Time Text
the the
Then the whole assembly rose and led him off to Pilate.
And they began to accuse him, saying, We have found this man subverting our nation.
He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar and claims to be a messiah, a king.
So Pontius Pilate asked Jesus, Are you the king of the Jews?
You have said so, Jesus replied.
Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, I find no basis for a charge against this man.
But they insisted.
He stirs up the people all over Judea by his teachings.
He started in Galilee and has come all the way here.
On hearing this Pontius Pilate asked if the man was a Galilean.
When he learned that Jesus was under Herod's, the Tetrarch's, jurisdiction he sent him to Herod who was also in Jerusalem at that time.
When Herod saw Jesus, he was greatly pleased, because for a long time he had been wanting to meet Him.
From what he had heard about Jesus, he hoped to see Him perform a sign of some sort.
He plied him with many questions, but Jesus gave him no answer.
The chief priests and the teachers of the law were standing there, vehemently accusing Jesus.
Then Herod and his soldiers ridiculed and mocked him, dressed him in an elegant robe.
They sent him back to Pilate.
That day, Herod and Pontius Pilate became friends.
Before this, they had been enemies.
Pilate called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people, and said to them, You brought me this man as one who was inciting the people to rebellion.
I have examined him in your presence and have found no basis for your charges against him.
Neither has Herod, for he sent him back to us.
As you can see, he has done nothing to deserve death.
Therefore, I will punish him and then release him.
But the whole crowd shouted, Away with this man!
Release Barabbas to us!
Wanting to release Jesus, Pilate appealed to the crowd once more, but they kept shouting, Crucify him!
Crucify him!
For the third time, Pilate spoke to them.
Why?
What crime has this man committed?
I have found in him no grounds for the death penalty.
Therefore, I will have him scourged and then release him.
But with loud shouts, they insistently demanded that he be crucified, and their shouts prevailed.
So Pilate decided to grant their demand.
He released the man who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, the one they asked for, and surrendered Jesus to their will.
As the soldiers led him away, they seized Simon from Cyrene, who was on his way in from the country.
And they put the cross on him and made him carry it behind Jesus.
A large number of people followed him, including women who mourned and wailed for him.
Jesus turned and said to them, Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me.
Weep for yourselves and for your children.
For the time will come when you will say, Blessed are the childless women, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed.
Then they will say to the mountains, Fall on us, and the hills cover us.
For if the people do things when the tree is green, What will happen when it is dry?
Two other men, both criminals, were also led out with him to be executed.
When they came to the place of the skull, Golgotha, they crucified Jesus there, along with the criminals, one on his right and one on his left.
Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing.
And they divided his clothes by casting lots.
The people stood watching, and the rulers even sneered at Jesus.
They said, He saved others.
Let Him save Himself if He is God's Messiah, the Chosen One.
The soldiers also came up and mocked Jesus.
They offered Him wine vinegar and said, If you are the King of the Jews, save yourself.
There was a notice written above Him on the cross which read, This is the King of the Jews.
One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at Jesus.
Aren't you the Messiah?
Save yourself and us!
But the other criminal rebuked him.
Don't you fear God, since you are under the same sentence?
We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve.
But this man has done nothing wrong.
Then he said, Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.
He answered, truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.
It was now about noon, and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, for the sun stopped shining, and the curtain of the temple was rent asunder.
Jesus called out with a loud voice, Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.
When he said this, he breathed his last.
The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, Surely this was a righteous man.
When all the people who had gathered to witness this sight saw what took place, they beat their breasts and went away.
But all those who knew him, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance watching these things.
I have an apology to make, dear friends, and you are my friends if you listen to this show every day.
I've been distracted.
I haven't paid enough time this week, or these last 40 days, to what happens this weekend.
To what we remember, what we celebrate, what we give thanks for.
As we think of the sacrifice made by Officer Jonathan Diller, whose wake is being held right now in Massapequa, killed in a traffic stop.
As President Trump pays his respects, as Joe Biden goes to a fundraiser with Obama, Clinton and somebody called Lizzer.
Let us focus our minds on what this weekend means.
We have won, thanks to what Jesus did for us.
And he didn't have to.
He didn't have to die for us.
He didn't have to take his sins upon us.
We have won.
If we recognize him, we are saved.
But we have a nation to save as well.
Allow this weekend, the most important thing, yes, everybody loves Christmas, but Easter, Easter is what our relationship with God is about.
It is when our covenant with our Creator was repaired through His Son who took on human form for us.
So don't do what I did.
Instead, tomorrow especially, Fast, focus, and refocus.
We have work to do to save this nation.
We are the greatest nation of Judeo-Christian civilization.
We need President Trump back, and we need patriots to do that which is right.
Sorry that I've been distracted.
I apologize.
I have no excuse.
Neither do you.
Now let's save America.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist and deputy to the 45th, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th President of the United States.
Support him.
Fly the flag that tells the world that you want America back.
I stand with 45.
It's up to us.
If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?
Let's do this.
God bless America.
God bless your family.
Oh, excellent. Nicely done.
You said you were going to send me some more pictures?
Yeah, I'm waiting for them from Katie, but I'll send you a couple.
Okay.
Mic's on, and title for that one.
An Easter apology.
Hey Matt, you there?
Yeah, can you hear me?
Yes.
Oh, he is Comrax.
Very nice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I thought I was going to be out, but I was not, so it worked out.
Excellent.
Okay.
Three minutes.
How you doing, Matt?
Doing good.
How are you doing?
Good.
Good.
Yep.
Um, is this, oh, let me hear the audio for the, um, the new ADF Alex.
The fact is we're at a moment in our country where our basic freedoms, the freedom of religion, the freedom of speech, they're under attack by government or by big corporations.
And it's important to be courageous and to stand against those attacks.
I'm privileged here at ADF to represent clients who show that courage.
They're standing up because at the end of the day, we here at ADF are concerned with protecting women, protecting Americans, protecting our most fundamental freedoms, and protecting the unborn.
All right, so I did pod.
I didn't do pod, I did merch there.
So I'll do ADF here and cruise right after ADF.
I'll do my pillow in... Oh, I didn't ask you the embeds.
What are the embeds?
ADF times three and what else?
Wellness once.
Wellness.
RFK once.
RFK.
PhD once.
Okay, PhD once.
Okay.
Alright.
Top of D, I'll do... Oh no, I'll do ADF in ADF.
In B, now here, I'll do PhD.
My pillow in C. In D, at the top, I'll do...
I'll do the Wellness, then ADF in the middle, and then I'll do Podcast and Merch in E.
Okay, so we've done Wellness, then we'll do Pod, Merch in A, I'll do ADF in B, I'll do Cruise somewhere
in A as well, and then In C I'll do... I'll do RFK.
I'll do RFK. In D I'll do my pillow.
And I'll do PhD again in E. Okay.
Good, good, good.
Alright.
What are you working on now, Matt?
All sorts of things, man.
So I did an interview with Senator Blackburn about our border trip that just came out.
I did a thing with the Trump team about the thing where Obama, Biden, and Clinton are doing a big New York City fundraiser, whereas Trump's going to an officer's funeral.
Yeah, we'll discuss that.
We'll discuss that.
Stand by.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Wow, the call board lit up.
The call board is absolutely full.
God bless every single one of you.
Dave, John, Judy, Leo, George.
The number here is 83333.
Gorka, that's 833.
3-3-4-6-7-5-2.
We are in the final hours of my annual campaign to support the pro-life Christian legal organization, the Alliance Defending Freedom.
This is the anti-ACLU, and for these past several weeks I've tried my best to urge you to support the incredible warriors at ADF, just as I do, because they're fighting for men and women just like you, every single day, all the way to the Supreme Court.
It's about you.
It's about your children.
It's about your grandchildren.
With just one day left in my campaign, do you have the courage to stand with ADF?
Please listen to Erika Steinmiller-Pardomo of the ADF.
Please join this campaign.
There's just two days left.
Will you do it today?
ADF doesn't charge their clients a penny.
Not Jack the cake baker.
Not that woman who was almost killed by that abortion drug that they're now legalizing to be mailed across the nation.

That's SEBGORKA.com and the stand with the ADF banner.
Okay, first guest of the day.
He's going to help to explain to me what on earth does the White House think it is doing.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for the Conservative Mothership that is brightbutt.com.
Matt Boyle, happy Thursday.
Yeah, Dr. G, great to be here and happy Easter upcoming this weekend.
Thank you kindly, thank you kindly, yes.
So I, just when you think that Biden and all the Obama flunkies in the White House can't be more tone-deaf.
They have a massive fundraiser with Obama, Clinton and somebody called Lizzo and Stephen Colbert in New York The same time after a thousand-person vigil occurred last night in Queens as the funeral wake is being held today for the NYPD officer who was murdered in New York, Jonathan, Officer Jonathan Diller.
Oh, by the way, a little detail, by a man who had been arrested 21 times previously.
Look, I don't want to help them out, Matt, but How is it that they just are so tone deaf?
Well, like, I mean, they're totally out of touch with ordinary Americans.
Ordinary Americans are worried about the safety of themselves or their family as they go to the store, they go to a restaurant.
You know, they might get gunned down by one of Biden's illegal aliens, right?
And that's frankly a real threat to every American in this country right now, that one of Biden's illegal aliens is going to kill them, right?
Or their family member.
But just the tone deafness here.
I mean, there's literally a police officer's wake is happening today, and President Trump is going there.
I want to read a quote directly from Trump campaign communications director Stephen Chung.
This is exclusive on Breitbart, he gave it to us earlier today, we have a big story up
about it right now.
He says, quote, President Trump will be honoring the life and legacy of Officer Diller and
paying respects to his family, friends, and the NYPD for their terrible loss.
Meanwhile, the three Stooges, Biden, Obama, and Clinton will be at a glitzy fundraiser
in the city with their elitist, out of touch celebrity benefactors.
That's the whole election right there.
Do you stand with the working class folks, with the police officers, law enforcement officers, first responders, etc.?
If you do, if you stand with America, you stand with Trump, if you stand with these total out-of-touch celebrities, then you go with Biden.
They can have him.
But as far as I'm concerned, this is the entire election right here.
But I think it absolutely, you're right, absolutely encapsulates the nature of the election from what we saw on Super Tuesday with, you know, Joy Reid and Rachel Maddow and Jen Psaki laughing at the Virginians voting for Trump who say their primary concern is illegal immigration to what's happening today in New York, vice the funeral that's happening for Officer Diller.
Will they pay a price?
What is your expectation?
Because you are the keenest observer of what political consequences there are for this arrogance.
Can they get away with it for the next seven months?
And then what happens on November the 5th, Matt?
Well, I mean, they've been getting away with it.
for years, right? So the question is, will the American voters say they've had
enough this time? And they did that in November 2016 when they elected Trump.
They said that we had enough of it, right? Remember Hillary Clinton was out there
calling us all deplorable, right? And more importantly, by the way, in
that deplorable quote from Hillary was irredeemable, right?
She called us not just deplorable but irredeemable, right?
That's so anti-American sentiment from her, that globalist, elitist mentality.
Look, the voters have called them on it in the past.
They did in 2016, but they got away with it in 2020.
So the question is, is this the 2016 election or the 2020 election?
I don't know the answer to that, but we'll find out in November.
All right, I'm going to take calls in the next segment, so I've only got one more question to ask for you, Matt.
Inside Dope, because I really lost it when I heard what Mike Gallagher, my former intern at National Defense University, is doing.
Have you got any corroboration that he's stepping down early just to sabotage the majority of the Republicans in the House before the election?
It's worse than that.
He timed his departure exactly to the day.
April 19th is the first day that if he leaves that day and not April 18th, they can't have a special election before the November election because of the laws in Wisconsin.
He deliberately did this to sabotage the Republicans.
By the way, he's not the only one.
Look at Kemper too, right?
So the fact is, it's very bad.
Do you know anybody?
Have you heard who's coordinating it?
Who's planning this?
Because this is real subversion.
I don't know.
I don't know if it's going to lead to more or if this is going to continue, but look, we've got to get the best that we can out of the House Republicans for the time being, and then we'll see from there.
All right.
Thank you, Matt, for the update.

did You played the audio.
I was gonna... Do it with the guest.
Yeah, I was gonna do it here, I guess.
Alright, so...
I'll do my pillow, then take calls.
Is there a shortcut we can come in with?
Shortcut?
Play cut one again!
Think about it, moms and dads, grandmoms and granddads.
Because of Donald Trump, who has bragged repeatedly that he terminated a woman's right to choose.
Because of Donald Trump, young rape victims You sent me that image, right?
births and in this case a 13 year old rape victim has baby amid confusion over
the state's ban. You sent me that image right? Oh yeah I've got it. Grandmoms.
They really go all in on this these minor like examples these small number
of examples that are like oh it's rape what about rape and incest you know
that's like less than three. Well they make crap up.
I read the article.
The article says the mother didn't know that there's exceptions for rape in the state.
So it's a lie anyway.
Which state?
Ohio?
Mississippi.
It was an ABC article he was mentioning.
I thought it was weird they didn't put the headline up on the screen and read it, because they usually do that when it's real.
I talked to that guy.
Give me the gist.
Did he explain it to you?
I'm not sure.
you you
you Bye.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
Who's the hippest guy on our team?
I know that's a difficult question.
Who's the hippest?
Is it gonna be Eric or Alex?
Are we gonna flip a coin?
Are you gonna arm wrestle?
Alex, are you pretty hip?
I say Jeff.
Jeff?!
He doesn't even like science fiction.
What are you talking about?
That's what makes me hip.
Alright, well I don't think you can answer this question.
Would you consider yourself, Jeff, to be technically advanced?
No, but I was in my day.
What, like 20 years ago?
Yeah, I'm 41 now, so not supposed to be.
Who's the best tech... Alex, you've got to be the best technical guy here.
I mean, for video, right, we're going to go with Guy.
For Eric, we're going to go with, you know, editing and research.
Alex, are you pretty hip when it comes to technology?
Sure.
Oh, try that again with feeling.
Yes.
Yes.
Is it a Twitter space or Twitter spaces?
What do you call it?
What's the term?
Is it an X space?
Guy, do you know?
You're a video guy.
I guess it's space.
I think singular.
This is where I really show my age.
Mr. G, do you have any clue what I'm talking about?
Yeah, it's Twitter Spaces.
That's because you just looked it up.
Yeah.
I can watch, I can see you!
But no, you know why it's Twitter Spaces?
Why?
Because it came out before Elon.
Elon would have called it Space because he's obsessed with outer space.
Yes, yes.
So there is a young girl called Jordan who is a massive supporter of the president and she's invited me or asked me to host a Twitter Space or Spaces today at six o'clock.
I've never done it before.
Be there!
I'm going to have some help from my good friend Nick Sautour.
So if three hours of radio isn't enough, go to my... I'm tweeting it out right now.
Anybody can join me.
We're going to talk about November, President Trump's, you know, stealing elections and how the left are going to try and do it again.
Six o'clock.

All right, let's go to Dave, Arizona.
UltramegaWarRomCadre, happy warrior dittos.
Thank you, buddy.
I like that.
I like your greetings.
Yeah, thank you, sir.
I appreciate that.
So, it would be so tempting to take a victory lap because I've been vindicated one of the Two major things that you and I disagree on, but I'm just blessed and happy that the rest of the world gets to see what I've known for four years.
Explain how you think you have been vindicated, Dave.
Well, because it's in the New York Times.
You know that everything is true in the New York Times.
What have you read in the New York... What is it that Bill Levin calls it?
The New York Slimes.
Exactly.
But it is the paper of records, so we'll just, we'll leave it at that.
Yeah, what did you write?
They have admitted, they have admitted that Obama is running resident Biden puppet.
You and I have disagreed on this since the middle of 2020 because you keep saying Obama's too lazy.
Correct.
When I say Obama, I mean his entourage, his administration.
We can agree, we can agree, because all of his puppets are all over the Biden administration, but Obama isn't running things, and I think you'll find the New York Times said the following, Obama is counseling because he's very, very worried that Trump's going to win.
That's what the New York Times said.
Well, he wants to be the kingmaker.
He wants to ascend to the throne and say that I got President Biden puppet elected in 2020 with a black vote, and I'm going to enable them to steal it again in 2024 and take it away from, not President Trump, we the people.
President Trump's immaterial in this.
He's our cudgel and our shield and our sword, but For the most part, it's about we, the people.
Of course!
Of course!
Like the President says, it's not about him, it's about all of us.
Alright, I think we have kind of agreed.
Stay on the line.
I want to reward you with one of our Laken Riley t-shirts.
Most important thing we've ever done.
A picture of that beautiful girl who was brutally killed and all it says is, say her name, Laken Riley.
He gets one for free.
You can get yours at SebGorkerStore.com.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
John, New Jersey!
Dr. G. I loved your opening.
Happy Easter to you and the guys.
Quick Gawker Man statement.
If I remember correctly, a while back, you had suggested that it's not appropriate, maybe I misunderstood you, calling someone by their last name.
If you don't know them, yeah.
If you know them, if they're friends of yours, or for me it was if they went to school with me, or they were in the military, or we worked together, sure.
But if you're a stranger, yeah, don't call me Gawker, or don't call you by your last name.
I know some people say it's eminently American.
I think it's rude.
Okay, just checking in.
Also, can I give you a quick movie suggestion?
You may!
Alfred Hitchcock, 1958 with Jimmy Stewart, Vertigo.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Is that your favorite Hitchcock?
No, but it was unusual.
It was.
North by Northwest is considered to be his greatest movie.
You know, I never got really into them, you know, like Birds.
You know, I was a Jimmy Stewart fan too.
Well, Jimmy Stewart's amazing and I think we might watch, because Jimmy's in Rear Window, right John?
What's that?
Rear window.
I think Jimmy's in rear window, right?
Yeah, I'm not 100% sure, but yeah.
I've written Vertico on the list, and he is.
Thank you, Eric.
And I've also written a rear window.
And we might have to have a little confab with Chris Coles.
Thank you, John, and blessed, blessed Easter to you.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First coming to you from reliefactor.com studios.
Can you do your part?
To save America?
Yes, by not funding the left!

It's right over there with Chinatown.
It's one of the best mysteries I've ever seen.
Like, when you finally learn the whole plot.
Did you like Chinatown?
I mean, I love Jack Nicholson, so he makes the movie for me, but I liked Chinatown, yeah.
It's another one where you don't see the twist coming at all.
Oh, I need a title for Boyle, by the way.
Okay, did you...
Thank you.
You You
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald
J. Trump.
Man, Obama looks old.
Doesn't he look old?
And Clinton looks like the Crypt Keeper.
Can you imagine?
How much are they paying to go to that fundraiser today?
And as the wake is being held for Officer Diller, incredible, just truly, truly stunning.
President Trump has just arrived at the wake today.
God rest the soul of Officer Diller.
We'll get back to your calls momentarily.
But first things first, do you remember when we had callers call in during COVID?
Who consorted with their doctors, were given prescriptions, legal prescriptions for, you know, hydroxy, for, you know, ivermectin.
And they were telling us they were in states like California, where the pharmacist wouldn't fill their doctor's prescription.
Politics!
Got between the doctor and the patient!
I mean, Orwellian!
What if it happens again?
What if, you know, COVID-24 is unleashed?
Will we be at the mercy of Democrat governors and politicized pharmacists and Big Pharma in terms of what we are allowed to receive from our doctors with legal prescriptions?
Well, I have an answer for you.
Don't be afraid.
Be prepared.
Dr. Peter McCullough and the Wellness Company have a solution in advance.
Four different packages of prescription antibiotics, antivirals, the likes of ivermectin, that are ready for your family in advance.
Yes, prescriptions are needed, but these are licensed doctors who can help you to be in a position where you are not held hostage to Big Pharma.
Find out today.
TWC.health slash Gorka.
I want one of each for my family.

OK, so we are 48 hours from the end of our campaign for those warriors at the anti-ACLU, the pro-life, pro-Christian Civil Liberties Alliance Defending Freedom.
How do they do what they do?
I thought it was time to get somebody from there to tell us what it is they do, all the way up to the Supreme Court, their Senior Vice President, Jeremy Tedesco.
Welcome to America First.
Thanks for having me on.
So every day I've been saying this thing which is kind of mind-boggling because I'm sure, you know, taking it from a local case all the way to Supreme Court is not a cheap activity.
I've said you don't charge your clients who are fighting for their civil liberties, their religious liberties, a dime.
How does ADF do that, Jeremy?
It's all through the sacrificial giving of Americans who support our work.
So people just love what we do, see the value in defending First Amendment freedoms all the way up to the Supreme Court and all the lower Federal courts and state courts as well.
We also advocate for good legislation at the federal level and at the state level as well.
Of course, we're having a lot more success at the state level right now.
But yeah, we're completely funded by people who sacrificially give through their own private earnings.
And we're very, very grateful for those folks making it possible for us to do the work we do.
I love that phrase.
I wish I'd thought of that earlier, that it's not just a gift or giving or a donation, it's a sacrificial giving.
I love that, and it's perfect for the Easter season.
Now, I presume you're a lawyer, or you're surrounded by attorneys at ADF.
Why aren't you just working in the swamp for some super high-paid attorney's firm where you could charge hundreds of dollars an hour?
Why are you at ADF, Jeremy?
What's going on?
Every single attorney at ADF, including myself, we have a genuine calling on our life from God to be here and do the work we do, to stand with our clients, who are really the heroes here.
They're the ones that are under the gun.
They're being discriminated against.
They're being boxed out from being able to speak.
They're having their livelihoods threatened in many instances, like our clients, Jack Phillips, Baronelle Stutzman, and others.
So, you know, it's our privilege to be able to do the work we do, represent people who are truly standing in the gap for the freedoms of every American.
It takes just a few people, like our clients, to say, look, I'm going to take a stand, and I'm going to try to make a difference.
And each one of our clients, you know, when we win a case for them, we don't win it just for them.
We win victories that benefit every American, really, of any political or religious belief.
When we open the door for our clients to speak or to exercise their faith, we're opening that door for everyone.
Now, the last three years have been very difficult for Americans.
To say paycheck to paycheck is really an understatement.
When we see the cost of just the staples of life increasing by 30 to 40 percent, I don't mean just gas, I mean, you know, a carton of eggs.
Can you explain why it is so important for people to just find that sacrificial gift today or the last day tomorrow and to support your organization?
Explain that priority, please, again.
Well, I think the bottom line for people of every generation of Americans is they have a duty, really a sacred responsibility, to protect freedom and pass it on to the next generation.
So obviously people have to make their own choices and they have their own circumstances.
They got to decide who can I give to you?
How much can I give?
And how can I continue to put food on the table for my family?
But we do all ultimately participate in what we're passing along to the next generation when it comes to the kind of freedoms they're going to enjoy.
And we want to be able to protect for them the same freedoms.
Or hopefully greater freedom than we experienced and enjoyed in our lifetimes.
And so really it's about thinking about your grandkids, your nieces, your nephews.
You know, what's the next generation of freedom going to look like?
And I think that's why it's really important.
And that's why I think people are energized to give to us.
They see we win cases.
We won 15 cases at the Supreme Court since 2011.
And that's just a small part of our work.
Our Supreme Court work is a very important part of it, but there's so much else that we do.
We win so many other cases in the lower courts.
And like I said, we secure great legislation at the state level to protect fundamental freedoms.
And so, I think that's what it's all about, Sebastian, is passing this freedom that we all enjoy on to the next generation.
It's a perfect way of putting it.

I really do think there is a difference.
What's the truth about The deficit, the economy, the consumer price index, inflation.
These are really exciting things, aren't they?
I mean, it's good for radio, or is it?
Maybe we could find an economist that actually knows how to be interesting when it comes to economics.
In the meantime, what's the new cut, Eric, about the economy?
What's the other one we had from Biden?
Oh, Bidenomics.
Apparently economists aren't laughing about it anymore, he says.
They're not?
Let's just listen to one more cut.
So apparently Bidenomics that the White House came up with, which has been used against them as a weapon to say, yeah, Bidenomics, that's like $5 gas a gallon.
Let's listen to what Biden thinks suddenly has changed about that.
Folks, You notice the leading economists aren't making much fun of Bidenomics anymore.
They're thinking maybe it works to build from the middle out and the bottom up.
Economists aren't making fun of Bidenomics?
I know an economist!
He wrote the book Trumponomics!
Senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation.
A man who actually speaks the truth.
Stephen Moore, welcome back to America First.
Hey, Sebastian, great to be with you.
Happy Easter.
And boy, do we have our work cut out for us for the rest of this year.
Well, I mean, it's very easy because first we have to decide because Biden doesn't know.
Is it 1.7 trillion, billion or million that he cut the deficit by?
Well, I think he... I'll tell you what the answer to that question is.
Zero.
He has not cut the deficit by one penny.
In fact, If you look at over the next 10 years, based on what the deficit was supposed to be over those years when Trump left office versus what they are now, it's looking like he's added somewhere between eight and trillion, eight, ten trillion dollars.
By the way, a trillion has 12 zeros, folks.
Are you telling me, I'm not an economist, that billion, million and trillion are not synonyms for each other?
They're not the same.
In fact, you're not going to believe this, but A trillion dollars is a million million dollars.
A million million?
So they are different.
And the fact that Trump, if I can't get his numbers straight, maybe shows you why he's not very good at even, he's not, by the way, he's not even making an attempt to try to balance the budget.
You know, most presidents, when they come out with a new budget, they, you know, kind of lean toward the middle, especially when it's election year.
Say, oh, I'm going to I'm going to be really fiscally conservative.
We're going to balance.
He's he's just wrote his governance old fashioned tax and spend the year of big government is back.
And, you know, if we elect him, God forbid, that's what we're going to get.
Massive spending, massive taxes and massive debt.
And incidentally, under his plan, I just ran these numbers, Sebastian.
If we had his tax increase and the Congress adopted it, We would have, are you ready for this?
We would have a larger, a higher tax rate in the United States on our businesses than Russia and China have.
And they're a socialist, communist country.
So where does this, I'm just curious, have you got any inside dope on, where does this, we cut it by 1.7 trillion, what are they pulling that out of?
In addition to their backsides?
Yeah.
So what happened was when Trump, in 2020, All the blue states, remember, they all shut down their economy.
I mean, for the first couple months, all the states were shut down.
But then, you know, the red states like Florida and Texas and Iowa and Idaho, they sensibly got their economies up and running again.
But, you know, New York and California and New Jersey and Connecticut and, you know, my home state of Illinois, kept their economy shut down.
So, you know, to make up all that lost GDP during the pandemic, We increased spending and increased the deficit for one year, for one year.
And so what he's saying is, oh, look at the peak of what happened with the pandemic and look at what the deficit is now.
Well, that was a one-year thing.
It would almost be like I used the analogy, let's say, if you counted all the people that are working on Sunday, Okay, so let's kind of put this into a broader context.
Biden comes to office on Sunday and then Monday you know he says oh look at all the new people
that are working well that's because they're not working on Sunday they work on Monday.
Okay so let's kind of put this into a broader context. The fact that he can lie so blatantly
and his whole team because you know the team that writes the speeches and publishes the White House
you know talking points are 1.7 trillion. The fact that they can lie with such alacrity and such ease
seems to be not just about economics because I look at the news of today I watch the screens
as we're talking that he's going to a fundraiser you know you pay $250,000 and you get a photograph
with him Clinton and Obama at the same time that President Trump is invited to the wake
for the New York police officer slain in a traffic stop.
up.
All of these things are connected, are they not, Stephen?
That there's not just a disconnect from the American people, but a disdain and a thought that they can just get away with lying about anything.
Well, they have a compliant media.
I mean, thanks to shows like yours and Fox News and others, we have people calling them out.
But I guarantee you, CNN and NPR and CBS, they don't, you know, they just, you know, you know, say, oh, yeah, he cut the deficit by 1.7 trillion.
You know, he does the same thing on jobs.
Did you see he said, oh, I've created Yeah.
You're not creating a job when you're allowed to reopen the business that you were forced to shut down.
How's were jobs created under Trump that just came back when they have businesses?
You're not creating a job when you're allowed to reopen the business that you were forced
to shut down.
That's not creating a job.
Yeah.
As I say, even if Donald Duck had been president, those jobs would come back.
All right, so where are we at?
How much harder, if God willing, the trend lines may continue, President Trump doesn't get locked away by lunatic judges and the Biden DOJ.
Day one.
How long is it?
Let me put it like this.
How long will it be for the average American to feel as if they can breathe again after President Trump is sworn in?
It's funny you should ask that, because when I got together with President Trump about a week and a half ago, we talked about that very subject.
I asked him that very question.
He said, you know, it's going to take him three to six months, you know.
But he did say, you know, that it was going to be the first day in office.
He said, I'm going to have a pile of paper on my desk, two inches high.
Written by Stephen Moore.
Executive orders to repeal all the executive orders that Biden has put in place.
And at the very, you know, it's going to be at the very top of that list.
Which one?
Energy.
Drill.
Right.
Right.
Three to six months is realistic, Steven.
I think it's going to take six months for those policies to come in and kick in.
But there will be, look, if Trump wins the election, let's say, what day is election day?
November 6th.
November 5th.
Yeah.
November 5th.
On November 6th, can you imagine the euphoria that people are going to feel?
Not amongst Antifa, but amongst people who actually want to go back to work.
You know, normal people like us and businessmen and women who run businesses, who know,
oh my god, we're not going to have a president who's trying to stick a knife in our back every
time we make a profit. You're right, you're right. You know, the lunatics will be, you know,
setting themselves on fire, but normal people, you are so right. The word is euphoria. And God
willing, you will be standing right there next to him, advising him and putting those papers
front of his desk to sign.

Carrie Lake, greetings, and have a happy, happy Easter, my friend.
Oh, right back at you.
Yes, well, you know, you're right.
If you're effective, if you are someone that the deep state is afraid of, they will come after you with lawfare.
They have completely perverted our legal and our justice system.
Frankly, Seb, I think we're in a post-justice America.
I'm not sure there is such a thing as justice right now.
And I'm being sued right now by an election official for defamation because I had the courage to speak out about our elections.
And, you know, we decided to call their bluff.
And you know what lawfare is?
It is that process of just punishing you through the process.
They just punish you.
The process is the punishment.
So who is Stephen Richer and what's he trying to do to you?
He's one of the fellows who runs our elections in Arizona, in Maricopa County, and sued me for defamation because I had the courage to talk about and speak out about how they ran our elections.
As you know, on election day, it was a complete nightmare here in Arizona.
It was nearly impossible to vote for people, and I've been very vocal about that.
I have the right, as a citizen, to call out our government, our elected officials.
So he's suing me now, and we decided to skip that process.
I said to my team, you know what?
I'll default on this and we'll skip over that punishing process and say, OK, what are your damages?
What damages did my words cause you?
And show us your damages.
So now they're trying to do discovery anyway.
They said they need a discovery to figure out what the damages are.
You know, if you're claiming damages, then you need to know what the damages are unless you're going on a fishing trip.
Yep, it's a fishing expedition.
That's all they wanted to do, dig through my private communications.
And of course, you know, he says he's a Republican, but this is all about election interference.
In the last election I was in, this same elected official ran a super PAC against me, a super PAC against me.
So that was election interference.
And this go around, he has brought in a group called Protect Democracy Project, which has links to Obama and people like George Soros.
I'm not sure what kind of a Republican would ever bring in a group linked to those guys.
So this is a guy who's never Trump.

But you know what?

What are the damages?
What kind of damages did my words cause you?
What kind of damages did my First Amendment rights cause you?
And explain that to the people.
And if they can't, we called their bluff.
They don't know what to do.
Now they're panicking.
They were trying to drag us into court and say, get your butts in there in five days.
We spun it around and said, how about you guys get your butts into court in five days
and tell us what your actual damages are.
And they don't have their actual damages.
I mean, he had said mental anguish.
So let's see your medical records, and we can reimburse you for anxiety pills or whatever,
therapy sessions.
If you needed therapy, we can look at that.
Maybe we can even have an independent psychiatrist or therapist take a look at you and see what kind of damage.
That I have spoken out about our election have caused you.
Because Americans are concerned about the elections.
They really are.
Everywhere I go, Americans say, our elections are not run honestly anymore.
You've written a book that kind of gives a hint with the title of which is Unafraid.
But I'm going to ask you again, because you're talking to millions of people right now in Arizona, in Texas, in California, here in Washington, D.C.
What, what, Carrie, you know, Why don't you just give up?
Why do you keep fighting?
You know, if I would have given up, they probably wouldn't have filed this lawsuit.
And it's really, you know, I heard him in an interview.
He's going on MSNBC also.
What kind of a Republican does that?
But he said, well, when I filed this, she wasn't running.
Everybody knew I was going to be running when he filed this.
This is a way of trying to keep me out of politics.
You know, with what they what they pulled in the last election was to try to kill my political career in its infancy.
And I came back.
And now they are saying, how do we stop this woman?
She is a force to be reckoned with.
She has a movement.
I have the people behind me, much like our incredible President Donald J. Trump, and they're afraid of us.
Anybody they're hitting with lawsuits, and for your wonderful listeners out there, These are the people we need to rally behind.
These are the same people, by the way, behind this lawsuit who have tried to bankrupt Rudy Giuliani.
They're going after me.
They want my home.
They want me homeless, penniless.
They want my children to be homeless.
They want to take every penny I've earned.
We are in a post-justice world right now, and I believe that this era In law, we'll go down with an asterisk behind it, much like that era in Major League Baseball when all of those home run records are being broken because we found out everybody was juicing it.
Unfortunately, we've got to get through this battle and we must take our country back and I'm going to continue to fight for the people.
Well, God bless you.
We're out of time.
One quick question.
Ten seconds.
We take nothing for granted.

I'm telling you, everywhere I go, people are like, we are with you.
We are with President Trump.
We've got to make sure that the elections are fair so we can win this, because we know the people are with us.
And so we're going to keep going out there talking about the issues.

Find out about this man's background, who he really is, what the smears are against him, And what happened to him as a young boy after his father, Bobby Kennedy, was murdered?
The movie you can watch for free is TheRealRFKJrMovie.com.
I watched it.
It was interesting.
Find out yourself.

Why are they attacking this man?

It's interesting.

Okay, somebody who I know is a patriot texted me early this morning, John Tigges, thank you, with some breaking news about how the political persecution by the FBI and the DOJ of American patriots continues today!
And to find out what happened this morning, we have a new guest talking to us from Loudoun County, Mr. Richard Ryan.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
So will you tell us what happened to your friends this morning, Thomas and Daphne Kasparik?
Yes.
Thomas and I have been working for three years investigating the election system, its failures and vulnerability.
And we have frequently spoken at electoral board meetings and had public events to share with the public.
So this morning, as such, your friend Thomas, was he not co plaintiff in a case concerning the 2020 election out of Loudoun County?
Yes, he was.
And we actually had a court hearing in January of 2023.
And our very esteemed 90 year old attorney submitted a non suit at the conclusion of the sides presentation, which we're taking a time out and did not ask for a ruling.
Okay.
We will be back to submit another lawsuit now that we've learned more.
So what happened this morning in Loudoun County in the Commonwealth of Virginia?
At 6.04 a.m.
my phone rang and it was from the wife of Thomas Daphne and I initially thought this is probably a butt call but when I answered and said hello she did not say anything but I heard background noise and as I listened I heard her saying Can I please get some clothes on?
May I get my glasses?
And she repeated that again.
And then the line disconnected.
So I thought, I think I understand what may be happening there.
So I got in my car.
They live about 20 minutes away.
Got over there at 6 30.
And there was only one car dark.
dark car sitting at the bottom of their driveway with blue lights flashing and all the other
what I found out later seven SUVs or so were gone.
I talked to a person that was walking their dog and she confirmed that about six o'clock, all of a sudden, these six or seven cars lined up in the street and they did something to the house.
Later on, I found out by going over there and talking to a neighbor that he confirmed that it was FBI people.
And at 6 a.m., several of them went to the front door, banged on the door loudly, And said, open the door, we have an arrest warrant.
And the warrant was for what?
Kidnapping?
Armed robbery?
Counter-espionage?
Working for the North Koreans?
What was it, Mr. Ryan?
Well, it took us a little while to find out, but we finally saw the posted charging documents, and they each were charged four counts for being there at the Capitol on January 6th.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
You're talking about four years ago?
Yes.
And charged with what?
Technically, three years ago.
Well, almost.
It'll be four in January.
But charged with what?
They were charged with some of these similar charges we've seen for other J6 people entering a restricted area.
Demonstrating loudly.
So you have an active case involving investigating what happened in 2020 and whether there was election fraud and three and a half years later your friend Thomas and Daphne Kasparik are charged and arrested by the FBI for trespassing on January the 6th.
Is that what you're telling me Mr. Ryan?
It is.
Okay, this is when you know we have arrived.
We are living in a police state.
We are going to continue this discussion.
We're going to stay, keep the lines open with you, Mr. Ryan.
We're going to get all of the details because if we don't stop it now, They will do it to everyone who loves America.
I want to say thank you to John Tigges for reaching out.
I want to thank you to Richard Ryan.
And I want everybody listening, the millions of you who love America, to keep the Kasparik, her husband and wife, Thomas and Daphne, in your prayers.
Because if they're arrested, and if they're charged, three and a half years later, they are political prisoners.
I can't believe this is happening.
Believe it, because this is what we're fighting against.
PhD.
It's real.
It works.
How do I know that?
Dr. Ashley Lucas and her team have done me a great service and my wife Katie.
It's not good to be 268 pounds even if you're 6 foot 3.
Now I've lost 42 pounds of that.
even if you're 6 foot 3.
Now I've lost 42 pounds of that.
My wife has lost 36 pounds.
My colleague, Dennis Prager, is on the system right now, as is Mr. G, my executive producer.

They don't know if it had one or both of them in the car.
Did they have any intimation that the FBI was after them, or was this a surprise?
I think this was a complete surprise.
I had been talking with each of them the night before, last night, and there was no concern expressed by them about, well, tomorrow's the day or it's getting close.
Nothing.
All right.
If you talk to them, will you tell them that I'd be happy to talk to them on or off air just to get more details?
Mm-hmm.
I certainly will.
Okay.
God bless you.
We're optimistic that they'll both be home tonight.
God bless you.
Thank you, Mr. Ryan.
Have a blessed Easter.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Okay.
Right, balance and nature.
Did you want to include that little bit too in the video?
Yes.
Balance and nature.

Or when they coaxed you to eat fruit instead of sweets?
That's because they knew that was good for you.

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
All right, George, it's been, I think, a long time.
We'll get to John as well.
But first, we love Victor Davis Hanson.
It's been too long.
We need to get him back.
He always tells the truth.
Now it's about the war, illegal immigration, and that blackmailer, that thug who's running Mexico.
Cut for the one and only Victor Davis Hanson.
Sean, if you saw that 60-minute interview with Obrador, President of Mexico, when he just flat-out said that we owe him $20 billion, we've got to stop the embargo of Venezuela, restore relations with Cuba, and give amnesties to every Mexican national here, you can see where he's coming from.
And he said he has absolute contempt for us, and all we'd have to do, any normal president would slap a 10% Uh, tax on the 60 billion of remittances that go to Mexico, they would declare the cartels a foreign terrorist organization, finish the wall, and maybe help out with the military on the border, and he wouldn't talk like that.
He'd have more respect, and they would be much nicer to us, the Mexican government, because they would have some deference to us, but now they're ridiculing us, and they think it's a joke, and you see all these people coming out of the woodwork, Jeff, what do you think happens?
I mean, it's interesting what Steve Moore said about, you know, the euphoria amongst normal people if President Trump, God willing, if we do our part, if he wins.
What happens internationally the day he's sworn in?
What's going to happen to all these thugs and bozos?
Uh, internationally?
Yeah.
Like this commie in Mexico?
They're going to calm down.
What do you think is going to happen?
Because Trump throws around the weight of America, which other presidents don't do.
Right.
Can you, it's just going to be, ah, come on guys, let's make it happen just to watch that delicious.
Oh, oh really, Mr. Trump?
What would you like?
Oh, of course, three bags full, sir.
Whatever you want.
Oh, please don't put a 300% tariff on our goods coming out of Mexico.
Guys, let's do it, let's do it, let's do it.
George, Mr. Patience from Columbus, Ohio.
Thanks for taking the call, Dr. Borka.
Sure, thanks for waiting.
I also have a t-shirt idea after, but I'm calling because, you know, you and I have spoken a lot.
You know I'm a liberal in the recovery.
And if I was still a liberal, and I would see what Ms.
NBC did to Ronald McDaniel, you just have to pay attention to this.
They're telling you how to think.
There can be no dissent.
You're not allowed to be somebody outside the club.
You're not allowed to have another idea put in your head other than the narrative we're putting out.
It's scary.
But the thing is, you know what's scarier, George?
You've recovered, but I'm sure there are lots of people who look at that and think, oh, they were right to do that, because I mean, I mean, she's a Republican, George.
Right, but imagine if she would come out and say that she was either a transgender or a, you know, or she was a lesbian all of a sudden, if she was a lesbian all of a sudden.
Oh my gosh, I gotta show, I don't have time to send this to Eric, but One of the things.
The Babylon Bee.
We can't even zoom in.
The Babylon Bee had one of their best headlines today.
They did a cropped photograph of Rona McDaniel, Georgia, like this.
The headline for the Babylon Bee.
In last ditch attempt to save job, Rona McDaniel gets a lesbian haircut.
George, do you think that'll help?
Do you think that'll help?
I think it would.
Honestly, I do.
Because then they can't... What happens if she said... You're a genius!
What happens if she said she's trans?
Then they're bigots!
Yeah, right.
Then they're bigots.
Too late, Rona.
You should have listened to George.
Beautifully done.
Stay on the line.
Ask George which of my books he wants.
Let's go to John, San Diego.
Hey Sebastian, there's two problems with what this idiot Biden says.
With cash accounting, which the government does, and it's illegal for anyone else.
With what accounting?
Cash accounting instead of accrual accounting.
Okay, you're in a sphere I know nothing about, but I believe you.
Carry on.
Okay, well there's no such thing as accounts receivable or accounts payable.
Okay.
It's just cash in and cash out.
Got it.
In 2020, when they appropriated $4 trillion for COVID, they only spent $2 trillion of it,
but the $4 trillion was debited to Trump.
And when he's out of office, Biden has $2 trillion to spend
that was already attributed to Trump.
That's how the deficit drops.
Got it.
And secondly, yes.
Carry on.
Got that?
Yep, got it.
Secondly, in 2023, the total deficit was $2 trillion.
$1 trillion of it was interest on the debt.
And $1 trillion of it was the trade deficit.
Because every dollar in trade deficit is a dollar lost in tax revenue.
And that's how it's been forever.
Since 1980, you had $20 trillion of trade deficit.
And then $13 trillion crude on interest on the debt.
That's your $33 trillion.
You get rid of the interest, you get rid of the trade deficit, you have a balanced budget.
Are you an economist, John?
Yes, I am.
And what kind of economics?
Macro.
Macro.
I build houses because nobody understands what I'm talking about except guys like you.
And did you teach it, or is this a hobby?
Was this professional training?
What was it?
No, it was self-training.
Self-training.
But you can't get it through people's heads that government spending, as long as it stays in the country, can't cause debt, because they get it all back in taxes.
Once it leaves the country, it will cause debt.
You're right.
But yeah, you can spend money, and it can be wasteful, stupid, and cause inflation, but it doesn't cause debt.
No, but a huge issue for the average American is the inflation, John.
You've got to admit that.
Well, absolutely.
That's why you can't pay people to not work.
As long as people are getting paid to provide a service of value, or a good of value, you're not going to get inflation.
That's the trouble.
You need to get people back to work.
No more government handouts.
Thank you, John.
That was excellent.
Let's get John one of our Lakin Riley t-shirts.
It's just the photograph of that beautiful woman brutally murdered by a man who was paroled into this nation from Venezuela by Joe Biden, then released by Alvin Braggs.
Authorities in New York.
It says, say her name, Laken Riley.
He gets his for free, John gets his for free.

First of all, the charges, every charge is the same exact thing.
Entering a restricted building without lawful authority, tending to disrupt the orderly conduct of government business, third one's disrupting Congress, it's the same exact thing, and parading in a Capitol building.
God, did he just dictate that to you, or did you get the documents?
No, I'm reading it.
The Epoch Times has it now.
Alright, let's get him back on the show next week.
Who, him or the actual?
Actual people, if we can.
If not, there's a lawyer there.
70 seconds.
Good.
I'm sending you some images about Killian and whatever else you have you can use.
Okay.
And I need those last few titles.
Which ones?
More, Lake, and then Ryan.
For Lake, it's... This election, it's not 49-51.
This election is not 49-51.
Alright?
More... Does Biden even know what a trillion is?
And then... Ryan.
another J6 arrest three and a half years late.
They're just put three years late.
So I'm going to go ahead and get this.
Knee deep in the swamp.
All right, Alex is digging up the golden oldies.
I still see myself as a bit of a neophyte when it comes to this radio thing.
Jeff, how much of your personal story should you share on radio?
A lot.
people like it. Okay so this morning after months of cancer we lost Killian our dog.
and And I always thought I was a tough guy.
I was weeping like a child.
Thank you to Dr. Maurer who came to our house.
He left us very, very peacefully.
I'm glad my children weren't there.
It was tough on me, tough on Katie.
And I'm just sharing it with you because just the reactions online.
I didn't tell anyone.
Katie put it on Facebook a few minutes ago.
And here's a little thing I just want to share with you.
The last picture I sent to Eric is We have two other Tervurins, two other Belgian Shepherds, and we decided to let them see Killian pass, and I think it helps.
I think, who knows what they understand or what they don't understand, but Leia and our new hound Tidus were there as As Killian left us for a more peaceful place after struggling with osteosarcoma, which is a bitch.
Massive tumor on his front leg and even amputation would not have really extended his life.
So thank you for all your thoughts.
He's in a better place.
That was my last kiss from Killian this morning.
What a great dog.
He'll always be in our hearts.
Let me cheer you up with something I found on social media from our friends at Turning Point Action.
I don't know who this lady is.
She's black, she's beautiful, and she's proud.
And she ain't afraid.
Cut 9.
I think you stand with Trump.
I'm not stupid.
I could tell the minute I saw you, your eyes lit up when you saw the Trump flags.
As I told her, you know why you stand with Trump?
Because beautiful people stand with Trump.
What were you going to say?
Huh?
It's really good.
It's a mocktail.
So what was your answer?
Why do you stand with Trump?
I stand with Trump because he's basically representing us, and everything that they're doing to him is what they can do to us.
And the system is broken, and, you know, he's fighting for us, you know?
So I like his policies, I like how he says it like it is, and, you know, and Biden, gotta go.
I'm sick of him.
And what would you say to a black person that says that you're not black because you're voting for Trump?
Um, well then I guess I identify as a white man.
I don't know.
I don't care what anybody has to say.
I'm a mother.
I care about the future of my child and I care about policies over, you know, rhetoric.
Well said.
Isn't that cool, Jeff?
Nice mic.
Sorry.
Yes, very good.
Next, Joel Victoria one-on-one.
Stay with us here on America First.
Yeah, it's great.
Alright, I gotta read this Daily Mail story.
Kiki.
Now, right?
Good.
Why is this guy obsessed with d- Oh.
I don't know why I'm doing this.
I'm not gonna do this.
You You
You Bye.
Thank you very much.
Absolutely one of the best soundbites from President Trump straight out of a movie!
How you gonna secure your bail?
Yeah, because, you know, it's only $170 million.
That's my former boss, President Trump.
Welcome, dear friends.
It is time for one-on-one with your absolute favorites, warriors we miss from the swamp.
We need them back desperately to slay the dragons of the deep state.
Victoria Tansing and Joe DiGenova, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Sam.
Good to see you.
All right, so I have such a long list of questions, but I don't know, I mean, as I mentioned before, I studied a bit of international law at post-grad, but you are the experts, former U.S.
Attorney, former counsel to Barry Goldwater, intelligence specialist on the Senate, you know, more credentials than we have time to discuss.
Can you explain to me, let's start with the basics of this case.
With regards to the fraud where no one was defrauded, could you walk us through the first instance of what they did to President Trump with regards to banning him from doing business in New York, fining him half a billion dollars?
Can you describe the kind of court procedure That led us to that point because I understand there was no jury It was a very peculiar kind of just ruling by the judge.
What what kind of law was this Joe?
What was the procedure?
How should we understand this?
Well, this was not a classic civil fraud trial where you had a jury.
This was a law under a rare consumer protection law that was passed many, many years ago to protect against consumer scams.
It's never been used in the context of ongoing businesses like the Trump Organization.
But they were trying to figure out a way to, quote, get Trump.
And Letitia James thought up this brilliant strategy and used it to file a civil complaint, which
doesn't have a jury trial.
And the judge in the case did not allow the defendant, the Trump and the Trump organization,
to present evidence.
He decided everything just on the pleadings.
And that is how they got into the mess.
Once he ruled that they were liable, the rest of the time was spent just determining what
the damages were going to be.
And that is the part of the proceeding where he made his famous conclusion that Mar-a-Lago
was worth only $18.5 million.
By the way, that's the cost of one of the bathrooms at Mar-a-Lago.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You can't even buy half a tennis court.
Victoria, you have free reign, but can you just tell me how common is this practice in a civil instance whereby a judge just declares, you know, a fiat decision based on pleadings, not an actual court process?
Well, that's not the half of it, as Joe just explained.
The other is that, you know what the penalty is?
Whatever the court decides is appropriate.
There's no cap.
I mean, usually, even in a criminal case, it's like $5,000 fine or $500,000 fine, whatever.
There's no cap.
And if you read his opinion, you just cannot determine how he decided.
The amount of a half a billion dollars.
This is a statute aimed at consumer fraud.
There were no consumers here.
I wanted to jump on this and you're reading my mind.
If it's about bank loans, the consumer is Donald Trump.
Right?
That's correct.
So he could be a defendant, but it's not the banks because they're not the consumer.
And the banks have said on record they were so delighted with this client who paid back on time, often early, that they wanted to have more of his custom.
If they want more of his custom, Joe, then Donald Trump is the consumer.
There's no question about it.
The judge in this case, Judge Angaran, has stood this statute on its head.
He has abused the statute.
The Attorney General abused it by using it, knowing of its misapplication.
And they handpicked the judge in the case who rode roughshod over the rights of Trump and the Trump organization and the Trump family.
So you're absolutely right.
The real consumer in this instance is Donald Trump, and he didn't defraud anybody.
As you said, the banks and the insurance companies testified that they were completely satisfied with the relationship with Trump and the Trump organization.
I think the judge should go back to playing the drums.
And teaching piano lessons, which he did for about five years afterwards.
Yeah, we got a clip of the judge that we want to play later.
But let's talk about this amount, because God bless Alina Haber, a complete warrior, you know, celebrating the victory of the diminution of the fine.
But then she made the point that we shouldn't really be celebrating, because going from half a billion to 140 million is still insanity, is it not?
Yes, it is.
It's actually $175 million.
Too much.
And if the New York Appellate Court had done the right thing, they would have reduced it to nothing.
Joe, can you put this into perspective?
$170 million to be allowed to appeal?
I'm going to ask just two naive questions.
How do we have in the American system judges just making declarative decisions without
a—I know it's not a criminal case, it's a civil case, but how does—it seems as if
they're just like godlike powers.
And then how do we end up with an idea that somebody's banned from business and has to
pay $170 million to be allowed to appeal?
How does that happen in America?
Well, we have that in this case because the attorney general and the judge have purposely
misapplied the law in this case to get a result which is to hurt Trump.
This case should have been in another courtroom.
It should have been in the civil trial area where there would have been a right to a jury trial.
There would have been all sorts of procedural safeguards.
This statute is completely open-ended. It was never intended to be used
in business disputes like this.
Right.
And this isn't even a business dispute. The business partners of the Trumps are
completely in accord that they have no — they never filed any lawsuits against Trump. This
is the state putting itself in the place of the insurance companies and the banks and saying,
we, the state, are offended, and we demand these monies because we lost these tax monies
because of your valuations.
That's unheard of.
And again, what's happening in New York.
is an abomination for those of us who practice law and do cases in courts all over the country.
No court in the country, except maybe Fulton County, would want to see a case like this presented to the public.
This is an embarrassment to the judges and the lawyers in New York.
And the other part of this that's so offensive is that Letitia James, who campaigned for Attorney General on getting Trump, which is an absolutely unethical way to campaign for public office, then she targeted him when she got elected, and then she filed this unfounded lawsuit, not a single bar complaint filed against her by any judge, by any lawyer in New York.
I would say that the bench and bar in New York have now reached such a low But again, as we advise all of our clients, get your businesses out of New York, don't invest there anymore, and don't visit there.
Let me ask you another naive question, Victoria.
As somebody who's an immigrant, who's a naturalized citizen, I just find it weird that attorneys general, even some judges, are politically elected, or they go through an election process.
How can you be the chief Law enforcement officer for a state who campaigned on putting an innocent man in prison.
How does that not automatically disbar you from actually becoming the chief in law enforcement officer?
Well, it should I don't have a problem with some with Attorney General's being elected and you could run on a slate in various states, but there are two separate issues being elected and targeting a person now.
The New York bar, as Joe just said, nothing, nada, nothing about Letitia James in targeting.
But Rudy Giuliani, Rudy, he got targeted by the bar in New York for what he argued in court.
And the D.C.
bar now is trying to disbar Jeff Clark for a letter he wrote but never sent.
So look out, Republicans.
You're not in good stead with the bars of this country.
Well, Kevin O'Leary made it clear, the billionaire from Canada who's made a lot of money here in America, he said, if you're a businessman in New York, skedaddle, get out of there, because you say one wrong word and they'll try to do to you what they did to President Trump.
They are battling the deep state every single day.

Okay, let's continue the dissection of Quote-unquote law and order in America.
I'm just gonna allow you free reign.
Your reaction to Judge McAfee's decision out of Georgia that Fannie Willis who clearly committed perjury on the stand with regards to when she started her affair with the person who became her chief prosecutor who was literally an ambulance chaser who had no background in felony prosecutions before she made him at the cost of $700,000 of taxpayer funding the chief Trump investigator.
The judge's decision that oh Well, don't worry about it.
If you stop having sex with him and he's not your boyfriend anymore, then you'll be okay.
I'm not sure if Judge McAfee is going to sit in Fannie Willis's bedroom and make sure that Nathan Wade isn't there in her bedroom.
But your reaction to the judge's decision, who I think is facing, as we just mentioned earlier, a re-election in a few weeks' time.
Could that have something to do with it?
Well, I think the way I described his decision was cognitive dissonance, because He apparently thought that no one else in America was watching the hearing that he was conducting when, in fact, tens of millions of Americans were watching the proceedings every day and reached their own conclusions about Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade and Mr. Bradley and everybody else.
And the United States concluded that Fannie Willis and Wade and Bradley lied.
They all lied.
But the judge didn't conclude that.
He basically was very fearful because he's up, as you just said, for election in about four months.
He basically gave her a pass because he didn't want to offend the black community.
And he said, if Wade resigns, you can stay, or if you resign, he can stay.
Now, that simply means he allowed one liar to stay.
You can't do that in a case like this.
They both should have been disqualified, and it should have been assigned to another district attorney's office.
Victoria, let me just again, like the newborn, ask the very obvious question.
A judge is running for re-election, who is sitting over a case involving his former superior, Fannie Willis, to whose campaign he donated hundreds of dollars.
How on God's green earth is he allowed to be a judge over that woman?
Well, he should have been recused.
He should have recused himself.
It's usually up to the judge to decide recusal.
So it's a real problem the way the system is in Fulton County.
It's a place where Joe and I say, don't go to Atlanta, Georgia when you're not going to New York.
It's the same two places.
It's very frightening.
The system is screwed up.
Look at it.
I mean, look how bad the lawyers are.
The very fact that that judge can say, Well, either one of you is disqualifiable, but only one of you gets to be disqualified.
Shows he has no logic.
I mean, there's no process, no thinking process.
I mean, he just, he basically went over all the testimony and concluded that they had lied.
But then he says, well, there are other forums for this type of Perjurious, potentially perjurious testimony to be taken care of.
There's the investigation by the Senate.
There's this new commission that's been set up.
There's the county.
There's the attorney general.
The problem is, he was the one holding the hearing.
His job was to determine who was telling the truth, and he passed the buck.
And that was a political decision he made because of his reelection.
And there's one more legal issue, Saab.
When you have a civil case like that, The plaintiff has the burden of going forward, which is what Trump's attorneys did.
And they had the burden of going forward and saying, look, they had the affair, they got the money, and they all traveled and so forth.
And then it was up to Fannie Willis to prove that she paid for half of it, that she didn't get over $100.
And here's how she proved it.
I paid it in cash.
That's it.
I just don't have any records.
Which would always work in a court of law.
I mean, if I was the head of a crime cartel, I'd just say, well, I, uh, receipts?
No, I paid in cash.
That's always a great defense, isn't it, Joe?
It's called the immaculate payment.
But he didn't change the burden.
He didn't say that Fannie had the burden.
Yeah, he left the burden on them, on Trump and the Trump defendants the whole time.
Completely erroneous, legally.
I mean, absolutely ridiculous reasoning.
So what happens next?
President Trump's team have appealed.
Is it just hostage to the corrupt Fulton court system?
What goes to the appellate court in Georgia?
Well, who knows?
I mean, we haven't seen them perform yet in this case.
We will withhold judgment on the appellate part of the court system in Georgia until this is heard.
Now, the judge did allow them to file it.
Now, that doesn't mean that the Court of Appeals has to take the case.
They haven't declined it yet.
My guess is that they will take it because it is a case of such significance to the county.
But that was just a continuation of his chicken stuff, that he get this off my desk, have somebody else decide.
Right.
Kick the can down the road, not my problem, even though the perjury occurred in front of me in my court.

quite an indictment that each segment of our discussion I have to bring up a new court
case that they're trying to, you know, hobble President Trump's election with. But that
is the reality in which we live, the police state that we find ourselves in. Let's talk
about the Supreme Court. I don't know about you. Please react. I'm shocked we had a 9-0
decision when it came to the Colorado State trying to remove President Trump from the
ballot. Shocked me that even the liberal justices concurred.
What is your expectation when it comes to the immunity case before the Supreme Court, the presidential immunity case?
Because this will ripple down the ages.
If they say immunity applies to President Trump, then it's reinforced.
If they say it doesn't apply to President Trump, well, that lack of application will apply to all future presidents.
What are your expectations?
First of all, I was not shocked by the unanimous decision.
Ever since the issue arose, I said the Supreme Court has to decide this unanimously, or it just doesn't work.
And they did.
The three liberals went off on an edge, but they still concurred with the final decision.
And in the immunity case, It's so ridiculous that we're even having to talk about whether the president has immunity.
But the court had to take the case because the D.C.
decision was so terrible that you couldn't let it stand.
What the test is in a civil case is whether the president was acting within his outer perimeters of presidential duties.
So the question is, is making a speech on the ellipse within the outer perimeters of presidential duty, what the court will do is it will set up a test and send it back to the trial court to determine whether the president meets that test.
They're going to.
They're going.
They had to take the case, as Victoria said, because in 1982, they ruled that President Nixon was immune from civil lawsuits during and after he left office.
And so, since that precedent exists, it is a natural flow to ask the question, if that's the case, if presidents are immune from civil lawsuits during and after their presidencies, why shouldn't they be immune from criminal actions during and after their presidencies?
So, they really didn't have any choice.
They have to clarify the law.
And Victoria's right.
They're going to say, This question is important.
There is some immunity.
I want you to—they're going to send it back and say, hold some more hearings, take some
more testimony on this issue, don't conduct a trial yet, deal with this issue, and then
come back to me.
Last time I checked, Seb, members of Congress have immunity for whatever they do in coming
and going in on the floor.
Remember when Harry Reid said that Mitt Romney didn't pay his taxes?
He lied.
He did that on the Senate floor so he couldn't be sued.
The lay person appreciates what we're talking about.
We're not saying that an incumbent president can do whatever they like.
The issue is you cannot stymie a president while they're in office, while they're in
office because otherwise there's no point electing a president because if the other
side who lost the election says I don't like him and then they bring a hundred court cases
every day for the next four years and then we don't have any balance of powers or checks
and balances.
So the point here is not immunity forever for everything, it's having a chief executive
who can do the actual job.
Correct, Joe?
That's the logic.
you Yes, to allow him or her to function while they're in office and not worry about whether or not if they decide to, for example, order a strike against Americans who are cooperating with terrorists in Iraq, they're going to be indicted after they leave office.
as Obama did when he killed some Americans overseas with missiles.
Why should you have to worry about that as president if you're going to be indicted by
a hostile Justice Department after you leave office?
And that is why what Merrick Garland has done by allowing the indictment in two jurisdictions
of President Trump by Jack Smith is such a disgraceful departure from the norms of the
Constitution and 250 years of recognized immunity.
Now the Supreme Court is going to have to deal with it because Merrick Garland is a
lousy lawyer.

Anger on!
But I've had situations where like, oh my, my, heaven's sake, how could they have thought that?
Well, I have a tool that I can deal with that.
It's called judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
I can say there is no possible way that a reasonable jury would have reached that conclusion.
And, all right, am I following the law or am I making law?
Okay.
I'm following law.
I'm an impartial referee.
But it's hard to factor out my own emotions.
And I have tools.
Somebody can say, well, Your Honor, you have to throw out this case because it's just like another case.
Well, is it just like another case?
What if the defendant was wearing a red sweater instead of a blue sweater?
I have tools?
And the color of the defendant's sweater applies in a court of law?
That's Judge Arthur Englerod, the man who tried to impose half a billion dollars worth of fines on President Trump.
Joe, if you said that as a first-year law student, I have special tools.
What should happen to you?
Well, apparently he's a judge out of Star Wars.
I'm waiting for him to take out his lightsaber to determine the results in a given case.
What you watched just then was a self-indulgent, arrogant judge sitting on the bench in New York.
What an embarrassment to the bar of the state of New York.
That a clown like that sits in a case of this importance, and no complaints are filed against him by anybody in the bar, and the courts of appeals have never said anything about it.
during the appeal on the merits is whether or not the court of appeals says something about Judge
Engeron's behavior because it has been disgraceful and embarrassment to the bench and bar of New York
but apparently nobody in New York in the bench and bar thinks so. Let's talk about the evidence of
other well how should I put this we've heard for years now about Russia Russia Russia
Collusion, collusion, collusion.
We have evidence of some very disturbing collusion, Victoria, between the Biden White House, the Biden Department of Justice, and the Fulton County DA's office, and the Attorney General of New York.
Now, they may just be going there to swap, I don't know, yoga schedules and pancake recipes, but when Nathan Wade, Fanny Willis' lover, is going to the Biden White House regularly, as is Letitia James, And then Newt Gingrich confirms that his sources at the DOJ tell him that it was the Federal Department of Justice that ordered Fannie Willis to hold that very strange press conference at 11 o'clock at night on a Tuesday to announce that, ha ha ha, we're going to bring down the hammer on President Trump.
Is there any reasonable explanation as to what Nathan Wade or Letitia James are doing, skulking around the Biden White House or colluding with the Federal Department of Justice?
None whatsoever, Seb.
And I got upset and I commented on it many times when I was commenting on the sex life of Fannie and Nathan Wade, that let's get over the sex and start asking what was happening with those White House meetings.
I—those lawyers for Trump and his team seem to be a smart bunch of people.
I think that they will be forthcoming with motions asking the context of whatever happened, who did he meet with, what are the notes—give the notes for the meeting, because lawyers always take notes during meetings.
And so, I think that this got lost in the shuffle about sex, and now we should come back to it, because it's very important.
The White House was coordinating with both New York and Atlanta, Georgia.
But it does show you something about the arrogance of the White House.
Because they know they get a free pass from the media.
You need no better example of that than all the things that are happening with NBC News these days and Ronna McDaniel to see how biased and prejudiced they are.
What arrogance from the White House to know That people would be scrutinizing after finding out about the meetings with these two prosecutors.
And the answer is, they don't care.
They don't care because what they want, they want results.
They want the product.
They want stuff done their way.
They want Trump out of the way.
They want to interfere in the election.
And they were at the White House to plan with these prosecutors, state prosecutors, how they were going to interfere in the 2024 election.
We've gone through several of the cases.
The documents case, it seems Judge Moon in Florida is a real judge, is a reasonable judge, is giving the Biden DOJ a run for their money.
What about the case concerning Stormy Daniels?
Do any of these give you pause for thought?
What is your diagnosis of all the lawfare being used against President Trump right now?
Where do we begin?
That Bragg case, the Stormy Daniels case, is outrageous in that in order to bring the case, Bragg had to say Trump was trying to hide a certain felony when they made these book entries.
But he hasn't said yet what the felony was.
He doesn't say.
How can you possibly—it's like, hey, Seb, I'm charging you with robbing a bank, but I'm not going to tell you what bank it is.
How can the Trump team possibly go forward with the trial until they know what crime it is that Trump was trying to hide?
At one point, Bragg said, well, some election laws.
Well, you can't go after state election laws.
It was a federal election.
And you can't—I don't see how you can possibly say it was a federal election law, because the FEC, the Federal Elections Commission, looked at those payments Here's what's really interesting about this.
They did not even find Donald Trump.
And guess who they did find?
Hillary Rodham Clinton for trade payments with Russia.
So does this.
Go ahead, go ahead, Joe.
Here's what's really interesting about this.
Judge Mershan, who was handling the Stormy Daniels case, has already ruled in pretrial
rulings that the Trump team will not be able to present evidence that the FEC declined
to investigate the case.
He will not be able to present evidence that, in the opinion of the former chairman of the Federal Election Commission, the FEC would not look into this matter.
So, Judge Murshan has already made up his mind about this case.
He's not going to dismiss it.
He's going to let it go forward.
He's going to direct a judgment of guilty, basically, to the jury, through his jury instructions.
The fix is in, in this case, even though this case is a legal disgrace.
Just like the other ones.

You are very brave patriots, very brave practitioners of the law.
Will you give me your synopsis, your snapshot of your profession?
Because it seems to me that there are very few who have legal credentials, who can practice in a court of law.
Who have courage anymore in America.
Am I seeing the glass half full, Joe?
The problem with lawyers in America today is that they have all forgotten why they're supposed to be lawyers.
And that's because the legal system, whether it's the American Bar Association, the federal judiciary, the state bar associations, have all become completely political.
And they have become completely progressive.
They have abandoned all pretense about being neutral and detached.
That's why they encourage bar proceedings against lawyers who care deeply about the law.
And let me add to that, Seb, because it's so frightening.
When we were working on the 2020 election and we were talking to various law firms and we had young lawyers who wanted to help us, they would have to come back the next day.
And this was just repeatedly it happened.
I'm sorry.
The senior partner said, I can't work on anything for Trump.
So if it's for Trump, the lawyers are being told they cannot participate.
It's very, very difficult to see this in the legal profession.
And then it simply means that American lawyers, with few exceptions, have basically become cowards.
Yeah.
And it means, moreover, that Lady Justice no longer has a blindfold on.
That there is partiality and politics determines whether or not you have the rights that God has given us.
