♪♪ And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
Not going to let this happen.
For those who have been wronged, and for those who have been betrayed, I am your retribution.
That was my former boss, the 45th President of the United States at CPAC, with a statement You shouldn't have to make in a free society.
At first blush, no politician should have to use the word retribution.
Retribution should be something that is done against those who are evil.
It is violent justice done to those who have executed injustice on their fellow man.
Retribution is the kind of language you use with your enemies who should be external to your country.
Retribution should be something done to dictators, authoritarians.
The chilling fact about that statement from a free man who Ran one of the most transparent administrations of the modern age, supported by the broadest, broadest cross-section of American society.
I saw them with my own eyes.
I met them at rallies, at events, with the President.
You shouldn't have to say that in a free country.
But he's right.
Why?
America is different.
As an immigrant I know this better than most.
Every other country has a linguistic and ethnic identity.
Not America.
America is an idea.
It truly is an idea.
It is.
To use that phrase from the Bible that President Reagan made a political phrase.
A shining city on a hill.
Shining?
Thanks to what?
Shining because of what it was founded upon.
The values that it shines across the world.
What values?
There is no other nation, none, on our planet That was founded with a document that states that all men are equal and endowed with rights that cannot be taken away from them, that are unalienable.
Rights that that document states are such, are intrinsic to that human because they come from that human's Creator with a capital C.
They're not temporarily gifted to you by a monarch, by some kind of dictator, or even a government of men.
They come from God.
And that reality has created a truly remarkable nation, the likes of which we have seen nowhere else.
A nation where The poorest, most destitute individual can come here as a legal immigrant and become a success story, a millionaire, a billionaire, a member of the Senate.
I remember a Hungarian who did that, who had a thick Hungarian accent till the day he died as a very powerful senator.
Or where a biracial man with a A single mother could grow up to become the first colored president of the United States.
Take it from me.
I grew up in a class-ridden society.
If you didn't go to the right schools and colleges, if your father wasn't a member of the right clubs, and if you didn't have the correct accent, no, you weren't going to be a member of the British elite.
And the same goes for many other countries.
But America's different.
But that concept of true equality based upon us being made in the image of our Creator has been shattered, has been rent asunder in that imagery of George Orwell.
The future is a human face with a boot stamping on it forever.
We've arrived.
It started slowly with One of the most powerful entities in the world, the IRS, targeting people who dared to create an organization with the word Patriot or Tea Party in it.
And then it got worse and worse.
Until a man who wasn't meant to be president, wasn't meant to be a politician, who should have just stayed doing his TV show and building golf courses, dared to come down those escalators.
And what happened?
The then incumbent President Obama agreed to unleash, for the first time in American history, a tri-agency secret operation.
The FBI, the NSA, and the CIA targeted President Trump's campaign, and then when he won, his White House.
They charged his national security advisor, his chief strategist, his economic advisor, with all kinds of spurious crimes.
Arrested them, put them in leg shackles, blackmailed them, surveilled them.
But it's not just the president or his staff.
It's parents at school board meetings that don't want their children indoctrinated with racist concepts such as critical race theory.
It's pro-life preachers like Mark Hauk in Philadelphia who dared to protect his young son from an insane death cultist outside a Planned Parenthood clinic.
And now...
It's the leader of something called the Proud Boys?
Who wasn't even in Washington D.C.
on that ominous day, January the 6th?
Who gets 22 years in prison?
For what?
Burning a BLM sign the week before?
We've arrived, my friends.
What are you going to do about it?
There must be retribution.
There must be justice done.
Because otherwise, those who have used the might of the greatest nation on earth to politically persecute those they disagree with ideologically will draw one conclusion and one conclusion only.
That they got away with it.
And what they've done before, they can do again.
And at that point, we have no America.
We have no Republic.
There is only one man who has stood in the arena, who has weathered the withering assaults of the permanent bureaucracy, the bi-coastal elite, and the deep state.

The first step is getting involved with the process, and that's what she's done, and I always love telling our listeners about that on AM 590 and AM 870.
Ooh, did you hear what she did there?
She promo'd herself!
Fabulous!
But she left out CRN Digital Talk and don't forget to follow her right now!

Jennifer, I had to comment on this yesterday and I was at a loss for words.
This was for my buddy Eric Bolling's show on Newsmax.
This new What is it, bill or regulation that they're suggesting in your neck of the woods that you will be fined or a private business will get in legal jeopardy if their employees protect their property from looters?
Is this possible?
It's part of the insanity of California.
So if you are on social media at all, or if you've watched the news, whether you're in California or not, you've seen all of the smash and grab robberies that have been plaguing the state of California, especially in the last year or so.
Businesses are going out.
It's just people walk in, take what they want, and they leave.
Well, every once in a while, you'll see a video where employees fight back.
The 7-Eleven workers who beat the you-know-what out of the guy selling... With that big stick.
Yeah, stealing cigarettes.
Those guys!
Or the guys in El Monte at the jewelry store who chased down that big guy who was trying to rob the jewelry store using bear spray on them.
They beat the heck out of him and took his shirt off and he went running away.
Well now in California they're saying if employees defend the store there will be disciplinary action.
The employees could even be fired.
This is California getting involved with businesses again.
Small businesses, particularly.
This bill has already passed through the Senate.
Today, as we speak, it's being argued and read on the floor of the Assembly.
There'll be a full Assembly vote, and Gavin Newsom could sign it, and he could sign it quick.
It would go into effect in July.
And it would say that every person doing business in California, if you have more than 10 employees,
will have to train employees how to deal with violence, and you will have to implement a
violence log.
So instead of the employees actually, you know, fighting back or trying to do something
to stop the theft, they just have to log it into a notebook about what the crime looked
like.
Now, here's a problem.
California, once again, always prioritizing the criminals over the actual victims.
We shouldn't be putting more restrictions on the businesses.
We should be solving the problem of crime.
And they won't do it.
I have a very naive question.
Forgive me for being so dumb.
How did they reverse your right in a part of America to protect your property.
How can California legislate away your right to protect your property?
I'm confused.
This is exactly what we were talking about on The Morning Answer this morning.
My co-host, Grant Stinchfield, and I were talking about the fact that you have the right to own property, to protect your property.
These are constitutional rights afforded to us, right?
And now, I think in California, as they push this away, are we going to have a group of business owners who come together to try to fight this or to try to push back against the law?
Already, the Chamber of Commerce was standing in Very.
They were in real contrast to this law, but they gave it up once California put in some amendments for companies that have under 10 employees to be exempt from the from the law.
But somebody has got to get together and say, California, you just can't force everything.
You can't.
I mean, they did that during covid.
And now they're back again during a self-created crime wave that the people in charge have put into place.
But these companies are just going to leave California, no?
That's right.
I mean, we're already seeing it.
One of the big stories today is how many businesses have closed up and left Beverly Hills, of all places, which is probably doing the best amongst us in L.A.
County because they have the money to protect themselves and hire security.
But companies are closing all over the place.
And you see restaurants and stores like Escada, like Barney's, all going out of Beverly Hills because of the smash and grab.
Even drugstores are getting hit with this.
They just uncovered and they did a bust in L.A.
with people that were selling cosmetic items that they had stolen from Rite Aid's and CVS's.
I mean, no one is exempt in California.
I still have a scarf.
Segway.
A scarf.
It's my favorite scarf.
Long, brown scarf, like Doctor Who scarf.
that my wife bought from me before we were married from Barneys 29 years ago.
That's pretty incredible. That's quality. A testament to your relationship and to the
quality of Barneys items. Yeah Barneys is as you said along with Escada that have
just filed for bankruptcy in California because they can't put up with the crime.

Yesterday, the Medal of Honor ceremony with an amazing hero from Vietnam, army helicopter pilot.
The President is there pinning, he's not wearing a mask, Which is weird, because I thought his wife has COVID.
He pins the medal on, and then what does he do?
The ceremony's still going, Jen.
They haven't had the closing prayer.
The closing, you know, prayer from the chaplain.
And this is what he does.
Let's just play play the video.
The recipient is left there on the podium, wipes a tear from his eye.
Now this Medal of Honor recipient and nobody ushers him anywhere.
Biden walks off the stage and walks out of the ballroom as the event is still going.
What does Corinne Jean-Pierre say about this today?
Let's listen.
And he left as planned, as it was planned.
He left when there was a pause in the program in order to minimize, to minimize his close contact with attendees who are about to participate in a reception.
And as you all reported that notice that he left when there was a pause in the program because again he wanted to minimize certainly his impact on folks who were there.
Man, she's not even good at lying.
And if it's all about COVID, which of course it's not because nobody ushered him out, then why does he do this today?
Walks back into the ballroom without a mask.
Play it.
Hello, everybody.
Let me explain to the press.
I've been tested again today.
I'm clear across the board.
But they keep telling me because this has to be 10 days or something.
I gotta keep wearing it, but don't tell them I didn't have it on when I walked in.
How, how do they make excuses for this?
I'm gonna, I can't, I just love it so much I gotta give him credit.
Dan Bongino calls him the rotting bag of oatmeal in the White House.
And maybe no truer words are spoken.
And you know what, it's very arguable whether those masks work at all, but I can tell you they certainly don't work when you're just holding on to them in your hand.
That's one thing as a non-medical professional that I can tell you.
Hang on, you don't mean it doesn't stop the COVID coming out of his fingers?
As Dr. Fauci said, it might stop a droplet, but that's it.
This guy and the White House, it's bizarre.
I'm really thinking that they brought in the tractors to start shoveling all the manure that they're trying to sell to the American people because there is no way on the planet that he was supposed to leave the event yesterday.
This poor man, who is a hero, gets his Medal of Honor.
That's fantastic.
Although Joe Biden's breathing all over him and the guy's elderly.
I think we were supposed to protect the elderly, but that's okay.
Breathing all over him and then he leaves because of COVID.
That is such a lie.
And my favorite part, and I'll try to describe this to those of you listening on the radio, there is a woman sitting halfway up on the aisle and she's got on like sunglasses and she has on like this silk wrap.
You can't miss her.
And as Biden like kind of stumbles by and no one's around him, right?
There's no secret service because clearly this was not planned.
He just takes off up the aisle.
She kind of looks like, where is, what is he doing?
Where is he going?
She keeps turning around to see what happened and why Joe Biden's leaving because this was clearly not the plan.
And he leaves.
He leaves this elderly hero standing on the podium.
Before the invocation.
I know.
It's just stunning.
There he goes.
Walks off.
Look, there's the woman.
Is he going to get the canapes?
What's going on?

reduce spending but to fund the government consistent with
Republican priorities and I'm sick of it.
The American people are sick of it.
And there's not this great enthusiasm right now in the Republican Party for House Republicans.
People are looking at us like we're living out the world's longest low-tea commercial.
So, you've done something I haven't seen in politics before, except for people who are about to do some kind of big life change and about to retire or announce something.
The last few days, it's been like a cri de coeur, it's been like a cry from the heart.
Your tweets, your social media posts have been Well, I'm taking ownership of the failures.
and very, they're about values, they're about, you know, honesty.
Are you giving up or are you sending a message to those around you to get serious and to just do something?
Well, I'm taking ownership of the failures.
We are eight months into this Republican Congress and we have not sent a single subpoena to Hunter Biden.
I serve on the Judiciary Committee and I need to be louder about this.
And I'm going to be.
And, you know, I want to be more persuasive to my colleagues that we need to ramp this thing up.
Okay?
You've got Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg engaged in election interference.
We have to call them in to explain themselves immediately.
Otherwise, a federal election gets disrupted by these thugs.
And the fact that we virtue signal and talk about inquiries in the absence of the real roll-up-your-sleeves work, I think, is insulting to people.
And so, yeah, it is heartfelt.
I have reflected on this deeply.
I understand that I have a role to play.
I promised this country in January that we were going to make this different, and it hasn't been different enough.
And when that happens, you've got to call different plays, you've got to have different play callers, and we're going to get this thing right.
We have to fix it.
We have a country to save.
I think we're being hanged by a thread in a lot of ways because we've been far too passive
and far too compliant as House Republicans.
And it is hopefully an effort that is unifying so that more of my colleagues will have the
vigor to push back.
But Seb, I mean, you talk to people every day who listen to your show.
Are you sensing that people are inspired by our current effort?
No, no.
They agree that we've got to do more.
Every day they're incredibly frustrated.
They agree with you that the Republic is hanging by a thread.
Does this mean that Kevin McCarthy has failed?
Does there have to be a motion to vacate the chair?
Does anybody have the votes to replace him?
What's the answer?
Because you're right in that tweet.
How the hell are we eight months in?
And no Biden, let alone Hunter Biden, hasn't been subpoenaed.
and we have the bank records.
So like if bank records linked to travel logs, linked to changes in government policy,
if all of that is insufficient to impeach Joe Biden and to showcase Hunter Biden's corruption,
well then why are we even looking?
You know, so look, when it comes to vacating the chair, we've always maintained that that is a last resort.
But I feel like it's getting late early.
And when the team isn't winning, sometimes you've got to make changes in your approach, your personnel.
And right now I don't feel like we're tired of winning.
So look, if we got a restored sense of urgency around defunding these weaponized entities, if we fired out the subpoenas, if Hunter Biden was in that chair, In a matter of weeks, answering my questions for as long as I had a continued curiosity about his activities, then we could right the ship.
It wouldn't matter who the Speaker of the House was, but right now, the current system is not working.
This is not good enough, and I promised better, and so I have an obligation to the people who elected me to do better.
We're out of time.
Thank you for joining us.
One last question.
Well, you've got my support and I think the support of three and a half million listeners.
Your reaction in 30 seconds to the Proud Boys' Enrico Tario getting 22 years who wasn't even here on January the 6th in the city?
I worry that some of these very long sentences are not lashed to the facts of the particular cases, but instead are being used to try to smear an entire A political movement of almost exclusively nonviolent people.
For someone to get 22 years who wasn't even present and wasn't engaged in an activity physically harming anyone on January 6th seems to me to be more about politics than the law.

Let's get try to get a little bit serious, because allegedly our guest was a former presidential appointee at the Department of Homeland Security.
Whilst I was just, you know, pretending to work in the White House, she was actually getting stuff done, ending up As none other than the Press Secretary for the whole of Customs and Border Protection working for Mark Morgan.
Let's just start there, because I love Mark Morgan.
When you did that job, I thought I had bad hours at the White House.
You would, like, disappear at, like, 5.30 in the morning to hold his hand at some Foxit at 6am, and then I'd see you maybe 13 hours later.
What was that like, that last few months working for Mark?
I think that was the hardest job I've ever had.
I mean, first of all, he came into the job and he just hit the ground running.
You know, President Trump wanted Morgan out there talking to the media, letting people know what he was doing on the border, which was so much.
And he was so good in closing up that border.
But what people don't realize is somebody in Mark Morgan's position, he not only puts in a full day of work trying to shut down the border, but he's doing media in the morning before he goes to work.
And he's doing media at night after he He finishes his job, so for the press secretary, it was a long, long day.
Worst day in my life in DC, in my career, is when this lady comes home and she has federal credentials.
I've got lots of guns, but I don't have, like, federal credentials.
She had DHS badge.
I said, I'll give you a gun!
Give me the badge!
So annoying!
I was just deputy assistant to the president.
I didn't get federal credentials and a badge.
I just had that plastic thing that let me walk around the White House.
Very cool.
Very envious.
All right.
Let's talk about... I can't believe that was the hardest thing you've ever done, because tell all of our listeners across the nation, whilst we were sitting here with my rather good team, In these air-conditioned conditions yesterday, what were you doing in Northern Virginia?
Oh my goodness, I was out knocking on doors, trying to convince voters in Fairfax County that they need to get out and vote.
We just have a really important local election this year.
So I have to say, one of the downsides of Virginia, we have an election for something every single year.
And not only that, when it comes to the big elections, you've got 45 days of voting, which is insane.
It's ridiculous.
It's expensive.
It takes a ton of manpower.
It's a lot of work.
So anyway, but we have a great governor.
I think we've been really blessed.
You like Yankin.
I really, really do.
I think he is... We'll have you talk to Jeff later.
No, I will go to the mat, I think, for Governor Youngkin because I think he is the hardest working governor in the country right now.
Tell us some of the successes that are undeniable since he became governor in the state.
Well, I mean, I think he's done an incredible job.
First of all, in coming up with a model policy that he's telling schools, hey, parents have a right to know if their child wants to use a different name or change gender.
I mean, that right there was just a huge win.
That was something that parents wanted.
But that's not enough to stop Fairfax County from saying, we're not going to abide by those rules.
They don't care what the governor says.
Nope.
And this is why we need a new school board.
So our entire Fairfax County school board is up for election this November.
And this is why people have got to get out and vote.
And you, actually, insane person, when you found out about the local community center sponsoring a drag queen story out for kids, you actually said that's wrong.
You ran for the local board, you lost in the first election, didn't give up, and then a few months ago with two other freedom fighters, two other warrior ladies, you actually won.
And here we have you victorious.
Somebody brought some plastic swords and axes to our celebration.
So, you hate politics because you're sane.
Why did you decide to run for the local community board?
So, you know as well as I do, you and I have both spent most of our lives and our careers working on policy at the national level.
And when I left my job at the Heritage Foundation last July, and I said, you know, I realized the solutions are not going to come from Washington.
We are not going to save this country because of something that somebody in Washington does.
It's only going to change if we can make change at the local level.
So I said when I left my job that I was going to get more involved and do as much as I possibly could in Fairfax County, which, to be fair, is about 35% Republican, 65% Democrat.
It's an uphill battle, but it's an important one, and I'm trying to fight it every single day.
And what is the strategy because we've been having you've been given hundreds of houses to you know you're not only a member of the local community board elected member you're also a chief election officer for northern Virginia and now you're also doing the door knocking but we've been having this discussion on who you target you've used these phrase at home in our discussions of the The soft Democrats, the hard Republicans.
What have you come up with in your experience meeting your fellow voters in Northern Virginia?
What does the GOP not understand or need to do differently?
Well, to be fair, this is not my strategy.
This is the Fairfax County Republican Committee who's come up with this strategy.
I think it's super important, super valuable.
They are trying to mobilize voters to get out and vote.
Now, one of the really interesting things is, because the rules are, according to the Democrats, you can vote early in Virginia, Governor Youngkin wants people to vote early.
We need to vote early.
So he's embracing it.
He's saying, we don't wait for the last day.
We need to mobilize as many people as possible, get organized like the Democrats.
You know, and I have to tell you, it was interesting.
I was looking at the numbers before I came here.
In the last election, about 75% of voters voted early.
And it's about twice to three times as many Democrats vote early as Republicans.
We can't vote like that anymore.
Until we can get Republicans in the Virginia House and Senate and change back to voting on Election Day, Republicans have to vote early.
And this is the problem because they don't have, the good guys don't have the majority in the Senate, so they can't change these 45 days of voting.
Right.
So the Republicans have a majority in the Virginia House, but the Democrats hold the Senate by only two seats.
But it's enough to block so much of what Governor Youngkin has tried to do.
And that's a big part of why he is out fighting so hard.
You know, and I was saying earlier, I think he's one of the hardest working governors in the country.
He's got a PAC.
He's been endorsing candidates.
And now he's just started a bus tour.
So he's going around the state trying to encourage Virginians to get out and vote.
Excellent.
Then he's not running for president.
That's good news.
By the way, I know it's tough for you.
We have this discussion, especially when it's hitting 100 degrees.
You know, I have to go out and knock on doors again.
And you do it and you organize other people to do it and you train them today.
You were teaching them how to use the app.
Why are you doing it?
Because it seems like such a low level, you know, tough thing to do.
Why do you do it?
Because honestly, the only way we are going to change things in Virginia is if people get out and vote.
And you cannot believe the number of people that I talk to who say they don't vote or they'll only vote in a presidential election.
Like, I think people, you know, one of the problems because we stopped teaching civics People don't understand what it means to live in a self-governing republic.
Like, there's some savior out there who's gonna take care of this and solve this problem.
I mean, everybody's unhappy right now with, you know, whether it's the safety issue, the education issue, the transgender cult.
There are so many problems.
But people don't bring the solution back to themselves and recognize it's up to them to get out and do something to make a difference.
So just trying to convince people that they have to vote.
It's up to you.
Everybody can do what she is doing.
Everybody must because that's how the left stole our country from us at the local level.
Now we have to beat them at their game.

Republicans don't want to serve as ballot officers.

It's like, sorry, you send the state troopers and you kick them into the curb.
And I didn't like him because of the campaign.
He got pushed into the culture war.
He ignored it.

I agree that he's on our side with it, but he's too soft.

Ladies, you heard.
In the break you said some very important things about saving the republic.
Yes, so part of the problem is people stepping up and doing the work that's required.
Oh, say the numbers about poll officers.
This is shocking.
So, you know, you can call in and, you know, everybody can complain, GOP this, GOP that, and RINO's this and RINO's that.
Tell the statistics in Virginia of who are Republicans working as election officials.
Yes, so the problem is... Not the people outside.
No, not the poll watchers, but the actual election officers, the people running the election, day of voting, only 25% of them, this is Fairfax County, this is not Virginia as a whole, but Fairfax County, only 25% are Republican, because enough people aren't signing up and volunteering.
Now people say, But it's such a long day.
It starts at 4.30 or 5 in the morning.
You don't finish until 9 o'clock at night.
You will live.
It is not a hard day.
I've done it, what, four times now.
And it's actually a fun day.
You get to celebrate when first voters come in and vote for the first time.
But the other thing that really troubles me is Republicans are very concerned right now about election integrity.
One of the things that I found out is that Republicans, at least in Fairfax County, don't want to sign up for the job, this is one of the jobs of the election officers, to be the ballot carriers.
What does that mean?
That means the people who carry the ballots and the results from the polling place back to election headquarters, it's all going to be Democrats.
They don't want to do that extra half an hour at the end of the day to take the ballots to the central depository.
So we complain about ballot harvesting, we complain about election integrity, but we're not prepared to do it.
So Democrats will be carrying those votes?
Yes.
So how do you explain that?
What is it?
I can't explain it.
And it just baffles me because I hear so much frustration.
I know that people really care about what's happening.
People are really upset about what's happened to our country.
But Washington is not going to save them.
It's up to each one of us.
Everybody has to be doing as much as they can.
So I would just encourage people, you know, if you're in Fairfax, just go online, sign up I need to interject here.
This isn't about Virginia.
We're across the nation.
You're listening to this in California right now.

Of the local positions in the GOP and I don't mean the serious ones like you know precinct captain that's actually a little bit like work but the ones beneath that that may be a day or two or a day and a half a month more than 40 percent of those positions across the nation are empty.
So you can't complain about, ooh, they're going to steal the election again, if you're not prepared to do a day's work every two years.
And the other thing I'll say is people complain about the Republican Party.
You are the Republican Party.
There is no magic monarchy of Republican leadership.
It's every single one of us stepping up and doing our bit.
But you've been complaining to me about a specific group of people with no name, no pack drill.
We're not going to embarrass them now, although that would be fun.
When you get 30, 40 people who do volunteer to knock on doors with you, and then one shows up or two shows up, what do you say to those 30-odd people who said, yeah, I want to save the republic, and then don't show up?
Yeah, it's apparently a common phenomenon and I think it's just, again, I think people don't want to get out of their comfort zone.
Everybody says, oh, but I'm so busy and I've got to do this and I've got to do that, or I'm not qualified.
Or, I'll tell you another big thing is like the door knocking.
I think people are scared of, you know, engaging people.
It's tough by yourself.
It's not that hard.
But you said it's easier.
I loved doing it.
Yesterday I was out there with another woman and it was super fun to have another person because you kind of you back each other up you play off each other it was it was really nice to do it but you know the thing is there are so many ways to get involved you know there's there are postcard writing campaigns there's phone banking there's You know, aside from door knocking or serve as a poll watcher, serve as an election officer.
There's just every American who cares about what's happening in this country has to do something between now and election day.
Where do they start?
If they want to do something, who do they have to look to first?
Well, I think everybody should look to their local Republican Party because they're the ones who are kind of running all this stuff.
And they will direct you to your precinct captain or to whatever the different efforts are going on.
They will show you where the need is.
Do it.
Yep.
If she can do it.
Anybody can do it.
100 degree heat, everyone can do it.
Even if you've got issues with your health, be a phone bank volunteer from home.
It's crucial.
Ask yourself, what am I doing for this country?

Great to have the whole... That's crazy.
The whole team's here.
We might have to celebrate.
All right, back to the serious business at hand.
People don't know your background.
So you worked in national security issues, helping post-dictatorial regimes like Hungary become democracies.
We had a think tank together in Budapest.
Then you worked a lot on jihadi ideology.
You ran a think tank in Virginia on the jihadi ideology.
And now you're Dealing with another ideology.
You wrote a piece, an excellent working paper, at Heritage with your former colleague Mike Gonzalez, how cultural Marxism threatens the United States and how Americans can fight it.
Read it.
It's available at heritage.org.
But you and Mike, on deadline, have actually finished the book that came out of that, which will be out next year.
What What is the justification for saying Marxism is here in America, Katie?
Explain.
Yeah, I mean, it's unbelievable.
You look at the roots of everything that's happening today.
Honestly, it all goes back to Karl Marx.
Now, some people will say, oh, but it's not Marxism because this isn't about the revolt of the worker or the proletariat.
But it absolutely goes back to Marx in its zero-sum view of the world, its idea of an Oppressor and oppressed, yep.
The difference is, it's not about the worker anymore.
It's about the victim groups.
It's about, you know, ethnic victim groups.
It's about LGBT groups.
It's about transgenders.
You know, they've created these victim groups.
And they're not saying, let's work together as Americans to make this better.
They're saying, no, there is a power relationship.
We want to flip it.
We want the power, we want to say what the rules are, and you know, we know how that goes.
And punish those who we disagree with.
Absolutely.
Not just punish them, erase them.
Erase them, silence them.
So I'm going to throw back something to you that You gave me, so we have this manhood hour every Monday, and the list of questions I ask all of our guests are the ones I got from you.
One of them I want to ask you in return.
What is the genesis, or rather, to use a military term, what's the center of gravity of all the places that are attacking our freedoms?
Is it Hollywood?
Is it social media?
Is it the colleges?
Is it the establishment media?
Is it the teacher training colleges?
If you had to identify the most important locus of Marxism in America, is there one?
Wow, that is a really interesting question.
And I would say, Mike and I, Mike Gonzales, my co-author and I, what we found was some surprising answers.
So I'd say, first of all, a really important source of all this were the radical students from the 60s.
Not the famous ones who became the terrorists in the Weather Underground.
Not the Bernardine Dorns and the Bill Ayers.
A couple of them, yeah, who then went mainstream.
But there was a whole another group of them that went mainstream and
decided let's start organizing, let's start organizing to change the world and they have done
that.
So people like Eric Mann who ended up training Patrice Coulours from Black Lives Matter,
you see those roots.
So these would be the real Gramscians, the people who weren't in the limelight, weren't
the Weathermen terrorists or the Black Panthers, but went into the institutions in the last
years to turn them into left-wing institutions.
Right.
So the whole key and the reason we always talk about Gramsci is the key is they realized revolution is not going to bring about change.
The violent revolution.
They tried that in the 60s.
The Weather Underground tried that.
It didn't work.
We have to slowly change the culture.
The book will be out next year from Encounter.
In the meantime, read the white paper with Katie and Mike Gonzalez at heritage.org.

All right, the big question of the hour.
Well, I was in the White House.
You served the full term out at DHS and CVP.
The deep state is real, is it not?
Tell a little bit about your experience at the Department of Homeland Security as a political appointee, as a presidential appointee.
Well, you know, I have to say it wasn't until I left that I found out that the two people I worked for most closely were both Lincoln Project.
And I think people... They were anti-Trumpers in very senior positions.
Absolutely.
Later came out as Lincoln Project anti-Trumpers who were in political positions.
They accepted positions as political appointees for Donald Trump.
And, you know, I'm not going to mince words about this.
They are traitors.
These are people who worked to undermine the will of the American people who elected Donald Trump to be their president and to be their voice in Washington.
Isn't one of them the coward who wrote the anonymous article Miles Taylor?
Yeah, yeah.
So, how serious is this if we can do our part, if we have the volunteers, the election officers, the poll watchers, if we get our former boss back in the White House?
For me, this is the number one issue.
It's personnel.
What about you?
100%.
But I will say, you know, I think that Donald Trump understands much better now than he did before.
He was coming out of the corporate world, and I think in the corporate world, you can reasonably assume that if you are paying people, they will serve you.
If you hire somebody, right?
If you hire somebody who says, I want to work for you, they're not, you know, if you're at Coca-Cola hiring somebody to work for Coca-Cola, they're not actually working for Pepsi.
Right.
Doesn't work that way in politics, and he's learned his lesson.
He knows that now.
And I think he's taking personnel a lot more seriously.
Talk to us about what you saw at the Department of Homeland Security when it comes to the border.
For me, what Alejandro Mayorkas is doing right now is the definition of evil.
This is the party that says they care about minorities, about women, about children.
You know, 6,000 people trafficked every day across the border.
There's no excuse for that.
I mean, the trafficking of children.
So I was in the centers where the people were being kept and processed.
And it was, you cannot believe the number of children that were being used by traffickers to bring adults across.
I mean, it was just shameful.
And it's a story that's not being told.
You know, you get on an airplane to fly back somewhere else in the United States, out of Texas, you will see multiples of men or women With six to eight kids following along behind that.
Where are they going?
Yeah.
Where are they going?
And there's no other explanation for this than the sheer bigotry and racism of the Democrats thinking we let in tens of millions, we eventually amnesty them, and because they're brown or black they're going to vote for us.
That's the only reason, correct?
I cannot see any other reason for it.
I mean, especially as you look at the growing frustration in our cities, you look at these incidents that are happening with illegals.
It's one story after another.
I don't think it's popular with the electorate.
So why else are they doing it?
Do you think that they've, to use the colloquial phrase, jumped the shark with this issue and with the transgender issue?
Do you think that they're so ideologically committed to their hateful radicalism and their bigotry that they're actually eventually going to undermine themselves?
Well, first you have to explain to me what does jump the shark mean?
It's an episode of Happy Days where Fonz literally water skied over a shark where they just they go too far.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, I mean, I think they already have.
I think the transgender insanity, the transgender cult, that was the issue where they went too far.
And I mean, look at I mean, I always talk about them because I love them.
Look at Moms for Liberty.
And you know you're winning with Moms4Liberty because you showed me that very unfunny parody from somebody pretending to be a Moms4Liberty speaker attacking you, attacking me.
If it's getting so under their skin that they have to write skits about it, Moms4Liberty, which you're involved with, must be doing something right.
Oh, I think they drive the left insane.

I'm glad it's only three minutes left in this hour.
Katie Gorka, what would you like to ask me on the Katie Gorka Show?
I would like to know, why did you choose to be an American?
Oh my gosh.
I can give you all the pat answers, greatest nation on earth, the only nation founded by those who believe that we are equal because we're made in the image of our creator.
But the real reason is, and you know what the real reason is, I spent four years in Germany teaching the military for the DoD and I wanted to teach the US military more because of what they represented, the meritocracy, the love of freedom, the belief in their nation.
I wanted to be a part of what I saw amongst those brave men and women that I worked with at Garmisch-Partenkirchen on that U.S.
base.
So given all the insanity that you see going on around us, are you still hopeful about the future of America?
I am always hopeful.
You know me that I'm genetically an optimist, but I always want to channel what Rush Limbaugh taught us shortly before he died.
It's one of my favorite audio clips of anyone.
And he's asked by a listener, is this when we give up?
Is this when we despair?
And he said with such rectitude, such force of soul, he said, We never give up, we never give in because we're Americans.
So there is no nation like America and we must, we must win because otherwise hell awaits us here on earth.
But now that you've been living here amongst us Americans for quite a while, do you feel like you're seeing Americans standing up and doing what they need to do?
Are they living up to your hopes and expectations?
For me, the kind of negative wake-up call was COVID.
The fact that we, across the nation, were prepared to kneel at the altar of that little fascist Fauci.
I said, where's the American spirit?
I see glimmers of it and I think I think the mothers at the school board meetings, the Tatiana Ibrahim's, the Moms for Liberty that you're associated with, they're going to lead the way.
And I think real America is outside of the cities.
And that's the America that's going to save us.

And I think once you've seen the charges, you see the grouping, you now understand why she went to the RICO route, trying to get as many people involved as possible.
Because what she knew would happen is you have 19 people involved.
Every one of them are going to have different defenses and their attorneys, if they do their job correctly, is going to look out for their individual person in this account.
And I think that's what she wanted all the time.
But when you start looking at this, there's some real concerning issues here.
There's concerning issues of using, like you said, a Twitter post and other things to say, you know, this is somehow consensus conspiracy to overthrow an election.
Dealing with electors that were elected in case a, you know, lawsuit prevailed.
I mean, these are all issues now that it's not just the court of public opinion.
She's actually got to produce the evidence and commit to getting this, you know, across the finish line.
Funny Welles has done a long time now, two and a half years on this investigation.
She started it right after she came into office.
It has looked more and more, unfortunately, political as this went on, and especially the last couple of weeks.
Come on, Seth.
Making them go through the booking process, the mug shots, everything else.
I guess that she wanted to help Mayor's money for Donald Trump, but she did a good job at that.
Yeah, indeed.
As soon as it was released, we immediately made our own version.
I think it sold literally 10 times anything else we've ever sold on our website.
It just has a very simple phrase.
It's the booking photograph.
I hate the phrase mugshot.
And it just says Trump 2024.
That t-shirt and that mug, literally, we can't make them fast enough because people stand with the president.
If you want yours, you know where to go.
SebGorkaStore.com.
A couple of things with regards to that.
That mugshot, as you mentioned.
Number one, how stupid are these people?
Because, I mean, you know them.
You've worked with the Democrats.
A, they raised seven million dollars for President Trump in the first 24 hours.
He sold, I think, the figures were 24,000 t-shirts in the first day.
He sold, I think the figures were 24,000 t-shirts in the first day.
Secondly, your fellow congressman from Georgia, fellow speaker, Newt Gingrich, broke the internet
with a statement on my friend and your colleague Charlie Kirk's show, where he said, based
upon a very, very, very reliable source, he was told Biden's DOJ ordered Fannie Willis.
Because of the latest email scandal concerning Joe Biden to drop the indictments on that Monday, even when her grand jury wasn't meeting.
So number one, how stupid are these people?
Because it seems every indictment strengthens them.
And then number two, how serious is this allegation of a federal DOJ telling a county prosecutor to bring indictments?
Doug?
Well, it's been an interesting time.
Look, I think that they are so, I'll show you an example.
I was watching news, which I really rarely ever do, especially these mainstream medias, but I had a four screen on the, you know, the four different shots of different MSNBC, CNN, Fox, BBC, several of them.
And what was interesting to me is just watching this just the other day, is that they are so obsessed with Donald Trump on MSNBC.
They spent almost two and a half hours Simply going over poll numbers on Donald Trump and the Republicans and Biden and going on and on and on about this.
They're just obsessed with it, Seb.
And I think that's the problem that I think most people are having with it.
It's not beyond, you know, this actuality.
Is there injustice going on?
Is there something done wrong, criminal?
It's just the fact that they have to make sure that he's not around.
They cannot stand the thought of Donald Trump doing anything.
And look, the coordination, I mean, I don't believe in coincidences as much as maybe I did when I was a kid, because now you look at every time something seems to happen, whether they talk or whether they don't talk, it always seems to be around protecting Biden, protecting the email scandal, protecting Hunter Biden.
It always seems to take into account the news cycle that's going on.
I'm not sure what they're going to do now, if the prosecutor finally does his job
in the Hunter Biden and Joe Biden scandal.
And also, by the way, Seb, is there a missing person report out
on the investigator who is supposed to be looking into the documents case for Joe Biden?
I haven't heard a word from him in months.
Yeah, yeah.
How significant is it if it turns out that what Newt said, and look,
Newt I consider to be one of the greatest brains politically in America or life today.
I mean, he's up there with VDH and Conrad Black and a handful of others.
And he's not known to be a bomb thrower.
I mean, you know, he is calm, he's measured, he has a strategic mind.
If it turns out that that is corroborated, that the Fed's told a Georgia prosecutor, how bad is that as a former congressman?
I think it's bad in the sense that you're looking at DOJ, which is already being accused of politicizing this whole episode to start with, and then actually working in coordination with the local DA here in Fulton County.
I think, though, it brings it up into a question also, though, that may be a more interesting question here from if I was a defense attorney, say, for President Trump or for some of these others.
You know, the question we would say is, okay, what information was being used from a federal level to a state level?
Is it going to be provided in discovery?
Are you actually going to be able to call, you know, witnesses or call off testimony that, you know, it just opens up a whole door that if that actual call did occur, again, proving it would be You know, against something else.
But if it actually did occur, were there being federal resources mingled with this investigation?
I think that's what Jim Jordan and some of the others have talked about in the congressional investigations, which unfortunately probably will not go very far because she'll just claim investigative and not do a lot.
But if that does come out, I think it lays open groundwork for the attorneys to start working the issue just from a different angle.
It just shows that I think they don't think about what could actually happen.
And the decision that this case will be, unlike all the others, televised, isn't that an own goal for the left?
Because now President Trump and his attorneys get to litigate 2020 and show the discovery in front of the American people.
Yeah, it's going to be interesting.
I mean, again, I found it a little bit funny that most people think, well, this is unusual.
It's not unusual for Georgia.
Televised trials down here, especially in Superior Court where this will be, are not that unusual.
And especially in these kinds of situations.
But I think it plays right into the fact, if I was Donald Trump, if I was some of these others, okay, you're finally letting me have the opportunity here to say what I want to say.
To say, here's the issues that we're talking about that were never proven.
You're saying, We tried to overthrow this election or had a conspiracy to overthrow election or whatever you want to say.
But here's what we were operating off of at the time.
And it goes back to the issue now you're saying we didn't believe it or did believe it.
Well, again, you're trying to, again, come up into my mindset.
You're criminalizing my thoughts or my minds in some ways.
And I think that's going to be the interesting thing for people to see.
It is interesting, though, that several of them are trying to move it to federal court in North Georgia, in the Northern Circuit, which would not
allow it to be televised.
So it's going to be interesting to see.
I've not heard a lot out on that dynamic, but that is a situation that's developed down
here.

All right, in the heat.
I don't know how hot it is where you are.
It hit the high 90s here yesterday.
If, well, if you feel the heat a little bit more, because you're carrying a little bit more, there's something you can do about that.
I kind of gave up after 20 years of trying.
I'd diet for a bit, lose a few pounds and then it would all come back.
That is until I met Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss.
I lost 42 pounds in just a matter of months.
My wife Katie lost 36.
Our colleague Mike Gallagher lost 53 pounds with a system that No stupid pill popping.

So it's been a few years now, Doug.
You are a free man.
You escaped the swamps of D.C.
for the swamps of Georgia.
What is it like?
Give us the, you know, you just got back from your annual military service.
You know, that gives you a lot of time to kind of think and reminisce.
What is life like now as a mere mortal human being like the rest of us?
No, well, I'm enjoying it because one, I get to talk about what I want to talk about and that's be with you and be with others and say, look, we as conservatives have got to start fighting a little bit and we've got to fight on the ground that we're best on.
And that is the truth.
And too many times we get sort of I've seen our movement get sort of derailed into other arguments and chasing the left's craziness,
when we can just sit there and simply say, here's the truth about it.
So I've enjoyed that.
I get to go speak a lot.
I get to have the podcast.
From that perspective, it's good.
I do still have a lot of conversations with my friends that are still in Congress.
And I have to say, from the time I was there, we got some stuff done, some major stuff when
Donald Trump was there, some legislation that I was proud to work on.
And I've talked to some of my colleagues now offline, and they are miserable.
It is just a miserable place to be right now.
What, worse than in the past?
Yes, very much so.
Why?
Because there's nothing getting done, Seb.
And I think, here's the deal.
Even during, I was there from early, at 12 to 21.
And my first seven to six years, we were, it was, we had, even though we had Obama, then we got Trump, which was a blessing for us.
We still got things done.
They were bigger piece of legislation, may not have made headlines all the time, but you were able to do it in the background and get some stuff done.
Why?
Why?
Was that because there were a few reasonable Democrats you could talk to behind the scenes?
Well, there were, and they were willing to vote for stuff, because when they were out of power and they got down a good bit, they were willing to find areas of agreement which we can all agree upon.
Things like, you know, working with business, trade secrets, music, even criminal justice reform, First Step Act, things like that, that they were willing to take a step out on and say, okay, we're willing to work on this, and Republicans were willing to work on it.
But the minute 2019 occurred, let me back it up, the minute the election of 2018 occurred, and Nancy Pelosi became Speaker again, that shut down.
And one thing for me was... Why?
Because of her?
Or because she just surrendered to the radicals like AOC?
No, no, no.
Never, ever, ever, ever think that Nancy Pelosi surrendered to anyone.
Look, I disagree with her on what time to wake up in the morning, but when it comes to what she wants to get done, she is the leader, period.
She adapts to whoever she's around.
So when she is doing that just disgusting thing of the kente cloth scarf, kneeling for BLM in Congress, nobody's telling her to do that, she's doing that for herself?
Oh, she's a political, don't get me wrong.
I mean, she can stick her finger up in the wind, you know, and see which way it's blowing as easy as anyone, but she's a great, she is a politician from that.
But she's also a strategist.
I've always said this.
If, if Republicans would ever get to the point, just like Nancy Pelosi, where they were willing to give up position and power for policy, Seb, it would be amazing.
We would see great things for this country.
What she was willing to do, remember, for eight years in the last 30 is the Democrats have had Congress.
Eight years in 30 years in the House of Representatives.
But tell you what, you and I start talking about things that have changed America in the last 30 years.
We start talking about Obamacare, Dodd-Frank, the investment structure.
We talk about COVID spending.
They all came from those four years split Okay, okay, this is really important.
This is really important.
So without undermining our values, how do we have that efficacy when we're in charge?
We start going forward with ideas that we say, OK, this is what we stand for.
And we put all the Republicans on notice and say, look, these are ideas such as cutting taxes, such as growing business, cutting regulations, securing our border, getting back to energy independence.
And we're saying, look, let's just say we have 225 members of the House.
Say, look, we're going to pass these bills.
You can help with us, or we'll help replace you.
And I know for a fact that Pelosi's office, through herself and others, were willing to tell people during Obamacare and others, you don't vote for this.
It may not be liberal enough for you, but it's what we're getting.
You will vote for it, or I will find somebody else to put in your seat.
We as Republicans, we repel from that.
The Democrats, they fell in line.
But you're saying that's what we should be doing, threatening our members to support what we want?
We need to go to the best conservative outlets that we can and then get the consensus of our, let's say for the speaker, McCarthy, whoever, say, let's go.
Where can I get 218 votes for the absolute most conservative position we can get?
And again, here's the difference too.
When they have a Senate that they'll work with, which they did the first four years she had, she was willing to send it over and the Senate over there was willing to do what it took to pass it.
That's the key, because she was always pushing the envelope, and that's what she did.
And when they came in in 2019, it was get Donald Trump.
That was their first and foremost thing.
They had to make sure he didn't get reelected, because they really didn't pass anything in the 2019-2020 Congress.
They really didn't.
If you go back and look, they did some spending bills.
They did a few things, but that was it.
But their job was to impeach Donald Trump, is what they tried to do, which I was a part of fighting against.
And then in 2020, COVID hit, and it sort of blew it all up.
And then when they got Biden in office, she went right to infrastructure.
She went right to the extra COVID spending, everything else that we saw destructive.
But she was willing to bring that to a conference, find 218 votes, and then do whatever it took
to get as much of that possible into law.
Because she understood, once it was in law, It'll never go away.
Remember how we always talked about doing away with Obamacare?
Guess what?
It's still there.
Dodd-Frank, it's still there.
She was willing to give up power of the speakership, the position of speakership, to get a policy that would last past her lifetime.
Wow, wow.
This is fascinating.
This is the sneak behind the curtain.
This is the really important stuff that we need to learn if we win the Senate, if we win the White House, back and keep the House.

But you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A.
Doug, you mentioned a phrase, you said that once, you know, 2018, it was about get Trump,
get Trump, get Trump.
You fought valiantly against the impeachment.
I sound like a broken record to my listeners.
I'm sorry, guys.
But, you know, it's hard to put your mind in the, you put yourself in the mind of a crazy Democrat.
It's clear they wanted to get him, but why?
I mean, you know, they didn't treat him like another Republican president.
What is the reason?
You were there in the trenches.
What is the reason for this inordinate, psychotic hatred of my former boss?
This is gonna sound funny, and I really am glad you asked the question.
I've never had it really... I've been asked around it, but never where it is maybe that way.
I think he had the audacity to talk like a common person.
He had the audacity to ask, why are we doing this?
And I saw that in the White House, but why did that make them go insane?
Because remember, if you question the status quo, think of this sort of the Wizard of Oz.
As long as you're following the holographic image up there and not worrying about who's over there behind the curtain, Then everything's okay.
All the, you know, for all the folks who believe that everything's sort of the same.
Oh, we're all watching the image.
But somebody like Donald Trump had the ability, whether he was right or wrong, and, you know, we're not going to debate everything he ever said, but going over and saying, hey, who's the dude behind the curtain?
So you're telling me the reason they want to destroy him then and now is because he's like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz?
He says, I want to know.
I've got a question.
Why are we letting NATO run us around?
Why are we letting China do this?
Why are we?
And those questions like that, whether they came out specifically like that or not, because remember, up until 2013 or 2012, 2013, Donald Trump was adored by the left.
No, no, no, no.
He was adored by everyone.
Making cameos in movies, rappers singing about him, most successful TV show for 14 seasons.
Until he came down the escalator, everyone loved him, Doug.
Yeah, it does.
And then it became the, oh my God.
And because again, I think it's not only Republican, he was conservative.
He's, I mean, think about what he said he would do.
We're going to report, I'm going to appoint Supreme court justice that are conservative.
Okay.
Now he lists out, here's the list I want to use.
And here's someone on a point.
And guess what he did?
He put three of them up there.
Now I may not always agree with what all of them are doing every time, but I am far greater than what anything Biden or Obama could put up there.
And he did it.
And then, you know, again, then from the parts of it that would go on, He just asked the questions that nobody were willing to ask.
Now, again, you get into the politicization of government.
There's a keep the trains running mentality a lot of times.
And some of that's good.
I mean, sometimes you just keep the trains running.
But then there's other times you got to say, we've been running this same track for 30 years.
Isn't there a better way to do it?
And sometimes he would ask those questions.
And that's when it began to shake the bureaucracy.
And it was not as much maybe You're being very polite.
elected members, especially the Democrat elected, the Jerry Nadler's, the Adam shifts, the Eric
Swalwell's, all these guys, they were not, they were offended from a political standpoint,
but they were reflecting constituencies that a lot of them in the bureaucracy of Washington
DC.
You're being very polite.
You're talking about the deep state, Doug.
Yeah, exactly.
That felt threatened, right?
The deep state felt threatened, yes.
Because look, this is the problem we have.
And Seb, if you wanted to do deep dives, this is the issue that we dealt with in Congress and we were getting at during President Trump's administration with regulations and making regulatory agencies make law, which is what they're doing.
But explain to me, Why we have so much federal government, why we have so many people in cubicles inside the beltway of Washington, D.C., when much of it either could be spread out or done away with.
And until you have a Republican, in my opinion, Republican president, Republican Senate and Republican House that is willing to spend two years Wow.
doing everything they can to make sure that is either dismantled or brought down
and then really willing to stand for election and get beat knowing that it'll be very hard to put it back
so that we can see long-term effects, it's gonna be very difficult.
And Donald Trump did that.
Wow, as my brother-in-law says, now we're cooking with gas.
Follow this man at Rep Doug Collins.
I want to go further, deep dive, drill down on this issue.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is One on One, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans across this nation right now, including me.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
Just listen to Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com right now for just $19.95.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you.
Like it works for me, Yvonne, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
I mean, first thing, I want to ask whether it's possible to undo everything that you just mentioned.
This, you know, permanent bureaucracy thinks that they are inviolate and nobody can touch them.
But first things first, in the next 15 months, Because even Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent, has raised this.
Alan Dershowitz raised it on my show and he's no Trump voter.
Is President Trump safe?
Is there any weapon they will not use against him to stop him from being re-elected, Doug?
They're going to use everything they possibly can.
You're going to see the next big issue will be this 14th Amendment fight in some states that I think will have to end up at the Supreme Court very quickly.
The other issue is simply the lineup of these trials that will be coming up.
And some of them will be pushed off.
Some of them will be a lot later, but some of them, you know,
just by the simple sheer fact of timeline, as an attorney, if they're pushing it,
you're gonna hit a timeline.
And I think that's what they're trying to do right now to curb this, because right now, let's face it,
no one is beating Donald Trump in the Republican primary.
I mean, if DeSantis is, you know, I've known Ron for a long time,
but his campaign is going backwards.
It just is.
I mean, he's not catching on.
It's not working.
He spent millions upon millions of dollars.
And right now he's going backwards.
Most everybody else is staying in those 10 single digit to low, low double digits.
And they're not moving.
Donald Trump will win the Republican primary, but what they're going to try and do is set it up for the general, Seb.
That's what they're trying to do.
I think they gave up on seeing if they can get him off the Republican.
They're now setting it up for the August, September, October, November.
But how can you be in court when you're supposed to be campaigning?
I mean, isn't that election fraud?
Isn't that election interference?
Yeah, I think that's what it's playing out as.
I mean, they're keeping him off the campaign trail.
Right.
And that's the whole issue here.
Two and a half years of an investigation into basically two phone calls, some Twitters, pages, and some hearings that took place in December of 2020, and it took two and a half years?
Yeah.
In Fulton County, you take a documents issue, which the President's brought this up before, I mean, the vast reality of what maybe was in those papers, again, taking account, Seb, and you and I both dealt with classified information, taking into account of whether it's valid, invalid, two and a half years later, most of it's probably lost its validity, even if it was, which I'm not saying it is, in fact, but taking that long to get at these issues, again, this was drug out, and I think it goes back to one thing.
It goes back to January 6th.
Yep.
This is where it all goes back to.
I watched a reporter the other day, I love how they classified him as a conservative commentator, and I was on MSNBC, and in the background on the mantel, where I have the University of Georgia football, I have, you know, failure's not an option, I have these kind of things.
He had it, but the only book he had on the shelf was turned with his face forward that said, the January 6th report.
I mean, there you go.
And what's interesting to me is, is nothing the president has been charged with is directly at that event, which is being, you know, again, the event was, it speaks for itself, but yet they're not charged.
But yet that is, if you see anything on mainstream media, when they talk about being indicted, they tend to go back and show the footage of the Capitol on January 6th.
If he survives, if he wins the election, if they don't have massive rampant election fraud everywhere, you know, you've served in Congress, you still serve in the military.
Can we dismantle everything you described in just four years?
I mean, we have a regular guest every week, Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie, who got thousands of people fired from the VA.
For egregious reasons, 90% of them are now being let back into the VA.
Even those that committed, you know, really, even if they committed egregious problems, those people are getting a 20% lump sum of the pay they missed.
If that's what happens with such dysfunctional organizations as the VA, is what you're talking about, all these people who think they are owed a job and they get to decide, not the president, the future of America, can it be done in four years?
Can it be done in four years?
Yes, with the right, with the right motivations and the right, you know, again, I always go back to something I say on the, I've said on campaign trail, I say it at events all the time.
You have to have two 1860 in one.
218, 60, and 1.
218 in the House, 60 in the Senate, and one's the President to sign it.
And you've got to be willing to pass legislation if you can get those three numbers, or you're changing the numbers in the Senate back to a pure majority, and then having the wherefore to actually do it.
You remember who did this very well?
Ronald Reagan.
Yeah.
Ron Reagan did this very, very well in his first four years, and it almost cost him up until 83, and finally the recession broke.
He came back more in America in 84.
But he did it, and he was cutting these programs and doing it through the budget with the Democrats in control.
You've got to get back to that portion where you can, but I'm also give you a much newer version of that, the IRS.
When we took over in 12 and 13 and coming out of that, the IRS scandals, we got the IRS down to a very, very manageable size.
They were screaming that they couldn't do anything.
And if you notice, one of the first things the Democrats did in their four years was to restock or try to restock the IRS, because it can happen, but you just got to stick with it.
And then get the bigger policy items there, Seb.
That's gonna be your bigger issue.
Get the structural inherent changes to your energy policy, your banking policy, to where it's too hard to get it out anymore.
And look, those just are hard decisions because we gotta get back to legislators who legislate, who understand how to pass bills, not just make a statement that fires up the base and say, oh, everybody's excited.
Like, I'm gonna hold up, and again, I've got good friends, and I'm just gonna use the example.
I'm going to hold up all of spending unless we defund DOJ.
Well, Seb, you and I know that's not going to happen.
Right.
OK?
But you can go make money on it, and it gets put you on YouTube for five minutes.
But let's be honest about what we can do and what we cannot do.
And I think that's your better option.
Quick question.
If he's the nominee and he's not in prison, is he going to be running against Biden?
Are they seriously going to try and have this guy be their candidate?
I think that is the million-dollar question or billion-dollar question for the Democrats right now, is, you know, can he hack it?
I mean, he was on the campaign trail just yesterday or the day before, and it looked bad.
I mean, here's the issue, though.
Notice his 7-8.
Here's something for your show.
Talk about this.
Every time the liberals are talking about his bad numbers, they're blaming his age.
It's not age.
It's competency.
Right.
It's competency, not age.
No, absolutely.

Alright Doug, you fought valiantly on Capitol Hill and now you are a free man.
I'd love to see you back in Washington, D.C.
Maybe I could see him as a chief of staff in the White House.
I might have to send that idea to somebody I know who lives in Florida.
Congressman Collins, tell me, is the GOP that you served in Is it now a MAGA party, an America First party?
If it isn't fully, what's the percentage?
Oh, it's, I think from the percentage wise, it's easily 70-80%.
Because people believe that America needs to come first.
They believe, and not that the other countries don't think that they're first, but we ought to think that ours is first.
We need a strong defense.
We need an energy policy that works.
We need, you know, get back to school choice and education where we're actually teaching children how to process life in the sense of reading and writing and doing the things of education and getting our country back that way and not taking it over on social agendas that are contrary to parents and other things.
Can we do that?
Yes.
And I think the interesting thing is we've got to start speaking to those Americans who are feeling like the world is being taken from them.
The GOP is the only one that truly has a tent that is, I'll say, is big in the sense that we believe in people.
Government is believed in by the Democrats.
We believe in the individuals of that country, and I think that's what we got to continue.
So I believe it's there, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
I think it's a very good thing.
And what happens, you're talking to about three and a half million people now, what happens if a sizable portion of the electorate thinks, yeah, I voted and that's enough?
Well, then, you know, that's just wrong.
I mean, you know, if you're not Helping, you know, get others out.
Because here's the problem.
In Georgia, we saw this in 2018, we saw it in 2018, we saw it in 2020, we saw it in 2022, that we've got to get out of this mentality that it's not just voting.
Because some people just say, well, I don't like the candidates or I don't like this.
I'm not going to vote.
It does matter.
And I think this is the part that we've got to get out of, that these things matter.
Because we had in vote, Senate elections down here and others, we had, you know, 8 and 10 percent of voters in 2020 in the runoffs down here stay at home.
Republicans who stayed at home.
And so here's my deal.
You either go vote for those and you help others vote for them, because that's what the Democrats are doing.
If you like what Joe Biden and them are doing, then just simply go vote and do nothing else.
But if you don't, if you want your country in a position in which we're strong in the future, you got to do not just vote, but you got to get out and help others understand why.
Yeah, yeah.
It was almost 100 degrees here in the swamp yesterday.
I was sitting at home preparing for my Newsmax show, selecting guests and video cuts.
What was my wife doing?
She was knocking on doors for the GOP.
Knocking on doors.
They gave her 900 homes.
That's what she was doing.
Question is, what are you doing, my dear friends?
I don't know I don't know how to sign off.
I don't know what to call him.
Chaplain?
Colonel?
Congressman?
Colleague?
Or just friend?
Whatever it is.
He's a good guy.
He's one of us.
