	Maybe job interviews with what he respectfully and delightfully calls the boss.
	Yes, Seb is meeting with former President Trump, leading candidate Trump, leading defendant in a whole bunch of political trials, Trump.
	And they are strategizing, they are communicating, and it's going to be really glorious to see what he says tomorrow when he comes back about what they talked about.
	If he is, of course, at liberty to discuss those things.

	I want to start today's America First with a very special greeting.
	But before I do it, I want to say I can understand why there's not a whole lot of celebration
	going on right now in the West Wing.
	There's not a whole lot of celebration going on in the Oval Office, in the residence, anywhere that the President of the United States is hanging out today, despite the fact that there should be, because after all, who doesn't like to celebrate their birthdays, right?
	I mean, shhh!
	You see, today is Joe Biden's birthday.
	Quiet as it's being kept, you see, because he just turned 81 years old.
	And again, one would think what most of us do in our personal lives, if we've got a grandparent or a great grandparent or somebody else who's a senior citizen and they turn 80, it's a milestone.
	I mean, if you turn 80, As a man, you have already outlived the average median lifespan of an American man.
	I believe it's around 74, 75 for a male, and it's around 77, 78 for a female is kind of the average life expectancy.
	You make it to 80, you are doing something fantastic.
	You make it to 81, it's a celebration.
	And everywhere he goes, people should be saying, happy birthday, Mr. President, but I have it on good authority.
	That anybody that sees Joseph R. Biden today at the White House or anywhere else in the course of his duties, if they say happy birthday to him, they are quickly shushed.
	Hushed.
	Because the last thing that the Biden administration and that the Biden family wants to do right now is acknowledge that Joe Biden just got another year older.
	Because Joe Biden continues to suffer through the worst approval ratings in the history of the NBC job approval ratings polls.
	And the overwhelming number one topic of those people who disapprove of the job he's doing is people who are worried about his age because of his Daily, literally his daily evidence of cognitive decline, of slipping mental acuity, of slipping physical acuity as he walks along with that strange gait of his that just cannot help but be reminiscent
	Of a senior living in a rest home who doesn't pick his feet up and step one after the other, because that, you know, that involves some risk that one is going to step the wrong way.
	And down he goes.
	So what do they do?
	They put him in styrofoam slippers and they just kind of shuffle.
	So anywhere Joe Biden is shuffling along today, if anybody says, happy birthday, Mr. President, We're not drawing attention to the president's age.
	We don't want Americans to be worried that he's too old to serve not just this last year of his presidency, in term one, but that there would be four more after he wins re-election in 2024.
	And by that time, he would be 86.
	So shh, nobody needs to know that.
	So in deference to how they're trying to keep things very, very low key in the White House now, so that nobody really, really pays attention to the fact that the clock has ticked one more time, that he has just completed one more full revolution or orbit around the sun.
	In deference to that, we're going to keep it really, really low as well.
	So as quiet as we can keep it, hit it!
	And crank it up loud.
	And let everybody know.
	The old man in chief.
	The dementia-addled president.
	The guy who cannot speak.
	The guy who cannot climb stairs.
	Today is his birthday.
	He's 81 years old.
	He's very decrepit.
	He cannot form sentences.
	He doesn't know where he is.
	He gets lost on stage.
	He shakes hands with people who aren't there.
	He doesn't have a single competent bone left in his skeletor like weekend at Bernie's body.
	He's being propped up behind podiums like Hannibal Lecter on a two-wheeled appliance dolly where they roll him out there and they prop him up and they balance him in there while he tries to read from cue cards that he can't help.
	But flipping over because he doesn't know what he's doing, thereby showing the cameras everything that he's told to say and do?
	Yes!
	Today is Joe Biden's birthday!
	Happy birthday, Mr. President!
	Let's let everyone know, far and wide, that you are now 81 years of incompetence!
	81 years of unable to distinguish between people in your own ca- To distinguish who's alive and who is not!
	One of my favorites from his 80th year was when he did not know that a longtime congresswoman from Indiana that he proclaimed to be a friend and a colleague and an ally was dead!
	Looking around, where's Jackie?
	Where's Jack?
	I don't see Jack.
	She's dead, sir.
	Oh, well, then I guess she has an excuse.
	That was worse than when he told a crippled man to stand up so we can all give you a round of applause.
	Damn, Chuck, I'm sorry.
	It gets worse by the year.
	Quite frankly, it gets worse by the month, it gets worse by the week, it gets worse by the day, and it gets worse by the hour, which is why there are so few of them that they actually have him working.
	There are so few of them that they actually have him on the job.
	What do I mean by that?
	I mean exactly.
	Calling Lyds by noon, starting the day at 10, calling Lyds by noon, because he's asleep by 1230.
	That's what I'm talking about.
	And the reality is that this old man, which by the way, is not a reflection of old men.
	Period.
	I have callers to my Cleveland, Ohio radio show who proudly acknowledge I'm in my 92nd year, Bob.
	I'm in my 90th year, Bob.
	I'm in my 88th year, Bob.
	Who sound vibrant!
	Not just lucid, but wise.
	I mean, extraordinarily well-versed in what they're talking about.
	They speak clearly.
	They're competent.
	This guy isn't incompetent just because he's 81, but not everybody ages the same.
	He's incompetent because he's Joe Biden and his 81 years now are a huge, huge, huge sore spot for the left and for the Biden family and for the DNC.
	So let's all acknowledge on your social media today.
	Happy birthday, Joe Biden.
	You're 81.
	You should never, ever win another term in office.
	You will be an even older, incompetent man.
	So happy birthday to Joe Biden.

	Robert Spencer, founder of Jihad Watch, is going to join us to talk about why Palestinians
	love Hamas.

	discuss the January 6th tapes that were released by Speaker Mike Johnson to all Americans by
	way of a government website.
	And whether or not that's enough, by the way.
	What more can be done?
	What more can we learn from those tapes?
	And whether or not justice can be found for some of the J6 defendants and political prisoners.
	And make no mistake, there are many of them that are political prisoners.
	There are some who did criminal things that day.
	They should, and many already have paid a price, but the ones who did not, and who have been swept up in this by the federal government who intimidate people into not supporting Trump anymore, or not supporting conservatism, showing up at rallies, showing up at protests, showing up at demonstrations, showing up at marches for Israel, showing up at school board meetings and so forth, that's what this was all about.
	And so we're going to talk to him about that.
	But what I'm going to bring up now, and again we'll welcome you at 833-333-GORGKA, we already have some people on the line, we'll get to you in just a second as quickly as we can, but I want to talk about this survey.
	Back on October, probably 9th I would say, on my program anyway in Cleveland, Ohio, WHKRadio.com, and on social medias wherever I could get a chance to do it, I was cautioning people.
	about the narrative that was beginning to take shape it was as early as october ninth october seventh was the atrocity the the war crimes committed by uh... palestinian terrorists calling themselves hamas From Gaza, going into Israel, killing 1,400 people, wounding over 4,000, taking 240-plus hostage in the most barbaric ways, raping women to death, beheading and dismembering young babies, putting them in ovens, the most horrific things that the human mind can imagine were done that day on October 7th.
	So on October 8th, the world was just in shock, and the Israeli Jews got a little bit of sympathy, a little bit of compassion from the world.
	By the time October 8th was over, and Israel and the IDF was already talking about going into Gaza to tear apart Hamas so that they could not do this again, the narrative was shifting already, and the narrative was what?
	By October 9th, the narrative was, be careful not to hurt any civilians.
	Watch out for the Gazan civilians.
	Don't start a genocide of the Palestinian people who live in Gaza.
	This is what the narrative became.
	As early as that day on my local radio program and online.
	I told everybody, be very, very careful.
	Do not get fooled, do not get deluded into thinking that there is a giant distinction between Hamas, the terrorist organization, and the Palestinian civilians.
	Do not think that one is pure evil and that the other is as innocent and pure as the driven snow.
	Because you will be wrong!
	So what are you talking about?
	I said, well, let's look at why Hamas is in power.
	How did they get there?
	The Palestinian people that you are saying right now that are so innocent voted for them, elected them to represent them and to run Gaza.
	Over 50% as of the last poll of Palestinians in Gaza supported and loved Hamas, a terror group that has been committing terrorist acts against the Israeli people, against Jews, ever since they came into existence.
	75% of Gazans, Palestinians if you will, which is a term that really doesn't have a meaning, But 75% of them supported the other terror group operating out of Gaza called the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
	So, well, people said, well, come on.
	I mean, that's only 50% of them that supported Hamas.
	I mean, you know, these people are not all savages and animals.
	Okay.
	All right.
	Well, I mean, yeah, maybe things have changed a little bit.
	Maybe they've seen what happened on October 7th.
	Maybe.
	They don't support Hamas anymore.
	Maybe, just maybe, they think, oh my gosh, this is way too far, I cannot believe the savage things that they did, you know, in support of from the river to the sea, and so forth.
	Maybe you're right.
	So, I think it's worth, it's fair to look and see, let's see if attitudes have changed just a little bit.
	And you know, come to find out, they have!
	50% of the people of Gaza, the Palestinians who supported Hamas, no longer support Hamas.
	Now the number is 75% of them.
	Wait, what?
	You heard me.
	75% according to a survey conducted by the Arab World for Research and Development as recently as November 14th, six days ago from today, one month and a week after the October 7th atrocities.
	The questions were asked of Palestinians, a sample size of some 662, I think it was?
	660 plus.
	75% of them have a positive view of two things.
	One, Hamas, the terror group, and two, the specific atrocities committed on October 7th in Israel.
	They support the attack.
	Eighty-three percent of the men supported the attacks.
	Seventy-nine percent of the women supported the attacks.
	They watched barbarism happen, and they're not saying, Oh my gosh, that's awful!
	Our hearts are so saddened by what was done to those Israeli children, to those Israeli Jewish senior citizens, to those Israeli women.
	This is terrible.
	We would never want that to be done to us.
	No, rather they celebrate it.
	There are more supporters for Hamas and for the terror attacks of October 7th in the one month and one week since those barbaric atrocities were carried out than there were then.
	Does that sound like A people, to you, that we should feel compassion for and we should be worried about when Israel's defense forces are going into Gaza conducting, once again, let's get the vernacular correct here.
	They're not conducting raids on Hamas.
	They're not conducting assaults.
	They're not conducting blitzkriegs.
	They're conducting self-defensive exercises.
	I want everybody to know that.
	Because this does not sound like a people over there that are ready for a ceasefire.
	As a matter of fact, they loved what was done on October 7th so much that they say we're going to do it again and again.
	So while Israel carries out its self-defensive exercises in Gaza, While they blow up tunnels so that they collapse in on Hamas fighters underneath hospitals, so that the tunnels from which so many of these attacks have been carried out, or excuse me, planned, strategized, and munitions have been stored, and awful attacks carried out, they're collapsing.
	Hamas members are heard down below, muffled and struggling to breathe.
	And all I can say is, please let it be so.
	Please let it be so.
	That they are all Hamas fighters under there.
	But we should not be so worried about the collateral damage of individuals who support Hamas!
	So enough of this, hey, unless they're actual members of Hamas, they deserve our compassion, they deserve our pity, they deserve our mercy.
	No.
	A Palestinian who supports Hamas is Hamas.
	And a Hamas is a Palestinian.
	We've got a lot to talk about.

	My question for you is, can you see, because I don't hear anybody talk about this, big
	oil is laying down like a dog when it comes to this EV and all this green energy.
	We have the cleanest burning oil and gas ever in the history of the world, and they're sitting on their hands, and I checked out some of the Most of the boards are all lefties.
	They're all donating to them causes.
	I mean, it's amazing that they're laying down like this.
	I call them fair weather capitalists.
	Like if President Trump was back in, they would say, oh, he made this drill.
	He made this do it.
	But they're all making seven figures whether we drill or not.
	But, I mean, if they ran an ad campaign about how clean... There would be 5 million people on the White House lawn saying, no, we got to drill.
	Enough of this nonsense, with this E.B.
	nonsense.
	What do you think?
	Well, I did not know that many of the board members were leftists.
	That's a bit of a surprise to me.
	But I don't think it's going to matter at the end of the day.
	I was just doing a story this morning on my local show.
	No matter how many incentives they offer, how many tax breaks they offer to try to push these EVs onto people, people aren't buying.
	They don't want them.
	They know two things.
	Number one, they're not convenient.
	They're not going to be efficient and effective for them because you can't take trips with them without trying to find an empty charging port somewhere, sitting for two hours to get a full charge, and then realizing it cost you more, or as much as a tank of gas would have cost you anyway.
	That's number one.
	And number two, that the batteries die so much longer before the actual vehicle would be worn out.
	And the cost of the battery at that time is as much as if not more than the vehicle is worth.
	So it's going to get scrapped and then they got to buy another car anyway.
	They're finding out that they're being sold a bill of goods by these EV companies and by mandates and people pushing them from, you know, the Biden administration and the green energy groups.
	I call them gangrene.
	So people aren't buying it.
	And I think Ford is already, and I know you're talking about the oil companies, but this of course all goes hand in glove.
	Ford, Which announced about a year and a half, two years ago, that they were pretty much going to commit to almost all EV, a transition to almost all EVs and away from their internal combustion engines, largely.
	They are already rethinking that and starting to pull back on that plan because they realize it is not sustainable.
	It is not something that they can use to replace all of their income.
	And so I think the oil companies that are, you know, making these ads, and thank you for the call, Phil.
	I'm short of time here.
	I apologize.
	But I think the I think the oil companies, the automotive companies, and everybody else that thought we were going to have this massive EV revolution are already, before it even gets underway, they're already essentially saying, maybe not.
	It's not going to happen.
	And so they're making contingency plans and changes and so forth.
	So I think that's the reality of the situation.
	I think the American people are going to push back against it so much that they're not going to be profitable.
	None of the companies that are relying on it are going to be profitable, and the oil companies are going to end up right back in business.

	Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
	All right, thank you, Dr. G. It's 7 and 10 minutes before the top of the hour on a Monday, and you know at this time on a Monday what that means.
	It's time to talk to John Solomon, CEO, editor-in-chief of Just the News, award-winning investigative journalist joining us now via Skype on America First.
	John Solomon, good to talk to you.
	How are you today?
	Yeah, good to be with you, Bob.
	Good.
	Doing well.
	So, we're going to talk a little bit about one of the more breaking stories last couple of days on Just The News, and it's about Hunter Biden and about how he managed to keep making money even as he recovered from his addictions, and even after he was no longer on the board of Burisma or any of the other countries from China to Romania to Kazakhstan where he was making money, he still managed to do it with the help of somebody named Kevin Morris.
	John, who the hell is Kevin Morris?
	Well, Kevin Morris was a gracious donor to Joe Biden's 2020 campaign.
	He met Hunter Biden, reportedly in the New York Times, through a fundraiser with one of Joe Biden's fundraisers in November 2019 or December 2019.
	The dates are a little vague, but end of 2019.
	And very soon afterwards they become friends and Kevin Morris, a Hollywood lawyer, a guy who's been associated with such successes as South Park and other big things like that, he starts writing checks to cover Hunter Biden's bills, which are substantial.
	There are millions of dollars, at least two millions of dollars in overdue IRS tax debts and state tax debts.
	There is child support due for that child in Arkansas that he fathered.
	There is a $20,000 a month rent at a California home.
	And Kevin Moore has graciously starts helping Hunter Biden by covering all these bills when all that foreign money suddenly dried up.
	And then they're converted into loans, into promissory notes.
	By the time, at least in the records I've seen, those promissory notes now total $5.3 million, meaning that since Joe Biden began running for president, Hunter Biden has been the beneficiary of $5.3 million of loans from Kevin Morris, a donor to his father's campaign, a person he met through the campaign.
	It's how Hunter Biden essentially has lived the last couple of years.
	So, he's getting all of this money from Kevin Morris.
	It's now, as you said, been kind of, you know, transferred into loans, from gifts to loans, and it means it's got to be paid back.
	How is Hunter paying these loans back?
	Do we have any evidence that he is paying these loans back, and what is his source of income now that he can continue to live the lavish lifestyle that he has been living, and also paying back five and a half million dollars to Kevin Morris?
	Yeah, so the paperwork I saw, which is information that federal investigators and congressional investigators have gathered, shows that the interest is being charged at 5% a year on the loan.
	So that's what the 5% interest is.
	But none of the repayments are due to begin until October 2025, which means for the whole first term, Hunter Biden doesn't have an obligation to pay anything back.
	And then they begin a series of payments Uh, starting in October 25.
	Some of them stretch out all the way to, uh, 2029.
	So there's a long grace period before Hunter Biden has to, uh, fork over our money.
	By the way, that grace period goes beyond the next time Joe Biden would have to run for re-election 2024.
	There's still no requirement for Hunter Biden to pay the money back.
	That starts in 2025.
	So that's a fact that has caught the attention of some of the congressional investigators.
	Well, the only income that I've been able to identify for Hunter Biden, beyond the assistance that Kevin Morris gave, is that he sold about a million dollars, at least in gross sales, from his paintings to an art deal that he got with Burgess Gallery.
	Yeah, he sold about 12 of them, about over a million dollars.
	One bundle, I think, goes for $875,000 alone, just a bundle of 11 photos, paintings.
	So, but that's another situation where a Democratic donor is or Democratic fundraisers involved.
	The original contract lists as the agent a woman who raised money for Joe Biden's campaign.
	So it now helps us understand why the IRS whistleblowers who testified this summer said, you know, at one point we began looking at whether Joe Biden's campaign was accepting illegally large gifts.
	That's what they were talking about, these loans from Kevin Morris, maybe other things.
	The fact that these people were tied to the campaign when Hunter Biden was getting the assistance, that at least raised the suspicion of the IRS and FBI agents.
	Now federal prosecutors decided they didn't want to go down that path, but at least now we know how Hunter Biden lived, who was helping him, and why the IRS and FBI had at least some suspicions about these transactions.
	Boy, don't you wish we all had it so good that, you know, things get a little bit tight, run a little low on cash, monthly budget's a little bit light, I'll sketch out something on the back of a cocktail napkin and somebody's gonna give me $250,000 for it.
	This is so extraordinarily, obviously illegal, and I hope, and I know James Comer is all over this, I know Oversight, I know Judiciary and everybody else, they're trying to get to Kevin Morris, they're gonna probably end up subpoenaing him along with a lot of the other Hunter Biden associates.
	John Solomon, let's pivot now to J6.
	True to his word, Speaker Johnson released them toward the end of last week to everybody by way of a government website.
	You can click on the links.
	However, of course, that's very cumbersome to try to work your way through all of these 44,000 hours that way.
	What do you want to see done with what you have seen thus far as far as the content of these public tapes?
	Well, keep in mind, I began looking at these tapes when Speaker Kevin McCarthy was still in office.
	He gave me access.
	I did quite a few stories on really important things.
	Things like, oh, the Secret Service brought Kamala Harris within a few feet of that bomb at the DNC without sweeping the property.
	Oh, they left a door open and hundreds of people came through the Capitol.
	Police left a door open and allowed hundreds of the intruders to come through that door.
	Another very important piece, police left their own riot gear on the ground and they allowed it to be
	grabbed by the rioters which is a real violation of the basic security
	protocols that police officers are trained beginning when they go to police
	academy. So I've seen a lot of footage, hundreds of hours of footage that I've reviewed.
	I think the more people go through it, it's cumbersome, you'll find more and
	more stories.
	To me, there's already a very compelling narrative, which is the one thing the January 6th Committee did not want the American people to see so that they could stay on their Trump, Trump, Trump narrative, which they did, the Democratic Committee did, was that there were glaring security failures.
	These failures began three weeks before January 6th when intelligence began coming in From the MPD, from the FBI, from Homeland Security Department, from the Marshal Service saying there's going to be violence, a high degree of chance of violence on January 6th and the security plan was not adequately adjusted.
	Then the National Guard wasn't turned out and then on that day you see egregious security failures, fumbling by the police, things like pushing a door open and leaving it unlocked so people can come through.

	He's not the only potential octogenarian who could be in the White House, which is something that Joe Scarborough on Morning Jolt... Morning... I probably shouldn't use the word I want to use there.
	What he had to say about Donald Trump and his age, if he indeed is the next president.
	Cut one.
	If you heard him this weekend, my gosh, I mean, it's not getting better.
	He thinks he's running against Barack Obama.
	He gets confused and rattled.
	You know, he talks about how Joe Biden could lead us into World War II.
	Very, very dazed and confused up there sometimes.
	And I'm, man, I'm worried about his age.
	I know you are too.
	I mean, you have to be worried about his age.
	The fact that he's running against a president he thinks that hasn't run for office in over a decade.
	It's hilarious to listen to the left.
	It is hilarious.
	Everything he just said, he was talking about Donald Trump.
	He was talking about Donald Trump getting confused on stage.
	Joe Biden literally turns to shake the hands of people who aren't there.
	Joe Biden starts to recite quotes that he can remember the first four or five words of and then just trails off with, yeah, well, whatever.
	He can't remember, I don't know if he knows what the R in Joseph R. Biden stands for at this point in time, but he's worried about Trump's age.
	Now, that came from the left.
	Well, now let's talk about coming from the right, talking about criticism from a political rival.
	Governor Ron DeSantis in Florida also had something to say about an octogenarian being president-cut too.
	So I've said publicly, the presidency is not a job for an 80-year-old.
	Donald Trump would actually be older on January 20, 2025 than Biden was on January 20, 2021.
	But I think it's part of a larger issue that this is not the same guy as the Trump in 2015 and 2016.
	That Trump would show up on the debate stage.
	He'd barnstorm.
	You know, yes, he was off-color, he was edgy, but it was all part of an idea that he was really going to shake things up.
	Now, he's wedded to the teleprompter, he's not willing to debate, and he's running on many of the same things he promised to do in 2016 and didn't deliver.
	For example, he said he was going to build a wall and have Mexico pay for it.
	Jake, he didn't build the wall and Mexico sure didn't pay for it because you would not have been able to have 8 million people come in illegally if we had a fully constructed wall.
	He also said he would drain the swamp and yet the swamp is more powerful than ever.
	So he didn't do it the first time.
	I don't know what makes you think he's going to do it this time.
	So most of that clip of Ron DeSantis on CNN was talking about policies and accomplishments or falling short of accomplishments.
	But the very first half of it, you heard him talking about Donald Trump being 80, he's going to be as old as Joe Biden was when he took office.
	There is probably some truth to that.
	That's probably why 73% of Americans don't want a Trump versus Biden rematch.
	It is in large part because of the age, and they want the next generation of leaders and so forth.
	But to compare Donald Trump's mental acuity to Joe Biden's That's laughable.
	I don't care if Joe Scarborough is doing it, or if Rhonda Sanchez is doing it, or anybody else doing it, that is laughable.
	Donald Trump would run mental circles around Joe Biden today, tomorrow, and when they're both 90, if they ever get that far.

	He understands the role of Hamas In that larger picture, and why it is so crucial that we understand that the collateral damage that everybody is so worried about in Gaza is something we should not really concern ourselves with.
	There's only two types of people in Gaza that are quote-unquote Palestinian.
	There are Hamas terrorists, and then there are future Hamas terrorists.
	At the end of the day, that is a realistic point of view.
	How?
	Why?
	That's so bigoted.
	That's so unfair.
	That's so judgmental.
	France, what are you saying?
	If you have not seen some of the videos, the most recent person to post them on Twitter is James Woods.
	Conservative, Hollywood star, one of the very few who are out and loud and proud about being conservative.
	James Woods is the latest to post videos of just some very, very disturbing things.
	When it comes to Israel's response to the barbaric October 7th attacks launched by Hamas, Israel's response is supposed to be, you know, a little bit controlled.
	We've got to make sure that we don't go too far.
	We have to have a proportional response to the damage that they did, which of course is absurd.
	And the reason for this call for proportionality is we don't want to harm the innocent civilians of Gaza who have nothing to do with this, right?
	These videos will turn your stomach.
	Videos like the one that James Woods just, he didn't create it, but it was just posted yesterday, show the reality of what the Palestinian civilians are.
	I am watching trucks being driven by Hamas members, pickup trucks.
	The backs of which, the beds of which, are filled with the bodies of dead Jewish citizens.
	Jewish Israeli citizens, or Israeli Jews is a better way to say it.
	Most of them females.
	They're parading them through the streets in Gaza.
	Through the crowds, and what do you think the crowds are doing?
	Are they standing there with their jaws on their chests, mouths agape, at the sight of such horrors and brutality, and oh my gosh, I can't believe they did this?
	If they were like that, I might be a little bit more sympathetic to the problem if they end up being used as human shields by Hamas.
	But they're not like that.
	What the video shows is Palestinian quote-unquote civilians jumping on the sides of those trucks as they roll by, so that they can reach into the beds of the truck to punch and strike the dead bodies of the murdered Jews that Hamas just killed.
	They're desecrating them.
	I'm looking at them right now.
	They're beating one of them with a 2x4.
	Others are reaching in and punching with their fists the dead bodies.
	They're swinging clubs.
	The bodies are dead.
	Hamas killed them.
	Palestinians celebrated it and joined in with the desecration of the bodies.
	Bars, pipes, poles, 2x4s, fists, everything they can.
	I bring this up because it must be understood.
	There can be no ceasefire.
	The only thing that can happen when it comes to this war, and it is that, and there are casualties in war, the only thing that can happen, my friends, is the opposite of ceasefire.
	And that would be commence fire.
	The opposite of ceasing something, which is to stop it, is to begin something, which is to commence with it.
	More fire.
	Not cease fire, more fire.
	Because they have made this clear, if nothing else has been made clear.
	They will not stop.
	And I'm talking about Palestinians.
	I'm talking about Hamas.
	I'm talking about those that truly believe from the river to the sea.
	Those that truly believe that the entirety of that land must be swept clean of Jews and renamed Palestine.
	That is what they have said, as clear as can be.
	Now, in the process, they're trying to drum up support for their position, saying that Israeli Jews and Americans who support Jews are truly the demons here, the bloodlusting, bloodthirsty oppressors here.
	And it begs the question, why?
	Why do they engage in these propaganda campaigns to try to demonize Israel?
	Well, I spoke on my television podcast called Strictly Speaking, which I'll tell you about in a minute, with Alan Dershowitz.
	I've also spoken to Alan Dershowitz on this program as well, sitting in for Dr. G. But I had a really long conversation with Alan Dershowitz, the noted Harvard Law professor and retired criminal lawyer, about why it is that the world specifically Cares about Palestinians being oppressed by the hated Jews, which of course is a complete misnomer, it's not true, but why other oppressed groups don't generate any outrage whatsoever against the oppressors.
	I want you to listen to what Alan Dershowitz says here.
	Cut 9.
	Go deeper than just the hatred of the Jews.
	Why is Israel in the crosshairs of so many, not only in the Middle East, Arab countries in the Middle East, but literally from every continent almost?
	Well, first of all, everybody who hates America hates Israel.
	Scratch an anti-Zionist and you'll get an anti-American because Israel is so close to America.
	Israel supports America.
	Israel works closely with America militarily on intelligence, on technology, and in every other way.
	And so if you're anti-American, you're going to take it out on Israel.
	You're not going to, you know, but again, compare Israel and the Palestinians on the one hand to what's happening to the Kurdish people.
	as a result of their being oppressed and occupied by Syria, by Iraq, by Lebanon, and by Turkey.
	But nobody hates those countries, at least the radical students don't, so they don't care about the Kurdish people.
	This is not about human rights.
	This is not about the Palestinian people.
	The Palestinian people deserve far less sympathy than the Kurdish people and other people like the Uyghurs and others.
	It's not about the Palestinians.
	It's about Israel.
	It's about the nation-state of the Jewish people.
	If the Palestinian weren't allegedly oppressed by a Jewish state, they would get no attention whatsoever.
	It's the fact that Israel is the alleged occupier that brings all the attention to the Palestinian people.
	Pure, simple anti-Semitism.
	How can anybody even remotely criticize that, or dispute that?
	He mentioned the Kurds.
	He mentioned, he pronounced them Uyghurs, but the Uyghurs, as I pronounce them, that are being forced into concentration camps and victims of genocide in China by the Chinese.
	Nobody cares about these quote-unquote oppressed groups, except for they care about the Palestinians.
	Why is that group getting all of this sympathy?
	Which deserves far less of it, and you just heard Alan Dershowitz explained why.
	Because their oppressors, in the propaganda world, are the Jews.
	And the Jews, of course, of Israel, are hated.
	Hated around the globe.
	He's right.
	And the Palestinians deserve no sympathy.
	I don't care what Sharia Tlaib says.
	They deserve no sympathy, as evidenced by what I started this show with today.
	And that is the recent survey done of the Arab communities by the Arab World for Research and Development.
	November 14th, six days ago, 75% of Palestinians surveyed said they support Hamas and they support what was done on October 7th.
	Why should we cry one tear for anybody who is quote-unquote collateral damage as they are used as human shields by the savages of Hamas?
	Now, speaking of propaganda, I want to share another one with you.
	This one is kind of important too.
	Here in the state of Ohio, where I come to you live, the ReliefFactor.com studios, about 10 minutes from my house is a little town.
	In which there was an alleged hate crime back on October 23rd.
	A 20-year-old man by the name of Hesham Ayad claimed that he was walking down kind of a lonely road during his lunch break.
	Apparently there's no cars and there's no door to ask.
	He had to walk to lunch.
	He claims that he was struck by an SUV that rolled down the windows and screamed at him.
	Death to all Palestinians.
	Israel, let's see, long live Israel.
	Kill all Palestinians and long live Israel.
	From the moment this story broke, it was Palestinian Jussie Smollett.
	I said it on the radio, I may play some of that for you later.
	Turns out it was exactly that.
	He has now been arrested and charged with filing false hate crime hoaxes.
	This is what propaganda looks like, my friends, and it's why we must see through it and we must speak the truth.

	He's down, as a matter of fact, at Mar-a-Lago talking with The Boss.
	As he so respectfully and accurately refers to former President and potentially future President Donald Trump.
	So Dr. G is with President Trump today.
	He will be back in his big chair tomorrow, hopefully with a report on what they discussed.
	We want to discuss some things now with our good friend Robert Spencer.
	Robert Spencer is the founder and the CEO of Jihad Watch online at jihadwatch.org.
	Robert Spencer is one of the most knowledgeable Just great.
	Always good to talk to you, Bob.
	working in America and maybe around the world when it comes to the Middle East,
	when it comes to the ongoing conflicts with Israel and their surrounding Arab
	neighbors. Robert Spencer, good to have you back here on America First. How are
	you, sir? Just great. Always good to talk to you, Bob.
	Thank you. I always enjoy it.
	I wanted to get your response first to the survey.
	I was not shocked one bit.
	I was talking about this earlier.
	I said a couple of days after the October 7th atrocities, Robert, I said, do not distinguish between Hamas and Palestinians who are civilians because so many of those Palestinians are just Hamas-in-waiting.
	There's Hamas members and there's future Hamas members all throughout the Gaza Strip.
	Here's why I said that.
	Now we have an actual survey that was conducted by the Arab World for Research and Development as of November 14th.
	So six days ago, after five weeks of marinating in the atrocities of October 7th, they were asked whether or not they support Hamas and support what happened on October 7th.
	Five percent of them, Robert Spencer, say yes.
	They support Hamas.
	They support, specifically, the attacks of October 7th, and they do not support a two-state solution.
	They want Israel gone.
	What's your reaction?
	I wasn't in the least surprised either, Bob.
	This is exactly what we would expect after the Gazans chose Hamas in 2005, and they have never shown any sign of rejecting them ever since.
	Biden said when he met with Netanyahu that Hamas does not represent the Palestinians, and that was flatly false.
	As the poll indicates, this is the government that they want.
	And the fact is, nobody wants to talk about it, nobody wants to admit it.
	But what Hamas is doing is, what Hamas did on October 7th, is in accord with Islamic
	teaching and Islamic law regarding jihad, regarding the Jews, regarding the idea of
	Islamic land and the necessity to drive out those who supposedly drove them out, as the
	The Quran says.
	And so there's no reason for anybody in Gaza to object if they hold the same Islamic beliefs.
	And so there was absolutely no surprise to this poll whatsoever.
	Yeah, and it's so disturbing because the reason why it matters so much is, again, we spent maybe as a country and maybe the world a day, a day and a half, really being shocked and disgusted by the atrocities of October 7th.
	By the time October 9th came around, say, and Israel's defense forces were planning their retaliation and their self-defensive exercises, as I call them in Gaza, everybody's attention turned from the atrocity committed against the Jewish people to the, hey, don't hurt anybody in Gaza when you're going after Hamas over there.
	Those are innocent people.
	Robert, between that poll, and then some of the videos we have seen of the non-Hamas Gazan civilians, as they're called, beating, stomping, and desecrating the bodies of the Jews that are being paraded through their streets, shows that these are not innocent people at all, are they?
	No, I'm sure there might be a few somewhere, but for the most part you're talking about people who believe in what the Qur'an says.
	The Qur'an says kill them wherever you find them.
	It says the Jews are the worst enemies of the Muslims.
	It says never back down when you have the upper hand.
	And there's no reason to expect that people who believe that these things are the statements of the creator of the universe are going to act in any different way.
	And so, why wouldn't they be cruel, brutal, horrific to the Jews?
	The Quran also says, Muhammad is the apostle of Allah.
	Those who follow him are ruthless to unbelievers, merciful to one another.
	The problem we have in the West is that nobody ever took Islam seriously as an aspect of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
	And yet, you look at Hamas's charter, and how Hamas talks about, how Hamas leaders talk about the conflict, they all refer to Islam.
	Beginning, middle, and end, and to nothing else.
	And so if we really want to understand what's going on in Gaza, we have to understand Islam.
	Well, I'm glad you brought up the Hamas Charter, Robert Spencer.
	I want to read just one portion of Article 7 of the Hamas Charter for those who don't know what you and I are talking about.
	Quote, The day of judgment will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews, killing the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees.
	The stones and trees will say, O Moslems, O Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me.
	Come and kill him.
	Only the Gokhad tree would not do that, because it is one of the trees of the Jews.
	That is a direct quote from Article 7 of the Hamas Covenant, the Hamas Charter.
	So for anybody who says they're just trying to be free, they just don't want to be oppressed, they just want to live in peace, no they don't.
	They want to kill every Jew that lives, and it's in their charter, and as we just discussed, Robert, they're supported by 75% of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
	Yeah, Bob, and it's not just in the Hamas charter, but that's a statement that's attributed to Muhammad, the prophet of Islam.
	And so, you have the most revered figure in Islam, the founder of the religion, the man who is called an excellent example in the Quran, The man considered to be the perfect man and the model for emulation that every Muslim should imitate.
	And he's saying the end times, the last day, will not come until Muslims kill Jews.
	Then killing Jews, you see, becomes a holy, a sacred act.
	It becomes an act of service to Allah.
	And so it's not murder as we would see it.
	It is something that they're doing in order to get closer to their God.
	And that just sounds crazy to Westerners, but we have to understand it from the standpoint of the believing Muslims.
	Robert Spencer is our guest.
	He is the director of Jihad Watch.
	He is one of the most knowledgeable men on the Muslim Brotherhood and the decades-long conflict between Israel and what is, I guess, referred to as Palestine, even though there is no Palestine.
	But, Robert, I want to talk about the propaganda war.
	And I want to talk about the attempt to silence anybody that tells the truth about what Hamas is and what this means also to the United States.
	There is a political cartoonist, an editorial cartoonist, whose name is Michael Ramirez.
	He did a cartoon for the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
	He's a Pulitzer Prize winner, by the way.
	And his cartoon ran in the Washington Post.
	And it depicts senior Hamas official Ghazi Hamad.
	You can see it on your screen now if you're watching this show.
	And he has got, well, babies and women tied to his body.
	A literal human shield.
	When we use that term, it's not a euphemism.
	Hamas fighters hide behind civilians.
	Well, this particular That cartoon shows him with babies and women tied to him while he says, how dare Israel attack civilians?
	Because if they shoot to kill the Hamas terrorists, they're going to hit the civilians that he is literally hiding behind.
	We're going to have you on for another segment here because we've got less than 20 seconds here, Robert Spencer, but I want you to see that.
	I want everybody who's watching and listening to the show to have the ability to see that too.
	And we'll get Robert Spencer's reaction to that cartoon being spiked as a part of the
	propaganda campaign in support of Palestinian and Hamas causes.

	Robert, let's throw that picture back up there too for anybody who's watching the show to be able to see this too.
	This is the editorial cartoon done by Michael Ramirez, who said his cartoon was pulled off the Washington Post page.
	Because critics said it was racist for stereotyping and demonizing Palestinians.
	It's a caricature of one specific Palestinian, Hamas terrorist Ghazi Hamad.
	The caricature looks exactly like him, and he is hiding behind children and women, which of course is the human shield thing that everybody is talking about with respect to Hamas.
	So they spiked it.
	And he wrote an article, a very strong article, defending his cartoon that ran in Newsweek.
	So, Robert Spencer, now that you've had a chance to see it and actually see the response, what's your reaction to this being spiked?
	Well, I think it's ridiculous that anybody said that this was racist and even more ridiculous that the Washington Post apparently took that claim seriously enough to spike the cartoon.
	It's just plain fact.
	The Palestinians have been accused of using human shields for years.
	The UN even has taken notice of it, despite the fact that the UN is inveterately anti-Israel.
	The Shifa Hospital, we have just seen over the last few days, all the ways in which Hamas was running this command and control center from the middle of a civilian installation.
	Clearly, Using the hospital patients as well as the doctors and the staff as human shields.
	And so it was factual.
	So what race is involved here?
	And the idea that Palestinians are somehow maligned, well, where are the Palestinians denouncing the Hamas use of human shields, which is obvious?
	Where are the Palestinians who say, Hamas really ought not to be mounting attacks from schoolyards and hospitals and places like that?
	But it's clear that Hamas wanted to draw retaliatory fire That would kill civilians that it could use for propaganda purposes.
	And that's what the cartoon is about.
	So I commend Ramirez for standing up and not backing down in his Newsweek piece.
	I commend him also for responding with another cartoon.
	Show the edited version, which he just titled, Take Two, because he was accused of, you know, again, it was a racist caricature.
	It was not.
	It looked exactly like Hamad.
	So he just went ahead and did the, have a nice day, yellow smiley face and put them on there.
	Does that look better?
	So clearly he's mocking them for their criticism.
	Showing, you know, he truly is a free speech absolutist.
	He even defends his critics saying everybody has a right to criticize, but they should also respect my right to editorialize by way of my profession, which of course is as a graphic artist like that.
	Robert, pivoting now to the pause.
	We are told this morning, as I woke up this morning and started my prep for my morning show, There were negotiations for the release of some hostages.
	Don't know how many.
	Don't know if they're going to be all women and children or what have you.
	If there would be an agreement to a days long pause in the fighting and in the rooting out of Hamas in Gaza, do you think such a pause should happen?
	And do you think there's any realistic chance of getting all of those hostages out alive?
	It should not happen.
	There is a possibility of getting all the hostages out alive, but the thing about the pause and the negotiations, why should there be any negotiations at all?
	What they want to do is trade these hostages for terrorists who are in prison in Israel.
	And then those terrorists would just go back to fighting against Israelis.
	So that would only reward Hamas for taking hostages and give them incentive to take more.
	The last thing they should do is make that kind of an agreement with Hamas.
	Also, any pause in the fighting at this point will give Hamas a chance to regroup and fight
	more strongly.
	As a matter of fact, here again, it all goes back to Islam.
	In Islam, you are not to ask for a truce with the infidel enemy unless he's about to convert to Islam, which is not in play in this issue, or you are losing and you need time to gather strength.
	A pause would be exactly that.
	Hamas is losing, they need time to gather strength, and now the leftist establishment of the world, Biden, the European Union, the UN, all the rest, they want to give Hamas that chance.
	Robert Spencer, you have an article on FrontPageMag.com today talking about American cities that support Palestine to the point, or what the mythical land of Palestine, but Palestinians, Massachusetts and Michigan cities displaying Palestinian flags in solidarity.
	How can they express solidarity on American soil for enemies of Israel and enemies of America?
	It's a terrible thing, really, and it just shows the historical ignorance of the people involved.
	North Andover, Massachusetts, they said, this is not the flag of terrorism.
	This is a flag of a country, a culture, a people.
	But the fact is, there never were Palestinians.
	This is a rhetorical trick that was invented in order to have a weapon against Israel.
	There's no mention of the Palestinian people.
	That's very, very important that people know that.

	If I was from Gaza, I would be pissed, but to be honest, I wouldn't resist.
	Because Hamas's rivals all wind up dead, tortured before they get shot in the head.

	And for a female, it's like 77 or 78 or 79 or something.
	You get up to 80, it's a reason to celebrate.

	Not everybody ages the same way.
	You want evidence?
	Look at Donald Trump.

	If Donald Trump wins the presidency, when he takes office in January of 2025, he will be older than when Joe Biden took office at the start of his term in January of 2021.
	But when you look at him, when you listen to them, they're like light years apart.
	Donald Trump is still vibrant.
	Now, he may not look like what he used to when he was a playboy, when he was a multi-billionaire playboy.
	He's got that middle-aged spread that has become a, you know, an old age spread.
	You don't see it so much in a suit because he wears tailored suits, but when he's on the golf course you can see he's kind of got that pear shape going and that's okay.
	It's not about What your age is, it's how you've aged.
	Donald Trump is aging cognitively exceptionally well.
	Donald Trump is light years ahead of the way Joe Biden is aging at the age of 81.
	And that's what this is about.
	It's not just his number, it's how he has aged.
	And Joe Biden is simply not capable of doing what needs to be done by a president.
	A commander-in-chief who projects as much weakness around the globe as he does As he welcomes people like Xi Jinping to San Francisco and just exudes and emanates weakness and frailty.
	That is what our country is viewed as by our worst enemies, like China, like Russia, like North Korea, like Iran.
	You're projecting frailty to the rest of the world.
	He is 81, but he looks like he's 101.
	Donald Trump may be 81, or I'm sorry, he'll be 79 when he takes office in January 2025, but again, you wouldn't know it by listening to him, and you wouldn't know him by, again, the way he carries himself.
	He doesn't shuffle, he struts.
	He doesn't mumble.
	He articulates.
	He projects his voice.
	He doesn't shrink it.
	He doesn't look frail.
	He looks powerful.
	He looks intimidating.
	Quite frankly, for a lot of world leaders, it matters.
	It does.
	Now, that doesn't mean he's the only one.
	I think younger, stronger, conservative people with the same mindset can do the same thing.
	But I can tell you who can't do this, and that's Joe Biden.

	Did he say the embassy is in Jerusalem, or does he talk about the attempt by Israel to have the American embassy move to Jerusalem?
	Well, the way it was read to me over the air from your show, it's in Jerusalem.
	Okay, a different show, obviously, because like I said, I'm not familiar with the lines you're talking about here.
	If I can find out, in fact, Eric, or if one of the team can look that up and see what reference there is in Bin Laden's letter to America to the embassy being in Jerusalem.
	I doubt very, very seriously that this is a fake, because they have known about this letter for a long time before his death.
	If I understand that correctly, and if I'm wrong, I'll apologize for that, but I don't think that's the case, my friend.
	If we can figure that out and get specifics on it, I will tell you exactly what it does say.

	What I'm more concerned with than the authenticity of bin Laden's letter trying to justify the horrific attacks of 9-11 by proclaiming America to be the great Satan that they believe we are, Far more concerning to me is that modern-day young, you know, Gen Z-ers who don't understand what happened that day, and even if there is a few specials every year around early September where they're commemorating it with documentaries and so forth, they're not watching it, they don't know what the horror was all about, and they certainly don't know the backstory leading up to 9-11 either.
	They read The words of the terrorist who did it, and then actually express support for, whoa, I never realized it was that bad here.
	Oh my gosh.
	Anybody else have any visceral reactions like this to it?
	That is far more concerning to me than any bogus claims of its inauthenticity.

	The Answer, joined now on America First by Darren Beatty of Revolver News, as we talk about Speaker Mike Johnson doing exactly what he promised he would do, and that is deliver The 44,000 hours or so of J6 tape to the American people for everyone to see.

	I'm so glad that we finally got this.
	You know, there's a number of things that we have to ask about this.
	First of all, you, like everybody, has probably been combing through as much of it as you can.
	It's hard to, you know, kind of find your way through 44,000 hours of tape waiting to stumble across the things that are the most valuable.
	From what you have seen that has been presented, what's your reaction to the way it has been presented?
	J6 has been presented as an insurrection.
	Well, from my personal perspective, I've been deeply steeped in this for many years.
	And so it's really nothing new narratively.
	I think what's, you know, we've already known that the Capitol Police opened the doors.
	We've already known based on existing footage that the Capitol Police gratuitously provoked violence with the flashbangs and everything.
	So all of these things we've already known based on Pre-existing footage.
	And so I think the significance of this recent release, and it is significant, don't get me wrong, is simply in reinforcing the narrative that those who've looked at things closely already knew was the true narrative, and disseminating this widely throughout Twitter, X, and other platforms so people who haven't paid close attention to this can finally see and say, look, This video footage directly and dramatically contradicts the official narrative that's been shoved down our throats day in and day out for years.
	Yeah, it really has.
	Darren, I did see, we're talking to Darren Beatty, he's the founder of Revolver.News.
	I did see something I had not seen before in the previous iterations, you know, what Kevin McCarthy released to Tucker and what Tucker presented before.
	And that is, Jack Posobiec posted the video, among others, that's where I happened to see it this morning, of Capitol Police shooting into the crowd without warning from perched positions.
	I had not seen that before.
	Is there more of that?
	And what do you make of that, Darren?
	Well, again, I mean, these things for those who have been really looking at this stuff, this is already well known.
	But the fact that you're saying you've seen this for the first time indicates how significant this is.
	A lot of people are seeing this for the first time because, you know, people have busy lives and you can't do a deep dive on everything.
	It's important to constantly re-up the correct narrative in people's consciousness, because you never know when somebody's going to see it for the first time and say, oh, everything they told me was a lie.
	And this is indeed dramatic footage of the cops shooting into the crowd.
	And again, totally gratuitous.
	Unprovoked, unnecessary, and in addition to undermining the official regime narrative of what I've called the Fed's erection for quite some time now, I think it's particularly subversive coming out now because there's an unavoidable, if implicit, comparison to the recent Left-wing protests you've seen, for instance, outside of the DNC building.
	Right.
	That really paints a marked contrast to what actually happened on January 6th.
	And one can only imagine if The crowd control were to do to those protesters what they did to the people in January 6.
	I mean, frankly, I would I would welcome it at this point if they were to do it to the to the protesters now.
	But there's such a such a stark difference in how these things are treated narratively in the media.
	But not that we even needed this newest juxtaposition, because going back, we already had the contrast with The Black Lives Matter protests and how those were treated.
	Black Lives Matter protests were even more violent than the pro-Palestinian protests you see now.
	By far.
	By far.
	Buildings burned, cars burned, smashed, vandalism, people attacked.
	I'm going to go back to the Fed part of what you said for a moment too.
	What is your understanding of ghost buses and what did you think of Christopher Wray answering, I believe it was Clay Higgins, saying, I've never heard that term before, weren't these the buses that were filled with feds that were verified, that were amongst the crowd?
	Remember, they admitted at one point, they lost track of how many feds they actually had in the crowd that day.
	They don't even know what the number is because it was too high.
	Well, January 6 was replete with feds from a variety of different agencies and things are so compartmentalized that often feds would interact with feds and not even know they're feds because one of them was an FBI informant.
	The other guy was a DHS operative.
	You know, the other ones weren't feds, but they were working for, you know, some outfit out of the D.C.
	Metro Police.
	And so there are so many different groups I'm operating at the same day with I would imagine limited communication and in a hyper compartmentalized fashion.
	Well, we saw that on some of these new videos, didn't we, Darren, where one is arresting the other or something, and the one who's being arrested kind of has to flash his badge to show, no, I'm embedded here with you guys or with my crew, and you guys, I'm one of you.
	We're on the same side here.
	Those are some of the things, again, that I did not see from the original release that Tucker had.
	This is new stuff, and this is shocking.
	Yeah.
	As for the badge, I'm not sure if we're thinking about the same one, but my understanding is there is some kind of Ambiguity as to what that was.
	I don't know if that was ultimately confirmed to be a badger for thinking about the same video.
	But the long story short is, yes, there are undercover cops everywhere.
	There were feds everywhere.
	This has been substantiated for a long time.
	Revolver News is known for introducing the feds erection pieces into the national conversation.
	But this stuff has been well known.
	The New York Times did a piece begrudgingly years ago, acknowledging that the FBI had multiple informants in the Proud Boys who were reporting on the developments of January 6th in real time and even from inside the Capitol as the event was unfolding.
	Absolutely.
	As for the buses, there is an important issue called the Hippies for Trump van, people used to call it.
	And we reported on this extensively in a very early piece years ago, one of our one, I think it was part two of our two part Meet Ray Epps series.
	And yeah, there was a bus that was stopped right outside of the Department of Justice on January 5.
	with explosives and they arrest you know they pick down the people's names and everything and you think in light of something like that with stop the steal written on the bus of course and the and the people in the bus very suspicious even with something like that you would think okay now Nancy Pelosi the mayor of DC would finally relent and allow the heightened security that Trump administration
	had been pushing for.
	Yeah, they were close to it, did indeed push for.
	Darren, we're going to need a time out here, but there's still three elements I want to ask you
	about. One is about what the revelation of all of these new tapes might do to existing
	political prisoners for J6, Two, the J6 committee and whether or not investigation should be done.
	And three, whether a separate investigation into the feds that were there and what their responsibility was in all of this.

	Let's talk now about the committee.
	Darren Beatty, the J6 committee did everything they could to hide the reality of what those videos were going to show.
	That's why they kicked, of course, Jim Banks and Jim Jordan off of it before it got started.
	And it was comprised solely of Democrats and Republican Democrats, essentially, because they didn't want to have to answer for this.
	Now, Mike Lee, Senator Lee from Utah, is calling for an investigation of the investigators of the J6 committee.
	Will they get one?
	Well, I certainly hope so.
	It remains to be seen.
	But you're absolutely right in your characterization of the committee.
	I used to describe it as a committee comprised of Democrats who hate Trump and his supporters and Republicans who hate Trump and his supporters even more.
	You could argue that Liz Cheney and Herr Ilk and Adam Kinzinger, the man who cries, these people hate Trump and his supporters.
	You know, Kinsinger, he's never encountered a Trump supporter that he didn't want to see rotting in jail for 50 years.
	One exception, there's one January 6th participant that he actually bent over backwards to defend, and that happens to be Ray Epps, so I think people can put two and two together on that one.
	Yeah, absolutely right.
	And speaking of the prisoners, I'm glad you brought that up because that was going to be one of the three follow-ups I wanted to have with you.
	Do you think the presentation, public release of all of these tapes, will give some of these political prisoners a little bit of hope that they can get out from underneath the heel of the government on their throat, which has been there for some of them for literally three years, including those being held without trial?
	That's a tough question because this footage has been available to Defense Council prior to having been made public.
	So any kind of potentially exculpatory material presumably would have already been available.
	So on that basis, I wouldn't want to encourage Any false hope.
	There is a possibility that this will enhance public pressure could read down to the benefit of these unjustly in prison individuals.
	But it could work the other way, too, because it could strengthen the resolve of the Department of Justice.
	So there's just a lot of variables in there.
	And the way that the January 6th defendants have been treated is just atrocious.
	It's beyond you know, third world, it's beyond banana boat. This is gulag
	territory, really genuine political prisoners, many of them. And it's just really
	obscene.
	Yeah, kept in isolation, kept in conditions that are worse than Gitmo, according to those
	who have seen Gitmo, I can't speak to it, but others who have say that. And you just nailed
	it because it's yeah, sure, those things were made available to defense attorneys, but to the public,
	No, not until now and that pressure I would hope as well as Getting into the ears of their representatives in Congress to say this is not going to stand.
	We had no idea.
	Now we do.
	So that's a big part of it.
	Last question for you, Darren, is about the feds once again going back to them now.
	To my knowledge, and I don't have great knowledge because I'm not a cop nor am I a lawyer, but I don't think a cop who is infiltrating, for example, a drug gang or a drug cartel is allowed to, in order to establish his cover, use drugs.
	They're not allowed to commit crimes.
	They're not allowed to stick somebody up if they're, you know, trying to prove their mettle and so forth.
	They can't commit crimes.
	If that's true, and I don't know that it is, how can the feds, who were there on the ground on J6, Well, a couple things.
	Let's go, we got like Ray Epps and others.
	We gotta get in there, we gotta get in there.
	They're encouraging people to go in, which is just as much conspiracy to commit an insurrection
	as for example, the leader of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio, who was not even in DC that day.
	Well, a couple of things.
	According to my understanding, it is legally permissible
	under certain exceptional circumstances or undercovers to commit crimes.
	There are certain dispensations they can get that are supposed to be authorized and go through, you know, various channels and so forth.
	What they're not supposed to do is something called entrapment.
	That is to say, they're not supposed to engineer the very crime or potential crime that they ultimately uncover and prevent.
	And we saw this in a very egregious manner in the so-called Michigan kidnapping case, what's commonly
	called appropriately the Fed-napping case, in which there were more Feds involved than actual genuine
	participants. And all of the critical decisions that moved the alleged plot forward were
	actually done by and facilitated by the Feds themselves. So they were preventing a crime that
	wouldn't have even existed had they not been involved.
	And that's entrapment.
	Huge distinction.
	That's such a great point.
	I'm so glad I asked you.

	You know, one thing about, a couple of points, Trump versus Biden, you know, both those two nominees would have clear records because they both held the job or holding the job.
	Trump did a superb job for the most part, and Biden did a horrible part.
	A horrible job.
	The other thing is, from the way the justice system and so on persecutes Trump, and the way it bends over backwards to cover up for Biden, you see that Trump is the enemy of the establishment.
	You see Biden is clearly the establishment.
	You could have a more clear choice between good and bad, between corrupt and between someone who's trying to end the corruption.
	And, you know, so it's very interesting, and, you know, many of us are very concerned that they're going to try to steal it, and, you know, many of us are concerned they're not even going to have Trump and Biden as the nominee.
	They're going to try to steal the nomination from Trump, give it to somebody else, and steal and give Biden the nomination to maybe someone like Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom.
	Trump, maybe they would steal it for, like, DeSantis or Nikki Haley or something like that, some establishment people.
	And, you know, it's very concerning.
	You have this Fox News debate coming out with Gavin Newsom versus Ron DeSantis.
	It's very, very weird.
	And, you know, it's a big concern.
	It's a very big concern.
	And, you know, it's also a big concern.
	Never mind that Biden wants to give $60 billion to Ukraine, but he already gave about $110-$120 billion to Ukraine.
	And I don't know, how much do we give to the victims in Hawaii and Ohio?
	How much do they get?
	So, you know, it's just...
	Something is very, very wrong.
	And, you know, I just pointed out, but the J6ers, they were exercising their First Amendment rights.
	And then you have these BLM protests where they destroy places.
	And it's just... the level of corruption is so...
	Okay, you're covering a lot of ground here, Robert.
	Let me jump in so I can get some responses in here before the break, and I thank you for the call.
	I appreciate it very much.
	But I want to get some responses in before I forget about some of the stuff you've already covered.
	The Newsom and DeSantis debate is weird.
	But here's what I liken it to.
	I liken it to two relief pitchers warming up in the bullpen in case something happens to the starter.
	And it's a legitimate concern.
	There are a lot of people who don't think Biden is even going to make it to the general.
	And that they would be committing party suicide if they put Kamala Harris in his place.
	Because Kamala Harris, last time she ran for president, couldn't get 1% of the vote.
	She was out before Christmas in the primaries.
	So she's so unlikable.
	In most vice presidential polls you've seen over the course of the last 20 or 30 years, most vice presidents are very nondescript.
	They're at a plus one or two or a minus one or two in favorability versus unfavorability, right?
	Whether it's Mike Pence, Biden himself when he was the VP to Barack Obama, it's always like plus or minus one or two.
	Kamala Harris's unfavorability is a minus 17.
	Okay.
	They can't possibly nominate her.
	So if she stumbles, they're going to have to go to Gavin, which is why Gavin is warming up in the bullpen.
	Ron DeSantis, same situation.
	Donald Trump is running away with this, but Donald Trump is facing indictments in four different criminal, uh, uh, uh, let me rephrase 90 plus indictments in four different jurisdictions.
	All of these criminal cases, 91 different felonies he's being charged with, right?
	In those cases, he is being charged, he's going to be judged by left-wing judges.
	The trials are going to be conducted by left-wing judges.
	He's facing prosecutions from left-wing prosecutors.
	The jurisdictions are almost all left-wing jurisdictions, which means left-wing what?
	Jury pools.
	Left-wing juries, left-wing prosecutors, left-wing judges mean Donald Trump is probably going to be convicted of some things.
	Bogus as they are, they're going to railroad him into some convictions.
	That's just a fact.
	He's not going to go 91-0.
	If there's 91 charges, he's not going to go 91-0 in left-wing home fields, if you will.
	If that is going to preclude him from being the guy, DeSantis is, hey, I'm going to debate the other guy who's in the bull.
	So are either one of them likely to come into the game?
	No.
	But if somebody has to, that's what they're doing.
	It is weird.
	It is bizarre.
	To your point about Joe Biden and Donald Trump, it is no contest.
	They're records.
	Trump's one of extraordinary success.
	Biden's one of extraordinary failure.
	Capitalized extraordinary failure.
	And we're still another year to go of his nonsense.
	So that's all I can remember from your call, Robert, in Brooklyn, but thank you for making it.

	You could start with the false bedwetting narrative with President Trump and the police state tactics used against him and his political associates, his associates.
	And then you have, you know, this mass surveillance, mass incarceration without trial when it comes
	to the January 6th situation.
	And another Stalin show trial, and this one, what they're doing to President Trump is just
	another Stalin show trial.
	And the military occupation of our nation's capital, people forget that.
	Nobody knew that was a false narrative.
	There was no armed insurrection led by President Trump.
	That's right.
	Well, there was no armed insurrection led by anybody, President Trump, least of all.
