the the
You Bye.
Bye.
So, a lot of things happened today.
This is all about election interference.
This is all Biden-run things, meaning Biden and his thugs, because I don't know if he knows he's alive.
And it's a shame.
It's a shame what's happening to our country.
This is election interference.
They are doing things that have never been done in this country before.
We've never had anything like it, certainly not at this level,
but we've really had nothing like it that I've been able to find.
It does happen a lot in third-world countries, banana republics.
If you look at what we just left, you have a case which they're dying
to get this thing started.
The judge cannot go faster.
He wants to get it started so badly.
And there's tremendous corruption.
You have Pomerantz, Mark Pomerantz.
He was Hillary Clinton's lawyer, Democrat National Committee's lawyer.
He worked in Paul Weiss.
He walked in and he took over the The District Attorney's Office, nobody's ever said anything like that, to prosecute Trump.
It truly is a banana republic.
That was President Trump, yesterday in New York, talking about the case against him, where, yes, Lena Harvey is right, there was a huge victory.
The outrageous, the astronomical, the surreal, $430 million dollar fine that had to be paid in a bail bond before President Trump was allowed to appeal the first instance, the first instance where there was no jury, where he wasn't allowed to make a case in front of that lunatic left-wing Judge Engeron, who on camera has admitted
Well, yes, the laws say certain things, but I have my special tools.
What are your special tools, Judge Engeron?
Oh, oh, now that there's been an appeal down to $170 million?
What did the president say about how he's going to cash it, Eric?
We have a very short cut.
It's like something straight out of a movie.
He was asked by one of the reporters as he was leaving, cut nine, play the cut, it's so good.
Thank you very much.
What's the collateral for the bond?
Cash.
What's the collateral for the bond?
And he just turns around as he's walking away.
Cash.
That's my collateral.
He is indefatigable.
He is unstoppable.
He is a Mack truck of freedom.
But they are trying to take him out.
They want him in prison or worse.
Why?
Because it's clear, if the election were free and fair, and if occurred today, it would be a 49 state blowout, as it was against Mondale.
They know that if this man comes back, and he can only serve one more term, he doesn't have to compromise with anyone, because he doesn't have to get re-elected.
Therefore he will be able to drain the swamp once and for all.
All the vested interests of the left, the open borders, The big tech oligarchy hand in glove with the FBI and now we know the CIA?
The CIA that prevented the... What is the CIA doing preventing the investigation of Hunter Biden's business partner by the FBI?
The CIA isn't allowed to be involved in domestic operations.
It's against the law!
Oh, but so was the...
Doctoring of a CIA document by a DOJ lawyer, Clinesmith, who forged a document for it to say the exact reverse of what it actually said, and so impugn Carter Page, the Trump campaign volunteer, and so authorize an illegal surveillance against him.
This has been going on for years now, and it's time for us to wake up.
Police state tactics are alive and well in America and if they can do it to that man the most famous man in the world and now oh my gosh I forgot he's now with the incredible decision yesterday the Clearance for the merger of the SPAC and Truth Social.
President Trump is going to make four billion dollars and Forbes has declared he will be one of the 500 richest persons in the world.
Every time they try and come after him they fail and they just make him stronger.
I felt bad yesterday because I left the studio without sharing with you one of the most important stories I wanted to share with you.
I got, you know, breaking news and my story of the lunatics I met in Portland and the patriots I met in Portland on Saturday.
Yesterday morning, my wife had to have some work done on our kitchen just to fix something.
It was a refinishing of a metal sheet and an artisan came to our home.
And Katie was dealing with him while I walked the dogs and got ready for things on Newsmax for the weekly show and for this show.
And then an hour later I come back into the kitchen And this immigrant, turns out his name is Hector.
I haven't even said good morning to him yet, because he's been working.
And he turns around and he says to me, so, is he going to win?
And I'm thinking, does he know who I am?
Does he know what I did?
And then I think, oh my gosh, there's a big yard sign outside our house.
Take back America Trump 2024.
I say to him, well, I hope so.
I'm Sebastian, who are you?
I spent the next 20 minutes waiting for the varnish to dry on this hood that he refinished, talking to my friend Hector from El Salvador, who loves America, who played kind of semi-pro soccer as a kid, as a teenager, as a young man.
Whose son, also Hector, is now going to play American football as a quarterback in college.
He's got three other kids.
And he just said to me, he didn't know who I was, he just saw the art sign.
He said, I don't know what's happened to America in the last three years.
I can't afford anything.
I can't buy the materials I need to do my job.
Let alone the gas to put in my truck.
I live in Northern Virginia.
It is an epically Democrat area.
With all the overpaid bureaucrats who've moved in here in the last 40 years.
But let me tell you something.
Hector gets it.
He loves America.
And he's an immigrant like I am.
I don't want to tempt fate, but if Hector gets it, and if the polling we're seeing, if the trend lines from the primaries mean anything, Americans, wherever they were born, have had enough.
My question to you is, what are you doing about it to make sure that President Trump stays out of prison and that we have a free and fair election?
Every one of you, almost 4 million out there, have a role to play In securing the election, mobilizing your friends, just put a yard sign outside your home!
So the hectares of your community understand it's okay to want President Trump back.
Because otherwise you can kiss it all away.
Fly the flag that says it all.
I stand with 45 Trump 2024.
When it comes to the sanctity, the sovereignty of our nation, put on the t-shirt that I believe is the most important thing we've ever put on our website.
It's a photograph of that beautiful 22-year-old girl that we have lost because of Biden's open borders.
And all it says is, say her name, Laken Riley.
Stand up for America and let's claw back the greatest nation on God's green earth from those who are destroying it.
Go to SebGorkerStore.com for all of our America First gear made in America and my books.

We've only just begun.
Thanks for watching!
You You
You And I'll see you next time.
And I'm sure it takes balls because you're in a stranger's house.
Yeah, yeah.
Sure.
It's just a yard sign.
Right.
And he initiated the conversation.
It's very interesting.
Isn't it?
This guy was saying, I'd give money to elderly if they can't work.
I wouldn't give a penny to any of these bums who won't work for a living.
I mean, he'd be the co-host of your show.
And this is your cab driver?
Yeah.
It's amazing.
On the way to the embassy.
All right, Jeff, let's do Casio.
All right.
What is the best one?
Come in with one.
Then I'll do ADF with the full audio.
And then I'm going to talk to Tom a little bit about ADF and then talk about the Israel video.
So I'll need B roll of 6, 9, 12, and 13.
Am I missing anything good, Jeff?
What'd you come up with?
6, 9, 12, and 13.
Am I missing anything good, Jeff?
What'd you come up with?
6, 9, 12, and 13.
Maybe one more?
What do you think?
Is there anything really juicy?
I think that's good, yeah.
Okay.
Six.
How long before Jessica Tarlow leaves the Five?
Question mark.
You've got to see what Jessie Waters did to her yesterday.
That's great.
Nine.
Straight out of a movie, President Trump being asked, what's the collateral for his bail?
Today was supposed to be a special day.
A day that Donald Trump had to either fork over $464 million for a bond in his New York fraud case, or Attorney General Letitia James was going to grab him by the property.
But then, this morning, a New York appeals court cut Trump's bond to $175 million.
I thought Stephen Colbert was supposed to be a comedian.
Every time, every time it seems like consequences of any kind are closing in, he gets away with it.
I thought Stephen Colbert was supposed to be a comedian.
And why are you booing when a man who's committed no crime has his obscene bail of half a billion dollars reduced by,
what, 60%?
I mean, are you worried that 170 is just too little?
170 million dollars?
Just the state of the nation.
Well, the state of the left.
Whilst all of this is happening, in front of the Supreme Court today, an incredibly important case about Biden's Food and Drug Administration making it possible for dangerous aborto-fashioned drugs to be mailed across America to young women.
There's an organization that wants to stop that, and is fighting, as we speak, in the highest court in the land, to stop stories like this one.
This is Elizabeth Gillette, who became pregnant at the age of 24, made an appointment with an abortion clinic because her boyfriend was not interested in being a father, and wasn't told about the effects of the drug.
And this is what happened to Elizabeth.
Let's listen.
It feels so bad.
I think I'm going to die.
Something is wrong.
I'm going to die on this bathroom floor.
I remember laying there thinking, if I die, I don't want my parents to find me like this.
I'm a human.
I deserved an extra appointment.
I deserved the truth.
I deserved the warnings.
They withheld that information from me.
And not only did they withhold that information from me, they put me in a situation where I could have died.
The FDA has completely abandoned It's duty to American women by removing safety standards for these powerful drugs.
They lied to me.
They did not tell me that I would hold my dead baby.
That I would see its eyes and its fingers.
I still see it.
You don't unsee something like that.
You can't.
It's a horror story.
A horror story that will be replicated across America unless the ADF wins.
Please support them today.
They don't charge their clients a penny whether it's Jack the Cake Baker or whether it's that young boy Liam who was punished at his local school because he wore a t-shirt that said there are only two genders.

They are the anti-ACLU.

The man who made that audio clip possible is my boss here at Salem.
He is in the swamp temporarily and we're delighted to have him back in the studio.
Tom, this morning, Tom Tradup, you went to the Israeli embassy.
I did.
To see something that I've seen.
What did you see today?
It was, Seb, it was the GoPro video that the Hamas terrorists took while they were paragliding into that music festival and while they were rampaging through various kibbutzes and villages and just indiscriminately killing men, women, and children, setting them afire, cutting off people's heads.
And I was invited by the Israeli embassy by Joel Rosenberg, my friend from All Israel News.
And there were about 16 of us who watched this video, and it was truly horrifying.
You cannot imagine, regardless of your politics, Democrats can fight with Republicans, Arabs and Jews may not get along on a certain issue.
You can't imagine that anyone who God created Could wreak that kind of violence and inhumanity on another living human being.
Which part of the 47 minutes struck out to you?
For me there's two moments.
There's the two boys who have their father murdered in front of them.
The two boys, yes.
And the boy who has his eye blown out by the grenade.
Then the other one, there's so many, but the other one is the two young women hiding under the desk at the IDF Yes.
base and the two terrorists just talk to each other and say, oh, just kill them.
And he puts his AK under the desk and just mows them down.
Is there something that sticks out to you?
There was a scene where they came upon the body of a dead IDF fighter and they said,
let's cut his head off.
And as horrible as it sounds, they cut his head off.
And you're watching it, and you almost... I talked with some nut from Hamas who was outside on the street.
Oh yes, I saw the video.
You know, haranguing and yelling and shaming... Outside the embassy.
Outside the embassy, not in it.
What?
And she said, oh, you must have seen that video, because I was upset when I came out.
And she said, you know, that's all created by AI.
What?
It's all propaganda by Israel.
She actually said that?
Yes.
So basically, we're to understand that when Israel says there were over 1,000 people, 1,300
people killed on October 7th.
That didn't happen.
But if they want to come up with a Hamas number of 15, 16, 17, 20,000 children who have been killed in the war, we have to believe that.
Like, yeah, that doesn't play for me.
What about, let's turn it into the breaking news, that Netanyahu's team was supposed to come here for negotiations.
Right.
And this administration refused to veto the UN Security Council resolution to demand a ceasefire.
I'm wondering if anybody in the White House has seen the video that you and I have seen.
I don't think so.
And we asked that question, the deputy head of the embassy in Washington here.
Today, we said, what's your reaction to this?
And he just he kind of shook his head and had a pained look on his face and said, we're very disappointed.
It sends a message not only to Israel, but it sends a message to the world that the Biden administration now has turned its back on Israel.
And we've seen that with Senator Schumer, with this stupid Call for Netanyahu to face a new election.
Well, I'd call that election interference, wouldn't you?
Yeah.
Well, I wish Netanyahu would call for a new election in the New York Senate race.
Oh, wow.
And then, of course, the news we made just, what was it, eight days ago here with the president, who very accurately said what?
If you're a Jew and you're American and you vote for the Democrats, then you must hate Israel.
The reverse of the dual loyalty canard.
But hey, you know, gaslighting is the stock in trade of the mainstream media.
We've been talking to Tom Tradup, sharing with us the truth of the culture of death that Israel is fighting.
We are fighting it here in the Supreme Court, thanks to the great officers of the Alliance Defending Freedom, fighting for life.

you Bye.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
Yeah, they actually asked some random, what did Rush call it?
Some random acts of drive-by journalism.
Journalists asked Biden about Bibi Netanyahu cancelling his meeting with Biden, pulling back his delegation after the United States refused, refused to veto the UN Security Council call for a ceasefire.
This, this was Biden's response.
Cut 11.
What did you make of Israel's decision not to attend this meeting this week?
Oh, I don't want to get into that.
Plenty of time to talk about that.
I don't want to get into that.
It's so obvious that there are times when he's pumped up with some kind of chemical stimulant and the rest of the time he's just Joe Biden.
Play that again.
Listen to how just disjointed, how weak his voice is, how stuttery and distracted he is.
This is the real Joe Biden.
Play cut.
What did you make the decision not to attend this meeting this week?
Oh, I don't want to get plenty of time to talk about that.
That's Joe Biden.

Alright so we have some breaking news someone I've never ever heard of before
Nicole Shanahan has just been announced as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.' 's running mate for the vice presidency.
Jeff, probably not a good thing if a guy who has a three-hour political radio show across the nation every single day has never heard of this woman, right?
That's probably a good thing to say.
I would say yes.
And the reason it looks here that, this is Wikipedia, the reason that she's the vice president running mate is that she gave four million dollars for his Super Bowl ad.
Is that a good reason to become a vice president?
I guess she was bored and she wouldn't be a VP, so that's what you do.
Four million dollars to become a VP!
Is that the way politics works?
Oh, let's find out.
Who is, um, Alex, who is this woman or who was she married to?
She was married to the founder of Google, Sergey Brim.
Sergey Brim.
And then what happened to that marriage?
Apparently there was an alleged affair.
With who?
Elon Musk.
Did Brim have sex with somebody he shouldn't be having sex with?
That would be his ex-wife with Elon Musk.
Really?
According to our sources here at America First.
The plot thickens.
Alright, enough TMZ.
Let's get back to work.
Let's talk to our good buddy in Livermore.
Ray, line one.
Wow, sounds pretty swampy to me.
He'll fit right in, Dr. G. I mean, come on, you can buy a vice presidency for four million.
That's a great deal, isn't it?
Because Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
is really going to get elected.
Daily events there in DC happens all the time.
Swamp, swamp, swamp.
You played that clip of the evening putt who does a night show and there are others.
In the leftist media, their heads are exploding because Trump just seems to be getting stronger and stronger every time they take a shot at him.
Think of this, Ray.
They literally tried to bankrupt him yesterday, and then he just makes $4 billion.
If you read that in a novel, you'd say, come on, you're stretching credulity.
You know, Dr. G, I had to call you because I'm talking to you on an iPhone 7 that Rush Limbaugh gave me.
What?
You held this phone in your hand.
You held this phone in your hand and snapped a picture of me and you when you were in Fremont.
But you never told me that was from Rush Limbaugh.
I think I did.
I think I did.
But there were so many people.
Your handler kept trying to shoot me away.
He kept trying to say, go away, go away.
There's more people.
And you yelled at him and said, this is Ray from Nevermore!
I'll stand here with him as long as I like!
It was beautiful.
But he gave me this phone because I did a comparison of Rush Limbaugh to the Mars Attack movie and Rush loved that movie.
And it was the scene where they send up the atomic bomb to blow up the aliens.
Yeah.
And the alien sends out this little spaceship and the bomb blows up, the spaceship vacuums
up the entire explosion.
It chugs back to the spaceship and they all take hits off of it.
They all smoke off it like a millennial vaping device.
And then they all giggle.
And I got to hear the end of the story.
Stay on the line.
We're up against the clock.
I want to hear the end and I'll share it with you.
Stay with us, Ray.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Why do I take this every morning and every evening?
Because it works.
I hate taking supplements, but this one Relieved me, liberated me of my lower back pain, which I had been suffering with for almost a decade, for nine years.
Yes, almost a decade.
More than a million people join me every single day.
Why?
Because it works for them as well.
Because the ingredients are proven anti-inflammatories that attack the source of the pain, the inflammation.
Find out for yourself, 1995.
Call 1-800-the-number-for-relief, reliefactor.com.
1-800-473-5433 reliefactor.com.
Mike's on Alex.
I sent the transcript over to...
But Bob, what's the comparison to Rush?
Explain to me blowing up the aliens and then taking a toke.
Okay, so the general was yelling at the president.
I said, the generals are the swamp.
It's the entrenched bureaucrats.
The president is the media who needs to do something about Trump.
And Trump was the alien.
And that's why I presented it to Rush.
And they're sending They convinced the President to send an atomic bomb up to destroy Trump, the alien, and all he did was vacuum it up, drink it up, and become even stronger.
And that's what they're doing to him today.
Every time they attack him, he just gets stronger.
And rest of it, he gave me a phone.
He gave me a $1,000 phone, Dr. G. But that said, I want to tell you something.
You gave me something that's even more valuable than this phone, and you sent me out some Relief Factor, brother.
And I can't tell you the difference that has made.
It has been almost immediate.
I've had some up and down days, but man, that stuff is working.
All right, so Jeff tells me you're going to come on to talk about Rush's phone and doesn't tell me you're going to talk about Relief Actor.
No, no, I'm saving that.
I'm saving that because I want to go through the whole bag, OK?
But I want to do an online testimonial for you.
Brother, you saved me.
I couldn't... Alright, so where are you in an hour from now?
An hour from now?
I'll be, I don't know, at another job site, but I'll be available.
Alright, so I'm gonna do a Relief Factor read in an hour, and I want you to be my official endorser.
If you ask me to, I'll do so.
You've got to tell the story!
Alright, so Jeff will call you back and we're going to record it on air and it's going to be amazing.
Okay.
And that's easy enough to do because I can walk now when I couldn't walk, dude.
And that stuff arrived like two days after I talked to you.
Three days after I talked to you.
Well, you asked for it and we sent it.
That is amazing.
Alright.
Jeff has got your number, I think, and we'll call you back in an hour.
Roger that.
God bless.
Yes, thanks Ray.
Alright.
Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
See you next time!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
This hush money case was exactly that, a hush money case, and I, you know, I'm looking forward to... I don't know whether he will testify.
I know his lawyers know that he lies a lot, but I hope he testifies, because when he puts that hand on the Bible, I want to see it burst into flames.
Eric, who is that talking there about President Trump being satanic?
Who is that?
That is the disgraced former senator from Minnesota, I believe, Al Franken.
Interesting.
I'm trying to remember what happened to Al Franken.
I'm going to dig up a photograph and send it to Eric.
But first things first, have you heard the rumors?
They want to scare you.
They want you to believe that another pandemic is just around the corner.
And then what happens?
Are you at the mercy of Big Pharma and you can't get the medicines you want because, oh, it's all political?
That is not what is going to happen if you listen to me.
What's my advice to you?
Don't get scared.
Get prepared.
Dr. Peter McCullough, who we had on the show last week, along with his colleagues at The Wellness Company, have got emergency wellness kits for you that include Hmm, things like Ivermectin, antibiotics, antivirals.
And you can order them now.
You need a prescription, but they can help you with that.
And then you have on hand everything you need to protect your families.
Think about that.
If something does actually happen, You're not at the mercy of Big Pharma.
The wellness company has helped you to prepare in advance to protect your company.
To protect your family.
Go to their website right now.
Check out the four different kits.
There's one for COVID, there's one for accidents, something that happens outside.
There's a general kit.
All four of them are in my home.
Go to TWC.health slash Gorka.
Be prepared and don't be a hostage to Big Pharma.
That's the wellness company.
TWC.health slash G-O-R-K-A.
All right, I think the next guest, because he has an encyclopedic mind, can help me out.
He is the founder, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
Follow him at jsonnemanreports.
John, can you remind me, what was it that Al Franken, why did he get into trouble?
Because he's a Democrat who respects minorities and women.
What happened to him?
I made a couple of comments and got cancelled by his own party.
Never recovered from it.
It's a reminder in an earlier time frame of how we dealt with things and sometimes we go back and we don't ever really remember what the original allegation was.
We just know that the person was cancelled.
It's hard to believe.
It's almost 20 years ago now, right?
And of course there is a notorious photograph when he was traveling, right?
And he placed his hands on a female reporter's torso, and that's how much Democrat politicians, and I guess former comedians, respect women.
So just another case of hypocrisy.
Talking of sexual scandals or alleged ones, you literally just a few You sent me something that's absolutely fascinating because, you know, full disclosure, I am good friends with the chair of the American Conservative Union.
He is the man who runs CPAC.
His name is Matt Schlapp.
He's been on this show many times.
Tell us about the story you just sent me, John.
Yeah, remember he had been accused of acting inappropriately, groping a driver on the way back from an airport, I think the hotel.
Today, that, by the way, that dominated headlines for 15 months.
You could not see a story about CPAC without it being raised by the mainstream media.
Today, the accuser basically said it was all a misunderstanding.
He recanted, dropped his lawsuit, his defamation, everything.
And Matt Schlapp has been cleared, but not after 15 months of extraordinary hell.
And it's one of just many examples in the last three or four years where an allegation got life from the news media.
There wasn't any particular evidence that backed it up.
It was two different accounts.
But the media beat it to death.
And then, of course, it withers away because it wasn't true.
And at least according to the accuser, it wasn't true.
We live in extraordinary times where reputations can be burnt in a second and it takes months or years to reclaim them.
Let me... Look, I said this, you know, several times on my show.
I don't rehearse my interviews.
I don't have approved talking points even when President Trump came on the show for an hour last week.
I don't do that.
So, I'm going to ask you something personal, John, and I hope you'll take it in the best way possible.
So, we have this article and it's just clearly another example.
I mean, Matt's just texted me.
Mercedes has texted me saying thank you for standing by us.
They've done this to you.
They've lied about you.
They've questioned your integrity as a journalist.
Is this what we just have to put up with?
Was this city like the things we witness today when you started your career decades ago?
Or has something changed?
No, listen, truth used to matter, and we would set aside our partisan differences for different American ideals.
Remember after 9-11, we were one country.
Whatever we thought of the other side, we saw ourselves as one country.
That sentiment, particularly on the left, is gone.
If it isn't the country that the left wants, they will stop at nothing to burn down the house to get what they want.
And I think The tactics that we see by the way are really a 21st century refined version of McCarthyism.
This is what Joe McCarthy did in the 50s.
Create an innuendo, create a suggestion, get the emotions riled up, trample the person, and then if they turned out to be innocent, oh well, victim of politics.
That is the tactics that the left has borrowed and actually, quite frankly, in the social media era mastered.
They can cancel people in a second and it takes months or years to reclaim your reputation when you've done nothing wrong.
And I think, you know, you look at Russia collusion, there are still people that think Russia collusion was true.
That's how good the Democrats were at creating a false reality.
And I think Matt Schlapp is going to be right up there.
in the annals of false realities that were used to destroy conservative reputations.
Yeah.
What's the answer? The courts haven't been very helpful. I think it's fighting in the public
square with facts. You and I turned the Russia collusion story around by giving people facts,
and I think you just have to do what Matt Schlapp did, which is fight for the truth,
and eventually you win. But it comes at a huge cost. I can't even begin to imagine what Matt
Schlapp's legal bills are. No. Well, we'll get Matt on the show, but I want to salute you right now
for never giving an inch on the truth, for holding the line, for reporting every single day what
needs to be told, and allowing your readers and your viewers to decide, because that's what
journalism should be about.
It was superb to be on your show yesterday.
We had a blast.
You were awesome.
A lot of fun with you and Amanda.

I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
If you want to be part of the fight, how do you do that?
You don't have to be the head of a media organization or have a daily news show.
You can just make sure that the phone that you use isn't funding the left.
I'm not kidding.
If your cell phone is connected to one of the big cell phone companies, you know which
ones.
Every call you make, every text you send, is funding causes you detest and which are
un-American.
The big phone companies give millions of dollars every year to things like Planned Parenthood,
to foundations that are anti-Second Amendment, and organizations that are trying to cancel
and to censor conservatives.
There's only one Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's the one I use.

Smear campaign collapses, colon, match lab.
It was, I didn't even know that.
It was Herschel Walker's staffer?
Yeah, I first thought of that gay son of his who was always like, you know, attacking his dad.
Yeah, no, that's ridiculous.
Gosh.
Wow.
So, so the quote is, um, it was a misunderstanding.
So the allegation is he touched my groin.
How can touching your groin be something you misunderstand?
What scum they are.
A hired actor who they probably stopped paying him or something.
He wanted to sue Matt for nine million dollars.
Wow.
First things first.
Music.
Knee deep in the swamp.
All right, this is live radio reacting to the breaking news from our buddy John Solomon.
Jeff, I didn't even realize it was a Herschel Walker staffer who alleged that Max Schlapp had sexually done something to him.
I didn't buy it for a millisecond.
I didn't let it affect my relationship.
with him and now the staff has said oh it was a misunderstanding and he's sorry and he didn't mean to try and sue Matt for nine million dollars your reaction this is getting ridiculous because it's all the time and it's not like he really won anything Matt there's still people who still believe that he did it and like what he said I can't imagine how much he's had to spend trying to defend himself with this and legal bills it's ridiculous honestly Eric Equally agreed.
I mean, they are just looking for anything that can stick to anybody, make stick to any conservative figure at this point, because they know how powerful Matt Schlapp is, how effective the conservative union of course CPAC is.
This is what, this is the tweet I was just writing.
This is what happens to you if you're an effective patriot.
Matt Schlapp vindicated.
Alex, the only reason they did this to Matt is because he is the chairman of the most effective, biggest conservative meeting in the world, correct?
I agree.
He should sue for damages.
Yeah.
Oh, you apologized for putting my life through hell and accusing me of being a homosexual sexual assaulter?
Unbelievable.
This is, uh, what is it?
Um, Chris Plant says, right?
One of the most affecting things the left has done is to make sure that decent Americans don't work in conservative politics.
Wow.
Victory for Matt Schlapp.
I think he'll be celebrating tonight.
Let's squeeze in a call.
Bob, Minnesota, line one.
Mr. Gorka.
Yeah.
Hey, this Al Franken situation, you know, he has no business criticizing this Trump case.
I mean, I'm good friends with the lady that he assaulted at the State Fair.
Who are you talking about at the State Fair?
We were talking about a photograph about a sleeping woman on a military transport.
Oh, that's only the tip of the iceberg.
He was at the State Fair and taking pictures and He put his hand down on her rear end, basically assaulted her, and after that came out, that's when he
That's when he left office, conveniently.
What a delightful man he is.
Thank you for that update.
So it's not just one act, but we have multiple Al Franken sexual assaults.
And why am I not surprised?
He's a Democrat.
The Democrats are either assaulting people sexually, or they're lying about conservatives assaulting people sexually.
I think that's the learning moment for today, the teaching moment.
Oh my gosh, where did that hour go?

A lot of things happened today.
If you look at what we just left, You had a you have a case which they're dying to get this thing started.
We played that audio before, but it is so important and I wanted our guest, our regular guest, to hear it because I even forgot to focus in on that one name President Trump mentioned, Mark Floyd Pomerantz of the Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison law firm, who just happened to end up, after the last election, In the Manhattan District Attorney's investigation of President Trump.
Let's unpack it all with the man who has authored a crucial work that must be on your bookshelf.
Brand new from Lord Conrad Black, The Political and Strategic History of the World, Volume 1.
We interviewed him for a whole hour recently.
You can watch it on Rumble.
Lord Black, welcome back to America First.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
Always a pleasure.
So much to discuss with you today, especially after the events of the last 24 hours.
But that one thing, the president always drops these buried leads in these impromptu press
sprays he has.
And the idea that this individual who was a key Democrat attorney fixer just happens
to slide sideways into one of the most rabid DA's offices in America and ends up instantly
on the Trump fraud investigation.
Is this normal for advanced developed nations?
I think that he wins the Andrew Weissman prize for total ineligibility for the position to which he aspired
and which he was given.
I mean, Andrew Weissman, as you recall, as far as I knew, the most rabid of all the Trump
haters and the Hillary Clinton faction determined to keep him out of the White House, and he
ended up being effectively the head of the Mueller Commission, since Mr. Mueller himself
It's not really, you know, in this kind of figurehead.
I mean, it is astounding to me.
You see these Democrats I mean, media, chronic, knee-jerk, absolute, foaming at the mouth, Democratic, Trump-hating partisans, running around in circles like associated cockroaches, because the former head of the Republican National Committee has been engaged by NBC to comment on some things.
If this was a terrible degradation of the craft of journalism.
I mean, as you mentioned Jen Psaki, she went straight from being Biden's press secretary right on to having her own program on one of the cable channels.
And, you know, they think nothing of this.
And then in their minds, I'll give them this.
I think there's an element of sincerity.
They believe that Trump is a monster and that he is no more fit to be the president than some than some beast from the jungles or something.
And therefore, anything, absolutely anything is justified in presenting obstacles to him.
And I mean, I guess they sincerely believe it, but I mean, if the country is going to survive
as a constitutional democracy, it has to sweep this nonsense out of the way.
I mean, you have to beat candidates in the old-fashioned way in fair and fairly counted
elections and not with this confected or now a pandemical hysteria
about the automatic unquestionable ineligibility for any office of the person who happens to be your
opponent.
Well...
Somewhere along the line, democracy in the United States at the presidential level just became like disease control or something.
We've got to get back to politics and democracy.
Well, let's have a listen for those who don't partake of the legacy of lying propagandist media.
Here, as you noted, is the former Biden White House press secretary reacting to the fact, let's put it in context, President Trump ...had to put on the table a bond the likes of which we've never seen before in a fraud case where no one was defrauded, almost half a million dollars, which was lowered to the still surreal, bizarre $170 million.
And this is Jen Psaki, who's now a show host's reaction cut ten.
And what really struck me about all of this is just how ironic it is that a guy who has railed against a two-tiered system of justice repeatedly has been afforded the kind of leniency that no one else would ever receive.
I mean, of course there is a two-tiered justice system in this country.
One in desperate need, by the way, of reform.
But it is definitely not tiered in the way that Donald Trump is describing.
And he's implying that he is the one who is treated worse.
When actually, the opposite is true.
Leniency under this definition of gaslighting, Lord Black, appears to be facing 730 years in prison.
Exactly.
Exactly.
Completely spurious charges, topped out with a civil case when, as you said, there is not only no victim, there are no criteria of lawbreaking.
None.
Zero.
The lenders came in happily to court saying they would deal with them again.
They were perfectly satisfied and they had relied on their own research and there was nothing wrong at all with the transactions complained of.
And he is not only found guilty and sentenced to a colossal fine and declared to be in that select company who are so Rattled with moral turpitude, they have no right to conduct business in the state of New York.
I mean, that has got to be the lowest bar in North America, and yet he's apparently not making it for no reason whatsoever.
And when this absurd, unheard of penalty that he has to pay in order just to appeal this nonsense is reduced by 70 percent, This is proof that he is benefiting from a special, um, deferential legal system to the one that all the others have to face.
I mean, you know, it's sort of Goebbels' big lie.
It is so absurd, so absolutely preposterous, that you can hardly believe she's saying it.
But, we only have two minutes left, but it goes to what you said before we started our conversation over the broadcast channel.
These people seem to be utterly and irrevocably detached from reality.
And if that's the case, they're on another planet.
Which means, maybe they can't win in November?
That is what I'm starting to think.
I don't think I mean, obviously, there are a lot of people involved in the Democratic campaign, and I have no standing to comment on them, all of them, but the ones that are most visible and audible now, and particularly in the last 24 hours, are people who don't... I mean, they not only don't know anything about the electorate that they're just seeking the approbation of, they have a conception of it that is
That is completely false.
I mean, completely false.
Well, and they have disdain.
Therefore, I don't see how they can win.
Yeah, and they have disdain for the people who make up most of the voters in America.

I'm Sebastian Gorka, we'll be back with Lord Black in a moment.
Do they really? Are they rea- Can a human being be so out of touch with reality, Conrad?
Well, I wouldn't have thought so, Sebastian.
I mean, I slightly know a few of these people.
And I had not ever thought of them as... I mean, I didn't agree with them politically, but they were civilized people that you could have a normal conversation with.
And even though, you know, it was going to be difficult to reach agreement on anything politically, I never until now had the idea that they were anything other than rabid partisans.
But now I think that they have somehow Catapulted themselves by an extraordinary and frankly I think probably neurotic form of psychiatric gymnastics into physically inhabiting the same world and country as the rest of us, but not being there mentally.
I think they have now kind of created for themselves A fantasy land.
And, you know, on election day, even if they stretch it out for 60 days, no matter how many drop boxes they stuff with unverified ballots, on those days, to win, you have to have some idea of the electorate you're pitching to.
And I think these people have just sailed off the charts.
Some of them have, anyway.
And Jen Psaki, I have to say, I thought she was, I mean, I didn't like her as a public personality,
but I thought she was a very effective, capable press secretary who reconciled the rather dismal
facts she had to front with, you know, all of the full bag of tricks of how to put the best
face that could be put on the Biden administration.
I thought she was really rather skilled.
Well, she didn't have to constantly.
She didn't have to constantly refer to her binder.
Will you come in, Eric, with... Cut seven.
Yep.
Give me line one quickly.
Mic's on.
Yep.
Hello.
Who's this?
Steve?
Yes, hi Steve.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Yeah, I thought earlier in the show you said that if the election were held today that Trump would win 49 states.
Was that hyperbole or were you being literal in that?
Have you read the latest polling?
He's defeating Biden.
He's defeating Biden by on average five points across the nation.
So what is the one state that Biden's going to win then, would win?
Well, probably the most lunatic state.
Where do you live?
Oh, no, I'm just curious.
I'm curious.
Where do you live?
Well, because clearly in California.
Well, there you go.
You answer the question.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
That was a magnificent dismissal of 53 Electron.
Yeah, we have these callers who think they're going to get on air, but they never do, and Jeff manages to weed them out.
That guy was cranking up for a ten minute lecture to you.
Oh, yes.
Well, by the way, the five point lead really means about seven or eight points.
Oh, cool.
Which means take out California and New York, but to be fair, take out Texas and Florida and Tennessee as well.
You mentioned the cash you had, you said on Friday, it was something like 500 million.
But, uh, I might.
I might do that.
Now that the bond's been reduced, are you going to start putting money into your campaign?
You haven't done that since 2016.
Well, first of all, it's none of your business, I mean, frankly.
But I might.
I might do that.
I have the option.
President Trump, these impromptu press conferences are truly the best.
They ask inappropriate questions and he says, none of your business, and everybody laughs.
He's there.
Superb, superb.
We will continue to dissect with one of our show's fan favorites, Lord Conrad Black momentarily, but...
Today, our friends, the incredibly courageous attorneys of the Alliance Defending Freedom are arguing in front of the Supreme Court.
I'm not going to play the audio again of what I played in the first hour because it's tough.
It's really tough about a 24-year-old woman who took an abortion, an abortion-fascist drug.
She wasn't prepared.
The doctors hadn't told her what it would do and how the dead baby would be delivered, and how she almost died on the floor of her bathroom as a result.
The ADF is fighting in front of the Supreme Court to stop the FDA from implementing its decision to allow these incredibly dangerous drugs just to be mailed across America to young women.
If you believe in the First Amendment, the sanctity of life, religious freedom, these are the issues the Alliance Defending Freedom fights for, whether you're Jack the Cake Baker or whether you're an organization that wants to protect young women across America.

Lord Black, I flew to Portland on Saturday to the Heart of Darkness and gave a speech to 300 incredibly impressive patriots and I love the Q&A afterwards.
It's always the most interesting thing.
And somebody asked me about what's going to happen in the next eight months.
How violent is the left going to be?
And I shot back by saying, don't worry about the next eight months.
Think about what happens if President Trump, God willing, if we do our part, if he actually wins, what happens then from November the 5th until the inauguration in January?
And my argument is there's one party in America that has normalized violence, and I want to play a little clip to you.
We have a montage of the likes of Maxine Waters to Nancy Pelosi to Chuck Schumer.
These are their words.
Let's play it.
Cut 13, please, Eric.
I don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
There needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives.
You've got to be ready to throw a punch.
You have to be ready to throw a punch.
Donald Trump, I think you need to go back and punch him in the face.
I thought he should have punched him in the face.
I feel like punching him.
I'd like to take him behind the gym if I were in high school.
If you were in high school, I'd take you behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.
No, I wish you were in high school.
I could take him behind the gym.
I will go and take Trump out tonight.
Take him out now.
When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?
They're still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump.
Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
And you put that on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.
I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
Please, get up in the face of some Congress people.
People will do what they do.
I want to tell you, Gorsuch.
I want to tell you, Kavanaugh.
You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.
We're gonna go in there, we're gonna...
This is just a warning to you Trumpers.
Be careful.
Walk lightly.
And for those of you who are soldiers, make them pay.
If you had to be stuck in an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence, or Jeff Sessions, who would it be?
Does one of us have to come out alive?
Laughter Does one of us have to come alive and then Kamala cackles?
From Nancy to Kamala to Schumer to Biden.
Have we seen this before in modern politics?
The normalization of violence to those you politically disagree with, Lord Black?
No, not in the United States.
I mean, you see, we saw it for a long time in Ireland, for example, and some other countries.
And of course, it's not uncommon in primitive countries, but I do not believe we've seen that casual, frivolous reference to violence in the United States so frequently before.
You remember that red-headed actress who sent out on the internet that sketch of a severed head?
Oh yes, she was holding a Griffith.
Kathy Griffith was holding up a severed, fake Trump head.
Well, this sort of thing, I don't, you know, I'm getting fairly elderly now and I don't recall that sort of thing being accepted as within the bounds of good taste ever before in the United States.
And it certainly isn't in other advanced countries like Britain or Canada or even France and lots of countries.
But it's an aberration.
And I don't think that's where the people are.
And when you ask If President Trump is in fact elected, what will happen in the period between the confirmation of the result, at least the clarity of the result, and the inauguration, I don't think much will happen.
I think they're all hot air.
I think some of the militants who are racially motivated, some of the extreme African American groups, They might get up to something.
You're not expecting a redo of 2020 with BLM, Arsene and Antifa?
No, I don't think so, and I don't think even the Democratic mayors, now some of them have changed, I think it's probably a slight improvement from de Blasio to Adams, but I don't think even the Democrats want to go through that again.
They were prepared to do it then because they could sell it as Trump chaos
and it was part of their immense bag of tricks, their total assault on an incumbent Trump.
But I think if he wins clearly fair and square in the election, they're going to be so demoralized
that as I say, maybe some of these gangs that do smash and grabs and two groups of 15 or 20
of them charging the stores and like that, maybe they'll be heard from a bit, but not.
Not large numbers of people all around the country peacefully protesting by burning down and turning into rubble heaps, large parts of cities from Portland to New York City.
I just don't think that.
I think they'll be demoralized and make ludicrous statements about the end is nigh and the world's coming to an end.
Do we commit suicide now or go through the horrible agony of the death throes of this country under Trump?
You get a lot of histrionic nonsense like that, but I don't think they'll take to the streets.
I think they're all, as the English say, they're all mouth and no trousers.
I love that phrase, from your lips to God's ears.
He's the author most recently of the book, The Political and Strategic History of the World, Volume 1.
I'm all ready for Volume 2.
Follow him at Conrad M. Black.
your calls next here on America First.
I think, again, it's just absolute hot air.
By the way, if I'd had the time, I would have said something, but this business, I don't think he does it anymore, but Biden used to say that thing.
You had it on there, that I'd take him out behind the gym at school and beat the hell out of him.
Biden is a wispy little guy who must weigh at least 80 pounds less than Trump and can
hardly walk properly.
I mean, I don't want to make...
No, but he has those thin little spindly legs.
I mean, him at the beach, it's not exactly Adonis.
Trump could get his left hand almost entirely around Biden's neck and knock his head off
with one punch.
Obviously, this is nonsense.
It's not going to come to that.
And don't forget, he was able to reach from the back of the beast 30 feet with his arm
and wrestle the Secret Service agents on January the 6th as well.
Yeah.
But they...
You know, I mean, if I looked and sounded like Biden, I...
I wouldn't fantasize aloud about beating up a guy who's a lot stronger than I am.
You and I might as well say, I'd like to beat the hell out of Rocky Marciano, but it was never going to happen.
It is, as you say, all hot air.
Does your publisher do signed copies of your book?
Are they available?
They sort of have to come from me, but in your case, what I could do is I could send you a letter that you could put in the book.
Oh, super!
Are you coming here any time in the next year?
I'm sure I will.
I just haven't scheduled anything yet, but I'm sure I will.
Okay, good.
Then I will carry it with me when I next see you.
But if you want me to send you a handwritten letter that you can put in... No, no.
I'll wait.
I'll wait.
I'll have it signed properly.
Yep.
Splendid.
Good.
All right.
Have a great week.
Thank you.
It's getting better and better.
I think we're really on a roll here.
We are, but we have seven and a half months to go.
OK, good.
Look, by the way, we had a mighty funeral here on Saturday for Brian Mulrooney.
And it just, amongst everything else, all the politicians were there.
Oh, I'm sure.
But it seems to me we're going to have a change here, too.
I mean, I thought that anyway.
Yeah.
Well, God willing.
Good.
Speak next week.
Thank you, Conrad.
Bye-bye.
Right.
Right.
Right, tied off with that one.
Um...
...took an abortion, but the only thing that turned is that they realized that they didn't need to have a baby,
they wanted to go on a ride back home, but apparently they didn't want to go on a ride back home,
so they turned it...
The left divorced from reality.
The lefts divorce from reality.
Yep.
One minute.
Coming with the four.
Coming with four.
Oh no, coming with two.
Two.
to. Oh yeah.
Okay.
Take a look at the membership list over at Mar-a-Lago, right?
I mean, you know, we already saw that he showed top-secret documents to an Australian billionaire, right?
There's plenty of billionaires that hang out with him over at Mar-a-Lago, and each and every one of them sees Donald Trump as a fool, and that they think that they can get something out of him, because most of these mega-billionaires actually did get stuff out of him while he was the president.
That's convicted perjurer Michael Cohen.
Jeff, can you remind me, who are the billionaires who tricked Donald Trump and got stuff out of him?
Because he says there are like hundreds of them.
Can you give me one?
I don't know.
I know a lot of billionaires that really worked against him in the election, like Zuckerberg and others too.
Yeah, but you can't think of even one that tricked Donald Trump and got stuff out of him?
No, because you would see him on the news every day and that person would have been arrested as well.
Oh dear, poor... Michael Cohen trying to be relevant and trying to be relevant on Jen Psaki's show.
Okay, social media, it's a scourge but sometimes something pops up which is...
Good.
I don't know who this lady is.
We'll try and track her down.
She goes by Emily Wilson and this was her Instagram post concerning the outrageous 1.2 trillion dollar spending bill brought to you by Congress.
Cut 12 Emily Wilson.
Okay, so I want to know which one is your guys' favorite part of the $1.2 trillion spending bill.
Is it 1.
$850,000 for a gay senior citizen home in Massachusetts?
Is it 2.
$15 million for Egyptian college tuitions?
Is it 3.
in Massachusetts? Is it two, 15 million dollars for Egyptian college tuitions?
Is it three, 400,000 dollars for a group that helps teens hide their gender? Is it four, 500,000 dollars
$500,000 for an anti-racist nature appreciation group at the San Diego Zoo.
Or is it number five?
$300 million additional to Ukraine.
All right, let's go through the team.
Let's ask you.
So you've got the options here.
You've got $800,000 for the gay senior home in Massachusetts, $15 million for Egyptian college tuition, then $450,000 to help children hide their gender transition at school.
Any favorites?
Eric, which one of those is your favorite?
In terms of something I literally didn't see coming, it's definitely the Egyptian tuition.
Like, Egypt of all things.
Love to see it.
Alex, which one?
I was going to say that one.
I was going to say the Egyptians.
Alright.
Guy, which one of those do you think is the most outrageous?
I do not fond with anyone from this.
You don't like any of them?
How logical you are!
You definitely can't be a politician.
Jeff, come on.
Which is your favourite one from the 1.2 trillion dollar spending bill?
Um, it's gotta be, what was it, the senior home?
Yes!
Yes!
That's, it's got to be!
Come on guys, the only right answer is $850,000 of your taxpayer money for the homosexual, sorry, the gay senior citizens home in Massachusetts.
I, Jeff, aren't you glad that these are the priorities of the people that are on Capitol Hill?
Yeah, but you have a president that might be headed to a senior center though, so... Are you implying... Are you implying... You know what they say about women in comfortable shoes.
Are you saying that his new comfy trainers aren't just about him falling down the stairs on Air Force One?
Maybe.
You gotta look at things sometimes.
He does like to do things for his own interest.
That is a president that does things for his own interest.
So Hunter Biden gets the money from the Chinese for the hookers and the cocaine and his daddy is planning maybe to retire to Massachusetts.
I like the way you think.
That's interesting.
Jill Biden was scintillating with her amazing IQ and her acumen in history.
This is what Jill Biden said about Who knows, it's Jill Biden, cut 4.
History teaches us that democracies don't disappear overnight.
They disappear slowly.
Subtly.
Silently.
A book ban.
A court decision.
A don't-say-gay law.
Before World War II, I'm told, Berlin was the center of LGBTQ culture in Europe.
One group of people loses their rights, and then another, and then another.
Until one morning you wake up and you no longer live in a democracy.
Eric, you're like a little bit of a history buff.
I'm a little bit of a history buff.
I miss the Nazi Germany was the hub of drag queen story hours.
There's no words for that one.
When she said that, you remember, we were watching before we started the show.
I'm like, wait, what?
They will go to any extent to rewrite history to fit their needs.
It's hilarious.
It is hilarious.
Don't go anywhere.

Hello, who's this?
Hello?
My name is Jacob.
Hey Jacob, what's your question?
What's your comment, Jacob?
Yeah, I want to say Israel needs to be allowed to finish the job and go into Rafa.
Rafa would be, compared to the other areas of Gaza that they've already gone into, Rafa is the most important that they hold on to, just because it's on the Egyptian border, and they're going to need to control that area once they start to get out of Gaza.
It is very strategically important.
I don't know why the Democrats are so Against allowing Israel to finish the job.
Of course you know why, because they're anti-Semites.
Probably.
What do you mean, probably?
Do you know who Rashida Tlaib is?
And Ilhan Omar, who said, it's all about the Benjamins?
Have you been paying attention to the squad and what Chuck Schumer said last week?
I've heard what Schumer said, yeah.
Well, we all know that Ilhan Omar And to Lieber, obviously anti-Semitic, but yes, a large part of the party is.
Good!
Alright, that's your comment?
Yeah, the importance of RAFA is what I want to get at.
Alright, understood.
I get it.
I got it.
Thank you, friend.
Thank you.
Mic's off.
That's the same guy that called.
I'm going to be a little bit more.

I'm six foot three.
But 268 pounds, that's bad.
I dropped it with a system with no injections, no pills to pop, just a system that lets you eat five times a day and burns the fat.

Before we go to our next guest, perhaps the best cut of the day, best cut probably of the week.
This was from The Five yesterday, just 30 seconds long.
Talking about the economy and real estate, it's quite applicable to our next guest, Jessie Waters.
Oh dear, I don't know how long Jessica Tarlov is going to last on The Five, because this was something special.
The average real estate investor isn't inflating the worth of their real estate.
You don't know anything about real estate, Jessica.
You rent.
Look at that building right there.
Trump owns that building.
Take a look at the entire Manhattan skyline.
Did you actually just say that?
Trump owns all of these beautiful properties.
He's built these things.
What has Joe Biden built?
He's put his name on a bunch of things and he's ripped it up.
Anything, Jessica.
He hasn't even built a charging station, okay?
This man is responsible for thousands of Americans being hired and millions of dollars being made by banks by investors in this great city.
What would you know about real estate?
You rent!
Oh my gosh.
And then it took her like 10 seconds to say, did you actually say that?
Yeah, Jessie Waters did.
One of the few good people left at Fox.
God bless you.
All right, let's talk about real estate.
Let's talk about the money market.
Let's talk about inflation and the latest predictions from the Wall Street Journal with our good buddy from key city capital, none other than Stephen Patterson.
Stephen, welcome back to America First.
Good to see you, Dr. Gorka.
Alright, so you're the expert.
I've just listened to your counsel and to your colleagues.
The inflation numbers are in.
What do they mean?
The CPI for January, the CPI for February, expectations from the Fed.
Are things getting better, Stephen?
Yeah, no.
The Consumer Price Index, or the CPI, measures what your goods have cost, the increase of that cost, year-over-year, right?
And so, in January, it was up 3.9% year-over-year.
We want to see that number start going backwards.
Unfortunately, in February, it came in at 3.8.
So, yeah, it went backwards, but not by a lot.
You know, the Fed really wants inflation to be around 2%.
We want inflation to be around 2%.
That's where you get wage growth.
That's where you get, you know, if you own a business, your goods, you can sell your goods for a little more each year, right?
That's a healthy number.
But this number is really high, and it's been really high now for about two years.
And it really kind of coincides with, you know, something that you talk about often, Which is just out of control federal spending.
You mean 1.2 trillion dollars is too much?
Yeah, adding a trillion dollars to the deficit every 90 days is an unhealthy practice.
I mean, who knew, right?
And so this is affecting your listeners, this is affecting me, this is affecting every American household when you go to the store, when you go to the mall, when you go to buy a car, and the way that it affects you is number one, yes, your goods cost more.
3.8% year over year, right?
But the second thing it does is when you go to the bank and you say, you know what?
We're ready to buy a home.
We're ready to buy a car.
We're ready to make a large purchase that requires borrowing.
Well now, instead of that interest rate, if you remember not so long ago, 3%, now national mortgage average, right?
30-year mortgage, 7%.
7%, right?
And so now you cannot buy as much.
You cannot use your money the way you would want to because it doesn't go as far.
And so as the Fed continues to raise these interest rates, right, to tamp down inflation, what they're really doing is they're slowing spending.
They're limiting purchasing power.
And that's where real estate investments can make a lot of sense in a listener's portfolio. All right, so talk to us about
why it makes sense, what the options are, why it's not something that requires a lot of input from
the listener who wants to have, you know, real estate that brings, you know, income to them.
Explain the options for Key City Capital.
Absolutely.
You know, I talked to lots of listeners and, you know, they may have owned it in the past, owned rental real estate in the past or always wanted to, something of that nature.
And so where KeyCity comes in is we purchase these assets, large apartment complexes across the southeastern United States, focusing on red states.
We're not going to put up with squatters.
We're not going to put up with eviction moratoriums and any of that.
We focus in red states in the southeastern portion of the United States and we pool capital together.
We purchase these assets and we cash flow it back to our investor.
And the reason this makes a ton of sense right now is because as home ownership gets more and more expensive, there is a portion of our country that is being locked into rental real estate.
And you know, the Wall Street Journal recently had a story called the forever renter, right?
Right.
And so where we can go in and provide quality housing that produces a return to the client that is tax advantaged, Tax efficient and can make sense for a portion of the portfolio is where we come in.
And, you know, with 8% preferred returns back to the client, I tell you, there's a reason that our business is growing and people are jumping off of that stock market roller coaster that is unfortunately going to have some challenges given the federal government spending.
Yeah.
8% tax advantaged and investment in something real.
A complete and utter no-brainer.

former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
Well, it's official, RFK Jr.
has a running mate, someone called Shanahan, who was married to someone who created Google and then she had an affair with Elon Musk.
Anyway, never heard of her.
I'm not sure it makes any difference.
But if you wanted to find out more about him, I just watched a fascinating movie.
I wasn't sold on it, but I learned more about him.
I'm not going to vote for him, but he has an interesting life.
Talks about what happened to him as a child when his father was assassinated, how he ended up homeless.
And with a very serious drug problem.
And then recovered.
His faith pulled him out of it.
Became an environmental activist.
And the end of the movie is about all his... I wouldn't say anti-vaccine, but all of his advocacy for those who have adverse effects from standard vaccines.
So this is the movie based on the book The Real RFK Jr.

Jeff, are you shocked?
Are you ready that you cut for me 13 amazing cuts and I've played every single one except one?
Which one didn't you play?
I haven't played the one from Rachel Maddow.
Are you sad?
Well, she only does a show one day a week, so the only time we can play it is on a Tuesday.
Are you impressed that I've played almost every cut?
I am shocked.
It's shocking, right?
Very rarely does that happen.
Does it annoy you when I leave stuff on the cutting room floor that we don't play?
No, I don't care.
That's Jeff.
That's Jeff.
Water for ducks back.
Well today, I'm going to actually play every single cut Jeff prepared for us.
Because this is just too good.
Poor Rachel Maddow having a cow.
Because Ronald McDaniel is on the MNBC News payroll.
Play cut.
The fact that Ms.
McDaniel is on the payroll at NBC News.
To me, that is inexplicable.
I mean, you wouldn't hire a wise guy, you wouldn't hire a made man like a mobster to work at a DA's office, right?
You wouldn't hire a pickpocket to work as a TSA screener.
And so I find the decision to put her on the payroll inexplicable.
Is she saying that Rona Romney McDaniel is a criminal, Eric?
Like a mobster?
Like a hitman?
What is she saying there?
If anything, the contempt in her voice suggests that she thinks Rona Romney McDaniel is even lower than a criminal.
She would rather have an actual criminal work on her network.
But if you're a Democrat former staffer or a White House press secretary for a Democrat president, that's good, right?
Don't forget former congressman, like Scarborough.
Yeah, but that's fine, right?
Yep, everything is acceptable compared to Ronna Romney McDaniel.
What is it, Chris Plancers?
If it weren't for double standards, the left wouldn't have any standards at all.
Unbelievable.
How bad's the corruption at the CIA and the FBI?
We're going to ask a real expert next here on America First One on One.
This is a test.
He's taking these shots.
This antagonism is taunting to the intelligence community.
You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
What?
Excuse me?
The most senior Democrat in the Senate?
Is that a threat against the man who's elected by 64 million Americans?
That the intelligence communities, the unelected bureaucrats at Langley, at the FBI, at NSA, they're going to quote, come after the elected chief executive?
Hmm.
They said the quiet part out loud, and that is what we have been witnessing from before he became president, as we now know with Operation Crossfire Hurricane, all the way through his presidency, after his presidency, the raid on Mar-a-Lago, and it continues apace.
Sadly, what perfect timing for the release of a new book called Big Intel, how the CIA and FBI went from Cold War heroes to deep state villains.
And I'm delighted to have to discuss it none other than my friend and the author, J. Michael Waller.
Michael, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Sam, it's so happy to be back with you.
Well, it has been too long, and I'm super excited that my publisher, Regnery, that published all of my books, has taken it upon itself to publish a very, very timely work.
Let's start, before we get, and you are immensely qualified to talk about this, you were a troublemaker for the good guys during the Cold War, when the CIA were the good guys.
We'll talk about your credentials in a second, but let's start with the ironic meta-narrative, if I may.
The left, the Democrats, the ilk of Schumer, in the 1960s and the 70s and the 80s, they hated Spooksville.
The FBI was the man.
The CIA were toppling Democrat, well, socialist regimes across the world, and they hated the intelligence complex of America.
Isn't it a bit strange, Mike, that the likes of you, me, President Trump, we are the The people who are anti the establishment today because they've ridden roughshod over the constitution and that the Democrats are suddenly huge boosters for the Hoover building and Langley.
Does that bring a wry smile to your face?
Well, it's really weird.
I don't know what expression to have on this because these people opposed the FBI and the CIA when the intelligence community was going after communists around the world.
Yeah.
They only support it now because they've done the long march through the institutions and have taken them over.
For those who aren't familiar with that, let's explain where the phrase Long March through the institutions comes from and who uses it to what effect.
It's a generations-long march.
These people are revolutionaries who spend their entire lives in what was a hat tip to Mao Zedong with his long march to
take over power in China.
To take over institutions one by one, journalism, universities, religious organizations, Hollywood, you name
it.
And finally the government institutions.
And so they have completed or they are completing their long march now through the American intelligence community.
So it's no surprise then that the the Schumers and the Hillary Clintons and the Barack Obamas of the world will be supporting them.
You know, we have America First gear on our website, and when I came up with this idea for a mug about how the FBI has become Biden's Gestapo, and then my friend Chris Plant came up, I think through a listener, with the idea of a t-shirt that says FBI Fascist Bureau of Intimidation, there were members on my team who said, oh Seb, That's just... that's too extreme!
That's hyperbolic!
It became the number one item on our website.
You are a maven of the Cold War.
You were fighting communists in Latin America for the good guys during the Cold War.
Is it hyperbolic?
Is it an exaggeration today, Michael, to say that the FBI, the intelligence community, is acting like a police state in America?
Before sitting down to write Big Intel, I would have thought it was an over-the-top kind of statement.
But going through everything, talking to people still on the inside, talking to some of the Suspendables and others who are out, and just digging deep, they have been set up to become a political police.
And can you identify, because you go back in time and you talk about something that isn't well known.
I was familiar with it, sadly, that we had, for example, massive Soviet penetration of the proto-CIA, the Office of Strategic Services, the OSS, during World War II.
We can talk about that in a second, but this Switch of the modern IC elements, intelligence community elements, like the FBI or the CIA, from not fighting communism, but being run by former communists like John Brennan.
Is there a moment in time where you say, okay, they were doing good things here, but the next year or the next decade, they started attacking Americans because they were patriots?
Is there a liminal moment?
It came after 9-11, and it was gradual.
And the CIA went down first, but then the FBI did with the whole intelligence community.
And that was, it was, see, our intelligence community had been set up in various different agencies, now 17 or 18, depending on how you count them.
And they were designed to be separate, so they could never abuse our political or constitutional system.
But when, right after 9-11, George W. Bush turned to his brand new FBI director, Robert Mueller, and said, make sure there's never a terrorist attack in our country ever again.
Protect our people against another terrorist attack.
That was a huge order for the FBI, which wasn't set up to do this.
And then you had the Department of Homeland Security set up, and then you had the Office of the Director of National Intelligence set up to coordinate all these agencies and run it from the top.
Along with laws like the Patriot Act and other laws to empower all of this.
And it was all set up perfectly for somebody, an ideologue like Barack Obama to come and to change it from the top, which is precisely what happened when he put Brennan and James Clapper in charge.
Let's explain, because this is a fine point in history, why this ostensibly reasonable order from the then-president, at Camp David, right after 9-11, to Robert Mueller, telling the then-director of the FBI that you are not to investigate crimes, but you are to prevent the next 9-11.
Why that, fundamentally, at a gene code level, ...changes the identity of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to such an extent that after 9-11, the last two letters of an email at the FBI wasn't FBI.gov, but FBI.gov.ic, meaning intelligence community.
Not cops, but intelligence community.
Can you explain why that functional demand was a holistic change of identity?
It was a complete change of the FBI's identity from the nation's premier law enforcement and criminal investigation and counter-spy agency to become a domestic intelligence agency with police powers, like we've never had in our history.
And then the ODNI, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, putting another layer above the existing 16 intelligence agencies.
How does that compound the problem?
Because now it's all coordinated.
You no longer have the firewall between law enforcement and spying, and domestic intelligence now that's been revived, and foreign spying.
So it gets to the point now where the law doesn't allow the CIA to spy on American citizens.
And it doesn't allow the FBI to do it either, without certain strict provisions.
And then we had the FISA law, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and that notorious 702, that even Congress realized was so dangerous that the law was supposed to expire after a few years, after 9-11.
Instead, Congress kept renewing it.
So you had the FBI now lying to the special judges in the FISA courts to get warrants, And then the judge is not even caring about the real evidence that became routine for them to grant it.
But you also had the American intelligence community asking foreign spy agencies to spy on our citizens.
We'll get to that.
We're going to talk about what happened to members of the Trump campaign and Trump administration.
We're talking to the author of the brand new book, Big Intel, how the CIA and FBI went
from Cold War heroes to deep state villains.

Don't be late.
It's gonna be superb.
So let's talk about what you just mentioned, Michael.
Just the sheer idea of We have constitutional rights.
We have the need for warrants.
You can't have, you know, search and seizure.
You can't just break into somebody's house, take their property, charge them with a crime where there is no evidence.
You can't surveil them unless there's a predicate to surveil them.
And then what did we witness?
Walk us through what we witnessed under the Obama and then Trump administrations.
As we had the FBI, we had John Brennan circumvent the Constitution by doing what?
Leveraging our foreign allies.
Correct?
Correct.
We asked our foreign allies spy agencies to spy on our own citizens because it was illegal for our own agencies to do that.
But it is legal for foreign spies to do it and then pass that information on as what they call intelligence sharing.
So that's how they circumvented federal law.
They basically violated federal law for political purposes.
And if you think, Seb, they used a counter-spy predicate, a counterintelligence predicate.
So if you look at the recent history of the FBI, the only real big counterintelligence operation that they've run in the past decade that we know about was Crossfire Hurricane.
Yeah.
Yeah, let's put that into a bit of perspective, Cold War perspective.
During the Cold War, there was a real need for counterintelligence because we had Soviet agents and intelligence officers running around America.
Then we had North Koreans, then we had, you know, jihadis.
Having spoken to intelligence professionals of yore, After the end of the Cold War, it's as if the CI, the counterintelligence function, withered on the vine.
We didn't really do it at all for about 20 years.
And when we started doing it, we did something that had never been done before, a tri-agency counterintelligence operation called Crossfire Hurricane with the FBI, the CI, and the NSA.
But this time, Michael, the predicate was you were working for Donald Trump, and that is why you were you were a target. Because you're a Russian spy. This whole
fake collusion narrative was based out of the Hillary Clinton campaign and the FBI knows
don't accept stuff from a political campaign because they're just going to get you
to run around in circles.
But they took this lies from the Clinton campaign. They had a British former British intelligence
officer as a main source. A guy who is a guy who in a court in London admitted that he
absolutely detest Donald Trump.
Bye.
Yeah, yeah.
And if you look back at his history, before he went into British intelligence, he was working with the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament in the UK, which was working with the Soviet front organizations to destroy NATO in the United States.
So this is the guy, Christopher Steele.
And then they had a Russian asset who the FBI, as the Durham report found out, believed all along that he was still working for Putin.
And they call this a counterintelligence investigation, and they tore the country apart over it.
And then this is the narrative that is still being peddled by the mainstream media today.
So, you know, we have to say this isn't just the corruption of the intelligence community, and I don't even think the phrase from the Cold War, useful idiots, applies here, because these are open and willing accomplices, Michael.
Yeah.
Be called trusted contacts or controlled assets, if not worse.
And when you look at this, how much is describable as a perversion from the top and key actors, vice something which is permeated culturally through every level of these organizations?
Yeah, you have both.
The bureaucrats are going to do what they're instructed to do and what they're allowed to do, for better or for worse.
So it's a leadership problem.
But when you have the head of counterintelligence as Peter Strzok...
And the number two in the FBI, McCabe, came out of that same counterintelligence stack.
And who are the most famous counterintelligence officers of our generation?
It's Robert Hanson and Peter Strzok.
And now McGonigal, who is head of counterintelligence out of the New York field office.
Give people context who aren't experts.
So remind people who Hanson is and who McGonigal is.
Well, Robert Hansen was a long-term career and politically conservative FBI agent who specialized in tracking the Soviets and the KGB.
And it turns out he was one of those all along.
Yeah, he was working for the successor to the KGB who was working for the SVR.
Right.
Yeah, and previously he was working directly for the KGB.
And he volunteered.
So he didn't even have to be blackmailed to do it.
So it's not even a political bias issue.
This was a conservative Catholic man who had a big family.
And a big ego.
He was a co-warrior.
Yeah, he got his kicks off.
That's why he really spied.
He wanted to get his kicks off outsmarting everybody else.
And McGonigal, people who haven't followed news lately, who's McGonigal?
So he was head of counterintelligence in the New York field office.
Now, the New York field office of the FBI is the biggest field office of the Bureau.
The Bureau has 56 of them around the U.S.
and American territories.
New York field office is colossal, and they have a big counterintelligence unit there because of the United Nations and the international banking community and elsewhere.
It's a huge nest of foreign spies in New York.
So it's one of the most important counterintelligence jobs in the whole FBI.
And so McGonigal got caught after retiring going to work for some Albanian businessman.
So they busted him for corruption.
Now I don't believe for a second he was just selling out to Albanian businessmen.
I suspect this was a counterintelligence crime that he had, I suspect that he had turned traitor and was working for the Russians or the Chinese with the Albanians as a cutout.
There's no proof of that yet because the FBI doesn't want to pursue this as a counterintelligence problem.
Because the biggest crime you can commit as an FBI agent is to embarrass the Bureau.
Yeah, yeah.
It's about protecting the institution, not the Constitution.

All right, a little bit reverse order, but I wanted to dive straight into the book and the state of the nation.
What are your qualifications to write Big Intel, Michael Waller?
And what were you doing during the Cold War, you troublemaker?
Well, the first qualification was I had been a communist dupe.
When I was a teenager, I got involved in the anti-nuclear movement, got all riled up about a nuclear power plant being built in my state.
And then they chose me as a high school kid who showed some leadership potential and some people from California came out to train us and put me through what I later learned was a struggle session.
And when they were ripping me apart about why I wanted to join the anti-nuclear movement, I said, because I care about the environment and I'm scared.
They said, kid, this is all about overthrowing American capitalism.
Wow.
So I was a dupe for just a couple of months.
But from that point, I thought, I'm going to fight these guys.
I'm going to expose them.
And I basically have spent most of the rest of my life doing that.
So that led to going to college in Washington, D.C.
right when Ronald Reagan was elected, freshman year, and getting involved through networking with people working on Capitol Hill and getting to meet members of Reagan's national security team through their outreach to youth political leaders, Young Americans for Freedom.
That I got to be connected into a private network that was being set up by CIA Director Bill Casey, who was a close friend of President Reagan.
He served in the Office of Strategic Services during World War II.
It was his plan to parachute troops into Germany to make way for the D-Day invasion to come up through to be able to invade Berlin by land.
And so that was Bill Casey's operation way back when.
And then what charge were you given by this covert organization during the Cold War?
It was to go down to Central America, where I was going anyway as a student journalist with the Contras in Nicaragua, to overthrow the communist government of Daniel Ortega, and to bring back evidence of Soviet material support for communist revolutionaries on our southern border.
And what did you find there in terms of the Soviets actually being involved in our hemisphere in destabilizing governments?
So documentation that was captured from dead or captured communist guerrillas in El Salvador.
I got to work my way through the Salvadoran military and sometimes they didn't like what the U.S.
was doing so they would withhold information.
Photographic evidence of Soviet block weaponry, including M-16s, American M-16s, that we had left behind in Vietnam.
So this was proof that the communist Vietnamese had saved the weapons we left behind and were sending them to revolutionary movements abroad.
And then actual pieces of Soviet weapons, Katyusha rocket sections and so forth that has Cyrillic markings on it, gas masks, other stuff to ammunition boxes, to bring it up and actually put it on the floor of the House of Representatives to show and to defeat what the liberals were saying at the time, that there was no Soviet involvement in the region.
And this is evidence to show that it was.
And then later on, a few years later on, separately to infiltrate Soviet International Front organizations and disrupt them.
Were we good at intelligence and counterintelligence when you were involved, Mike?
If we were, they wouldn't have needed people like me.
I didn't know anything.
I was an undergraduate.
I was just somebody there on the outside.
I didn't know what I wasn't supposed to do, so I just went ahead and did stuff.
And so I was adventuring at the time, a student journalist at the time.
But Casey reached out, as Bill Donovan did with the OSS during World War II, to find amateurs who could do these things because there were no or there were few professionals out there to do it.
Yeah.
Now, Casey had an issue where he was trying to show, as journalists had shown, Soviet support for international terrorism, and the CIA couldn't produce any information that the Soviets were behind it.
Yeah, that's such a good point, that if the CIA were as good as they needed to be for the mission at hand, Why would they have to reach out to undergraduates to get the evidence from El Salvador of what's really going on?
We're talking to Michael Waller.
You can follow him on Twitter at jmichaelwaller.
He's the author of the brand new book, Big Intel, how the CIA and FBI went from Cold War heroes To deep state villains.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First one-on-one coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Mike, in your book you talk about the OSS which, you know, is exciting in its pre-CIA gene code and what it did during the Cold War, but very few are aware of how A bad example it is of counterintelligence probity.
Before we move back to the issues of today, why is, to use the vernacular of the left, why is the OSS problematic as a good example of intelligence organization?
Well, first it was really good at fighting the Nazis and the other Axis powers, and to that extent.
But when we have a, any country has an intelligence service, the people of that country should have the intelligence service work for them and not for other countries.
Right.
So it was the British who, who helped us stand up the OSS because we didn't have a foreign intelligence service.
And, and they, they had different objectives from ours, but they were 98% the same.
So that was all right.
But the problem was the British intelligence officers who helped us set up the OSS were double agents for Stalin.
Kim Philby being one of them, the most famous one.
Another one who's not so famous, Dickie Ellis, who was the number two at the British Embassy in Washington, the main liaison to the OSS.
He was a double agent for Stalin.
So you literally had Soviet agents helping us stand up the OSS.
And then dozens, if not well over a hundred Soviet agents, Communist Party members, and actual Soviet intelligence officers infiltrate the OSS.
Especially to show how we should be thinking about the war.
Their objective was to make sure that World War II was won on Stalin's terms and not on America's terms.
Kim Philby, one of the Cambridge Apostles recruited by KGB and the man who actually betrayed my father and resulted in him getting a life sentence in a Hungarian communist prison in 1950.
Can we zoom to the current day?
There is this Accusation that I find reasonable that the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion, critical race theory or just political correctness writ large are just a repackaging of communist ideas and communist forms of censorship.
Can you talk in your book, you go into some detail, but explain what DEI, CRT and these modern concepts, how they have affected the American intelligence community?
Yeah.
So DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion is a manifestation of what's called critical theory, which is a Marxist concept.
Based on Karl Marx's first writings from before he even wrote the Communist Manifesto, and that's to relentlessly attack everything in Western society, culture, all traditions of every kind, church, family, everything, and destroy it.
This is an instrument of revolutionary destruction.
The Bolsheviks revived it after they won in 1917 to spread across Europe and ultimately to the United States.
And this became what's known as critical theory.
It started in a 1922 meeting in Moscow with the Communist international leaders.
These were the heads of the Communist parties all around the world under Soviet control.
And we learned this from the former head of the German Communist Party, Ruth Fischer, and the head of the founder of what became the KGB, Felix Jerzynski, was there.
So this was a Soviet intelligence operation, begun in 1922, to get the West to destroy itself.
Critical theory emerged from that.
Critical race theory was a refinement of that.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical race theory.
So this has permeated, as we said before, when Obama centralized, well no, when George W. Bush centralized the intelligence community for altruistic reasons, and then Obama politicized that by imposing radicals on the top to push critical race theory down through every But it's worse than that.
the intelligence community and then if you go to FBI jobs on X or look at the CIA or
the National Security Agency's recruitment, they're only looking for woke radicals who
subscribe to DEI and critical theory.
But it's worse than that.
It's when they actually have the CIA and the FBI have social media postings, recruitment
videos of transgender things, men that think they're not men, and a black woman who in
a recruiting video for the CIA brags about her mental problems and how her working in
the CIA with mental problems is somehow a good thing in terms of diversity.
I mean, if you are openly homosexual, like to dress up in women's clothing as a man, or had, you know, visual and problematic everyday occurrences of mental issues, these were things that would rule you out from being an officer in the intelligence community.
And on the flip side were the kinds of attributes we would look for, for people we would target as assets in enemy countries, correct?
Correct.
Yeah.
There was a time when the FBI specifically recruited observant Catholics and Mormons as special agents because J. Edgar Hoover, who was a Presbyterian and a Freemason, believed that they had the most solidly formed conscience of any Americans.
Now you have the opposite.
If you're a traditional Catholic now, you're considered a security threat. Yeah, if you wanted a
really good chance to become a G-man, and this is not, I mean, you can look this up as a cultural
artifact.
So you can't say G-man anymore, it's sexist and genderist.
G-thing, to be a G-thing, to be a G-string. If you wanted a good chance,
you've got to be a Mormon or a former Marine or both.
If you're a former Marine Mormon, you might as well walk straight into Quantico to the academy.
And now, what do we have?
We're laughing at it, but we shouldn't.
We have congressional testimony of how traditional Catholics in Virginia are being targeted by the FBI's field office in Richmond.
Because they are deemed to be a domestic threat because they are traditional Catholics.
That is the reality of the situation.
We're talking to the author of Big Intel, how the CIA and FBI went from Cold War heroes to deep state villains, Michael Waller.
Follow him on Twitter at jmichaelwaller and on his substack at bigintel.substack.com.
That, of course, passed far, far too quickly.
We've only got a few minutes left.
Everybody needs to get the book, Big Intel.
But let's end on the most important question of all.
Can we fix it?
Dan Bongino is a good friend of mine, former Secret Service agent.
You know the Suspendables, all those great heroes.
Kyle Serafin, Steve Friend, all the rest of them.
I've come to the conclusion as somebody, and this pains me to say it, who trained thousands
of FBI agents and intelligence analysts and SOS support staff, that that entity is unsalvageable.
When you have the events after J6 of people being politically persecuted, the raid on
Mar-a-Lago, the Mark Halk raid, there should have been, half of the FBI should have stood
up and said, here's my badge, here's my gun, I'm not the Gestapo.
We've got, you know, 12 guys who are whistleblowers and that's it.
Is the CIA, is the FBI, is the IIC fixable, Mike Waller?
It's a really hard thing to say.
The bureaucrats will do what they're told to do for the most part.
So you have something to work with, but it's not good at all.
I think the FBI should be dismantled.
But we need a lot of the functions that it does.
Yes, but the functions they have, I mean, the big functions are counterintelligence, so that's catching spies.
That can be done by, you know, the DOD or, you know, another element.
We've got interstate crime like bank robbery and kidnapping.
That could be done by the Marshal Service.
And then we have counterintelligence that could be, counterterrorism that could be done by maybe the defense intelligence agencies.
So there are entities out there who could have the big mission sets parceled out to them, don't you think?
Yes.
And there are really good capable people in the FBI who can be transferred out there, but a lot of them are just, you would never want them anywhere near A gun or any law enforcement or intelligence role.
So you can break it apart and parcel out people and functions to other agencies.
But the FBI itself, as the great Angelo Cotevilla said, it's just a bureau.
It's just a bureaucracy.
What about the idea that making it really just a bureau?
I think he was on my show and I said, Steve, you've got to write this article.
And I think he did in The Federalist.
And he said, take away their badges and their guns.
That's a great idea, because then they can't be a political police anymore.
Right.
And if they want to arrest somebody, they've got to convince a local sheriff, a local chief of police,
who's not a political actor for the DNC, and take away their law enforcement authorities.
How about that idea?
That's a great idea, because then they can't be a political police anymore.
Right.
And if you push authority down to the state and county and local levels,
you're returning power to the people.
And you're still having the benefits of what the federal government might have,
and the expertise that they have, but they don't have the power to abuse people.
Yeah.
Garrett O'Boyle, Kyle Serafin, Steve Friend, all the rest of you, you are true heroes, true warriors for the nation.
Michael Waller, thank you for doing such a service.
A book that had to be written.
Please get it right now.
It is out.
If you doubted the reality of the Deep State, read the book, Big Intel.
