you you
Like on your video.
This is National Radio.
And no salty language, okay?
It's National Radio.
You are listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald
J. Trump.
I feel like Jim Hansen must be guest hosting with that music.
I do like it, though.
Thank you.
It's pretty upbeat here on Monday, Juneteenth.
I'm not sure America is fully internalized this new federal holiday.
I don't think it's I don't think it's a catchy name.
I think we should celebrate.
What the first Republican president did for Americans.
Maybe Emancipation Day would be a better title.
But let's just remind everyone that it was a Democrat institution.
Yes, it was.
The Confederacy was a Democrat institution.
Let's remind everyone that every Jim Crow law was a Democrat law and that the KKK was the armed wing of the Democrat party.
What about the way history is being rewritten and ideas such as the quote-unquote Southern Strategy?
Well, this video was sent to me today and it's rather good.
Play clip.
Whenever you point out that it was the Republican president who freed the slaves, this is what Democrats respond with.
Actually, it would be pretty recognizable, because the party platform hasn't changed much.
I'll tell you what, let's play a game.
You tell me when this stops sounding like a Republican.
1868, lower taxes and immigration reform.
1884, too many unnecessary taxes.
1892, stricter immigration laws.
1936, remove government from competition and free enterprise and stop letting FDR and the Democrats abuse federal authority.
Ha!
That sounds familiar.
Let's explore deeper with the person who made that video.
For the Daily Caller, she is their commentator, Brianna Lyman.
Brianna, welcome to America First.
Thanks so much for having me.
So this is the, you know, fake history, not fake news, but the fake history that we are told that, oh, the Republicans, they were always racists until magically Nixon and the Republicans in D.C.
flipped the identity of the party when nobody was looking and it was the Southern strategy.
Can you tell us the truth about the racist party in America?
Yeah, the racist party in America is the Democrats.
So the Southern strategy stipulates that Nixon wanted to turn Dixiecrats into Republicans.
And if that is the case, that means that Nixon is a complete and total failure.
Because let me tell you something, if you go to the Civil Rights Act, that's 1964, you had 21 Democratic senators say, we're not supporting this, they opposed it.
How many of those 21 Democratic senators then converted to the Republican Party?
One.
Because the other 20 Democrats believe that the Democratic Party still best embodied their ideals.
Let's take it a step further.
Where did Nixon lose in 1968?
The Deep South.
And who did he lose to?
George Wallace, right?
George Wallace is a noted segregationist, a Democrat.
And Nixon, again, he campaigned.
When he was campaigning, he was doing it along the Sunbelt region, right?
From Florida to California.
He didn't go near the Deep South.
That's where George Wallace went.
Because he was focused on economic prosperity, he was focused on the Vietnam War, and he was focused on law and order.
So for a man that supposedly wanted to dog whistle to white racist voters in the South, he did a really bad job of it, right?
In fact, he did so much of a bad job that in 1970, he put forward essentially the first affirmative action plan called the Philadelphia Plan to increase minority representation in unions.
So he never did the job the Democrats claim he did.
Well, what about the proof we have even far more recently than that?
We have a current incumbent in the White House who talked of his fellow Democrats as fine gentlemen, although they were segregationists.
An individual who on the Senate floor said he doesn't want his children to grow up in a racial jungle.
And perhaps, Breanna, I don't know, you're a lot younger than I am, but maybe, maybe you can explain this to me.
How is it that people forget who the chairman was of the Judiciary Committee who affected the quote high-tech lynching of Clarence Thomas because he dared to be a black conservative nominee to the Supreme Court.
I do think it's somebody called Joe Biden so this party was racist and is racist!
Right, right.
And I mean, again, you were talking about eulogizing Robert Byrd.
I think a lot of people want to forget that ever happened.
And it wasn't until 1994 that Republicans even got a stronghold in Congress in the South.
And it wasn't because the Southern strategy needed 30 years to work.
No, it was because you had Newt Gingrich's contract with America.
You had Ronald Reagan, who did overwhelmingly well amongst Democrats and Republicans.
And they both campaigned on economic prosperity, right?
Faith back in the community, limited government.
Those are ideals and principles that appeals to any American, regardless of race.
And so when Democrats consistently talk about the Southern strategy, it doesn't account for the fact that Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, they did exceptionally well in the Deep South when they were running for election and re-election.
So if the Southern strategy worked, you would have had Republican after Republican after Republican, but you didn't.
Yeah.
Although I will say, I don't know if you agree with me, Brianna, we have to give them credit that the Democrats have really rewritten history for most Americans.
Let's say at least, you know, Americans under the age of 40 who actually believe there was a thing as the Southern Strategy.
So do we give them credit for falsifying history quite effectively?
Yeah, I mean, they're masters at it.
And you know what's funny?
It's unfortunate that so many Americans, especially my age, don't do their own research.
Because if you look back to the GOP party platforms, I mean, starting from 1884, but specifically in 1936, do you know what they warned of?
They warned of an over-encroaching government.
And I just want to quote something.
They said, we condemn the present New Deal policies, which would regimen and ultimately eliminate the colored citizen from the country's productive life and make him solely a ward of the federal government.
They were referring to the Democratic Party.
That was in 1936.
Now you look.
I mean, this is the Democratic Party that supports a welfare state, that gets mad for welfare work requirements that Republicans propose for the debt ceiling limit.
So they just continually do this and they have no repercussions.
Yeah, not only that, this is the party that supports Planned Parenthood and gives out Margaret Sanger awards when she was a woman who was celebrated by the Nazi party for her anti-black policies and her ethnic cleansing by way of abortion.
Last question, we're talking to Brianna Lyman.
Follow her right now on Twitter, BriannaLyman2 and also at TheDailyCaller.com.
What do you say when you meet somebody of your own age who says, oh, those Republicans, they hate minorities and they're racists.
Where do you begin your discussion or do you even bother?
Oh, I absolutely bother because I will not let these people get away with one being ignorant and two rewriting history.
And again, I start with the voting cleavages between 1932 and 1936.
I say, look, black Americans were voting Republicans for decades after the Civil War, not because Republicans were racist.
but because Republicans put forward policies that worked.
And it wasn't until the Great Depression and Herbert Hoover that everybody tried voting
Democrat because they wanted some relief.
And unfortunately, Black voters were then kind of suckered into the Democratic Party,
and they've created a welfare state around Black voters.
And that's what we see now.

Title for that one?
The Southern Strategy... The Big Lie... Hang on.
The Southern Strategy Big Lie.
Mm-hmm.
Okay, we've got Biden.
Show me 17 again.
17.
I want to get paid the same as a man, and I think you understand that.
So, if you become president, will a woman make the same as a man, and do I get to choose
what I do with my body?
You're going to make the same if you do as good a job.
You're gonna make the same if you do as good a job, and I happen to be pro-life.
That is so good.
Of course, where does she work now?
Thank you.
Sunny Soros funded.
She's a legal intern at the immigration practice group in Boston.
Yep.
Oh no!
She was cyberbullied after Trump attacked her on Twitter.
Oh no!
That's kind of the story of the internet.
You mean standing there with your hands like this doesn't protect you from cyberbullies?
I'm confused.
It's such an obvious plant too.
I know.
Oh my goodness.
I love just all throughout 2016 and 2015 you had all these people pop up out of nowhere
saying we're going to be the ones who take down Trump.
Like, remember that Muslim couple that spoke at the TNC?
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
This is it!
This is the end of Trump!
And of course all of them failed.
You know I did on Saturday Okay.
In New Hampshire?
No!
No, in McLean.
Oh, what'd you do?
I voted in the Democrat primary.
Oh, you voted for the worst one?
Against the guy who installed Acadia.
That's right, that's right.
And the sweetest thing was, he was standing outside the polling station, and I drove past him saying, and I said, how's the dry mouth, Jimmy?
Here's a bottle of water.
That's great.
I honestly support that strategy of like voting in their primaries.
Yeah, I mean, in Virginia, anyone can vote.
Oh, that's good to know.
Yeah, some states limit it.
Yeah, that's important.
Anything you wanted to come in with here?
Uh... What's really short?
Anything really short?
We already played all the Biden goof-up cuts.
Uh, no.
No, we'll go straight to calls.
Oh, no!
Come in with 18.
That's too good.
18?
Alright.
18. That's pretty good.
No liner.
19.
20.
That's from a channel called Deep Fake Quotes.
I just like that.
Joe's memory's declining, the Biden family.
Old Hunter is a sleazebag, took bribes from Chairman Giat, shot movies of his wiener, the Biden family.
I can go 200 miles an hour.
Burisma.
That's from a channel called Deep Fake Quotes. I just like that.
I'm not...
Jeff, did you not find that amusing, the Adams family done to the Bidens?
Eh, it was alright.
It wasn't one of my favorite ones.
Eric, come on!
Wasn't that funny?
I give it maybe a 6 out of 10.
Oh my gosh, you are harsh, harsh critics.
Dear friends, if you're getting ready for the summer season and you could lose some weight, then do what I did.
I lost 42 pounds with the amazing offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her PhD weight loss team.
It's a system that actually works.
I tried for 20 years and failed, but this one, five meals a day that just burnt off the fat.

That's myphdweightloss.com, 864-644-1900.
Let's go to your calls.
First on the line, we barely got on air.
Line one, Don, LA.
Dr. G, happy Juneteenth.
You know, I love you always.
Isn't it an awful sounding holiday?
I mean, Juneteenth, it sounds like some kind of teenage bebop thing or something, I don't know.
Yeah, no, it sounds like ebony phonics.
You know, come on, man.
It's like, Emancipation Day makes it an American holiday as it is, as it should be.
Yes!
you know, this, this silly business, this racialist pandering and trying to make it sound like
it's a black holiday.
No, it's not.
It's an American holiday.
But, but you know, before I, I, I wanted to get to the main point, but the main thing about the father
thing you made, that's a beautiful thing you said about your dad.
And I remember a family friend of ours, he's not my uncle, but I consider him an uncle.
He told me one time, I think when I turned 21, he said, you'll never be half the man your father is,
but I won't give two cents for you if you don't try.
That's good.
It's harsh, but good.
So let me run this past you, John.
The official name of today's holiday, which is a federal holiday, is Juneteenth, National Independence Day.
Isn't that weird?
I mean, should it be referring to emancipation?
Yeah, that's, I mean, that's the most bizarre thing.
Well, you know, Dr. G, it really bothers me because I was mentioning to Mr. G that when they moved Lincoln and Washington's birthday to like this generic sounding President's Day, the argument was, well, there's too many holidays, so we have to compress that so we can make room for Martin Luther King Day.
Okay.
And now all of a sudden, boom, they have this one.
So my humble petition is like, Abraham Lincoln, And George Washington need their own named holidays.
Whatever they do with these other ones, fine.
Because, you know, the thing is, Dr. G, this all goes back to, like, I remember the BLM, one of their big things.
They don't call America America.
They call it the White Settler State.
Wow.
You know, they're trying to erase America.
The White Settler State.
The White Settler State, yeah.
Yeah, it's in their original manifesto.
They scrubbed it down.
You mean, yeah, the one that was deleted, the one that talked about dismantling the nuclear family.
Alright, I'm going to have to look that up.
God bless you.
Whatever we call it, have a blessed, blessed day today.
Let's go to another good friend, Victor, Silver Spring Light 2.
Isn't it ironic that the Democrats are celebrating a holiday and it was the Union Army that finally got the last stronghold in Texas, the Confederates?
I think that's absolutely ironic that they're celebrating a day that they caused in the first place.
Well, one way to look at it, Victor, is we're celebrating the Republicans finally liberating the last slaves in Texas from their Democrat owners.
Exactly.
And I got an idea for a t-shirt.
Yeah.
I got into another argument with a, this is a new neighbor.
And we started talking about pronouns and everything.
And she says, well, what are your pronouns?
And I said, my pronouns are USA, USA.
We love it.
Love it.
Just like those kids who are demonstrating in Massachusetts.
My pronouns are United States of America.
Thank you, Victor.
Let's squeeze in Sally in Cleveland.
Yes, thank you.
I really think that instead of celebrating today, they should celebrate the actual day that the slaves were technically all emancipated.
And that it shouldn't be classified as a second Independence Day.
They're a part of all of our independence on the 4th of July.
We need to be inclusive.
Yeah, I mean the story is the Union General who was in Texas in a part of the state that didn't know that there had been emancipation, the last slaves were liberated.
But I agree, this isn't some separate independence, this is a celebration of emancipation of all black slaves in America.
We'll continue your calls later in the show.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.

that has made me incredibly proud Many things, many things that made me incredibly proud to be at that podium during this historic moment.
Again, this is a historic administration.
I'm a historic figure and I certainly walk in history every day, but this is also a historic-making administration because of this president.
A historic-making administration?
Isn't that the White House press secretary?
A historic making?
I am a historic figure?
Who's ever said that publicly?
Did Lincoln ever say that?
Did Reagan?
Did Eisenhower say, I am a historic figure?
These people are No words.
Sorry, this might be a live radio show, but I have no words.
Just the rank narcissism is mind-blowing.

It's an alternative ecosystem of conservatives providing services and products to their fellow patriots.
And one of them that I'm so delighted and honored to be associated with, it's the one that's, you know, connected to my cell phone, is Patriot Mobile.
And how can you tell that they're good guys by what they do in addition to providing national cell phone coverage?
Let's ask their chief communications officer what they have planned for the swamp imminently.
Lee Wamsgans, welcome back to America First.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you so much for having me.
You know what is historic?
What's historic is that this coming Saturday is the one year anniversary of the Dobbs decision that overturned the Roe v. Wade decision.
And we're going to be celebrating it big time.
We're co-hosting the National Celebration of Life Day in Washington, D.C.
this Saturday on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and we want all of your viewers to join us.
All right.
So why are we celebrating this anniversary?
Why are you and Patriot Mobile going to be there?
Why is it important?
You're a cell phone company.
I know that, you know, the big woke ones won't be there.
So why is it important to you and your colleagues?
Well, as you know, Dr. Gorka, we give a portion of every dollar we earn at Patriot Mobile to our four pillars, and our four pillars are the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the sanctity of life, and we support our military and first responders.
We are a cell phone company.
We provide cell phone service, but we really exist to be a mission, and that mission is to support those four pillars, and that's why we're celebrating on this one-year anniversary.
It is a historic and monumental Incident in history that has already saved hundreds of thousands of babies' lives.
Yeah, if you think about the fact that it was 900,000 abortions a year prior to the striking down of Roe v. Wade, almost a million babies.
I, as a cradle Catholic, did not think that this amazing achievement would occur in my lifetime.
Tell us a little bit about who's going to be attending, who's going to be speaking, and where our listeners and viewers can find out more, Lee.
Absolutely.
It's going to be a star lineup.
We've got Alveda King, who is, of course, you know, the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King.
She's also the founder of King Ministries.
Kristen Hawkins, president of the Students for Life of America.
And you, all of your listeners, can sign up and attend the event at the website nationalcelebratelifeday.com.
That's nationalcelebratelifeday.com.
CelebrateLifeDay.com.
You can sign up to come to the rally.
The rally is at 1030 in the morning on Saturday, 1030 to noon on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and then that evening there's a gala.
At the national CelebrateLifeDay.com, you can also sign up to just watch it virtually if you can't make it to DC this weekend.
There's also a gala Saturday night, and that's not a profit-making event.
It is simply an event It's not a fundraiser, it's just an event where all of these organizations that are supporting this group of pro-life warriors coming together, they're coming to honor past and present heroes of the pro-life movement.
You know, at Patriot Mobile, we are pro-life and we are pro-love, and we look at this as hopefully a launching pad and the next step of supporting these babies and supporting these mamas in crisis pregnancies.
That's amazing.
It's amazing.
I don't want to get you in trouble with your boss with Glenn's story, but this whole alternative conservative ecosystem, if you look at what's happened to Target, what's happened to Bud Light, I understand things are going very well for people who want to have cell phones that aren't promoting things like Planned Parenthood.
Is this truly, don't give away any numbers, but conservatives are really building something together, aren't we?
You know, we really are.
And, you know, my issue is the Second Amendment.
And I always tell people, you have a really powerful weapon with your wallet.
You also have a powerful weapon with the phone that you're carrying.
You can use it to fund woke causes or you can use it to fortify the freedoms of this country.
The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, all of our rights would be taken away if it wasn't for that.
The sanctity of life.
And we have to honor those military and first responders.
You know, our freedom isn't free.
It's always one generation from being taken away.
We're in dangerous times.
We all need to start really, really evaluating every dollar that we spend.
And Patriot Mobile is the easy way.
We provide the same coverage.
We're on the same towers.
Nationwide 4G and 5G.
You're not sacrificing anything, but what you're doing is helping the cause of freedom.
When you sign up and use Patriot Mobile instead of the other alternatives.
Yeah, the way I put it, why would you fund with every call you make and text you send those who hate your values?
It just makes no sense at all.
Find out more.
Please join our friends from Patriot Mobile for this star-studded lineup.
Go to NationalCelebrateLifeDay.com and if you can't make it, make sure you're watching it this Saturday.

But also, people like Leah from Ohio.
Let me share with you Leah's story.
One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered relief actor.
Following directions in eight days I found relief only to get better and better.

Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn.
Hey, happy belated Father's Day.
Thank you.
Sorry, my voice is like, a far one.
Um, you know, something, it's, it's t-shirt suggestion day, apparently.
And Victor was so funny.
Victor, you're so funny.
You crack me up.
I'm starting to think that my favorite pronouns for, for a t-shirt besides whatever I want to say is MAGA.
How's that?
M-A-G-A.
MAGA.
Make America great again.
By the way, Well, did you hear Bryden wants his name in God Save the Queen?
And when I heard that, I kind of thought, is he talking about Drag Queen?
Do you think?
I have no idea.
You know, Judy, I don't even think he knows what he's saying.
I want you to know Dick Morris calls him Traitor Joe.
Like Traitor Joe?
Traitor Joe Bryden.
It's perfect for him.
But anyway, I have suggestions for two t-shirts, okay?
Number one, You know, it bothers me.
We want to get one more call in.
Give us the ideas now.
Chop chop.
Okay.
Clockwise.
Six words.
On top, on the 12 o'clock handle, it's all, then goes lives, then goes matter, all lives matter, cause, at the six o'clock.
God loves and you go back to all.
All lives matter.
That's nice.
I like it.
Quickly, the second one.
And the other one is white have rights and then in white letters and then you have CRT crossed, red letters crossed out, Xed out in white.
I like that a lot.
I like that a lot.
We'll share it with our merch master.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Sean, New York City.
Dr. Gorka, long time.
You know, I could give you a whole soliloquy on Barack Obama, the race grifter, the man who is pulling the strings right now at the White House.
You know, what really galls me about him is that he seems to think he's the savior.
He's got this savior complex.
And he had the audacity to call out the gentleman who's running for the Republican ticket, the
name escapes me now, he's a black candidate. Tim Scott. Yes sir, and Tim Scott, you know, was
laying out his plan, he wants a, you know, a unity platform and Obama basically said, and I'm
paraphrasing, he said that, you know, it doesn't address hundreds of years of racism.
And I just looked at it and I thought, you mean the way you addressed hundreds of years of racism for eight years, you want to turn America into the South side of Chicago?
Is that what you want to do?
Because you haven't done anything.
You know, this is a man who invited Black Lives Matter to the White House.
He clearly hates himself because he never acknowledges that he's part white.
No.
In fact, his father took off.
He left him.
He never acknowledges why his mother is white, and you're absolutely right.
And I arrived in America in 2008, and really, as a nation, we didn't have racial tension, but we did after a few years with him in the White House.
You're so very right, Sean.
Great calls.
We shall continue.
Don't go anywhere.

I want to get paid the same as a man, and I think you understand that.
So, if you become president, will a woman make the same as a man, and do I get to choose
what I do with my body?
You're going to make the same if you do as good a job.
You're going to make the same if you do as good a job, and I happen to be pro-life.
Wow, what a classic!
I mean, that just popped up on my social media.
That was 2015.
That was October 2015.
What do we know about that young woman, Lauren Batchelder?
What was it linked to her?
Was she some kind of rhino stooge?
What do we know, Jeff?
What do you know, Eric?
She was volunteering for the Jeb Bush campaign at the time.
Oh, that's funny.
And then I looked her up and she's working for a pro-immigration law company in Boston right now, Lauren Batchel.
That is so good.
Just look at the way the president, the candidate, dealt with that.
Just sheer provocation.
Just let's play that one more time.
It was just so good.
I want to get paid the same as a man.
And I think you understand that.
So, if you become president, will a woman make the same as a man, and do I get to choose
what I do with my body?
You're going to make the same if you do as good a job.
You're gonna make the same if you do as good a job, and I happen to be pro-life.
Boom.
And DeSantis thinks he's gonna outflank him on the right?
Now that's what we voted for.
Clearsightedness and saying what you mean and meaning what you say.
Let me show you something that's the opposite.
There's a guy who was in the White House recently called Rishi Sunak.
He's a no-name, you know, elitist, went to all the right schools like Boris Johnson, blah blah blah.
He's now the Prime Minister of the UK.
And it's a big brouhaha that a video, an iPhone video, was taken of him joking...
about the Lib Dem, the Liberal Democrat leader, not being able to define what a woman is.
But he was doing this behind closed doors.
And a left-wing radio host on a channel I used to listen to as a kid, she didn't like it.
Let's play the cut.
You're going to have to pot it up a little bit for the recording and then pot it down for the host.
But let's just play.
Rishi Sunak, what do politicians who are fake conservatives say behind closed doors?
At the same period of time, though, you may have noticed Ed Davey has been very busy.
Like me, you have probably seen that he was busy trying to convince everybody that women clearly had penises.
The vast majority of people will have the same gender as their biological sex, but a small number won't.
So a woman can have a penis?
Well, quite clearly.
I was reflecting, you all know I'm a big fan of everybody studying maths at 18, but it turns out that we need to focus on biology at 18.
Well, you heard there Rishi Sunak delighting the backbenchers with jokes at the expense of the Lib Dem leader in that clip.
Can I just take your reaction to this video of our Prime Minister mocking trans women and making them the butt of jokes at this private backbench meeting with the 1922 committee?
King Transgender Women.
No, no, no.
If you have a penis, you're not a woman.
It is called biology, my dear.
Look it up.
But the fact that President Trump in 2015 is a non-politician can just say there, You know, to the provocation of a... what?
What would she say?
Bushy?
Yeah?
Lefty?
Who knows what she is in real life.
Yeah, no, actually I'm pro-life and if you do as good a job you'll get the same money.
That's what we're looking for.
You don't have the testicular fortitude to say these things in public.
You're just a fake.
You're a fraud.
Now let me Let me apply this to the challenge ahead in the next 18 months.
We had a long drive with my wife Katie at the weekend.
We were in the car for about four hours.
And on the way back, which I know it's not a long drive anyway, not by American standards.
And on the way back, I said, you know, there's this article in Time about the conspiracy that saved the 2020 election by Molly Ball.
And I said, can I read it out to you?
And I read it.
It took about an hour, just over an hour, because we were talking about it and what we learned.
And it's remarkable.
If you haven't read it, you need to read it.
Because it's a strange concatenation.
It's a melding of hubris and pride.
About what they really did in 2020.
How they used half a billion dollars from Zuckerberg.
How they had these daily Zoom calls to plan the drop boxes and the mail-out ballots and everything else.
But it's also a very canny act of disinformation.
To provide a thin veneer of explanation and respectability to how the vote tallies in four key battleground states reversed after the vote tallying stopped.
How the president was winning in the four key battleground states and then the vote counting stopped.
And eight hours later, magically Biden was in the lead.
They tried to explain away, Oh, it's just so normal.
Just took time to count the mail-in ballots and nothing.
No, no, no.
These are not the droids you're looking for.
And at the end of my reading and our discussion of the article, my muse was kind of dejected.
She said, Oh my gosh, they're so organized and they're just so evil.
At the end of the article, the moral turpitude of the left is demonstrated by the fact that they're proud of how well organized they were that after the election, after the president has deployed his team of attorneys to challenge results, There it is, the secret history of the shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election.
The author Molly Ball talks about how two Republicans were asked to meet the president in the White House and to make sure they behaved and didn't go back to their states, questioning the results, doing some kind of forensic examination.
Do you know what the left did?
They organized leftists.
They got the travel information of the two state politicians and they had activists camp out at the airports they were leaving from and at Reagan to intimidate them by their presence on both ends saying, we know where you're going, we know who you're going to meet with, and we know where you live.
That's the left.
Could you imagine conservatives, the Tea Party movement, planning to camp out at some state airport and then Reagan in Washington DC to wait for Democrat politicians on their way to meet with Biden or Obama and just to intimidate them by standing there at the gate and saying, we know who you're going to meet with.
We know where you live.
No, of course not.
We'd never do that.
But that's the left.
But why do they do that?
Ultimately, it goes back to the story I told you last week about my appearing at that Democrat primary debate to get toe-to-toe with that man who dared call my wife a fascist.
When I went up to him afterwards He had nothing to say.
He hid behind his female campaign manager.
They do what they do.
Intimidation by numbers.
Because deep down, the left are cowards.
Unlike President Trump who can stand there in 2015 and say, you know what?
I'm pro-life!
Deal with it!
The left plots behind the scenes.
The left uses intimidation tactics to try and get what they want.
But those are the tools of cowards.
So all it requires is for you to stand up and for you to be a catalyst for courage in others.
If you do that We will win.
And we will take back America.

Obviously we failed in many cases, but it was a pattern that was evident to me from sort of my earliest days.
That's weird, John Bolton, because I worked in the White House, and I never saw that in my meetings with the President, that I had to take things back from him, which would have been weird anyway, because he's the elected President.

Cut to Tony Blinken.
It's strange we do not support Taiwan independence.
Doesn't Taiwan function as an independent nation?
I'm a bit confused, Gordon.
policy has not changed. It's guided by the Taiwan Relations Act, the three joint communiques,
the six assurances. We do not support Taiwan independence.
We remain opposed to any unilateral changes to the status quo by either side.
It's strange. We do not support Taiwan independence. Doesn't Taiwan function as an independent
nation? I'm a bit confused, Gordon.
Yes, I'm a bit confused, too. You know, what Tony Blinken did was he announced and went
through the three bases of our Taiwan policy.
You heard them there.
And I'm glad he included the six assurances from President Reagan's time, because the State Department about a week ago did not include them.
And those are the most pro-Taiwan of the three things that he mentioned.
The Taiwan Relations Act and the three communiques.
So it was good that he mentioned six assurances, but I don't think that he should have said that we do not support Taiwan independence.
Now, it is true that we don't, but the point is that after considering what went on in Beijing, he should not have said something which was very pro-China, largely because it showed and displayed weakness, which Tony Blinken is an excellent guy at doing.
So that was not the right thing to say at that particular time.
Isn't the point with regards to Taiwan that we profess strategic ambiguity?
Yes, we do have the policy of strategic ambiguity, which is not to tell either Taipei or Beijing what we would do in the case of imminent conflict.
I believe that we should no longer have that policy.
We should move to strategic clarity.
Now, strategic ambiguity has obviously kept the peace for three decades.
But that was a benign period, Seb, and we're no longer in a benign period, because as Henry Kissinger said just a couple days ago, that war with China is more likely than not.
And for once in his life, Henry Kissinger is correct.
We are very close to war.
So that's one of the other reasons why I would not have said, as Tony Blinken did, that we do not support Taiwan independence.
I'm glad you said that about Dr. Kissinger, a man who affected the rise of China and convinced Nixon that, no, don't worry about it, we'll open to Beijing and everything will be fine.
Yeah, right.
Thank you, Dr. Kissinger.
So if we put this comment into correct context, walk us through this in a red teaming exercise.
If China, as we have seen in the last two weeks, not only flies across the flight path in one of its jets of one of our military aircraft, not up beside it and winks like in Top Gun, but actually traverses the trajectory of our aircraft very dangerously, or if we see in the straits a Chinese warship come very, very close to one of our vessels, if that occurs,
And then we have this response about no independence for Taiwan.
Given that provocation, how is that read by the head of the People's Liberation Army, by General Li?
How is it interpreted by Xi Jinping and his inner circle of advisers?
Yeah, that's the problem, because they'll interpret it as the United States showing submission to Beijing.
And Blinken already did that in a number of different ways.
Even before the trip was formally announced, China was delivering slight upon slight to the Secretary of State.
I mean, he should not have gone in the first place, given what China was doing.
And it gets a little bit weedy when you start talking about some of the diplomatic technicalities.
But this was a trip where China wanted to show the world that the U.S.
acknowledged its submission to the grandeur of the celestial court.
And unfortunately, we're going to see that played again and again by China over the coming months.
And if that is the case, if they not only can provide the appearance of our submission, but actual submission, what happens next time?
Will they up the ante on their side when it comes to these engagements or close calls?
Yeah, I think that they certainly will do that.
You mentioned the dangerous intercepts.
There was the intercept on May 26 of our RC-135 in international airspace over the South China Sea.
May 26 was no accident, because one year before, China almost brought down an Australian P-8 reconnaissance plane, also in international airspace over the South China Sea.
So the intercept on May 26 was a warning.
And we have to remember that the Chinese take these anniversaries very, very seriously.
So we're Americans.
We think that we're entitled to be oblivious to what the Chinese are doing.
You mentioned Australia that has been struggling very seriously with Chinese penetration even in the Parliament there.
They have very significantly increased their defence spending.
They're going to have a 30% increase in the size of their armed forces.
Can you talk to us about the rest of the region?
How are they responding to Blinken's acquiescence?
Yeah, the two countries in the region that have really stepped up, one of them is Australia, as you just pointed out.
The other is Japan, which in December of last year announced a 50% increase in their defense budget over the five-year period.
I mean, they're buying U.S.
Tomahawk missiles.
They are developing indigenously hypersonic cruise missiles.
So they're really moving very fast in Japanese terms.
And that's a good thing, because Japan has generally been a laggard.
But on China, it's become, I think, right now, more resolute than the Biden administration is.
So that's good.

Well, yeah, but after they changed, what was it, five years ago, they changed the constitution and said that the defense forces could be used for, you know, extraterritorial... Collective self-defense.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They didn't change the constitution.
Well, they changed the legislation concerning the way the armed forces were to be considered, correct?
Right.
What they have done is they've got Article 9, which does not permit them to use force to settle any international agreement, which means that basically it is unconstitutional for Japan, even if attacked by Chinese soldiers who are roaming over Tokyo, to use force to stop them.
And, you know, of course, the Japanese are masters in interpretation.
So they have got one of the more capable militaries in the world.
They don't call it a military.
They call it the Self-Defense Forces.
But they're really good.

Well, there have been a series of interpretations, which have allowed them to participate in collective defense.
And if you, I don't know when the first one was, but I think it was the Iraq war.
Interesting.
And then since then, they have gotten closer and closer to it.
And then recently, this whole idea of about a year ago, participating in collective self-defense with the United States.

Let me start all over.
The bottom line is, his favorable ratings actually increased and his unfavorable ratings went down among Republican voters and independents who lean Republican.
So in other words, his standing among Republicans actually has improved since this indictment was announced.
Poor John Carl of ABC can't read numbers.
78, 65, so complicated and he can't understand why the president's support should increase after Biden's DOJ had him arrested and arraigned in Miami.

Let's ask the international ramifications from somebody whose opinion we trust, Gordon G. Chang.
Gordon, again, I want to ask you to red team.
We've never ever seen this before in American history, that one administration arrests the leader of the opposition that is most likely to unseat the current incumbent in the White House, Fine for Venezuela, fine for North Korea, but not for America.
How does Beijing, how does Xi Jinping look at the events of last Tuesday?
You know, interestingly, Chinese media has been pretty silent about this.
And I think part of it is there's an embarrassment and squeamishness in China because what's going on and the drama that's being played out is a legal one.
I mean, and you have independent prosecutors, you've got law.
And regardless of what you think about the process, I mean, it is an established procedure.
In China, this doesn't happen.
In China, they, for instance, Xi Jinping frogmarched his predecessor out of the Communist Party's 20th National Congress and the final session.
You know, they have their opponents jailed, stripped of assets, all the rest of it.
And it's all done on a political process.
So please, please do not give Biden, Merrick Garland any ideas, OK?
Sure.
Right.
Yeah, they probably would do that.
But I think the point is that the regime really knows that the Chinese people are clued up on this.
And so therefore, when it comes to elections, and when it comes to a lot of these prosecutions, Communist Party, you know, they'll talk about it, but they won't really go in and maliciously assault us like they do on almost everything else every day.
Because it's so alien, because there is zero rule of law in China.
Correct.
There is zero rule of law in China.
And the Chinese people, you know, they can't revolt, or it's very difficult for them to do so.
They express their discontent.
And what we're seeing at our southern border is really, I mean, it's just unprecedented, where you have surging numbers of Chinese migrants.
And it shows you that just the dissatisfaction with Chinese society.
And they really want to come to a place with rule of law.
And when I was practicing law in Asia, in Shanghai, in Hong Kong, you'd hear this theme all the time, Sam.
You know, we just sort of take it for granted.
You know, it's horrible what the Democrats are doing to President Trump, but there's a procedure.
And the Chinese people, I think, like the idea that there is a procedure and there is rule of law.
Well, in this case, we know it's a perversion of the procedure.
This is an attempt to prevent the president from running in 2024 and winning.
Talk to us about what Xi Jinping and the Central Committee and the CCP thinks of the prospect of my former boss back in the White House.
Well, I don't think they like that one bit.
And the reason is, if you look again at propaganda in 2020, it was very clear that they were supporting Biden over Bernie Sanders in the Democratic Party primaries.
And of course, in the general election, they worked very hard to get Biden in office.
And once he was in office, they started gloating.
So on November 28, 2020, A very prominent academic, Di Dongsheng, gave a lecture in Shanghai, which was live-streamed throughout the country.
And he spent a lot of time talking about how in the previous administration, going back to Obama, that they could control outcomes in the Oval Office with their friends.
And he specifically mentioned them, Wall Street and Henry Kissinger.
And then he said something fascinating.
He said during the four years of the Trump administration, we had no influence in the White House.
And then he said, we look forward to reestablishing our control over the American political system Yeah, I remember that incredible video lecture where they just admitted, yeah, you know, Wall Street, Kissinger, if the Democrats are in the White House, we can get stuff done.
But when President Trump was in the White House, we had no friends inside the administration.
And that's Why, we need him back in the Oval Office.

Despite losing money, prestige, the assaults on his family, his wife, his son, his young son, his teenage son.
I'm not talking about Eric or Don Jr.
What did he decide to do?
He decided to do it again.
And then they raided his home.
Armed agents of the state.
Armed agents of the department you were in charge of.
Because the FBI belongs to the DOJ and it was your job to shut down the sabotage.
To put an end to the Russia collusion hoax.
And what did you do, you fat pile of excrement?
Nothing.
Nothing.
You impaneled a special investigator.
A counsel who took three years to do what?
Give us one prosecution of a low-level DOJ lawyer who's already back in business?
Reinstated by the DC bar?
That's your result, Bill Barr?
That's your commitment to the nation?
You know, I don't know who I detest more.
The left, who hate America and want to dismantle it piece by piece?
Or those who say they're conservatives and patriots, who are actually fifth columnists, who carry the water for those who hate America, and who are their allies, their brothers in arms, under a veil of pretending to be something they aren't.
Yeah, I think I'm pretty decided.
You're worse than they are.
At least they openly stand for their values.
You betray all the values you say you hold.
You are an anathema to everything that America was built upon, especially integrity and honesty.
You are a spineless non-man.
And it will be a joyous day, a joyous day for me, if God willing, if every American who loves this country does his part, and the man who mistakenly trusted you walks back into the White House.
And I'll do everything to make that happen, and then I will find you out, and I will stand in front of you, and I will smile at you.
you, because justice will have been done.
This is America First and I'm your host, Sebastian Corker.
Bye.
We are broadcasting to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, then do what I did more than four years ago.
Or do the three-week quick starter pack right now.
I had a lower back pain that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Reliefactor, as you're supposed to, once in the morning, once in the evening.
And two weeks later, I realized I didn't have that lower back pain anymore.
And now the only time I have it is when I forget to take my Reliefactor.
You should have that experience.
It's very easy.
Order the Quick Starter Pack right now.
It's just $19.95 at reliefactor.com.
I'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you, like it works for me and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
See, that stupid stuff works, I think, with independents.
Yeah?
Because it's like, oh, even Republicans say it.
Because I'm telling you, what independents are, they don't know who to believe.
You can tell exactly what it is.
So that's why it's, oh, even Republicans are saying that.
That's why I think it's damaging.
Yeah.
And I love when you send me to the septic depths of the National Review.
The guy, this one guy, who I guess is on the circuit of just writing hit pieces on Vivec, Jeffrey Blehar, B-L-E-H-A-R.
His most recent article, trying to be sarcastic and clever and funny, says, Oh, Vivek promising to pardon Trump doesn't go far enough.
He should commit ritualistic suicide in support of Trump.
I thought it was the other guy that wrote it, that, um... Charlie Cook wrote one.
It's about his name?
Charlie Cook, yes.
Charlie Cook is a sad case.
Give me that name again?
Jeffrey Blehar, B-L-E-H-A-R.
B-A... B-L-E...
Yep, but I don't think that's the one she was talking about.
Oh, that was like a month ago.
Oh, okay.
I'm not sure which one it was.
It was that guy with the red beard.
He doesn't even have a Twitter account.
Nobody should mention the word espionage here, in court or out of court.
This is not an espionage case.
He didn't sell to enemies.
He didn't hurt the national security.
This is a documents case.
And the question is, should you bring a documents case, even if it's a strong documents case, and interfere with the election in this way?
I think that's a hard, hard question.
Alan Dershowitz saying the truth about the indictment last week.
It's garbage.
Espionage?
President Trump, what, committed espionage?
Absolutely appalling.
But that's Biden's DOJ.

Let's go to your calls.
Joe in Illinois.
Dr. G, Bill Barr is obviously a rhino.
No, he's worse than that.
No, no, no, no, no.
He's worse than that.
You know, Mitt Romney's a rhino.
This guy's a seditionist.
Yeah, yeah.
And when you get back in and help our president, you know, it's hard to find good help in Washington, D.C.
So, you know, be careful about that.
But my comment for you is, you know, the sharks on Shark Tank, And all the businessmen that went over to China, you might want to blame it on Nixon or whoever, but that's our problem.
And Donald Trump tried to stop it.
He tried to, you know, put, you know, you get American steel back and American industry back and stuff like that.
But it's, you know, it's all the swamp.
It's all case-free.
He wanted to make America great again, and the Uni Party doesn't want that.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, Joe.
We've got a minute and a half.
Let's squeeze in our buddy Brent.
A belatedly fabulous Father's Day, Patriarch Gorka.
Thank you kindly.
Well, Juneteenth is just one more racist, run-of-the-mill Democrat Marxist scam.
To keep the minds of melanated Marxists and communists of color in their 21st century socialist chains, Juneteenth wasn't designed to enlighten or liberate anyone's mind, only to enrage and enslave ignorant and indoctrinated Americans.
And all Americans should glorify and brotherly love our God-given freedoms with the Fourth of July or Memorial Day, or the day President Grant gave all free Democrat slaves That's quite a poem, thank you.
Communists of color, melanated Marxists, you do come up with the catchy phrases.
Thank you, Brent.
Next up, my Newsmax colleague, former SEAL, Carl Higby, will tell you what it means to be a real man.
Toxicity et al.

We get all kinds of guests here on the Manhood Hour.
Astrologists, philosophers, great thinkers like Victor Davis Hanson.
Authors and former military like the first ever guest we had, Jack Carr.
And then colleagues of mine as well.
People who, well, they've had a rather variegated career.
From a combat veteran, a SEAL, to now hosting his own show on Newsmax.
Delighted to have him on deck, Carl Higby!
Welcome to the Manhood Hour.
Appreciate you having me. All right. I want you to share with the three and a half million people listening and
watching right now What I asked you before we went on air
What's it like how enjoying your gig because you know?
It's quite a transition from a slotting as we used to say in the British Army giving dirt naps to high-value
Targets in the Middle East and having a show on television.
So how you liking it Carl?
It's nice to know that the dirt nap has made it across the pond
We use pink mist, but that's just what we call it.
You know, I will say I absolutely love it.
I love coming in every day.
I love working.
I have a fantastic team.
I mean, absolutely fantastic team.
And we just get to stay informed and give our opinion every single day.
I mean, like, you don't get better than that.
No, no, it's like my colleague before, I think I'd signed with Salem to do the radio show, but I hadn't started yet.
And I was at an event speaking with Dennis Prager and afterwards he, as he does wherever he is in the country, I think he has a special app, I think it's called the Dennis Prager app, that maps out the best cigar bars wherever he is.
So he took me to a cigar bar and we're like, you know, deep into the second stick.
And he says, Sebastian, do you know what we do for a living?
And I said, no, Dennis, tell me.
And he said, we get paid to tell people what we think.
And that's quite a privilege.
That is quite a privilege.
And it's a little bit less dangerous than your former life.
But for those who aren't familiar with the trajectory of Carl Higby in uniform, in politics, and now at Newsmax, give us a little summary before we get down to the heavy work here.
What has been your life journey so far?
So, born and raised in Connecticut, 9-11 happened, ended up stepping into college, and as soon as we put troops on the ground in Iraq, dropped out of college, became a Navy SEAL, did that for nine years, got kind of tripped and fell into politics, wrote my first book, went on Fox News.
Then I started doing Newsmax, and it just kind of propelled from there.
Ended up, you know, getting into the Trump orbit early on.
Day one, he came down the escalator.
You know, I was on TV, and I said, that's the next president of the United States.
People said, you are out of your mind.
You're crazy and a fool.
Wasn't so foolish.
But, you know, it was a wild ride.
Joined him in the administration.
You know, you and I crossed paths a number of times there.
And, you know, ended up here on Newsmax.
So, you know, life is good.
Can't complain.
And I have to say, you're absolutely right.
Our paths have crossed numerous times when I was in the administration and, you know, various media contacts.
And you've always been, you know, a very decent chap.
You've always been that friend far away who, you know, needs a favor, I need a favor, and you've always stepped up to the plate.
So we're going to recognize that here right now.
Follow this man before we get down to further business, at Carl Higby.
That's H-I-G-B-I-E, at Carl Higby.
Tell us a little bit about that decision, since we are here to celebrate toxic masculinity and real classic concepts of manhood.
Why did you decide to go... I mean, it's, you know, up with SAS selection, my buddies at the regiment in Hereford.
Buds, the selection course for SEALs, is perhaps one of the most grueling selections for military service in the world.
So what made you decide to leave civilian life and take up Buds?
It comes down, I wanted to be a SEAL since I was a kid.
My parents bought me a book when I was like four years old and they read it to me about the Navy SEALs.
I said, wow, the hardest thing in the world.
Sounds fine.
Let's try it out.
But then when, you know, you come to my country and knock buildings down, I'm coming to your country to knock yours down.
And that was kind of the catalyst when I said, I'm not going to sit by.
I need to do this or not.
And, you know, I decided to go and do it.
And what was it like?
So you've wanted to do this since you were a kid.
Your parents read you a book about The Seals.
Did it live up to expectations?
Was it a shock?
Was it very different?
Talk about the reality of not only going through Bud's selection, but the reality of being in this unit.
Because The Seals, For those who aren't familiar, I mean, you know, media and everything else and Tom Clancy and blah, blah, blah.
The SEALs in reality have a very different culture from other units and other special operating units.
So tell us a little bit about how reality lived up to your expectations.
I tell you, one of the craziest things is when I first came on, you know, I'd read all these every book imaginable before going there, watched every documentary.
And I finally walk onto the Bud's Grinder, which, by the way, they no longer have anymore.
For some reason they took down this historic area of torture and it was just a parking lot and where they would just make you do thousands of push-ups until you were you know in your own vomit but so I remember walking out onto that and having this like euphoric state like wow I'm about to be a part of something that's huge and you go through this process and the guys you go through buds with I mean are you know brothers for life you you have suffered in the worst You know, drugs of hell with these guys, no sleep for six days, you know, underwater four to six hours a day with these people running, carrying logs, boats, whatever.
So, you know, getting to go through that, looking back at it now, you look at everybody who quit.
I mean, we started with, you know, 400 classed up with us and only 16 of the original people graduated our class.
I think we had a total graduation of about 50 people.
How many rang the bell?
How many were like injured out?
What is the percentage who just went up there and they just surrendered themselves?
So it was almost all of them.
I mean, you have two to three injured out.
But you know, what's interesting is you have the guys who the guys you can almost see on day one, who are definitely going to make it and they have this like fire in their eyes.
They're just happy to be here.
They're great dudes.
And then you have the people that There's two types of people that quit.
One, that I don't think they knew what they got themselves into.
And then two, guys who have never been challenged in their life.
You're D1 athletes, you're All-Americans, you're things like that.
A lot of those guys are out in the first 24 hours, and I'm sitting there shocked, like, we've got world champion triathletes, we've got All-American football players, and they're dropping out in 24 hours.
And these are people that have never been challenged because they've been so genetically and athletically gifted their entire lives that, you know, they find your weakness.
Me, like, look, I started wrestling at 112 pounds.
I got beat up every single day for my entire wrestling career.
Carl Higbie?
I've met Carl Higbie.
112 pounds?
He must have been six years old.
I don't believe it.
My freshman year of high school, I didn't know what sport to do.
So I walked onto the football team, and they looked at me, and I was 5'10", 110 pounds, soaking wet.
And they were like, kid, your knees are wider than your thighs.
Get bent.
You're going to get hurt.
And I was like, man, this kind of stinks.
So I go in.
I happen to roll on the wrestling team, and they were like, oh, there's weight class.
This is great.
You can fit one of our tiny little miniature people.
And I gained 30 pounds every year.
I left high school at over 200 pounds.
And, um, it was, it was, it was kind of a shock, but you know, that's, that's where I got my start.
I was, I guess I was a late bloomer.
Um, but I gotta ask you, I gotta ask you what, what was the toughest of all?
So I, I've never been an SF guy or a, uh, you know, special operators, but, but I was an MI guy in the reserves in the, in the British army and my MOS, I was an interrogator.
So one of the fun things we would do is we would be the bad guys for the SAS selection at the end of selection.
We played the enemy and we interrogated them for three days and we had to make sure before they get the sand beret and the badge whether they can take interrogation.
We weren't allowed to touch them but we did stress positions and we did sleep deprivation for days.
Was that the toughest or was it the physical stuff?
No, I will tell you.
So I was a horrible runner.
I was one of the worst runners in my class.
I went through buds at about 240 pounds.
So I'm about six feet tall.
So running was the worst.
And you know, you got to do basically four miles in 28 minutes in the sand on the boots in the sand with just like combat boots on.
So it's a it's a good clip, especially for someone who hates running as much as I do.
And then you have your, you know, 10 to 15 mile conditioning runs almost every day on top of that.
But you had.
So that was that was hard for me, but it wasn't the worst.
And then, you know, swimming was easy because I didn't have to carry my own body weight.
I was a jet ski.
I could just swim through the water.
Of course, is great because I was a gymnast.
So I really like that.
But it was the 50 meter underwater, which people look at, think of this is like I'm the most ridiculous person.
You have to jump in the pool, do a somersault, can't touch the wall, can't push off the wall, swim down, hit the other wall, swim back.
So it's like 50 meters in total.
And because I had a lot of muscle mass, my body just consumes oxygen.
So first time I tried it, I'm assuming I hit the other side.
I come back.
I'm like, OK, I'm going.
And then all of a sudden, boom, blackout.
Wake up on the pool deck, oxygen on my face.
They're like, well, probably didn't pass.
Got to try it again.
Second time, same result.
Third time, same result.
Fourth time, I'm looking at this guy, Hitchcock, who is our chief.
Great guy.
He looks at me and I was like, look, man, you know, you know, I'm going to do this.
I'm like 10 feet shy of the wall.
Can you just shove me into the wall?
If I die, I won't hold it against you.
I won't haunt you.
He said, yeah, sure.
So fourth time, do it.
Hit the wall coming back.
I see the black closing in.
I'm like, well, I'm going to black out again.
Try to hold it on as long as I can.
Unconscious.
I wake up on the pool deck and I've got just blood pouring out of my forehead.
That dude grabbed me and pushed me into the wall as hard as he could.
So I would pass.
I mean, and he was one of my instructors and I will forever credit him for that.
And I woke up and I'm like, Am I either not going to be a seal or am I going to keep going?
And he was like, you're in.
I was like, this is the best day of my life.
Hardest thing ever.
Dripping in blood on the deck of the swimming pool and he's feeling amazing.
What a great story.
We're having so much fun.

All right, Carl, let me ask the first mandatory question of all of our guests on the Manhood Hour.
How serious is the assault on masculinity, on classical concepts of manhood in our civilization, in our country today?
A hundred percent.
I mean, look, this, you know, as well as anyone, this government doesn't want people to be able to, you know, grow their own food, hunt for their own dinner.
They don't want you to be able to raise your kids.
They want you solely relied on the government.
The only way to do that is to make every single one of us one of these purple haired basket weaving baristas that every single day looks to the government for their next level of outrage.
Look, I own a farm I farm six acres of it myself and people think I'm crazy.
I'm like, well, what are you going to do when the end of the world comes?
I talk to people all the time and none of them even store so much as water in their house.
They've been entirely relegated to be so dependent on this government.
The attack on masculinity is like the paramount need for their agenda, the leftist, you know, big government control agenda to succeed.
Yeah, that's such an amazing point and, you know, we advertise my Patriot Supply here.
You don't even have to have a goat, you don't have to have a cow, you don't have to have, you know, feed in the barn.
If you just have emergency, if you own emergency rations for each member of your family just for a few months, it's like, how, I mean, look, this is America.
We put men on the moon and we run out of baby formula?
That should be the Sputnik moment where you go, uh, hang on.
What if it's not just baby formula?
People don't even realize the local gross, you know, the giant whatever it is, has 72 hours worth of stock in the bank.
After that, you're done.
And the rule is very simple.
Seven days from human being to animal.
Seven days of not having food, and people come after what you have.
And you better be able to protect it, and you better have something to protect.
So, thank you for... I don't know how many of these we've done.
We've done dozens of these Manhood Hours, but this is an aspect of masculinity that we haven't even discussed so far, which is self-reliance.
Okay.
Now, Carl, you've...
More than dabbled in politics.
You've been very active supporting the president.
You've been a real great surrogate for America First.
Knowing the left as you do, to use a military term, the center of gravity, What is the center of gravity of this ideological enemy that is propagating this assault on masculinity?
If you had to say, of all the, you know, Hollywood, the unions, social media, the teacher training colleges, the Democrat Party, which is the most important, you know, center of gravity for this ideological foe?
It's power.
That's what it all revolves around.
But which one of those actors or sources of it do we have to take out first?
Oh, I think what you need to do is you need to destabilize the mechanisms that embrace the power.
So like, keep it look, look, look right now, the FBI, okay, the FBI has unilateral power to arrest you.
And they can hold you and charge you and ruin your life with you actually not having done a crime, you might go to court and get a court date three years later and prove completely innocent, your life is still ruined.
Millions on legal fees, ask General Flynn, you know, so You have to take away not only... I think it's twofold.
You have to take away the perception that this is okay within those agencies.
Because there's plenty of good men and women in there that don't do that.
But then you also have to, the government has to take away its own ability to prosecute this.
And the only way to do that is hold people accountable.
I mean, look, heck, Adam Schiff lied to the American public.
I've seen proof of Russian collusion goes out there and just BS's his way through absolutely everything to affect an election, mind you, okay?
And he was going to try to use that to impeach a president of the United States.
Turns out he's lying and 20 Republicans didn't even vote, you know, get enough support on board to censure him in Congress, let alone criminalize, criminally charge him.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely right.
I want to ask you to respond.
We'll save this for a little bit later, but I want to plant the seed in the back of your mind, how that institutional aspect of all of this Affects not just the FBI, but what they are doing and have done to the military.
So let me just, you know, plant that seed of the woke-ification of the military.
But before we get there, let me ask you, what is your definition?
If you had to write a definition now of what it is they hate, what is your definition of a real man?
What kind of characteristics must be included in a definition of manhood?
Very simple, hands strong enough to kill a man gentle enough to raise a baby.
And I think that people underestimate what toughness is like some of the nicest look, I've fought MMA, I've fought in 60 countries.
You know, I, I try to treat everybody with absolute respect.
Violence is an absolute last resort.
But the confidence to be able to conduct the violence you may but hopefully will never need is the control of the level of your sophistication and or appropriate level of force, I think is the ultimate goal of a man.
If you have, you know, some of the nicest guys I know are the toughest guys I know.
And you need people who can debate the merits of the issue, Survive on their own, you know, basic skills.
I mean, how many Americans can't hang a picture frame right now?
You know, everything hits the fan.
You're going to have to build a shelter.
How many people have never spent a night under canvas, under the stars, never hiked, never used a compass, never, you know, they don't know you can't drink standing water in the middle of a pond and, you know, in a mountain.
These are things that people have lost.
These are basic skills that everybody used to possess.
Remember when Bloomberg came out and said, oh, farming's easy.
You put a seed in, you water it, and up comes it.
You've never balanced nitrogen, phosphates, or pH balance.
Like, these people are so detached.
And to be honest, a bunch of people, and you know this better than anyone, Seb, living in 60-story concrete jungles here in Manhattan, they're the ones lecturing you and I, people who spend our weekends out in nature, they're the ones lecturing you and I on what is good for the climate.
And the people who have never been out in the climate are the real danger.
They're the non-men.
That's another superb point.
We are being lectured on the client climate by people who've never driven a tent peg into the soil.
Superb.
What a great, great point.

My favorite question to our guests on the Manhood Hour is, who influenced you most in your understanding
of what it means to be a man?
Your father?
Was it somebody who was training you at Bud's?
Was it your football?
Your wrestling coach?
Give us Carl Higby's answer to the guy who, yeah, yeah, that's what I want to be.
I will tell you.
So, you know, look, my father, you know, he taught me sound morals.
My father's not he's not a fighter.
He's not a computational man, but he is a good sound moral man.
He taught me the foundational morals of every human and what we how we deserve to be treated and how we should treat others.
However, the tough guy in my life, the guy who taught me to be tough was my wrestling coach, Brad Wallace.
And I hated this guy for like three years.
Let's start with why did you hate Brad Wallace?
Well, because I ran my mouth and he would beat me up and throw me around the mat like a ragdoll.
But he also didn't let me get away with anything.
He didn't mince words, certainly, at all.
And today, he's one of my best friends.
Fantastic guy.
He's a teacher in town.
And still, and this guy, he said to me, he said something that was so important to me.
And he said, you know, you know, use the language.
I don't know if you can say, but I'm pretty sure you can say this.
He said, never half ass anything, whole ass everything.
And that stuck with me.
I've lived my entire life.
You know what's funny is we were having a beer probably like two years ago and I told him that.
And he goes, oh that's an interesting saying.
Where'd you hear that?
I was like, you!
I lived my whole life by this phrase.
You don't even remember telling it to me.
So you still hang out with your wrestling coach?
Oh yeah!
Yeah, he's a couple years older than me.
I mean, he was young when he was there, but, you know, he had like a number of like really catch phrases to me, which one of them would, you know, he was always telling me, work on your grip strength and wrestling.
I said, why?
Because if you can grab someone's wrist hard enough to break it, nothing else matters.
And it was these catchphrases stuck with me myself.
You know, and he would he had another one he was talking about this and talking about that.
And he said, Look, if you can punch somebody in the chest hard enough to grab their spine, nothing else matters.
Like he would just say these things.
And I don't even think he remembers it.
But they would stick in my head.
And you know, he's being figuratively about it.
But But on a serious note, I'm like, Oh, yeah, just be stronger.
And describe, give us adjectives, give us descriptors beyond the great phrases like, you know, whole ass everything.
What was it about him that you wanted to replicate?
You know, he's just a good, hardworking guy.
Gets up, puts his shoes on, goes to work every day.
He takes pride in everything.
Another thing he always told me, he goes, I don't care if you're cleaning toilet bowls, they'll be the cleanest toilets on this side of the Mississippi.
Everything he did was to the best of his ability.
It didn't matter if it was picking up jelly beans or curing cancer.
He would do anything he was assigned or attempted to do.
And when I was interviewing, when I started my first company, He said, you know, I'm thinking about how to get the right people in.
And he says to me, he goes, ask them what they do well.
And I said, okay, well, he goes, tell me how well you do it, or actually ask them what you like to do.
And then tell me how well you do it.
And I thought about that.
I was like, if this is somebody, if you're interviewing somebody, this is like a life lesson.
If you're interviewing somebody, and they tell you what they like doing, and then they tell you they suck at it.
Why would I hire you to do anything that you don't like doing?
Right.
But that is the measure of this guy.
Just a good, hardworking guy that wants to raise his family, do a good job, and doesn't put up with anybody's BS ever.
What's his name again?
What's your coach's name?
Brad Wallace.
I'm going to drop dimes on him right now.
All right.
All right.
We salute you, Coach Brad Wallace.
If you taught this man how to be a man, that is quite an achievement.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is the Manhood Hour.
Everybody out there, I want to ask you a very simple question, just like the one Carl was mentioning.
Does it make sense for you to fund your enemies?
Simple, right?
Pretty insane idea, correct?
You'd never do that.
Well, guess what?
If you have a cell phone, That is, with one of the big cell phone providers, every time you make a call, every time you send a text, you are funding your enemies.
Yeah, the big cell phone companies in America are woke.
They're worse than that.
They have donated millions of dollars to organizations like Planned Parenthood.
Pro-abortion, pro-gun control.
Why would you do that?
That's crazy!
There's only one conservative Christian cell phone company.
It's the one I use.
It's Patriot Mobile.
You should, too.
They have the same nationwide service, 5G, 4G.
They have a performance guarantee.
They have free activation with my name, special discounts for veterans and first responders.
And guess what?
They love America like you do.
When Nancy Pelosi came after my phone records, After January 6th, and my provider surrendered to her illegal subpoena, I said, that's it, I'm done.
I switched all of my family's phone lines to Patriot Mobile, and so should you.
It's super easy, you can keep your old number, switch today, call 878-PATRIOT, or go to PatriotMobile.com slash GORKA.
If the communists get away with this, it won't stop with me.
They will not hesitate to ramp up their persecution of Christians, pro-life activists, parents attending school board meetings, and even future Republican candidates, which they do.
We must end it permanently, and we must end it immediately.
Now that the seal, so important, is broken.
The seal is broken by what they've done.
They should never have done this.
This was an unwritten rule.
You just don't.
Unless it's really bad.
But you just don't.
But the seal is now broken.
The seal is now broken.
That was President Trump at Bedminster on Tuesday.
We do, what is it, 15 hours of radio every week.
14 of them are political.
So we kind of say, no, 13, because we have the Making Movies Great Again.
We don't bring a lot of politics into the Manhood Hour, but I've got a theory.
I'm going to test it now with you, Carl Higby.
I think, look, there are many reasons the establishment, the left, the rhinos, detest my former boss, detest the man that you support so wholeheartedly.
One of them being he doesn't belong to them.
He doesn't belong to the political class and therefore he's a threat to them.
But I've got a theory, and given that you're a former SEAL and you understand what manhood is, I think there's another reason they hate him.
Especially the rhinos and the never-Trumpers.
This man 78 years old that he is, is a complete alpha male, and they cannot, they just detest the concept of a completely in-your-face alpha male, and that's one of the reasons.
What do you think of my theory?
I think your theory is dead on.
I'd add one aspect to it.
He's willing to say Why?
They're like, we need to do this.
We need to support whatever bureaucratic waste of money where they're lighting our stuff
on fire.
He is willing to say, why?
Why should we do this?
And they're like, well, because we've always done it.
And he's like, why?
That I think is equally as important to the fact that he never backs down from a fight.
It is one of the most amusing things to see, frightening, but amusing when a four star
general is briefing the president in the Oval.
And the president says, so why are we spending hundreds of millions of dollars on this nation's
defense in Asia when they're a very rich country?
And the general goes, actually happened, Mr. President, because we've been doing that for 40 years.
Not the right answer.
Not the, even if you're- But also, yeah, when he says like,
hey, can we fly these helicopters back out of Afghanistan?
And they're like, well, no, sir.
He's like, why?
Like, we're just gonna leave them for the Taliban?
Right, right.
No, absolutely.
The excuse that that's how we do it.
No, no, no.
That's why we elected him because we've had enough of how they've been doing it.
All right, let's talk about the military specifically.
I'm so worried because you know me.
I've been working closely.
I've been a guest instructor at the JF Kennedy School at Bragg for over a decade now.
And even there, in the last two years, They went political.
I don't mean they.
I don't mean the cadre.
I mean, you know, from the CG on down, there was a political pressure.
What do you mean?
You're inviting President Trump's former deputy back onto base?
Yeah, because he's been lecturing us on jihad for years.
Well, that's a little bit.
What do you mean?
He worked for Trump.
So even if Bragg is feeling the political pressure, how serious is the threat of wokeism To the military, which is supposed to be the epitome of dangerous men we need in times of crisis.
And you made that excellent point.
So you're going to stop inviting a guy that has taught people the skills to stay alive overseas, and you're going to stop inviting him because you don't like the guy he used to work for?
I mean, that is actually the paramount of problems here.
Here's the problem is the military is not a social experiment.
I have never looked at the guy next to me and been like, I wonder who he sleeps with or what color is skin and no, it's like, can you like, if I take a piece of lead in the face at 3000 feet per second, can you carry me out of this battlefield and save my life?
That should be the only question we should ask.
Right, right.
If we're going to save this, if we're going to fix it, we can fix the military if we win the election, if we get rid of all the woke generals, everybody over, you know, 05, 06 who's woke, and just have commander's intent that you will be the most lethal fighting force in the world.
And if that's the commander's intent, that's what we're going to have.
What about those who aren't in the military?
What do we do with the next generation?
If you had to write a syllabus for the young boys of today, the 10-year-olds, the 12-year-olds, of what are the essential things they have to learn.
What, mention a couple of things Carl Higby would have in his manual for being a man and what those boys have to learn.
I think the first thing is, you know, question everything.
Not to the point of getting in trouble or not following orders, but question everything in a respectful way.
It is okay to ask questions.
And case in point, I had a, when we were in Fallujah in 2009, the Marine gate guards, there was a house 200 yards from the entrance of the gate.
And I asked them, they'd stood that post for three, four months.
I asked them what was in that house.
They had no idea.
They were like, well, we weren't told to ask.
That is, and that was the beginning of the Obama administration and the Obama way of rules of engagement and things like that.
Whereas, you know, early on in the war, we would have turned the house to a parking lot.
I think the issue is for younger people joining.
I have a number of friends that I mentor that are trying to go be SEALs.
I work very closely with a number of them.
And I say, you know, hold your head high, do the mission.
You might not like the social aspects of it, but it will get better because the pendulum always swings.
And right now it's swinging super far to the left and going to swing back to the right eventually.
And hopefully you're on the pain train when that comes.
And in addition to those who are thinking about a career, what is your message to your friends and colleagues who are still in and are like under this woke garbage right now?
What do you say to them, Carl?
Yeah, I mean, look, it's woke garbage when you're when you're back here.
But when you're overseas, and when the bullets start flying, you I know my community, I can't speak to all of them.
But they you know, it goes back to how it should be where your job is to kill people who are trying to kill you kill the bad guys and break their stuff.
And when you're in the thick of it, you are you join, I joined the military for nine years, and You know, every bit of it, all the garbage I put up with all the PC BS that I put up with under Obama, we were court-martialed for prisoner abuse, fully exonerated, ruined our careers, but all of that for the gunfights that I got into and the fact to defend freedom around the world was worth every second.
God bless.
Thank you for your service.
We're talking to Carl Higby.
Watch him on Newsmax, Carl Higby Frontline, and follow him at Carl Higby, H-I-G-B-I-E.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is the Manhood Hour, coming to you from just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C., from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans across the nation right now, me included.
But it's not just me, it's people like Reggie from Florida.
This is Reggie's story.
I have a lot of pain from aging and after only four days of using Relief Factor, I'm already experiencing less pain and stiffness.
Can't wait to see how I feel in a couple more weeks.
Relief Factor is a blessing sent by God.
Incredible words.
Find out for yourself.
There's only one way, but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you.
Like it works for me, Reggie, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
Alright, you've told us, Carl, that we can save the military.
There is a cyclical aspect to all of these things.
I've got just one question left.
If we open the aperture and we talk about society, the civilization, America as the pinnacle of Judeo-Christian civilization, Are you an optimist or a pessimist with regards to what they've done, what they're doing, their assault on not only masculinity, but their assault on womanhood?
I mean, the whole transgender movement is a negation of women.
Are you an optimist?
Are we gonna win?
Yeah, and there's an age-old saying that I didn't come up with, but it said, you know, Hard times create hard men.
Hard men create good times.
Good times create soft men.
Soft men create hard times.
And it repeats.
And I think that, like, look, I mean, we have an entire generation that has, you know, they were born after 9-11.
They don't remember the 2008 financial crisis.
Maybe it affected them.
Maybe they didn't.
Maybe they don't even remember it.
But I think when suffering breeds motivation, when you have hardships in society, it might be bad in the short run, but for the long run and character of people, it is good to experience that.
And we've had it so good in America.
Pick a thing.
Interest rates, national defense, beacon of technology.
You can walk Five miles in any direction, and get gas for your car, pick the food that you want out of a fully stocked grocery store, and not have to worry about getting hit by a bomb on your way there.
That is a pretty good life, when you break it all down.
And I'm sorry that you ran out of, you know, mochaccino at the local Starbucks.
Like, that's not a hard- Or the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak, right?
Exactly.
But I think, you know, hard times are coming.
Biden is a soft man and he's creating hard times and it's not going to get any better.
And I think people are going to start waking up.
They already have.
You're especially seeing with this transing, the kids think parents have said no more.
Yeah.
I am long on America because I think our people, we're the only nation in the world that has successfully been bred in conflict back-to-back World War champs.
Like you said, a man on the moon.
There is nothing we can't do or if we set our minds to it.
We are the best the world has to offer.
The world is a better place and we're on top and I think people will realize that.
God bless you.
Thank you for that message.
Is it true that later this year you will be having a book published called Profiles in Freedom, Mr. Higby?
Is that true?
The rumors are true.
This is it.
We're going to be up for pre-order in a month or two, so keep your eyes peeled for this.
Look, we wanted to take All the people that you may have heard of, may not have heard of, and put them in a storybook that you can read to your kids at night.
Five, ten, twelve page stories.
People from George Washington, but not the parts that you know about him.
The struggles he had.
Thomas Jefferson, the same thing.
The fights they had.
Adams.
These are the people that founded our country, but we wanted to tell the stories that not that many people have heard.
We wanted to tell the struggles they overcame.
from Ulysses S. Grant's relation to alcoholism, to Robert Oppenheimer, where he was snatched up
out of being a civilian scientist, and threw into a team and says,
if you don't build this nuclear bomb, we're all gonna be speaking German in five years,
and he did it.
These are the stories that kids need to know.
Will you come back to discuss the book when it's closer to the release date?
