	Very busy Wednesday going on.
	I'm Jennifer Horne.
	I host The Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Los Angeles.
	Joined today, for the first time, it is girl power all day here on America First, my co-host of the Happy Women podcast, which we hope you will download wherever you get your podcasts.
	Katie Gorka is here with me today.
	Katie?
	Hey Jen, this is just crazy fun.
	I feel like I've been given the keys to the Mustang.
	I think that we should take it and run.
	I don't know if Seb's ever going to be able to get back into the studio now that we've got double trouble during this show.
	And we have this Happy Women podcast, which is out now.
	I've been so excited doing this program with you.
	We have a great time talking to really amazing people and not just talking to amazing people, but telling some amazing stories about activism, people getting involved in the process.
	And it's been such a fun thing to put together with you and to create some content
	with a little different spin.
	There aren't a lot of female conservative commentators out there.
	Yeah, we kind of both noticed that.
	There are a lot of podcasts by men.
	And we thought that that was a hole that needed to be plugged.
	So we decided to do this project.
	And I think it's so important.
	I mean, you know, I've seen and you have seen Especially there are so many women on the ground who are fighting to make this country a better place And I particularly felt that their stories needed to be told so we have a lot of fun letting them tell their stories and and highlighting what they're doing and It's just we're having a great time Sure are.
	And we're going to talk about it throughout the program today, but we've got to jump into it.
	The theme for today's program is should the FBI be erased?
	Can it be saved?
	I think is a big question.
	And of course, seeing President Trump in court yesterday with Dr. G, standing shoulder to shoulder with the president, seeing Donald Trump Jr.
	There are some great fighters that were out on behalf of President Trump in his so-called
	hush money case, right, in New York, with this crazy Judge Mershon and Michael Cohen
	at the center of this one, who looks like probably the most least credible person on
	the planet.
	Yesterday afternoon, Katie, this story broke that the FBI had the order when they searched
	Mar-a-Lago for the classified documents case in Florida that they went in to Mar-a-Lago
	with the authorization by the DOJ, by the attorney Merrick Garland, to use deadly force.
	Now, you know, I'm not going to go into the details of that.
	You started looking at this and Julie Kelly actually broke this story.
	She's going to be with us a little bit later on in the program.
	There was some backlash saying, well, the FBI always has this as part of their search warrants that they can use deadly force.
	But here's where I really take issue with that.
	It was not a normal search warrant that was pulled to go after a former president of the United States, to go into his home and rip apart his property, go room by room talking to conservatives who also happen to be at Mar-a-Lago, and taking those documents from him.
	When he was in talks with the National Records—with NARA, the National Records Association, to give those documents back or go through what was theirs and what was his, It's pretty unbelievable that they're trying to pass this off as standard operating procedure when that, I don't believe, is what it was at all.
	And moreover, how can you say that raiding the home of a former president and a current candidate is a standard operation?
	I'm sorry, but you've got to be out, completely out to lunch to even make the case.
	They absolutely should have made arrangements to not have to have that component, and they
	should have known.
	I mean, it's just sheer stupidity.
	They should have known how it would have looked as well, and to think that people would, you
	know, to recognize that people would be rightly upset about it.
	Absolutely.
	And the president has responded on Truth Social.
	He has finally, well, he chimed in yesterday, but he said, wow, I just came out of the Biden witch hunt trial in Manhattan, the icebox, as he calls it, and was shown reports that crooked Joe Biden's DOJ in their illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago authorized the FBI to use deadly lethal force Now we know for sure that Joe Biden is a serious threat to democracy.
	He is mentally unfit to hold office.
	25th Amendment.
	That was President Trump on Truth Social.
	And just to get back to some of the defense of this, they're trying to say that this was standard operating procedure.
	As you mentioned, Katie, and we touched on it, this wasn't a standard raid.
	This was the President of the United States, former President of the United States.
	I think what you also have to remember is that he's a man who's protected by the Secret Service, where you have the FBI come pushing in there, and then all of a sudden, what?
	We're going to get into the Hatfields and McCoys between the Secret Service trying to protect their target and the FBI?
	And it's been reported now that at least two of the members of the FBI team who were on this said, can't we just call and ask President Trump if we can come in and search?
	But it seems that they were trying to make a point.
	And it really, I think, hits at the heart.
	I don't know.
	This story has me shook today.
	conservatives are afraid of. Where will they stop when it comes to President Trump? Is
	it ever going to be enough? Are they going to be happy until he is literally physically
	unable to walk back into the White House? They have thrown everything at him. And I
	don't know. This story has me shook today. 833-33-GORKA.
	Yeah, and I want to say, I truly believe it's not just conservatives who are shaken by this.
	I think many Americans are really upset.
	Many, many people recognize the way our justice system is being weaponized for political reasons.
	And I think this is just one more example of that.
	And Americans don't like it.
	And I think this is really going to work against the Democrats.
	Yeah, you would hope.
	Meanwhile, President Trump seems to be getting a lot of great support.
	We would be remiss not to look back to yesterday because your husband, the host of this program, the guy who gave us the keys to the studio, was speaking out yesterday.
	Did a great job standing up for President Trump and talking about this judge, Judge Mershawn, in the New York case.
	Let's play Cup 15.
	He is the only person who can replace the incumbent senile old man, and we know that this judge is working on behalf of the Democrats.
	Why are you hiding this document, Judge Merchant?
	I'm going to put it on the internet today.
	What are you hiding, Judge Merchant?
	You know, in talking to Seb this morning, Katie, on my program in Los Angeles, he said that it is really just unreal what it was like in that courtroom.
	That every motion, basically, that the prosecutors asked for, they were granted.
	And everything that the defense asked for, they were denied.
	And it's very blatant.
	And he even said, and I'm sure he told you the story at home, That he almost stood up at one point to try to ask why Mershon had donated money to Joe Biden.
	He wasn't supposed to do that.
	We all know the daughter's a fundraiser.
	She's taken $4 million from Adam Schiff, of all people.
	And this is the person that we have trying to oversee fairly the fate of President Trump.
	Yeah, Sebastian said being in the courtroom with the judge was just a really powerful experience because it brought home for him in a very visceral way just how profoundly biased this judge is.
	At one point he said to the defendant, to the lawyers, he said, don't stand up.
	I don't want to hear more from you.
	And I could tell you, my husband, we know what he's like when his blood gets boiling.
	He was so upset.
	He was just really burned up by what's going on there, as all Americans should be.
	And this isn't even about whether you want to vote for President Trump.
	This is about what the left is trying to do to keep him from getting into office.
	We've just talked about the FBI having the ability to go in and use deadly force against President Trump at Mar-a-Lago in his home.
	We've talked about the judge who looks completely, I mean it's blatant that he is working with the prosecution to try to take down President Trump.
	The lawfare, the FBI, the DOJ, and on top of it all, The AG Merrick Garland and Joe Biden.
	What are they willing to do?
	That's what we're going to talk about today.

	For the Lieutenant Governor of Texas Dan Patrick, for Donald Trump Jr., for all of the members of Congress who have gone to stand with President Trump to show their solidarity against a system, literally a court case, where no crime has been shown, suggested or proven by the prosecution.
	It's just incredible what's been thrown at this man and what, you know, what Donald Trump has had to endure from the very beginning.
	And it just gets worse and worse.
	But I'm telling you, the American people have had it.
	They are fed up that they know that this is unjust.
	This is an improper use of the justice system.
	And I don't think it is doing the Democrats any good at all.
	No, I think all they've done is healed the Republican Party.
	Any cracks that would have been in the Republican Party, man oh man, they are gone, that's for sure.
	But it wasn't just Seb, and it wasn't just Donald Trump Jr.
	standing in front of the courthouse.
	You were taken with the passion of Representative Salazar, who also spoke yesterday.
	Take a listen.
	In the courts, it's achieved in the ballot box, in the ballot box.
	And that's why I'm telling the Hispanics, wake up!
	Wake up!
	What's happening is Marxism, and we came to this country not to have this, but for the future of our children
	to have a glorious future in a country that is American exceptionality.
	That's the reality.
	Okay, so do a little work here for us, Katie, because we need the translation.
	But she's definitely fired up, definitely passionate.
	So I gotta tell you, I saw that without sound, right?
	And I had no idea who she was.
	And I just was blown away by the just the drama of the way she spoke.
	I loved it.
	So then it was even better when I got to listen to it with the sound.
	I don't speak Spanish, so I'm not translating for you, but I think there's another point.
	She kind of went back and forth between Spanish and English.
	I love the fact that she is speaking directly to Hispanics, and she's telling Hispanics, you need to wake up and vote Republican, which is a great, great message.
	But the line that I loved the most, she said, this is a political circus seen only in Cuba, in Venezuela, and in Nicaragua.
	And, you know, this is why I think one of our most important allies in this fight are those who've come from those countries, who've experienced tyranny and socialism and Marxism firsthand.
	They are amongst the bravest fighters because they know what's at stake.
	And she is passionate because she knows how easily our freedom is lost.
	So I'm just grateful for her tirade.
	I thought it was beautiful.
	It was perfect to point out.
	So she gave us the reasons that we should be voting for Republicans, the reason we should be voting for Donald Trump.
	But it was James Comey.
	I almost fell out of my chair.
	First of all, anybody who listens to James Comey right now for voting advice, I don't know what to tell you.
	You should probably just check yourself into the rubber ramada or something like that because you should be bouncing off the walls.
	But James Comey on MSNBC, of course, of all places, has voting advice because he's really afraid.
	When you think about a second Trump administration, what do you think the implications would be for the FBI?
	Oh, serious.
	For the Justice Department and the FBI.
	Because Trump is coming for those institutions.
	He knows their power, and I think he has regrets that he didn't work hard enough to corrupt them last time.
	So he's coming for them, and that's a danger for all Americans.
	He's going to put people in positions in those organizations.
	He didn't have all-stars the last time, he'll have the bottom of the barrel this time.
	But people who will want to do his will, and that should worry every American.
	This election matters because of a reason like that.
	People have to participate.
	You cannot sit on the sideline.
	I don't care how you feel about Joe Biden, you must vote for him because the consequences on the other side are too severe.
	I love looking and actually seeing someone's character, you know, someone that we were supposed to look up to and respect, someone who was supposed to be a leader of the FBI, who made it really to the pinnacle, right, that most people never get to in their careers.
	And then you see their character and you see it come out, Katie.
	And that's what we're seeing with James Comey.
	He is fighting like heck to keep the same old system going, the same old swamp going.
	Not an answer about why the FBI would want to use lethal force against a former president.
	Not a defense for how the FBI has been used by the higher-ups to become a police force for the government and the swamp that runs it.
	But he says you gotta vote for Joe Biden to prevent it from being gutted.
	I say gut it.
	Bring it on.
	I hope President Trump At least dumps leadership within the FBI, and especially those people that we don't know their names, but we know that they have the power to run things.
	It is not the agents, by and large.
	It is the people who are directing the agents, and it's time for them to go.
	And President Trump, I think he knows that we'll have to do some serious work when he gets back into office.
	What do you think should happen with the FBI, knowing what we know now?

	I mean, you've worked in government.
	What would you do to make it better here, to make a difference?
	Well, first of all, I think we have to say as well that I think one of the reasons Comey
	is so concerned about what happens when Trump comes in is because what is Trump going to
	uncover about what Comey did?
	while he was in leadership.
	I think he's got a lot to be afraid for.
	So I look forward to that day.
	And yes, I mean, we need just such a serious revamp of the whole organization.
	You know, I've heard many people say that it's not just leadership.
	It has seeped down inside.
	I don't know.
	You know, Sebastian and I used to work really closely with the FBI.
	We used to train them on counterterrorism.
	We both had a great, you know, respect for the members of the FBI.
	But I just think it has been so deeply politicized in recent years.
	I think a lot of the good people have been chased out.
	I think a lot of the bad people have been elevated.
	So President Trump is going to have a heck of a job to revamp that organization to where Americans can trust it again.
	Yeah, if it can be revamped.
	And I think that's the real issue here.
	Can you save it?
	Can you save the institution that we know is so deeply flawed and probably has been for quite a long time?
	So much of this stuff, just like in academia, which I know you pay attention to so much.
	Your book is out right now, Next Gen Marxism, that people should pick up.
	By the way, it's fabulous.
	But, you know, these things seep in.
	The FBI is infiltrated by leftists.
	The college campuses are infiltrated by leftists.
	It's time to clean this stuff out.
	The first step is waking up, but now we need to demand more.
	And so that's the question.
	What do we do?

	All right, today's topic, we've been talking this hour at least, about what is going on with the FBI, the DOJ.
	This report that came out, Julie Kelly broke the story yesterday about the DOJ admitting, essentially, that they had the authority, given to them by Merrick Garland, who said he gives the authority and all of these search warrants to use deadly force if needed against President Trump at Mar-a-Lago when they were raiding his home for documents.
	Now, the response was that that's just boilerplate language.
	But I think it's a whole lot more.
	It's not boilerplate to just run into the home of a former president and grab his classified documents and try to get into some kind of war with the Secret Service that's protecting him.
	It doesn't happen.
	So now the question is, what do we do with the FBI?
	The corruption, the swamp continues to thrive.
	You had Jim Comey, we just heard from a few moments ago, said you have to vote for Biden to save the DOJ and to save law enforcement.
	Yeah, that's a hard pass for me.
	But then you got George Stephanopoulos, Katie, who has been all over the place, and he's been talking about how the swamp is real, but that it's actually made up of just a bunch of patriots.
	Cut 17.
	I interviewed about a hundred duty officers from the White House.
	And these are people that come, they're relatively young, people who come from all over the government.
	The CIA, the DIA, Defense Department, military.
	And you know, some people like to call those people the deep state.
	Deep state.
	Well, the big thing I learned doing this book is that the deep state is packed with patriots.
	People who go to work every single day on the front lines of the most intense crises the country faces and do it to serve their country and to serve the presidency, not the president.
	They don't care about political parties.
	Man, he's good.
	I mean, at least Karine Jean-Pierre could maybe take some lessons.
	I mean, that guy is smooth.
	You want to believe what he's saying.
	Yes, I'm sure in the so-called swamp, there might be a Patriot or two, but Katie, we know what the swamp is after.
	The swamp is about more control, getting bigger, getting better, getting stronger, spending more money, patting each other on the back.
	The swamp has Republicans and Democrats in it.
	And really, probably the most dangerous elements of the swamp are the unknown people that we don't have names for, that we just know are operating behind the scenes to protect themselves.
	So first of all I just have to laugh when he says people who they these are just patriots who go to work every day can I just say first of all they're not going to work so I live in Fairfax County we have the highest rate in the entire country of people who are still working from home and that's because the federal government is not requiring people to go into the office and most Americans don't know that and for those of you who are you know Paying so much of your salary into taxes.
	I hope you're angry about that.
	But you know, I got to say regarding what he said, you know, I served the Trump administration at the Department of Homeland Security, so I too talked to hundreds of people and I'm telling you, I'm going to agree that there are those who are patriots and those who really do their job, but the deep state is alive and real, and it is a really big problem.
	And you know, I'll tell you something that I've never said before, but I got a phone call Just in the first few weeks of working for the administration, a friend called up to warn me he had been told by Italian intelligence that Sebastian and Steve Bannon were being spied on by our intelligence partners.
	Yes.
	And so, yeah, I can tell you the deep state is real and, you know, what Stephanopoulos is saying You know, it's his political angle, but we've got a really
	big problem.
	And I think the good news is, this time around, I think President Trump and I think many of
	those who are supporting him and working for him already are well aware of this, and they
	are prepared this time.
	I think it caught everybody off unprepared the first time around.
	I think nobody really understood sort of how evil and subversive people could be inside of government.
	They know now.
	I think they're prepared.
	I would think so.
	And I think that's the sad thing, is that you have someone like President Trump who wasn't involved in politics, and he goes in, probably trusted a few of the wrong people, and there you go, then all of a sudden you wake up to the swamp.
	But boy, oh boy, the people that have stayed loyal to President Trump, the people that are around him, he knows, his family knows.
	All about the swamp.
	How could you not when you're sitting in a courtroom for the last six weeks?
	Yep.

	Thank you for taking my call.
	I always enjoy listening to Dr. Gorka, but it's an honor to talk to both of you as well, because we know who really runs the show.
	Okay, that's pretty simple.
	Okay, I'm going to address the elephant in the room.
	I'm also a pastor, and I sincerely believe, and I've talked about this message a couple of times in my congregation, I sincerely believe that the FBI When they raided his Mar-a-Lago home, they were looking to kill the president.
	And the only reason they didn't do it is because he had FBI, he had Secret Service protection.
	I sincerely believe that the only reason why they haven't taken this president out, President Donald J. Trump, is because he has divine Holy Spirit covering him.
	I've talked about this numerous amounts of time with my congregation.
	And the thing about it is, When somebody does something right, like your loved ones, like Dr. Gorka, like your family, Ms.
	Horne, they basically put a target on their backs, but because they speak the truth, because they have strong faith, I sincerely believe, with all my heart, soul, and strength, as well as the congregation I shepherd, we don't really have a building to hold it out in the woods and in the wide open spaces.
	But I sincerely believe the only reason why they can't get They're trying to take him out through the law, but I sincerely believe they're trying to take him out physically, and I sincerely believe the only reason why they have not been successful is the power of prayer, but also that this president, because he moved the embassy into Jerusalem, because he stands with Israel, that's why he is such a threat, and that's why the Lord is protecting him.
	I might be sounding a little off-base here, but This is what I sincerely believe.
	This is what other pastors believe.
	And I just wanted to put that out there.
	And I want to say this to you, too, and your families.
	May the Lord our God protect your families as well.
	May God put his Holy Spirit protection around you and your entire family.

	You know, I'm from the state of California, Katie.
	You always say you're from the California of the East, because you also live in a very liberal county in Virginia.
	But California really does take the cake.
	There are very few Republicans in the state assembly.
	One of the great ones is Bill O'Saley.
	And we've had some horrific stories over the last several weeks.
	About illegal immigrants coming into California and preying on individuals.
	In fact, one that just broke this week is this guy who was driving around in a rape dungeon.
	Essentially is what the police have been calling it.
	They've been driving.
	He's been driving this van.
	He abducts women and children.
	He rapes them.
	He lets them go in the forest.
	And he was finally arrested.
	And sure enough, he is here illegally.
	So, Bill O'Salley hears enough of these stories, says enough is enough.
	We want to lift sanctuary state protections against people who have been convicted of sexual assault against minors and pedophilia.
	You think this sounds common sense, right?
	You get convicted.
	You're a convicted pedophile and you don't belong in this country, then you should be turned over to ICE.
	Well, Democrats in California do not agree with that.
	They support the pedophiles from other countries, I suppose.
	And so he tried to force a vote on Assembly Bill 2641 yesterday to at least get Democrats on record.
	And this is what happened to him.
	Take a listen.
	Mr. Saley, you are recognized.
	Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
	I move to suspend the rules and invoke the California Constitution to withdraw Assembly Bill 2641, which will end sanctuary state protections for convicted illegal immigrant pedophiles.
	Stop.
	Safety Committee, I'm making my motion.
	You went beyond making a motion.
	You started to go into debate.
	Now, look, I am not a fancy assemblyman, but I will tell you that that didn't sound like debate to me.
	That sounded like he was talking about what he wanted to do, the description of the bill to revoke sanctuary state protections for pedophiles.
	Of course, Democrats did not vote alongside of Bill O'Salley in the 300 bills they voted on yesterday, Katie, which is a story in and of itself.
	They voted to keep sanctuary state protections for illegal immigrant pedophiles.
	Joining us right now is an angel mom.
	She was with Bill Isseli in Sacramento yesterday at a press conference.
	Her son Ronald was killed by an illegal immigrant.
	She is absolutely a phenomenal fighter and warrior.
	Agnes Giboney joins us.
	Agnes, thanks so much for being with us and welcome to America First.
	Thank you so much.
	I'm honored to be here with you.
	Now, before we jump into what happened yesterday, I always want to pay tribute to your son, because that is why you do what you do.
	That's why you fight like you fight.
	So for people who haven't heard your story, tell them.
	My only son, Ronald, and firstborn, only son, Ronald da Silva, was shot and killed by a previously deported criminal illegal alien.
	And I just learned about two years ago That my son took the bullet for his friend when he saw the guy coming pointing a gun and my son knocked his friend down and he took the bullet in the shoulder and several of the main arteries and he died in surgery.
	Now, his story was an incredible one, for sure, and that's why you fight each and every day to try to revoke some of these protections that we give to illegal immigrants.
	And we'll talk a little bit more about your personal story in a moment, but you did go to Sacramento yesterday to stand with Assemblyman Bill Asale.
	Describe what you saw and what the reaction was from some of these lawmakers, Agnes.
	You know, I was very honored to be there, standing with Assemblyman Bill Salih, number one, and I thank him for that opportunity.
	We were upstairs watching this whole thing, and I couldn't believe the lack of respect to Bill Salih.
	Just before he started saying, when he said, AB 2641, to end sanctuary state protection, they cut his mic, because they, the Democrats, The rats in that room did not want to hear to end protection for pedophile illegal aliens who have been convicted of molesting a child.
	And every single Democrat voted it down, which is disgusting.
	Agnes, any sense at all of how your neighbors and friends in California are going to react to this?
	I just can't believe that everyday Californians think that this is a good idea to extend these protections to illegal alien pedophiles.
	You know, Katie, when I talk to people about it, they are disgusted.
	But the fact still remains that nobody wants to speak up loud enough to be heard.
	And this is where the problem starts.
	I am not afraid to speak up and people need to have their voices back.
	And until we do that, we're going to keep on losing time after time.
	People say, well, I don't want to upset so-and-so.
	This goes beyond upsetting someone, because how are you going to feel if somebody, an illegal alien that should have never been in this country, rapes your little three-year-old little daughter or your little boy?
	How are you going to feel about it then?
	Are you going to feel like, well, maybe I should have said something?
	It's a little too late.
	And the sad thing about it is, Every child that is molested or a young lady that's young girl that's molested or raped, their lives are forever marked.
	They will never be the same.
	Yeah, just like yours, Agnes, and I think that that's why this is such an important issue because when we talk about the process of being victimized, whether it was your son, Ronald, or some of these kids who are preyed upon by people who aren't even supposed to be in this country, they come in illegally You have the process of waiting for when they get out.
	And that happened with your son's murderer as well.
	Speak to that, because I remember talking with you.
	You were afraid.
	You don't know if there's going to be retribution.
	You don't know where they're going to go.
	And that's the same thing that these people are having to face when they're victimized sexually by these cretins.
	Yes.
	What happened in my case, when I got the letter from CDCR, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, telling me that in November 21st, 22nd, or 23rd, my guy, Luis Humberto Gonzalez, is going to be released.
	So I called ICE and everybody that I talked to kept telling me there was nothing they can do because I live in a sanctuary state.
	And I kept arguing the point that, but for God's sakes, you are the federal government.
	You supersede any state laws.
	And please go and I grabbed this guy because before, years before, what I was told is that once he's released, the federal government will pick him up and charge him for re-entering the country illegally and give him 10, 15, up to 20 years in federal prison.
	And I was so hoping for that, but none of that happened.
	It's just a lot of blah, blah, blah on a piece of paper to make everybody feel good, but none of that happens.
	So then, as it got closer, I got nowhere.
	And thank God for President Trump.
	I wrote to my contact in the White House, and I said, I need help.
	Nobody is listening to me, and time was getting closer and closer.
	So November 21st of 2019, I held a press conference at Pomona Superior Court, where the case was held 19 years before, 17 years before.
	And I called out the governor.
	How do you allow this?
	So, in the meanwhile, I get a letter from someone that I met along the way.
	They had a GOV email that said, Angel Mom Agnes Gebony, her son Ronald the Silver, was murdered.
	This guy's gonna get out.
	Please help her.
	She's an angel mom.
	And thank God, the next day after my press conference on November 22nd, of 2019 ERO, Enforcement Removal Officers, went to the prison, picked him up, and put him over the border in El Centro.
	Not to say that he's not back.
	So I have to live with that every day, wondering where he is, because his children are here, his family are here.
	And no doubt that's what the victims think, right, Katie?
	Yeah.
	And Agnes, I just have to thank you for your courage in speaking out.
	Jen and I talk about this a lot, that you are absolutely right.
	A lot of people do not have the courage to speak out.
	They're afraid that they're going to put a target on their backs or that their friends are going to think less of them.
	They won't be popular.
	But we are not going to save this country.
	We are not going to bring us back to a place of safety.
	Without voices like yours who are speaking out courageously and I just I bless you for what you're doing because it is so important for the rest of this country and I encourage more people to be inspired by your experience to speak out and put a stop to this.
	Yeah, even when you feel like it's hopeless to have someone like Billa Saleh, who's so outnumbered, still fighting for the good people of California, it puts the people on record who want to support pedophiles against victimized children.
	And that causes the pressure.
	That makes real change.

	There's video out.
	It's not new video.
	But it's new to us because it's just been released and it shows the moment that five female Israeli soldiers covered in blood, surrounded by bodies of their massacred partners, right?
	They were threatened with rape.
	They were kidnapped by Hamas terrorists.
	Body cam footage from the Hamas gunman shows the moment that these young women were operating at a base just outside of the Gaza Strip.
	They were handcuffed, pressed against a wall while still in pajamas.
	The terrorists could be heard gloating and announcing that their plans to essentially
	sexually assault these soldiers.
	They were saying, here are the girls, we can get pregnant.
	It is such a brutal video.
	I was so upset to see this.
	And you see these girls, and I get that they're soldiers, but they look terribly young to me.
	I mean, I imagine they're 18, 19, 20, covered in blood, five girls alive, others dead on the floor, surrounded by men making fun of them, taunting them.
	They are now 229 days.
	held in captivity if they are still alive.
	And you know, I just want to say, one of the things that's been really interesting over
	the last few days, last few weeks, is that as these pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protesters
	have been arrested on our campuses, we've seen over 3,000 arrests on over 60 campuses.
	Because people are being arrested, we're learning a lot more about who these protesters are.
	And surprise of surprises, many of them are not students.
	And even more so, we're discovering ties and funding from all sorts of external organizations.
	We are even seeing big money coming in for this from China.
	So, I just say, for those of you who are being, you know, suckered into thinking that somehow Israel had this coming and that, you know, the Gazans are being treated unfairly, it's time to wake up.
	You're being manipulated.
	You're being manipulated by America's enemies.
	And I just hope that this image of these poor girls, it kind of rekindles people's empathy for what's happening to the Israeli hostages.
	Yeah, no doubt about it.
	And you know, you hear so many people, so many critics of Israel right now, and you're right, these outside influencers.
	We spoke actually on our Happy Women podcast about the story that the Heritage Foundation put out tying money from China to these organizations that found their way onto college campuses, money from big corporations as well.
	The Pritzker Group that owns the Hyatt Hotels.
	Of course, George Soros loves to get involved with the Tides organization.
	I mean, you name it.
	There's outside influences who are paying these people who can organize lemmings.
	And these lemmings somehow believe that the Jews are the oppressors and that the Hamas terrorists are the oppressed.
	And when you see videos like this, there's no way that that equates.
	There's no way that that makes sense.
	If they are indeed, if Israel is trying to commit a genocide against Hamas, they're doing a really bad job of it because they're dropping pamphlets, they're trying to get people to safety, they're taking pauses for humanitarian aid shipments.
	They're not doing a great job if what they're after ultimately is genocide.
	The craziness on this that even at the smallest levels, and by and large I believe most people in this country, Democrat or Republican thankfully, are on the right side of this, but It is just chilling, the ones that are not.
	You've got to hear this one.
	Bill Maher becomes the voice of reason.

	Well, that's ridiculous, but it's a war.

	This is the question.
	Yes.
	Yes.
	So how can we get out with a ceasefire?
	Alright, so Hamas needs to be destroyed because they are a terrorist organization who say
	openly that they want to commit genocide on the Jewish people, on the state of Israel.
	That's what from the river to the sea means.
	And they say it very openly.
	They say we did this attack.
	They've attacked Israel five times.
	They've started five wars since they were given that land back.
	They could have chosen to turn that place into any place they wanted to and they took a lot of money that they took from the international community and they spent it on bombs and guns and building tunnels.
	So if they need to be destroyed, how do we do that?
	It's a war.
	I don't know how to do that and you don't know how to do that.
	Of course everybody is, but that's what happens in a war.
	Here's a way to stop that.
	Stop attacking Israel.
	He's right about that.

	Hi, how are you today? We're good. Thank you. Yes, we did We just dumped a horrific DA and we're very happy about it.
	I would imagine.
	I'm calling today because I wanted to discuss a different line on the FBI.
	We know what Trump is going to do.
	He's going to go in, he's going to clean house, it's going to be beautiful.
	And he's going to do it in his Trump fashion.
	I'm going to love it.
	I'm going to sit back with popcorn and just laugh.
	My problem is, I'm very concerned about what is going to happen on election night.
	As soon as they know he's ahead, as soon as he wins, they're going to start hitting buttons, and they're going to start deleting stuff, and they're going to start covering their tracks, because they know the second he is inaugurated and everything, they're gone.
	They're in trouble, and they want to erase him.
	You know, Darcy, I hear this all the time.
	And actually, thank you so much for the phone call.
	I think we're going to address this in a few segments, because as the head of the GOP in Fairfax County, I'm really interested to know what you're doing for election integrity.
	I will tell you that I know sources within the Trump campaign have said that, look, voter fraud is not going away.
	And by the way, it didn't just start in 2020.
	It has been here for a long time.
	And it happens incrementally.
	So the Trump campaign thinks that they need to bring in 5% more of the vote than they're expecting to overcompensate, essentially, for what might happen when it comes to fraud.
	Locally, in local politics, that number is about 1.5%.
	The number is not big.
	That means we have to turn out and we have to bring our friends.
	And there is a lot of power in the individual to do that, especially in states where ballot harvesting is legal.
	I set a goal for myself to make sure that I take in five people's ballots that may not turn out to vote.
	If everybody did that, we could overcome whatever shenanigans go on with our power, basically, to take responsibility for this election.
	We're all active players.
	Katie agrees.

	We're going to talk about Moms for Liberty and the March for Kids, which is coming up August 31st here in just a few moments.
	But we wanted to get you to chime in on something that happened yesterday.
	Dr. G and Donald Trump Jr., many others, stood with President Trump in court in New York, and there were press conferences outside the court.
	Representative Salazar was fired up and she had a message for the people in the court and for voters across the country.
	Take a listen to this.
	In the courts, it is achieved in the ballot box, in the ballot boxes.
	And that's why I'm telling the Hispanics, wake up!
	Wake up!
	What is happening is Marxism, and we came to this country not to have this, but so that
	the future of our children is a glorious future in a country that is American exceptionality.
	Fantastic job.
	Catalina, talk to us about Representative Salazar and her message.
	What did you take away from that?
	And translate for us, what did she say?
	Well, actually, I think we all had enough about this fight, about this political persecution.
	And what she said is that if you have a problem, if you don't like the candidate, if you have something to say, it's very easy because you can actually vote and decide.
	The people have the time to decide.
	This is in the voting places.
	It's not about in front of the judge, in the court.
	I don't think this is the place.
	This is obviously a political persecution.
	Also, but you, Karen, before, she said also that this is only happening in countries where dictatorships are.
	In Cuba, in Venezuela, Guatemala. So it's actually what she's doing is comparing
	our country, our beautiful country, with a Republican banana.
	Yeah. So now you yourself are from Colombia originally, if I'm not mistaken, and I know
	that you engage a lot with Hispanics here on behalf of Moms for Liberty. How do you
	feel that her message resonates with Hispanics? And how do you think that they are viewing
	Donald Trump these days.
	Do you think that he speaks to the concerns of Hispanics in the United States?
	Well, we the Hispanics, we can obviously understand what is going on in the country, this political persecution, this cultural revolution.
	And obviously, we do not agree with that.
	We were escaping our countries and most of the people here, especially in South Florida, that they are from Venezuela, they are from Cuba.
	They are escaping those places because of that, because of the fight and the civil war
	inside and the indoctrination of our kids.
	So they are not going to repeat the same lies.
	And they are not willing to participate on this.
	So they are willing just only to defend liberty, to defend the real democracy in this republic
	that it stands for the USA Constitution.
	You know Catalina, I live in California and I have said for a long time that I think it's
	Latino voters that are going to save our state.
	And I'm curious to know what you think has grown this movement so much because truly voters are now coming into that Republican tent.
	And I do believe it's the attacks on our kids.
	A lot of these social issues where you push and you push and you push and the left keeps pushing and people are saying enough is enough.
	What do you think is the driving issue that has pushed Latino voters primarily into that Republican tent?
	Well, for us, the Latinos, there are two things that are very essential for us.
	First of all, they are messing even with our faith, but they are messing with our family, with our kids.
	They are separating our kids from the families.
	They are also messing with our economy.
	We are coming here to work hard and actually to pursue our American dream.
	It's difficult when you face the reality that this government is pushing back all this hard work and is taking away all our taxes to indoctrinate our children, to actually do not having a country, how can you say, independent, fuel independent, energy independent.
	This is frustrating for all of us.
	And now we are paying more in the supermarket.
	Now our kids are not learning at school.
	So it's time, I think, that Americans face the facts.
	And the kids are not all right.
	Right now we have kids that they are separating from families.
	They are not learning.
	We have now less than 30% of proficiency in our schools and they are not reading or doing math at their level.
	This is concerning and I think at school all across the country our children future are jeopardized by woke bureaucrats and Unhinged ideologies waging war on everything we hold dear and kids now spend their precious formative years being taught that America is evil and that they should be judged by the color of the skin instead of the content of the character.
	If they act in a way they pick the curiosity of teacher and administrators, they are told that they were born in the wrong bodies This is unbelievable that an evil, that you can say that to a child, to a vulnerable child, confused child, and set down a path to ruin, a path to change their bodies, to mutilate their precious bodies.
	And now we see with the Title IX that female athletes are losing their trophies and the privacy of their locker rooms to biological males.

	First of all, today public schools are focusing on indoctrination and not education.
	And data points that on average, only 30% of the students are proficient in math, reading or even science.
	So, number two, parental freedom is under attack.
	Obviously, American is failing our children.
	And current education policy undermine our parental rights that are fundamental and foundational
	to American values of liberty and freedom.
	So parents now who oppose exposing their children to data collection, gender ideology,
	social and emotional learning, critical race theory, and even pornography are told they have no voice
	to ask for better standards for their children.
	That's why we are taking action.
	That's why we are planning on doing this march that more than a hundred organizations are already taking action.
	And this is going to be massive for the first time we are marching for our kids.
	Because let's ensure that families are not subjected to intrusive mandates.
	or intervention that undermine their authority.
	By participating in the March for Kids, you will actually contribute to a legacy of freedom
	and empowerment for future generations.
	You are going to show the left what we are capable of doing for our children, because
	it's not about protecting parental rights today, but laying the groundwork for a society
	where our children will have a bright future, thriving in a strong America.

	That they can actually raise strong, positive members of society for our country.

	I feel like it's like a vacation day and we're filling in doing this radio show while Dr. G's out smoking cigars with listeners in Detroit.
	All right, a little bit of breaking news before we jump into the big stuff today.
	I cannot believe it.
	Shock, faint, do whatever you need to do.
	Nikki Haley, former candidate for president, has just come out 15 minutes ago and says she will indeed vote for Donald Trump.
	In the 2024 presidential contest.
	Can I get an alleluia?
	Can I get an amen?
	Why did it take so long, Katie, for this to come out?
	I don't know.
	And honestly, I don't care what I'm what I'm excited about.
	And I this is what I think is going to be really interesting to watch is now how quickly does Trump turn around and embrace her as well?
	Because I think that's his pattern.
	And I got to tell you, in Fairfax County, where we had some Nikki voters, you know, one of the big topics is, how are we going to bring those Nikki voters back under the tent?
	And I think this is what it takes.
	And I'm really grateful.
	I think it's, you know, yes, could she have done it a month ago?
	It would have been better.
	Yes.
	But I don't care.
	Better late than never.
	And I'm excited to hear Trump's response.
	I haven't seen or I haven't said many nice things about Ron DeSantis of late, but one of the nice things I said about him is when he got out, he got out, he endorsed Trump and he moved on.
	I was sad she didn't do that because I think we should all remember that the enemy is Joe Biden and Democrats.
	The enemy is the far left in the country.
	And so Even if we don't 100% agree with people on our side of the aisle, we should just suck it up and do the right thing.
	But I'm glad she's made a public statement now.
	We'll see what President Trump will say.
	I'm sure he will embrace it.
	He always does.
	Even when there's, you know, angry words that have been exchanged between the two.
	So that's the breaking news.
	Nikki Haley now saying she'll vote for Donald Trump.
	We were asked by a listener, and we want you to call in and chat with us as well, 833-33-GORKA, about election integrity.
	And Katie, in my life, I go out and do a lot of speaking engagements around Southern California, but outside of Southern California, throughout the state, throughout the country, and I do these speaking engagements, and inevitably, I get asked two questions.
	Any guesses?
	It's a tough one.
	I'm putting you on the spot here.
	I know one of them is, is my vote going to count?
	Or are our elections safe?
	I can't guess what the second one is.
	Who is going to be Trump's vice president?
	That's what everybody always asks.
	Who's going to be Trump's vice president?
	And does it even matter if we vote?
	Is the election safe?
	And my answer is that elections have never been 100%.
	And in fact, it was Democrats who were screaming about election security back in Florida when mail-in ballots were rolled out 10, 15 years ago when Republicans really started to take over in that state.
	And Democrats saw the mail-in ballots as an opportunity for Republicans to cheat.
	Now it's quite the opposite.
	Republicans think that Democrats cheat using mail-in ballots and all these different rules that were changed and in many places changed really quickly for COVID.
	My answer is that no election is going to be 100% safe.
	But my answer is also that if we don't go out and vote and if we don't show up in mass, we're never going to win another election again and we'll never be able to tighten any of these election laws.
	But I kind of defer to you on this because you are now the chairwoman of the GOP in Fairfax County.
	What are you doing in your role to make sure that Fairfax County voters are safe when they turn out to cast their vote?
	Yeah, this is a major, major concern of everyone, and rightly so.
	We have an incredibly robust election integrity effort in Fairfax County.
	We have an incredible team working with us at the Fairfax GOP.
	But you know, honestly, in the last couple weeks, this has emerged as a major topic for the national conversation.
	So for people who are concerned, I first of all commend to you, watch the hearing that was held Last week, called American Confidence in Elections, Preventing Non-Citizen Voting and Other Foreign Interference.
	It was incredibly good, incredibly eye-opening.
	It's some of the best watching of recent weeks, better than most things you'll see on television, so I really recommend that.
	Sorry, Netflix.
	Yeah, truly.
	But it's very eye-opening.
	You know, part of, OK, so the bad news is illegals are voting.
	You know, the Democrats have been chipping away at election integrity for years, and they have made real progress.
	So we are going to see some illegals voting.
	There is proof of that.
	The good news is, though, there is such an array of efforts to fight back that I'm actually feeling really good.
	So I learned, first of all, that the RNC, God bless them, has engaged in 82 election integrity lawsuits in 25 states.
	I mean, you don't hear about that in the mainstream media, but they are really having an impact.
	And then I think another piece of really big news is the Trump campaign's initiative called Protect the Vote.
	And you can volunteer, you can find out more about it, www.protectthevote.com.
	The biggest election integrity initiative of our nation.
	So that's really important.
	And I just want to say, you know, the other thing that's so important about the election integrity conversation is that this is one of those things where you really don't have to wait for Washington or somebody else to come in and fix this.
	This is one of those things that really depends on each one of us as a citizen.
	So the best thing you can do for election integrity is sign up to become an election officer.
	Which is what you did.
	It's what I did.
	It's what I do.
	Be inside the polling place on Election Day.
	You can have eyes on the whole process, right?
	Right.
	Or, you know, there are so many other ways to get involved as a volunteer.
	Every state, I would say, every locality just about, has their own election integrity initiative.
	Get involved.
	Because, you know, the bottom line is, it takes a ton of work.
	To figure it out and to sort out all the pieces and they need all the hands they can get.
	And of course, you have to vote.
	You have to vote.
	And this is what we get a lot of the people I call the shoulder shruggers in California, where they say, my vote doesn't count anyway.
	I'm not going to show up.
	If every Republican voter in the state of California showed up to vote on election day, it wouldn't be a one party rule state.
	It wouldn't be a blue state.
	So we all have to do our part.
	Because you have to overcome not only the people who really want to make our elections not secure, and then you also have to just overcome dumb sometimes.
	Let's play Cut 3.
	This is a Baltimore election director, Amstead Jones.
	Last week they had elections in Baltimore, and some flash drives, I guess, got counted multiple times.
	Take a listen.
	Can you explain what the human error was last week that we heard from the State Board of Elections?
	That's a good question.
	I'm waiting to hear myself.
	Well, you're the director.
	Well, I am the director.
	The explanation that I've received in writing right now is not clear and not acceptable.
	What do you mean not acceptable?
	Well, I know what the system can do and what it's not supposed to do.
	So until we get clarification from the state, I'm going to leave it there.
	There are reports of concerns about a flash drive with votes on it.
	Based on Jones' responses, it's unclear if the state believes a flash drive was read by a tabulator more than once.
	So what happened with the flash drive?
	Well, let me just say this.
	The flash drive, according to the system, can only be inserted once.
	And once it's put in, it cannot duplicate.
	Is that what happened?
	I don't know that yet.
	I'm a little leery about saying human error if something can't be done but once.
	Hmm.
	So he's a little leery about that.
	And look, this is the kind of stuff that happens, especially in local races, Katie.
	I mean, we tend to think about voter fraud and election security when we go to vote for president.
	But this happens all the time in small elections, especially in races that there's just a small amount of votes separating.
	That's why it's important to show up, important to volunteer.
	And this time around, I'm saying it, I love to vote in Election Day, on Election Day, in my neighbor's garage.
	But that is not the scenario anymore.
	You gotta vote early.
	You gotta bank your vote.
	Get it in.
	Get it counted.
	So that resources are not spent on turning you out.
	And we have to outperform what Democrats are expecting.
	The Trump campaign knows it.
	Local races know it.
	We have to outperform what the expectations are.
	Yeah, we keep making this argument as well.
	I know Republicans don't like early voting.
	I know they don't like absentee voting.
	But these are the rules, and we've got to play by these rules if we want to win so we can change the rules and get rid of all this ridiculous early voting.
	We've got 135 days of early voting in Virginia this year.
	Isn't that nuts?
	Crazy.
	Elections in California, they're like three months long, four months long by the time everything's counted.

	You know, I've been hearing people say for a while, Trump just needs to go to those areas, like the Bronx, where they're, you know, People are really hurting because of the Biden policies and the Democrat city policies.
	You know, what's happening to the economy, what they're seeing happen to their kids in schools, to safety in their neighborhoods.
	They do not like it.
	And they see Donald Trump as the man who's going to come in and fix it.
	Yeah, and I think now, you know, all of that bad press, Donald Trump is racist.
	They realize that Donald Trump's presidency was a lot better for them than the four years of Chairman Joe, of Joe Biden.
	It has been, it really, all you have to do is just look at column A, column B, and decide which one worked out best for you.
	And I don't know anybody who would be dosed with honesty and truth serum that would say that Joe Biden's presidency is better for them than Donald Trump's.

	As Jennifer knows, the Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters to this day are still being fired because of the VAX mandate.
	I've been to 15 or 20 of these, quote, trials, also known as Board of Rights hearings, at the fire department, and the firefighter who is on trial is not allowed to present witnesses, is not allowed to present experts, is not allowed to present documents, is not allowed to present constitutional arguments.
	And is not allowed to present precedence when defending themselves against being fired and losing their livelihood.
	It trickles down.
	So goes, as goes the Department of Justice and Washington.
	So goes the city of Los Angeles.
	And this place is in bad, bad shape because of it.

	So we are getting ready to be joined by Julie Kelly, who broke a big story yesterday that has gone all over the place.
	Essentially, as President Trump was coming out of court yesterday with Dr. G and Donald Trump Jr.
	and others, the news was released that FBI documents show that they had authorized, the Department of Justice, the Attorney General Merrick Garland had authorized a use of force so that the FBI could use that if needed when they went in and executed the search warrant on President Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
	Now, President Trump has come out He said that this is why we need to invoke the 25th Amendment, that Joe Biden has lost it.
	This presents a whole lot of problems for me, Katie, because you have Secret Service protection around President Trump.
	If you have the FBI coming in aggressively with guns, you don't know what happened.
	And plus, they say that this is just part of the language in search warrants.
	But this was not a by-the-book matter.
	This was the former sitting president of the United States.
	And you're going into his home and you're knocking door to door on people who are staying at Mar-a-Lago.
	This was not your average search warrant.
	And I think that the Department of Justice has a lot of explaining to do about why this was indeed the situation.
	So just to clarify, I think the language was use of deadly force.
	Deadly force, that's right.
	And so it was interesting as I was driving over here today, I was listening to Dan Bongino
	because this show wasn't on yet, right?
	Of course.
	We couldn't listen to ourselves when it started.
	And Dan, you know, as you know well, was former Secret Service and he was saying it is ridiculous
	that they would try to claim that this was a standard case because first of all, the
	fact that he had been our president, he is running to be our president, so he is the
	political opponent of the sitting president and what are you going to do?
	Have a rumble between the FBI and the Secret Service?
	I mean, it just makes absolutely no sense, and I think that they were so utterly foolish to not think about how this would look to the American people.
	It is ridiculous, but the woman who broke the story, Julie Kelly, is going to join us next.
	She's been in Florida court all day.

	Thank you, Dr. G. I am Jennifer Horne, host of the Morning Answer in Los Angeles, happy to be filling in on America First with my friend, my co-host today, Katie Gorka.

	Julie, I'm a huge fan of your work.
	It is so important to have journalists out there who are really telling the story.
	And yesterday, you had a big one, and that is that the FBI had the authority from the DOJ, we believe, maybe even the Attorney General, to use lethal force against President Trump when they entered Mar-a-Lago and executed that search warrant.
	Right, so this is related to a motion that was filed by Donald Trump yesterday, unsealed by Judge Cannon, and put on the public docket.
	And this is a motion to suppress evidence collected during the Mar-a-Lago raid.
	And Donald Trump and his lawyers argue that the search warrant was unlawful and the raid itself was unlawful.
	But then the real bombshell, as I was reading through this motion, jumped out at me, is that there was, as part of the materials for planning for this raid, The FBI authorized or gave guidance for its use of deadly force policy.
	And that was attached, that was included in what they call the operations order for executing this search warrant.
	So, of course, I found that shocking and posted it and went viral.
	I didn't think it would take off like it did, but it certainly did.
	But there were other interesting elements included in that operations order.
	And that talked about how agents should respond if Donald Trump showed up at Mar-a-Lago.
	He was up north in New York or New Jersey, I believe, where he spends the summers.
	What they should do if he showed up at Mar-a-Lago, what they should do if Secret Service agents resisted some of what the FBI was trying to conduct.
	We still don't know what they were doing except ransacking the house.
	They had a medic embedded In the FBI team, 30 armed agents from Washington and Miami field offices.
	They had a medic embedded in case there were injuries during this raid.
	And then they gave instructions how to find the nearest trauma center, which is about 18 miles away from Mar-a-Lago.
	So this was a full out plan.
	Like Donald Trump is a drug dealer or a child trafficker or like a real criminal.
	That's when you exercise.
	that sort of manpower.
	But to think about these 30 armed agents coming in with weapons, ammunition, handcuffs, they had lock picks, they had bolt cutters.
	This was the extent that this FBI and DOJ went to to conduct this nine-hour raid that, by the way, since then has been bungled.
	A lot of the evidence completely bungled.
	So it wasn't even a successful raid, except to the point that they got the optics they wanted, raiding Donald Trump's house, making it look like he was a criminal, and ransacking everywhere from Melania's suite to Barron's bedroom to the president's office and other locations throughout Mar-a-Lago.
	So, Julie, I understand that FBI insiders are trying to argue that this language, use of deadly force, is just standard operating procedure.
	But this was far from a standard case, right?
	This was a former sitting president and a current presidential candidate.
	How can they make that argument?
	I don't know.
	I'll tell you, Katie, it was really frustrating to see even people sort of on our side, FBI whistleblowers, former prosecutors, Who immediately downplayed what I was posting, saying, well, this is standard operating procedure.
	You don't understand.
	This is attached to every order about an armed raid.
	Well, but this is not a regular raid.
	First of all, the raid never should have happened.
	Donald Trump was cooperating with the DOJ and law enforcement the entire time.
	So were his attorneys.
	So they didn't even need this armed raid.
	But since when does the U.S.
	attorney general sign off on a search warrant?
	I mean, is that what Merrick Garland does all day?
	Just sits around signing off search warrants for across the country?
	No.
	He did that in this instance, which right then and there indicates how unique and rare this was and political, quite frankly.
	And so they also refer to Donald Trump in this order as F. POTUS, former POTUS.
	Is that how they describe suspects in standard operating procedure?
	Orders as, you know, Mr. Drug Dealer or Mr. Embezzler.
	No, they knew all along, and so did Merrick Garland, so did the FBI, how unprecedented this was.
	So to act like this should have been handled like any other suspect, all other evidence to the contrary, for anyone to argue that this is normal, It just sort of blew my mind that there were people on our side.
	You're ridiculous.
	I saw it.
	I saw it on Twitter and on X yesterday, and I was like, this is unbelievable.
	Julie, we need people like you telling these stories.
	Julie Kelly is with us.
	Got a couple minutes left, but this investigation has been bungled from the beginning.
	This is not normal.
	This is not normal operating procedure.
	Jack Smith has said as much, and he's been caught by the judge Eileen Cannon and others because he's admitted that the evidence was essentially tampered with.
	What else do we need to know?
	about this, because you were in court today.
	I was.
	I was in Judge Kannon.
	I was in the courthouse most of the day today.
	I will tell you that Jack Smith's team's frustration with Judge Kannon is really just bubbling over.
	One of the prosecutors all morning had just a series of temper tantrums, you know, pounding on the podium, clapping his hands in anger, trying to emphasize his point.
	At one point, Judge Kannon told, asked him to calm down because he was so worked up about what was happening.
	But he's worked up because there are cases imploding.
	They've been caught bungling and possibly misplacing evidence, doctoring evidence.
	And now we have this document that shows that the FBI had this deadly, this lethal force policy attached to the raid instructions and other facets.
	And there's more to come.
	And Judge Cannon is continuing to unseal these hold hearings about this dirty, corrupt, sloppy investigation.
	And that is why today you saw this really petulant Number of outbursts by one of Jackson's prosecutors.
	It was great.
	Well, that's why it's great to actually see that.
	But we need to have people follow you, Julie, to get more information.

	And number two is before a Democrat-appointed judge, And you're playing with fire like this.

	It's very sad.
	But the good news is they've not proven a case.
	There is no crime.
	Now, you're going to read all of these Experts.
	And you know the ones that have to go over their names again, but all experts.
	Legal scholars.
	Talented people.
	Very smart people.
	And there is no crime.
	So maybe they'll try and devise one right now.
	The judge.
	We'll help them out because the judge has been very helpful to the other side.

	But he said, being in the courtroom with that judge, It was unbelievable because you could viscerally feel the bias, the unbelievable bias and animosity of the judge toward Donald Trump.
	And, you know, this is just it is such an assault on our legal system to see it being deployed in this way for political reasons.
	And, you know, all I can say is I hope every American will get out and vote for The president who will turn this around and get our country back on track.
	Absolutely.
	And it is imperative when you see what's going on in the lawfare in this country, what the left has thrown at President Trump.
	They want to take him apart.
	Weaker men would have already fallen, but he continues to fight.
	And so to pay tribute to that, we can stand with him.
	And that's what Dr. G did yesterday, shoulder-to-shoulder, standing with him.
	I know we all will, too.
	And that's why it's important that we have these moments together where we can talk about that, make our plan, go out there and vote, and continue the fight.
