	Dr. Gorka, thanks for having me back on.
	So, is it too much to say we are living in a police state, Kyle?
	You are a former FBI agent.
	Tell us the truth.
	No, I don't think it is.
	I think it depends on how you define it, but I think it's well defined in the film.
	I think when we talk about mass surveillance, when we talk about an activist government, and something that you and I have talked about, something you really brought to my eyes, is when you have an intelligence agency that has the law enforcement capabilities like the FBI does, that is the makings of a secret police.
	And we are currently living with an FBI that does that.
	They're doing what they're told, which is very, very dangerous.
	And, you know, people think that the agencies like the FBI will stand up for their civil liberties.
	These FBI agents didn't even stand up for their own in 2020 and 2021, so there's no reason to believe that they'll stand up for yours.
	It's an incredibly dangerous time, and I don't think it's going to get any better anytime soon, but we do have to be at least aware of it.
	Now, you were inside the machine.
	You were there to do a job that you deemed to be honorable, that was for the national security of all Americans.
	Can you help us, on the outside, explain how this happened?
	How this lauded entity became a political police force?
	I presume it wasn't the flick of a switch from one day to the next.
	How did that transmogrification occur over time?
	Absolutely can.
	So I think that it's always had some capabilities.
	It's always had the ability to move into a dangerous place.
	But September 11th of 2001, it changed the course of American history in many ways.
	It definitely changed the course of the FBI under Director Mueller.
	And under that director, he undertook security focus.
	It was lauded by the Bush administration.
	And they took that as the primary goal was to gain intelligence against threats.
	And my buddy George Hill says it very well.
	He said it very succinctly that on September 12th of 2001, Americans accepted a new definition of national security.
	And that meant no American can die from terrorist hands on American soil.
	Once you accept a zero-fail mandate like that, tyranny is sort of built into the cake.
	You can't really get away from it.
	And the FBI took that to heart.
	They thought that any kind of deaths of Americans at the hands of terrorists would equal a failure of the
	agency.
	And that's a good idea at least, but when you start encroaching on civil liberties,
	that's when you start getting really scary.
	And what's amazing is that this is going to be looked at as a political right-wing film
	that Dinesh D'Souza as a messenger and Dan Bongino and you and I are right-wing activists.
	And when you consider the fact that the original victims of this police state were actually
	people that the political left continues to laud, whether they be radical Muslims or people
	who just got caught up in the radical Muslim dragnet, when you talk about blacks, which
	is what the left sort of tries to lionize, there were police state actions by the FBI
	going into BLM protests in 2020, nonviolent ones at that.
	And so this is not a left versus right issue.
	This should be an American issue, people who care about freedom versus people who don't want it.

	Well, the story that we're hearing, people like Steve Friend and I, and I've had lawyers call me, former FBI agents, they've told me the FBI is so worried about this movie that they actually stood up a headquarters unit to investigate those involved in it, including myself.
	They're probably spending about a million dollars a year on just salaries.
	You figure $100,000 per person.
	They've got 10 to 12 people that are looking into this movie.
	Because they're terrified about the story it tells.
	They think that we're telling something classified.
	It doesn't need to come from classified material.
	You can look at the FBI's Twitter post and just see that they are going after Americans, including people that were not violent, and they've basically sort of demonized half this population and said, you're the enemy, you're the other, and we're going to come get you.
	And that's what they're doing.
	So, you know, Americans are rightly scared because a lot of people that are going to see this movie are going to see themselves In some of the characters who are real historical figures that are interviewed that have been victims of a police state.

	It's very, very important that Israel not only Either terminate or expel Hamas from Gaza, but Israel must annex Gaza.
	And back probably around 2015 or earlier, I actually sent a message to Benjamin Netanyahu via Twitter.
	I don't know if he read it, but I warned him that it's necessary for Israel to annex Gaza, the Golan Heights, and Judea and Samaria, and that they need to do that for their security, part of which being that Israel has a small land mass and highly concentrated population centers.
	And given the possible threat of a nuclear attack from Iran, they need to have more land mass and their population more distributed.
	But what do they do with that territory, Mike?
	Well, they have to secure it.
	They have to make it totally secure.
	But it's full of people who hate Israel.
	They need to... Oh, in my message to Netanyahu, I said you have to deport all terrorists and terrorist supporters.
	You have to deport them.
	And how do you know which ones are the terrorists?
	Well, you do the best you can.
	It's a lot better than the current situation.
	You do the best you can.
	Maybe they need to just deport people who, how should I say, maybe all Arab Muslims who came there in the last one or two generations or so.
	There's a huge problem there, and as you have pointed out, that Islam, they raised the children from infancy to hate Jews, to hate Americans, to hate Western civilization.
	And it's a poison, it's a toxin.
	It may be that you cannot reform these people, that you cannot deprogram them.

	This is Erin Burnett of CNN gushing over the condition of the hostages taken by Hamas.
	Yes, In fact, congratulating on the fact that Hamas knows how to buy shampoo.

	We know these tunnels have ventilation.
	We know that they've been known to have air conditioning.
	This has all been reporting that we've heard from the Israelis over the years.
	But the fact that she's saying she was held underground for more than two weeks, that there was shampoo, there was antibiotics, there was a guard per hostage in the experience she had, that there were medics and paramedics, and obviously she is elderly.
	The other woman who was released also elderly and had medical needs.
	They had the medicine needed, and if not, something similar to replace it.
	It is pretty stunning.
	Yeah, it is absolutely pretty stunning that you're talking about medical supplies, antibiotics and shampoo.
	How does that factor in to killing babies, burning them alive or killing grandmothers?

	I see it on the press, I see it around the campuses here in America, not just here in America, across the entire globe actually.
	So, and there's a repetitive talking point after another one and I could tell that it's a bunch of uneducated people that have no idea what they're talking about and that they were sold a lie or a couple lies about Israel.
	So for the last few weeks, I've been just debunking various different talking points and narratives that people have been saying maybe for the last few weeks or for the last few years or a couple decades since there's been an ongoing conflict.
	And what is, give me an example of what you find to be the most pernicious, the one that you said, okay, I gotta debunk this one first.
	The first one that I went right away with was that Israel is an apartheid state, because I think that just any sort of, just one fact that comes out of Israel, just looking at the demographic of Israel, you understand that an apartheid system Can not be instituted in Israel because there's no policies, there's no institutions that uphold any type of an apartheid law in Israel.
	And you can just look at a couple simple things.
	For example, the Supreme Court judge in Israel, one of them is a Muslim.
	That is something that you would never see in an apartheid system.
	Hang on, hang on, hang on.
	If you're an apartheid state, they would all have to be Jewish, no?
	Exactly.
	And the thing about that is that Over 21%.
	So, two out of ten, let's say, individuals in Israel are Arabs, right?
	They're Arab Muslims, Arab Christians, even Arab Jews.
	So, to say that Israel is an apartheid state, just by looking at the demographic, you can see that it's not.

	This is the kind of debunking that you do.
	You need to follow this guy, David Kite.

	Almost 21% of all physicians in Israel are Arabs, which is close to the actual population of Israel.
	In Israel, at the age of 18, it's mandatory to serve in the army.
	But if you're an Israeli Arab, it's actually optional.
	Yet over a thousand Israeli Arabs voluntarily served with the IDF, and over 600 Muslim Arabs enlisted according to the data from 2021.
	Doesn't sound like an apartheid state to me.
	It's definitely not.
	And anybody that's ever been to Israel can tell you right away that this narrative, this talking point that Israel is an apartheid state, which only comes up when something like this happens.
	Otherwise, everybody forgets about this.
	Is a talking point that somebody saw on social media or perhaps an activist professor on campus sold that light to them and now they're just repeating it over and over.
	But it's worse than that.
	You talk about ignorant people or useful idiots.
	Let me just show this one image.
	This is one of the two grandmothers that was released.
	Her name is Jocheved Lifshitz.
	And we are supposed to believe that this person was treated like a princess in the tunnels.
	The photograph on the left is before she was taken hostage.
	The photograph on the right is after she was released.
	You're supposed to believe that she was treated well.
	So, David, it's more than just willful ignorance.
	It is the propagation of lies by the mainstream.

	And although this time around you may see a little bit more support for Israel because
	with the massacre that happened on October 7th, even news outlets like CNN and MSNBC
	at first may not go against Israel, you can see them starting to propel different Hamas
	talking points now, that this grandma was treated well, that she received certain aid
	and whatnot.
	These are pure Hamas talking points that they hope CNN and MSNBC, all these Western medias
	would propel over and over, just like they did with the hospital when they sided with
	Hamas talking points over basic objective facts on the hospital issue.
	So Hamas hopes that the media does.
	And sadly, it's not just the media, the lies about the hospital bombing are still being perpetrated by Democrat members of Congress.

	I think this guy's going to be okay.
	I don't think a lot of people paid much attention to Representative Johnson, but I think he's going to be all right.
	I think this is a better move.
	I think we're in a better place than we were with Speaker McCarthy in the seat, and hopefully we'll see what he does.
	Look, for me, that's the bottom line.
	We've gone from Kevin McCarthy to a guy who performed.
	I watched him.
	I recognized his face today from all the hearings, impeachment et al.
	He grilled Alejandro Mayorkas quite viciously a few months ago.
	So if we've gone from Kevin McCarthy to this, you know what?
	I salute Matt Gaetz.
	Yeah, I mean, I've kind of—OK, so just to be quite frank, I think that—you know how I am.
	I love to throw cherry bombs and kind of shake it up.
	And I think that I was supportive of the first move of Matt Gaetz and those eight Republicans to shake things up if they felt that Kevin McCarthy wasn't delivering on promises.
	Now, I do acknowledge that McCarthy was in a tough situation.
	You have people in your own conference that won't come with you.
	You have Democrats—I mean, it's not easy to be the Speaker of the House, but I think McCarthy made promises that he could have kept, and he didn't.
	So when Matt Gage shook it up, it's great.
	But then the working against each other, the behind closed doors, the not coming together behind Jim Jordan.
	Truly, that was an embarrassment.
	It made us look like in a relay when you're passing the torch to the next person that someone just stood there and dropped it on the ground and didn't take off running.
	I think that that was not a great look for Republicans and I was very concerned that they would not get this done and that we'd end up with someone who didn't even want it with the Speaker pro tem who you know I mean the bowtie the whole look I mean okay he's I'm sure he's fine guy but probably not who we want I'm glad that they were able to get it together and come around this one.
	I don't think any longer would have been a good look, but I think it's a good message.
	Let's come up with a strategy.
	I'm all about that with Matt Gaetz.
	I don't think we should shut him down.
	I don't think we should get rid of the rule to vacate the speaker's role because that keeps people honest.
	The only thing is, I just want Republicans, when you're throwing the cherry bombs, to have the next step.

	And the first line is, a man believed to be experiencing homelessness.

	What does that mean?
	Same thing with my wife's car with the window because it was broken in Monday, and it can't be fixed for 10 days.

	Where did they smash it?

	And you still don't have one and it's Wednesday?

	They killed the husband first.
	They took his eyes out.
	I saw the body by myself.

	And they cut the breast of the woman.
	And they cut the leg of the girl.
	That's the family that I saw with my own eyes.

	You know, some Democrats even, including I think it was Senator Markey from Oregon, said that Gavin Newsom ought to tread lightly because he was having these meetings, very high-level officials, and even Chairman Xi himself.
	He didn't talk about the human rights atrocities that were going on, and he's getting heat on that from people on his own side of the aisle, not just Republicans.
	He was sitting there, yucking it up, talking about climate change.
	This is the guy who has talked about reparations, who has talked about all of the marginalized communities that we have in the state of California and in our country.
	Yet he couldn't for a moment ask about the Uighur Muslims who are being killed when they are no longer useful in work camps.
	I mean, it was pretty disgraceful.
	But part two of his blunders, I think, is he brought back a scandal from 2020.
	You might remember that in California during COVID, Gavin Newsom got some heat for buying masks, buying PPE from a Chinese company.
	He didn't wait for Trump.
	He didn't wait for the federal government.
	He was going to go it alone.
	And he spent $1.4 billion in taxpayer money.
	Hang on, hang on.
	On PPE, how much?
	1.4 billion dollars on masks, okay?
	He got a lot of heat at that time from even the mainstream media.
	Now, a lot of conservative media picked up, but mainstream media.
	So he bought the masks from a company called BYD, Build Your Dream.
	It's an electric car company that just so happened to build masks just in time for the pandemic to break out, right?
	So when he's in China this week, he goes and he gets in a car and he does the photo op with BYD and he's driving around, tooling around in an electric vehicle there.
	Well, this brings back the scandal that he gave this very company $1.4 billion in California tax dollars for these masks.
	Well, you do some digging around and you realize the connection.
	The lobbyist for BYD, and you don't even have to dig deep, is the same guy who's one of the top donors to the Gavin Newsom for governor and who knows what else is next.
	Yes, one of the top donors to the Newsom campaign and his political career.
	Has this been written up by anybody?
	Is anybody taking notice?
	Yes.
	California Globe, Katie Grimes, who listens to this program, she does a great job, she wrote about it.
	And also, Red State has been all over this as well.
	But that's it!
	Everyone else, it is just absolute crickets!
	I don't know.
	I think we need to fire this scandal up again.
	I think he reignited something from just a few years ago.
	Plus, he didn't ask the question about how Chinese rockets and weapons got into the hands of Hamas.
	That's another story that's been going on.
	How can you go to Israel and stand with them and then go to China with the knowledge that our intelligence sources say that China was supplying weapons to Hamas through Egypt?

	Or not mention anything regarding Ukraine, that China's backing Russia.

	And she's airing it tonight on CNN, but they played a few clips of it earlier today.
	And in one of the clips, he actually says we need to unfreeze our relationship with China.
	Is that what we need to be doing right now when they are our top enemy on the planet?

	The Gentiles are added to the chosen people.
	Not excluded by them.
	And the most important point I made to him was the following.
	Where in the Bible, where in the New Testament, does it say that your love for your fellow man ends at your national border?
	In fact, that's the opposite of what Jesus said.
	He died on the cross.
	He took our sins upon himself when he was sinless.
	Why?
	To save us all.
	Not to save the Gentiles.
	Not to save the Jews.
	Not to save the Pharisees or the Samaritans.
	But to save all mankind.
	All of creation.
	Every hue.
	Every nation.
	And if you call yourself a conservative, if you dare call yourself a Christian and you say, nah, this isn't our war, you're a stupid, selfish person, because the jihadis want to kill the Christians after they kill the Jews.

	How can Israel have a ceasefire with terrorists whose entire mission is to wipe out their imminences?
	How can they have a ceasefire if they're trying to wipe out...
	Should be a very simple question to answer, shouldn't it?
	Does Israel have the right to protect itself and to respond to the slaughter of its children, women, and unarmed men?
	Let's get some assistance in answering the tough questions in this civilizational war from a good friend of mine who was very supportive when we were in the White House, and today is the Senior Counsel for International and Governmental Affairs at the superb organization ACLJ.
	Jeff Balabon, Counsel Balabon, welcome back to America first.
	You know what, Seb, you just made me smile, and it's been quite a while since I've smiled.
	Thank you.
	Well, look, you kept me sane in the White House.
	You were a very, very good friend.
	You are the man who taught me the thing I use practically every week.
	If I'm in front of a large crowd, especially after the events of the last two weeks, I say, come on, guys, you've got to understand the world.
	The greatest nation a man created is, of course, America.
	And the greatest nation God created is Israel.
	And I always say, credit to my buddy Jeff Balaban, and that is you.
	All right, we're going to try our darndest right now over the next hour.
	You as an Orthodox Jew, as an American helping me navigate the shoals of What we have witnessed in the two weeks plus since the events in Israel.
	First things first, I'm going to let you give me your general reaction.
	Talk to us about how you, as a faithful Jew in America, what you have been thinking in the last two weeks plus.
	Thank you, Sebastian.
	Understand, I want to set the stage.
	When I first found out about what happened in Israel, and I still don't actually have a word for it, people are using words like pogrom, atrocity.
	Unfortunately, throughout Jewish history, new words have had to be invented to describe the horrors that we've gone through, from ghetto to blood libel and on and on.
	I think there's a new word, holocaust.
	I think we need a new word for this.
	I don't know what it is.
	It's the most barbaric, inhuman, subhuman, bestial treatment of humanity.
	It's unimaginable, and yet it happened.
	I first found out about it on our holiday, and I want to set the stage for you and your audience, Sebastian.
	It is in the English calendar, the secular calendar.
	It is the 50th anniversary of the infamous Yom Kippur War, when the Jews in Israel was under attack by a number of Arab armies on its holiest day.
	But On the Hebrew calendar, the Jewish calendar this year, it came out not on Yom Kippur, but on a day that we call Simchat Torah, which is rejoicing with the Torah, rejoicing with God's revelation.
	And it is a day of nothing but joy and nothing but dancing.
	That's what this is.
	We sing and we dance on that day.
	And I was about to go up, we take the Torah, we dance with it.
	I was about to get up to do that, and somebody walked in and told me the news.
	And it was a total, and I'm having it again, a total emotional collapse.
	It was denial.
	Again, we, on our holidays, those of us who are observant, we're cut off from electronics.
	We don't, everything's shut down.
	We're not hearing the news unless somebody who isn't Jewish or isn't observant tells us.
	So this is all hearsay.
	Unfortunately, it was accurate hearsay.
	I will say the next few days were spent in complete shock.
	Many emotional meltdowns, still having them somewhat, But a few days later, it turned into great focus and a lot of white-hot anger and clarity, partially because of the world's reaction, partially because of America's reaction.
	And we will hopefully unpack that during this time together, Sebastian, but I will tell you that As much as it's true that Israel relies heavily on support from America in terms of Israel buys its armaments exclusively from America and therefore relies on American platforms, and therefore needs to publicly proclaim any thanks it can for Biden's support and America's support, at the same time, it is being choked.
	It is being limited in its ability to wage this war of defense.
	Because there are certain things Israel needs, like bunker buster bombs, like precision-guided missiles, to avoid killing innocents.
	And yet, it's being withheld while America figures out what it wants.
	And I wish what America wanted at its leadership level was good for Americans.
	I'm afraid that it's not.
	So, that's a long way of saying, right now there's a lot of frustration and anger, but a lot of focus in our community, and I'll stop with this and you can continue.
	People ask what they can do to help.
	I will tell you, I, like everyone else, is being bombarded 24 hours a day.
	I don't sleep anymore, by the way.
	I fall asleep sitting at my desk and then continue when I wake up.
	Other than the Sabbath, where I take a night off to sleep.
	We're bombarded with requests for urgent, urgent requests for everything from trauma kits for troops about to go in, to desperately needed supplies for families who've now been displaced from all over the country of Israel.
	At the same time, we're watching on the streets of America, rising, not just Jew hatred, but calls for Jewish genocide.
	So, it's difficult.
	And that's why I said, I think you gave me the first smile in a couple of weeks, Seth.
	Well, I'm glad I could do that.
	I don't know if we'll continue in that vein, but can I just react to something you said, because this is so interesting.
	You said you are still struggling as a Jewish American to even find the right word, and that it's even more potentially shocking than the Holocaust.
	And we know the magnitude of the Holocaust is millions dead, but let me, as a As a Catholic, as a non-Jew, just react to that, because the Holocaust happened over years.
	First it started with the blood purity laws, then it started with the ghettos, the exclusion of Jews from the economic life of Germany, then became the segregation, then came the death camps, and then came the targeting of children.
	So it was horrific, but it was gradual.
	What we witnessed I think that I'm going to passively differ on that conclusion, but I think your premise is extremely perceptive.
	I mean, they went from zero to killing babies.
	And as a result, it's, I think, fully understandable that our language just collapses
	when we try and describe what that was.

	I haven't heard anyone else say it, but I've been thinking something along these lines,
	which is the first tremor that people talk about Yes.
	Like the night of broken glass.
	When people, when in Germany, they went in and torched synagogues and there was a pogrom.
	I will tell you that what I have thought for a while, because I think the signs have been there, it wasn't first the racial purity laws.
	Here we have that equivalent here.
	Here the progressive left's identitarian purity laws, which have already defined Jews as The one layer of the most extreme evil, in other words, with their rules of intersectionality, openly they talk about this.
	Jews are, there's, you know, the worst stratum of society, the most evil, is white Christian males.
	But there is one footnote to that.
	There's one thin layer on top of that, and that is Jews.
	And they talk about that all the time.
	Jews are the most privileged.
	Jews are the most white privileged.
	And so, no, this has been here all along.
	The other thing to understand about that is, They are not just coming for us.
	They are coming for this society.
	And the other thing is, let's now look at orders of magnitude, which is something you're pointing out.
	If you compare Kristallnacht, which is, again, historical evil, people know that name, it's got its own name, to what happened on October 7th, it completely pales in comparison.
	The number of dead, the brutality of it, the fact that they were filming this and proudly laughing about it, and then the support around the world for it.
	So, we are geared up, I will tell you, I believe this fully, if something drastic, elemental, does not change, we are gearing up for a holocaust that dwarfs the previous holocaust.
	I actually believe that.
	No, I want to react to that.
	I'm noodling on an idea that goes directly to that shocking conclusion.

	Let me ask you, I'm an outsider.
	I've been to Israel, I don't know, a dozen times, 20 times, what have you, but you know much better.
	My belief is That whoever's in charge, Israel will do what has to be done.
	Israel will do what has to be done.
	Whether or not it gets the requisite aid from outside, they will do what needs to be done.
	Is that your understanding?
	Do you have faith in this administration?
	We've seen a long delay at first with the ground operations.
	Do you have faith in the leadership of the state of Israel?
	I am concerned.
	I am concerned that they keep on sending a message that, you know, this is Hamas.
	This is not the influence of Gaza.
	Well, you know what?
	I have not seen anybody.
	From any significant, I shall say anybody flat out, who represents any element of Palestinian society, whether it's in Judea, Samaria, what the world calls the West Bank, or whether it's in Gaza, that have disavowed this action, that have spoken out against this action.
	I've seen them celebrate it.
	I see them encourage it.
	I see them calling for suicide.
	I mean, not suicide, but genocide of the Jews, gas the Jews.
	So, I don't know that Israel's, I think Israel Unfortunately, it's too humane.
	I think Israel expects too much of humanity.
	I think Jews expect too much of humanity.
	I think they think that if they say we're going to really try hard not to hurt civilians, the world's going to believe them.
	The world doesn't believe them, and the fact is Israel sacrifices its own soldiers to protect them.
	I don't think that's the message.
	I honestly think that, you know, when they hoist flags literally all around the world, including in the streets of America, on the campuses of America, saying, gas the Jews, kill the Jews, they're hoisting Palestinian flags.
	They're not hoisting Hamas flags.
	So I think that Israel, I trust Israel to, in the end, have to do what it has to do.
	I think that Israel is still expecting too much of humanity.
	And the one nation on earth that could change that is America.
	If good, decent Americans spoke up and said, Israel, stop pulling your punches.
	We understand that you are under an existential threat.
	Not only that, we understand, and Seb, we have to talk about this.
	There are people even on the right who are saying, oh, why are we getting involved?
	This is another Ukraine.
	No, it is not.
	The same people, trust them when they tell you who they are.
	Trust them when they tell you what they want.
	The same people who did those atrocities beyond measure to those innocent men, women, and children, tens of thousands of them are here in this country.
	They call Israel the little Satan.
	They call America the great Satan.
	Their war is with us here in this country as well.
	And we cannot look away and say it's a problem 6,000 miles away.
	We have to look here and understand it is a genocidal death cult.
	And that's what we, those of us who care about Judeo-Christian civilization, are up against.
	Yeah.
	We're going to talk about what's been happening here in the U.S.
	in the last two weeks.
	But I have to ask, I presume you are Unsurprised by the fact that it took a couple of days at most for the mainstream legacy media to go back to being on the side of Hamas, on the side of the terrorists, and even refusing to use the word terrorist and using the phrase militants.
	And if you look at the example We have the multiple redacted versions of the headlines with regards to the hospital that, oh yes, Israel dropped a missile on the hospital then.
	Oh, maybe it wasn't Israel, but the idea that it took what?
	After over a thousand dead, maybe a couple of days?
	Just a couple of days?
	I mean, here we have the headlines.
	Israeli strike kills hundreds in hospital, New York Times.
	Then a few hours later, at least 500 dead, which is weird because it hit a car park, so I don't know how you kill 500 people in a car park, in strike on Gaza hospital, and then it says at the end, Palestinians say.
	I presume you weren't shocked by the almost automatic Stretching back of the rubber band to blaming Israel?
	Not at all.
	So let me say this.
	You have me on here, and I am, in fact, I represent the American Center for Law and Justice.
	We are doing work non-stop.
	We represent the State of Israel in International Criminal Court.
	At the UN, we are representing Americans who are being essentially victimized and vilified because they're Jewish, because they support Israel.
	We're doing a tremendous amount of work to support Israel.
	That's why I run their Jerusalem office, to work between the two countries.
	I'm going to take off the—and by the way, you mentioned other causes that are fantastic.
	What ACLJ is doing, I think, is peerless in terms of those issues, supporting and fighting on those fronts.
	I will now take off my ACLJ hat, because I don't know—we haven't discussed it—whether they would agree with me on this.
	But you also know, Sebastian, that part of my background, aside from being a lawyer, is I was the head of communications for a major news network.
	I've worked in newsrooms for decades.
	Personally, not speaking on behalf of ACLJ, they may or may not agree with me.
	Personally, I look at what's happening, the fact that Reuters, the AP, BBC, New York Times, and others, before this, were using known Hamas talking points, were broadcasting them.
	Then after this complete lie, went back to using them again.
	They're still using them.
	So it seems to me to go well beyond journalism and well beyond the issues of just free speech, and I wonder why this isn't material support for terror.
	This is a terror organization.
	You're providing propaganda services that are worth money.
	The end result directly has been, by the way, The torturing of synagogues around the world, the brutalizing of Jews on the streets of the world, literally, physically, because of this blood libel, this lie, another term made up because of what happens to Jews, that was forwarded.
	Let me tell you something else.
	When the president of the United States, how should a president who supports Israel have reacted to the news that a hospital, which wasn't true, was hit in Gaza?
	The president, I believe, should have said, well, we know this.
	We know Israel never targets civilian targets.
	We know Israel would never target a hospital.
	We obviously will investigate.
	But start, as opposed to fanning the flames, the flames have been fanned.
	This is, this is a total, go back to the beginning of what we were talking about, Sebastian.
	You mentioned it.
	What we're seeing now, the buildup, the buildup is greater, worse by, exponentially greater than the buildup to the actual final solution that took place in the 1940s.
	Yeah.
	And then to have the American president make just this... I mean, weird isn't the word.
	Hamas needs to learn to shoot straight, so they can kill more Jews.

	All of us should pray for them now, for their families, for their loved ones.
	No outrage from the squad about them.
	Is it because they're racists and bigots?
	And there is no outrage for the lives of Jews?
	Jeff, we're kind of inured, sadly, to the bigotry of the left and the racism of the squad, whether it's Omar, whether it's Rashida Tlaib, who still has her Palestinian flag outside of her office in Congress.
	But this, I want to drill down on this, and this is... When I saw this yesterday, well, I said I need to talk to somebody who can help me out, and maybe you can.
	This is from the campus of Boston University.
	These are some women who are ripping down the posters of those Israeli kidnapped children.
	Just listen to this.
	Are you doing terrorism, really?
	You guys read everything that's written?
	I think Calvert's You should be ashamed of yourself.
	You should be ashamed of yourself.
	These people are killing innocent civilians.
	They killed friends of ours.
	Families.
	People here are affected directly and you guys are denying it.
	Taking them out.
	Spreading hate.
	Conferring antisemitism.
	Dude, you literally know I'm Jewish.
	Like, I've been- That's not true, that makes it much better.
	No, but I'm saying, like, you have no right to tell people that their beliefs are wrong, or that they're supporting- It's not a belief that someone getting kidnapped, that baby's getting beheaded, that 85-year-old grandmother's getting kidnapped, it's wrong.
	That's not a belief, that's not an opinion.
	And if it is, of course I don't respect it.
	Why are you filming?
	Because- What's your point?

	To show where all the hate is coming from on this campus.
	Most Jewish students don't feel safe because a lot of other students are doing it and the worst part is that there's Jewish students like you, unfortunately, who encourage them to continue doing this and they get validated by it.
	You don't know what... Look, you are reading into propaganda.
	Tell me what I don't know.

	Yeah!
	Tell me, tell me.
	You're supporting occupation.
	An illegal occupation that's been happening for 75 years.
	It's about Hamas and the atrocities and all of the war crimes they're committing.

	You're not condemning terrorists?
	So, the idea that posters about children who are kidnapped is somehow propaganda and something to do with the belief system is one thing.
	But then when you hear that this girl says she's Jewish and she's fine with it.

	I'm not a shrinking violet, okay?
	I am prepared to fight.
	If I have to die on a mound of brass, I will do it to protect my family and my country and to the glory of God's eternal truths.
	But, Jeff, if you can do that, you can do anything.
	If you can deny the rights of kidnapped children, you can commit a holocaust, Jeff.
	Am I wrong?
	Of course.
	No, you are 100% right.
	I don't think people understand how The absolute, pure, distilled evil that progressivism is.
	By the way, you know, there's an interesting footnote, which many people may not pick up, when she justifies herself.
	And let me say this, there are a lot of people who claim to be Jews who may not be, but there's no shortage of Jews who've been nurtured on the lie of progressivism.
	And they're clinging to their narrative in the face of of actually suicidal, genocidal jihadism.
	What did she say?
	She said that Israel has been an illegal occupier, what?
	For 75 years.
	In other words, the entire notion of the creation of the State of Israel, which is the world agreed after what had been then the worst atrocity of the Holocaust, enough already, let them go back to what the world already knew was held by the Europeans, was the Jewish national home.
	The Jewish National Home comprised all of what is now Israel and all of what is now Jordan.
	80% was given to the Arabs so they could have a state, and the Jews were cleared out.
	Israel, the Jews, never cleared the Arabs out.
	Now, I'm not advocating that they should or they shouldn't.
	The fact is Israeli Arabs are fighting in the army.
	Muslim and Christian are fighting alongside the Jews against this ideology she supports.
	The doctors, you know, 50%, about 50% of all medical personnel in the state of Israel Are Arabs.
	Are Muslim and Christian Arabs.
	Because Israeli Arab society is not insane.
	The ones who surround them are evil and insane.
	And this woman was nurtured to be evil and insane by who?
	By the West.
	By the universities.
	By the media.
	And so this, you know, obviously you can be any... We are not identitarian.
	We're conservative.
	We believe in right and wrong.
	Not that you are defined by how you're born.
	You're defined by what you do.
	She has been raised, yes, maybe she's born Jewish, but that's an ethnicity.
	She's been raised in a culture of pure, venomous evil.
	And that's what you see today.
	And it can't justify anything.

	And it really doesn't matter what your race is, what your religion is, what your nationality is.
	Let the left play that game.
	It matters that you stand for goodness.

	When Hamas called for a global day of rage, of jihad, they called for a global day of resistance on campuses.
	They're on the university campus websites.
	And Jewish students are terrified for their lives.
	And if they complain, and we've seen this, the universities threaten them.
	The universities investigate them.
	The universities go after them.
	This is, as I say now towards the end, what I said at the beginning, everything here is set.
	to make this worse than the Holocaust.
	More destructive, not just of the Jews, but of all the societies that allowed it to happen to them.
	We must not allow it.
	We need good people.
	We need voices like yours, truly said.
	Voices like yours.
	We need decent people.
	Jews do not have the numbers.
	Stand up for what's right.
