♪♪♪ ♪♪♪
They're all ghosts in new garments trying to take us back.
Well, there are.
Taking away your freedoms, making it harder for black people to vote.
Or have your vote counted.
Closing doors of opportunity.
Attacking the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
If you can believe it, banning books about black experiences.
Ghosts in new garments?
Do ghosts even have garments?
Jeff, where was that?
Was that an old cut?
Was that, like, after one of his two aneurysms?
When was that?
That was his Juneteenth celebration last night.
Oh, was that after he froze or before he froze?
I think he froze there, too.
Did you watch that video?
Yes.
That was, like, the creepiest thing, because he had this grin.
Everybody is dancing, and then he's just standing like a statue.
It was creepy, wasn't it?
I know.
It's weird, especially for a guy that grew up in a black church.
You'd think he'd have been comfortable there.
And then why is there a man in a dress who's got a beard standing next to him?
That's the first thing I noticed when I looked at the video.
What is that?
And high-heeled boots?
I don't know.
Oh, it is Pride Month.
But is that like Juneteenth?
Is that a deep black American thing to have guys with beards and dresses?
Yeah, I think so.
Yeah.
Oh, I'm confused.
And then this thing, I'm trying to read this, the amazing cut sheet you gave for me today.
I think you just pulled something off the official White House transcript of that speech.
Let me try and pronounce this next cut.
So Biden says, so long as who he that you he not yet.
Is that right?
Did I get that right?
Is that is that Irish or Puerto Rican?
I mean, who did he say he grew up with?
Irish, Puerto Ricans, black church, but there are some others too.
It depends where he is.
So which one is that?
Do you know?
Um, I think it's Irish.
You gotta be a happy warrior at the same Juneteenth absurdity with bearded men in dresses, the putative president of the United States.
She knows so long as she's denied, our freedom can never be secured.
I'm sorry Eric you have to do that again this is so let's just tee this up the individual you're about to hear from is yeah 81 million Americans voted for him yeah yeah honest 81 million and he's not corrupt his son wasn't just convicted on three felonies count them three And he's not senile, his brain isn't fried, and he's not one of the most corrupt politicians to ever hold the highest office in the land.
I give you, ladies and gentlemen, the one, the only Joe Biden.
She knows so long as she was denied, our freedom can never be secured.
This is the creme de la creme of American politics.
Only Outdone in the wickedness of her years as Speaker of the House by none other than Nancy Pelosi, who we showed you the video.
It was breaking news as John Solomon was on the show with us yesterday of her maybe not knowing that the camera was on.
Taking full responsibility for what happened on January the 6th, actually saying, it was my responsibility!
Well, she's getting a bit of heat for what was released yesterday.
We'll play you her response in a moment, but first into the theme of those whose intercranial cavities have been fried into mush.
This woman was presented to us for decades as the arch strategist of the Democrat Party.
I give you, ladies and gentlemen, and just pay attention all the way to the end, because it's really creepy.
The one and only Nancy Pelosi.
Cut four.
In our message about what our priorities are for the future, elections are about the future, and the resources and energy necessary to win the election.
We absolutely must.
Everything is at stake.
Our flag with liberty and justice for all.
The planet as we know it, our democracy, women's right to choose, so many issues are at stake.
Jeff, did you just say that the November 5th election is about stopping the President and Republicans from destroying the planet?
Yeah.
And what about the flag?
I don't know what that was.
She puts her hand up like she's Spock from Star Trek.
It's a science fiction show you may not have heard of.
What is putting your hand up like this?
I know I'm an immigrant, just a poor, poor immigrant.
Is this like some deep American thing for the flag?
I think she was getting ready to do the Pledge of Allegiance and then she stopped herself.
And isn't she a bigot?
I mean, it's Pride Month.
Why is she talking about the American flag?
Yeah, that's very distasteful.
You cannot do that.
In the holy month of June for the left, you do not do that.
Clips today, what do you call them, Jeff, in the business?
The audio actualities.
That's the proper term, right?
Yeah, I never like that term.
I always just say clips.
Yeah, it's a little bit pretentious.
The audio actualities, the clips, the cuts!
that Mr. G has provided for us today are rather superlative because by themselves they have
their own taxonomy.
They fall into their own category of lunatic leftists, whether it's Mr. Sulohonga Suri
Jarahinahid, the president, or whether it's save the planet from the Republicans, Nancy,
or maybe the best of all.
On a podcast, the barmaid from New York, well, she explains her take.
On November the 5th, I give you the one and only Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
What happens to you if Donald Trump wins?
What do you do?
What's your first move?
I mean, it sounds nuts, but like, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy threw me in jail.
Really?
He's out of his mind.
I mean, he did his whole first campaign around, lock her up, like this is his motto.
Eric, wasn't it amazing when those of us in the Trump administration put those handcuffs and those leg shackles on Hillary Clinton?
I mean, that day, I mean, what is it that Joy Behar said?
She said she leaked a little at Costco.
I mean, didn't all patriots just leak a little when we put the shackles and the manacles on Hillary?
Yep, and all of her supporters were thrown in isolation for four years without speedy trial.
Hang on, those grandmothers!
Remember those grandmothers?
Those 73-year-old grandmothers?
You know, at the Planned Parenthood, killing the little babies, and all of them who we arrested and put in prison with custodial sentences.
I mean, I just... I get shivers.
I'm so excited remembering all that.
Thrown in jail for their First Amendment expressions.
Yeah, we definitely are the ones who did that.
What is AOC afraid of?
I'm so curious, guys.
She thinks that President Trump or his team are going to throw her in jail?
Have you committed a crime?
Have you got something to hide, my dear?
What about all that campaign finance stuff?
Do you remember what happened with that?
With your boyfriend and the other members of the squad?
Ilhan, Omar and the rest?
Maybe you do have something to hide.
Maybe we better re-elect President Trump with a certitude that cannot be questioned.
Yeah, we're gonna win so big that you can't rig it.
That's the motto!
Yeah.
That monologue kind of wrote itself.
I don't write my monologues, but I have fun with those cuts.
Thank you, Mr. G, for demonstrating the collective lunacy of the left, what they have become.
This is not your grandfather's, even your father's, Democrat Party.
It's not Jeff Gates, not Scoop Jackson's.
It's lunatics.
It's radicals.
It's people who hate America, and we must save the nation from them.
How?
Get engaged, just like my wife, Katie, who went from hating politics to becoming an election volunteer.
Then chief election officer of our district, and now the chair of the GOP for the biggest county in Virginia.

kid and not suffer for the crime that their parents are in prison for. We
actually feel like they're the silent victims of crime because they're labeled
through angel treats. That's what we're doing is we're giving them the

the Prison Fellowship Program talking about the effect you have on the
thousands of children that you manage to send to a Christian safe summer camp

Last year it was record numbers.
We want to beat them this year.
Why?
Because these children, there's more than a million of them in America, have a 70% chance of ending up incarcerated like their parents.
We want to break that cycle.
And bringing them to a safe Christian summer camp is one place where they can feel A little bit more love than usual.
It's $200 per child per week, but whatever you donate makes a difference.

One of my friends, another conservative radio host, this morning as the news broke about
Hunter Biden's triple felony guilt.
The verdict said, I'm not going to talk about this.
This is irrelevant.
He's not going to prison.
And then he spoke about it for the next hour.
I agree with his analysis.
I tweeted immediately when I heard it.
He ain't going to spend a day in prison.
We should talk a little bit about it because it will be a political football for the next four and a half months.
Let's talk to somebody who knows a lot about political.
Cases, because she is the legal reporter, Supreme Court reporter for that wonderful institution, The Daily Caller.
Caitlin Richardson, welcome to America First!
Hi, thanks for having me on.
So let me ask you the first obvious question.
Were you surprised with this morning's results?
Is it what you expected, given your coverage?
Because we have one story.
I love this.
I want you to give us a little bit of detail from the inside of the courtroom or from what you heard from the documents.
I love this headline from you, Caitlin.
Hunter Biden possessed crack rock the size of a ping pong ball, according to Hallie Biden's testimony.
So give us your take.
Is this what you expected?
I can't say it was unexpected.
The evidence was fairly overwhelming that Hunter Biden was indeed an addict.
They pulled evidence from his memoir.
They pulled text messages, evidence from the infamous laptop, all supporting the fact that at this time that he purchased the gun, he was heavily addicted to crack.
So it was very hard for his defense attorneys to make the case otherwise.
And talk to us about this beautiful, ironic little moment you just mentioned.
The state, so this isn't like what happened in New York, this is a federal court, and it's the Department of Justice, it's the Special Counsel, it's the FBI, it's the Feds, and surely doesn't this case in and of itself, the fact that they used the laptop from hell as part of their evidence, Confirm from the Fed's perspective that the laptop is real, Caitlin.
That was a key moment in this trial.
There was a FBI agent on the stand who confirmed that she didn't see any evidence of tampering with the data on the laptop.
And then, obviously, you have the special counsel, David Weiss, using the laptop as evidence in this case.
So, you know, it does every indication that it is real.
Can you compare what you've seen happening in Delaware with what we saw?
How long were you in New York?
How many weeks were you in New York covering the Trump trial?
Probably about three and a half.
I was there for the majority of witness testimony.
I was there all the way through Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels' testimony as well.
Now, I was there for a day as the guest of the president, and I've written it up on my substack.
Everybody can see, you know, my day in court with President Trump.
And there's this one moment that kind of just — thank you, Eric — that kind of just crystallized it for me.
Where the jury had been excused, it's the final argumentation on the charges between the defense and the prosecution.
All of the requests by the prosecution were accepted by Judge Murchan.
One was provisionally accepted from the defense, and at one point, the president's attorney was going to stand up to address the judge.
And he says in front of us, because we're there as witnesses, he says, sit down.
I don't want to hear from you to the defense attorney.
Give us your impression over the three weeks that you were there, Caitlin.
There were a lot of absurd moments, particularly when Stormy Daniels took the stand and went off giving A variety of details about her alleged encounter with Trump that really had nothing to do with the charges in the case.
And then you had the defense step up, motion for a mistrial.
And as you were just referencing, Judge Merchant made a lot of rulings during this case that were much more favorable to the prosecution.
That being one of them, when that mistrial motion was made, he basically just told the defense, you should have objected more.
Disregarding a lot of the due process issues that came up through that and at many other points in the trial.
Now one of the other titles you have is your Supreme Court reporter as well for the Daily Caller.
Please follow Caitlin at Kate Richardson, Kate Richardson on Twitter.
I think as I was driving in I heard word that Hunter Biden or his team are saying they're going to immediately appeal to the Supreme Court, which is weird because you have to first appeal the first instance.
What's your expectation?
Is this going to happen?
Can it happen in the scant months we have before the election?
What's your expectation?
Well, it's not surprising that they do want to appeal this case.
They were pushing for weeks before the trial to delay it.
They filed a number of motions to dismiss, including one which will be interesting to watch going forward.
on the second amendment issue at the heart of this case, which is something potentially that could ultimately
end up at the Supreme Court, whether or not this charge,
the third charge for him possessing a gun as an addict is viable under the second amendment.
But I would expect them first to go to the appeals court before the Supreme Court on that issue.
And there's still another case, is there not in California on tax evasion?
Yes, that's supposed to start September 5th.
The trial for that was delayed.
It was also supposed to be in June, but the judge pushed it off due to this gun charges trial.
Right, we have been talking to the young lady who broke the story about Nathan Wade and Fanny Willis.

That is, of course, America's bare-rooted Giuliani with a new nickname for Fannie Willis.
Eric, where did that Farnie Willis thing start?
I mean, why did she get to tell us how to pronounce a word with two syllables?
I guess it's the same as the mainstream media suddenly deciding one day that Kiev is now Kiev.
Like, they just gotta give a new pronunciation because, oh no, actually, it's not what you thought it was.
That's part of the condition.
Yeah, we're the special ones.

But I've got to finish what we started off with, uh, Nancy Pelosi.
The video was released yesterday of what she said on January 6th, taking full culpability.
And then somebody in the legacy-lying media asked her about the response to that video.
Here's Nancy on MSNBC.
Cut three.
Why do you think this is stirred up and a brouhaha on the right and in some corners of the media today?
Well, because the fact is that the President of the United States, the former President, and his toadies do not want to face the facts.
They're trying to do revisionist history on January 6th.
But we cannot let us be dragged into their, again, false impression of what happened that day.
They know what happened that day.
Revisionist history?
A false impression?
We're only listening to your words, Nancy Pelosi, on January 6th, recorded on a camera.
Here's a reminder.
We have responsibility, Terry.
We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have.
This is ridiculous.
You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that... Should we call the Capitol Police?
I mean the National Guard?
Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
They thought that they had sufficient resources.
That is not a question of how they have... They don't know.
They clearly didn't know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for war.
All right, um, Jeff, I think I've worked it out.
You know why it's fake?
I think I thought the same thing.
Go ahead.
She's in her own vehicle with her own staff.
Why is she wearing a mask?
You couldn't hear?
I know that.
No, that's true too.
I mean, seriously, if you're in your own vehicle with your daughter and your own staff, of course she doesn't wear a stinking mask.
She's only wearing a mask because she knows the camera's rolling.
What was your clue?
I thought she was trying to blame because that's her chief of staff for it.
Oh, Terry.
What do you think of my theory?
I mean, seriously.
Yes, that's what I thought she was doing.
What do you think of my theory?
No, I like that.
I like- I mean, seriously.
And the other part is, I watched this full documentary like a year ago, and I thought
at the time that she was acting throughout the- there was about 20, 25 minutes of January
6th stuff.
She seemed like she was acting in every scene.
But remember, it's the clincher.
I can't believe everybody's missed this.
The hair salon in California, do you remember?
Yes, the no mask.
When she's in private, of course she's wearing no mask.
She didn't know she was being recorded by the salon owner.
She was only wearing a mask in her SUV because she knew she was being filmed.
It's all a setup.
Dr. G has done the Sherlock Holmes on it.
Oh my gosh, we've run out of time.
Nancy, don't go anywhere.
You will be at the top of the next segment.
I'm sorry, I just had to share that with you guys.
Too flipping important.
But what's also important?
Getting a good night's sleep!
One of the most important things in the world.
And Katie Gawker, well, she's got some advice for you.
Say a word about relief factor sleep, Katie.
Okay, I will say if I don't take it, I'm up at four.
And I love that time with the dogs, but I'd rather be asleep in bed.
So when I take Relief Factor, I actually sleep till six, even seven o'clock in the morning.
I tell you what, I'm a much happier camper.
As am I!
You have to eat right, you have to exercise, but if you don't get a good night's sleep, it all goes to... well, it goes south, let's say.

What do you think of my theory, Addicts?
I saw you grinning there.
You should be an investigator.
You're on to something.
Come on, you know she doesn't wear a mask in her own vehicle.
Even if you were a mask wearer, if you really think your life's in jeopardy, you're running out of there, the Capitol's under attack, you wouldn't rip your stupid mask off and talk to the people and figure out what's going on?
Well, yeah, but wasn't there that one Democrat congressman who put on a whole hazmat suit on January 6th?
Like, because he was so, like, afraid or whatever, like, maybe that kind of line of thinking?
I don't know.
Who was that guy?
I don't remember that.
That's because he thought there was going to be a chemical attack.
That's right.
Uh, so what was that documentary, what was the main message?
It was just, it was supposed to be about Nancy Pelosi and all that she's accomplished and all that stuff that her daughter did.
Uh-huh.
But then it was just a bunch of January 6th stuff.
I don't remember the whole gist of it, but I just remember thinking so many times, like, she's acting.
Mm-hmm.
Especially there's a scene with her and Schumer.
Why do you think it leaked now?
Um... No, because the house... The house released it.
Yeah.
We've got B-roll, right?
And what was the other thing I wanted for, um... For black?
For black.
Well, yeah, the European b-roll.
Oh, Trudeau, Trudeau, Trudeau, Trudeau.
No, the montage, right?
Montage, yeah.
Oh, is that energy?
Is that up?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Uh, hang on.
Far-right montage at the top?
Yeah.
Hang on, let me get this.
This is a audio cut.
Or it has audio?
Okay.
Yeah, it's 23 seconds long.
Go ahead.
Well, in Europe, voters in 27 countries have elected more far-right members to the European Parliament.
After France's far-right parties, for the first time, won more seats than the parties he supported in Europe-wide elections.
Despite considerable gains for the far-right.

Nancy, Philadelphia, welcome.
Good afternoon, Dr. G. Greetings.
In connection with Hunter Biden's felony gun conviction.
Yes.
I think it's the absolute duty of Kamala Harris, who was appointed to be the guns are by Biden.
Uh, you know, and she routinely demands more and more gun restrictions and red flag laws.
It's her duty to come out and state no one is above the law, just like Biden did when Trump was supposedly convicted.
In addition, Dr. G, I assume that under Benny Thompson's proposal, No more secret service protection.
Oh my gosh, Nancy!
Nancy!
Did you hear that from somebody else or did you come up with that yourself?
No, Dr. G, that's my own thoughts.
That is bloody... Jeff, how come nobody's thought of that already?
That is genius!
He's a convicted felon!
No secret service protection!
I didn't think about that either.
Is that good?
Yeah, that's good.
Although, in his case, he probably wants not to have it, because remember what he did when he landed in Beijing?
Yeah, but it's probably safer to do a crack deal, though, with the Secret Service at your side, though.
All right.
Nancy, you're a flipping genius.
We're going to reward you with whatever you want from the website.
Jeff will walk you through it.
Do you have a legal background?
What is the source of your superlative analysis, Nancy?
Dr. G, I do happen to be an attorney by profession from years ago, but also I like to see not just every little tree in the forest, but I also like to see the whole forest.
All right, so as an attorney, tell us what happens next with the two different cases.
We've got President Trump with the misdemeanor that expired and was turned into 34 felonies.
And then we've got the three felonies totaling at least 25 years in prison in Delaware, which is a federal court.
The people got to remember the difference between the New York jurisdiction and the federal court in Delaware.
So what's your expectation as we move forward for the four and a half months before the election?
Well, Dr. G., I'm not a litigator by background.
However, I would say a couple of things.
Number one, expect the unexpected.
And number two, I would say I sincerely doubt that the Supreme Court is going to hear a case in front of them about Hunter Biden.
Why?
Because his team says they're going to take it straight to the Supreme Court.
If that's the case, why do you think so?
And what do you think about President Trump's chances of getting in front of SCOTUS?
Well, you know, as More experienced lawyers than myself in constitutional law have stated, one of them whose initials are Mark Levin, has explained the many reasons that the Supreme Court would have an interest from a federal law, constitutional law perspective, of hearing Trump's appeal.
Conversely to that, I cannot see their interest in Hunter Biden's Drug addiction, gun violations, etc.
In particular, since the Democrat Party keeps screaming about people just like Hunter Biden under red flag laws, not being allowed to have guns.
And then what is your... I like that, you know, expect the unexpected.
What do you think is going to happen on July 11th with the sentencing?
I'm kind of convicted of the fact that they want President Trump to be incapable of campaigning.
What do you think Judge Mertran is going to say on the 11th?
Oh, I happen to agree with people who think that the left wants him in jail, period.
And so whatever the harshest sentence will be, will be what's issued.
Flip side to Hunter, I don't believe that Joe Biden will not pardon Hunter, regardless of what court does or does not hear his case.

I'm going to look for others to join me in developing, putting together an alternative to what Netanyahu will be saying and doing when it comes to that joint session.
I do not plan to attend it because I'm going to treat him the same way he treated Barack Obama.
What is Benjamin Netanyahu?
How did Benjamin Netanyahu treat Obama?
You mean when Obama sent members of his campaign to Israel to help the enemies of Bibi Netanyahu?
That's James Clyburn.
Why does the Democrat Party have such an issue with the nation of Israel and the Prime Minister who they freely elected as their Prime Minister?
Is it because of the endemic Jew hatred in that party?
Is it because the Squad is in control with their, it's all about the Benjamins and the Jewish state has hypnotized the West?
Those tweets, remember those tweets from Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib on her first day in Congress?
What did she do on the map of the world in her congressional office?
Put that big post-it note over Israel, obliterating it with the words Palestine on it?
There is institutional racism in this country, but it's not in the Republican Party.
It's in the party of the KKK.
It's in the party of the South, the Jim Crow laws.
It's in the party that is today still known as the Democrat Party.
How did they get to be so antithetical to the values upon which our nation was founded?
The whole story, everything you need to know, is in Katie Gawker's brand new book, My Muse, Katie, Next-Gen Marxism, What It Is and How to Combat It, co-authored with the Heritage Foundation's Mike Gonzalez.
This didn't start under Obama.
It didn't come to fruition under Biden.
It started 90 years ago.
In a prison where an Italian communist called Antonio Gramsci realized you're not going to take down countries like America or Italy with a revolution.
You've got to do it from the inside.
What was later to be termed the Long March through the institutions.
Sun Tzu taught us more than 2,000 years ago, to defeat your enemy you must know them.
Do you understand the new version of Marxism that is the Democrat Party?
If not, read Next Gen Marxism.

America First!
Magnificent!
Oh, well, well, well.
We are living through the Chinese curse.
May you live in interesting times, whether it's the breaking news every single morning about the former president, the current president, his son, or whether it's events in the Middle East, in Europe, or in the European parliamentary elections, which, wow, well, they bode very well, potentially, for November the 5th here in America.
Analyze It All, one of our fan favorites, the author of this superlative work.
You must, must order it today.
The Political and Strategic History of the World, Volume 1, From Antiquity to the Caesars, 14 Anno Domini.
None other than Lord Conrad Black.
Lord Black, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
So I think we'll talk about the events in Europe in our second segment.
Given your expertise on the judicial system here in America and presidential politics, as soon as I heard the news out of Delaware, my reaction was, well, I was surprised, number one, that it was guilty on all three counts, given that Delaware is Biden territory.
But my instant reaction was, that man will not serve one day in prison.
So are you surprised?
And what does this mean for the next four and a half months of American politics, Lord Black?
Slightly, because, you know, I've become so jaded at the way that system operates.
I assume that Frankly, a rotten burrow, to use 19th century British terminology like Delaware, where Joe Biden has been elected for 50 years, I assume that they might have trouble getting a guilty verdict.
Now, in fairness to him, I'm not that impressed with the gravity of the offense.
I mean, I don't think these gun charges are very Serious charges.
And he didn't do anything wrong with the gun, so I assume, you know, it's okay.
But I think the bigger question will be when we get to the taxes and the income from the influence peddling operation in the autumn.
But here the juxtaposition, of course we still have that trial to wait for that I think has been delayed to September in California.
The juxtaposition between what happened a few weeks ago in Manhattan and what happened today.
Suddenly, the left, which has been berating the judicial system as being racist and unjust, falls in love with the verdict from Judge Mo Chan.
34 felony counts on one entry concerning a legal payment to Michael Cohen, and then celebrates that result.
And then for the last five hours here in America, the mainstream legacy media have been saying, poor, poor Hunter Biden, drug addict, everything else.
So the lack of consistency is quite mind boggling.
Yeah.
Now, I myself would not wish to send him to It doesn't strike me that the charges are that serious.
I don't have any grievance against Hunter Biden at all, really.
I mean, obviously he's a guy who had terrible problems with drugs and alcohol, and his conduct has been outrageous.
But, you know, my grievance legally and ethically against the Bidens is his father claiming, po-facedly, the whole world up until very
recently, that, you know, he's, in President Eisenhower's phrase, cleaner than a hound's tooth, and they
never had the slightest hint of a scandal in the Obama years.
And, I mean, obviously, he's the most ethically compromised president in the history of that
office, I think.
And the point that none of this addresses, even the tax evasion doesn't really address
the pay for play, or the appearance of pay for play, with regards to all of these multi-million
dollar deals with communist China, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, that, you know, the real
questions have yet to be addressed.
Absolutely.
I mean, we were, all of us, rather I'm from Quebec, and Quebec in the old days took a fairly philosophical view of these things.
I don't want politicians stealing money, but I don't mind giving business to your friends and that kind of stuff.
I thought, and I think a great many others did, that the Clintons really pushed it with, you know, these phony donations to their charity and all this kind of thing.
But, I mean, the Bidens, who knew that Biden, on this issue, could have given Bill Clinton Now, some canny journalist just recently asked Joe Biden if his son were found guilty, would he pardon him?
And I think he was caught flat-footed and he said, no, I won't.
Isn't he in a bit of a pickle now?
Yeah, I think you want to wait for the sentence, and if it's not a custodial sentence, I assume you'll just let it go, but I would guess.
I mean, now I'm getting way out of my depth there, but I would think on the 6th of November, regardless of the result, If a pardon would be helpful to the Biden family, then as in so many other matters, the current president would have an attack of forgetfulness and just pardon his son.
Oh, I don't remember saying I wouldn't do it, you know?
And frankly, I wouldn't even blame him.
I mean, I understand the guy wants to pardon us.
It's the hypocrisy, I don't think.
And what does this do?
We played a montage on my Newsmax show of, it was as if the DNC headquarters literally emailed the talking point to all the legacy cable news networks.
Which I'm sure is what happened.
And then the day after the Thursday conviction, it was convicted felon, convicted felon, convicted felon.
I mean, the talking point about President Trump was, well, you can't have a convicted felon as the president.
Does today's verdict lessen the effectiveness of that new narrative talking point, or will they just try and sweep Hunter's fate under the carpet?
Well, I think the second, you know, it's not the president, it's his son.
And, you know, we all know that he had a terrible drug problem.
He courageously struggled against and overcame it.
And these were minor things that happened while he was under the influence.
And as I say, I'm actually in some sympathy with that, because I don't think we've got to the real core of the Biden legal problem, which is padding around the world for decades, influence peddling.
Now, that in itself isn't even illegal, unless U.S.
public policy was altered in consideration of money paid to the Bidens.
So, in that case, if it can be ignored, and the narrative remains for the 45th President of the United States as he campaigns, what is your expectation for July?
I think it can be ignored, but on the other hand, let's not Go too far here.
It's not an image builder.
The President's son, as far as I know, no other President's son had a problem like this.
So it does, I think, detract from the ability of the Democrats to strut around and self-righteous, dismissal of the supposed turpitude of Donald Trump. But I
think we are all concerned with this, what is this judge in the Trump case going to do?
Meaning really what's the White House going to do?
We have a minute left in this segment with Lord Conrad Black.
Follow him at ConradMBlack on Twitter, ConradMBlack.com.
What do you expect on July 11th?
Custodial sentence?
House arrest?
My expectation is they will try to exploit this for campaign purposes.
Oh, no doubt they'll do that, but is the White House going to tell Murchin to sentence Trump to a custodial sentence?
Because, I mean, I suspect that... I'm getting, again, right out of my depth there, but...
I suspect that there would be a reaction against that.
I mean, I know the absolutely sociopathic Trump haters would say, wonderful, splendid, and do a rain dance in every street in the country, but I think the average reasonable American would feel that that was really pushing it.
But if, on the other hand, there is no custodial sentence, the whole thing is a joke, his legal crisis is over, these
other three turkeys are not getting to court before the election or ever after that, so
lawfare is over.
And if, as I say, if Merchant sends him to prison, I assume the sentence would be upheld
pending appeal anyway, but if he doesn't, I think the he's a convicted felon argument
is not worth anything, and if he does, I think there will be a reaction that yes, absolutely,
this is going too far, I mean, you know, it's a very dubious charge, Cohen is not a believable
This stripper was trying to blackmail him.
The whole thing is nonsense.
And now to try and send a president to custody over that.
Trump's right.
The whole system's rotten.

Music Playing Cut now for Lord Black
Okay.
We have seen around the world a rise of populist right-wing forces in just about every democracy that we've seen.
And it is of concern to see political parties choosing to instrumentalize anger, fear, division, anxiety.
We're going to play that cut as we come in.
That's nonsense.
Is he not long for this world politically?
Can we be short of him?
Yeah, he's got another year, but you won't hear from him after that.
Good.
I mean, he's not an unpleasant guy, but he hasn't been a good prime minister.
Bye.
And was he just trucking on his last name?
Is that why?
A pretty face with a famous name who survived childbirth.
That's those here qualifications.
So not the illegitimate son of Castro?
Well, in that case, he's got two famous names.
Because the resemblance is shocking.
It is.
It is.
I'll give you that.
And it could have happened, you know, you don't know, but I had thought that Margaret's, uh, the dalliances with Fidel, uh, happened later, but I, you know, I, I just never followed it that much.
I, uh, I mean, in fairness, if he is, it's not his fault, you know what I mean?
No, but it could explain something.
But, uh, but, uh, you know, he, I wouldn't care any more than you would who his parents were.
I see his mother occasionally.
She's actually a nice woman, but a bit zany, but a nice woman.
But the fact is, he hasn't been a good prime minister.
The country has not done well under him.
And it's not the country's fault, it's his fault.
In what fashion is she zany?
Well, she's an eccentric.
You know, she accepts payments to go and give these It's not as if she needs it.
She's not poor financially.
But to meet her, she's a very nice woman.
out in a very odd way, you know, with streams of obscenities.
Really?
Yeah, but all as a kind of a joke, you see.
Wow.
I mean, it's not as if she needs it.
She's not poor financially.
But to me, she's a very nice woman, you know.
She's a very, very pleasant person.
But look, we're not on the air at this moment, are we?
We're not in the air at this moment, are we?
We can mute them.

you every democracy that we've seen.
And it is of concern to see political parties choosing to instrumentalize Anger, fear, division, anxiety.
Oh, those dreaded populists!
You mean the people who are popular and they're nationalists?
They believe in their nation?
How dreadful!
Mr. Trudeau, how appalling.
Yeah, some interesting things happened over the weekend in Europe we shall discuss.
But first, let's listen to one of the young children that you assisted with the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship summer camp program.
His name is Joseph.
I will write to my dad about what happened.
One Christmas gift I got from Angel Tree was a drawing pad.
That was my favorite I got.
I also got paint and colored pencils.
I knew he knew what I wanted and he got the right thing.
My name's Joseph and I love Angel Tree.
Just the beautiful simplicity, the colored pencils and the coloring book.
There's more than a million girls and boys in our country who have a mother or father incarcerated, and more than 70% of them will end up behind bars as well.
It's tragic.
It's a cycle we want to break.
How do we do that?
We help them feel loved this summer.
We have camps in 49 of the 50 states.
You sent thousands of children to these safe Christian summer camps last year.
I want to break that record.
It's $200 per child per week, but if you can only afford $20 or $30, it makes a difference, and we shall collect it together.
Please do this beautiful thing today.
You can call up the Prison Fellowship.
It is tax-deductible as a donation.
The number is 888-206-2794, or just go to our webpage, sebgorko.com, and the Angel Tree Banner.

Let's talk about something a little bit more recent.
A few days ago, the European Parliament had its elections and, well, the reaction from the establishment was rather telling.
Well, in Europe, voters in 27 countries have elected more far-right members to the European Parliament.
After France's far-right parties, for the first time, won more seats than the parties he supported in Europe-wide elections.
Despite considerable gains for the far-right.
Center held, as we said, but we did see these big gains on the far-right, especially as we talk about France and Germany.
Far right, far right, far right, far right.
Lord Black, please give us your analysis.
You've written a piece, I think we have it available to show our listeners as well, on what happened in Europe.
European right are looking good for government.
How significant is this?
Is this echoes of Brexit and a certain real estate magnet coming down an escalator eight years ago?
Well, I think there's some of the same impulses.
The immigration issue, of course, is one.
But, you see, it's nonsense.
This isn't the far right.
You remember when Georgia Maloney was elected Premier of Italy a couple of years ago.
Our press was saying she was a quasi-fascist.
Well, she's nothing of the kind.
She hasn't done anything remotely undemocratic.
She just happens to be relatively conservative.
But not more than that.
And she gets on splendidly with the European Commission President van der Leyen.
And she has everyone in a guessing game now whether she's going to have her European MPs sit with the establishment group or sit with the conservative group where Marine Le Pen will be the national rally leader from France.
And Marine Le Pen has moved steadily towards the center.
I think the good news on this is the defeat of the Greens, because the Europeans are simply not going to put up with this idea of skyrocketing gasoline and home fuel costs just to satisfy that gas-labeled young lady from Sweden sailing around the world condemning anyone over the age of 20 for ruining the world for her.
And the voters aren't having it.
So the electoral realities are coming to the rescue of the elites that were somehow brainwashed into this nonsense about climate change.
We all have to declare war on oil and gas or we're going to be swimming for it everywhere.
And also, I think Europe itself, the establishment has been a little more accommodating Of the responsible conservatives than they were.
And the formerly far-right, which certainly the National Front was when Le Pen's father had it, but she expelled her own father from the party.
Not just the leadership, but right out of the party.
That far-right element has moved towards the center.
So it's a constructive process, but it is also the movement to the moderate right.
I know there will be those, and we've heard them.
saying that this, that Justin Trudeau implied this.
Although, by the way, the word instrumentalized doesn't mean insofar as it actually exists.
It has nothing to do with the meaning he intended for it.
And what he really means is, people are dissatisfied with me, so they're far-right wingers, and I don't like it.
But, in fact, they aren't far-right wingers.
They're just people who want better government, with good reason.
I think it's a positive thing, and it's not a radical thing.
These aren't fascists.
These aren't racists.
There's none of that.
And even the Alternative Party in Germany, they've had a couple of people say some unwise things, but it's not worse than that.
They're not extremists.
We have only a minute left, and I'm just curious, do you see this as just a pendulum swing, or something more significant triggered by mass immigration?
I think it is a number of things together, but the French going back towards Gaullism, responsible nationalism, the Germans ...starting finally to behave responsibly as the most powerful country in Europe, which, if they do it, will be the first time since Bismarck was fired in 1890.
They either had, you know, leaders who deferred to their allies like Adenauer and Kohl, fine men as they were, or lunatics like the Kaiser and Hitler.
And so I think everything is sorting out.
The wild card Well, we've run out of time.
We will save it for the next opportunity.
awkwardly backwards is England. They may elect a socialist government which is the exact
opposite direction everyone else is going in.
Well, we've run out of time. We will save it for the next opportunity. Lord Conrad Black

Is he connected?
Yes.
All right, let's put the picture up there of a man I have known for many years, Pastor Mark Burns, who I guess he's had enough of saving souls and now he's running for Congress.
Actually, we've got a photograph of Mike Lindell and me and the pastor at Bedminster.
Let's put that up instead.
Pastor Burns, welcome back to America First!
Happy to be here, my brother.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
So happy to hear you, brother.
So tell me, when did this crazy idea come to you?
And what has it been like to step into the political arena?
Well, I'll tell you, you know, listen, you know, you know, you and I and others like
Mike Lindell, we've been traveling this country for the last eight years supporting the greatest
president in our lifetime, President Donald Trump, speaking at all of the nation's most
prominent conservative events.
And for me, I just got to the point, Sebastian, to where I just felt like I needed to do more
than just rally up the people and get them excited and get them ready to bust through
a brick wall for Donald Trump.
I need to get in the fight.
The president needs strong, conservative, pit bull conservatives like yourself and myself to go to Washington DC and support him in his effort to help make America great again.
And so on April the 1st, the President calls me up, you know, Jeff Duncan retiring in the 3rd Congressional District, and because he retired, the seat opened up, and the day, the final day of the fouling, the President calls me up and says, you know, go run.
And that's exactly what I did.
And how's it been since April?
You've got several people running, right?
Yeah, there's seven different candidates, but right now we are leading by every poll that's out there because this is Trump country.
This is Trump ground zero here in the third congressional district.
When I win this primary, I'm going to win the seat because a Democrat cannot win.
And what are you seeing amongst those who may not have been MAGA but have seen the light perhaps in the last three and a half years in South Carolina?
Well, listen, without a shadow of a doubt, I mean, even amongst the black community here in Anderson, and I'm here at Mama Pen Restaurant in Anderson, South Carolina, and the massive growing of black support amongst black Democrats who are now supporting President Trump, who is knocking at 22, 23% of the total black vote.
These people were Biden and Clinton, but now they are on the MAGA train.
And it's not just within the black community.
You're seeing this amongst white liberals who hate the way the country has been ran under sleepy Joe Biden.
I mean, the brother, you know, Joe Biden, you know, went into a day stare at a Juneteenth event today and kind of lost himself.
And maybe he used the bathroom again on himself.
I'm not quite sure.
But the man don't need to be at a Juneteenth event running the country.
He needs to be in a nursing home ending up the rest of his day.
But, you know, that's what the Democrats want.
So we're seeing, Sebastian, a massive growing of supporters who were anti-Trump the last cycle, now they're voting for Donald Trump.
Alright, we've got 60 seconds left.
We're talking to Pastor Mark Burns, candidate for South Carolina's 3rd Congressional District.
Follow him at PastorMarkBurns, support him at MarkBurns.org.
Do you give credence to the polls outside of South Carolina that say maybe up to 30% of black Americans are ready to vote Republican and vote for President Trump?
Is that believable?
It is absolutely believable.
When I tell you my black brothers and sisters, like here in the Dirty South, right, when I tell you that they are supporting Donald Trump, I had an event two weeks ago and we packed out a massive restaurant, about 160 people, all black, supporting Donald Trump.
and Mark Burns for U.S. Congress because they are not believing the lies.
They are jumping on the Trump chain.
They know that President Trump was loved by the black community when he donated a building
in Wall Street to help black people vote under the Rainbow Coalition.
Donald Trump did that.
That's why he received our civil rights reward.
Rosa Parks and Reverend Al Sharpton. So people remember that and they know that
the lies has been pushed by the Democratic Party is a lie.
Black folks, you got to work for our vote now and Donald Trump literally

Can you hear me?
Yes.
Can you hear me?
Hello, hello, hello.
Oh, yes, I do.
You're very faint.
Can we pop me up, guys?
Or does it have to be on her end?
That would have to be on her end here.
No, you'd have to do it on your end.
Okay.
I didn't even know when I booked you that you have a podcast with Salem.
You did not know that?
No, I guess we're colleagues.
I knew you had a podcast.
I didn't know it was with us, so I guess we're colleagues.
Okay.
That's not very good inter-office communication, is it?
Well, I think we have far too many podcasts for me to keep track of them.
That's the issue.
I actually tend to agree with you.
How long have you had the podcast?
Over two years.
Fabulous.
All right.
What do we want in the Chiron, guys?
Have you got a website for her?
One second.
Lastly.
I would just say the Michelle Tafoya podcast.
Wherever their podcasts can be found.
Good.
All right.
You ready to talk about wokeness?
Oh, I need the coach.
I need the coach.
Come in with the coach.
And then...

And then... Then you'll tee up the coach.
Then I'll tee up the coach.
Okay.
We didn't even talk about the five primaries.
No worries.
Okay.
All right.
Thanks.
Bye.
Okay.
Alright.
And you've got B-roll for Relentless, right?
Yeah, I've got it.

Sometimes the cuts are just too many and the breaking news is just too fast and I don't get to play all of them.
Yesterday there was a doozy from a very young-looking coach and man.
Just the delivery?
And then this complete silence from the woke journalists.
It was a delight.
Hey Joe, Vince Gould with Yahoo Sports.
For the first time since 1975, this is the NBA Finals where you have two black head coaches.
Given the plight sometimes of black head coaches in the NBA, do you think this is a significant moment?
Do you take pride in this?
How do you view this or do you not see it at all?
I wonder how many of those are been Christian coaches.
Couldn't he just like pick up the mic and just like drop it?
That was epic.
Let's analyze it with somebody who knows a darn sight more about sport than I do.
Well, you can ask me about rugby and cricket.
She is my colleague!
She is the host of the superlative podcast named, interestingly, The Michelle Tafoya Show.
Michelle, welcome to America First.
Great to see you.
All right, so tell me, this Coach Missoula soundbite, how epic is that?
And do you think any of those woke journalists had any idea what he was saying?
No one was ready for that answer.
That I can guarantee you.
I've been in a million of those press conferences.
I bet you have.
And I think that there's this assumption that if you're asking a black coach a question about being black, They're gonna give you an answer that you want.
He gave the most unexpected answer.
In other words, what he was saying was, my identity is not that I'm black.
My identity is based on my faith.
And you know what?
This is just a generation of journalists who is not ready for that.
So what, I mean, you are really, you know better than anyone else, the field, not just, you know, sports, but also the way it's covered.
Are we cherry picking interesting events or is something happening?
I know it's UFC, so it's not, you know, football, but when you see a fighter win and then he One of them's black.
The other one's white.
And they jump out of the cage to say hi to President Trump.
And one of them says, I'm donating to you!
Let's elect a felon.
Is something happening in sports?
Because we've been suffering from this woke NFL, woke everything else.
Should we start to feel good?
Well, I think we should always feel good, no matter what's going on in sports.
But I think the UFC is a very distinct It tends to be very conservative in terms of its fans and its participants.
So I think that is unique.
I would, although I will say that, you know, we have seen Trump go to college football games and get standing ovations and go into other arenas and get standing ovations.
I think at this point, what I'm hearing from just everyone that I speak to, whether they're involved in pro sports or not, they're really tired.
Of the way things have been the last three and a half years or so.
And they're tired of being lectured to, and they're tired of being told what their values are supposed to be and what they're supposed to believe and whom they're supposed to listen to.
And I think whether or not you like Trump, what he stands for is this individualism, this everyman.
It's amazing to me still, and everyone always says this, here's a billionaire who somehow represents the everyman.
Yeah.
And so I think that's how people feel about this.
I have seen some very liberal people change their minds and say, I'm sick of this prosecution, prosecution, whatever you want to call it, of Trump.
It's probably both.
Yeah.
And I'm sick of being told that the problems that I see, whether it's at the border, whether it's crime, whatever it is, whether you're forcing electric vehicles on me, I'm tired.
And I want someone who just sounds a little bit more like me, or at least is voicing the things that I value.
On the flip side, when we're seeing all of this, you know, positive response, what about what the administration is doing?
I mean, my children were college athletes, both rowers.
My son was D1, my daughter was D3.
I mean, they've just destroyed female sports and they've just negated Title IX, correct?
I do not like what's happened to Title IX.
I'm old enough to remember, and I was a very wee little child, but I remember my dad came to me.
He had an oldest son and three young daughters, and he said to me, now you'll get all the opportunities that your brother has and that your mother never got when Title IX passed.
So it was this floodgate opening of opportunities for us to be athletes.
I was never a good one.
I was better talking about it than I was doing it.
But I can tell you that when Leah Thomas represented Penn and got in the swimming pool at the NCAAs those few years back, I just couldn't believe we were there.
And I spoke to, and I'm not going to name them, Olympic athletes, swimmers, who just said, this is crazy.
This is from the same group that tells us to believe in science and that we're science deniers.
XX and XY are not equal.
Chromosomally, we're made differently.
So no matter how you identify, when it comes down to biology and the advantages of one over the other, it is insurmountable.
She's such a hater.
It's crazy to me.
She believes in science.
She believes in chromosomes.
She's a legend for her sideline coverage every Sunday night.

On the what?
On November 5th, for the voters.
Oh, yeah.
So where are you based out of?
I have to laugh every time I say it.
I've been laughing for 30 years.
I live in Minnesota, having grown up in California.
Why do you laugh?
This place is nuts.
Nuts!
And it's sad because I used to be really okay with and somewhat proud of saying I lived here and it's gone to hell in a handbasket.
Well, it's up to us.
We have to say I enjoy, so I see you on Fox and then I follow your Twitter.
You've got a very solid Twitter game.
Why, thank you!
You've got a very solid wardrobe game, and I'm going from here to my daughter's soccer game, so I'm just in a t-shirt.
I apologize.
Not at all.
Not at all.
I came out of the womb in a suit, so... I was the nerd who wore a jacket and tie in college, so... Did you really?
Yeah.
Every day?
No, not every day, but most days.
Yeah, most days.
And on the days you didn't, what did you wear?
On the days I didn't, a dress shirt.
I love blue jeans.
I have a thing for custom-made suits and blue jeans.
I'm one one extreme or the other You
You She no loss she knows so long as I was denied our freedom

I see our guest squishing her IFB in her ear trying to hear what Biden said.
It's pointless, my dear.
Absolutely bloody pointless because it was gobbledygook.
Play that again.
It's just too good.
Just too good.
This is allegedly the President of the United States going... Play cut.
She knows so long as she's denied, our freedom can never be secured.
No cognitive problem.
None at all.
Not a problem.
The nuclear war isn't going to start with that guy just mispronouncing something.
Oh dear, dear, dear, dear lord.

I highly recommend you follow her at Michelle with one L underscore Tafoya, host of the Michelle Tafoya podcast.
We've only got two minutes left.
I want to ask you because yeah, I mean, I went through your Twitter feed before we had you on today and you have you comment on everything and it's all great.
What do you think is going to be the big issue that kind of red pills the most Americans for November the 4th to get my old boss back in the White House?
You know, if we were voting today, I would say the economy, right?
It always comes down to money in the pocket.
But I do think what's heavily weighing on the minds of Americans is southern border immigration.
And we see that around the globe, right?
We see what is happening in other countries.
And it is it is brutal here.
So I think that and crime and I think crime is kind of associated with that.
You know, we see a lot of crime coming from these illegal immigrants who are here and committing a trope.
Not all of them.
I'm not trying to paint with a broad brush, but we see that we're not getting all the best citizens here from from crossing the border.
So I think those two things really go hand in hand.
But I think the economy, I think people Want to buy houses and want to buy groceries and want to buy fuel and don't want to go broke.
Yeah.
It's the economy, stupid, as they said many, many years ago.
I like the fact that she's got those rugby balls on the shelves behind her, but why don't I have a street sign with... You don't play rugby, do you?
I did play rugby.
I was the number eight, second row.
It's a real man's game.
No helmets, no padding, just for real men.
None of the pansies are playing American football.
I want to know why she's got a road sign with her name on it.
I want a road sign with my name on it.
In the meantime, follow her at MichelleTafoya.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, the forgotten men and women of America.
That's our topic next.
The working class, betrayed by the Uniparty and especially the left, with a very special
guest.
It's Women's Hour.
Don't go anywhere.
You're listening to America First.
With me, Sebastian Gawker.
Stay on this channel.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
I'll see you next time.
See you next time.
Bye.
Woo!
The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer.
Everyone is listening to you now.
You came by the tens of millions to become part of a historic movement the likes of which the world has never seen before.
At the center of this movement is a crucial conviction that a nation exists to serve its citizens.
That was the inauguration speech of my former boss, the 45th, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th President of the United States.
It was lambasted by the mainstream legacy media as being a dark, depressing inauguration.
I found it quite the contrary.
I was right there listening with my wife, with my muse, Katie Gorka.
We were both presidential appointees in that administration.
And it was a speech that made you feel hopeful for the nation.
And especially for the, as the President said, the forgotten men and women who have been, as far as I'm concerned, betrayed by both parties for at least half a century.
We're going to discuss all of that with a special guest, but what is it with my publisher, not my publisher, with my wife's publisher, do they only publish women now?
Are they sexists?
My wife Katie has her brand new book, Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it, with Mike Gonzalez.
And today's guest is also a member of the Fairer Sex, Batya Ungar-Sargon.
And her book, which has been the topic of many an interview in the last two months, is Second Class, How the Elites Betrayed America's Working Men and Women.
Batya, welcome to America First.
Thank you so much for having me.
What a pleasure to be here with you.
Well, you have, I mean, look, we had to get in line.
You had to do everybody else's podcast first.
My buddies at Spiked, my buddies at Trigonometry and many, many others.
But I'm glad we finally made it because your take is a rather unusual one.
Because you turn many of the conventional wisdoms, the nostrums, the clichés on their head with your analysis of what's happening in America, what is the economic and political reality, and especially this question of class.
Let's dive straight in with this observation you make about The dreaded 1% and everyone else.
The Bernie Bros and the AOCs of the world rail against the Elon Musks and the Bezoses, saying the evil, evil capitalists straight out of Karl Marx and Engels.
But really, it shouldn't be a discussion of the 1 versus the 99.
Will you expand upon this 20 versus the 80, and who's in the 20?
Yeah, that's exactly right.
You know, we think about 1971 as a very important year because that is the year that working class wages started to stagnate and then to fall when you factor in inflation.
And so the question is really what started to go wrong then, right?
And how did things get so bad today such that for the average working-class American, the American dream is really out of reach?
And it's funny because you're totally right.
The elites in the top 10%, the top 20% love to blame the billionaires.
They rail against the billionaire class.
But if you compare the share of the GDP that's controlled by the 1% today to the share that was controlled in the 1970s—again, that high watermark for working-class wages—it has not significantly changed at all.
So what happened?
Where did the American dream go?
It did not actually go to the billionaires.
In the 70s, the largest share of the GDP was controlled by the middle class, and today the largest share of the GDP is controlled by the top 20% who control over 50% of the GDP, and we're talking about those over-credentialed college elites who live on the coasts and marry each other and have combined household incomes of $500,000 a year, a million dollars a year, who still see themselves as middle class while railing against, you know, the billionaires, but it is they who have plundered the middle class, who have plundered the working class, and to disguise it, Dr. Gorka,
Let's talk a little bit about that 20%.
That is their alibi.
And let's talk a little bit about that 20%.
Talk to us about what these people end up doing who go to college in their 20s, come
out indebted.
What kind of jobs do they actually do?
I mean, you made a very clear observation mathematically of the surfeit of those who have degrees that are irrelevant to, you know, making cappuccinos at Starbucks.
Yeah, exactly.
So, you know, 11% of people who have a college degree are in the service industry, but they probably will not spend their whole career there.
A lot of people do that in between college and grad school, right?
A lot of these people, they're rent seekers, Dr. Gorka, is what they are.
They're people who don't produce anything of value that other people can use.
They work in the knowledge industry.
So they work either in information jobs, in managerial jobs, in professional jobs, some of them are in the health industry, you know, providing services that are, you know, important to a society, but a lot of them are journalists, you know, people working in managerial positions, where essentially that college degree gave them access to the kind of salary that allows them to work much less
hard and earn much more money and indeed have a shot at the American dream, whereas the
people who we all rely on to survive, you know, truck drivers, nurses aid, people who pick crops
and stock the shelves at your local pharmacy, people who actually do jobs we require to
survive, these people are struggling.
and increasingly the American dream is completely out of reach for them.
You say repeatedly that this 20% should actually be looking at themselves as the real 1%.
They seem to have utter disdain for the people who make sure that they have Wi-Fi, clean drinking water, make their roads work, make sure that they've got electricity at home.
I see this myself because you know I hang out with the president at the rallies you know and I see the working-class people and I see the attitudes to them from the likes of what was it it was MSNBC or it was It was the three Haridans, Jen Psaki, Joy Reid, and Rachel Maddow, who after the Virginia primary said, what is this thing that Trump voters are concerned about the border?
Is it because they have a border in Virginia with West Virginia?
I mean, it's Marie Antoinette kind of thing.
I understand that you can't relate to them and you think you're better than them, but what is the genesis of this utter vituperative disdain they have for the people who actually make sure that their their almond milk is at the Whole Foods when they go shopping.
Well, they learn it in college.
A lot of these people go to elite universities, which have stopped being institutions where they teach people anything and become effectively institutions that confer status on people and shrink the pathway to the American dream to people who hold this credential.
And of course, you cannot graduate from an elite university without having been inculcated into the woke mindset.
And so they're really taught as a way of Fomenting and solidifying their status as being above that of the common man, the average man, that they are much better than those people.
And thus, they should have immense amounts of disdain for them.
But from another point of view... But they don't have classes in hate the man who comes home and has to leave his boots outside.
So Harvard doesn't have a look down on the man who wears overalls.
It's got to be more than just the wokey faction of the colleges.
Yeah, I think there's a very important economic rationale here, which is that we know that throughout history, every time there has been a kind of democratic revolution in which electoral power was taken from the elites and given to the middle class, it was the result of the middle class realizing that they had more economic power than political power.
And the same thing is now happening to the elites.
They have plundered the middle class.
They took huge shares of the GDP that used to be shared by the middle class, and they're now part of the elites.
They're consolidated in that top 20%.
And they, too, have realized that they have more money than political power, and they think they should have all the political power.
They think that just as they have consolidated so much of the GDP, they should get to consolidate political power, and their votes should count for more.
And in order to disguise the nakedness of this power grab, they had to convince themselves that the working class that they were leaving behind, who used to be the Democrats' base, that they deserve to be left behind.
This is where the feminist discourse comes from, toxic masculinity.
We don't have to worry about the fact that we used to be the side that ensured that a
man could support a family in a dignified manner on a single income because those men
don't deserve it because they are toxic.
You see how all of these languages that come out of the elites.
They're racists.
That's why we don't have to care about the fact that we, who used to protect the American dream for the working class for labor, have abandoned them to cater to, you know, gender studies, studies podcasters.
It's a rationale for the outrage of having abandoned labor.

So often we hear from the children and the camp organizers of our Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Summer Camp program for children who've lost a parent to the prison system.
But what about hearing from one of the fathers whose children was gifted by your generosity?
Here's a little comment from one of those men.
I was incarcerated for about seven years, and Angel Tree played a significant role as a young father in that context.
It was a powerful thing.
It actually brought my children hope that their dad was thinking about them, and they were an extension of my hand to them, and God got glory out of it.
It was an amazing, amazing experience.
That is what you can do by donating today.

We are back with the author of the new book, Second Class, How the Elites Betrayed America's
Working Men and Women, by Batya Ungar Sargon.
Batya, let's continue your analysis.
You said something fascinating.
You used the word horrifying and disgusting that 20% of America controls 50% of the GDP.
Is it horrifying or disgusting?
I'm curious to have you qualify those adjectives because you talk about transfers of wealth.
You use this very Marxist phrase as if the pie of wealth is closed.
My analysis would be the pie is always growing but the way it was grown was by sending working-class jobs to Mexico and China and that's the problem.
Not the fact that 20% create 50% of the GDP, it's the fact that everybody else is being railroaded.
Oh yes, you're absolutely right.
And I should be more careful in how I phrase that.
The way that they plundered the working class was by creating policy that was designed to put money in their pockets at the expense of working class people.
For example, by shipping good-paying manufacturing jobs overseas to build up the middle classes of our enemies like China.
Hang on, hang on.
Plundering is taking somebody else's wealth.
They didn't plunder the working class.
They betrayed them and took their jobs away.
That's it.
Yeah, sure.
That's a better way of saying it.
Yeah.
I mean, yeah, there was a step in between the plunder.
They didn't literally like rob them.
Yeah, I totally agree.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, but for example, an upward transfer of wealth is when you take an industry like being a janitor, let's say, that used to provide the American dream for millions and millions of Americans.
And then you bring in 10 million people from failed socialist states who are enslaved to cartels who will work for any money, $7 an hour let's say, right?
And now the people who are hiring cleaning people, right, in that top 20 percent no longer
have to pay a living wage.
They can pay an illegal immigrant a fraction of that, right?
That's a plunder of working-class wages.
It's an upward transfer of wealth.
They created a policy, mass migration, right?
So in 1971, the share of the population that was foreign-born was 4 percent.
Today it's 15 percent, which is the same as it was in the Gilded Age, right, which is,
you know, the period characterized by the most inequality in American history.
The thing I want to ask you, Dr. Gorka, is because you were on the scene at a revolutionary moment where President Trump realized that in order to right this ship, for the working class and represent the working man, he was
going to have to take on both parties, because, of course, both parties participated in the sort
of open borders, globalization, right, downgrading of working-class labor, defunding of vocational
training, right?
Both parties were invested in that. There was no real difference between them on economics.
And then President Trump showed up and said, actually, I'm going to take on both sides on
I'm going to take on both sides on trade.
I'm going to take on both sides on tariffs.
What was that like?
How did he—first of all, how did he know to do that?
Where did he get the gumption to do it?
And how did he know he could succeed when the entire political establishment was saying the other thing?
Welcome to the Batya Ungar Sargon show with your guest Sebastian Gorka.
Well look, the peculiar thing about President Trump that really isn't understood by left and right, is that he's not an ideological actor.
You can't put him in a box.
Remember, this is a presidential Republican candidate who, you know, walked around the stage with a gay pride flag, right?
That's a Republican.
You can't put him in a shablon.
There's no taxonomy that functions for President Trump.
The moment I met him in 2015 in Trump Tower, and, you know, I'd been advising the Cruise campaign with my wife, and I was invited to meet President Trump, and I thought, who?
The guy from the reality TV show?
Okay.
I mean, not really my background.
I grew up in England, went to a private school, debate club, all that business, philosophy and theology degree, then a PhD in political science, so it's a very different métier.
But when I met him within 90 seconds, Bhatia, I realized two things about this man.
He detests political correctness.
He sees it as fascistic.
And he loves America, and he wants to fix America.
And I said, OK, I can live with that.
There's no ideology to the man, unless loving America is an ideology.
Because it's really that crude and that simple.
He loves America.
He sees it being controlled by those who are interested in one thing, the, quote unquote, managed decline of a superpower.
And that's the uniparty.
And the fact is he knew both sides of the aisle because he'd had to, you know, you don't get to be the most successful real estate mogul in New York without understanding what the neoliberal right and what the borderless left are trying to achieve.
So he knew them and he didn't like them.
Now, he ran a cropper.
of the rhinos.
He ran a cropper of the deep state and we'll discuss that lately or later in the show.
But the fact is it was done just with a passion, just a passion for America and the America that, you know, was inculcated into him by his father who said, you know, go west young man and build and make things and make wealth.
The idea that, oh, he's got a silver spoon in his mouth.
No, no, no.
His dad wasn't a billionaire.
His dad was a moderately successful construction magnate doing low to middle income housing
in New York.
He wasn't building golf courses in St. Andrews.
So he is, to all intents and purposes, a self-made man.
But that's enough of interviewing me.
I'm out of time for this segment.

There's one word.

A construction worker.
What's it like seeing so many Republicans in Manhattan, so many Trump supporters in Manhattan?
Does that surprise you?
No, not at all.
It's turning now.
Trump's turn again.
What's your message to Joe Biden?
F*** you.
I can't get enough of that.
They're outside the courtroom at 5 a.m.
My Newsmax colleague says, hey, Mr. Construction Worker, straight out of Central Casting, any message for the incumbent?
Yeah, he can go stick it where the sun don't shine.
The working class have had it and they're on the side of the Billionaire from Queens.
We'll unpack that in a moment.
But first things first, if you love this show as much as we love providing it to you, support those who make it possible.
This is an NPR.
We don't get half a billion dollars of your taxpayer money every year.
This is a free market enterprise made possible by great patriots like Mike Lindell.
Yes, he is the inventor of the MyPillow, the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape, of which he has sold 81 million.
It is that good.
That's why my cranium rests on one every single night.
But are you aware he He has hundreds of items on his website, and guess what?
They're made in America!
By Americans!
How on message is that?
Don't buy that Chinese tat on Amazon.

So Bhatia, let's ruminate on this for a moment because I just find it so delicious that he truly is a billionaire who lives in, you know, Gold sparkly towels in Manhattan when he's not at Mar-a-Lago or on his private jet.
And then as that construction worker demonstrated, he is utterly adored by the working class.
And not just the white working class, you know, Irish welder.
I mean, you know, we've got the B-roll.
We've got that black kid, that 10-year-old, in Harlem, of all places, Who starts the chant, we love you Trump!
And then the little Hispanic girl chimes in.
And then all the adults outside the bodega, they join in the chant with him.
Or the rally in New Jersey.
Not exactly MAGA land, not Texas.
And you've got 100,000 mostly minority people from New Jersey at a MAGA rally.
You've traveled the nation.
Explain how that happens, how the billionaire with the private jet has 100,000 person rallies in New Jersey.
Yeah, absolutely.
I was not surprised by that because I had traveled the country for a year interviewing working-class Americans from all political persuasions, all backgrounds, all races, in many, many different industries.
And what I found was a remarkable consensus whether people voted for Democrats or Republicans on the issues.
And it was amazing.
There was like almost nothing that distinguished the Trump loving Amazon driver from West Virginia
from the gay nurses aid from Florida in terms of policy.
They wanted the same things.
And guess who represents those policy issues?
Mr. Donald Trump.
He's running as a consensus candidate, which is why he is such a threat to the Democrats
because he has picked up the pro labor, pro working class democratic platform
that the Dems used to have, whether it was during the New Deal era,
or even as recently as the 90s, when they realized that the way
that you protect working class wages is by controlling the border on immigration,
on abortion, on trade, on trans.
On racial issues, on unions, Donald Trump is where the working class is at.
He is speaking their language, and he is appealing to the vast American middle.
And like he said at the Bronx, he wants to unify the country.
And if it wasn't for this insane backlash against him from the elites, who correctly
identify him as a threat to the oligarchy of the credentialed, he would be seen as the
unity candidate that he is.
You are a woman of the left, I understand.
Is there anybody you speak to in your travels who's in the 20% or the 1% left-wing elite who understands why that black kid outside that bodega is screaming, we love you, Trump?
Or are they just whistling past the graveyard and saying, la, la, la.
It's so funny turning on cable news and watching, you know, CNN or MSNBC and what you have is, you know, like a panel of five millionaires sitting there saying, how could anybody not love this economy?
My stock portfolio is up.
My house is worth six times what it was, you know, like just clueless, totally clueless that the average American is standing in line at the supermarket Yeah.
as the tally goes up, has to literally put items back that they cannot afford to feed their children
because they know exactly how much is in their bank account.
This is an outrage, an outrage, and yet it is so hard to get the Democrats to admit it.
And when you finally do get them to admit things, they always project and turn things around.
So even as they are trying to get the most popular politician in the country off of the ballot and into jail, they are accusing him of election interference.
It's so unbelievable.
The projection is just off the hook.
We're talking to Batya Ungar Sargon.

All right, I actually did homework for this interview, so I'm just keying off stuff.
I think this is from your Brendan O'Neill Spiked Online interview.
Brendan is a great, great man, a true journalist.
You analyze, you're of a Jewish faith, you're wearing the Star of David, and you analyze what we've seen in the last nine months.
On the campuses, across the streets of Western cities, from the river to the sea, insanity, the president of Harvard saying, well, you know, genocide, it's contextual.
And your reaction, you said two things about the leftist, what shall we call them?
Let's call them lemmings, the cultists.
You said, they'll grow out of it.
And then you also said they're not really that dangerous.
Now here's my pushback or what I'd like you to react to.
My 84 year old mother-in-law hasn't grown out of it.
She's more woken than she's ever been.
She thinks President Trump is a felon and Biden is amazing.
So the idea that the inculcated will one day believe that a man can't drop his testicles off and become a woman, I'm not so sure about.
And then I think Brendan actually said this, they're not that dangerous.
Or maybe you said, don't worry about them.
And then he said, they can't fight their way out of a paper bag.
OK, maybe not the keffiyeh-wearing feminism studies student on Berkeley campus who's desperate for their latte, but I'm not worried about them.
I'm worried about their father.
And their uncle, who is running the Department of Justice, who is working in the FBI, who's at Facebook, who's at Twitter, who's at DHS, who says, you know that Steve Bannon guy?
He needs to be in prison.
Oh, oh, oh, let's raid the former president's house at gunpoint.
So let me get your reaction to the question of why would they ever grow out of the Mind-bending indoctrination.
And then secondly, when we see the leader of the opposition, who's got working-class, black, Hispanic Americans wanting him to be their president, facing 713 years in prison, surely this political tribe is an imminent threat to the functioning of the republic.
I'm going to do the second one first.
I think that a little bit proves my point.
Conservatives, MAGA people, Donald Trump, are in much more danger from the state power of these fanatics than Jewish students on college campuses who are, you know, progressives, right?
And, you know, I hope my Jewish brothers and sisters will forgive me for saying this, but I feel so deeply alienated from the use of the safetiest language To defend Jewish progressives who are in the most privileged place on the planet—you know, Harvard University—and their complaint is that they're not getting the kinds of protections that the trans people got.
And to that I say, yeah, you know who else didn't get them?
Your fellow white students, your Trump-supporting students who you went to school with.
Why was it okay when they were being treated like this?
And so I totally reject that.
It's the job of the Jewish community to stand with this country and stand with the values that this great nation was founded on and not demand our place in the DEI hierarchy.
And so exactly what you're saying, yeah, state power is being wielded in a dangerous way, but not against Jews.
And so I think that's a very important point to point out.
You say, how do I know they're going to grow out of it?
You know what I call them?
I probably shouldn't, this is probably unwise, but I call them the know-nothing they-thems.
Because, first of all, I mean, not that that joke is beneath me, but a lot of them do identify as they-thems.
You know, in 10 years, they're not going to identify as they-thems anymore.
Why?
What gives you that certitude?
Because being a they-them is not like being a lesbian.
It's rejecting adulthood.
It's demanding that other people rearrange their lives and their speech patterns to cater to your narcissism.
There's no way to sustain that.
As an adult, we don't meet a lot of they, thems.
First of all, the vast majority of Americans who are working class and middle class, the 80%, they don't want to know from this, right?
So it's only within these elite spaces, and these elite spaces are already full, right?
Journalism is contracting, right?
How many more journalists do you think there are jobs for as they, thems, right?
So there's a limited number of industries that will cater to this kind of nonsense, and I think the same thing is true for supportive Hamas.
Okay.
Fascinating.
The book is Second Class, How the Elites Betrayed America's Working Men and Women.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First One-on-One.
You can do your part.
You don't have to be running for national office, although school board would be kind
of cool, but at least don't fund the they-them-know-nothings.
Don't fund the left.
If you have a cell phone which is connected to the big cell phone providers, you're funding
the left with every call you make and every text you send.
Yeah, it's really that simple.
The big cell phone companies are woke.
They're left-wing.
They donate millions of dollars every year to organizations who are trying to cancel
and censor conservatives.
The gun control foundations, the Planned Parenthood.
Why would you fund all of those with your phone calls?
That's insanity.
There's only one conservative cell phone company in the nation.
It's the one I use.
It's called Patriot Mobile.
When my cell phone provider surrendered to Nancy Pelosi's illegal January 6th committee
and was prepared to give up my phone data, my wife's phone data, and my children's phone
data, I said, that's it.
And I cut the cord and I switched to Patriot Mobile.
It's super easy.
Keep your old number.
Keep your old phone or get an upgrade.
But you will be with a conservative company that protects your data and donates millions
of dollars to causes you believe in, to the protection of the First Amendment, the Second
Amendment and the sanctity of the unborn.
Glenn and his team are superb.
They have the same nationwide coverage.
It's as easy as dialing 972-PATRIOT.

Come in with retribution, please, Eric.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
Not going to let this happen.
A lot of what you write, Bhatia, is about the economics of it all.
That the pride of working, of having control over your future, that has been ignored by the neoliberal Chamber of Commerce, right, and the elitist bi-coastal left.
Fixing that, bringing the jobs back home, reinstigating a tariff war with China, if God willing President Trump wins, if we do our part.
That has to happen.
We have to have those jobs back here.
But it's not enough.
Do you have an expectation that we can fix what has happened to I don't call it the deep state anymore.
I call it the in-your-face state.
When you're raiding Mar-a-Lago, putting Steve Bannon in prison for the full four months of the election, that's an in-your-state phase.
What expectations do you have for being able to fix that?
I'm not worried by President Trump taking revenge, because he won't do that.
But we need to see people who've abused the Constitution go to prison.
My issue is this.
This is all I've been thinking about since last Thursday in the President's so-called guilty verdict.
I know that tens of millions of Americans have lost utter and complete faith in the system that can put them in prison.
That is not fixed by one election, in my opinion.
It's a really important point.
I believe we arrived at this situation due to the unbelievable economic power that an over-credentialed elite has and its contempt for the rule of law because of its contempt for the masses, for the average American, for the regular working class person.
Those things go hand in hand.
And so, to me, if we could rebalance that economic inequality and give the people back Autonomy over their lives, self-determination, the American dream when people have a little bit of extra room left.
They will know what to do with it.
They will know how to mobilize in a nonviolent political way to restore the institutions of this great nation.
They are just too broke right now to think about anything else, and that has to be stage one.
And along with fixing that, ameliorating that downward pressure on the people who work the hardest in this country, as President Trump did from day one in office, there will be that spiritual revitalization, because, again, like, they're just too broke.
Men are too broke to see themselves as providers, to see themselves as men and as masculine and all of the things that we associate with, you know, a thriving civilization and a thriving culture.
And I believe that with those things, they are necessary but insufficient starting conditions for fixing things like the deep state, I believe.
I think she studied philosophy as well.
Did you catch that?
Necessary, but not sufficient.
Okay, I remember that from many millennia ago.
All right, one of the smartest men I know.
I told him you were coming on the show.
So Rich Minita wanted me to ask you this question.
Do you think the working class is figuring out that political correctness is a type of class warfare?
That they resent political correctness and therefore that's partially why they're voting for President Trump?
It's a great question.
I don't know if you're going to like my answer or not.
It's his question.
He'll decide whether he likes it or not.
What I found when I traveled the country and interviewed, you know, a hundred working class people of all political persuasions was The vast majority.
In fact, I can't think of a single person who didn't agree with Republicans about wokeness and about the cultural issues.
They found wokeness to be intolerable and intolerant and really gross and vile and the re-racialization of American life.
Everybody hated that, including blacks and Hispanics.
Their economic concerns—and again, this is Republicans and Democrats—were much more important to them.
They do not need politicians to tell them what values to have, what to believe in.
I believe this is where Ron DeSantis' campaign really fell short.
If Nikki Haley kind of represented the old, pre-Trump GOP that simply has no constituency anymore, Ron DeSantis misunderstood Trump's appeal.
He thought Trump's appeal was the kind of anti-PC culture, and that's it.
And that was wrong.
Trump's appeal is that he built an economy that gave dignity back to the hardest working Americans
who really get a lot of self-respect and pride from their work and feel that it is undignified
how hard they work and how little they make.
Yeah, they're anti-woke.
They don't like PC culture, but they simply don't have the luxury to vote on it.
And as a result, it's not extremely important to them that this be the major issue of a campaign.
It's very important to Republican elites.
I understand that because of course.
They have been rescued from the pinch of poverty, but for working-class Americans making 50k a year and supporting four children and trying to feed them and get them to school and back, they agree with you on the woke stuff, they agree with you on PC culture, but they just don't have the luxury of making that the one thing that they vote on.
Right, so to translate it, it's don't ignore but de-emphasize the culture war stuff and concentrate on the economics?
Yeah, if a politician, a Republican politician was asking me what to do, what I would tell them is this.
The first politician to come out the gate and say, we need much less immigration and much more access to affordable, high quality health care would get an immediate 60% of the vote.
The working class wants Fewer immigrants competing for their jobs, more access to
health care.
They're pro-gay and worried about trans.
They hate welfare, but they support raising taxes on corporations and the rich, probably
to pay for health care and pay off the deficit.
And so they're aggressively, aggressively moderate, is who the American working class
is.
There's no difference between the working class people who vote for Democrats and working
class people who vote for Republicans.
It's just some of them pick immigration and some of them pick health care.
But neither party is really speaking to exactly where they are or wasn't until Trump showed
All right, my last question is just a clarification because I think when you said it to another interviewer, I think you were trolling them and I want to make sure you were.
You said you're a Marxist and you think President Trump is a Marxist.
Given the fact that Karl Marx's ideology is responsible for the death of a hundred million human beings in the last century, I presume you're being provocative.
So are you a Marxist and is President Trump a Marxist?
What I would say is, is that, like President Trump, I believe that the diagnosis of what ails us is the class divide in this country and the immense contempt that an over-credentialed elite has for the hardest-working Americans.
To me, that is a Marxist critique because Marx, of course, really believed in the class divide, but I am a deeply religious person.
Marx hated religion.
You can't be religious.
You clearly have an understanding of the transcendental and the meaning of self-worth that comes from the transcendental there if you can't be a Marxist.
I guess so, yeah.
I mean that in terms of diagnosing the problem, I think that I and President Trump have sort of chosen the Marxist diagnosis.
In terms of the solution, Marx felt that labor itself was exploitative.
I certainly don't believe that.
Working class people don't believe that.
They're very proud of working, and I think President Trump is on their side on that.
Yeah, it is truly remarkable.
I've seen it at rallies in Youngstown, in the Rust Belt, with working-class former Democrats screaming, USA, USA, as the President comes out onto stage with Melania.
We are witnessing something truly, truly epochal right now.
Stay with us, I've got a question I want to ask you offline.
