 Greetings.
Welcome, dear friends.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
There are times in our lives when it is actually possible to look at an event and to say nothing will be the same again.
A moment in time where just the decision of one individual changes history forever.
Not the meeting on a battlefield of thousands or tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of soldiers.
Not the dropping of some new weapon of war that kills millions.
No, one person's decision that creates what is called a caesura, a break with the past after which Everything is different.
The news of yesterday afternoon that a local district attorney has decided for the first time in American history to charge a former president with a crime is that moment.
Alvin Bragg has changed America forever.
Why?
Because the former president, my former boss, isn't simply a former politician.
President Donald J. Trump is, right now, the leader of the opposition to the incumbent power in America.
Every single poll that we've seen in the last few weeks puts him at least 20 to 40 percentage points against, above, beyond, ahead of the next challenger in line.
There's only been a handful of people who say they want to be the next Republican president.
Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, John Bolton.
Everybody knows Ron DeSantis is running.
And he's second to President Trump, but a far distant second.
As such, President Trump isn't just a former president, he's the leader of the current opposition to the regime in the White House and in the Senate.
What we have witnessed in the last 20-odd hours, well, it changes the future of our nation.
There is no coming back from this.
There is no compromise with a political entity that is so hell-bent on maintaining power, they are willing to use judicial power to steal an election.
That's what we're talking about.
By attempting to arrest and convict and imprison President Trump, They wish to negate the will of the American people.
The American people spoke two years ago by giving President Trump more votes than any other incumbent president in U.S.
history.
The fact that he will be, given every metric, the next nominee for the Republican Party means that they wish to negate that decision.
They wish to arrogate to themselves the choice of who half the nation chooses as their political champion.
They have no right to do that.
That is what happens in authoritarian regimes.
One party doesn't get to neutralize the other party and choose their candidate for them.
A straw man, a stalking horse.
Because if that's what occurs, you have a one-party state.
You do not have representative government and you do not have a republic.
That is exactly what happened yesterday, just after five o'clock Eastern Time.
My response, my initial analysis, and I don't think I'm going to change it, is that this act means that there must be and there cannot be any compromise with the Democrats as they are currently constituted.
Staying within the bounds of law, because we believe in law and order, Eschewing anything that is violent or unconstitutional, rejecting all such means, we must dismantle our adversaries.
When they take the decision to negate the will of the people, that cannot be compromised with.
It's like dealing with a military enemy or somebody who wishes you dead.
You cannot compromise with somebody who wishes to steal your basic rights from you.
And choosing who represents you politically is a basic right of this nation and all free nations.
Our political adversaries must be dismantled.
They must not be able to perpetrate this assault on the very fabric of how our nation works.
We must protest, peacefully, but we must protest.
President Trump, right now, and I am already compiling my strategic advice to him, must finalize forthwith his plan To immediately deconstruct the administrative state.
To take apart any element of the standing governmental structure that believes it exists above the will of the American people.
Be it rogue district attorneys, funded by anti-American, America-hating billionaires like George Soros.
Be it an FBI and a DOJ that thinks that it can raid pro-life preachers' homes, raid the home of a former president, hide the manifesto of a transgender murderer simply because they're the FBI.
Or whether it is an intelligence agency like the CIA or the NSA that executed illegal COVID operations against a former presidential campaign.
And whether it is members of the Senate or the Congress who wish to deny us of our rights, not just to pick our leaders, but also to defend ourselves and to have the means to remove a tyrannical government.
We've played you all the audio cuts and the video clips.
It is clear what the intent of the other side is.
To create a political power base that can never be challenged and can never be defeated politically.
We must not permit that to happen.
The Rubicon has been crossed, not by us, but by those who wish to rent asunder the fabric of the constitution of this, the greatest nation on God's green earth.
How do we do this?
It's very simple.
We must win.
If you don't commit today, before you go to sleep, to be engaged politically, to run for office, locally, to become a political activist who is pro-America, and wishes to save the Constitution, you have chosen to get in bed with the enemy of America.
Make your decision today.
Make it wisely and stand up for the values you profess to stand for.

He deleted one bashing Vivec, because Vivec was the first Republican candidate to come out against the indictment.
He said, Vivec fell for this and fell for it hard.
He deleted a whole slew of tweets.
Oh yeah, J and V. Titles?
31st of March.
What should we call Highland?
Is it too cheesy to incorporate the line?
Yes, yes, yes, totally.
Want the mics on for JMV?
Yes.
Alrighty, mics are on and they are on the line.
Hey guys.
Hello there.
Hi, hi, hi.
Oh, not too much headroom, not too much.
That's a little bit too much.
Nice.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
There you go, Joe.
I think I have exactly that Lincoln statuette in my office.
I think I've seen it.
We have too.
Have you guys been busy?
Very, non-stop.
This will be one of five appearances today on Newsmag.
Thank you for squeezing us in.
Oh no, thank you!
We'll keep you for two segments, and then we'll let you go.
Let's see.
Oh.
Yes?
No, nothing.
PhD?
Yes.
And for the monologue, maybe something about that Rubicon line?
The Rubicon has been crossed?
America, there's no turning back.
America, there's no turning back.
Yes.
Alright.
Play cut eight for me again.
Cut eight.
Here, far worse, what we have seen with Donald Trump is whenever he is allowed to escape accountability, he engages in worse and worse misconduct.
Should he be rewarded with another term, he would begin where he left office and that is begin at the point of an insurrection and it would just descend from there.
He's perhaps one of the most evil people out there.
And those eyes really are as creepy in person as they look on video.
I've seen him in person.
You have?
Very.
I went to meet once with, like, a staffer with Nunes' office.
This was way back when Nunes was in the office.
And I was waiting out in the hallway outside one of the committee rooms, and out walked two guys from the committee rooms, like, a taller guy, probably, like, staffer or bodyguard or something, and then Schiff.
And Schiff looked at me.
I was just sitting on the bench.
I looked up.
We locked eyes for a moment.
I knew who he was, and he had that creepy look in his eyes, almost like he somehow knew who I was, even though I'd never met him before.
And, yeah.
Very, very creepy bug eyes.
I'll probably use the first Gates cut with Joe and Victoria.
Cut 5.
Alrighty.
30 seconds.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
We have some amazing guests for you today, but as ever, you are the most important part of the show.
I want to hear from you.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
There's only one line left open at the moment.
Everybody wants to sign a sound off.
That's 833-334-6752 before we get to our very important first guest.
6752. Before we get to our very important first guests, if you have given up on losing weight, don't.
I had for 20 years.
I tried and I failed, but I lost 42 pounds thanks to the great offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her MyPhD team.
It's a system where you don't have calorie counting, you don't pop pills, you don't have to starve.
Five meals a day that burn the fat off.
42 pounds.
If I could do it, anyone can do it.
Please, you won't regret it and you'll be so much healthier.
Call today.
864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
As I predicted yesterday, this is where the serious individuals, the fake conservatives get separated from the patriots.
We know where Matt Gaetz stands.
This is a 20-second summation of the last events of the 24 hours from Matt Gaetz Cut 5.
It seems to leave a nation on the edge as we witness the Sorosification of the criminal justice system in this country.
Remember Soros gave Alvin Bragg a million dollars and we're used to seeing these things with political leaders arrested, grandmothers hijacked in our city centers, government printing money till it goes out of style in third world countries and now that's being visited on the United States of America.
The sorosification of the justice system.
Do you agree?
Let's ask our very special regular guests, fan favorites of the show, former U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia, Joe DeGeneva, and former Intelligence Committee staffer in the Senate, Victoria Tunsing.
Joe, Victoria, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you.
Matt Gaetz kind of knocked it out of the park there, right?
Yes, absolutely.
Let's talk about the primary criticism the left is levelling in the last few hours that, oh we, nobody knows what the charges are.
It's a sealed indictment.
It could really end up with President Trump in prison.
First things first, why is this indictment still sealed?
Well, that's a very good question.
In fact, just a few moments ago, I sent an email to a lawyer who practices in Manhattan court, because I've never heard of such a thing.
Usually, indictments are sealed when someone is a fugitive, and they don't want them to know that they're being pursued.
This is ridiculous.
This is designed by Mr. Bragg to prevent himself, apparently, from being embarrassed.
I can't think of any legitimate legal reason for it to be sealed.
So we get to talk about the indictment of President Trump.
Nancy Pelosi gets to say, oh, he can prove his innocence.
And yet we can't look at the charges and evaluate them.
I think this is all part of the plan.
And Victoria, what is the practice?
Because this whole thing stings because we get the report on Wednesday that the grand jury is taking a hiatus for the whole month of April and then two days later the charges are dropped.
Isn't that peculiar?
Yes, it's very peculiar.
And Alvin Bragg's comment about, oh, Trump just made it up.
He made expectations of his being arrested, I think was unprofessional and unethical on his part, because he knew he was going to bring the indictment before the grand jury.
I think this is another example of the lack of professionalism, the unethical behavior of Alvin Bragg from start to finish.
This has been an unscrupulous prosecutor whose prosecutorial misconduct is the worst I've ever seen in the United States.
Let me add one more thing, Seb, and that is that Michael Cohen's out talking on MSNBC.
I can tell you if I were in charge of a case and had a witness, that witness would be prohibited.
Isn't it interesting that he allows Michael Cohen to talk and he also allowed Mark Pomerantz to publish his book about the internal workings of this case when originally he said he wouldn't pursue it?
Alvin Bragg has allowed more prejudicial pretrial publicity than any prosecutor I've ever known.
How severe is the danger, because we're already hearing rumors, Joe Victoria, that the judge, you know, not for Michael Cohen, but for President Trump, will issue some kind of gag order.
Is that probable?
Yes.
I was thinking about it the other day.
What would I do if I were one of these judges in New York and really wanted to be vicious?
I would issue a gag order on Trump, which would silence him, which of course, that's the president's way of communicating and defending himself.
But it is possible, if I were the president's lawyers, I would appeal that order right away.
That's unconstitutional, I think, gag orders.
Or violate the First Amendment.
There we are.
Is there any chance, Victoria, or any possibility that we could say, or the President could demand, that this not be held in New York because it's so prejudicial to his chances of getting a fair trial?
It's a motion for a change of venue.
Yes, of course he would file that motion.
But what is the likelihood of that ever being successful?
That depends on the judge.
And I don't have a lot of faith in the New York judges.
It's clearly justified under these circumstances.
92% of the people in Manhattan voted against Trump.
There's no way he can get a fair trial.
It's like a Republican getting a fair trial in Washington, D.C.
That ain't gonna happen either.
So far, because there have been so many leaks out of Bragg's office, we seem to know that this is a seven-year-old misdemeanor that expired five years ago, that they're trying to connect to some kind of federal election violation, felony, or a tax evasion case.
That doesn't seem to hold water.
Could there be anything else, or do we think this is the current legal theory?
Well, what we've heard is that there are 30 counts.
What that probably means is that each book entry or each check that was written to cover the $130,000 and each entry in the computer to keep a track of it is a separate count.
Right.
That's probably why there are 30 counts.
Knowing what we know about the case, I can't conceive of it being anything else.
But, Seb, you're right in that it doesn't hold water because to violate the federal elections law, Campaign finance money had to be used.
Trump paid it out of his personal funds.
And there should be no other reason than to help your election to spend the money, even if it were campaign finance.
The facts aren't there for that kind of situation.
So there's just no violation of the federal elections law.
And of course we have the letter from Michael Cohen's attorney that says the monies paid to Stormy Daniels were in fact Michael Cohen's.
Explicitly had nothing to do with the Trump Organization or the Trump campaign.

But seriously, he lasted for about two seconds.
What is wrong with these liberals?
I mean, today of all days, they'd be really rich.
Yeah.
It's so pathetic.
Pathetic.
What was his name?
Um... John.
John.
Of course it was John.
Right, I'm gonna ask you what kind- His name was Mitch McConnell.
Yeah.
I'm going to ask you what kind of advice would you give President Trump right now?
Okay.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So whose shows have you done?
Did you do John Bachman today?
We did the early morning show.
Then we did, did we do an 11 o'clock show?
I can't remember.
We've done so many, I can't remember.
Remember, we're doing 5.20.
It's just seamless.
5.20?
Ouch.
I thought I was about to have to get up at 6 to do a British TV show.
No, no, no.
No, it's tonight.
Oh, tonight.
Sean.
Yeah, it's Sean Spicer's show.
Oh, good.
Yeah.
Good, good, good.
Now he's by himself.
Oh, yeah?
For good?
Yeah, she's gone.
She left.
Oh, I didn't know.
Well, then you don't know the gossip.
No, I do not.
I have nothing to do with gossip.
The less gossip, the better.
I'm like you are.
I have my... we're a couple weeks ago when you were coughing.
Yes.
At the break.
Yes.
I've got B&B here.
Ah, it is so... it took me weeks to get rid of this bloody cough.
Weeks.
So, what did you say?
Sometime in April you guys will be back in DC?
April 12th to the 22nd.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
Although our very good friend Mark Russell died and we may come back for his funeral.
My condolences.
Thank you.
There was a great obit in the Washington Post.
I can't believe I'm saying that.
It was wonderful.
Play cut one, please.
Alan, real quick, can he get a fair trial in New York?
Absolutely not.
Do you think any juror or judge is going to want to come home to his family and friends and say, I'm the man who freed Trump and allowed him to run to become the next president of the United States?
Sure.
What happened to me, this vineyard where I lost all of my friends because I defended Trump in the Senate, is only a small version of what would happen to any judge or juror who acquitted Trump.
So no, this case has to be moved to Staten Island.
Or to upstate New York, somewhere where there's a possibility of getting a fair trial.
Manhattan is not such a place.
One minute.
My pillow.
My pillow.
Okay.
One minute.
Impeachment and conviction of fake news.
America first.
So strange.
One liberal called in and lasted for about 90 seconds.
What is it with the staying power or lack thereof of the crazy leftists?
We've got one line open.
Call back if you can manage to reach the telephone.
That's 833 33 Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
We want to stand with President Trump.
If you've got an old, tattered Trump flag, get a new one today.
We designed it this morning.
If you stand with the 45th president, you have to order it right now.
It says, I stand with 45.
Trump 2024.
You can get the flag, you can get the t-shirt.
If you want to save the republic, tell the world who you are.
Just go right now to sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A sebgorkastore.com.
We're back with our good friends Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tunsing, True Freedom Fighters for America.
I just want to use this time as judiciously as possible.
What advice would you give President Trump and President Trump's attorneys right now?
Well, they have to file motions, all kinds of motions, and the first one would be the statute of limitations.
But I don't know the motion practice in the New York City courts.
I don't know if they do them seriatim or all at once.
I would think all at once, because that's the usual practice.
So they not only have the statute of limitations, but they have the change of venue that we talked about earlier, Seb.
And he's got to proceed with this.
He can't just stay in Mar-a-Lago, even though Bragg says he won't bring charges against anybody who resists arrest.
So, you know, you can take that into consideration.
Joe, legal and communications advice, what would you say?
Well, I think the communicating needs to be done by someone else, but that's almost an impossibility with him.
Assuming there's a gag order, he won't have any choice.
There will have to be a third party doing it, whom I'm assuming Donald Trump will direct and fine-tune the message.
Legal.
File as many motions as possible now.
Change of venue.
I like Alan's suggestion of Staten Island or upstate New York.
Change of venue.
Of course, motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct, which is legion in this case.
So, there's lots to do.
Statute of limitation, of course.
Motion to dismiss that the case was brought beyond the statute of limitations.
Now let's talk about procedurally what should be done.
Hundreds if not thousands of cases have been brought against President Trump unsuccessfully over the decades.
His tactic in many cases or the tactics of his lawyers have been to delay with motions as long as possible.
We are less than 22 months away Well, he's not going to have those types of choices in a criminal case.
That usually works in civil cases, which is what he's been involved in.
In a criminal case, the calendar is set by the trial judge.
Now, there can be some delay built in.
But it's not going to be the kind of delay that would take it up to the election, unless there are pre-trial appeals, which is possible.
That could stretch it out.
But my guess is those appeals would be expedited and would not take as long as usual.
But, Seb, we cannot forget that there's Fannie Willis sitting down there in Georgia contemplating an indictment on, quote-unquote, election obstruction, whatever that is under Georgia law.
And then there is the Justice Department, the DOJ, that is investigating Trump for Mar-a-Lago documents and for January 6th.
There's a lot of stuff out there that he's going to have to deal with.
I would get this over as soon as possible.
Is your expectation, Joe, that all of the other cases that Victoria mentioned will also be in play in the next 20 months?
Absolutely.
I expect Fannie Willis will indict the president on a really bogus theory under Georgia law, but she'll ratchet it up just like Alvin Bragg, as she's going to Consider some sort of racketeering prosecution.
And there's no doubt that Jack Smith is going to indict the president for obstruction of justice with regard to the documents at Mar-a-Lago.
He won't indict him for having the documents.
He'll indict him for the way he- Trying to hide them.
Yes.
Because how can you when Biden has them?
You mentioned Nancy Pelosi.
I just want to put this... I didn't want to believe it when I heard it.
It's actually true.
We have the tweet.
Let me just read this to our listeners.
The grand jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
No one is above the law, I guess, except Hillary Clinton and Paul Pelosi.
And everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.
A right to a trial to prove innocence, which is the reverse of our system, where you are innocent until the state proves that you are guilty.
That's from the former Speaker of the House.
Thank you, Victoria.
Thank you, Joe.
You've already given so many interviews today.

Let's go to your calls.
Let's walk down the numbers.
Line 1, Mike, California.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
I've been thinking about... There's actually, I think, multiple reasons.
I've come up with, I think, four different reasons why this very malicious, false prosecution of Donald Trump is being done by the Democrats.
And I'll mention a couple reasons that are obvious, and I'll get into some that may not be quite as obvious.
So obviously the Democrats want to generate huge amounts of corrupt fake news to smear Donald Trump with to undermine his election campaign.
Then second, of course, I think you mentioned as well, they want to intimidate Trump supporters and Republicans that if they can do this to Donald Trump, they can do it to anyone in America.
And then number three, I think that they're looking at – oh, geez, it's escaping me.
Hold on.
Let me think for one second.
Oh, yeah.
Right.
Okay, this is a technique they used during the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016.
It was revealed in the WikiLeaks, John Podesta email file that since they, you know, the Biden crime family that has so many crimes that multiple members have committed, including Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, that they could be in prison probably for the rest of their natural lives, I suspect.
So what they want to do is create a diversion tactic.
So in the past, what they would do is they would smear Republicans That's my colleague Dennis Prager's line, whatever the left is accusing you of doing, they're actually committing themselves.
But you're missing the broader point, the big picture.
Yes, all of that can be true at the same time, but the real reason they're doing this is to prevent President Trump from running and thus negate the will of the American people.
That's How utterly diabolical these people are.
Thank you, Mike.
Antoinette, line two, California.
Hi, Dr. G. Hey.
Yesterday, I definitely felt like a fool after I hung up with you.
And then the more I thought of this, wait a minute.
We're going to rally and we're going to beat their asses.
I was definitely worried about President Trump, but as he has said, they're going to come after us.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, don't get media matters knickers in a twist.
You mean politically beat their asses, don't you, Antoinette?
Yes, that's what I meant to say.
I stand corrected, Councillor.
But definitely, we were out there this morning Tomorrow in Huntington Beach at the pier from 11 to 3.
We're going to be out there with our flags.
Definitely, it's going to be called Trump Tuesdays because we're on Tuesdays.
I like that.
We're going to be out there with our flags.
I love that.
I love that.
Say the location again and the time.
Huntington Beach Pier tomorrow in California from 11 to 3.
And then on Tuesdays, we're going to call them Trump Tuesdays, from noon to 1 throughout the United States.
We've got to do this for our country, for our president, and for us.
God bless you, Antoinette.
I love it.
Trump Tuesdays.
Let's go to Brooklyn, the other side of the nation.
Line 3.
Alex.
Hey, Sebastian.
Thanks for taking the call.
You know, last week when this jury was officially on a break, which they weren't, I was convinced that what was taking place is, you know, these jury people, they're left-wing, but they're not necessarily corrupt bad people.
They're just brainwashed by the left-wing media.
So I thought that while they were watching this trial going on and they saw the weak testimonies and all of that, they were like, hey, if this is so weak, could be everything that the left is telling us about Trump is just as false.
And Trump isn't really this big monster that we have to indict over this crap.
But apparently once you're a Democrat, you remain a Democrat and you're brainwashed, there's no way to undo it.
But this, I'm so concerned about this in time, and I think it's the worst thing that ever happened.
It's the biggest threat to our democracy.
And at the same time, they just got 87,000 new IRS agents, and I think it's linked one-to-one They're going to go after not just the president, not just politicians, but every single one of us that are against the establishment in this country, MAGA Republicans, and even people that are just upset about the establishment.
Well, not just that.
Look at that left-wing journalist, Matt Taibbi, who's testifying about Twitter censorship on Capitol Hill.
The day he's testifying, an IRS agent knocks on his door.
You're absolutely right.
It's not just about the president.
It's about anybody who dares to disagree with him and anybody who loves America.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Alex, Wisconsin, Line 5.
Oh, wonderful program, Doctor, and great plumpers.
I think we must be the same age.
You mean we're of the same excellent vintage?
Well, yes.
Okay, that's a much better way to put it.
Thanks.
I have a potential t-shirt acronym that is perfect for what's going on.
DFL.
Distribution of False Litigation.
That's all I got.

Short but sweet.
Thank you kindly, Alex.

Pretty much.
I have a pretty big file here.
If there's anything left, then let's move it over.
Hi, what's your name?
Sorry, where are you calling from?
No.
What do you want to say?
All right, hang on.
All right.
The governor of Florida does not know the facts, so he cannot talk about questionable facts.
In this case, he doesn't know them.
Only the grand jury knows, and this is a sealed indictment.
So he's making a statement about something he doesn't know the answer to and throwing out, as you said, Andrew, dog whistles.
You know, historically, this meme, this idea among the right that African-Americans, black folks who are in positions are controlled by some Jewish overseer who's pulling their strings.
That's what that statement reads like.
America First.
Magnificent!
There's an aspect to all of this that is nary mentioned, but because I'm a national security guy, it's super important.
We're going to play you another clip from Matt Gaetz.
But first, if you need this radio show, if you like what we do for you, support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell, friend of President Trump.
He's under attack as well from the FBI as well.
Support him.
He's sold 71 million of his MyPillow.
It's that good.
He's just launched the second generation.
Used my name for up to 66% off.
Go to mypillow.com, promo code GORKA, the number 800-829-8468, mypillow.com for massive, massive deductions.
The code is G-O-R-K-A.
This is another aspect, incredibly important.
Cut six.
I spoke with President Trump moments ago and he is resolute and focused and he's concerned about what this does to America's brand around the world.
We will wake up in a very different America tomorrow because we can no longer have moral authority against the dictators and despots who would always find it easier to jail their political rivals than to compete against them in free and fair elections.
When we see police state tactics in this country, how can we tell anybody else not to do the same?
That's Matt's point, and it's a very important one, and we're going to unpack it further.
Let's go to the state of Florida, where the President resides, Line 1, Keith.
Hello, sir.
Thank you for taking my call, and I want to thank you for the book that you sent me about a month ago.
I'm calling on a junk phone from work.
Can you hear me okay?
Yes, carry on, Keith.
Okay, and I called that scumbag's office, Alvin Bragg.
Hang on, you're breaking up.
You called Bragg's office?
Yes, sir.
And I got his phone number, and I would like for a million patriots to call that scumbag's office.
And you can leave a message, and I called him about four times today.
All right, stay on the line, Keith.
We'll get the number from you, and we will verify it, and we will share it with millions of listeners.
John, North Carolina, line two.
Hey, Dr. G. Glad to hear from you a little bit.
My thing is for Tuesday is all those Americans that's got flagpoles flagged the American flag upside down to show that we're distressed.
Yeah, that's a great idea.
It is the official flag protocol signal of a vessel in distress is to fly the flag upside down.
It's not a bad idea, but also fly a flag that supports President Trump.
We have just made it.
It's up on our website.
Tell everyone around you who you are and what you believe in and you're not going to let them get away with it.
It's a flag.
We've also made a t-shirt.
It says, I stand with 45.
Trump 2024.
It's the least you can do.
It's the least we can do.
And we also must protest and protest peacefully.
Go right now to SebGorkerStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-8-Store.com.
SebGorkerStore.com.
We've only just begun.
One hour down, two more to go.
Stay with us here on America First.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
This hour of America First starts right now on Salem News Channel.
Do we still have rule of law in the United States?
Is there still a blindfold over the eyes of Lady Justice?
For the first time in American history, a former president has been indicted.
Alvin Bragg, the Soros-funded DA in Manhattan, has Released the grand jury charges, allegedly more than 30 counts concerning a former misdemeanor from seven years ago.
What does it mean?
We'll give you my analysis, hour two, America first.
The doctor is in America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel, the antidote to the mainstream media.
The End.
This is Second Amendment Friday on America First with Dr. G. I thank God every day that America still, for the time being, remains the freest nation on God's earth, and we remain so because of our right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than the Carr Firearms Group.
Their story is the American dream, and their products are second to none.
Car firearms group is the source of high quality firearms for you.
I carry a 9mm car every day.
Check out their weapons at KAHR.com and they also have the iconic Desert Eagle line of weapons, the historic American auto ordinance and now the latest It's beautiful, absolutely beautiful.
It is the President Trump Make America Great Again 1911.
Custom gun, beautiful.
Let's go through the pictures so everybody can see them.
Custom, beautiful black and white finish.
It is available right now at galleryofguns.com.
That's the Presidential Make America Great Again Donald J. Trump 45 is called Trump One.
Go to galleryofguns.com to get your custom 1911 in homage to President Trump.
Right, it is with a heavy heart I connect to my former White House colleague who is, I don't know where he is right now, I do know he is advising President Trump.
He's also a man of the law, Boris Epstein.
Welcome back to America First.
Sebastian, great to be on with you.
It's an honor to be with you and your audience.
So, you are senior advisor to the Trump campaign.
You are an attorney.
We can't go into the details of the case, of course.
We don't want to undermine anything President Trump and his advisors and his attorneys are planning.
But let me just ask, first things first, how is the President doing?
President Trump is, as always, standing tall for America.
He's fighting against weaponization, fighting against targeting by law enforcement of conservatives and of the MAGA movement, and he's fighting against this new tool in the toolbox of election interference that woke radical liberals are using.
They're using targeted, weaponized persecutions as election interference because they know that they're losing.
They know that President Trump is up by 30, 40, 50 points in the polls in the primary, up by huge numbers in the general, and they're using law enforcement to go after him, to go after Americans, to go after the MAGA movement.
President Trump is standing tall.
He is fighting on all cylinders, and I'm happy to report that we are going to continue to win these battles, just as we have been for almost a decade.
Now, so you know the practice of the law, I just have to ask you a kind of question that, as a non-attorney, leaves me scratching my head.
We were told three days ago that the grand jury was going to take a hiatus of a month Sebastian, it is peculiar.
whole of April, they'd be shut down on this case.
Then we hear yesterday in the early evening and in the late afternoon that they have indicted the president.
In your experience with the law, how peculiar, how strange is it to have those two contradictory announcements occurring in the space of less than 72 hours?
Sebastian, it is peculiar.
It is strange.
But what is the most peculiar, the most strange, the most unacceptable is the fact that everybody knows that President Trump did nothing wrong.
Everyone knows.
There was no error, no misdemeanor, no crime, no case.
And yet, the woke, radical Manhattan D.A., bought and funded and paid for by George Soros, And pushed on by liberals all across the country is choosing to misuse, to commit prosecutorial misconduct, to misdirect his office and attacking President Donald J. Trump.
But again, if you look at the huge outpouring of support for the president from all corners of the country, and if you look at the almost universal disdain for this case, this is going to end up just like the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
Just like Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, impeachment number one, impeachment number two, the illegal unconstitutional raid on Mar-a-Lago, this is going to Boomerang and blow back on the Democrats in the worst way possible, as it will only help to carry President Trump back to the White House as soon as possible.
Absolutely.
Elon Musk, who's not a huge MAGA, America's first individual, said on the first news of Alvin Bragg's impending indictment, he said, the left have just guaranteed that President Trump will be the next president.
It's hard to disagree with Mr. Musk.
We have a way for all of our millions of listeners to stand with President Trump right now.
As soon as we heard the news, we designed it.
It is already available at the website.
It is the I Stand With 45 Trump 2024 flag or t-shirt.
Tell the world that you understand and you won't stand for police state tactics in America.
Go right now to sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Boris, you, like me, are an immigrant to this country and, you know, let's move away from the law for a second.
You and President Trump and his team are going to be busy.
I want to ask you how you internalize and how you understand this kind of phenomena.
This is on a national cable show.
It's meant to be humor.
This was broadcast yesterday within minutes of the announcement.
And a kind of beggar's belief.
Let's play Stephen Colbert, cut three.
Just a little something worth celebrating today because literally three minutes before I walked out on the stage here, the New York Times reported a New York grand jury voted to indict former president Donald Trump.
Oh, sucky-ducky!
And on top of that, he goes on to say this as well, which is even more heinous.
This is cut for... Ladies and gentlemen, he was right!
We're finally saying Merry Christmas again!
This is... And you know what?
I didn't know this was gonna be coming.
I thought maybe it would never come.
I used to think, what does it matter if it came?
I didn't know it would feel this good.
Come on!
This is good.
This is good news for everybody, even him.
He now gets to join his J6 prison choir, you know.
They're number one on iTunes.
So, a couple of things here that you can react to, Boris.
Number one, he's making fun of Christians saying... I'll give you ten seconds.
So, he's making fun of Christians, talking about how this is a Christmas present.
He's joking about the President going to prison, eating ice cream as he's announcing it.
If it were one person, I get it, but it's not one person, it's a person with a TV show.
And then, perhaps the creepiest of all, as an American who chose this country, He didn't even say what the president was indicted for.
He just said he was indicted.
And the audience of fellow Americans goes crazy in ecstasy.
I find this hard to explain, Boris.
Help me.
It is disgusting.
It is despicable.
It is un-American.
And it shows just how divorced from reality, Sebastian, the left has become.
And also how mainstream media has left a huge swath of America behind as it focuses on their woke, radical, disgusting agenda.
I'm trying to avoid getting into any FTC fines, but I will tell you that there's not much... The actual premise is obviously absolutely deranged and unacceptable, but that kind of reaction on CBS It tells you how far America has sunk and how badly it needs clearing.
And Colbert, his pathetic audience, their disgusting team, they all need to look at themselves in the mirror and think about what horrible human beings they are while they're cheering.
And I'm sure, at the same time, as they were cheering for our cities being burned and pillaged by BLM and woke Antifa.
One last question.
How telling is it that the Manhattan DA ran away from his office last night, jumped into his SUV with his bodyguards, and has sealed the indictment, which is meant to be used for flight risks and fugitives from the law?
Doesn't that tell you how afraid they are and how weak this case is?
Well, Sebastian, without commenting on the specifics, here's what I'll say.
All of them know it's weak.
The liberals know it's weak.
Obviously, the conservatives know it's a complete nothing burger, but the liberals know that they are trying every single little thing to stop President Trump, but they also deep, deep in their sad, festering hearts know that they cannot do so, because America stands with President Donald J. Trump and the MAGA movement.
Yeah, it is a perfect description.
They're festering, festering dark hearts.
Thank you, Boris, for taking time.
Please say hello to President Trump.

We need to send them a message.
Thank you.
Yeah, that was the thing with Colbert that I thought was strange, too.
I watched the whole three minute thing, they never mentioned what it was about.
I know.
He's been indicted.
Not a single joke, either.
Not like, nothing clever, or no punchline, nothing.
It's literally just, hey, here's the news that he got indicted, and they scream like maniacs.
This is so perverse.
Uh, show me cut ten again.
God made me in her image.
God made me transgender.
And to see these people so cynically weaponize this and exploit these children's debts and their teachers' debts, it breaks my heart.
I wonder what those families are thinking right now.
Is Sean just phone?
Yes.
He said he can do Skype next time.
Do you want the mic's on or off?

Mic's off.
Thank you.

Welcome back, dear friends.
Welcome back, dear friends.
The greatness of America at its core are our liberties.
No country is as free and will remain free thanks to one thing, the first civil right of all, which is the Second Amendment.

All right, no better guest to discuss a range of issues with than the founder, the CEO of one of our favorite websites.
It's The Federalist.
It's been a while.
Welcome back, Sean Davis.
Thank you for having me.
Right, we have to discuss all kinds of things while you were locked out of your Twitter account, what went on in Nashville and the broader ramifications.
But first, let's talk about the news of the last 24 hours.
Alvin Bragg, I have said as an immigrant to this country whose parents escaped communism, we have crossed a line here and there can be no negotiating with the other side.
We have to crush them politically and then we have to dismantle I mean, it's an embarrassment.
And unfortunately, it's not surprising at all.
The left has made clear that the only crime they care about, the only one they will not tolerate is opposing their politics.
And with Trump having been president, potentially being president again, they're going to set an example with him that if you oppose us, especially if you win, you will pay.
And it's interesting to remember, I was reminded by a colleague today, he's not the first Republican presidential candidate to be indicted on nonsense.
Recall that Rick Perry was indicted by a corrupt Travis County DA back in 2014 when he vetoed funding for a prosecutor's office after the prosecutor had been driving drunk and gotten caught on video bullying the cops and attacking them.
And they said he had to go to prison because he'd abused his power.
This is not a new trend with the left.
They hate their opposition and they will crush them by any means necessary and Trump is just the latest victim of it.
So let me kind of pass out because there's so many facets to this news.
We have of course, you know, one version which is this is just the latest iteration of seven years of political persecution from Billy Bush to Operation Crossfire Hurricane to the Mueller probe to Impeachment 1, Impeachment 2, Raid on Mar-a-Lago, Southern District of New York, January 6th Commission, on and on and on.
And then there's, you know, the weaponization of the justice system in America.
But perhaps, tell me what you think of this take.
For me, the most significant aspect of this story is that it is really an attempt to negate the will of the American people, because it's not just a former president.
It is to use that British phrase, the current leader of the opposition, who is between 20 and 40 points ahead of his next rival for the GOP nomination, which means he is the, you know, know, the de facto, if not the de jure leader of the opposition.
And this is an attempt to knock him out of politics and therefore negate the will of tens of millions of people.
Isn't this perhaps the most disturbing aspect, Sean?
It is true.
I don't disagree with any of that, but I think it's actually worse.
They're not just trying to kick him out of politics forever, though they're doing that.
They are also sending a message to anyone else who might wish to step into the breach and serve their country.
We're not stopping there.
We'll do this to you, too.
So it is actually far more insidious and chilling and destructive than just trying to get revenge against Trump.
They're trying to send a message to everyone who opposes them.
It doesn't matter what you do.
It doesn't matter who you are, how much power you have, or how much money you have.
We will stop at nothing until we crush you.
What is the dividing line right now?
I've said on the show already that this is where the real conservatives, the real patriots, get separated from the rhinos, the uniparty, fake conservatives.
If you are a patriot, if you're a conservative, what should you be saying?
What should Americans be expecting from those in this fetid city that have the capital letter R after their name, Sean?
So I was talking about this with my colleague Molly Hemingway and with my friend Ned Ryan, and we often use the shorthand phrase at The Federalist, knowing what time it is.
That's our term for determining who gets it and who doesn't.
The people who know what time it is right now know that the Rubicon has been crossed and that if Republicans just do their same old thing of tut-tutting and sitting back and saying, oh, this is bad, but we can't return in kind because that's not who we are.
That's the talk of losers.
And the doctrine that I would bring up is what we use to win the Cold War, which was mutually assured destruction.
The Soviets knew that if they launched something against us first, we would nuke them back.
We would both empty our arsenals and we'd be toast.
And the result was each side had a healthy respect for the other, knowing that if they did anything wrong or stepped out of line, it could meet the end of the world.
Instead, what we have in the Republican Party now is a bunch of people, the equivalent, saying to the Soviet Union, if you nuke us first, we just need you to know that's not who we are and we're not going to respond in kind.
And what happens when you do that is you surrender.
So what we actually need from our leaders in the Republican Party is to go back and do it Democrats good and hard exactly what they're doing to us.
We should have DAs in every red area, state, city, county in the country, finding Democrats and doing this to them.
We should have AGs doing this.
They need to understand that this game does not just get to be played by one side.
And if they want to play this game, there's going to be pain for them, just like they want pain for us.
Who's going to lead that justified retribution?
I don't know.
I almost feel like that is the question of the time when we're talking about, you know, party leaders and who's going to take up the mantle.
Who on our side knows what time it is and is going to be willing to step it up and say the things that we all know are true and do the things that we all know need to happen?
I don't have a good answer to that.
It might be someone who's obvious out there.
It might not be.
But it's obvious to me that we are sorely lacking in leadership on the Republican side.
There's just a bunch of people who are happy with the status quo, who don't ever want to stick up and get mowed down because they're the tallest blade of grass.
And then so we're just led like sheep to the slaughter by leaders who couldn't care less about their flocks.
Yeah, this is when we find out who knows what the time is.
It is TheFederalist.com.

So, Max is...
How's things going?
It's a hard question for me this week, given where we are and what we've been through.
I mean, our business is good, but it's kind of hard to, you know, think past what happened on Monday and friends of ours who are dealing with a lot of that.
It's been a difficult week.
You know people who were affected?
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
All right.
Let's have B-roll in that case, Eric, of the body cam from Monday.
And also the police chief, if you can find it.
Oh yeah, let me see if I can find it.
PhD.
Yes.
Play me cut two and...
Hang on.
Cut seven again when you're ready.
Cut two.
All right.
What he is essentially doing in talking to his base, those who, as John put it, are still under his spell, is basically take up arms against our government, state and local.
And particularly after January 6th, Mr. Trump ought to know the consequences of this kind of rhetoric.
Cut seven.
The governor of Florida does not know the facts, so he cannot talk about questionable facts in this case.
He doesn't know them.
Only the grand jury knows, and this is a sealed indictment.
So he's making a statement about something he doesn't know the answer to and throwing out, as you said, Andrew, dog whistles.
You know, historically, this meme, this idea among the right that African-Americans, black folks who are in positions, are controlled by some Jewish overseer who's pulling their strings.
That's what that statement reads like.
I love she can't even give an example.
Yeah, I know.
And Schiff again?
Schiff.
Oh, cut number... The next one.
It's the next one.
Eight.
Eight.
All right.
I fear far worse.
What we have seen with Donald Trump is whenever he is allowed to escape accountability, he engages in worse and worse misconduct.
Should he be rewarded with another term, he would begin where he left office, and that is begin at the point of an insurrection, and it would just descend from there.
All right.

Just go to TheFederalist.com, bookmark it.
Sean, a very tough week, not just because of the political news, but because of what happened in Nashville.
We pray for the souls of the children lost, the adults lost, and for the families who Shouldn't have had to go through this.
We also salute, we have this amazing footage, we played all of it as soon as we got it on Tuesday of the two officers who dealt ultimate justice.
Real men who killed a fake man.
Sean, is this to be handled as something sui generis, as an outlier, or given the trans day of vengeance and the three other trans killers we've seen in recent years, Should we be talking about a fact pattern?
Absolutely, and I would argue per capita The radical transgender movement is the most deadly and dangerous terrorist movement in America right now.
Wow.
These are people who clearly hate themselves to the point of mutilating and disfiguring their bodies.
Why on earth would they think more about the lives and bodies of anyone else?
These are people who utterly reject reality.
They're delusional.
They're deranged.
They're violent.
Many of them are pumped full of hormones that they don't quite understand.
And they are told by the entirety of our society not that they're delusional, not that they have a poor grasp on reality, but that they're normal and that everyone else is wrong.
And that the reason they hate themselves and the reason they feel so odd, not because they have a mental illness that needs treated, but because nobody else agrees with their view of reality.
And I'll be honest with you, if we as a society cannot agree on basic things like what's a boy and what's a girl, we have no common ground.
You cannot discuss tax policy or crime policy when people can't tell you we know what a boy is or what a girl is.
And when they say things like this, this is a trans activist, calls herself Charlotte Clymer.
She is actually a he.
He says he's a lesbian, which is weird because a man cannot be a lesbian.
This is on MSNBC, and this is perhaps one of the most outrageous things I've ever heard from one of these mental patients.
Cut 10.
God made me in her image.
God made me transgender.
And to see these people so cynically weaponize this and exploit these children's debts and their teachers' debts, it breaks my heart.
I wonder what those families are thinking right now.
That is a man who calls himself Charlotte Clymer, saying, God made me in his image.
The Bible's pretty clear, Sean.
God made man and God made woman.
Can I tell you what I thought when I heard that spoken there?
Get behind me, Satan.
Yes.
Because that is blasphemy and it is heresy.
God absolutely made us in his image.
God the Father.
And what that means is that, as the Bible says, your body is a temple to the Holy Spirit.
God lives in you.
And when God makes you in his image, how dare you mutilate the creation that reflects his glory?
How dare you take away your ability to function and reproduce?
It is a disgusting, detestable blasphemy.
I pray that God would redeem that person's soul and bring him to the light, but that type of ideology is evil, it's demonic and satanic, and good, decent people ought to have nothing whatsoever to do with it.
Truly diabolical.
Sean, why did the FBI rush to Nashville to get the female killers manifesto and take it to DC?
It's a great question.
I think we all know the answer, which is that the facts of this case are devastating to the left, to the Democrat Party, and to the entire radical transgender movement.
We all know why this happened.
We all know why that person decided to go shoot up a bunch of nine-year-olds and Christian teachers.
It had to do with the warped ideology and the lies that are being fed to these people by the left, and they don't want the truth getting out because the truth destroys their narrative.
So what do they do?
They go out and they posture as if they're the ones who are truly in danger, that they're the real martyrs, that everyone else is a villain.
And the Biden admin does this with everything.
Whenever the narrative changes to something they don't like, they snuff it out.
And that's why they won't refuse, why they won't release this manifesto.
We only have a couple of seconds left.
Why were you suspended from Twitter, Sean?
I was suspended for telling the truth that this heinous massacre happened just days ahead of a scheduled Trans Day of Vengeance.
And Twitter banned me and locked me out as a result of it.
And Robbie Starbuck managed to exert pressure on what did you call them in the break?
The little Maoists in Palo Alto.
And he's back!
He's not sure if he's going to tweet, but in the meantime you can follow him at The Federalist.
Please go right now.
Sean M. Dabb on Twitter and TheFederalist.com.
God bless you, Sean, for your courage to speak the truth.

No other company personifies that more than the Carr Firearms Group, led by my good friend Justin Moon.
CAR stands strong and unashamed in their support of our right to keep and bear arms.
Americans can be sure that no matter what happens, CAR firearms will be at the front lines fighting for your Second Amendment rights.
Their story is the American dream, and their products are second to none.
I carry a 9mm car every single day.
Check out their weapons at kahr.com.
They also own the iconic Desert Eagle line of weapons and the historic American auto ordinance line, including the 1911.

Right.
It's Friday.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
We are delighted to have with us somebody who understands what the Second Amendment is really for.
He's a warrior.
He's the founder of the Warrior Poet Society, John Lovell.
Welcome back to America First.
Always a pleasure.
How you doing, man?
Good to see you.
I am pissed.
That's what I am.
I'm pissed.
I am saddened by what happened in Nashville and I'm also respectful and I salute what the officers Collazo and Engelbert and their fellow law enforcement officers did.
You train people to be warriors.
You are the head of the Warrior Poets Society.
Let's start with that.
We have the B-roll footage.
We have the body cam footage.
You train people to do this.
You're a former operator.
Will you walk us through your assessment of what we saw from this?
One officer had simply his sidearm His pistol, the other one, had a low power variable scope.
He dealt ultimate justice to this transgender murderer.
Will you talk us through this footage and what happened on Monday?
Sure, no problem.
So first off, I gotta give a great hand to these guys because unlike Uvalde, they actually had the stones to enter.
Yeah.
So we really, really appreciate them having spines and doing their job.
Ultimately, the person that put them down was somebody who had In this footage, you see the officer had already pre-staged his long gun, his AR-15, properly stowing the sling.
That's great.
Took commands here from this gal.
You notice the officer responded nice, calm, cool, and collected.
This is a guy who has done his homework, who has spent a very long time preparing, and now he's going to work.
And so, I like everything I'm seeing.
When the officers entered, I saw bold, decisive action.
I could tell there's some stuff that I would have liked to be better, but hey, you know what?
Great, decisive action.
These were guys that were clearly hunting, and that was fantastic.
These were guys who wanted to stop an active killer, someone truly mentally deranged.
And they just they did just that.
There was a moment for me that was kind of seminal where they hear the gunfire and they change from the first floor and they run up the stairs to the second floor.
And they hear the killer firing rapid fire out of the window at their fellow officers in their patrol vehicles.
And as they hear that fusillade of fire, they actually accelerate.
They're already, you know, stacking up and moving, but they hear the fire and they get faster.
They actually rush towards the danger, John.
Right.
That's what I observed as well.
It seemed like they hit a second gear and started moving much faster.
But right now, as you see through the footage, they're seeking to destroy.
They don't really know where the killer is.
And so they're running in between clear zones.
They're about to enter right into another classroom, which has nothing in it.
Once they finally hear those shots, they know exactly where it is.
And they ended up just really turning the tempo up.
And was able to decisively make it a target, put rounds on, put them down, and stop the killing.
Now let's translate this to the civilian world.
These are peace officers.
They carry a badge and a gun.
They're sworn law enforcement.
I carry a gun in multiple jurisdictions.
Wherever I am authorized to do so, I carry a weapon, including in the nation's capital.
What is the lesson of Monday for people who aren't law enforcement, John?
Well, I think if there had just been a few key staff here at the school, they wouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes for cops to arrive, or however long it did.
13 minutes.
13 minutes, and so that's updated since I last heard it.
But still, 13 minutes on site.
Imagine just one person who is a protector of people had a gun on site.
How many people would have been killed then?
Perhaps zero.
Perhaps two.
Perhaps just one.
But I know if I'd been that day, it's just a civilian.
Now I'm a civilian.
I'm now to the military.
I carry a gun everywhere I go.
And I wish somebody, another warrior poet, had been there on scene before the cops so that more tragedy could have been sidestepped.
Almost at the same time, the man who's meant to secure America, the Secretary of Homeland Security, was asked about his intentions with our Second Amendment rights.
Let's listen to the testimony from Alejandro Mayorkas.
You personally think we should ban assault weapons, and I know you to be an intelligent man and a thinking person, so I know you've thought about it.
What is it about a military, what do you mean by a military-style weapon?
Senator, I really must say that you are probing a very, very important area, definitionally, in which I do not have the requisite expertise.
Your reaction, a member of the cabinet wants to ban something he cannot define, John?
Yeah, real problematic.
It completely skirts the whole point of why we have these guns.
I've seen Joe Biden talk about banning weapons of war and failing to really concede that the Second Amendment is about protecting us from the government.
So whatever the government's got, the civilian populace has got.
too, right?
But also even they say the assault weapons.
Well, these are not assault weapons.
Assault weapon is this very specific definition as do something that can fire three round burst or it fires automatically.
So the long gun, the black rifle, the air 15 that the police officer had, as well as the active killer is not technically an assault rifle.
Armalite 15.
Armalite, not assault rifle, but it's so telling that they can't define the thing that they want to remove from us, which is in fact our right to own, because we are the ultimate guarantors of our liberty.
All right, far too short.
We have to get you back for a longer chat.
In the meantime, check out his new show, WarriorPoetSociety.com.
Follow him on Twitter, JohnLovell275.

I've heard he's pretty good.

A friend of mine, I had this total, like, eureka moment.
A friend of mine was talking of possible VP picks for Trump in 2024.
And he says, the perfect choice has been staring us in the face all this time.
Someone with government experience, someone who's loyal to Trump, someone who the establishment likes enough, you know, he wouldn't alienate moderate voters.
Devin Nunes.
Hmm.
I'm like, that's actually an amazing choice.
I don't think it'll be him, but he would be really good.
Trouble is, what does he bring, right?
Yeah, that's the... I mean, because they say you don't want him to pick someone else who also just riles up the base, because he does that himself, obviously.
But yeah, even when he went, like, full pro-Trump with the memo and everything, the establishment always liked him.
You know, they never treated him the way they treat, like, MTG or Matt Gaetz, so...
No, but traditionally, and I know this is just political conventional wisdom, you're supposed to bring a geographic region, right?
Right.
California or Florida or Texas.
Yeah, he was a rep from California, but he doesn't bring California.
No, he does not.
Nobody brings California.
But he should be in the administration.
Oh, 100%.
Oh, 100%.
15 seconds.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
Well, We've played it already, but it's important.
It's Matt Gaetz, 20 seconds long.
It's about an aspect of the decision out of Manhattan that not enough people are talking about.
Cut six.
Play cut.
The message this sends to the world is very dangerous.
By becoming a police state, we are helping those who already are police states, and they know that they can continue to undermine us, and that America is no longer America.
Thanks to our caller.
He's right.
This is the number for Alvin Bragg's office in Manhattan.
Call right now.
2-1-2-3-3-5-9-thousand.
Write this number down if you care about the future of America.
2-1-2-3-3-5-9-thousand.
Call and leave a message.
Keep it clean, but tell them what you think of their arrest of President Trump on Tuesday.
Okay, let's squeeze in one more caller before the manhood hour.
Let's go to North Carolina.
Matt, welcome.
Matt, you're up.
Oh, I know he's been waiting patiently.
If not, let's go to a clip I hadn't had time for, but tells you everything you need to know about the left, the most mendacious person in DC.
And that's saying something.
The walking bag of excrement and lies that is Adam Schiff.
Cut eight.
Did you hear what he just said?
What we have seen with Donald Trump is whenever he is allowed to escape accountability, he engages in worse and worse misconduct.
Should he be rewarded with another term, he would begin where he left office.
And that is begin at the point of an insurrection.
And it would just descend from there.
Did you hear what he just said?
He said if he wins another election, he would start with an insurrection.
I mean, that's a definition of gaslighting.
Winning the mandate of the people, being elected to office, is an insurrection.
It's only an insurrection because it's a Republican.
A Republican who will destroy the deep state.
If you stand with President Trump, tell the world today, if you've got a flagpole, if you wear t-shirts, You've got to raise this flag.
I stand with 45.
Trump 2024.
T-shirt and flag.
We designed it this morning.
It's available right now.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
We'll be back with a real man for the manhood hour.
This is America First. America
First. America
First.
America First.
America First.
We need to show people this.
What you did, springing into action like this, is literally amazing.
Most journalists wouldn't do it.
You mentioned sometimes you just have to help.
Do you get any reaction from fellow journalists?
Were there other journalists standing there and just watching, Chuck?
I like to think I'm a man first and a journalist second and I don't think I could call myself a man if I'd sit and watch somebody die because they didn't have somebody to help them across.
It's a clip I played again and again and again.
It's, I don't know, at least six months old.
That's Grant Stinchfield's voice you can hear.
And it's a colleague of his, a colleague of mine from Newsmax, a freelance war correspondent, Chuck Holton, who was in Ukraine as something bad was happening to a hospital.
And he's there to cover the news and be a journalist and instead he helps to evacuate people from our hospital because he says he's a man first and a correspondent second well what a perfect guest for the manhood hour grant was with us last time and he said you got to get this guy chuck on because he's actually written a book about it and we're delighted to have him chuck holton welcome to the manhood hour Thank you for having me, Sebastian.
All right.
Well, it's great to connect with you once again.
So much to discuss.
I don't even know if we're going to pack it all into one hour, given that let's put the book up on the screen.
You've actually written a kind of guidebook, a five-step plan for making men.
So I'm so excited to talk to you about these issues, and I'm very grateful to Grant for Reminding me that, you know, you're out there and you showed us by example what it means to be a man.
Before we proceed with my key questions, will you walk us through that incident in Ukraine?
What was happening there and why you did what you did?
Right.
That was the evacuation of Irpin in early March, and that was about as close as the Russians got to reaching the city limits of Kiev.
As they were taking over Irpin, the Ukrainians bombed the bridge connecting Irpin to Kiev.
And that left a lot of people stranded on the other side of the bridge.
So it was a very rushing river, deep, very cold, and people were trying to get across these little narrow boards that they had laid across the rubble to get to the safe side of that bridge.
Unfortunately, a lot of those people were sick, aged, or already wounded.
And so what we encountered when we got there was a lot of people that were bunching up on the other side of the bridge that just couldn't get across on their own.
So I wasn't the only journalist that was helping people.
I actually took that guy from an AP journalist who had kind of gassed out, had been carrying him for some way, and couldn't get him up the hill.
So I just, you know, went and helped him out, picked him up, and he only had one leg, and his other leg was broken, so he couldn't walk at all.
Incredible footage.
And it was one of those things where there were bodies up there on the bridge where snipers had killed people and people were kind of hiding underneath the bridge.
So it was a crisis situation without a doubt.
Yeah, you can see that he's an amputee in that footage.
Chuck, for those who haven't met you before or seen your war correspondent footage and coverage of late, tell us a little bit about your career path, how you got to be.
What did you say before we came on air?
You just got back from a trip.
How many nations in Asia did you visit in how many days?
Half a dozen Asian nations in 14 days.
I usually travel to about 25 countries a year.
I've been doing that for two decades.
I started out in the special operations community in the U.S.
Army, was in the Army for eight years, flew helicopters, the last four of those, and then once I got out of college, became a stockbroker for about 10 years, and made a lot of money, honestly, but had this epiphany when I realized that all of my clients, who were all multi-millionaires, Told me at some point in our relationship, you know, I just wish I spent more time with my kids.
And I realized that I was headed down that same path.
And so I started looking for a way to restructure my life where I could have more impact on my children and have more time with them.
So that's how I became a writer.
Uh, and that, you know, that had its own challenges, but, uh, and not the least of which is a lot less money.
But, uh, it led to me getting called because I was writing about military topics right at the beginning of the war, uh, getting called from certain agencies, news agencies to become kind of a talking head and then got asked to go to the war zone and cover the war.
And that's how I got to be a war correspondent.
That's quite a story, Special Operations Community stockbroker, helicopter pilot, and then war correspondent.
I've got to ask you, because I love Rotary Wing, what's your favorite platform?
Oh, I mean, if I had my choice, it'd either be like an A-Star or a Dolphin, but I flew the OH-58 scout helicopter as a co-pilot, so it really was not considered a pilot.
It was called an Aeroscout Observer.
It was the only enlisted position that the Army had that actually got flight time, because you're in a two-seater, so that's You have to be able to land the thing if the pilot gets shot.
Very cool, very cool.
All right, Chuck, let's start.
Question number one.
Is manhood under assault in our nation and in our civilization?
No, without a doubt.
Absolutely.
I think that the left especially is very, they're very scared of real men.
You know, it's funny because as I went through the process of writing this book and doing research as a journalist on what it means to be a man, I realized and started teaching my sons that wherever you go as a man, people ought to be a little bit safer because you're there.
And nobody should ever be afraid to see you come home.
And the world should be a better place because you existed.
That doesn't sound like the kind of thing that would be very scary, but the world sees it a different way.
The world sees manhood as dangerous because a man who's engaged in the world around him is very powerful.
And the world doesn't like powerful men.
But that's exactly what the world needs.
And so that's the kind of boys that I wanted to raise.
I woke up one day in my mid 30s and realized I've got three little boys and I'm supposed to make men out of these little guys.
And I'm not sure I've got that figured out for myself yet.
So that's kind of what started the process of me putting this book together was it was a quest to nail down what it means to be a man for myself.
And to answer that question that every young man asks at some point in his life, and that is, what do I have to do to prove to the world that I've got what it takes to be a man?
Yeah, fabulous.
We're going to walk through the five steps of your program.
What do you think of all the various options?
We have media, social media, colleges.
We have, you know, the high schools.
Hollywood, you name it.
What is the most pernicious source of this assault?
If you had to say in military terms, the center of gravity for the assault on classic manhood comes from X. What do you think is the most dangerous?
Public schools.
You know, if you read the book Atlas Shrugged, there's a very good quote in there from a woman in the book who is homeschooling her boys.
And that was at a time when that was not done.
And she said, I will not Abandon my sons to a system that teaches them to be afraid.
And I think that that's a very good description of what public schooling is all about these days.
It's lowest common denominator education.
It is designed to make your kids, you know, just compliant little sheep.
And to remove from them the impetus to hustle.
And I think that the one thing that you should be able to teach your sons, if you don't do anything else, is to teach them the concept of hustle.
And I think public schools do a very great disservice to our kids in that regard.
All right, you're going to define for us what hustle means momentarily, but in the meantime, you got to check out his The Hot Zone podcast on YouTube.
He actually had a thing called the Toxic Masculinity Minute.
We might have to steal that under copyright from Chuck.
The book, you've got to check it out right now, is Making Men Five Steps to Growing Up from Chuck Colton with Trevor Williams.
You can follow him right now at Ranger.
It's very easy.
Just go to at Ranger Holton.
You don't have to have the book still up.
I'm not talking about the book anymore.

All right, let's...
Let's start the big work.
By the way, it's interesting, with most of our guests, and we've had, you know, founding members of Delta Force, we've had great strategic minds like Victor Davis Hanson.
When I asked them what the source of the assault on masculinity is, there's very often a pause, there's a bit of a rumination, a little bit of a discussion, a back and forth with me.
With you, Chuck, it was like, boom, public schools.
There was no hesitation.
So it's clear that you've been doing some thinking on this.
Let's start with...
What was the greatest influence upon you?
This is a really fun question.
For a lot of our guests, of course, it's their father.
For some, it was football coach.
It was their training sergeant.
It was, for Jack Carr, the former SEAL, the author of Terminalist, he said it was fictional characters, heroes that he read stories about.
In your life, who are the people who helped you understand the definition of what it is to be a man?
You know, I was very fortunate to grow up in a time and place in America where I was surrounded by Positive, good male role models.
And most of these guys were military veterans.
They had come back from either World War II or Korea.
They were my coaches, my teachers, and a lot of guys at my church.
When I grew up, we went to church every Sunday, and my parents must have gone around to all the other families in church and said, if you see little Charlie doing anything he shouldn't be doing, you kick his butt and then tell us and we'll do it again.
Because I probably got disciplined by every guy in that church as a rambunctious young man.
But those guys very often would pull me aside and say, you know, I see something special in you and you've got what it takes.
And that kind of affirmation coming from guys that are, you know, combat veterans and things like that was very powerful in my life.
And when they would take me camping or take me with them to work or hire me to work around their ranch, Soaked up manhood from watching them.
And I think that's something that our kids really don't get these days anymore, unfortunately.
Our kids are going to have role models, one way or another.
And God forbid it's something like a sports star that paints his hair blue or some idiot on TV.
There are plenty of positive male role models out there.
I just think we've got to work a little harder to get our sons around those guys.
Is there anybody amongst those men at church and elsewhere who you'd like to recognize by name as being especially influential?
Ken Strunk.
I don't know if he owed my dad money or what, but he took me backpacking every year from about the time I was eight until I left Carson City, Nevada about, I don't know, 15 or so.
And he was a former UDT member, you know, precursor to the Navy SEALs in the Korean War.
And he would take me out, and he would sit around and just hold forth on what it meant to be a man, and taught me a lot about manhood.
And he's still around to this day, and I still love that guy like nobody's business.
All right.
We salute you.
All right.
Now, I want to go through the five steps in your book.
Before we get to that, let's talk about what your definition is.
I ask this of all my friends and all our guests.
What is your definition?
Definition for what it means to be a true man.
What are the non-negotiable characteristics according to Chuck Holton?
Well, I put them down in those five categories, those five things.
What I wanted my sons to be able to do when they start to ask that question, what does it mean to be a man and how do I prove myself?
I wanted to give them a yardstick, something that I could teach them, that they could say, okay, if I measure up in these five areas, then I don't have to ask that question anymore.
Because I think a lot of the unhealthy behaviors we see from young guys you know, putting a tattoo in the middle of their face or driving their motorcycle 900 miles an hour down the freeway, something like that, are attempts to answer that question.
And so I wanted to give my sons some real answers to the question before they started asking it.
And I don't have any problem with tattoos, but if you're going to do it, don't do it out of your weakness, right?
And so what it comes down to for me, and this doesn't just come from my own opinion, this comes from studying godly men, good guys that I grew up with, studying manhood rituals throughout history, because just about every culture had one and we don't. studying manhood rituals throughout history, because just about every culture And And going through biblical stories of men and guys who did it right and guys who did it wrong and sort of comparing and contrasting.
I also went around as I spoke at men's retreats and stuff around the country and asked guys that same question you just asked me and of course sort of collated their responses into that and boiled it all down to its most foundational precepts and that's those five steps to manhood.
Submit To your creator.
We'll unpack them.
I want to go through because those are kind of steps, the kind of phases.
But what kind of adjectives, what kind of descriptor words, when you think of a man's character, describe what a man's character should be like.
We'll talk about the steps in a second, but give us some adjectives.
I can just give you one, and that's engaged.
I think if you had to boil it down to one, it would be engaged.
A man is engaged in every area of his life.
Is that what you meant at the beginning by hustle?
Or is that something else?
Yes, that's what I meant by hustle.
Alright, so unpack hustle or engaged.
Well, when a man is engaged in the world around him, he's very powerful.
He has a power to affect the world around him.
The world wants you to be passive, which is the opposite of engaged.
And passivity, in the form of passive activities, social media, watching television, things like that, is kind of the kryptonite for men.
And so a powerful man, a good man, is an engaged man.
And again, to the extent that I'm engaged, I'm going to be redeeming the world around me.
That it's so seemingly simple.
But when you contrast it with the obverse of being passive, of, you know, being on the couch, eating the Cheetos, streaming five hours of Netflix, you know it's true.
So it sounds weird, just a simple word like engaged or hustle.
But wow, wow, wow, wow.
Simplicity.
What is that old saying?
K-I-S-S.
Simple, not easy.
Yeah, well, that's what war is, right?
That's what war is.
Simple, but not easy.
We're talking to a man who knows about war because he's a former operator.

But you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A.
All right.
You wrote the book on it.
Let's walk through the stages, the part of your plan for making men.
The first one is submit to your creator.
Explain that to our three million listeners, Chuck.
Well, look, if you're the end all and be all of your own existence, you're not going to be very fun to be around and you're not going to be a good man.
So if you want to be a good man, you have to be submitted to the one who bestows the concept of manhood on you.
It's kind of like if you wanted to fish in my pond, you got to ask me.
I'm the owner.
You don't go ask my neighbor, right?
So if I want to be a man, I told my sons, I don't care how wealthy, how powerful a man is.
If he's not submitted to something bigger than himself, then don't follow him.
That's the bottom line there.
But what does that mean in practice, submission to our Creator?
What does that mean for you?
For me, that means saying I'm not the one that drives this train.
It's like a bicycle bill for two.
Submit myself to God by trusting Him to take me where I need to go, by trusting what happens around me.
I actually found out that in the military, this is a concept that the Special Operations uses in recruiting, because they want guys who have a strong faith foundation, because a guy like that can just do his job and not feel the need to control the whole world around him.
When you are a controlling person, it's because you have an insecurity inside.
So if I have the security of knowing that I was made to be a man, I've been given a mission in this life, and my job is just to pursue that mission and leave everything else to God, then I can be a lot more effective, even in a chaotic environment, which is what combat is all about.
Alright, stage two, treat things in accordance with their worth.
What does that mean?
Translate for- That's honor!
So that's the value of—honor just means to value things rightly, to give things their proper place.
So that means treating things that are worthless as if they are worthless, and treating things that are valuable as if they are valuable.
People get those things mixed up way too much in life.
They treat their car like it's more valuable than their wife.
They treat their job like it's more valuable than their family.
And we need to put things in their proper place in order to lead a meaningful life.
Great stuff.
So simple, but so effective in their consequences.
And then assess and improve the world around you, Chuck.
Right.
The difference between a boy and a man is that a boy exists to gratify his own desires.
And a man looks around him and says, wait a minute, I can make this better.
That needs to be fixed.
That's not, that's not right.
And takes steps to improve the world around him.
That's how I know that my sons are coming into manhood, when they start picking up the trash without being asked, when they start fixing things that are just broken and not being told to.
So, that's the difference, really, between a boy and a man.
Fixing things without having being told to, that's a very good metric.
And then, perish to your own desires to provide for the needs of others.
Yeah, this is a very paradoxical one, but if I really want to lead a meaningful life, I need to stop—I tell my sons, you should never be motivated by comfort, fear, or pride.
And that's something I got from one of my mentors, Dave Eubank, who you really should have on your show.
But being motivated by comfort, fear, or pride, is going to mean that I'm going to have a meaningless life.
At the end of my life, when I look back on it, it's going to be all about me.
And if you really want to be fulfilled as a man, you have to put aside your own desires and provide for the needs of the people under your care.
When you do that, you find that there really wasn't a sacrifice.
That was what you were made for.
And so that's where you're going to be the most happy.
That's a great idea.
We're going to reach out to Dave Eubank.
Be not motivated by comfort, fear or pride.

Okay, last point.
I think we've covered it when we talked about hustling, but point five in your program is engage in every area of life, Chuck.
That's right, and there are seven areas in specific that I teach my sons about.
We go through them.
When my boys turn 12 or 14, I bring them in and we sit down and we actually spend about six weeks going through this process.
And we talk about the areas that you need to engage in.
That is, you need to engage with yourself physically.
You need to engage spiritually.
You need to engage relationally.
You need to engage socially.
You need to engage in business and academics.
And you need to engage in the world around you financially.
Okay.
And so putting all of those together, like I said, to the extent that you can be engaged and not passive, you will be powerful as a man.
But to the extent that you become passive, and that's very easy to do.
It's like weeds growing up in your garden.
If you don't rip them out and throw them into the fire, they're going to take over.
And what you'll find is that that creates, that passivity creates fear and resentment in the people that rely on you in your life.
And so if your wife is mad at you and your kids won't talk to you, start looking inward and asking yourself, where am I being passive?
And if I address that passivity by getting rid of it, you'll be surprised at how it changes the people around you.
We kind of eschew topical issues here.
We We want to talk about the big picture, but we have to address, I think, what happened on Monday in Nashville.
I tweeted about it.
Here's my tweet.
I tried to be as succinct as possible.
It's the photograph from the body cam footage.
Um, I just said, this is from Officer Collazo's body cam, justice delivered by real men.
And of course, real men, not just, you know, because they are real men, but because they dealt justice to a fake man, to this transgender killer.
Interestingly, Twitter had issues with that.
I had, uh, A quarter of a million views, and then they put a filter on it saying it was a problematic post.
I wonder why.
It was a factual photograph from a body cam footage.
While we play the B-roll from, I think it's Officer Engelbert's body cam, the officer who had the AR-15, while Officer Collazo had simply his sidearm.
I mean, amazing engaging with this mass murder with just your sidearm.
Talk to us about what we saw there.
Now, I know it's easy to say, oh, they were just doing their job, but this is what men should do.
One of the things I've always said is that a definition of a man, you are measured, and a civilization is measured, by how you treat the most vulnerable, whether it is the unborn, whether it is the aged and the sick.
Or whether it is children.
And the idea that these individuals, you watch the whole body cam footage, all three minutes of it, they arrive within minutes of the first shots being fired.
When she starts firing through the window at their fellow law enforcement officers in their patrol car, these officers, Collazo, Engelbert, and the others, actually accelerated Chuck.
As she was laying down fire, they actually ran faster into the danger.
Will you talk about the events as we see witnessed here from Monday?
Well, this is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
These men engaged not just the shooter, they engaged long before that with themselves.
They engaged in order to train, in order to be able to do that.
You know, when the chips are down, you don't have time to decide if you're going to, you know, confront, if you're going to go after or rush into danger or anything like that.
You have to train your mind beforehand to take the right action.
And that's part of that engagement process.
So these guys were disciplined, they were trained, and they had obviously the inclination to protect the people around them.
That is what a man does, and we definitely need men like this.
And you know, the left's idea that by making everybody more vulnerable, we'll actually make them safer, is a lie from the pit of hell.
We need men.
We need people who will be strong, who will be protectors, who will run to the sound of the guns.
And this is why I wanted to teach my sons, don't let yourself be motivated by comfort or fear or pride.
Because those are the three things that would have kept those guys from going after that shooter that day in Tennessee.
Yeah, and I think Grant mentioned it on his time here with us on the Manhood Hour.
I think he borrowed it from you.
He said a line that really stuck in my head.
He said, for him, the definition of a man is that wherever you are, the people around you are safer when you are there.
Isn't this, you know, a non-negotiable for any man?
Absolutely.
You can't make people safer by making yourself more vulnerable.
And again, that's what the gun control lobby wants to do.
They want to sell you the lie that by everybody agreeing to be more vulnerable, that we will all be safer.
And that is just not true.
We need people who are willing and able and trained and equipped to go into combat and stop people.
Now, a lot of people will try to make the argument that, well, we have police and the police are the only ones that should be able to do that.
And I just say, Look, I carry a gun because a policeman is too heavy.
A policeman can't be there all the time.
And so I'm not going to wait for a policeman to show up.
I'm going to be ready, willing and able to help.
And I'm going to treat my sons and train them to do the same thing.
Yeah, I've used that joke many a time.
I always carry a weapon wherever I am authorized to do so because a police officer is far too heavy.
Are you worried by what you're seeing, given what you do, you must have connections not only with the former war fighters but with the law enforcement as well, that in other jurisdictions they're just not being allowed to do their job?
No, without a doubt.
I hear from those guys all the time and they just say it's so tempting to just go sit under a tree when you get on duty and not respond to anything because not that they're afraid of the criminals.
No.
That's why they become police officers.
They want to take out the criminals.
But they're afraid of their own leadership throwing them under the bus if they actually do their jobs.
And that's a horrible place to be.
Who in the world would choose to go into a situation like that, knowing that your leadership is unlikely to stand behind you and stand up for you if you have to take action?
Yeah, it's the news here just two days ago in DC of violent carjacking incident and the police officers who are there on the scene not doing anything because they're not allowed to do anything and if they engage with the carjacker They will be the ones who get in trouble.
We're talking to Ranger Holton on Twitter.
Chuck Holton, author of Making Men.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We are coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now, me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
This is Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the 3-week quick starter pack ReliefFactor.com for just $19.95.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Yvonne, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
Where do you stand in this war against real men on the concepts of classical manhood?
Are you an optimist?
Are you a pessimist?
Can we win?
We can win.
The thing that makes me optimistic is the fact that people like you and me, Seb, breed at a much higher rate than people on the left.
And so I think that if we can, you know, without a doubt, the left is on a mission to reduce the world's population by any means possible.
And that means through euthanasia, through abortion, through birth control.
And what the world really needs is more good men.
So for people who are willing to be engaged and to train their sons to be men, I think go out and have as many babies as possible.
And we will take back this nation.
In a generation.
And that's my optimistic strategy.
I've got five kids and I wanted ten, but my wife said she would miss me.
I like that.
I can't forget that female bishop in the Anglican Church being interviewed by the BBC a few years ago.
And the questioner said, what do you say to those who see the diminishing numbers of people going into the Anglican Church and going to Mass?
And the bishop actually said, well, you do find that more intelligent people have fewer babies.
So, yeah, good.
Good for you.
You know, you liberal elitist idiots don't have the babies.
We'll have the babies.
One more thing.
What do you say to those men who are listening right now who heard this five-part plan and they say, oh my gosh, that requires a lot of willpower.
I don't know if I have that willpower.
What do you say to those men, Chuck?
I think the process of becoming a man is simply the process of learning what motivates you and putting that into practice.
Everybody knows what they should do, I think.
It's hard to find somebody who doesn't know how to be in shape or how to be skinny, but it's hard to find people who are because that takes work and getting that knowledge from your head to your feet is the process of motivation, and it's something I explore in my life all the time.
And so I think that process, that exploration of finding out how you are motivated and then putting that into practice is a lifelong journey, and we all just have to stay on the road.
Very sagacious comment and never a truer word.
Everyone knows what they should be doing.
And if you're a man, you should be a man.
