'd rather be asleep in bed.
So when I take Relief Factor, I actually sleep till 6, even 7 o'clock in the morning.
I tell you what, I'm a much happier camper.
And so am I. And so is everyone who tries it.
If you've tried the other products and they don't work or they leave you drowsy and all woolly-headed in the morning, you've got to take Z-Factor.
It gives you that deep restorative sleep and you wake up ready to go.
It really works.
I've taken it.
Mr. G takes it.
So does Katie.
Call them up right now.
Try it out.

That's 1-800-4-RELIEF, or relieffactor.com, slash products, slash Z Factor.
to get a good night's sleep.
Oh, okay.
You want me to block the phones?
Yeah.
Okay.
So just the same as we would for normal Relief Factor?
Yeah.
Okay.
All right.
And, um, Alex, can you record the... Let's change the beginning of that, my part, okay?
90 seconds.
Just cut it out?
No, put this instead.
Okay.
Ready?
Katie, talk to us about Z Factor.
Yeah.
Alright, so put that instead.
Ooh, got another donation actually that follows up on what that last caller said.
Yeah.
GuloGulo88 for $1 says, there's a small percentage of voters that need mental quote-unquote permission to vote for Trump.
J.D.' 's story gives that voters the, quote, path to yes.
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah, save that.
I like that.
That's why, if anything, yeah, the fact he was anti-Trump is a plus, because a lot of people used to be, like, you know, Amber Rose, some of the others.
Alright, Walt's confirmed for Monday.
Oh, for the whole hour?
For 40 minutes, yeah.
Superb.
Do you want me to tell him, Manhood, or do you want to wait?
No, don't tell him.
I said Buchenwalder, so we'll just leave it there.
Yeah, and...
You know what? I'm going to go see what's going on.
To be continued...
To be continued...
What are those devilish Democrats up to now?
Heh heh heh.
What they always are.
Undermining the Republic.
The enemy is on the inside.
How did we get here?
Katie's new book with Mike Gonzales has all the answers.
It was so nice to deliver, hand deliver a copy to President Trump.
The book is Next Gen Marxism.
What it is and how to combat it.
Katie Gawker and Mike Gonzales of the Heritage Foundation get it today.
Next Gen Marxism.
what it is and how to combat it in Katie's new podcast with Jennifer Horne the Happy Women
Podcast subscribe today it's blowing up on YouTube as well the Happy Women Podcast.
We have two calls we've got to squeeze in before the end of the first hour.
Let's go to Mark Columbus Ohio line three.
Dr. D I think it's interesting that everybody is so upset about Donald Trump's comments on race
but the whole entire left just could not get together and agree that Rachel Dolezal
has the right to identify racially.
Hang on, I mean, you know, that's her experience, Mark.
If she says she's black, she's black, right?
I mean, born to white Irish Catholics, of course she's black, correct?
Hey, but somehow she lost her job at the NAACP over it.
Netflix did an entire documentary.
There's a whole little cottage industry that grew up around that.
How dare they fire her?
How dare they challenge what she says she is?
Beautifully put.
Thank you, Mark.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Mark a copy of my book, The War for America's Soul.
Nicely done.
Let's go to Orlando.
Line four, Devin.
You gave me a shout out on Twitter a couple years back.
I love you Dr. Gorky.
You're a good guy.
Welcome back.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
And what are we going to do when they steal the election?
We just saw them steal the election.
We saw all the footage.
We saw all the documentation of what they did.
All the courts in America say, oh, get the hell out of here.
What are we going to do when they put this smiley, shiny, chuckle face that is not a Joe Biden?
She's high energy.
She has to look.
She has to look.
She has the black community, even though she's not black.
And what are we going to do when they steal this election and we've seen it broad daylight in our face when the ballot people were closing with feet and ballots through from under tables and whatnot?
What are we going to do?
I'm a Donald Trump.
I love the man.
But what are we doing, as far as the Republican Party, to ensure that we get a tally that is much greater than what the Democrats can by pulling the wool over our eyes?
America is going evil because people want it to be.
There are 80 million people who are willing to vote for open borders, crappy-ass economies, and everything else in between.
It's very simple, my friend.
You've asked me three times, Dan.
Calm down.
Calm down.
I understand the stakes involved.
Well, first, Lara at the RNC is going to deploy hundreds of lawyers right now.
People across the country, like my wife, Katie, who are the local county chairs, are going to make sure that everybody is mobilized.
And we're going to target the soft Republicans who stay home and don't vote.
And most important of all, Devin, It's what the president says at every rally.
Too big to rig.
They've been stealing elections since Joe Kennedy stole it for JFK in 1960.
We've got to beat them so large that even the cheating doesn't matter.
Great question.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

He may have been born in Britain, but now his heart is America's.
It's your favorite legal immigrant, President Trump's former strategist, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Yes, legal immigrant to the United States.
Thank you kindly.
Hour two.
Stay with us for the next 120 minutes.
You will not regret it.
Colonel Kay will be with us for the third hour deep dive.
But right now, let's talk geopolitics.
In the strangest of prisoner swap deals involving not two nations, but multiple nations, the US, Russia, Germany, Slovenia, Norway, and Poland, President Trump has said repeatedly that he could have gotten the hostages out without giving anything in exchange.
What do you say to that?
What do you say to President Trump now?
his predecessor and the deal. Very, very strange. Pay attention, a little hard to hear.
Who?
This was in the Oval Office not too long ago.
President Trump has said repeatedly that he could have gotten the hostages out without giving anything in exchange.
What do you say to that? What do you say to President Trump now? Former President.
Why didn't he do it? He's President.
Why didn't President Trump do it when he was president?
Well, that's a dumb comment because two of the three weren't even hostages or prisoners under his tenure, but I'm sure the current husk of a president has no idea that is the case.
Alongside that deal, the Russians have landed in Moscow about 30 minutes ago, welcomed by the former KGB colonel that is Vladimir Putin, is a deal that What has rocked the families of the victims of 9-11, a plea deal to escape the hangman's noose, or rather the lethal injection of the electric chair, for people responsible for 9-11, the Gitmo detainees, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
No better guest, literally, to discuss that than the author of Losing Bin Laden and Mastermind, the many faces of the 9-11 architect Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the CEO of Zenga News.
We're delighted to have him back in the studio.
Rich Minita, welcome back.
Good to be back.
So, are you shocked by this news about the escaping of the death penalty for KSM?
Unfortunately, I'm not shocked.
This has been on the cards for quite a while.
The process has gone on for almost 20 years.
And this was naturally what the bureaucracy wanted to do all along.
So, some, including me, have said much of the problems with the detainees on Gitmo are a function of this messy arrangement on Cuban soil, treating them as illegal combatants, A quasi-judicial process but not one which matches the civilian courts here.
You said there was another option that could have been taken that would have made things much simpler.
You've visited Gitmo twice.
Tell us what other ways could have been used to handle the detainees.
Well, before I get to that, let's zoom out a little bit.
First of all, it's on U.S.
soil.
So the Upper Guantanamo Bay is, by treaty, U.S.
soil for which we pay the lordly rent of a dollar a year into eternity with no adjustments for inflation.
I don't know who negotiated the Cuban side of that deal.
That's a good negotiator on our side.
On that vast area of the upper Guantanamo Bay, there are endangered species that only live there.
Starving humans have killed all the other endangered species on their island, except for the part protected by the United States Marines and Navy on Guantanamo.
But the other endangered species there, not the small rodent-like things, are the terrorists themselves.
And it is fundamentally dangerous to hold the terrorists for three big reasons which don't get discussed.
One, they consider their incarceration as a form of jihad.
So they see themselves as fighting their holy war against the United States from the confines of Guantanamo.
What does that mean?
That means that there are constant attacks on guards.
The Biden administration has not released numbers, but the last time numbers were released, there were an average of 8.8 attacks per day per guard on Guantanamo.
So they're continuing the jihad as inmates?
As inmates.
So that means that they throw what they call Guantanamo cocktails, which are mixtures of every fluid that can come out of the human body mixed together and then thrown onto the guards.
This involves a high amount of natural acid.
This could be a health risk.
There are other risks.
There have been guards who've been stabbed, shoved, punched, and so on.
So there are attacks on guards.
It's an ongoing threat to our personnel simply holding them, right?
The second risk of holding them is, as Israel can show, and as we saw in today's hostage deal with the Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gersich and others, is that when you have hostages, that creates incentives for
bad guys to take hostages to trade to get their people back.
And if you don't think that there are extremists out there who would want to get back Khalid
Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the 9-11 attacks, but also his person, bin Attash,
who also — Mohammed bin Attash, who also is part of this plea deal.
He was also one of the key architects of the 9-11 attacks and other attacks on Americans.
So we've created an incentive for extremist groups and or failed states to take Americans
or people Americans care about hostage in order to get their people out of Guantanamo.
And the third reason is the failure to deter future terrorist attacks against American citizens.
So, if you say, well, the penalty of killing 3,000 Americans in a sudden and unprovoked
attack as they did on September 11th, the penalty for that is that you get shipped to
Guantanamo where you live in a cell that is not small by the world standards, in which
you're getting an average of 5,000 calories a day, free medical care, including dentistry
and prosthetic limbs. When I talked to one of the doctors at Guantanamo, he said to me
that he has gotten special written permission not to wear his name and rank on his uniform
because the people he's giving life-saving surgery to threaten to find him and his family
and kill them.
So these are unrepentant, still committed enemies of the United States?
I'll tell you how unrepentant.
During one of the pre-trial motions in which 9-11 survivor families were present, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed took a piece of paper, folded it into a paper airplane, wrote the tail numbers of the four planes of 9-11, and flew it across the room at the families.
Does that sound like unrepentance to you?
No, it sounds like evil.
What did the judge do?
He instructed the military equivalent of the bailiff to collect the piece of paper and told everyone to settle down.
We're talking to Rich Mineta, the author of Mastermind, the book on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
Give us more color because you literally wrote the book on this man.
Explain how he is the mastermind of 9-11.
Bin Laden was essentially a financier of other people's terrorist ideas.
9-11 was not originally Bin Laden's idea.
It was pitched a number of times by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
Now, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed came to Bin Laden because of his cousin, Ramzi Youssef, who was involved in the first attack on the World Trade Center.
The car bomb attack.
Yeah, the truck bomb attack, right, which killed seven people, if you count the unborn son of Monica Smith, one of the secretaries, on the other side of the wall from the parking garage.
She was eating her lunch when the bomb exploded.
driving that concrete wall into pulverized dust, accelerating at her at hundreds of miles
per hour, eviscerating her and her baby.
Ramzi Youssef did that.
And they escaped momentarily.
They were eventually caught in the Philippines with another where they were planning to kill
the pope in 1994 and President Bill Clinton.
They were caught by Philippine police through a series of accidents.
And Ramzi Youssef is now, I believe, in the ultra-high security prison in the United States.
So he had, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed had a card to play with bin Laden in that his cousin,
they are four or five years apart in age, and they grew up together.
So he was able to play on his name in order to get a meeting with Bin Laden, kind of like a young producer trying to get a meeting with a Hollywood exec.
Only this time he was planning mass murder.
The original plan was two series of attacks simultaneously.
Four attacks on the East Coast and four attacks on the West Coast.
A total of eight hijacked planes.
Bin Laden and his engineers ultimately scaled that back.
They thought it was unworkable.
And they settled on just 20 hijackers.
One hijacker couldn't make it into the United States on time, as we know.
And I think we all know a lot of the cruel history here.
But this was his idea.
He spent years working with Al-Qaeda to perfect this idea.
After the attack, he was seen as the brain of Al-Qaeda.
Hold it there.
We're talking to the author of the book Mastermind on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man who was just given a plea deal from the Biden administration to escape the death penalty for his role in 9-11.
We're talking to the CEO of Zenga News, Zenga dot news, Rich Minita.

Do you remember?
They're going to blow up multiple planes.
The debris would never have been detected because they would have been blown up across the middle of the Atlantic.
Do you remember that?
Yes, yes.
Was that also Khalid Sheikh Mohammed?
I think so.
I should have had more time today.
I would have reviewed my notes better.
I'm sorry.
Oh, yeah.
Bajinka plot.
Here we go.
Oh, we've got to mention the KFC thing.
Yes.
And he was also responsible for the murder of Daniel Pearl, which I'd like to tell that story.
Let's do that.
Yeah.
Ramsey, Yusuf, and KSM's idea back in 95.
Right.
11 airliners was the plan.
Yeah.
That's what they were planning out of the Philippines.
That's right.
And they did a test run, that's right, with a JL flight, and I could tell that story.
All this is in the back files of my brain, I can bring it forward.
The stuff you're bringing up is great, it's great.
So what was Guantanamo like when you got there?
Uh, the first time, I mean, it was, they were still building the prison, the second time I saw the prison.
Uh, by the way, the prison, the main prison that they built, which they copied, I think, off of Minnesota prison, it's shockingly clean, even with the inmates in it.
So, surprisingly nice.
Yeah, I mean, it doesn't have that prison smell.
I'm sending you two images of Daniel Pearl, Eric.
Alright.
And it, um...
I mean, the rules of interrogation were crazy, too.
They're allowed to just put their hand up when they're done, and the interrogation stops.
The person being interrogated?
That's insanity.
I met one of the uniformed military interrogators, and she told me that her best results come from baking cookies for them.
No, we used the women for when we were doing interrogations.
So that was my unit.
I was an interrogator.
We weren't allowed to do physical violence because we were interrogating the SAS.
This was part of their training.
We'd strip them and the women would come in and laugh at their penises.
That's what we did.
Just to mess with them.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Of course it works.
That's basic biology.
All we were allowed to do was stress positions and white noise.
We weren't allowed to touch it and that was it.
It would be great if the enemies of our civilization played by the same rules.
Did I tell you the story about the French officer?
So, you know, I was doing this kind of terrorism training for DOD out of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
And the first day of the six-week course, we talk about things decent countries don't do to their prisoners.
And we had, you know, we had Belarusian officers.
We had all kinds of, like, trying to teach them that there are certain things you don't do.
And we had one French officer who, of course, wasn't a student, because the French don't need to learn from anybody.
He was an observer.
And so we spent three hours of the first day saying, yeah, things you do and do not do with your prisoners.
And in the coffee break in the morning, the French officer came up.
I was the professor.
The officer said, what is this not using force with your prisoners?
Just do it and don't talk about it!
That was the French way.
Well, of course that's the answer, right?
And look, what we do is we just outsource this to the Arabs, right?
So people get turned over to Egyptian intelligence and their teeth get drilled without anesthesia,
they get cuts on their back, lots of things happen.
So, it's a very, very important thing to do.
I'm a mess.
Listen to him.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
One of the most touching, if not the most touching, after the moment of silence for Corey Comparatore yesterday in Harrisburg was when President Trump thanked the technician who put the slide up in Butler, Pennsylvania, that saved his life.
Such a cute moment and a very short speech from the podium.
Let's just play that.
That chart, you know, the amazing thing, you know, the people that operate that, The computers and all the brilliant equipment we have backstage.
She said to me, she's great.
She's great.
She should come out.
Just tell her to come out here for a second.
Quick, quick, quick, quick.
You got to get her out.
She's never done this before.
She saved my life in a sense.
I said, you saved my life.
Here she is.
Wow!
Wow!
Hi!
Thank you.
No, she's a computer genius.
She saved my life!
I'm sure he told her, say something, and she said all she said was hi.
That's the lady who was operating the slides who saved President Trump's life when he turned his head just that extra millimeter.
We're back with Rich Minita, the author of Mastermind, the story of KSM, the man who just got the sweetest of sweetheart deals from Biden's DOJ, who will escape the death penalty.
Rich, talk to us about the longer term ramifications or any other detail that our millions of listeners should know about this man and this decision.
Especially also the question of, is he likely to stay in jail for the rest of his life?
Well, that's the plea deal.
But in a future administration, especially one that has among its political base the followers of Angela Davis, who wrote a book famously called, Are Prisons Obsolete?
And then the whole movement against mass incarceration.
Certainly, I think we need a rethink of our incarceration policies in the United States.
But the idea that prisons should be ended and everyone should be set free, Is something that, in a future presidency, there could be great pressure to release these people.
I mean, Jonathan Hinkley, the man who shot Reagan, is a free man today.
Correct.
And there could be others, right?
So they could release these people.
And maybe that's even what Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who is not just the mastermind of 9-11, but he was the brain of al-Qaeda.
He was behind the kidnapping of Daniel Pearl.
Oh, we have the imagery, Daniel Pearl.
Talk about the connection to the death of Daniel Pearl, the journalist who was beheaded by Al-Qaeda on film.
Daniel Pearl was a colleague of mine at The Wall Street Journal back when I was there,
and he was—we never met, but he was seized by a man who was trying to interview—he
was interviewing Pakistani warlords and trying to understand this whole climate of hate against
the United States.
And then he was sold, because there is a hostage resale market in Pakistan in those years,
maybe still, and purchased by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the very man who Biden gave the
plea deal to.
Now, the idea of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed taking Daniel Pearl wasn't to exchange him, but
was to kill him.
And the reason why is his nickname had gone from The Brain inside Al Qaeda to KFC, because he'd ballooned up to over 300 pounds eating bucket after bucket of fried chicken.
So KSM was known inside Al Qaeda as KFC.
KFC.
Even though there are no, as far as I know, Kentucky Fried Chickens in Pakistan.
They knew the global brand, KFC, and they made fun of him for eating the fried chicken.
So he wanted to go back to seeming like the mastermind, the brain, a fearsome person.
And to do that, he knew he had to kill Daniel Pearl, and he had to do it personally.
So he had to prove to his own team that he still had it.
So the hand that you see slicing the screaming neck of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's.
Well, I've watched that video, the unedited version, in a past life.
That's what my job was.
So that man will not see the death penalty?
He will not see the death penalty.
He can kill American citizens in their offices.
He can kill American reporters who are just trying to understand.
And he will not see death.
And that makes many of the survivor families, some of whom I've heard from, very angry.
They want closure.
What about...
Their loved ones still sit in photos on their mantels and on their living room walls.
And they're just waiting to be able to turn to that photo and say, we finally got the guy.
Now, justice is not vengeance, but that is something that gets disregarded in all this.
The desire for families, thousands of American families, to close that painful chapter in our lives.
We have two minutes left with the CEO of Zenga News, Zenga.News Rich.
In addition to the closure that will be denied the families of the 9-11 victims, there's a war in the Middle East right now with our closest ally, Israel, in the region.
What do groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, al-Nusra, ISIS, how are they going to look at this deal?
What message does it send them?
That it's going to send them the message that they can make more deals like the kind of deals they made with Israel, and that even America is willing to deal.
Now remember, when they do deals with Israel, typically they exchange thousands of prisoners for one, sometimes corpse, sometimes one living person.
And so, in order to get back an American, they might demand that everyone in Guantanamo is set free.
And a future president might be weak enough to say yes.
He's written the books you need to know about our enemy, one of the few investigative journalists left in the world today, mastermind the many faces of the 9-11 architect Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man who got his sweetheart deal from the Biden administration, and then The seminal work, Losing Bin Laden, how Bill Clinton's failures unleashed global terror.

you I want to talk about Paul Perez, who is at the front line of pushing back against this crazy border policy.
If you think about it, have we ever had an American border policy that is so at odds with the people who are actually doing it?
You talk to these border patrol agents and they are enraged that the Harris administration won't let them do their job.
They just want to keep people safe.
They need a president who lets them do that.
The individual who actually cares, the vice-president-designee-nominee, actually at the border today, JD Vance, showing more initiative than the actual Border Czarina.

Now to talk to another patriot, another warrior princess who's taking on the swamp creatures
and representing Americans across the country.
Our dear friend, the CEO, the president, just the chief, the all-around good gal of the Association for Mature American Citizens, Rebecca Weber.
Welcome back to America First.
Wow, thank you so much.
What a great introduction.
It's great to be with you.
Oh, it's great to have you on the show.
So I want to talk about what you're doing, the boot camp you just held, the next boot camp you're holding for Patriots.
But for those who just tuned in, who may be new to the program and have heard of this thing called AARP, but aren't familiar with AMAC, which is the The good guy version, the patriot version of AARP.
Tell them what the Association for Mature American Citizens is, why your father created it, and all the things that you provide to your... How many members do you have now, Rebecca?
We've got over 2 million members in all 50 states.
Wow, wow.
Alright, so what is AARP?
I'm glowing like crazy.
Great question.
So we are the true David vs. Goliath story.
You know, it was 15 years ago when my father turned to me.
He was an average ordinary man with just a little bit of savings in retirement, having run a successful small independent insurance agency.
And he was getting ready to retire, 65 years old.
And he said, Rebecca, let's create an alternative to AARP.
I, at the time, was 35-ish.
And I said, I know AARP does a lot of, you know, insurance.
And he said, no, no, no.
This isn't about insurance.
He said, they are betraying us.
They're betraying me.
I'm a member of AARP.
And they're not standing by traditional American values.
As an example, Dan Weber, my father, as a member, was horrified when he saw AARP backing Obama's bathroom bill, allowing — you know, which encouraged, you know, boys should — men should be able to use women's locker rooms and bathrooms.
This is going way back in 2009.
We saw a cultural shift here in this country occurring and Dan said we got to form an alternative.
We are so proud today to have over two million proud patriots as a part of AMAC.
But the best part about it, Dr. Gorka, the best part about it, in my view, is that we are giving average everyday Americans a voice and a vehicle to get involved.
So many people want to do something.
The first thing they can do is join AMAC.
Not only are you going to get great discount benefits and save some money and get Great news on AMAC.us, a magazine delivered right to your inbox.
But you're going to get the advocacy.
And what I mean by that is when we go to Washington, D.C., and when we work with local state legislators, and we say we have 100,000 members in this state, we have 2 million members nationwide, people have to listen to us.
We are, alongside with our members, and our members are very, very active, we are paving the way to save this country. And we're focused on so much,
including election integrity.
This is ridiculous, what's happening with illegals voting in our elections.
Noncitizens should not be deciding and determining the future president. We're very focused there.
We're focused on protecting our kids, our grandchildren.
There are many initiatives that we're working on.
So for $16, and we've got specials going on, so I want to encourage people to go to AMAC.us.
You'll see that there are some really great specials.
We need for more and more people to join AMAC so that together we can say, no, this is America.
It's about we the people.
That's what AMAC is all about.
AMAC.US slash Gawker for the best deals.
I mean, come on, $16 for an annual membership with all the benefits that accrue to you in terms of travel, accommodation, and so much else, and some very exciting plans that Rebecca and her colleagues have around the corner as well.

We're delighted to be back with the CEO of an organization that's really making a difference, that represents Americans across the nation.
It is the Association for Mature American Citizens, AMAC.
$16 a year to get unbelievable benefits and a voice, a voice that fights for you, especially in this sinking cesspit that is Washington, D.C.
amac.us slash Gawker, amac.us slash Gawker.
Rebecca I'm gonna you know open the kimono now and admit in front of all of my listeners that I knew who you were but I didn't know that there was any significant difference between you and AARP and once you became part of the the Salem support group here I was absolutely horrified to learn what AARP does, how they work hand in glove with the leftist agenda bearers who are dismantling America, how they pretend to provide a marketplace of services, but really they don't.
Can you just, you know, just say a little bit about what AARP really is?
Yeah, there are three issues that people ought to know where AARP stands versus AMAC.
The first is on this whole gender craze, this gender ideology.
AARP, who supports seniors 50 and older, and those people 50 and older, I'm not quite a senior, but I do fit into the AARP and AMAC mold.
They are promoting gender parties, have a gender fluid party with your grandchild as a way to connect with your grandchildren.
They were promoting friendly drag shows on their events website.
These are the kinds of things that AMAC members say, this is not the way I want to connect with my grandchild.
We don't want to indoctrinate our grandchildren into thinking that their sex, male or female, that they were born into is wrong.
So fundamentally, this is an organization that puts Robert De Niro on the cover of their magazine, that supports abortion, has given money to organizations that are directly connected to Planned Parenthood.
Who promotes Medicare for All and stood to gain billions of dollars in doing so.
They do offer great benefits, Sebastian.
They offer great benefits.
However, AMAC is better.
Let me explain why.
They're in bed with AARP.
AARP, rather, is in bed with UnitedHealthcare.
Right.
So they offer their members one choice.
But this whole idea of Medicare for All is going to destroy Medicare.
For our seniors who have worked so hard, and when they finally reach retirement, they need an affordable health care plan.
So it will gut Medicare as we know it and hurt seniors incredibly.
They are silent on illegals, noncitizens voting in our elections.
This is an organization that if you just open up their magazine, You can see quite clearly that they back the radical feminists who are attacking our home, the incubation for freedom, the traditional family.
They're moving away from that.
So they are part of this culture war.
They're targeting our young children.
And their latest, their slogan now is, the younger you are, the more you need to join AARP.
Here at AMAC, I can promise you that we do not waiver.
You know, this is something that everyone who works here, when you call AMAC, you're going to talk to somebody who shares your values.
So don't spend your money with an organization that has betrayed you.
They do a very good job covering up what they are really about.
With AMAC, we put our stance on the key issues right on our site.
We also give our members a really terrific way to become involved.
People can simply become an advocate.
And that means you can weigh in on the issues.
We listen to your voice.
We take your local issues.
Tell us about this boot camp that you're on.
We've got a couple minutes left.
What's the boot camp, Rebecca?
Okay, so the boot camp for Boomers, you know, more and more of our members were saying, what can I do?
How do I do it?
So what we've done is we've assembled a group of incredible people.
This is a premier event, in-person event, for conservatives who really care about saving America.
This will be a half day workshop here on Long Island.
They're saying New York could go could go red.
Imagine that.
But we're going to equip our guests with information they need to know, including lawfare, the attack against you and me and conservative voices in America.
We're going to share information about what you need to know about the president, presidential election, border security and protecting our children from woke, you know, this woke religion.
Aimed at our kids.
We will have John Solomon, Peter Navarro will be there, Tammy Bruce, Lee Zeldin.
These will be guest speakers.
They'll be coming right to you.
We'll be broadcasting it.
We'll have a link on our website.
September 14th, go to amac.us slash bootcamp, amac.us forward slash bootcamp, and you can hear from these incredible speakers.
We're going to arm you with information that you need to share with friends and family so that you can play a big part in saving the country.
September 14th, Saturday, the Boot Camp for Boomers, making sure that we can save the Republic.
Go today, amac.us slash bootcamp.
We had Peter Navarro on the show for almost an hour yesterday.
He's going to be there.
The great John Solomon.
You know it makes sense.
And for $16, join an organization that's actually on your side.
That's amac.us slash Gorka.
That's amac.us slash G-O-R-K-A.
And please, oh, there you go.
Look at that great, great graphic.
Who's on the cover of the AARP magazine?
Lunatics like Robert De Niro.
Who's on the cover of the AMAC magazine?
President Trump.
That graphic.
Nice job, Team AMAC and Alyssa.
Thank you, Rebecca.

Three hours just is not enough.
This clip went viral yesterday.
We have to get around to today before we join Colonel Kay Kirchlichter.
Jeff, what is this video clip because this is pretty insane and where does it come from?
This is the Oversight Committee with Heritage put this out on Twitter and it's in Georgia at one of the migrant camps.
So this is Illegal immigrants.
Correct.
Being asked about what?
If they're registered to vote.
And if they're voting?
Correct.
Wow, wow, wow.
From the Heritage Foundation's oversight project, the great Mike Howell, you need to see this, guys.
Play cut, Eric.
We come from a company that is dedicated to registering Hispanic people so they can vote in upcoming elections.
Are you already registered?
We already voted.
You already voted?
Yes.
Are you a citizen or... Uh... no.
Have you already been registered or... Yeah.
Are you a citizen or... No.
Have you already been registered at work?
Yes, we have.
You've already been registered?
Are you a citizen or not a citizen?
The apartment complex Elliot Norcross, in Norcross, Georgia, is occupied primarily by non-citizens.
We visited the complex to ask residents two questions.
Are you a citizen and are you registered to vote?
Shockingly, 14% of respondents admitted to being non-citizens registered to vote.
Does that actually have power, Jeff?
Should we, like, be playing that everywhere every day for the next 97 days?
I think people that can do something about it should be doing something about that.
I mean, why is Georgia not looking into that?
It's like that video we played and that interview we did with that organization that went to all those addresses for registered voters in Nevada and it was like 7-Elevens and casinos and empty building lots, right?
Yeah, and bars and all that type of stuff.
And what's happened with that, too?
I mean, this is the problem.
Yeah, it's three months to go.
It's up to us, guys.
How bad is the situation?
What is your role?
The answers are in Katie's new book with Mike Gonzalez, also of the Heritage Foundation, Next Gen Marxism.
What it is and how to combat it.
That's Katie Gorka and Mike Gonzalez.
President Trump has his copy of Next Gen Marxism.
Do you have yours?
The last chapter is especially important about what it's going to take to beat them.
But the question is, what's your role?

Less than a hundred days to go, and as we prepare for the elections, we keep that sound, those visuals in front of us every single day.
Butler, Pennsylvania, that if not for a slide on immigration that President Trump turned his head to look at, we would have lost the leader of the opposition, the 45th president, of the United States and God willing if we do our part the
47th.
We need to analyze that, what has happened since then with the fiery testimony on Capitol
Hill just on Tuesday and what else has happened geopolitically and domestically with our very
good friend, he is the author most recently of The Attack, Colonel K. Kurt Schlichter.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me Dr. Gordon.
All right.
You did a superb article in Town Hall that agrees with my strategic approach to the Democrats.
We'll get to that momentarily.
But let's spend a little bit of time.
As a man who's worn a uniform in war zones, including Los Angeles during the riots, you know the sharp end of an M-16 and an M-4.
Your historic political, cultural interpretation of what we witnessed two weeks ago in Pennsylvania?
I think we proverbially dodged a bullet, even though it ended up murdering a great American, wounding two others.
Thank God it missed Donald Trump and only grazed him.
Dr. Gorga, I dread to think what would have happened if he had been murdered there.
Yeah.
Not only personally and for his family and everything, but for the country.
I think that would have thrown us into chaos.
Let's have a little bit of a... Maybe we can't even imagine.
Yeah, let's have... It doesn't bear thinking about.
Let's just look at it from a super tactical angle for a second.
You've served in the military.
I was in the reserves, the British reserves, for a few years.
I don't think I would have had the presence of mind to do what the president did, to instantly realize I've been shot, to take cover, and then, like some, you know, modern-day Patton, say, uh, no!
I want my shoes!
And then to take control of his personal detail, uh, let's play the reaction from the president as he gets up and he takes command of the situation.
Let me get my shoes.
Let me get my shoes.
I got you, sir.
I got you, sir.
Let me get my shoes, sir.
Hold that in your head, buddy.
Sir, we gotta move to the bus.
Move to the bus.
Let me get my shoes.
Okay, let's do it, guys.
Come on, let's go.
Ciao.
Now, if they've been following protocol, if you look at the 1981 assassination attempt
on President Reagan, the protectee is not in control of the situation once shots are
He is thrown like a projectile into the back of the beast and taken to hospital.
In this case, it's as if President Trump is in charge of the detail.
He says, wait, wait.
And just to have that presence of mind that people don't know what's going on, they don't know if he's dead, they don't know if he's bleeding out, and he raises that fist as a signal of, it's okay.
As a man who's worn the cloth of the Republic, can you talk to us about the measure of a man that those actions indicate, Colonel Kaye?
The unofficial motto of the infantry is, follow me.
And, you know, to lead, you have to put yourself in harm's way, not ask anybody to do anything you won't do, and to take charge, even at great personal risk.
And, you know, the crucible of character are moments like he experienced.
I mean, the man had just been shot, and he got up and he raised his hand, raised his fist, yelled, fight.
Stop the Secret Service.
Admittedly, these Secret Service guys weren't the giant dudes that Ronald Reagan had.
If you look at some of that, there's a wonderful picture of one guy who looks like a linebacker with a newsie, and then our guy with a .357, he looks like Carl Weathers.
He will action Jackson anybody who gets out of line right there.
And that's not the entire team that they had around him that night.
I did notice when we walked into the RNC the next night, it looked like he was surrounded by the defensive line of the Detroit Lions, which is what you should be when you are a former president who's under threat.
You know, there are a lot of people who think, well, you know, maybe this was a setup.
I tend not to think like that because, frankly, I don't think our enemies are competent to set something up.
But at a certain point, Dr. Gorka, gross negligence and malice become nearly indistinguishable.
And I think we're close to that point.
This isn't still the number one topic of discussion.
in America right now is pretty remarkable to me.
They tried to murder the leader of half of America.
Okay?
They tried to murder him.
And when I mean they, I mean the people who called him Hitler, the people who called him Stalin, people who say he was a threat to democracy.
That kind of thing works on weak minds like that little freak who shot him.
And I, you know, I don't think they got around in a cabal and plotted this, but what would they have done differently if they had?
Right.
And we have, as I said, 97 days to go.
Is he safe, Kurt Schlichter?
No.
No, he's not.
Look, if you get on social media, there were a lot of people who thought it was perfectly appropriate to murder him.
Because they don't like his politics.
Look, you know, you and me, we hang out with a lot of people who really, really personally dislike Joe Biden to the extent he still exists as a human being.
And Kamala Harris.
I've never once heard anybody wish death upon.
Not even as a joke.
But you go to social media and there are plenty of people doing that.
And it's, you know, you and I, have traveled a little more than a lot of people, particularly the kind of people who say these things.
We've seen other countries where they don't have the rule of law, where they have the rule of murder.
And we know what that means.
And that's not what we want here.
Okay, I, I mean, it is, it really says something awful about the current state of American politics when anybody celebrates this kind of atrocity.
Yeah, yeah.
We have, I found, I think, an image of Reagan's presidential detail that protected him.
And you're right, these people, not only, I don't know the prestidigitation with which you pull out a fully automatic Uzi from under a sports jacket in less than four seconds, but these are the men who protected.
Now, Reagan was not a short chap.
Okay.
And all of them are as tall or taller than him.
These guys knew how to protect a president, did they not?
These were serious guys, and their priority is protecting the president.
And we had an unserious Secret Service director whose priority was somehow shaping the demographic for some arbitrary thing.
And again, when we talk about this, I'm not saying a negative thing about female government,
first responders or military people.
I served with them.
I led them.
I worked under them.
I remember I had a female squad leader who basically snuck into the Middle East with a photosensitive skin disease because she wanted to be there with her soldiers taking care of them.
And I had to send her home.
It's not a matter of heart.
It's a matter of mass.
Yeah.
Donald Trump's like 6'3".
You've got to be 6'3 and 250 pounds to be around this guy and protect him.
Okay.
He's not Josh Shapiro.
He's not like a little hobbit.
Yeah.
It's just a matter of physics.
It's very simple.

Your testimony that in Butler, Pennsylvania, Donald Trump had the same number of agents protecting him that Joe Biden has at a comparable event.
I'm telling you the shift, the close protection shift surrounding.
That's what you asked me, Senator, and I'm trying to answer it.
You are not answering it.
Is it the same number of agents or not?
Senator, there is a difference between the sitting President of the United States... Then what's the difference?
The difference?
2X, 3X, 5X, 10X?
National Command Authority to launch a nuclear strike, sir.
I'm not asking... There are other assets... How many more agents?
...that travel with the President that the former President will not get.
Sir, you are refusing to answer straight... But the number of Secret Service agents protecting him... Sir, stop interrupting me.
Go ahead, Senator.
You are refusing to answer clear and direct questions.
I am asking the relative difference in the number of agents Between those assigned to Donald Trump and those assigned to Joe Biden.
I'm not asking why you assign more to Joe Biden.
I'm asking, is the difference, is it 2x?
Is it 3x?
Is it 5x?
Is it 10x?
Senator, I will get you that number so you can see it with your own eyes.
How does the Deputy Director, now Acting Director of the Secret Service, not know the difference in scale between an incumbent President's Secret Service protective detail and a former President's Secret Service protective detail?
That's a cover-up in and of itself.
We will continue in a moment, but first You asked for it, and we've supplied it.

Colonel K I just I don't understand um where is responsibility today?
I mean, the current acting director of the Secret Service was in fact in charge of operations, so he is as liable for the failure of Butler as anyone else.
He is embroiled completely with the accidental deletion of all Secret Service text messages on January the 6th.
What has happened to people who carry guns, used to wear uniforms like the Secretary of Defense, and think that there are no consequences for catastrophes, whether it's the surrender of Kabul or the death of Chief Kompattori in Butler, Pennsylvania?
Well, they're right.
There are no consequences.
You know, it's as if our ruling class has decided that accountability is an affront to their ability to rule over us, so we're just not going to do it anymore.
I mean, you know, you look at Kamala Harris's campaign, and objectively, there are five or six things where she's made major flip-flops.
She was against fracking, now she's willing to tolerate it.
She was going to take your guns whether you wanted to or not, now she's not going to.
OK, you can agree or disagree with those positions, but you would think there would be the consequence of having a, for example, a regime media saying, wait a minute, you said X last month.
Now you're saying Y. When did you change your mind and why did you change your mind?
But they won't do that.
There are no consequences.
This guy can get up there, not have basic answers to basic questions.
You know, a filibuster to try and keep from having to answer questions.
He knew the difference between the sizes of the— Of course he did.
And not only did he know it, he's trying to tell a senator, hey, you do know that the president has nuclear launch authority.
Did you know that, Senator Cruz?
Yeah, thanks for the update.
I mean, look, that's a and it's not even good at like, I'm a pretty good lawyer.
That's kind of hack lawyering, where it's really obvious what you're doing.
You know, he's already explaining the bad answer without giving the bad answer.
You know, and it's and of course, Cruz is very good lawyer.
Yes.
And he wasn't taking it.
And the thing is, you know, this guy's nothing's gonna happen to him.
I'm a little annoyed with the Congress, frankly, because I would have held this hearing in Butler, Pennsylvania, out of Washington, D.C., and I would have held them in contempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, where you have a chance of getting a jury that might actually convict them.
I mean, where you don't have to be named Navarro, okay?
To get out again.
Oh, Bannon, right.
We had Peter on the show yesterday.
You say nothing's going to happen.
I did read out on air yesterday this email that was sent by a 20-year counter-sniper veteran still serving of the Secret Service to everyone, to the all distro on the Secret Service saying, One person has resigned.
If the five other leaders do not resign, I'm spilling the beans on what really happened in Butler.
Dan Bongino on Wednesday said he too will reveal everything next week if the requisite actions aren't taken.
Do you think we can pin our hopes on at least one decent person saying, OK, here's the peek behind the curtain?
Okay, let's assume, and it's good that this stuff's coming up, but let's assume it comes up and shows they were grossly incompetent.
What happens next?
Right.
No one's going to get fired.
Right.
No one's going to get arrested, certainly.
No one's going to lose their pension.
Nothing's going to happen, at least not until next January.
The thing is, look, This is very problematic, to put it in modern college terms, because we can't rely on a neutral set of rules equally applied.
Growth incompetence should be answered, regardless of whose political party is in power, with appropriate sanctions.
And the current party in power has just decided, no, we're just not going to do that.
So what's our remedy now?
And if you have no remedy, do you really have what they would call a democracy?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's a very good question.
It's like picking your presidential candidate without anyone in America voting on it.
Just having 2,000 delegates magically appear in Kamala's basket after her boss gives a pre-taped Strange days indeed.

All right, we'll talk about in a moment this wonderful article that made me feel a lot better that you wrote recently in town hall, but we've got to do a little bit of geopolitics first.
It's stunning.
I didn't want to credit it at first, but when we heard the news of the Hamas leader, not only did IDF take out the Hamas operative who was responsible for the
murder of those children bombed in that playground, but also they killed the political leader Ismail
Haniyeh in Iran, in and of itself interesting, but the fact, Kurt, that this person was at
least in part responsible for the Beirut Marine Barracks bombing, why is this guy still breathing 40
years later?
I don't understand it. You know, dude should have been dead.
And everybody around him should have been dead.
And a serious country takes out people who murder its citizens.
How significant is it that they did this on the territory of Iran?
Oh, it's beautiful.
And it's a special message to the Iranians that you aren't safe.
You don't think we can reach out?
We can reach out.
It's a message the United States should have sent.
A long time ago.
I am a, you know, speaking as a strategist, I don't understand why the United States is screwing around with Houthis when you've got an entire Iranian Navy and gas refining facility, oil refining facilities right there to be blown to little bits, which I would have done.
I was, you know, your buddies shoot us.
I'm not messing with them.
Okay?
I'm a colonel.
I don't talk to corporals.
I talk to captains and majors.
Okay?
You're the captain and the major.
I'm talking to you, and you're going to pay the price.
And then they will rein in their scumbag friends.
Right.
I don't understand why we don't exercise power in a precise, targeted, and ruthless manner.
Well, this is, in my past life, when I talk counter-terrorism, this is the point I try to make from a kind of strategic and pragmatic level, that the bad guys can always find new cannon fodder, so you can always recruit more suicide bombers, more evil, you know, scum of the earth who'll do things like either 9-11 or October the 7th, but when you take out the masterminds, it's not just A very serious diminution of the capabilities of an organization because, you know, they rose to the top for a reason because they're good at whatever evil thing they do.
But also, it's a kind of, it's a de-incentivizing for the entity itself or for those who fund it and support it.
So I've always said, you know, penny for penny, bullet for bullet.
The most cost-effective form of counterterrorism is to do what Mossad did for a long time, which is, okay, you found the head of Black September in a hotel in Brussels, two silenced 22s in the head, and usually you get a change of behavior not from the dead body, but from his buddies.
Exactly.
Look, so much of reacting to terrorism is information operations.
We're sending a message.
I don't mind sending a message.
That's a useful tool.
But I, like you said, I want to degenerate their combat power.
And that means taking out the guys who've been useful.
Soleimani was an evil genius.
He was the Ernst Stavro Blofeld of the IRGC.
And now he's in little chunks splattered all over northern Iran or Iraq.
And that's good.
That degrades their ability to conduct operation.
Look, I'm never for blowing up aspirin factories.
If you screw with us, I'm going to destroy a number of things.
I don't buy direct proportionality either.
I'm tougher.
You knew that when you swung at me.
Don't expect Mike Tyson to hold back.
Yeah, yeah.
And just as a little reminder of what President Trump did with Soleimani, people forget where we wiped him out.
Not only was it a precision assault on his convoy, that Iranian leader, that general, was killed In his motorcade to meet the Iraqi Prime Minister, the puppet of Iran, which also sent a message to Iraq as well.
So that's Atufa, the latest book on the topic of counterterrorism in America.
And what we have to do to deal with it is The Attack, Kurt Schlichter's latest book, The Attack.
We're coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor is liberating over a million Americans today as we speak.
I happen to be one of them.
I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
A relief factor came to me.
I said, I don't advertise anything I haven't tried and I decided to take it.
I took the three-week quick starter pack.
Less than three weeks later, just 14 days later, I was pain-free and I'm still pain-free more than five and a half years later.
How?
Because the ingredients of Relief Factor are proven anti-inflammatories like resveratrol, curcumin, and omega-3s that assault the source of the pain, which is the inflammation.
Find out yourself for why over a million Americans are taking it today.
Call 1-800-4-Relief, relieffactor.com.

What is your part in taking back the Republic?
Do you have to have a national radio show or run for public office?
You could run for the local school board.
That'd be super cool.
But in the meantime, how about this?
Let's start baby steps.
Don't fund people who hate you and hate America.
Who, me?
Yes, you!
If your cell phone is connected to the big cell phone companies, you're doing exactly that.
The big cell phone providers donate millions of dollars to causes every year that are antithetical to your value system, including Planned Parenthood.
Yeah, funding abortions.
Foundations that are anti-Second Amendment and also organizations that are trying to cancel and censor conservatives.
Why would you fund people who hate you with every call you make and every text you send?
That's insane.
Switch today to the only Christian conservative cell phone company, Patriot Mobile.
It's the one I use.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee.
Glenn and his team are the best.
It's so easy because you keep your old number and you keep your old phone or you just get an upgrade with them and then you call them up 972-PATRIOT-PATRIOTMOBILE.COM-GORKA to switch today.
If you do it right now, If you use my name, you'll get a whole month absolutely free.
That's 8, that's 972-728-7468 or just go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
So, there I was giving interviews about Kamala being anointed the Queen and telling the world what I thought about her.
And they didn't like it.
Lots of articles written about me in the likes of the Washington Post and elsewhere saying, oh my gosh, he insulted her because he called her D-E-I-H-I-E-R, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
And then I had actual people from the campaign say, Hey, what are you doing?
That's not very nice.
Should we be nice?
Kurt's recent piece from Town Hall, the headline, I think, tells you what his take is.
Nothing is out of bounds in attacking, cackling Kamala.
So Kurt, give us a little praise here of the article.
Everybody has to read it, townhall.com.
And then give me, you're always there.
You're always there in person when necessary to give me some supporting fire.
What is this thing about Marquis of Queensbury rules and, ooh, you can't call her DEI higher, so give us your take.
No, I find it bizarre that there's a reflexive flex on, among certain alleged conservatives, that we suddenly have to tone police other conservatives.
We should use every message that is effective against Kamala Harris.
Some people are not going to like her, the fact that she is a DEI hire.
And their audiences, they're very receptive to it.
I mean, there are millions and millions of our voters or potential voters who have had to sit through horrible HR trainings, being told that they're somehow inferior because of where their grandfather came from or because their external plumbing.
And they are extremely receptive to that stuff, even though there are a bunch of people inside the Beltway who don't want you to mention it because they're afraid somebody's going to come up to them at Trader Joe's while they're looking at the orange chicken and start calling them racist.
Newsflash, they're going to call you that anyway.
I don't see why you care what stupid people say about you.
But they are very concerned about that.
Let's stop there for a second, Council.
Where does that... I don't get it.
I tweeted this out yesterday.
They call conservatives Nazis and white supremacists, but we're not allowed to call the DEI candidate a DEI candidate.
Where does this insanity of non-equivalence... What's the origins of it?
Well, it works because some people accept it.
Some people will go through lives of playing by the old rules when the rules have manifestly changed.
I don't believe in that.
I'm going to fight on the battleground I'm dropped on, and I'm going to fight with the rules the enemy fights with.
And if they don't like it, I've got an idea.
They'll fight me.
Because you aren't going to like how it ends up.
Now, keep in mind, I am not going out there telling you, attack her on DEI.
Maybe you should.
Maybe you are in front of, maybe you are the right messenger in front of the right audience to do that.
I think the Trump campaign has been, they minimized the other attacks about her cackling and her general weirdness and her DEI stuff and focused on policy.
And I love that because right now, the policy attack is the most effective attack.
I'm just saying, if it's an effective attack, don't tell other conservatives not to use it because, oh, well, I never.
Pearl clutch, pearl clutch.
I'm so tired of that.
You know, I get told, well, you know, her romantic life.
Well, that's not important.
We shouldn't talk about that.
Hold on.
Stop.
Time out.
I will tell you what is important to me.
I, a guy who grew up near San Francisco and knows San Francisco Democrats very well from personal experience.
I find it extremely important to me.
And I'm not saying it's important to everybody, but it's important to me, and I will decide and prioritize what messages are important to me as well as everybody else.
But it's not just what are important to you.
I mean, what I took from your article is that use the message which is relevant to the specific audience you're talking to.
Bingo.
Bingo!
And right now, like I said, I think, look, I think the Donald Trump campaign right now, and I'm going to write about it on Monday, about their spoiling attack technique against the reintroduction of Kamala Harris, has been very, very, very good.
And I think they have chosen the right lines of attack, which are policy.
If you've seen their devastating ad on her borders are failures.
you'll know they're doing a great job.
I am not presuming to tell them what they should or shouldn't talk about.
I think they are perfectly capable of figuring out what they should talk about.
However, I don't need to be tone policed by some neurotic Bush Republican that I'm being mean.
And your response when the campaign tells certain radio hosts to stop talking the truth about the DEI hire?
How about, my response would be, how about I do whatever I want all the time?
That's the American way!
Well, you look, if somebody comes up to me and says, Kurt, you're not being effective.
You're blah, blah, blah, blah.
You know, you're doing it, it's going to have this effect.
Oh, I'm going to go, oh, okay.
I, you know, when I was a commander, I had a staff, which is a whole bunch of people whose whole mission was to tell me when I was about to do something stupid or wrong or off program.
It's nothing personal.
Somebody gives me a better idea.
But to go up and go, oh my gosh, you know, you're gonna send lonely cat ladies.
Yeah, the phrase you used is absolutely right.
It's tone police and our tone will not be policed.
We're talking to the senior columnist.

All right, one segment left. What would you like to talk about? It's just four minutes.
I think we ought to talk about the reintroduction of Kamala Harris and the panic it is causing
among our fellow Republicans.
Have these guys, you know, have these guys never played poker?
All right.
That's all right.
Perfect.

Colonel K, I don't want to take anything for granted.
I don't want to say it's going to be as easy as Joe Biden.
We've got a fight on our hands if we want to save the Republic.
But your reaction to all those who are saying, Oh my gosh!
Kamala!
Kamala!
What are we going to do?
Look, we got a reprieve because Joe Biden revealed himself as the desiccated, freakish, demented old husk.
Okay.
It was always close.
This is a 50-50 country.
Yeah.
We're going to have to fight for every vote.
We have to fight like we're 10 points behind.
Yeah, I know the polls look good in comparison.
That's fine.
I'd rather it be that than the other way around, for sure.
But we can't take it seriously.
What we need to take seriously is our own personal efforts.
If you haven't made calls, if you haven't hassled your friends to go and turn in their ballots, if you haven't volunteered, if you haven't written a check, You are not contributing.
You need to do that because this is going to be hard.
And yes, of course Kamala Harris was going to get a bump.
The people who supported Biden but couldn't take the dementia stuff are going to flow back to her, which they have done.
Her numbers have risen.
They're now much closer.
Not much closer than they were.
They're closer than they were.
She's definitely not moved ahead.
I think she's peaked.
And I think as the Trump campaign, which as I've said, and I have not hesitated to be critical of them, okay?
They're not my personal friend.
I'm perfectly willing to go after them, but I thought they'd handle this flawlessly.
And when you, you know, we take the lesson from your article that, you know, everybody gets to say whatever they want and you tailor it to the audience that's listening to you.
But do you agree that the Bordezarina is the key Achilles tendon and we've just got to hammer that, hammer that, hammer that?
Or is it something else?
You know, she is a She is a smorgasbord of failures. I think hitting her on
the Borders are thing, especially after they ridiculously drew attention to it by
denying she was Borders are. These are not the Borders are you are looking for, stormtroopers. I
think that was smart.
But the thing is, there are so many, they're going to be able to pivot.
Okay, now she's talking to out of her mouth, you know, both sides of her mouth on borders are, okay, let's go hit her on fracking.
And Dave McCormick, fellow Gulf War vet, may I add, in Pennsylvania, has been really taking a great lead on this.
I mean, McCormick's just doing an incredible job with his ads.
Yes.
Pennsylvania, okay?
You go for your audience.
An ad in Pennsylvania is going to look very different than an ad in Arizona.
And, you know, I mean, there may be some overlap.
I actually recommended to Dave McCormick that he send out his ad to all the other senators to edit and use as they see fit, because he's really taken a great leadership role in this.
Look, I I am optimistic, but guys, we've got a fight.
No one's going to give us this.
Right.
The Democrats are serious.
Their voters are committed.
We've got to be more committed.
We've got to be more hardworking.
We've got to go out there and make our case.
My guess is the sugar high for Kamala will fade as people really get to know her.
They didn't know her.
They're giving her a chance now.
As they get to know her and see what she really stands for, I don't think they're going to want four more years of this kind of failure.
Well, it's exactly like the brand new t-shirt I designed that we put up on our website.
It's a very simple message, but a powerful one.
You vote for Kamala.
It's four more years of Biden.
