you We'll look it over.
This is America First with Sebastian Gawker.
And I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Always a pleasure to be with you here on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
I host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles all throughout Southern California on AM 870, AM 590.
The answer alongside my co-host extraordinaire Grant Stinchfield.
You may know him from Real America's Voice and he'll actually be with you tomorrow and Wednesday this week.
So make sure you're tuning in while Dr. G enjoys a week of vacation.
Now, I had to row into the studio this morning.
We were getting ready to cue the locusts in Los Angeles.
We had an earthquake yesterday, originally 5.5, now 5.0 on the Richter scale in Ojai, which is in Ventura County.
And then we had something that happened in Southern California that hadn't happened in decades, and that is Hurricane Hillary.
For all of you who are into politics like I am, you know there's probably not a better name for a hurricane than Hillary.
No, I don't know if it's related to Hillary Clinton, but certainly the people of California were Having fun getting ready for Hurricane Hillary, which hit Southern California as a tropical storm.
We had a lot of rain on my patio this morning before I came into the old radio ranch.
I had about five and a half inches of rain that fell in less than 24 hours, so a lot of rain to be sure.
A lot of flooding for those folks who are in the Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
They probably got hit with the worst of this, but we survived.
But in true Los Angeles fashion, people panicked.
We freaked out.
They closed down the schools.
LA Unified, a multitude of school districts, closed down in, I guess, in preparation or, as they like to say, an overabundance of caution today.
The governor, Gavin Newsom, Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles, all coming together telling people to stay home because they love That order.
It's very reminiscent of the COVID days.
And Saturday in Los Angeles, try going to a grocery store and finding a bottle of water.
Everything was off the shelves in anticipation of this tropical storm.
I'm sure Florida, all of you people who actually get hurricanes every once in a while, you're probably laughing at all the precautions we took in Los Angeles.
The good news is It was a lot of rain, it was wet, but I think the catastrophic flooding and some of the stuff that could have been a whole lot worse.
Not a lot of wind came in with this.
I think certain people, certain areas of Southern California had some wind.
But all in all, we made it through.
As our producer on The Morning Answer, Daniel West, Dan Dan, the producer man always says, he said this was a storm with a very good PR person.
So We're okay.
I rode into work and here we are and I'm happy to be in with you on America First.
Don't forget you can watch the show on the Salem News Channel.
You can always find us on Rumble and there is a lot to talk about today.
Not only do we have the storms, the flooding, the earthquakes going on in Southern California, but Hurricane Joe Biden also happens to be in the state.
He is flying today to Hawaii.
We'll have updates on that.
President Trump, well, he is set to do Tucker Carlson instead of the debate, which is coming up on Wednesday.
And, of course, all of those Republican candidates are getting ready to take the main stage for the Republican primary on Wednesday.
It was finally announced by President Trump over the weekend that he would skip the debate.
In lieu of this appearance on Tucker Carlson's show.
And I was having a conversation with my mom, who I love so much, but she is a liberal.
We are very different politically.
And we were having a talk about President Trump and what he should do.
And it has been my contention all along that President Trump doesn't need to do at least the first debate.
Let everyone else on the stage You know, hammer it out, figure out who's going to stay in the race, who's going to drop out.
We already know President Trump has been the president.
We know what his policies are.
We know what his presidency looks like.
He is way ahead in the polls.
I always thought he should counter program and maybe go on CNN or maybe go on a local news channel, or excuse me, on one of the network television channels like an ABC and do a town hall, kind of steal away the attention.
But my mom had.
Maybe the best idea ever that we have today passed on to President Trump and his legal team.
Hopefully they're listening.
What do you think if President Trump turned himself in in Georgia about 4.30 in the afternoon on Wednesday, right before the debate?
If you wanted to stick it to Fox News, that would be the way to do it, because they would have to do some serious spinning to try to figure out how to cover President Trump turning himself in, and then, of course, debate night with Brett Baier, Martha McCallum, and all of the other Republican candidates.
Do you like this idea?
Do you think this would be, I mean, if you're going to have to turn yourself in, you might as well work the timing in your favor.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
You can chime in any time throughout the program today.
We will love to talk to you.
833-33-GORKA.
But wouldn't that be something?
President Trump arrives with all the pomp and circumstance to the courthouse right before it shuts down.
And you know the mainstream media will be forced to cover this.
This will steal all of the air from the room that Chris Christie, Ron DeSantis, Asa Hutchins, and all the others would love to gobble up.
833-33-GORKA.
I say, if you're going to have to do it, do it on Wednesday.
It's got to be done before Friday.
Let's make that a date.
833-33-GORKA.
Also in our attention today is the Florida governor, Ron DeSantis, who is preparing for this debate.
He had some interesting words for Trump supporters.
I don't know if he could do a worse job running this campaign if he tried.
If you missed it, Ron DeSantis over the weekend had this to say.
Video cut six.
We have a strand in our party that views supporting Trump as whether you are a rhino or not.
And so you could be the most conservative person since sliced bread, unless you're kissing his rear end, they will somehow call you a rhino.
You're not rooted in principle.
If all we are is listless vessels that just supposed to follow, you know, whatever happens to come down the pike on truth social every morning, that's not going to be a durable movement.
A listless vessel.
That's what he is calling Trump supporters, saying that they're just waiting for the latest edict to come down the pike.
How do you feel about that?
You feel like you're a listless vessel if you support President Trump?
You know, I'm pretty tired.
And as a woman who has been a Trump supporter since the very beginning, 2016, I'm tired of having Hot air filled politicians tell me what I am because I don't support them.
I don't need Hillary Clinton to say I'm listening to my husband, I'm listening to men, that I'm a deplorable.
And I certainly don't need Ron DeSantis saying I'm a listless vessel if I happen to be supporting President Trump.
I'm not sure what's happening with Ron DeSantis here, but the governor of Florida is doing a lot of flip-flopping.
He laughed about the Trump indictments.
He didn't take seriously the fact that the Department of Justice has been weaponized against not just Donald Trump, but all conservatives, including Catholics and parents and people who dare speak out against the party in charge.
And he giggles about it.
And then some high-paid consultant comes along and says, well, you should probably not go after Trump so hard because it doesn't look good for your image.
You're tanking in the polls.
So he does that for a minute, and now he's back calling conservative Trump supporters listless vessels?
8-3-3, 3-3, Gorka.
This, to me, is a huge mistake.
And it's a huge mistake for the governor long term, because it is possible that he wouldn't have won This time around, but that he could have a political career ahead of him.
But I feel like the longer he is in this presidential race, the quicker he is tanking.
And that's not great for the party.
That's certainly not great for Ron DeSantis.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
You can chime in on that.
It seems that it's very short-sighted, at least in my mind, that we are hearing from Ron DeSantis with these words.
When 50 to 70% of the party is supporting Donald Trump right now.
It's unbelievable.
We are going to cover that and a whole lot more.
We have lots coming up.

You have found America First.

You can follow me there, too, at Jennifer Horne Radio on Instagram.
And joining us right now to talk about some issues going on in California with implications across the rest of the country is Jennifer Van Laar.
She is the managing editor at Red State.
Great publication.

Redstate.com.
And you can give her a follow at Jen Van Laar on all the platforms.
Jen, thanks for being with us on America First.
So different to be with you on Monday because in California we're together on Thursdays.
That's right.
You normally are a standby on our Inland Empire Answer and we call it Spill the Tea Thursday and that's because Jen has all of the juicy gossip and she always gets it first.
Now our Attorney General in the state of California is That's a real winner.
Rob Bonta is his name and he has been going after school districts that have implemented a new rule that essentially requires teachers and administrators to tell the parents of a kid if they're changing their name, their gender identity, their desired pronouns, if they're trying to use a different bathroom.
The schools have to tell the parents and this was adapted in a couple of school districts here in Southern California Primarily Chino Valley.
Well, lo and behold, Chino Valley and the school board president have been getting directly threatened by the Attorney General.
Right, Jen?
Right.
He initiated a civil rights investigation into Chino Valley Unified School District over the implementation of this rule, which would be a local law, I suppose, where it requires teachers or administrators to inform parents within 72 hours if their child, like, say, is a girl, biological girl, and she decides she's going to go out for football and there's only a boys football team, or if that, if a child is a biological
Boy and decides they want to use the girls restroom.
The parents have to be notified within 72 hours.
And this seems like, I don't know, just common sense.
Many times in California, I feel like we live in an alternate universe when, you know, that would seem like a bad idea to some, I guess, on the left, but it seems only fair for parents to stay involved.
So Rob Bonta is now, after going after Chino Valley and after threatening the school board president, he himself is now being looked at by the California State Bar.
That's right.
So our friends over at California Policy Center, who do quite a lot of work in education and their think tank, so they understand the law actually better than it seems Attorney General Bonta does.
They filed this complaint stating, and it's interesting because if you recall about John Eastman, who was reported to the bar for allegedly not following the California and the U.S.
Constitution when he was advising His client Donald Trump, this complaint that they put together against Bonta really tracks that quite a bit and saying that Bonta misstated the law about parental rights and education, which is pretty well settled law that parents have the right to inspect their child's records and to be fully aware of what's going on in their child's educational life.
And that he, in misstating this and sending threatening letters to the school board, that then gave the teachers' union an out.
So now the teachers' union there is advising their members, oh, hey, look, this is actually not a legal thing that our school district did, so you don't have to follow it.
When, in fact, it is illegal.
that they took to inform parents when something's going on with their child that could have
severe mental health implications or even other safety implications.
And so they want the bar to look into this, especially also, which is a little different
from Eastman, Bonta using his position as attorney general to threaten and intimidate
political opponents.
This is just par for the course in California.
That's what they do.
They love to intimidate so that you don't get out of line.
This is what they've been doing to the citizens and now the school boards of parents.
They want to keep you following the status quo.
And what the status quo is in California, Jen, is that they want to make California a sanctuary state, not just For people who are underage and wanting abortions, but now also for people who want to come in and have gender reassignment surgeries, they don't even need parental consent.
Under the left's leadership here, under Rob Bonta, under Gavin Newsom, you can be a 13-year-old kid without your parents coming into California making some really adult decisions.
Right, and I think this goes along with some of the things that Jennifer Newsom's been saying, that they want to have more mental health help in schools, which On its face is a good thing.
You want to have access to mental health care for students who might need that.
But the way that they're trying to freeze parents out of education, it's concerning that they're going to say, oh, well, this kid wants to be trans.
The parents won't let them.
We're not going to let them know, but we're going to get them in with this.
school and have that counselor give them mental health treatment and all the while never even informing the parents.
So any school board that can go ahead and put in policies that definitively state that the parents need to be informed about things, I'm all for that.
You know, it's really interesting because our colleague here on Salem Radio, Dennis Prager, makes an assertion that I believe at least to be true, and that is that many times these kids who are suffering, they go to their school counselor, they get that extra mental health, and I'll put air quotes around that, and then those are the people who send them down the road of making these really big changes without I mean, in California, if you're a child who is identifying as a different gender and your parents don't go along with that, you can ask to be placed in a group home and their parents have no control over getting their kids back.
I mean, it's absolutely insane.
In our final minute here, though, I do want to drill in because this is the delicious part of this story.
That John Eastman, who is in trouble for giving legal advice to his client, as you mentioned, is now facing the same charges that Rob Bonta may.
So what does Bonta have to say about this?
Because we know what he thinks about John Eastman.
So far, he hasn't given any statement on this.
I'm sure he's going to just write it off as right-wing wackos, and Gavin Newsom will do the same.
But I think there's a lot of people watching who might not be active on social media or that kind of thing that'll see it and go, no, I think parents being involved is a good thing.
Our default should not be that parents are dangerous.
Yeah, no doubt about that.
Now, what do you think with the state of California right now?
You've got Rob Bonta who is going to continue to intimidate these leaders.
Does something like this, Jen, slow him down?
Or do you think that this Is just another little roadblock for him, and he's going to continue to try to scare school districts out of implementing this policy, because one of the things that we're learning is that Bill Asale and other members of the California Assembly who are conservative are saying, since we can't get legislation done to protect parental rights, we can go school district to school district and get them to implement the same law that the legislature won't pass.
So does this slow Bonta down, or do you think his tour of intimidation will continue?
Oh, he's definitely going to just keep going for it.
And I'm sure the state bar is in the pocket of Gavin Newsom and everyone, and they won't really do anything about it.
But I think it's great to still be making the point.
We still have to be making the point, even if we're not confident something will come of it.
Always great to have you spill the tea with us.

Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
I'm Jennifer Horn.
Happy to be along with all of you today.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870 and AM 590, The Answer in Southern California.
And boy, we survived Hurricane Hillary.
Not like 2016, Hillary.
This one's a little different.
It was not too bad.
We had a little rain, a little bit of wind, about five and a half inches on my patio, but here we are in the studio.
Now, lots going on on the program today and very interested in knowing what all of you think at 833-33-GUERCA.
By Friday, President Trump has to turn himself in to an Atlanta court.
Wednesday is the primary debate for all the Republican candidates who qualify.
The deadline, by the way, for that is today.
So we'll know today, actually right before we go off the air, we'll know exactly who is going to be qualifying for the debate on Wednesday.
And as those candidates debate on Fox News, the question has been, will President Trump show up?
Will he not?
Well, we know now over the weekend, President Trump said that he would not show up at the debate, but instead he'll do an interview with Tucker Carlson, which is fine.
I think it's hard for people to find Tucker Carlson because he doesn't have a broadcast platform, but it is good that President Trump is doing something.
But my mom, who Would not vote for President Trump.
She is very liberal, former teacher.
I love her.
But we do not agree politically.
She came up with the idea that President Trump should turn himself in at like 4.30 on Wednesday, right before the debate starts.
What do you think about that?
833-33-GORGA.
I love this idea.
I think it's sneaky.
Fox News, if you want to stick it to them, they'll have to spin to try to figure out whether or not they should cover President Trump in Georgia.
Or the debate with the candidates that they are hosting.
The other networks, they won't care about the debate because they'll be watching President Trump.
You steal all the air from the room.
833-33-GORKA.
What do you think about this?
Let's go to Line 5, Alex in Brooklyn.
Alex, you're on America First.
Hi.
Hey, thanks so much for taking the call.
You're doing a great job.
Thank you.
And I agree with your mother.
I want to comment about two things, this and the Rhonda Sanders comment.
But I think actually the indictment came out around this time, the Georgia indictment, because of the debate and they want the news to be about the Trump indictment as opposed to, you know, some issues that matter that are going to be discussed at the debate.
I think that what they're doing to Trump is despicable, but strategically smart for President Trump would be to do exactly as your mother is saying.
I think it's a brilliant idea.
He should turn himself in, stick it to Fox.
He should do it on the day of the debate.
He should do it a little earlier.
You said 4.30.
I'd say maybe even a little earlier.
So they should still be able to do the Tucker interview at 9 p.m.
at the same time as the debate's going on.
And that would really take all the focus away from the debate.
And I think that Trump should actually have the audience with the Twitter Tucker Carlson interview because you want to compete with the enthusiasm.
You have a debate, but the debate you got an audience, so you don't just want a typical interview, and I think you should use it more as a way of talking about a little different stuff than what he's been talking about typically during his interviews, because you do want to make it a little different than what you have regular.
But I also want to comment about the Ron Santos comment that you played.
Yes.
Because I was never bought out by DeSantis, even before he was running for president.
I always felt like it was just a go-along.
And he wasn't even the first one to leave the state open.
There were states that were open during COVID before him, but he was the most outspoken about it.
And he was trying to start up the establishment time and again, I think because Trump made it cool to do that.
But I think the comment that he made here, in all fairness, I think that The wording is really stupid, because if you want to persuade people, you don't want to offend them.
It's one thing to attack the candidates, another to attack the voters, where you're saying they're empty vessels.
Peerish to him, you know, I was never a pro-DeSantis, but I did get a little upset that right when DeSantis, when there was talk about DeSantis running for president and Trump got upset at him, which Trump is entitled to, and Trump came out against him, you had hundreds of thousands of MAGA supporters That we're all in with Ron DeSantis.
They adored him.
They loved him.
And the second that President Trump came out against him, they flipped, and they called him a rhino, and they were mad at him.
I thought that that was a little upsetting.
Well, you know, Alex, what flipped me, because I can speak to this, because I've always been a President Trump supporter, and I'm always going to vote for him.
There's nothing I could see that would ever change my mind as of right now, this moment.
But Ron DeSantis, I thought he did a good job in Florida.
I thought he had potential.
I think he could have been the future of our party.
Unfortunately, he is the one that has disappointed me.
It's not been anything that Trump has said.
It's exactly what he is saying himself, and that is that he's giggling and sneering when Trump gets taken in for the first indictment.
He hasn't stood up against the Department of Justice.
And now he's calling people listless vessels if they're Trump supporters.
So it has nothing to do with what President Trump has said or tried to brand him as.
This is all DeSantis failing as a candidate.
833-33-GORKA.
More of your calls.
I'm Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka and this is America First.
Music.
you I'm Sebastian Gawker on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. I am Jennifer Horn.
Happy to be with you here on America First.
Thanks for spending your day with us.
And you know, as we begin this new week here in our country, and I can tell you I'm in California, we've seen tropical storms, we have seen flooding, we have seen power outages, school closures, all of that hitting Baja California, the peninsula, and into my state of California.
Forecasters warning that life-threatening flooding can be expected, as well as strong winds downing trees and power lines throughout the region.
This was the first tropical storm to hit Southern California in over 84 years.
It was significant.
Meanwhile, forecasters are also warning that major Atlantic hurricanes are also likely very soon, crippling many of the 17 countries served by our friends at the international non-profit relief agency Food for the Poor.
They do fantastic work.
This month, focusing on emergency relief supplies, Food for the Poor's chief executive officer, Ed Rain, says the arrival of Atlantic hurricanes puts hundreds of thousands of poor people squarely in the eye of potential danger.
As we start to think about disaster response, we've got to think about just what might be coming our way.
And although it's been quiet in the tropics for a little while, this week as we look at it, we've got four potential storms shaping up.
Because of things like the incredible temperature that we're seeing, I mean almost 100 degrees in the temperatures off of Florida, are really a bad thing because it's going to fuel these storms to a level that we probably haven't seen before.
That's why I'm asking all of you right now to visit SebGorka.com and make a donation to Dr. Gorka's campaign to help rebuild lives of the poorest of the poor with important advance planning.
It's significant.
If you make a generous gift today, food for the poor can get busy racing emergency relief to areas that will be hardest hit.
Literally saving lives by assuring the people help need will be on the ground, right?
This is something that's got to happen now.
This is not days away.
You want to do this before the hurricanes and the flooding actually occur.
Get that relief where it needs to go.
Here's what you need to do.
Head on over to SebGorka.com.
Click on the Emergency Relief Supplies banner or You can text the word GORKA to 91999 or phone your most generous gift to 855-330-4673.
That's 855-330-HOPE.
And if your gift is $200 or $50 or more, Dr. Gorka will send you an autographed copy of his book, Defeating Jihad, the book that propelled him into the White House as national security strategist for President Donald J. Trump.
Now, pray for the people of Southern California and Mexico where the federal government, FEMA state agencies and charities are swinging into action, but those things don't exist in El Salvador or Haiti or Honduras.
So we need you to help the poorest of the poor right here in our own hemisphere with your gift today to Food for the Poor.
Go to subgorka.com again and if you can make a donation of over $250, you'll get that special book autographed by Dr. G.
All right.
On America First today, we are talking about President Trump over the weekend, revealing that he is officially not going to be participating in this week's Republican debate.
And so some of the questions are, what does he do?
Well, he has said he's going to do an interview with Tucker Carlson.
It's a great idea.
He speaks to the base, as our associate producer Eric just pointed out.
But what if he turns himself in in Atlanta on Wednesday night or even on Thursday morning to try to steal some of the energy that's going to go to the candidates in that first debate?
What do you think about that strategically?
833-33-GORGA.
That's the number to call.
Let's see.
Let's say hello to Spike in Atlanta on line one.
Hi, Spike.
Hi, Jennifer.
Thank you for taking my call.
Thank you.
I think that, first of all, it's a great idea because, in my opinion, President Trump is going to be the Republican nominee.
And I think that the debates are just to try and figure out who might be his running mate.
But the reason I was calling is it's about these migrants, which I think the Democrats are letting come across the border with the intention of having them vote.
And I think that in about a year, President Trump should do a media blitz on the Spanish media, radio, television, and also on the Spanish social media, and aim it at the migrants.
And to just basically tell them, first thing in office that we're going to do is we're going to shut down the border, and we're going to shut down these drug cartels.
And once they do that, any coyote debt That is outstanding.
We'll tell the migrants, it's going to be eliminated because we're going to eliminate these drug cartels.
And it's even going to go so far as to go into Central America.
If you have loved ones down there that may have a gun pointed to their head if they don't get paid, we're going to get rid of them too.
I think this is a perfect way to take this voting block and flip it because, hey, that's better than canceling your timeshare.
You know, Spike, I think it's an interesting one for a couple of reasons.
I do think—and thank you for the phone call.
I take part of your idea that President Trump should absolutely do an outreach, a Latino outreach.
Definitely we should shut down the border.
One of the stories we're going to talk about today, Joe Biden's actually selling pieces of the border wall right now.
That's what his administration's big plan is, is to sell off pieces of wall to get rid of it.
But I think when you reach out to Latino voters, not necessarily telling them that the borders closed, but let's reach out to them and actually tell them that the Republican Party is where they're going to be and where they belong.
Because in California, I believe, and I've said this for a long time now, that Latino voters will be the voting bloc that will save our state because Socially, it's conservative ideals, and they don't like all of the crazy stuff that the left is pushing on California and some of the other states with the transgender surgeries, all of that.
This is a prime group to help grow the Republican Party.
833-33-GORKA.
Oh boy, let's say hello to Dan in Missouri on line two.
Hi Dan, you're on America First.
Hi, thanks for taking my call.
Thank you, go ahead.
Well, I was going to comment on DeSantis' comment, and I wanted to say that you sounded a lot like a Democrat when you criticized him.
Because I think, well, let me just answer that, Dan, because first of all, I'm not a Democrat.
But second of all, I am curious to know if you think it is a good political strategy to call voters that you need to become president listless vessels.
Is that a good strategy, Dan?
I don't think that's the best thing to attack them, but he wasn't attacking all Trump supporters.
Dan, he said that people who follow things from true social are listless vessels.
So that's not my words. I would like DeSantis to do better.
I'm actually disappointed that he's been such a lead balloon and a weight on the party. Thanks
for the phone call. 833-33-GORKA.
I just don't think it's wise to call Republicans listless vessels when you need their votes.
But chime in. Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
I'm.
you I'm Sebastian Gawker on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. That's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He's out this week on vacation and I'm really happy to be in the club.
It's like a boys club this week here on the program.
So, you know, we're bringing a little female energy.
So thank you, Dr. G, for inviting me.

It'll be a lot of fun, I promise.

It's never too early to start your holiday shopping.
At least that's what my grandmother used to always tell me.
All right, so a couple of things on the agenda today.
Donald Trump is going to be turning himself in to authorities this week.
We don't know what day, but what about the possibility of him doing it just as the day starts to wrap, right before the Republican debate on Wednesday?
What do you think?
8557—oh, excuse me, that's my morning answer number.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
We also have Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, who has called Trump supporters listless vessels.
Randy in Knoxville on Line 1.
What do you think about that, Randy?
Hey, I think it'd be a great idea, Jennifer, for President Trump to turn himself in.
I mean, put his arms up, put the cuffs on me, do it like that.
It'd be great.
I love it.
But I wanted to bring up... You know that there's a t-shirt coming, right?
There's going to be so much merchandise because there's actually going to be a mugshot this time around, it seems.
Oh, it's awesome.
This guy, he's going to win.
President Trump's going to win how he should.
Jennifer, DeSantis is the new Jeb Bush.
He is all of this hype, all of this stuff.
He's sinking like a stone.
Just like Jeb Bush.
A hundred million bucks Jeb Bush got.
He got one delegate with all that hype.
It's the same old thing when you go against Trump.
And Jennifer, I wanted to remind you, you've been to this listless vessels.
That's insulting.
But that clown That clown said that we're all a bunch of rear-end kissers if we listen to everything that comes out of true social every morning.
Remember that?
Calling a listless vessel is bad enough, but he called us all butt kissers if we listen to what comes out of true social.
Don't forget that.
That's below the belt.
You know what, Randy?
I love you.
I feel like you should be on the radio.
We need to bring you in as our co-host, I think.
Something like that.
Okay, well, I like it, and I think that you're right.
I think Florida has the, maybe the ability to create Jeb Bush-like characters.
So, you know, I think you're on to something.
Except you didn't say Jeb right.
You have to do it with the exclamation point, Randy.
Can you do it for me?
Oh yeah, Jeb!
I knew you would be able to!
Randy, thanks so much for the phone call.
Appreciate you.
Let's see.
Roy in Georgia.
Can we sneak you in?
Line 3.
Roy?
Amen, Randy.
He was spot on with all that.
When we saw Karl Rove attached at the hip with the dentist, are you kidding me?
Roy, hang on the line.
We're going to come back to you in just a few minutes.

Now, it is debate week.
Wednesday, all of the candidates will come together on the Republican side of the aisle and make the argument as to why they would be better suited to take on Joe Biden.
Right now, President Trump says he is not going to attend the debates.
Instead, he's going to do an interview with Tucker Carlson and playing with the idea strategically about whether or not President Trump should maybe turn himself in in Atlanta Before or after that debate to try to steal some of the headlines around it.
Joining us right now is a guy who knows all about strategery, as George W. Bush would say.
Mark Lotter is here.
Give him a follow at Mark underscore Lottery's Chief Communications Officer at America First Policy Institute.
Mark, welcome to America First.
Well, thanks for having me.
Great to talk to you again, Jen.
It is great to hear your voice again.
It's been a long time.
So let's start first with President Trump's agenda this week.
He's decided not to debate.
Is that a mistake or do you think that's the right thing to do?
No, I absolutely think it's the right thing to do.
Look, most of these candidates on that debate stage are polling in single digits.
None of them really have any hope of ever becoming the Republican nominee for 2024.
So why get up there and expose yourself to their attacks when you are leading the field by 40-45 points?
If it thins down to maybe a couple, two or three, then maybe you get onto the debate stage later in the process.
But right now, the only person you need to be worried about if you're Donald Trump is Joe Biden.
Keep all of your attention focused on him and let the kids table have it out, you know, in Milwaukee on Wednesday.
I'm a political nerd, so even though I know President Trump is going to be the nominee, he's the person I want to vote for, I still always find it interesting to have people kind of tell their stories, right?
And it makes or breaks, it thins down the herd a little bit.
It will be fun to watch, I will imagine.
President Trump has some options ahead of him.
We know he's going to be sitting with Tucker Carlson.
But we floated the idea, and this was actually given to me by my liberal mom, who will not be voting for President Trump.
She'll be voting, I can't believe I'm going to say this, for Joe Biden.
But she says that he thinks she should turn himself in on Wednesday evening.
Mark, what do you think about that?
No, I disagree with that.
Just because, look, you know, he's going to command the stage with Tucker, you know, and I'm sure that's going to get, you know, just a massive amount of people watching it.
So why change the story?
Right now the story is going to be what's going on in Milwaukee and what you're doing with Tucker Carlson.
I would actually, if I were to do it, I would do it on Thursday morning.
Then you take away all of the post-game analysis the next day, and you basically take all the oxygen out of the room following the debate.
You also don't want to hurt the Republican National Committee prior to their debate, because he will get on a debate stage at some point.
The question is just when.
Yeah.
All right, so let's talk about the people who will be on the stage.
And today is the deadline for those who are in the mix to qualify.
So we don't have a complete list yet.
We'll know by about 9 p.m.
Eastern Time.
I think that's the deadline.
So there may be a few more.
Our buddy Larry Elder is still working to get on the stage and a few others.
But Mark, what do you think?
Who will be the big winners, knowing who is on the stage already at this moment?
Who do you think will command the attention and do you think Ron DeSantis will be able to stop the sinking of what's been a pretty disappointing campaign for him?
Yeah, he is definitely Jeb Bush 2.0 right now.
He's dropping like a rock.
And, you know, that whole leaked memo that came out last week about how he was going to train his fire on Vivek Ramaswamy and be supportive of President Trump shows me that he's more concerned about clinging to second place than he is trying to move into first.
Now, granted, he still has a huge mountain to climb, but he's just trying to stop falling even further.
You know, look, I think that there will be a number of candidates that'll use this opportunity
to introduce themselves, reintroduce themselves, but at the end of the day, you know, what
you're going to be looking at is they're all going to be talking about the same policies.
Doesn't matter who's speaking, they're all talking about the Trump policies, the America
First policies, because they worked.
Now they'll put their own smile and their own emphasis on various aspects here and there,
but they're all by and large going to be talking about the same thing.
So what are they going to do to differentiate themselves?
And at this case, I really don't see how any of them can do it.
It's really just a matter of now hoping you can catch some kind of momentum and even then knowing it's a long way away when you're down 40 plus points to try to catch Donald Trump.
I think the big headline, and again, this is all crystal ball stuff, so we don't really know, but I think Vivek Ramaswamy has been on the trajectory up, and I think he'll continue to do well.
I've seen him when he's been talking to people who don't agree with him, and I can't wait, actually, for Chris Christie to lay one on him, because I think it'll be an interesting conversation.
Chris Christie's going to try to steal the energy and the air from the room.
But I do think there is one topic where we're gonna be able to see some differentiation and that is probably on Ukraine and what America's role is in all of that.
That seems to be maybe the one issue where we can actually see some division and see who stands on what side.
No, you're absolutely right.
And there are some divisions amongst the various candidates in terms of how do we address that situation.
The difference is that everyone believes that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is wrong.
The question is how do you respond to it?
Have we done enough?
Why are we doing so much more than our European allies?
This is in their backyard.
And what do we need to do?
What's the end game?
What does victory look like?
And so, you know, they'll each make their cases.
It's going to be a differentiation point, but this is not going to be an election that comes down to foreign policy.
It's going to be an election that comes down to the economy.
Just like James Carville said back in 1992, it's the economy, stupid.
And the more time we're arguing amongst ourselves, Joe Biden wins.
The focus should be how are we going to address Joe Biden, and whether you're Donald Trump or any of the other candidates, tell the people, tell the voters, how you are going to reverse the horrible inflation, energy prices, and everything else that Joe Biden has touched, which has turned into a mess.
You know, I think you're absolutely right.
And this is the anniversary.
I didn't get you any cake, Mark.
I'm sorry.
But it is the anniversary of the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which I know that you've probably been celebrating because it's just worked so well.
I can't afford cake right now.
You can't afford the cake.
You can't afford the eggs to make the cake, so it's a problem.
So what do you think?
When we hear from Joe Biden, who's all around saying, well, maybe I shouldn't have called it the Inflation Reduction Act, I believe this is a pocketbook issue.
What do we need to hear from the Republican candidate, whether it's President Trump or anybody else, taking on Joe Biden and this inflation that he created?
It wasn't there when President Trump left office.
Well, and you know, my colleague at the American First Policy Institute, the great Larry Kudlow, has laid this out very, he's laid it out very clearly.
First and foremost, we've got to get American energy prices down, get American energy production up.
Because whether it's coming from the farm or the factory, to the warehouse, to your house, it involves fuel.
Diesel fuel, motor fuel, you know, so All of those high fuel prices are being passed along to consumers.
That's the first thing we have to do.
Then we've got to get government spending down, because the problem is they put too much money into the economy, chasing the same amount of goods, which drove prices up.
So, when we can cut spending, get American energy independence going again, we can get back down to the inflation rates that we saw under President Trump, which was about 1.4%.
I saw an interesting stat the other day.
Prices have gone up 17% since Joe Biden took office.
They went up 5.5% during all four years of Trump combined.
It's significant.
And, you know, I live in California, Mark.
The people, our leadership here, Gavin Newsom and others, they just don't get it.
And energy is really the key.
Not only is it about the price of goods and services, the price of gasoline, certainly the price that affects everything else that we buy, all of the goods and services that we use, But it also is national security.
Just circling back, and we know this isn't going to be a foreign policy election, but man, if gas prices hadn't gone to where they are, if we hadn't stopped drilling here when Joe Biden took office, I really believe that Vladimir Putin wouldn't have been able to go into Ukraine.
So it's not just price, it's also a security issue.
Absolutely, the security issue and then combined obviously with the weak foreign policy of the Biden administration, the disaster, disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, which is also coming up, you know, on that anniversary, that tragic anniversary here.
These are the reasons why Putin was empowered to go into Ukraine.
And it's important to remember that in this entire century, there's only one president where Vladimir Putin didn't invade one of his neighbors.
And that was during the four years of Donald Trump.
Yeah.
There's a new polling out that says that Joe Biden has, many Americans believe that Joe Biden has made the economy worse.
So who is the guy or the woman, because there is one in the race, Mark Lauder at this point that could get in there, beat Joe Biden and improve the economy the quickest?
Well, I think any of the candidates that are running could beat Joe Biden.
He is that weak.
Obviously, I think Donald Trump is in the strongest position for no other reason than he's already been there.
He did that.
And regardless of what a lot of people think, I understand from an independent or maybe so from a more moderate point of view, they didn't like his tweets.
They didn't like how he said things, but they liked the results.
They liked their pocketbook.
That's right.

Are you ready for this?
A whopping $200,000 in the Fulton County jail system.
The prosecution there over his alleged efforts to subvert the 2020 election results in the Monday court filing, which was signed by Fannie Willis, who is the Fulton County District Attorney and Trump's lawyers, includes strict conditions on witness intimidation.
They say the defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a co-defendant or witness in this case to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice per the court filing.
The above shall include, but not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual or social media.
So don't be, don't be sending out, not that he retweets, but he retruths on true social.
A $200,000 bail being set for President Trump.
When should he turn himself in?
One of the strategies we've been talking about today is maybe doing it around the Republican debate, which is Wednesday.

The first one is I just I missed the school closure, but I just got off the phone.
I left a message for the administration at the North Carolina school, middle school, that suspended a Christian kid, 12-year-old, for sharing his faith with some other classmates, and they got offended and reported him.
So I told them they need to immediately resign or Take leave with pay if they'll promise to take the Hillsdale course, Constitution 101, pass it, then they can be reinstated, and finally, they need to change the name of the city they're from, from Wake Forest to Woke Forest.
All right, that's point number one.
Number two.
Love it, okay.
All of you, all of you on the air, and you know, I know you're doing what you need to do, and you have some things that maybe rules and regular regulations, but things that you have to do because
you're on the air.
I don't, I'm not bound by that.
I'm not going to swear or anything, but Joe Biden, all of these issues that
people talk about, about the economy and about Afghanistan and about this
and, and Ukraine and all of that.
He's on American Biden.
He's a protege of Obama, who was raised by Marxist parents.
I won't use the T word, but you could, because everything you bring up, he's not serving the American people.
He has betrayed the American people.
He's compromised.
He's corrupt.
Yeah.
And you know what?
He's willing to sell his kids out, too.
Not that I have any sympathy for Hunter, but Tom, I 100% agree with you on the fact that Joe Biden has always been bad.
You know, I think for a while, a lot of conservative media was really intent on saying, well, he's demented.
He's got dementia.
His age is showing.
It's more than that.
Clearly, he isn't thinking right.
And clearly, there is something going on with his mental faculties.
Tom, this guy has never been good.
He's operated in ways that were racist, that were not in the best interest of the country, to be sure.
And now you look around and you go, he came up with a business that he sticks his loser son into, right?
To drive things around.
If you're a dad, is that the best place for your son, who is an addict, who is also suffering?
It's probably not.
But yet, that was the way that he could use his name, and that's the way he could profit off of it.
And he's done it for who knows how long, but certainly for years.
And now he's got a DOJ behind him, because it's all part of the swamp, that's allowing this to happen, that's slow-walking investigations.
They're waiting for the statute of limitations to run out, so there'll never be any consequences.
So, to your point, I don't know, we don't, I don't think we have any rules or regulations other than just, you know, good taste.
But I think you're absolutely right.
Joe Biden has got to go.
The left, the leftist movement in this country has got to go because they're trying to destroy our republic.
They're trying to destroy the country and all of the stuff that we were founded on that's been working for so long, making us the greatest country on the planet.
Thank you, Tom.

Patricia in Sacramento, line number two.
Hi, Patricia, you're on America First.
Hi, thank you for taking my call.
It's so nice to talk to you.
Thank you.
I am, too, a native Californian, and my comment is to this.
The candidates that are running against Trump, I believe, through God, they have no chance.
I believe that if they are truly American, Why are they running against him instead of uniting with Trump to save America?
Yeah.
Amen.
I think that's a great point, Patricia.
Our system allows other candidates to run.
And by the way, I have no problem with all the other candidates that want to jump into this race.
I don't know how they think they might win it in this particular situation.
I do think President Trump is the best suited to get to work.
And to get in there and drain the swamp.
I think he's learned his lessons about the people he should surround himself with, and I think he's ready to go back in there and stop this path that the left has put us on in a short amount of time with Joe Biden in the White House.
All of that being said, there's room to have a lot of conversations with these candidates, and some of them are going to be the bench.
I'm extremely proud of Our bench.
But you have to make sure that you're on board, not just with President Trump, but with the idea that the Biden administration has weaponized against their leading opponent.
And I think that really is the difference maker in all of this.
Patricia, thanks so much for the phone call.
Line 5, Ron in Colorado.
Hi, Ron.
Hi, yes.
Hi, Jennifer.
Thank you for taking my call.
Thank you.
I would like to comment on the Ron DeSantis and Trump kind of spat.
And I'm a Trump supporter.
I voted for him twice.
More than likely, I'll vote for him in the primary.
But I get a little bit discouraged when the Republicans start the internal fight.
I just don't think that there's any reason to do that.
And one thing that I think would show really well for Trump is if he could rise above the fight and he could be
somewhat of a gentleman and win over some of the independents that just can't stand the name
calling and the picking.
And I know DeSantis recently made the comment about true social, but he's been on the ropes.
I watch every single Trump rally that there is.
I think the problem is that you've got, first of all, you're not quite using the same standard,
I think for all the different candidates.
You've had Chris Christie, you've had Ron DeSantis now say that people who support Donald Trump are listless vessels
following his every move.
President Trump could change his personality tomorrow and people are still going to take issue with him.
So you need to make a decision.
You either are going to vote the policies that you know President Trump is capable of and have and he's implemented
and you're going to embrace that fight because it's got to be someone with backbone that initiates a fight against a
left in this country.
Or you're going to vote for the guy who makes you feel better and who doesn't send mean tweets and who probably
won't get elected to the presidency.
So this is the choice that we have ahead of us.

He is finally going to Maui.
He's finally been bothered.
Even though he's on vacation, he's actually in Lake Tahoe.
He's showing up in Maui where there are still about 800 people missing from those Maui wildfires.
We don't know whether these people have been found, whether they're going to be located, how they're going to identify bodies, whether they're going to be able to rebuild their homes or their businesses.
And over the past A few weeks, when Joe Biden is asked about this, he says he can't make any comment.
Well, he felt a lot of heat, so now his administration says, well, off to Maui he goes.
So he's leaving his vacation for a short time, and to Maui he will head.
It's interesting, because he's going to be met probably with a lot of resistance.
Alex, if you could play video cut seven.
This is a Maui resident, Ella Takdarian, who was talking to CNN about just where Joe Biden has been.
And right now, the Maui community is helping the Maui community.
And it's really affected me because where's the president?
He decides to come here this week to come here next week.
I mean, aren't we Americans too?
We're part of the United States, but why are we getting put in the back pocket?
Why are we being ignored?
And so sad to hear the sadness in the voice of this woman who lives in Maui, who presumably has suffered a great loss.
And Joe Biden has done nothing but say no comment.
Now, as he arrives today, he will be touring around, I'm sure.
They'll be talking about what went wrong.
There's clearly a lot of questions about what they could have done to be better prepared.
But the people of Maui so far have been given federal aid to the tune of about $700 a person.
Ask yourself how much the Biden administration has given these days to the people of Ukraine.
Where are the priorities?
And is the priorities, well, are they out of line?
Because maybe Joe Biden hasn't enriched himself.
On the people of Maui, on the people of Hawaii.
He certainly enriched himself on the backs of Ukraine, of our foreign adversaries, so maybe they get more attention.
Is that how it goes?
Is that where the priority is set?
Now, we're also learning today that Hunter Biden's lawyer repeatedly threatened to put Joe Biden on the stand if the Justice Department charged Hunter with wrongdoing in their criminal probe of Hunter.
Chris Clark, who is the former attorney for Hunter Biden, wrote a threatening letter to prosecutors in October 2022, warning the department not to charge Hunter Biden.
That letter followed leaked news that prosecutors had gathered enough evidence to charge Hunter with illegally buying a firearm while still on drugs using crack cocaine.
According to this memo that was obtained by Politico, it's a 32-page memo, Chris Clark threatened to put Joe Biden on the stand as a fact witness during a potential trial.
Quote, President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial.
There can be no doubt that these leaks have inserted President Biden into the case.
This, of all cases, justifies neither the spectacle of sitting president testifying at a criminal trial nor the potential for a resulting constitutional crisis.
So they're literally threatening the DOJ by saying, hey, if you go after Hunter, you're going to have to put Biden, President Biden, Chairman Joe, on the stand.
How about that?
We also learned that David Weiss, the special prosecutor now in the case, Good friends with Beau Biden, the now-deceased son of the president.

Thank you, Dr. G. You know, as we begin this new week here in our country, I live in California.
We've seen a lot of tropical storms and flooding.
The result of that tropical storm, Hillary, that passed overhead, had its hitting the Baja, California peninsula, and even caused some death and destruction in Mexico.
Forecasters warning about life-threatening flooding that can be expected, as well as strong winds downing trees and power lines throughout the region.
The first tropical storm to hit Southern California in decades, in 84 years to be exact.
Meanwhile, forecasters are also warning that major Atlantic hurricanes are also going to be likely very soon, crippling many of the 17 countries served by our friends at the international non-profit relief agency Food for the Poor.
That's why I'm urging you to go right now to SebGorka.com and make a donation to Dr. Gorka's campaign to help rebuild lives of the poorest of the poor with important advance planning.

All right, now on to your phone calls.
833-33-GORKA.
We're talking about the weather, Hurricane Biden, and, of course, President Trump.
Brent in Los Angeles on line number four.
Brent, are you okay?
Did Tropical Storm Hillary blow you away?
No, but hello, joyful anti-woke warrior Jen.
That's me.
Hi, Brent.
Hi.
I hope my thoughts are not too controversial.
They probably are, but let's hear it anyway.
I feel dangerous today.
Let's go!
Well, since Adam and Eve's creation, God alone continues to be in total control of global weather, climate, rain, and earthquakes.
And man has no significant effect upon nature other than when wicked, vicious, murderous, amoral pagans force God to deliver catastrophic judgment upon them, as with His flood at the time of Noah, or His fire and brimstone at Sodom and Gomorrah, or His hail, locusts, and Red Sea splitting upon Egypt's soldiers.
Under current California circumstances, I'm amazed by God's continued loving restraint, compassion, and patience He keeps extending to us.
Brent, you always have the best way with words.
We're telling you, you should do like a thought of the day calendar.
I think it would be really great.
Thanks for the phone call.
That's Brent in Los Angeles.
One line open now, 833-33-GORKA.
On to line one, Stan in Ventura.
Hi, Stan.
Hey, how you doing?
Great.
Thanks for the call.
Go ahead.
Yeah, I just wanted to point out the fact that everybody that's true Americans are all pussyfooting around the fact that Biden is actually a traitor.
He should be tried as such.
And I'm waiting for the gallows to come because this is ridiculous.
Our border is wide open.
We don't have a country.
They're poisoning our children, and this has all got to stop.
At some point, when can we stop this and how do we do so?
And by the way, Trump is the best president ever.
Yeah, I don't know what the punishment is.
Stan, thanks so much for the phone call.
But certainly the corruption cannot continue on.
And we do need to do some major housecleaning.
And it's not just Joe Biden.
You have to look at everybody who is making huge amounts of money for themselves based on the back of American taxpayers.
This is the real problem.
All right, George, in Columbus, on line number two.
Hello, George.
Welcome to America First.
Hi, Jennifer.
I just want to say your mom is right.
She's pretty smart every once in a while, not always politically, but it's a good idea.
The other thing about that would be, it would be nice if instead of a debate, somebody got up and said the only debate would be if any of us would be standing up here in the first place.
Now do you really think a group of people who have a strong enough ego to run for president would sit down and say that to each other?
I don't think so.
But also you are correct about the people coming up from The south of the border.
These are people who are religious conservative people.
And they're not going to go for your woke stuff.
I work for them.
No.
This is the surprise that I think a lot of Democrats are having right now in California.
And that is, whether it be slow, but it is slow and steady, the growth of Latinos running to the Republican Party.
You see it in Florida, too.
You see people who come here and they go, OK, we want a better opportunity, but we don't want you to convert our kids.
We don't need the indoctrination.
We're actually coming here for a better life.
They're embracing what America was, not what the left wants it to be.
They grew up with religion in their lives.
That's right.
That's right, George.
We appreciate the phone call.
Thank you so much for that.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's say hello to Don in Los Angeles, Line 3.
Hi, Don!
Jennifer Horne, Warrior Princess.
How are you?
I am great, thank you.
It is Don The Voice.
I love it.
I mean, and then following Grant from LA.
You know, Grant had the best one.
I always said that you were our Joan of Arc, but he coined the phrase, says you're our Jen of Arc.
I'm the Jen of Arc.
That's right.
We just have a few seconds though, Don.
So what's on your mind?
Oh, quickly, quickly.
I want to talk about the California Republican Party.
Now we're going to have some kind of a vote where they want to take the marriages between a man and a woman plank and some other one out of the platform.
You know what, Don?
Hang on the line and we'll come back.
Yeah, the California Republican Party is thinking about moving gay marriage off of the platform.
It's an interesting one.
Jennifer Horne, and for Dr. G, this is America First.
you you
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First, let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. Don't forget to check out Dr. Sebastian Gorka, all the platforms, sebastiangorka.substack.com, at Seb Gorka on pretty much every platform known to man, always on video at Salem News Channel, and of course, sebgorkastore.com for all the latest merchandise, and you can find me on social media as well.
You can do Facebook and Instagram, Jennifer Horn Radio, and True Social, and Twitter, at Jennifer Horn.
I host the Morning Answer here in Southern California, where we have dodged Tropical Storm Hillary.
There is some flooding out there, but the rain has stopped.
I think now it is on to Nevada and Arizona for its next tour de force, shall we say.
All right.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
And let's check in with A.J.
in Kentucky on Line 1.
Hi, A.J.
Hello.
How you doing?
Doing well, thanks.
All right.
My question is, And I want to know your thoughts about this.
Say someone, average guy like me, my name is EJ, was to run for president.
How hard would the far left, woke as they call it, or whatever's behind them there, Uh, would they go after someone like me if Trump couldn't run for president?
That's what I'm saying.
You know, this is the point that I try to make when people are trying to figure out whether or not President Trump is a viable candidate.
Clearly, the left goes after President Trump, right?
But the question is, would they go after another candidate as hard?
And I think a lot of people think that a Ron DeSantis or someone else may not get the The negativity or the heat from the mainstream news media and from the left.
And I say that's just simply not true.
Whoever the leading Republican is would get the heat from the left.
They want to destroy conservative ideals.
It doesn't matter who the person is, who the vessel, as Ron DeSantis liked to call the listless vessels, which are Trump's words, but it doesn't matter the vessel.
It matters the ideology.
And if you aren't with them, You're going to be enemy number one, whether you're Donald Trump or you're EJ from Kentucky.
And the only like the only like more proof I could give you in that is that Larry Elder, who is a friend of mine who is running for president this time around, ran for governor in California.
He's not Donald Trump.
They tore him apart.
He is a black man.
They called him the black face of white supremacy.
They took him down and they tried.
And thankfully, Larry withstood that and did well, but he did not win the recall.
And now he is in the presidential race.
But it doesn't matter if you're Donald Trump or not.
It matters if you are a delivery of someone who is into conservative principles, and for that matter, our country, saving the country that we know and love.
It doesn't matter.
There is not somebody that they're going to go easy on because they're not Donald Trump.
EJ, thanks for the phone call.
I think it's a really good piece of conversation because I do think there are a lot of conservatives who think that there's some candidate that's somehow going to get an easy track or an easy path forward.
All right, we have a whole lot more coming up.
We're going to talk a little bit about those smash-and-grab robberies in California.
A whole lot more.
Plus your phone calls at 833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G. This is America First.
You You
You This is America first with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very
proud to introduce our guest host for today Jennifer Horn
Thank you, Dr. G. What a pleasure it is to be hanging out with all of you on America First Today.
I am Jennifer Horn.
As Dr. G said, no fake news there.
I host the Morning Answer in Southern California on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer.
I hope you'll join us mornings there as well.
And a lot to talk about on today's program.
We've got news on Donald Trump, on the debates, But I have to start with a story that is close to my own heart, and that is the smash-and-grab crimes that have been going on in Southern California, the state of crime in California.
Joining us right now on America First is the 33rd Sheriff of L.A.
County.
Sheriff Alex Villanueva is here.
You can give him a follow on Instagram, sheriffvillanueva33.
And he's got all kinds of great information.
He is out there fighting the good fight.
And Sheriff, thanks so much for being with us today.
Oh, thank you for having us here, Jennifer.
Now, there is, excuse me, so much going on with the smash and grab crimes that have been making national news.
And you may have seen it.
I mean, just in the last couple of weeks, we had a group of about 40 people all dressed in black going into an Yves Saint Laurent store at the Americana in Glendale.
They steal stuff and they get out.
20 cars waiting and they get out and they go in their getaway cars.
They're gone.
At the Topanga Mall in Canoga Park, California.
A few days later, they go into a Nordstrom at four o'clock in the afternoon, steal everything they want, and away they go.
Now, we're finding out that one of those smash-and-grab burglars was just caught and arrested, and sheriff released the same day because of no cash bail.
Isn't that special?
I mean, you just gotta laugh.
It's Los Angeles, that's for sure.
Here's another one on your list.
Remember that smashing?
Well, it wasn't a smashing grab was more like, uh, let's bring in a trash bag, fill it up and walk out the Nike store in East L. A. Yeah.
Well, apparently they got hit again on Saturday twice.
Saturday morning and within an hour of each other, and then they get hit again Sunday morning, all about the same time frame.
So they got hit four times in the span of less than a week.
And these last three aren't making the news, but I'm pretty sure there's video of it.
Sheriff, these stories add up to create this world of criminality that's been created by the left in California.
And the mayor of Los Angeles is Karen Bass.
She was a congresswoman representing the same area.
She was on NPR over the weekend.
And I want you to take a listen to what she says, because she is trying to deny that this is as much of a problem as the people who live here know it to be.
Take a listen.
This is Mayor Karen Bass from Los Angeles over the weekend.
Mayor, these videos paint a very scary picture.
So what do you want business owners, shoppers, diners, and tourists to know about how safe they are in Los Angeles?
Well, what I want them to know is that they are safe in Los Angeles.
That is the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass.
Mayor, thank you.
When you have a spectacular type crime happen like this, it does create a sense of fear.
But one of the reasons it does is because it's exploited by the press, and especially
the conservative press that wants to paint Los Angeles and many other Democratic-run
cities as though we are in a crisis of crime.
And that is not the case.
That is the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass.
Mayor, thank you.
Thank you.
That is the mayor. As you heard there, Karen Bass say that it's not that bad of a problem.
And I can tell you, because I know, I've lived here my whole life, that there are about four members, four conservative members of the media in Los Angeles, and you're listening to one of them right now.
There is not a lot of conservative media running around the state, and you can't blame the crime problem on Fox News.
Sheriff, what is really going on here?
When we're talking about what's causing this, do you think it's the media?
Well, let's, you know, there's a bunch of things happened at once.
Three big things.
But let me take a quick pause.
Everything she said, substitute today and put in the word George Floyd.
And she described to a tee what the left wing media did with law enforcement in the death of George Floyd, the murder of George Floyd.
I mean, to a tee.
Here she is now arguing on the shoes on the other foot.
So I just got a laugh at that.
Oh, my God.
That is so irresponsible of her.
There's three things going on.
Three things.
One, Propositions 47, 57, AB 109.
They decriminalize a lot of crimes, reduce the penalties for a lot of crimes, and then you have prosecutors, like George Gascon, who decide, hey, I'm not going to even prosecute the lower level crimes.
Before, if you enter a store with any type of a booster bag to steal, you could be arrested for felony burglary.
Prop 47 got rid of that crime.
And petty theft with a prior.
The second time you entered a store to steal, you were guilty of a felony.
That is gone too.
So they've reduced the consequences.
Progressive DAs don't enforce the law, period.
Then number three, you have a massive de-staffing of law enforcement.
Between the LAPD and the Sheriff's Department, they've lost roughly 2,500 sworn or gone from both agencies.
And so the crooks know, hey, you know, we can't get away with it.
You know, it's really true.
Our police force has been decimated.
They tried to get rid of a lot of people during COVID.
The support for law enforcement isn't here.
And you have to think, when you're someone who is putting their life on the line to go out, you leave your family, you leave your wife, your kids, your husband, whoever, you leave those people behind and you go out to try to make arrests.
And then you realize that those arrests aren't even going anywhere.
It makes you wonder what the point is.
This idea of no cash bail is really something.
What does that mean for people who aren't familiar with that term, Sheriff?
Basically any lower, any felony that's not a violent felony, there used to be a cash bail amount for it.
Now that cash bail, the number is zero.
So all you get is a ticket and you get out of jail.
Like the one that was arrested in the Americana, that spree, I think he had four felonies.
He was issued a citation and released forthwith.
Back to probably going and doing the exact same thing he was doing before he got arrested.
Yeah, it's amazing when you start to hear stories about how criminals are hitting businesses like two to three or four times a day and it makes you wonder how this is going to allow businesses to stay open.
I mean there are thoughts that people are going to now, and this is no joke, I know it seems extreme, but after all of the smash and grabs they're saying that people may have to make an appointment At Nordstrom to be let in through security so that they can go shopping to try to avoid the scenario that we've seen all too often in Los Angeles where people are just running into stores and running out with whatever they want.
San Francisco, they closed the Nordstrom.
They closed the Nordstrom rack.
They closed, I think, a Whole Foods, 17 CVS pharmacies.
Now we're seeing places where they're padlocking the freezers to hide all the expense or to, you know, lock up all the expensive stuff.
And other places are practicing.
You have to go through two security doors before you get in so they can lock you in.
I mean, these are all extreme measures and they're all driven by failed progressive policies that are trying to treat the criminal justice system as if it was guilty of systemic racism.
It needs to be dismantled.
Well, now we're paying the price.
Well, they're protecting criminals instead of law-abiding citizens and law enforcement.
You know, one of the questions that Seb likes to ask me on the program when I come on on Wednesdays and talk about all the crazy stuff that's happening in California, Sheriff, he likes to ask me if people are going to wake up and change their minds when it comes to voting.
George Gascogne is the creator.
He's got his fingerprints all over Proposition 47 and 57.
He's the reason that we're not prosecuting these lower-level crimes.
He's got his fingerprints on a lot of it.
Yet last week he did a press conference and he said, well, I guess we have to start taking these things seriously.
Well, yeah, I guess so.
If only we knew a prosecutor.
You're it, George.
Like, let's get to business.
But do you think people are going to wake up?
We have an election coming up.
Are they going to make changes with their ballot, Sheriff?
Well, you know what?
Considering the disaster that is Sacramento, every single state legislator has an assembly, has a public safety committee.
The Senate has a public safety committee.
But you look at the composition of both.
And they might as well call themselves the Criminal Safety Committee, because every single thing that comes out of there is guaranteed to make life easier for crooks to do their job.
It's not to make the public any safer.
And you've got to wonder, when will voters connect the dots between bad outcomes and bad politicians?
When they do that, I think we can turn the ship around.
So 24 is going to be a test on this.
This will be an IQ test for voters.
I hope they pass.
It's tough when you look around and you go, why would you vote for the same thing over and over again when you're not getting the results that are making any of us happy?
I mean, my goodness, they're replacing police officers with people who are just put in like neon vests and they're patrolling the subways and the streets of places like West Hollywood and they're not keeping people safe.
They're not even calling the police when crimes happen.
No.
The Metropolitan Transit Authority, which is run by the mayor, the city council, the LA Board of Supervisors, they put a proposal to get rid of all of the real law enforcement and create their own private or their own police department, Metro PD.
And they were disbanded over 20 years ago because they were an absolutely incompetent failure.
So they want to revive it with who knows who, but it's going to be 181 less cops on the system and they're going to replace them with just you just mentioned it, those unarmed ambassadors.
Check him out online right now.
Sheriff Villanueva, 33, on Instagram.
And listen to his radio show, The Resistance, at CRNtalk.com.
Sheriff Alex Villanueva, thanks so much.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
For Dr. G, this is America First.
For more information, visit www.americansurvive.org.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I am Jennifer Horne broadcasting to you from the studios of Salem Radio in Los Angeles, where we have just dealt with the tropical storm Hillary.
It was okay.
It was a little overblown in the media, but there are some places in Southern California that had some pretty bad, catastrophic flooding.
And those people who have been affected are going to get help, because that's what we do in our country.
But here's the deal.
This is a brand new week.
And we've heard about the tropical storms are now headed towards Nevada and Arizona.
They hit the Baja California peninsula.
Forecasters warning about life-threatening flooding that can be expected as well as the strong winds downing trees and power lines creating a really bad scenario for many people.
This is the first tropical storm that California has seen in 84 years.
It's a long time.
I think that was like back when Joe Biden was in college.
Now, forecasters are warning that major Atlantic hurricanes are also likely very soon crippling many of the 17 countries that are served by our friends at the international non-profit relief agency Food for the Poor this month, focusing on emergency relief supplies.
Food for the Poor's chief executive officer is Ed Raine.
He says the arrival of Atlantic hurricanes puts hundreds of thousands of poor people squarely in the eye of potential danger.
That's why I am urging you to do this right now.
Go to SebGorka.com, make a donation to Dr. Gorka's campaign to help rebuild lives of the poorest of the poor with important advance planning.
If you make a generous gift today, Food for the Poor can get busy racing emergency relief to areas that will be hardest hit, literally saving lives by assuring the help people need will be on the ground, not days away after hurricanes and flooding occur.
Just head on over to SebGorka.com, click on the Emergency Relief Supplies banner, or you can text the word GORKA to 91999.

Donald Trump's White House National Security Strategist.
We pray obviously for those affected by a tropical storm and hurricane Hillary in Southern
California where the federal government, FEMA, state agencies and charities are swinging

Alright, it is debate week all across the land.
We will know tonight at 9 o'clock East Coast time, 6 o'clock on the West Coast, just who has officially qualified for the debate that will happen in Milwaukee on Wednesday.
We know over the weekend that President Trump confirmed he would not be debating.
I think it's a great idea.
He doesn't need to.
First of all, he's been the president.
Second of all, he is leading by a lot in national and state polls.
And so why does he have to do that when people are kind of going to be looking for ways to introduce themselves to the nation?
People already know President Trump.
So he's decided that he is going to go on and do an interview with Tucker Carlson.
Now, we're playing with the idea.
Your thoughts, 833-33-GORGO.
What if President Trump were to turn himself in to Atlanta, where we know now he'll be released on $200,000 bond?
That was the breaking news coming in during the program today.
What if he did that either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to steal away some of the headlines from those Republican candidates on the debate stage?
Well, Chris Christie, He's a coward.
There's no other conclusion to come to that he's both afraid of me and he's afraid of defending his record.
President Trump isn't going to make the debate.
This is video cut two.
He's a coward.
There's no other conclusion to come to that he's both afraid of me and he's afraid of
defending his record.
And if I had his record, I'd be nervous about showing up too.
Oh my goodness.
All right, did any of you watch, like, World Wrestling Federation, WWE, when you were a kid?
I grew up watching wrestling.
I love professional wrestling.
I don't keep up with it anymore very much.
But Chris Christie should maybe give up politics and go work for the WWE, because this is what he's doing.
He's doing, like, a little, like, one of those videos, right?
He's doing the talk to try to bully Trump into a debate?
I don't know.
He says he's not debating because he's afraid of Chris Christie.
I don't think that's it.
Now, selfishly, I would love to see Donald Trump on a debate stage with Chris Christie.
That would, like, make my whole week.
But he doesn't have to show up, Chris, because he's not struggling in single digits.
He's already ahead of the pack.
You get to try to knock down some of the other competitors if you want Donald Trump on a debate stage.
Now, Chris Christie is not the only one making news when it comes to the debates and when it comes to other candidates running against President Trump, if you can believe this.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over the weekend.
This one gets me angry every time.
Video Cut 6, this is Ron DeSantis with a new name for Trump supporters.
Now, to call Trump supporters listless vessels, to say that they're kissing the rear end of Donald Trump, it gets me crazy.
Because here's a breaking news story for Governor DeSantis and for all you anti-Trump people out there.
It's possible for people to believe in the policies of Donald Trump just because they're good.
It's not that they're a member of a cult.
It's not.
For any other reason other than the policies are good and the person delivering them actually has the backbone to stop the really serious stuff that's going on in our country from leftists who would like to destroy what America is all about.
I don't know.
Ron DeSantis, to me, is single-handedly tanking his political future.
And I don't say that gleefully.
I don't say that joyfully.
I want to see a deep Republican bench, because President Trump will only be able to be in office for another four years.
We need great, strong leaders that will lead in his footprint, that lead in the shadow, down the path that he's created with America First policies.
But Ron DeSantis has really done nothing but tank his own campaign.
And then underestimate why people follow President Trump.
A33, 33 Gorka, are you a listless vessel?
Is this just the latest name and branding?
Like the deplorables?
It's funny, Nancy Mays took issue with this, video cut five.
I don't know why anyone running for president would put down half of the electorate and identify them, call them listless vessels because they support the former president.
And you're right.
He and I don't always see eye to eye, but I call it like I see it.
Why Ron DeSantis would do that while his numbers are tanking is really beyond me.
And this is one of the reasons you're seeing Vivek Ramaswamy and Tim Scott and Nikki Haley.
Their numbers are on the rise.
They're in the hunt in Iowa, New Hampshire, and then there'll be South Carolina.
But the debate will be very interesting Wednesday.
The point is that.
That, why would you destroy your support, Ron DeSantis, 833-33-GORGA, Jennifer Horn,
and for Dr. G on America First.
Man, I never blow through a break too long of a cut.
Thanks for watching!
you you
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. It is Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka on America First.
And so happy to be joined by a friend of mine.
Congressman Jay Obernolte is here.
He represents California's 23rd Congressional District.
You can give him a follow at Jay Obernolte on Twitter.
And Congressman, thanks for being with us today.
Absolutely, Jen.
How are you?
Good, I'm glad to hear.
We talked a little bit offline.
You said that your district is doing okay with all of the rain, a little bit of flooding, but all in all, I think we dodged a bullet for sure.
Yeah, I absolutely think that we did.
And you know, what a shame, as you and I were talking about, what a shame that we don't have the water infrastructure to actually store most of the water that fell over the last couple of days.
And we tell people that California doesn't have We have a water problem.
We have a water storage problem.
We get plenty of natural rainfall.
It just doesn't come consistently.
And if only we had the foresight to do what we have been doing for the last century up until about 1978 and build water infrastructure to store this instead of letting it run off into the ocean, then when times are lean and when we're in a drought, we'd have that water to rely on.
But, you know, sadly, we have not built a stick of above-ground water storage here in California since 1978, and it's just tragic.
Yeah, this is what kills me is that we have all of this rain that falls and literally, I know what'll happen.
I'm going to get water restriction notices in the next week from the LA Department of Water and Power.
It's just, it's unbelievable.
It all goes out into the ocean and now people can't even swim in the ocean because the homeless problem is so great.
There's so much trash and stuff on the streets that now the oceans are going to be polluted.
It really is an unbelievable mess.
Yep.
And you know, as California goes, so eventually with the United States, if You know, some of the progressives get their way, so that's exactly what we're fighting in D.C.
against.
Absolutely.
Well, we also want to chat a little bit about this Biden border wall.
Now, there's a story that's out today, Congressman, that says that Joe Biden is quietly auctioning off border wall parts to stunt Republican efforts to restart construction of that border wall.
Our producer Jeff just said maybe Hunter is the selling agent on that.
might be the listing agent. We don't know. There's always a few bucks in there for the big guy.
But when you hear that the president is selling off materials for the border wall that are supposed
to be there for our national security, what do you think?
Paul, that makes me really upset.
This is yet another example of the executive branch trying to thwart the will and the authority of the
legislative branch. And we've seen this throughout the history of our country periodically. But
this is a particularly egregious case of that. And it was very clear. We spent taxpayer money
on these border construction materials. I was in Pharr, Texas, P-F-A-R, Texas last year.
Looking at a yard that had tens of millions of dollars of worth of construction material just sitting out there, rusting in the Texas sun, you know, obviously over this dispute between Congress and the executive branch over whether or not to finish the wall.
And the tragedy, Jen, was that we, the same day, toured sections of the wall that were incomplete, just waiting for the delivery and the erection of these construction materials.
So, I mean, why not?
I mean, I know this is a novel idea.
But why not take the materials that we've already spent taxpayer money on and just put them up rather than selling them for pennies on the dollar?
Wouldn't that make more sense?
And then where's that money gonna go?
Is it gonna go back into what fund?
Where does it go if they do sell those materials?
And you know, it's not like the border doesn't need it.
I know we haven't talked much about it, but there is still a surge of people coming through the border.
And Red State, our friends over there, said that border patrol records show that 800% increase in Chinese illegal aliens.
We're just asleep at the switch when it comes to the threat that China poses.
Oh yeah, and I don't think a lot of Americans realize just how dire the situation at the southern border is.
According to the most recent data from CBP, there were almost 200,000 illegal immigrants that were encountered at the southern border just in July, which is up over 25% from June.
Think about this.
Cartels are making $13 billion a year on human smuggling, smuggling immigrants in the United States.
I mean, it's just, it's a human, a human tragedy.
It's a catastrophe for the rule of law and order in this country.
And then don't even get me started on fentanyl, which, you know, I don't, I don't represent a border district, but we have seen an over 600% increase in fentanyl deaths Just in the last 18 months because of the lack of enforcement at the southern border.
It is just tragic.
It's tragic.
It's a threat to our national security.
It's a human rights issue.
And instead of trying to do something to fix it, the Biden administration instead says they want to sell off pieces of it.
It's pretty unbelievable.
Congressman Jay Obernolte, thank you so much for taking some time out of your day today to talk to us about this.
You can give him a follow right now on Twitter at Jay Obernolte.
He represents California's 23rd congressional district.
And Congressman, thanks so much for all you do to fight for our interests in Washington, D.C.
No worries, and it's great talking to you, Jen.
You too.
All right, your phone call's up ahead.

I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka and this is America First.
Thank you very much.
you you
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Check out SebGorkaStore.com for all the latest in merchandise, all of the fun stuff.
I have a feeling, if I know Seb, that we might see some listless vessel t-shirts up there at some point, and that is because Ron DeSantis just called Trump supporters, people who follow the truth social feed of President Trump, he said listless vessels.
What do you think about all this?
Even Nancy Mace, who is no defender of President Trump, is taking the position that I'm taking, that it doesn't matter what you say about another candidate as much as it matters what you say about their supporters.
When you're looking at at least 50% of Republicans, You need those people to vote for you if you want to be president, and you're calling them listless vessels?
How do you win them back after that?
833-33-GORKA.
We also have President Trump getting ready to sit down with Tucker Carlson instead of the debate stage.
We're floating the idea.
And we'll take your thoughts on it as well.
About President Trump, when should he turn himself in to the courts in Georgia?
Could it be the night of the debates?
Maybe the morning after to try to steal some of the headlines?
833-33-GORICA.
Your calls will start with Dave, right at the top, line one in Pennsylvania.
Hi Dave!
Hi, Jennifer.
Thanks for taking my call.
I'd love to talk about Republican candidates, but honestly, the most intriguing candidate outside of Trump and Biden to me is John F. Kennedy Jr.
And since the Democrats will not have any debate and seem to not even acknowledge his existence, I'm wondering what you think of the idea of Republicans inviting him to the debate stage for one or more Debates and also if he decides to run as an independent, do you think that it would hurt Biden or Trump more?
Because I think originally the knee jerk was it would hurt Biden, but I've been reading some things about his polling and he seems to kind of cut into a lot of independents that may be leading Trump.
And I'm just wondering what you think about that.
I think RFK Jr.
is an interesting candidate.
I will try to take all of your questions here and answer them one by one.
I don't think that you'll ever see him on the stage for the Republican debate simply because he's not a registered Republican, and he would have to be to make it fair for him to be on that debate stage.
Remember, there are a lot of candidates in the race who are doing everything they can to try to get on that stage, and I don't know if it would be fair to allow a podium to RFK Jr.
simply because We think a few of the things that he says might be good.
I do think that he cuts into Biden's support.
Unfortunately, I don't think that he makes a big enough impact with anybody except for independents who might lean Democrat.
You don't have one Democrat on the planet that is a left-leaning Democrat that will vote for RFK Jr.
They will vote for Biden.
They'll vote for Iraq.
No matter who, whoever it is who is going to be put up by the DNC, they will support.
Republicans, I think, ultimately like the idea of RFK Jr.
They like the idea that he is a classic liberal, meaning he supports free speech and he doesn't support sticking needles in your arms, which, yes, I'd like to give him a hug, but we really all shouldn't be supporting that.
So I don't think you're going to really get a Republican supporting him.
So yeah, maybe independents who are disenfranchised with the Democrat Party may support, but I actually don't think he's as much of a factor In any of this, as people might give him credit for.
Spoiler.
But I just, um, I don't see Seymour Hersh.
It is in a substack a few weeks ago mentioned that among his D. C. Democrat liberal, you know, liberal Democrat elite friends that their greatest fear is a Trump Kennedy ticket.
Um, And I thought that was kind of interesting.
I'd like to warn, and I appreciate you, Dave, and I've actually met RFK Jr., and I think he's a really nice guy.
Thank you for the phone call.
I don't think that he would be a good choice for a running mate for President Trump.
I don't think it would unify anybody.
Any person, any voter who's considering voting for RFK Jr.
over Donald Trump is not going to vote for Donald Trump just because RFK's on the ticket.
I really don't think so.
Maybe a small piece, but you need someone with conservative principles.
And RFK Jr., as much as he says some sensible things, is still all about climate change.
He is still very much not aligned with the conservative way of thinking.
And so for that reason, I warn people on the Republican side not to get too enamored with him, although he is an interesting piece of the conversation, certainly, in 2024.
833-33-GORKA.
Line number two, Adrian in Tennessee.
3 3 Gorka line number 2 Adrian in Tennessee hi Adrian hello Adrian
Yo, Adrian.
Hello.
I'm in a truck, so I'm on a weak cell here, Jennifer.
Hey, are you in a big rig?
Can you blow your horn for me?
Adrian, can you blow your horn for me?
I'm not hearing you, so I may have lost my signal.
Oh, no.
Adrian, let's put him on hold, because we do want to talk to Adrian.
So hang on the line.
Brian in Sacramento, line three.
Hi, Brian.
Thank you, Jennifer.
Sam Bankman... You don't have a horn and a big rig to blow for me, do you, Brian?
No.
Darn it!
I used to blow the whistle as a soccer referee.
But Sam Peckman, with the help of his mom, Barbara Field, director of voter participation program,
they donated $190 million illegally with the help of Clinton and also George Soros
contributed 10.4 mega donors.
On top of that, we got other voter registration program that they sent 140 million ballots
towards featherheads against Dr. Oz and Dr. Gorka, which I respect a lot and you as well,
said I should go and like is Dr. Gorka's wife, which I respect her a lot,
and participate in voting booth.
But that's not going to cut it.
I'm an engineer.
I used to coach soccer 14 years for kids and professionals.
You have to strategize.
And I think we're way behind.
And then on the other hand, another topic I sit and hang up.
Rob Bonte is a communist.
He's hoping to go with Gavin Nutsey, so he becomes a federal district, with a federal DOJ, and do what Merrick Garland is doing to us.
God bless you.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much, Brian.
Appreciate all of that.
And yeah, we need to be serious.
And this is where you can engage.
Where ballot harvesting is legal, do it.
Set up a number of votes that you can collect yourself, if that's legal in your state.
Be a poll watcher.
Keep an eye on everything and be involved with the process.
It really is the only way for us to make sure that we have free elections.
Free and fair elections.
And that is to do our part.
So make sure you're doing that.
All right, we are going to finish up with your phone calls.
833-33-GORKA.

Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. Sebastian Gorka out this week on vacation, enjoying some time off.
I've really loved being here with you today.
My co-host from The Morning Answer in Los Angeles, Grant Stinchfield, will be here with you the next two days, so make sure you join in for that.
Meanwhile, from right here in Hollywood, COVID mask mandates apparently are returning to Hollywood.
Lionsgate Films.
Being the first major studio to reinstate masking and daily testing for their Los Angeles office workers.
Are you kidding me?
Like, we're really doing this again?
We're gonna go down this path after all the stuff that we know now?
We're gonna do COVID testing?
Just, if you're sick, stay home.
Is there a problem?
Unbelievable.
That's the breaking news out of Hollywood.
Masks coming back, according to reports, some online stuff that I've seen trending today.
The Biden administration is thinking about reinstating or suggestions for masking policies.
Unbelievable.
All right.
Want to slip in a few more of your phone calls because you guys have been waiting so patiently today.
Let's go to George in my home state of California.
George on line number four.
Hi.
Hello, Jennifer.
Hello, George.
I'm 80 years old.
I voted Republican for my entire life, and I belong to the dumb party and the Democrat for the corrupt party.
Yeah.
The thing is, every single one of those people on the stage ought to aim their guns at the real enemy, the Democrats, and not at each other or any other Republican.
Any Republican is better than every Democrat.
Yes, any Republican is better than any Democrat.
But one thing I will say, if it makes you feel better, and I agree, our fire should be turned on leftists, on Joe Biden and the people who pull his strings.
But you also have to know that someone is going to have some fight once they get into Washington, D.C.
And unfortunately, as much as I love nice people, I am a nice person, or I try to be.
If you have people who are afraid to fight, You don't want them sitting behind that desk.
And so as much as it makes people uncomfortable, and God love you George, I appreciate you.
As much as it makes you uncomfortable, you know what?
Take a deep breath and realize that to save this country, we need warriors.
And so if they have to fight a little with each other to get to that ultimate end spot, Let him do it.
We'll be able to see who is going to be the strongest at the end.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Rick, in Arizona, you're on line one.
Hi, Rick.
Jennifer Horn, you are terrific and doing a terrific job.
You're sweet, Rick.
Thank you.
So, I have a proposal for you.
To get married?
We only have 20 seconds, by the way, Rick, so go ahead.
Okay, would you marry your idea that Trump turned himself in to my idea that since Trump's not going to be on the stage for the debate, that he designate his spot for Larry Elder?
You know what, Rick?
We can't make any big announcements on this program, but I would say stay tuned.
The deadline is tonight and you just might see that Larry Elder could pull it out.
I can't give any spoilers, but I'm just saying maybe.
Keep an eye on the news tonight, Rick.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Thank you all for joining us today.
What a pleasure.
