Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Biden's Insane Christmas Statement about Christians.
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
What?
I don't know.
Merry Christmas!
Welcome, dear friends!
Welcome back to America First!
From a city that is... it's like some kind of zombie apocalypse.
There's nobody at work today except me and a slightly stunted version of our crew.
We have three gentlemen handling the whole show today.
And we are delighted to be back in front of the microphone.
We hope you had a blessed, blessed Christmas.
It continues of course for the 12 days of Christmas.
We will be celebrating it and continuing with some Christmas music as we remember why we are part of of the greatest civilization the world has ever known, which is of course the Judeo-Christian civilization.
It's going to be a quiet Newsweek, but that gives us pause for thought.
It gives us an opportunity to go deeper on the big issues of the year and to put them into the context of a federal election year.
We are 11 months away, less than 11 months away from choosing the new chief executive.
And as such, we all have a responsibility.
There is no choice but to be political, dear friends.
None.
If you think you can live your life in some bubble isolated from politics, you fail to understand what the Left and the Democrat Party, because they are one organism today, have done to your life.
Tip O'Neill in the 1990s had a phrase that sounded cute, sounded trite, a kind of bumper sticker phrase, all politics is local.
Kind of easy to dismiss, but they took it seriously.
In a time when, whether or not you have the right to refuse a vaccination, Whether or not your children can go to school, and if they do go to school, whether or not they must wear a mask as children.
When that is on the front burner of your life, then you realize everything is political.
When we have at least 8 million illegals who have been let into this nation as illegals, With 12,000 crossing the border in one day of Christmas week.
Then even the national sovereignty has become something the average American in New York, in North Dakota, in Massachusetts cannot ignore.
When you have the presidents, the three female presidents, Of the most prestigious colleges, not just in America, but in the world.
I would say Harvard probably has the greatest name recognition outside of Oxford of any institution of higher education on the planet.
When they are fine with genocidal calls for members of their student body, simply based upon their race, and it's not because they're black, of course Jews are white, but the head of Harvard says, calling for their death From the river to the sea for a second intifada?
Well, that depends upon the context in which it is chanted.
Something that wouldn't be the case if that was said about black students or brown students.
When we are living in an age where it is absolutely patently clear that the son of the highest executive holder of office in America has received millions, tens of millions of dollars from enemy nations, from corrupt nations like China, like Russia, like Romania, like Kazakhstan.
Monies, part of which we now have the bank records of, were divided with his father.
And, perhaps most significant of all, a more than $1.4 billion deal with our greatest geopolitical threat, China.
Well, then everything is up for grabs.
There is nothing apolitical.
When we have the man who is, to use a British term, the leader of the opposition, the de facto leader of the Republican Party, a man who is enjoying between 60 and 62 percent of a lead ahead of any of his challengers on the right, including former cabinet member Nikki Haley, including the governor of Florida.
And that man is facing more than 730 years in prison, all on fabricated charges.
Everything is political.
And when the Supreme Court of one of our states, soon potentially to be followed by others, decides that you, as an American citizen, do not have the right to choose who you wish to vote for in a primary, And when they actually are backed up by bureaucrats of that state, in this case Colorado, who state, you will not as an American even be allowed to write in, physically, the name of Donald Trump, there is nothing left in this nation that is apolitical.
When extremists, when radicals, have ensconced themselves in professional medical associations, that have managed to subvert the Diagnostic Manual, the DSM, and take something which was deemed a psychological and psychiatric issue, gender dysmorphia, and say that it is no longer a mental disease, but it's something that should be affirmed, to use their language, and as such, young girls, often autistic young girls and boys,
should be put under the knife as teenagers to have their genitals removed, healthy young girls and boys, in the name of transgenderism and identity politics.
There is nothing that is apolitical.
There is nothing that has not been infected, permeated with the radical ideology of the left.
This isn't the Democrat Party of the 1960s, 70s, or even the 1990s.
You may not like Bill Clinton, the sleazeball that he is.
The man who had a 20-something intern engage in sex with him in the Oval Office.
But he had no truck with radicals.
He was a pragmatist.
In fact, many of his policies were stolen from the right, from the Contract of America, engineered by then Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich.
But no Democrats like that exist anymore, at least not in any position of significance.
We are living in the most perverse of times.
When half of our nation's political elite detest the nation which they're in charge of, and when most of the political elite that is meant to be their opposition either doesn't have the courage, or the skills, the aptitude, or the will to fight the radicals.
Except for one man who has enjoyed the votes of more than 130 million.
Ballots in two elections.
It is a time for choosing, dear friends.
Will you choose to do something about the plight of our nation?
Because it's up to you.
If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?
Get politically engaged now.

Okay, good.
And And, uh, it's cut nine now.
I have that Biden cut.
Excellent.
All right.
Will you play it?
And that's 2022, right?
Yes.
And we look to the sky, to a lone star, shining brighter than all the rest, guiding us to the birth of a child, a child Christians believe to be the Son of God.
Can you send that to Newsmax, Jeff?
I'll use that here with Doug.
He said yes.
Great.
Look how much better he sounds, though, last year.
Alright, I'm going to tee up cut three after I do Angel Tree, then I'll introduce Doug.
you Do we have his book in the system, the clock and the calendar?
Uh, no I do not.
Hey Doug, Merry Christmas!
I gotta get back to him.
Point him up.
He's up now.
Hey Doug, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you too, Seth, how we doing?
Good, good, did you have a good one?
We did.
Had the family in, had my son up from Florida.
Everything's good.
Good, good.
How about you?
Yeah, excellent.
We had my daughter here from California, but she had to go back to work yesterday, so... Yeah.
No rest for the wicked, right?
No, that feeling.
Yeah, my son had to leave.
They left early yesterday, so they could be back.
One of my new daughter-in-law had to be back at work today, so... Oh, congratulations.
Yeah, they're good.
All right, so I'm going to tee up the cut about the Palestinian protest, and then I'm going to have you come in as a surprise guest.
There we go.
Surprise!
How's the best backs behind the scenes?
Radio crew in the world, how are the guys doing?
I'd be able to tell you if we had them here.
We've got three men who are trying to hold a fort with two people on vacation.
You know, the idea that you get 26th of December off is kind of like... So, they are battling the machines valiantly, all three of them.
I love it.
It reminds me of, we always watch a Christmas Carol with George C. Scott, which is the only one.
And he says, I suppose you will want all day tomorrow off.
Hang on.
What do you mean it's the only one?
What about the Muppets Christmas Carol?
One of the best.
Michael Caine.
Come on.
It's Patton.
It's Patton.
We don't say any more.
I do love George C. Scott, though.
He is excellent.
Oh, he is.
I agree.
All right.
40 seconds.
Standby.
All right, Angel Tree at the top.
Yep, cut three, and then we'll go to Doug.
Copy that.
Got it.
And I'll probably use in the second segment, I'll probably use the Biden cut with Doug.
Copy that, cut nine.
Yep.
Alright, kill the mics.
Thanks for watching!
Oh, there he is.
Here's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
My new show, that's when President Trump was back in the White House.
Jeff, can you believe in just a few days we will be celebrating five years of America First?
Yes, because today I just got the certificate from Salem that says you've now been with the company for five years today.
Are you going to frame it?
Sure.
Will you autograph it?
Maybe I could get somebody else to autograph it.
Maybe somebody who was in that line-up.
Would that be cool?
That would work, yes.
He would be okay with President Trump signing his certificate that we are five years into... I can't believe we're at five years.
This is amazing.
Thank you guys.
Thank you everybody who's made this trip so amazing and continues to support us.
And thank you especially to the guys who did it.
You pulled it out!
We were 26 24% under our target for the Angel Tree, the week of Christmas, and we hit 110%!
Those last-minute donations for those children who have a mother or father behind bars this Christmas.
You guys stepped up to the plate.
God bless every single one of you.
So thank you, thank you, thank you.
They're going to continue to collect donations because, of course, they work throughout the year.
They run summer camps for these girls and boys, more than 1.5 million girls and boys.
Across the nation have a mother or father incarcerated.
So, if you meant to donate something, then you still can.
You just go to the website or you call 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Or just go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com and the Angel Tree banner.
But thank you so much to all of you who made us, helped us, hit our target and exceeded But please, be generous if you haven't, because these kids are very, very vulnerable.
Right, what is going on across America?
It's not just the radicals supporting the terrorism of the Middle East with their chants of, from the river to the sea.
A former congressman had something very wise to say and very disturbing about the nature of these protests in the last eight weeks.
Cut three.
This is an interesting turn, I think, in the last few weeks, especially with these protesters in New York and other places.
They've made it religious in nature, if you've noticed.
And if you've heard some of the rhetoric, especially in New York and some others, they're saying, we're going at Christmas.
We're going at, you know, it's an interesting divergence here of Jewish faith and Christian faith and Muslim faith.
So it's an interesting, I won't say a concerning possibility, but it is concerning in that we're bringing it more even outside the groupings of who's occupying and who's non-occupier, and now we're building it more into an attack on, especially around these religious holidays.
Former ranking member of the Judiciary Committee from Georgia, former congressman, my Salem buddy and co-host.
He is often a guest of this show as the host, the author of The Calendar and the Clock.
Welcome back to America First and Merry Christmas Doug Collins!
Merry Christmas to you Sam, it's great to be back with you.
So you're a pastor, you serve this nation, continue to do so in uniform in the reserves.
Nobody's really talked about this aspect of what we've witnessed since October 7th until you were so clear about it.
And then you stop and you think, yes, why are the pro-Hamas protesters choosing, you know, the Christmas festivals to protest?
Why do you think that is and why should that be so concerning, Doug?
Well, it's interesting to me, Sid, but I just got to thinking about it when you played that clip and I was going back over it.
It's just interesting that they have started now to sort of pit the basis of fears, I think, in many people.
And in going after New York at Christmas, and if you've ever been in New York and if you ever get to go, you see the lights, you see the nativity scenes, you see the areas around that bring back this very much of a belief of Christian faith.
And they started attacking this Christian faith.
I think it is a, again, a move that we see, again, if you go through many of the radical Islamists, I mean, they do not believe that Christians should exist either.
I mean, in that their feud with Jews and everything else.
So it's just interesting to me that they would then take Christmas and say, we're going to, you know, and say stuff like we're going to shut Christmas down and we're going to stop it.
So they're bringing in an element that look, mainstream media is not going to talk about him and maybe most won't, but I do think it's interesting that they would incorporate their, the faith or the religious aspect into this.
And when you add the idea that these chants, these genocidal anti-semitic chants, when they are chanted on the campuses of some of the most prestigious schools in America or the world, when their presidents in front of Congress say, well that's okay because it's context dependent, How should we deal with that?
How should people who, you know, believe that we are a Christian nation, we're part of a Judeo-Christian civilization, how do we deal with the likes of Harvard President Gay saying, well, you know, genocide, it's contextual?
Okay.
How is genocide contextual?
I bet you would not like it if someone like you or I or anybody else stood on that campus and contextualized it from, you know, I had a European or German descent, so I make those same comments about the Jewish race.
I think we would be, it would be front page headlines.
We would be banished from social media.
We'd be banished from being there because it would be immediately acknowledged for what it is, and that is A hate speech aspect.
Now, again, the First Amendment gives us rights in this country as citizens to say things that make your blood curdle, and that's what it should be.
But when you're on a campus in a controlled environment, and when you have students who have raised the concerns to the administration that I feel not safe by these actions and these words, which are genocidal, and I have a very strong reason for it, it is just It's really neglect of duty for Harvard and these other campuses to say this is contextualized.
It's not contextualized.
We see it happening and that's the problem over and over again.
It's the real world.
But isn't there also the aspect that these are entities that receive hundreds of millions of dollars from the U.S.
government, Doug?
Yeah, look, why is it that they carve out only these things that they don't want to deal with as being things that can't be discussed?
Conservatism, these contextualizing the from the river to the sea or genocide against Jewish people.
I mean, but yet they let every person who's not sure of their gender speak out, who want alternative lifestyles, who want, you know, climate change, leftist agendas.
All of those are fine.
That's the problem that Americans now are seeing.
And for those of us who've been saying this for a while, like yourself and myself and others who've said this, this is really now, we're not having to then make this up.
This is why I've always, I've said over the last year, and I've been giving speeches about this, saying now is the best time to be a conservative.
Because now it's not having to paint a picture of what might be, it's simply reflecting the picture that is.
That's such a great way of thinking about it, that we have to actually be thankful that thanks to President Trump and also their own insanity, the left have revealed themselves for who they are.
The question is, what do conservatives and what does the Republican Party have to do about that in 2024?
That's what we'll be asking former congressman, former ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, Doug Collins next.
He's the host of the Doug Collins podcast, author of the book The Clock and the Calendar.
If you enjoy what we provide for you here on America First, make sure that you are following us on all the social media platforms that matter.

You're listening to America First with me, former Deputy Assistant to the 45th and, God willing, if we do our part, the 47th President of the United States.
Stay on this channel.
I'm going to play a very short cut from Biden.
And then I'm going to ask you about the Colorado decision.
And then what your expectations would be for the Republicans in.
Got it.
Good.
All right, what have we got here in terms of cuts?
Oh, Actually, you can come in with Cut 2 here, John, of the protesters outside Lloyd Austin's house.
Copy that.
Come in with Cut 2.
Yep.
You'll still tee up Cut 9, correct?
Yeah, I'll tee up Cut 9 as well, yep.
Copy that.
What do I do here?
90 seconds, tell you the read, and then...
Yeah, just 90 seconds, that's it.
You don't want a minute thing or anything?
No, no, I don't need anything.
And then... Oh, a second now, there's no read.
Okay, good.
Did we lock in Stephen Miller?
Not yet.
Okay.
Who was it?
It was somebody else.
Will you play me cut eight, please?
One of the things the Biden administration keeps saying is that prices are falling.
No, prices aren't falling.
They're still really high.
It's just that the rate of increase of prices has come down.
You see what I mean?
So, in other words, instead of prices rising by 9%, now they're only rising by 3 to 4%.
But that 20% increase in prices is baked in the cake.
Everything you buy now is more expensive.
And Isa, please cut 7.
We need to win the debate.
We need to win the American people's hearts and minds and recognition that, in fact, this president has committed impeachable offenses, that he has lied to us about his relationship with his son and his business dealings that he was so involved in, and quite frankly, other things.
So can we have that debate soon enough?
Uh, and get the vote across.
I hope so.
I believe we can, but it's gonna require all three committees to do their job in a very public way.
So the public understands we're not going after the president for political purposes.
We're going after the former vice president for criminal activity done on his watch with
his family.
Thank you.
He changed districts, right, Jeff?
I'm not sure.
It was redistricted or something.
Oh, redistricted.
Yeah, they moved it around a little bit.
A little bit.
Well, he left, didn't he?
Because wasn't he supposed to do something?
Yeah, he was supposed to come to the Trump administration for the trade, um, what was it, the trade agency.
And he held it up for, like, years?
Yep.
Oh, Army Horowitz has got a new video out.
Let's get Army on.
Alright.
Oh, um, maybe tomorrow if we're missing a guest for Newsmax?
Okay.
That'd be a good idea.
Yeah.
Alright, you say you're coming in with a cut?
Yeah.
Alright, kill them legs.
Austin, we are at your gate!
Justice is our only fate!
Austin, we are at your gate!
Justice is our only faith.
Austin, we are at your gate.
Justice is our only faith.
Well, there you have it.
We've been discussing the bloodthirsty pro-Hamas protesters attacking the Christmas season with their chants of from the river to the sea.
And now they're doing it Christmas week outside the Defense Secretary's home.
Yes, that's Lloyd Austin's home.
I wonder if there's going to be extra protection for the Defense Secretary, unlike the Supreme Court Associate Justices after the threats on their lives, including Brett Kavanaugh.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We're coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
If you're not satisfied with the gifts you got under the Christmas tree, you can always treat yourself and support America First by supporting one of our greatest sponsors, the great Mike Lindell, a friend of the President.
The left wants to cancel him.
Even the FBI have been harassing him.
He told this story on our show just a few months ago.

We're back with my Salem buddy, he is the host of the Doug Collins podcast, the author of The Clock and the Calendar, former ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, Congressman, former Congressman Doug Collins.
I gotta, you talked about the left.
Attacking the Christmas season with their pro-Hamas protests.
It makes me think of this Chris quote-unquote Christmas message from Joe Biden in 2022 that people kind of miss the significance but listen closely to what this quote-unquote Catholic said about Christmas.
And we look to the sky to a lone star shining brighter than all the rest guiding us to the birth of a child a child He's a Catholic, Doug, but he says, uh, the child Christians believe to be God.
What would the founding fathers have done with this man?
They would have probably scratched their head on that one, especially some of them.
Some of them would have overlooked it.
But, but again, your faith teaches you that he, I mean, again, This goes back as a pastor, as a chaplain, I mean, just my whole faith background.
He either is or he's not.
He either is the Christ, the Son of the Messiah, he is the Messiah, or he is... Who was it?
Who was it?
The great British... Jesus!
Yeah, who was it?
The great British theological writer... I think it was C.S.
Lewis.
You know, Jesus is either God, or he's lying, or he's insane.
Those are your three options.
And if you're Catholic, the last two options aren't options.
Well, as a Southern Baptist, it's not an optional thing either.
But here's something, and it's a deeper, let's take it a little bit deeper here.
It goes back to Bill Clinton.
Remember when Bill Clinton basically said, in essence, he was a Sunday, he had his faith on Sunday and he had the rest of the week?
This is very much played out with Joe Biden as well.
It's seemingly in that as well.
Now, Joe is very faithful to go to mass, but that statement was just off and it was trying to be inclusive when you can be inclusive without tearing down a little bit or tearing at the very essence of your faith.
Yeah, utterly, utterly.
All right, I have to ask you, the Colorado decision of the Supreme Court, now I think there's eight other states that are considering removing President Trump from the ballots.
Your reaction to this?
Because as far as I'm concerned, this is true fascism, Doug.
It is, and there's so many different ways here to look at this.
Number one, I'm glad the Supreme Court put Jack Smith back in his place to actually have to go through, God forbid, being a lawyer, and have to go through the appeals process as it should be.
That was the first good thing.
The next thing is they need to strike this one down pretty quickly, send a message to the rest of the country, this is not what you're going to do.
Because Colorado, just look at so many different levels here.
No due process, no way to find ... They just declared him an insurrectionist.
And then here's an interesting part that I want people to continue to remember.
The Colorado State Supreme Court actually said to a private organization, the Republican Party, they could not have someone on their ballot.
In other words, they went into a private organization and said, we're going to dictate off of a sham trial that we supposedly had in kangaroo court, that we're not going to put him on your private ballot.
Notice they didn't say the general election.
This was a primary ballot.
Yeah.
And nobody's talking about that.
I mean, that right there should scare everyone, that they would go into a private organization and tell them how they were going to run their election.
And then you've heard some others who jumped on and said, oh, we'll just all drop off the ballot.
Well, no.
Colorado still has to elect its delegates to the Republican National Convention.
They need to get out of it.
The Supreme Court needs to strike this down quickly.
All right, we've got 10 seconds left.
What is the number one priority or the thing you want to see the GOP tackle head-on in 2024?
I want them to start a fight on spending and privacy.
Those two things are up first.
FISA and the two spending bills.
Let's see what they do.
Spending and privacy.
All right.
You surprised me there.
Maybe that's a great topic for somebody called Doug Collins to discuss when he's next guest hosting my show.
In the meantime, follow him at RepDougCollins.
Get the book.
The clock and the calendar.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Bless you, take care.
Alright, Mr. Solomon.
Alright, what do we have?
Hey.
Thank you.
Hey, John.
Hey, how are you, Seb?
Good, good, good, good.
Did you have a good Christmas?
I did, indeed.
Good to be with you.
How's everything?
Good.
How about you?
Excellent, especially with DC like a bloody ghost town.
Nobody's come to work today except you and me and my guys.
The drive was the shortest I've had in 10 years.
It's ridiculous.
It's just, seriously?
What's going on?
It's crazy.
Yeah, it's absolutely insane.
All right.
We'll talk the Pfizer evidence piece.
Um, what else is important?
Yeah.
Uh, that is, I think of all the things that we've done, I think it's the most important thing.
Cause it's a, it's a, it's a target.
I don't think Congress has been looking at, but now I think they're aware of it.
Right.
It's really important.
Yeah.
It's really important.
And it leads to a lot of other things about CEFC that we're going to reveal right after the first of the year.
CEFC.
Excellent.
That's the China.
Yeah.
So would you do me a favor?
Because.
Let's just explain a little bit.
Let's spend some time on what that company is and why it's such a big deal.
That's exactly right.
Good, good.
I think it's important because a lot of people don't know they hear a lot of alphabet soup.
No, exactly.
And there's just, there's so many people paying him, right?
They just, you lose track of this stuff.
A Russian here, a Ukrainian there, a Kazakh over there, a Romanian over here.
What else is there?
Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian.
What else?
Is there anything else?
I think those are the six major ones.
Yeah, there's a second Ukrainian that I've written about that could become more important in the new year.
But yeah, it's really those are the six major countries.
All right, kill the mics.
I need to ask John something.
What is your take on Bobulinski?
Oh, I can't hear him.
You can.
Hang on.
Yep.
Yeah.
Yeah.
News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
That's a blast from the past, Brian Stelter.
It's amazing how these people just, you know...
Become so they were irrelevant, but then make themselves even more irrelevant.
Welcome back dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka This is America first and I think he just shared with me the fact that he concurs We are living in some kind of post-apocalyptic Zombie Washington DC because it took me like 12 minutes to get to work today John Solomon Did you have a pretty fast commute because nobody's working except you and me and our team said?
Who said you don't get Christmas gifts the day after Christmas?
The commute was amazing this morning.
I said the shortest drive I've had probably in 10 years.
It's amazing.
It's a box, as we say in the UK, a boxing day treat.
You get a present late at night.
Nobody, there's nobody at work today except our team and your team.
All right, let's still talk about the news because the news does not stop, especially if you are the creator and the founder-in-chief of the superlative justthenews.com.
That's justthenews.com.
Make sure you follow John everywhere at jsolomonreports.
You sent me a piece that is kind of Off the radar, which isn't surprising given the complexity of all the sources of funding into the 21 shell companies and the Biden crime cartel, explain to us the aspect of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act evidence that could pertain to the President's son, John.
Yeah, I think this is going to be very important in the new year.
So there was a relationship.
Hunter Biden had two bookends in China.
The beginning of his quest for a lot of foreign money in 2013, he goes to China on dad's plane, creates an investment fund with some guys over there.
It doesn't really work out to be very lucrative for him.
Then in 2015-16, he starts setting up a second venture in China.
With a company called CEFC China Energy.
It's basically a Chinese massive conglomerate, energy conglomerate, that wants to get natural gas assets in the United States.
Why?
Because the U.S.
was the leader in fracking.
So starting in late 2015 through the end of 2017, Hunter Biden is doing a lot of business with their players, and it results in millions of dollars, millions of dollars going to the family.
About $9 million just in 2017 alone goes to the family.
For what?
Do we know what this Chinese energy company got in exchange?
Let's break down.
They apparently didn't get very much, but they gave a $3 million thank you payment.
I'd like to get one of those.
Only one has paid me a $3 million thank you payment.
Then they got a $5 million no strings attached loan.
And then Hunter Biden got a million dollar retainer to represent one of its officials who was just about to be indicted.
And was indicted by the Justice Department for making bribes all around the world while he was working with Hunter Biden.
Now, I'm not suggesting Hunter Biden was involved in the bribery, but this is the sort of people he was hanging out with in the company.
$9 million in the calendar year 2017 from CEFC China.
Now, by all accounts, CEFC China, you know, started to look at projects but never really closed anything, so they got very little for the $9 million.
And that's why it's so interesting to Congress.
It's a lot of money for nothing.
And the company itself ends up in complete disarray and in shame because one of its officials
are found to have, is convicted of committing bribery in the United States courts.
And then its chairman is sort of taken into house arrest and trying to never to be seen again.
And so the company kind of fades from the public standpoint.
And meanwhile, internally, we now know, five years later, six years later,
that banks were saying, hey, this money looks like a bribery scheme.
This looks like political influence peddling.
They were literally alerting the Treasury Department that these transactions look like
a Chinese influence peddling operation targeting the Biden family.
And yet nothing came of it.
That is the company that makes a support in that case, in that company.
We now know from a court filing that we dug up that there were Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
intercepts, FISA intercepts, a lot of them.
Uh, uh.
In the case of Patrick O. That's the guy that gives the million dollar legal retainer to Hunter Biden.
He's the guy that gets convicted of bribery.
He's a guy that frequently is in contact with Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden even refers to him as the freaking spy chief.
He is actually a slightly more colorful language than I use there.
But in an email, so he kind of knew this guy was tied high up to China.
There are FISA intercepts.
A lot of people in Congress now believe that they may be relevant to the impeachment inquiry and I think you're going to see
the beginning of the new year requests go for those FISA intercepts.
So let me just in layman's language recapitulate what John Solomon just said.
A Chinese company and a big company which of course does not there are no big Chinese
companies that function without the influence and control of the Communist Party.
A big company that was tied into Chinese intelligence that had a CEO who disappeared and another who was convicted of corruption in America.
That company's communications were surveilled by the U.S.
government, and as such there is evidence that could implicate Hunter Biden in all of these dealings, which is just another aspect of the legal jeopardy that he could be in.
Yeah, I think you said it perfectly.
And listen, the U.S.
government doesn't target a Chinese company without good reason.
And we have hints in the court case why they were looking at this company, not just because it was making bribes around the world to buy up energy resources in Africa and other places, but also because there was pretty strong evidence that this company or its executives were trying to help Iran of aid embargo and sanctions. So this was a company that
was acting bad on the world stage.
That's probably why they were looking at it. Why do we think there could be intercepts of Hunter
Biden? We know there were lots of emails between the players and them. We know that the very first
call that Patrick Coe makes after he's arrested is to James Biden. And then James Biden refers
him to Hunter Biden. We know that because James Biden told the New York Times, thankfully,
so we know that. So the possibility of phone communications, email communications,
scooped up of the Biden family during this very sensitive time, very high, according to the
experts I talked to, Andy Biggs, other members of Congress saying this is something we got to get
come January.
All right, we've got 30 seconds left.
This isn't your first rodeo.
You've been doing this for a good few decades.
That's why you created JustinNews.com.
Isn't it your experience that with these convoluted, long-lasting corruption scandals, There's a point at which the dam just breaks and it's just incontrovertible.
Isn't that the pattern we see over the decades?
It is, and I think we're hitting that mass right now.
All the money, all the things that James Comer and Jim Jordan and others, Jason Smith, have been able to expose.
You're getting a sense that this is a much larger scandal than any of us knew when we first started reporting on it in 2019.
I'll make one prediction.
There's a third character in the CEFC China cast.
We haven't written much about him.
Next week, we're going to put some big information about him.
It's going to add to that sense that there's a much bigger scandal here.
And we knew.
He's such a pro.
He's not just a real journalist.
He's not just a real editor-in-chief.
He's not just a real investigative journalist.
Ev, I don't think I've done an interview with this guy in five years where he doesn't tease the big story that's gonna come up next.
That's why he's John Solomon.
Merry Christmas to you.
Follow him at jsolomonreports and bookmark right now justthenews.com.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Why are more than a million Americans taking Relief Factor every morning and evening like

Well, maybe because of stories like this one from Yvonne in California.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Wow!
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
You just take it morning and evening like I do and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, By the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you.

Need a title for Solomon?
For Humirae, they're killing America.
Joseph Amiri on the invasion.
Okay.
Then for Solomon.
Now, now there's FISA with capitalized FISA evidence against Hunter Biden.
Then for Doug...
What's the best angle for Doug?
Best time to be a conservative or something.
Yeah.
It's the best time to be a conservative.
Excellent.
Good.
And then we have to record.
Can you record ins and outs now for Doug?
Yeah.

Nine o'clock?
That is correct.
Nine o'clock.
All right.
We have some amazing guests for you.
So Greg Kelly, one of the superstars of Newsmax, is taking a very well-deserved extended Christmas break.
So tonight and tomorrow, I will be guest hosting Newsmax.
9 p.m.
Eastern!
Be there.
Where we will not be covering stories like this.
This is the governor of Colorado.
Feliz Navidad!
is Jared Polis. Sounds Greek to me and maybe he's of Greek descent because I
tell you something his Spanish is very very bad. This is cut for this is what
the actual governor of Colorado just posted online.
Feliz Navidad! Feliz Navidad! Feliz Navidad!
Prospero año y felicidad!
Can you play that as B-roll?
Because I want to discuss the hand actions of that governor.
What, I don't know, what is he doing?
Jeff, at the beginning of that, he's doing some kind of, it looks like he's milking a cow.
What is he doing, Jeff?
I don't know what he's doing, but if you're not able to watch this now, it's sad, because that is the best part.
We were discussing this before we started the show.
Why on earth is the governor of Colorado doing that?
That's what I can't figure out, because you're getting nothing out of that.
It just looks ridiculous.
He sounds ridiculous.
You look like a clown.
You look like a clown.
You know what's always freaking me out?
The flag that's behind him.
The flag of Colorado is weird, isn't it?
It looks like it should be a corporation or something.
That big circle and the yellow spot in the middle.
That is the ugliest state flag in the nation, don't you think, Jeff?
I've never seen it before until today, and I went and looked it up after that to see that, because it doesn't make any sense at all.
It's not a good choice.
Alright, that was fun.
One hour down, two to go, and we're going to have the amazing Joe DiGenova and Victoria Tunsing in the third hour.
Next up, Lord Conrad Black.
🎵Music🎵 🎵Music🎵
🎵Music🎵 Yep.
Good.
All right.
Just cycle through them.
Conrad, Merry Christmas!
Yes, same to you.
Did you have a nice quiet one?
I did.
I did.
Very pleasant.
My daughter visiting from England.
Super.
Whereabouts does she live?
In London.
A city that has changed a lot since I left in 1993.
It has.
1993.
It has, it has indeed.
You left in the John Major days, but it was still basically Margaret Thatcher's England.
They've fallen back a long way, and this guy Sunak has not got it.
It is unrecognizable to me when I go back.
Well, it looks like they need another bout of old labor to shock them out of their stupidity and make another sensible forward move.
Well, I was talking to somebody who should be in the know, who says the likely scenario for a salvation for the right is the return of Boris and some kind of power-sharing deal with Nigel, because Nigel is considering coming back.
Yeah, and if not Boris, Jacob Rees-Mogg, but Boris with him.
Right, but Jacob Rees-Mogg doesn't have the star quality of Boris.
I think he's a star, but too many people think he's kind of a caricature.
Yeah, I mean a super smart guy, but a bit of a self-fulfilling caricature, exactly.
But I agree, that's the future.
And I had dinner with Boris here a couple of weeks ago, and with Jacob the week before that.
How are his spirits?
Fine, excellent, no problem at all.
Good, good, good.
Well, I think we'll get everything right, but it'll take, you know, all of this coming year in the U.S., a year after that in Canada, and maybe two years after that in England.
God willing, God willing.
All right, so let's talk about the Colorado Supreme Court decision.
I'm going to ask you about the relevance of the border for next year's election, how you weight it, and then maybe something historic for the second segment.
Okay.
All right, 40 seconds.
Good.
I'm probably going to use cut one here, John, with Lord Black.
This is an unexpected pleasure, Sebastian.
I didn't think we'd be speaking today.
Oh, Boxing Day.
DC is absolutely empty, but we are at work.
you you
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
I'm sorry, no tote bags here at America First.
You'll have to go elsewhere for that.
We have all kinds of cool stuff on the webpage, sebgorkastore.com, but no tote bags.
It is Boxing Day.
A phrase that my fellow Americans who are born here, they think it's to do with men in a ring with very funny comical gloves on, but it's not.
It's the day where those who were blessed with affluence and lots of gifts on Christmas Day box up gifts to the less fortunate.
And what better person to celebrate it with than a person who understands the English-speaking world.
One of your favorites, he is of course the author of numerous works all worth your time.
The most recent is the Donald J. Trump, a president like no other.
Also, he has works on FDR, champion of freedom, and another president, a life in full, Richard M. Nixon.
Merry Christmas, Lord Conrad Black!
Thank you, Sebastian.
Same to you and all your listeners.
Most of my American colleagues are puzzled by this phrase, Boxing Day.
Does it have legs in Canada?
Yes.
Yeah, absolutely.
But I don't think most people know what it means.
Indeed.
I mean, they know it's the day after Christmas, but they don't know the origin of the expression.
Right, right.
They don't know the origin, but it's an opportunity for us to give thanks to those who have maybe worked for us, supported us through the year, and I want to say thank you to all of you who have supported the Angel Tree Campaign.
Lord Black, so much to discuss in the terms of 2023 and looking forward in 2024.
Do you think, let's start with the question of what issue will be of greatest significance
on the minds of the voters can we prognosticate?
I'd like to play for you a cut from the vice president of the Border Patrol Council, this is Art Del Cueto, who is rather, how should I say this, he doesn't beat about the bush when it comes to the current administration and the chief executive, cut one.
Look, it's obvious that they just do not care about what's happening on our nation's borders.
And you could pretty much grab, you know, a dart and throw it on a map.
And wherever it hits on the southern border, you could have a field hearing there.
Because it is a mess and, you know, individuals know it.
This administration continues to ignore it.
And then you turn around and look at areas in Arizona, like the Tohono O'odham Reservation, where, you know, it's over 60 linear miles with the border, where it is just complete chaotic, and they haven't even allowed the media on there so they can see how bad the problem is.
It's quite an unusual situation, because that is actually a Border Patrol agent, but this is a quasi-union that they have, and he's the spokesperson for that union.
But this analysis, amongst all the potential issues, it is said that the American electorate votes with their pocketbooks, with their wallets and purses.
However, do you think the inordinate amount of illegal aliens will be a deciding factor when you have the likes of the mayor of New York complaining?
I think it will be one of the decisive factors, yes, and it certainly should be.
I mean, the numbers of people who have entered illegally vary from 10 to 20 million.
But it's still a shocking figure.
And look, I don't doubt that the majority of these people ultimately will be good, responsible citizens and an asset to the country.
But there is no doubt that an inordinate number of them are undesirables of one kind and another.
And in any case, the idea of having No control over your border means we're not dealing with the kind of immigration that came in under the Lady Liberty's lamp in New York Harbor and were duly registered by the officials at Ellis Island, or Rikers Island, wherever it was.
We're dealing with something like the late Western Roman Empire, when huge masses of population simply moved into another jurisdiction because they wanted to be there or were running from something.
And that isn't immigration, that's an invasion.
And by the way, while you're right about the pocketbook issues, that has become a pocketbook issue in many places.
It's led to higher crime, tremendous stress on the welfare system and the education system, And, you know, expenses of all municipalities, almost throughout the country, because, you know, these people who flow in the southern border don't all remain within 100 miles of the border.
They move around the country voluntarily.
And, of course, the governor of Texas and others help move them around the country, help distribute them to these sanctuary cities so we can see what sanctuary really means when it's tested.
And so I think it is an issue that, next to the cost of bread and gasoline, must be very high in the minds of the average voter.
And so it should be.
Let's look at the latest figures.
We have the polling data for President Trump against challenges on the right for the nomination of the Republican Party.
54% for the President.
DeSantis trailing at 17, Pence at 3, Haley at 3, Ramaswamy at 2.
And then we have the recent polling for the head-to-head simply between President Trump and Joe Biden with the President.
This is 51% for President Trump and 42% in the latest poll for the current incumbent.
Is there precedence, A, for such an inordinate lead amongst potential nominees of the GOP, and also to be 11 months out and to also be handsomely winning in the polls against the incumbent?
I think there's no precedent on the first because there is no precedent for an ex-president running in a contested field.
I mean, if President Trump selected he'll be only the second president with non-consecutive terms after after Grover Cleveland Theodore Roosevelt attempted a second term
But running, I mean, he won the primaries, but was cheated of the nomination in favor of the incumbent President Taft.
And he defeated Taft in the general election, but the effect of his running was to split the vote and give the election to the Democrat, Woodrow Wilson.
But that's not quite a precedent.
So I think there isn't a precedent, but there isn't a precedent for a former president Running for the nomination of his own party, apart from Teddy Roosevelt, who was running against an incumbent president whom he had named to the position.
On the overall matter, I think there are precedents for incumbent presidents trailing a challenger in a poll.
I think Mr. Truman did for a time.
Of course, he surprised everyone and was re-elected and was a very distinguished president.
And I think it may have happened I think it may have happened.
If you ask me when, I think I'm sure it happened with Herbert Hoover.
But that, you know, that was a long time ago, and that was the Great Depression.
But the burden of your questions are what is going on is, yes, Either actually or almost unprecedented.
All of that is yet true.
And I didn't come up with this, but I like the way it sounds.
Is it fair to say that some of this could be put down to the fact that President Trump, having been a president but not in office, has all the advantages of quasi-incumbency, but none of the disadvantages of actually being incumbent?
Well, I think a lot of it, because, you know, presumably you'll have two presidents running against each other, and there is no question who would win the question under which of these was the country in better condition and you personally in better condition.
And there's no doubt that President Trump would win that.
So in that sense, and I think that's more or less the sense you meant it, you're right.
I mean, this isn't a person saying, you know, I'll do this and I'll do that, and you just have to trust me, but that's what I'll do.
People are saying, well, you know, we've seen him there, we know what he did.
You know, he ended unemployment, he ended illegal migration, he ended oil imports, and, you know, we had economic growth, lower taxes, and no one was laughing at us in the world.
You know, they remember it.
It was only five years ago.
Yeah, and very briefly, the impact of the Colorado decision, your reaction to these Supreme Court justices even saying that you won't be able to write his name in on the ballot?
You mean state Supreme Court?
Yes.
Yeah, well, I think it's a disaster for the Democrats, and the smarter Anti-Trumpers are saying that.
The smarter ones like Peggy Noonan and the Washington Post are saying, for heaven's sakes, let's have a unanimous decision at the Supreme Court.
Everyone agrees the Supreme Court's going to pitch it, as they should.
It's a complete outrage.
And it simply proves what a fraudulent assault.
The justice system has been perverted into making a direct, outrageous, partisan intervention in presidential politics, which is completely unconstitutional.
And the profundity of it is evident when the state Supreme Court comes up with such a decision.
But the smarter Democrats are saying, for heaven's sakes, Let's put a firewall between us and these lunatics.
Because, yes, of course we're using the judicial system to sandbag Trump, but let's not be so obvious about it.
And the fact that even Meghan McCain, the senator's daughter who's no fan of Trump, said this is an outrage.
Tells you perhaps just how much they've overstepped the mark.

And then I'll do Angel Tree and then we'll go back to Conrad.
So did Peggy Noonan actually say that we need a unanimous jettisoning from the Supreme Court?
That was in her column in the Wall Street Journal this past weekend.
Wow, that's a surprise.
Well, I mean, they are, it's not, with all due respect to Peggy, she's a lovely person, but, you know, she's very anti-Trump, and I don't think she's all that concerned about Trump sensibilities, or, you know, if she's all that concerned about the integrity of the legal process, I think we might have seen some sign of it up to now.
But I think tactically she realizes that if even the Democratic Presidential nominees to the U.S.
Supreme Court, if they dissent against a majority opinion tossing this outrageous decision in Colorado, It is really going to confirm the Trump argument that the entire democratic establishment has taken complete leave of legality in the Constitution in their obsessive and fanatical, lunatic determination to bar the door to Trump returning.
So she's doing it from the standpoint of how it looks?
Now, here you've caught me red-handed in what I've told you often I'm reluctant to do, and that is be a psychiatrist.
And that is my reading of her motive.
I'm taking a liberty, but I believe what I'm saying is the case.
I must emphasize it's speculation.
And how do you think she looks at herself?
Does she say she's a conservative, but she's a Reaganaut?
Is that why she's so vituperative against the President?
I think she's an authentic Reagan Republican, very sincere Reagan Republican, who sees Trump's formidable qualities, but is honestly convinced that he is too uncouth and unscrupulous to be president.
I mean, I disagree with her, but I think that's her view.
And does he have any policy criticisms for his four years?
I, not very much.
And in fairness, when he was there as president, her criticisms of him rarely touched policy.
They touched his, you know, short temper and... Tweets.
Well, what she thought to be his rather boorish conduct at times.
And, you know, let's face it, there is room for criticism of the president on that score, that president on that score.
But as far as I'm concerned, my position is that Typecasting studios don't choose the president.
One of the people is running for the office.
He was elected and he did a damn good job.
And the rest of it is really quite second-rate.
I don't care about that anymore.
I care what color his eyes are or something like that.
Okay, we'll come in, what did I say?
Oh, I might use cut six here, but come on, come in with Daryl Iser, then I'll do Angel Tree, then we'll go to Conrad.
And then if we have time, I'll tee up cut six.
And Jeff, the AI thing, we're doing it coming out of the break at the top of D. Yeah.
Yeah.
I hope so.
I believe we can, but it's going to require all three committees to do their job in a very public way so the public understands we're not going after the president for political purposes.
We're going after the former vice president for criminal activity done on his watch with his family.
That's a very important distinction.
That's California Congressman Darrell Issa, who was stymied for two years.
We wanted to appoint him to the Trump administration.
The Democrats refused to confirm him.
He's back in Congress right now, and this investigation isn't about the sitting president.
It's about crimes he committed as vice president.
We will unpack that with our regular guest lord black in a moment but i want to say thank you just the week before christmas we were 25 26 points away from hitting our target for the late great chuck colson's prison fellowship angel tree program and guys you stepped up to the plate you did a full court press and we hit 110 of our target for
Christmas presents for girls and boys who have a mother or father behind bars this Christmas.
I want to personally thank every single one of you for spreading love this Yuletide to some of the most vulnerable children in America.

Lord Black, it's a very interesting distinction we heard there from Congressman Issa.
That this isn't about the President, it's about what crimes he could have committed as Vice President, especially with regards to the Ukraine and China.
How is, as a presidential historian, what is the best way for the Republicans to play this?
The impeachment inquiry vote has been taken.
This is, of course, an election year in just a couple of days' time.
Is this a dangerous tool they're playing with, or is there a right way to deploy it in the midst of a presidential nomination?
I don't think there's too much downside to the Republicans here.
I mean, it's not a completely spurious thing like the attempt by the Democrats to impeach President Trump over the phone call to President Zelensky.
I mean, that was just nonsense, and anyone who read the transcript could see that it was nonsense.
Here, obviously, the evidence that's accumulated raises serious questions.
Now, I've said all along that You know, I've emphasized that there's nothing wrong with selling influence.
I mean, if people want to pay Biden's son a lot of money to be a director of a company, there's nothing wrong with that.
But the issue is, was American public policy altered as a result of it?
In which case, we're dealing with a very serious felony.
And I think there is the argument that has been made And again, we have to say that we have to
Except that until it's proven, if it is proven, we shouldn't take it as a sure thing.
But a serious allegation has been made that the United States did, because of the then-Vice President's intervention, make a billion dollars of aid to Ukraine that had been voted by Congress conditional upon firing a prosecutor who was closing in on an investigation that would reveal the presence of the Bidens.
In Ukrainian affairs in a way that was controversial.
And if that actually happened, I think you would want to know that.
The country would want to know it.
Now, to make the distinction that Congressman Issa does is tactically a wise move.
How many people will believe that it has absolutely nothing to do with making the case that the incumbent president is in fact not worthy of being re-elected because of his performance as vice president?
I wouldn't bet I wouldn't bet the wrench on that, but it's worth making the point that you are talking about what he was doing before and not most recently.
By the way, what position was it that ISIL was put up for that they wouldn't confirm it?
It was the International Trade Export Bank or something to do with government exports and trade.
Because he's a very capable man.
He is, and a very successful self-made businessman.
Yeah, absolutely.
For the last three minutes I'm going to change tack completely because I want to celebrate the writing of your magnum opus of world history and I must get your reaction to this putative Catholic priest who's a talking head on CNN who, I guess because of the events in October the 7th, has a penchant for rewriting Judeo-Christian history.
This is Father Edward Beck.
Your reaction to his rewriting of Christmas cut six.
The story of Christmas is about a Palestinian Jew.
Now, how often do you find those words put together?
A Palestinian Jew born into a time when his country was occupied, right?
They can't find a place for her to even give birth, his mother.
They're homeless.
They eventually have to flee as refugees into Egypt, no less.
I mean, you can't make up the parallels to our current world situation right now.
You can't make up the parallels to our world situation today because Jesus was a Jew from Palestine born under occupation.
Stretching credulity there, Lord Black?
Absolute rubbish.
To the best of my knowledge, they never had to take refuge in Egypt.
But apart from that, their grievance was with the Jewish Sanhedrin.
I mean, there was the Jewish Sanhedrin that persecuted Christ.
The Occupier didn't do it.
No, no, Pilate handed them over and didn't want to puncture, you know, the vote of the people between Barabbas.
I don't see where that man has committed an offense.
Yes.
And so the Occupation part is nonsense.
He wasn't a Palestinian.
He was an Arimatheon.
And in point of fact, as you know, the Romans at that time were not actually occupying Judea.
They allowed self-government under King Herod, and they had a legion there to help him if he needed them, but that's all they did.
And so basically what he said is just bunk.
The limits to the politicization of the tragedy of October 7th, no limits.

For the next year.
Why?
Because we know the last year was insane and it's going to get worse.
After what we witnessed in Colorado with judges thinking that they get to be juries as well.
What is the correct response?
We will unpack with our guests momentarily, but let's listen to one of the most sagacious political minds out there, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, on what happened just before Christmas.
I think this is a potentially catastrophe.
1,360,000 Coloradans voted for Donald Trump in the last election.
Four lawyers want to block him from being on the ballot.
That means, basically, for every 340,000 Coloradans who voted for Trump, one lawyer is stopping him.
That's a system of establishment arrogance that's not sustainable.
The last great effort like this was the ten states that refused to put Abraham Lincoln on the ballot in 1860.
The American people are not going to tolerate, and I hope the Supreme Court fully understands this, the American people are not going to tolerate being told that they're not allowed to have a choice for who they want to have as president.
This is not Venezuela, it's not Nicaragua, it's not Cuba, and I think the Democrats are dangerously close.
To causing the kind of confrontation that would be truly disastrous for the country.
All right.
I'm no lawyer, but I know that something is wrong in Denmark.
I've read the 14th Amendment, and I know one thing.
My former boss, President Trump, has not been charged, let alone found guilty of insurrection.
But let's ask some real experts what this means after other states have promised to follow the lead of Colorado.
Let's talk to our fan favorites, Joe DiGenova and Victoria Townsend.
Blessings of the season to you.
Same to you.
Merry Christmas.
Right, so let's start.
Joe, just give us your general reaction to what happened in Colorado.
I've read the 14th Amendment out loud on the show, but I am not a lawyer, so give us your professional opinion of what happened just before Christmas.
Well, what you have in Colorado is four judges of the most pedestrian variety Trying to sound smart and trying to act as if they were doing on the one hand, on the other hand, when in fact what they were doing was imposing a partisan democratic solution on an amazing constitutional right, which is our right to choose a president of the United States from among various candidates.
Newt is right.
This was catastrophic in the sense that No state Supreme Court has the power to interpret the 14th Amendment to keep a presidential candidate off the ballot.
Let me just add to that, Seb, that I would have edited Newt's remarks to say four Democrats kept the people from voting in Colorado.
And when we talk about Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, Well, they really ran right past the Section 1, which says, No state shall deprive a person of life, liberty, or property, and running for office is a property right, without due process of law.
Where was the due process here?
Can you, you're not psychiatrists, neither am I, but can we try and channel what are these people thinking?
And I think it's very interesting that one of the commentators on Fox said the dissenting justices all went to the University of Denver and the ones that brought this outrageous decision all went to Ivy League schools like Harvard and Yale.
Is this just a case of people who have Decided that the American people don't get to choose who their next president is?
These are people with a self-inflated image of themselves.
These are not jurists.
These are politicians.
They're actors in a grand play of their own design and making.
They are an embarrassing group of judges.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
I will say this.
All seven of the judges in this case are Democrats.
At least there were three Democrats who felt that the majority was absolutely wrong.
And in some of the dissents, they were quite serious in their criticism of the four Democrats who voted to keep the president off the ballot.
What should we expect now?
So, you were former US Attorney for Washington, Joe.
You're both practicing attorneys today, Victoria.
You know the law inside and out.
There's a long case, a long Time usually, a gestation, a decision period for the Supreme Court to even consider cases.
But the ballots have to be printed in Colorado.
Can we expect some kind of expedited decision from the highest court in the land?
And if so, what's your prognostication?
The Supreme Court is going to have to take this case because if it does not, Many more blue states will follow through in California, New York, Illinois.
They'll all do the same thing.
So it's got to be stopped right away.
The problem is—and I think they're going to take it—but, you know, we have a Chief Justice, John Roberts, who hates anything political.
He doesn't like to get his hands dirty with political cases.
You know the history.
Roberts changed his vote on Obamacare at the last minute, and anyone who's a good lawyer can read the opinion and see where he changed it.
And we know personally that there were justices quite upset with him in the day.
And he refused the case from Texas, which both of us thought was brilliant on the 2020 election.
So, Roberts is going to have to get out of his fetal position and take the case, and they're going to have to decide it.
There's no doubt that the Supreme Court must take this case.
They simply don't have any choice.
If they could do Bush v. Gore, they have to do this.
In Bush v. Gore, you remember, they stopped the counting of the ballots in a county in Florida because of violations of equal protection.
The same thing attends here.
This is a major constitutional question.
Who can run for president?
Who has the right to make that decision?
What is the process by which that can be determined?
There is one Supreme Court case on this subject, and it says, absent an implementing statute, you cannot do anything involving the President of the United States.
This is not a self-executing provision.
Explain what that means.
So action has to be taken first because the whole concept of presidential immunity is also under question right now.
So explain that aspect of the law.
In order for a constitutional amendment to be used the way this one, the way they want to use it, The law requires that there be a statute that says, these are the steps that you take, and these are the people who are covered.
The very language of the 14th Amendment says it only covers officers of the United States.
For two centuries, two and a half centuries, the Supreme Court has said that the President of the United States is not an officer of the United States.
He is a constitutional person.
Because he has been elected.
No, because he is the president.
He is the executive branch.
He's not an officer of the executive branch.
He is the executive branch.
Officers work for him.
Yes.
And this court looked at that case and they said, oh, well, it hasn't really been discussed well in the last two years.
That's an old case.
We really don't need to pay any attention to that.
I mean, if a lawyer reads their opinion, and looks at it seriously, drops his political or her political hat.
They are so embarrassed by the logic, or lack thereof, that it's the kind of thing you just want to throw away.
The Supreme Court is going to take this, and what they're going to do is, they're going to issue an order which vacates the judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court, issues an order saying that you can't do this, with an opinion to follow later, after they've had time to write.
And Colorado election people are just going to have to adjust.
And they will be ordered to make your ballots work one way or the other.
All right.
I've got a question on judicial decisions and politics.

You made a very interesting observation with regards to one of the Supreme Court justices
and the disparity between what happened with the hanging chads back in 2000 and what happened
with the Texas case after the 2020 election.
And this observation that judges are very disinclined to get involved politically.
Well, unless they're on the Colorado Supreme Court.
So what what happened?
Give me because I've only been to the court once in America.
What has happened to judges?
Is it a true dichotomy between those who think they can do whatever they want, judge-jury-executioner, the Chudcans of the world, the Enguerrons, and then others, such as in the Supreme Court, who say, politics can't touch that.
Could you give us a taxonomy of judges in America?
Well, let me just say that in the Supreme Court, they're just a different animal.
And they feel that they were really burned by Bush versus Gore because the left went after them and said, hey, that just shows it's political.
Of course, if they decided for Gore, they wouldn't have had all those slings and arrows of the left.
That's where the calls for the illegitimate court started.
Yes.
And so that's the problem with the Supreme Court.
The rest are just really problematic in that you find these Democrat appointees that are just pathetic.
I mean, we saw Katania Jackson Brown, who couldn't even say what a woman was.
Well, these local judges that the Democrats have appointed are just as bad.
Well, also, when you see the Dobbs decision, where the Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade, that was the second mile marker for leftists in this country after Bush v. Gore.
And that solidified them in their attempt to delegitimize the court and say that it was no longer worth listening to.
This has been part of a campaign against the court since the 2000s, when Bush v. Gore was decided.
And that issue remains strong and powerful among left-wing Democrats.
But more particularly, the media has fanned the flames of disrespect for the court.
They've played along with the demonization of the court.
For example, After Dobbs, a young individual decided he was going to come to Washington and assassinate Brett Kavanaugh.
Look what happened when that occurred.
No outpouring of outrage from the mainstream media.
No protection from the Attorney General of the United States.
The U.S.
Marshals refusing to arrest people.
The county prosecutor in Montgomery County, Maryland, where Justice Kavanaugh lived, not prosecuting anyone.
The signal was sent.
You can go after judges and justices.
And as far as the rest of the judges on the lower courts, Obama had an opportunity, and now with Biden, to put a bunch of people on the federal bench who shouldn't be there.
And they did so with the complicity of Republicans in the United States Senate, like Lindsey Graham, who refused to block people because they said, well, you really shouldn't do that.
You should give a president his nominees.
Nonsense.
You don't boulderize the federal judiciary by letting hacks get on the bench.
But it's not just the case of Nicholas Ruska, the Democrat who traveled from California to Virginia with a gun, with a knife, with zip ties.
We have, you know, the normalization of violence against any Republican, whether it's Steve Scalise on a baseball field not far from where I'm sitting.
Or, just before Christmas, you have a full issue of The Atlantic, the New York Times editorial page, a 5,000-word article, 5,300-word article in the Washington Post by Robert Kagan, where they talk about President Trump as a dictator if he returns, and Kagan calls him Caesar.
Well, you don't have to be a classicist to know what happened to Caesar.
He was assassinated in the Senate, stabbed 31 times by his fellow politicians.
So, as people who've been around the swamp, who know these individuals, how concerned does this language make you that the left is normalizing political violence?
Well, it's very frightening.
And this morning, there was an article in The Post where they were demonizing Trump for calling his opponents vermin.
Well, Joe Biden calls all of us Nazis, and that's okay.
So, I mean, there's a dual standard.
What do we do?
All we can do is vote, because we have no other option.
I don't think there's any doubt that what has occurred in the media has been a main, main generator of the type of demonization that's underway.
We no longer have a legitimate action They are basically rags for the Democratic Party.
in this country, they are few and far between.
Conservative journalism is the last bastion of journalism.
The New York Times, the Washington Post, all the major newspapers around the country,
the Los Angeles Times, they are basically rags for the Democratic Party.
And if you look at the most recent editorials about the New York Times
by the former editorial page editor, he says what they've done is,
they've gotten rid of real journalism and brought in propagandists.
And that's why the writing in the New York Times is garbage.
That's why everything has a leftist tilt.
That's why everything is propaganda and politics.
And what happens when you get that?
You get a Cuban style incantation which leads people toward violence.
And that's it.
By the way, this guy, Robert Kagan, I mean, you know, when you read what he wrote,
You cannot believe that that is someone who was supposed to be one of the key thinkers for his side of the aisle.
He sounded like an idiot.
I'm reading Ted Cruz's book, Unwoke, and he says, where are the George Soros's to go out and buy some newspapers?
You mean the conservative George Soros's?
Yes, yes.
I'm sorry.
Our side.
Our side, George Soros.
I mean, Elon Musk, we all love him.
It's as if, you know, our enemy is using bazookas against us and we arrive with a butter knife and we just don't take seriously lawfare.
We don't take seriously the use of foundational power, cultural power.
Hopefully, the dragon will awaken.

Again, I'm no lawyer, I preface that, but somebody commented to me that before Christmas they said, Hunter Biden must have the dumbest attorneys in America, and he explained it vastly.
He has a legal subpoena to come behind closed doors, give us a, you know, Testimony behind closed doors, a deposition, and instead of doing that and complying, he stood in front of Congress in breach of that subpoena and admitted the crime on camera and made a press statement.
Was it wise of his attorneys to say, you should commit a crime and then admit you're committing a crime in front of a camera?
What's the legal interpretation?
Well, here's the issue.
If you're Hunter Biden, and you've already spoken with your father about what you're going to do on the parking lot of the United States Senate the next day, here's the conversation.
Son, you say what you have to say.
Whether I win or lose the election, you know you will never spend a day in jail because I will pardon you.
So don't show up.
Tell them to go to hell.
They can hold you in contempt.
It will mean nothing.
It will be a nullity because I will pardon you before or after the election, whether I win or lose.
And, Seb, he's not the dumbest lawyer, but Abby Lowell is the most brazen lawyer.
That I know in Washington, D.C.
Joe and I never would have counseled for that to be done.
We would have sent a very polite letter saying, sorry, we're going to take the Fifth Amendment.
It was just an indictment.
But guess what?
Who shall we blame more?
Why did the Republicans leave town without holding him in contempt?
I go back to my mantra, what would Nancy have done?
She would have held a Republican in contempt in a New York We'll walk us through the mechanics of this.
So now he is in breach of subpoena.
My understanding is he has to be voted in contempt and then a referral sent to the DOJ and the Department of Justice has to take action and send out the FBI like they did for my colleagues Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.
Am I missing something?
What has to happen now is the committee Through for which he was held, it will have to hold a vote.
The Judiciary Committee will vote him in contempt.
They will send then send that vote to the Rules Committee.
The Rules Committee in the House will issue a rule for a contempt citation on the House floor.
The House will then vote.
Accompanying that petition, that rule, must be a full report from the committee explaining why he is being held in contempt.
There will then be a vote of the full House.
Majority vote is all it needs.
It gets sent to the Attorney General, who will do nothing.
And he can be questioned when he says there's no two-tiered system of justice, why he will be treating Hunter differently from Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.
And by the way, there's a great montage of all the Democrats saying, we don't have a democracy unless Peter Bannon is indicted.
We must keep up the rule of law.
Look what Peter Navarro did.
Well, what about the idea one of our callers had that, you know, since the Capitol Police answered to the incumbent Speaker of the House, can't the Speaker of the House order the Sergeant-at-Arms or the Capitol Police to go arrest this man if he's in contempt?
Well, theoretically, the House has inherent contempt powers.
The Supreme Court has recognized those powers.
They used to have a jail in the basement of the Capitol.
They don't anymore.
I think the room exists, but it doesn't have a cell door on it.
The bottom line is the sergeant at arms could, under order from the Speaker of the House, arrest anybody like that.
It's never going to happen.
There's no way That this speaker would authorize the arrest of somebody and then lead to litigation over the powers of the House in an unfriendly court system in the District of Columbia.
Yeah, that's the fact.
We're talking to Joe DeGeneva, Victoria Tunsing.

Alright, let's do a little bit of forward thinking.
It seems that every time there's another indictment, another ruling by some black-robed radical Democrat, President Trump gets more and more popular.
He rakes in more and more money.
I think he'll be at maybe 112% by the next indictment of Americans who want to vote for him.
Let's say, God willing, we do our part.
He wins, he's the President of the United States again, number 47.
When it comes to everything we've discussed, courts out of control, a corrupt DOJ, an FBI
not fit for purpose, would you each give me two or three things that have to happen in
terms of executive orders or presidential actions on January the 21st, 2025?
Well, number one, he has to get a new Justice Department attorney general, but more importantly,
He has to get rid of Chris Wray.
We tried to send that message to the White House, and we were ignored.
So, somebody has got to be with Donald Trump who helps him with personnel, and you know that stuff.
It's my number one concern.
But I don't think replacing, as new presidents do, the top of these rotten institutions makes one whit of difference.
Well, I think what you have to do is you have to issue a series of executive orders, which would be prepared well in advance, just as they were for Joe Biden.
In other words, you reverse all of the oil drilling executive orders.
You make energy number one priority, because that's what runs the economy.
With that, you create independence, you create power.
You reverse immediately by executive order all of the woke orders in the military.
You decide that you're going to downsize these agencies by transferring literally thousands of employees out of certain jobs.
You don't fire them, because that creates all kinds of legal hassles.
You move them into new positions, which have been established by the president, where they do nothing.
In Nebraska?
Where they do nothing.
No, they can be in D.C.
Remember, there's a lot of empty federal buildings because people are staying home.
And, of course, you make it absolutely necessary that people come to work immediately.
But here's the interesting thing, Seth.
Did you want to say something?
Yes.
No, go ahead.
Go ahead.
I can remember.
No, I was just going to say, on day one, Joe Biden closed the pipelines and opened the border.
And Donald Trump says, I'm going to be a dictator for one day, and I'm going to open the pipelines and close the border.
And everybody's saying, look, he's a dictator.
What are we going to do?
You gotta close the border, that's the number one thing.
My concern is your expertise, okay?
I've got the national security thing, the border energy down.
We've got everybody to answer those questions.
You're my experts on the DOJ, on rule of law, on judiciary, and here's the real issue I need your help with.
I know because I worked with them.
I know because it's been revealed in the last seven years.
The government is riddled with bureaucrats, not political appointees, some are earth while political appointees who are borrowed in as civil servants, who are committing sedition every single day.
We know this from DHS, from DOJ, from the military, people who have admitted to slow rolling the president's desires and thus subverting and sabotaging the will of the American people.
What can be done about them?
Are we stuck with the five-year statute of limitations?
Is there any criminal case that can be brought against those who, with their actions for years on end, undermine their oath of office by not executing the will of the president chosen by the people?
What can be done to send a signal to all of these seditious individuals?
I need some help.
Well, the answer to that is it's highly unlikely that you can charge them with criminal offenses because it's a very complex area.
And being a disloyal employee, absent some contact with a foreign nation, is not a crime.
What you can do is You can strip them of their power by technically moving them into new jobs where they have no authority.
In other words, make them useless appendages where they are not allowed to work on any of the president's work.
The other thing is, you've got to have people in charge of these agencies quickly.
And that means he better win the Senate and he better win the House.
And I have a prediction on how he can do that.
We'll talk about that prediction in the next segment.
Final thoughts on this question from you, Victoria?
Yeah, we can't ignore it, Seb.
Personnel is policy.
That's just true.
You get the personnel in there, the right personnel, and they're going to do the right thing.
But are we saying, are we damning ourselves to say that these people who I saw didn't give a damn about who the president was, didn't execute his actual policies, are these people going to get away unpunished?
Probably.
Well, the answer is, if you mean criminally, the answer is yes, they are going to get away with it.
But if you mean are they going to have a career in government, the way to end their careers is to move them into jobs where they have no authority.
The president can do that by executive order.
There's a Reorganization Act, which gives him almost unilateral authority to reorganize and move people around.
As long as they keep their salaries, there's nothing they can do.
They are not entitled to a specific job in a specific agency.
He can actually move them to another agency without their permission.
All right, I think we should make... What is the least damaging agency?
Let's pick the most irrelevant one and then shove all of these slime bags in there.
Education!
Let's push everybody into education and then move it to Nebraska and then the good guys...
And then you put in charge of the OMB the most vicious SOB who ever existed.
Are you talking about that chap called Joe DiGenova?
I nominate him.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Absolutely.

Okay, Joe, you said it.
You're going to tell us how to win it.
I want to hear from you and your muse.
What's it going to take in 2024?
I know this may be difficult for some people, but the answer is quite simple.
President Trump has to pick Nikki Haley to be his vice presidential candidate.
He will win.
He will get women voters.
And he can say with a straight face, if you vote for me, you'll get my second term and two terms with Nikki.
It's the only way he's going to win.
If he picks her, he will beat anybody the Democrats put up.
But so many people have said this is Jeb Bush in a skirt, Joe.
No, you know what?
She has one difference with Jeb Bush.
She's a woman, and women really know how to be vicious behind the scenes.
My vote's for Ben Carson.
I'd like to see Ben Carson in the Veep slot.
What about you, Victoria?
I agree with Joe on that.
He's really talked me into it today.
We've talked about it.
He needs a women's vote and Trump is not good at getting it.
So there you go.
You've got Nikki.
But you think this is the woman of all women who would get that suburban housewife vote?
I will tell you right now that Nikki Haley is the type of person, given her personality,
forget you know, everybody has political garbage in their past.
It's not, you know, perfect.
There is no perfect candidate.
But if you want to win, if you look at her numbers and how she's moving, Donald Trump
will be the next president of the United States.
And Nikki Haley will be a president for two terms after that, if he picks her to be his
vice president.
Well, if I were drinking, Matt.
Man, I would have to go off right now and have a stiff drink.
I never thought I'd hear Joe DiGenova play identity politics on my show and then be backed up by his muse.
We will discuss this over a nice bowl of vongole and a Chianti in the new year.
