Maybe it's just the arrogance.
Maybe it's just a belief that they've reached such a niveau of information dominance and control of the organs of the state that now they can reveal what their true intent is.
Greetings, friends.
This is America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
Please do not go anywhere for the next three hours because we have lots of things we must reveal to you.
Information that should be shared far and wide if we believe in this nation that we live in and if we wish to spare it and save it for the next generation.
There's an individual who I deem to be The most evil individual in this administration, who has one mission, to protect the homeland.
Not to run the military, but to make sure that we have national sovereignty, and that our borders are secure.
He's not a neophyte.
He didn't come to the job of Secretary of Homeland Security as an outsider, as somebody who had no background.
In fact, he had one of the highest positions in the DHS under the Obama administration.
So there's no excuse for him not knowing what he is doing by opening our borders and letting in literally millions and millions of individuals illegally to our country.
But why?
Why would you do that?
Why would you open our borders to allow the trafficking of women, of children who are sexually abused, the smuggling of inordinate amounts of fentanyl that is poisoning more than 100,000 humans in America and killing them every year, along with everything else that is smuggled in.
Why would you do that?
Well, here we have the answer from Alejandro Mayorkas himself, explaining what the end goal is.

Dealing with undocumented immigrants who are already here in the nation, and I know it's been a political football as they're trying to figure out the best way to address that, but I'm going to ask you, what is the best way to address that from your perspective?
The answer is quite clear and quite straightforward and we've been waiting for it for about 30 years and that is to fix a system that everyone agrees is fundamentally broken and we need congressional action both for the lawful pathways Our friends?
that really need to be more robust in statute and for the 12 million people
who are here in the United States who have been contributing so fundamentally
to our country's wellbeing.
They're our neighbours, our friends, our fellow congregants.
They provide our frontline workers.
We need to do something, and I am hopeful and remain hopeful
that Congress will do it.
Our friends, our fellow congregants?
You mean like the 11 illegals that were found in Michigan?
Repeatedly raping an eleven-year-old girl who managed to escape?
Those friends?
Those fellow congregants?
What did he say there?
We need reform to the legal pathways.
To what?
To citizenship.
Right there you have the answer.
Liberals don't have babies.
Not close to the 2.1 replacement rate required for a population to just maintain its numbers.
If you're a democrat, politician, and your constituents don't have babies, well, who's going to vote for you?
That's the real answer.
You let in tens of millions of illegals.
Not 12.
We've been talking about 12 million illegals for the last 30 years.
We've had at least 16 million Latin in the last three years.
What are you talking about?
If you amnesty 30, 40 million individuals who, and you're so racist, you think, well, they're Mexicans, they're brown skinned, they're from Nicaragua, they're from Haiti, they'll vote Democrat.
You believe that's your power path to eternal power.
I'm very glad to see my former boss, Steve Bannon, on Tucker's new show on Twitter.
And they had a 20-minute chat yesterday, and I want to share with you the best parts of it.
Steve starts with his analysis of what does it mean to have 100,000 illegals let into America every single month, the same number By the way, of troops that stormed the Normandy beaches on D-Day.
Cut 11.
We have equivalent of 35 combat divisions.
Combat division being about 10,000 men.
The scale of this is incredible.
And there's no discussion about it.
And obviously, they make everything just like every Maoist revolution or every Marxist revolution focus on breaking the nuclear family.
And to make sure in this country, quite frankly, that people can't reproduce with anything like the replacement population, you know, the number 2.1% or 2.1 children per family.
And they not just welcome in They have created a system and they gamed an entire asylum system, which was set up to prevent this.
That you just because of economic necessity are wanting a better life, which are wonderful things.
And I don't blame the people coming up.
If I was in that situation, I would too, but that's not what our asylum system and immigration system was supposed to do.
They purposely went and gamed that system, not just to make it easy as possible, but then to fully finance it.
And where is the state of the nation financially?
Even the conservatives, or the putative conservatives in the Republican Party, are continuing to run this country illegally on continuing resolutions.
You're not allowed to do that year on year on.
They've been doing it since the 1990s.
What is the truth about the state of the nation financially?
We're going to unpack that later in this hour with our friend Steven Patterson.
But let's return to Steve on Tucker's show, Cut12.
And if you look at the situation where economically, you know, Tucker, we passed $33 trillion of debt on 18th September, on the morning of the 18th of September.
Right now we're basically 60 days away from that.
We're at $33.8 trillion.
We will pass $34 trillion, I estimate, On the 28th of December, 100 days after hitting 33, we'll pass $34 trillion.
We are beyond broke.
We are technically in bankruptcy right now.
And we're doing this all in foreign money and just fiat currency that is created.
And you see, look at Argentina.
Argentina is the example of what's going to happen here in the United States.
And yet, we're letting in, you know, 10 to 15 million new additional illegal alien invaders.
And the corporate class wants it because they want to drive down wages at the lowest possible level.
And quite frankly, they want bigger markets.
They want more consumers.
And so this situation is going to cause a political revolution in this country.
This has been lingering out there and talked about.
It was part of Trump's rise in 16.
But the issue is five times worse today, both on the immigration part of it and the financial part of it.
And so this is going to come to a head, not just in the 24 campaign.
People in your audience, and particularly those under 35 years old, You're a Russian serf.
You don't own anything and you're not going to own anything.
And the financial situation in this country is only going to get worse in the confrontation with the invasion of this nation by illegal aliens, exacerbated by radicals and globalists, If you think the protests they've got outside of Columbus Circle today is bad, you haven't seen anything yet.
2025 and beyond, and for years.
There's no magic wand that you're going to sit there and this is going to go away.
People have to understand this is like Damocles's sword.
Over the head of this nation, and it's going to take us at least a decade of tough decisions, tough people, tough, but fair people to sort this out.
Tough, tough, but fair people.

And so it seems to me that there's no path now that doesn't include me continuing.
I'm going to do well in New Hampshire.

Look, I think right now I'm in the top three and I think I'm going to do even better than that.
And so, you know, that's what's changed.
What's changed is that we started to move up in the polls pretty significantly.
Ron DeSantis and Vivek Ramaswamy have dropped significantly in New Hampshire.
And so that's what's changed.
Yeah, nothing's changed.
You're still a putz.
That's what you are.
You are never going to be president.
We're going to talk about the realities of the polling and what's happened with the Koch brothers and where they're putting their money with our first guest of the day.

I know I butchered that, sorry, but he'll know what I'm talking about.
Rich Barris, the people's pundit of big data polls.
Rich, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me, Dr. Corker.
It's always good to be here.
So you're impressed with Chris Christie because he says he's coming up in the polls and he's the man to beat.
Yeah, there's a few problems with what he's saying.
First of all, there's no doubt he rose in New Hampshire as DeSantis has fallen.
And Vivek Ramaswamy, he's fallen as well.
But he does have one of, now that Mike Pence is out, he has the worst unfavorability rating among New Hampshire primary voters.
So he's up at 11% roughly in the RealClearPolitics average, which does qualify him for delegates because you have to hit a minimum threshold of 10.
Right now, Ron DeSantis is not hitting that threshold.
He will not qualify if he does not increase.
Haley does as well, and of course, the former president does.
But the rest of them don't have ugly, ugly favorability numbers.
So what does that mean to a pollster like me?
It limits very much his ceiling.
He's not going to grow as much as he thinks he's going to grow.
And by the way, if we gave him, let's give him 11% of the vote where he is now on RealClearPolitics, because of New Hampshire's delegate allocation rules, he would get about two and a half delegates.
It's a great example of some of the... We call it the silly season for a reason, and people make silly statements, but things as we're getting closer now, people are just making downright dumb statements, and that's one of them.

interview confirmed something I'd heard from somebody else out in Arizona that a
lot of the big money that had gone away from President Trump because his tweets
were mean or something is now coming back to support President Trump so some
of the big donors have said yep the DeSantis is no longer the golden boy
what about the Koch brothers announcing for the first time ever through their
pact that they are you know endorsing a specific candidate this time it's Nikki
Haley they're not conservatives or they they've represented themselves as more
libertarian over the past and funded things like the Cato Institute
Is this significant?
Does this mean anything?
And what are you seeing in the underlying trend lines?
Yeah, this is what's going on with the money, that'll help people understand.
You know, you have the never Trump money that really just played a role of a chameleon while President Trump was in office, but they never were pro-President Trump.
They're all back again, and they're all making the same arguments, and they're all doing the same things.
The fact of the matter is, they may never have come out and publicly said anything like they're doing now, but I mean, the Koch family is one of several on the so-called right that never warmed to President Trump and opposed him the first time.
And people like that are just never going to give up.
And then you have some donors who liked President Trump's policies but thought it was time to try to move on to somebody else.
They started with DeSantis.
DeSantis has bled out.
I mean, he's been bloodlet.
I mean, so they've abandoned many of those people.
Most of them have abandoned him, including his biggest ones, like Bigelow, Peter Fy, and the other one, Griffin.
Uh, but some of them have went, you know, made the decision.
I think maybe I'll check out Nikki Haley and others have gone back.
And I'll tell you, there was one, uh, banking and finance, uh, that I spoke with the other day.
And when Bigelow went back to President Trump, uh, to him, you know, that was like, all right, you know, this thing is over.
It's over.
It's really over.
It's really over.
Okay.
It's over.
I'm going back to him.
It's not that they had a personal beef with him.
They just thought that, you know what, maybe we could do better with someone else.
They have this like very political class, ruling class mentality.
They don't see how somebody under 91 counts can win an election because they live in that world.
They don't realize that the African Americans he's making gains with don't care and would probably vote for him in jail.
So, you know, I mean, they, they're starting to get it now.
A lot of these people always slow to the roll.
Gotta discuss that in the next break.

Because why count ballots before Election Day?
Well, because then you wouldn't know how many you need to win later.
So judges and lawyers and guys with cigarettes dangling from their smelly lips are running the count rooms.
They're going to be playing a major role again in how Pennsylvania shakes out next year.
And Primetime's investigating a story in New Jersey where someone's allegedly paying voters to vote Democrat.
Right, good.
I'm going to play that at the top and then we'll unpack the what do polls matter if you have all these shenanigans and then we'll do the ethnic vote part.

She's got an interesting thesis about how Biden's not going to be the nominee.

Does she say who she thinks it'll be?
No, she just says that they've been looking closely at all the bylaws for the Democrats, which basically allows them to pick whoever they want at the convention if there's some issue.
And her issue is that whoever else it would be would be even worse on abortion, so it's an interesting thesis.

That's the only thing I worry about, is them replacing him.
With someone that's harder to beat.
You watch every focus group where they bring in all these Biden people that are... You can tell they still don't like Trump.
They're rational.
They just realize he's a better president.
But they're all like, would you be open to another Democrat?
They're like, yeah.
Yeah.
Because they're going to blame it on Biden.
He's got to just start hitting that any Democrat's going to do the same thing.
The generic Democrat option polls better than Biden versus Trump.
Well, yeah, because they know that he's Sena.
But that's not why it's happening.
No, no, no, no.
Because they think he can't win.
I think the senility thing is the biggest thing.
I think that's the most powerful attack we can use against Biden is not even any of his failures, foreign policy, anything like that.
It's just go straight for the sympathy of this man is clearly senile.
He's too old.
He can't do another term.
A lot of Biden voters would kind of shrug and be like, yeah, I can't do that to him.
I can't put this man through four more years.
He's clearly not capable.
The sympathy vote.
It works.
That's how the Democrats have always done is use emotion to their advantage.
We gotta do the same thing.

We are back with the man we trust when it comes to polling, predicting the future, Rich Barris.
We're going to talk about, you know, the ethnic vote, the minority vote.
But first, does any of it matter?
Does any of your scientific analysis matter if we have shenanigans?
Just listen to this short little news summation from Jesse Waters.
Trump's way up in the polls so the Democrats are going to lock Biden back in the basement and blast the states in the face with mail-in ballots.

So we can have the most accurate picture right now, Rich, on people who are disaffected, Democrats who are disaffected, black male voters especially, who are coming over to President Trump.
But if we have a replication of 2020, or if we have, like he mentioned Pennsylvania, more than 40% of the electorate vote before even the first debate, how worried are you that the polling doesn't reflect the quote-unquote official result?
Well, this is what I would say to that.
And I, uh, you know, do like a really rough, basic demonstration to tell people how I look at this.
One, I think is why the polling really is important because it does tell you who gets turnout that others don't get, Dr. Gorka.
So, and why does that matter?
You're never going to stop people from, you know, attempting to fudge, you know, electioneer.
That's unfortunately something that has always happened.
It's, you know, you can argue in the COVID era, it's gotten worse.
It's gotten much easier to exploit our electoral system.
But this is why turnout is so key, because you're never going to stop them from doing it, but you can overcome it and beat it.
And the way to do that is by overwhelming participation.
Because when you do, you're reducing the number of low-hanging fruit, you know, things or ballots just that are remaining on the table.
Uh, that people can exploit, manipulate hand in when it doesn't belong to them, whatever it may be.
So here I got three cards.
If turnouts 33% like some normal, and of course I'm just using easy numbers here.
If it's a generic Republican presidential candidate, turnout will fall again.
And if it's just 33%, we still have two thirds of the pile on the table that people can go
back and play with if they need to, especially when a state does not put election day deadlines
for receiving ballots.
But if you have another presidential candidate who gets out 66% of the eligible electorate,
you now shrunk the pool again.
So there's this kind of incorrect concept that they can just keep making ballots and
creating ballots.
That's not really true.
Based on how much turnout is, they have a certain amount, you know, and that low-hanging fruit.
I mean, there was an indictment in Philadelphia that involved a former congressman, election judges, right before the 2020 election.
And it's a great example of how this can be done.
They were ballot stuffing with people who were low propensity voters that didn't vote.
So they were taking low-hanging fruit, Dr. Gorka, that they knew they wouldn't get busted, you know, taking, because those people were just very unlikely to hand in their ballot and didn't.
And that had been going on for years.
Former congressman bribing election judges to look the other way.
Right.
So Pennsylvania is the Wild West.
The only way to beat it is by overwhelming participation.
Caroline Corluccio, with the exception of Allegheny County, the Supreme Court candidate for the Republicans, she did great on the margins.
What she didn't do was get enough people out.
And what happened in Northampton really raises my eyebrow.
It's mobilization, mobilization, mobilization.
You mobilize enough people and they can't cheat big enough to steal it.

Even if you're, you know, not an economist, you understand the importance of interest rates and what the Fed and what the Treasury are doing.
But what about this?
What about The IRS affecting your future in terms of, well, let's just read a headline from the Wall Street Journal.
Income tax brackets at the IRS are to increase, to be raised, and the standard deduction is to change.
Why is that?
What does it mean for you?
And how does it affect your planning for the future?
Let's ask the man who knows from key city capital, the one and only Stephen Patterson.
Stephen, welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me today, Dr. Corker.
Look, if we're not professionals, you know, we look at one thing.
What are the interest rates doing and how does that affect me?
What does it mean when the IRS is changing the brackets for tax reporting?
What does that mean to you and what does it mean in terms of your advice to your clients?
This cannot be good, can it?
Well, the reality of it is, is that inflation has been so substantial over the last 24 months that the IRS has had to respond.
And the way the IRS is responding is, is they've raised the standard deduction, which all taxpayers get a benefit from, by 5.4%.
And then they've gone on and they've raised each of the individual tax brackets by 5.4% where they had just last year increased those by 7.1.
So the reality of it is, is that more of your money is going to be taxed at a lower rate
because of the recognition of what inflation is doing to our country.
So basically this is the one hand of the administration fessing up at how badly the other hand
has screwed things up.
You know, at face value, yes.
And what I want our listeners to understand is there's an opportunity to take advantage of this in a variety of ways, whether that is looking at Traditional IRA to Roth conversion, whether that's looking at how can I tax shelter more of my money to take advantage of investment opportunity.
But if the IRS is going to give this in response to out of control federal spending, then this is a time to capitalize on that.
What is this phrase, full-time real estate investor, and how does it fit into the kinds of things that key city capital can offer to kind of defer that tax burden?
For every one of our investors, we give back depreciation on the asset, and that depreciation can offset all taxable gain on our investments.
However, for select listeners that can qualify with their tax professional as a full-time real estate investor, we can offset ordinary income with all of the depreciation.
And so the advantage of owning a limited share in the work that we do is not only are you going to make an 8% preferred return, but you're also going to be able to tax advantage those earnings over the life of the investment that can be upwards of 18 to 20% total return.
And when, you know, some people are going to be scared away when they hear this phrase, a full-time real estate investor.
Does that mean, you know, they have to spend 40 hours a day making sure that when, you know, the drain is clogged, they have to go and fix what's going on in that property?
Well, that's not what it means, right, Stephen?
Absolutely not.
It is a designation that is put in place by the IRS and all of our investors remain in a passive stance.
They are not an active real estate participant So, as you say, fixing the toilet at 2 a.m.
But what it does give them is it gives them a tax advantage in this environment and it gives them an earnings potential that, frankly, as mortgages continue to rise and interest rates continue to rise, more and more people being forced into a rental position, it gives them an opportunity to capitalize on what's going on in the world today.
I'm gonna, last question, this is the layman's question.
You're the expert, Key City Capital are the experts.
The trend lines I see right now, whether it's the Fed, whether it's the IRS, you know, this attractiveness of renting out properties in a market where people can't buy them as easily as they could, this is going to last for a while in my opinion.
Is that what you expect?
I do.
I do.
And, you know, the reality is that, you know, people that are seeking homeownership are being priced out of the market.
And more and more of the younger generation, whether it's due to student loans or current pricing, are not qualifying for loans.
And so they're choosing to remain in a rentership capacity.
And, you know, either way, there's an opportunity to not only provide quality rental space, but an opportunity to provide
investors a nice income stream.

Well, Becky, that's a great question, because you are seeing action from the United States Congress to tighten those sanctions up.

So I do think you're seeing new pressure from Congress to tighten up these sanctions because

What does it mean, the shift to the right, or at least to libertarianism in Argentina and the other trend lines across the globe, especially in Western Europe, the likes of Maloney, Orbán and Hertwilde's recent victory in the Netherlands?
We shall unpack on the basis of his latest piece.
He's our regular guest, one of our fan favorites, Lord Conrad Black.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you very much.
Conrad, I want to talk about this article and what it means in trend lines politically, geopolitically.
But first, we have the ongoing crisis in the Middle East and a rather unusual occurrence.
Elon Musk going to the region, meeting with the Prime Minister of Israel, with the President of Israel, and then on camera Making a rather unusual statement for a tech and space industry CEO.

It was certainly been a day, I would say, an emotionally Difficult day to see the places where people were murdered.
I just did a talk with the Prime Minister and I think there's, I mean, obviously there are three things that need to happen in the Gaza situation.
I mean, there's no choice but to kill those who insist on murdering civilians.
There's no choice.
You just have to kill them.
What is the significance, as the former chairman of the Hollinger Group, as a man who understands the media, who's a regular contributor to serious outlets, to have a man who's not a publisher, although a social media owner when it comes to Twitter, a very successful CEO as well, to make that statement?
Isn't that rather unusual?
I guess it is, but these are also unusual circumstances.
I mean, the atrocities that Hamas committed on October 7, that they're not only not embarrassed about, but are loudly proclaiming that they were entirely justified acts against an occupation, as if there was no right of a Jewish state to exist, it seems, after Twenty-five years, in any day of which they could have had their own state if they were prepared to share the territory with the Jewish state, they've sort of thrown down the mask and acted in a way that shows that they will never accept a Jewish state.
And so it's an escalation.
And I think Elon Musk, I mean, he's not specialist in these areas, he's an extremely intelligent
and important and influential man, I think he's expressing it correctly. I
think Hamas has served notice that there is no point having any more discussions about a
partition because they're not interested in a partition.
They're interested in taking over all of the territory of Israel, which, of course, is impossible and not going to happen.
And therefore, there's nothing more to talk about.
No, they're not prepared to talk, and only prepared to engage in acts of violence.
I believe that what Mr. Musk is saying is what others, including myself, have been saying, You can't reach a compromise with people who will not reach a compromise, and if they're going to engage not only in acts of violence, but of a particularly abominable and atrocious nature, directed against young people and the elderly and women and so forth, in the most disgusting manner, then the solution is obvious.
We have to get rid of them.
And if they are got rid of, then Then there is finally a possibility of an equitable division of the territory, and from the time a little over 100 years ago when the British, even though Turkey controlled the area, the British looking past the end of World War I,
said that they would sponsor a Jewish homeland without compromising the rights of the Arabs
in that area, they effectively—it's like selling the same real estate to two different
parties at the same time. And the only solution was always going to be some kind of a partition.
And for years we had these so-called land-for-peace arrangements, but that's not what they were.
They were giving back to the Arab powers land the Arabs had lost in wars that the Arabs
started and were not successful in, not in exchange for peace, but for ceasefires that
were normally violated after about 48 hours. And Israel said they're not going to do that
anymore, and Hamas will not compromise with Israel. So what is needed is a sort of radical
move here to improve the prospects of peace. And the radical move is to, as Gilon Musk
has said, destroy that terrorist faction that is completely irreducible and will not have
a serious discussion about a settlement. And once it is destroyed, proceed with the long
discussed and promised agreement between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
And thus normalizing relations with the Arab world generally, the legitimate Arab world, the sovereign states.
And then give peace another try, because the correlation of forces will have changed, the ambience will have changed, and the Palestinians will have a much greater incentive to make a real peace.
So I think what he's saying He's absolutely right, and he's saying it on the basis of actually going there and interviewing some of the personalities, including the Israeli prime minister and president, and it is now a national unity government.
All of the parties are in the government, so there's no doubt that the prime minister and the president can speak for Israel almost unanimously.
And your measure of what we've witnessed in the last week when it comes to the constantly delayed hostage release and the hostage negotiations, how do you grade the performance of the US and Israel?
It's hard to know exactly what pressures were put on Israel.
I think left to their own, Israel wanted to get on with the job they'd started on.
And I think the Prime Minister Netanyahu has implied that.
But he also released the information that in the Israeli government, now representing all shadings of political opinion in Israel, 38 members of the cabinet, which is an astounding number in a country that size, but the vote was 35 to 3 to do this.
And I personally, I think once started in a war, you want to get the war over with as quickly as you can and then set about systematically repairing the damage and helping the wounded, you know?
But I believe that the American government put such pressure on Israel that they felt they had to go along with this.
And in fairness, I don't think, I'm not one of those who thinks It's a great disadvantage.
Israel is, as a military entity, 20 or 50 times as powerful as Hamas, and it will make better use of a pause than Hamas will.
If munitions or ordnance of any kind are coming into Gaza, some supplies are, and there's
no doubt that the Hamas will seize more than their fair share of that, but they're not
going to really strengthen themselves.
And despite the reduction of the presence of Israeli reconnaissance, I would be surprised
if Israel does not have a very good idea of where people are moving to within the rather
narrow confines of Gaza.
And so I think Israel is probably achieving... Look, I don't want to be cold-blooded about the hostages.
I mean, it's a fine thing that they're returning.
I mean, not the released terrorists, but the hostages seized by Hamas.
It's a fine thing they're returning, and we can all be glad of that.
But it seems to me that, optimally, we would have just got on with the war.
But since this is what we're doing, I think Israel will get stronger more quickly than
Hamas will.
So it's not really to Israel's disadvantage, and it does make the public relations arguments
that are spuriously and outrageously being hurled at Israel harder to make.

The real story is the rise of a right-wing American MAGA-influenced thinking that has made Canadian Conservatives, who used to be among the strongest defenders of Ukraine, and I'll admit it, turn their backs on something Ukraine needs in its hour of need.
Is Italy, Hungary, Argentina and now Canada infected with MAGA conservatism, Lord Black?
No, it's nonsense.
I mean, what Justin's really saying is that he's getting gassed in the polls, so he's blaming it on extremism.
But that isn't the reason.
He's getting gassed in the polls because his government hasn't performed well.
I mean, Justin's a very nice man, like most politicians, and he's had his moments.
The fact is they've run out of steam, they're making a lot of mistakes, and after eight years the country's tired of them.
And that has nothing to do with What he says, and no one in Canada has any concept.

I mean, which, by the way, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

all around the country is just a complete fairy tale.
There's not a word of truth to it.
And he knows that.
So, let's talk about your latest piece for The Epoch Times.
What is happening in Argentina, in Holland and elsewhere?
Talk to us about this rather flamboyant iconoclast, Javier Melelli and Geert Wilders.
Well, the situations are distinguishable, but the left is, for its own purposes and
partly out of its own simplicity of view, assimilating them all to each other.
So the rise of the National Front and the polls in France, and the rise of the Alternative Party in Germany, all of this they lump in as a sort of worldwide neotrumpium Wave of sinister reaction with fascist overtones.
All of that is rubbish.
Just rubbish.
In Argentina, the country, it's a naturally rich country.
At the end of World War II it had the same standard of living as Canada, one of the wealthiest countries in the world.
Now 40% of Argentinians live in poverty.
It's less than 10% of that number in Canada.
and not that Canada's been so brilliantly governed as we were just discussing.
So the Argentinians are fed up, but they're going in that English expression for something
completely different.
This guy's promising to adopt the U.S. dollar to stop the growth in the money supply in
an inflationary way and disband various government departments, cut spending, cut taxes, and
do traditionally what is done to fix up the economy, like Margaret Thatcher did in England
and whatever his other failings, General Pinochet, did in Chile.
And in the Netherlands, as you know, there are terrible problems of crime, and an inordinate amount of it is caused by a relatively small number of uh... immigrants from muslim countries and and so there's a political reaction to that and i it's not uh... it has anti-islamic overtones but what it is really an objection to is a rising crime rate traceable to a small group that happens to be muslim it's not the triumph of some sort of fascist extremism within the netherlands and uh... what we're seeing is people in different countries
Recognizing the failings of soft left liberal government and taking corrective measures.
We're not seeing a stampede to extremists that justify these citations of Hitler and Mussolini and so forth.
There's nothing like that happening.
We only have a minute left, but how significant is the... Is it a politically significant switch in Argentina, or is this a function of 115% inflation rates?
Well, it's both.
I mean, I think that the last straw has been years of triple-digit inflation, and the rise in poverty to nearly half the entire population of what is basically a very rich country.
But they've had 75 years of this nonsense, and they're just tired of it.
And I think you're getting that in Italy, too.
Now, it's on a different scale, because Italy hasn't suffered the same level of misgovernment.
But it is a response to Economic and related events, but it is taking the only option for change available, which is a sensible thing to do because it's not working and change the people in power.
It is the absolute zenith of representative government.
If you don't like it, change it!

And he has done everything you could possibly imagine to make life more comfortable for moms, from the economy to safety in our neighborhoods and on our borders.
And he has the track record.
So we could take a chance on one of these other candidates who might do a good job and stand up for those principles and values.
Or we can support someone who we already know will.
And when he says he's going to do something, we already know that he will.

And then, of course, when we go in and start to protest it, then we get called domestic terrorists and we get told that this isn't any of our business.

Let us take care of it.

So it was really cool about the last election, 2022, when all the people started to talk about What happened to the red wave?
And I was like, did you not see that massive red tsunami that flooded across our country when millions of moms went to the polls and voted for one office and went home?

So now all we have to do is move them up the ballot.
Now they realize this is important to them.

Does any of this matter?
We know they're all crooked as hell.
The other side's voters think that, you know, Biden's just a sweet old guy, and Hunter is just a poor, poor addict.
What is the significance, first, of the subpoena that's been announced, and then, because you're a former national security prosecutor, you've been chief of staff at the Pentagon, acting deputy director of national intelligence, what is the significance of this scumbag lawyer, Abbey Lowell.
And if you want to know how scummy he is, look at his past clients.
Then you'll understand what is the significance of him demanding that Hunter Biden not be heard behind closed doors, but in open session.
Give us the Kash Patel diagnosis.
Well, I think you have to weave through the lawyer, the maneuvers they're making, the Republican majority in Congress, and then its impact on national security.
And what do I mean by that?
Whether you like or dislike Abby Lowell, when I was running the Russiagate investigation, He represented some of the witnesses there during that process.
He is a lawyer who understands masterfully how to work the levers of Congress for the benefit of his client.
So when he comes out and says, I'm demanding a public hearing, Republicans would be fools to acquiesce to that in any way, shape or form, because they cannot take on Abby Lowell in a public forum.
They will lose.
They could take out Hunter Biden, but Abby will be sitting next to him.
Explain, give a kind of flavor as to why this person is so dangerous in that congressional setting.
Because he's better than every member of Congress that we have that would go after and interrogate Hunter Biden.
Most of the members of Congress weren't prosecutors, and it's not their fault.
They just don't know how to take on a witness for the five minutes they're given of cross-examination.
And what most members of Congress are looking for is their five-second headline in the mainstream media to land this political pot shot that's meaningless.
Look, I'm glad the Hunter Biden subpoena was finally issued, but, Seb, Where was it a year ago?
Like on day one when Republicans came in.
You know what's gonna happen.
It's the holidays, the subpoena's out, we have to go celebrate with our family, we'll get back to you in January, and then February, and then March, and then the CRs, and then the budgets, and then it'll be as if no one will care.
And Republicans, tragically, won't enforce congressional subpoenas.
So it doesn't matter how many they sent out.
Look what the Democrats did unlawfully to our friends Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro when they were held in violating contempt of Congress proceedings.
We haven't even started one!
And Mayorkas and Wray and Garland have lied to Congress under oath.
They have combined violated six congressional subpoenas that I can count for the last year running.
And they are still permitted to run their agencies with reckless abandon and this type of behavior that Congress has set.
The Republican majority, that is, is exactly what Abby Lowell is taking advantage of when he's representing Hunter Biden.
And I don't have any confidence that this will lead to any information that the American public, us, your audience, actually deserve for the election.
Because DOJ and FBI aren't going to do anything.
And the one thing that we had in Congress was the majority to get these documents out.
I haven't seen a single document, Seb.
Maybe you have.
No.
I thought I was the cynical one.
So does this mean that it's all pointless?
Does it mean that Coma Jordan et al have failed us?
What conclusions should we draw?
Well, politically, I think they probably say they're doing the job and winning the battle.
If they are able to get and wrench away maybe one or two documents from Hunter Biden on the bank records and maybe one or two documents from the FBI and DOJ showing that this investigation was politicized, it was shut down, so that we can carry that documentation with us to your great show and to some of the other great programs across the country and use that during an election cycle, then it will be a victory.
We are not going to convince Hunter Biden in the court of public opinion And we're certainly not going to convict him of any serious crimes.
In a court of law with Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray running that shop, that operation, unless of course they want to sideline Joe Biden.
That's a separate story, which I think they might do.
Say it does occur, say he can't wriggle his way out of a closed door deposition.
If you were running it, what should be happening behind closed doors and what questions should be asked of Hunter Biden?
Well, the one thing they shouldn't do is ask the political questions.
Who cares about him being a lifelong Democrat or his dad?
And the thing that they should focus on is, hey, Hunter, here's a $78,000 payment from Company X, who is owned by the CCP.
What did you do for that money?
Did you register as a foreign agent?
Did your father and family receive any of the proceeds of that ill-gotten gain?
Are they members of any other LLCs we don't know about?
Did your dad call any CCP or Ukrainian officials and say, if my son isn't given this contract, you're not getting USAID?
Those are the types of answers under oath that would be helpful, but I'm not sure that this Republican-led majority is ready to ask those questions.
Yeah, no, that's the big question, especially if you realize that we're, what, ten and a half months into this House, into this Congress, and we're getting a subpoena for this individual only now.
I mean, you know, God bless Mike Johnson, but the fact that Kevin McCarthy did nothing.
I want to ask you also about the release under the new Speaker of the January 6 footage, what that means for The political prisoners who have been abused by the DOJ.
You want to talk about also the hostages.
You want to talk about the open border.
But right now, let me ask you, it's not a gotcha question, but what do you think of the replacement of the Speaker?
I think what Matt Gaetz did was good, given the fact that at least we have the J6 footage.
What's your take on that hand grenade being thrown into Congress?
Well, I'm a guy who's probably in the minority who wants Congress to act more on their constitutional oversight jobs.
And on their jobs of actually passing a budget and legislating and going back to the traditional ways of Congress.
And that just wasn't getting done.
Seb, I know you know this, but you know a continuing resolution is actually illegal when used year over year to fund a government.
We've been on a CR for like 15 years.
I don't understand how the speakership could devolve into such a position where they said, that's the business of the day, committing crimes.

Look, being at the epicenter of hostage rescue operations and negotiations for President Trump, going to places like Syria and demanding that our hostages be returned, having 54 hostages returned during the Trump administration, more than every president before him combined, shows you a policy agenda that worked.
Yeah.
And now you see one that is monumentally failing.
The Biden administration is the reason these people were taken hostage.
It's the reason they're still in captivity.
And they don't have a plan to get them back.
And that's because Iran, the CCP, Russia, Hezbollah, Hamas, the thugs on our southern border, the cartels in Al-Qaeda, do not fear America anymore under Joe Biden.
They know Joe Biden will pay them billions of dollars If they take American hostages.
That's the precedent he set and that's why we are not going to see any more returned anytime soon.
It is a counterfactual because we know that none of this would have happened if President Trump were still the Commander-in-Chief.
We wouldn't have had the surrender of Afghanistan, the invasion of Ukraine, or you know, The Middle East on the precipice of World War Three.
However, I want to ask you, because you were there, you are the person who was at the tip of the spear doing this kind of work.
If Americans had been taken hostage by Hamas, how would the Trump administration, how would you and your team have dealt with that?
And the President?
So it's a multilateral effort, Seb.
One, obviously, you have to make room for diplomacy.
So in order to do that, you have to use your covert, overt, kinetic operations forces to put on a global display of force.
And go right up to the one yard line and threaten Iran and their allies with action unless they immediately relinquish our hostages.
Then you have to also have our diplomatic personnel on a parallel track running a campaign to get those hostages released through allies like Switzerland and other Western European countries.
But what you also have to be doing is cutting them off from the global banking system.
not only tariffing them, issuing extraordinary tariffs to cripple their economy, but you
have to shut off places like Iran from the global banking system and suffocate their
ability to get money.
Because right now, Iran, like Afghanistan, is a cash-based economy.
What that means is they literally fly in cash because they don't have access to most of
the banking system in the world.
That's what we did under Trump.
That's why it worked.
Not just in Iran, but in other places like China and elsewhere.
Yeah, we got people out of China.
We got people out of Russia.
We put on a squeeze play with our allies and said, if you don't help us in this theater, Then we, America, are not going to help you when you need it down the road.
And Donald Trump was brilliant at bringing our actual allies together and doing a multilateral operation.
What Joe Biden is doing is literally dictating a national security policy from the wet side of the playpen.
He's literally saying, oh, well, you know, maybe CNN will write a headline and we'll get some more hostages and John Kirby will say, well, I hope we get some more.
These people don't even know where these Americans are.
Even if they had the gall to launch operations to go get them, they wouldn't know where to send people because they still think climate change is a bigger threat than Iran.
And as a result, in the next 11 months, American citizens around the world will be in more danger, correct?
Absolutely.
Look, the precedent has been set, not by Yousef, not by me, not by President Trump.
Joe Biden said, I'm going to give you around $6 billion if you release some of our hostages.
And he did just that.
Now, Al Qaeda, Afghanistan, the Quds Force, The Russians, the CCP, other organizations in Southeast Asia are all on the clock saying, if we take an American, we're getting paid.
And Joe Biden's out there saying he's going to consider giving another 10 billion back to Iran if we can get more of our hostages home.
That is a dangerous precedent because of what you said, Seb.
Americans around the world are now in more jeopardy than ever.
And this administration's policy to get them back?
I hope we get them.
I hope Americans see what a failure that is.
They tried to stop him, but they failed.

It would be remiss of me if I didn't ask you, as a former prosecutor, the significance of Mike Johnson finally keeping Kevin McCarthy's promise of, you know, nine months ago and releasing a large amount of the January 6 footage that had yet to be seen, a lot of it demonstrating clearly how inoffensive How non-kinetic, to use a military term, the protesters were.
And by contrast, how the police were firing unprovoked into the crowd with rubber bullets, with tear gas.
And how, especially in the tunnel underneath the main staircase, the police were wailing on, were battering unarmed civilians.
What is the legal significance of this cash?
Does this undo any of the prosecutions, or does this have relevance in the future?
Well, the relevance for the future, Seb, is monumental in terms of defeating the BS insurrection narrative that the radical left and the thugs in the deep state have put on against Donald Trump for a long, long time.
It's latest swing at the Colorado court case where I was a lead witness for President Trump, where not even that leftist lunatic could keep President Trump off the ballot, but yet somehow claimed, again, the fictional narrative that Donald Trump didn't act appropriately, so he's responsible for an insurrection.
When Donald Trump acted preemptively to authorize the National Guard and Pelosi and Bowser shut him down.
But this Colorado judge lied about that to continue the narrative.
And that's what they want to do politically.
Legally, I'd have to talk to some of the lawyers, Seb.
You know, there may have been an agreement between DOJ and the defense lawyers where they receive the entirety of the videotapes.
I don't know the answer to that question because no one has publicly confirmed to me whether that's happened.
And as you said, this is a large chunk of the January 6 footage, but we still are owed, at least by my ballpark estimates, 40% of it.
So I hope they release the rest.
If it's coming every day, like 15-20% a day, that's fine.
I'm good with that.
But if this was just a headline grab, and we're not going to get the rest, then everybody in the Congress who said they were going to give this to us is part of the cover-up, in my opinion, if they fail to give it to us.
You mentioned something very important there, the case you were working on with insane Democrats trying to remove President Trump from various ballots for the 2024 election.
Will you talk about whether or not that is a serious threat?
It seems that you've been successful.
Is this just loony tunes or are there states where this could actually occur?
Well, it's desperation politics.
It's the weaponization of justice.
Michigan and Minnesota shut it down before it ever got to a judicial decision.
I think a federal judge just tossed one out of Rhode Island, and they got defeated in Colorado.
But what the left is very good at, it's the same Russiagate playbook.
When we defeated their lies about the FBI actually lying to a federal court to unlawfully surveil Donald Trump and his campaign, they just said, Trump's a Russian ass, it doesn't matter, nothing to see here.
And then they hired a special counsel to continue the disinformation narrative.
They're doing the same thing here.
They're getting these leftists and the media and these judges, who are radicals, to put out this narrative that Donald Trump somehow committed insurrection.
And let me just lay this out for you, Seb, why I think it's exactly like Russiagate.
Remember in the beginning, Donald Trump was at fault Because he authorized the National Guard, followed the law, and Nancy Pelosi and Bowser refused to request the guard he authorized.
When we spent two years defeating their lies when they said, no, no, Trump never did that.
Now, in Colorado, they said Donald Trump should have ordered the National Guard.
Ordered!
Not authorized, ordered!
He should have ordered the mass deployment of uniformed military soldiers for the first time in U.S.
history, because it was required on January 6th, because January 6th was what?
An insurrection.
It just reminds me of George Kennan's long telegram on the sources of, you know, Soviet conduct, where he describes the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
Is whatever is of utility to the party and I think we've arrived to that here in America with the Democrats.

Say we can secure the election.
Say the president, if we do our part, God willing, is re-elected, and we come back into the White House, across the agencies.
How do we stop that being the American reality?
From the CIA to the NSA to the DOJ to the FBI targeting people simply because they're conservatives.
We know this happens from school board meetings to Mar-a-Lago.
I've got some ideas about how, you know, day one you have to have hard men, maybe some hard women, at each agency in a public all-hand say, if you're not prepared, To abide by the Constitution and serve the man who was duly elected by the American people, you will be arrested and you will be charged with sedition, or you can retire today.
And to actually follow through on that, my belief is you can find the most egregious individuals who are leaking information, mismanaging, stealing, doing unconstitutional things, And make them examples to the rest of the deep state, who will very swiftly realize it is not in their interests to undermine the new president, or will leave those agencies.
Am I missing something?
Am I being naive?
How do we fix what Chuck Schumer just described?
Look, it's one of the biggest problems we have, the weaponization of intelligence, and it's why I spend basically a chapter or two in my book talking about reforms to the intelligence community and government gangsters.
And one of the main things that I think we should do on day one, Seb, is all of these operatives in the IC, people forget, need one thing to do their job, a security clearance.
And rather than wait for DOJ and FBI to get their act together, We on day one suspend every person that violated the law, we suspend their security clearance.
I don't care where they go from there, they can't do the work.
And not only that, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Panetta, the 51 Intel signatory letters of Hunter Biden's boondoggle laptop letter.
Everyone's laptop, excuse me, security clearance gets suspended.
I mean, Mayorkas literally testified two weeks ago to Congress And said he didn't know Brennan and Clapper were signatories to that letter for the Hunter Biden laptop.
He didn't know it!
And he rewarded them with security clearance positions on a Homeland Security Review Board to see what should happen with illegal immigrants in this country.
We have simpler levers in government.
We can go to Congress and zero out.
Security clearances for these individuals.
But we, when we get back in there with President Trump on day one, must get the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to suspend dozens of security clearances of these government gangsters.
And let's see if they follow the chain of command then.
We're going to need a strong DNI, like a Johnny Ratcliffe.
We're going to need strong leadership at DOJ, FBI.
Everybody needs to follow through on these acts, but this is a simple measure, Seb.
And I like it, and I like it, but you're not, you're just talking about the known bad actors.
You're talking about, you know, a few score individuals.
We know there are hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals who believe that the will of the American people is nugatory, and they, you know, like Vindman, like, what's that, Miles Taylor, There are lots of Miles Taylors still embedded that we don't know about, who will be undermining the will of the President.
What's your answer for that?
I think the good thing about Joe Biden having been president and the media is they've exposed themselves.
I don't know that there's too many in hiding anymore because they want to be the heroes of the left.
They want to come out and run for Congress, Vindman.
They want to come out and be glorified in the media, the Iranian infiltrators in the government over at the DOD and elsewhere.
They've been publicized.
So we just do, Seb, you know what we do?
We do what you and I do all the time.
We do a daisy chain analysis and figure out who the bad guys talked to and emailed and spoke with and hung out with.
And then we have our crew.
Now, are we going to get 100%?

I found it quite ironic, Cash, that the White House was saying, oh my gosh, you can't move the people from Gaza to the West Bank or anywhere else because the pressure on those poor refugees.
Do they know what's happened on the south border with about 16 million people flooding into America?
