So, you're not going to tell me what to do?
Welcome dear friends.
This is America First.
Happy Thursday.
My gosh, we have quite the show for you today.
We'll be joined by none other than America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Matt Ball, the Washington bureau chief for that conservative drug-a-nort, Yes, at Breitbart.com and we're going to unpack the Marxist threat to America with a good friend of mine in the third hour Can we play cuts now or do we have the option to do any cuts now?
Okay, so I'm gonna start by talking about What is politics in America today?
What has happened to politics?
And what would the left have you believe is true about you?
And what is true about them?
Let's start by sharing an example of somebody who He may not vote for him, that's OK.
He's a smart guy because he is prepared to call out the liars for who they are.
That man is Vivek Ramaswamy, a Washington Post journalist who thought she was being very, very, very clever, asked this man whose parents came from India, whose skin Doesn't happen to be white like mine whether he is prepared Yeah, he actually asked this whether he as an Indian American is prepared to denounce white Supremacy because he's running as a Republican for the presidential nomination How did he respond?
Let's have a listen You didn't say that you condemn white supremacy.
I'm not going to recite some catechism for you.
I'm against vicious racial discrimination in this country.
So I'm not pledging allegiance to your new religion of modern wokeism, which absolutely fits the test.
I'm not going to bend the knee to your religion.
I'm sorry.
I'm not asking you to bend the knee to mine, and I'm not going to bend the knee to yours.
But do I condemn vicious racial discrimination?
Yes, I do.
Am I going to play your silly game of gotcha?
No, I'm not.
And frankly, this is why people have lost Trust.
And I know you're going to go print the headline tomorrow.
I already know this.
We already know how your game works.
Vivek Ramaswamy refuses to condemn white supremacy because you asked a stupid question.
The reality is, I condemn vicious racial discrimination in this country, but the kind of vicious and systematic racial discrimination we see today is discrimination on the basis of race in a very different direction.
You want to know what the best way is to end discrimination on the basis of race?
Stop discriminating on the basis of race.
Do that and we're going to move this country forward.
And I don't care whether you're black or white or brown or anything in between.
That's how we're going to unite this country.
You people have been responsible for dividing this country to a breaking point.
Creating a projection of national division.
I meet people from the south side of Chicago to meetings like this one, of every shade of melanin, multiple, from man to woman, doesn't make a difference, who are hungry for reviving unity in this country.
And you, with your catechism that you try to get these politicians to whatever fake headline you're going to print on the basis of this conversation tomorrow, that's what's dividing this country to a breaking point.
Shame on you!
Look people in the eye and tell them what you've actually failed to tell them for the last five years.
Own the accountability for your own failures as the media.
That's how we rebuild trust in this country.
And until then, I don't have a lot of patience to play the games.
Can I translate that into English?
I'm not taking your crap anymore.
That's what he's saying.
And in a little bit more depth.
You want to stop racism?
Stop being a racist, Democrats!
Stop voting for somebody who became president who said, if you don't vote for me, you ain't black.
Stop allowing millions of illegal immigrants into America just so that you can amnesty them, what the Department of Homeland Security's Alejandro Mayorkas calls a pathway to citizenship, because you think that they're going to be Democrats simply because they're brown or black.
You know what that is?
Rank bigotry.
That is the definition of racism.
Now we are mired in this every single... If you listen to this show, you are a political animal.
And that's good.
You might be a political freak like me.
You may be obsessed with this stuff.
As my father said, Politics.
Filthy.
Disgusting.
But oh so very, very fascinating.
We live it here at America First.
We drink it.
We eat it.
We sleep on it.
Every single day.
It's who we are.
Mr. G's even worse than I am.
But what's the truth about politics?
What would the left have you believe and what's the truth?
It's very simple.
We can boil it down to the Democrats are the nice party and they care about the little guy and they care about minorities and they want to help you.
They want to use the government to help you.
It's nothing more than that.
That's what they say.
What do they say about us, if you're a conservative or Republican?
You're nasty, you're greedy, you're a capitalist, and you hate minorities, and you like guns, and you're radical.
It's really that simple.
Those are the two messaging baskets.
They're nice, and we're nasty.
Now let's flip it.
Let's talk about the truth.
What is the left actually and who are we?
Let's start with us.
What do we really believe in and what do we do?
Not what is the left saying of us, not how they are smearing us.
What do we believe in?
It's not complicated.
We believe in individual freedom.
We want the government out of our lives.
We want to be allowed to pursue happiness, to find our own happiness.
Not to have the government decide outcomes for us.
We Believe in America.
We think it's a good thing.
We think, well, actually, it's the best thing out there in terms of possible citizenships or countries you can live in.
We believe it's the best.
We believe in families.
We believe in marriage between a man and a woman.
And that if you get married and raise children and there is a mother and father in the home, that is ideal.
It's not a guarantee, but it is the ideal.
We also believe that America is unique.
Why?
Because it was the only first functioning modern republic, okay?
Forget the Greeks, because not very few people there had the right to be involved in politics, okay?
We are the first functioning republic where the concept of the sovereignty of the people was the bedrock of our founding.
And beyond that, our rights were enshrined in our founding document as coming from our Creator.
The word Creator with a capital C. We only have value.
We only have dignity.
We only have any unalienable rights because we are made in His image.
If you don't believe in God, you don't have any rights.
Somebody has to make them up artificially.
A sovereign, an elite, a dynasty has to deign to give you rights.
That's what we believe in.
Liberty, God, family, America.
What's the left in reality?
They hate individual liberty.
They want control over you.
They want as large a government as possible.
They want you dependent upon the government, the great society.
And they want to undermine the values upon which this nation was founded.
That's why they teach critical race theory.
That's why they are forcing DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion across our corporations.
That's why they think it's fine that a man can become a woman or a boy can have his testicles removed And so magically become a girl in the spirit of what?
Transgenderism?
That's evil.
That's the work of the devil.
They think white people are bad.
Despite the fact that most of modern society was built and invented by white men.
Not even white women.
No, white men are the problem.
And they think, very simply, that the world is divided into oppressor and victim based upon skin color.
We must reject all of that.
We cannot allow them to win.
Ever.
Until they love America again.
Not because they're forced to, but because they understand this is the greatest nation on God's green earth.

Um, Matt's just sent me the latest installment of that interview with the President.
It should be on the front page, I'll check right now.
No, I'm sending it to you right now.
Oh, okay.
Jack Smith feels like he's losing?
Yeah.
Yeah, okay.
Yeah.
Let me grab that.
Snipping.
There we go.
I can cut now.
Hang on one second.
Is it connected?
Bye!
Can you guys hear me?
We got you.
Mic's are on.
Awesome.
Oh, you're on Comrex.
Very nice.
Yes, sir.
Nice.
Did you have a good Christmas and New Year's?
I did.
How about yourself?
Very nice.
I spent New Year's in Manhattan wearing my MAGA hat and people loved it.
Very nice.
Yeah, it's funky.
All right, we're going to mention the latest article you just sent me.
What have we got at the top here?
We've got PhD.
Let's have a look at the cuts we have.
Um...
Da-da-da-da-da...
I'll probably play Eric Adams for Matt, cut six.
Six.
I'll definitely play Sununu, cut three.
Six, three.
We're doing two segments, right?
Two segments, yeah.
As much B-roll as possible on Biden, the President, Jack Smith.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I got some here.
And I might use cut four.
Play that.
I mean, it's such bad sound.
Will you play that again for me?
I don't know if you saw that, but it's a bit of a mess right here.
What?
You saw that in the corner.
It's not much of a bother.
It's a bit of a mess, but it's not a big deal.
See, that's not a problem.
Yeah, it's a mess, but it's a mess.
It gives you the final idea to protect the building.
It doesn't work for radio.
They ought to give people money for the border, that's insanity.
Okay, uh, and then play me cut 11, please.
11.
Does the President still have plans to visit the disaster site in East Palestine, Ohio?
So, I don't have any schedule of the President at this time, but I will say this, the President continues to oversee, as you know, and we've said it multiple times from here.
It was a robust recovery effort to support the people of East Palestine, and we will visit when it is most helpful.
The President will visit when it's most helpful to the community.
We might use that with Matt, maybe in the second segment.
Visit when he'll be helpful, so never.
Right, exactly.
By the way, that's the whole election right there.
Donald Trump should go there every, he should go there on the anniversary.
Yes.
And by the way, we should make it a national holiday, right, like what happened in East Palestine.
And the President should give a speech on Saturday.
Yeah.
January the 6th.
Yes. That raves the Grouch, yes. That great big...
...and the Grouch.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
What did we say about yesterday?
We had to title the live stream after the events in Iran, the double terrorist attacks, killing.
Now the numbers come down to, I think, less than a hundred people on the anniversary, the memorial anniversary, for the terrorists that we killed when we were in the White House.
Soleimani, the most dangerous Terrorist leader in the world.
Who's responsible?
Who's behind it?
What did I say?
Always wait 24 hours.
All the initial reports from the battlefield are usually wrong.
And now we have a claim of responsibility.
Not from us, not from Israel, but from...
The Sunni terror group that is ISIS.
Remember, Iran is a predominantly Shia nation.
The regime is run by Shiites who are deemed by the fundamentalist Sunnis to be heretics.
And so the Sunni terrorists killed the Shiite residents of Iran.
We will give you more analysis as we have it and breaking news here on America First.
But first, it's going to be a tough year, my friends.
We have to be at the top of our game.
What does that mean?
You have to have the right information, you have to listen to us, you have to go to Breitbart every single day, but you have to be fighting fit as well.
Going to the gym is fine, walking every single day, but the best thing you can do, in addition to getting a good night's sleep with Reliefactorsleep, is not being overweight.
Being overweight every pound has a negative effect on your heart, your liver, and basically your whole body chemistry.
I was in that position for far too long, for more than 20 years.
I was hitting at 268 pounds.
At 6'3", I could carry it, but it wasn't right.
For my family, my wife, my children, my, God willing, my future grandchildren, I decided to make a difference.
I went on the MyPhD Weight Loss Program, and in a couple of months, I lost 42 pounds.
My wife, Katie, who's ecstatic, Lost 36 and now we have Mr. G who started the program less than a month ago and he's lost more than 15 pounds.
Guys, if you want to be back to where you were, I'm wearing a size 36 in blue jeans now.
I haven't done that since my 20s.
It feels amazing.
Find out for yourself.
Call Dr. Lucas and her team on 864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com.
864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900 and check out all the before and after pictures at myphdweightloss.com.
We'll get your calls later in the hour.
Don't go anywhere.
Don, Klaus, and the rest of you.
The number here is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But it's that time of the week!
He's got so much to share with us.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for the conservative juggernaut that is Breitbart.com.
Happy New Year, Matt Boyle!
Dr. G, Happy New Year.
I hope you had a great holiday.
I did.
I had a wonderful holiday, especially because I went to Trump Tower in New York.
I haven't had one for eight years.
I bought an OG Make America Great Again hat in Trump Tower, and I wore it around Manhattan.
All I got was, hey, like your hat.
So even in New York, MAGA is strong, Matt.
Nice, yeah, no, I feel the same way.
I think the movement is very, very strong.
It feels a lot stronger than even 2016 did.
Look, at this point in 2016, I was very confident that Trump was going to be the Republican nominee, and I was pretty confident he was going to win the general election, but I knew it was a fight of our lives.
I'll tell you right now.
At this point in 2024, I feel... First off, I mean, Trump's obviously going to be the Republican nominee.
We all know it.
So that's not even like I feel confident.
I know it.
Secondly, as for the general election, I feel better than I ever have before with going into the general election.
Just because of the numbers?
Yeah, because of the numbers, but also just the stuff you're talking about out there, right?
Like, regular people, it's... Look, the left is trying to demonize MAGA, right?
They're trying to make MAGA a dirty word, right?
Listen to the way they talk about it.
It's not working, right?
Because everybody out there knows that when Trump was president, their life was a million times better than now with Biden as president, right?
So now they can see the contrast in a way that they couldn't in 2020.
I think this is a really important point.
The left's demonization of MAGA in support of the president.
They're doubling down.
Remember, we had Philly, Liberty Hall, the red bathed, you know, they're all fascist speech from Biden.
This weekend, it was going to be on the anniversary of January 6th, on Saturday.
He's actually going to do it tomorrow.
But near Valley Forge, Biden's going to give another speech about the threat to America from President Trump and his supporters.
Matt, they're tripling down on this lunacy.
Yeah, I think it's not working though.
That's the thing, is that the more they do it, the more Trump goes up in the polls, and the more Trump is out here talking about major issues, how he's going to get the economy going, how he's going to secure the border, how he's going to get our energy independence back again that Biden destroyed, how he's going to Bring peace to the world, which we had.
I mean, we were at a point where, I mean, there were no new wars during the Trump presidency, and we were on the cusp of actual Middle East peace for the first time ever.
You know, I mean, that's another big thing that we talked about with President Trump last week.
That'll be another story that we do forthcoming down the road here, is that he was talking about the Abraham Accords and how close they were, really, to getting all the rest of the Arab countries, including Iran, possibly.
to sign on and agree to this. Instead what we've got now is more chaos and war around
the world and that's because Joe Biden's the president. And I think that the average person
out there understands that. And I think that as we enter this year, they can't hide him
anymore in a basement. They're going to do their darndest, but they can't because he's
So because of that, Biden has all the negatives and none of the positives of the bully pulpit.
And the spotlight's on him and he's not getting away with it this time.
All right.
Well, I want everybody to read your latest piece.
You and Alex Marlow were at Mar-a-Lago.
It's a whole slew of articles.
It's a series of articles, the latest exclusive Donald Trump on Jack Smith.
Everybody needs to go to Breitbart.com.
Everybody needs to follow you on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.
But give us a little pricey of what he says about this insane independent counsel.
Yeah, so he thinks that Jack Smith is losing the war for public opinion, right?
So there's two battles playing out right now.
There's obviously the legal battle that's playing out in the courtroom, and Trump seems to be doing pretty darn good there too, right?
Like, look at the way that these processes are playing out.
Obviously, the immunity case is going to go probably to the U.S.
Supreme Court eventually.
But there's also a war for the public opinion, and Trump was talking about this.
He was saying he thinks that Jack Smith knows that he's losing.
the war for public opinion and you see it as evidence by the various legal filings that
Jack Smith keeps making. He spent like, Jack Smith, while the rest of us were like getting
ready for the new year and stuff and we were all having time with our family and maybe drinking
some champagne or whatever watching the ball drop on TV or whatever, Jack Smith was sitting there
around the desk like furiously like a madman typing out filings to file in court, right?
Like I'm serious and this is a sign that he knows that he's losing.
Since when does anyone in the government work on the weekends or the holidays, right?
Like, Jack Smith was working the entire holiday and all the weekends because he knows he's losing.
And so he keeps filing these things in court, trying to get extra orders on Trump or trying to move the process up or whatever.
None of it's working.
And it's all starting to fall apart.
And so Trump is kind of laying out the meta-level thing here, which is that Jack Smith's losing the war for public opinion and that Jack Smith is starting to get desperate.
Now you're starting to see that play out.
And I think that in the coming months, especially as these cases proceed with the various legal challenges to Jack Smith's authority, like the admise filing.
I don't know if you've seen that one.
That was a really good one.
Everyone should read it.
But then also the immunity case and these other things that may go up to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Things are moving against him and towards Trump.
All right.
We are going to wait with bated breath for the latest installment.
The previous one is already up at brightbart.com.
We're going to continue our discussion with our buddy Matt Boyle.
Follow him right now at RealMattBoyle and Truth Social.
And don't forget to follow us on all social media platforms.
Just look for Seb Gawker or Sebastian Gawker everywhere that matters.
You can also watch us on the Salem News Channel app.

Unique content by me.
SebastianGawker.Substack.com.
We'll be back with Matt in a moment.
Then I'll do my pillow.
And can you play me cut 13 again, the whole cut?
13.
Yeah.
What's your reaction to Sheldon Whitehouse referring to this Supreme Court as a MAGA-ized court?
It's the narrative they love to do to scare you, right?
To make you think that the Constitution actually isn't correct on this one.
That it's just in fact that we have a Supreme Court that is MAGA-ized.
I mean, I've never heard them use a phrase that is all positive.
Make America great again.
It's not destroy America.
It's not corrupt our children, open our borders.
It's make America great again.
And they use it to scare these incredibly radical left people.
And to make them believe that the Supreme Court, the highest court in this country, would be as radical and ridiculous as some of the corrupt Soros-backed AGs and DAs that I've seen in court against Donald Trump.
It's a tactic.
It's a typical left-wing tactic.
We've seen it time and time again.
I'm looking forward to seeing what their decision is.
They are going to have to make tough decisions, obviously.
But to me, the law is very clear.
You can, you know, there's due process, there's rights to trial, there's rights to be heard.
You can't call someone an insurrectionist that never did an insurrection, that's never been guilty of an insurrection.
It's un-American, it's ridiculous, and it's frankly election interference at its finest.
They're just desperate, Martha, you know that.
Okay, I'm going to use that with Rudy.
Do we have a 2A guest for tomorrow, Jeff?
He's on the phone real quick.
Do we have a 2A guest for tomorrow?
No.
What about Tactical Toolbox?
Did he not say he's free this week?
He did, but just not at that time.
He has a meeting now.
Oh, crap.
Okay.
Titles, by the way.
Titles.
Chris, monologue.
Yeah, monologue.
Just a fourth.
The actual difference between left and right in America.
Yep.
For Chris, um... The last great Spielberg film, question mark.
How do we... Oh, no, he's still talking.
Oh, boy, uh, Matt.
Yep.
You don't know how to reach Kid Rock, do you?
No, I don't.
I've been trying for years.
I haven't had success on that one.
Okay.
Yep.
Maybe Don Jr.
calls on, see if he can help.
Okay.
80 seconds.
Alright, so come in with Sad Chris.
And again, at some point you want to give your take on the Epstein list?
Oh yeah, I wanted to.
Actually, I'll mention it here with Matt.
Okay.
Yes.
I'm going to try to get a little bit of a break.
Get away from me.
We know Trump's going to win the caucus in Iowa.
That's just a given, right?
But again, with Nikki coming in second place where nobody thought it could happen, that's going to happen.
It's even more momentum.
It's more galvanization.
And then again, having the strong second place finish was always our goal.
We've got that wrapped up, guys.
Can we get Jeff off the phone for a second, because I'm a little bit confused, Jeff.
That's Chris Sununu, little daddy's boy from New Hampshire.
He said nobody thought she could come in second.
I mean, somebody's got to be second.
I'm a bit confused.
I thought Nikki Haley was going to crush everything.
When have you ever, before an election, heard someone say they're going to get second?
Even the people that are polling at seven points say, oh, things are looking good.
We think we're going to have a good turnout.
We think we're going to win this thing.
Nobody ever says they're going to get second.
What a pathetic rhino.
We are America First and we are possible because of you, our dear listeners, and the support of amazing people that you also patronize as well, like Mike Lindell, a friend of the show.
He's just celebrated 20 years of MyPillow.
If you're not satisfied with what you got this Christmas, or you just want to support an American company making American products here in America, Well, why don't you go to MyPillow.com.
We've got Titus on his MyPillow pet bed.
He loves it!
He stole it from Killian!
It's that good!
But there's more than 200 other items.
If you use my name, you'll get up to two-thirds off.
Call in.
Talk to a human being.
Don't buy that Chinese junk on Amazon.
The number 800-829-8468.
You'll be buying American products.
From a man who the left detests.
What a double whammy.
How great is that?
MyPillow.com, 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
We're back with the one, the only, the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.com.
Matt Boyle, I went to the movies last night.
I actually went out for dinner with friends, went to the movies with my wife.
Saw a great movie, Boys in the Boat, guys.
Highly recommend it.
And then afterwards I get home, I want to go to bed and I can't because the Epstein list dropped.
So I got an invite to a Twitter space.
I sat on that for about an hour, made some comments.
Isn't it so amusing, Matt, that all the left's desperation, this is it, this is the one that's going to bring down Trump.
And what do we find out?
President Trump, not implicated at all, had nothing to do with Epstein.
And in fact, he kicked him out of his club Mar-a-Lago when he realized there's something wrong about that guy.
These people, everything they try, it always fails.
Yeah, look, the Palm Beach crowd is like a pretty, I don't know if you've ever been there, very small island, right?
Like, you know, it's pretty tight knit.
Everybody knows each other, right?
That's why when you see these New York proceedings playing out where they tried to value Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, people, everybody there was laughing at it because they all know, I mean, like the littlest smallest plot of land that would fit like a shed on it on Palm Beach is worth more than that.
Right?
But the point is that the Palm Beach community, they all know each other.
So of course Trump and Epstein knew each other, right?
Because they're both in the Palm Beach universe, right?
Trump was in New York in the summers and in South Florida in the winter.
And so of course they knew each other.
But yeah, the whole idea that he was all implicated in all this nonsense.
Bill Clinton, on the other hand, definitely implicated in the whole thing.
Hundreds of times.
Hundreds of times, right?
And by the way, apparently he likes them young.
That's what they say in Eastern violence.
Quote in the filing, Bill Clinton likes them young.
Yeah, well look, the way I see it is, is there anything majorly new or explosive in these new stuff?
Not really.
No.
But the thing is, transparency is always a good thing.
I have to say, because he's been on the show many times, Alan Dershowitz is mentioned hundreds of times.
He says it's a case of mistaken identity.
We shall see, and we'll probably ask him on the show as well.
But another show of desperation.
Before we have to say goodbye to you, We played this clip in the break for our Rumble listeners and viewers and you made a really good comment about it and I'd like to do it in front of all our radio listeners.
This is Corinne Jean-Pierre being asked about the President, I hate using that phrase, being asked about Joe Biden finally going to visit the scene of that disaster in East Palestine.
Listen to this clip and also let's repeat what you said off-air.
Cut 11.
No plans, Matt.
How good a summary is that over the left today?
It's just more proof that this administration is a total disaster.
Look, President, 2024 is the East Palestine election.
Let me be very clear.
The moment Donald Trump took the lead in the Republican primary was not when New York's Alvin Bragg indicted him.
It was when he went to East Palestine with Senator J.D.
Vance, right?
So, again, this is the East Palestine election.
President Trump should go there repeatedly.
They should make it a national holiday, right?
Somebody should offer a thing to be given the pain that the Joe Biden administration caused the people there.
Those are the forgotten people, the forgotten man, the forgotten woman.
That's the whole election right there.
And that's what it was, in fact, in 2016, the forgotten men and women of America.
You have a way with words, Matt Boyle.
You should write for some really influential website like Like BrightBart.com.
We're going to nail it.
You nailed it.
We're going to call this segment 2024 the East Palestine election.
Genius, genius, genius.
Follow this man at Real Matt Boyle.
Your calls next at America First.
Coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
It's working for over a million Americans.
I am one of them.
It's five years!
January 1st for me!
But it's not just me.
It's people like Debran from Massachusetts.
Just listen to Debran's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you Relief Factor.
What a story!
That should be you.
Find out today.
Go to relieffactor.com or call 1-800-4-RELIEF.
Ask yourself, what do you have to lose?
If the only answer to that question is the pain, you know what you have to do.
Write the number down.
1-800-473-5433 reliefactor.com 2024 colon...
The East Palestine.
No, 2024 is the East Palestine election.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
That guy should be a journalist.
Can you change the chyron for relief factor sleep to relieffactor.com slash sleep?
Thanks.
And then keep one for the regular relief, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let me do that real quick.
The number's still the same, it's just the UR.
Right, the number's the same.
Okay, gotcha.
We doing the sleep today?
We are doing the sleep in D.
2D.
2D.
2D, yeah.
Alright.
PhD here.
PhD here.
All right, we've got a cause.
Don, Klaus, Antoinette.
Regulars.
It is Thursday.
And we'll do Patriot Mobile at the top.
Mobile at the top and then PhD
A I'm
Sorry I
I I
I uuuugh.. nghh..anniiiiiiliiiiis..
same.
Ooh and at the same time!
We did Kareem.
We've done three.
Sununu.
Vivek, twelve.
You said you wanted to play Habba with Giuliani.
With Giuliani, yeah.
Cut thirteen.
Okay.
Come in with two.
Two.
Goodness.
Those two never stop.
No.
They backfade before she can stop.
At the same time, the woe is me works for Trump supporters.
It's just another reason why they're coming after him and they don't want to take the time for the details because they believe in him.
And he has them in this, you know, some call it a cult, but some truly believe that, you know, Joe Biden is the end of the world and Donald Trump is a victim.
Jeff, please don't do that again.
Don't say that's a cut of Mika Brzezinski and then it starts with an image of George Conway.
I mean, I was having a good day there.
I mean, I need a vomit bag or something.
I wanted to keep him in.
He was just at the end.
Because I know you enjoy him.
He's a very good constitutional lawyer if you listen to him talk.
You're such a troublemaker.
Oh yeah, right, because we're the cultists, Mika, right?
We're the cultists.
We're the ones who believe a man can have periods, right?
And can have babies.
We're the cultists.
We're the ones who are letting millions of people across the border every single year.
We're the cultists, right?
Right, Mika?
Oh my gosh, okay.
I'm so Thankful, not just for this job, which is three hours of me talking to you every day.
The greatest people in America, the real Americans, the patriots, the people who build and run America.
But I have to recognize, because I don't do this often enough, this is now my sixth year.
We've just turned the corner.
January 1st was five years in radio.
My gosh, I'm blessed.
I'm blessed also because of those who support us.
And it's These aren't just advertisers.
You've got to understand, in this culture where they are trying to destroy right-wing platforms and attack right-wing advertisers, just ask Alex Marlow at Breitbart, okay?
It's a big deal, whether it's Relief Factor, whether it's Mike Lindell, whether it's, you know,
Because if you don't, you're going to be using a cell phone company that's left wing.
All the big cell phone companies in America are woke.
They've literally, you can look it up, given millions of dollars to things like Planned Parenthood.
So when you make a call, you're funding abortions.
When you send a text, you're funding abortions.
Or you're funding your gun control foundations.
Why would you do that?
Don't.
Do what I did.
When they came after my phone details after January 6th, and my provider surrendered to Nancy Pelosi, I switched.
I went from my big provider to Patriot Mobile, and I haven't looked back, and I switched all my family's accounts, because they came after me, my wife, and my children.
Switch today.
You can keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade.
Call 972-PATRIOT, and don't fund your enemies.
Or just as easily, go to patriotmobile.com slash Gorka.
Free activation with my name, and extra discounts for veterans and first responders.
Alright, I don't even know if we're live on air yet, but the phone line was ringing, and it was our buddy, Don in Los Angeles, line one.
Dr. G, happy doggone New Year and happy merry continuing Christmas.
Thank you.
We've got how many days left?
Two more days of Christmas?
Did you have a good Christmas and New Year's, Don?
Oh, sure did.
Yeah, I got to, you know, spend them with the family.
You know, all the generations was so great, you know, so just nice and peaceful.
What's your New Year's resolution, Don?
My New Year's resolution is to be resolute in the cause and in the faith.
He is resolved to be resolved.
We like that.
What brings you to our show today, this Thursday, my friend?
Oh, well, Dr. G, I listened the other day to the interview you did with this gentleman, Joseph Humere.
Yeah, Joseph Humere.
Yes, yes, yes.
Guy was absolute dynamite, just a stone-cold killer.
Okay, so Don, this is super important.
I know you're a loyal listener, but here's my request to you, because I could listen to people like that, who teach me stuff for an hour, all day, and I worry that it's too in the weeds, it's too technical, it's too national security, but you liked it, Don?
Oh, absolutely.
I mean, I almost I got to get something by this guy.
Does he have books out or something?
He does.
The term of art, the way he connected the dots, I've never heard anybody talk about the strategic weaponization of illegal immigration.
I mean, we should have seen it.
It's right in front of our eyes.
You know, all these NGOs.
I mean, who's making these caravans?
Who's financing them?
But the way he described it, you know, and the way he's talking about the delegitimizing a national state, it's like, look at the 1619 Project, the white settler state propaganda, tearing down statues and monuments.
It's like the Chinese Cultural Revolution brought to America.
And it's just what frightens me is I think all these illegal aliens, so many terrorists must be among them, that we're looking at an upcoming Tet Offensive.
I'm frightened this way.
Well, it's divisional size assets coming across the border.
So if you missed it, Joseph Hamire was explaining how the caravans, the invasion are being exploited and facilitated.
Not just by countries of our hemisphere, but also Iran, Russia, and also China.
The book you need to check out, you need to follow Josef Humire, it's H-U-M-I-R-E, and the book is Iran's strategic penetration of Latin America.
Absolutely stunning, and we're going to get Joseph back if you missed it.
But if you missed it, check out the podcast as well.
We congratulate you on your resolve to be resolute.
Thank you, Don, and Happy New Year.
Let's go to Klaus, California, line two.
Don't give up the day job.
That's all I'm saying, Klaus.
Don't give up the day job.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
Well, I got a Second Amendment question for you, but I'd like to ask that off the air.
Okay.
But, okay, so the Republicans go to the border and say, oh, if you don't seal up the border, we're going to shut down the government and this and that.
It's just like, guys, where were you guys last year when you had control of Congress?
You know, the most dangerous mammal in America is Dr. G. What?
The moose.
So, how about these Republicans grow some moose, you know what, and actually do the people's work in securing our border and sticking it to Biden?
Look, I have to agree.
Well, actually, first, I'm going to disagree.
The most dangerous animal, I think, is the hippopotamus in terms of how many people it kills every year.
The moose is pretty dangerous if you hit it with your vehicle, but the hippopotamus actually kills lots of people every month.
When it comes to the visit yesterday, I mean, it happened.
I saw some footage, and I agree with you.
Total, utter irrelevance.
No consequences.
Absolutely pointless.
Klaus, stay on the line.
We'll get to Joan Antoinette in a second.
I know you want to ask me a Second Amendment question.
We'll get to that momentarily.
But now I have to share with you an amazing solution if you have been suffering from being overweight, as I did for more than 20 years.
I was carrying that extra weight.
I could, you know, hide it.
I'm six foot three.
It's easy.
But it was wrong.
It just wasn't healthy.
268 at my height.
Still wrong.
So when they came to us, Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team.
I didn't want to do it because I get to choose my advertisers.
But Katie said, you're doing it!
We're doing it together!
She lost 36 pounds.
She looks amazing.
Had to get a whole new wardrobe.
She looks like a model.
I lost 42 pounds.
I ain't no model, but I'm in a size 36 jean right now, and I wasn't since my 20s, and that feels good.
Mr. G, he's lost more than 15 pounds in three weeks.
Can't wait to see what Fighting fit form he will be in in a couple more months.
Find out for yourself.
Call them up right now.
Just the before and after pictures at myphdweightloss.com.
Prove everything you need to know.
But the number to call Dr. Lucas and her team is 864-644-1900.
is 864-644-1900. That's 864-644-1900. MyPhDweightloss.com.
What's a question?
Hey, Sam again.
Hey, just wanted to say real quick that Dennis Prager's on PHC weight loss now.
Oh good!
I heard that Dan Bongina was advertising it today, which is huge.
He doesn't need to lose weight, but his producer's taking it, but good.
I'll reach out to Dennis.
Cool.
Yeah, it's just like, wow, that's awesome.
Hey, all right.
So, as you already know, the California government is putting a, is making it really difficult to get CPW permits.
I have been interested in doing that program and as you know they
increased...
60 seconds dude I have to go back on air what's the question?
Yes sir. So they put all these hindrances on a potential CCW holders.
What should I do?
Should I proceed?
Should I... Oh, totally!
Absolutely!
Because those hindrances are going to be challenged in court, and they're going to lose.
So absolutely, go through the hoops, jump through the hurdles, jump over the hurdles, and get your permit, and then this will be challenged.
The California Pistol and Rifle Association will challenge it, so you should have that permit.
So when the challenge is won, you can actually exercise your right.
So don't give up, dude!
Okay, cool.
And get some insurances as well, like the... Yeah, go to Warrior Poets Society and watch John Lovell's YouTube video on the insurances, because they're not all the same, alright?
So watch John Lovell's video and check out his recommendations.
Alright, I've got to jump.
Thanks, buddy.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Bye-bye.
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
Never give up, never give in.
Just like President Trump, my gosh, he is just indefatigable.
The man who recognized Jerusalem, moved the embassy, the most philo-semitic president since 1948.
We put his visage on the t-shirt which says, Our Fight.
in English and Hebrew when he was at the Temple Wall in Jerusalem. You made it the number one
item on the website. If you stand with our brothers and sisters in Israel fighting the
jihadis, check it out, sebgorkastore.com or the America First gear there, sebgorkastore.com.
Let's go to Joe, line three.
Hi there. Yeah, you know, there's a lot of pictures of Trump with Epstein,
And there's those allegations that he raped a 13-year-old girl with Epstein.
If some of this stuff comes to light in these files, do you think that he will lose some support?
That's never gonna happen.
So it's garbage.
Thank you, Joe.
Let's go to Antoinette!
Must be Thursday!
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Good afternoon.
How are you guys?
Everybody doing great out there?
We're still celebrating?
Oh, absolutely.
We're celebrating the whole year long and we're not going to let those crazy leftists get to us.
Give us an update.
Tell us what's going on in your life fighting a voice for the voiceless.
So, a couple things we divided and conquered this morning.
It was great.
We gave to the 700 South Tustin Avenue at that large Planned Parenthood, and we also have the other part of our group go to 17th Street there in Santa Ana, and they're pretty close by.
But what I wanted to add, since we weren't able to do the total flight on Tuesday, here's the rest of our flight for Flight 2024, please make sure your positive attitude and gratitude are secure and locked in the upright position.
All destructive devices, pity, anger, selfishness, pride, and resentment should be turned off at this time.
All negativity and discouragement should be put away.
Should you lose your positive attitude under pressure during this flight, reach up and pull down a prayer.
Prayers will automatically be activated by faith.
Once your faith is activated, you can assist other passengers who are of little faith.
There will be no baggage allowed on this flight because God, our captain, has cleared us off for takeoff.
And our destination is greatness.
Wishing all of you a new year filled with hope, new joy, and new beginnings.
Stay blissed and blessed.
And thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for flying with us.
And I am for the voiceless.
Did you write all of that, Antoinette?
No, the girls found this for me because they've known I've flown all these years, about 18 years.
So they passed it on to me.
They thought it would be good for our new show.
Alright, I need the whole text.
I need the first half you did previously in the week.
I need the second half because it's bloody excellent.
Will you stay on the line because I want to promote that on all our social media and give you credit as well.
Please stay on the line.
Jeff will get the full text because it's just superb.
Our favorite America First pilot.
The one, the only Antoinette.
Next up, Rudy Giuliani here on America First.
More of your cause and more of me as well.
stay on this channel.
Bye.
News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
Mr. G, why does that liner of stealthy potato-head stelter always... It's just, Jay, I always laugh when I hear that voice.
Because I still think you miss him a little bit.
He was great for such stupid clips.
What is he doing there?
Does he have a thing anywhere?
I think it was Harvard.
It was some college he got a thing.
What?
Yeah, of course.
Are you joking?
Something about like responsible journalism or something.
I forget what it is.
It's one of the colleges.
The Mr. Potato Head School.
Oh my gosh.
Oh my gosh.
All right.
We've got to give you the breaking news.
Right now there is an update coming out of Perry, Iowa.
The middle school, the middle school, high school there had a Active shooter situation.
We know there are some casualties.
We don't have numbers or whether they are fatalities.
But this is northwest of Des Moines.
We'll tell you... Oh, here we go.
Six victims is the official update.
One deceased.
Whether they were students, staff or whether... Shooter is a 17-year-old high school student.
So, we'll give you more updates as and when they have them.
All right, I want to address an issue that's been sitting on the top of my pile for several days now.
It's a story from the Daily Wire.
But before I do that, I want to tee it up.
So, I know what I like.
I like science fiction, action movies, thrillers.
Graphic novels?
I used to like comics when I was a kid.
But now I want to do a survey of my staff on the question of comedy.
Okay?
So, Mr. G, we know that you like mafia movies, correct?
That's not all that I like, but yes, I like watching those.
Okay, what about comedies?
Do you like comedy movies?
That used to be all I watched until about seven or eight years ago because they stopped making them.
Really?
Okay, give me some names of people who you like.
You're like a Chevy Chase guy, right?
No.
No, is that before your time?
That was when I was little.
He was alright.
Okay.
So, who do you like?
Who do I like?
I'm more of a movies.
But when it comes to funny guys in movies... I can't stand Will Ferrell, but Step Brothers was very good.
You know, that's interesting.
I can't stand Will Ferrell either.
Why can't you stand him?
He's just the same thing over and over again.
Again and again and again.
What about Chappelle?
Yes, I like him.
He's creative.
Okay, good.
Alright.
Eric, comedy.
Are you a comedy maven?
I'm old school when it comes to comedy.
I love good old-fashioned slapstick, and the masters were the Three Stooges.
Oh, you are?
You're a Three Stooges guy?
That's absurd.
You're like 29, right?
Yeah, I grew up with them as a kid.
New Year's Eve, 24-hour marathons of the Stooges on Spike TV.
Funny.
I grew up, my dad was hugely into Lauren and Hardy.
I love Lauren and Hardy.
Guy, do you like comedy?
Do you have any favorite comedians?
Yes, sir.
Except Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton.
I don't really watch comedy.
Oh, but you like Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton?
Yes, sir.
Have you checked out Harold Lloyd?
Uh, I heard their name.
They're big.
I never liked Chaplin.
Buster Keaton an acquired taste, but of that vintage, Harold Lloyd is genius.
Did his own stunts despite the fact that he only had one hand.
Look closely, his right hand was actually a glove, it wasn't a real hand.
Check out Harold Lloyd.
Alright, where are we?
Is John hiding in the corner?
I can't quite see him.
He is hiding.
He doesn't even have his headset.
I told everybody, put your headsets on!
He just thinks he's chief engineer.
He doesn't have to do anything.
Hello, John.
Are you there?
What's up, Dr. G?
Do you like comedy?
I like comedies.
Alright, give me people you like.
I mean, I can't think of anything else.
I mean, growing up I was, you know, I loved Ace Ventura and all that stuff.
All the Jim Carrey stuff.
What about Eddie Murphy?
Eddie Murphy?
I'm sorry?
Eddie Murphy?
Oh yeah, Beverly Hills Cop, that stuff is hilarious.
In his prime, the Raw show, oh my.
Just the skit about the Big Mac that his mama makes, that will have you laughing on the ground.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's a little, you know, blue, the language is a little blue, but the skit on the homemade Big Mac, guys, after the show, after 6 o'clock, check it out.
The Raw.
The Raw.
Okay, who's left?
It's that chap with the really cool starship buttons, the board.
Mr. Alex, comedy.
Are you a comedy fan?
I will not go out of my way to watch comedy.
Oh, there's always one who's a little bit different.
Okay.
There are some shows I like, like Succession and White Lotus, but I won't go out of my way to watch.
Not familiar with those.
Is there a comedian you like?
No.
Wow!
I like it.
There's always a troublemaker in the mix.
Usually it's Eric, but today it's Alex.
Okay, why am I talking about comedy?
I don't think we've ever spent... Have we ever spent any time discussing comedy, Eric, on the show?
That's got to be a first in our sixth year now.
I think it is.
We're going to break all kinds of firsts here on this show this year.
I do this because you may have noticed from my strong Alabamian accent that I was not born in this wonderful country.
I'm in fact what they call an immigrant, a legal immigrant from the land where we speak real English.
I was born in England, in Hammersmith, yes, in West London.
And there, if you understand real comedy, you have to understand the comedy of the absurd, who are the masters.
You can talk about, you know, Dudley Moore and Peter Cook and the Goons and, oh, Peter Sellers.
But the people who had a global phenomenon, a global impact as comedians with the comedy of the absurd, which were part and parcel of my childhood, and anyone with A certain intellect, you had to have a certain intellect to appreciate it, was of course, Monty Python's Flying Circus.
Especially the TV show.
But also the spin-offs, the movies, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, absolutely superb.
As a Catholic, I still get a little... with the life of Brian, you know, the Jesus parody, not quite a parody, but, you know, then there's the meaning of life.
Just absolutely quintessential British humour is Monty Python.
And perhaps the most recognisable of the Monty Python troupe Is that gangly man from the Ministry of Funny Walks, The Parrot Sketch, and so much more, I am a lumberjack et al, John Cleese.
Now John Cleese, funny guy, but not a smart guy.
We may have found Trump Derangement Syndrome patient zero with this tweet that he posted the day after Christmas.
The day after Christmas this tweet let me read it to you five ways that hitler was preferable to trump oh that's oh that's edgy that's so edgy are you mika brzezinski oh what a brave man you are john cleese all six foot seven of you five ways hitler was
Preferable to Trump.
Number one, he fought for his country.
Ho ho ho, how funny.
Number two, he never used a teleprompter.
Oh, that's witty.
You mean in an age when teleprompters didn't exist in the 1930s?
You're so hilarious, Mr. Cleese.
Number three, he was nice to dogs.
Oh my gosh, how many scriptwriters help you with this tweet?
Number four, he wrote his own books.
Well, in fact, he dictated them to his fellow prisoner when he was locked away prior to becoming Chancellor, so you can't even get that right.
And number five, he never played golf.
Yeah, that's really funny, Mr. Cleese.
And then six, he wasn't a big fat slob.
So those are the five ways.
He can't count because that's actually six, so Cleese can't do math either.
And he's making fun of the guy who was the architect of the Final Solution, the death of six million Jews, Catholics, handicapped people, and a war that killed 65 million people.
The tweet goes on to say, five ways that Trump is preferable to Hitler.
Number one, he doesn't practice genocide.
Titter, titter, titter.
You're so funny, Mr. Cleese.
And number two, he has nice hair.
And then he runs out of reasons.
Right afterwards, John Cleese, I'm on his Twitter account right now, because he's such a pathetic individual, when the backlash was too much, actually the same day a few hours later, posted this.
I would like to apologize for my last tweet.
It was a very bad joke.
Especially on Boxing Day.
It wasn't even a joke.
You know what, John Cleese?
You're a has-been.
You were funny 40, no it was the 1960s.
You were funny 50 plus years ago.
Today you're just a rich white man who hates working class people.
I'm an individual who just doesn't get it.
A member of the elite who thinks he can sneer at those who've had it with the elite.
It's a sad chapter in my life.
I'm closing the book on you, John Cleese.
Not just on your funny walks.
And your cheese shop sketch, but also your Trump derangement syndrome.
As they say in the UK, ta-ta, mate.
Don't let the door hit ya on the place where the good lords split ya.
I'm Sebastian Walker.

Also, again, I have to nitpick.
Didn't Hitler kill his own dogs?
I don't know about that.
They make a deal out of the German Shepherd he liked.
Allegedly, they tested the cyanide pills on the dogs in the bunker to see that they worked.
Oh, really?
I thought I'd heard that somewhere.
I need a source for that.
That's a very good point.
Alright.
Post that.
Gimme that please guy.
Yeah. Yeah.
So, yeah.
Yeah, on Wikipedia it says, Hitler expressed doubts about the cyanide capsules he received through Himmler's SS.
Well, but it's Wikipedia!
With sources cited from a book, Hitler, a biography.
To verify the capsule's potency, Hitler ordered Dr. Wormer Haas to test one on Blondie the dog who died as a result.
Blondie, that was a name.
Uh, let's post that, uh... John Cleves colon... Laughable loser.
Alright, uh, what have we got here?
We've got MyPillow... Do you want the mic on or off?
Mike's off Mike's off

That's the official way it is done.
We have a very special guest coming up.
If you enjoy what you hear on America First, Please support those that make the show possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell.
The left wants to destroy him.
Why?
Because he's a friend of the president.
Because he's a great patriot.
If you want to buy American products, ignore the Chinese garbage on Amazon.
Just go to mypillow.com.
He sold 81 million of the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
It is that good.
However, There's more than 200 items on his website including the MyPillow pet bed that our new hound number three Titus loves.
He's actually stolen Killian's MyPillow pet bed but even humans can find cool things.
I love my sheepskin lined slippers from MyPillow but they've got pajamas Mattress, toppers, towel sets.
Get up to two-thirds off with my name and support a great patriot.
MyPillow.com or call up a human being.
How nice is that?
800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code G-O-R-K-A.
It's been far too long since we've had him on the show.
He's a regular on my Newsmax program, the Gawker Reality Checks.
Don't miss it this Sunday.
He is America's My favorite mayor, Mr. Rudy Giuliani.
Welcome back to America First.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas to you, sir, and a Happy New Year.
I want to talk about what they're trying to do to you, what they're trying to do to President Trump, how we're going to beat them this year.
But let's start with a lady who's being increasingly impressive.
One of President Trump's attorneys, Alina Haber, reacted to A member of Congress called Sheldon Whitehouse, who tried to insult the Supreme Court by calling it MAGA, and her response was rather good.
Cut 13.
And they use it to scare these incredibly radical left people.
and to make them believe that the Supreme Court, the highest court in this country,
would be as radical and ridiculous as some of the corrupt Soros-backed AGs and DAs that
I've seen in court against Donald Trump.
It's a tactic.
It's a typical left-wing tactic.
We've seen it time and time again.
I'm looking forward to seeing what their decision is.
They are going to have to make tough decisions, obviously, but to me the law is very clear.
There's due process, there's rights to trial, there's rights to be heard.
You can't call someone an insurrectionist that never did an insurrection, that's never been guilty of an insurrection.
It's un-American, it's ridiculous, and it's frankly election interference at its finest.
They're just desperate, Martha, you know that.
Mr. Mayor, as the individual who put at least five heads of the mafia behind bars as a prosecutor, as the mayor who put New York back on its feet after 9-11, can you help me understand, as just a, you know, a regular kind of immigrant to our country, how did it get to a point where the phrase, Make America Great Again, as applied to the highest court in the land, is a bad thing?
Well I think it is about a 150-year-old Marxist tradition and tactic to change language, change the meaning of language.
I mean, you can't absolutely prove how you've brainwashed someone if you can get them to say, make America great again, and they think that's something negative.
You truly own that person, don't you?
I mean, it reminds me of the old Manchurian Candidate movie, the one with, I think, Frank Sinatra.
Frank Sinatra, yes.
Yes, yes.
Angela Lansbury, Frank, Frank Sinatra.
Yeah, and that's the one in which the North Koreans develop the art of brainwashing.
Well, that's, I mean, that's not fiction, as you know, Sebastian.
That's part of communist doctrine for a very, very long time.
And whether they are knowingly doing it or They themselves, like someone like Sheldon Whitehouse, is a product of all those schools that we now see produce people who are aggressively anti-American, aggressively anti-Constitution.
They think they're too smart for a constitution.
For example, the woman in Maine can decide for all of us who should be on the ballot.
Why should the people of Maine get to vote?
I mean, my God, that would be terrible if the people of Maine got to vote.
When you talk about brainwashing, when you have very sober individuals, not bomb throwers, but you know, very good journalists like Molly Hemingway say, all the talk of President Trump as a dictator, as a fascist, as a Hitler, as a Caesar, she says that's trying to engender violence and prepare people to normalize the idea of assassination.
How concerned are you, Mr. Mayor, That 2024 is going to be even worse than what we've seen in the last three years in America.
I'm very concerned about that for all the reasons that you and Molly have said.
Also, the unbelievable invasion that we've had.
This hasn't been immigration in any known sense of the term.
This has been a four-year Biden invasion of the United States.
We don't know a damn thing about these people.
Well, half of them we don't know anything about.
They completely eluded us.
The other half, we took cursory information and paroled them for four years.
So we could have very nice people, we could have brilliant people, or we could have people out of insane asylums or people who are Chinese spies.
It would be incomprehensible that they didn't take advantage of us.
I mean, here we opened the doors for three years.
We allow in, I mean, last year Trump had 420 people that came in and were caught illegally.
This year Biden had 3.2 million that were caught.
Somewhere around another 2 million we didn't see.
We're talking about a different universe.
We're in a different world between 420 and 5 million.
Yeah.
And the 420 that came in under Trump, we had a pretty good idea who they were.
Under Biden, we're lucky if we know their names.
Well, and not only that, the figures are 8 million that we know of, and that doesn't include the gotaways, and I think it's safe to say you can happily double it, and then you're getting some closeness to the figures.
So we're talking about 16 million in just three years.
I want to discuss what they're doing to you, how they're trying to make Your life a living hell, and how you refuse to resist.

Possibly we'll move for a new trial, certainly we'll appeal.
The absurdity of the number merely underscores the absurdity of the entire proceeding where I've not been allowed to offer one single piece of evidence in defense, of which I have a lot.
So I am quite confident when this case gets before a fair tribunal, It'll be reversed so quickly, it'll make your head spin.
And the absurd number that just came in will help that, actually.
That was outside the DC court just a few weeks ago.
America's Mayor talking about the outrageous decision against him.
$148 million in damages.
We'll discuss with Rudy Giuliani momentarily.
But first, if you have one of these things, if you have a cell phone, please guarantee for me it's not connected to the big cell phone providers.
You know the ones I mean.
There's only a handful of them.
Why?
Well, because they're on the other side.
They awoke their left wing.
They've donated millions of dollars to gun control foundations, to Planned Parenthood, to institutions battling against the freedom of speech.
There's one conservative Christian cell phone company in America.
It's the one that I use.

Mr. Mayor, I don't want to get you into legal jeopardy, but you're talking to about three and a half million people
right now who want to know what on earth happened in December,
how there was no testimony from you, there was no jury, How can you lose $148 million without a court case?
How can you take a man off the ballot for insurrection when there was no insurrection?
For the same reason.
This was in the District of Columbia.
It should have been in Georgia, but they moved it to the District of Columbia because Georgia wasn't prejudiced enough for them.
So they wanted the D.C.
District Court to basically have tortured the J6 people with decisions that I think will go down in history as worse than the Japanese internment during the Second World War.
They know they can't lose a verdict or a decision by a judge.
And they came in with a number that's greater than in just about every murder case I've seen.
So these are two election workers in Georgia.
I think the initial request was $14 million.
It's turboed up to almost $150 million.
And then how is this decision just unilaterally under what disguise is this decision brought against you?
Well, all of the allegations made against me were put in evidence, and none of my defenses were allowed.
For example, I have tape recordings that show that they're doing what I said they did.
I wasn't allowed to put those in evidence.
In addition, during my bar proceeding, the video supplied to me by both the Bar Association and the And the Secretary of State of Georgia, Rauschenberger, was seriously deleted and on purpose, which I now am raising with the court.
I want everybody right now, please, if you're listening to this program, please take this seriously.

I know you have to do your podcast.
Everybody has to listen to Common Sense with Rudy Giuliani.
One question for you.
We've got a minute left.
God willing, if we do our part, if 45 becomes 47, what has to happen on day one to the Department of Justice here in Washington, D.C.?
You know, it's hard to say priority.
I would put that one, two, three.
You've got to clean out DOJ and FBI.
upper level, total housecleaning.
Nobody should be around that was around for the last five, six years of that place operating like, I mean, the FBI is like a sassy, if people remember East Berlin, and DOJ, gosh almighty, the word justice doesn't fit.
I mean, it works like a law office in the Soviet Union.
So, and it did, even under Trump, undercover.
So it has to be cleaned out.
First priority.
We can't exist as a country with a law enforcement system that is similar to a fascist nation, which is what we have right now.
They can strike at any moment.
They can strike anybody.
Just go look at the way they arrested 800 or 900 of the J6 people.
What's the purpose of bringing in people dressed like soldiers with machine guns to arrest Roger Stone?
Well, or putting my White House colleague Peter Navarro in leg shackles at Reagan Airport.
I think we have a place for you in the second Trump administration advising on what we do with DOJ.
In the meantime, the book is Leadership.

They're behind enemy lines.
They're in California.
But they're fighting the good fight.
I was there several times in the last couple of months meeting with true patriots.
Patriots who don't just love America and sit on the sidelines.
They're prepared to do something about it.
Like run for state assembly!
And we're going to talk to one of them.
Gus Matamal.
Are you there?
1, 2, 3, I I see the phone line is open.
Is he there?
Hi.
Greetings.
Happy New Year, Gus.
We wanted to get you on video.
What's up?
Has California gone down?
Is there no internet connection?
You know, you would think here in the heart of Silicon Valley that all the tech would be amazing all the time, but like, cell phone service is patchy, like the internet goes out, the power goes out where I live.
California is a disaster.
You know that.
It used to be a flipping paradise in what the left has done to it.
Alright, so tell us a little bit about yourself.
You're talking about three and a half million people, a lot of them in California.
Who is Gus Matamal and what crazy decision have you recently taken?
First of all, thank you so much for having me, Seb.
It's so great to connect with you again.
So I'm running for the California State Assembly here in blue, blue, blue California.
I grew up in St.
Louis, Missouri.
My father was an immigrant to this country.
My mom grew up on a farm.
From where?
Where did your dad come from?
He came from South India.
Yeah.
South India.
They started at the bottom and they worked their way up.
My dad went through the whole process the right way.
They sacrificed a lot so that their kids could get an education and go on to have better lives.
In the neighborhood I grew up in, I was the only kid on my block to graduate high school, let alone go to college.
But I did, and I came to California.
When I first got to California, California was the promised land.
It was 1990, 33 years ago.
And everybody wanted to come to California back then.
Didn't matter whether you were Republican, Democrat, liberal, conservative.
Everybody agreed California was the place to be.
And 33 years later, it's not feeling so much like the promised land anymore.
You know, it's just in the last couple of weeks we've gotten the news that we're projected to have a $68 billion deficit here next year.
$68 billion said that hole is bigger than the entire budget of 41 out of 50 states.
You could build the wall about three times over on the southern border with that kind of money.
And of course, there's huge numbers of people who are leaving California.
So tell us a little bit about what you've been doing for those 30 years and what plans you have for the immediate future.
Yeah.
So I came up here to college, majored in physics and mathematics, went into business, Went to get my MBA, got it from Yale, came back to California.
I've started an education business here.
It's a multi-million dollar business, now extends to several states, employs about 50 people.
And, you know, for a while I was just kind of focused on building the business.
But, you know, I've been like you and so many people have been watching what's been going on in politics and, you know, eventually decided I had to get in there because I love this state.
It's been so good to me and it just breaks my heart to see the direction it's going in.
Um, and so, uh, right now I'm the chair of our local city council.
Um, I serve on a couple of other, um, boards here in the, here in the area.
And, you know, I think it's time to, to go to Sacramento to work on, you know, work on these issues that are really California issues, housing, homelessness, public safety, education, and I'll tell you the good news, you know, the sort of bad news, but good news story is, you know, the Democrats have been running things like They have a super majority, they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, and it's been that way for eight years now.
So I just go to everybody and I say, listen, we've been doing it their way for eight years in a row.
How do you feel?
Is housing better?
The answer is no.
Health is better?
The answer is no.
Public safety better?
The answer is no.
Education?
No.
Like, nothing is better.
Most things are worse.
Some of them are quite worse.
But are they therefore prepared to realize that that's a consequence of voting Democrat?
When are the Californians going to wake up that this is because of the people they vote for, Gus?
Here's the thing.
Sometimes I feel like people think, sometimes on our side, that Democrats are sort of the enemy.
And I'm like, no, you've got to understand, most Democrats are just people.
They're just people trying to make it work.
They're only barely engaged in politics at all.
And those folks were barely engaged in politics at all.
It's gotten bad enough now where the housing is out of control, the homeless is out of
control, all those things are so visible and out of control that just regular retail people
who normally would just kind of reflexively vote Democrat are now like, yeah, actually,
I'm unhappy.
And in the race that I'm in, there's a Democratic challenger to the Democratic incumbent, which
is absolutely unheard of here.
And the Democrats are divided, and that's the pathway to winning an election here, which
is such a huge opportunity for us, because it would send a message that, listen, if you
guys run that far to the left, there are no safe seats, not even here in the Bay Area,
which you think would be about the safest place in the world for a Democrat.
We can send the message that there is no safe haven.
If you're going to go that far left, there is just no safe place.
That's what we can do in this election.
I need so many people to help me out because I'm running against two Democrats.
It's not easy here in blue California, but we have this opportunity.
I just don't want to see us missing.
All right, so listen to what Gus Matamal has just told us.
Democrat voters are waking up and there are Democrats eating each other, running against each other.
So this guy has a shot.
If you want to help this man, if you're in the Bay Area, or if you just want to support him, do it today.

And why is Jordan Peterson giving him a platform?
That pathetic individual, Sam Harris, who...
Who said something really weird about Elon Musk.
First, here's a reminder of what he said on my buddy's podcast in the UK, the Trigonometry Lads, Francis Foster and Constantine Kissin.
This is what he responded to the question of, was it wrong to suppress the story about the Hunter Biden laptop?
Here's that darling of the left, the quote-unquote philosopher, Sam Harris.
Cut 10.
Listen, I don't care what's in Hunter Biden's... I mean, Hunter Biden, at that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement.
I would not have cared.
That doesn't answer the people who say it's still completely unfair.
To not have looked at the laptop in a timely way and to have shut down the New York Post's Twitter account.
That's a left-wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump.
Absolutely it was.
Absolutely.
But I think it was warranted.
I don't care if Hunter Biden killed children.
I'm fine with that.
And it was a conspiracy to stop the president, President Trump, and I'm fine with that.
That's who Sam Harris is.
Now, on Jordan Peterson's podcast, he's got a strange take on his former buddy, Elon Musk.
Cut nine.
Elon used to be a friend.
You know, he's somebody I knew reasonably well.
You know, his engagement with Twitter has been He was so addicted to it he had to buy the platform.
from my point of view.
I mean, it's clearly a compulsion.
I mean, he was so addicted to it that he felt he needed to buy the platform.
But it is a, you know, his use of it has been so irresponsible.
He was so addicted to it, he had to buy the platform.
Jeff, what's wrong with that logic from the great philosopher, Sam Harris?
Well, he could have just used it for free as he did.
And he had one of the largest accounts there was before he bought it.
It's like, I'm so addicted to Angie's List that I have to buy it?
And it's not like you bought it for 500 grand either.
Sam Harris, you really are a cretin.
You are another TDS, you know, patient zero, Trump derangement syndrome.
How utterly pathetic.
Although I will say, it's nice to see Jordan Peterson in a slightly more subdued suit and with an Adam Smith tie.
You know who sells those?
The one, the only, Morton Blackwell of the Leadership Institute.
That's cool.
Well done, Dr. Peterson.
Next up, How big is the international conspiracy of communism?
We'll talk to a true expert one-on-one.
You You
You You got more questions, I tell it if you have a problem
figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black
Bye.
I think that's bigoted.
I think that's racist, because it's the antithesis of the Reverend Martin Luther King's desire not to have us be judged on the basis of our skin color.
And there he was, infamously, the current incumbent of the White House, saying, Well, if you don't vote for a Democrat, you can't be black.
That's bigotry.
Now, Charlamagne Tha God, as we heard yesterday, the man who was hosting that rather illiterate podcast, says, I can't vote for Kamala!
I can't vote for that racist old white man in the White House.
Well, are we finally seeing the collapse of the left's attempt to categorize us and divide us based upon race, ethnicity, sexual identity?
Let's talk to a man who has mapped it all out for us.
He is originally the author of the book that tells us everything you need to know on this topic.
It is The Plot to Change America.
Followed by BLM, the making of a new Marxist revolution, and this next one I'm really excited about.
Based upon a paper he co-authored with my muse Katie Gorka of the Heritage Foundation, out in March, Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
Mike Gonzalez from the Heritage Foundation, welcome back to America First.
Seb, a very happy new year to you.
I've already wished a happy new year to my co-author and your wife.
Yeah, it's nice to have my wife back now after about nine months of her working incessantly with you.
Now she's actually back in my life.
Both of you hit all the targets, hit the deadlines for the publishing of this book with Encounter Books.
I'm super excited.
The original paper, for those of you who want a little kind of a flavor of what this book will be about, comes from a presentation at the Heritage Foundation.
Let's put it up on the screen.
It is how cultural Marxism threatens the United States and how Americans can fight it.
You can get that for free at heritage.org.
Please, everybody, check it out.
But before we get into this new book, before we get into how the left has leveraged these artificial identities to split Americans, I need you to return to the subject of the first book I mentioned.
As someone from Cuba yourself, I really, I catch myself using the phrase Hispanic American, Latino American.
And you've explained how this is artificial.
This is forced upon us by ideologues and then the federal government.
Can you explain the genesis of these categories and why they are actually divisive?
Yeah, but parenthetically, I wanted to explain that President Biden can say stuff like that because he was raised in the black community, as you know.
Hang on, I thought it was Puerto Rican and black.
Oh, sorry.
Yes.
No, Jewish!
Oh, yeah.
At the same time.
And Irish.
It depends on the day.
It depends on the day.
And don't forget, he was a truck driver.
Right.
Right?
Right as well.
At the top of his class.
At the top of his law school class.
He got two degrees at the same time at the top of his class.
And he finished in like three weeks.
He got two degrees.
And my father said to me, Joey, it's simple.
It's love.
Okay, behave, Mike Gonzalez, behave.
All right, so talk to us about the genesis of this.
Yes.
And how the federal government has used it and how it's been exploited ideologically.
Let's start with the word Hispanic American.
So that is, somebody actually did come up with that.
She worked in the federal bureaucracy.
I want to think that her name is Hughes Flores.
She was actually a Republican.
And this happened, I think, under Nixon.
And they were trying to come up... Let's go back.
So I come to this country in 1974.
And the U.S.
distinction of having the lowest foreign-born percentage of the population probably in the history of the country.
Really?
It was under 6%.
Wow!
Because that was the result of Ellis Island having been closed in 1925.
In 1924, all the Ellis Island groups, different groups, the Syrians, the Sicilians, the Poles, had time to assimilate.
And then the immigration law had changed in 1965, but it hadn't had an impact yet.
But the people who were reared in critical theory, the cultural Marxists, understood that they wanted to create different groups into which to indoctrinate an oppressed mentality.
This whole cultural Marxism that we have seen flower, the victimhood mentality that we have seen flower since the 1970s is predicated on seeing everything in life through the oppressor-oppressed prism, narrative.
And so they needed to create a lot of oppressed people.
They had African Americans, they had blacks, which Marcuse, Herbert Marcuse, one of the leading theologians, one of the leading philosophers of this movement, had said in the 1960s that it was going to be, quote-unquote, his words that I'm using, the ghetto population that was going to offer the revolutionary locus.
So the leftists used the phrase, the ghetto population?
I'm quoting Marcuse, we're quoting Marcuse.
He said, yeah, another quote, the right quote is, people of other races and other colors, Because the worker, the white worker, they discovered to their chagrin and frustration was a very bad revolutionary.
The white worker did not hate the country.
The successful middle class family man didn't want to have a revolution.
That's right.
Wanted to have better working conditions in Michigan and Ohio.
Wanted a week on the Jersey Shore perhaps or by the lake in Wisconsin but did not want to end the country.
Loved the country actually.
The working man was patriotic.
Yes.
One of the first English language words that I learned was hard hats for Nixon as I arrived in Queens, New York.
My uncle explained to me what hard hats for Nixon were and how important they were.
So the left creates, and one of the groups they want to create is out of the different groups you had Mexicans, Mexican-Americans in the Southwest, You had Cubans who had started to arrive in the early 60s because of the Castro dictatorship in Miami, and you had Puerto Ricans who had started to arrive in New York in the 1950s because of Operation Bootstrap in Puerto Rico.
They were actually, I remember very well, when I was in the streets of New York, they were called Spanish.
They were called Spanish speaking or Spanish.
Spanish.
But they wanted to create a group, a victim group, a victim into which they could instill a sense of being oppressed.
And in fact, there is a law that describes what a Hispanic is.
It's a law that I believe was passed by Ed Roybal.
Who was elected with communist help to Congress, R-O-Y-B-A-L, Ed Roybal, and the law says that what distinguishes this group, Hispanics, is not last name, it's not the ability to speak English, it's having come under discrimination.
So it's victimhood, that is to be the bonding agent, according to this law, which is a unique law in U.S.
history in that it describes a group.
So, if we say that this is created by, as you said, I like this phrase, you know, the theologians of the left like Marcuse, it's picked up, it's used by federal government.
If we don't want to have Americans split from each other, what do we do?
Do we not use these categories?
Do we leave it to the census takers?
That's right.
Are we all Americans and we just don't talk about Spanish or Hispanic or Irish?
No, no.
What I think we should do is we should go back to what we did before now because it does come into the, as
you put it yourself so very well, the federal government officializes this category in
policy directive number 15 by OMB.
And you've got a box to tick.
And then in 1980, three years later, in the first census, you have the first census that
has Hispanics in it.
It's as late as 1980.
Yeah, 1980.
Wow.
And Asian-Americans, and people say, well, there has been this dramatic growth in Hispanics since 1980.
Yes, because before that they were white, or they were African-American, or they were of other races.
They were accounted according to their race, not according to this synthetic group that the activists create and the bureaucracy officializes.
So we can add the next president in 2028, elected in 2028, can tell the census, can rescind... And remove that box.
Policy directive number 15.
He can rescind policy directive number... I forget what it was, but it was one that followed in 1996, which added Pacific Islanders.
We can get rid of these categories, go back to asking What race you are?
Or we can go back to asking where were you born?
What was your father born?
What was your grandfather born?
What language do you speak at home?
Yeah.
They asked all that before 1980.
Right.
Instead of creating these victim classes.

I was carrying too much around the middle, like most men, and it wasn't healthy.
Then I met Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss, and I lost 42 pounds.

We've had your big boss, Kevin Roberts, on the show as well.
I know Heritage has to be careful, this isn't about politics, you're 501c3, and I'm not asking you about politics, but as an observer of these cultural fissures that have been exploited by the left, whether it's race, whether it's ethnicity, whether it's gender, We've seen some shocking statistics in just the last week here in terms of minority support for President Trump.
We also saw in 2020 had the highest support from, I'm going to use the left's language, Hispanic and black voters since 1965.
What do you see this as a sign of?
Do we ignore the identity of these individuals and say it's just about economics?
Or do you think, given everything you've mapped in your books on BLM, the new book with Katie, that Americans are finally waking up to how the left has exploited them?
Yeah, I think there's an element of almost everything you just said.
We have seen different groups move at different speeds.
I would say that the people who saw the most marked move towards Trump, don't forget Trump got almost 40% of the quote-unquote Hispanic vote in 2020.
That's a high watermark.
That's huge.
That's a huge leap over Romney's paltry 27% just eight years earlier, right?
So, eight years early in 2012.
Sorry, Mexican-Americans in the south of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
That was a huge leap.
Trump advanced in those four counties at least 30 percentage points each or thereabouts, and he actually won Zapata County, which had not been won by a Republican, I think, since ever.
And there were some very, very historic Republican victories as well in Texas.
I think female candidates in areas and districts that had never seen a Republican for decades.
So Monica won.
Not Monica.
Monica de la Cruz.
Marian Flores.
No, Maria, no, Flores lost.
She won first, then she lost.
She's out of Congress now.
But Monica won in the Rio Grande Valley.
Look, but I've talked to people, like for example, Ruy Teixeira, who's a man of the
left but is a straight demographer.
He's now at the American Enterprise Institute.
He said that he saw movement among Puerto Rican voters in Hartford, in Philadelphia, in the Northeast, and those are among the most democratic Hispanic votes that there are.
In Miami, what I hear from people who follow the Cuban precincts, he won the Puerto Rican precincts in the middle of the state, Trump did, by a small percentage, but he did win them.
And he won Miami Cuban precincts, I hear, by 75%.
So that is very substantial.
In these precincts, in Miami, which are predominantly Cuban-American and Venezuelan-American, it was obviously the socialism and Marxism that won there.
In the Rio Grande Valley, it was perhaps more extraction.
It was more about oil.
It was more about the border, the border being, you know, Trump has been successful on the border.
Let's talk about the border for a second because we've seen these shocking figures of You know, 12,000 illegals in one day.
We've seen 8 million illegals in three years that we know of.
My argument is the following, and tell me if this tracks with what you're seeing, that millions of illegal immigrants from all over the planet, because they are coming from all over the planet, don't affect Mike Gonzalez or Sebastian Gorka.
We'll be fine.
But if you're somebody who came from Mexico or Nicaragua, You know, in the last five years, did it legally.
You're paying your taxes.
You're in a service industry.
It's going to be those individuals who are hurt the most by somebody who comes in, is illegal, gets paid in cash, can undercut your wages.
I've been told precisely that by Mexican-American voters.
So is this perhaps one of the biggest factors?
I think so.
I think you've been on the border.
I'm sure you've been on the border.
You have traveled with the Border Patrol.
You have.
Ask yourself, What percentage of them were Mexican-American?
To me, it's the vast majority.
It's 52% of CBP are...
Oh, I don't know that number, but...
The majority are actually...
But the people I have traveled...
The border that I have traveled in El Paso, in New Mexico, and in the Rio Grande Valley
have almost always been Hispanic.
Almost always been Mexican-American.
Right.
Their families feel the brunt of this.
Their families know how frustrated they are, how their husbands are, how badly they're treated, and there's a backlash to that.
But I think overall, and I think this is the most important thing, Seb, that I think, this is my conjecture, is the cultural thing.
It's this idea... Okay, so let's unpack this.
Because as an outsider, but as a Catholic, I would expect these communities from Latin America to have traditional values.
Is that simplistic?
No, no, no, not at all.
And listen, don't forget that among Mexican-Americans in Texas, the rate of partisan system is much higher than in actual Mexico.
And with evangelicals, You get a much higher percentage that are conservative, and conservative voting.
Right, right.
I don't know why that is, but it is.
Then with Catholic voters.
And I think the difference, I don't have the numbers now, I didn't need the numbers, the numbers are substantial, a much higher percentage of Mexican Americans in Texas are Protestant of some denomination than in Mexico itself.
I think what it is, is the The woke left has abandoned the rank and file people.
When you say to anybody, I don't want to speak on behalf of anybody surnamed Gonzalez because I speak for myself only, but when you say to a lot of people, you're a boy is a girl and you're a girl is a boy, The answer from any grandmother I know would be, what?
And I think the same thing with this obsession with race that doesn't fit well in a community that doesn't feel victimized.
I ask people on the radio, people who do interviews on the radio all the time, for example, Let's take any McAllen.
It's like 93% Mexican-American.
So what percentage would you say is white?
People go, they pause and they say, five?
I say no, it's like 93%.
Because they tick both boxes.
They tick both boxes?
Yeah, they will, because you can.
Because the Hispanic box is a question, separates the ethnic question, separate from the racial question.
Right, so they may not tick it.
What does that mean?
What are they saying when they tick both boxes?
They've grown up, a lot of them are European, of European ancestry, but a lot of them Their counties are 92% Mexican American.
They don't feel like a minority.
They don't feel victimized.
They feel American.
Their Tejano culture.
I think first they feel Texan.
They feel Texan above everything else.
They feel Tejano.
Then Tejano is a different thing, right?
It's Tejano music.
They have been there for generations.
I think they feel first Texan, then American, then Mexican-American.
And there's probably a poll out there.
I can probably say with a strong... I can make a strong assertion that the first thing they feel is Tejano or Texan.
We're talking to Mike Gonzalez.

Dr. Gay, a Harvard student calling for the mass murder of African Americans is not protected free speech at Harvard, correct?
Our commitment to free speech... It's a yes or no question.
Is that corrected?
Is that okay for students to call for the mass murder of African Americans at Harvard?
Is that protected free speech?
Our commitment to free speech... It's a yes or no question.
Let me ask you this.
You are president of Harvard, so I assume you're familiar with the term intifada, correct?
I've heard that term, yes.
I don't think she's smirking anymore.
She's gone.

Alright, so you have this new book coming out with Katie in March.
Everybody has to pre-order it right now to understand the threat, next-gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
If you had to identify a locus, so we have the Frankfurt School, we have the Gramscians from the 20s all the way through to the 70s, but if you had to identify a locus of this next-gen Marxism, would it be universities like Harvard and UPenn and MIT, such as the ones that gave us President Gay?
Yes.
The book that Katie and I wrote specifically singles out universities in the late 80s, mid 80s, late 80s as the first place that is colonized.
They had a blueprint on how to do this.
It was called the Long March to the Institutions.
People think that was Gramsci saying that.
It was a Gramscian idea.
But he gave it the name, too.
Yeah, Rudy Dushka, who was a disciple of Marcuse.
And Marcuse blessed it right away.
He said, this is it!
He said you have to, in fact, he wrote a letter to Rudy Dushka.
I'm saying you have to burrow in, and work from within.
That's exactly what they did.
So, as somebody who's a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, which is the Conservative Mothership, I have to ask the question, what have Conservatives been doing since the 1980s?
Well, I would say that at the beginning, some Conservatives, like for example Alan Bloom, Caught on to this.
He wrote a very good book, The Closing of the American Mind.
Peter Thiel wrote one of the first books on identity politics, what he witnessed in Stanford, and he wrote it in 1994.
And Victor Davis Hanson wrote Who Killed Homer, in terms of the political correctness that killed classic education.
Right, right.
And then Pat Horowitz, Norman, actually wrote an essay in which he said, we're all Gramscians now.
My thesis, and I may be wrong about this, I don't know if I put this in the book, is that 9-11 happens and all the best minds were drawn into fighting the Islamic fascists.
And that all of a sudden they believed that this cultural threat was not as important as they had believed.
And all the minds went into, what do we do?
How do we keep the homeland safe?
And I remember myself, how involved I was.
I was then writing editorials for the Wall Street Journal in Europe when this happened.
And all of a sudden, I became focused like a laser beam on the American homeland and how to protect the American homeland.
And the pieces that I wrote, the pieces that I commissioned, the pieces that I edited.
So it was the threat of jihadism that kind of made us take our eye off the ball of the domestic threat?
I think so.
I think if I would say why the young conservatives are very damning.
They say to us, older conservatives, look, this happened on your watch.
Yeah.
We lost the universities, we lost Hollywood, we lost all the pinnacles, all the heights, the cultural heights.
of the culture. And it's true, it's a true charge.
But I'd say that in the, from the late eighties to the nineties, through the nineties,
conservatives were waking up to this.
And then all of a sudden they looked elsewhere again.
All right, come in with a trained Marxist, please.
We actually do have an ideological frame.
Myself and Alicia in particular are trained organizers.
We are trained Marxists.
We are super versed on sort of ideological theories.
We are trained Marxists, we are super versed on ideological theories.
If you're a listener to this show, if you're a patriotic conservative, you've heard that cut from Patrice Couleurs, one of the co-founders of Black Lives Matter, many times before.
But there's a whole backstory, there's a thread, there's a web, which has been now uncovered by our guest in studio, along with my wife, Katie Gawker, their new book, Mike Gonzalez and Katie Gorka's Next Gen Marxism is about to be published this year.
You can pre-order it right now.
One of the things, with your specific talents, because Katie does come from background in the ideological threat of first Jihadism and then Marxism, but you said you were writing pieces for the Wall Street Journal in Europe.
Can you enlighten us on the international aspect of this next-gen Marxism, especially in the Spanish-speaking world?
This isn't just, you know, Patrice Couleurs and the people behind her here in America.
Isn't this an international movement of next-gen Marxists, Mike?
Yeah, very much so.
She herself was recruited by Eric Mann, a former member of the Weather on the Ground, I believe in the late 90s.
Eric Mann wrote a book in 2011 in which he said, he singled out Patrisse Cullors.
This is before BLM is created.
This is before Trayvon Martin is killed or George Zimmerman is acquitted.
He writes in 2011 saying, I have this brilliant person whom I train into Marxism and train into organizing.
But then you had the Social Forum, which was a Brazilian-French invention.
The Social Forum?
Yeah, the World Social Forum.
And they began to have meetings of global Marxists, I believe in the year 2001.
Are they doing it as Marxists, or are they doing it under the cover of something else?
No, no, no, as Marxists.
So they're saying, we're Marxists?
Well, it's not called the meaning of Marxism, but the people they invite are Marxists.
The people they invite are whatever they choose to call themselves.
In fact, as you know, a lot of times they are ecologists or they are gender theorists
or they're racial or social justice.
But what they have, you know, Eric Mann himself gives an interview in 2015 in which he says
this is a little division of labor that we have.
He says that, he uses that phrase, a little division of labor that we Marxists have.
It's all liberation groups across the board.
And then they go to Venezuela.
Chavez, the Marxist dictator of Venezuela, they have a meeting there in 2005.
And Chavez at that meeting in 2006, at the Caracas meeting, he says, the United States needs to be brought in.
The United States needs to wake up, needs to be brought in, needs to be played a part in this.
And lo and behold, 2007, they have the creation of the U.S.
Social Forum.
It's no longer the World Social Forum, they create a subsidiary called the U.S.
Social Forum.
And it just so happens that Alicia Garza, the other co-founder, along with Patrisse Cullors of BLM, is at that very inaugural, and she plays a leading role.
The organization, I believe the organization was POWER, People Organized, I forget what POWER stands for.
It's another Marxist preparatory.
It's on the organizing committee, and Alicia Garza herself organizes a group of 40, I believe, that were African-American and Hispanic
attendees.
And they go to Atlanta and they have a meeting in Atlanta in 2007.
And then they meet every year.
But they not only meet every year, they hold workshops throughout the year.
The left is very good at their meetings.
When we have meetings and conferences, we give pep rally and we give red meat to the
base.
They actually have workshops.
They do work.
They work.
They work.
They have workshops.
They have teach-ins and all this.
And they talk to each other throughout the year.
And what is their goal?
Is it old school Trotskyite or Stalinist?
Is it world revolution?
What is next gen about?
What is next gen about the next gen Marxists?
Well, the next gen is the cultural, the fact that It's no longer an economically determinist group that, in fact, which no longer bases revolution on the worker.
It bases revolution on all these different identities.
The oppressed group are now the proletariat.
Because as we know, we discussed earlier, the proletariat is just really bad at revolution.
the proletariat, the locus, the agency is based on different identities that feel a
sense of victimhood, a sense of being aggrieved, a sense of being oppressed by the oppressive
group.
And they don't say, they don't come out and say what we want is world revolution, although
sometimes they say it, but a phrase that comes up constantly, and if you ever hear this,
you should pick up your ears, is, another world is possible.
another world is possible. They never tell you that it's collectivism.
They, you know, sometimes they do, but they don't tell you central planning.
They don't tell you it's a gulag for you if you don't agree with the other world as possible.
They just tell you another world is possible.
But that is code?
It's code. When you hear that, Sebastian, trust me, my man, it's code for central planning.
But it sounds so nice, Mike.
Another world is possible.
And in that another world, how important is, for example, unfettered immigration in terms of diluting the national sovereignty of America?
This is all part and parcel, isn't it?
La Razia and everything else.
Don't forget, the main BLM group, although it's no longer really the name, but up until a few months ago, the main BLM group was the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation.
It's a global network.
They keep a lot of the stuff that's in the manifesto.
Just because they're not economic determinists and they don't believe that capitalism will be overthrown in a bloody revolution with a lot of loss of life, they have abandoned all that.
If they're offered that, they'll take it.
But they believe in the more Gramscian approach, the cultural approach of infiltrating, indoctrinating.
But they still believe in dismantling the family.
They still believe in dismantling religion and God and in dismantling the nation state.
They hate the nation state.
The nation state which provides us with our laws, a sense of human rights, everything,
a sense of self-governance.
You cannot self-govern under world governance.
You can't control your future if you have a nation state, right?
You can control your future if you have a nation state.
You can vote laws.
You can have laws.
You can't have a world revolution with a nation state.
Right.
We're talking to the co-author of the brand new book.
Pre-order it right now.
Next Gen Marxism.
What it is and most importantly, how to combat it.
This is America First 101, coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.

Why do I take it every morning and every evening?
And why does Katie as well?
Well, very simply, because it actually works.
Just listen to Alicia from California.
This is her story.
I'm a grocery store worker and was working doubles during the coronavirus shutdown.
At 52 years old, my two bad knees did not get a rest.
I literally limped to and from bed.
Two days into a relief factor and the pain decreased substantially.

The number, 1-800-4-RELIEF, or go to relieffactor.com.
I don't see your large briefcase with you, so you must have left your crystal ball at home, Mike.
Give us some predictions.
If you look at the last, what is it, 1917, so we've got a hundred and seven years of history to go by.
Will this revolution Ultimately collapse as well.
Will the revolutionaries eat each other?
We may have gone from classic Marxism to Gramscian now to next-gen.
Are you seeing signs of fragility or is it up to conservatives to really wake up and take it seriously?
Well, I mean, yes to both.
Conservatives have to wake up and take it seriously.
But I do see a... Look, after October 7th, you have the grotesque Hamas massacre, the gang rapes in Israel on October 7th.
And then you have demonstrations here in the United States siding with the terrorists.
And identifying the terrorists as members of the oppressed category, and the women they gang-raped as the oppressors.
And a lot of people said, hang on a second.
This is, it shocked many good liberals.
You know, people who disagree with you and me on taxes, they may disagree on abortion, but they are, you know, they say, no, this is, I'm not, this is a bridge too far.
And so I see that there's a The scales have fallen from people's eyes and saying perhaps teaching future generations to see everything through the prism of the oppressed versus oppressor produces you know
Horrible results.
Very destructive outcomes.
Because they see it.
So I think this is a window of opportunity.
obviously the demise of Claudine Gay which happens directly as a result of October 7th.
Let's not forget that she had a very disastrous testimony to the House Committee on Education
and the Workplace and then it's after that that we hear about all the over 50 charges
of plagiarism which Harvard knew about but Harvard did nothing about.
Well actually they did the opposite, they threatened lawsuits to media platforms who
were going through.
Boom!
They knew about it and then they threatened to sue companies telling the truth.
So now this is a significant victory for truth.
But the left, not used to losing, is going to be out for blood.
And now they realize, they have been put on notice, that the American people have woken up.
And that the political class, not all the political class, there's a lot of people, there's a lot of Republicans still lacking a spine, still looking for it with a magnifying glass on the floor.
But a lot of Republicans and some Democrats are now beginning to say, wait a second, maybe systemic overhaul, it's not what is needed.
We're talking about changing the entire system.
Maybe America is not systemically racist.
Maybe you have racist, awful racists who commit awful racist acts.
But an indictment of all of America and a demand for a Nobel.
So, I think people are waking up to this.
Well, find out the truth.
The first paper that launched the idea for this book is available for free at heritage.org.
It's based upon a presentation, How Cultural Marxism Threatens the United States and How Americans Can Fix It, from Mike and Katie.
And the book you can pre-order right now is simply Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
Educate yourself.
Prepare yourself.
Gird your loins because, as Mike said, they can't do it quietly anymore.
Because now we know what they're doing.
You've been listening to America First 101.
