We're going to be back in a minute.
Welcome, dear friends.
Yes, indeed.
America First on the Salem News Network.
Across the nation with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, former Deputy Assistant and Strategist to the 45th, and if we do our part, God willing, the 47th President of the United States.
A man who, not too long ago, standing in a dingy, poorly lit corridor outside a courtroom in Manhattan, said the following.
And then you have the other thing that maybe is even more disgraceful is the gag order.
Where I can't basically, I have to watch every word I tell you people.
You ask me a question, a simple question, I'd like to give it, but I can't talk about it.
Because this judge has given me a gag order and said you'll go to jail if you violate it.
And frankly, you know what?
Our Constitution is much more important than jail.
It's not even close.
I'll do that sacrifice any day.
It's hard to kind of make out because it's a little bit echoey because for five weeks they refused to allow him to actually have a microphone in front of him.
But he said the following, the US Constitution is much more important than me going to jail.
How do we get here?
And what is our responsibility?
I have taken advantage of our first guest, no monologue, for over a year now.
Out of the largesse of his heart, he has been a regular every week on this show.
We have fun on Fridays because he's an actor, he's a writer, and he's a very smart man.
And beyond that, reviews.
This stuff is directly related to Trump's being cool.
But not just cool.
One of the coolest presidents of all time.
bird, I wanted to get him back on the show to share with you some of his
political analysis. Like this fun clip from one of his latest videos.
This stuff is directly related to Trump's being cool. But not just cool. One
of the coolest presidents of all time. Or as I mentioned in the title of this
video, a badass. He's pretty badass himself coming to us live from somewhere
on the other side of the planet.
Chris Coles, a.k.a.
Mr. Reagan.
Welcome, buddy.
Thank you, thank you.
Great to be on the show.
So, we've got a great movie review lined up for tomorrow that shockingly speaks to everything I want to discuss with you for the next 20 minutes across the nation live.
To Kill a Mockingbird echoes, echoes down the ages to what we're witnessing today.
Let me just go cut straight to something personal.
You did fun stuff.
You broke out onto the scene with some amazing viral videos about who really is behind AOC and then parodies of woke garbage like the Gillette TV ad.
But you have become a strident outspoken As a commentator on the state of the nation, how's that journey been for you, Chris?
And what do you expect of the future?
Well, I gotta say the journey has been, for me, extremely easy.
And I'll tell you why it's extremely easy.
It's something that I'll talk about when we're doing the To Kill a Mockingbird segment, but Conservative ideas, I believe, come from a fundamental basis of truth and honesty and rationality and logic, right?
Leftist ideas are really convoluted, right?
You've got to really dress them up to make them attractive.
And I think they work really hard, Democrats, to make their ideas palatable for the masses.
And I actually have a video coming out pretty soon.
And it's provocatively titled, well actually I think it came out today already, called Should Women Get to Vote?
And the reason I've titled it this is because I think that there was a graph that made the rounds on Twitter recently showing that married women, married men, and single men all tend to vote Republican, but single women, the vast majority of single women, vote Democrat.
Now why is that?
Maybe it's because Democrats really heavily target women with their propaganda.
Women are, you know, a bit sensitive.
They think with their emotions a little bit sometimes.
Democrats understand this and they manipulate women and they try to emotionally affect them.
And that's why I'm saying, like, to lie to somebody takes a lot more effort than to tell the truth.
But sometimes the truth is a little bit boring.
And I don't think we always tell the best stories as conservatives.
There's always a better way of telling the truth.
And so although I'm not saying we stray from the truth, of course we have to still tell the truth, but maybe we have to tell the truth in a little bit better way, and that's what I try to do on my show.
Well, you do it, and you do it fearlessly, and I'm so glad that we got you for today's show to talk about things other than just our movie reviews.
Because this morning I was on the Breitbart Serious Patriot channel, and the great host there asked me a question that I wasn't prepared for, and he said, aren't you afraid when you talk the truth?
And I kind of just extemporized and I said, well, what if I didn't?
What if I didn't tell the truth?
How would I be judged after I died by my Lord and creator?
So I'm going to ask you the question.
What do you think about the consequences of what you and I and the handful of outspoken conservative commentators do?
Are you concerned about the next five months?
Isn't that a weird question?
Yeah.
Isn't that just a weird question that we have to ask that these days?
I know.
But what's interesting is I actually do ask this to other YouTubers, other personalities in media.
I've asked other people exactly the same thing.
And you know, you kind of have to take measures, like what if Trump loses, right?
What if it's a rigged election, completely rigged, openly rigged, And we're not allowed to talk anymore, right?
And we can't make money doing this.
And we, in fact, have to kind of like, either go along with the system or hide or fight against it or figure something out, you know?
And so you do kind of have to take measures.
And yeah, it is a concern, but at the end of the day, what you said is absolutely right.
It's not even a really a question, is it?
No.
And I've kind of, I mean, I think I maybe have a little bit of a contrarian type personality anyway, where it's like, If there's some kind of injustice, or you lie to me, I'm coming after you.
You know what I mean?
I don't shy away from a fight.
In some ways, I think I'm the kind of personality, maybe I seek it out a little bit, but I wouldn't start a fight, but I would certainly finish a fight.
I actually enjoy it.
My wife doesn't understand it.
I actually enjoy conflict.
I don't want to start it, but once I'm in it, I'm very happy.
We've all seen you in conflict, Sebastian.
We're all aware.
I guess I'm not telling anything that's surprising.
Sorry, Chris.
Also, sky's blue, grass is green.
And the Democrats are crazy!
Democrats are crazy.
Alright, we're going to continue this.
We're going to keep him up a little bit longer.

Get the yard sign.
Get the mug.
Come out of the closet.

If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We'll be back with Chris Coles after these messages.
What's that music that played at the close?
It sounds like John Williams-y, but maybe not John Williams.
Yeah, what is that, Alex?
Captain America, the first Avenger.
Captain America, the first Avengers.
Not bad.
It's not bad.
I never realized it was... That's kind of like an homage, I feel like, to John Williams.
Unless he actually did the score.
No, I don't think so.
Wow, the cool board has lit up.
Yeah, we've got a full call board.
We'll get to those after we let you get back to bed.
One more segment.
Come in with 13, then I'll do an Angel Tree, then I'll come to Chris.
13, then Angel Tree.
When I was asked that question today live on radio, I thought, how do I deal with this?
Do I even talk about it on the show today?
Then I realized you were coming on.
That is a crazy question.
It's a real concern.
I mean, it's a real concern.
Isn't it insane that we have to discuss that?
I mean, Bannon's going to prison.
Did you see the Marjorie Taylor Greene thing where she's like, Garland has to go to prison because Bannon went to prison?
No, no, no.
Oh, it's great.
She's like, who's the other guy that went to prison for defying the court order?
I mean, Navarro.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
She's like, these two guys went to prison.
Uh, you know, Garland also, you know, contempt of Congress.
He's got to go to prison, right?
Garland's going to have to send his own FBI to arrest himself.
I know.
I just thought it was such a great thing.
And they kept like, really like, um, jabbing at her.
And she just kept coming back with the same thing.
She's like, no, this is how it is.
They made up the rules.
Now they got to play by their own rules.
Jeff, can you get that MTG?
Can you find that?
I got a Trump cut too, if you want it from today.
Oh yeah, can I hear it?
It's on Twitter.
What was the MTG item?
If Bannon's in prison, if Navarro's in prison, then Garland has to go to prison.
Alright.
I think I have it, I can text you.
Great.
One second.
Here's Trump.
So what's happening to our country is of great concern to the group of people standing alongside of me.
And I just wanted to say that we have great unity.
We have great common sense.
A lot of very smart people in this room and a lot of people that love our country.
They love our country beyond just about all else.
And the only thing that maybe supersedes it is their family and maybe their faith, in certain instances.
And that's very nice.
But they want this country to be great again, and we're gonna make it great again.
Good, we'll use that with Sean Davis.
Alright, come in with Stefanik.
One minute, just title for the movie.
What's a good title?
title. 2024 and to kill a mockingbird.
Mm hmm. 40 seconds.
Mm hmm. 30.
Mm hmm.
Well, thank you for being here this morning.
We just concluded a very successful special political conference with our special guest, President Donald J. Trump.
He was warmly welcomed by the House Republican Conference.
We are 100 percent unified behind his candidacy and are ready to get to work on behalf of
the American people to secure the border, unleash American energy independence, bring
back peace through strength, stand up for election integrity, and defeat this illegal
weaponization of the justice system.
It was a unifying event, and I'm grateful to the president for answering questions from
our colleagues.
ALECE STEFANIK, FORMER U.S. AMBASSADOR TO THE UNITED STATES AND PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED
STATES We should have got President Trump on the show.
I didn't know he was in the swamp today, but relax.
We've got him booked.
He will be back on the show.
What is it, Eric, for the 8th?
Is it the 7th or 8th time he's been on the show?
This will be the eighth time he's been on.
Eighth time in five years!
Not too shabby.
All right, so make sure you never ever miss any of our daily shows, and then you will catch the President as well.
Do you remember Joseph?
We told you the story of Joseph, one of the children who has attended the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Summer Camps with his coloring book and his message about having a father in heaven, not just a father who's incarcerated.
Well, we've got a new update from Joseph, who's very excited about camp again.
This is my second year.
All the kids from my cabin last year are in the same cabin this year, so I know a bunch of kids.
Camp is a good place to make friends, and well, they can learn more about Jesus, and they can learn more about each other, and they can find similarities with each other.
When you know there's more people like you, you don't feel left out.
When you know there's more people like you, you don't feel left out.
We sent thousands of children to these safe Christian summer camps last year.
We have them in 49 of the 50 states of the Union.
Will you make a difference today?
Let's break last year's record.
We've blown past 50% of our target.
I want to get to 100% as soon as possible.
It's $200 per child per week, but whatever you donate, makes a difference. You can call them up 888-206-2794.
It's tax deductible or the easiest thing is to go to my website
and click on the Angel Tree banner that's sebgorka.com. Go today,
be generous, it's one of the most blessed things you can do.
That's sebgorka.com, sebgorka.com and the Angel Tree summer camp
banner at the top or call 888-206-2794. We're back with our co-host,
our dear, dear friend Chris Coles, host of the Mr. Reagan and the Alpha Critic
channels on YouTube.
Please subscribe today.
You won't regret it.
Every single one of his videos is top notch.
Chris, what do you think?
should be the message for your viewers, my listeners for the next four and a half months.
And how do they deal with their friends, their family members who may not be MAGA, but they aren't lunatic leftists.
How do we talk to them?
How do we bring them over?
Well, I, okay, so this is what I've been telling people Because mostly I spend time with Europeans right now.
I'm traveling, I meet a lot of people from Germany, from the Netherlands, I have a friend from Belgium, Russia, obviously.
He hasn't mentioned that they're mostly women and they're very pretty, but carry on.
That's not quite true, that's not quite true.
But I have found that there is one explanation, I came up with this a little while ago, and it seems to make sense with people, it seems to resonate with people.
I always ask them the same question, I go, do you think That there are actually probably more corrupt people in Washington than there used to be, than we maybe commonly think, than is reported in the media.
Do you think there is corruption in D.C.?
And they always say yes, right?
Because everybody thinks, yeah, it seems like they're kind of shady, there's some corrupt people.
I say, all these establishment people, all these corrupt people, they all hate one man.
They're all afraid of one man.
Now don't you think if all the corrupt people in Washington D.C.
hate and fear this one man, don't you think that that's the guy you want in office?
Such... And this one girl that I told this... Thank you.
It's such a perfect, perfect metric.
If everybody who you know is problematic hates one person, maybe that means they're not problematic!
Sorry, I interrupted you.
No, it's perfect.
Well, I told this to this one girl.
I mean, I've said it to multiple people.
But she turned to me with her eyes so wide.
It was like, you ever see those videos of kids who get like a cochlear implant?
Is that what it's called?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, cochlear implant.
Where they hear for the first time.
You can see them hear for the first time.
Their faces just light up.
That was her face.
It was like a light bulb moment.
She had never thought about it.
But once I said that to her, she was like, oh my God.
You could tell in her mind, she'd been like, I've been lied to by everyone.
It was a magical.
And did she follow through?
Did she say, oh my gosh, did she verbalize it?
Oh yeah, she did.
Absolutely.
And then what do we, if we're not hanging around with beautiful Danish women on the other side of the planet, what should happen here in America?
What do you say to Americans who maybe get red-pilled next week?
Well, that's the thing.
You know, Joe Biden, it just came out on Breitbart.
I don't know if you saw this report.
Joe Biden says Hunter is a victim of weaponized system of justice.
That's a joke.
You made that up.
I'm sorry, Chris.
I don't believe it.
It sounds like a Babylon Bee headline.
It's a Breitbart headline.
I haven't read the article yet.
I got to read it for my live stream tomorrow or later today.
Okay, this is how unbelievable the left has become, right?
So, you know, that's the thing.
A lot of my friends have told me, because I get a little bit depressed sometimes if Trump loses in 2020 from an obviously rigged election, you know, if Trump is found guilty on 34 counts of a felony, which is completely made up and ridiculous.
You know, I'm thinking, man, what a sad thing that we've fallen this far.
And my friends cheer me up with one message.
They say, Chris, It might just have to get worse before it gets better, right?
And I feel like the 2020 rigged election was, I thought, about as bad as it could get.
I didn't think imprisoning your political opponents like you're the USSR or Cuba or China, I didn't think we would go that far.
But now I feel like we must have hit rock bottom.
There's only a couple of different things I could think of where we could go that could get worse.
And I pray that we don't go there.
But I feel I feel like this is what this is.
We've crossed the Rubicon.
We've gotten to a point where this has to wake people up.
Right.
You know what I mean?
And so I do think that the left is kind of doing our work for us in a way.
And I think that the best way forward is not to be too pedantic about, oh, you got to exactly be like this or you got to be exactly be like that.
You know, let people have their beliefs.
And be kind to them.
If they're coming over, if they're recognizing maybe Trump's not that bad, be as kind as you could possibly be.
It's sort of like spreading the gospel of Christianity.
You do it by example more than you do it by coercion.
I think we need a, what do they call it, division of labor.
I'll be the nasty one, you be the kind one, because, you know, you're good at that.
In the meantime... Good cop, bad cop.
Yeah, good cop, bad cop.
Keep doing what you do.
I love it, I love it, I love it.
As one of our callers said, maybe we had to have the last election stolen from us just to see who the Democrats really are.

God bless you, Chris.
We're going to go to your calls.
Phil, John, Ray, Ryan, Brent, don't go anywhere.
This is America First.
833-33-GORKA.
833-334-6752.
Do not touch that dial!
In code?
833-334-6752. Do not touch that dial!
In code? In Sanskrit?
Exactly.
Yeah.
And what's funny is, so it does say what it is.
And I was like, trying to figure out what this is.
And I see typhoo here.
And I just about lost my mind.
I think that I think the locals think I'm crazy.
I was just like, this is amazing.
I can't believe he actually said this.
We're joking around.
But yeah, but I don't know how to get it.
So I have to get somebody who speaks Indonesian and I'll figure it out.
I probably have to pay something or something like that.
I'm sure there's somebody in Indonesia who speaks Indonesian.
I'm hoping because the last guy I asked to do it, he's like, I don't understand this.
All right.
Good luck.
Look, don't let them make you pay like a hundred bucks.
It's a loaded tee.
It's a book.
It's a hat.
So, you know, if you don't want to pay it, don't pay it.
Oh, that's awesome.
Oh, I didn't realize.
I thought it was just the tee.
Oh, I'll wear everything now.
All right.
We'll see you later, man.
Enjoy the rest of your show.
See you, buddy.
That was superb.
All righty, and title for that?
Come In With The President.
Come In With Trump.
And then I'll do My Pillow.
Title for that... Don't Let Them Make You Afraid.
Unless It's Something Better.
No, I like that.
Okay, good.
All right.
That Cut Eleven is nuts!
Can you play that again?
Eleven...
That includes Mr. Fink.
I call you Larry.
I'm calling you Mr. Fink.
But we go back a long way.
Blackrock and Mr. Nadella of Microsoft.
An outfit that we know well.
He is toast.
He is fried.
He's like extra crispy.
He's always bad when he's overseas.
I know.
The jet lag gets them so bad.
Do you know how nice Air Force One is?
The whole nose, the whole flipping nose of Air Force One is a beautiful bedroom.
You can sleep there, I mean... I believe it.
Alright, I'm gonna go to calls.
Hang on, how much do we have?
This is the C segment.
I might just play that again before I go to the calls.
11, okay.
We're coming with Trump, then Pillow, and then possibly 11.
That's a lot of water. One minute.
One minute.
I will tell him now.
Google translator has a function. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it.
You take a photograph?
Yeah, you can take a photo and then it will translate in a foreign language into English.
I will tell him now.
Yes, sir. Thanks.
Forty seconds.
Google Translate.
So what's happening to our country is of great concern to the group of people standing alongside of me.
And I just wanted to say that we have great unity, we have great common sense, a lot of very smart people in this room, and a lot of people that love our country.

And the only thing that maybe supersedes it is their family and maybe their faith, in certain instances.
And that's very nice.
But they want this country to be great again, and we're going to make it great again.
That was President Trump about, what, 30, 40 minutes ago on Capitol Hill with no notes, no teleprompter.
This is Joe Biden in Italy.
Can we, Jeff, can we call this reading from notes?
I mean, does that kind of cover it?
Reading from notes?
Is that what he's doing?
Maybe trying to read.
Trying, trying to read.
This is not edited.
This is Joe Biden.
Play cut.
That includes Mr. Fink.
I call you Larry.
I'm calling you Mr. Fink.
But we go back a long way.
Blackrock and Mr. Nadella, Microsoft, an outfit that we know well.
No idea what he's talking about.
If you haven't seen the footage, go to my social media accounts.
We can play it in the background for our viewers.
This is the G7 in Italy.
And Joe Biden is just he's shuffling around.
There's a demonstrator.
There's a parachute demonstration.
There's just wandering off into the middle distance, then the group of heads of state.
Oh, Maloney has to grab him, the Prime Minister of Italy, and walk him back like some dementia patient in a ward.
The videos are just, they tell you this man couldn't walk a dog, let alone run a country.
Let's go to your calls.
The call board is absolutely full.
If anybody drops off, the number is 83333 Gorka.
Let's go to Phil in Philly, who sent me an email earlier today, and I think he wants to share it with all of our listeners.
Cut wire.
Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
Dr. G., thanks for taking the call.
We were kicking around.
We just can't get excited about any of the VP picked names out there, and then it hit us.
What President Trump has is right here in Pennsylvania with Kathy Barnett.
She's a mom, she's a patriot, she's a veteran, she loves the United States, she's pro-life, and she will destroy Harris in any debate.
No other VP pick is going to squeeze that energy out of the class.
Really?
Come on, come on.
Are you telling me Byron Donalds hasn't got what it takes?
Wait, wait.
Byron Donalds?
We need him and his speaker.
I'm telling you, with Kathy Barnett in as VP and Byron as speaker, we got a 20-year run.
A 20-year run with them two.
Byron Donalds is more important as speaker than VP.
He don't be a lame duck as VP.
Come on.
She needs to be groomed.
Hey, Dr. G, just real quick for the corkastore.
Why don't you do, why don't you pull like a Hunter Biden thing and do a Gorka art store?
And for the things you can't, the things you can't get on a t-shirt, put on an 8x10 glossy and sign the back of it in an autograph.
And put like the memes on front, like example, like Biden's head with all dollar bills around it or whatever and say, Joe knows gain.
You know, just stuff like that for 20 bucks a pop.
I mean, in a portion of that going to the re-election campaign, everybody can afford 20 bucks.
It's going to cost you a dollar to mail it.
Thank you, Phil.
Thank you for all your ideas.
Let me ponder.
I know Kathy Burnett.
She's great.
Let me ponder your suggestion.
Let's go to John in San Diego.
Hey, Sebastian.
Paul, the head of the Fed, just admitted today, finally, that all of the economic data coming out of the Bureau of Statistics from Biden are fake.
The unemployment numbers are fake.
What did he say?
We are lying?
What did the chairman of the Fed say?
That he admitted this morning that the employment numbers are not real.
The only people getting these full-time jobs are immigrants, nobody born here.
And most people who are getting jobs that are born here, they're getting multiple part-time jobs.
And the overall employment for native-born is negative $480,000 over the last six months.
Yeah.
The problem is, is that he continues to use the data that has been wrong for 70% since 1975.
They've been using that to guide their setting of their policy for the Fed.
And if they've got garbage data coming in, then their policy is garbage.
Well, we know that.
We know that.
And it was a shocking statistic.
I don't even think we got around to it yesterday, John.
75% or more of all new employees in America has gone to illegal immigrants that the Biden administration let in.
It's the party of the working man, don't you know?
Yeah, destroying the working class.
Thank you, John.
Don't go anywhere.

Well, Mr. Reagan, brilliant man.
He's a wonderful addition to the show.
you know this weaponization of the judicial system against Trump.
Yes!
If I remember correctly, Obama did that twice in running for Senate.
He took out his Democrat opponent before the primaries, and then he took out his Republican
opponent very shortly before the general, and then had to switch in Alan Keyes at the
last minute because Obama unsealed records, divorce records of the Republican candidate,
and he used the judicial system to take out his opponent.
And now I want to point to something that you brought up with Mr. Reagan, which is what
are we going to do?
What kind of interference is it going to be?
God forbid that Biden is able to cheat his way in a second time.

Let's go to Ryan in New Jersey.
Hey, Dr. G, how you doing?
Thank you so much for taking my call.
Sure.
Long time listener, huge fan.
I'm actually blessed to be looking over the venue that President Trump came to in New Jersey on the beach and gave, you know, just had the whole state electrified.
Were you there, Ryan?
I am actually part of, I was on duty.
I've been part of the committee, you know, to bring him in and all.
So I've been very fortunate and I can tell you this.
The left is going crazy.
They have been operating the city for numbers, for permits, for all kinds of crazy stuff, and they refuse to acknowledge the number.
And what they're saying is about the beach and there weren't that many people and this and that, but the reality of it is the hotels and motels were packed.
The patios, the decks had Trump flags everywhere.
The bars, you know, everywhere was full of people.
The streets were loaded with people.
So, what you saw on the beach that day was just a portion of the people in town that day.
And what are you seeing in New Jersey?
Are we seeing former Democrats say enough is enough and now they're Trumpsters, Ryan?
So, yes and no.
Because the thing is, I believe we're at a point where we just need to And this isn't a knock at anyone.
Stop talking about the things that are going on and start preparing for what happened in that trial.
My thing is, they didn't put him on a trial.
They didn't do that clown show just to find him innocent.
So to me, they're not going to go through all this hell just to allow him to win an election.
And I feel like me, I'm just preparing for that.
I think at this point, if President Trump went into hiding like Biden did, he would still win by a landslide if it was a true election.
But the thing is, we need to prepare.
And I've actually, I've reached out to Congressman Van Drew's Chief of Staff.
I said, my thing is, I'll go to Detroit.
I'll go to Philadelphia.
I'll go work those polls and be that, you know, pain in the butt.
To not allow this stuff to happen again.
But what concerns me is they're going to be left no option because as the days go by, Biden is getting worse and worse and worse.
And I truly believe that this settlement, it was kind of an agreement.
We're going to find him guilty on these minor charges just to say, look, the justice system isn't loaded against President Trump.
President Biden's son was found guilty as well.
Well, we all know that's a slap on the wrist.
What he should be going to jail for is way worse.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
This has nothing to do with his deals in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania.
And as far as I'm concerned, he's going to get in September a fine, a slap on the wrist, or maybe some community service.

What would you like to share with us today?
Well, bless you for your valiant and righteous support of America and Israel and for always speaking truth about what I think every true lover of God should identify as the devil's religion of Islam.
As long as the Islamo-Nazi democracy of Biden and Obama are tolerated, we will succeed only in committing national and civilizational suicide.
And Islam in no way is a religion built upon the one true God and the consciousness and morality of Abraham, Moses, and Jesus.
Anyone who reads the Quran and studies Islamic history can easily see that Allah is the devil and that Muhammad is his mass-murdering prophet.
Yeah, I was texting with a friend of mine who's been a guest on the show several times, and he made a point about Islam.
And I had to correct him and say, Dear friend, you need to read the Quran, especially, well, just start with chapter 9, verse 26.

And that is something that Americans on both sides of the political aisle should be worried about.
We depend on those institutions to protect us.
Yeah, we depend on the FBI to protect us from, what, 73-year-old grandmothers?

Yeah, so Andy McCabe's a rat.
He should be in prison.
His own department's inspector general found that when they interviewed him during the whole Russia collusion hoax meltdown, that he lied under oath to them I think at least three or four times about what he was up to.
In a just nation where the rule of law is applied equally, he would be in prison right now.
He wouldn't be collecting his pension and going on television and beating his chest about how wonderful and fair he is.
He is every single thing that is wrong with the Department of Justice and the FBI.
And when he says things like Trump's going to get revenge or the other side is going to get revenge, oh, no, no, no, no.
What we're looking for is justice.
And that man ought to be terrified of justice.
Because he knows what he's done, and I hope we can get in riding his pledge to leave the country, because I feel like that would be a win-win for everybody.
So let's talk about what happens, God willing, if there's... Well, we know they're going to cheat, but if we... What is it the President says is too big to rig?
And the American people choose President Trump as their 47th president.
If you look at the events in New Jersey, in the Bronx, the latest polling, double-digit lead in today's polls for President Trump.
Okay, we'll win.
We'll have insanity between November and January.
It'll make the summer of peace from BLM look like a storm in a teacup.
What has to happen starting at 12 o'clock on January the 20th, Sean, if we're serious about, you know, equality before the law, rule of law and justice, what would you demand be done by the next Trump administration?
I think the first thing they need to do is restore the rule of law.
Everything in our country depends on it.
Commerce depends on it.
Education depends on it.
You cannot have a functioning country, a functioning civil society or economy where you do not have fair rule of law.
And the only way we are getting back to an actual rule of law is to go and prosecute the people in the Biden regime and the Democrat regime who have been effectively using the Constitution and the rule of law as toilet paper for the last three to four years.
Merrick Garland needs to be in prison for what he has done at the Department of Justice.
Hunter Biden needs to be in prison.
Mayorkas needs to be in prison.
Every single person involved with the Russia collusion hoax needs to be in prison.
With the Kavanaugh hoax, they need to be in prison.
With the J6 nonsense, they need to be in prison.
And the thing here is, it's not about revenge.
It's about justice.
And I assume you agree with me.
We would like kind of the old rules that we had, where everyone has the law applied to them evenly.
But for now, we've lost that battle, and so the left has decided they get rules for themselves, and then they have rules for their enemies.
And until they're actually forced to live under the rules they've created, they're never going to let them go.
So I don't think we can restore fairness and rule of law until they have all been punished to the maximum extent available under their own rules that they've tried to push on us.
All right, here's the detailed question.
We must have rule of law reimposed in America, but if you look at the disastrous behavior of the judges, many of whom came recommended by the Federalist Society to President Trump after the 2020 election, and we see even some Reagan appointees do outrageous things to innocent January 6th defendants, Can we have actual criminals who've abused the system, who've targeted people out of the DOJ for political purposes?
Do we have judges anywhere who are fair and who will see those cases through to the end?
I think we do, but I think it's bigger than just judges.
You have to have fair juries as well.
And one thing that the regime has been doing is it's been doing everything in DC Which is just a hive of corruption and nonsense, and so you have to get this out of D.C.
Recall that the founders didn't let D.C.
be a state because they didn't want it to be able to extort the rest of the government or Congress into doing what it wanted by just having the physical capital where it is.
Well, that's not where we are now.
They may not be a state, but they're actually extorting the rest of the country through their nonsense.
So you either have to move all this stuff out of D.C.
or potentially Congress needs to go in and remove or potentially even eliminate the D.C.
federal district, the D.C.
trial court.
It is completely corrupt.
There's nothing even approximating rule of law there, and it needs to go.
Let's talk about how federal corruption wends its way down to local jurisdictions.
I think you have some kind of connection to the trans terrorist that murdered three adults and three women.
You have connections to that incident.
The manifesto diary pages have been leaked or have been accessed by alternative media.
Why would the FBI, according to latest reports, Sean, why would they be suppressing this document from the trans terrorist?
Well, it's because the FBI is completely corrupt.
It does not exist to protect and serve the people.
It exists, much like the Stasi, which was what the Soviets used in East Germany to maintain control of it.
It exists to protect the regime.
It is the regime's brown shirt.
And so when you had this heinous murder happen at a Christian school, six people murdered because of their faith and their belief in Christ.
by a completely delusional, nutcase, alleged transgender person.
The FBI realized, hey, this is bad for the regime's agenda.
We're going to go and shut it down.
And so they did.
They made sure that nobody could get this manifesto.
They used fellow travelers, unfortunately, within the evangelical movement, specifically Brent Leatherwood at ERLC.
They used him to go in and be their little foot soldier to go to court and try to hide The Manifesto, or the Tranifesto as I call it, because they knew that the facts in there would make clear that this is a terrorist ideology.
And it's why we keep seeing these same people with these same problems popping up to murder the same enemies, people who don't buy into their delusional mental illness.
This woman who thought... I did it because it's evil.
Yeah, no, no, it is the devil's work, this woman who thought she was a man writing in her diary about her imaginary invisible penis.
Sean, do you concur with me that instead of white supremacy and neo-Nazis, the greatest threat given recent events here in America is trans-terrorism?
I don't know if it's the greatest threat.
It's obviously a much greater threat, just looking at the sheer numbers, much greater threat than, you know, so-called KKK or neo-Nazis.
You can probably fit the number of people doing that nonsense in the back of a U-Haul at this point.
But we seemingly have, every other week, some completely delusional trans person hopped up on the opposite sex's hormones going and perpetrating awful crimes.
It is a real threat to the point that Christian schools and Christian churches are having to do all kinds of unthinkable things security-wise.
These are supposed to be welcome opening places for people.
They're having to go on lockdown to prevent these delusional terrorists from coming and murdering their kids.

It's the group that Russell Moore used to run at a Nashville that's associated with the Subterranean Baptist Convention.
So Brent Leatherwood runs it now, and he's kind of a former Russell Moore confidant.
He is the person who formed the Covenant Parents Group.
So a bunch of parents of kids at that school got together and sued to keep this thing private.
And then they worked with the family of the killer to have the manifesto donated to them so they could hide it forever.
Wow.
It is completely insane.
And to see an ostensible Christian group do this using the resources and the platform they have, faithful tithers within the SBC, I find absolutely disgusting.

We're back with the co-founder of The Federalist, Shauna Davis, talking about what to expect
in the next four and a half months.
Let's tee it up with a rather hilarious clip from Senator Chris Murphy, of course, on CNN.
Cut three.
Real worrying advertisement from Republicans that they are planning to potentially use the justice system as a mechanism to target Trump's political opponents.
And that to me is a signal that they may be very open to using the justice system as a political tool to persecute opponents if they get power again.
Not only does that non-entity Chris Murphy say, oh no Trump's going to use the judicial system, this from Breitbart or Breaking Shaun report, Joe Biden says Hunter is a victim of a weaponized system of justice.
Your reaction?
These people are shameless.
It actually, I've been in this business a long time and you'd think I'd kind of be inured to it by now, or calloused by it, and I'm not.
These people are As we speak, trying to put grannies in prison for praying in front of abortion mills.
They're trying to put people in prison for having waved a flag at the Capitol.
They're trying to put the president in prison.
They're trying to put his former staffers in prison.
And while they are doing that with one hand, they scold with the other and say, hey, if we're not in charge here, this other guy might put his enemies in prison.
Like, the shamelessness and the audacity I find truly shocking.
So how does this play into what we're witnessing?
Because every day I play the clip from Harlem of the 10-year-old black kid saying, we love you, Trump.
And then all the adults join in.
100,000, mostly Democrats by the look of it, mostly minority, Hispanic or black, at a rally in New Jersey.
Then 30,000 in the Bronx.
So, what's happening?
Is it the old canard of, it's the economy, stupid?
Or is the weaponization of the judicial system appealing especially to minorities and they say, hang on a second, that's just wrong.
What's happening, Sean?
What are you seeing?
So, I think the economy is always the main driver.
You know, most people are not obsessed with politics like we are.
They're out living their lives.
They're going to Little League games and soccer games.
They're taking care of aging parents.
They're working their jobs.
In the Biden economy, they're increasingly working multiple jobs, and they're just not thinking about politics.
So I think how the economy performs is always the most important thing.
But the corruption and this double standard and this Soviet attempt to put one's opponents in prison, I think that obviously gets people's attention because they find it detestable.
But I would say this year, especially after 2020, We need to change it from, it's the economy stupid, to it's the ballots stupid.
None of this stuff matters.
None of the polls matter, nothing about sentiment matters, unless our side can process more ballots than the other side.
How serious are the stakes of November 5th?
I don't think they could be more serious.
I feel like we are in the midst of our republic crumbling right now.
The America that we're living in now would have been unthinkable to me, probably to you, five or ten years ago.
And that doesn't mean that winning the election fixes everything.
Winning the election is the beginning of us rooting out the nonsense and hopefully fixing things if we have enough time.
But if we're not able to win this election, I genuinely don't know how much of a future
the country has.
So, after, God willing, if we do our part, a victory on November the 5th and then the
inauguration of President Trump for a second time on January 20th, as we've discussed,
we have to see malefactors charged and tried in prison.
I also have some other, you know, druthers, like moving most of government out of DC to places where only patriots would be willing to work.
What would you like to see?
What is your wish list?
One or two things for a second Trump administration, Sean Davis?
So I think probably 80% of the federal government needs to be fired and just not exist.
You remember when Elon Musk took over Twitter?
And they said, oh, it won't work if he does these crazy things.
And he fired 80% of people, and it works fine.
Or when Reagan fired all the air traffic controllers, he said, we can go on strike and endanger Americans.
Exactly.
So I actually think it's more important to shrink the number of people ruining everyone's lives in government than it is to just move government around.
I think the entire civil service needs to be overhauled.
The administrative state needs to be crushed.
The intelligence state and so-called intelligence community needs to be neutered
and crushed and scattered to the wind. I think if you do those
things you wake up with a country that's far fairer, better and closer to the
vision that the founders had for us. Do we have, we only got a minute left,
Sean, do we have enough of a bench to have all the people in place to affect
that for the president? I think we do. I actually think what we need, I
Obviously we need good people in place.
I think Trump learned a lot of lessons from his first term on the importance of personnel and hiring.
But I think what we need more than that is we have to have regular people out paying all the taxes that fund this.
Constantly breathing down the necks of their members and making them do the things they promised.
If they do that, these people can't get away with doing nothing.
Yeah.
No, it's really up to us.
You must be engaged for the next four and a half months and, if God willing, everything works then for the four years after the inauguration.
Sean Davis, your message to those out there who just think listening to talk radio three hours a day or reading The Federalist is enough?
Oh, it's definitely not enough.
You should be doing that.
You should be staying informed.
But you have to be getting involved at the local level.
You have to be hectoring your members of Congress, your local school board members, your mayors.
They don't do anything without people demanding it.
And we got to make sure that our side is way more demanding.
And way more in their faces about getting things done than the other side.
Yeah.
Follow this man.
He's got a rather good Twitter game at SeanMDav.
And make sure you have bookmarked TheFederalist.com.

Our next guest is somebody well known to me.
I've attended his events, I've read his products and the amazing work of his organization, but when I heard him being interviewed by a friend of mine, Chris Plant, on his radio show, I was shocked.
Here to tell the story of what's happening to his son right now, the founder, the president of the amazing Media Research Council, Brent Bozell.
Welcome to America First!
All right, Sebastian, how are you?
Thank you for having me.
So, I heard the story about your son, who's a good man, who was at Congress on January the 6th, who may have broken a window, but who now is facing what as a result of those events?
Well, he did break two windows, and that's part of the narrative.
He's not a member of any organization.
The only involvement he had politically was belonging to a prayer group that set a rosary every day on behalf of America.
He was a Trump supporter.
He, like 100,000 other people there, believed that their vote had been stolen, and they were there to protest it.
Things got out of hand.
He was one of the people who entered the Capitol.
He broke two windows when he did it.
He was doxed by the left.
He was wearing his little girl's basketball or soccer sweatshirt.
That was his disguise.
And he was doxed, and eventually he was charged with breaking two windows, all the ancillary charges when you enter the Capitol, and obstruction.
He was one of those who was given a plea deal, offered three or four years to plead guilty on everything.
He was willing to accept his responsibility for breaking those windows and entering the Congress, but not on the obstruction charge, which he wasn't going to accept.
But what happened on the eve of his trial, two and a half years later, they slapped him with an assault on a policeman charge.
This assault charge is based on footage so grainy and from such a distance that the judge himself acknowledged you couldn't even tell if he even touched the policeman.
But you go to learn in a case like this that an assault doesn't necessarily mean attack.
It can mean impede or interfere.
Indeed, the judge pointed out, my son never attacked that cop nor any other policeman that day.
But there is footage that the Justice Department had Where he helped one cop to his feet after the cop was knocked over.
There is footage that was shown at trial that showed him administering water to a cop who had been tear gassed.
There is footage that was shown at the trial of one man trying to unsheathe a baseball bat And from his backpack, refusing to put it away when the cop told him to, but having my son come across a room and command him to put it away, at which point he was.
All that footage was there, but at the end of the day, because he leaned toward the policeman, he was convicted of that assault charge and given 45 months in prison.
In the course of the sentencing, however, the judge pointed out something.
He had found in the footnotes deep in the files of the Justice Department that the Justice Department had the price tag on one of the windows, $847.
That made that broken window not a felony, but a misdemeanor.
The Justice Department knew all along they were inventing a crime.
And I forgot the most important thing.
Hold it right there, Brent.
sentencing, as they were right before the sentencing, they hit him with yet another
charge.
And this one was the best one.
Enhancement to terrorism.
All right.
Hold it right there, Brent.
Can you stay on for one more segment?
All right.
We need to finish the story, and then I want you to explain to us what this means for you
as his father and the Bozell family.

We're back with the founder, the president of the superb media research center, Brent Bozell, telling us the story of his son who Well, let me just make a parallel to one of the martyrs of January the 6th.
We've had his aunt, Gerry Purner, on the show frequently.
Matt Purner, a lovely young man who did nothing, didn't even break any windows, just walked around the Congress on January the 6th, sadly was identified in a video, and he was charged with trespass.
And just before he was going to court on a court date that seemingly accidentally was chosen for the anniversary of the death of his mother he was informed Brent that he would also have a terrorist enhancement of his sentence of his charge and instead of Facing that, he hanged himself.
One of five January 6th victims and martyrs, including one who was 19 years old.
Brent, explain what happened last minute to your son as well with regards to that enhancement.
Well, he was facing the sentencing, and on the eve of the sentencing, they hit him with a terrorism enhancement charge.
At the sentencing, the judge challenged the prosecution to name a case comparable to my son's, where that person had had a terrorism enhancement attached to it.
Now, understand, with a terrorism enhancement, you are now Equated to Osama bin Laden.
But my son's greatest criminal offense before January 6th was a traffic ticket.
So the judge challenged the prosecution to come up with a comparable case.
They couldn't do it.
Over and over again he challenged them.
They couldn't do it.
So it begs the question, Sebastian, why?
Why, where my son was concerned, why did they lie and invent a felony?
Why did they try to put this terrorism enhancement, which was dismissed by the judge, he refused to accept it, why did they try to do that to my son?
Answer, his name is Leo Brumbozo, the fourth.
He's my son, I have influence, and I'm supporting Donald Trump.
That's why they did it.
That can be the only reason they did it.
And meanwhile, Sebastian, while that's going on, You had the hundreds of people who attacked Donald Trump at the White House, at the St.
John's Church, a radical demonstration.
You had thousands of Antifa, Black Lives Matter, people who burned down cities around the country in 2020.
Cost $1.2 billion worth of damage.
Policemen died.
Other civilians died.
And virtually no one was ever charged with anything in New York City.
The city of New York is paying rioters $13 million in restitution for the audacity of arresting them.
You have built a career on telling the truth and on hiring those who lie and who have made themselves basically propaganda prostitutes for the incumbent regime and for the left.
Talk to us from that vantage point about how this isn't just about your son or the rest of the January 6th defendants, but the state of the republic, and especially the fact that the fourth estate is essential to the functioning of a free republic.
Have you ever seen it so bad, Brent?
No, no, and I really fear for the whole idea of democracy.
You know, beginning with the fact that all these media attacks on Donald Trump as being against democracy, to me, is beyond shameful.
Put aside the fact that Joe Biden, that the left, Joe Biden's liberalism attempted to keep Donald Trump off the ballot in 36 different states.
Put that aside for a second.
The media, through the politics of the bias by omission, have been keeping the truth from the American people for years and years, whether it's Donald Trump's accomplishments or Joe Biden's failures.
They simply will not report those things if they hurt the narrative.
And then they have the audacity to accuse Donald Trump of being against democracy.
I fear for democracy, Sebastian.
I truly fear for democracy.
If you don't have a free, Press, you can't have a functioning democracy.
You can't.
And is alternative media enough of an antidote?
Is Elon Musk buying Twitter or do we need to be even more aggressive and imaginative?
Well, it's nice and it's helpful, certainly helpful.
But look, 32% of the American people still look at ABC, NBC and CBS for their news.
When ABC, CBS and NBC refused to report something like the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, in the 2020 elections, what you had was 9.4% of Biden's
voters, I'm sorry, 44.9% of Biden's voters never knew about the laptop when they went to the voting
booth. Had they known, and surveys showed this, had they known, 9.4% would not have voted for Joe
Biden, meaning Donald Trump would have won every single swing state plus more blue states, he would
have won a minimum of 317 votes.
You don't even have to talk about voting machines or pristine forged ballots.
That data point.
If Democrat voters had known about the suppressed Hunter Biden laptop story, they never would have voted for Joe Biden.
That's called rigging an election.
We will keep Leo in our prayers and the whole Bozell family.

That's about it.
Which makes you the first gentleman in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Isn't that great?
The first gentleman.
That's amazing.
We'll talk about that.
So, first things first, I'm going to just go straight out.
Sure.
I had a guy on the show who's, what do they call it, not harvesting ballots, chasing ballots, right?
This chap Maloney, who was great.
And we talked about Pennsylvania, his state, being in play.
And then last week, we have, you know, even mainstream media outlets talking about the Commonwealth being in play.
What's going on in Virginia?
And should we believe any of it, Tim?
Absolutely, you should.
And I will tell you that our leaders from the top down, our governor is now out there, you know, openly, publicly supporting the president.
I was at a fundraiser a few weeks ago where he said, we've got to get Donald J. Trump elected president.
And I thought, wow, you know, there was some silence from some of those folks before.
So now they are very much open to it.
I think it's just, Dr. Gorka, it's very simple.
People see that you have a president who is, one, who believes in common sense, who believes in public safety, who believes in, in fact, executing our laws.
Like, the laws it takes to enter this country, you know a thing or two about that.
Who actually believes in an economy that's stable, that people can actually live.
And so everybody is rallying behind these common sense ideas.
And I think even common sense folks in the Commonwealth of Virginia, folks in particular, those that are independent, are coming around to these ideas as well.
And they see very clearly that there's one side who represents these ideas and there's another side who doesn't.
And so I think that that puts the Commonwealth in play and it's really exciting to see.
Now, you're a GOP strategist.
You work for this organization, the Statesman Strategy Group.
Walk me through what you're seeing in Virginia particularly, because as a political wonk myself, as a national security guy, I've got my blinkers.
I think, oh my gosh, it's the war in the Middle East, it's the war in Ukraine, or it's the transgender lunatics and the boys dressing up as girls.
But is it just What they say is usually the case, that it's the pocketbooks, it's the economy, stupid.
Or is it even simpler that it's just the pendulum swing, right?
They've had enough with the Democrats, and so those who aren't political junkies like you and me say, OK, let's give the other people a try.
Or, given what we see in places like New Jersey, with 100,000 people, or the Bronx, Is it something deeper, Tim?
I think it's much deeper personally.
I think it's a combination, right?
I think people see the failures of the Biden administration upfront and personal.
They're in their face every day.
They're in their face when they go down the aisles of the grocery store.
They're in their face when they go to get gas in their cars.
Heck, they're in their faces when they drop their kids off at school and pick them back
up and they're hearing some of the nonsense that their kids are learning in the classroom.
And it ain't arithmetic and writing and English and math.
It is some of the lunacy that these liberal left extremists are pushing in the classroom.
So it's a combination of both.
I think people see that one side is for them, that wants to create a vibrant economy that
works for them and that wants safe neighborhoods, that want common sense schools that just teach
their kids how to be competitive, contributing members of society.
And then there's the other side who wants to do none of that and wants to just push
and peddle some liberal extremism.
And I think a combination of those things are moving people over.
Let's talk about the breakdown demographically.
My wife, who is now the chair for the Fairfax County GOP, has just, I mean, so many fascinating things she's learning.
Thirty-eight, forty percent of the residents, the voters in Fairfax County, weren't born in America.
immigrants which is fascinating and even more interesting is what she's finding
as she engages and they engage with her is the activation of minority
communities that really we haven't talked about with the GOP so GOP's kind
of like said oh the Democrats have the black community and we're not even
going to try that but we see the Vietnamese we see the Indian we see
Chinese who say hang on I left communist China I'm seeing this lunacy come here
So talk to us about the dynamic of minorities that perhaps the Republicans haven't invested in until, and you mentioned, you didn't mention his name, but you mentioned the governor.
Her, my wife's deputy, amazing woman, Rosie Oakley, she said in the election that got Youngkin to be the governor, she had members of especially the Asian community come to her and say, I don't know anything about politics, but this is nuts, I'm breathing, can you use, you know, me as a whatever, poll watcher, knocking on doors, so what, is there something Is it different happening with those communities that you're seeing?
There is.
So, you brought up several good points that I'd love to hit on, but first, let's go to the Yunkin.
The Yunkin campaign ran a diverse engagement operation that was completely out of this world, and I'll give you one example.
They started doing diverse engagement work, right, with the black community, the Asian community, the Hispanic community, day one, in the primary.
Before he was ever the nominee, he came into this race to run for governor, to really,
you know, he said to make Virginia the best place in America to live, work and raise a
family dot, dot, dot for everybody.
And he started that day one.
Was that engagement his idea or Roe's idea?
Do you know?
I think it was a combination.
You know, Roe's a smart guy and is brilliant in the craft of the unipolar.
It's unusual for the Republicans day one to engage with minorities.
It's very unusual for the Republican Party.
And if you know Roe, he plays outside of the box.
You know, he's a very crafty and brilliant guy in the business of political strategy.
And so it probably was more his idea and Glenn took the advice, Governor Youngton took the advice and played ball with it.
But they started doing that from day one, which got people engaged.
As Republicans, we usually only engage those communities in October.
Just a few weeks before the election.
They did it from day one.
The other thing on that is that you had a left, if you remember, that told people that you play no role in your children's education.
You shouldn't be telling teachers.
That classic clip from the guy who thought he would be the governor again, which somebody in Youngkin's campaign said, oh, that's interesting.
Let's make that viral.
Parents shouldn't have a say in the education of their children.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so you're talking about communities who are very patriarchal.
They're very much, they want to be engaged.
They're like, show me your homework.
When you get home from school, like I want to be engaged and know, and they pass on their own life lessons to their children.
And so these are groups that were very off put by that and very much wanted to be, wanted to be engaged.
And so that's one part of it.
As you said, you've got people that have fled from around the world who look at the left and they see exactly what they just left from.
They see the socialism, the communism, all the issues that really killed their own countries, that demolished their economies, that made the streets completely incredibly unsafe, and they don't want to go back to that.
And they've lived it.
They see it.
And then you've got just the pure failures of the Biden administration on the foreign policy front.
Everywhere in the world is on fire.
I feel like this is a Billy Joel song, we didn't start the fire, you know?
It's like, you know, everything is on fire and these people are coming from these communities, coming to the United States.
They don't want to see that stuff here.
And so you're starting to see these communities trend more and more to a common sense, conservative platform that they're willing to not only engage in, but support and advance in their communities and beyond.
So it's actually interesting to watch happen every day.

I will be playing it every day.
I'm sorry, because it's just so good.
Outside that bodega, what is it that she called it?
Bogota!
The Bogotas of the Bronx.
Right.
Yeah, that's that's the Biden clan for you.
We are here with our buddy, Tim Parish, one on one.
And let's talk about, not that kid, we'll talk about him from in a moment.
But let's listen to the story of Well, one of the people that you have helped, her name is Brooklyn, and she said the following about the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Summer Camp.
At the age of eight years old, she attended for the first time, and this is what she says about that experience.
Camp completely changed my life.
She wasn't raised in a religious family, but it didn't take long before worship time, before chapel, was one of Brooklyn's favorite things.
And that's how her story started.
Brooklyn is today 15 and she serves as a camp intern helping the children of other prisoners discover Jesus in the fresh air at the camps in 49 of our 50 states.
That's the difference you are making.
70% of these children will end up incarcerated themselves.
We want to break that cycle.

So Tim, we've seen some rather unusual things on the campaign trail.
Not to say the President, with me standing behind him having to give press conferences from outside of a court
three times a day because, you know, lawfare.
And then, just stopping on the way home from one of the days in court, or at a rally in Atlanta, in a Chick-fil-A, where this happened.
I don't care what the media tells you, Mr. Trump.
We support you.
Okay, 4 p.m.
We've been 4 p.m.
Come here, let me give you a hug.
That woman is a college professor and what did she say?
I don't care what the media says about you!
And then he says, come here and give me a hug.
I'm going to tell my mama.
So we've had this discussion before, Tim, but just help me understand what is happening in America, whether it's the 10 year old kid in Harlem, Starting a chant that all the adults join into, which is, we love you Trump.
Whether it's that black college professor, the Chick-fil-A, or the fire station.
People miss this one.
After the court, the president delivers a stack of pies to the firefighters in New York, which is a job that if you run around saying you're a Republican working in New York, you're going to get in trouble pretty quickly.
Right.
And two, not one, if you listen quietly, two of the firefighters say to the president, save us, Mr. President.
So what's happening in the working class and the black community, and why is it happening?
Yeah, well let's take that kid, first of all, as an example.
In New York City, where he probably goes to middle school, the mayor shut down his school and allowed immigrants to come in, illegal immigrants to come in and occupy classrooms as their living space.
And so those kids, you know, replay COVID all over again, didn't even get to go to school.
I mean, that's the most basic fundamental thing you do as a kid in this country is to go to school.
We've got laws that protect kids to go to school, to make sure they go to school.
And the mayor and the extreme liberal left shut down a school so that that kid couldn't go.
The Democrat mayor who now says Biden's destroying New York.
Aren't they in the same party?
Right, exactly.
They are.
And so you take that kid and probably their mother, his mother, his family members, and they are drawn at a comparison.
Americans are not stupid.
I mean, people in the middle class, we like to believe we're street smart.
They're making a very simple comparison.
What they get with Joe Biden, who, by the way, wouldn't have known that he was even in that Chick-fil-A or what day it was or where he was at the moment.
They're drawing the comparison and they're saying that what they can get from the extreme liberal left in the Biden administration and what they get with a Donald Trump and a United Republican majority What they get with those sayings is much better.
They are far better off.
Their children are far better off.
Their bottom line, their wallets are far better off with that, with common sense conservatives and not this extreme liberal left agenda.
Now, how political is it?
Because you look at the footage from the Bronx, and I've been to many Trump rallies.
I've never been to one.
I don't think we had one during the campaign that was 100,000 people, not in Texas.
Not in Arizona, not in, you know, strong Republican cities.
We have it where?
We have it in New Jersey, and then we have one 30,000 people in the Bronx.
I don't want to counter myself, but they're wearing red hats, but is it political or is it I just love America, it's broken, and you're the guy I trust.
What are you seeing?
This is actually pretty phenomenal because they had four years of Donald Trump, they knew what life was like under that, and then we got this guy.
It didn't take long.
It's taken right at four years for them to realize it.
That ain't it.
This is not going to work under the Biden administration.
So I don't think it's political.
I think it's survival.
I think that people are looking and they're saying our lives are just that much more better under Donald Trump and common sense conservatives than they are under Joe Biden.
And they see that.
Actually, they're not just seeing it, Dr. Gorka.
They are feeling it.
People are absolutely feeling it and that's why you see that level of enthusiasm, that's why you see the numbers at these rallies, and I think that's why you're going to see a decisive victory in November, not only for President Trump but for a majority in the Congress.
I'm going to ask you how the whole Hunter Biden thing yesterday is going to shake out, but I love this idea that it's not political, it's survival.
If you're a manual laborer, or if you're like a plumber or a carpenter, and your job depends upon the price of gas, because you've got to drive 50, 100 miles a day, then you're right.
Then it is about survival.
If you're on the beginnings of your career, and a mortgage has gone from 3% to 7.5%, This guy's pretty good.

Alright Tim, let's drill down on this for a second, because I'm worried. I mean, Charlemagne,
the god, the misspelled god, even he says he regrets voting for Joe Biden.
But the polls that we're seeing, especially with the black male voters, up to 30% breaking for Donald Trump, you're the political strategist, you're the expert.
My fear is these are favorability scores and not propensities to vote.
Will these translate on November 5th?
What's your expectation?
Because if they do, the Democrats are toast.
Absolutely.
I think they will.
If the campaign does a good job of actually engaging people, keeping this enthusiasm high,
and meeting people where they are, being in their neighborhoods, being at their events,
being on the ground and getting them to the polls to vote, absolutely.
I believe that this will translate to votes and support.
And I think it'll be continued support.
I also believe it'll be down-ballot support that'll get Republicans and conservatives
across the country, across the finish line.
And what do you think?
We've spoken about Asia and we've spoken about other minorities.
For the black community, what is it?
Is it the business environment?
Is it just the size of, you know, government coming down on them?
Is it the culture wars?
What do you think resonates?
I mean, because we hear all the time that you need to go to the barbershop and talk about, you know, how hard it is to start a business.
Let's have a little bit of more nuance.
What are the issues that will resonate?
Yeah, well, this is actually really interesting.
So, a few things.
I think it's the economy.
I think it's safety.
I think black people are seeing people pour across the border and they're coming in and really, you know, sort of interrupting a lot of the economy and the job perspective and different things like that.
But here's the most, in my personal opinion, the most interesting thing.
The black community, and the left loves to espouse this, has been so subject to injustices in the courts across the country.
And I think black people are looking and saying, if the former president of the United States can be subject to such injustice, such kangaroo courts, then the common man, what would they do to me?
And so I think people are looking at what's happening with President Trump.
Uh, and others and they're saying, man, we got to get behind this guy to ensure that we have a justice system that's in fact fair.
Now it's funny because the left likes to push this, that, that the justice system is, is racially motivated and the school to prison pipeline in black neighborhoods.
And now this is happening to president Trump.
And I think black people are looking at this and they're going, man, if it can happen to him, it can certainly happen to us.
We got to do something about it.
Is it that they're afraid because the president has said many, many, many, many times, it's not about me, it's about you.
Or is it the other thing we've heard that, well, uh, The white middle-class Karens and the New York Times readers, for them, having a record is like, oh my, he's got a record!
But if you're in the minority community, or if you're working class, you've got a cousin, you've got a nephew, somebody who forgot to, you know, re-up their registration on their car, was caught with a, you know, a little bag of weed in their pocket, and for them it's like, you know, I can relate to this guy.
Is it a relational thing, or is it a, I'm afraid that if they do it to him, or is it both?
I think it's both.
I think it's a combination of both.
Let's not forget, when you bring up the weed, that we've got a vice president who prosecuted more black men in California when she was attorney general for minor weed possessions, minor marijuana possessions than any attorney general in the history of the state of California.
And so I think that it's hypocrisy that people see, but I also think that it's fear, and I also think that it's a lot of the ability to relate to what's going on to President Trump and their own lived experience.
To relate to the white billionaire who's got a record.
Exactly.

I'm a shadow of my former self.
Precisely, 42 pounds lighter.
Why?
Because of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss.
Thanks to her good offices and the team that she has put together there, I lost that with no injections, no stupid pills to pop, just five protein-heavy meals a day that burnt the fat off.
And it's not just about me.
Katie, my muse, lost 36 pounds.
Not only does she look amazing, It feels amazing when your wife has to get a whole new wardrobe because everything's too big.
Happy wife, happy life.

But if you want to be a little bit more modest, start the easiest way possible.
Disconnect your cell phone from the big cell phone providers if you're a subscriber.
Why?
Because they're all left-wing, they're woke.
The big cell phone companies, you know the ones, donate millions of dollars every year to causes that are just, well, Not your values, like Planned Parenthood, gun control foundations, organizations that try to censor and cancel conservatives.
Why would you fund abortions with every phone call you make and every text you send?
That's insanity.
Switch today to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in the nation.
It's the one I use.
When they came after my cell phone data, the illegal January 6th committee, And the cell phone data of my wife and my children, I said, that's it, and I switched instantly.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee, free activation with my name, and extra discounts for veterans and first responders.
Oh, and by the way, they fund things like the First and Second Amendment.
They even funded local conservative candidates for school boards.
Candidates that won.
Glenn and his team are superb.

But switch today.

Alright, so it's going to be an absolutely insane four and a half months.
We have the verdict of guilty yesterday, triple felonies for the president's son.
We have the sentencing for President Trump three days before the Milwaukee GOP convention.
None of us can predict what's going to happen, but we know he's a fan.
Eric, how many times has the president been on the show?
Is it seven times you've had him on since?
Lucky number seven.
Seven times.
If he tunes in right now, what advice do you have for 45, if he wants to become 47, God willing?
What should he do more of, or what should he do that's different?
You know, I think that he's been telling the truth the entire time.
So I don't think he should stop telling the truth.
That'd be my advice.
Listen to the attorneys, obviously.
But I don't think he should do anything differently.
I think what's happening is he's actually, you know, out there and being this sort of beacon of hope and beacon of light for anyone who's gone through the justice system.
And I think when he beats them, that is going to be, we should throw a party.
I mean, that's going to be huge when he beats them and he beats the injustices that's happening.
Is there any place he should go or any community or type of business?
Where would you like to see him have events in the next couple of weeks?
Well, we're talking about diverse engagement.
I think he's got to stick to the big five battleground states and have events in these diverse communities, in these neighborhoods where most politicians won't go.
And I mean, if we know anything about President Trump, he likes to do things that most people won't do anyway.
And so to go to the places and walk the streets and the neighborhoods, have an event in the parks that most politicians won't go, he goes there and he says, look what I did.
And then look what I'm going to go do for you, which he's been consistent in.
It's not about me.
It's about all of you average Americans.
I think if he does that, that has a huge, huge benefits for him.
Now, you're a political strategist and I have this debate with all of our buddies, listeners and guests.
We're in a new age when it comes to tickets and who the veep should be.
For a hundred years, the vice president had to be somebody from another, you know, part of America.
If you had a Yankee on the top, you had to have a Southerner on the vice president or flip it.
I don't think the choice of vice president is going to make somebody flip from being a Biden voter to a Trump voter or Trump voter to a Biden voter.
However, a lot of people are saying we've got to play their game.
We've got to have a Byron Donalds.
I love Byron Donalds.
A Tim Scott is veep.
How do you see the vice president pick?
Playing into November the 5th.
Is it a big deal or is it just about who picks up the baton in four years time?
I think it's a combination again.
And I will say this, and this is not to be disparaging of any vice president, but the bar is not that high.
They're going against Kamala Harris, right?
So the bar is not high.
They don't have to be, you know, that impressive.
But I think that he will choose someone who is impressive.
And I think, I believe he's got to diversify the ticket.
I think that's important.
I think there will be some appeal to people if he does have a diversified ticket, and that doesn't mean just race.
Does it mean race or male to female?
I think it's both.
I mean, man, if he can do a black female or an Asian female or a Hispanic female, oh my goodness, that would just, you know, boot the lid off.
Who's on top of Tim Parish's list?
I will tell you that I am a fan, as I say, diverse by the ticket.
I'm a fan of just putting it out there, Glenn Youngkin being the main key choice.
He ain't too diverse.
He's a rich white dude.
He's not too diverse, but I'll tell you what, I think that he really does sort of mellow out the ticket.
But he's not really super MAGA.
I had him on my show, you know the story.
I do, I was there.
The week of the election and he was like, we only came on for seven minutes and I said, do you believe in MAGA?
And he kind of, I believe in making Virginia great again.
My three and a half million listeners were not too happy at that response.
But it's interesting, so he'd be like a better version of Mike Pence?
Well, I think he would be... I wouldn't compare him to Mike Pence.
I don't think... But Pence came on as kind of the moderator, right?
The moderator.
I just think that he gives... that he would give the president the ability to really tap into a different community of people that he would bring along to continue to support the vision.
You mean the business community?
I think the business community, I think the people that he sort of kind of gives calm to with the red vest and the sort of, hi, I'm Glenn, you know, this just very comfortable guy that, you know, you can talk to on a very down to earth level.
I think that he would bring those folks along that maybe, they're going to go vote for Trump anyway, but they might hold their breath and do it.
I think that they would be a lot less reluctant if he had someone like that.
But look, we're talking about diversifying the ticket.
I would love a Tim Scott.
I would love, but I think... Do you like Byron?
I do.
I think that the congressman would do an excellent job, but I think it needs to be someone, the vice president needs to be someone who's going to bring something to the table.
Trump's going to win Florida in a landslide.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I think that Congressman Donald's would be great in the role, but I don't think that it necessarily brings much to the campaign in the area of winning areas that the president might struggle in.
He's going to win Florida in a landslide already.
I have heard that the governor's wife, not the Florida governor, the Virginia governor, she is rather MAGA.
Yeah, she's maybe a little even more MAGA than Governor Youngkin, so maybe that's a good guarantee.
That's a kind of out-of-the-box thinking.
I like that, Tim.
Fascinating.

Where are we at?
Is it recoverable?
When I see that what MPD is like, Paying $25,000 for people to become police officers because nobody wants to be a police officer in DC.
When I look at the fact that we had 900 carjackings last year in a city of just 600,000 people.
Where are we at and can we fix it if we have leadership?
We can. We're in a sad, sad state of affairs when it comes to public safety across the country.
I was actually just told of a story where a Turkish immigrant was carjacked and killed
just a few days ago in the D.C. area, in the Tacoma neighborhood. It was just a sad situation,
sad story. And so, yeah, we're in a bad spot. We're in a bad spot. I think that you're right,
the key is leadership. I think now the mayor is sort of trending back to being kind of a,
we got to do something about crime. Let's, you know.
But do you think that she's sincere or she's desperate?
Oh, I think she's sincere. And I only say that because she's not running for re-election from
what we know. This is not a re-election thing. I think she cares about the city. It's her home.
And I think she realizes that we've got to do something about it. One of the members of the
city council who...
Who was the leader of the Defund the Police movement.
There's actually an active petition right now to recall him and have him removed from the city council.
And this is led by the left in D.C.
It's not a big Republican thing.
It's people that realize that Defund the Police didn't work.
