So, I'm going to go ahead and get started.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
This is America First, and we are delighted to welcome our very special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right, everybody.
Welcome back to America First with Sebastian Corker.
As you can tell, Sebastian is not here.
I am here.
And also, I am in Washington, D.C.
I am at the command center.
The desk is here.
I'm sitting behind it.
My voice probably will not go that low, but we're glad to have you on board today.
We got a three hours packed today.
We got a lot of stuff coming up and want you to be a part of that.
I cannot imagine right now, if you're watching on Rumble, you're watching, the left is literally losing their mind.
They're losing their mind over so many issues.
We're going to dig into it.
We're going to dig into it deep today.
I want to start off.
We're going to have just let you know who's coming up.
We got Lieutenant Governor Bert Jones from Georgia.
Bert's going to be talking about the Fannie Willis issue, the immigration issue, elections in Georgia.
Seb and I are going to be able to talk.
And by the way, he sends his regards from Tampa, where he is down at a cigar event.
I would love to know what a cigar event here is, Seb, but you know, mediums are good for me, so if you're coming back, I'll just let you know about that.
But Seb will be with us here in the 4 o'clock hour.
We're going to discuss his blockbuster interview yesterday with former President Donald Trump, and the issues that that has now caused, and again, how this is spinning out of control on the left, and we're going to talk about that more.
Tom Holman is going to be with us.
Tom, love Tom.
We're going to talk this immigration issue.
We're going to talk about how it's moved from Texas over into Arizona and other places.
And then at the end, and sticking with us, especially on your drive, especially for those of you on the East, be driving home, Mike Berry.
He's with America First Policy Institute now and the Legal Council.
He used to be with First Liberty.
Those are the folks who did all the prayer cases and all the vaccine cases.
Many of the things for our constitutional rights.
Mike is going to be in and we're going to dig into some of these cases that have been going on and some of the new stuff that I want us to look forward to as we go.
But before we get started, before we get into any of that, I've got to start hitting some of the headlines.
And it is getting so bad, just down the street from where I'm sitting, the administration is panicking.
Democrats are panicking.
They came into the State of the Union speech, they hyped Uh, Joe Biden up as much as they could.
I do not think the man could have had another cup of coffee or whatever vitamins they were giving him because he was so hyped up at the State of the Union that he blew right through his introduction from Speaker Mike Johnson.
He just got up there and started speaking.
And if you read his speech, and I had a copy of it and I was going over it that night, the, not just the 89 exclamation points, but everything was written in one sentence lines.
So he couldn't screw it up.
Remember folks, I gotta, I mean, I gotta remind you, if you're listening out there, And you want to get involved today, I'd love to have you on.
You may have to stick with us, but 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
Call me today, we'll be happy to talk about this.
But that State of the Union was the kickoff of what they had hoped for a rejuvenation of a very lackluster, dying Biden-Harris ticket going into 2024.
And they didn't get the bump.
I mean, that night, the liberal press did everything they possibly could to hype this up.
Oh, he was forceful.
He popped back.
Well, he did screw up Lake and Riley's name, which, you know, he said Lincoln Riley.
And if you're a college football fanatic like I am and you watch that, Lincoln Riley is the coach of USC Trojans.
You know, maybe they've got problems out there, but the poor man's still alive.
Lakin is dead, and he screwed it up in the State of the Union trying to be cute when they were talking about saying her name.
This is the problem that we have with the left.
They just try to blow over issues and never get into it.
But I want to hit a couple of things.
First off, though, we're getting ready.
I want to do cut one.
Listen to MSNBC.
Like I said, I'm not sure how long MSNBC can keep reporters going without making money, but Jen Psaki is a prime example of it.
Hit, Jen.
And of course, this is much bigger than one unhinged rally.
Donald Trump has been professing political violence for years.
In 2017, remember that?
When white nationalists ascended on Charlottesville on a deadly rally, and Trump said there were very fine people on both sides.
In 2020, Trump approached his defense secretary, Mark Esper, about shooting people, protesting the death of George Floyd, asking, can't you just shoot them?
Just shoot them in the legs or something.
Over the past few months, Trump has warned of bedlam in the country and potential death and destruction if his criminal charges derail his presidential campaign.
And of course, in 2021, Trump convinced his supporters that the election was stolen from him.
He awarded any of their remaining faith in our institutions.
There's so much there just to deconstruct.
I just wanted you to start this show today.
I just wanted to take a moment back and look at how much the left is just really losing it over the fact that Joe Biden's election is not going the way they want, and that Donald Trump is doing exactly what Donald Trump does.
He goes out, he talks clarity, he gives it straight to the people, and they try to twist his words.
And we'll take from this bloodbath comment, which has been all over the news this weekend, from the speech that he gave in Ohio.
In which he actually was talking about a legitimate issue.
Now this is something that you've got to understand here.
You on this show, listen to America First.
You listen to Seb Gore because you want the straight facts.
That's why I'm sitting here at the big desk and we're going to talk about it.
When he goes in, when Donald Trump gives a speech, he goes in and he not only tells stories, but he also tells the state of this country in ways that people respond to.
They're not responding to the classic 35-45 minute pablum that comes out of most campaigns.
He actually just gets up there, he tells stories, he laughs, he then gets to his message.
You can tell sort of in between his written speech and his unprepared speech.
And that's just what he feels.
That's why people are drawn to him.
And he was talking about something that has been near and dear to him for a long time.
And that is manufacturing in this country.
That is the auto industry in this country.
This is a building industry in this country.
This is a developer who became president.
So we got to lay this out in some different ways.
But when he got to it, he was talking about basically the Biden administration's horrific job At really going after two things that you need to be concerned about.
The first one is this.
They've gone after from day one the energy independence of this country.
They have attacked the oil industry, the natural gas industry.
They have closed off land.
They've made it harder to drill.
Then they went begging to Russia, Venezuela, and Iran to get us more oil because they have this underlying assumption that somehow America is not doing its part in the climate change effort.
And we've seen that for their whole administration here.
But they're just losing their minds.
Jen Psaki's losing her mind about this bloodbath comment.
But let me just talk about this bloodbath comment when it deals with, in context, with the auto industry.
And when he talks about the auto industry, the auto industry right now is suffering.
Anybody can look at it from last year's strike issue when you had the UAW going after the automakers and forcing up cost in which they told them that their cost was going to go exponentially up over those coming from overseas.
The auto workers didn't care.
They went ahead and got this.
They crippled the industry for a while.
They got their deal and it's going to not pay off in the long term because they're very much taking away from how the automakers can stay viable.
The wages and stuff need to be fair, and this is what Donald Trump speaks to all the time, but the jobs have got to stay here.
They can't be short-term.
But when you've got an administration, and you've got administrations like in California that are trying to mandate EV use, and I've said it before on my podcast, by the way, many of you listen to the Doug Collins podcast, I'm glad you do.
You can follow me at RepDougCollins on Twitter, and I talk about these things because when you look at what this administration has done, They have taken the very heart of American manufacturing, our energy independence, which we regained under Donald Trump, and they have thrown it away.
My wife and I have, my wife just got a, we had a hybrid vehicle for a number of years.
I wanted a hybrid vehicle.
It wasn't because any of the green community told me to.
It wasn't because I had this, you know, affinity for what, you know, for some social movement.
It was because I liked the car and we got good gas mileage out of it.
That's what we did.
My wife now doesn't go to school.
She was a teacher for 30 something years.
She doesn't have to commute every day.
So we were looking for a new car for her and we had talked to some people who had had a plug-in hybrid.
So we bought a plug-in hybrid.
She can now do her toodling around Gainesville, Georgia and never really, we buy less than a tank of gas a month on that one little car.
Now, it wasn't because government said, Doug, you need to go do this.
It wasn't because we were told to go do this.
It was because we've made a choice.
But when you go at an industry and you tell them they got to forcibly move to EV, they got to forcibly move from the internal combustion engines, then you see things like Rivian in my home state, which was going to build a big facility, has now put that on hold.
You see the Hertz CEO has been, he got ousted from Hertz Corporation because of an EV bust.
These are the kind of things That really, really make it bad.
This is the kind of things that causes people to lose their job.
These are the kind of things that Donald Trump was talking about.
So as we're going to get into it today, look, this is just the first example of what we got many things to come.
We're going to get started here.
Glad to have you with us.
Come right back.
we'll be ready to go.
you you
You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right.
We're back here going at it hard.
I told you we got a big show today.
We're going to jump right into it as we come back in off a break.
I'm going to get back.
Look, don't worry, Brent.
We're going to get to you here a little bit.
Just just hang on there for a minute.
We've got some we're going to talk more about what the Democrats are doing.
And how they're reacting to the fact that Joe Biden is sinking greatly.
So we're going to get back to that in a minute.
But right now, I want to welcome on a friend to the show.
If you're in Georgia, you know this man very well.
If you're nationally, you're getting to know him and you're going to probably hear from him a little bit more, especially with the issues dealing with what we're seeing in the elections and the election, you know, cases, interference cases, and the lawfare that's going on in Georgia, or the Fannie Willis and the Fulton County case against Trump and many others.
And I'd like to welcome to the show, the Lieutenant Governor of the great state of Georgia, Bert Jones.
Bert, how are you?
Hey Doug, good to be with you.
And always, always good to hear from you.
And it's great seeing you in Rome, Georgia a couple of weeks ago for the Trump event.
Well, we had a good time out there.
That was, I mean, it's amazing to me.
You had 3,500 people, 4,000 almost inside.
You had a number of people outside and Joe Biden couldn't draw flies in Atlanta.
So I thought that was pretty interesting.
But I will say this, and I say it all the time, Republicans don't use crowd size.
You've got to get out and vote.
You've got to do everything possible.
If we're going to win this, we've got to get out and vote.
Let's jump right into this, because there's a lot of discussion going on with Fonny Willis and really what I thought was a Not a good decision last week, but a lot of things been coming on nationally and it's from a national perspective Everybody's coming in and saying well, there's this Senate investigation going on You got a bar complaint probably coming up which by the way, frankly if you're listening out there The bar complaint is a lower standard of evidence.
So I think she's in deep trouble in the bar complaint if that ever gets done.
But y'all did something in the Senate that I think needs to be observed because really
you haven't seen that much action from the governor and no action from the Attorney General
in Georgia in dealing with any of this or looking into it.
What did y'all do and what does it do?
And I appreciate you asking that because there are a lot of questions around it.
So right now, we did two things, obviously, and this had to do more with following the money, following the tax dollar money mostly.
And that was what we did.
We set up a Senate committee, mostly of our lawyer legislators here in the Senate that
has subpoena power.
And with that subpoena power, they are going to—we had Ashley Merchant, who was the lawyer
who was so vocal against Nathan Wade and Fonny Wills during the regular Fulton County trial.
But we had her, and she came and testified and gave us all kinds of information and a
blueprint really into how potentially state dollars, public funds were misappropriated
between Willis and Wade and other outfits.
So what our committee is doing, we're going to investigate those leads that have been
brought forward by the existing case.
We're going to subpoena a number of people, probably including D.A. Willis as well, and
we're going to get them under oath and question them.
And we're basically going to lay the groundwork to, number one, recommend to the attorney
general of our state what they—what we think he should do.
And also, we have a prosecutor oversight committee that was just signed into law that goes—that
is for D.A.s who are not appropriately doing their jobs or their duties as elected officials.
And we're going to do the legwork, investigative work on that as well and hand it off to that committee as well, which does have the authority to remove a DA from office if he or she is found not to be acting in good faith under their oath of office.
So there are, and I think this is the thing that I want people to understand, there are ways that, again, you can't flaunt the law in many ways what people feel like.
And again, everything is presumed innocent.
This is where Republicans and where America First folks are different.
We actually presume you to be innocent, but if you do things and you get caught, that's the whole reason for our legal system.
We've so screwed that up over the years.
But this is a process in which you gather information, gather evidence, and you're going where the evidence leads.
Well this from the Attorney General can actually use this to bring if it felt like it could bring either criminal referrals, signal his own grand jury, do those kind of things if he sees because there was a lot of things she mentioned and I think Marchants actually brought this out.
About how the funds were used and then, you know, some comments that frankly just Fonny Willis made, possibly off the cuff, that could have led her into trouble on disclosures and where she got the cash.
Like I, well, when my last campaign ended, I just took the cash.
Well, you and I both been elected office for a long time.
You can't just take the cash.
That's right.
The judge in his ruling even alluded to that fact.
He wasn't sure about the response to the cash payments that were referred to during the court.
I think that's very key.
he didn't he didn't call he didn't say it outright, but he
alludes to the fact that they they didn't sound very
believable, you know, and what they were saying. And, uh, and
so he gave them he gave her an out, uh, is a lot of judges do
said he can, he can be disqualified or you just, or
you got to get rid of, uh, Nathan Wade and you can
continue on. And, and I, you know, that's, that's, you know,
as a lot of people disappointed by that, I think she, I think
she is really damaged herself.
Uh, her credibility has been damaged. And I do think that
case is unraveling, unraveling and, uh, you know, right, right
upon our eyes. But, uh, but, you know, like I said, we're
going to continue to focus on, uh, the public funds that were
misused or potentially misused.
And, uh, and, and we're going to make a recommendation to, to
our attorney general, and we're going to make a recommendation
to the prosecutor oversight.
Those are two venues that have the jurisdiction to hold Peter Boyle accountable who are not Not doing their duties and also not following the law.
Yep.
Well, I think one last question, a short question on this, and I want to switch to what the presidential race and immigration in Georgia is going to be like.
Will this information also be available?
So if they're from, like I mentioned that there, I've heard that there may be a bar complaint out of this, which is a, you know, could be also as devastating as an AG and these others.
So all this information will be available to any organization looking into this case, correct?
Yeah, we'll be streaming everything live.
Every committee hearing, everything that we will have going on in the State Senate, we'll be open to the public and stream live and able to access easily.
So those things are happening.
As you well know, Doug, and a lot of people, your listeners probably don't know around the country, we're in our final days of legislative session right now, which is a very busy time for us.
From that point of view, but as soon as we get that behind us next Thursday, which is our last day, that committee will be refocused on Fonnie Willis and what's going on in Fulton County.
Real quickly, I want to turn to something real quick because Georgia provided a face for the illegal immigration problem in a very unfortunate, very tragic way just a few weeks ago with Lake and Riley up in Athens.
Not dealing with that.
A lot's been said about that and the president has completely screwed that up, actually apologizing to the guy who actually was accused of murder here.
But how do you see that affecting Georgia?
Everybody seems to want to say Georgia's going to be this swing state.
I personally believe it's a close state.
It always is a close state, but I think still Trump is favored in Georgia.
Do you think this face of immigration is now going to help not only in Georgia but across the country before we get out of here?
I agree with you that I think Trump is going to win in Georgia this time around.
I do think that what the unfortunate situation that happened with the UGA student, Laken Riley, I think with it being illegal in the brutally way that she was murdered, I think has really brought this to the forefront.
It has been a powder keg that has been Brewing for quite some time now, and that incident has really awakened a lot of people and upset a lot of people, because what's going on at the border is ridiculous, and it's a ripple effect that's happening all over the country.
It is that.
Folks, that is Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones of the great state of Georgia.
Watch for that name you're going to hear, especially the folks in Georgia, especially with this fight that we're having right now to continue to make Georgia great.
Burt, thanks for being with us today.
Hey Doug, always good to hear from you and good to be with you.
Thank you.
We'll be right back folks here on 7th Corner America First.
Thanks for watching.
We'll be right back.
Thanks for watching.
You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right, we are back.
That was a great interview with, good to hear from Lieutenant Governor George Burt Jones about the Fonnie Willis case.
And for those of you who've been out there, because a lot of you have been asking about this, and I've been on a lot of interviews, and I see it on my Twitter, at repdougcollins, we get some things, Instagram, we hear people asking.
So the Senate Committee hearing is bringing out a lot of evidence of publicly used funds, what Burt Jones, Lieutenant Governor, was talking about, but also other things that are going to be sent to the Attorney General Chris Carr in Georgia.
It will be interesting to see what he does with that, but also the Prosecutor Oversight Committee, which has now just been reconstituted under this, just this session.
It was overturned in Georgia or let stand by the Supreme Court in Georgia because they didn't feel they could actually implement it.
They made those changes.
We'll see that and also It's out there for bar, you know possibility of bar complaints as well.
But we do have some breaking news that just came out within the last 30-40 minutes and I tell you what today on the show and it's if you want to be a part of the show, it's 833-33 GORKA G-O-R-K-A or it's 833-334-6752 and we'll be a part but we're today we're gonna allow Dick from Dayton to help us break some news here.
Dick, what you got going on today?
Hey, Doug!
How are you?
I'm a big fan of Sebastian.
I'm from Ohio, and I just wanted to give you a little background.
I've taken a lot of classes.
I've got one or a couple of Sebastian's books, but I do believe, Doug, here in Ohio and the nation.
I've been doing some papers, but I put America first, like you and Sebastian and your interns there, but I think this is a dream.
America we must follow this and I just don't think I think we're so I told Sebastian headed toward communism and socialism and yet I think we need to Get these new leaders in there and get the American image back.
What is your opinion of that?
Well, I mean, I agree with you.
And I think that's the thing.
I've said this many times.
I've said it here on the show as well, that when Donald Trump used to say he always put America first and when he went into negotiations, he always put America first.
He always added another comment.
The liberal media always got on him about this.
And they said, you're putting America first.
You have this American exceptionalism.
Well, frankly, it is American exceptionalism.
But one of the issues that would come up, he would always continue to say, he said, the reason I do that is, he said, because one, we're going to have to come from our strength.
He said, but I believe that everybody else is going to come from their strength.
That they're going to put their interests first.
So yes, we need a generation that's willing to come in and put America's ideals and virtues first.
And that's how we enter into... That doesn't mean you don't negotiate.
That doesn't mean you don't compromise on certain things to make deals.
But you never put our country second.
And you've got a big election right now in...
You know, in Ohio today, there's some things that you said there.
What are you, what are you feeling in Ohio?
How's that looking today on the primary?
I just don't think, you know, I'm not a, you know, my family was up north, you know, and I came down, but Ohio is just, I think, I didn't, I don't want to say anything, you know, our, our governor, I don't think should have pushed, pushed the, you know, the bill of guns, you know, Control.
I've always believed that, you know, the policemen, you know, are doing their duty.
They protect the laws and things.
But, you know, my dad was a hunter and, you know, I, you know, it was some controversy, but nothing bad.
But here in Ohio, it's just that we need to get, you know, back to the normal.
You know, we need to get people to work and go for our colleges and get this American thing back.
But, you know, I've been always favorite for the ports like the barges and the lake freighters
and things but I'm taking classes but I just and my teacher admired and
some of my friends but this is the way I feel Doug you know and I always will
believe that way Well, Nick, you just keep it up.
Thanks for calling, buddy.
We appreciate you calling in today on the show.
And you just keep studying, keep working, because that's what puts America first.
This is Doug Collins.
I'm filling in for Seb today.
He's down in Tampa at a, I'm sort of jealous about this.
He's down at a Tampa cigar, I'm assuming a festival or event down there, and he's coming back.
But I'm glad to be with you today.
Let me hit Brent.
Brent's calling in.
Brent, you're on?
Blessings, Congressman Collins.
It's good to talk to you again, Brent.
How have you been?
Great.
Good.
This Saturday night will be the Jewish holiday of Purim, chronicled in the Bible's Book of Esther.
In those days, about 2,400 years ago, in the ancient city of Shushan, in today's Iran, a demonic man named Haman plotted to exterminate every single Jew of his time, just as Hamas, Hezbollah, Hitler, and Joe Biden today.
And I vehemently condemn Joe Biden's, Chuck Schumer's, Bernie Sanders' Barack Obama's, Bill Clinton's, and Jimmy Carter's two-state final solution for the Jews.
Not only do I condemn their satanic two-stage solution, but so too does God's Torah, the Devil's Koran, and its mass-murdering prophet Muhammad.
And according to Islam, every single inch of the planet is allowed only for the slaves of Allah.
And every single Christian and Jew who will not submit and surrender to Allah must be exterminated.
Well, Brent, I think you're pointing that out, and I think that's what we're seeing right here.
But I got to go.
We got a break coming up.
Thanks for calling in.
Look, and I think we're going to get into this more with Seb.
When he calls in here at four, he's going to be with us.
But we're going to take a quick break now.
Coming back, I'm going to be getting back into the left losing their mind over Joe Biden.
Come right back.
We'll be ready.
We'll be back.
We'll be back.
We'll be ready.
you you
you're listening to America first with special guest host former congressman Doug Collins
All right, I know some of you can't hear that, but I feel it coming in the night.
It's Phil Collins on the bumper music coming in here, but I feel it coming in November is when it's coming, and that's what's going to happen here.
Doug Collins filling in for Sebastian Gorka today on America First.
Glad you're with us.
833-33-GORKA or 833-334-6752.
One week from today, our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom will be heading to the U.S.
Supreme Court arguing their case against the Food and Drug Administration.
The agency that has endangered the health and safety of women and girls by unlawfully removing its original safety standards on harmful abortion drugs.
And next month they'll be back at the Supreme Court assisting the state of Idaho as it fights the Biden administration's attempts to force doctors to perform abortions against their convictions.
These two cases will cost over $2 million to defend, and that's why Sebastian and this show has pledged
that you and I will help raise $20,000 toward the cost of that defense by the end of this month
by placing a Stand with ADF banner at sebgorka.com.
And in the meantime, ADF continues to defend men and women just like you in other legal actions,
but they can only do it with your generous gift, as we hear from ADF spokesman, Lance.
It's incredibly important.
And yes, it's important that we fund the work of the ministry so that we can do the legal work for these individuals, but it's so much bigger than that because for everyone's freedoms.
And when we think about living our lives according to our deeply held beliefs or we're leading our businesses or our families, these cases have significant impact for Americans all over the country, not just for the individual that we're representing.
You know, Lance is right.
So, I mean, look, as my part sitting here today, I want to urgently encourage you to join the campaign today to reach this goal of $20,000 for the Alliance Defending Freedom by the end of this month.
We can do it if you want to join right now.
So please click on the banner at SebGorka.com or you can phone your most generous gift at 855-374-4767.
855-374-4767. That's 855-374-4767 to help our friends out at Alliance Defending Freedom.
All right, we're back.
If you want to be a part of the show today, no matter where you are, we've already started off with calls.
Love to have you be a part.
Sebastian's going to be joining here at four o'clock.
We're going to talk about the Trump interview from yesterday and some of the fallout from that.
But I want to get back to this discussion of the Democrats sort of just, you know, frankly losing it over Biden's position.
The polling right now and they can't move.
I mean, I think this is the problem that people are not focused on.
Joe Biden is going to be on the ticket because they can't afford to go anywhere else.
Vice President Harris, they cannot let Joe Biden get off the ticket and put Vice President Harris in there.
Her poll numbers are lower than Joe's.
I mean, Joe's is pretty much swimming in ankle deep water right now.
Hers is worse.
And if they don't put her in, the progressive side of the Democratic Party will just abandon it altogether.
And I think this is the problem.
I want to continue this conversation because as I started off, we started off the top of the hour, I was talking about these, the bloodbath comment and how they're affecting the auto industry and how Donald Trump rightfully pointed out that this is a problem.
Now let's put this in perspective because I saw a tweet out there that it actually, It's always going to be tweeted to me, folks, so if you've got a problem with that, I'm sorry.
But a tweet out that said that Joe Biden is so concerned about the Muslim vote in Michigan that he's forgetting about the autoworker vote in Michigan.
And I thought to myself, it took me by surprise, but you remember, the Muslim vote, the Palestinian population in Michigan is one of the highest in the country.
And it's where they had over 100,000 people vote non-committed, you know, agged on by Rashida Tlaib and others to do that, to make a point to this administration.
And what we have seen is that every time Joe Biden has tried to move to the center In this debate, whether it be on immigration, where he actually said the truth.
He said one thing true in that State of the Union.
If anything he said true, the one thing was, it was an illegal immigrant who actually killed Lakin Riley.
Illegal alien.
That's what, it's exactly right.
And then over the next two days he was butchered, not by Republicans.
Republicans didn't say a word about that.
It was Democrats and the progressive left who kept saying, I can't believe you didn't call him undocumented.
He just was wrong.

I mean, you can't make this up, folks.
This is how bad it is for them right now.
That they cannot even come to an understanding that if you're in this country illegally, which is by code definition and even Webster's, you're here illegally.
How can I make this clearer to you?
I mean, I could send about three or four miles over the river giving them a box of crayons and a white sheet and say, here, draw it out for you.
I'll put it in crayon if you don't understand it.
But hey, I want them to continue to do exactly what they're doing.
This will be our little secret, okay?
Let the Democrats continue to play immigration the way they're doing.
Let them continue to go after the folks who are standing up for these terrorists in Hamas.
And they're threatening Joe Biden to force our friend Israel into a corner.
Let them continue down this path because the American people are seeing through it.
And that is the thing that has got to be emphasized in this.
This is why they continue to put this out and we continue to go.
You know, this is really an issue that we can capitalize on here.
And the issue is, is that we got to continue to force.
This is what I think, you know, Donald Trump is doing.
I made this comment before and I'm on my podcast, the Doug Collins podcast, and I've talked about it on interviews.
And it is this, that I believe this is a 2016 election.
I don't believe this is a 2020 election.
I think it's a 2016 election.
I think you could even, if you wanted to, you could go back to a 1980 election.
This is history in your making.
So if you don't familiar with this, get on your whatever and look it up.
Okay.
If you have to go find a book, look it up.
1980 election, Ronald Reagan was coming into the final stages against Jimmy Carter.
It was a dead heat.
We see a lot of the same kind of polling.
And Americans at the very end, that last weekend even, those last two weeks, basically said, I'm going to choose Ronald Reagan.
I'm going to choose a new path.
We don't like the malaise that is in the Carter administration.
We don't like the high prices.
We don't like our standing in the world.
And they switched to Reagan at the very end and we saw a landslide victory.
In 2016, Democrats under Hillary Clinton were already measuring the drapes at the White House.
They were talking about this euphoria in the world that Democrats will lead us into if we continue to elect Hillary Clinton and how we're going to be the kinder, gentler America after the Obama apology tour for so long.
And they were not concentrating on America's real interests.
Guess who showed up?
Donald Trump.
Donald Trump came down the escalator and he started talking about immigration.
Wow, is that not familiar again today?
He started talking about economy.
Is that not familiar today?
When you've got 20% inflation, when your grocery prices are costing you more month over month than they have been, the gas prices are still over a dollar up.
These are the kind of things that people want to talk about.
And Democrats are scared to death because they have no Answer.
Donald Trump and Republicans, we stick to this.
Conservatives, you stick to these messages, we will win this.
But we've got to keep hammering.
That's why the Democrats are upset.

Hey Doug, I hope I can call you Senator Collins one day.
You never know, just stay awake.
How about that?
Yes sir, and my question is about the infamous Find Me 10,000 Votes phone call that was illegally recorded and then released to the press Uh, to, you know, get this investigation started just like Coney did with the Steele dossier.
Um, do you think Raffensperger was involved or will they do anything about it?
And how can they pursue this case and write a book?
I mean, Fannie Willis is involved in a book about it and this is, you know, completely illegitimate.
Yeah, Todd, you've opened up a lot of things here.
Thanks for calling in, and let me try and answer some of that.
Look, I think we saw just last week, we saw several rulings.
And if you remember, the main ruling that came out that everybody was looking for was the Fonnie Willis going to stay on the case, Nathan Way going to stay on the case, that kind of thing.
But there was a ruling earlier in the week in which several of the indictments were tossed, basically because, and this has gotten less press than it should have, the District Attorney's Office did not write a proper indictment.
Now, this is something that is a basic function of a district attorney's office, in any district attorney's office, is to write a proper indictment.
And I'm going to break it down, and I'm not going to put it in real legal terms.
I'm just going to say this.
The district attorney should write the indictment that comes out of the grand jury in a way that the person that they're accusing should know how to defend themselves.
That's the simplest way to put that.
And it is a basic 101 concept of a district attorney's office.
Fonnie Willis' office failed in those six counts that were dropped, many of them having to do with the conversations that were had with elected officials.
And I think this is going to come back in this case on appeal and some other areas that these were the ones kicked.
All of this is still eligible for appeal, even the ones that were not thrown away or even the entire case thrown away.
This is an evolving case that is showing the problems in the district attorney's office.
Now, again, there's other problems in the district attorney's office.
If you go to the Fulton County Courthouse, The Fulton County Jail, excuse me, the Fulton County Jail where the infamous mug shots were taken and everything else, that jail is a chronic problem.
For those of us who dealt in the criminal justice system before, this is a problem.
The Fulton County Jail is overcrowded, it's not there, and it's my understanding, again, that approximately 30% of those who are jailed there have not even been indicted yet.
This is, again, a basic one-on-one thing for district attorney's office.
So while she has been pursuing this case, spending millions of dollars on this case that has some fatal flaws to it, you have basic criminals that actions that should be taken by the district attorney's office in Fulton County that are not there.
They're not doing it.
So, my hope is that a lot of this comes out, this is what the judicial system is for, and that honesty will prevail, and as always, truth will prevail.

And Sebastian, you had an amazing interview with Donald Trump, but the left, I've been talking about it the whole first hour, the left went nuts.
And they're going nuts over a lot of things.
Let's do this.
Let's play this clip and then let's you and I get into it.
Why is it, seemingly, that this administration, including Chuck Schumer in the Senate, so hate the man that Israel chose as their Prime Minister?
Why do the Democrats hate Bibi Netanyahu?
I actually think they hate Israel.
Yes.
I don't think they hate him.
I think they hate Israel.
And the Democrat Party hates Israel.
And the Democrat Party, if you remember when many Israeli representatives, including Netanyahu, When they came to the country trying, begging, begging, at that time, President Obama, please don't make the Iran nuclear deal, which is a disaster, and was a disaster.
And I ended it, but unfortunately, they didn't do anything with the ending of it.
I ended it, and would have had a new deal made with Iran, it would have been good for everybody, and there would have been no nuclear weapons.
You know, they're very close to getting a nuclear weapon right now.
And once they have that, it becomes a different form of negotiation, a much more difficult negotiation.
But I really believe they hate Israel.
And they also see a lot of votes.
Don't forget, when you see those Palestinian marches, even I, I'm amazed at how many people are in those marches.
And guys like Schumer see that.
And to him, it's votes.
I think it's votes more than anything else, because he was always pro-Israel.
He's very anti-Israel now.
Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion, they hate everything about Israel, and they should be ashamed of themselves, because Israel will be destroyed.
Well, Sebastian, I think the one thing you can never say about Donald Trump, he's not going to not say what he's thinking.
What's your thought about this?
Because again, they don't, the Democrats in this situation are reacting to his comments and there's, you know, they're trying to say, oh, well, they're trying to, you know, equivocate in many ways.
What's your thoughts?
Well, look, this is the next iteration of the bloodbath comments from the weekend and the reaction of our interview with the President for an hour.
If you haven't seen it, go to my Rumble feed, go to my Twitter feed.
We posted the whole, whole hour, not just that little clip.
I mean, I woke up this morning, Doug, and there were articles not only in the lunatic, you know, Politico, but the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Daily Mail of the UK.
And you know what the most disgusting thing of all was?
They called this a slur on the Jews, part of the old dual loyalty smear.
Now, what is the dual loyalty smear?
The dual loyalty smear is the old argument, it's a racist one, that Jews in America can't be loyal to America because they're going to be loyal to Israel.
Hang on a second, what did President Trump say?
He actually said, The opposite of the dual loyalty smear.
He said, if you're an American Jew and you vote Democrat, you hate Israel, which is a statement of fact.
You're not loyal in any way, shape or form to Israel.
Why?
Well, let's look at the recent news, Doug.
What did Chuck Schumer say just a few days ago?
I'm sorry, hit Chuck Schumer, because think about this.
The sway of Mike Johnson went to the well of the House and said something like this.
Or Doug Collins, when I was in the House, I said something like this about another country's elections.
Hit on that, because you're heading there, but I had to put that in perspective.
I'm just going to mention three things.
We could spend the next, and God bless you for sitting at the big desk today, you could spend the whole three hours on the anti-Semitism institutionally of the Democrat Party.
Let's just talk about the latest outrage, the most senior Democrat.
On Capitol Hill says the Israelis have to get rid of the prime minister they chose.
Forget about election interference.
Who the hell is Chuck Schumer to say that the people, the Jews of Israel, aren't allowed to pick their own leader?
Number one.
Number two, what about the fact that the most senior Democrat in America, you know, what is it Dan Bongiorno calls him?
The rotting bag of oatmeal in the White House.
Joe Biden has sent billions of dollars to Iran.
What does Iran say every Friday?
That they have to destroy Israel, the little Satan, before they destroy the big Satan, which is us.
So, A, they're not allowed to pick their own prime minister.
B, Biden's giving billions of dollars to the regime that wants to literally wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
And then let's talk about the House.
Let's do the triumvirate, the White House, the Senate.
Let's talk about the House.
Let's talk about the squad.
What do we know about the institutional anti-Semitism of the Squad?
Shall I go through the list of all the tweets from Ilhan Omar talking about the Jews of America and it's all about the Benjamins?
Shall we talk about how AOC is a proud supporter of the BDS, Boycott, Divestment, Sanction movement, which is modern anti-Semitism.
She's a proud supporter of BDS.
So the fact is, everything the president said in that clip is true.
If you're a Democrat and a Jew and you vote for the Democrat Party, you've got to hate Israel.
And by the way, what's really interesting about the voting figures, the secular Jews of America vote Democrat in ordinate proportion.
What about the Orthodox Jews who love Israel?
Depending on district, it's upwards of 93% vote for President Trump.
I wonder why that is, Doug.
Is it because they actually love Israel as well as America?
Yep.
Well, I think you're hitting it up.
And it goes into the next one.
You did even, we could go on the squad all day, but you got Tlaib, who is basically,
and one of the things that bothered me, and I would love to get your, because we're discussing
this, and let's just be honest, let's put it all out there on the table.
If they don't like what Donald Trump said, then I have a problem with members of Congress
wearing the scars of the palace of the Hamas on the floor of the House for the State of
the Union.
I have a problem with Rashida Tlaib on every occasion she can, basically making this, the
Palestinian Hamas are one and the same, and it is Israel that is dominating and has no
right to respond to October 7th.
But then we go back to the other one, the big one that you've talked about.
And I am so proud that I voted against this bill, I talked about this bill, even when we had some Israelis and organizations who were saying this is the best we can do, let's go for it.
I said no, it's going to turn into a disaster and that's that Iran deal.
How can they, Sebastian, hold these two things in their hand?
It's just amazing to me, and the press lets them get away with it.
Well, because the press isn't the press.
They're just literally lapdogs.
I'm about to finish an article for my Substack where I talk about what the press did, whether it's the bloodbath comments, whether it's the president's interview.
Let's be clear.
Rashida Tlaib has said she represents the people of Palestine.
Can we talk about dual loyalties?
On the map, in her congressional office, she has a Post-it note covering Israel.
You know, negating the existence of Israel, where she's handwritten the words Palestine on it.
If that weren't enough, let's talk about real dual loyalties.
That fascinating clip from Ilhan Omar that was released just two weeks ago, where she's talking to a Somali audience in her native tongue.
And she says what?
She actually says, I'm here to realize the interests of Somalia in the Congress.
Excuse me?
Shall we talk about real dual loyalties?
As for the last point, look, there's no higher honor, I think, than an immigrant getting to work in the White House like I did.
Blows my mind.
But of all of the things I did in the White House for President Trump, The thing I'm the most proud of is the day he called me and Bannon into the Oval.
The rest of the cabinet out there who are pro-Obama, JCPOA, pro-Iran deal, say, you can't upset our European allies.
And Steve and I did our pitch.
And we told the president, this is why it's bad for Israel.
This is why it's bad for America.
This is why it will lead to nuclear war triggered by the Muellers.
And what did President Trump do?
He killed Obama's JCPOA Iran deal.
That was my proudest moment in my time in the White House.
And they're now reversing it and giving billions to Iran.
Doug, why would you fund Iran unless you hate Israel and hate America?
Well, you've hit it perfectly there.
And then the question is, it's just again, what you say and what you do.
And unfortunately, the political class in D.C.
and in other places as well, it's follow what I'm saying, don't follow what I'm doing.
Follow what I'm saying, that we're all supportive of Israel, that we're all supportive of doing this.
And look, to at least an extent up until now, until the last 30 days, and this is a political question that is interesting.
Up until about 25 days ago, the Biden administration was holding pretty firm.
Joe Biden was holding pretty firm with Israel.
They were doing the stuff that, you know, you would expect them to do.
They were pushing back against this extremism.
But yet, when Michigan hit in the primary, When you had the other stuff started coming out, we're starting to see the political Biden in this.
And I think that's going to be it.
You're going to be with us here for just a few more minutes.
Let's pick that up when we get back, because I think this is something that right now, people, you've got to be aware of.
Joe Biden, and I said this in the last hour on that quote from that Twitter, said that they're more concerned about Muslim boats in Michigan than they are autoworkers in Michigan.
That's a huge issue that they're going to have to deal with.
And they're going to jump through every hoop to convince you of what they want.
So we're gonna be right back.

It's amazing to me how you manage in a three-minute break to get all the belly dancers and the fire eaters out of the studio so quickly.
That's really impressive.
You got an impressive staff, that's all I gotta say.
Everything is there.
Before we get back into the duality of this Israel and this administration, how they're dealing with certain areas of the world, isn't it amazing to me with all this going on, and somebody was talking about this in the first hour, we said, you know, because Harris cannot be put into the top slot.
Biden has got to be there.
And last week, Harris's two big things were she toured an abortion clinic, And number two, she had a sit-down about marijuana with Fat Joe and others.
I mean, just to show you how off this administration is.
But back to the real thing.
You and I talked about this a little bit off the break.
I've never seen this, and it seems like the White House doesn't get it.
You have Ukraine, in which they say nothing to.
They just want to pump money into it, money into it, money into it, and then they claim about the fact that there's no resolution.
But then in Israel, we will give you money, but Bibi, you can't use it here.
In fact, the big story today is they're calling Israel over because they don't want them to attack Rafah.
And because there's millions of Palestinians there that could get in trouble, not mentioning the ones that are there.
But they put limits, and every time it came out, they kept saying, Israel, make sure you're nice.
Make sure you limit civilian casualties.
You never hear that about Ukraine.
And you brought up a great point.
I've never heard Ukraine's ceasefire come out of this administration's mouth, and I've heard it all the time about Israel.
Isn't that weird that we have these demands upon Israel that has to actually secure its safety and rescue its hostages?
You don't have ceasefires.
There's a man who just celebrated, I think it was his 82nd birthday, as a hostage.
Sorry, no ceasefires.
No, no, Israel gets to rescue their hostages, but there's no demands on a Ukrainian ceasefire.
That's weird.
Not to mention just the insanity.
Can we stop for a second and talk about the fact they wanna make a peer for the aid going into Gaza.
Gaza is sovereign Israeli territory.
Have we got Israel's permission to deploy our military?
You've served in our military for decades, Doug.
And the idea of this credit, this two-star Air Force general
that the Pentagon press spokesman, Patrick Ryan, who says, well, I hope Hamas won't fire on our sailors
we're building the pitch.
Because that works.
You know, when people who literally beheaded innocent people, killed children, raped women after they killed them, they're not going to fire on US personnel.
And if they do, Doug, do we trust Joe Biden to manage a shooting war in the Middle East when our sailors, our soldiers, our marines are getting shot at?
Is that the person you want in charge?
I wouldn't let that guy walk my dogs!
Yeah, no.
I mean, look, over 200.
Over 200 plus in climbing every day attacks on military personnel in the Middle East since October 7th.
We have responded, I'm going to be generous, and I think three times.
And we've sent word that we're going to do it.
There's little casualties involved in it.
This is that, quote, proportional response from the Aransorkin world of West Wing.
You know, this is, you know, would somebody please tell me what a proportional response is?
No, it's not that.
And explain to me why they're worried about who, you know, if they think Hamas won't fire on them, by the way, and I agree with you completely, we're invading a sovereign country by doing this.
We can't do that and there's no way we can put them in harm's way.
There's been a lot of talk on the hill about that today, but the Houthis I don't think they got the message, Sebastian, because they keep firing on everybody out there.
I mean, they're like Oprah Winfrey.
I'm going to fire on you.
I mean, this administration does not have a grip on a foreign policy.
Here's a question.
Foreign policy rarely plays into a presidential election.
If you talk about a lot of the issues, it's always inflation.
It's always economy.
But it does play at times.
We saw it in 1980, we saw it in 92, we've seen it in a couple of others.
I think this is going to come back with Afghanistan, with now the Ukraine, with the Israel issue.
This is going to be a place in which people are going to look at Joe Biden and Donald Trump and it will become an issue because America's pride is at stake.
Look, we're different, right?
You've served this nation in the cloth of the Republic.
I'm a national security wonk and former strategist in the White House.
So we love this stuff, and we kind of default to the national security setting.
On the whole, it is pocketbooks, however.
It's what's the famous phrase?
It's the economy, stupid.
But again, when you walk into that polling station November 5th, People are going to have to think about the price of bread and the price of milk, but they're also going to have to make a decision.
Who do I want as the commander-in-chief?
And that's the easiest question to answer.
Do you want a guy who rebuilt our military, who made our enemies afraid and then reassured our allies, who got NATO freeloaders to actually pay their way?
Or do you want a guy who surrendered Afghanistan, brought us war in Ukraine, brought us war in the Middle East?
I may be biased, Doug, but I think when people pull that lever or fill in that little circle on the ballot, they're going to be thinking, You know what?
I don't want a world war, and I want Donald Trump back.
I think that's going to be part of the calculation.
I think so.
And also, I'm going to send out a little word to some of my former colleagues, because when you mentioned Donald Trump having to rebuild the military, I was in Congress in 2015, from 2013 to 2017, when he came in, and we had F-18 squadrons that could not fly because they couldn't get parked.
We had accidents happening all the time.
And let me just send a word back to Congress, don't keep falling for these gimmicky And again, some people may disagree, but that's fine.
These 1% across the board, when you think that works, it kills our defense.
You're not influencing these programs you hate.
You're actually cutting back in defense, and we've got to be aware of that as we go forward.
Sebastian, I think you've hit it on the head that we've got to look at this whole Israel situation, Ukraine situation, as we look at it going forward.
But then bring it back home real quick, because I'd love to have your... This just happened in the last little bit.
Supreme Court has now said Texas can enforce immigration law in Texas while this is going through the courts.
Mixed opinion there going on.
Get your opinion on that real quick.
That's why we're a republic of states, right?
At the end of the day, states have a responsibility to the citizens in their state.
So this idea that you can't secure the citizens of a state, which, by the way, you know, it's weird an immigrant telling fellow Americans Texas was a country, OK?
It actually was a country for a time being before it came into the fold as part of the republic.
It's a big part of America.
They should get to do what is required when the Feds can't do it.
On your prior point, let me just say, before I joined the Trump administration, I spent two and a half years at Quantico.
I was teaching there at the Marine Corps.
When I had students offline, 05s, 06s, tell me they were having to cannibalize helicopters, literally dismantle helicopters, so they had spare parts to make the other ones airworthy.
That's a crisis, right?
That's what we had under Obama, and it's even worse today.
Yeah, it's going that way.
And again, I'm seeing it all the time because you've had an administration for the last three years that's more concerned about social manipulation in our military than it has anything.

They're in panic mode and they try to lash out at Trump for anything he says or Republicans for
what they're trying to do. They try to deflect everything away from their own incompetencies.
But I still have an issue with this Israel issue we just talked about. And the American
government actually taking steps to try and interfere in Israel's home rule.
Best way to put it.
Now, they've been having success.
Is it a messy situation?
Yes, it is a messy situation.
The Palestinians have lived under the dictatorial terrorist regime of Hamas since they were voted in, and they're under siege at all times.
But Israel is getting the Hamas terrorists.
They're killing the Hamas leadership.
In fact, just this, the other, just last day or so, they killed another of the Hamas terrorists, number three, Hamas number three, ISA, that was killed in operation last week.
I still do not understand how the Biden administration, how the world is allowing the Hamas leadership to still be in Qatar.
I'll just be frank with you about that.
I mean, they're down there living it up, having a good time, they're safe as best they can be, and they're eating regularly, they're getting fed, and they're still spewing the Hamas propaganda, but yet Qatar is sort of protecting them and the rest of the world is.
Why, if they're so hell-bent on actually fighting Israel, if they believe that Israel should not exist, if Hamas is ready to try and go out and exterminate Israel from the world with their friends from Iran and the Houthis and the other Iran-backed military groups.
And folks, look, don't take what I say about this.
If you want to look it up, just go look it up.
Iran does not believe Israel has the right to exist.
Hamas does not believe Israel has the right to exist.
Hezbollah in southern Lebanon does not believe that Israel has a right to exist.
Now, you lay that out any way you point, and you tell me how this two-state solution the Biden administration and other Democrats keep talking about is going to work.
I mean, I can't put this into simpler terms.
You cannot have a relationship with someone who doesn't believe you have a right to exist.
I mean, that's like two married people who are supposedly married, but don't believe in marriage.
They're not married.
They're not.
I mean, this is just crazy when you look at this and Israel should be able to, to outline this.
I think they have done probably as good a job as they can in a very tough environment.
Uh, when you see the tunnels going underneath the hospitals, when you see these tunnels in which they, uh, were using funds, it should have been going to feed the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
They, and you see it being used to attack daily.
The Israel kibbutzes and others around it.
This is where we're just losing this argument.
And Biden administration now is worried about it politically.
This is why they're struggling.
This is why they can't seem to get it.
And we're going to continue to point it out here.
Because until they come to the realizations you can't hold both views in the same hand, the American people are going to have to decide it.
That's what November's for.
That's what we're looking forward to now.
Got a lot more left.
Come home and stop just after the break.
You You
You You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
Oh my, for those of you who get to hear the bumper, I mean, killing it, brother.
I mean, you're bringing in some 80s sync here.
I'm feeling the vibe today, folks.
It's good to have you with us.
Doug Collins, I'm filling in for Sebastian Gorka today on America First.
Coast to coast, 833-33 Gorka, 833-334-6752.
And I want to put out a special shout out.
If you're listening in Ohio, Illinois, Florida, Anywhere where they're doing primaries today, give us a call.
We'd love to hear what's going on there.
Georgia, of course, my home state, love to have you be on as well.
Tom, we've gotten some technical difficulties with Tom.
We'll hopefully get Tom here on the show here pretty quick.
But I want to lead back into this sort of the pervasive theme of the day is that the left is putting themselves in positions that are indefensible.
So they're actually Having to reach out and just illogically attack Republicans.
Tom is on now?
All right.
Tom, Snug, how we doing?
You're all right.
How you doing, Doc?
I'm doing okay, bud.
It's good to hear from you.
Glad to have you on.
A lot of things going on.
I've been talking about today about the Democrats' sort of irrational discussions about things that people don't care about, one of which is immigration, which everyone is caring about.
You and I haven't talked in a few weeks since the Lake and Riley incident down in Georgia, the rape in Virginia with an illegal You saw a lot of things going on, but there's something building and I'd love to get your take on this.
We're going to talk about the Texas case in a second, but then I want to get the first off this Haitian issue, which is building right now.
And I think more people need to pay attention to this.
Haiti has always been treated a little bit different.
They're like Venezuela, Cuba, and there's others under the Biden administration.
Explain to the listener why this Haitian uprest and what's coming out of Haiti is so important to us here
Haiti knows that our borders are open and they know that All they got to do is get land side and they're gonna get
to stay you know It's a touch of foot knee in Florida
And that's the plan and in my sources have told me that Coast Guard's
Under orders just to make sure they don't drown and I'll make sure that they don't get no
Capsized that they're not to arrest or detain however Under the Trump administration, you know, I start to
facility right on Guantanamo Bay We have a facility.
We detain people, mostly Haitians and Cubans, and we keep them there until we repatriate them.
So there is an option.
Rather than bring them to the United States, we have a facility right there in Guantanamo Bay.
We can house them.
We built a facility there many years ago, and it's right there on the island.
It's on the wayward side.
So we have options, but I'm telling you right now, this administration is going to do what they can to bring them.
To the United States.
And once you're here, I can guarantee you've never gone home.
Well, and that's I think the thing that's interesting, because really you, I think you and I both agree that if you catch them, you know, out there, the Coast Guard catches them off in, you know, off international waters.
It's, you send them back.
I mean, you don't drown them, but you send them back or you take them to Gitmo.
You don't bring them to the United States.
And yet we're continually opening the border and allowing these to come through.
I think what concerns me, Tom, and I think you, you know, see your sources are saying this, we're seeing the, What's coming out of Haiti right now?
They've opened up, you know, prisons.
We're seeing the gang element here.
This is, to me, heightening what, you know, President Trump has said, but others have said, and we just saw on the border somebody who came across basically saying that they were Hezbollah, I believe it was, headed to New York with a bomb.
I mean, What is it going to take to wake... I don't think the Biden administration can be woke up to this.
They don't care.
They're getting what they want.
How is this something... What is one thing we can do to wake up the rest of America who may be inclined to vote for this administration again, to say you're killing your own, you know, environment here, neighborhoods, by letting an open border stay festering like this?
First of all, I think we need to be transparent and tell the American people how many convicted criminals the board chose to arrest.
I think they're near 100,000 convicted criminals that they've arrested.
100,000 convicted criminals that they've arrested.
And I think at one point, it was over 130 people convicted of homicide.
I mean, Borbatore arrests thousands of criminals every year.
And President Trump was wrong.
He says a lot of criminals come across the Southwest border.
Not everybody's a criminal, but many are.
And we see the results in inner city.
I thought Lake and Riley would convince some people, but when I did a few shows on that,
I said, look, I want to get to the bottom of this.
One can hope it'll make a difference, but I says we'll forget about that in a few weeks.
I won't, but a lot of the public will forget about two weeks, then they'll have another one.
Then we'll have another one.
I mean, I've been doing this a long time, and it's just one after another after another.
So I think it's going to take, we all know terrorists have entered this country through this open border.
There's no doubt in my mind.
I think it's going to take a serious attack on the United States.
For us to become united like we were after 9-11 and take this stuff seriously.
Look, the border patrol has arrested people from 181 different countries.
Many of these countries sponsor terror.
They've arrested over 340 trying to sneak into the southwest border since Biden's been in office.
We have 1.9 million gataways.
How many of them?
are known suspected terrorists. So, you know, if you think there's zero, then you're just a
moron. You can't think that not a single one of the 1.9 came from a country sponsored terror.
I think it's going to take an issue that big to wake up the left who just seems to don't care
about the open border. Yeah, and I think that's the concern for most of us who look at this and
say it's going to take something that we don't want to see.
Something that's been coming up on Capitol Hill in the last few days, it's an issue that's been up before.
I'd love for you to give your straightforward explanation of it because the administration, and they always try to play this as a family and kids and we're just taking care of kids.
But they've got a problem.
They can't find literally hundreds of thousands of kids.
They can't track them.
Explain how that can happen in a system and why that doesn't seem to be getting more of attention.
Well, the young children, you know, you got to be at least 14 years old, you know, by the regulation.
But, you know, under the Trump administration, we did DNA testing.
And some of the, when we did a couple of the pilots on the Southwest border, like in El Paso,
at one point we found almost a third of the families weren't even families.
You know, this mother and father were claimed to be dad and mom and they weren't, the DNA show,
they weren't any relative.
So, you know, we know children being trafficked.
We know children being rented by the cartels to single males and single females,
act as a family group, so they know they won't be detained.
And look, the court ruling just recently saying, you know, families can't be separated.
So that's going to open the floodgates open to more trafficking of children and cartels,
so you don't rent these kids to, you know, adult males.
But here's a problem.
The vetting procedure is almost non-existent.
Under the Trump administration, not only do you fully vet the sponsor,
the person who wanted the child, We bet it to everybody in the household.
So we made sure it wasn't a predator in the house or a gang member in the household.
This administration, they're more concentrating on how quick we can release that child.
I mean, the secretary the other day, Bracera, says they're releasing children at record time.
Yep, Tom, you got it exactly right.
That's why we come to you for the truth.
Folks, we appreciate it.
We'll be back in just a minute here on America First.
Doug Collins filling in for Seb Gorka.

you You're listening to America First with special guest host, former Congressman Doug Collins.
All right.
We're here.
And for some of you in Florida, it is feeling like a cruel summer because you're back in the nineties already.
And it's the first day of spring.
All right.
833-33-GORKA.
We got calls online.
Sally calling from the primary state today of Ohio and Cleveland.
Sally, how we doing?
I'm okay, and it's a busy day here.
The weather is... There's some snow, but the roads are good, so people should be able to get to the polls.
There's that important Senate race for the Republican candidate.
It's getting pretty contentious, so it's... In some ways, it's pretty close.
Depends on which poll you listen to, but between Bernie Moreno, Franklin Roosevelt, Is turnout pretty good out there, Sally?
Are people turning out, or what do you think?
I think it's never as big a turnout as presidential, but maybe more of a turnout than normal, I think.
Okay, cool.
You had something else for me.
What did you want?
Yeah, I really wish some of the people that are so anti-Israel would visit over there and see some of the legislators, how it's like to live.
From minute to minute, they have all these bombs coming from Hezbollah and terrorists, and they have minutes for the kids to get into the bomb shelters.
They have underground playgrounds for the kids because they can't play outside, and it's just no kind of life.
They have to keep their sovereignty, and they have to make it safe, and they have to Take care of Hamas, no matter what Biden says.
No, I agree with you.
Thanks for calling.
I appreciate that.
Thanks for the update in Ohio.
Look, we could spend a lot of time there.
I mean, this is the issue that most don't, I mean, they just have no comprehension of.
Israel is under attack by the folks who do not believe they should have a right to exist.
These terrorists of Hamas, these terrorists of Hezbollah and others, and they live in it all the time.
It's not a turning on, turning off kind of thing.
It happens all the time, and this is the big difference that most don't want to deal with.
Calling in, we've got Joe from Illinois.
Hey Joe, how we doing today?
Hey, we're good.
So anyways, you know, it's not easy to get into this country.
My wife is an immigrant, and the money we spent, and the interviews that we went through, and the studying she had to do, To pass their citizenship.
You know, just to let people walk in, it just doesn't make sense to me.
I don't know.
No, Joe, you're exactly right.
Thanks for calling today, and I appreciate your wife going through that.
I mean, the legal, here's what, I'm tired of the left with this narrative.
I'm tired of the left's narrative that we're, that Republicans are this xenophobic racist bigots who don't want people to come here.
This country takes over a million plus people every year as citizens.
No other country in the world does that.
We take in more people on visas and legal immigration.
And folks, we do this every year.
It's not something...
And then you still have people running across the border, doing it in a way that is not safe,
it's not healthy, and it's not conducive in our country for keep a country that doesn't have a strict control over
its borders.
And if you don't believe it, just go look at any of these other countries liberals like to point at.
They have control of their border.
Doug Collins filling in for Sebastian Gorka.
We got one hour left.
Can you believe it?
Be back.
.
You're listening to America First with special guest host former congressman Doug Collins.
All right, coming back in a little Southern Rock on this show.
We're in the last hour.
We're glad to have you with us.
Glad to be sitting in at the big desk for Sebastian Gorka, Doug Collins filling in.
First, Sebastian, you can find me most days at thedougcollinspodcast.com, part of the Salem faculty here.
You can go hear me pontificate about life and politics and everything else, but on Fridays we have a A special show, we call it, you know, our Friday show, and it is really where we take everything from sports to everything else and wrap it all up.
So see me on there at Rep Doug Collins, at R-E-P Doug Collins for Twitter.
Follow me there.
Also, if you want to be a part of the show today, 833-33-GORKA.
One week from today, our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom will be heading to the U.S.
Supreme Court arguing their case against the Food and Drug Administration, the agency that has endangered the health and safety of women and girls by unlawfully removing its original safety standards on harmful abortion drugs.
And also next month, they'll be back at the Supreme Court assisting the state of Idaho as it fights the Biden administration's attempts to force doctors to perform abortions against their convictions.
These two cases are going to cost over $2 million to defend.
This show and Seb Gorka are committed to raising $20,000 by the end of the month.
You can go and you can help right now by the end of the month by going to SebGorka.com, hitting that stand with ADF banner and giving.
In the meantime, ADF continues to defend men and women just like you in other legal actions, but they can only do it with your generous gifts, as we hear from ADF spokesman Lance.
You know Lance is right.
So I urgently call to you to join this campaign today and help them reach the goal of $20,000 for Alliance for Defending Freedom by the end of this month.
We can do it if you will join right now.
So just go to the SebGorka.com, click on the banner, or you can phone at your most generous gift to 855-374-4767.
855-374-4767. That's 855-374-4767.
All right, we got into the last hour here.
We got a lot discussed.
The last hour is going to be legal discussions on what's going on in the Supreme Court, what's also been going on with the Biden administration over a lot of different things.
We're going to have Mike Barry on with us.
Mike is taking cases to the Supreme Court.
We're going to be looking forward to hearing some of his analysis.
I'm going to also dig into some things that happened this week in the Supreme Court dealing with what I think is one of the biggest issues that we can face, and that is this issue of tech and how they are Basically using their platforms to mold opinion in a way that's not, should not be there.
And we're going to talk about that.
I'm going to dig into that here in just a minute.
And also you have a Supreme Court justice that really doesn't understand the Bill of Rights.
I'm not sure how they missed that one at the confirmation hearings, but hey, the Senate only can get to so much, I guess.
So as we look at this, but right now we're going back to the phones.
If you want to be a part, 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
And with that Cheryl from Orange County.
Well, first of all, I want to say God bless you and thank you for everything you did in Congress and all the Republicans are doing.
So everybody's weaponizing our legal system in the Democrat Party against President Trump.
And yet, you know, they say that, oh, we stand with our allies and democracy is going to be destroyed.
They're destroying democracy here at home by weaponizing our justice system and weaponizing, you know, just about every portion of government against President Trump.
And meanwhile, they're trying to do exactly when President Trump got in trouble that, you know, we were all talking about the integrity of our election.
And yet they're interfering in Israel's election, trying to do everything they can to hurt the state of Israel.
And for everybody out there at the polls in Florida and everywhere else, I've just got to say that if you care about the state of Israel, if you care about democracy here at home, you need to vote for President Trump because we cannot stand another four years of this administration.
You're saying it perfectly.
Yeah, my mom is a 96-year-old Holocaust survivor and she never thought that she would live to see after coming from, you know, with Auschwitz and Geisling and liberated by the Americans in Dachau.
And for the gentleman who said about legal immigration, I just want to echo that.
My mom waited five years after the concentration camp to come to this country legally.
And she had to fill out papers with her relatives that she is not a communist, she's not a socialist,
she will not take a job from any American, the United States government will not have to support her.
She studied the United States Constitution, she had to pass the test,
and she is a proud Jewish American.
And for all those people who don't stand for the flag and are trying to destroy this country
and our statues and our founding fathers and this Judeo-Christian belief this country was built on,
you know, they are the ones that, you know, are not lovers of America
and they're the ones that need to, you know, this is a free country,
so, you know, you're free to leave.
But those of us who love this country and want it to work, we need to turn this country around
because we're really on a bad trajectory under this administration.
Thank you Colin and Cheryl.
Appreciate that and thank you and give a hug to your mom.
Thanks for her being here and just showing the point that we've got to find our moral ground and who we stand with and we stand with our friends and I think that's been the biggest issue that we have here and you keep fighting the good fight out there in California.
Now just next door out there we got Rick in Phoenix, Arizona.
Rick, how we doing?
Hi Doug, doing great.
Thanks for taking my call and you're doing a great job filling in for the Gorka Man.
And I want to vote for making Cheryl's call and add for closing the border and doing immigration right.
The things that she stated were terrific.
But what I'm calling about, I'd like to run an idea by you and get your pontification on it.
Okay.
I want to suggest that if someone wants to truly be pro-Palestinian, then we have to support Israel's war against Hamas and the effort to totally wipe Hamas out, because Hamas are the ones who are really oppressing the people of Gaza.
And if we can wipe Hamas out, we'll help to liberate the Palestinians and eliminate the problems, many of the problems going on there.
Now, I know someone has said that I've heard a survey that 70 or 80 percent of Gazans support Hamas, but I kind of think that might be like the 95 or 98 percent that support President Xi in China.
Yeah, I don't think you heard that wrong, Rick.
Thanks for calling, buddy.
I mean, here's the idea.
Let me put in perspective what you just said, and I think it's really true.
The Palestinian people, and they are, you know, what I'll say, innocents there, especially the kids, the young people, the families who are just, you know, they're forced to be there in many ways.
And you have Hamas who is, you know, basically threatening everybody.
Can you just imagine a polling question going around in the Gaza Strip?
Do you support Hamas?
And they were to say no.
I mean, this is just, again, for the supposedly intellectual elites in the liberals' side of our spectrum in this country to believe that they're wanting to stay in a place in which they're being subjugated by terrorists Who take money from the international community and they don't provide better services, they don't provide better educational systems, they don't provide opportunities and instead they take, as we saw in their own promotional videos, they take aid for water lines and water pipe and sewer and these kind of things and they cut them up for mortar launching.
I mean, this is the problem in making them into homemade improvised devices.
They are not there in support because they are free to do that.
And again, as long as Hamas says, we do not believe Israel should exist, as long as Hezbollah believes that Israel should not exist, as long as Iran believes that Israel should not exist, they should be isolated from the international community.
Period.
End of story.
Don't come back to me.
Because if you cannot respect the sovereignty of another nation, then you're not respecting the sovereignty of your own people.
Look at Iran.
In the dictatorial regime in Iran, who are always scared of their own people.
And this is what happened, which is just so frustrating to me.
We discussed this a little bit earlier.
Iran keeps its own people in subjugation.
They fund terrorism around the world.
We had them on the ropes during the Trump administration when we were cutting off their funds.
We had the sanctions in place.
Their own people were feeling the pinch and their own people were rising up.
And if Nothing was learned when the Biden administration came in there.
They now released that.
They're now making more money than they ever had off of oil.
They're now getting money sent to them by the Biden administration from freeing this up.
And now the solid voices of those who would like to see it in Iran.
Be prosperous again and be a free country again.
All I encourage you to do is go back in in history and Iran was not what Iran is now.
Not since the revolution in the late 70s.
And so I think we've got to take this into account moving forward and you know when you look at it from that perspective these are the kind of things that we have to you know point out because if we don't point it out the Democrats are definitely not going to point it out because it doesn't fit their narrative.
And why it wouldn't fit their narrative, I don't know, except I do know one thing right now.
They have done their counting of votes and their counting of votes says that they've got to get votes in these states in which this has become an issue.
That's what we're facing right now.
So for us, it's just going to be telling the truth.
Thanks for the calls.
We've got some more calls lined up.
We've got more here on the show.
So looking forward to talking to you here in just a few minutes.
Thank you.
Alright, get your motor running, head out on the highways, get into the voting places.
If you're in places that are having a primary today, do not let anybody take the right that you have been given in this sacred country to go vote.
Go vote right now.
Make sure that you're participating in the process.
We've got lots of calls lined up here.
I've got about a nine minute segment here.
We got Mike Berry coming up.
We're going to talk some legal.
So let's get ready for some rock and roll Southern style.
Let's do it.
Harold, calling from Texas.
What you got Harold?
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
I wanted to make a comment.
I really appreciate your comments on the Gaza situation.
But they do need to have a peace negotiation.
They need to get some of those characters out of wherever that... Where are they?
Where's Hamas leaders?
Yeah, the Qatar.
Yeah, the Qatar, yeah.
So that the world can see these characters.
And then the subject on Ukraine.
Now that's a whole other ballgame, of course, and I'm thinking that we certainly need to have some kind of peace initiative started already and they really need to get Some kind of peace initiative started in Ukraine.
I want to know your thoughts.
Yeah, I think the biggest thing right now is we got to figure out what the crap they want to do.
And this has been the problem with Biden administration from day one.
Thanks for calling on this because they don't know what they want to do.
I mean, if you've got somebody that is, you know, forcefully attacked another country and we just sort of play games with it, that's been the problem.
And when you're sending more humanitarian aid, it looks more like the Obama administration sending blankets, whereas the Trump administration actually sent guns.
There's a big difference there as we go forward.
But yeah, we hear nothing about peace.
We hear nothing about, you know, holding accountable.
And really, I think that's become the sort of the downfall of this administration in a lot of different areas, not just Ukraine.
All right, next up, Mike, we're going to Michigan.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, thanks a lot for taking my call.
You know, when you talk about the Gazans, you're talking about the Palestinians, the PLO, the PFLP, Israel, Islamic Jihad, Hamas.
They followed right along and probably committed their share of the atrocities.
And, you know, this was like, this wasn't a normal terrorist attack.
This is almost like an Einsatz group.
operation where they were just there to kill men, women, and children, even more brutal
than the Nazis.
And the idea—and they killed 33 American citizens, and probably not in a very humanitarian
way.
That was an act of war for Gaza against Israel and the United States.
Why are we not at war with them?
They're holding American hostages.
I'm not following the logic here.
Yeah, I understand.
Mike, thanks for calling.
Look, it's because you've got an administration that won't... I mean, when you have an administration calling for a ceasefire, but without any discussion of the American hostages, you know they're not being serious.
That's just not a serious discussion here.
And it's a political play that has to be brought out.
Now look, Hamas needs to be decapitated.
It not only needs to be decapitated, it needs to be outrun.
It needs to be run off Hezbollahs the same way.
I will not stand back door to anybody about saying that these terrorists need to be gotten rid of.
But I think the biggest thing we've got a problem is here is you've got a really you've got a government in the Biden administration that is trying to please a political base back home of people who have spent too much time listening to Twitter or TikTok and don't know what's actually going on in Israel.
And I think that's the biggest problem that we have here.
Mike, thanks for calling in.
We got Steve from Atlanta.
Hey, Doug.
Hey, Steve.
How are you doing?
Good.
I wish Reagan were alive or maybe Rich Little or somebody who could speak like Reagan to go to the left.
There you go again, accusing us of all those things that you've done wrong, projecting on the right what the sinister left has been doing.
The Republicans, and I know you know a few of them, Doug, wouldn't it be wonderful if every time they pulled that crap, that projection garbage, that More than one would stand up in a chorus and say exactly something similar to what I did.
There you go again.
That might be effective.
Steve, I appreciate you calling.
You got it done, and I'll do my best.
There he goes again.
There he goes again.
There you go again.
Look, I'm tired of conservatives.
One of the things I tried in Congress, you saw me fighting there.
You can look it up, and you saw me.
I can get along and try to make things work with most anybody, even if I disagree.
I've got family members I don't agree with.
But at a certain point in time, I'm going to fight if you push me into a corner, and I'm going to call Truth, truth, and I'm going to call lies, lies.
And right now what we don't have enough of in this country is we don't have enough conservatives
who are willing to stand up and actually call out the liberals for the lies that they're
telling.
I'm tired of conservatives sitting back and letting the liberals dominate the discussion
on abortion.
We've got to put them on record as being the ones who want to kill children up to 40 weeks.
We want to be the ones that are out of the step with the mainstream of country in which 80% of this country believe there should be some restriction on abortion.
80% of this country.
That's not all Republicans.
That's everyone.
But yet we're allowing Republicans to paint us as anti-women, anti-everything else, while we're not standing up and saying, putting them on the record and saying, you're willing to kill a child at 40 weeks.
Let's put you back where you need to be.
Let's put you back in the place.
And you stand up and you tell the American people, That you'll take a fully formed child and kill it.
I don't play with this.
And I'm tired of conservatives who play with this issue.
Make the liberals tell you where they stand.
And when they tell you that they have agreed restrictions, then they're out of step with their own party and they can't say it.
Joe Biden can't say it.
Kamala Harris can't say it.
Neither can the Democrats say it.
Hello, Mr. Collins.
Thank you for taking my call.
to foreign affairs, when it comes to all these other issues, we've got to point out what
is going wrong and why we can fix it.
And that's what this election is going to come down to.
And if Donald Trump can articulate that, then Joe Biden has to fight back against it.
And that's how we win.
Now we have Asghar from California.
Hello, Mr. Collins.
Thank you for taking my call.
First of all, I want to say you have always been my favorite person in politics.
Well, I appreciate that.
Thank you.
And thank you for all you do.
Speaking of tired, I am tired of all the lies that they're telling us from inflation and to Trump.
They're always trying to crucify him.
And I believe he's a really genuine person and he really loves this country like you do, like we all do.
But one thing I wanted to say is I hear a lot on the radio about how some Arabs are a threat that's already been in this country.
I was born in Syria, and I can speak for all my family.
I have a large family community in Burbank, and they're all business people.
We've all lived the American dream.
We love this country, and I can tell you we will die For this country first before we will for Syria.
There you go.
Oscar, thank you so much.
What you said there is so true and I think it's a matter.
Those who came here, I mean Sebastian, all you have to do is listen to Sebastian.
He come here, he's an immigrant, as he said earlier in the show, he's an immigrant talking about You know, to Americans about immigration, thank you for being a part of that and standing up.
And what you said is so true, that American exceptionalism is what we've got to continue to go on.
And then when we tell basically things that downplay American exceptionalism, downplay how this country has it, then we're basically surrendering to the world of bad ideas.
One of the things that is interesting, you talked about inflation there for a second.
Let me just discuss inflation for a second.
Remember, when they give you the inflation number and it says inflation is up 3.2%.
Remember, that's up 3.2% over last year.
The same time.
And last year at this time, inflation was running 6 and 7% up.
Folks, that's why you're feeling the 20% increase in the grocery prices.
That's why you're feeling the fact that nobody under age 30 can afford to buy a home.
This has all been made up by the Democrat administration and they want you to not see it.
Remember, I'm gonna say it, don't see what I do.
That's what the Democrats are about.
We got one more 30 minutes to go here.
We got Mike Berry coming up, looking forward to it.
You take a break and come right back here.
Sebastian Gorka, America First.
Doug Collins filling in.

We go three days a week.
I would love to have you be a part of that and also just watch on many other things that we do and also being here on Seb Gorka's show.
So, got it right now.
Get ready for these last couple of blocks.
We're going to do a couple of minutes here with A good friend of mine, Mike Berry.
I first got to know Mike when he was at a group called First Liberty.
They have been at the forefront of civil liberties cases, especially for conservatives, over the last several decades.
Mike has been one of the best minds coming out of that organization.
He is now Joined with me, I still work with AFPI in Georgia.
We're starting the chapter down there, but AFPI is also still expanding its legal and litigation side.
Mike has come on with us here with America First Policy Institute.
We're glad he is there.
Mike, welcome to the Sebastian Gorka America First Show.
Well, thanks for having me.
It's great to be on with you again, Doug.
Well, it's always fun, my friend.
Hey, we're going to just dive into this.
We're going to be two lawyers.
We're going to sort of explain this on real levels, because I see a lot of problems in the country that are being litigated.
And we have a lot of non, unfortunately, lawyers on the left and even some on the right who try to talk about things that get people mixed up.
But one I can't pass up.
We got to start here, buddy.
I mean, I don't know how she made it through the vetting process for Supreme Court Justice and everybody forgot to ask her.
Then we're talking about Justice Jackson about, do you believe the Bill of Rights exists?
Listen to this quote from just yesterday.
My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods.
I mean, what would you have the government do?
I've heard you say a couple times that the government can post its own speech, but in my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don't do it, is not going to get it done.
And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country and you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.
Okay, let me put this in perspective for the folks out there listening before we get into it.
This was in a case called, it's Murthy versus Missouri.
This is the Missouri-Louisiana case about going after the Biden administration and them taking down and forcing or coercing or persuasion, whichever way they want to define it.
So things like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, you know, these other, Twitter and others, it taking down things about COVID and other related items during that time.
This is scary stuff, isn't it, Mike?
Yeah, I mean, this is Orwellian dystopian America, you know.
Welcome to 2024, where, as President Reagan, you know, famously and presciently said, the most terrifying words in the English language are, I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
Go ahead, Mike.
And that but that's exactly what's happening is you have the the the Biden administration. You've
got state government officials basically telling America's no, no, no, trust us. We know what's
best for you. And don't worry, we'll censor all the bad people that we don't think you need to
be listening to or watching so that we can protect you. And again, it's that whole, you know, I'm
from the government and I'm here to help. Yeah. And go ahead, Mike. I was just it turns our
Our constitution on its head is...
It's not what our founders intended.
They intended for our country to be ruled by we, the people.
The government is there to protect our rights, but the way to protect our rights is not by taking our rights away.
Yeah, real quick here.
This is the part that really stuck out to me was, is that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect its citizens of the country.
She's framing it in this way that doesn't sound bad, But yet at the same point, when you dig into what she just said, she said, as long as it's from us, we know better than you.
And I think that's the problem that whoever's in power, what she's saying is whoever's in power gets to determine what's right or wrong.
Yeah, exactly.
I tell my kids this all the time.
Anytime somebody tells you, makes some sort of truth assertion or a truth statement to
you, you always have to ask, who gets to decide what truth is?
Right?
And it's always the person who's in the position of power who says, I'll decide what's true
and what's not true, and then I'll tell you what it is.
And that's no way to run a country, at least not the way this country was intended to be
founded.
Our founders fled from countries that tried to do that, that tried to tell people, we
will tell you, we the government will tell you what to believe, when to believe, and
how to believe.
And that's, we're on the path towards that.
You're going to stick with us through the break.
Mike Berry is coming back.
We've got some more to discuss here on this legal implication of a Supreme Court that undoubtedly is deciding that maybe they know better than us.
We'll be right back.
Welcome to the World of Tanks.
All right, we're back here on America First.
Doug Collins filling in for Sebastian Gorka.
Sebastian is down enjoying the listeners in Tampa at a cigar event down there.
We're glad he is there, but we're even better glad that you're here with us on this three hours coming into the close here.
But we got Mike Berry with us, and I want to jump back into this conversation, Mike, about really this case that is about censorship.
And again, From a legal perspective, how can they not believe that a White House, any White House, and this is the part that bothers me, left only seems to believe it works in their favor.
How could any White House send an email to a private organization Well, you and I both have served in the military, Doug, so we both understand how powerful a position of authority can be.
What we would call in legal terms, the imprimatur of the United States.
That's not persuasion, is it?
Discuss this idea of persuasion and coercion, because I think that's what this court
seems to be ignoring.
Well, you and I both have served in the military, Doug, so we both understand how powerful
a position of authority can be.
What we would call in legal terms the imprimatur of the United States.
And so when somebody from the White House, even if they say, oh, this is just a suggestion,
it's not an order, right?
When we were in the military, if a general or even a colonel were to say to us,
You know, it's not an order, it's just a suggestion.
This is a classic example of, on paper, they're going to say, we're just suggesting that you censor these conservative viewpoints.
And then again, it's always from this notion of like, oh, because we have such noble intentions, right?
We only want what's best for everybody.
And without ever considering for one second that there might be somebody who disagrees with them.
And then if somebody does say, well, I actually disagree with your point of view, what do they do?
They label them Christian nationalists, extremists, whatever, you know, you fill in the blanks.
And so that's where this comes from, combined with You know, if somebody gets an email or a phone call, and the two-line says it's from the White House, and they say, well, it's just a suggestion, who in their right mind is not going to take that, right?
And say, oh, you know, I know where my federal funding comes from, right?
I'm just going to tell the White House to go pound sand.
Well, no, they're going to do exactly what the White House says or, quote, suggests, end quote, because they want to continue to be in the good graces of their friend in the White House.
Well, and again, most of them are already political friends.
And I think that's the concerning part here.
And I'll take it a step deeper.
I remember, I mean, there's a story out that just came out in the last little bit.
Google 41 times, 41 times, since 2008, have interfered in elections.
And can go as far as taking a side with Obama and censoring support for Clinton.
GOP allowing users to smear then leading GOP candidate President Rick Santorum with a Google bomb.
This was back in 2008.
You got the 16, if you remember the famous quote that we got to do better about this Trump issue,
that they were going to do the algorithms to partner to get them over the line.
This is the folks we're talking about.
And what is amazing to me is there's never the discussion legally that from the right, we would have,
it's always a right in my mind or a conservative idea is getting censored here.
People need to wake up to this and understand that we've got to have a fair playing field here because everybody used to think they always the quote for Republicans is, Oh, Trump's going to destroy the constitution.
You know, Bush is going to destroy the constitution.
You know, Republicans are going to destroy the constitution, get us into war, and they never do any of it.
It's always the liberal administrations that tend to go into these areas and call it right.
What can the average person look at and how can that reflect in their thinking, you know, to, to get them back to an understanding that it's the, the first amendment, which is what we're talking about here, which is so important.
The very essence of her statement that you're restricting the government is exactly what the founders had in mind.
Yep, you hit it right on the head, Doug.
I was just about to say that Justice Jackson's words, when I heard that, my first thought was, the First Amendment restricting the government, that's a feature, not a bug, right?
That's exactly what the founders intended when they wrote those words, is that they wanted to ensure that we, the people, are the ones that control our government and have the power and have the say in how our country is going to be governed, and yet we've reached the point now Where our friends on the far left seem to think, no, no, no, no.
You know, the government gets to, gets to dictate every aspect of our lives.
And if you dare to speak up and, and say, well, wait a minute, I have a different point of view.
Then you're now a threat to democracy as we're being told.
And, and they, they want to censor us and shut us down.
And to your point about, you know, Google and, and Meta.
And, you know, all these other social and tech companies.
I really wish one of these reports would come out just one time.
Please show me that they were censoring the left and not the right.
But it's never going to happen, right?
The censorship only ever happens one way.
And that's why far left is totally fine with it because they know it just keeps delivering victory after victory after victory, whether it's at the ballot box or in the courts.
Yep.
Well, and I think that's the thing that you can't produce something that doesn't exist, Mike.
I mean, that's the problem.
You can't produce something that didn't exist.
So they've not done this to the left.
And then I think that's also why from a legal perspective, they're screaming so much about Elon Musk at Twitter right now.
Um, you know, because they had a platform all to themselves and, you know, there was at least brought back.
And here's the sad part about it.
It's even not brought back under Musk to a point to where it's fair.
I mean, it's still, you know, in many ways focused on the wrong side.
Right now, America First Policy Institute Center for Litigation, you're going to be a part of.
And I know one of the things real quickly, we've got about a minute left here.
Focus on what folks need to know about how we can make sure from a legal perspective that we're making their voices heard.
Well, we need people to stand up, right?
And have the courage to be willing to fight back just as everyday citizens.
Because, you know, as a law firm, as a public interest law firm, I knew this at First Liberty and I do it now at AFPI.
We can't bring cases into court unless we actually have a client who's willing to have the courage to say, what's happened to me is wrong, my rights have been infringed, and I want to do something about it.
Because too often, going back to the whole point we were just making is, they get silenced.
They get chilled into silence.
They just get run out there and I think that's what we've seen.
Mike, I am so happy again to be, you know, on a formal base to be working with you again.
We've been informally working for many years together.
One of the best minds out there, folks.
Looking forward to seeing more from Mike Berry.
We got one more segment left.
Doug Collins filling in for Sebastian Gorka on America First.
We'll be back in a minute.
Thanks for watching.
I'm Dan.
I'll see you next time.
Bye.
Alright, we're back.
Look, I'm gonna probably use the last 3 minutes and 30 seconds to probably just lose it for a minute.
And because I just saw some stuff that came across on the information wire and Twitter and some others.
And this is something I've talked about for a while.
And we talked about earlier in the show about this issue with the Biden administration and the absolute abject failure they are in foreign policy.
This is a man who said, elect me and the adults will be back in charge.
If this is what the adults do, they get Americans killed and get our standing in the world.
Going to the south of anybody else in the world where we just capitulate to whatever else the world seems to want to do that I don't want it.
I don't want adults in the room.
I want people with backbone in the room.
I want a commander-in-chief that seemingly knows where he's at and seemingly knows that we have a military that is not there for social experimentation, but it is there to actually fight and win our wars.
Period.
That's all they're for.
Our military is not for anything else.
It's not to be shiny and new.
It is to fight and win our wars and protect our sovereignty as a country.
And yet this administration has gotten our troops killed in Afghanistan.
They turn back over a country that in which multiple lives, wounds and disfigurements and deaths occurred while we were in Afghanistan for almost 20 years.
And they let it go back to the Taliban who run it in the 1990s at the end and gave safe haven to bin Laden and to plan the attacks on our World Trade Center and this country.
And now it is worse than it was in 1999.
Let's put it this way.
September 10th, 2001, the Taliban is stronger than they were on that day.
Because we left equipment.
We ran, we cut and run, we took allies and left them there, people who had helped us.
And if someone who served in Iraq, who we had folks from Iraq, Iraqi citizens who would help us, who would actually be a part of trying to help bring stability to that country, and you to leave them there?
That's just, it's just unthinkable.
Milley today, General Milley, was back on Capitol Hill talking about the Afghan situation and he said, yes, Afghan allies have been brutally murdered by the Taliban.
He said, I think some of the Afghans were tracked down that worked with us and I think some of them were killed.
I'm pretty certain, I'm pretty certain some of them were killed in pretty brutal ways.
Thank you, Biden administration.
If you don't have any other reason to go out and vote for Donald Trump in November, remember the lives that were sacrificed in Afghanistan.
Remember our standing in the world where people like Xi and Putin and others don't care about us anymore.
They don't think we're a threat anymore.
They do not believe that we're the country that has been the Brightest shining star in this world for the last 250 plus years.
We have fought the battles that have kept this world free and we have an administration who would rather sit around and ignore it and placate people who have no invested interest in making anything better except tearing it down.
Folks, I love being on this show.
I'm so pleased to be sitting in for Sebastian Gorka today.
Sebastian will be back.
He's been in Tampa.
